The Clintons and Epstein Hillary Clinton speaking out about Epstein. And wait until you hear what she had to say about her and Bill Clinton's ties to the convicted pedophile. That is straight ahead. Plus, where's Nancy? It's a question that has gone unanswered for three three plus weeks now. The latest on the search for the mother of Today show host Savannah Guthrie, straight ahead with a live report on the ground. Also, it's Ash Wednesday, marking the beginning of Lent. For many Christians, it's a solemn call to repentance, reflection and renewed faith. Ahead, the deep spiritual significance behind the tradition and what it means for the faithful. Today, those stories and more as American Sunrise starts on a Wednesday right now. Good morning America.
Dr. Gina
Welcome to American Sunrise. Whether it's culture, we have breaking news to share with you.
Terrence Bates
Politics.
David Brody
President Trump is joining us live now from Florida.
Terrence Bates
We've got you covered.
David Brody
This is what it looks like to be a patriot.
Terrence Bates
We have to protect the American family.
Dr. Gina
The American dream is still alive I'm David Brody.
Terrence Bates
I'm terrence.
Dr. Gina
And I'm Dr. G. Good morning, everybody. I'm Dr. G. We are live with you from the Palm Beaches. Let's bring in David brody in Washington, D.C. and Terrence Bates in our Denver newsroom. Good morning, gentlemen.
David Brody
Good morning to both of you.
Terrence Bates
Good morning, Dr. Gina and David. Good morning. David, you mentioned that the Nancy Guthrie case, it is still making major headlines. So let's start with that. We'll get right to it. His DNA found on a glove near the home of Nancy Guthrie has no match in a national crime database. Officials say the DNA was tested through the FBI system known as codis, but no match was found. Investigators also say the DNA does not match evidence from the home. The 84 year old, in the meantime, remains missing after almost three weeks. So let's bring in RAV correspondent Kevin Posobeck. He is on the ground there in Tucson, Arizona with the very latest. Kevin? Just another dead end, it feels like. Oh, it sure does, Terrence. And So it's day 18 here and we still have no proof of life. Okay. But we have a fourth ransom note. And really it's, it's kind of odd that you don't see much more going on here. And you know, I'm, I'm in the field. I'm in the correspondent. I'm actually in a wash right now.
T. Bates
It's, it's a, it's like a dried up riverbed.
Terrence Bates
But I'll be giving more updates as.
Dr. Gina
The day goes on.
Terrence Bates
But yeah, we have, what we're looking at is, you know, $100,000 reward from the FBI for any information moving forward here. And we're told by Sheriff Nanos yesterday that he has about 400 detectives and officers on this case going through thousands of leads. But yeah, I can confirm, yeah, that the gloves, they didn't match what they were looking for. However, the FBI report does say it is a male between 59 and 5 10. And you know, they reviewed all the.
Dr. Gina
Clothes, Walmart and other gloves.
Terrence Bates
There's about a couple dozen or no, about 16 gloves, I'll say. So, yeah, it's, it's, it's bewildering here. There's lots of theories swirling around. And, you know, the two things that I can give you as an update is that yesterday, yesterday at Nancy's house, we did see two, two men enter the house to retrieve some kind of object. They came in with a briefcase, I think it was an empty evidence briefcase. And then they left, you know, about an hour after. And I Got that on camera saying they, they got it. Okay. So I didn't get any follow up from that.
Dr. Gina
But I can also say, yeah, the.
Terrence Bates
The gloves and the clothing, that seems.
Dr. Gina
To be a dead lead at this point.
Terrence Bates
But, yeah, so any and all tips, I mean, please take it to the FBI. Yeah, it's, it's, it's, it's getting to be the classic murder mystery or kidnapping, whatever you call it. Absolutely, Kevin. We appreciate it. Hopefully today will bring new evidence, new clues that will lead to Nancy Guthrie's safe return home. Always good to see you, my friend. We'll be checking in with you throughout the day.
Dr. Gina
Thank you so much, Terrence. Yes, will do.
Terrence Bates
Absolutely. Thank you so much. Kevin Posobec reporting there on the ground in Tucson, Arizona, as we continue to send prayers to the Guthrie family. All right, let's also send it over to Dr. Gina now for today's Bible verse. I think that's such an appropriate time now after that reporting. Dr. Gina, good morning.
Dr. Gina
Thanks, Terrence. Today's Bible verse is from Zephaniah 3, verse 17. The Lord your God in your midst the mighty one will save. He will rejoice over you with gladness. He will quiet you with his love. He will rejoice over you with singing. All right, changing gears now from the sacred to the scandalous. During a recent interview, former Secretary of State and first lady Hillary Clinton said that she and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, have no links whatsoever to Jeffrey Epstein. Take a look. Have a very clear record that we've been willing to talk about, which my husband has said he took some rides.
T. Bates
On the airplane for his charitable work.
Dr. Gina
I don't recall ever meeting him. Did you ever meet Ghislaine Maxwell? I did on a few occasions. And thousands of people go to the Clinton Global Initiative. So it to me is not something that is really at the heart of what this matter is about. They are accused and in both cases were convicted of horrific crimes against girls and women. Yeah. And little boys. I don't want to leave that out because that's really important. There are a lot of little boys that have been tortured, raped and murdered in all of these files, if you read them. Let's bring in pastor in North Carolina, Congressman Mark Harris. Congressman, I don't know of anything that has affected me quite like actually reading, not hearing about the Epstein files, but actually reading them and looking at the videos. And a lot of people say, I don't want to do this because it disrupts my spirit, it disrupts my peace. Listen, I completely Understand that. But this isn't something that used to happen. This is something that is happening currently today. This isn't something we can move on from. Congressman, I wish that for those who say they don't want to deal with this or they're not a part of this, fine. Let's get a full investigation of everyone mentioned. If my name were mentioned in the Epstein files, I'll tell you what I would be saying, great, please investigate because I'm innocent. So please, please, let's investigate. Who on the other side of the political aisle can I join hands with to investigate these children being ritualistically tortured, murdered and even worse, if that's possible. That's what I'd be saying. That's not what Hillary Clinton saying. And frankly, Congressman, that's not what a lot of people are saying on either side of the aisle.
T. Bates
Well, I agree with you, Dr. Gina. And it's, it's something that, honestly, we've got to continue to peel back the layers. Unfortunately, when you get into the situation, what we're left with at this point because of so many things being fumbled early in the process, all the way back to 2007, 2008, when prosecutions could have been happening in a rampant way, they didn't and they didn't occur. And that's, that's frustrating in so many ways. But I do think that the fact that there's 300 names, I believe, that are on a list, if you will, that have been part of what's been released. I think your point's well taken. And I think that the Clintons, of course, they're going to have an opportunity to speak with the House Oversight Committee. I believe that's scheduled for sometime next week. But they're going to have an opportunity to be heard and an opportunity to express. And again, as you said, I think if somebody's name is on the list, you would welcome the opportunity to explain whatever your relationship was and that you had nothing to do with what was taking place. From what we're learning.
David Brody
Yeah, no doubt about it. We could spend the rest of the segment on Epstein. Not that it's about him, but you know, that whole situation. But I do want to move on to some stuff as it relates to Capitol Hill. Congressman, it's a three part question or maybe it's a two part. I don't know, I've lost track of the part. But you've got the DHS funding. Where are we with that exactly? It doesn't seem like we're going anywhere with it. Also, you've got this Hill headline which is interesting. It says this, it says on voter ID and ice, do the parties want the policy win or the campaign issue? I'll be honest with you, that's a legitimate question. I'm not saying that, you know, the Republicans aren't serious about the SAVE Act. Of course they are. They want that done. And I'm sure the Democrats are very serious about shackling ICE for sure. But it does work politically to the advantage of both parties here.
T. Bates
Well, you're exactly right, David. And I think when you look at this issue, talking first of all about the situation we've got going on with the Homeland Security funding, this is just, it's atrocious when you stop and think about the fact that again, Chuck Schumer has decided to use the American people as leverage. He's decided to put our security at risk. And really to call at this particular point by the power of the Democrats and them not being able to get a filibuster through in the Senate. We're looking at a reality here where DHS is not funded. And look, they say it's about ice, but the reality is we just keep reminding folks, ICE and custom Border Patrol are funded in the one big beautiful bill and they're going to be continuing to do the work that they're doing the people that are at risk. When you think about TSA agents, you think about fema, you think about our Coast Guard, you think about our Secret Service. All of these people that protect Americans day in and day out are going to be are working now without paychecks and will miss their first paycheck if this thing extends into the 1st of August and the negotiations are going on between the White House and Chuck Schumer at this particular time. But the reality is that they have made offers that are just, I mean, they're non starters. We're not going to put our ICE agents at risk by having to remove masks. We're not going to support putting their names on their uniforms where they're going to be doxed. And we're not only they, but their families are going to be put at risk. This is not what our ICE agents need. This is not what the American people want for our law enforcement. And so it's ridiculous the requirements that they're asking for. Look, if we could get cooperation in these sanctuary cities, you would not be seeing the kind of things that we've had to see over recent months. And I think that's the key thing we've got to be talking about.
Terrence Bates
Absolutely Congressman, I want to shift gears just a little bit. The Trump administration is at the bargaining table on a couple of different fronts. The negotiations between Russia and Ukraine expected to wrap up today are the latest negotiations. And then, of course, there's the issue of Iran, as the US apparently has agreed on guiding principles of a nuclear deal. That's the word coming from Tehran. You can see it here on this New York Post headline. The foreign minister there in Iran says a path to a deal has begun. And the Trump administration actually wants talks to expand to cover ballistic missiles as well. I'm curious of those two of the Russia, Ukraine negotiations and the Iran negotiations, which are you most optimistic about? Because quite honestly, I think many Americans say we've been here before and nothing has ultimately come of it. The other sides haven't necessarily followed through on their promises.
T. Bates
Well, I think you're exactly right, Terrence. And I think that when we look at the fact that we've got both of these situations the White House is working on, it is the indicator that President Trump, Trump is always interested in using diplomacy first. I mean, we have seen that in dealing with Iran, leading even up to us taking out their nuclear capabilities. He kept trying to talk, but they were not willing to talk. So we find ourselves at the situation, Tehran saying that the guiding principles have been put in place. We're not hearing a whole lot from the White House about where these negotiations are going. But I do think the president is going to be focused on diplomacy, just like he's been working day and night since he got into office to try to solve this issue going on between Russia and Ukraine. And Russia has not responded to the very things that the president has put out there for Putin to do.
Dr. Gina
Congressman Mark Harris, we appreciate your time. Thank you.
T. Bates
Thank you so much for having me today.
David Brody
Great to see you.
Dr. Gina
All right. Coming up, we're going to check out the hottest headlines from the RAV newsroom with Terrence Bass. Also later, new data shows crime, including murders and other major offenses fell sharply in 2025. Wonder why in some cases to pre pandemic levels. What's behind the decline? Well, we're going to talk about it just ahead as American Sunrise continues. It's an Olympics you'll never forget. Primetime in Milan, the moments.

State law enforcement in Minnesota, along with federal investigators, are looking into allegations that ICE agents beat a man so severely that he landed in a Minneapolis intensive care unit. The Mexican national who was the target of the arrest claims the agents pulled him out of his car, threw him to the ground, and then repeatedly hit him in the head with the steel baton, resulting in multiple skull fractures. ICE blames the guy himself, saying that he tried to run from the agents while he was handcuffed and, quote, fell and hit his head against a concrete wall. Doctors argue the man's injuries aren't consistent with that narrative, though. Instead, a CT scan showed fractures to the front, back and both sides of the man's skull. Both federal and local investigators have been looking for surveillance video from the shopping center where the January 8th arrest happened in hopes of determining what actually went down. This latest investigation comes amid another federal investigation, investigation into whether two ICE officers lied about lied under oath, excuse me, about a shooting there in Minneapolis. Turns out video evidence contradicted their sworn testimony. President Trump appears to be losing support for his immigration policies. A new Reuters Ipsos poll finds that 38% of respondents believe the president is doing a good job on the signature issue. It's compared to 39% in a similar poll back in in January, shortly after 47 took office. Now, in the early months of the second Trump presidency, support of his illegal immigration crackdown rose as high as 50%. This latest Reuters Ipsos poll shows that male voters in particular are losing enthusiasm for the handling of the immigration crisis. 41% are giving him a thumbs up these days, compared to a nearly 50% number just 5 just a year ago. Similarly, about 35% of women support the administration's actions, compared to about 40% who were polled last year. The Reuters Ipsos poll was conducted over four days and ended this past Monday. At least four people are dead, 29 others rushed to the hospital with injuries after a so called brownout caused crashes involving more than 30 vehicles. All of this happened on Interstate 25 in southern Colorado. The brownout was caused by heavy wind kicking up dirt in the area, making it nearly impossible for drivers to see. Look at this. This is the accident scene. There were so many crashes that both sides of the interstate were forced to close at some point on Tuesday. Six semi trucks with trailers were involved, plus a pickup truck hauling a trailer carrying 32 goats. While the specific cause of the crash is still being investigated, the lack of visibility, of course, being considered a factor in all of this. It's one on one of a number of weather stories that we're following for you. Let's get you over to Weather Nation meteorologist Tracy Anthony for more on this and so much more. Tracy, that brownout was crazy. The video itself, I mean, one literally couldn't see even the video. You were like, wow, what is going on here? That much wind and that much dirt.
Dr. Gina
Yeah, you know, it's been so dry, it's been warm. And yesterday I did mention the fire danger and a lot of people kind of, you know, put that into the back of their mind like, oh, I'm not going to start a fire you know, but this is some of the scenes that happen on these days, especially when we have such a high risk. So this was a look at those conditions when the visibility was extremely low. You can barely see the vehicles off in the distance. So we had the dangerous fire weather that does continue in through the day today. And even from satellite you can see we had a handful of fires that did develop across the panhandle of Oklahoma. One in particular has spread into areas of Kansas burning over 145,000 acres. So this is the Ranger Road fire. You can see here this video from the Oklahoma Forestry Services. That smoke just gets kicked up and we had winds 60, 70 miles per hour throughout the course of of the day yesterday. So still have a lot of active weather across the country. We have multiple systems that will continue to bring rain and snow out west. The fire danger continues for the Central Plains and areas across the Great Lakes getting blizzard like conditions here as this next low pressure center works on through. So lots of active weather for the next couple of days. So want to show you a few more videos just because I'd rather, you know, show you what's going on. And there's a lot so la, you can see rivers, creeks and streams running on the swollen side. They've picked up 4 to 5 inches of rain. And then for the high country, we're talking about significant amounts of snow. I'm talking feet. So another area where driving is almost impossible with the whiteout conditions. And unfortunately, Terrence, we've been dealing with some avalanches. When you get this heavy wet snow on top of a weaker snow, snowpack avalanches are a lot more likely. And still the search continues for a handful of people that were caught in some of those avalanches. So definitely a devastating situation. And areas of California expected to pick up several more feet of snow.
Terrence Bates
Wow. Not inches, but feet. That's crazy. All right, thanks so much, Tracy. We'll check in with you next hour for our hometown forecast.
Dr. Gina
Sounds good.
Terrence Bates
All right. All right, folks, we're going to take a quick break. When we come back, we're continuing to cover the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie. The big question this morning, are we any closer to seeing any sort of resolution or have her return home? Expert analysis is ahead.

Authorities say DNA found on gloves near Nancy Guthrie's home in Tucson, Arizona did not match any records in the FBI national DNA database. The gloves were discovered about two miles from her house. They look similar to one seen in surveillance footage of a suspect. Officials continue to investigate and are analyzing other DNA evidence as the search for the 84 year old missing woman continues now into its third week. Almost four weeks. Almost a month. My goodness. For more, let's bring in the founder and president of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association. That would be Sheriff Richard Mack. Sheriff, I don't even know, you know what to even ask you because we have no clue what's going on and it's been almost a month and that should. I'm sorry, am I missing something? I mean, shouldn't we have something here to go on? They've got nothing. Or at least they're telling us they have nothing.
T. Bates
Yeah, they don't have anything. It doesn't look good at all. You know Sometimes these cases never get solved.
David Brody
And the experts, you know, they get.
T. Bates
Experts from Los Angeles and New York and Las Vegas and every place else.
David Brody
None of us really know and can.
T. Bates
Figure this thing out. A lot of them claim that this guy did not know what he was doing. The suspect in front of the camera, at the front of the house and at the front door. Well, he's got everybody fooled, you know.
David Brody
And they said the way he wore.
T. Bates
His gun looked like he didn't know what he was doing.
David Brody
He's got everybody.
T. Bates
At first, they didn't even say they had K9 units. Then they said they did. This was my experience, and I was a sheriff in southeast Arizona, and the desert area is very similar to Tucson, and it's only an hour and a half from Tucson.
David Brody
But this is the thing. The question I have is, how far did the dogs go with her tracks.
T. Bates
And where did it end? That should tell everybody a lot, right there. And did it in at a car, or did it end at the media being on top of the scene and.
David Brody
Contaminating the crime scene?
T. Bates
Because they weren't careful with that at the beginning. And then it kind of seemed like they had to go back and undo and redo.
David Brody
And I just.
T. Bates
I don't like some of the things that Sheriff Nanos has done. And the other one is that he's.
David Brody
Trying to protect the family, the victims.
T. Bates
You know, the siblings and the children.
David Brody
That's not his job, to make sure.
T. Bates
That they're not getting complaints and then.
David Brody
To try to come out and say.
T. Bates
Oh, they're 100% not guilty of this. Has he checked all their cell phones? Did they voluntarily say, here, take our cell phones, look at our calls, look.
David Brody
To see, make sure that we didn't.
T. Bates
Hire anybody, we have no connections that are outside the law. Take our cell phones and make sure that you can get rid of us? Most of these incidents like this, especially.
David Brody
With elderly kidnappings, which are very rare.
T. Bates
Are done by people who know the victim. And so you have to try to. You have to consider everyone in the family or even friends, neighbors, whoever. They're all suspects, whether we like it or not. That's just how life is with this.
David Brody
Type of a case.
Terrence Bates
Well, to. To your point, is it that much more suspicious that allegedly there have been these four. These four ransom notes to the family, but there's no real proof of life? It seems to me, as an outsider, someone who's not a professional, the question of motivation is raised. Like, you know, if you really want some money, then wouldn't you show that this person is still alive in order to motivate the family to potentially pay up.
T. Bates
Of course, those ransom notes are all bogus and.
Terrence Bates
Okay, thank you for saying if.
David Brody
Yeah, yeah.
T. Bates
You know, you have common sense and you've been around enough to know what.
David Brody
People, how people react to things.
T. Bates
And there's always going to be somebody that wants to try to get an easy buck or they just want some attention or they want TMZ to follow.
David Brody
Their trails and go, haha. You know, but the thing of it.
T. Bates
Is, if this was a cartel.
David Brody
Look.
T. Bates
The border, the Mexican border is only 60 miles away from the scene. So that would be an obvious lead. You know, you have to consider that. But the cartels would have already got their money. And the idea that whoever has her, that whoever kidnapped her has been helping her with her pain management and her meds and somehow got her meds. No, very unlikely that she's alive, Very unlikely. And so the case is going to get cold really quick and it seems like it already is.
Dr. Gina
Let me ask you because I love how absolutely plain spoken you are. It's refreshing whether you're right or wrong. I don't know anything about this, but I love how you're not giving us, you know, industry hyperbole. I appreciate that, Sheriff. But I want to ask you, a lot of people in our audience are saying, hey, you know, I'm really sorry that this lady's missing and whatever happened. But the news attention given, given the fact that there are children being, as we know from the Epstein files, raped and tortured babies being currently today, that this isn't an old story, this is a very current story. Being tortured and missing and all the rest. I'm wondering, with the advent of these new crypto platforms, will we see more crime because people can pay more anonymously when a ransom is given.
T. Bates
Well, there was another expert that talked about crypto and said that they're actually not secret, that they can be followed. And that was my understanding from the get go, before that even came up. So none of those payments are being made. And they would have to work something out with Savannah's family or Savannah and her brother and sister to get a payment because they're totally willing to pay to get their mother back. But even that didn't help when they offered to pay this guy. But I totally agree with you.
David Brody
We have a lot of crimes out.
T. Bates
There involving children that the federal government has been complicit in. And where are we with trying to help the 300,000, 350,000 children that they say that they don't even know where they are. I know where they are. They were sold into sex slavery.
Dr. Gina
Yes.
T. Bates
And so this is. You're right.
David Brody
All of our resources being focused on.
T. Bates
This is understandable in some cases, but.
David Brody
Not in others when we have so.
T. Bates
Many other heinous crimes going on around us.
Dr. Gina
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you a million times. Thank you. I just, I love your plain spokenness. I want to have you back soon.
David Brody
Yeah. Sheriff Richard Mack, thank you again.

Thank you.

Dr. Gina
All right everybody. Welcome Dr. Welcome back to American Sunrise. I'm Dr. G. Thanks for joining us. It is time now for today's health news that is sponsored by the wellness company under the Microscope today. Can popular weight loss drugs like Ozempic as an example, cause vision problems? Well, eye doctors, some of them are saying that people who use Ozempic and other popular weight loss drugs may face a rare risk of vision problems. Research suggests a possible link to a condition known as eye stroke, which can cause permanent vision loss. Some patients report waking up with blurred or dimmed sight and damage to the optic nerve. Experts say the risk is extremely low. But urge anyone experiencing sudden vision changes to seek medical help. I have a theory on all of this, and that is, as you read, the risks of problems associated, especially eye problems associated with all of the things that obesity causes. You kind of look and you go, is it a chicken or egg thing? Did the obesity, diabetes, heart disease, did that cause an eye stroke? Or was it the drug that's supposed to be the solution? I don't know. And I do know that people are a lot healthier once they lose that weight and become not diabetic, undiabeticized. Just made up that word. I'm being funny. Sorry, I'm being David Brody. The NRB 2026 International Christian Media Convention is well underway in Nashville, Tennessee. This event brings Christian media professionals together with ministry leaders and communicators from around the world. Organizers say the convention will feature speakers, workshops, exhibits, special events designed to support and strengthen faith. Faith based media. I can tell you a lot of deals are made behind the scenes at nrb. Let's bring in RAV correspondent Bo Davidson, who's on the ground. Beau, a friend of mine is there who's a radio talk show host in the Christendom, and he told me, you've never seen smoky rooms and backroom deals like you see at nrb. I said, really? I've always wanted to go. I didn't think of it. I thought that happened in Palm beach, not nrb. But do tell.
T. Bates
Well, there's just a lot going on here. Dr. Gina and yes, we are at NRB. It is the largest consortium of Christian broadcasters in the world. Happens every year here at the Gaylord, usually Gaylord Opryland, here in Nashville, Tennessee, where I used to live for 10 years. And I'm joined here by a really wonderful man. And you guys know him from Jensen Live, which is at noon and at 10pm Sundays on Real America's Voice. He's pastor and author Jensen Franklin. Pastor, thank you for being with me. Thank you.
Dr. Gina
Good morning.
T. Bates
It's great to be with you. Pastor I want to talk about this.
Terrence Bates
Book that you've written.
T. Bates
This is called the Power of Short Prayers. And it's a small book.
Terrence Bates
It's a thin book.
T. Bates
It seems like it's concise. It gets to the point. Tell me why you wrote this book. I wrote the book because I believe that we're in a time when people need to rediscover prayer. Even the president recently signed an executive order saying that students can pray in schools, they can have prayer gatherings. And I know every time I've gone in to be with him, he will end by saying, will you guys lay hands on me and pray for me? And it seems like even in the world that people are so desperate that it's time to pray. And the Power of Short Prayers is a book about short prayers that I have prayed for over 30 years of my life in ministry. And they work. They work. The Bible said this. The effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much, not the long traditional, just never ending words, word salad prayers, but short prayers with great passion can produce great miracles in people's lives. Pastor A lot of people, I feel like, pray only when we're desperate, when there's times of despair. Talk about the importance of praying on a daily basis that can change your life when you need it every single day as opposed to in times of dire need. I just think it's remarkable that we're on a secular news station right now. And I know your founder, Rob Zig, and if you talk to him 10 minutes, 5 minutes, it's not long before his faith bleeds through his life experiences begin to turn into something much more. And I believe that when we begin to pray, pray on a daily basis. You know, when you get up this morning, I just said a little prayer and I know he's with me. I know he's got me and my family covered. I know that he has a plan. And the Bible said the steps of a righteous man are ordered of the Lord. The most effective, powerful thing you can do on earth is pray. Because when you pray, it affects heaven. The Bible said that in Revelation 5 that prayer prayers are collected in heaven in golden bowls. And when you get to heaven, the prayers and I'm afraid a lot of people haven't stored anything up. And you know, if nothing goes up in prayer, nothing comes down. I think one of the greatest tragedies of prayerlessness is the unemployment of angels. Every time I see angels moving, it's because people were praying. I believe in angels. I believe my God. We believe in demons. We see them active as they're killing kids in school and people just doing horrible things. But we need to believe in God. We need to believe again. And the first place that starts is talk to God. You may feel like you're not worthy, you may feel like you're not important enough. God doesn't care, but he's as close as the mention of his name. And if you'll begin to pray short prayers, Lord bless him. And instead of worrying, don't worry, pray. You know, we used to say, why worry when you can pray? I believe most people now say why pray when you can worry? Because that's all they do. Their first fall to is worry instead of pray. But the Bible said worry about nothing, pray about everything. Be anxious for nothing, worry, but pray about everything.
Dr. Gina
Well, amen to that.
T. Bates
The book is the power of of short prayers. You can find it on Amazon and make sure you catch Jensen show at noon and at 10pm on RAV on Sundays.
Dr. Gina

Welcome back everyone. Coffee pods are easy, but most of them are just caffeine and not much more. Rejuvenate pods are built differently though. They're clean arabica pods that are infused with caakg, which is a compound that's linked to longevity, metabolism and deep cellular energy. It's the easiest way to get better focus, smoother energy and long term benefits without changing your routine. Here at rav, we choose them because they match our lifestyle. We all want more energy, more clarity and more intention in how we start our day. If you're going to drink coffee anyway, make it one that actually supports the life that you're building. Head on over to 1775 coffee.com rav and try rejuvenate pods today. Don't just drink coffee, rejuvenate. Well, now that we're caffeinated, it's time to stay awake, not woke. And who is woke today you ask? Well, it would be Harvard educated lawyer Jonathan Wallace. Wallace is representing Columbia Encampment activist Kimani James in lawsuits against the University and a member of Congress. The attorney was faced crit or has faced, excuse me, criticism for past comments comparing Hamas terrorists to World War II French Resistance fights. Let's bring in Dr. Gina and David to talk a bit more about that. Dr. Gina, your thoughts on all of this?
Dr. Gina
Well David, I have to say that I'm going to flip to you first because to be Completely honest. I got in the chat and got completely distracted with someone complaining that there were no churches in their area, and I lost my train of thought. So, David, you go see, because you're.
David Brody
The pulse of the show. You're in the chat, and I love that. Okay?
Dr. Gina
Yeah, but, you know, you got to keep your brain on and stay with the show, too. You can't just get in the chat and lose yourself. So that's what I just did.
David Brody
I'm sorry, you say brain on. I don't know anything about that, but you lost me at brain on. All right, so here's the thing. A couple things. This guy is representing a crazed liberal. So it makes sense that a crazed liberal would represent a crazed liberal. So let's just start there. By the way, he is Jewish, we should point out. So he's defending Hamas. He is Jewish. Now, let's be clear. He is a secular Jew, right? A reformed Jew. And he actually said this about his Judaism. He goes, I cannot get a grip on the idea of God. So he's a Jew culturally and DNA wise. Ancestry. DNA wise, but he's not a Jew as it relates to being a faithful, practicing Jew, for sure. By the way, here's another thing this lawyer said. Remember, this is a Jewish lawyer. Once again, secular Jewish lawyer. He said that he thought Hamas was clever. That was the word he used, the word clever. He thought Hamas was clever for hiding civilians in Gaza, basically hiding their weapons and infrastructure underneath civilian in civilian areas. He goes, that was a great idea. Very clever of them. I mean, this guy's nuts. So he is correct when he says he cannot get a grip on the idea of God. I can confirm that with the stuff that he says.
Terrence Bates
Yeah.
Dr. Gina
And I think.
Terrence Bates
Any thoughts?
Dr. Gina
Yeah, I did remember one thing I was wanting to say about this. I think that, you know, I think we have to be very careful about conflating people who say they are of a certain faith, but it really isn't their faith. Because it isn't their faith. It's just. It's almost like an identity to be used almost in a DEI kind of a way. And that truly is the enemy of faith. It's kind of the opposite of faith, Terrence. And I think that's really important to note because I hear a lot of conflation in this. So I've gotten in the habit now when people tell me what religion they are, I ask them how they love practicing that religion the most. And it's fascinating the answers you'll get from that. And I think I would like to ask this guy that question.
Terrence Bates
Well, and I'll just.
David Brody
Go ahead, C.B.
Terrence Bates
Go ahead, David.
David Brody
No, no, no, go ahead.
Terrence Bates
Make your point, and then I'll wrap it up.
David Brody
Well, I'll just quickly say, you know, growing up as a reformed Jew, I can speak to this specifically the way. Because I grew up as a secular, I grew up like this guy. Okay? The way they justify it is in cultural terms. They'll say, well, we do this ritual and we do that ritual, and we do. That's how they express their faith. Well, I mean, can I just say it? That's a bunch of crap. I mean, you know, rituals aren't going to get you into heaven. Going to church is not going to get you into heaven. That is not it. The way you get into heaven is belief in Jesus Christ. And it has to be a heart issue. That's the issue and that's the reality.
Dr. Gina
But, I mean, a Jewish guy is not going to say that. But I'm just saying I would.
David Brody
Well, sure, I'm sorry. I was extrapolating.
Dr. Gina
Don't you love me telling you what a Jewish guy is not going to say? I don't know where this show is going today, but it's fun.
Terrence Bates
Oh, my God. Well, with that, Dr. Gina, there's no need for me to wrap anything up with the bow. I think you just did it. A Jewish guy is not going to say that, David. Just in case you were wondering. That's hilarious.
David Brody
We can confirm that that is correct.
Dr. Gina
We can hope, too. We can hope.
Terrence Bates
There you go. All right, guys, coming up, the importance of Ash Wednesday. This day actually marks the beginning of Lent. So what should people people be doing to honor it? Bible history Guy Jim Moseley explains next here on American Sunrise.

To American Sunrise. It's time now for our Moments of Faith brought to us by Lee Greenwood and the Lee Greenwood God Bless the USA Bible in Focus Today Ash Wednesday. Here's something that surprises a lot of people. Ash Wednesday isn't in the Bible. You won't find it in Leviticus, not in the Gospels, not in Acts. And yet the practice is deeply biblical. So how does that work? Here to help us analyze this is our friend Jim Moseley, the author of the Duke of the American Dream, discovering Jesus disciples, who they were, what they believed and what they achieved. Jim also co wrote a book with Dr. G, the days of Creation by Heart, teaching children how God made the world. But around here we simply call him the Bible History Guy. Good morning Jim. Thanks so much for being with us. So break this down for us about Ash Wednesday. Not actually in the Bible, but I know I'm certainly giving some things up this year for Lent.
David Brody
Well, good.
T. Bates
Well, Ash Wednesday actually goes back before.
David Brody
The establishment of Lent in the church calendar. It goes back to dust and ashes in the ancient world.
Terrence Bates
So in the book of Genesis, humanity.
David Brody
Is formed from the dust of the.
Terrence Bates
Ground and after the fall comes the.
Dr. Gina
Line that is still spoken every Ash Wednesday.
T. Bates
For dust you are and to dust you shall return.
David Brody
So this isn't just church liturgy, it's Eden. It's a theological statement about what it means to be human, mortal. In the Old Testament, ashes appear again and again as a visible sign of repentance and grief. Job repents in dust and ashes. Daniel prays with fasting sackcloth and ashes.
Terrence Bates
In the book of Jonah, the king.
David Brody
Of Nineveh sits in ashes as his kingdom trembles. Ashes were symbolic. They marked repentance, vulnerability, humility before God. So you won't find Ash Wednesday in the New Testament, but you will find the language and symbolism that shape it. Now, historically, Ash Wednesday came about as.
T. Bates
The beginning of Lent, the 40 day.
David Brody
Season leading up to Easter.
Dr. Gina
Lent is the church's long walk toward.
David Brody
The passion of Christ, the season of.
T. Bates
Reflection, repentance, fasting, spiritual recalibration. As Christians, you know, look forward to.
David Brody
Good Friday, the crucifixion, and then the resurrection. That 40 day rhythm is like those.
T. Bates
Great biblical 40s, Israel in the wilderness.
David Brody
Moses on Sinai, Elijah's journey, Jesus fasting in the desert. So by the 4th century, the Christians had made the church calendar to echo those biblical patterns.
T. Bates
But at first, ashes weren't for everyone. In the early church, they were for.
David Brody
Public, penitent people who were in a visible season of repentance. But after a while, the sign spread.
Dr. Gina
To the whole congregation.
T. Bates
Repentance is for everyone.
David Brody
So traditionally, ashes used on Ash Wednesday come from the palm branches of last year's Palm Sunday, branches that celebrated Jesus triumphal entry.
T. Bates
But the cheers of hosanna give way.
David Brody
To the shadow of the cross. The palms are burned, they become ash. Celebration becomes humility. So Ash Wednesday may not be scriptural, but dust is, Repentance is, mortality is.
Dr. Gina
And the road from dust to resurrection.
David Brody
Runs straight through Lent, from Genesis to the empty tomb.
Dr. Gina
Well, Jim, thank you so much for breaking all of that down for us. Appreciate you.
T. Bates
My pleasure.
David Brody
Thank you.

Coming up on this second hour of American Sunrise, the Epstein Ranch lawmakers in New Mexico have approved a truth commission in order to compel testimony to uncover what really happened there. This of course all at Jeffrey Epstein Zorro Ranch there in New Mexico. We have reaction coming straight ahead. Plus a fight in Utah. A GOP aligned group aims to overturn Utah's recent redistricting plan, saying that it's met the required number of signals signatures in order to send the issue to voters in November. We'll be talking about the ongoing political fight that's coming up. And then later, CBS versus Stephen Colbert. The late night show host openly slams his own network live on the air, blaming both the network's lawyers and the FCC for allegedly censoring his interview with the Texas Senate candidate. We'll have the details on that later this hour. Those stories and so much more coming your way right now on this second hour of American Sunrise.

David Brody
Welcome back everybody to the second hour of American Sunrise. I'm David Brody coming to you from DC. Let's bring in Dr. G and Wes Palm and T. Bates in our Denver newsroom. Good morning. You know, I'm thinking about that interview we did in the first hour about Savannah Guthrie with the sheriff, Sheriff Richard Mack. He was really good. And it just makes me think about, you know, I think why it gets a lot of attention. Obviously, it's a grandmother taking some sort of kidnapping. That's unusual to begin with, but people love a whodunit mystery. I mean, that's part of it, too. I think that has a lot to do with it. I will say this. What's interesting to me is that there's now some new reporting out there that Savannah Guthrie, you know, she wrote a book in 2024. And in the book, it's wild. In the book, she actually talks about how there was a game they used to play about kidnapping. Basically, it was her cousin who would, air, quote, kidnap Savannah and her little sister and take them away. And then the mom, Nancy, would play along with it and say, oh, you kidnapped my kids. And that was like a thing they used to do. Kind of wild, actually. And so, I don't know, just. The whole thing is just strange. Gina.
Dr. Gina
It is strange, and I understand the intrigue. And, I mean, my heart goes out to the family. Look, even if someone in the family is involved, as sheriff Mack said, you know, happens a lot of times in these situations, Even if there's still family members that were not involved that are desperately missing their loved one. And that's very sad, But I can't help but just notice the contrast. You know, someone in our chat said if my mother was kidnapped, it wouldn't have had two weeks of coverage. And, oh, how right you are. And I can't help notice the contrast between all of these children that are still missing from the cartel that just. It just. They get so little coverage, so little coverage, so little mention from our politicians and our media talking heads, and it. It just hurts my heart. You know, I don't know what to do with myself because this. All the stuff I've read in the last few days is so upsetting to me. And I think, you know, you really just have to come back to God is still on his throne, and God's justice is very swift and real, and we will all face it one day. And so whoever all the bad guys are, we still have to fight it here on earth. That doesn't excuse us, and that doesn't let us be. Oh, I have to preserve my peace. I have to preserve my. I can't read this stuff. I don't want to read it either. But we have to read it to stay motivated to continue to fight for the children that are still missing and tortured in satanic rituals, which I just didn't realize was happening today. I thought that was something that happened on in horror movies. It's worse than horror movies, David. The stuff I sent you last night. Worse than horror movies. Yeah.
David Brody
Yeah, it's rough.
Terrence Bates
Yeah. Well, guys, we are still continuing to follow the very latest in the search for 84 year old Nancy Guthrie. She, of course, has now been missing nearly three weeks. Joining us, Joining us, excuse me. On the ground there in Tucson, Arizona, as this investigation develops is RAV correspondent Kevin Bosobic. Kevin, good morning to you. So look, in our last hour, we kind of mentioned these four ransom notes that have allegedly been sent, but it seems that there's still no proof of life, which raises questions about the authenticity of the ransom note. What's the reaction on the ground there as it relates to those notes? Well, a quick follow up on that, Terrence, is that TMZ is reporting that they will no longer be giving updates for any new ransom notes. I believe they'll still be coming in, but the reaction to that is that, you know, the last one in particular claimed that Nancy could possibly be south.
Dr. Gina
Of the border and this person knows where she is.
Terrence Bates
She saw Nancy and she sees her with them. So what could that mean?
Dr. Gina
Is that them as a transgender person.
Terrence Bates
Or them as a group of people? We're still looking to find out. But that's regarding the ransom notes themselves. Another update I can give is that the DNA regarding Sheriff Nanos and their investigation, the DNA from the house that was recovered does not match the DNA on the gloves. Okay. And so there's some hesitancy there in getting this into each database and cross referencing it with families.
T. Bates
So, you know, we're being a bit.
Terrence Bates
Of gumshoe detectives down here. We're getting some pushback from that local media all around.
T. Bates
And, you know, the lack of press.
Terrence Bates
Conferences too, and official statements from anybody really is. It's turning into like.
David Brody
Like she said, murder or mystery?
Terrence Bates
Yeah, absolutely. Like mystery theater. And no one really has any answers. Kevin Pasovic reporting for us on the ground there. Kevin, we'll be checking in with you throughout the day. Hopefully today will shed some new light on what went on. Thanks so much, Kev. Yeah, you're welcome. That's what we're hoping for and praying for along with the Guthrie family.
Dr. Gina
So keep the prayers coming.
Terrence Bates
Absolutely. There you go. Pray, pray, pray. All right, folks, let's get a quick check of your forecast now with Weather Nation meteorologist Tracy Anthony. Tracy, good morning to you. Time for our hometown forecast.
Dr. Gina
Hey, good morning. Yeah, we're going to start off in Chicago. This coming in via getter from Scotty Reddy. You know, asking it if I thought we were going to get to 70 degrees. And you know, we may in Chicago because we're going to have a breezy southwest wind that could pull in a little warmer air. But if we get to 70 degrees today in Chicago, it will tie the previous record. So more rain then swings through on Thursday with that next system. But our next hometown, we're going to take you out to Clifton, New Jersey. Thanks for the assist on this here. But this from Tom, Megan Guetter. We are going to have several systems impacting the Northeast and New England over the next couple of days. It's going to be kind of a sloppy mess. So rain, snow, kind of that mix with temperatures kind of hovering right around that freezing point. So let's warm things up just a little bit and take you down to Fort Walton Beach, Florida. So this is right along the Florida Panhandle. Beautiful weather conditions. You will be dodging the some rain showers. We are starting to get into that rainy season not there quite yet. But next week that's when our weather conditions will take a turn. So Glenn brace for some of the cooler temperatures next Monday and Tuesday as we drop down close to freezing early Tuesday morning, Terrence.
Terrence Bates
All right, thank you so much, Tracy. Talk to you tomorrow. All right, folks, let's switch things over and get a get. I can't speak. Bring David Brody into the mix. David, good morning. I'm sorry that I'm just all meshuggah this morning.
David Brody
Meshuggena. I like it. All right, teammates, you like it, New Mexico? I do. I do. New Mexico now moving forward with a truth commission to dig into what really happened on Jeffrey Epstein's sprawling Zorro ranch. We really don't hear much about the ranch at all actually. Now we have this state backed investigation. It's got subpoena power. It's aimed at uncovering years of alleged abuse that federal agents never fully searched. And with millions of now new DOJ documents, public pressure is growing to expose. Excuse me, now I can't speak T. Bates who knew what and when. Joining us now with a reaction is Miami GOP committee woman Angie Wong. My good friend Angie Wong. I don't know why I talk like that.
Dr. Gina
Hey, guys.
David Brody
Hey, Angie.
Dr. Gina
I'm gonna pick up a twang after this segment.
David Brody
Well, I appreciate it, Angie. Look, this, this Ranch in New Mexico. I mean, I'm curious to get your reaction to what we've been hearing about this. I mean, the tentacles of this are everywhere.
Dr. Gina
Yeah. This is a story that doesn't stop giving. You know, this truth commission coming out.
T. Bates
Of New Mexico is coming in a.
Dr. Gina
Couple of years too late. So you have to look at the timing of everything now. The AG in New Mexico saying, well, you know, we let New York, NY AG have their turn to investigate. They were going to do a nationwide probe. I don't know if I really buy that story, because look at what the timing of this looks like. Right. You have all this push pull with the Clintons and their subpoenas. They were first subpoenaed by Congress back in the summer of 2025. Now that Pam Bondi has said that she's released 3.5 million Epstein files, and they're all out there, they still don't believe her. In fact, they pulled her into a congressional hearing last week to probe her and to kind of make fun of her, to say she didn't do her job. So I think all of this shows me that Democrats are really panicked about these Epstein files, and they need a pathway forward to do their lawfare, like to stall, to delay, to have subpoena powers, as you said, to gain additional testimonies. And they're trying to gain access to more records of the Epstein files. They're saying not all of it was released by Pam Bondi. So, you know, I think this is their vehicle to do so. And again, it's. It's really strange to me of all the sexual abuse and trafficking happened, you know, for over a decade. You know what? The evidence may not be there anymore. Right. It's gonna be very difficult for investigators to go in now to the New Mexico ranch to search for things because it's changed ownership and, you know, so I don't know. I don't really understand why they didn't do this years ago.
Terrence Bates
Yeah. And a couple of Democrat governors and even an attorney general have been named there in New Mexico as people who may have been complicit in something, or at least were at that ranch. We'll, of course, see how the investigation ultimately shakes out. I want to shift gears a little bit and talk about redistricting. Utah is in the spotlight right now over itself. Congressional maps. Lawmakers there are saying it's on lawmakers to redraw maps, not on judges. How do you see all of this playing out? And let's broaden the scope. If you don't mind to the how this is going to play out nationally.
Dr. Gina
Yeah. I mean, we've seen this back and forth fight. We started Texas, right. Texas wanted to draw in five additional Republican seats and that triggered Gavin Newsom to then do Proposition 50. So that's a wash. Right. So it's five, five, four for Texas, California. Now they're going into the nitty gritty. They're going to Ohio, they're going to North Carolina, they're going to Utah. Utah, if this happens, Republicans lose one seat. This is a really red state. We're going to lose one seat to Salt Lake City. They're going to try to draw in one Democrat seat there and it looks like that's going to be successful. So all of this could be a wash unless Ron DeSantis jumps in win. Because Florida, if you're, if we can really do this right, we can gain another three to five seats, Republicans. But that's not going to happen until earliest April. So that's going to be really tight for November. But at the moment it's eight, let's see, eight, possibly eight seats for Republicans, possibly four additional seats for Democrats. It's going to be really, really tight. This is a strange game to get into for redistricting when November is just.
David Brody
Right the corner, 22nd follow up. Do you think Ron DeSantis will get involved? You think he'll do it?
Dr. Gina
I think he's being pressured to do it because Florida can save this game. Right. But look, he's holding all the cards right now. He's got the leverage. So he can ask for a lot to make sure that these maps are redrawn and not just for three seats, but for five seats. And that will not guarantee that there's going to be a full Republican sweep because remember, 45 members of the House are retiring this year.
David Brody
Yeah. Angie Wong, great to see you. Appreciate you as always.
Dr. Gina
Thanks, guys. Thank you. Thanks, Angie.
David Brody
All right, by the way, before we go to break, let's change gears, talk Medicare because look, a lot of folks aren't getting the full story. So most Medicare agents push Medicare Advantage plans even when they're not right for you. So why is that? Well, it's because that's where the money is for them. But seniors, of course, pay the price and that's what makes chapter different. They walk you through original Medicare, Medigap, Medicare Advantage and Part D with the pros and the cons, and it's all laid out so you can make the right call for your health needs. Now, Donna, not Donna Fiducia though she may feel this way as well. But Donna said her chapter advisor walked her through every option and explained everything in a way she could actually understand. Plus the they saved her thousands of dollars. So if you're on Medicare or will be soon, here's what you do. You call 814-chructure-814 chapter to learn about enrollment options and find ways to save. It's free. I like that. It's quick like that too. And they can review your options in under 20 minutes. Most people wish they had called sooner. All right, more American Sunrise after the break, everybody.

Welcome back to American Sunrise. I'm Emily Finn. It's time now to drain the swamp and this morning we are flushing out a partisan pick for the FISA court. A Biden official who helped launch the controversial Disinformation Governance board is now advising the secretive foreign intelligence surveillance courts and Republicans are sounding the alarm. Jennifer Daskel, who wrote the charter for the Biden era board critics dubbed a Ministry of Truth and has now been appointed amicus to the powerful foreign intelligence surveillance court, which oversees secret US Spy warrants. Republican lawmakers, including Chuck Grassley and Eric Schmidt say Daskell's role in the disinformation board and her partisan donations raise serious questions about whether she should advise a court still under intense fire for its failures in the Trump Russia investigation. For more, let's bring in David, Terrence and Gina. David, want to get your thoughts on all of this.
David Brody
I don't get it. I don't get it. I'm trying to figure out exactly how in the world someone like this could be anywhere near the FISA court. So I'm going to look into the specifics of it because I think it's a bit intricate, but I'll take a look. Obviously, she shouldn't be anywhere near it, but she is, and I'm not quite sure of the legal recourse that can be done here.
Dr. Gina
Gina yeah, I have no idea, but this seems like some such a no brainer. And you know, if the situation were reversed, I know I feel like I say that every single day on the show, multiple times a day, but if the situation were reversed, and there were, first of all, if there were a conservative out there who was half as corrupt as this woman is for any reason, the Democrats would be up in arms. But then you have someone like this who's been proven corrupt and you know who should be up in arms? The Democrats, but they're not. Terrence yeah.
Terrence Bates
DAVID and Jean, I'm going to kind of turn this back on you because I have questions about whether anyone should be added to the FISA court. Given the recent criticism around the court itself and its actions, should people just let, let dead dogs be still and not add anyone to the court at all, regardless of that person's reputation?
David Brody
DAVID I'll turn it right back to you. I don't know. What do you think?
Terrence Bates
That's a good question. So my thought is no. I guess it was somewhat of a rhetorical question. My thought is no, that the court needs to get itself together and that the questions surrounding it probably need to be cleared up before anyone additionally would be added to the court. That's just my thought. And again, that's regardless of political affiliation and ones passed. Dr. Gina it just seems to me there are so many unanswered questions and so many concerns surrounding the court that I would be hesitant to add anyone to the court as oversight. The court needs more oversight in general, definitely not more people who would be partisan, if you will. My thoughts. Dr. Gina I'd love to get Yours.
David Brody
Everybody's partisan.
Dr. Gina
That's a great point. Let's stop pretending like. No, you go right ahead, David, because I think that's a great point. Let's not pretend like everybody's not partisan. Including, including news people, including. Everyone is partisan. Everyone has an opinion. If you don't, you're just not walking and breathing. You can fake it.
David Brody
That's it. We're all partisan. Yeah, we're all partisan. We all have a worldview. We all have views and opinions. And this idea that I'm going to leave it at the, you know, front door before I walk into work, that's a bunch of crap. And that's the truth. You can mitigate it. You can try to do your best. I'm not saying that, you know, you can try and work on it, but you have a worldview. You are going to incorporate that into your writing. And if you're not incorporating into your writing, then I question whether or not.
Dr. Gina
You'Re really telling the truth or create balance. There's an idea, you know, like we do on this show all the time. You know, I would love to meet Democrats that would love to come on this show. I'd love to meet, I'd love to meet atheists, satanic people, whatever. You know, people that have different opinions. We would welcome them on this show. I love the conversation in civilization discourse, Terrence, as you and I have talked about many times. And I just, I think balance is the answer. But pretending like no one's partisan, David, you're right. Let's call that bluff. Yeah. Well, Gina, coming up a little later, we might have a Democrat that you should bring on the show. Hillary Clinton is continuing to claim that she and her husband did nothing wrong in the run up to their testimony before lawmakers later this month. We'll talk about what she had to say after the break. Stick around. It's an Olympics you'll never forget. Prime time in Milan. The moments. Chloe Kim with the gold medal, Flex the stars.

Welcome back. We're getting ready for the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange. It's set to ring here in about six minutes or so. Just had to consult my clock. Here's a quick look at the Futures board. As you can see, it's green top to bottom. Largely the increase is being driven by technology stocks. We of course will continue to monitor this for you throughout the day and we'll take you to New York for the opening bell here in just a little bit. But first let's get you over to David.
David Brody
Okay Tbates. Appreciate it. The Clintons are back under the microscope as a new wave of Epstein files sparks fresh fury on Capitol Hill. So at the just concluded Munich Security Conference, Hillary Clinton blasted the Justice Department she was accusing officials of slow walking the release, redacting powerful men's names and stonewalling Congress. And the failed presidential candidate and former Secretary of state also went on to dismiss evidence that her. That she and her husband had close ties to Epstein. This is what she said on the BBC. Take a look.
Dr. Gina
Do you regret the links that there have been? You know, we have no links. We have a very clear record that we've been willing to talk about, which my husband has said he took some rides on the airplane for his charitable work. I don't recall ever meeting him. Did you ever meet Ghislaine Maxwell? I did on a few occasions. And thousands of people go to the Clinton Global Initiative. So it, to me, is not something that is really at the heart of what this matter is about. They are accused and in both cases were convicted of horrific crimes against girls and women. That should be the focus. And we are more than happy to say what we know, which is very limited and totally unrelated to their behavior or their crimes. And we want to do it in public because let's make this transparent.
David Brody
All right, for more, let's bring in Dr. G to discuss this. So, Gina, was Bill Clinton doing some charitable work in the hot tub on MC Island?
Dr. Gina
I mean, there are a lot of pictures with Hillary and Bill and Epstein. And so, you know, and I'm not saying, look, I live here in Palm beach, sunny place for shady people, right? And I'm sure there are pictures of me at events that I go to. And probably you, David, in Washington, D.C. not exactly the most completely pure place in the entire world, you know, and you go to parties and you're in pictures of people. That's a different thing, you know, on the jet, on the island with them over and over again. Look, I don't disagree with anything Hillary said about this. I don't disagree with the fact that I think that everything should be public. They should be doing massive investigations of every single person mentioned. And if I were in the Epstein files, because, hey, I saw him at a party and gotten a party pic with them, I would say, yes, yes, please investigate me. Because all I care about is that the crime rings that not just the ones that happened then, but the ones that are happening now, that these are thoroughly investigated and that these satanic, ritualistic, horrible things that are happening to our children. And by the way, Hillary, there are boys being abused, too. I hate the way she intentionally makes it all a sex gender issue, Right? It's not a gender issue. There are boys involved, little boys that have Been hurt in all of this, too. And let's investigate it to its end. David, I am all for that.
David Brody
I agree. And here's the other part of it here that the DOJ says a lot of the salacious stuff, you know, you just mentioned a few things there is, quote, unverified. Okay, so let me get this straight. Fine. If it's unverified, how about you try and go and verify it? I mean, where's that?
Dr. Gina
Yeah. How about the investigation to verify? Yeah, that's the other thing, David, that's really frustrating me in this. There are a few things, but this is one of them that's really frustrating me. And why I won't get off of this like a pit bull in a good way is because, you know, for them to say that things are unverified, great, let's. Let's investigate and verify them. And I want to know the answer to this question, David. And I've asked you this probably 20 times in Texas. You and I have gone through a lot of these Epstein files together. Why are so many of the to and from names redacted? Let me tell you something. That's not to protect victims. So let's stop with the we need to redact stuff to protect victims. Let's unredact that, and let's get down to. Let's stop saying this is something in the past. We need to move on. No, it isn't. It's happening today. And a lot of it's happening today because of things that happened in the past. So let's investigate it. Let's just investigate it.
David Brody
I totally hear you. We got to get to T. Bates. But let me just say, I think the reason they're doing that, the doj, is they don't want to get sued with the two in the front. So we'll talk about it more. All right. Gina's disappeared. She's been raptured. I'm the only person left on earth. Oh, actually, T. Bates is here as well, and he's sponsored by amac.

The applause is underway at the New York Stock Exchange, which means we're going to hear the opening bell here in short order. Well, as promised, there you have it, ladies and gentlemen, the markets are now officially open. The first trades are being submitted and there's scurrying happening on the trade floor. Here's a quick look at our board now that the markets are open. As you can see, it's green from top to bottom. Pretty much only one blemish there on the screen. Hopefully it stays that way. And for those of you investing, hopefully it will be a very good day for you. Still to come here on American Sunrise, though, Stephen Colbert blast CBS accusing the network of caving to FCC pressure after axing an interview with Texas Democrat James Talarico. So is Colbert calling out censorship on his way out? We'll talk about it after the break. First though, here's another upcoming release by Real America's Music. Dr. Gina
All right. Welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. Chi. Thank you for joining us this morning. We invite you to hop in our conversation over on Getter and Rumble. It is time now to take the political pulse of America. Here's the beat today, late night host Stephen Colbert torching his own network, claiming PBS pulled his interview with Texas Democrat and Senate candidate James Talarico. Colbert says CBS lawyers shut down the February 16 segment in no uncertain terms, citing the FCC's equal time rule. This is the rule that the host mocked on air as the FCC's most time honored rule. Here was Colbert on Monday who is.
T. Bates
You know, you know, who is not.
David Brody
One of my guests tonight.
T. Bates
That's Texas State Representative James Talarico.
David Brody
He was supposed to be here, but.
T. Bates
We were told in no uncertain terms by our network's lawyers who called us directly that we could not have him on the broadcast. Then, then I was told, told in some uncertain terms that not only could I not have him on, I could not mention me not having him on. And because my network clearly doesn't want us to talk about this.
Dr. Gina
He'S not a comedian. He's a professional whiner. Colbert also accused FCC Chairman Brendan Carr, a Trump appointee, of weaponizing the guidance for partisan purposes and said suggested that the Trump administration trying to silence critics on television is the problem. Colbert went on to link the decision to Paramount's multi billion dollar merger with Skydance Media. For more, let's bring in Terrance Bates and Debro Terrence. You know, just, you know, the whiny, complainy thing, you know, this is a long standing thing that leftist networks have ignored and ignored and ignored. And this goes directly to what you have always said is the problem with our republic and that is a lack of civil discourse. Give both people a chance to talk.
Terrence Bates
Absolutely. Thank you. Thank you, Dr. Gina, for acknowledging that. I'm a firm believer in it and I'm also a firm believer in the equal time doctrine. Now, quite honestly, it's almost gone by the wayside. It's very rare even on network tv, probably especially on network tv, that you see equal time being provided. But to Colbert, I would say if that was guidance from the network specifically to you, then why not counterbalance it? Why not offer someone else on the other side time to do it? You still get what you want, and you're being open and honest and fair when it comes to your coverage. I don't think there really was any true motivation to do that on Stephen Colbert's part, so he resorted to whining jigs. David.
David Brody
Yeah, professional whiner. Gina, I think you said it best. A couple updates to the story, and there's been quite a few. CBS has now put out a statement saying, no, Stephen Colbert, you're wrong. We never told you that you couldn't have James Talarico on the show. They just gave him some suggested guidance. And so. And then Jasmine Crockett, remember, Talarico is running in the Texas Senate primary against Jasmine Crockett. Jasmine Crockett came out and. And, wow, hell just froze over because she agreed with the FCC and the Trump administration.
Terrence Bates
Unbelievable.
David Brody
She said, actually, no, CBS was never saying this. I could have been on the show. They decided not to have me on the show. So when Jasmine Crockett is against Stephen Colbert, that's not a good day for Stephen Colbert. By the way, the last point on this. Remember that clip we showed was Monday night. Today is Wednesday. Last night on the show, he actually took the CBS release saying that he was wrong and took it literally and threw it in the trash bucket. And why is he doing all of this? Well, first of all, he's ridiculous on his face. But let's remember, his show is up in what may. I mean, he's. What's the word I'm looking for when you're gone? What's the. Oh, what's the term? I can't think of the term.
Terrence Bates
Dead man walking.
Dr. Gina
He's unruly.
Terrence Bates
He's about to be canned.
Dr. Gina
Lame duck.
David Brody
To be canned. Lame duck. That's it. That's it. He's lame duck.
Terrence Bates
So that's it.
David Brody
Anyhow, that's it. I have nothing else.
Terrence Bates
Me either. I'm spent. Dr. Gene, I think that. I think we covered it well.
Dr. Gina
I just. I'm just so curious how he can get away with this on their air. I mean, I've never seen such a. Such an absolute circus. It's a little shocking. It is a little shocking.
David Brody
Yeah. I think he probably. I wonder if he would have done it if his contract if they weren't going to renew him and he was gone. But anyhow, that's that. All right, let's Change gears now. Early voting has begun in Texas. We were just talking about it because voters are casting ballots in competing primary elections. First of all, on the Republican side, there's this high profile contest. I mean, this is fascinating. You got incumbent Republican Senator John Corden, who's been there since like 1742, and he's being challenged by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, we know him, and also Congressman Wesley Hunter. Then on the Democrat side, we just talked about this. You got Congressman, or, excuse me, State Rep, I should say James Tallarico is competing for the nomination for the United States Senate seat against Texas Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett. For analysis, let's bring in preacher, author, activist John Amonjukwu. Not a fan of the Colbert show, I'm assuming. Pastor, great to see you. Tell us more about what you think of Colbert and the race with the Republicans and the Democrats and anything at what you had for breakfast, whatever you want to talk about.
Terrence Bates
Well, first and foremost, thank you so much for having me on.
David Brody
Listen here.
Terrence Bates
The left has lost their mind. They don't have a platform. Their platform is to destroy America. Their platform is Marxist atheist ideologies. Their platform is communism. Their platform is destroying the nuclear family. Their platform is telling blacks, telling black Americans that we're too dumb to get a voter id. And people like Jasmine Crockett sign off on that. And so what we're seeing from the left is constant insanity. This is why Trump won in the landslide during the past election. And I strongly believe that if Republicans keep the main thing, the main thing, securing the border, giving us bigger paychecks and keeping more money in our pockets, we are going to win in a landslide. Pastor, you mentioned it, so I'm going to follow you down the road. This fight over voter id, of course the Save America act has passed the House. There are concerns about whether it in fact will pass in the Senate. But at the heart of it is voter ID making sure that you're an American citizen in order to vote. A lot of people have invited the idea that it's racist. Your thoughts? It's not racist. I mean, it's insane. Just a few, just a few weeks ago, people were upset about a 1 second inadvertent clip that was included in a voter fraud video that President Trump's team put out. There were black people upset about that. A week later, they're signing, signing off and saying that we're too dumb to get a voter id. And so we're saying that we're dumb as monkeys because we can't get a Voter id. It makes no sense.
David Brody
Sense.
Terrence Bates
Black people are intelligent. We are competent. We can do anything that anyone else can do. But it's sad to say that when it comes to the Democrat Party, once again, the Democrat Party uses black people as cheap prostitutes to push their agenda. And it has to end.
Dr. Gina
Yeah, uses them for their votes. That's what the Democrats have done best. And they've had the monopoly on it. And it's no wonder they get all up in arms when people like you and others start to call them, call them out on it. John. Speaking of Chuck Schumer, the Senate majority, rather minority, thank God. Leader announced over the weekend that he will be introducing federal legislation to make the pride flag a congressionally authorized symbol. This comes after the Department of Interior issued a memo ordering non agency flags at national national parks to be removed. I just wanted your take on this.
Terrence Bates
Listen, we have several national symbols. We have the bald eagle, the oak tree, the rose and the bison. But now they want to take the fake rainbow. I call it the fake rainbow because in God's rainbow, which naturally occurs in nature, it has seven stripes, but in the fake rainbow, it has six. And the color they removed is indigo, which represents God. God. So they want the symbols of God, the blessedness of God, but they don't want God. What this shows us once again is that the Democrat Party hates the God of the Bible. Romans, chapter one talks about haters of God and inventors of evil things. This symbol that they're pushing upon us now, this fake rainbow is the reason why we have books like this in our public schools. Books about pornography, books about transgenderism, books that push mental rape and the sodomy of the mind upon our kids. We have to reject this, because at the end of the day, are we going to honor a person just because a man sleeps with a man, like Don Lemon? Are we going to honor a person because a woman sleeps with a woman? No. But we should honor our American flag.
David Brody
Pastor, where did we go wrong in this country? I mean, you know, a lot of folks will look at the 60s and the early 60s at the Supreme Court when we took prayer out of public school, we took Bibles out of public school. Then of course, you had Woodstock and all the craziness there. But there's so many other seminal moments, I think of Barack Obama and turning the White House into rainbow colors after Obergfeld in 2015, what happened? And quite frankly, I think it's time to point the finger. Yeah, maybe at the left shore, because they'll never stop. But how about to point the finger at us? How about point the finger at, you know, we need to be ready for this fight. Hey, I agree with that.
Terrence Bates
I believe, as we know through the word of God, that judgment is going to start at the house of God. We have to lay this blame at the feet of the Christian church. The Christian church. Church has failed. Our pastors are clowns. They're spineless.
T. Bates
They're weak.
Terrence Bates
I believe that weak pulpits create weak Christians. We have pastors today who are afraid to preach from Genesis to Revelations what the Bible says. They are afraid to do their job and they're apologizing from because of the truth of the word of God.
David Brody
And so we have to command the church to do her job.
Terrence Bates
We are the bride of Christ. But sadly, today the bride is afraid to break a nail. So, Pastor, I'm curious. Is the preaching enough or does the church, which is the people, not just the building, have to be out in the community actively ministering, actively being a reflection of God's word? I'll take it a step further. We have to be comfortable with being Christian nationalists. We have to be comfortable with taking the gospel into the marketplace.
David Brody
We need politicians who don't just camp.
Terrence Bates
In campaign on being a Christian, but show up and by your voter record, show that you are a Christian. That's the problem with our country. We need more pastors to talk about politics. We have to talk about it. You know, if we surrender the world for Satan to push the ideologies of Chuck Schumer and Jasmine Crockett and Kamala.
David Brody
Harris, we're going to be left with.
Terrence Bates
A society that's regressive, suppressive and oppressive. But we need the truth of God preached as never before. And that's what I'm trying to do through my movement.
Dr. Gina
Well, practice how to say that last name because none of us can say it very well. But this man speaks truth and we appreciate it. John Amonjukwu, thank you so much for being with us today.

Today, big names in the Epstein files with the Department of Justice saying it's released all documents related to Jeffrey Epstein Careers falling out all around the world. They are here in the us. This includes Hyatt Hotels chair Tom Pritzker, Cousin of Illinois Governor J.B. pritzker. No coincidence there. He announced his retirement on Friday. The brother not jb. There's also Brad Karp, who's resigned as chairman of top corporate law firm in New York City Paul Weiss after being in that position for nearly two decades. Top Goldman Sachs counsel Kathy Rimler also has resigned from her post with emails showing a close relationship with Epstein and even downplaying his sex crimes. If you can Imagine we're also seeing this domino effect play out around the world with more resignations, including former British Ambassador to the US Peter Mandelson, former Chief of staff. That's to Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Morgan McSweeney, and Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem in Dubai replaced as chairman and CEO of logistics company. The list goes on. You guys. To discuss more, let's bring in David Brody and T. Bates. You know, here's the thing. This is so systemic. This is what I've been trying to say to people. The reason we can't just move on and the reason why it doesn't matter that this happened, happened so long ago and a lot of the records have been destroyed or lost, et cetera, is because this is happening today. And these people wouldn't be resigning if it weren't happening today, because perhaps the statute of limitations has passed for what they did then. But if you start combing through these things, it's a downward spiral of which I cannot even describe. If you haven't done it, you must do it, and we must do it for the children. Tim Tebow had a great quote. He said, if you picture that little child, not the teenage girls. I'm not talking about that because people have less sympathy for that for some reason, but it should matter just as much. I'm just saying they have less sympathy. If you picture that little 3, 4, 5 year old girl being tortured in some of these videos that we have watched, and you say to them, mm, I can't do this because it hurts my heart. Tim Tebow said, what hope does that little girl have? Think of the moment she was being tortured, the moment she died. And we owe it to the current horrific things that are happening right now. We owe it to those children to find them, to investigate every single. To leave no leaf unturned.
Terrence Bates
David.
Dr. Gina
And I believe this is an evil that is insidious to our entire culture.
David Brody
Well, listen, Gina, I agree with everything you're saying, and I also have zero confidence that there are going to be any perp walks from this doj. Zero confidence. I think this is a bipartisan issue, if you will. I think this is on Democrats, it's on Republicans, it's on the establishment, it's clearly on the elite, the uniparty, all rolled into one tba. Do you think they're gonna be perp walks T base? What do you think?
Terrence Bates
I suspect not. I would be happy with a prosecution or two or 10. That would be a victory. And again, I'm all for letting people prosecutions play themselves out. I just don't see that happening. I don't see the political will. And unfortunately, I think there's politics at play here. I don't see the political will to truly move forward on this. I think many politicians are going to be simply happy with the information being out and the American public making of that information as they choose. But I'm just not so sure there's political will to move forward. I'm sorry, that's just how I see it.
Dr. Gina
No, I agree that the elite, we are lockstep with everything you said. The thing is, the base isn't Gen Z isn't right. And there is a massive outrage on social media and I don't think it's going to go away. I think there has to be investigations. Yeah, yeah.
Terrence Bates
Again for me, Dr. Dean, I'm sorry, but it goes beyond investigation. I think we all see the smoke and we know where there's smoke, there's fire. In this particular case, there's an inferno. We know there are some people, just based on what we've read, who are very likely illegally culpable or legally culpable. So forget the investigations. Let's get to some real prosecutions. I doubt that will happen, but at least let the cases play out in court so that people are held accountable whether they're convicted or not. You know, leave that up to the juries, but I'd like to see prosecutions and I'm just not confident that's going to happen. I'll leave it alone there.
Dr. Gina
And looking at the connection between the satanic rituals and all of the missing children, that's where we need to go. Coming up, our own David Brody standing by with top story he's been keeping his eye on this morning. The one to watch coming up next on American Sunrise. It's an Olympics you'll never forget. Dr. Gina
Welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. G. Thanks for being with us this morning. Time now for the one to watch. Dee Bro, whatcha? Yes, what you watching, my friend?
David Brody
Well, Tucker Carlson just landed in Israel, I don't know, within the last hour or so. He is there because Mike Huck, the US Ambassador to Israel, set for an interview with Tucker today. So I'm waiting for that to drop later this afternoon, evening, maybe tomorrow. The ambassador, of course, said the goal is to push back on all this misinformation. He was speaking to a major Jewish organization in Israel. And Huckabee said that Carlson has become unrecognizable in recent years. And he referred to his more recent criticism of Israel, which, by the way, criticism of Israel is not anti Semitic. And it's fine. Of course we're not talking about that. But he was bashing, Carlson was bashing Christian Zionists, you know, saying that they have a brain virus. Hey, guess what? I'm a Christian Zionist and I don't have a brain virus. Huckabee is a Christian Zionist. He doesn't have a brain virus. Huckabee, of course, guys, is a longtime supporter of Israel, outspoken critic of Carlson's recent rhetoric. So that's what I'm waiting for. The clips will drop. I'll be very clear about this. I think we all know this, but I'll just say it for the record. I am on Team Huckabee on this and there's not even a question. Do I agree with Tucker Carlson on a lot of other issues as it relates to public policy from an America first standpoint? Yeah, sure. Okay, I do. But when it comes to Israel, he's not only off the reservation, he's not even anywhere near the reservation T. Bates.
Terrence Bates
So I'm curious, David, does sitting down with Tucker Parlson, from Mike Huckabee's standpoint, does it to some degree give credence to Tucker Carlson's positions that are obviously anti Israel? Should he be sitting down with him? Your thoughts? I'm all for it.
David Brody
Absolutely. And Huckabee is so skilled. He'll do a great job. Ted Cruz, you know, Tucker tried to sandbag Ted Cruz. I don't think it'll happen to Huckabee. Dr. G. That's my take.
Dr. Gina
All right. Well, you know what I love about Tucker is the that he goes into territories, asks questions. He'll do the kind of false flag argument which irritates me a little bit. But I like that he talks about things that other media isn't talking about. I love Mike Huckabee. He's a good personal friend. I'm excited for this interview. I do listen to Tucker and so I like to hear all sides. I just love the dialogue. I love that the conversation is happening and I hope they keep it real. I want to wish a happy birthday to Julio, my brotha in the other room. In the control room, I say, my brother, that's a long story. But happy, happy birthday, Julio. Have a wonderful birthday. And we all love your addition here at RAB War Room. Coming up next, you guys hug your children, love God, go boldly live the truth. We'll see you tomorrow.

The show’s hosts maintain a passionate, direct, and sometimes irreverent tone—mixing gravitas on crime and faith with combative, humorous banter. Language is urgent and colloquial, aiming to rally listeners around American families, transparency, and constitutional values.
This episode of American Sunrise features deep dives into ongoing mysteries (like Nancy Guthrie), scathing critiques of establishment cover-ups (Epstein, Clintons), high-adrenaline news on law enforcement and politics, and moments of spiritual reflection for Ash Wednesday. The hosts push relentlessly for accountability, national dialogue across divides, and a renewed focus on faith in public life — all delivered in the show's signature passionate, opinionated style.
