Welcome to America's Sunrise Early Edition. Coming up, developing overnight an active situation. A Mexican synagogue attacked a vehicle ramming into the Temple Israel in West Bloomfield. The suspect is dead. A naturalized US Citizen originally from Lebanon. The incident raising fears of targeted violence at a moment of global tension. What it means for security here at home. Details coming up. And then a moment of truth on Capitol Hill. President Trump pushing his signature election bill, the Save America Act. Now all eyes are on the Senate leader, John Thune. Can he deliver the votes? The political stakes could not be higher. That's ahead as well. And then a live Pentagon briefing starting at 8am Defense Secretary Pete Hexseth, that would be Secretary of War Pete Hexseth and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs updating the nations on military operations against Iran. The latest from the war front and what comes next. We'll have it live on American Sunrise. EARLY EDITION starts right now. Welcome to American Sunrise EARLY edition, the show where faith, freedom and the values that built this nation take center stage. You people and others like you built this country join us as we break down the stories that matter. F A F O. If you don't know, now, you know. American Sunrise early edition on River Real America's VOICE starts now. All right. Happy Friday, everybody. Let's get right into it. This is how you can start your day with us. And during the 9:00am hour of American Sunrise, if you are selected, we will deliver your hometown forecast live. So jump in and be a part of the fun and join us over on Weather nation. All right. Now, joining us now for the forecast is Weather Nation's Tracy Anthony. Tracy, good morning. Good Friday to you. It seems like is, you know, a lot of people are. We talked about this for a couple of weeks now. Spring break underway for many parts of the country, but some of them are dealing with a little bit of cooler temperatures and I think they really want it. Yeah, you know, areas across the north and the Southeast now, a little dip in those temperatures now, they should rebound relatively quickly. But the hot spots are really going to be out across the Southwest. So anyone heading to la, Phoenix, that's where they're really going to be feeling the heat. So a little bit cooler to the Southeast, a whole lot warmer to the Southwest. We still have some winter weather though that's working across the northern tier of the nation. These low pressure centers bringing a good amount of snow, but also some strong gusty winds across the north north central plains into the Great Lakes. And that's going to keep that fire weather and fire danger really up there throughout the weekend. So we were Talking winds of 92 miles per hour across areas like Boulder, Colorado. So it's also going to pack a punch snow wise. We're talking that heavy wet spring snow. Wisconsin could have up to 18 inches by Monday morning. So that Monday morning commute is going to be difficult. We are talking blizzard like conditions at times over the weekend. We're going to expect those winds this afternoon and then again into Sunday to be up to 45, 50 miles per hour. So that's what's going on across the north, across parts of the Southwest. It is that record heat that's going to be lingering for the weekend and into next week. And then on the warm side of this system that's bringing Wisconsin all of that snow, we are talking about more active severe storms. So this is going to be Sunday night into Monday. So Brian, we're going to be pretty quiet here for, for the severe weather threat this weekend, but it really ramps up Sunday. So I want to make sure everyone kind of keeps their eyes on the end of the weekend. Yeah, well, absolutely. Keep it and keep the app real. America's Voice and the Weather Nation app have all that ready for you. Thank you so much. We'll see you on AMERICA at Sunrise with one of our lucky hometown forecast selections. Thank you, Tracy. All right. Let's turn now to our top story. Michigan authorities say the suspect in Thursday synagogue attack has been identified. Police say that 41 year old Aan Muhammad Gazili, a naturalized US citizen originally from Lebanon, rammed a truck through the front doors of the Temple Israel in West Bloomfield. Now officials say the vehicle is borrowed down a main hallway and the suspect exchanged gunfire with the security guard. Now the vehicle later caught fire. The suspect was killed. The security guard was injured. But no children or staff at the temple's preschool were hurt. Joining us now is Rabbi Michael Barclay, the author and lecturer. Rabbi, what goes through your mind at a time like this? I got the notification that this was happening. I was shocked, but then again, I wasn't shocked looking at the nature of our society right now. But when did you hear about this tact and what was the first thing you thought about? Well, first of all, good morning and thank you for doing everything you do right both of this and for everything in the world you do. The first thing that went through my mind is everyone safe. And thank God there were 140 children there and no one got hurt. So that's truly a miracle. And thank God for the security forces which our temple has. Pretty much every temple of the country keeps armed security with us at services and events. But after that, the immediate thought in, in my mind was the reason for this. And I think we need to be, we need to get honest. We need to understand what caused this. And it's not that he was from Lebanon. It's caused by people like Candace Owens, Tucker Carlson and these anti Semite social influencers who have made anti Semitism normative. We're blaming everything on the Jews and we need to wake up and curtail that kind of behavior and that kind of talk which has been happening in our, in the public arena because that's really what's leading to the, the attacks like this. There was an attack yesterday as well in Norway. Thank God it was stopped very early on. And we really need to kind of tone down the conversation and stop blaming the Jews for everything like, like Tucker and Candace and those people are apparently this location actually had an active shooter drill about six weeks ago which might have prepared them for an incident like this when. Well, so it seems to me that the people in charge of security actually have adequate training to make sure individual did not go any further than he did. You know, we all do. When I say we all, I mean synagogues. Pretty much every legitimate synagogue that I know, we have armed security at every event. We have people with CCWs. Most very large synagogues have a panic button. Most congregants don't even know this. Have a panic button underneath the, the senior rabbi's pulpit that goes immediately to the police. We've had to have that for a long time. And it's, it's amped up in the last two and a half years. But that's a part of our reality. I don't do an event without having armed security. It's just, it's, there are crazies out there and we need to, we need to stop it. We need to prevent it. So we're constantly doing drills. The. Our synagogue actually sponsors a class each year for people who want to get their concealed carry permits. Yeah, that's. Safety is, is a main concern on this. What's your message to synagogues, temples around the country, even churches, the Christian faith, Catholics. What's your message to them in regards to being tolerant and being proactively ready for something like this to happen? Because everyone's going to be on heightened alert going into this weekend. Services around the country? It's funny, I actually learned this from a friend, you may know him, Pastor Rob McCoy, who's one of my neighbors. And my recommendation is, is actually a teaching I learned from him, which is there are sheep wolves and sheep dogs. And our obligation as spiritual leaders, our obligation as houses of worship is to make a safe environment for people. We are the ones synagogue that never closed in California during COVID We have to keep safe environments. We need to, in every way, health wise, which we did, even though we were still gathering security wise within terms of having armed security, spiritually, in terms of people knowing that it's a safe place to pray, a safe place to open up your heart and your emotions. The only way we're going to get to a place of peace is by being clear in who we are and by being very, very strong in terms of these are our values and we stand for them and we will keep those values. Rabbi, you were talking off air before we started that you have created email that goes out to thousands of people on a daily basis. Let's talk about that real briefly and how people perhaps, if they want to receive this email, what they need to do. You're very kind. Yes. Since October 7, I send out an email every day, except for Shabbat on what's really going on in the Middle East. You can sign up for it at the rabbis table.com. it's the rabbis Table. It's also the name of a new show and podcast that launches this week. Our first guest is actually Ambassador David Friedman, whom I think you may know, who is the former ambassador, U.S. ambassador to Israel. The idea of having a show that is dialogue, not debate, to kind of tone down the rhetoric. We can disagree without being disagreeable. And that's the Rabbi's table. We launch on Sunday for our first show. Wonderful. Well, good luck on that. Rabbi Barkley, thank you so much for coming up on the show this morning. Thank you. Thank you and God bless you and your audience. And everything that you do. Thank you. Appreciate it. Friday. Welcome back America Sunrise Live look at Washington D.C. right now. I am Brian Glenn. Thanks so much for having you with us this morning. We're awaiting a live press conference at the Pentagon at 8am make sure you join the conversation on Getter Rumble YouTube. Now let's check in with Wall street as we head towards the opening bell now. The markets continue to reflect pressure right now. The Dow tumbling 739 points, closing at 466 77. A new low for 2026 down the Nasdaq also sliding down to 22, 311 as investors react to rising energy costs and global tensions right now as you can imagine. Meanwhile in the energy markets, oil surging Thursday brent crude topping $100 a barrel for the first time since 2022. US crude selling near $96, up nearly 10%. The national average price of gasoline is now around $3.60. All eyes this morning are on the opening bell. When I was in Cincinnati, the average price of gas there was about 345. In California, I'm seeing $7 gas already, so. All right. Today is the first day that the Department of Homeland Security employees will miss their full paycheck. About 50,000 of them or 60,000 of TSA workers not getting a paycheck. As the standoff continues on Capitol Hill, Senate Democrats blocking a bill to reopen the department and motioning felon 5,146 short of 60 votes needed. Now, the shutdown now in day 28. Joining us now is Corrine Clifford, independent journalist and Republican strategist. Corrine, this isn't good. Imagine waking up this morning and you're a TSA employee and you're not getting a paycheck. Your first full paycheck, it's gone. Listen, I just went through TSA yesterday, and there are going to be people that are not going to show up to, to work today. So I'm very concerned about travel. I'm concerned about our security in the United States of America. And I think that there has to be some executive order that President Trump can make right away to make sure that the employees of DHS are paid because we need them. Yeah. And of course, on the events yesterday in Michigan and at Old Dominion, we need our DHS funded right now. There's a lot of, a lot of criminal activity, I guess you could say a lot of terrorists, the domestic terrorists that could be amongst our communities. We need to make sure we have all hands on deck to make sure that never happens again. Now, listen, that is really critical and key because there was some fake news coming from ABC that Carolyn Levette, our press secretary, had to expose. But then there is some real news, which is that we do have sleeper cells in the United States of America at this time in history. And we do need DHS to be activated and paid properly so that they can handle the sleeper cells. And so this is just really bad timing on the part of Congress. So once again, I'm hoping and praying that President Trump can make an executive order and step in and, or maybe we'll find a billionaire who, who will pay dhs while Congress is fighting over paying DHS employees like we did with the military the first time this happened last year. Do you remember that, Brian, I do, I do. I do remember that someone stepped in to cover the salaries of our military. And I think who that individual is. Let's, let's shift over real quickly to state of California. As a state that you're real familiar with, you've got an intense, not only the mayor of Los Angeles, you've got that race underway. You've also got a governor race. There's some other city council races in that area. Let's touch real quickly. Let's start with the governor, the governor's race in California. Where are you at on that? So the governor's race is critical and key because we all hate Gavin Newscomb and I'm so grateful to be on Real America's Voice saying that. Now listen, this is important because Steve Hilton is running for governor of California and of course we all want him to win. But my girlfriend stepped into the race. I've known her for 20 years. Her name is Elaine Kolati. She's not Republican or Democrat. She's independent, she's self made, she's not married. She's an independently wealthy woman and she knows how to run a business. So because she's not Republican or Democrat, she may have a chance of winning. But the first vote is on June 2, and the top two people who get the highest number of votes get to commence on to November. So that's why the governor's race is so critical and key in California, because California is our fourth or fifth. Is it four or five? We don't know. It goes up and down. Largest economy in the whole entire world. Yeah, we'll have to get you back on. We're up against a hard break here. We'll get your thoughts on everything else. How can people follow you, Corrine, on all of your coverage. Follow me on Xorrine Clifford. And I just want to say the mayor's race in Los Angeles is to going critical and key. We all want Spencer Pratt to win. So I can't wait to come back on and talk about that because it's June 2nd. All right, thank you, Corinne. I appreciate it. Thank you. All right, I think about this. In 2006, $20,000 equaled roughly 33 ounces of gold at spot prices. Now, today's prices, those 33 ounces of gold would be worth about $165,000. Plus we await a lot press briefing at the Pentagon at 8am that's all in America Sunrise Early Condition continues after the break. No fear in my chest. It's doing what's right when it comes. Look at the capital. What a beautiful day ahead. I am Brian Glenn. Thanks for being with us on this very busy morning. You can join us on Getter, YouTube and Rumble. Now back to the Save America Act, a priority for President Trump. Now the pressure is squarely on the Senate leader, John Thune, to get it across the line. Joining us now to talk about that as our national political reporter, Neil McCabe. Neal, it's now or it's never. And I was telling you in the break that one Democrat, which I thought was going to vote for it. Fetterman has now backtracked on that. Well, it's 5347 in the Senate. And which means, you know, if it was a Democratic controlled Senate, it would be no problem. But with the Republicans in control, you know, there's three or four senators that are going to flip on you. And so you kind of count on guys like Fetterman or other Democrats that you would think had tough reelections coming up and they wanted to be for election integrity. But as you said, Thune has announced that he will put it on the floor next week, which, you know, makes the lie. They said, oh, it's held up in committee. McConnell and the rules Committee won't let it out. The Majority leader can almost do whatever he wants when it comes to bringing bills for a vote. He can pull something out of committee and he can put it up for a vote like today. And they, they first have to end debate. That's the filibuster. You need 60 votes. If you close debate, you can then go for passage. And that's the simple majority. And what Thune is now saying is, hey, we're going to put the Democrats on the record that we Republicans support this. Let's see what they do. Behind the scenes. What Thune is saying is, Mr. President, I don't have the votes. Get off my back. I'm going to put this up, you're going to lose, and then we're going to go on with our lives. And so there's a lot of back, back and forth behind the scenes between the Senate and the White House because Thune is putting up a public cooperation, but really behind the scenes, he's not doing anything. And of course, Brian, it's also tied to Cornyn and Paxton in Texas. Yeah, you know, it's interesting and I want our viewers to understand that Thune can put it. What? Put on the floor to vote whatever he wants. That goes for the speaker of the House, Mike Johnson as well. People need to know that they can put something on the floor. Vote. I'm all about putting names to legislation. If you don't like it, vote. No, let it be public. Let him go on record for voting against it. Now, when I was in Cincinnati or Northern Kentucky the other day for President Trump's event, I talked to a lot of people in line, Neil. They are fed up with Republicans in the Senate doing absolutely nothing. That is the place where stuff goes to die. This is a no brainer. The American people demand this. We got to get rid of the filibuster, Neil. This is the only way this gets going. We're playing defense right now. Right? So people are talking about the prerogatives of the Senate and it's such a valued institution and debate. Oh, I'm so sick of hearing all this stuff. That's. That's your excuse to keep control of this country and a small group of people in Washington D.C. you're absolutely right. That's how the swamp stays the swamp. Yeah. I'll give you some names. Let me give you some names. These are deputy, deputy whips. These are senators whose job it is is to get the President's agenda passed. These are Republicans who are deputy whips, part of Thune's leadership team. Katie Britt, Thom Tillis, Todd Young, John Cornyn. Right. There are others, but they're pretty MAGA and safe. But John Cornyn literally has a job which is to get the votes for the President's agenda to advance. And you have guys like Cornyn, you have Todd Young, Thom Tillis. These are the guys who are supposed that Thune has on his leadership team to move the agenda. These guys hate the President, Neil. They're running out the clock. We all know that. I'm up against the hard brake as well. Neil, thank you so much for your coverage there on the Capitol Hill. If we're mad, America, we're mad because they're not representing the people. Thank you, Neil. All right, it's a busy morning. You're going to need. I need a cup of something right now. I think I need a cup of Artillery tea. That's the only America first veteran owned tea brand. And their mission is simple, to maximize flavor with whole leaf blends and chemical free tea bags. No junk, just real tea. And here's the tactical advantage. Each bag brews twice. Just go to artillerytco.com and use the promo code RAV for 10% off your first order. That's artillerytco.com premium tea, mission driven, brewed for the brave. And we're actually joined right now by Mike Britton, this co founder of Artillery Tea Company. Mike, good morning to you. Welcome to the show. Morning. Thanks for having me again. Well, a little feisty this morning, but that's okay. We got to get fired up. Get everybody awake. Now, how does your product compare with regular tea? A lot of people are probably wondering what's the difference between Artillery tea and just regular tea? Yeah, the regular tea is the stuff you'll get like in the grocery store, the Lipton, the Yogi Teas, and all and Bigelow and that sort sort of thing. But all those are so mass produced that you're getting actually the lowest grade of tea that you can possibly get. The, the whole leaf stuff that we use when it's produced, there's dust particles that fall through the cracks. I mean, literally fall through the cracks. And that tea dust is what they put into those tea bags for those products. Right. And so we're getting the top graded leaf that you can get versus the bottom graded leaf you can get. So it'll help like maximize the flavor. Tea dust is like overly bitter. It doesn't really taste like actual tea because I don't think it, I don't think it is actual tea. It's only a part of it. And so it's. It's the lowest graded part. And it's honestly, it's the worst tasting part as well. Yeah, I would agree on that. How does your product align with the whole Make America Healthy Again movement? Yep. Well, first of all, we use only organic ingredients. So we try to do that everywhere. We're able to do that. And right now we have 11 blends online and 9 out of 11 of them use only organic ingredients. So there's that. I talked a little bit about tea dust. There's another aspect to grocery store tea that's the construction of their tea bag. So they use all kinds of nasty chemicals in their teabags. One is bleached paper. One is something called ech, which is a chemical they used in insect fumigation. They use a lot of plastics in those tea bags. And all that's designed to just like hold the tea bag together and also, of course, be as cheap as possible to produce. And the teabags that we use are made out of cornstarch. And that, that's the only ingredient in them is cornstarch. They're all natural. They're completely harsh, chemical free. And they don't steep billions and billions of plastic particles in your cup either. I didn't know that. I know a lot of our viewers right now are never going to buy that stuff again. They're going to go and buy it for you. But what is the best way for viewers right now to get kind of the best deals on your product? The best way right now is through something we came out with a few months ago called the Patriots Brew Club. This is our subscription program. It has maximum flexibility. You can subscribe for monthly deliveries every two months or every three months. But also you can get free shipping on every order tiered discounts as you go up. So if you add two items to your cart, you get 10% off. Three items is 15%. Four items is 20% off. That's really the spot where we have the best deals and the only spot we actually offer free shipping. We also do not the only spot we offer free shipping on orders over $59, too. But if you want regular free shipping, the Patriots Brew Club is the way to go. Mike, thank you so much for joining us this morning. We love talking about your company. And once again, it's artillery. Thank you. Tco.com don't forget to sign up for that club as well. Thank you so much for joining us, Mike. I appreciate that. Yeah, thanks a lot, Brian. Thank you. All right. Coming up, we go straight to the Denver newsroom for the latest headlines making news this morning. Plus, the countdown to the Pentagon briefing live at 8 o'. Clock. We'll have that for you as well as American Sunrise EARLY EDITION continues after the break. Cross that line. Welcome to american sunrise early edition, the show where faith, freedom and the values that built this nation take center stage. Welcome back to America SUNRISE EARLY edition. That is a live shot at the Pentagon. We are waiting a press conference. I am Brian Glenn, glad you're with us on this very busy morning. Join us on Getter, YouTube and Rumble. Let's head over to the Denver newsroom right now and check in with Terrence Bates. Terrence, what's the very latest this morning? Welcome. Hey, hey, Brian, good morning to you. You mentioned that upcoming Pentagon press briefing. We of course, have all eyes on that. However, on a local front, Islamic extremism also in the spotlight as federal investigators still trying to confirm what motivated a 41 year old man to ram his vehicle into a synagogue, threatening the lives of 140 kids as well as teachers and staff at a school that's associated with that house of worship. The feds are calling the crime an act of violence targeting the Jewish community. It all happened on Thursday afternoon here in West Virginia, Bloomfield Township, Michigan. The attacker was shot and killed after his car burst into flames and he jumped out following ramming that building, jumped out of the car holding a rifle. Even Department of Homeland Security officials confirmed the guy is originally from Lebanon but immigrated to the United States and became a naturalized citizen. And Brian, in a separate and arguably even more disturbing attack, this one happening in Virginia, ROTC students at Old Dominion University being hailed heroes this morning after killing a man who barged into a university classroom, killing one student and injuring two others. Witnesses say the guy yelled Allah Akbar before Starting to shoot. Turns out he was a former army National Guardsman who spent eight years in prison for attempting to aid the Islamic State. Despite being sentenced to 11 years in prison and 36. The 36 year old, excuse me, was released early during the Biden administration. The shooter was a naturalized citizen in this particular case, Brian, but he's originally from Sierra Leone. Two very shocking attacks. One we know for sure seems to be Islamic extremist related. The second, the questions are still out about that, but it appears that that may also be a reality there. Yeah, I mean, two very disturbing stories yesterday in the news cycle, Terrence. And we had a rabbi earlier in the show talk about this attack at the synagogue. And you know, it makes everyone. As a Christian, I'm just concerned for my safety for, you know, millions of Americans that will be walking into a church on Sunday. So that is, unfortunately, Terrence, the state of our country right now just engulfed with hate. No, absolutely. And of course these sorts of attacks raise questions about whether they're potentially retaliatory attacks for the ongoing situation in Iran. Again, we don't have those answers, but I think they are fair questions to be asked this morning. I agree. Fair questions. All right, Terrence, we're going to transition, if we could, over to, to RAV correspondent David Zier, who is inside the Pentagon briefing that's about to get underway at 11:00am David, good morning. You've got some updates on the war and maybe lay out what you anticipate this morning at 8:00am yes, good morning, Brian. A lot going on. It's Quds Day with the Jerusalem forces throughout the Arab world. But they won't be marching missiles down the streets of Tehran today because most of them have been decimated here. But it's also Ramadan, which ends on March 19th. So the world and the US is on high alert for any additional activity or attacks or terrorist attacks here domestically like the incredible events that we saw yesterday here. And U.S. central Command is acknowledging at 2pm yesterday a KC135 Strato tanker, the backbone of our midair refueling fleet. I got to participate in one of those mid air refuelings. It's amazing. And they went down and they're confirmed. Four have perished in that crash. And a possible midair event between that and another aircraft. At least 15 shipped vessels have come under attack in the Persian Gulf and the Straits of Hormuz in that region. And sirens sounded across Israel all last night in Haifa and other regions of Israel as Israel destroyed a key bridge into Lebanon used by Hezbollah forces. The French have confirmed their first combat loss in this conflict. And the New York Post is reporting that there's massive underground missile and drone facilities. I'm going to try to ask Secretary Hegseth that today if I get the opportunity. And the deep underground nuclear target they're reporting as well may need ground troops, special ops to eliminate it. And there's also reports of a drone theft or multiple drone theft at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, going back to November. And I want to ask about that, too. Over 6,000 targets have been hit to date. The straits of Hormuz. 90 ships and mine layers have been sunk or damaged so far. And 15 suspected Iranian attacks on civilian vessels. The British claiming they're going to jump in maybe and help with the escorts. The G7 meeting on Wednesday about that. And I just wanted to touch on the steak and lobster thing if you got a minute. Go ahead, go ahead. Well, you know, the double standard is alive and well. Instead of focusing on these incredible things like the cartel, counter cartel conference, the shields of America, massive cooperation in the Western Hemisphere between Western countries in the Caribbean, South America and the Department of War, and Trump attacking the cartels, they're focusing on stuff like steak and lobster. I just want to point out, as Joey Jones pointed out on X, a combat Marine vet from Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan, you know, Obama gave them steak and lobster in 2010, and it was a tough summer and they lost a lot of guys and it's one of the key things he remembers about that time. And it boosted their morale and it really carried them through. I just wanted to make a note of that because the double standard, just like when there were ICE raids along with Obama, nobody had a problem with that. And all of a sudden it's a big issue. Yeah, dude, I saw that video that Joey Jones posted up, I believe it was yesterday about that. And that's a good point. I'm glad you brought that up. Now, that straighter, Hormuz, I mean, it's very critical. About 20% of the world's oil goes through that straight. They've got now they're dealing with some of these mines that are underneath the ocean that can be detonated, you know, on command. They can be disabled as well. Do you have any intel on what we are doing right now to make sure that some of these mines that are floating in that strait there don't end up, you know, exploding on, on any vessels coming through? Well, I know that's probably the biggest issue going on over there and it's probably, you know, going to continue I heard Secretary Energy Chris Wright and Treasury Secretary Scott Besson say maybe within two weeks we're going to start escorting vessels, which would probably include mine clearing operations and other over there. But it's really critical. You know, a lot of the fertilizer products and sulfur come out of that region, I believe from Iraq, third world countries. It's planting season. We could face a lot of problems if they don't get fertilizer product to the market. It's not just oil. Iraq down 70% in their exports right now as well. They got to get a handle on that quickly. I think there's a plan to do it, but we don't want to put our troops in harm's way unless we have, you know, that dominance over there to do so. Right. Real quickly, what has been the vibe of lack of a better word in that Pentagon briefing room? You've got a lot of media there. Obviously you've got some conservative outlets like ourselves that's prominently placed in that room for good reason I would think to be able to. We have the opportunity that we haven't had before to ask some of these questions. But what is the tone there at the Pentagon in the briefing area? Oh, it's new media here since November and December and some of the outlets stayed on that. We hear it's not that bad and there's a general energy here asking tough questions. You know, even the new media asking tough questions of Secretary Hegseth. But I believe, believe that the media who isn't here has been non stop and criticizing the budget and the spending before the fiscal year was up, which has been going on for decades and has acknowledged in the past that the Pentagon is a bureaucracy and we're trying to get through it and deliver weapon systems to the war fighters at speed and scale. And Trump's executive orders to make sure that the CEOs aren't just getting rich from a defense contractors and we're actually producing product in more timely and more inexpensive fashion in partnership with private industry and academia. But you know, there's a little bit of frustration sometimes here. It feels. This is my fourth briefing here since the Iran event started and we'll see how that goes today. But Hegseth and General Dan came seem to have it under control here Now. David, you travel quite a bit and with the DHS not being funded, about 60,000 TSA workers will not get a paycheck today. They are anticipating maybe widespread call outs of people simply saying, well I can't, I can't come to work, I can't afford to come to work. I need to find an alternative source of income. Now, you travel quite a bit. What has been your experience with tsa, with traveling? And then then lastly, before I let you go, I want to get your thoughts on the events yesterday and how that might affect that might come up in today's press conference. Yeah, I'm sure security is going to be ramped up even more here. And, you know, some of it is stressful, you know, like LaGuardia Airport. I fly out a lot to regional locations. I'm clear TSA PreCheck toxic slide D, but now they consolidate the line so it doesn't matter. So during the daytime, it's more of a delay. So make sure you give yourself an extra hour to get to the airport and to make sure you're going to get in on time and through security here. But I'm more concerned, you know, the vacation time is here. So Spring break, Easter vacation, and I just think what the Democrats are doing is reprehensible. You know, we got to keep them funded. I don't know if there's a mechanism to do it. You know, the TSA jobs, you know, they don't pay a ton as it is, and sometimes they're a little difficult to deal with as it is, you know, coming through the checkpoint. But, you know, the experience has been pretty good here at Reagan Airport. The TSA people have been great and it's moving along, so we'll see where that goes. I'm hoping that Jonah, who was my cam off the last couple days in Kentucky, finally made it back to D.C. his flight had been canceled and delayed for almost like 1012 hours. He ended up having to fly into Dulles because DCA is historically one of the worst airports to fly in. Not only the short staff, but just the nature of the Runway. David Sierra, thank you so much for your live coverage there. We'll check in with you after that briefing. I appreciate it. Thanks again, Brian. All right, we'll have that Pentagon briefing happening minutes from now. We'll have it right here during the American sunrise. We'll be back. Last block with David Brody after this. All right, welcome back America Sunrise early edition. That is a live shot at the Pentagon. We'll be. Dave Azir will be joining us as soon as that starts and concludes, rather to give us kind of a briefing on that. Joining us now is America's Sunrise host, David Brody. David, good morning. Real quick. Before we get into the events yesterday, I will say from a programming note, I've been told by sources that the Real America's Voice set up there this year in Texas at CPAC will be the biggest ever. So if you plan on going out to cpac, definitely you want to check out the Real America's Voice set up there. So it's going to be pretty impressive. Okay, David, Yesterday I was flying back from Kentucky. I got the notifications on my phone that we had yet again, a very tragic incident at a synagogue. And then obviously the shooting. Old Dominion, horrible day. Yeah, no, 100%. And it's just becoming now commonplace, right? I mean, it just, it just is. And, and this is what we have been warning about for a long time. Look, can we stop with the Christians or the extremists? Can we also stop with this idea that the Jews are the most dangerous people on earth? Look, I'm not suggesting I'm paraphrasing there because I know a lot of people are down on Israel. How about radical Islamic terrorism? We keep talking about it. That is the number one threat. Okay? Allah Akbar. Anybody heard of that? Come on. The guy did it again in Old Dominion. They're ramming Cars into synagogues. This is just gonna continue to go on. I'm curious about today's briefing here at the Pentagon. How much they will discuss that, the threats to the homeland and all of that. Because it would be great to ask the dhs. Someone at dhs, but sadly they're closed for the day, so I guess we're gonna have to ask the Pentagon. Yeah, I've got to ask the Pentagon. And of course, you look at the guy from Sierra Leone, which is one of the most dangerous regions on earth. This guy was locked up for making threats and supporting ISIS and then later released under the Biden admin administration to, I don't know, go out and become violent against the US and what a big mistake that was to get. Let him out of prison. Well, and you notice, Brian, what you just said there, those words, right? I mean, how many times have we heard those words later released by the Biden administration or let in by the Biden administration? It just seems like there's always that attached to something that's gone diabolically wrong. Speaking of diabolical, this Ayatollah, right, The. I'll always mess up his name, the Ayatollah Khamenei, whatever, that guy. I'll just call him the cardboard cutout guy. Because quite frankly, we haven't seen him at all in any sort of live video. And now we're supposed to believe that he's now threatening the United States via press release from yesterday. Listen, do me a favor. Show your face. Even if you have to come out on one gimpy leg or however they've supposedly injured you. Let's see, you know, go in front of the cameras. You big wimp. I agree. I challenge him. The big whim. You're not a big whip. We'll see you back here in the 8 o' clock hour. David Brody, thank you so much. You're back. All right. And thank you for watching as we'll be back here on Monday bright and early. Have a fantastic weekend as always. Goodbye and God bless. We'll see you.
