All right. Happy Thursday morning. We've got a lot on tap today. Here's how you can start your day with us. Look down at the bottom of your screen right now there is a QR code that is your ticket to join the Weather Nation family. Scan it, get connected. And even better, your hometown forecast could be next. So head over to Real America's voice chats on Getter Rumble and YouTube and during the 9am hour of American Sunrise, if you're selected, we will deliver your hometown forecast live. So jump in, be a part of the fun and join us at Weather Nation. Now joining us for today's forecast is Weather Nation's own Tracy Anthony. Tracy, good morning. What is the forecast? I can only imagine now because March is one of those transitional months as far as seasons goes, it's probably pretty fiery today.
Pete Hegseth
Yeah, you know, we've got kind of a one, two punch across the south central Plains. And this is kind of our first multi day severe weather outbreak, so to speak, that we've had all year. So we're rolling into March 4th, full steam ahead. And areas like Dallas, they had some stronger storms roll through yesterday and we're going to have more storm potential for the next couple of days. Friday is actually going to be the day where things really ramp up. But for today, we do have some storms across the plains up to the Great Lakes. So that's going to be widespread here throughout the next few days. Now record warmth across the Southeast. So this heat in place is actually going to fill fuel these storms. But they're rolling over the Rockies. So as they roll over the Rockies, they are wringing out snow first and then these lows are going to be the lows we track for severe weather. So we've Got the second system that's currently bringing snow out west. That's the system we're going to watch into Friday. But for today it's going to be areas like Des Moines all the way down through South Texas under that severe weather outlook. But the main area is that orange area. That's the enhanced risk and that's where we could have some good sized hail, damaging winds and tornadoes possible. That tornado threat just becomes more expansive though into Friday. So daytime highs still pretty mild to the north. Now these temperatures are going to plummet once that cold front swings on through. But this is where we have the record heat and this is what's going to fuel that instability and the storms over the next couple of days because we're talking 15 to 20 degrees above average for this time of year. So very warm. We have a handful of records that could be broke across the southeast and that's what's going to fuel the storms as mentioned. But we're also going to be tracking that threat for severe weather for the next couple of days. Now last thing, pretty widespread from the north central plains all the way to the northeast, Brian, this morning is dense fog advisories. So if you're hitting the road, heading out to work, definitely plan ahead. Take a look at your local area. You may be running into some dense fog and some low visibility. So that's very widespread here this morning.
Brian Glenn
I would also suggest if you have a flight to contact your airline, check on the airline app to make sure your flight is not delayed. This time of year a lot of flights get delayed because of that. Tracy, appreciate it so much. We'll see you back on America sunrise with one of our hometown lucky forecast. Thank you. Thank you so much.
Reagan Reese
Yep.
Brian Glenn
All right now the war with Iran. The Pentagon briefing reporters on operation Epic Fury expands now. Defense Secretary Hecsep calling it one of the most complex air campaigns ever. And overnight signs of the ground war will be taking shape. Now reports U. S backed Kurdish forces could be on the move. Joining us now is Reagan Reese, White House reporter for the Daily Caller who was at the Pentagon for those briefings. Good morning. Reagan. What was your biggest takeaway from these briefings? As a lot of information was coming out trying to inform the American people on not only what the end objective is but what stage they're in the fight. What's some of your biggest takeaways?
Reagan Reese
Well, my biggest takeaway is that they see this to be extremely successful. Which now begs the next question that I'm starting to think about. Is this really going to take as Long as President Trump has been saying, we've seen him float a couple different timelines. He said four to five weeks. But yesterday at the podium, Secretary Hegseth said they are making immense progress and that they have really, you know, exceeded expectations. I asked about in this briefing if Iran has the ability to outlast our ability to intercept their missiles. This is something that has been reported that the US Interceptor stock is low and Pete had set there said there's like no situation where Iran could outlast the United States, that the United States could take this conflict as long as it needed to. And I think, you know, assuming he's telling the truth there, that's a pretty big indicator that the United States is also making great progress with this conflict and is in a really strong position and is confident going into it. And so that is, that's what I'm looking at. Because if we hit those objectives that the President wants to reach, which I will say I do feel like the list of objectives has been shifting and changing a little bit. It's been hard to keep track of. But if you hit those objectives rather soon and if they're making great progress right now, I have to imagine this is going to be hopefully a short lived conflict.
Brian Glenn
Yeah, I know a lot of talk was on those inventory, if we had the inventory to sustain a long war. Also we've managed to place every single warship that the Iranian government has. It's now sitting on the bottom of the ocean right now. Basically sunk their battleships.
Reagan Reese
Yeah, it's actually quite remarkable. I think when a lot of people think about war and conflict. And of course we don't want this and you don't want to see American soldiers die. But I do think that there's been a lot of maybe stress or fear on, especially coming from the right, that the United States couldn't maintain this conflict that it was going to divulge into a wider war. And so far, only a couple days in, we're almost about a week in, things seem to be going very, very well for the United States and that they've been able to achieve a lot of what they wanted to achieve. I think another good tell is that the President United States is talking about who he could put in power or who he wants to see in power in Iran. And all of those people that he had as his backup list are also have been killed in the strikes. And it's almost like who are they now going to install in charge of Iran because they've wiped out a ton of people with these strikes. And so, you know, I think it's. It should be somewhat comforting. I feel like that's the wrong word to use, but for the American people, that the United States has displayed a great show of strength.
Brian Glenn
Yeah. Okay. Let's shift our attention to the briefing room. Yesterday, Carolyn Levitt holding another weekly briefing there from the podium, the SAVE Act. That's one of the things I think has been overshadowed by the coverage of this war. But you asked her about the SAVE act. Update our viewers on what her response was.
Reagan Reese
Yeah, I believe I was the only one in the press briefing yesterday that asked about a domestic issue and. Absolutely. Conflict in the Middle East. Any conflict that the United States is involved in is very important, and we want to inform our readers about it. But at the Daily Caller, we haven't forgotten that there are things back home that are still important to Americans that they need to know about. And what I said to Caroline was prior to the Iran conflict, the SAVE act was really dominating the news cycle. And it's not like it's flying through Congress. There's been some back and forth, there's been some tension. And so I wanted to know, is the president still making that a priority? Is the administration still working with Congress on trying to get the say back through? And she said, absolutely, it's still a priority. And then she went on to explain that the president is still, even though he's focused on the Iran war and he wants to make sure that Operation Epic Fury is as successful as it can be, he has not lost sight of the domestic issues, the things that are very important to Americans here, which is a very important messaging and line. I think you're going to see the administration hammer more, especially as we inch closer to the 2026 midterms.
Brian Glenn
Reagan, I am so glad you brought that up because I've had the pleasure to be with you at the White House a lot and to be in these briefings and some of these, sometimes it's almost like 100% of the questions are all about foreign policy. And I've often looked around the briefing room and thought for a second, wait a minute, we're here in the United States of America, Americans. So wanting to know what is happening to directly affect them from economic policy as well. So I'm so glad you brought that up, and you're such a resource in that room. Did she mention anything about the economy at all? Because I really think the war, in a way, has overshadowed the point that the economy is roaring right now, inflation is down from the double digits under Joe Biden, any mention of that in the last couple of days at the White House, Anything at the stakeout that we can take any information from?
Reagan Reese
Yes, she did address concerns about the economy and I think her answer was exactly what you would expect. It's, you know, don't worry, things are going to be okay. The president is going to make sure that things don't descend into chaos. On the point of the economy, though, I do think that you are also hoping you're seeing Trump administration officials really hope that the economy is going to be even more booming in the next couple of months. That's something we've really heard them kind of bank on essentially moving into the 2026 midterms. Oh, in a couple of months, you're going to get a really great return on your taxes. Things are going to improve. And so I think a combination of mitigating fears alongside the Iran war and how that could affect the economy, while also saying we've made all of these policy changes and we hope the economy is going to be an enormous, an incredible spot, is going to put them in an interesting place and hopefully it works out for them. But this is, I certainly think on the economy the administration has made quite the gamble and I really do think we've yet to see if it's going to pay off.
Brian Glenn
All right, Reagan, for people to follow you, you've got a lot of great information. Do amazing work at the Daily Caller. What's the best resource for that?
Reagan Reese
Well, Daily Caller website, we're also on Substack and then Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, all the things at Reagan Reese, There you go.
Brian Glenn
Reagan, thank you so much. I appreciate your time this morning. Look forward to seeing you at the White House.
Reagan Reese
You're the best, Brian, thanks for having me.
Brian Glenn
Thank you. Appreciate it. All right, coming up, a check of Wall street markets, oil and a lot more. Also back to Washington, the White House in Capitol Hill with Iran center stage. And then during American sunrise in the 9am hour, the department of War Secretary Pete Edseth hosting the first America's Counter Cartel conference at the U.S. southern Command in Florida. Security leaders from across Latin America and the Caribbean gathering to discuss strategy against the cartels and narco terrorist networks. Our own David Zier is on the ground live later this hour and reporting throughout the morning. More American Sunrise continues after the break.

All right, welcome back America Sunrise Live. Look at New York City. Looks a little rainy there. Looks like some water hitting the camera. Welcome back. I am Brian Glenn. Good to have you with us this morning. We're tracking the White House, the markets and the latest in the Middle East. Join the conversation on Getter, YouTube and Rumble. Now let's check in with Wall street as we head towards the opening bell. Markets closed slightly higher as investors found some confidence despite the war with Iran that Dow Jones closed at 48 739, that's just up 238 points. And NASDAQ finished at 22 807, that's up 290 points. And big tech landing the gains with shares of Amazon Nvidia moving slightly higher. The rally snapping a three day losing streak there on Wall Street. Shifting over to oil, it's holding near recent highs. Now this is interesting. US crude closing at $74.66 a barrel. That's up slightly on the day. Global benchmark brent finishing around $81 a barrel, essentially flat but still near a 14 month high. Prices continue to be driven by tensions in the Middle East. And that is your market check. As we head towards the opening bell. I've noticed in my area gas is up 50 cents in just a matter of two days. Okay. Now to Washington and Capitol Hill. The Senate rejected the War Powers Resolution. DHS Secretary Krissi Noem is testifying before lawmakers. Also testifying, Minnesota Governor Tim Waltz and Attorney General Keith Ellison appearing before the House Oversight Committee. Joining us now is national political reporter Neal McCabe. Neal, it's been a lot of, a lot of news happening on Capitol Hill right now. Let's start with something that I think a lot of our viewers are very concerned with and that's the developments in the Tina Peters case. There's a possibility that she could be released. Kind of update our viewers on that.
Cancer Survivor Advocate
So, you know, viewers of Real America's Voice know that there has been no media outlet in the world that has spent more time on Tina Peters explaining not just ranting but explaining how this is, this was a corrupt prosecution that is completely indefensible. And she is sitting in jail in Colorado on state charges, a nine year term, battling cancer. It is, the whole thing is horrible. And out of the blue, maybe four months ago, the Democratic governor of Colorado, Jared Polis, started signaling that he was uncomfortable with this incarceration. Yesterday he put out a post on X where he compared Tina Peters incarceration and conviction on four felonies with the conviction of a state senator named Sonia Vaquez. And so she's convicted of four felonies, same charges, no jail time because she had, she was 68 years old. And Polis is like, this makes sense. She, she made mistakes, but she's an old woman. We're not going to throw her in jail. Meanwhile, Tina Peters gets nine years. And he said he was extending the deadline to apply for clemency to April 3rd. And if Tina Peters, presumably she is a very good lawyer. Her lawyer in Colorado is John Case. And then also Peter Tickton is also her attorney for national and other things. And it's like, you know, I'm assuming that they're going to file that paperwork. And so the Democrats are going out of their minds. The Jenna Griswold, the secretary of state said that Polis comments were shocking and worrisome. Brian Worrisome. And so, and so here we have it. I think the bottom line is Polis wants to run for president, United States and he is willing to trade the love and affection of Colorado Democrats for the White house.
Brian Glenn
Well, I think it's, you know, it's the right thing to do to get, to get her out of prison. I mean she's a gold star mom, no previous run ins with the law. So she's not like she's a repeat offender of any crime. I, I checked this, the Twitter mentions on his post and he did get a lot of pushback from people in Colorado. But on the flip side, could you imagine if this Colorado governor is the one that ultimately releases her from jail? That would be not only amazing but an accomplishment. But what a sign of just putting politics aside and doing what's right. So real quickly, update me. So the clemency has been pushed to April 3rd. So what, what is the process? I mean if that's, if that's filed before April 3rd, does he just make a decision and she can be released? What's, what's the next step in that?
Cancer Survivor Advocate
Well, you know, obviously it's all hoo, ha ha about filing an application. He could pardon her tomorrow. He could pardon her this morning at breakfast. And so he what he has told reporters after that post because of the, the, you know, the backlash, as you said.
Brian Glenn
Right.
Cancer Survivor Advocate
He wants an apology. And so I guess Peters has to decide. Peter, Tina Peters and her team has to decide. Is it worth an apology? That apology would be a fig leaf to basically say it basically would give them cover for their corrupt prosecution and anything. I've never spoken to her. I don't know her. But people I've talked to people who know her and work with her and she is a tough bird and I don't think they're going to get that apology. Brian?
Brian Glenn
Oh, Neil. It's a story. We've been watching it. Thank you for laying it out because this network has been on top of it from day one. Neal, thank you so much. I appreciate it. All right. Brian Glenn
right, top of the morning there in Dublin, Ireland. Actually, it's not the morning time. It's probably more like early afternoon. But we're glad you're joining us on America's Sunrise Early Edition. I am Brian Glenn. Things are very busy this morning. As always, we're following the developments across the country and around the world. Join us on Getter, YouTube and Rumble. All things are good. Let's head over to the Denver newsroom for the latest headlines with Terence Bates. Terrence, what is leading the day's headlines? There's so much in the news right now.
Terence Bates
Oh, it's like a fire hose and I'm trying to drink out of it. Brian, there's just way too much to talk about. Let's start with the Trump administration's war on Iran, which is waging on this morning after Senate Republicans rejected a bill aimed at stopping the conflict and demanding congressional approval for any further attacks. The measure failed by a 47 to 53 margin. A similar House measure scheduled to be voted on this morning is expected to face a similar fate. In the meantime, more and more Americans across the Middle east are being evacuated and brought home. Brian? At last check, the State Department was confirming that nearly 18,000 U.S. citizens had returned to the United States. About 6,500 made it back, thanks to U.S. government chartered flights. Thousands more are said to be seeking assistance in fleeing the increasing safety threats across the region. American charter flights, by the way, being operated out of the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia. In the meantime, families of all six US Troops killed in an Iranian strike on their base in Kuwait have now been notified of their loved one's death. Preparations are underway to bring those bodies home. Although no date for the dignified transfer has been made public, we do know, Brian, that President Trump intends to welcome those fallen heroes home.
Pete Hegseth
These heroes represent the very best among us. They laid down their lives in defense of our country, and we will never forget. Forget their legacy or their sacrifice.
Brian Glenn
As the President said, we grieve for
Pete Hegseth
these American patriots and their families as we continue the righteous mission for which they gave their lives. President Trump intends to attend the dignified transfer of these American heroes to stand in grief alongside their families.
Terence Bates
And, Brian, the Pentagon is now confirming that two of the troops who were killed were from Iowa. The others were from California, Florida, Nebraska, and Minnesota. And that is the cost of war. And obviously, we grieve with their families, but they died in service, something greater than themselves.
Brian Glenn
They did. And, of course, everyone here at Real America's Voice is praying for their family. We are very grateful for their service for this country and the sacrifice they have ultimately given. I know that President Trump has the utmost respect for the military, and this has touched him greatly, learning of the deaths of these soldiers. So it's, you know, like you said, it's, it's, it's a fact of war, and it's. Unfortunately, we mourn six.
Terence Bates
Right. And the President said there very likely will be more fatalities involving U.S. troops. Let's hope not, but it's likely. All right, Brian, you ready for me to play in your backyard? Let's head to Texas, because today could be the day that President Trump. I guess that was kind of weird playing your backyard, but let's go home to Texas.
Brian Glenn
How about that? I like that.
Terence Bates
Today could be the day President Trump drops his endorsement in Texas Republican Senate primary. Incumbent Senator John Cornyn facing former Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton in a runoff after both of them failed to win A majority of votes on Tuesday, President Trump expected to hitch his wagon to one of the candidates well before the May 26 runoff. Taking to Truth Social on Wednesday, the commander in chief writing, and this is a quote, I will be making my endorsement soon and will be asking the candidate that I don't endorse to immediately drop out of the race. We must win in November. 47 goes on to say that almost everyone that he doors wins, especially in Texas. As for the Democrat candidate for Senate in Texas, James Talarico, Mr. Trump writes, and this is a quote, again, we have an easy, we have an easy to beat radical left opponent, and we have to totally focus on putting him away quickly and decisively. Stay tuned for the president's endorsement. All right, Brian, would you, would you like to put down a wager? Who do you think? Okay, I think I already know. It was somewhat of a rhetorical question. You think he's going to go with the incumbent, John Corny? You think that he's going to hitch his, hitch his wagon to that horse?
Brian Glenn
I do. Unfortunately, when that Truth Social post went out yesterday, I went absolutely nuclear. And I know that John Cornyn has served in Texas at various capacities at different level. And when you ask people, you know, what is wrong with the Senate, why does the Senate, the place that everything goes that dies, it's because John Cornyn and some of these Mitch McConnells of the world control the Senate. This would be a huge mistake, in my opinion, for President Trump to get behind Cornyn because the base is behind Paxton. Paxton has done so much for President Trump when he was in office and even when he wasn't in office under the Biden administration. And I would rather this. And stay with me for a second. I would rather have the candidate that the people of Texas put forward to run in that general election. If that candidate loses, I'm good with it because that was our choice. But I do not want someone pushed forward that the people of Texas don't want. And you know what? There's some people say this, Terrence, and this is some strong words that if Cornyn is the presumptive basically choice Paxton nominee, they're not going to vote for. They would rather have a Democrat just send a message that says, look, you cannot tell the people of Texas who to vote for it. Now, Hoxton's not dropping out. I don't care if he's not the nominee or endorsed by Trump. He's not dropping out. So anyway, it's going to be interesting to see what happens on this. But that was a fire yesterday when he posted that on social media everywhere. Absolutely.
Terence Bates
I think we all were watching that and like, oh, okay. So look, here's the other thing, though, Brian. May 26, that feels like such a long way to continue fighting a primary. And it seems to put whoever ultimately wins behind the eight ball when it comes to a November election.
Brian Glenn
Yeah, no, you're absolutely right. And I agree with them. I think it's really easy to beat the Democrat in the general, but Paxton can do that. And the thing is, Trump is surrounded by consultants and political experts that are telling him that Paxton likely can't win in the general, and that is wrong. It's because Trump surrounds him with people who are being paid by other candidates. And they're just giving him, in my opinion, false information because they have a monetary motive. And all of this because they're getting paid by a candidate born in. In this race. So, look, I want the people of Texas to decide, and if they doesn't win the general, then it is what it is. But don't just push out candidates because you think it's best for the American people. Let the people decide.
Terence Bates
That's called elections, Brian. To continue my references from earlier, let's not put the mule before the cartoon. Let's let the President make his decision, and then we'll see how we move forward. We'll do that. That is always good to see you, brother.
Brian Glenn

Cancer Survivor Advocate
The primary results in The Texas Election Prop 10 prohibits pivoting Sharia law in Texas. The most expensive Republican primary Senate race in the history of the Republican Party. Ken Paxton, he's put together a coalition. I think there's a chance he could
American Sunrise Announcer
win this thing outright.
Cancer Survivor Advocate
Crockett's up right now by 11 points.
American Sunrise Announcer
If Jasmine Crockett gets beat, she is going to turn into the biggest election truther that you have ever seen.
Cancer Survivor Advocate
Our own Ben Berkwam who is down at Paxton campaign headquarters.
Brian Glenn
If we don't wake up to what we're actually fighting against, the radical left that want to destroy this country from within, we're going to lose this country. So people better freaking wake up before
Reagan Reese
the midterms that they can win even
Pete Hegseth
if it means cheating.
Brian Glenn
Jasmine Crockett is saying it's, it's rigged
Cancer Survivor Advocate
and they're stealing it from her.
American Sunrise Announcer
She's the one trying to steal the election.
Brian Glenn
She's claiming that it was stolen from her.
Cancer Survivor Advocate
What about we have to do to convert her to the MAGA movement? Well, first of all, we're going to send her a mypillow. That's number one. That's where it starts.
Brian Glenn
So Paxton and Cornyn will advance. They just never officially called it.
American Sunrise Announcer
Clearly it's a runoff. It's not like it's a loss.
Brian Glenn
You come out and you say we're
Cancer Survivor Advocate
going on to the fight. So many MAGA candidates grassroots showed up in this state and I'm proud to be a Texan. Congratulations to Ken Paxton. This is big. I think he'll be victorious in the runoff. Get involved in the movement to take
Brian Glenn
this seat back from the swamp and
American Sunrise Announcer
return it to the people of Texas.
Cancer Survivor Advocate
This is our moment tonight.
American Sunrise Announcer
A message was sent to the Republican establishment, but it's up to us to
Brian Glenn
get the job done. If the public are overwhelmingly supporting the ban against Sharia, then that hopefully is
American Sunrise Announcer
going to give confidence to American politicians.
Cancer Survivor Advocate
95% from Proposition 10.

welcome to American Sunrise Early Edition, the show where faith, freedom and the values that built the this nation take center stage.
Brian Glenn
All right, welcome back this Thursday edition of American Sunrise Early Edition. I am Brian Glenn. Glad you're with us on this very busy morning and as always we're following the developments across the country and around the world. You can join us on Getter, YouTube and Rumble. Take a closer look at Texas proposition T10 rather banning Sharia law now, the measure drawing nearly 2 million votes after weeks of attention from War Room Texas and the grassroots and programming right here on Real America's Voice. Now here's that story. Take a look.
American Sunrise Announcer
Islamic jihadis are plotting against you.
Cancer Survivor Advocate
Why in the hell you think they're
Brian Glenn
in Houston and north of Dallas. They are working together to overthrow Western
American Sunrise Announcer
civilization, Sharia compounds which are areas governed by religious rules.
Brian Glenn
We are having to deal with a massive change in our culture because we haven't recognized that there is a war being carried against us. We're opening up approximately two new mosques
American Sunrise Announcer
every month here in the state of Texas.
Brian Glenn
Listen, radical Islam is a serious, serious problem. Adheres to a faith that is highly radicalized. If you don't like our Constitution, then go home.

This has to be banned

Cancer Survivor Advocate
March, Sharia law goes on the ballot in the state of Texas is not
Brian Glenn
going to happen in the jewel of the crown of the union of this republic. Not here, not now, not ever. Proposition 10 is the single most important
American Sunrise Announcer
vote we can do.
Cancer Survivor Advocate
We're going to tell them, take your Sharia law and shove it. 95% for Proposition 10.
Brian Glenn
I just want to make sure people understand it's very simple to vote for
Cancer Survivor Advocate
the Senate and the top racer at the top to get to the proposition, particularly proposition 10, at the very bottom of the side, the overwhelming support to get 1.9 million votes.
Brian Glenn
And really more than the combined for Cornyn and Paxton. Cornyn alone spent $80 million in this.
Cancer Survivor Advocate
This is a testament.
Brian Glenn
Now the real work begins.
Reagan Reese
Foreign.
Brian Glenn
Thank you to the folks in the studio for putting that recap piece together that really highlighted some of the efforts that this network and others have done to stop that. I'm going to bring in Terence Bates once again from our Denver newsroom to talk a little bit about this now for as someone, as myself that's lived half my life in the state of Texas, I have slowly seen the progression of more. More mosques being built around North Texas. I know outside of Houston as well, but I was never under the impression that Sharia law was going to take over the state of Texas. I know this state well, Terence. I knew it wasn't going to happen. Nearly 2 million people. No. 95% of the people who voted on this, on Proposition 10 voted no.
Cancer Survivor Advocate
Right.
Terence Bates
But the bigger issue, I think, is that there was even attempt to install this, that it even made it to a ballot measure, to a referendum. That in and of itself is huge. Let's just not underplay that and understate that that is huge. That in a state like Texas, it made it to a ballot measure. Had you said Michigan, where Dearborn, you know, cities like that have huge Islamic populations, I think it may have been easier to digest. But in a state like Texas, that's huge. But the second thing is the idea of installing Sharia law here in the United States is antithetical to what the United States is. It's antithetical to US Values and to our value system. And the whole idea of for any immigrant class or any group of people would be to assimilate to American culture, not to dissimulate and create their own system. And that's what this proposal would have done. It would created a separate legal system, a Sharia law system for Muslims. And that's just antithetical to what this country stands for.
Brian Glenn
It is. And it's unconstitutional as well. So I don't even think it would see the light of day. I think, Terrence, that people see what's happening over in Europe and London in particular, and some in France of some of these large Islamic gatherings, and it seems very threatening to their society. I think that's what Americans here see as a potential threat to us here in the States. So they proactively kind of, you know, put this on the. I don't know who put this on about. That's a great question. How did this make the ballot? How did this proposition make the ballot? I don't.
Terence Bates
Yeah, I mean, I would imagine, Brian. You know, typically, the system works. You have to get a certain amount of signatures in order to even get a referendum like this onto the ballot. So there was some support. Typically, though, I mean, you know, It's a percentage. It's, you know, 2, 3% of the population. So there was some support. And again, there is religious freedom in this country. No one's arguing exactly. Muslim in this country do not have the right to assemble and do not have the right to practice their religion. However, when it comes to instilling religious laws that are counter to the laws of this country and counter to the laws that this country was founded on, that's where it becomes a sticking point. And in this particular case, again, for me, it comes down to assimilation. The idea when you come to this country, you're expected to assimilate. You're expected to become part of our society and not bring the society that you've immigrated with here and recreate it here. If that's the case, then why did you even leave home? And again, also just to be clear, that's not saying that all Muslims in this country are immigrants. That's the reality, is there are American Muslims. There are Muslims who were born in this country. But again, the value system, the laws, those are antithetical. They're counter to the laws of this country.
Brian Glenn
I agree. That brings up another conversation on the H1B visa process. Now, Ben Berkhom had a video up yesterday outside of a mosque in Plano. I'm very familiar with that particular location. And there's a lot of residential houses around there. Now, those houses were likely built after the mosque or that they're not in association with the mosque. They're not tied into the mosque. Epic City got X. So that's not. Epic City is not going to happen. But here's my deal on the H1B visas. Frisco, Texas, a tech center point of. A focal point of the Dallas Metroplex has brought. It was, at one point, maybe 2% Pakistan Indian people of that culture. It is now 33% of the population comes from India in Frisco, Texas, so the schools have almost 100% Indian. There is no diversity in some of these areas. So you have to look at the way they came to our country and are they willing to assimilate and in what most cases they are, but in some cases they're not. And so I see the point of wanting to make sure that if you come to this country, you follow our laws, you respect our culture, and you don't use the rights that we issue you to bring us down. I think we could be taken down from within our own laws and rights, rather, that we extend to people. I just think we need to be very, very careful. I'm all for banning these H1B visas, by the way. All these Fortune 500 companies have come into North Texas, and they have brought an enormous amount of people from out of. From out of this country into our country. And then, of course, they stay. They have families and then so on, so on. Give those jobs to Americans, not don't import jobs from India.
Terence Bates
I'm not mad at that, you know, but also, we have a responsibility as Americans to be able to fill those jobs, to. To make sure that we have a workforce that. That has the skills to fill those jobs. And unfortunately, if you look at the numbers, and by and large, we don't have those numbers. We don't have the plentiful numbers that some of these folks from other countries have. And then, let's just be honest, it's about the bottom line for also, many of these companies, they know they can go to India and get some of these workers for much cheaper, for half the price of what an American will require. But that's a whole nother conversation, Brian, that would probably take us another hour to delve into.
Brian Glenn
But I'm glad you brought this up earlier, Terrence. We do have freedom of religion in this country. And you and I are not telling people that they cannot worship in any way that they want. We're not saying that. And I'm glad you brought that up. We just want to make sure that your religion, your culture is not trying to change our law in our culture. Absolutely.
Terence Bates
Assimilation. That's really the key. And to me, that's a large part of the illegal immigration or immigration conversation in general. If you're going to come to this country, first of all, come here legally but second of all, when you arrive here, take on the values of this country, accept them and show that you love this country and are willing to protect it.
Brian Glenn
All right. Well, appreciate it. We appreciate your time on this. Wayne, you know this and of course let us know on social media how you feel about this topic. I know that nearly 2 million people did on the ballot. Thank you, Terrence. Appreciate it.
Terence Bates
Of course.

We're so glad you're joining us this morning. We're tracking the headlines and as always, we invite you to join the conversation on Getter, YouTube and Rumble. We are live and we are listening now. Right now, Defensive secretary Pete Hetsep at U. S. Southern Command. This morning he's hosting the first ever America's Counter Cartel Conference. Defense and security leaders across Latin America and the Caribbean are in attendance. Now the focus is taking on narco terrorist cartels and the fentanyl pipeline killing Americans. The event is expected to start around 9:15 Eastern. Now we'll have real America's voices will carry all this starting in the 9am hour and we'll have live reporting on the ground all day long. Now, I've said once before that this is the war that I think all Americans can get behind. If you look at how destructive that drugs have been in our country, they were killing what would be equivalent to a 737 crashing every day. 300, 320 people died a day of fentanyl overdoses. And simply under the Joe Biden administration, President Trump, with locking down that border, really taking a hard stance on stopping fentanyl flowing into this country. This is the war that the American people want with these cartels. And of course, closing the border stopped a lot of that. But a lot of this comes from China. The pill manufacturers, they send this stuff to Mexico and other South American countries. They assemble the product there and then they funnel it through the border. So hopefully we'll have complete coverage and get some answers, some, some questions answered rather on what they're doing right now. We did see the Ecuador strike a couple days ago. That was kind of out of left field. But we're all supportive of that as well. And we'll have complete coverage on the ground as this war on narco terrorism continues. As always, we suggest you follow us on rumble, YouTube and get or you can follow me on social media as well @Brian GlennTV on Twitter, Ryan on Truth Social on Instagram, Brian Glenn TV as well. We encourage you to interact with our post. I'll share some posts. I like to answer your questions on Twitter or an X rather. I'm not scared to do that. So that's it. So that wraps up America's Sunrise early edition. Thank you. Thank you so much for being with us today. And as always, goodbye and God bless. We'll have continued coverage there on the ground there in Miami. We'll see you.
