Dr. Gina
The American dream is still alive.
David Brody
I'm David Brody.
Terrence Colby
I'm terrence.
Tracy Anthony
And I'm Dr. Gina.
Dr. Gina
Good morning. I'm Dr. Gina. We are live with you from the Palm Beaches where there is no snow on the ground. But let's bring in David brody in Washington, D.C. where they're getting some flurries at Tarrant's base in our Denver newsroom, who, according to him, he always has 10ft of snow every morning when he wakes up.
Terrence Colby
Yeah, I'm just a sour puss. I don't like snow at all. I'm sorry. There's probably some childhood PTSD that I'm dealing with. I remember my dad waking me up, you know, 3:30, 4:00 in the morning saying, I gotta get to work, go shovel the driveway. And so that's my enduring memory, David, when it comes to snow, unfortunately, is having to get up early in the morning. And again, now, as a dad, I get it, you know, you. So everybody's got to pitch in. Yes, ma'. Am.
Dr. Gina
And listen, I love that your dad. Let me get this straight now, and I want all of you gen zers and millennials out there to listen to this. His dad, he wasn't getting up yet. His dad woke him up because he had to get to work. Terrence, my boy, God gave you to me for a reason. Get your backside out of bed, get out there. And my kids would die. That'd be. It'd be mutiny on the. On the. Yeah. David, I don't know.
Terrence Colby
You know what? It's funny you say that, and we do change, you know, it was a good life lesson. And thinking back, yeah, I'm still bitter about it, but it was a good life lesson, and it shows that everyone pitches in. But I will say that even with my girls, I probably wouldn't do that.
Dr. Gina
Not a chance.
Terrence Colby
There's been a couple parents.
Dr. Gina
I can tell there have been a.
Terrence Colby
Couple of times I've said, girls, go shovel the driveway. And they. They kind of. Him and Han, like. But, like, getting them up early in the morning, there's. There's no way. My wife would be like, are you crazy? There's just no way. And it just shows that, you know, how things change, I guess. David, I don't know.
David Brody
Well, listen, I love my kids, but I really love when they were here to shovel the snow and they're no longer here. And so it's up to me. I just look at myself and I go, oh, gosh, we got about an inch, by the way, an inch OR2 in D.C. this morning. It's still snowing. You know, it's definitely beginning to look a lot like Christmas. Heavenly dandruff. Heavenly dandruff coming in.
Dr. Gina
It makes the. Makes the Christmas tree at the White House all the more exciting.
Terrence Colby
Absolutely. President Trump, as you kind of mentioned there, lit the national Christmas tree with the first lady last night. And interestingly, he had this message as he did it. During this holy season, Christians everywhere rejoice at the miracle in BETHLEHEM More than 2,000 years ago, when the son of God, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, came down from heaven to be with us. You're right. Full of grace and truth, he brought the gift of God's love into the world and the promise of salvation for every person and every nation. Tonight, this beautiful evergreen tree glows bright on the dark and cold winter night and reminds us of the words of Gospel of John. In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. Beautiful words. With the birth of Jesus, human history turned from night to day. His word and his example call us to love one another, to serve one another, and to honor the sacred truth that every child is specially made in the image of God.
David, really quickly before we get to our Bible verse, you actually suggested that we use that this morning simply to point out that President Trump really rooting this the reason for this season in the Bible.
David Brody
Yeah, it was nice to see Pastor Trump on display yesterday.
And let me just say, was Joe Biden ever saying any of that? And I just, obviously the answer is no. And it wasn't just saying it. I mean, look, when he did the Christmas message, I mean, it was just all about, you know, kumbaya and let's hold each other's hand and let's just pray to some generic something. But it's just nice to see the words of the Bible ring true this holiday season. Gina, the Bible verse, wouldn't this. Now tell me this isn't the perfect transition to the Bible verse.
Dr. Gina
That was really perfect. But I'm going to interrupt it with David. I'm heading your way. Keep it cold, keep it snowy. Those are my two requests. I'm coming to Jesus, see you Monday. And we're going to do some Christmasing together. And we're going to be on air together Monday out of the Washington, D.C. studio after the big Christmas party at the White House. There's Kennedy center honors. We're going to be covering all that for you right here on RAV over the weekend. Let's check out today's bible verse. Psalm 31:20. You shall hide them in the secret place of your presence from the plots of man. You shall keep them secretly in a pavilion from the strife of tongues. Well, lots of strife happening because our agencies have been so bad for so long, honestly. But now the FBI has arrested a suspect in this long running investigation into pipe bombs discovered outside the Democrat and Republican National Committee headquarters. Coincidentally, that happened on January 5, 2021, the eve of the events of January 6. So many are very suspicious about why that happened right before the events of January 6th that no one knew were going to happen. Yet at least most of the people there didn't know. The suspect was identified as Brian Cole Jr. From Virginia. He now faces explosives charges and this was the first arrest in the case after nearly five years. Five years. The FBI had to do something about this. So the FBI under Trump offered a $500,000 reward and investigators reviewed hundreds of tips and videos to reach this breakthrough. I don't think anybody actually ended up getting that reward, if I understood correctly. But through the various tips, it sounds like they got to where they needed to be. Here's what the US Attorney for Washington D.C. had to say.
Tracy Anthony
Finally able to make an arrest of an individual by the name of Brian Cole.
Donna Fiducia
As the Attorney General has indicated he arrested for transporting an explosive device in.
Tracy Anthony
Interstate commerce as well as the attempted.
Donna Fiducia
Malicious destruction by means of explosive materials.
Tracy Anthony
You know folks, this case involved millions.
Donna Fiducia
Of pieces of data and it is a huge win because it was like finding a needle in a haystack.
Dr. Gina
Well, let's bring in RAD Chief White House correspondent Brian Glenn. Brian, is there any reaction from the White House? I don't know that I've heard any since this arrest.
Terrence Colby
You know, Dr. Gina, I have not heard any official statement coming from the White House after this arrest of Brian Cole. But this does wrap up a five year investigation on who are multiple people could be involved in that January 6th pipe bomb. Now that was a huge story and if, and if you remember just a few weeks ago they even had speculation it could be a female person involved in that. That person was eliminated as a suspect. So. But we now have one in arrest Brian Cole for leaving that pipe bomb both outside the Republican and Democrat headquarters here in Washington D.C. and there's so much speculation. It's one of those things that if they could find people that were going to the Capitol on January 6th and pinpointing all of the people they rounded up for that and thousands of people that they were using cell phone tower and data collected from cell phones as far as location, then why couldn't they find that person that left the pipe bombs and there's even video surveillance of that individual as well that we've seen circulate on social media. But I think this is a big break and big, I would probably say a little bit of vindication for so many people that have been implied to perhaps could have been the pipe bomber. Because you know how social media gets. They put everybody in that category. But good, good conclusion I hope on this story of who left those January 6th pipe bombs.
David Brody
Yeah, and still more questions than answers at this point. You know, other people involved. There's this guy, an antifa we hear about an anarchist tie in and all of that. We'll get to it. Brian. A snowy day at the White House by the way. You're braving the elements.
Dr. Gina
So pretty. That shot, Brian.
Terrence Colby
Anything for the shot. Look, let me step aside for you. We'll do anything for a shot. We could have melted in with the tent. No, we don't want to do that. We could have melted in and with the briefing room. No, we don't want to do that. Let me step aside. What a beautiful shot there of the West Wing. The Christmas trees outside decorated, the Snow coming down. Dr. Gina, we will do it. We will pull out all the stops to make sure you guys have the best view right now of the White House. Just a beautiful day.
Dr. Gina
That is gorgeous.
Terrence Colby
Beautiful.
Dr. Gina
I tell you, Brian, I'm hopping on a plane after this to come to you, so I want you to keep it just like that.
David Brody
Yes, Brian, please do your part from a. Yes, from a godly nature perspective.
Terrence Colby
Okay.
David Brody
So, Brian, let's talk about this New York Times situation. Here's the headline. The New York Times is suing the Pentagon over First Amendment rights. Of course, this has to do with the new Department of War rules for reporters. You knew this lawsuit was going to come. Lawyers for the old gray lady or the old really decrepit gray lady say these new sets of rules for journalists at the Pentagon violate the right to due process, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, yada, yada, yada. Your thoughts, sir?
Terrence Colby
Yeah. Well, we did know something like this would come. And New York Times being, I guess, the first one to drop a lawsuit, I do anticipate additional lawsuits to follow as well, as it has been something that the legacy media has not agreed with. And I've had a few minutes to talk when those policies rolled out here at the White House with a few of my colleagues, and they all tell me that this is. They are not a fan of these, of this new policy and that the fact it does violate the First Amendment right. And we've talked about the different changes here at the White House as far as the access to what would be described as an upper press situation. So if you go back in this administration, if you remember, the Associated Press had a temporary ban from the briefing room because of their lack of acknowledgement of the Gulf of America. They kept calling it the Gulf of Mexico. So this is probably just going to. We're going to see things like this, I think, for the next couple years on this administration as they are just trying to put the legacy media, the fake news, trying to pretty much keep everyone at check. And that's going to be, that's going to be met with a little bit of resistance as we see here with that lawsuit. David.
Dr. Gina
Wow. I just, I just want to take that shot in just for one more second. Brian Glenn, we appreciate you being such a gracious.
Terrence Colby
I'll give you $5. Enjoy it. Lay down and do Snow angels.
Dr. Gina
Oh, my gosh. Yes.
Terrence Colby
Come on, Brian, do it. Do it for the people. I, I, I'll do it. I'll do it. I don't know. Over here might have something to say about it, but I'm more. Well, you know what? Here, hold this microphone. Oh, gosh.
Tracy Anthony
Here he goes.
Terrence Colby
Oh, my gosh. Oh, my God.
Oh, my God.
Tracy Anthony
Look at that.
Terrence Colby
I owe Brian Glenn five bucks. I owe him five bucks. I love it.
Brian, you are famous. I love you. Five bucks.
Hang on. I may not need the five bucks. There's a. There's a fox that just ran across the White House yard. You see that? Unbelievable fox. Hey, flip the camera real quick if you can.
David Brody
Let's see this.
Terrence Colby
Oh, check it out. Hang on. Look, look, running towards Pebble.
Tracy Anthony
Oh, my gosh, there's a fox.
Terrence Colby
Look.
Donna Fiducia
Wow.
Terrence Colby
That's incredible.
Dr. Gina
They live in the city.
Terrence Colby
We got snow angels, we've got foxes.
Dr. Gina
Wow.
Terrence Colby
And I may need bail money to get out of the jail once the Secret Service comes over here and Gina's.
David Brody
Gonna adopt the fox.
Terrence Colby
So they're five bucks. I may need a little bit more than that. What if. What a random hit this morning at the White House. But that's beautiful.
Dr. Gina
Beautiful.
Terrence Colby
Can't wait to get there. You actually do it.
Dr. Gina
Can't wait to hug you, Brian.
Terrence Colby
Appreciate it.
Dr. Gina
See you soon. Thank you. All right, you guys, Anything for the show. Anything.
Terrence Colby
Any.
Dr. Gina
That doesn't prove it. Nothing will. All right, coming up, we're going to check out the hottest headlines from the RAV newsroom with teammates. Washington, D.C. it is, it is snowing in the nation's capital. Brian Glenn recovering from doing snow angels in the previous segment. We will check on his mental health in the wellness segment coming up, I'm sure very shortly. Welcome back everybody to American Sunrise. I'm David Brody. Right now, let's check in with T. Bates. He's got the latest headlines from the Real America's Voice newsroom sponsored by amac.
Terrence Colby
The association of Mature American Citizens is the conservative voice for Americans 50 and older. AMAC is fighting for the values that you hold dear. Join today. Together we can write the course of America. A 30 year old man who lives in Virginia could answer to a judge as soon as today. After being arrested on Thursday accused of putting pipe bombs outside the headquarters of the Republican and Democratic Party headquarters there in Washington, D.C. it's taken almost five years for investigators to name a suspect and make an arrest. The incident happened leading up to the the January 6th demonstration at the US Capitol. Attorney General Pam Bondi says the arrest is a result of diligent police work and the new leadership at the FBI focusing on police work and not other issues. No new evidence or witnesses were used to find the suspect. The good news is no one was hurt before those bombs were disarmed. However, despite an arrest being made, law enforcement isn't being specific about what motivated the suspect and the details of the evidence that led to identifying him. After nearly five years, the Commander in peace achieves his latest peace deal. On Thursday, President Trump welcomed the presidents of Rwanda and Congo for the signing of a peace agreement to end the decades long war between those two countries. The deal also benefits US Interests, though the United States is also signing our own bilateral agreements with the Congo and Rwanda that will unlock new opportunities for the United States to access critical minerals and provide economic benefits for everybody. And we'll be involved. We're sending some of our biggest and greatest companies over to the two countries and we're going to take out some of the rare earth and take out some of the assets and pay and everybody's going to make a lot of money.
And today, President Trump will also bring in another economic boom as he will participate in the drawing for the FIFA World cup, which will be hosted here in the United States next summer. I, of course, will be covering that throughout the day as well, personally, simply because I'm a soccer fan. And so I'm excited about that we're getting you ready for the opening bell. Not the opening bell. Excuse me. We're getting you ready for the forecast. You can see there at the bottom of your screen we've got that QR code there. Join our friends over at Weather Nation. Scanning that code. Meteorologist Tracy Anthony standing by right now though in our West Palm Studios with the very latest. So we were talking in the break and you were saying that meteorologically we are in winter, but not necessarily otherwise. To me, when it gets this cold, winter is here. I don't care whether it's meteorology, meteorologically or otherwise, it's this cold. It's wintertime.
Tracy Anthony
Hey, I'm with you. That's why when it gets cold or the first snow, my Christmas lights go up, the decorations go up. I'm with you. But technically, yeah. So we are in meteorology, meteorological winter, which is December, January, February, those are the three coldest months of the year. But astronomically there is a little lag. So we won't technically be in winter until mid December. But a lot of area is going to be dealing with the snow. This is Jackson, Wyoming, overnight Christmasy scene. Roanoke, Virginia, though, you're going to be battling the snow as well. So slick commutes this morning with widespread snow in Virginia and we are going.
Donna Fiducia
To continue to have a good amount.
Tracy Anthony
Of snow over the next couple of days. And with the snow across the northeastern side of the nation, it's going to bring arctic air. So temperatures already this morning are very, very chilly. You can see we have sub zero temperatures for New England and Terrence. This is going to impact millions, not just with this first push, but even into next week. So windchill values could be down near 20, 30 below. I do not think that sounds fun at all.
Donna Fiducia
Woo.
Terrence Colby
20 or 30 below. Oh my go don't for that. Yeah, exactly. Hard pass on that for sure. All right, Tracy, we'll check back with you in our next hour and get a hometown forecaster, several of them for you. If you like a hometown forecast, folks, go to our very social media platforms. Get a rumble, YouTube, let us know where you're hanging out. Tell us that you want a hometown forecast and you might be one of our lucky viewers to get that special forecast from Tracy. Up next, though, the arrest of the would be J6 pipe bomber. A former FBI special agent joins us with insight on what led to this arrest and why it took so long. First though, a quick look at this day in history.
It was on this date in 1945 that five Navy torpedo bombers from Flight 19 departed Fort Lauderdale on a routine training mission. They never came back, though. Two hours into the flight, the squadron leader reported compass failure. The pilots said they were lost. A distorted radio transmission later ordered the crew to prepare to ditch due to ditch due to fuel loss. A search plane launched that night on a reconnaissance mission to find the planes, but it also vanished. The planes and their crews were never found. And the incident would become one of the most enduring mysteries of the Bermuda Triangle. That, of course, still haunts the United States and all of us to this very day. More American Sunrise coming your way in two minutes.

Breckenridge, Colorado. I lived in Colorado for 10 years. I went south skiing three times. I know, I know. I feel guilty about it. I'm in therapy over it now. Gina, on the other hand, will now talk about wanting to ski in Breckenridge all week long. Welcome back everybody to American Sunrise. All right, as we reported at the top of the show, the FBI has arrested a suspect in the long running investigation into pipe bombs discovered outside the Democrat and Republican National Committee headquarters that happened on January 5, 2021, the night before the events that of course unfolded on January 6, 2021 on Capitol Hill. Suspect identified as Brian Cole Jr. Is from Virginia. He now faces explosives charges. This arrest nearly five years in the making. Let's break that down with former FBI special agent, former Navy SEAL Jonathan Gilliam. Jonathan, thanks for being here. So look, lots of questions. Did he act alone? We're also hearing he may have had anarchist leanings, but this sat for five years. In essence, a cold case. Why didn't the Biden administration solve this earlier? A lot of theories going Around. What's yours, sir? Good morning.
Terrence Colby
Good morning to all of you. You know, I think it comes down to intent and motivation. Why? And I'm not talking about the bomber. I'm talking about the FBI, the previous FBI and the previous administration that they just, for whatever reason, their motivation was not to finish this case, and their intent was not to finish it. So I don't know. I find that very interesting. And I think that if it took that long, that many years, four years, where that did not get solved, and then less than a year into this administration, they went through the evidence according to what they were saying. It wasn't from new sources. It was from going back through the evidence. They were able to put this together and gain leads. That says a lot about the. How the investigation was prioritized. And I am not sure there's a lot you could theorize of why that that could be. But I. I think that's the second investigation that should come out of this, is that Cash Patel and Dan Bond Geno should be looking at that intent and that motivation because that to me, if it was a. A cause and effect, they weren't interested. So it didn't go anywhere. That, to me, is criminal malpractice of the job.
Dr. Gina
Yeah. Let's go.
Terrence Colby
Dr. Gina, can I just.
Donna Fiducia
Oh, I'm sorry.
Terrence Colby
Can I just butt in just really quickly, Dr. Gina, because I want to follow up and I suspect we probably have a similar question here. I think you hit the nail on the head right there. The FBI, the atf, all these other letter agencies. I'm sorry, let me add three more letters to it. Wtf, Jonathan?
Well, yeah, I mean, look, the way it was and the way it is now, it's two different. Two different things. This is why, you know, I'm always coming on here and talking about how needing a justice czar. Just like we have Tom Homan as the immigration czar, we need somebody to lead investigations into all of these agencies because those people are still there. By and large, they didn't go away. Some of them have been fired, but many of them have been reassigned or pushed out of D.C. which means now they're into the population of the FBI. So I think this is an example of. Of the way that these people, these ideologues populate the FBI and either don't do their job because they're lazy careerists or because they're leftist and they have an agenda. So I'm perplexed by both of these. These issues, who this individual is because he doesn't Fit what most people would think is going to be the mold of who's going to go in and do this bombing. And then I'm perplexed by the FBI. And also, the more I think about it, the fact that he carried out these attacks the evening before January 6th, or he carried out putting the pipe bombs, they didn't actually go off. That there's something in that. There's something in that, I believe that tells motivation and intent as well on the attacker side.
Dr. Gina
Yeah. This guy doesn't fit the profile for a lot of reasons. He's from what looks to be a very upper middle class area outside of Washington D.C. a beautiful home there on what looks like at least an acre or two.
The whole thing just isn't adding up. He's not the guy sitting alone in an apartment somewhere that was radicalized. Right. It just doesn't fit the profile. Jonathan, what on earth could take five years? And we know they just dropped it. I'm not pretending like I think they were investigating him the whole time, but what on earth could possibly take five years? Why didn't they want to get to the bottom? I mean, I'm sorry, if you wrote an MKUltra book about this, it would be more believable than most of the other MK Ultra theories out there. I'm not kidding. I mean, it looks like, who is this guy? Why do we have one picture of him? Why do we have one picture of most of the people that are involved in such a high up, not even the least of which is the Trump attempted assassin. Why do we have one picture of these people and then they disappear and we never hear from them again? I'm sorry, Jonathan. I'm just tired of having no information. So I'm gonna ask the questions that everybody's thinking and I'm gonna give the tabloids out there free for all calling me conspiracy theorists once again. But I want to know.
Terrence Colby
Yeah, well, it's. I mean, look, these are good questions because why is it when, you know, we have somebody abducts someone and murders them and that person is either caught or they kill themselves and the, the case unfolds and we, we end up knowing everything about the individual that committed the crime and every step that he took to commit it, why is that the case? But when we have assassins or attempted bombers that have to do with politics that those cases end up in an information vacuum and the people are always allegedly ghosts? And I can't answer that question, Dr. Gina, because I've never seen it in any other type of case, except for unsolved cases and cases that are political in nature. And, you know, this individual doesn't only live 20 or, you know, real close to Washington, D.C. he actually lives 20 minutes from Quantico, Virginia, which is where, you know, the FBI training and association. We do all our training in the area of surveillance of the area where he lives when we're in the academy. So there's a lot about this individual. I think it would be nice to know if he has connections to other groups and if those groups influence this individual. You know, we say that he wasn't radicalized. Well, this guy. These people are radical. We're all kind of radicalized because we've been groomed by social media in a lot of ways, and that social media and media is actually managed by political parties and ideologues. So I think this is a new era since the Biden administration was in office, a new era of information.
Blackouts and investigators that are controlled. And I would like to see an end to this.
Dr. Gina
Yeah, it'd be nice to know if he has relationships to any of the FBI agents who were supposed to be investigating him. That would be nice to know. Investigate the investigators. You're absolutely right about that. Jonathan.
Terrence Colby
Yeah. Is he a source?
David Brody
Thank you, Jonathan.
Dr. Gina
Is he a source?
Terrence Colby
You got. Is he being a source for anyone? That's a very important thing for us. We need to know these things. If Cash, Patel and them, they want transparency, this is the type of things that we want to know as the American people. We want to know that they're actually getting to the bottom of these things.
Dr. Gina
Thanks, Jonathan.
David Brody
Jonathan Gilliam, great to have you. Thank you, sir.
Terrence Colby
Thanks, brother. Bald is beautiful.
Dr. Gina
Randomly.
David Brody
Goodness gracious. T. Bates. Coming up, as the holiday season is in full swing, people love to indulge in some delicious foods. I can confirm that. But they're definitely not the healthiest. I can also confirm that. So how can people stay healthy while enjoying them? Some tips when we come back.

Okay, what are those people doing on the dock right there right now? Are they fishing? Can you guys see in the control room right there? They're just hanging out nice and early. Might be watching for manatees. Manatees right now are out in force. We had some at Zen Master's house just this week. I happen to know he sent me some pictures and I haven't had any around my house yet. But this is the time of year where they are making their way to warmer waters. That is live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Welcome back to American Sunrise. I'm Dr. G. Thanks for joining us this morning. It is time now for today's health news sponsored by the wellness company under the microscope today, staying healthy, keeping good habits during the holidays. I'm really trying on this. Really trying on this. My friend handed me a piece of pizza this morning. I'm like, pizza?
Terrence Colby
No.
Dr. Gina
First, these are the things you need to do. You want to swap out sweet coffees and fancy drinks for things like tea. This is a really good time of year to be drinking lots of green tea. Actually put green tea drops in my black tea that I drink because green tea is so good for you. So that way you get both. Also.
Make sure that when you do drink things, they aren't the sugar filled things. Right? You don't want that regular sugar. Get the real creams, the real butters, the real foods. If you can get raw from a farmer's market, that's where you go. If you go to a party and you are starving, you are setting yourself up for disaster. So you're likely to overindulge. So just make sure that you have some nice meats, some nice cheeses, stay away from the carbs, and that'll help you fill up and control your portions. Enjoying just a few perhaps of your favorite treats. My girlfriend brought me some beauty. My girlfriend from Alabama was here this week, Dee, and she brought me some of these beautiful cookies. And you know what? I'm gonna have some of those cookies because I love sugar cookies at Christmas time. So I'm gonna do it. But most of the time gonna stick to the real meats, the real creams. The pasture raised, no antibiotics, organic every time you can. That's where you go the real again, the real butters, the real creams, the raw milk, if you can get it. And I've discovered biltong, which is a great secret if you know what it is. It's kind of like a jerky, but they dip it in vinegar and they put garlic or turmeric on it. Best stuff you ever had. It's a South African jerky kind of thing. Very lean, very, very tasty. And I keep it in my bag. I have some right now. South African biltong. Go discover it. All right. A new administration in Washington, D.C. has brought a lot of positive changes when it comes to fixing our broken health care system. The reality, though, there's only so much the government can do. If you really want to make America healthy again, it's going to start at home with each of us. And that's where the Wellness Company comes in. You see and hear from their doctors all the time on this network and you know that their products are the gold standard when it comes to keeping you healthy and safe. The Wellness Company gives you whatever you need for whatever happens in a series of medical prescription kits. Now they contain a series of life saving medications. Also guidebooks to tell you how to use the medicines in the kit. Because if you're like me, I'll forget why I bought something. I have 10,000 supplements sitting out on my counter and I'm like, wait, why did I buy this again? I was asking you guys in the chat about this yesterday. Additionally, the Wellness Company offers a variety of products from parasite cleanses to methylene blue to weight loss so much more. These can help you stay healthy, live longer and a more satisfying life. Make America healthy again starts at home. Do your part. Protect the health of yourself and your family. Go to TWC Health RAV today. Give it an order. That's TWC Health RAV. Use the promo code RAV. That'll save you 10%. Yeah. If it comes in a kit with the guidebook, then you never forget. That's what the Wellness Company does. Or if you're like me, I have all these supplements sitting out in my corner. I have two trays. I put them all on one tray in the morning. That way I can know I took this, I took that and try to remember to slide it over. And I give a lot of the things to my dogs and my other people in my life as well. I'm always going over to people with a little tincture and stuff, squirting things in their mouth. They don't know they're Just like, ah, they know I'm giving them something healthy. That's all they have to know. All right. Staying on the topic of our health, my next guest says that our health care system is broken and that we need to completely overhaul it immediately. The founder of Stormwall Advisors, Michael Wilkerson, has highlighted that health care prices have gone up roughly 26% over the last five years. They expected to rise another 6% this year. Wilkerson also noted that due to the high prices, he went without insurance for years. So what reforms should be made? Well, we are joined by Michael Wilkerson. Good to have you. You know, you're friends with my husband. He has he reformed health care in Missouri. This is so easy. The template is there. Congress won't listen. Michael, what do we need to do?
Terrence Colby
Well, to begin with, Obamacare needs to be completely abolished. And I do hope that is something that will be. Oh, I know it is on President Trump's agenda, but that will be effective. When you don't have price transparency, when you have government interference and intervention, when patients can't understand what they're being billed for or why, confusion reigns. And it is a system that's endemic with fraud. In fact, it's designed to enable fraud to persist. Some estimates say that there are over $300 billion that are lost every year across the health care system defraud. So we need to address it. We need to get rid of this single payer system. We need to get government out of the way and we need to enable patients to understand what they're paying for and why. You know, I told in the same article one story about going and paying cash or something that three years later under insurance, the same provider charged the insurance company eight times what I had negotiated to pay out of pocket. Something's really broken here in the system and it needs to be addressed.
Dr. Gina
But this isn't by mistake, Michael. This is by design. The American Medical association, the American Hospitals association, they are just as culpable here as Big Pharma when, especially when it comes to price transparency.
Terrence Colby
Tell us that's exactly right. The problem is when you design a system that enables so much fraud. And of course, there is a profit motive here. We're the only country in the world that allows pharma companies to market their prescription products directly to the consumer. It's illegal in most places because they don't want to have the distortions that can come from that. Pharma spends more than any other industry on marketing to us what we need or don't need that's number one. You mentioned the hospital systems. These are all for profit companies. They have a motive to, to keep people in a sick care system. And of course, because there is no transparency, there's no accountability, they can bill as much as they want most of the time. And it really is, it is a fraud and it's hurting the American people, the American taxpayer.
Dr. Gina
Yeah. One cancer doctor told me that the reason he can't get his cure out there is because the cancer industry is so well financed, it pays off all the politicians it needs to and keeps things the way they are. But Michael, that's terrifying. And I'm hearing a full repeal is not even a question. Like they're not even, they're not even trying with this. But is there, can we do this without a full repeal with just some privatization and some health share needs? Health needs share. I forget what they're called. You know what I'm trying to say? Say it for me.
Terrence Colby
Privatization. Privatization would help a lot. But that is of course, the opposite of what Obamacare is. So I still believe that you do have to try to address the underlying problem. The other thing is that AI can actually help. It can help both with diagnosis, but also with understanding what's being paid for. There's been studies that have shown that I have been able to identify cases of fraud and abuse, including multiple payment or charges for the same procedure. So there is technology that will help. Better understanding in the system would help. But at the end of the day, government needs to get out of the way and let the private market work in health care as in any other industry.
Dr. Gina
Yeah, that's such a great point, Michael. Even the average person can put in a bill into like a chatgpt or something and have it compare it and tell them if their insurance was overcharged, et cetera. Michael Wilkerson, we have so much work to do together and to keep the pressure on and to privatize this again to make it affordable for Americans again. Thank you so much for your great work on this.
Terrence Colby
Happy to do it. Happy to be here.
Dr. Gina
All right, coming up, military tug of war. Virginia Senator Mark Warner has suggested some outrageous ways for our troops to to stop following President Trump's orders if they felt compelled to do so. His outrageous comments next on American Sunrise.

Terrence Colby
Treated the uniformed military with unprecedented disrespect when they were all brought to get a pep rally in front of Hegseth and Trump. This is an administration that's fired, you know, uniformed generals from the head of the nsa, the head of the Defense Intelligence Agency.

David Brody
Welcome back everybody, to American Sunrise. Time now for our moment of faith on a Friday. That would be a faithful Friday. It's brought to us by Lee Greenwood and the God Bless the USA Bible. Now into our focus. Today, one of our favorite guests has a correction. Not to something he said. No, no. But to one of the Most widely repeated mistakes in biblical scholarship. Now for centuries we have been told Herod the Great died in 4 BC actually turns out the date rests on a single little known error. So let's turn to our friend Jim Moseley, he's the author of course of all of these great books. He's got The Duke of D.C. he's got the appropriately titled Discovering Jesus Disciples. And also Jim co wrote a new book with Dr. G called the Days of Creation by teaching children how God made the world. And of course he is the Bible history guy. Jim, tell us please correct the record sir.
Terrence Colby
Well, good morning. Well yeah, today we want to correct one of the biggest mistakes in in biblical history. The date of Herod the Great's death. Most modern textbooks will tell you that Herod died in 4 B.C. and that Jesus was therefore also born in that year. But that entire theory rests on a single printing error in a 16th century edition of Josephus, who was the Jewish historian, who was a contemporary of Jesus. And once you fix that error, the timeline all snaps back into place and the early Christian writers turn out to have been right all along. Here's what Josephus tells us. Shortly before Herod died, there was a lunar eclipse. Then came a long chain of events. Herod's failed medical treatment of the hot springs of Calerae, the arrest of all the Jewish elders, a request sent to Rome and returned with Augustus approval to execute Herod's son Antipater. Antipater's execution, Herod's death five days later, an elaborate royal funeral, seven days of mourning, and finally the enthronement of Herod's son Archelaus, all before Passover. Now here's the problem. In 4 BC, the eclipse was tiny. A faint partial eclipse on March 13th and only 29 days before Passover. There wasn't enough time for all the events Josephus describes. But on January 10, 1 BC, there was a total unmistakable lunar eclipse early in the evening, plainly visible from Jerusalem. And from that eclipse to Passover was 50 days. Ample room for everything Joseph Josephus records. So what about that printing error? Well in Josephus history, every manuscript before A.D. 1544 said Philip, Herod's son died in the 22nd year of the Roman emperor Tiberius. That places Philip's succession and Herod's death in 1 BC, not 4 BC so the invention of the printing press was a great blessing. With that blessing came a great curse, the printer's error. So later editions all mistakenly changed 22nd to 20th and that two year error stuck. So when you restore Josephus, original wording, the wording, all early manuscripts give everything, lines up, Roman chronology, Josephus, the testimony of the early church fathers who put Jesus birth in 2 BC. So the truth is this. Herod died in 1 BC not 4 BC. Jesus was born in 2 BC who cares? Well, next time we'll follow the evidence further because if Herod died in 1 B.C. then the true star of Bethlehem, which is a fact, not a myth, suddenly appears in the night sky over West Asia in a way we've never seen before.
David Brody
Okay, Jim, so I've got just a quick follow up. So what are we supposed to specifically take away from that in terms of encouraging our faith? I'm sure there's a lesson in all of this and I'm curious as to what that would be because Josephus obviously at the time was the closest we have to that historical aspect there. And so it's important that he also gets it right.
Terrence Colby
Well, there are other chronological indicators in the Gospels which say that if Jesus was born in 4 BC, those other indicators would be false, like the time of the census of Quirinius. And then the other thing is, if we go back in, in astronomical software and look at the night sky, we don't see the star of Bethlehem in 4 BC so that leads people to, well, it's all just a myth, it's all just a story of fable. But when we put the time right, guess what? When we look at this night sky over West Asia, we see that star of Bethlehem. It's a series of celestial events that give exactly what Matthew describes.
David Brody
Very nice. The Bible fitting like a perfect glove yet again. Jim Mosley, great to have you. Thank you so much, my friend.
Terrence Colby
God bless you, David.
David Brody

An hour of American sunrise. Nearly five years later, the FBI under President Trump has arrested a suspect accused of planting pipe bombs near Gopn Dim party headquarters in Washington, D.C. the day before, just ironically, the day before the events of January 6th. We're going to have the latest for you as it comes in. Plus, Admiral Frank Mitch Bradley spoke to lawmakers yesterday in a closed door hearing. The admiral denies giving an order to kill two survivors in a recent strike on suspected drug boat in the Caribbean. We're going to have analysis on that for you straight ahead as well. Also later, the Department of Justice suing six states now for refusing to turn over voter registration rolls. Attorney General Pam Bundy says the DOJ will continue filing suits until all states comply with basic election safeguards. We're going to have those details for you later on in the hour. Those stories, so much more as this Freedom Friday, this puppy Friday, this Christmas season Friday. Get started right now.

Good morning America.
Dr. Gina
Welcome to American Sunrise. Whether it's culture, we have breaking news to share with you.

I'm terrence.
Tracy Anthony
And I'm Dr. Gina.
David Brody
Welcome back, everybody, to the second hour of American Sunrise. I'm David Brody coming to you from D.C. let's bring in Dr. G in West Palm. T. Bates in our Denver newsroom. Good morning on a Snowy Friday from D.C. you know, they can't even deal with an inch or two up here in D.C. and it's ridiculous. It snows. It snows in D.C. come on, get.
Dr. Gina
Over it, G. I'm so excited to see the snow. I'm so excited. My husband's in New York right now and he sent me all these pictures of snow. And I said, Terrence, I said, get out to a snow angel and send me a picture. Well, I want to tell you, he didn't. So you and Brian. He did not. So you and Brian are my heroes this morning. I love seeing snow angels. I remember when I lived in Missouri, I would just randomly like if I saw a nice big untouched yard or something, just hop out and do a snow angel and put a big heart over it and just think, you know, maybe you pass on a little smile to somebody. But that this morning, if you guys Missed it. This is why you need to tune in for the beginning of American Sunrise because Terrence Bates dared Brian to get our at the White House on the lawn, Brian did a snow angel. And then, and then a fox ran across the White House lawn in the snow. You can't make this stuff up, T. No, absolutely.
Terrence Colby
It's been an eventful morning for sure. And that was a highlight. Like I'm still on cloud nine that Brian actually did it. I didn't think he was gonna do it.
David Brody
We, we posted on the social handles. So take a look. Go to, go to X and everything. It's up there. The snow angel stuff, it's great.
Terrence Colby
By the way, just really quickly I asked, I told him I would pay him $5. You guys heard him say, no need, that he did that free of charge. So Brian, sorry, bro, I'm not sending you five bucks because you said don't worry about it.
Dr. Gina
We should all send him five bucks for that. Especially because he's gonna need bail money. As he said after the Secret Service.
Terrence Colby
That that is true. If he sends us one of those texts saying, hey, I need to be bailed out, then I'll send five bucks plus to get him out. Hey, guys, look. A lot of news coming out of Washington D.C. a 30 year old Virginia man could answer to a judge as soon as today after being arrested on Thursday accused of putting pipe bombs outside the the headquarters of the Republican Democratic Parties there in Washington D.C. it's taken almost five years for investigators to name a suspect and make an arrest in the case. The incident happened leading up to the January 6, 2021 demonstration at the U.S. capitol. The commander in peace, as I like to call him, receives his latest peace deal. On Thursday, President Trump welcomed the presidents of Rwanda and Congo to Washington, Washington for the signing of a peace agreement to end the decades long war between those two countries. The deal also benefits US Interests in terms of access to rare earth minerals in both of those countries, as well as investments.
Donna Fiducia
Plus.

5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
It's Christmas time in the nation's capital. Let's keep up the video, guys. As the President and First lady lit the national Christmas tree Thursday night, President Trump will follow that event up by attending the anticipated FIFA World cup drawing at the Kennedy Center. Today. The world is going to be watching as the teams participating in that tournament find out who they'll be grouped with. And I'll be watching as well. That's a quick check of your headlines. Now let's get a quick check of your forecast with Weather Nation meteorologist Tracy Anthony. By the way, we're going to put up that QR code as we always do there at the bottom of your screen. You can scan that and join our friends over at Weather Nation. All right, Tracy, time for our hometown forecast. Always excited to see where we get forecast for.
Tracy Anthony
Oh, yeah. And we've got a couple that are all along the east coast. So this one coming in on rumble from Freedom, Dr. G. Brooksville, Florida. And this is probably one of the nicest forecasts across the country because most of the nation will be dealing with brutal cold temperatures and winter weather. A lot of areas getting a good measurable snow here over the next couple of days. So another hometown forecast.
Donna Fiducia
This takes you a little bit farther to the north.
Tracy Anthony
This is up in New Hampshire. So Atworth, New Hampshire, this was coming.
Donna Fiducia
In on getter from Sal Gal, Patriot 8.
Tracy Anthony
She's going to be dealing with the cold, cold temperatures. Look at that. Nine degrees to start off the weekend and then two below. And that's just the temperature. The wind chill is going to be even worse. And if you're wondering how you can get a hometown forecast, you can always join. Join us on Rumble Getter YouTube. Join the conversation. Want to show you what a viewer sent me from yesterday. This was a look at the full moon and this was the cold moon and it was the last full moon or supermoon of the year. So kind of fun. So join the conversation and interact with us. Terrence, I know you just jumped in together and you guys all make comments here every now and then. So it's a good way to participate.
Terrence Colby
Absolutely. And it's always fun to kind of interact with our viewers there in the ghetto rumble and YouTube chats. Tracy, always good to see you. Have a wonderful weekend, my dear, and I'll see you on Monday. Thanks.
Tracy Anthony
You too.
Terrence Colby
All right. And once again, folks, if you are watching, you can always go to our various social media platforms. Get a rumble YouTube, let us know where you're hanging out and then of course, scan that QR code right there at the bottom of your screen and join our friends over at Weather Nation. Now let's join another friend and he and I have something in common today in that we're dealing with snow. David Brody, hanging out in the nation's capital. I'm here in Colorado and both of us still shoveling out from underneath a couple. Well, for me it's a couple of inches. For him, a little dusting. But either way, it's snow that neither of us like at our age.
David Brody
Yeah, exactly. At Our age, those key words. Sea Bates, correct?
Terrence Colby
Correct.
David Brody
All right. So the big story is, of course, the arrest of that man in Northern Virginia suspected of planting pipe bombs at both the GOP and Democrat headquarters in Washington that took place on January 5, 2021. And of course, that was just a day before the events of January 6th. The suspect in custody now has been identified as 30 year old Brian Cole Jr. The arrest comes nearly five years. That is not a typo. Five years after the suspected crime took place, Cole was charged with the use of an explosive device. So far, authorities have been slow to release any further information about the suspect.
Terrence Colby
All right.
David Brody
Well, joining us now with reactionist Wisconsin Congressman Tom Tiffany. Congressman, good morning there from the cheese state, if you will. You are a cheesehead, a proud cheese head. I don't say that as a insult. I say that as a compliment, by the way.
Terrence Colby
So.
David Brody
All right, Congressman, five years, by the way, is a long time to find and arrest a suspect. So why do you think it took the FBI this long to bring him in? Good morning.
Terrence Colby
Yeah. And by the way, we do take that as a compliment in Wisconsin. And if you guys want to see snow, come on up where I live in northern Wisconsin, we'll show you real snow.
You know, I just a couple comments. You know, in the little video clip that you ran there, did you notice the cul de sac that this young man lived in, obviously an affluent area. And this goes to how our young people have been indoctrinated here in America. And I think that's going to come out as Mr. Coles as the information comes out. But here's the other thing that really comes to mind for me. We ask questions about this in the Judiciary Committee. I sit on the House Judiciary Committee. And we asked Christopher Wray, the former FBI director, about this and his comment was always, I can't comment because we have an ongoing investigation. Now we know why or we're finding out why he would not comment about it because they were hiding the information from the American people. And thank the Lord for the Trump administration and Cash Patel at the FBI that they are now showing the American people the truth. Coming far too late, but they're at least beginning to see the truth. You mentioned that you sit on the House Judiciary Committee. So of course, I've got to ask about James Comey. If you guys have subpoenaed him, what is your expectation? Will he show up for the deposition? What are you hoping to learn? What are you expecting? Expecting to learn? Let's run through all of it. I know There's a lot on the table there. Yeah. I mean, there's always some rope, a dope that goes on here in trying to encourage them to come and testify before us. But it may take a subpoena to do it. I think the American people deserve the truth. They should hear from officials like James Comey about what they did in their public service and I'm sure hopeful that we will get him before the Judiciary Committee. I know Chairman Jordan will do everything possible to get him before us. If he doesn't come, contempt of congress charges. Sorry, Dr. Gina, but I think this is important. If he doesn't come, are you guys going to hold him in contempt or at least push for that? We should use all legal means possible to get him before us because the American people deserve the truth. All right. Sorry, Dr. G. No worries.
Dr. Gina
You know, Congressman, the bizarre series of circumstances around this alleged pipe bomb planter the day before. Of course, the things that happened on January 6th leads us to a lot more questions, including other investigations we haven't heard about. We had Jonathan Gilliam on earlier in the show and he suggested we investigate a whole secondary series of that we open a whole secondary series of investigations on the investigators who don't seem to investigate. Right. So the people that have been responsible for holding this information for five years, the people responsible for perhaps not investigating the attempted assassination on our president any more than they did, the people that aren't investigating circumstances regarding Charlie Kirk. Can we just get some answers as an American public as to why some of these cases are just dropped and covered up?
Terrence Colby
Gina, you really bring up a good point. Because what they served in the Department of Justice and the FBI is as a praetorian guard for the elites in Washington, D.C. to be able to trying to protect information from getting out, driving this narrative in regards to Donald Trump and the MAGA movement. I mean, that's what they've been trying to do all along here. Now it's beginning to crumble. And I'm with you. We need to. First. First, you have to give the American people the information and the truth. And that is why what is coming out in regards to the pipe bomber is so important. But I agree with you. We need to go to the second and third effects, including don't you think we should hear about what happened in Nancy Pelosi's office on the day before January 6th as well as January 6th? I think we deserve the truth on what she was doing to suppress information to the American public and driving this narrative that turned out to be A world class lie.
Dr. Gina
Yeah. Yeah. I think obviously the suspicion is that that's the reason why a lot of this was covered up. That's the reason perhaps why this guy that they had a pretty decent description of wasn't investigated. Now details are coming out as they're beginning to look into this, that there were a lot of informants and the things that the informants told them about this possible pipe bomber suspect were never investigated. And so I do hope this won't be dropped. I'm really tired of everyone telling me to look the other direction. And, Congressman, I hope you'll stay on top of that. Thank you so much for being with us today.
Terrence Colby
It's great to join you guys, as always.
David Brody
Thanks, Congressman. All right, coming up, a Democrat feud erupts. We've got Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro torching Kamala Harris's new memoir, calling her stories blatant lies, what's really behind the book, and the fight inside the Democrat party. Stay with us.

Run a business and not thinking about radio. Think again because more people are listening to the radio on iHeart today than they were 20 years ago. And only iHeart broadcast radio connects with more Americans than TV, digital, social, any other media, even twice as many teens than TikTok. And that reach means everything. Just think about the universal marketing formula. The number of consumers who hear your message times the response rate equals the results. Now let's get those results growing for your business. Radio's here now more than ever. And iheart's leading the way. Think radio can help your business. Think iheart streaming, podcasting and radio where the reach is real. David Brody
Welcome back, everybody, to American Sunrise. I'm David Brody. Great to have you with us this morning. All right, time now to drain the swap. This morning, we're flushing out Kamala Harris. You know, it's interesting we still do that and it's like 2025. We'll continue to flush her out for a very long time, I'm sure. So a new Democrat feud erupting. We've got Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro accusing the former vice president of lying in her new memoir and doing it, he says, to, quote, sell books and to cover her butt. A new profile in the Atlantic described Shapiro as stunned and angry when told what Harris wrote about him, including claims that he dominated their vice presidential interview and demanded to be in the room for every decision. Shapiro says none of it ever happened, calling her account blatant lies. For more, let's bring in T. Bates and Dr. G. Gina Kamala Harris lying. Wow. This just in. Can we get a lower third, super, please.
Dr. Gina
You know, until the Democrats really call out their own on all of the lies and become authentic with the American public, they are going to have zero credibility. The sad thing about this, as I always say, is that I don't want Democrats cynical and uninvolved saying that's what all politicians do. And then just. And then what tends to happen after that. David Brody and the Democrats have figured this out, if you didn't notice, is that Democrats tend to just only vote if it actually. If they think someone's gonna give them something free, if they're gonna get something free, that's the reason now that Democrats vote, that's the only time. Because they think all politicians are liars. And they have to tell themselves that to rationalize the fact that they vote for Democrat politicians like Kamala, who are liars, who are proven actual liars, and also extremely low iq, as President Trump would say. And so that's the sad thing is it breeds the cynicism, Terrence. But then worse than that, makes people say, well, all politicians are liars, so I'm just gonna vote for the ones that are gonna give me free stuff. And then that is how that awful stuff cycle is propagated.
Terrence Colby
You know, this kind of thing just continues to give people like Kamala Harris relevance. I hadn't thought of Kamala Harris, hadn't thought about her, not one little bit until this. And then we get these sorts of reports. We get this sort of kind of back and forth, and now we're talking about her. You know what? Like, I get it from, from Shapiro's perspective, if something is said about him that's. That's not right, then of course he's going to fire back. But the best get back is just not to say anything and let her just dissolve into obscurity and go somewhere and no one is even thinking about her. That's just me. Okay, you disagree with me, David? Go ahead. A little bit.
David Brody
A little bit. First of all, I agree with you on the Kamala Harris. No one's thinking about Kamala Harris. I agree about that. But I don't think this story is ultimately about Kamala Harris. I think it's about Josh Shapiro. He wants to run for president in 2028. So he's pushing back against some of what she's putting out in her book because he wants to make sure he sets the record straight and doesn't get this reputation. However, people in the Democrat party might see him. Now, I'm going to say the quiet part out loud. I'm just gonna say it. Will Democrats vote for a Jew? I'm just gonna say it because that's a discussion and it's already been out there to a degree. But, you know, will Democrats nominate Josh Shapiro to be their presidential candidate? I don't see that at all. I may be wrong. But I'm just saying the quiet part out loud because I'm telling you that will be a storyline if and when he runs. I know. I'm sure he wants to run and he would be formidable in a general election because he's coming across as a center left guy. I'm not saying he's center left. I'm just saying he's coming across that way. And also, he has Obama like skills. From an oratory standpoint, Gina, there's a.
Dr. Gina
Lot of things going against him. He's not gay. He's not black. He's not. He's white. He's Jewish, as you said. He's not a woman. I mean, aren't those all prequels for Democrat candidates these days? I'm not kidding. I mean, I really mean this. I feel like if you don't fit in one of those pockets, then the Democrats don't want candidates. That.
He'S everything they don't want.
Donna Fiducia
Right.
Terrence Colby
Well, David, I will give you the Jewish concerns because that obviously was raised in terms of why he wasn't selected as a running mate with. For Kamala Harris. That was brought up. That was a critical issue that people raised even there. I will say this. I'm not so sure that even Democrats at this point see Kamala Harris as a reliable source. So if she says something, why even shoot back? Because I suspect that many Democrats even take whatever she would say in the book with a grain of salt. Just my two cents. But I hear you very loud.
Dr. Gina
It doesn't matter how smart he is or how credentialed or how center or how appealing he might be to the general public. If he doesn't fit in one of their buckets, they're going to. They're going to ex him from their. From their candidate list. Yeah.
David Brody
No, I agree with you, Gina. All right, coming up. And I agree with you too. Coming up, we're heading down to Wall street for the opening bell. And the latest victim of AI high priced lawyers. We're going to be back with more American Sunrise in two minutes.
Donna Fiducia
Everybody.

Welcome back everyone. We're getting you ready for the opening. Excuse me. For the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange. It's set to ring here in about six minutes or so. Here's a quick look at pre market trading. As you can see, the Dow is down a little bit, but the NASDAQ and S&P 500 are both up and the rest of our board outside of crude oil also looking pretty good at the moment. Again, we'll take it to New York for the the opening bell at the stock exchange here in short order. But first, let's get you over to David Brody. And, David, I've kind of been chuckling to myself because as we've been talking about snow falling there in D.C. and of course, snow here, I just realized how self conscious I can be. I was shoveling my driveway the other day, and I realized that I was thinking, okay, I hope my neighbors aren't watching. So I've got to act like I'm not really tired and like I'm in decent shape. I finished shoveling and immediately went in and took a nap. I was so out of shape and so worn out, but I had to try to at least play the role in front of my neighbors in case someone was watching. Of course, no one was, but I'm that self conscious.
David Brody
I hear you on the nap, and I also hear you on the cardio aspect of that. Like, I'm like. I looked at my wife one time, I was like, okay, I'm done. That was my cardio for, like, six months.
Terrence Colby
That's it.
David Brody
I'm out.
Terrence Colby
For sure. Yeah, for sure, brother.
David Brody
Time now for our daily dose of dollars and common sense. We've got American Sunrise, Early Edition host, the guy behind Jake's Takes substack. That would be Jake Novak. And someone who shovels snow, I hear quite well. That's the word on the street. Jake, I'm assuming you're a good shoveler. Just double checking.
Terrence Colby
No, I am. But when I work out, I really, really sweat a lot. And so when it's cold outside, it's a tough combination. I don't sweat otherwise.
Tracy Anthony
But when I'm working out, it's like.
Terrence Colby
A freaking fire hose all over me. So I have to be careful about that.
Tracy Anthony
I can handle it. The cardio is good, but then I.
Terrence Colby
Have to, like, change my clothes and dry off.
David Brody
All right. The words of the show today, Freaking fire hose. I was not expecting to hear that today, Jake. So we have breaking news on the battle to buy Warner Brothers Discovery. You say the markets are really reacting in a very interesting way. Tell us more, sir.
Terrence Colby
Yeah, it's pretty volatile this morning.
Tracy Anthony
So Netflix has won the bidding war.
Terrence Colby
Of course, this could get stopped by legal action, things like that.
Tracy Anthony
But Netflix has won the bidding war.
Terrence Colby
For Warner Brothers, $72 billion in cash. They became the leading bidder just a.
Tracy Anthony
Couple of days ago.
Terrence Colby
Paramount, Skydance had the inside track for a long time. Netflix took it over. Now, when the deal was first announced just a couple of hours ago, a little bit less than that. Warner Brothers shares were down. That's very unusual for a company that's being bought. Usually the company that's being bought, their shares go up now, they're up now 4%. But I think that shareholders are still.
iHeart Advertising Announcer
Going to go up and down with.
Terrence Colby
This guy with this stock all day because I don't think that they think that Netflix necessarily had the best deal. There may have been political reasons why.
Tracy Anthony
Netflix is winning this bidding war and.
Terrence Colby
Not a financial reason. And if that's the case, Paramount's gonna go to the shareholders directly and say, hey, you should have gone. You should vote against this deal and vote for us. This is an old school 80s Gordon Gecko. Get my hair gel. I don't need hair gel anymore. And suspenders and power tie, David, because this could really be a nasty takeover battle. I am getting the popcorn. I'm going to watch this one.
David Brody
The Gordon Gekko reference. Gotta love that. All right, Jake. AI coming for just about every job. We know that. But could it be the lawyers are in trouble too? Is AI going to wipe out the lawyers? What's happening, Jake?
Terrence Colby
Well, it's not going to wipe them out, but it's going to force them to actually do something tangible for their clients.
Tracy Anthony
The top, top law firms are now.
Terrence Colby
Getting rid of for the most part, or at least drastically reducing their billable hours. Why are they doing that? Because the first and second year associates.
Tracy Anthony
Who do all the grunt work, well, they don't need them anymore. AI is doing that work.
Terrence Colby
And they can't even the lawyers who can justify anything, they can't justify going to their clients and saying, hey, pay thousands of dollars an hour for what this computer program is doing. So what are they going to have.
Tracy Anthony
To do now, David, to make money? They're going to actually have to win.
Terrence Colby
Cases for their clients when settlement.
Have to do. This is actually very good for business. And this whole billable hour scam, which has been a scam for a long time, in my opinion.
David Brody
Yeah.
Terrence Colby
Is going to, is going away at least a little bit. And I think that's a good thing.
David Brody
Hey, 20 seconds, real quick. But this jobs market picture, we're not really clear about all of what's happening. Help us out. Take us through it in about 20, 25 seconds.
Dr. Gina
Yeah.
Tracy Anthony
We got this one report earlier this.
Terrence Colby
Week from ADP saying that private payrolls are really in trouble, that they're contracting. And then we get another report that.
Tracy Anthony
Yesterday morning that new jobless cameras are.
Terrence Colby
Much slower than we thought.
Tracy Anthony
So people are staying in their jobs.
Terrence Colby
It is just such a mishmash. Guess what the Fed's going to do. What it wants to do data or no data. We've always known that. And on December 10th, we're going to find out what they're going to do with interest rates. And believe me, they're not going to look at any data anyway.
David Brody
No, no, for sure. By the way, you are a true professional. That was 23 seconds. Thank you, Jake. I appreciate. You have a great weekend, sir. Appreciate it. All right. He gave me the sign. I love when he does that, the salute. All right, let's go to Denver. Time for the opening bell.
Terrence Colby
Sponsored by amec, the association of Mature American Citizens is the conservative voice for Americans 50 and older. AMAC is fighting for the values that you hold dear. Join today. Together we can write the corner force of America. The applause is underway at the New York Stock Exchange on this final day of trading of the week. The bell is going to ring here in short order and then we'll get an idea of what the markets are looking like as they open and the sales and buys start to flurry. There on the training floor at the New York Stock Exchange. There you have it. That guy up front, he's, he's energized. Look at him.
Donna Fiducia
Yeah.
Terrence Colby
Let's go, let's go, let's go. The markets are the officially open. I like that guy. I want to be his friend. I want to have coffee with him. All right, here's a quick look at our board. Green from top pretty much to bottom. And as you can see, the Dow is back in the. Well, it was back in the red shortly and now it's back in the green. Really, the only blemish at this point is crude oil there at the bottom of our screen. And the Dow just went back. It's probably going to be an up and down day of trading there on the markets and we'll of course monitor it for you throughout the day. In the meantime, there are a lot of politicians that should be getting coal in their stocking for Christmas this year. But the Birch Gold Group thinks that as a smart planner, you deserve silver. And that's why for every $5,000 you purchase between now and December 22, the Birch Gold Group will send you an ounce of silver, which is up over 60% this year. Smart people diversify and they've got a hedge. And that's why we want to encourage you to buy gold from the Birch Gold Group. With the rate cuts that are coming from the Fed and the coming year and the dollar being worth less, it happens that plus, what if the bubble at the AI bubble bursts? Excuse me Diversification is what you need to consider. Let the Birch Gold Group help you convert an existing IRA or 401k into a tax sheltered IRA and physical gold. For every $5,000 you buy, you'll get an ounce of silver for your stocking or for your kids. What about What a great way to teach them about saving smartly. In order to qualify, simply text the word America to the number 989-898 and claim your eligibility for this offer. Again, text the word America to the number 989898 today, the birch Gold Group's free Silver with qualifying purchases promotion ends on December 22, so take advantage as soon as possible. Again, it's as simple as text me word America to the number 989-898. Still to come here on American Sunrise, the Trump Justice Department says that dirty voter rolls in blue states are no accident and they're now suing to force cleanup in dozens of states. Why? Federal prosecutors claim that dead voters, duplicates and even non citizens are still on the books. That story is after the break.

Welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. G. Thanks for joining us this morning. This Freedom Friday and Puppy Friday and Christmas Friday, we invite you to hop in our conversation on YouTube, getter and rumble. Although if you're like me, I get a little lost in it and forget about other responsibilities. It is time now. Like doing a show. It's time now to take the political pulse of America and the beat. Today, the Trump Justice Department intensifying its push to four states to clean up what it calls deliberately dirty voter rolls. Oh yeah, it's deliberate, my friends Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon says dead voters, duplicate registrations, even non citizens appearing on the books are not mistakes. They are the result of what she describes as systemic negligence in Democrat run states. I love that she says Democrat, not Democratic because that's the way it should be. Because there's nothing Democratic Democratic about the Democrat Party. The DOJ has now sued six states, Maryland, Delaware, Rhode Island, New Mexico, Washington and Vermont demanding access to their records. And that's just part of a broader national effort. Federal officials say they are reviewing every state's list and are on track to force at least 26 states to clean up abnormalities through lawsuits or settlements or voluntary compliance. Good luck with that part.
David Brody
All right.
Dr. Gina
Joining us now with analysis is the co host, the birthday girl, by the way of cowboy logic here on RAV at a glowing 35 years, young Donna Fiducia. Good morning and happy birthday.
Donna Fiducia
I admit to 39. Me and Jack Benny, I admit to 39. But that's where I stop.
Dr. Gina
All right.
Donna Fiducia
And again, like you said, it's not the age, it's the mileage.
Terrence Colby
Yes.
Donna Fiducia
You know, we can't vote ourselves out of what is actually, in my opinion, turning into a socialist communist country unless we clean the voter rolls. And this is huge. This has to get done. You know, Judicial Watch sued California to clean the voter rolls or at least LA county and LA county lost and had to clean the voter rolls. But then they said, well, we'll clean 100 up, you know, each month or something like that. So it'll be 4,000 years old by the time they clean the voter rolls. This is how they split hairs. This is how they get around it. Let me ask you guys out there, have you ever, if you're a woman and you've been married, have you ever checked your maiden name? I bet you're voting in a red or in a blue state under your maiden name. This is how they do this. They can figure out ways to keep adding votes. In fact, they're even up to 76 million votes for Kamala Harris last time. They keep adding. They are checking the system. And this has been going on. We've learned this for years now. Jovan Hutton Pulitzer has been all over this. But this is what is totally needed. If we can't clean the voter rolls, we're screwed. That's really the bottom line Again, they know immediately when you die to take you off the Social Security list, but not when you vote. I mean, my mother, I gotta tell you, Gina, my mother died on the 29th of the month. This is 15 years ago.
iHeart Advertising Announcer
Okay.
Donna Fiducia
See her Social Security goes in on the first. They pulled it out on the second. I mean, I even checked to make sure she's still voting. I bet you she's voting in New Jersey, though. I should probably vote.
Dr. Gina
It's interesting you say that. Don and I haven't lived in California for almost eight years now. My whole family. Big, big family. Right. We got pushed out by the governor. You think they'd get it straight? We all still get every single ballot from California. They still want us voting there.
David Brody
David, I can see.
Donna Fiducia
So you have to make sure you're taking off the roles. Go ahead.
David Brody
No, I was gonna say about 10 years or so ago, I was with my mom in New York. I grew up on the Upper west side of New York. She was going to the polling place there, and I was with her. Just, you know, to kind of just accompany her, whatever, a little father, you know, or excuse me, son, mother time. And anyhow, it turns out my name was on the voter rolls there in New York. I mean, I'm 48, 49 years old at the time. I hadn't lived in New York for 27 years, and my name was still there on the Upper west side of New York. Unbelievable.
Donna Fiducia
So you have to try to get in touch with me.
Terrence Colby
Did you vote?
David Brody
Of course.
Terrence Colby
Did you cast a ballot and then go back to D.C. and cast about. Yes. You know what?
David Brody
Yeah, I see. The Gerald Nadler does not have my vote. That's what I didn't know.
Donna Fiducia
How about in New Jersey, just this past election? New Jersey, I think with citarelli, they had 500,000 more votes. Okay. Citarelli obviously lost by a lot bigger margin than anybody thought. But think about this. How do you have 500,000 more votes in a state where 500,000 people didn't even move into in the last four years? All these red states are cleaning the voter rolls, doing it by the books. All these blue states, just like they're doing with the judges and everything else, throwing the concert constitution out the window. And they cheat. They absolutely cheat. And there's no no way around it. So Harmeet Dhillon has her job cut out for. I wish they would just focus on California more than anything, because that's the big. That's the big kahuna, quite honestly, as.
David Brody
Far as electoral laws, I think California will get. Yeah, I think California get more attention when Gavin Newsom runs for office. Hopefully, that'll bring some of that attention. All right, Donna, we gotta get your reaction, obviously, to the big news that Broke yesterday on the pipe bombs arrest. You got Brian Cole JR. Jr. Arrested by the FBI on Thursday for allegedly planting those pipe bombs near Republican and Democrat party headquarters in D.C. the day before January 6th. Of course more information still coming. Lots of unanswered questions here, Donna. Like did he act alone? Was he antifa? Why in the world did it take nearly five years to find this guy? What's going through your mind right about now?
Donna Fiducia
I think the CIA and the FBI is in the CYA mode. That's all I can say. I mean how did we go from a woman who now works for the CIA that we heard a month or so ago, what was her name? Shawnee Kirkhoff to a guy who's possibly antifa? I mean this is. And the statute of limitations guys, in my opinion I think does run out on January 6th. Now this might be the ongoing investigation, so maybe that's not the case. But they wanted to stress this was no new evidence and the new people at the FBI are the ones that found all this. You know, I gotta tell you, we had people talking about how we've shown people changing clothes on January 6th on our show into MAGA gear. We've had an admitted antifa guy named Landon Copeland say that he was there with 250 of his buddies. He didn't know who paid him, but he's admitted antifa and he thinks at least 2,500 antifa were there. I mean, and we're supposed to believe 274 FBI agents were there? I mean this whole thing is just a mess to me. I mean at least they're doing something cuz the statute of limitations runs out. But we've had so much more evidence on our show than what the FBI is even coming up with right now. It's pitiful. And Christopher Wray is, are they gonna raid his house? Are they gonna throw him in handcuffs in the, you know, early morning and terrorize his family? This guy obviously lied under oath and for some reason if you're on the left, you get away with it. If you're on the right, I mean. Well, let's look at Joshua Black. I've mentioned this before. The face of J6 who had his cheek shot out with a rubber bullet. He was on the FBI's most wanted list the next day while he was driving home to Alabama. So you can't tell me it's going to take five years to find this guy. Come on, this is. I'm going to say something that I might be bleeped out, but that's that's my opinion.
Terrence Colby
Well, it's your birthday, so we'll give you a little bit more leeway. Let's talk about Jack Smith as well. You dropped some, some names there. It's one of the names that I think we also need to drop. Of course. Earlier this week, the House Judiciary Committee basically came out with a subpoena to the former special counsel, ordering him to appear for a closed door deposition later on this month. All of this follows significant revelations surrounding Smith's probes targeting Republican lawmakers in the aftermath of J6. There's so many questions here, I guess. Number one, is he going to actually show up and honor the subpoena or is he going to fight it? And beyond that, if he does in fact show up for this deposition, how forthcoming are you expecting he'll be with information?
Donna Fiducia
Well, if he doesn't show up, are they going to throw him in prison for four months like they did with Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro? And this is a legit committee, whereas the sham J6 committee obviously wasn't. But he actually does want open door, you know, he wants the media there. I kind of agree with that. But this is going to be a closed door session supposedly happening December 17th. We'll see. Jim Jordan demanded documents from his phone and apparently this is what happened with Arctic Frost in a reverse obviously were a bunch of Republican senators and congressmen were targeted without their knowledge. I want to know how many of the Jan Sixers also were targeted. I mean I know that the J6 prison choir is in Arctic Frost as well. So when the shoe is on the other foot, it'll be very interesting to see. You know, this guy came from the criminal court in the Hague and he supposedly had a very shady reputation there. That's why they brought him back. So it'll be very interesting to see what happens. DOJ subpoenaed years worth of his phone and all of his data. Again.
I don't know, I just, I'm starting to get frustrated and I know a ton of folks in the RAV chat are the same way. I want to start seeing arrests. Cuz if we don't see it and we lose the midterms because if the voter rolls aren't cleaned up, we're going to be in deep doo doo for the rest of the Trump presidency.
Dr. Gina
Donna, before we let you go, tell us what's happening at the barn party this week and aside from the Donna fiduciary birthday bash.
Donna Fiducia
Well, it's not going to be that way. Lt. Col. Buzz Patterson, who carried the nuclear football for the Clintons and claims they lost it at least two times. He's going to be on talking about the seditious six, our Dr. X ray for the latest on your health. And big John Nassif, Dr. Jeannie, you might remember him from singing the Prison Choir. Our re singing of the prison choir and our recording session down in Florida. He's a big J6er. We have him on for the first time and it should be a lot of fun. In the barn party 6am 9pm Saturday, 4pm Sunday and 2am Early Monday morning. For you folks with insomnia.
Dr. Gina
Donna Vidusha, taking us to the weekend.
Tracy Anthony
Yes, one thing bald is beautiful.
Terrence Colby
Thank you.
Donna Fiducia
That was the best quote of the morning.
Dr. Gina
Absolutely, Donna. Thank you so much.
Terrence Colby
Love you, Donna. Happy birthday, sis.
Dr. Gina
Happy, happy birthday.
Donna Fiducia
Love you too.
Dr. Gina
All right, all right, coming up, time to spill some tea. We're going to show you who's in the cup today after the break. But first, have you joined our RAB and RAV Ambassadors program yet? If not, here's a look at what you're missing.

Let's spill some tea.
Let's Spill some Tea is fueled by the Artillery Tea Company. It's the only America for first veteran owned tea brand out there. The mission is to maximize flavor with whole leaf blends and chemical free tea bags. There's no junk here, just real tea and it is good tea. The tactical advantage is that each bag brews not just once but twice. So go over to artillerytco.com use the code RAV for 10% off of your first order. Again, the website is artillerytco. It's premium tea that's mission driven and brewed for the brave. All right, let's get right into the cup today and we're talking with the man who makes all of this possible, the delicious tea blends that we tell you about all the time, Mike Britton. He's the co founder of Artillery Teco. He also joins us this morning with the very latest. Mike, always good to see you. Want to talk about the Patriot Brew Club because as we're going to into the Christmas season, seems to me this might be a great idea for Christmas gift for a family member or loved one. Yeah. Thanks Terence. So we just launched this new brew club. It's our new subscriptions program. What you do is you sign up for monthly every two month or every three month deliveries. And we're doing tiered discounts. So if you add two items to your subscription, you get 10% off and then all the way up to four items you get 20% off. So you get up to 20% off. We're doing milestone rewards, free stickers, challenge coins, mugs, T shirts, all kinds of stuff like that. And then just the other day we set up the prepaid option. And so for the holiday season you can go on to the Patriots Brew Club. You can purchase a three month prepaid or a six month prepaid. There will be monthly deliveries for whoever you think would like Artillery Tea in the product. You can have it sent to their house if you just put their address into the shipping address box. And so you can buy somebody a three month or six month Artillery Tico subscription. And for, for this week only, we're gonna do these free challenge coins for the prepaid subscriptions. We just came out with these, but we haven't. We haven't shipped any of them out, actually. So they're brand new, and the only way you can get them is through the Patriots Brew Club. And you can tailor the subscription to your taste or to the taste of whomever you might want to gift this to. Is that right? Yeah. We have 11 flavors to choose from. The prepaid option will ship out every single month. And we also have the reusable tins that are the metal cans you're seeing on the screen. We have reload pouches, a more budget friendly option. We have a mother load pouch. Now that's kind of like a bulk pack of 50 sachets that brews 100 cups of tea. So there's all kinds of different combinations to fit everybody. What other sort of gift ideas do you guys have out there as people are considering, you know, looking for something that's cool but not too difficult. Difficult to get. I'm sure you guys have some other gift ideas as well that people may be able to take advantage of. Yeah, we did. One other specific option this year, Terence. This is the first time we're doing this. It's called the Precision Brewing starter kit. And so with our tea, it's whole leaf, black tea, green tea, and herbal tea. Brews a little bit differently than reg, than regular tea dust and the low quality stuff you have in the store. So there's different brew times, there's different brew temperatures, and this kit gives you everything you need to get started. It'll have a magnet in there that has all the instructions for getting two sachets or two cups. Excuse me, out of each sachet, it'll have the brew times the brew temperatures, everything you need there. There's a. There's a tactical thermometer in there, so you make sure you get the temperature right. And there's also exclusive stickers in the package, a 15 off coupon, and then four sample packs of our most popular tea blends. And so for whoever wants to get started with artillery tea, or even whoever want. Whoever is familiar with the brand but wants to get started with more precision brewing to get maximum flavor and maximum volume out of each sachet, this kit is for you. Every time you say sachet, I start moving my hips only to realize that you're talking about the little tea bag. So, okay, we'll go there. Mike, before I let you go, I want to put a cherry on top of all of this. Because when people patronize you, they're also helping nonprofits and that deal with first responders and veterans. Talk about how you're able to help some of those nonprofits through your sales.
Yeah, we give a portion of each sale to veteran and first responder nonprofits. Last year and this year actually we worked with someone called Fifth Squad that helps vets with emergency expenses like rent, utilities, groceries, et cetera. But the end of this year, Q4, we're working with an organization called Working Dogs for Vets. And in the next week or so, we're actually going to be able to sponsor an entire trained dog. So what they do is they provide service animals to disabled veterans and we're going to be able to to not only purchase the animal but also fund the entirety of their training and then also be able to purchase it for a specific veteran. So you'll have details coming out on that in the next, you know, couple weeks or so we'll be able to tell you like the veterans story, this specific animal and do kind of a showcase sort of thing. But we're excited to do that this year to sponsor an entire animal for a disabled veteran. Mike, we appreciate all that you and your organization and company do appreciate you, my friend. If I don't talk to you before Christmas, Merry Christmas to you and your brothers and your families and I'm going to go on and sashay out of this segment now. Good to see you, brother. Thank you, sir. All right, coming up, a dog swept out to sea. Lifeguards racing against the clock to rescue her. In the heart stopping moment, they found her a half mile offshore. That story coming up.

All right, welcome back. Welcome back to American Sunrise. It is Freedom Friday. It is Puppy Friday. So I have all the puppies here on set with me. Here's Harlow, fresh back from the groomer. Terrence Colby, who doesn't go to the groomer, as you can tell, anyway, and I understand that David Brody is out making snow angels. Terrence, you have started a movement.
Terrence Colby
See, and what starts as a joke, people actually take it up and do it and then it becomes a thing. I was like, I never in my wildest dreams did I ever think that Brian was going to get out and do a snow angel on the White House lawn. But he did. He is my hero.
Dr. Gina
He did. Well, you inspired him. All right, you guys, it's Sunnyside up and in the pan today. A black lab was swept out to sea and a beach community refused to give up San Diego, my old stomping grounds. A lifeguard there spent an hour searching on Mission Bay. And this was in the channel after a surfer spotted 5 year old Sadie drifting in a rip current. And just when they were about to call it off, a miracle happened. Jet ski crews found Sadie a half mile offshore, frightened but still fighting, and rushed her back to shore after an emotional reunion with her owners. Here's what Sadie's owners had to say when they were reunited with their last fur baby. Sadie.
Donna Fiducia
My name's Alexis.
Terrence Colby
Hi, I'm Brandon and this is Sadie.
David Brody
Hi, Sadie.
Tracy Anthony
She's the reason we're friends forever. Grateful to the lifeguards of the San Diego Fire and Rescue. Right when they were going to call it off because it had been an hour, we literally were standing right there with the guy and he got a call in the walkie talkie saying that they had found the dog. And we kind of just held our breath and they were like, and the dog is alive. And we kind of just started crying right away.
Terrence Colby
Dispatch, the dog's been reunited with the.

We are forever grateful and thankful for all Terrence.
Dr. Gina
My dogs are a little terrified. That would be really, really scary to get lost out there in a riptide. And my dogs spent a lot of time in the water, too. So anyway, I'm really glad they rescued her. Terrence, did you notice we have a Colby ornament here on the tree? This is Colby, sent by one of our amazing viewers. I love this one. By flash. Here's one of Tuni right up here. I don't know if you can see it. A little dachshund. You guys are the best. Thank you so much for decorating our tree. Terrence. You need a tree behind you and some dogs in your lap.
Terrence Colby
We're have to work on that. We're going to have to work on that. Actually, one of our family things is a good buddy of mine is a secret service agent, and so every year he sends us a White House Christmas ornament. And if it comes late, like, Tamara and the girls are like, okay, when is Mr. PJ sending our stuff?
Dr. Gina
Exactly. All right, you guys, war room is up next. Hug your children, love God, kiss your puppies. Go both. Eat now. Have a great weekend.
