Ahead on American Sunrise EARLY edition, Formal charges and a court hearing are set for today for the alleged killer of Charlie Kirk. This is more evidence and a possible online confession come to light when the legal developments play out. The politicians are speaking out on a show you saw right here on Real America's Voice yesterday. Vice President Vance vowed not to tolerate those bent on committing political violence. In other news, President Trump speaks out on New York Governor Kathy Hochul's endorsement of Zoran Mamdani. President Trump could pull federal funds from the city and the state in response. Overseas, we have breaking news. As Israel's army fully moves into Gaza City in hopes of finishing off the nearly two year long war with Hamas terrorists. And the US And China have a framework for a deal that will put TikTok under US ownership and keep it operating here in America. But will American ownership make it any safer for kids or adults for that matter? American Sunrise EARLY EDITION begins now.

Down the stories that matter. We will be letting the public know regularly what we have found. American Sunrise EARLY EDITION with your host Jake Novak starts now. Welcome to this Tuesday here on American Sunrise EARLY edition. I'm Jake Novak. A lot of Breaking news developing in the overnight hours or the late night hours depending on where you live across the world. Covering it all for you is things are developing. Let's just say that charges going to be filed today and an arraignment of sorts. A video arraignment for Tyler Robinson, the suspected shooter in the Charlie Kerr case. Evidence of potential co conspirators being followed as well. And of course we had the overnight incursion. The Israeli army now fully moving into Gaza City trying to finish off what is left of Hamas and try to end this almost two year long war. So that's what's just been happening in the last few hours. Helping us get through. A decent part of that is independent journalist, investigative journalist Walter Kurt and the guy behind the WC dispatch on substack, Walter. We're awaiting the formal charges. Apparently there's going to be a news conference in the early part of the afternoon Eastern time and then the actual video arraignment later in the afternoon for Tyler Robinson, the 22 year old man accused of shooting Charlie Kirk. But I also want to get your take. It's the first time you've joined us since that horrific event. So I want to get your take on the aftermath of the killing and what you think it may spark across America. I know you've written about it.
Walter Kurt
Well, you know, it was a difficult thing to process for me for a couple days because you know, I wasn't personal friends with Charlie, I didn't know him directly but for the same reason that many other people felt to this, that it was seen as a national trauma and it felt as national trauma. So what exactly was going to be the response from that? And I was very, very worried that we'd have some very, very negative response from them. But it seems to be the opposite really. I mean people seem to have taken this and I am seeing, I'm already getting video and pictures from all of these new Turning Point USA chapters that are opening everywhere. It's beautiful really. I think that it looks to me like we're going to see a massive revival in this country and we're going to see a massive shift to the right as a result of this. I mean Charlie's legacy is going to be built far beyond his lifetime now. I mean this is, they have completely made a mistake if they thought that this was going to cause him to shrink. Because as far as I'm aware now these chapters are opening up in every high school in America and nearly every college campus in America. So it is a gorgeous thing to See, and I don't think his death is in vain now. I mean, people are gonna carry the torch forward. That definitely was what it looks like to me.
Jake Novak
Yeah, well, it's up to the people to do that and to remember that he just always wanted to engage with folks. I'm not saying you tolerate the people who are in, you know, who don't have any tolerance. I'm talking about newer and younger people who have not really weighed in on this, don't really know about Charlie Kirk, people who may not know about politics. It's about engaging with them. That's who we want to have unity with. I want to get to Virginia. We're going to get back to the Charlie Kirk aspect of this in just a second, because I do think there's a big connection here. I want to get to the Virginia election because you've been really our point man focusing on that election, which I think is so crucial and I still don't think is getting enough attention by people who follow President Trump and by people even in Virginia, frankly. I look, by the way, Walter, at the Virginian Pilot, which is, I think is the biggest paper in the state of Virginia, specifically for Virginia. It's not a suburban paper. It's for the Norfolk, Virginia beach area and stuff like that. Not one story about the election on the homepage yesterday. Unbelievable. Just unbelievable how this is being ignored. But I want to talk about Virginia Democrat governor nominee Abigail Spanberger. She again is in the midst, as you, as you reported, of she and her staff in the midst of a defamation lawsuit against a US Veteran. And the reason why. And this now is no longer a sealed. I'll talk about why I think this is connected to the Charlie Kurt thing in just a second. But first, I want to ask you. This is now no longer going to be sealed. Tell us a little bit more about this.
Walter Kurt
Yeah, so I was actually at the hearing for this. So we showed up. You know, of course, there was only two journalists there, and the one. The other journalist who was there is from Daily Signals, guy named Tyler o'. Neill. He put an article out about this, and props to him. But the deal was that he had contacted me a week before. No one else knows about this. No other media is covering this other than Jake, other than your show. No one else has barely been covering this story, not on national television, at least. It's shocking to me that no one wants to talk about the fact that Abigail Spanberger's entire campaign, entire campaign is in this defamation suit. And the reason they were at that hearing was to try and get a protective order to keep her deposition from being sealed. Well, the judge ruled against her, so her deposition will not be sealed. So the questions that they've been asking, it's a written deposition now and those questions will be released to the public now. And that case is going to proceed forward. But the fact that it's not been covered at all just shows you what kind of the media is doing for Spanberger. They have no interest in asking her questions. I mean, you look at her record so far, she's hidden from everything. She's hidden on every single section of her record. She's not answering any questions on any of the scandals up in Northern Virginia. So I guess I can't really be that surprised that she's not answered any questions on this.
Jake Novak
Yeah, I mean, who needs a court seal order? I mean, when the, when the news media. And I'm looking at you, Virginian Pilot, I'm looking at you, all the local stations in Virginia and the national news media. Who needs that when you have the news media cooperating and acting like this isn't even a story? Now this is how I wanna bring this back to the Charlie Kerr case. Now, this is a case where she and her campaign are accused of defaming a US veteran, someone who was running in another race. And this is why I think there's a connection here. It's the defamation, it's the smearing of conservatives of all stripes, no matter who they are, by the left that is fueling this violence. There's just no denying that. And I think it's bad timing. Again, if the state and the country hears about it, that is. But I think it's bad timing for the Spam Burger campaign to be linked to a defamation of a US Veteran at a time when we know what defamation does in the streets and the college campuses of America.
Walter Kurt
To conservatives, I agree with you entirely. I mean, the constant smearing of conservatives of all. Every single major media outlet has done this and every single major left wing pundit has done this, and every single top line Democrat politician has done this. They have constantly, for years at this point called conservatives Nazis. They've called them evil, they've called them insurrectionists that have attacked people. You've called them, you know, they say they killed law enforcement. They said they attacked law enforcement on January 6th and it was all lies.
Jake Novak
It's all lies.
Walter Kurt
And it has to stop. They've gotta be held accountable for this stuff. They have to be held accountable for calling conservatives this because they are actually Killing us. And they don't understand that. That is a real problem. I mean, you have to remember that it's not just these, it's not just Charlie Kirk. There was also all of these conservatives over the past 10 years that have been, they have full time security. They are swatted at their homes multiple times. I was swatted. I mean, I'm not even some giant conservative influencer of any kind. You know, I was swatted at my home for saying stuff online. That is not something. You know, I always ask this question, how many left wing pundits or left wing commentators when they go to speak at college campuses have full time security guards that go with them? Zero. That's the answer to that question. Yet every single conservative podcaster or commentator of any kind, when they go anywhere, they have to have full time security that, that protects them the entire time. And apparently even with the full time security guard, as in Charlie Kirk's case, it was not enough.
Jake Novak
Yeah, I know there's. I'm paraphrasing the statement, but people say things like, they're not calling us Nazis because they think we're Nazis. They're calling us Nazis so that they can kill us. And I've been saying this for a number of days now. The most important thing that I think we really need to look at when we see this case is that the shooter is 22 years old. The shooter in the Minneapolis school shooting, also very young person. Young people are impressionable. I mean, news headline. I don't know why people don't understand this. And if you're saying certain rhetoric to fire up your base and to win an election and stuff like that, that's bad enough if it's not true. But if you're saying this to young people, people in high school, people younger than that, you are going to create a nation worth of people who are deranged like this. We can't keep doing this. And for those of you who are saying like, well, aren't you demonizing the other side too? Well, I'm criticizing them. I'm not calling them Nazis. There's not one person on the left who's a political figure or someone who goes on television regularly who I think is a literal Nazi. And I would never say that, never said it, never even implied it. There are some neo Nazis out there, but thankfully they're not public figures that I know of. There's plenty of Islamist terrorists who sound like Nazis, and that's terrorists. I feel fully secure in calling them very much like Nazis, but they're Terrorists, they've chosen that life of the gun. Civilians, unarmed people, as annoying as they may be, as dangerous as they may be, are not. I'm not calling them Nazis. That's the difference. And I can't remember any conservative accusing another political person. And I'm sure someone will find someone online, some exception to the rule. But this is not the exception to the rule from the left. Now wrapping up. I just want to ask you about the campaign again, getting back to Virginia. This is the. We have Virginia and New Jersey, these crucial governor's races, and in the case of Virginia, also statewide. Statewide race. Do you think we're getting any more traction here? I've seen some polls going in the right direction, but it still seems like A, A, Spamberger has an actual lead in the polls and B, not enough interest. I mean, if the Virginian Pilot, the main paper of the Hampton Roads Tidewater. I used to call it Tidewater when I lived there in Norfolk. Virginia beach is not covering even one story on the front page yesterday. What hope does democracy have? I don't know.
Walter Kurt
You know, I have no idea what you do to get the media to pay attention and actually ask questions. You know, I found it incredible that me, an independent investigative journalist from Ohio, was the one that found out that Span and her entire campaign is in the middle of a defamation trial. I mean, why, what world do we live in where the journalist of any real interest in the world actually go out there and they don't ask anything of the governor's candidate? Nothing. I mean, she's running for governor. That's a statewide seat. Why haven't everybody, why hasn't there been 50 people that have torn through her entire life? And to me, it seems that they're intentionally trying to keep people from finding out more about this woman. That's what it looks like to me. So I hope that people really seem to wake up here because this is so common on the left that it makes me wonder how many times this happens in other states, not just in Virginia. How many other states is it that when these Democrat candidates come up that it just goes out across the media? Don't cover this. Don't look into this person. Don't ask them questions. I mean, no one has been able to ask questions of this woman at all. She hasn't said anything. I think Nick Minock up in ABC7 there, he said that he has. He submitted questions to her months ago, and she said, you know, he's, you know, he's, he's a down the middle, the reporter. He's a great reporter. And they have. They have answered anything. Nothing on it. I mean, that's. I don't know how you deal with that. I don't know how we deal with that as a country. And the only thing I think it is is that the news media, the old news media, has to die because they are the enemy of the people and they have no interest in covering the stories that actually matter.
Jake Novak
Yeah, well, they're committing suicide. I mean, there's no ambition. I mean, you're much more ambitious than anyone in the mainstream media who's not knocking down the door. Just incredible. Walter, Kurt, you're the guy behind the WC Dispatch on Substack. As you can see, he's one of the only people covering, if not the only person covering, so many important stories. So check them out there. Thank you, Walter. We'll check them into you again soon.
Walter Kurt
Thanks for having me on, Jake.
Jake Novak
Coming up, Vice President J.D. vance was the guest host on the Charlie Kirk show right here on Real America's Voice yesterday, and there were a lot of memorable moments. I'll share perhaps the most emotional one with Emily Finn in just a moment. And also, here's another question, a serious question. Even if TikTok is completely owned by US investors in the near future, does that mean that foreign enemies still won't use it against us? Because they are that story and more as American Sunrise Early Edition continues.

Breaking news from Real america's voice.
Jake Novak
And we do have breaking news this morning for you. The full move into Gaza City by the Israel Defense Forces has begun, began just a couple of hours ago. We have some video here of what it looked like when Battalion 188 crossed into those gates. Now, this has been we've been expecting this for some time. Israel yesterday, though, picked up its campaign of targeted bombing of certain buildings in the area where they know the Hamas terrorists are hiding out. Also, there was other video that I'm just seeing now of a bunch of robotic vehicles going into some buildings that they know are booby trapped by Hamas. And those booby traps are going off. So hopefully that can save lives as well. So I'll keep you updated on this as this moves along. Welcome back again to American Sunrise EARLY edition. I'm Jake Novak. Joining us now is Real America's Voice contributor Emily Finn. And you could say that Vice President J.D. vance was a contributor to Real America's Voice yesterday in a way, right. He was hosting the Charlie Kirk show right here live yesterday afternoon. And Emily, there were a lot of emotional moments. I could, we could just replay the whole thing and I'm sure we will be replaying a lot of it throughout the day. But I wanted to replay what I think and get your thoughts on. This was the most emotional part of that segment. This is with Stephen Miller. Check it out. He was so damn excited. I mean, it just, it really hurts to think about it right now. He was so excited about all of us being here. And we will be talking about every executive order, every new regulation, every new policy plan. I just, it was such a thrill for me to get to spend a few months of my life because, you.
Walter Kurt
Know, he came from The.

Jake Novak
And the last thing I'll say is that to my earlier point, Charlie was sending messages all the time just saying, you know, great work, or here's a new idea, or here's what I think.
J.D. Vance
Will take this to the next level.
Jake Novak
And I took them all to heart. And, God, I just love the man so much. Yeah, he's breaking down a little bit there. Emily, was that your favorite part of it or was. Again, it was two hours, so there's a lot to choose from.
Emily Finn
A lot to choose from. I thought that interview was great. I know that JD Spoke with Susie Wiles, Chief of staff Susie Wiles as well, which is cool. You usually never see her, you know, coming out and doing. Doing public appearances, public interviews like that. You know, I must admit, it was the. The very beginning of the show when JD Was talking about what it meant to be a father and a husband and the example that Charlie set for that. He had a conversation with Erica, and Erica had said that Charlie never raised his voice to her, never was. Was mean to her, never, never said anything bad. And it made the vice president reflect and think, wow, you know, I can't even say that I know that I'm a good husband, but I can't even say that. And so for me, that was the most emotional part, was just all of the reflections about who Charlie was as a person, you know, at his core, and the impact that his death is having on people to really want to change for the better. Not. Not even just in their personal relationships, but in their relationships with Christ and through going back to church, reading the Bible. He certainly had a tremendous impact. Jake.
Jake Novak
Yeah, we're going to be showing. You know, I can't imagine we're not going to. Just about every show on Real America's Voice is going to be showing more of that, and I have a very big chunk of JD Vance's comments coming up later in the program. Emily, thank you so much for joining us. It's just.
Pastor Donald Eason
It's.
Jake Novak
I don't know when this is going to get easier, but I appreciate it because I know you were connected to the movement. Thank you so much for joining us and everyone you'll Check out Emily in the 8 to 10am hour. Thank you.
Emily Finn
Thank you.

That's a live look at the White House this morning, where President Trump is going to leave from there to go to London for a meeting with Keir Starmer, the Prime minister of the UK it's also a state visit. He'll be meeting with King Charles and Queen Consort Camilla. We'll see how that goes. Kier Starmer has a problem in that country, to say the least, with free speech, which he's against. We'll see what President Trump has to say about it. Let's take a look at where the markets are going to open this morning. Just a little bit lower on the Dow, really flat there. Higher numbers elsewhere, the NASDAQ about a quarter percent jump. But I want you to look at gold, everybody. Look at that. We have broken the $3,700 per ounce level. We're at an all time high. Look at that, 3730. So gold continuing to move higher. And you can understand why when the Fed lowers interest rates or is expected to lower interest rates, gold rises almost every time. That's what's expected. It's going to be a two day meeting, by the way, starting today. Talk about a little bit more in a second. So we won't know about the decision until tomorrow, but the meeting starts today. Oil creeping up there. It's, it's well above $63 a barrel now. But again, compared to a year ago, two years ago, that is a very tame price. Let's take a look now at Bitcoin. It had been creeping higher, very much pretty in the same place it was yesterday at 115. So that's Bitcoin. All right, here's the deal over at the Fed. I just want to go through all the little parameters, a little chess pieces here. So you know what's going on here. You had Lisa Cook, who was fired by President Trump a couple weeks ago. You know about that story. She's a Fed governor. She's accused of mortgage fraud. That case is making its way through the courts, but last night, appeals court said that Lisa Cook cannot be fired yet and she has every right to go to the Federal Fed Open Market Committee meeting, which I said, again, starts today. They're going to vote on interest rates. Here's the problem. Stephen Myron, who is President Trump's choice to replace Lisa cook, was confirmed 48 to 47 by the full Senate last night. And he has a right to sit in on the FOMC and vote in that meeting today and tomorrow. What's going to happen now? They used to have a camera outside the Fed when Alan Greenspan was the Fed chair, and they used to watch him walk the last couple of blocks with his big briefcase into the Federal Reserve. I don't think they do that since then. I don't know if it's for security reasons or because all the Fed governors, since Fed leaders, chairman, since him, have, since Greenspan weren't that active physically. I don't know what the reason was, but whatever it is, they don't do that anymore. But I would love to see a camera outside that building this morning to see what happens, because you literally could have two people trying to get into the same chair. This is the most drama they've had at a Fed meeting since they ran out of coffee in 1975. Okay? President Trump and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessant told us yesterday that we pretty much have a deal in place. A framework is the word they use with China to have TikTok bought completely by American interests. And by that, by that deal, that means that TikTok will continue to operate here in the United States. Here's my question. Is that enough? I mean, Facebook is completely owned by American interest. Some of these other social media sites that we have, sites that play video, and they are still incredibly harmful. Now, I'm not talking about censorship here. I'm just talking about the reasons why TikTok is dangerous in the first place. We know the Chinese government was using it to influence young people in this country, influence some older people as well, promote certain radical political ideas, the whole nine yards. Again, not just blaming China for this. We're doing that all to ourselves on some of these media platforms. I'm just wondering if the reason for this, the purported worry about foreign influence and negative influence on our social media is really being fixed here. I'm not really sure. Anyway, TikTok, you gotta be watching, especially if you have kids on it. Just, just make sure you're paying attention because some of the stuff on there is not what you want your kids to see. I don't wanna see it myself. Don't you love it when things you say or have been saying at home for years suddenly also come out of President Trump's mouth? I had that experience yesterday. President Trump is talking about how Wall street needs to stop with all these quarterly earnings reports. That's when every three months public companies that are traded on the New York Stock Exchange and the NASDAQ had have to report their results, their profits, their sales, things like that. Now this is a relatively new thing in America. This is really only about a 25 year tradition. People used to, companies used to either report annually and then they started doing it every half a year. I can get both of those things, but doing it every three months is first of all led to a lot of fraud. When your stock is going to go up and down, possibly drastically every three months because you're giving out your report card, there's a tremendous reason to be fraudulent with those numbers. That's exactly what happened with Enron, if you remember that way back in 2001. I never understood why earnings reports weren't cut down after that scandal. But as President Trump talks about, it costs a lot of money. This is huge work and money that goes to accountants and lawyers when a company should really be focusing on more of what they make and what they do as far as goods and services. I'm a big fan of this. I, I would like to see Wall street stop obsessing about these earnings numbers that might be fake anyway and move on to allowing businesses to be businesses. There's enough pressure on our companies from Wall street already. They don't need a report card that's public every three months. How much is actually public is also to be debated. This is a very popular car. Can't buy it in 17 states and the District of Columbia. That's because this is all because of California. California has a strict fuel efficiency standards and over the years a bunch of other blue states mostly have decided to join with California and say, whatever California decides to do, we'll do. This reminds me of North Carolina always bowing to South Carolina in the old slave days. California is not your master, but apparently for these other states it is. So just to show you how draconian this is, I'm going to read off the name of every state just so you get an idea how far reaching this is. Here we go. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Washington and Washington D.C. and scene. Unbelievable. This is a very popular car. I don't understand why how Chrysler, Jeep Dodge is going to survive when they can't sell one of the most popular models in about a third, more than a third of the country. All right, Elon Musk is putting his money where his mouth is, and Wall street likes it. Musk is buying an additional $1 billion worth of Tesla stock. He probably has that much money in his, in his, in his pants pocket, but okay, still, it's a big investment and the news of that really boosted confidence for investors in the stock. Tesla shares rose 4% yesterday on that news alone. And more importantly, Tesla shares, and now erased all of their losses for the year. Remember the beating that Tesla shares took when, when he was in the, in the Trump administration working on Doge, and when they talked about all those reduced sales. Tesla is now back even for the year. That is a dramatic change in one of the most volatile stocks that we've had in a number of years. So big, big news there. And all it took was, I guess, Elon Musk checking his, his desk drawer for extra change because that's a billion dollars to him. All right, Amazon subsidiary Zoox, it's called Zoox, has started a ride hailing service in Las Vegas that is open to the public. Now, the Zoox is more like a trolley. It doesn't have a steering wheel. It's, as you can see, it's two benches facing each other. And you can't exactly hail it to go to any place that you want to go. It has five or six set destinations that it takes you to. Again, this is like the old trolleys, which the auto companies paid our government to help them rip up all the tracks for. Trolleys were a useful part of our society in America. We could use them again, frankly. And this is maybe the answer. I don't know. I would rather ride on a trolley that's pretty cool. Anyway, it's called the Zoox. It's a division of Amazon. All right, I want to get back to California for a second. And that's say special emissions rules getting back to California and those rules that they have for a number of years. Now, if you have an electric vehicle in California and even if you were driving all alone and you paid for a special decal, you could use the carpool or HOV lanes in California that is ending on September 30th. California, which is supposed to be so pro environment, is not going to allow people with EV is decal or no ecal to ride in the carpool lane unless they have the three or more people in the car. So again, here you go. They're really not willing to continue this because again, I guess not enough people, or maybe too many people bought EVs, but again, they figure enough is enough. Look, folks, try to find another way to get around in California. They could use some of those trolleys again, I guess. All right, coming up. Politics is one thing, but what can we do as parents and simply as people in response to the murder of Charlie Kerr? I'm going to talk about that with the man who dedicates his life to family renewal in America. When American Sunrise Early Edition return.

It's Tuesday, September 16th. Here are this morning's top stories. Formal charges and and a court hearing are set for today for the alleged killer of Charlie Kirk. Now this is as more evidence and a possible online conversion have come to light. An online confession have come to light. When the legal developments play out, the politicians speak out. On a show you saw right here on Real America's Voice yesterday, Vice President Bands vowed not to tolerate those bent on committing political violence. Unity with them is is not possible. In North Carolina, Republican Senator Thom Tillis pushes back on President Trump's talk of sending federal agents and maybe even National Guard troops to Charlotte. It's all in light of the horrific murder of the Ukrainian refugee on that city's light rail. Now that Tillis is leaving Congress, is this just the beginning of more defiance from him against what his state's voters really want, by the way? And the US And China have a framework for a deal that will put TikTok under US ownership and keep it operating here in America. But will American ownership make it any safer for kids or even adults? American Sunrise EARLY EDITION continues now. Welcome back to AMERICAN SUNRISE EARLY edition. I'm Jake Novak. Special welcome to those of you on Getter Rumble, Substack X all the chats, all the the online platforms where you can watch the show and comment, Yes, I am looking a lot of other people are, too. Thank you for your comments. A lot of developments overnight. Again, there's going to be an arraignment a little bit later today, I guess I should say, in the in the mid to late afternoon for Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing Charlie Kirk. We're going to also get an announcement of what those charges will be a little earlier in the afternoon. This is all Eastern time. I'm talking about right now. And of course, overnight we had the breaking news of the Israeli army moving now fully into Gaza City in hopes of finally ending that war. It's been almost two years since October 7, 2023, when those attacks started, that war, the Hamas attacks. Joining us right now is Pastor Donald Eason. He is the president of an organization called cure, which stands for the center for Urban Renewal and Education. And pastor, before we get to policy, because I want to talk about that for a second, what's the message? This is the first time you've been on the program since the Charlie Kirk assassination. What is the message you'd like to send to our viewers and really all of America in light of this just horrific event?
Pastor Donald Eason
Thank you for having me, Jake. It's always good to be on with you. I think the first thing we ought to do is pray for Erica and the children, pray for the Tea Party or Turning Point, rather USA organization and the loss of Charlie Kirk. It's a sad day in America when we start killing our political opponents or even those that just simply say something different than what we agree to. It reminds me of 1960s when the assassination of Martin Luther King, just simply going against the establishment. And Charlie Kirk, he was doing awesome work, especially when he's speaking to our colleges and to our young people, which is a target of some of the political establishment. And Charlie Kirk was having real dialogue with them, real conversation. And he put his faith first. He said he wanted to be known for his faith, for his courage. And he was certainly both of those courageous. And he wore his faith for everyone to see it. And someone said something at his visual here in Washington, D.C. on, on Sunday, and I thought it was a very apropos statement. They said, you know, Charlie Kirk didn't graduate from college. And they said he didn't need college, college needed him. And so what Charlie Kirk was doing for our country, for our nation and standing for God and standing for truth and for our Lord Jesus Christ. I think that's what we ought to remember. Also this Sunday, September 21, is going back to church Sunday. And so what the devil does, as we like to say, he overplays his hand. He thinks he can stop God by trying to stop his messenger. And I Think Charlie's voice speaks louder than ever now because of this horrific assassination. And we just again keep his widow in our prayer and certainly his children and his organization.
Jake Novak
Thank you for those thoughts, Pastor. Now I'd like to get your take because while we are a country that we want to have more peace and we certainly want to have more unity, first and foremost, the people who are responsible for this, starting with the person responsible for this, need to be addressed. And that's what J.D. vance, who was our Vice President United States, who was our guest host of the Charlie Kirk show right here on Real America's Voice, decided to focus on towards the end of that guest host appearance. I'd love to get your take on this. This is a longer part of the show, but I think it's important for everyone to see it again. You here's Vice President Vance.
J.D. Vance
After Charlie died, one of his friends and one of our senior White House staffers had left leaning operatives in his neighborhood passing out leaflets telling people what he looked like and where he lived, encouraging neighbors to harass him or God forbid, to do worse. While he was mourning his dead friend, he and his wife had to worry about the political terrorists who drawing a big target on the home he shares with his young children. Are these people violent? I hope not. But are they guilty of encouraging violence? You damn well better believe it. We can thank God that most Democrats don't share these attitudes and I do, while acknowledging that something has gone very wrong with a lunatic fringe. A minority, but a growing and powerful minority on the far left. There is no unity with people who scream at children over their parents politics. There is no unity with someone who lies about what Kirk said in order to excuse his murder. There is no unity with someone who harasses an innocent family the day after the father of that family lost a dear friend. There is no unity with the people who celebrate Charlie Kirk's assassination. And there is no unity with the people who fund these articles, who pay the salaries of these terrorist sympathizers, who argue that Charlie Kirk, a loving husband and father, deserved a shot to the neck because he spoke words with which they disagree. Did you know that the George Soros Open Society foundation and the Ford foundation, the groups who funded that disgusting article justifying Charlie's death. Do you know they benefit from generous tax treatment? They are literally subsidized by you and me, the American taxpayer. And how do they reward us? By setting fire to the house built by the American family over 250 years. I am desperate for our country to be united in condemnation of the actions and the ideas that killed my friend. I want it so badly that I will tell you a difficult truth. We can only have it with people who acknowledge that political violence is unacceptable. And when we work to dismantle the institutions that promote violence and terrorism in our own country.
Jake Novak
Pastor, your thoughts on that benediction, I would say, but also a call to action from Vice President Vance.
Pastor Donald Eason
I think Vice President Vance is 100% correct when he says there is no unity with those that were really. There were many, they were actually cheering Charlie Kirk's assassination. And there is no unity with that. There is no unity with those that promote political violence. And you can see it when we look at. When we look at it from a political lens, if we look at the George Floyd and versus the Charlie Kirk, one side was violent, destroying the other side, our side. We prayed. We prayed and we went to our God. So he's 100% correct in terms of violence. And it's really a political war, but it's also a spiritual war. And when we look at Jesus, if we go to Romans, when Paul wrote to the Romans, he said, I see at work two laws, the law of good and law of evil.
Jake Novak
And.
Pastor Donald Eason
And that's really where we are, is the law of good and evil. When Jesus, in Matthew, chapter 10, he sent his apostles out, he said to them, I am sending you out as sheep among wolves. Wolves and sheep are not on the same team. They're not on the same side. And so we can be in the same country. We can be, but we might be on the political left or the political right, but the real war is good and evil. And we saw that evil manifest itself last Wednesday. And unfortunately, we're seeing this more than we ought to see it in our country. We like to not see it at all. So he is exactly right. There is no unity if we're on two different sides of the good and evil spectrum. And what he articulated there, that one article he was mentioning that was, I believe in the Nation, the article is, was the organization or the publication was called the Nation. I believe it is. And they tried to almost justify what happened to Charlie. And we can't have unity with that kind of dialogue going on. And these national papers being sponsored by. He mentioned the Ford foundation and others, he's 100% correct. There is no unity in that. And so the only way we get unity is, is in Christ because there is good and evil. And then we need Jesus Christ in order for us to have unity, because that's what a Unity is he wants us. When I say he, Lord Jesus Christ wants us to be one. And the only way we can get one become one is we have to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. We have to trust in him, trust in who he was and trust in what he did for us. He died for our sins. That's the only way we can have unity. Outside of that, there is the law. There are the two laws that Paul mentioned in Romans, the law of good and the law of evil. And that that is permeating through our society right now.
Jake Novak
Yeah, well, I appreciate that you absolutely combine those two things. We absolutely can have forgiveness. We can follow our religious beliefs about that and compassion, but not without the law. And you know me, coming from the Jewish side of things, of course, you know I'm a fan of the law in a big way. And you can't have it if there. If law is the fair and just application of law. And order is also compassion. It's compassion to the innocent, it's compassion to the victims. People need to remember that. It's not being non compassionate. It's not being uncaring. It's being actually caring for a larger group of people. We can have compassion for the sinner and the criminal after they have paid the price or at least been convicted of the crime. Pastor Eason, I wish we could have a little bit more time with you, but I think that your words were really, really valuable. I wouldn't want to dilute it with anything else. I'm sure you'll come back again. Thank you for your words this morning. And let's have better days next time you come on. I hope it's a more peaceful day.
Pastor Donald Eason
Thank you, Jack. Thanks for having me.
Jake Novak

Foreign look at the Capitol building in Washington, D.C. on this Tuesday, September 16th. Still very much a country in operating in the wake of the Charlie Kirk assassination. Want to remind you again of the news updates on that front. We are going to have first a news conference out of Utah explaining the charges against Tyler Robinson. So that'll be early in the afternoon Eastern time. And then later in the afternoon there will be an actual arraignment. No, they're not going to drag him from the jail to the courthouse. That's probably a little too dangerous right now. It'll be a video arraignment, but it will be an arraignment. So things are moving along and hopefully we'll get some more information about the evidence in the case. Also a number of credible reports about potential conspirators in this case at least being looked into. Again, not confirmed, but at least looked into. And an online confession on that online platform discord. So that's another issue there. Welcome back to American Sunrise early edition. Again, as I said, it's Tuesday, September 16th. Emily Finn joins us again. A little bit of a technical problem with David Brody. Said, Emily, I told you you'd see her again. Emily, I wanted to show everyone. I wanted to show not only I wanted to show them you, but I also wanted to show them the video of the latest small battle, not much of a battle because it only went one way in the new war on drugs. This is another drug boat laden with drugs, probably enough in that small boat to kill a lot of people. And as if you stick on the video for a little, there you go. There's the justice right there. You know, what's interesting about this to me is there are a couple of social media accounts with unfortunately a lot more followers than I have that have been pushing at the same time just over the last couple days, pushing the whole oh, Charlie Kirk was actually a right winger lie. Thankfully, none of the mainstream, even the dumb mainstream media people picked that one up. I haven't seen any of them do it. So that's good. But that same account or the same one or two accounts were also pushing this. How dare the United States fight this war on Venezuela. There's no evidence there was drugs on any of these boats. I mean, listen, folks, there are people on social media, even the American owned ones who are paid to lie. Simply, no one pays me. So I don't lie. I don't think I would even if they did. But Emily, this is incredible. I don't think that if I had a guess, I'd say 70% of Americans are okay with what they just saw in that video.
Emily Finn
Absolutely, Jake. And you have a whole lot more integrity than to lie. I can attest there. No, I mean, I think this is exactly what Trump campaigned on, exactly what he promised that he was going to do on so many different fronts. You know, the drugs coming into this country are a huge problem. Fentanyl deaths are up being laced into all kinds of different things that you're seeing on the streets. And these are the origins. And so if you cut off the source and you cut off the origins, then you have a much higher chance of keeping the American people safe and getting those drugs off of our streets. And so, like you said, 70% of Americans support this. I bet that statistic is actually even higher.
Jake Novak
Yeah. I want to say one last thing about these videos, because this is the second time we've seen a ship like this, a boat like this being taken out. No collateral damage. This isn't an apartment building in a crowded neighborhood getting blown to smithereens. The people on that boat know what they're doing. They know what's on the boat. These are not innocent civilians. I like the fact that we have very little collateral damage. All right, that's all for American Sunrise early edition. Stay tuned for American Sunrise, the big.

Formal Charges & Arraignment:
Impact and National Response:

Link to Political Violence:
"It’s the defamation, it’s the smearing of conservatives of all stripes, no matter who they are, by the left that is fueling this violence. There’s just no denying that." ([07:49])
Media Bias:
"The news media...has to die because they are the enemy of the people and have no interest in covering the stories that actually matter." ([14:11])

J.D. Vance’s Call to Action:
“There is no unity with people who scream at children over their parents' politics...There is no unity with someone who harasses an innocent family the day after the father...lost a dear friend. There is no unity with people who celebrate Charlie Kirk's assassination.” ([41:35])
Walter Kurt on Conservative Resilience ([04:07]):
"They have completely made a mistake if they thought that this was going to cause him to shrink...these chapters are opening up in every high school in America and nearly every college campus in America."
Jake Novak on Political Rhetoric ([10:18]):
“They're not calling us Nazis because they think we're Nazis. They're calling us Nazis so that they can kill us.”
Pastor Donald Eason on Faith After Tragedy ([38:55]):
"What Charlie Kirk was doing for our country...standing for God and standing for truth and for our Lord Jesus Christ. I think that's what we ought to remember."
J.D. Vance on Political Violence ([41:35]):
"There is no unity with people who celebrate Charlie Kirk's assassination. And there is no unity with the people who fund these articles...who argue that Charlie Kirk...deserved a shot to the neck because he spoke words with which they disagree."
This episode, heavy with the emotional aftermath of Charlie Kirk’s assassination, serves as a platform for conservative voices to reflect, rally, and critique American unity, political violence, and media coverage. Through in-depth interviews and commentary, the show underlines a call to action for accountability, civic engagement, and spiritual renewal, while delivering timely news and sharp analysis on national and world events.
