A group of them went missing from the DOJ website. How concerning is that? Well, we have coverage throughout the show. Plus escalating tensions. The Trump administration pursuing another oil tanker near Venezuela. What further action could be coming? We have expert analysis on that. And also later, the left melts down. They're slamming President Trump's name being added to the Kennedy Center. We have their reaction and more as American Sunrise starts right now. Good morning America. Welcome to American Sunrise. Whether it's culture, we have breaking news to share with you. Politics. President Trump is joining us live now from Florida. We've got you covered. This is what it looks like to be a patriot. We have to protect the American family. The American dream is still alive. I'm David Brody. I'm terrence. And I'm Dr. Gina. Good morning. I'm Dr. Gina. We are live with you this Christmas week from the Palm Beaches. Want to bring in David Brody. He's in Washington, D.C. and Terrence Bates, he's in our Denver newsroom. Good morning, gentlemen. Good morning. Happy Christmas week to both of you. Merry Christmas week. Merry Christmas week. Merry Christmas week to both of you. Dr. Gina. David, good morning to both of you. Look, AM Fest was really quite the talker this weekend. Obviously wrapped up yesterday. Nicki, Nicki Minaj, excuse me, made an appearance. I have to admit I was a little shocked. I was surprised at her appearance. But Vice President J.D. vance also spoke and even touted a MAGA coalition. Here's some of what he had to say. In case you missed it. When I say that I'm going to fight alongside of you, I mean all of you, each and every one. President Trump did not build the greatest coalition in politics by running his supporters through endless self defeating purity tests. He says make America great again because every American is invited. We don't care if you're white or black, rich or poor, young or old, rural or urban, controversial or a little bit boring or somewhere in between. People of every faith come to our banner because they know that the America first movement will make their lives better. And they also know that the Democrats don't care about anything other than maybe transing their kids. So if you love America, if you want all of us to be richer, stronger, safer, and prouder, you have a home on this team. Dr. Gina maybe I need some counseling, so I'm going to come to you first. But I feel like there was so much to unpack from amfest. I feel like there's just so many storylines that came out of it. Yeah, I mean, it kicked off probably smartly with a lot of the more contentious issues taking center stage. We talked about some of those things on Friday that was kind of probably smart and well thought out because it kind of got the contention right out there on the table up front. And then it seemed like they were able to end in a sort of a fun surprise with the whole Nicki Minaj thing. One of the things that I think is really interesting that I wanted to get your take on is what you all think of Erica Kirk endorsing whole kit and Caboodle, endorsing J.D. vance for president three years from now. This is unprecedented. I don't think that ever before has Turning Point. Certainly not. Charlie endorsed someone that far ahead of time. Not even, I don't even believe President Trump. So this was a very unusual step. In fact, I don't remember anyone ever being endorsed that early from what is essentially a primary. I'm just curious to get your take on it, David. Yeah, well, clearly it's personal for Erica in terms of how Charlie felt. And so she's channeling what Charlie would eventually do. That's what I'm sure she believes. To do it this early did surprise me. And, you know, look, I think this is the last place JD Vance wants to be as the prohibitive frontrunner for the nomination. You got a lot. Got a lot of targets on your back, so to speak, and I put that in air quotes, so calm down, liberals. But, you know, look, one thing that was interesting to me in this speech with J.D. vance, and I'll be quick about it, but he said every American is welcome. Well, let's unpack that. Is every American welcome? Because if you're a Nick Fuentes, if you are a guy that's preaching anti semitic Hate. Are you welcome in the Republican Party? Vivek Ramaswamy, when he was at Amfest, said the exact opposite. He says, if you preach that, you're not welcome here. And then he had a whole list of people that are not welcome in the, quote, big tent. So I think this is going to be a storyline as we move forward, guys. Terrence, what do you think? Do you think that an endorsement of JD Vance this early on works to his advantage? I'm not so sure it's an advantage, but I think it clearly puts TP USA squarely in the middle of the election, which of course, is still many, many years down the road. Their cards are played, and so we now know who they're going to be campaigning for. And I think that's the other thing. It gives them leverage, it gives them momentum, if you will, to campaign for and support JD Vance over the next three years, which potentially could benefit him as TPA USA continues to grow. So it was interesting. I'm surprised, similar to everyone else, I think, on the panel, that there was this endorsement this early, but it could ultimately benefit J.D. vance in that he's already got supporters that are going to be willing to push him and push his agenda over the next three years. So, you know, it could ultimately benefit him. We shall see. We shall see. All right, we will continue to have that conversation for quite some time, but can we get our Bible verse real quick, Dr. Gina, because I've got 15 more minutes of ideas on on AM Festusa, but we don't have that time. Yeah, we haven't even gotten to Nicki Minaj, but we can't trans. We can't go from Nicki Minaj to the Bible verse. That doesn't quite work, but go ahead. I mean, we could, but we've done harder transitions. David Brody. All right, Luke 1:35. And the angel answered and said to her, the Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the highest will overshadow you. Therefore, also the Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God. All right. Well, it certainly is a special week. I had so much, such a beautiful moment when I wait all of Christmas season to write, to light that last candle. There you go. That Advent candle that symbolizes Christ on my Advent wreath in the center of my dining room table. And I got to do it this weekend and my girlfriend reminded me and just, I love it so much. I love Advent. I love Christmas and, and happy Christmas to all of you. A group of the Epstein files from the Justice Department website have disappeared, it seems, since being released last Friday. But Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanch says this has nothing to do with President Trump. Take a look. There are dozens of photos of President Trump already released to the public. Seeing him with Mr. Epstein, he has said that in the 90s and early 2000s, he socialized with him. So the absurdity of us pulling down a photo, a single photo, because President Trump was in it is laughable. And the fact that everybody's trying to act like that's the case is a reflection of their true motivation. But the reality is anybody, any victim, any victim's lawyers, any victim rights group can reach out to us and say, hey, Department of Justice, there's a document, there's a photo, there's something within the Epstein files that identifies me. And we will then, of course, pull that off and investigate. The photo in question of President Trump has been restored to the website. Let's bring in Pennsylvania State Senator Doug Mastriano. Senator, first of all, welcome to the show. Merry Christmas. You know, I guess living in Palm beach, and I'll meet somebody that I think is a really nice person and be in pictures with them at different events and whatever. It's a different way world that President Trump has lived in his whole life. And then I'll find out something horrendous about that person to be. Oh, my goodness. You know, I was at this party with them. I saw them here. I mean, I'm not making excuses because I don't know what happened. And I would like. And I've been a strong and fervent advocate for every detail about Epstein to come out. I don't think it doesn't matter. I disagree with a lot of people who say that because there are still victims out there who deserve justice. But, I mean, is this. I feel like the left is in a frenzy over this, and they're just circling like sharks in the water. But I don't think there's a there there, do you? I do not. And I'm relatively new to politics. I was serving in the army most of my adult life. I retired and got into politics. And I can't vet people who want to have a selfie with me and my wife. I mean, I mean, it's ridiculous because. Because, you know, I have a picture with somebody and they'll point out this guy, you know, was convicted of X, Y, and Z. I don't have time to vet him. I can't have the Pennsylvania State Police vet everybody who does a picture with me. It's so frustrating. Dr. Jean From a Wife and I, because we are held to this extremely high, impossible pharmaceutical standard by the left. But meanwhile, there are people like Bill Clinton. He's a known frequent flyer to Epstein island, and it's okay for him, but they're looking for dirt on Donald Trump. The only reason why these files are released is because Donald Trump signed that into law. So stop it, left. You know, if you're going to apply this standard to me, I'm going to apply it to you as well. And it's an impossible standard. And I'm asking people that association does not equal guilt. I mean, I have a picture with somebody who's dubious. I didn't have time to vet him. It's impossible standard to uphold here. So the left. You guys are a bunch of hypocrites. You're a bunch of liars. And just back off. And while you're saying that, since you're a candidate, excuse me for injecting, I want to say to this audience, too, I hear a lot of people get upset. Oh, so and so donated to Doug Mastriano. I'm just making that up. But, you know, to candidate X, you know, you also don't have time to vet every single person that gives you 150 bucks. You know, it just is. And I'm not saying, you know, when you've accepted from big organizations that believe something counter to what you believe, that's a different thing. But I'm talking about individuals. Okay, continue. The showbox ends. No, you're right. If I could jump in on that here, you know, it's extremely unfair. So, you know, I ran for God governor. I. I probably had like 18, 000 different donors, mostly grassroots across the state and the nation. And then we had this disaster out in East Palestine with Norfolk Southern. And I hold a hearing in my capacity. If the chair of the committee has oversight of emergencies in Pennsylvania or Ohio that affected us and somebody's like, mash Rano, you know, has no credibility. Norfolk Southern gave him 500. Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me? But it's okay for Josh Shapiro, our governor here in Pennsylvania, to receive hundreds of thousand dollars from Soros and his organizations. But problem for him. But for this, double standard has to go. I'm sick of it. Yeah, there's no doubt about it. Double standard and hypocrisy in the left. It's all in the dictionary and it's all in the same paragraph. No doubt. All right, Doug, let's get your military expertise on what's going on in Venezuela. Obviously now we see over the weekend the US Pursuing this third oil tanker near Venezuela. Officials say this is all obviously part of an effort to evade sanctions. Where are you on this exactly? How concerned are you in terms of. Well, first of all, is President Trump doing the right thing here? Them more broadly? I mean, I'm not sure. Did, did MAGA sign up for potential land strikes in Venezuela? I mean, how do you square all of that? Help me out. Help me through it. Yeah. So America first, putting American policy and American lives ahead of everything else here. And this is absolutely maga. You think about this. Let's go. Start off smaller to the drug boats. About 28 drug boats taken out. That, that saves each boat it saves equal to about 25,000American lives. The drugs that they have on board here, you know, we have a plague in country. About a hundred thousand people a year die from fentanyl poisoning. China, Venezuela to America. And so that makes sense. Now, the second part, the Maduro machine, that is, that is doing this in Venezuela. They're propping themselves up by illegally circumventing the sanctions by having oil sold to Iran and China, interest in China once again and to fund this attack on American soil here. So, absolutely. The shadow fleet, several hundred ships around the world like false flags, you know, putting on flags that, that don't represent what they're doing here and circumventing the restrictions against them by buying Venezuelan oil and then shipping it to China once again, absolutely. Interdicting these ships here is undermining the Chinese regime and its ability here to fund this war against America. So it makes sense. Thank God we haven't lost any lives yet in boarding these ships, but it has to be done. The Venezuelan regime is waging a covert war against America and Donald Trump is protecting American lives. So I'm on board 100%. Got it. Got it. I apparently just wanted a solo interview with you today, and so I apologize to my. Dougie Doug, I just want to say Merry Christmas to you and your family. And I've been waiting to call you Dougie Doug all morning. Always good to see you, Senator. I love you guys. Love you back. Pennsylvania State Senator Doug Mastriano. Thanks so much. All right, coming up, we're going to check out the hottest headlines from the RAP newsroom with T. B. Also later, enhanced border security efforts. How is the Trump administration further improving security at the southern border? Well, we have those details for you just ahead here on American Sunrise. It was restored on Sunday after Justice Department officials determined that none of Epstein's victims were in that pic. The DOJ released thousands of documents on Friday related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. However, there are questions about the DOJ following the law as it relates to the legal requirements for the release and the removal of more than I had more than a dozen pictures from that cache. On Sunday, the department said that it acted out of an abundance of caution after receiving requests from alleged victims and their lawyers to remove information. Just to be clear, despite a picture of President Trump being posted in the document, release 47 has not been accused of any wrongdoing and he has denied knowing about any of Epstein's crimes. This year's edition of TPUSA's AM Fest is in the books, but the first AM Fest without Charlie Kirk featured some unexpected guests. On Sunday, it was rapper Nicki Minaj taking the stage and offering praise for President Trump and his administration. This administration is full of people with heart and soul and they make me proud of them. Our vice president, he makes me well I love both of them. They're both powerful men, smart, strong, all of that. But both of them have a very uncanny ability to be someone that you relate to. By the way, that was Erica Kirk, Charlie's widow, conducting the interview. Minaj has recently become a supporter of President Trump despite one time being a very public critic of him and his policies. Now she appears to be fully on board the MAGA train. At least that's the appearance. That's a quick check of your headlines. We'll, of course, have more headlines coming your way in just a little bit. But now let's get you a quick forecast from Weather Nation meteorologist Tracy Anthony. By the way, you see that QR code at the bottom of your screen? Go ahead and scan it and join our friends over at Weather Nation. TT Tracy, good morning. Hey. Hey. Good morning. Hopefully you had a good weekend. You know, Denver was warm, breaking records on Sunday. It was very warm here. I never dressed correctly. So I'm running outside with a sweater and big thick sweatpants. And five minutes later I was sweating out of my. Yeah, I was just sweating. It was not fun. I should have actually gotten a forecast for you before I actually walked out of the door. Yeah. You know, it's going to be warm through the whole week, too. So Denver continuing to warm up today, 30 degrees above average. So notice the southern half of the country, pretty calm and quiet. But we do have a few areas where we do have some snow and some ice potential. Green Bay in particular. And then out across California, that's where we do have a good amount of snow. And then this atmospheric river for Northern California. But if you missed it over the weekend, we did have our winter solstice. So now our days are going to start to get longer. So may your days be merry and you'll have more daylight and here. So that is some good news. But want to talk about a little Christmas forecast outlook? Terrence, it looks like we are going to have over 280 million people feeling above average temperatures for Christmas. That's a present in and of itself. Look at you, the gift that just keeps on giving. Thanks so much, Tracy. Appreciate it. And we'll check in with you next hour for our hometown forecast. Okay. Yes. Perfect. All right. And folks, let us know where you're hanging out. Go onto our various social media, get a rumble, YouTube, let us know where you are and Tracy will hook you up. Or potentially you can be one of the people that gets hooked up with the hometown forecast from Tracy. Up next, though, the US Is now pursuing another oil tanker near Venezuela. So how is the Maduro regime responding to all of this? We'll take a look. First though, a quick look at this day in history. 2001, just months after the 911 terror attacks that Richard Reed, a passenger on an American Airlines flight from Paris to Miami, tried to ignite extensive explosives in his shoes. He was subdued by flight attendants and fellow passengers, though Reed, the shoe bomber, as he was later dubbed, is now serving a life sentence in federal prison. We're back in a moment. We sing for all the people who never made it home to us. Their stories will be told. New York City here on Christmas week. We are counting down the days to Christmas. We're also counting down the days in New York to when Zoran Mom Dime takes the reins as mayor. And that will not be a pretty countdown, nor a pretty day when it happens on January 1, 2026. All right, welcome back, everybody, to American Sunrise. I'm David Brody. The US Coast Guard pursuing a third oil tanker now near Venezuela in international waters as part of an ongoing effort to stop Venezuela's government from avoiding sanctions. Officials say the vessel may be part of a dark fleet used to move oil illegally. This would be the third such action in less than two weeks following prior seizures. All right, let's discuss that more. Discuss this more, I should say, with Gina and Terrence as we kind of bandy this about T. Bates. What do you think? I mean, I mentioned to Doug Mastriano in that first block about what's happening in Venezuela. You know, listen, I get the MAGA priorities in this. I do. So full stop, I get it. Having said that, if there's gonna be regime change in Venezuela, I don't know, my mind needs to kind of wrap myself around that that is some sort of MAGA priority. I understand he's a bad dude and we don't want him in Venezuela, but I don't know, when it comes to America first, did I have regime change in Venezuela on the scorecard? I didn't. So someone's Gonna kind of explain that part of it to me a little bit further. Even though I got it, he's a bad guy. But just because there's tons of bad guys all over the world doing a lot of bad things to affect America. So then where does it stop? If it's Maduro, then what's next? And therein lies the question, what's next? I would say this, that at least for the time being, taking the initial steps just to keep the dangers to the United States at bay. That seems to me to be a reasonable step. The embargoes against the oil tankers, which ultimately would fund actors, if you will, who don't necessarily have America's best interest at heart. That makes sense. To me. It's reasonable. Stopping those drug boats out in the Caribbean from bringing dangerous drugs to the United States that we know are deadly. For millions of Americans, those things seem reasonable. And while they may be entrees, if you will, to what you mentioned to regime change in Venezuela, I think cloaking it in those things that I just mentioned are reasonable moves. And those are moves that are justifiable when it comes to protecting American lives. That will be my best answer for you. And I'm not so sure it fully answers your question. Yeah. All right, well, let's bring in Oscar L. Blue Ramirez, who I'm sure will have tons of insight because he is not only the coast of, excuse me, of law and border, but he's also there in Venezuela. Oscar, good morning. Where are you exactly? Well, maybe you don't want to tell us where you are exactly, but help us out a little bit about what's going on down there in Venezuela. Good morning. Since Friday, we have been right here located. This is the bridge of Zimo Bolivar. This is where millions of Venezuelans cross illegally and going all the way to the United States of America. This is one step away from the border of Venezuela. The situation right here at this border has been completely intense. The government of Venezuela has deployed the National Guard intensively to their borders, trying to safeguard and trying to just send a message not only to Colombia, but they are completely afraid of what the Trump administration must do. We arrived at this particular place several days from Friday, Saturday and Sunday. And every time that I have come into this place, they have sent scouts and they have sent the National Guard to tell us if we cross one foot into the Venezuelan territory, we will be taken into captive and into questioning, basically holding to hostage. It's happened to many journalists who have tried to cross the border into Venezuela, but their regime it is a reality. They have deployed hundreds of National Guardsmen to safeguard this particular bridge. That is where millions of Venezuelans have come from Venezuela to cross through the Darien Gap all the way to the United States of America. David. Oscar. The Trump administration has sanctioned seven family members and allies of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro. Officials say they are accused of supporting drug trafficking and the corruption. The sanctions freeze their U.S. assets and block any deals with them as part of these efforts to pressure Maduro's regime. Oscar, what can you tell us about this? Doesn't it look similar to the Chapo family? It is exactly the same. It is a copy paste. Celia Flores, that is the wife of Nicolas Maduro, all her family members are accused of money laundering and are accused of trafficking of synthetic drugs and having millions of dollars in bank accounts. All of their bank accounts have been seized. This is what the Trump administration has been excellent, has been exposing political figures that they are in cahoots with the organized trauma. That cartel, not only in Venezuela, but the Trump administration has been doing a magnificent job in Mexico. Now they're seizing their bank accounts. They're going directly where it hurts to the pockets. They're going not only seizing petroleum oil tankers and vessels, but now they're going directly to their bank accounts where they are going to magnify the information to expose to the world how these political figures in South America, it is the funnel and it is the highway of contamination of synthetic drugs all the way to the Northern American territory. Dr. Gina Oscar, Terrence here. Good to see you. As always, my friend. I realize that you're being limited in terms of entering Venezuela, but I'm curious about the reaction inside of Venezuela, if you're able to get some sense of it as it relates to the embargoes that the Trump administration has put in place for oil tankers and then also the idea of a potential regime change, getting Maduro out. What is the reaction to that part of this situation as well there within Venezuela, as I'm standing right here, you see many people coming and this is all the people from Venezuela that they come across the Colombia just as a daily day commerce. We have been here asking people every day what do they think about the Trump administration basically labeling Nicolas Maduro as an Arco terrorist, cartel de los Olis, the regime as an arcopirate organization. Every single one of them, they're afraid to speak on camera. Some of them we have got them on camera, but a lot of them, they say we don't want to speak because we're going to be persecuted in Venezuela. But the majority of them, almost to 100%, I can tell you, Terrence, they agree with the Trump administration. They agree on a regime change. They say there's no other way on this 25 years of dictatorship that we have been suffering. There's no other way by this. And you know, when you ask them about the destruction of these boats that they have been carrying synthetic drugs, they completely support Donald Trump on every single situation. And they are waiting to see what can happen in the next incoming months. Wow. 100% interesting. Yeah. That's strong reporting, Oscar. And this is exactly why real America's voice is there on that Venezuelan border to get that type of information. Thank you for being here and please stay safe, obviously. Absolutely. Thank you so much. Thank you so much, guys, for the. It's an honor to be with you. Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas. My goodness. Coming up, the Trump administration continues their efforts to lower drug costs for Americans. It's really huge. So what deals have been struck? An update when we come back. Thank you patriots. The angel anthem of the free really is a song about those that didn't make it to freedom after J6. And I hope that we remember them all. I'm Dr. Gina. Thanks for joining us. Time now for today's health news sponsored by the wellness company under the microscope. Today, the Trump administration's effort to reduce prescription drug prices. President Trump announced new deals with major drug companies to lower prescription drug prices in the United States. Now, now, these agreements require companies to sell medications at prices similar to what other countries pay. The plan could reduce costs for Medicaid programs and for some patients. A new government website is expected to launch next year to help Americans find their access to these lower priced medications. Keep it right here on American Sunrise for the latest updates on the cost of your prescriptions. And the administration fight to lower those costs. Let me flag something important as we move into winter. Doctors have warned that this year's flu season was going to be a rough one. And now mainstream media outlets are reporting that a new, more virulent and severe flu strain is spreading fast here in the United States. The kicker, though, the already ineffective flu vaccine even less effective against this new strain. What the media won't tell you is that Dr. Peter Mercola warned about this weeks ago. He's been clear that the strain is more severe and is unlikely to respond to the flu vaccine, which means more personal preparation matters. That's why we trust the wellness company's two step approach. Step one, prevention through immune defense. Nasal and throat sprays used daily to help support your body's first line of defense. Right where viruses enter. Step two, early treatment. Treatment through the contagion emergency kit. Physician prescribed antiviral options including a nebulizer, hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin. So treatment can start early if you end up sick and you're not stuck in those long lines or shelling out big money at urgent care over the holidays. This isn't fear, though. It's common sense. Be prepared now. TWC Health Rav. Use promo code Rav. Save 10%. Click TWC. Get ahead of this flu season with the wellness company's immune defense sprays and contagion emergency kit. Use your code RAV. Don't forget that. That'll save you 10%. Right, David? That's right, Gina. Absolutely. Every single time you say it, I agree with you. Just so you know, if it tells me to agree with you on prompt grab, we will do it. Oh, look, they took my single shot. I requested that Gina. Sorry. Okay. We've nixed you. Just kidding. You're coming back. Of course. Time now to discuss what our kids are learning in classrooms across America. Education secretary Linda McMahon visited West Pelzer, South Carolina, promoting a push to give states more control over education. So she says that local leaders and communities are best equipped to make decisions for schools. I agree. The visit highlighted classroom programs and the administration's goal of reducing federal involvement in education. All right, let's bring in the president of the education advocacy group Courage is a Habit. And that would be Alvin Lui. Alvin, thanks for being here this morning. So, look, here's the deal. I mean, since the President began his second term, I mean, the department has laid off more than 50% of its staff. And we also know that the Department of Education is partnering with other government agencies in this effort to break up the federal education bureaucracy and dismantle the department. So do you think we're gonna see a vote by Congress to abolish the Education Department before Trump leaves office? Because that would be a heavy lift shift and you'd have to get Rhino Republicans on board. You would need some courage. And so I hope so. I hope so, and I think so. I'm very optimistic that that's going to happen. But one the concern that we have, you know, doing what we do at Courage as a Habit is that we don't want people to go to sleep when the Department of Education is dismantled, because a lot of the indoctrination doesn't. A lot of it comes through the Department of Education with the grants and things, but a lot of it is through things like mental health, through things like social, emotional learning. And so one of the things that we see that can be very concerning is that every time the Trump administration does something really great, they give parents tools. Parents go back to sleep and say, Trump's going to fix it. And that's not how America is designed, nor should it be. And so we really want to encourage parents to stay involved locally even if and when the Department of Education is dismantled. And it should be. Will it be? I hope it will be. It should be. Because the Department of Education, first of all, is unconstitutional. And we can see that academics have been completely. Has gone down every year since the Department of Education has been involved. And mostly, the Department of Education really is just a money making scheme. It's just a pyramid scheme. All it does is that it fills these. The positions, these useless positions, the bureaucracy and all the red tape, and it does nothing. It has nothing to do with education. Has everything to do with indoctrination. Right. And so what we want to see is we want to see that mental health and all the, all the grants that goes to all these indoctrination NGOs, we want to see that go away. And that sometimes has to come from the local area, not just the federal area. Right. The data is in on this. Right. When we started the Department of Education, we were number one in the world. World. We are almost dead last now that we poured all of these billions of dollars into the doe. But I guess I worry that it won't really go away. It needs to go away. But explain to our audience very briefly, because we don't have much time left at all, why you say it's unconstitutional. I think that's a really important factor. Most people don't realize that. Sure. Because the way, the way the United States work, we have states have their own laws. Like, so, for example, if you live in Indian and you have a certain amount of laws for how do you treat crimes, the federal government can't come over here and say, hey, this, you cannot punish this criminal like what California does. California goes, oh, if you steal anything under $1,000 is not, it's not a felony. It should be a felony. In other states it is. So imagine if we had a federal government that went to every state and said, no, you have to make your laws criminal laws like California. That would be insane. So nothing like that works in the United States except education. Education is the only thing where the federal government, depending on who's president, can come in and say, no, you have to have transgender ideology in school or we're going to hold this from you. So education cannot be a political football. So it's absolutely unconstitutional. Yeah, well, not only that, it wasn't the intention of our founders. They laid out very clearly what government was responsible for. And education was not one of those things. Thank you so much for being with us and thanks for what you guys are doing. Thank you. Coming up, Kennedy, Senator controversy. The left is losing their minds over President Trump's announcement changing the name. We have some of their comments next. And today we're discussing the outrageous reaction to the renaming of the Kennedy Center. Protesters gathered outside the weekend outside of the renamed Donald J. Trump and John F. Kennedy Memorial center for the Performing Arts with a drag queen calling the name change illegal overreach. Senator Chris Van Hollen also spoke at the rally and said that President Trump's name will not stay on the building. Take a look at that. Look. All of us watched in horror yesterday as Donald Trump put his name on the Kennedy center next to the name of John F. Kennedy. Shame. And we are here to say that this desecration of the Kennedy center will not stand. Now Congress does have the ultimate authority to change the name. The new chairman of the Kennedy Center, Rick Grenell, is pushing back on this notion. So let's bring in Dr. Gina, David and Terrence for further discussion here. Terrence, want to send this over to you first. I just think there are way more important things to be talking about for people to be protesting. I mean, it's just a name on a building. At the end of the day, I would tend to agree. However, there are also procedures and processes in place to change those. And David, I'm going to yield to you. I'll set this up and then kind of yield to you about. I'm sorry. No, go ahead, go ahead. I was going to bring in the Rick Grinnell part of this because we've obviously been talking about that here. Again, based on everything that I've read, it does appear that Congress has to ultimately approve a name change, or Congress would have to initiate the name change or pass a name change in order for it to become official. But Rick Grinnell is, is kind of mounting a counter argument, and I, I kind of heard you this morning, but, David, but not so as to not take it as my own. I'd like to yield to you to kind of explain the counter argument. And again, we're not taking, we're not saying yay or nay to the argument, simply pointing out the argument. Well, I don't really have much of a counter argument. You know, I'm just. No, I was asking. I'm sorry, maybe I need to be clear. If you could explain what Rick Grenell is trying to argue. I got about one sentence on that. And basically, Rick Grinnell is saying that what Congress approved specifically in statute was a, that the memorial would be named John F. Kennedy center or the John F. Kennedy center, but not the actual center. So the memorial, as opposed to the center itself. And that's all I got. I mean, I haven't really deep dived into between the memorial and the center and what the difference is and all that. I mean, but, you know, I don't know. Is it gonna go to court? Here we go again. You know, I mean, look, Congress is gonna, the Democrats in Congress are gonna try to stop this from happening, but at the same time, are Republicans gonna go along with it? Probably not. So my guess is it'll stay up there, and then if there's a Democrat president, it'll get taken down and that will be that. Gina? Yeah. Well, I have to say, just for purposes of consistency, I am somebody who does not believe you should ever name anything ever after a living human. I don't agree with that at all. I agree with that. Having said that, I just got back from the Kennedy Center, a marvelous event there, with Rick Grenell and Lisa Dale and, of course, President Trump and Mrs. Trump and et cetera. And I'll tell you what President Trump has done to restore the integrity of that building. President Kennedy. Kennedy, I dare say, would probably be. And this is for all the tabloids out there that like to write about us. Here's your headline for the day. President Kennedy would be proud to share his name with President Trump of that building, after how the Democrats desecrated it and stepped on everything beautiful about tradition and culture in, not only in this country, but in the world with the Kennedy center as sort of an epicenter of that and the fact that President Trump has restored it and it is so beautiful now and that you can praise God as we did altogether this Christmas there at the Kennedy Center. I'm telling you, I didn't know President Kennedy, but I know who he was by his record. And what President Trump has done is so to be heralded and celebrated in some shape or form. Yeah, go ahead, David. I will say this. Just historically, this has been done before by a sitting president naming a building, a federal building after themselves. That was done by FDR. I mean, FDR in 1941 named the FDR library after himself. This was 1941. Remember, FDR was 33 to 45 and at the time Congress said never again will this happen. But it was done back in 1941. That was the only other time this has happened. I don't think there's any doubt if this weren't done in President Trump's lifetime, that it would be done later for what he's done. Emily well, we will certainly see how all of this plays out. All right, great discussion. Coming up, in light of Christmas being right around the corner, how can people return to faith and remember it's about the birth of Jesus Christ? We analyze next. Time now for our moment of faith brought to us by Lee Greenwood and the God Bless the USA Bible in focus today, a new book offers a fresh look at scripture transformed by the Messiah. Takes readers On a journey through the Old and New Testament, showing how connections between prophecies and Jesus life reveal God's intentional story. It's written by Rabbi Jason Sobel. The book aims to deepen understanding of Jesus role from Bethlehem to the cross and how his story can transform personal faith. For more, let's bring in Rabbi Jason Sobel. Rabbi, talk to us a little bit about this book and how Jews view Christ and Christmas. Obviously not the same as Christians. Good morning. Yeah, absolutely. I mean, most Jewish people do not believe that Jesus is the Messiah. They don't believe the Messiah was actually, actually going to be God made manifest in the flesh. But it's interesting that today is the last day of Hanukkah and it was at Hanukkah in John chapter 10 that Jesus says, I and the Father are one. So he clearly proclaimed that he was God made manifest in the flesh and fulfillment of the the virgin will give birth and bear a son. You call his name, Emmanuel. God with us. So most Jews don't believe, but the New Testament, which is written by Jews, says something else. Yeah, and you say most Jews, obviously you're talking about Jewish believers are, are not included in those. Most Jews, obviously. Is that, that, is that what you mean? Right, right, right, sure. I mean, I'm a Jewish follower of Jesus. I'm a messianic Jew. And that's why we wrote this book Transformed by the Messiah, to show that, that believing in Jesus in the New Testament is very Jewish. It's the most Jewish thing to do, actually. No doubt about it. This just in. Jesus was Jewish. All right, Rabbi Jason. So well, thanks for being here. Appreciate you. Thank you. All right, second hour, American Sunrise, two minutes away. Back in a moment. Hey, stop killing people that just want to debate. The Department of Justice released its first trove of files related to Jeffrey Epstein just days ago. But some of those files appeared to have vanished over the weekend. We're going to cover the fallout here in just a moment. Plus, a retired FBI agent says Attorney General Pam Bondi has a slam dunk conspiracy case against against Obama era federal agents and prosecutors over suspected election meddling. We're going to bring you the details on that straight ahead. Also later, new and polling data bad news for Democrats going into the new year midterm elections. We're going to break down the numbers and what it might mean for President Trump and the GOP later on down the road. Those stories and more this beautiful Christmas week as the second hour of American Sunrise starts right now. Good morning, America. And I'm Dr. Gina. Welcome back, everybody, to the second hour of American Sunrise. I'm David Brody coming to you from Washington. Let's bring in Dr. G. And Wes Palm and T. Bates in our Denver newsroom. Good morning to both of you. It is Christmas week and so much for the news being slower this week. President Trump has this big announcement today at 4:30pm down at Mar A Lago. Secretary Hegseth Gino will be there. Secretary Rubio will be there. Hmm. Inquiring minds want to know. I think it's going to be about Venezuela, by the way. Yeah. Given the, given the folks surrounding the president for this briefing, I would say that's a pretty good guess. Plus, you have. I'm just there for the buffet. That is a good buffet. I'm sure it is. Yeah. There's a lot of news that needs to be discussed and it likely will be discussed. Venezuela very well may be the focal point of the news conference, but I suspect once he opens it up to questions, there will be questions about everything from the Epstein files to the economy. Would be my suspicion. If I happen to be a reporter in the room room. I'm sure I would probably expand beyond what the actual news conference is, but that's just my guess. So let's get to some of the headlines that President Trump may ultimately be asked about later on this afternoon. A picture of President Trump that was removed from the latest Epstein file release backup and available for the public to peruse this morning. It was restored on Sunday after Justice Department officials determined that none of Epstein's victims were in the picture picture with President Trump. The Department of Justice released thousands of documents on Friday related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. And this year's edition of TPUSA's AM Fest is in the books. But the first AM Fest without Charlie Kirk featured some unexpected guests. On Sunday. It was rapper Nicki Minaj taking the stage with Charlie Kirk's wife Erica and offering praise for President Trump as administration administration. Minaj has recently become a supporter of President Trump, at least it appears that way, despite at one time being a very public critic of him and his policies. Now again, she appears to be fully on board the MAGA train. A federal judge will hear arguments today about whether Kilmar Abrego Garcia should be returned to immigration custody. He was set free just over a week ago with a judge ruling that no valid removal order was in place for him so he can't be deported. The government is expected to argue that removal efforts are underway and Abrego Garcia should remain locked up until he is ultimately deported. Excuse me. We'll, of course, continue to cover that story for you as it develops. Now let's get a quick check of your forecast. Meteorologist Tracy Anthony joining us right now with the very latest. She also has your hometown forecast. Tracy, good morning. Hey, good morning. You know, interesting today, all of the hometown forecasts fall where we're going to have record heat for Christmas. So we're talking over a dozen states could be breaking daytime record high temperatures and it stretches from the Southeast all the way to the Northwest. So let's dive into it here. We'll talk about first, we're going to Auburn, Alabama this coming in. I get her from Chris Ann. 62 degrees today. Look at this though. Temperatures in the 70s, a mix of sun and clouds. It's going to be a nice dry week across the Southeast. So gorgeous Christmas weather as long as you weren't hoping for snow. But flippin Arkansas, this is from Ozark Pape on getter. Typical daytime high is right around 45 degrees. We're going to be in the mid-70s, cloud close to 80. So Santa is definitely going to be sweating this year. And Festus, Missouri, this is just south of St. Louis, a similar situation. So 76 degrees on Christmas you know, I grew up in Minnesota. I'm used to a white cold Christmas, so this is definitely interesting. And hey, Terrence, this is for you and Zen master Denver. Look at this. Denver. I like I've said before, they are the best kept secret. They're winners. And you are really just showing off here for Christmas this year. I am loving that. Thank you. Expect my thank you card in the mail here within the next couple of days. I appreciate this forecast because it's much better than having to shovel snow. I'm all in on that one. Tracy, good to see you. Thank you so much. Yeah, me too. Of course. All right, let's get you back over to David. David Brody, Good morning, sir. Sir. Eat your heart out at my forecast over yours. I suspect that D.C. may be comfortable, but probably not quite as comfortable as the forecast I just got. Yeah, barely comfortable. And it ain't 73 degrees, that's for sure. All right. At least 16 files related to Jeffrey Epstein have vanished from the Justice Department's public webpage. Now, this comes after the documents were posted on Friday. Then many images disappear from the doj, excuse me, website by Saturday with no explanation and no notice to the public. Then there was a post on X DOJ saying that the photos and other materials will continue being reviewed and redacted, consistent with the law. In an abundance of caution, as we receive additional information, we should point out the latest. Now, the DOJ did put one of those photos back up on their website. It had Trump in it. In addition, Representatives Ro Khanna and Thomas Massie are looking to hold Attorney General Pam Bonding contempt of Congress over the release since all of the files haven't technically been released by the certain date that was given by Congress and they haven't been redacted yet. All right. Joining us now with reaction is former assistant deputy secretary of state. Also Maine gubernatorial candidate Bobby Charles, leading, we should mention, by double digits out there in Maine. Bobby, what's your reaction of this Epstein file list? I mean, should the DOJ be doing more to address, assure the public that information is being released? How do you see it? Good morning. Yeah, you know, my life history includes two other pieces that are of interest. I ran the oversight largest part of the oversight committee, including the part that did oversight of justice for five years under Gingrich. And of course, I'm a litigator and a court, you know, a U.S. court of Appeals clerk. As I look at this, one of the most powerful forces in American politics is the public right to know. We used to use that word the public right to know. It is an overpowering force. And now in this particular vortex, you've poured a bunch of other highly volatile things. One, you have very well known people that were in association with this arch criminal. You have victims who are young people who are being supposedly protected by justice. But there's this additional factor which is that Congress passed an act which is essentially said, get those documents out there by Friday. Friday, which I think was last Friday. So an incredibly volatile, fast moving set of currents around that cornerstone idea, which is that the public has a right to know. So, I mean, I think errors can be expected. The redactions that have to all be explained if they, if they exist. Redactions are done traditionally in order to protect either a case coming to trial or to protect a victim. So. So if a victim comes forward and says, look, all those pictures that relate to me ought to be out there again, I come back to this cornerstone idea and it's something that we all feel in our guts. We just, you know, government is always not to be trusted as a general matter. And now you've got a criminal activity that's highly. Just horrifying. And I think the public has a right to know. Bobby, you say errors can be expected. I'm sorry, when I heard that, I cringed a little bit. Bit. Because my expectation is that the Department of Justice would have all eyes dotted and all T's crossed before anything were to be released. That would be my expectation. Having said all that, let me set my own expectation to the side then and give me an assessment of how you see the Justice Department having handled this entire Epstein files release in general. And is some of the suspicion that we see publicly due to lapses in how the DOJ has handled this leading up to where we stand today? Absolutely. So first of all, let me say the concept of an error occurring and acknowledging it has to do with the speed with which Congress passed this act saying, get all the documents out there now. They didn't say sift them and bring them to us when you are ready. They said, get them out there now. So I'm not excusing anything. I'm just saying that a lot of movement, a lot of forces are at work here. Here. The second thing is absolutely right. I mean, there is a. There should be. Again, I come back to the public right to know. Every single document should be released. It should have been preloaded. If you know that the public has a right to know. If you know that it's your obligation not just to bring cases and protect victims but to inform the public so that these figures, many of whom are still in the public light, including the president, are either vindicated or show up in a photo that the public can reach their own conclusion about. If you're not doing it, that then it's. I'm going to call it an unforced error. I think that, you know, 90% of everything is preparation, and there's obviously been unforced errors here in the release of these documents. Again, I come back to the cornerstone idea, and that is that the public is out there trying to understand whether or not they trust their public leaders, whether or not they trust these public figures. And the Department of Justice, the justice short of the Supreme Court, is the final arbiter of whether or not we will trust. Trust the justice that's being dispensed. So I think getting all those documents out there as soon as possible. Well, we know they should already have been out there. Yeah. Bobby, before we let you go, you're currently leading the Republican field in Maine's race for governor. What are the top issues Maine voters are focused on? What are you hearing from them? You know, it's ironic, but, you know, Dr. G, they come back again and again to the core issues that we set out probably eight months ago, and that is affordability. Our taxes are way, way too high. We're talking about the highest, almost the highest property taxes in the country, one of the third or fourth highest overall tax burden income taxes that I would like to completely get rid of. We can do that. I have CPAs working at big drug trafficking problems in this state. That's why things like the Venezuela issue do resonate even here in the state of maine. We had 10,000 overdoses last year. It's unconscionable. We, we have to get these kids saved and get the drug traffickers out of there. And then the last thing is all this woke garbage in the schools. I mean, Mainers are just done with it. It reminds me of the old movie network news where the fellow says, throw up your window and shout, I'm mad as hell and I won't take it anymore. And that is really the state of Maine today. People are saying, you know what? I put up with this on Mills, this governor who's a disaster, all her little henchmen. We've put up with this for long enough. We want to get voted back to having a Norman Rockwell main, a place that we can come and our kids can go outside safely and we can afford our tax bills and hopefully get our spending way down. So those are the core issues. And you know what? They're very, very real to average people. So Bobby, 30 seconds or so when we hear that affordability word, which a lot of folks were like, oh, Democrats are doing this narrative of affordability. You're saying it's real, obviously. Well, it's not just real. This is a governor that our Democrat governor up here in the last seven years took a budget of 6.1 billion and drove it to 11.7 billion by funding illegal aliens, 8,000 of them, giving them two years of private housing, luxury housing with EBT cards, which housing that was destined actually to go to veterans. Nutshell version is it is more than real. It is very stinging for the average man. Bobby Charles, great to have you as always. Thanks. So glad to see you doing well. Merry Christmas. Thank you. Dead to you all. Merry Christmas. All right, coming up, the Trump administration moves to shut down a major Colorado research center, calling it a win against climate alarmism. Watch the trailer on trainergames.com. Welcome back to American Sunrise. I'm Emily Finn. It's great to have you with us this morning. Time now to drain the swamp. And this morning we are flushing out climate alarmism. The Trump administration is taking aim at one of Colorado's biggest federal research centers. This week, the OMB director announced plans to dismantle the national center for Atmospheric Research, citing it as a large source of climate alarmism. Founded in 1960, NCAR employs over 800 people and is funded by the National Science Foundation. The center was founded to conduct weather research and provide data to help prevent disasters like fires and floods. Colorado leaders are pushing back, including governor Jared Paulus, who calls NCAR a global leader in earth systems science, and Attorney General Phil Weiser, who says the administration doesn't have the authority to shut it down. For more, let's bring in Terrance Bates, David Brody, and Dr. Gina for a quick discussion on all of this. Terrance, we'll go to you first on this one Sounds like this is something that the American people really aren't gonna be missing too much if they do shut it down. Yeah, most people probably don't even know about this center. Let's just be honest. Most people have no clue what it really does. I live here, here in Colorado, and don't really have much perspective on the center. But right now, the Trump administration and the state of Colorado, specifically the governor here, are at odds. The governor has recently asked for some disaster relief funds to be released by the federal government, and it appears the Trump administration won't be releasing those funds. And so, of course, the governor is arguing politics here. So this is just another example of how those two sides, David, are at odds at the moment and really politically always have been. Yeah, it's federally funded. Right. So this. This is a national issue. And liberals have consistently wanted more money, shockingly, for liberal policies there at the center. Under the Biden administration, funding went up by about a billion dollars. And bottom line, as you've kind of calculated all it's about a 12% increase. Increase is what the Biden administration did. So this is a ideological battle, it's a fiscal battle, and they're both tied together. Dr. G. Yeah. You know, especially this time of year where it seems like if people can't afford to have a really good Christmas for their children, it's very disheartening. It's very disillusioning. It really becomes sort of their takeaway from the year almost. And when you hear about billions of dollars being spent, federal dollars being spent so cavalierly and really without representation. Right. Really without taxpayers authorizing it, that's where it gets just really frustrating. It's hard to count all the little things that the Trump administration is changing like this. And yes, they can bring them back in with the new administration, and they undoubtedly will, but it'll be a lot of trouble. It'll make headlines, and there will be backlog when people do try to reinstate some of this. So I'm glad they're doing it. Yeah, absolutely. All right, coming up, we are headed down to Wall street for the opening bell and a look at how big pharma stocks are responding to those big prescription drug price cuts announced by President Trump on Friday. Welcome back everyone. We're about seven minutes away from the opening bell at the New York stock exchange, we'll of course take you there live the moment it happens. I can tell you that pre market trading looking pretty good so far. Look at our board green from top to bottom, dow S P500 and the Nasdaq, the major indices out there all looking pretty positive right now. Hopefully it stays that way throughout the day. Day again, we'll take you to the New York Stock Exchange for the opening bell here in short order. First, though, let's get you over to David. David, good morning. Good morning. T. Bates. All right. Time now for our daily dose of dollars and common sense. We have American Sunrise EARLY EDITION host, the guy behind Jake's take, substacks, Jake Novak. Jake, so the President Trump, President Trump has successfully squeezed the big pharma companies into a deal to lower prices for a lot of essential drugs. Of course, the big drug company shares, they're taking a hit on the stock market market or not. What is the real results here? Jake they're doing fine. They all rose pretty significantly on Friday. They don't look like they're going to be dropping at all today either. That's because it could have been worse. They came to the table ready to make deals. They're going to get more volume out of this. I mean, they're selling some things at major discounts, but they might double and triple the amount of people who are buying their products. So that'll help. And there's another factor here, David, and that's what I call the RFK junior Factor. This is a guy guy who had a long history of being very, very combative with the big pharma companies. Just President Trump naming him to be the HHS secretary must have scared the heck out of a lot of C suite big pharma people. And they're probably relieved. They probably quietly told their accountants and some of their top shareholders, hey, we might take a big hit in the next year. And the fact that it isn't as bad as that, they're doing fine. So I hope you're not worrying about the big pharma companies. I know it kept you up last night, David, but I was okay. I was was okay with that. Yeah. Hey, Jake, do you think the lower prescription drug prices will come to fruition soon or what's your sense of that? I mean, we always hear about that, but is that really true? I mean, is it really going to make a difference? And if it does, when would might we see a difference? And who would be the best or the most, the biggest benefactors, I should say, of all of this Well, I think it will actually happen quickly. It just will be the case of some people might be on some insurance plans or some other, other types of plans. You know, check your plan, make sure that they've. That they're the ones who are implementing the drug price changes. They might try to squeeze their own people, as the middlemen sometimes do, for another month or so. Don't let that happen. Make sure you get on the phone with whomever is providing you with your prescription drugs, by the way. So do that. And you might have to change who you go to and get a little bit more free agency there, which is never a bad idea. I think it's going to be some of the drugs that are, again, a lot of the diabetes kind of stuff, some of the cancer drugs as well, blood thinners, things like that, things that a lot of Americans are on. Thank God I'm not on any of those things myself, but I certainly know a lot of people who are. And I'm not willing to just poo, poo this. I think it's a big deal. Whether it's the biggest deal ever, as everything is as we're told. Everything is, I don't know, but I'll take it. I'll take it. Yeah. The way Trump does it, everything's the biggest deal ever. Right. You know, down in Venezuela, we got the biggest oil tanker ever. The biggest ever. All right. Right. With all the talk about big tech and AI this year, you think the biggest big tech deal of the year has just been made and it's not really about AI. So tell us more about that. Yeah, I got a lot of problems, David, with TikTok and some of the stuff that they do on there. Very manipulative. They tried to manipulate me as a user until I got it off my phone a few years ago. But it would be foolish to say that it's not an incredibly valuable property. This is a blockbuster of a social media platform, whatever you want to call it, And Oracle's got it. Oracle is the lead investor, the lead new American company that will now have control over TikTok. So for all of the Oracle stuff this year that had everything to do with AI, the stocks, you know, its stock was up, it was down, it's up 15% for the year. But in September, David, it was up well over 100% for the year. It's been a wild ride for oracle on this AI stuff, and that's fine, you're still up 15%. But to own TikTok, my goodness, that is. That is the steal of the year. And Oracle to me is a big winner on this and has very little to do with AI. Actually, I know there's AI involved in TikTok, but you know what I mean. Yeah, I do know. All right. Finally, Jake, the parent company that owns those Roomba self vacuuming cleaners has gone bankrupt. So does that mean we're about to see a bunch of out of work roombas on the streets and causing trouble? I mean, my goodness, the. The return and the revenge of the Roombas will vacuum for food. That's what's going on. I think some of those roombas. I think some of those roombas were here illegally. So I'm not crying for them. Just. Oh my God, you know, I mean, you know. Let me see your paper. That's right. Roomba. Where do you. But it's funny. Yes. IRobot, which. Which created Roomba and made it. They are bankrupt. A Chinese company, which isn't actually that much to laugh at, is going to take over most of the operations. So be careful what you say in front of your Roomba. If you know any state secrets, keep it quiet. But your Roomba is now. It will still work. Don't worry. But. Yes, but make sure that your Roomba is not listening in on any of your nuclear fusion theories. That's all I can tell you. Good to know. And just to confirm, you don't rumba, do you? You don't do rumba. No, I. But I did learn. I did learn merengue. I did learn that. Good to know. And that is news you can use here on American Sunrise. Thank you. Thanks, Jay. Appreciate it. All right, time for T. Bates. Let's go to Denver. The stock market sponsored by amac, the association of Mature American citizens, is the conservative voice for Americans 50 and older. AMAC is fighting for the values that you hold dear. Join today together we can right the course of America. I don't roomba or rumba, but I do do a mean pasa double. Just letting you guys know we're getting ready for the opening bell of day. The New York Stock Exchange. You hear the applause, which means we are moments away from the opening bell and getting an idea of how the market shape up on this first day of trading on this Christmas week. So far, so good. I can tell you it's been a pretty good day in terms of premarket trading. Now that the markets are officially opening and the scurrying on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange is underway with those first trades, here's how things are Looking, as you can see, almost a perfect board. The dark dow S&P 500 and the NASDAQ all in the green at the morning. Really only one blemish on the board, but there's time for all of that to change. We, of course will continue to monitor it for you throughout the day. In the meantime, gold is up around 40% this year, which isn't speculation, it's reality. Watch the trailer on trainergames. Com. All right. Welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. G. Thanks for joining us this morning. We invite you to hop in our conversation on YouTube. Getter and Rumble. It is time now to take the political pulse of America and the beat today as President Trump shifts his focus back to the economy and Americans start to feel relief from Bidenflation. The political landscape quietly changing ahead of the midterms. New polling shows Democrats Democrats are losing ground and Republicans are steadily closing the gap. This is according to Real Clear Politics poll of polls. Democrats once held a five and a half point lead in the generic congressional ballot. Today though, that lead has been cut in half. Now just 2.7 points. Support for Democrat control of Congress has dropped while GOP numbers continue to climb, a trend showing up across multiple major polls. Polls Emerson morning consult Qantas, YouGov and Quinnipiac all show the same exact story. Democrat leads are shrinking. Republicans are gaining, I think as people begin to to feel the economy. Context matters too. In 2018, by the way, Democrats led more than 7 points and still failed to take the Senate. So today their lead is far smaller. Momentum is moving, moving the opposite direction. They still have no message. Joining us now with analysis is the host of America's Voice Live and the Steve Gruber Show. Steve Gruber, good morning. Merry Christmas. Steve, what's your reaction to this poll? Does the GOP have good reason to be optimistic? I know this doesn't mean we can relax, but this is at least encouraging. Right. Because we've been hearing, I mean, the whisper behind the scene scenes everywhere I go has been, we only have a year to get things done because we're going to lose in the midterms. Because. Because traditionally the sitting party does lose in the midterms. Yeah. You know, here's the thing. The Democrats. Oh, starting a month or two ago, they think that they have the midterms all wrapped up. Well, they don't. Let's just be clear about that. Six months put us into, say, Fourth of July, 2026. Six months is about three lifetimes in politics. And look, the Democrats. Did you see their faces when the inflation numbers came out at 2.7% on CNN? It's like the blood ran out of their faces. They turned ghostly white. What? Oh, my gosh. So that's thing one. I paid less than $2.50 for gas over the weekend here in my neighborhood. I'm looking around the country. The gas average keeps coming down. The inflation number is down $600 billion cut from our annual deficit. These are all positives. And not Kevin Hassett and others are saying, look, those $2,000 checks are a reality, but Congress has to pass that to put the checks out to the people. $2,000 for those that would qualify. That's a big deal. And did you hear this, guys? Talk about a big thing to celebrate at Christmas, the refund checks, because of the big beautiful bill, could be between 11 and 20 thousand dollars for some people. I mean, do you think that's a game changing revelation in your mailbox box? Hello. And you throw $2,000 on top of that. That's game changing. So as this economy continues to start hitting on all cylinders, I'm seeing changes. And you're seeing the changes in all the polling. You're right, Gina. Across the board, there's a positive surge in numbers for Republicans. And when you talk about the U.S. senate. Look, we've also learned, and I just want to throw this in as an aside, then in Fulton County, Georgia, 2020, it's clear that hundreds of thousands, thousands of valves were counted twice illegally, which means Jon Ossoff being a senator is a fluke. It was never supposed to happen. Look for a pickup for the Republicans in Georgia. If they get the right candidate, look for the possibility of a pickup. And yes, I'm gonna say it the state of Minnesota, if things go right, things are looking up for the Republicans for all the right reasons. And if they can get this mess of Obamacare retired and something put in its place like a health savings account, health associations that help Americans save money and get better health coverage, you can see not just a Republican coming back to even they can be ahead in this thing. Yeah. What did you make of J.D. vance's comments at Amfest yesterday? And overall, what'd you make of amfest this weekend? There's been a lot of talk about Ben Shapiro and Tucker Carlson and some of the differences they have. And I know everybody wanted to do the Kumbaya stuff like, look, we all need to come together. And of course, I agree with that. J.D. vance had said every American has a place here in the Republican Party. But he didn't say anything about the anti Semitism that is creeping in with the Nick Fuentes of the world. And it's not just Nick Fuentes. You know, he's got 5 million followers and there's a lot of people that. Do you think he needs to say something, J.D. vance, about this or. He's trying to, he's trying to kind of walk a tightrope a little bit there, knowing about 2028 coming up. Look, J.D. vance said what he needed to say, which I think is this. It doesn't matter what your skin color is. DEI is dead. It doesn't matter what your religion is. We've got a place for you in the Republican Party. If you're Asian, you don't have to talk around your college application anymore. Just say, look, I'm an Asian individual. You don't have to be ashamed of being white anymore. I think you said exactly, exactly what he needed to say. Maybe he could have mentioned something on anti Semitism. Am I concerned about it? No, not really. I think that there's a great awareness that anti Semitism is wrong. It should be called out, but it's not the only thing that we face today. There's a lot of concerns about there. I think the silliest thing came from Tucker Carlson, honestly. You know, when we, when we look at terrorist attacks in places like Bondi beach and he says, well, you know, it can't be Islamophobia. Look, when there starts to become a common denominator with violence in this country. Yeah. You have to look at it. That's not Islamophobia. That's called self awareness. And I think Tucker was a little short on that at the event. That's my take. Yeah, well, Steve Grouper. A lot to digest from a big weekend, and RAV's coverage was all over it. And so thank you so much for being here joining us today. And Merry Christmas to you and Ivy. Merry Christmas, my friends. All right, Merry Christmas to you. Hugs to the whole family from T. Bates. There you have it. T. Thank you, David. Thank you. G. Thank you. Absolutely. At sacredhumanhealth.com, promo code sunrise for 10% off. All right. For more, let's bring in the CEO of Sacred Human, Trevor Comstock. Trevor, good morning. Hey, Dr. Gina. Great to see You. Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas. Yeah, yeah. Tell us what you guys have going on this week. Yeah, so I just wanted to come on real quick. Of course, you know, we are known for our grass fed beef liver and it still is our number one product which is just amazing for overall health and vitamin D vitality. And for those who don't know, it's essentially like nature's multivitamin. But with that said, you know, our new towel moisturizer once again has been extremely popular and we did recently sell out. I did want to give a heads up there, but we are now back in stock and we have our team all hands on deck to make sure that orders are getting out and we still get a lot of questions around it. So I thought, I thought I'd highlight it again real quick. But for those who don't know, know, this moisturizer is handmade within two ingredients, which is the 100American grass fed and finished beef tallow. And then we pair it with the raw Manuka honey. So that's it. There's no preservatives, you know, no synthetic ingredients, seed oils or anything like that. And tallow is pretty remarkable just because it's almost identical to the natural oils that your skin produces. So it actually absorbs much more deeply as opposed to just sitting on the top of your skin skin, which unfortunately is the case with a lot of other skin care products on the market. And then to take a step further, it's also loaded with vitamins like vitamin A, D, E as well as K which is your skin essentially needs to stay healthy and radiant, which once again, a lot of other products on the market don't include the natural vitamins. But this product really is intended for both men and women. It's one of the questions we get asked a lot. But yes, men can use it. I use it every day. Day. It works great for things like crow's feet and some wrinkles and just like I said, daily skin hydration. But also it works in cases if you have like a little bit of seborrhea, eczema or redness on your skin. And again, you can use it pretty much anywhere on your body. So if you want to use in your face, as I mentioned, you can use it that way you can put on your hands, your feet, your neck, pretty much anywhere where your body intends or wherever you intend to use, use it. And then lastly, I just wanted to mention we pair it with the raw Manuka honey, which is an amazing ingredient for its anti inflammatory, anti bacteria and healing remedies. So basically, in short, it does a lot of things, but it will do things like, as I mentioned, reduce the redness, lock in moisturizer, and also locks in the moisturizer without clogging your pores, which is pretty amazing. So once again, it's a super popular product, really powerful too for your skin. And if you want to compare it to other products on the market that you might find on like Amazon or Walgreens or just the general Internet, those can be beneficial in their own right. But more oftentimes than not, they just contain a ton of synthetic ingredients, fragrances, alcohols and other fillers that are not only unnatural, but can unfortunately damage your skin barrier over time. So once again, we just wanted to give you the raw natural ingredients. And again, it goes on really nicely and rubs in pretty well as well. So remind us of where we can learn more about sacred human health. Yeah, of course. So you can go to sacredhumanhealth.com and then you can use code sunrise for 10 off any one time order. If you have any questions, just let us know. But I encourage people to check out a lot of the reviews because a lot of folks from American Sunrise come through and tend to love the products and leave a review. So check those out too. SacredHumanHealth.com, trevor Comstock, thank you so much. Thank you. Appreciate it. All right, coming up, President Trump makes a major move in the New York governor's race. Over the weekend, Trump formally endorsed Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman just one day after Republican Congresswoman Elise Stefanik ended her bid for governor. Governor Trump, calling Blakeman MAGA all the way, offered what he called his complete and total endorsement to flip a once great state back into Republican hands. The move comes just a day after Stefanik ended her bid and following her exit from Congress. Blakeman's entry into the race earlier this month shook up the field. And while Democrat Governor Kathy Hochul still holds a double digit lead in early polling, Republicans now have a clear Trump backed standard bearer. We want to know what you think. Watch the trailer on trainergames.com. All right. Welcome back to American Sunrise. Hi guys. I'm Dr. Chi. Thanks so much for joining us today. It is time now for the Sunny side up and in the Pan. Today, a Georgia man who has beat cancer is returning to that very place that saved his life this time to spread a little Christmas cheer. For nearly two decades, Jonathan Bird has embraced the role of Santa Claus, not just during the holidays, but as a way of life. He says his Christmas tree stays up all year. I've thought about that before. This week, Byrd walked back into the university where this is the Cancer and Blood center in Athens, the same center, by the way, where he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2021 and later beat the disease. Here's what he told local reporters. Chemo after surgery and I'm hugging four years real hard. No signs and no symptoms. But I've put on my coat long enough that I am now a part of all of those other Santas is what makes Santa who Santa and what Santa is another great example of the holiday spirit giving back. David I love the attitude, you know, it's just great talking about the Christmas spirit. That's the Christmas spirit for sure. So good stuff. T. Bates no, absolutely. That's the Christmas spirit. And what a story he has to tell, not only of surviving cancer, but being able to come back and spread some cheer. Not just Christmas cheer, but cheer to the people who were at that same facility who are in a similar situation that he was in just four years ago. It truly is a blessing to be able to return and to be able to give some uplift to the people in that community and in that specific facility. Yeah, especially it's just fun to hear these stories around Christmas time. I have to ask you guys, because we have a little time real quickly, though, because it goes away fast as you Know, do you guys have a special, like Christmas games or anything that you guys do as your whole family? If the Brodies are going to play a game at Christmas time, what is it, David Brody? You know, I'll be honest with you. We don't have an actual official, sanctioned Christmas game that's sanctioned by the Christmas Leak, if you will. But we just play a whole variety of games. And I can tell you that this year we'll be introducing some new games. We like to keep it fresh, so we always love to have game night at our house. And so we'll have at least three or four that we have on tap. And by the way, we practice the games before we invite the family over. We test them out, making sure we're ready to go. No, we're not playing around. Make sure you can win day one, which is it? Correct. And there's a lot of money wagered at Christmas time as well. No, that's true. A whole different kind of. So it's poker. Poker at the Brody house. All right, team, a little bit. Dr. Jean, I will say there's not a family game, but there's a game I personally play. It's typically around the football game time. It's called Hide and don't come find me. Don't bother me. I typically try to hide so I can watch my football game in peace and don't have to assemble things or do something. Yes, that sounds like my soundtrack. We love sequins. And this year, and actually we've done this before, we're doing a Polaroid scavenger hunt. We don't really use Polaroids anymore, but it's like the way the game is. And you name all these crazy things no one could ever find a picture of. And then you have people have to go out in the community and find, like, take a picture with the famous person. Those kinds of things. It's fun. It's fun. Anyway, you guys, war room is up next. Hug your children. Love God, have a merry Christmas. Christmas Last week of Advent. Go boldly now. Live the truth. We'll see you tomorrow. Freedom ain't free no w. Season 2 of unrivaled basketball is here and the talent is unreal.
