Ahead on American Sunrise Early Edition Like a dog with the bone, the Democrats and their ignorant media allies are still trying to make the Trump administration's anti drug policies into a scandal. In other words, drug cartels have lots of money and they're using it. Don't be naive. The European Union once again declares war on free speech. But its latest massive fine on X and Elon Musk is meant to hit our freedoms here in America, too.
A major development in the war on illegal immigration. The Supreme Court will consider President Trump's push to end birthright citizenship. This could really be a game changer.
Speaking of illegal immigration, New York City Mayor Elect Zoran Mamdani makes a new video telling people how to protect themselves against ice. It's a message relevant only to people here illegally, Period.
And the extent of the massive Somali welfare scam in Minnesota keeps growing. But when Democrats commit crimes in blue cities and states, no one ever has to say they're sorry. American Sunrise Early EDITION begins now.
Welcome to American Sunrise early edition.
The show where faith, freedom and the values that built this nation take center stage. Your good deeds and bad deeds. That's how we're gonna judge you. Join host Jake Novak as he breaks.

We will be letting the public know regularly what we have found. American Sunrise Early EDITION with your host, J. Jake Novak, starts now.
Welcome, everyone, to a Monday here in American Sunrise EARLY edition. And yes, I'm coming to you today from our West Palm beach studios. I do the show live every day, but today it's live here in Florida. And thank everyone here for making all the special accommodations so I could do the show from here instead of from my other studio. And all they did was charge me a few New York bagels. It wasn't that bad. They shook me down for. No, I'm just kidding. It was really nice of them. And yes, that was a picture of Al Capone that I showed you at the end of the little teaser to begin this program. Because Al Capone knew how to shake down governments, too. The Somalis are just basically following his blueprints. We'll talk a little bit more about that at the end of the show. But joining us right now is Daily Signal senior editor Tyler o'. Neill. And Tyler, you know, let's talk about Minnesota specifically here, and not Al Capone, although we will talk about him later. I say Minnesota has gone from the land of 10,000 lakes to to the land of 10,000 scams, because, Tyler, I think we've only hit the tip of the iceberg, certainly in Minnesota, but probably all over the country. There's a couple people who were writing online over the weekend. If you think the scams in Minnesota for the Somali community are bad, wait till you find out what's been going on in California, New York and Illinois for 120 years. I mean, but you've been really focusing on Minnesota and some of the things going on with their attorney general. So tell us a little bit more about that. Yeah.
F
So the land of a Thousand scams is very apt. Right now. We're looking at a trio of scan of scams that add up to billions of dollars of US Taxpayer funding wasted. And this is, you know, wasted by going to feeding. Feeding Our Future is the big scam where they sent food and they had these lists of people that they supposedly were feeding a whole bunch of children and families. And yet many of these children and families simply didn't ex. These people were falsely claiming to be helping and feeding the hungry when in fact they were Doing no such thing. And they exaggerated their figures and took a lot of money. And the interesting thing here is that Keith Ellison had a meeting with these fraudsters in 2021 where he said, and I mean, this is the thing that really flabbergasted me. I listened to the entire recording and he clearly told these people, just, we just need to go fight against Minnesota officials. This is Minnesota state officials that he, as attorney general himself represented. And he's on the audio tape saying, not only that, he. So, so the interesting thing here is these fraudsters claimed that they were denied when they applied for more money. They were denied because of racism. And they claimed, I mean, this was the, the height of the Great Awokening in 2020 and, and its aftermath where these fraudsters were able to claim. And later Keith Ellison said these claims are completely baseless. And you know, he, he acted as though he never believed them. And then you actually listen to the recording and he not only agrees with their claims, like in general, the idea that Minnesota state government is racist, but he adds a few other anecdotes where he's suggesting it really is racist. And he is.
Fighting the public officials who he is duty bound to represent as Minnesota's Attorney general because he believes that these people really were facing racism as opposed to due scrutiny for what ended up being a massive fraud.
C
Yeah, and that's why so many of those Minnesota public servants took to social media years ago, or at least a little bit more than a year ago, and started to complain about this. These aren't Trumpsters. These aren't right wingers. These are people who work in Minnesota state government. You think they're right wing conservatives? I mean, please. They knew that there was something going on. And the idea that Keith Ellison didn't get anything out of this. He and his son got campaign donations from these groups. Look, folks, from the beginning of time, there has never been a time when a lot of money has gone from point A to point B where the facilitator of that transfer hasn't gotten a little off the top. All right, I mean, I just. Let's all use our common sense for a second here. That's what's going on here and that's what that tape really shows. That's why he's so helpful to those people. Now, I want to get to something which is, I may be even more egregious. We have ABC News now referring to the guys running those drug laden gunboats as fishermen. I don't know what kind of fish they're fishing for maybe. Is there a cocaine fish? I saw the movie Cocaine Bear. I haven't seen the movie Cocaine Fish. Maybe that's what they're talking about. But all joking aside, Tyler, they are basically smearing the people in the US Military who carried out those strikes as war criminals. And I've seen this game before. We saw it when I was. When I was a young kid and, and troops coming back from Vietnam were having things thrown at them, and they were being called war criminals because that's what they had seen on the news, the lies about our soldiers. And I want to say one more thing. Getting back to Occam's Razor and common sense, Tyler. The drug cartels have a lot of money, and suddenly they're getting a lot of Democrats and their media allies speaking up for them and defending them. Hmm. You know, can we just kind of figure that out, that equation? They have money, they're getting something they want. There's. There's some money transfer going on here. I'm sorry, it's pretty obvious to me.
F
Well, I'm not certain about that. What I do know is that the Democrats are looking for anything they can blame President Trump for and make President Trump look bad at. And, you know, this. This is a comm we've seen over and over again from the legacy media where, you know, in this case, it was the Washington Post rushing with a story that only later got debunked by the New York Times. And I mean, remember, the New York Times is no prominent pro Trump MAGA rag saying, no, you really got the details, the facts of this story wrong on the ground. So I think we need to, you know, hold. Suspend our judgment a little bit here and see what the real truth is. But in this, in this case, we know that we've been. That the military has been conducting these strikes against these boats they say are narco terrorist boats. And if that's the case, then, you know, there are a lot of ways that they are justified to carry out these strikes. There are some concerns that this is pushing us toward war with Venezuela. And that is another issue that has to be addressed by. But at the same time, you know, if these are narco terrorist drug boats and you're carrying out a strike against terrorism, it makes sense to fill, to finish the job. And that's the big. If that's a big scandal here, that's not a real scandal.
C
Tyler, let's talk about another story in Washington, D.C. where you are that kind of disappeared from the news all of a sudden, that the arrest of the alleged pipe BOMBER, Brian Cole Jr. Now, there's actually a small part of the mainstream media that tried something on Friday or Saturday. I noticed that they kind of backed away from this, this outrageous idea that Brian Cole was a Trump supporter because he may have said, again, anonymous sources, cuz he may have said something about how the 2020 election was stolen. Nobody in their right mind believes that he was a Trump supporter. In fact, he may have been involved with some lawsuits against the Trump administration. There's also good evidence that he may be developmentally disabled and there are other people manipulating him. By the way, as someone who knows the Middle east terrorism history very, very well, that's exactly what Hamas did for years. They would put developmentally disabled people. That's who they would strap with the explosive belts. I'm sorry to make that comparison, but that's where it goes. You also had Jake Tapper on CNN refer to him as a white man for a while there. Honestly, this story is being buried now because it doesn't fit a narrative. They want to create this whole January 6th white insurrectionist narrative. And this is an African American guy, a black guy, who clearly wasn't a friend of the Trump team, who basically is dead to rights. Apparently he's admitted to the crime. Again, that's also anonymously sourced, so we'll see where that goes.
F
Well, yeah, and I mean, he attacked both the DNC and the rnc, which does not suggest a very clear cut partisan motive. So from the beginning of this story, there has always been a question of what his exact motive is. So it's, it's always interesting to see the legacy media trying to make this into a MAGA scandal as opposed to an act of terrorism that just happened at the same time as the January 6th Capitol riot. Now, you know, we, we've seen over and over again how much they made hay of that riot, attempting to smear President Trump and you know, go, going to the mat against people who walked in and in many cases didn't know that they were doing anything wrong. This, this is a complicated issue because, you know, we did have many people who were very violent and, you know, abused the possibility there. But there are a lot of questions we still have about why they were able to get into the Capitol so easily. I know I walked past the Capitol many times. There are Capitol police who will stand on those steps and if you walk too close to the staircase, let alone, you know, an access point that you're not allowed to go to, the Capitol police will stop you and say, hey, what are you doing here? I know the Capitol Police can be very aggressive in enforcing the law and protecting the U.S. capitol. And that's why that, that riot has never seemed right to me. But here in this case, we see yet again the legacy media trying to pin something to Trump as much as they possibly can when we don't have any. There, there.
C
Yeah, they kind of backed off, Tyler. It was just Ms. I think they're called Ms. Now. I don't know. Msnbc, some people call it. Some people call it pmsnbc. They were the only ones who ran with that. They've even backed off of it. They're not really talking about it that much either. And no one else ran with it. Some of the other NBC properties quoted them, but that was it. Cuz they just know how ridiculous it is at some point, you know, that common sense kicks in, even for some of their viewers. Tyler o', Neill, thank you so much for joining us. Have a great rest of your week. Great to see you again on the program.
F
Thanks for having me.
C
Coming up, I think politics played a big role in Warner Brothers choosing Netflix as its buyer. That's what I told you last week and the week before. So it makes all the sense in the world that the White House wants to get involved and take a look at this potential merger. But will it stop it? But first, somebody named Olivia Nuzi has set back the cause of women in journalism back, oh, I don't know, about 100 years. Do you not know who she is? You're going to find out when American Sunrise Early Edition comes right back.

That's a live look at the White House there. Welcome back to American Sunrise EARLY edition. I'm Jake Novak. Thanks for joining us. Especially thank you to those on the Getter and the Rumble and the X and Substack chats. Really appreciate that. Hey, I'm live here today in the West Palm beach studios. And one of the things that's really nice about being doing this is that they are now allowing me to play with the other children. I'm usually in a timeout up in New York. So Emily Finn is joining me. So good to see you in person. Good to see that you're a living and breathing person and not listen, in these days of AI, you never know.
G
I'm not a butt, not a but I am actually real. Yes, you can touch, you can see.
C
So Emily's joining us right now. Look, we found out over the weekend that this woman, Olivia Nuzzi, or Nuzi, she's a journalist, I'll be honest, like Emily, I wasn't really that well familiar with her before a few months ago. Now remember, this is the woman who apparently had kind of a sexting relationship with RK Jr. All right, that's embarrassing. These things happen. I get it. But apparently after she got this big job at Vanity Fair, they found out based on some stories from her ex fiance that she's had a lot of relationships with her interview subjects. Apparently this is her M.O. emily, as a female journalist. And this is great. I'm live in studio and we have to talk about this embarrassing topic. But as a female journalist, I mean, this has got to infuriate you more.
G
Than infuriates me, certainly absolutely does. I mean, it's so easy the way that she's going about getting her Interviews, the way that she's going about doing all of this, and she's literally breaking the first commandment of journalism. You cannot do that with the people that you're interviewing. She was actually giving. Put political advice as well. It wasn't just the text messages. So I think Olivia Newsy certainly learned her lesson with all of this. Her book, her recent book, absolutely bombed, Absolutely tanked. No one was even reading it. Must admit, as we were talking about this morning, I didn't even know too much about this girl. I didn't even know that this was, like, a relevant story. So I think this is just kind of going around in a lot of, like, deep in the weeds political circles. But, yeah, I think Olivia News has certainly learned her lesson with all of this. Parting ways with Vanity Fair, letting her contract run out. I have no, no idea where she's gonna work after this.
C
Yeah, I think this is the reason why I never got the Nancy Pelosi interview. I just wouldn't do the Newsy thing. I'm not, you know, I just. I can't date all the people I want to interview. I mean, that's not the. You know, I don't have that much time. But all kidding aside, this is. This is a sad thing. I think it has something to do with a little bit of the celebrity nature. Journalists themselves sometimes want to be celebrities, and it's funny, because I walked the line with this, and when I ran shows for other people, this isn't just about me. I used to always tell them, like, if you're doing a program, you do want to share a little bit of yourself when it's relevant to a story. This is everything from a small thing, like showing a live shot of a town that I used to live in, and I can tell a story or telling people, hey, I know some of the newsmakers here or know some of the stories, but at the same time, I don't want to give it. Make it about my personality and me. And I think that that's another part, like, you have to tell these people. Like, you can't literally sleep with and become. Have strong relationships with your interview subjects. You just can't do that.
G
You know, honestly, I blame social media for this because I think that it's. The algorithms have really, like, catapulted the people that have these crazy, you know, things that really stand out, like Olivia Newsy. And so this is why, you know, she's trying to capitalize on attention. Like you said, ego really gets in the way. A lot of times with journalists and they forget that their job at the end of the day is to get the truth out there, to get the real story out there. It's not to have, you know, the big headline that everyone wants to click on and everyone wants to, you know, give attention to. It's really getting the truth out. And I think that if journalists took a step back and realized what our real job actually was, you would forget all about the ego. You wouldn't have an Olivia Newsy kind of situation.
C
You know, when I run shows and I'm in newsrooms, one of the things that I look to see is that after the show is over, is the staff still talking about the story. And when I've worked in quiet newsrooms, it's a very, very bad sign. And so if you're still talking about the story, listen, it's a little embarrassing. I'm still really into all these stories. I could talk about them all day. That's why I'm in this business, because I could be fired from the job I was doing making widgets because I'd be talking about the news all the time. And you can't talk about yourself all the time in public. You can type about it. You can do those kinds of things. But that's kind of a telltale sign for her, I think.
G
You know what, you can be personal, too, right? We talk about youngblood, we talk about music. We talk about things that both of us personally actually like. But there's a line that needs to be drawn. And if the line is drawn at your personal relationships, I mean, my gosh, like I said, it's breaking the first commandment of journalism to not cross that line.
C
That's right. So you hear that Nancy Pelosi and Patti LuPone stop sending me personal gifts. I'm not going to interview. All right. Emily Finn, thank you so much for joining us. We'll see you again in the 8 to 10am thank you so much, Jake. All right. Coming up, ever since the days of the first billionaires, namely John D. Rockefeller and Andrew Carnegie, the sheer impossibility of being able to really give away all your money has been a constant. It's been a real problem for these people. But now President Trump may have solved and the billionaires are rushing for the chance to take it over. And are you ready for the return of the family truckster? Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy is calling for a station wagon renaissance. Will it fly? Will it drive? American Sunrise, early edition. We'll be right back.
That's a wintry look at the White House. This Morning here on Real America's Voice. Welcome back to the program. Hey. They let me into the studio today in West Palm doing the show from Florida today. And thank the crew for scrambling and making. Yeah, they gotta do a little bit more work when I had to do the show live from here a little bit more. So I appreciate that very much. Let's take a live look at where the markets will begin today. And you've got some green arrows there. Now, the markets have been trading higher. I just want to say one thing about that, though. We may not see too much movement, and I'll explain that until Wednesday. And you can see crude oil is down as well. And let's take a look at what bitcoin is looking at right now. And bitcoin is up. It's back over the 90,000 mark. 91 7. So again, if you bought it at that low of 81,000 ten days ago or so, you've had well over a 10% gain. That's a nice chunk of change for ten days work. Hey, the Trump administration is going to take a good hard look at the decision by Warner Brothers to allow Netflix, Netflix to win the bidding war to buy the media company. Now, as I said last week, I think there's a little bit of politics involved here. Not that the offer from Netflix was bad. $72 billion is pretty good for Warner Brothers. But I really think the reason why Warner Brothers went with Netflix and not Paramount is because Warner Brothers wants to see cnn. And any buyer who takes over Warner Brothers wants to see CNN go basically turn it into just a streaming channel. And it isn't just because Netflix knows how to do streaming very well. They kind of created the whole genre. We get that. But it's also because of Reed Hastings. Reed Hastings is the CEO of Netflix and he is a big, big donor to the Democratic Party. So if it's Reed Hastings and his outfit that gets rid of CNN or demotes it to just a streaming channel, no one will be able to say, hey, this is a Republican plot. And David Ellison, who's the CEO of Paramount, was just looking to get rid of cnn? No one will be able to say that. And that might have something to do with it. Well, that might make sense from a political standpoint, but does it make sense for the shareholders, for the Trump administration, making it clear on Friday that it's going to look at this and see if this is a fair deal and whether this is creating an unfair monopoly? And on and on down the line? We'll see. If you ask me Though, if you put me in a corner, I'd say that the end of the day, the Trump administration will probably allow this. 60, 40. I think they'll probably allow this. All right. You know what? Elon Musk really needs everybody. He needs more money. No, just kidding. But Musk's SpaceX company is now reportedly in the process of setting up an IPO that will value the aerospace company at $800 billion. Yeah, I got my Dr. Evil voice out for that. That will make Musk work. Let me see. Carry. That will make him worth a buttload of money. Remember, he's already on the way to becoming the world's first trillionaire because of that new pay package he's getting from Tesla. And now he's going to have another company that will have a public value of almost a trillion dollars on day one. If they're talking about a valuation of $800 billion for SpaceX. Now just imagine where it's going to be after a couple of days of trading on an IPO next year, it'll be over a trillion in value, and that'll be at another company that he owns that's in the trillion. So it's just going to be an incredible situation. Hey, look, SpaceX is a valuable company. They've already proven that they're valuable. What are you going to do? You got one guy who's really creating a lot of new innovations. And when you can do something like that, then you can be a trillionaire too. Now, speaking of very, very rich people, Michael and Susan Dell. Remember last week they made that six and a quarter billion dollars donation to what you like to call, we like to call the Trump Savings Accounts for kids. These are like 401ks for children. You can start one anytime, as long as they're under 18. And it grows tax free. And it's a great idea. It's a great idea to set up a nest egg for your child. And there's something interesting happening, though, since the Dells did this. Top White House economic adviser Kevin Hassett, who some people say is going to be the next Fed chairman, he says that lots of other billionaires have been lining up to join the Dells and, and also give money. Now why are they doing this? Sure, some of them are very, very generous. Some of them are being nice people. I get that. But if you know your history about the history of billionaires and philanthropy in this country especially, you can understand why they want to do this. You know, the first billionaire in this country was John D. Rockefeller, also Andrew Carnegie, around that same time, if you read the excellent biographies about those men, especially the one about Rockefeller called Titan by Ron Chernow, which I highly recommend you understand. At the end of their lives, they became obsessed and even paranoid about how hard it was for them to give away the amount of money that they wanted to give away. There was no way to do it, but now the huge engine of the US government is doing it for them. The fact that the US government will be able to put money into the hands of any parent with the child born in this country who is under 18 will allow those billionaires to give the money to the government, to this government program and ensure that it actually gets into the hands of, of people who really need it. That is an incredible development. The only thing I can think of that's very similar or somewhat similar is what Andrew Carnegie did with the public library system. For those of you who think that public libraries in America started from a socialist idea, you would be incorrect. Yes, we had some public libraries in this country before Andrew Carnegie, but the public library system that you have now in every town was started by Andrew Carnegie. Read up about it. He donated the money, the seed money for almost every public library system in this country at the time. So that was great, but it didn't get to everybody. Not everyone needs the public library or goes to it every single day. You get my point. So this new program is a breakthrough for all the billionaires. And by the way, the number of billionaires in the United States has been growing year after year, especially this last year. These people want to find a way to give out their money in a way other than just putting it in a foundation and God knows where the money goes. They're happy to get this opportunity so I can't wait to hear about other donations like Michael and Susan Dells. Alright ladies and gentlemen, start your engines.

Well, this sounds like a soap opera and one of these like poetic justice stories but I gotta go through this with you because this sounds fun to me. Years ago, Jeep cheated on America by agreeing to go over to Canada and make millions of vehicles there over the Years. Call it an affair. Canada was okay with that. They took in the cheater and it got the jobs. Well, now Jeep's parent company, Stellantis, is moving production of the Jeep Compass out of Ontario and back to the US And Canada isn't fine with that. So. You know, this reminds me of everyone who's ever dated a cheater. They've been the person they were cheating with and then they're with them and then guess what, they get cheated on too. That's kind of what happened in Canada right now. I hate to put it in those kinds of base terms, but let's be honest, that is what's happening. Companies are gonna go to the highest bidder and the best place for them to make money. And with the tariffs that have been imposed, it makes more sense for Jeep not only to come back to the United States to avoid the tariffs in the short term, but in the long term to recreate themselves as truly an American product. Remember, they also have things like the Jeep Patriot. I mean, if they're gonna play this game of an American original, and Jeeps are an American original product, then it should be built in the United States of America. Simple as that. There's plenty of things they can do with Canada. Canada is our number one trading partner. Love those guys. But look folks, the Jeep I think should be made in the United States, okay? Forget just having a self driving car, that's one thing. But how about a car that drives you and acts like your personal assistant, keeping up with all your scheduling, taking you to the store when you may have forgotten, reminding you what you need to buy. Sounds crazy, right? No, not really. GM CEO Mary Barra is talking about that now as her company amps up its investment in AI. If you're wondering why all these auto companies are investing so much in artificial intelligence, this is why. Now Mary Barra and GM do have a new tech chief there. They are focusing more on AI. Now many of you know, if you've been watching this program for a while, you know that I'm a proponent of self driving cars. I know a lot of you are uneasy with it and I understand why. Believe me, I get it. But do me a favor and talk with people that you know, friends or family or people that might know people who are disabled and live in their homes. Every city in America is supposed to have free transportation for people like that and drive up to their home and give them an opportunity to have a life. Guess what? Most of our city and state governments fail miserably at that. And these People have been chained in their homes as prisoners for years. Self driving cars liberates them. It's one of the reasons why I'm a big fan of self driving cars. And again, you don't have to agree with me, but I just ask you to consider that just for a second. But having an AI car that does all of your work for you, tells you where to go, does your shopping, that could be an infringement on privacy, I think a little bit. But hey, I bet you there'll be a lot of people who will go for it. So I'll be watching closely to see what GM does with all of that. Now we've known for years, we know for some time that Toyota has been wanting to take on the Mercedes AMG GT and go for it GT3 competition on their own on the track I'm talking about. Well, after countless teasers and speculation, here it is, the car a lot of people have been waiting for. This is it the road going GR GT and its race bred sibling, the GR GT3 for the track. Now all the reports of the GR GT featuring a new 4 liter twin turbocharged V8 turned out that's what it has. So it's a powerful car that also. It has. It will deliver 641 horsepower or greater. There's no word of a price yet on this lovely car, but I'll ask to see if they have a layaway plan. Just kidding.
E
They're not Sam.
Clark.
G
Is that the right car?
C
No, it isn't, honey. I, I changed my mind.
That's the family, the classic Queen family truckster from National Lampoon's Vacation. Just a classic vehicle that they made for that movie. Why am I showing it? Because Sean Duffy, the transportation, the Transportation Secretary, said last week after President Trump changed those fuel economy standards, those strict fuel economy standards, that the station wagon could make a comeback now because now that those fuel standards have been relaxed, car companies can start making more gas guzzling cars like that. The problem is of course, that I don't think people are going to want to go back to station wagons. Maybe that Subaru Outback, you can call that a station wagon, but that's not really what you just saw there with Clark, Wiswold, Griswold, Chevy Chase. Nevertheless, a lot of people watching have great, great memories of driving in station wagons as kids and sitting in that back row and facing backwards. Remember that? I did that a couple times in carpools. I kind of miss it, but I know it's not everyone's cup of tea. All right, coming up from the lies about President Trump to the distortions of America's immigration laws, is most of our country's political divide actually the result of bad schooling? I'll take a closer look. And later, if you think the gangs of people committing illegal acts getting major support from politicians is a new thing, then remember this guy that's actually Al Capone. He perfected that scam years ago. Minnesota is just the Johnny come lately. American SUNRISE EARLY EDITION will be right back.
It's Monday, December 8th. Here are this morning's top stories. Like a dog with a bone, the Democrats and their ignorant media allies are still trying to make the Trump administration anti drug policies into a scandal. In other words, drug cartels have lots of money and they're using it. It's called lobbying and they're doing it a lot. The European Union once again declares war on free speech. But its latest massive fine on X and Elon Musk is meant to hit our freedoms here in America, too.
A major development in the war on illegal immigration. The Supreme Court will consider President Trump's push to end birthright citizenship. This could really be the game changer. And the extent of the massive Somali welfare scam in Minnesota keeps growing. But when Democrats commit crimes in blue cities and states, no one ever has to say they're sorry. Al Capone didn't. Back in Chicago, American Sunrise EARLY EDITION continues. Now.
Welcome back to AMERICAN SUNRISE EARLY edition. Still reminiscing about the great days of old station wagons. I forgot to mention that my sister, when she was eight or nine years old, was going to a birthday party in a station wagon. Massive tree hit the station wagon. No one was hurt. None of the kids, none of the adults. I don't think that would happen today in your sedans or even in SUVs, but those were the days. Welcome back. I'm really happy to welcome back to the program Alvin Louie, he's the president of an organization called Courage Is a Habit. And Alvin, speaking of courage, it takes a courageous person to stand up against the whole idea of birthright citizenship. This is a really interesting that was one of the things that in the past, even people who were really concerned about citizenship in this country didn't think they could really get anywhere with it. The idea of anchor babies, which, by the way, that's not politically correct to say you're not allowed to say anchor babies. But there are people who do this, not just people from south of our border. I know a lot of Russian people who have done this come to the United States on a short Visa had a child here. It takes a lot of courage to stand up and say, this may not be in our best interest anymore.
D
Hey, good morning, Jake. No, it absolutely does. It takes courage to speak out when nobody wants to say it. So like you're saying, you know, you can't say anchor babies, so that means we should say anchor babies. Anything that you shouldn't say, we should say more of. So look, this is why our main tagline for courage is a habit. Besides make courage your habit is embrace exclusion. You have it right here. For those watching, you have it right here. And we always encourage, especially if you have young children, but any American, you have to reject inclusion. Inclusion was always a Trojan horse, and it's been a Trojan horse for a long, long time. And this is where we were. A lot of our problems in this country is because we have been inclusive and to our detriment, because it's a good life is about embracing exclusion because it means drawing good boundaries, whether it's children or border. I mean, look, like I last time I was here, you know what, we're friends, but I can't just walk into your Florida studio right now and just sit down with you without being invited. You have to embrace exclusion. And, and I love seeing that Americans are finally done. They're finally seeing the damage of embracing exclusion or embracing inclusion, and now they're embracing exclusion and we're finally drawing boundaries and holding a high standard. If America's great, anything that's great needs a high standard. And we got to go back to.
C
Embracing that high standard also to me, equals responsibility. You know, one of the things that's really interesting about the Bible, for those of you who want to read it for the first time or read it with a different eye, there are no rights given to anyone in the Bible, only responsibilities. And I think that we should be starting to couch citizenship in this country. Even the people who are born here as children of citizens. It doesn't matter whether you're in every as a responsibility and less of here's what you get, here's what you get. Here's what you have a right to. Well, who's giving you those rights? It doesn't come out of thin air. Speaking of children and people, what they're learning in school, Alvin. There's a new poll by my friend Scott Rasmussen, and it has a lot of people scratching their heads. Basically. According to his poll, there are a large number of people in America who at the same time say they support capitalism and socialism. Actually a majority or at least A plurality of the people who answered the one poll said they support both. I'm sorry, I think this is a failure of education. Whether it's in the classroom or adults just reading a little bit more nonfiction and maybe figuring out that capitalism and socialism, there's plenty of charity and compassion that is, I think, inherent in capitalism. You have to have that, otherwise people aren't going to want to go and buy from you. But capitalism, socialism, don't mix. Alvin and I don't understand why people haven't learned that in school.
D
Well, it's because in school, you know much to most people's the myths that people still think it is not a failure of the K through 12 education system, it's a success because that is exactly what they want your kids to think about. And so people always think, oh, it's a failure. It's not a failure. This is the purpose of the K through 12 system. The reason why that poll is the way it is is because they romanticize socialism, because they're teaching children that especially if you're a white child, then you're an oppressor, that you owe everybody forevermore. And if you're a black or you're brow or you're not white, then you're forever. You need the government to help you, otherwise you can't succeed. So socialism is romanticized through the education system. And this is why you increasingly see that with young people. And, and this is, and so they, they just don't understand what that is. And people always say we whitewash history. A lot of the critical race theorists, they'll say we were whitewashing history in schools. No, no, no, no. We are red washing history. This is why we don't know who Mao is. We don't know what communism is. And look, if you keep telling young people that their lives sucks, the skin color matters, that the climate change is going to end the world in 10 years. Hey, man, you know what? Free stuff sounds pretty good.
C
Yeah. I wonder why anxiety is the number one epidemic for young people in America. They've been in schools telling the world's going to end, that everyone around them is a potential racist and hater. It's amazing we haven't had an even worse anxiety problem under our young, with our young people. But Alvin, you know what? I did find one woman in America who's not only courageous, but she's also not mixed up. Check out this woman as she confronts Congressman Eric Swalwell as he simply can't tell her whether he's okay with men in Women's bathrooms and locker rooms or not. Check this woman out.
E
There gonna be men allowed in the women's room anymore? We need to know.
C
No woman should be harassed in a locker room.
E
Answer straight. Are there going to be women? Are you against men in women's locker rooms and sports? That's all you need to answer.
C
I'm telling you, please. Men in women's locker room.
E
I know that should not happen. It's happening all around America. There are 45 women and there are 45 men in the women's prisons right now raping them, picking them out like chicken. The trans men are not women, and they're raping women yet. So I don't care if you're on the Democrat side, the Republican side. We need to be on the women's side, people. It's happening to our girls. It's happening to our women. And I'm here to let everyone know that this is happening.
C
Look at the awkward look on Swalwell's face there. He's. All of. He has. He can't say whether or not he's in favor of men or. First of all, he can't do that. And then he's just standing there like. I don't know if I can interrupt. I mean, this is the person you want to lead your state. But, Alvin, I think I found if you guys have an annual award for courage as a habit, I think you found your hero of this the year.
D
Oh, Tish is great. No, she's fantastic. You know my favorite thing about this story? So the woman that you're. That you play there, she's a black lesbian.
E
Okay.
C
Okay.
D
My favorite thing to ask these woke white guilt written, you know, men or women, who's always wagging their virtual sitling finger at everybody. I love pos presenting this scenario because a white guy, just a white guy that pretends to be. That's pretend to be a woman, kicked her out of the locker room of the gym, and the gym kicked her out and took away her membership. So I love presenting this. And I said, here is a black lesbian woman. Here's a white guy who's pretending to be a woman in this scenario. Where's the hate crime? They. It just destroys them. Try it. It's a fun. It's a fun exercise anybody can do.
C
Yeah, that'd be a great essay question for some people. And it would be great if someone, as a prank, told them, hey, the admissions application for Princeton or Harvard has this essay. Tell us where the hate crime is here. And see how these Kids end up talk about anxiety, they'll start crying and not be able to write the editorial. Sorry.
D
You can hear the brains grinding already. You can hear the two, the remaining one and a half brain cells of the transgender cultists. The brains grinding.
C
Yeah, and also just that look and that stance by Eric Swalwell. I mean, this is. Is this what it is to be a liberal man in America right now? I mean, that's kind of a misnomer. That's kind of an oxymoron anyway, Alvin. Now back to ignorance. Because people like New York City Mayor Eric, I just called him Mayor Alex. Zoro and Mamdani are banking on everyone being ignorant of the realities of illegal immigration. He made this video this week and here's the beginning of it. Last weekend, ICE attempted to raid Canal street and detain our immigrant members. As mayor, I'll protect the rights of every single New Yorker. And that includes the more than 3.
D
Million immigrants who call the city their home. But we can all stand up to.
C
ICE if you know your rights.
Sorry, Zoran. Illegal immigrants have some human rights, but they don't have any of the rights that he lays out in this video. Yes, ICE can go into their home. Yes, ICE can go into their workplace. If you're an illegal alien, you don't have the right to tell ICE they can't come in. Sorry, but he's banking on ignorance there, isn't he?
D
He's not banking on ignorance. He's banking on idiot empathy and weaponize kindness. So what? So when you're watching stuff like this, your audience, obviously normal people, even if they're just non political, are going to be outraged because these illegal aliens don't belong here and they're committing crimes. They're sucking the taxpayer dime, you know, down to nothing. And. But they're teaching your children in schools to vote for people like him. Because what they're doing is they're weaponizing your children's empathy in the classroom and saying, oh, these people, there's just this one. They just want to come here for a better life. This is, you know, it's why. And it's why Americans, it's white Americans, that's the problem. And that's what they're teaching your children. So this guy is not only banking on ignorance, but he's banking on a very brainwashed populace that's already been set up in the K212 system. Here's another fun exercise that we do all the time when it comes to immigration. We let them go on and on about human Rights and about how they're a good human and all that kind of stuff. And we just, we. We ignore all of it. We don't argue with them on these, on these gaslighting false equivalency points. We just say, cool, cool. Hey, let me ask you, how many illegal aliens have you personally taken into your home that you financially support it? Just give us a range. Yeah, give us a range. Do you do it by quarter or every year? It is the most hilarious thing. Again, everybody should do it because they can't answer it. And when they can't, they try to deflect and you say, no, no, no, don't deflect. How many? Just give me a new number. And when they can't, you go, wait a minute, is it. Is it zero? Because it's zero for me too. So we're the same. They hate that because they always try to say they have that moral authority when you're like, wait a minute, we're the same. I took in zero illegal aliens. You took in zero illegal aliens. We're the same. They just hate that. It's good fun.
C
Yeah. Alan, Louie, thank you so much for joining us. It's always great when you come on the program. By the way, the first person who was caught in a crime and demanded welfare was Cain. Remember, God catches him murdering his brother and Cain says, what are you going to do for me? You can't banish me and not protect me. This has been since the beginning of time. Thank you so much, Alvin. Have a great rest of your.
D
Thank you, sir.
C
All right. There's a lot of politicians that should be getting coal in their stocking for Christmas. But Birchgold thinks you, as a smart planner, you deserve silver. That's why for every $5,000 you purchase between now and December 22nd, Birchgold will send you an ounce of silver, which is up over 60% this year. Not too shabby. See, smart people diversify and they have a hedge. That's why I encourage you to buy gold from Birch Gold. With rate cuts from the Fed in 2026, the dollar will be worth less. And what happens if the AI bubble bursts? Diversify. Let Birchgold Group help you convert an existing Iraq or 401k into a tax sheltered IRA in physical gold. And for every $5,000 you buy, you'll get an ounce of silver for your stocking or for your kids. What a great way to teach them about saving smartly. Just text America to 989898 to claim your eligibility for this offer. Again, text America to the number 9898. 98 today. Because Birchgold's free silver with qualifying purchase promotion ends on December, September 22nd. Text America to 98. 98. 98.
Coming up. I hate it when the same old scam gets pulled over and over. Al Capone and I have something to say about this Somali shakedown aided by the politicians in Minnesota. Oh, and so does David Brody. American Sunrise Early Edition. We'll be right back.
Welcome back to American Sunrise Early Edition. It's been fun doing the show today from West Palm beach, and we keep showing you the White House just to show you that it's there. It's comforting for some people. Hey, I know that in the big show, American Sunrise, they do a Bible verse every day. I'm gonna. I'm gonna one up them and do one right now. This is from the book of Ecclesiastes, chapter 1, verse 9. Or as I was taught it in the Yeshiva, Sefer kohelek perak aleph pasuk tet. Listen it what has been will be again. What has been done will be done again. There is nothing new under the sun. Hey, did you know that that saying comes from the Bible? You should. I can't tell you how often I think of this verse these days because it's not only telling us that history repeats itself, it's telling us key factors in human nature. And so when we tell the story about what's going on in Minnesota now, which really looks to me like a complete shakedown of the public with the government's help, it really reminds me a lot of the good old days. My family was connected to this, by the way, in Chicago and how gangsters like Al Capone ran that city. There was a mayor in Chicago, David Brodies. He joins me now from Washington, D.C. his name was Big Bill Thompson. He was in on it. He was the Tim Waltz, the Keith Ellison of Chicago during the time of Al Capone. I know this because Al Capone actually originally worked for my great, great grandfather. I'll tell that full story one day. And it wasn't on the up and up, but I can tell you this is nothing new. David, I'm sorry. Well, right.
H
And let's remember they call Chicago the Windy City. And it's not for the wind, so we should keep that in mind for sure. Look, but if you think about Cash Patel, of course, FBI director now, he wrote a book, right? Government Gangsters. And it does play in, if you will, to a lot of the fraud, waste and abuse. That's another part we hear so much in D.C. that term fraud, waste and abuse. And it's true. I mean, we're, you know, in this case, you know, we're talking about COVID and some of the loan issues, the PPP loans and everything. But what about Medicare? What about the va? I mean, there's so much going on. I mean, you just go down so many different government agencies, and there is abuse there. And the abuse is not just with the government agencies, but most importantly, within those government agencies. These are people looking the other way on purpose. They're not doing the due diligence for whatever reason. You can talk about reasons from A to Z, but the bottom line is they're not doing their job. And this all plays in together. So, yeah, it's like Al Capone is still alive and well right here in D.C. yeah.
C
Well, again, I want everyone to stick around for American sunrise the next two hours. Of course, you're live there with Gina now. Dr. Gina heard I was coming to West Palm street, so got the heck out of here and decided to see you. That's right.
D
She took the first flight out.
C
I know. She's like, oh, my God, Jake's coming. Gotta get out of here. No, just kidding. So I'm sorry that I missed Gina, but I did get to see Emily, and it was great being here today. And so far, no one has tried to shake me down or for a protection racket like Al Capone. So that's good. But again, it's. It's, you know, all joking aside, people complain about corporate domination of politics. Sorry. The gangsters, the people who are stealing our welfare money that's supposed to go to the poor. They make the corporations look like amateurs anyway. We're not amateurs. You guys aren't amateurs. Thank you so much for watching. I'll be back joining everyone on the big show a couple of times in the 8 to 10am hour. Until then, American Sunrise early edition will be back from New York, sadly, tomorrow. I'll see you at 7. Thank you.
