ahead on American Sunrise, former Prince Andrew under arrest and now back out of jail, sending shockwaves through the UK and beyond. So what we're learning now about the allegations, the investigation and the powerful response from Virginia Jeffries family is ahead. Plus, authorities searching for missing 84 year old Nancy Guthrie are now turning to genetic genealogy after DNA evidence failed to match anyone in in the FBI's national database. So could it bring a needed breakthrough? We'll have expert analysis. And later, faith in the music business. The new movie I can only imagine two hits theaters today with the powerful message of faith. How will it be received? We'll have those stories and so much more right now on this first hour of American Sunrise.

David Peroti
I'm David Brody.
Terrence Bates
I'm terrence.
Dr. Gina
And I'm Dr. Gina. Happy freedom Friday, everybody. Happy puppy Friday. Colby's waiting for his cameo right next to me. I'm Dr. Gina. We are live with you from the Palm Beaches. Let's bring in David Brody. He's in Washington, D.C. and Terrence Bates in our Denver newsroom. Good morning, guys. I don't know about you, but ready for a weekend.
Donna Fiducia
Let's go.
David Peroti
Let's go.
Terrence Bates
I was ready on Monday, Dr. Gina, and I wasn't even here. I was off on Monday and I was already ready for the weekend. Hey, look, so I was thinking about you overnight, Dr. Gina, because you, you have really encouraged all of us to continue the pressure to get answers and to get accountability when it comes to the Jeffrey Epstein case. And of course, yesterday we saw the arrest of Prince Andrew. Investigations into Jeffrey Epstein and those who witnessed or even supported his dirty deeds now expanding specifically in New Mexico. The latest release and review of the DOJ's Epstein files has New Mexico's attorney general reopening the investigation in Jeffrey Epstein Zorro Ranch, which is located there in New Mexico. The New Mexico Department of Justice saying that special agents and prosecutors will seek immediate access to unredacted federal case files and they intend to work with the state's newly minted Truth Commission in order to find out who visited the ranch and who may have committed crimes there. The big question here, Dr. Gina do you see this as being a step towards prosecutions that may not necessarily happen on the federal level, but very white, very well could be initiated on a state level? It seems to me, at least on its face, that this is a good first step. Your thoughts?
Dr. Gina
A good first step. I'm really glad to see, as I said, other governments addressing this, other prosecutions happening around the world, leaders stepping down, CEOs stepping aside. I'm glad to see this because there should be a lot of shame in anyone who participated in hurting children in any way, shape or form. And the thing that I that gives me hope about this, a lot of people say, oh, nothing's ever going to happen to the people involved with Jeffrey Epstein. And they may be right. By and large, they may be right. A lot of people will go unpunished. Here's what my real prayer is, Terrence and David, it's that we can boil this down to the point where we can figure out where the sex slave trading is happening today and remove the children who are currently involved either in ritualistic sex slavery through satanic churches and cults and other things and, or this massive prostitution ring, this massive illegal alien sex slave ring of those children, that kind of thing. That's what I'm really hoping happens. People say, well, we don't want to concentrate on the past. This isn't the past. This is happening today in a larger scale than ever before. People forget that. David.
David Peroti
Yeah, look, here's the thing on this ranch, first of all, where was this a year ago, five years ago, 10 years ago? That's my concern about that. Yeah, it's great that it's happening now. But you know, time is of the essence and time has run out and now they're trying to re kind of kindle this, if you will. So I'm concerned about that in terms of where this is all going to go. Having said that, if we're waiting for politicians and especially this DOJ or any DOJ for that matter, to perp walk, some of these folks don't hold your breath. You know, to me, the answer is not in government or politicians or the elitist class, you know, any of that type of stuff. The answer is going to be in investigative journalism. It's going to be in the you know, we saw Nick Sorter with the Somali situation in middle Minnesota. We're going to need someone to break through the clutter to get these, you know, what's author, you know, what's to make sure something gets done. That's what really is going to that's what has to happen here, guys.
Dr. Gina
Yes, absolutely. You met Nick Shirley, by the way. Nick Sorter is great.
David Peroti
I'm sorry, I get all the Knicks confused.
Dr. Gina
Yeah, all those Knicks, Nick Shirley. But just one final point on this, and that is for the people who for the situations that are, like I said in the past, we need to realize this is absolutely happening now. That's, that's the myth that I think needs to be dispelled. This isn't just something that happened 15 years ago. This is happening now. All right. Today's Bible verse is from Colossians, chapter 1, verse 27. To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. All right. Turning to more fallout and reaction flowing from the arrest of former Prince Andrew in the UK the who has been released? The family of the late Virginia Giuffre, a woman who had accused Andrew of abuse years earlier, though he denied it and settled his civil case. Anyway, an issue has been a statement rather has been issued after the ex prince's arrest saying, quote, our hearts, our broken hearts have been lifted. That's from the family of Virginia Giuffre. They went on to thank the UK Authorities for this. And they said that the news shows that no one is above the law, not even royalty, and called it a moment of relief for survivors everywhere. Her family added that Virginia did this for other survivors. You remember that Virginia was the woman who did make the accusations and said, I am not suicidal if anything happens to me, they did it. And then she was unalived, as they like to say out there in social media land. All right, let's bring in GOP strategist and the host of the 13 Minute NewsHour, Bobbi Everly. Bobby, here's the thing. There are two points. There are two ways to look at this. As a parent, I think we discussed that already. You know, we want people to pay. We want the sex rings that are taking place today, the children that are being kidnapped and put into sex slavery and torture and ritualistic abuse. We want all of that ended. I think the satanic church needs to be investigated. But, Bobby, there's the other side of this and that is that for me, this is the Republicans to win. Donald Trump has been the most transparent president ever in history. And so build on that and let's put in place policy that ensures this will never happen again. Rather than say, okay, we did that, let's move on, let's put in place policy and make this a major cornerstone win that can be looked to as case law for what can happen all over the world. Bobby, why not do that?
David Brody
Yeah, absolutely. And thanks this morning. Good morning, everybody, for having me here. There's so much to dive into. And let's go back to the 2024 election. One of the, you know, in addition to the economy of border security, there was this, there's this sentiment of getting rid of the deep state, getting rid of the establishment, getting rid of the, you know, the powerful versus the people. The rest of us, two tiered justice system. Epstein. The Epstein files. The Epstein case represents all of that. It is a signature case that we can push forward. And, you know, I think a lot of the base was a little bit frustrated, stunned, disheartened when we were criticized for pushing this. I mean, we need justice for these victims. We need to dismantle the structure that keeps feeding this industry. Like you said, Dr. Gino, this is our moment not only to get justice for the victims of Epstein, but there are victims out there today that we need to push forward. I'm glad, you know, what's coming down on Prince Andrew. But, you know, part of me thinks, you know, feels like it's kind of a Al Capone case. You know, he kills all these people and does these mafia tactics and then they get him for tax evasion. You know, this is him trading secrets as the British envoy. The trade envoy. And yet there's these girls out there that were abused over and over again. We need justice for them. We need to name names. We need those perp walks here in the United States. I don't care who they are, Democrat, Republican, independent, business, entertainment, you name it. They all deserve to be in jail.
David Peroti
Yeah. Let's go. Pam Bondi. Let's go. DOJ and listen. Merrick Garland and the Biden doj, we knew they weren't going to do anything. Pam Bondi. We expect more. We want to get it done. Let's go. All right, let's talk about some new information this morning about what President Trump put on Truth Social. He is telling the Department of War to release the UFO files. He wants them declassified. Bobby, look, I think five years ago, 10 years ago. Ha ha, chuckle, chuckle. Isn't this funny? No, no, this has gone mainstream now. I mean, you got 2/3 of Americans who believe there is some sort of life, intelligent life, somewhere out there other than the United States or, excuse me, other than the world here. Now, in terms of aliens visiting, I think one third of Americans think aliens have actually visited the United States. What do you make of this? And of course, this is all because Barack Obama said the other day that he thinks aliens are real, though he doesn't say they're at Area 51. Your take.
David Brody
Oh man. When he said that and then Trump's follow up, you know, he didn't confirm or deny anything, but he said, right. Obama shouldn't be talking about classified information in the. So this is coming from, you know, a PhD in aerospace engineering. This is, this is my love, my passion. And I've followed this, you know, forever. And what you said was absolutely right. Just think back like last year, over the last two years, Senate in House hearings, bringing in experts, talking about the fact that there are just non human entities that are out there that we have, we've discovered, we've analyzed, they've said this publicly and who knows what they said privately. So the more information we can find out about this, the better. I don't think society is going to collapse or do anything like that, but let's analyze it and let's look at it for what it is, which is a great story and not a diversion or distraction from Epstein or anything else. But I'd love to know more and I think the American people would too.
Terrence Bates
Yeah, I didn't want to follow you down this rabbit hole, but I am, I can't help myself, Bobby. I really can't. So similar to you, I can't wait to see these files. But what's your expectation? Is there going to be so much redaction and so little information come out that we really don't glean much? Is this going to be another Epstein? And I hate to compare the two, but it's the most recent kind of massive information dump that we've gotten. Is this going to be another initial Epstein files kind of thing where you expect a whole lot and get very little?
David Brody
I have a feeling the pages that'll come out will be more black than white. And that's unfortunate. And you know, we've got to keep our eye on the ball on what all of this means, you know, if we have encounters with alien life, you know, outside the planet. What did we learn from that. You know what propulsion technology, materials technology, all of this stuff is what's really important and what can change the world. I mean, if you've got propulsion systems that these alien craft are using that could end our energy crisis in a minute, then we need that information out there. And maybe that's why this has been withheld so much, because that could disrupt the world order. When you have energy that anyone can have, then you have freedom that anyone can have. And that's disruptive to a lot of people in power.
Dr. Gina
Bobby Eberly, it's going to be interesting. You wake up every day to the headlines you never expected to see under Trump.
David Brody
Exactly. Exactly.
Dr. Gina
Bobby, thank you so much.
Terrence Bates
Thanks, Bobby.
Dr. Gina
All right, coming up, how are people across the pond reacting to the arrest of former Prince Andrew? We're going to find out about that also later. New York City's new mayor. What is Mamdani planning on doing about the homeless crisis? Homeless crisis? We're going to find out. We have those details ahead on American Sunrise.

Fallout and reaction continues to pour in after the arrest of former Prince Andrew, who has been released in from jail. Here's what President Trump had to say.
David Brody
I think it's a shame. I think it's very sad. I think it's so bad for the royal family. It's very, very sad. To me. It's a very sad thing when I see that. It's a very sad thing to see it and to see what's going on with his brother, who's obviously coming to our country very soon. And he's a fantastic man, the king. So I think it's a very sad thing.
Dr. Gina
All right, let's Bring in chief U.S. correspondent at GB News, Ben Leo. Ben, it's been an interesting couple of days. You know, my colleague David Brody was saying on the break, you know, congratulations to the conspiracy theorists out there. The two headlines this morning were Epstein and aliens. It's not a lie. But you made an interesting point during the break, and I wanted to turn you loose with that one.
David Brody
Yeah. So the Epstein files, of course, released here in the United States. I mean, Washington, D.C. as the US correspondent released here with the intention, I guess, of bringing down your American elite, all the billionaires, all the seedy old guys who are flying on Epstein's jet, all that's happened is that the bombshell, the earthquake has been piloted across the pond, across the Atlantic, and it's just brought down the pretty much key players from the British establishment. Instead, we've had Lord Mandelson, as we have to refer to him as Lord Mandelson, who has fallen on his sword, the former US Ambassador with Britain and also, of course, the former Prince Andrew as well, who has now been totally disgraced. He's lost his titles. He's been kicked out his massive mansion in Great Windsor Park. He's now being disgraced all around the world. And, yeah, as I said, Gina, it just seems to be that it's having earthquake and shockwave effects all over the world, apart from in your country, where I guess many of your viewers and your listeners would want to see some action.
Dr. Gina
Gina, what will this mean for the monarchy? I heard rumor talk to my friend Piers Morgan. He said, you know, this puts it in peril. What's your take?
David Brody
So, yeah, it's an interesting point. So, first of all, it's deeply, deeply embarrassing for the royal family, of course, as President Trump said, not least because you have a former royal family member being arrested. And I should highlight as well, Andrew's been arrested not for, at this point, any sexual impropriety to do with Epstein, nothing to do with Virginia Giuffre or anybody else he's accused of being involved with, but on a very technical charge of misconduct in a public office to do with his role as an international trade envoy. So as Lord Mandelson was as well, and to be honest, you can probably expect Lord Mandelson to be getting a knock on the door from the police soon as well. But as Lord Mandelson did, he passed Epstein, allegedly, according to the files, very classified information to do with government state secrets. So that's why he's been arrested. But with regards to his arrest, the last time we saw a royal arrested was 350 years ago, Charles the First. So it's completely unprecedented. And this implicates not just Andrew, but for me as well, the king, King Charles, I think, will be sweating buckets this morning because some years ago, the Queen Andrew's mother, of course, the late Queen Elizabeth II, settled for £12 million with Virginia Giuffre. It came out weeks ago that the king himself, King Charles, then Prince Charles, contributed towards that settlement. So big questions now on King Charles. What did he know about the time during that settlement? Was he aware of all the full details now? So King Charles as well, questions to answer. Gina.
Dr. Gina
Oh, my goodness. And I want to ask you about Starmer, but we're out of time. We have to have you back. Ben, thank you so much for being with us. And hello to our friends over at GB News.
David Brody
Thank you very much.
Dr. Gina
All right, send it over to T. Terrence.
Terrence Bates
Dr. Jean, I almost feel like I shouldn't do this segment because I don't have such a nice accent as him.
Dr. Gina
I know.
David Brody
It is lovely.
Terrence Bates
His accent is so great, right? Yes. Tis lovely, all that great stubbing. Yes.
Dr. Gina
You could do the rest of the show like that.
Terrence Bates
Yeah, I wish I could. My accent isn't that good. All right, let's get a quick check of your forecast now. Weather Nation meteorologist Tracy Anthony joining us. She'll have your hometown forecast coming up in our next hour. Just go to our various social media platforms, be it get a rumble YouTube, let us know where you're hanging out and she'll hook you up. Tracy, what is that shot there? It looks like snow. And you know I'm not big on snow.
David Peroti
Oh, no, that's not snow.
Emily Finn
What is that, a tornado? Well, it's a rotating wall cloud. It doesn't with from this video. It doesn't look like it's making contact with the ground. We're a little unsure with the trees behind it. But we had a handful of tornadoes across Illinois and Indiana throughout the evening yesterday. So I mentioned that severe weather that was the highest threat for strongest severe thunderstorms that we've had so far in 2026. However, we will continue to have that threat extend into the next day or so as the system works across the Northeast. But look at this, another one.
David Brody
We had five tornadoes confirmed, over 70
Emily Finn
tornado warnings issued by the National Weather Service. So definitely very aggressive there.
Donna Fiducia
We still have a similar weather pattern
Emily Finn
that we've been talking about all week. Active out west, fire danger in the Central Plains. And now we're tracking kind of a rain snow mix across the Northeast. So Terrence, still very active. And every everyone's weather from coast to
David Brody
coast is probably going to be doing
Emily Finn
a 180 here in the next 24, 48 hours.
David Peroti
So brace for changes no matter where you are.
Terrence Bates
All right, Good information there. And download the Weather Nation app and you can stay up to date on whatever's happening even in your community. Always good to see you, T.T. we'll check back with you Next hour. Up next, drama on the Nancy Guthrie case. How is one report describing the sheriff who's in charge of the search? You'll have to stick around to find out.
David Peroti
In case Joe Biden is watching. And by the way, I doubt he is. That's the Statue of Liberty. Just as a reminder, I know he's off to Denny's, I'm sure soon for the early bird special. Welcome back, everybody, to American Sunrise. All right, Arizona authorities turning to genetic geology, genealogy.
Terrence Bates
Excuse me.
David Peroti
In the search for 84 year old Nancy Guthrie, who disappeared from her Tucson home. It's going on almost a month now. Investigators say DNA evidence in the case did not produce a match in the national database. So they're now using advanced family tree technology to look for new leads. The Pima County Sheriff's Department and the FBI say they hope this method will help identify a suspect and bring answers to Guthrie's family. So for more insight, let's now bring in retired NYPD homicide detective Rick Torelli. Rick, you got anything? Because I'm out of answers. I have no clue what the heck's going on. I'm getting more information from TMZ than I am from the sheriff's department. What the heck is going on here?
David Brody
Sir, I think that's where we're getting a lot of our information. But what we have now, we know we have a glove with DNA. What they're going to do is they're going to upload this glove, the DNA into an, into a source, an open source to hoping that they get a direct match on the DNA with either the person that left it there on the glove or a family member. And then what they do is the genealogist now takes that profile and they build a case to try to determine who this person may be. A lot of times what they'll do, you'll see a lot of times they use classmate.com obituaries and even possibly they'll use news articles to try to develop this case or build the case like they did in the Golden State case.
Terrence Bates
So look, the New York Post is out with this headline which basically reads, sheriff Chris Nanos, he's the sheriff there in Pima County, Arizona, is accused of turning Nancy Guthrie case into a bungling ego trip. And the FBI is desperate to take over. Do you think egos are getting in the way here? And the one kind of glaring thing that comes to mind for me is that the FBI wanted to evaluate some of the evidence at the FBI's crime lab, which one would imagine is probably one of the best crime labs in the country, but instead, the sheriff wanted to send it to an independent crime lab in Florida. Excuse my language, but it seems like a pissing match. I'm sorry for the main language, but that's. That's how it seems.
David Brody
You're summing it up very well, what happens in a lot of these big cases. And you have to realize that's a very small department. Their resources don't even. Don't. They don't compare to the FBI's resources. So instead of playing the game where you don't want to help one another, everyone's got to check their ego at the door. This is a very important case here. You don't want to leave anything on any stone unturned. You want to share every piece of information you develop. Nothing, nothing is not. Should not be vetted out or your tips are very, very important. And the biggest thing is having the FBI work on that case right now is the most important thing that that department can do. Bringing in the FBI with their resources.
Dr. Gina
I don't understand how it is they know that that glove belonged to the person responsible for this crime.
David Brody
You see, that's another thing you don't know. And especially because it's miles away from the home. But you still have to check everything. And if the glove is the same type of glove that they're assuming that this person was wearing at the time when he was at the home, you have to vet out everything. You cannot leave any piece of evidence out there.
Dr. Gina
So they are claiming that it has. That it's the glove. They're just claiming that it's a glove with some DNA on it?
David Brody
That's to my best knowledge, yes.
David Peroti
Okay. Hey, let me ask you real quick before we get out of here. New York City is resuming homeless encampment sweeps After a temporary pause. Under the updated plan, outreach workers are going to first try to connect people living in camps with shelter and services before any clearings take place. City officials, by the way, say the goal is to save lives, especially after the deadly cold snap. Some advocates support the effort. Others warn the sweeps could hurt trust with the homeless community. What do you think's going on here with Mayor Mamdani?
David Brody
Well, I think he's over his head if you really want to talk about that. Here's a man who promised everything for free, right? So the more you give for free, the more people, the more homeless are going to come here. Understandably, if you look in la, the homeless is just out of control. But it's not only to determine on the weather. Yes, Louisiana's weather is better than New York, but if you give more free stuff away, the more homeless you're going to have. And what they're doing to the police is even worse. They're taking away from all their police. They're cutting. They're tying their hands. Let the police do their job. This is a very small portion of their job. Let them do their job and do it right.
Terrence Bates
What are you hearing from your friends there in the NYPD in terms of the current environment for law enforcement in New York City under this administration? Does there seem to be some optimism or is there overwhelming pessimism in terms of what the next several years have in store for them?
David Brody
Well, that's a great question because right now you have a mass exodus of people retiring. What they need to do, they need to pay the police officers what they deserve to be paid. They have to hire people and they need to find a way to keep veteran people in retention. You need to keep these veteran people. They teach the younger people how it's done today. And that's very important because if you keep on losing the people at a fast rate that you are, New York City better buckle down for sure.
David Peroti
Rick Torelli, great to have you on a Friday. Thanks so much for being here.
Terrence Bates
Thank you.
David Brody
It's been a lot.
David Peroti
All right. Coming up, could lifelong learning help protect your brain? There's a new study that suggests reading, writing and other mental activities actually may delay Alzheimer's by years and significantly lower your risk. We're going to break down those findings next on American sunlight.
Dr. Gina
I'm just gonna say it again. We need some good country music intros and outros. My friends in the control room. Lady Liberty says so. Welcome back to this Friday edition of American Sunrise. I'm Dr. Gina. Thank you for joining us. It is time now for today's HEALTH news, sponsored by the wellness company under the Microscope. Today, new research suggests lifelong learning may help lower the risk of Alzheimer's disease. According to a study published in Neurology, people who engaged in mentally stimulating activities throughout their life, from childhood reading and learning languages to adult reading, writing and puzzles, had a delayed onset of Alzheimer's by about five years. Researchers found higher lifetime learning scores linked to a 38% lower risk of Alzheimer's and a 36% lower risk of mild cognitive impairment. Experts say expanding access to enriching environments like libraries and educational programs could help reduce dementia and incidents as well. Don't forget, look into ask your doctor about nicotine patches. I'm Telling you, I'm reading a lot about that. With Alzheimer's and dementia lately and a lot of other things, too. They lied to us. Who knew nicotine might be good for us? Ask your doctors. February is National Cancer Prevention Awareness Month. Turning now from our physical health to our spiritual health, the inspirational story behind one of Christian music's most beloved songs continues. The new movie, I can only imagine two hits theaters and it is a sequel to the 2018 box office hit. This film follows Mercy Me frontman Bart Millard as he navigates family, faith and challenges of life on the road. Here's a little preview.
David Peroti
This is where I'm living right now. About 150 years ago, this man, Horatio Spafford, puts his wife and their four
David Brody
sweet daughters on a boat to Europe. On that fateful voyage, a freighter hits
David Peroti
them and only his wife survives.
Terrence Bates
I want you to think how you'd
David Brody
respond to having everything in your life taken from him.
Terrence Bates
Did he wave his fist at God?
David Brody
Would have been understandable, right?
Terrence Bates
No. What do you think he did?
David Brody
He takes out a pen, proceeds to
David Peroti
write one of the most beautiful songs in history.
David Brody
It is well with my soul.
Dr. Gina
Rabsbo Davison had a chance to interview the director of the film, Andrew Irwin. Take a look.
David Brody
Bart has this newcomer on his tour which you mentioned, Tim Timmons, who's played beautifully by Milo Ventimiglia. Without giving too much away, Andy, how does the relationship between Bart and Tim play into this story? Because I think it's a very pivotal relationship. What happens between them and what comes to fruition. Yeah, Milo, as Tim Timmons, breathes such life into this story. And he really is kind of the spiritual guide for Bart in this journey. And it comes down to this idea that he lives his life with radical gratitude, the idea of just finding the tension between grief and gratitude and trying to hold those together. And so every day, Tim wakes up and he writes an X on his wrist just like this.
David Peroti
And so that X is kind of
David Brody
his way of marking off a calendar of thanking God and reminding himself to be grateful that God gave him another day, a day that he was not promised.
Dr. Gina
And Bo Davidson joins us now. Bo, what do you take away from this movie? What can viewers look forward to?
David Brody
Well, you know, Gina, you remember, I can only imagine everybody knows that song. Where this film picks up is at the height of Bart Miller's fame with Mercy Me. And you think everything's supposed to be great. That's what we hear. He's at the top of his game. Mercy Me is on tour, but he has writer's block. His son has diabetes. Things are not well at home. And so as he goes through this chapter of life, you realize that even those that are at the top of their game are dealing with great struggles. And Milo Ventimiglia, who is almost unrecognizable as Tim Timmons in this film, puts that X on his hand, and he is a rare form of cancer. So really, what I took away from this film is it is well with my soul. Even when sorrows like see billows roll, whatever my lot that has taught me to say, it is well with my soul that we have to be able to praise God and find gratitude, even moments of tremendous despair. I've seen the movie. It comes out today. Gina, it's going to be phenomenal. It'll leave you in tears, but it will leave you inspired.
Dr. Gina
How can people see it?
David Brody
They just go to theaters right now. It's like releases today. So it's not streaming? It's in theaters right now. It eventually probably will come to streaming, but it's going to make a big, big box office splash this weekend.
Dr. Gina
Okay. All right, Bo. And by the way, you've been at NRB all week. What are some of your takeaways from that?
David Brody
Real quickly? I'll just say Pete Hegseth spoke last night, gave a tremendous faith forward, faith based speech saying, we don't trans our troops, we are training our troops. Talked about how border issues, human trafficking, things like that. They're not political issues. They are biblical issues. That's what I took away from Pete's speech last night. Dr. G. I had the opportunity to interview Kathy Ireland. I think her presence was amazing here. Tremendous business person, Sports Illustrated, you know, cover model. Now Faith forward entrepreneur. If you look up Kathy Ireland, you'll know that her worldwide enterprises are massive. Tremendously successful. Leading with Faith, started a Christian school out in California leading a Bible study, working as a deckhand for her husband's deep sea fishing company was really just a great interview that I hope that everyone at American Sunrise will check out when it's out. But I've just met with some amazing leaders here, Faith. A pastor in Ukraine who's still dealing with tremendous persecution there, an Israeli man who's in the IDF who is collaborating with Christian musicians. I mean, just the stories go on and on and on. Dr. G. But I just had an amazing time here and I think it was very important that Rav was here to show that we still lead the way in faith based reporting and faith based entertainment.
Dr. Gina
I love it. Okay. Kathy Ireland, she was my biggest. I just wanted to be her when I was a little girl. And I think it's so cool that she has had such a faith experience, become such a really a role model model Christian. So I guess I'm still looking up to her just like I always have. Bo Davidson, congratulations on the great work you did there at nrb. And we are so proud of Rav and of you. And I am going to watch that interview, so send it to me once it's out. Thank you so much, Beau.
David Brody
Thanks.
Dr. Gina
All right, coming up, more democrats slamming the GOP's effort on election integrity. In moments, hear the outrageous claims next. But first, Real America's music, dropping the new music video for the new song Truth Bomb. This will be right after the show. Head over to YouTube or rumble to view it. Be sure to download the song. Here's just a little preview.
David Brody
Yeah. They feed you hidden headlines, cut the frame, say it loud enough, call it fact, change the words, dodge the blame, sell the lies and double back.
Emily Finn
From Real America's music, the label that brought you Anthem of the free, the boss and Somali Waltz comes a brand new anthem built for a distrustful age. Truth Bomb by the Truth Bombers. This song talks about distrust of institutions, media manipulation, government narratives, big tech censorship, cancel culture and ideological silencing. The culture needs a truth bomb and this track delivers pre. Save it. Now scan the QR code or search truthbomb by the Truth Bombers. We've broken records before. Let's do it again together.
David Brody
Boom.
Emily Finn
Welcome back. Coffee pods are easy, but most of them are just caffeine and nothing Else. Rejuvenate pods are built differently. They're clean pods infused with caakg, a compound linked to longevity metabolism and deep cellular energy. It's the easiest way to get better focus, smoother energy and long term benefits without changing your routine. I choose them because they match the lifestyle. I want more energy, more clarity and more intention in how I start my day. If you're going to drink coffee anyway, make it one that actually supports the life you're building. Head to 1775 Coffee.com Rav and try rejuvenate pods today. Don't just drink coffee, rejuvenate. All right, now that we're caffeinated, it's time to to stay awake, not woke. And who is woke today? Maryland Senator Chris Van Hollen, who said the Trump administration is trying to suppress the vote. Take a look at this.
David Peroti
Their goal is to use this false claim of fraud, which we know is virtually non existent, as you've reported, in
David Brody
order to suppress the vote, in order to take these actions to intimidate American citizens from going out and casting their votes. That is their goal.
David Peroti
We've seen in Minneapolis that American citizens are scared. They're having to take their papers with
David Brody
them wherever they go.
David Peroti
We've seen American citizens shot and killed in Minneapolis. So what they're aiming to do is to prevent the American citizens that they don't want voting from coming out and casting their votes.
Emily Finn
Definitely enough to make a person hit their breaking point. And who better than to discuss with the RAV correspondent and host of Breaking Point, David Zier. David, what do you make of the senator's comments here? I mean, for him to say that voter fraud is zero. I mean, obviously he didn't know what was going on in Michigan where there were literally dead people voting.
David Peroti
I think this guy's the Antichrist. It's so incredible. You know, the blatant lies that these the left comes up with is just unimaginable. You know, I was in Georgia yesterday covering Trump at that steel plant and in northwest Georgia. And as I was driving up from the airport, I listened to those incredible state hearings. You know, there's proof now that illegals were registered to vote and probably voted in Fulton County. And you know, the gross corruption that took place in Georgia has been verified. And you know, Democrats had access to data that Republicans didn't. And it was like unbelievable. And you know, last night in the airport, I needed ID to buy NyQuil.
Terrence Bates
I needed ID to get on the plane. And the Democrat myth out there that minorities can't get to their local county
David Peroti
or state DMV or office to get ID is so insulting to them. 12 states don't require voter ID.
Terrence Bates
It doesn't mean anything if we have
David Peroti
the SAVE act or voter ID. If states like New York will allow you to get a driver's license and you're still illegal. Right. Without showing that proof of citizenship. So that's going to be a critical component here. But the Dems in Georgia put together this bill, the Henry McNeil Turner Voting Rights act. And Senator, state Senator Nikki Merritt, Chair of Georgia's Legislative Black Caucus, has this
Terrence Bates
statement out there that, you know, over time the dep.
David Peroti
The Republicans have thwarted black people from voting and minorities from voting. And she says there's an onslaught of anti voting laws Republican lawmakers have passed
Terrence Bates
and it's just not true. Get out and vote.
David Peroti
It's so simple, Emily. It's really crazy. And you know, there's no excuse for not getting out to the polls and voting. And this is all a myth.
Emily Finn
No, there's no excuse, especially when the Democrats make it so easy. David, you know, I was watching a video with Nick Shirley, the young man who, the independent journalist who actually uncovered the leering center, all the fraud in Minnesota, he was out in California, doesn't even live in California, trying to, trying to register to vote. And the woman there said, oh, oh, it's on the honor system here. It's like, my gosh, we need to be talking about this because that's going to continue happening in left leaning and blue states all across the country with, with this lack of leadership. David?
Terrence Bates
Yeah.
David Peroti
I covered the governor's race, Jack Chattarelli's first run for governor in 2021 in like Essex and Union County. There's video of people coming in to vote that weren't registered to vote and they still allowed them to vote. I mean it's, it's really just unfathomable.
Terrence Bates
And Trump's got to, we got to
David Peroti
get the SAVE act passed. I think it's out of the House now and before the Senate. Yeah, it's critical.
Dr. Gina
Yeah, it's critical.
Emily Finn
Just common sense. David, what do you have? Coming up on Breaking Point this weekend
David Peroti
for us, I got great footage of last week's travel of the first nuclear reactor on board a C17, first one to be airlifted with our cameraman Will Lawrence and myself transporting it from California to Utah. And then I have investigative journalist and best selling author Peter Schweitzer on his new book the Invisible Coup. You know, the Mexican government is from Mexico, is plotting to have more legals in the United states and how 1 million Chinese American voters are registered to vote but live in China. And then I have great coverage of Fort Bragg covering Trump and FLOTUS Melania last week honoring the troops of the 82nd Airborne, the 18th Airborne, and all those that participated in the incredible precision raid in Venezuela to capture Nicolas Maduro. It would be a jam packed show.
Emily Finn
Sounds like it's going to be a great one. David Zier, thank you so much for your time.
David Peroti
Thank you so much, Emily. Have a great weekend.
Emily Finn
You too, David. Coming up next, it is time for our Moments of faith is 11am on Sunday, the most segregated time in America as our nation attends church. We'll be back with that and more as American Sunrise continues in just a moment. Stay with us.
Terrence Bates
God bless the USA
David Brody
in the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth.
Terrence Bates
Welcome back to American Sunrise. It's now time for our Moment of Faith which is brought to us by Lee Greenwood and the God Bless the USA Bible. In focus today, the rise of multicultural and multi generational churches. This month we've been talking a lot about 11 o' clock on Sunday morning, historically being one of the most segregated times in America. So is that changing and how is the faith community working to bring secular society together? Other let's bring in pastor, filmmaker and author Pastor C.O. bryant to discuss. Pastor, always good to see you.
David Brody
You as well, Terence. And this is a topic that we certainly need to look at the evolution of it. People were of course, equal as far as receiving salvation they found going back nearly 50 years. But what caused the multicultural and the blending of the races of the most segregated hour. It's Sunday MORNING in in America was people were not equal financially. And so pastors, many pastors, some took advantage of what was known then as the prosperity movement. Everybody could come to Christ. But wasn't everyone wealthy? And they started preaching the fact that people could would all all be wealthy by following certain spiritual formulas. And that drew people from all churches regardless. And you had the rise of the megachurch come because there was a seed planted that God did not want us poor. He wanted us healthy, wealthy and wise in the kingdom. And the wise in the kingdom took a back seat to the healthy and the wealthy.
Terrence Bates
So am I understanding this correctly? You believe that there's been a shift from a social segregation, if you will, to an economic segregation that has really impacted the church?
David Brody
Absolutely right.
David Peroti
The same way that.
David Brody
Absolutely right. That's what drove it. You can go back, in fact, you can Google Frederick Eichren Crota, better known as Reverend Ike, go all the way back to New York, 1950s and 60s, where he was selling prayer cloths and these types of things. Well, actually that became sort of like a fever, a cancer, if you would, in the church because it did benefit the attendance, but it did not strengthen the spirituality of those who were seeking Christ. I am not saying that Christians are supposed to be poor and broke or pastors are supposed to be poor and broke, but there is a certain such thing as decent and in order. And you seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all the things then will be added to you according to his will, not yours.
Terrence Bates
Are you seeing a reversal then in the propensity to this prosperity gospel, if you will?
David Brody
Yes, there is, because you take, for instance, tpusa, what Charlie, my friend, I've known Charlie since he was 18. What Charlie did was bring that to a very personal level, the same way Christ would have done. And the same way all ministers should do is bring that to a personal level. And not because of wealth, not because of riches that you might gain from following, but because of the strength that you gain to face a world that offers you all types of turmoil.
Terrence Bates
Fascinating perspective. I'm not going to lie, Pastor. I wasn't necessarily expecting that, but I got a little bit of a lesson this morning. Always good to see you. Thanks so much.
David Brody
God bless you.
Terrence Bates
Bless you as well. Have a great weekend. Pastor C.L. bryant there. Also want to remind you that real America's music is dropping the new music video for the new song Truth Bomb right after this show at 10am Eastern. Head on over to YouTube or rumble to view it and be sure that you download the song as well. We're back with the second hour of American Sunrise right after this.
David Brody
They hate the questions, hate the doubt, love the power, love, control. They
Terrence Bates
Coming up on this second hour of American Sunrise, President Trump says Iran has roughly 10 days to reach a deal with the United States. If not, he's hinting at military action if a deal isn't reached. All of this following the president's address at the inaugural meeting of the Board of Peace. We'll talk more about that throughout the show. Plus, fallout deepens in the United Kingdom following the arrest of former Prince Andrew, who was stripped of his titles and duties by King Charles, his brother, last year, over his ties to disgraced sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. We have the very latest. Also ahead, Fulton County, Georgia, officials are slamming the Department of Justice, calling its seizure of ballots from the 2020 presidential election quote, woefully short of any evidence of wrongdoing. We'll dig into that story later this hour. All of that and so much more coming your way right now on the second hour of American Sunrise.
David Peroti
Good morning, America.
Dr. Gina
Welcome to American Sunrise. Whether it's culture, we have breaking news to share with you.
Terrence Bates
Politics.
David Peroti
President Trump is joining us live now from Florida.
Terrence Bates
We've got you covered.
David Peroti
This is what it looks like to be a patriot.
Terrence Bates
We have to protect the American family.
Dr. Gina
The American dream is still alive.
David Peroti
I'm David Brody.
Terrence Bates
I'm terrence.
Dr. Gina
And I'm Dr. Gina.
David Peroti
Welcome back, everybody, to the second hour of American Sunrise. I'm David Brody coming to you live from D.C. let's bring in Dr. G in Wes Palm t Bates in our Denver newsroom. Good morning. Good morning. Let me just say a couple of things. I have a feeling this attack on Iran by the United States is going to happen. I wouldn't be surprised if it happens this weekend. I am keeping my weekend plans open. When I am stuffing my face at Cracker Barrel, I will literally have my phone not on silent. I will be ready to go, Dr. G. Because I think it's going down. I really do.
Dr. Gina
Yeah, you silence your phone when you go to Cracker Barrel. I'm sorry. I'm in trouble.
David Peroti
I do. No, I. I need complete attention to the. The gluttony. I need complete intention.
Dr. Gina
I love Cracker Barrel. Oh, my gosh, Terrence. It doesn't get better than that, does it? I mean, what's more American and. Yeah, but there's no empanadas.
Terrence Bates
Sorry. I see your guys's Cracker Barrel, but I raise you a Waffle House. I'm sorry?
David Peroti
You and the Waffle House. Oh, my gosh.
Dr. Gina
Never been, Doc.
Terrence Bates
So, Dr. Gina, next time I come to Florida, we're gonna find the nearest Waffle House to you, and it's on me. I'm telling you. Doesn't get more.
Dr. Gina
We've been planning.
David Peroti
Boy, you're really splurging.
David Brody
You're really splurging there at Waffle House.
Dr. Gina
Yeah, I was gonna say we've been planning a steak dinner for years, Terrence. We've never pulled that off yet. So we've got some work to do. And I don't think we have a Waffle House here. I don't know. I've never heard of it here.
Terrence Bates
Maybe I would put money on it. There's gotta be one somewhere. I would put money on it. In fact, that. Why don't you guys take headlines and let me look up Waffle Houses in West Palm.
David Brody
Perfect.
Terrence Bates
No, I guess. Perfect. I guess I do actually have to do some work here. So look, guys, the second American aircraft carrier is moving into place for a potential attack on Iran. David mentioned that he believes it could happen as soon as this weekend. And while it appears the president is still trying his hand at diplomacy, he does say that if Iran doesn't make a deal, well, the Islamic regime will regret it. Iran's ambassador to the United nations saying that his country isn't seeking tension or war and will not initiate a war. However, he does go on to say that any U.S. aggression will be responded to, quote, decisively and proportionately. Meantime, President Trump ordering the Pentagon and other agencies to release files on UFOs and Alien and extraterrestrial life. The Pentagon has been tracking reports of unidentified aerial phenomenon, or what's commonly called UAPs, for decades now. President Trump's announcement comes just days after former President Barack Obama told a podcaster that aliens are real. Obama later walked back his statement saying that he never saw evidence of contact between humans and extraterrestrial life during his time as president. President Trump now accusing his predecessor, though, of releasing classified information. And Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is expected to sign a new legislation renaming Palm Beach International Airport after President Trump. The proposal passed the Florida legislature on Thursday. Details on how much it's going to cost are still being worked out. The price tag will reportedly be upward of five and a half million dollars for a rebranding campaign. State Republicans argue the name change is a fitting way to honor the first president who resides in Florida. That's a quick check of your headlines. Now let's get a quick check of your weather. Weather Nation meteorologist Tracy Anthony standing by with your hometown forecast. TT Good morning to you.
Emily Finn
Hey, good morning. We are going to start off in Kansas City, Missouri here, thanks to Elizabeth on Getter. She was wondering if they're going to get back into the 70s, I believe
Dr. Gina
is what she said.
Emily Finn
You're going to get back into the 60s, but not until middle of next week. So it's going to be slow going for you in Kansas City, but you're staying on the dry side. So you're not going to be battling any snow or winter weather. So I think that's a win for you. Now, Terence, this one's for you because the forecast is just continuing to climb over the next couple of days.
David Brody
We're going from the 30s to 40s, 50s, 60s.
Emily Finn
By Tuesday, we are going to be in the 70s.
David Brody
So this is a pretty nice forecast as well.
Emily Finn
But remember last hour when I said your weather's going to do a 180, really, no matter where you are?
Donna Fiducia
Well, if we go out a little
David Brody
bit farther to the east, Atlanta, this
Emily Finn
is where we are dialing back. Atlanta in the 70s today, then dropping down to the 60s, the 50s, the 40s by Monday. So a little weather whiplash, Terence, from coast to coast.
David Brody
Wow.
Terrence Bates
All right. Good to know. Keep your, keep your radios ready and make sure you download the Weather Nation app. That way you can stay in contact with our folks over at Weather Nation and get updates throughout the day. Always good to see you, Tracy. Have a great weekend.
David Brody
You too.
Terrence Bates
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. All right, let's get you over to David Brody now. DB Good morning.
David Peroti
Good morning. T. Bates. All right.
Terrence Bates
A normal DB though.
David Peroti
No, I would pull a hamstring if that were the case. President Trump laying down a 10 day deadline now on Iran, signaling he'll soon decide whether diplomacy continues or whether the US Launches a massive military strike. Senior officials say any operation could last weeks, may begin within days. As we talked about at the top of the show, Trump says nuclear talks in Geneva went well, quote, but warns Iran must offer a meaningful deal or bad things will happen. And with the USS Ford carrier strike group moving into position, the clock clearly ticking. Joining us now with reaction is Florida Congressman Jimmy Petronis. Congressman Jimmy Petronas, good morning to you, sir. So yesterday we heard that the US Ships were moved into place and there was a suggestion obviously that a strike on Iran was imminent. Now the President is saying 10 day deadline. I've seen this rodeo before. He has said this whole thing about a two week deadline as it relates to Operation Midnight Hammer. And then within a day or two, boom, there wasn't a two weeks at all. You just wonder if this isn't going to happen again. And I'm sorry, but this is the biggest military buildup we've had since the Iraq War in 2003 in the Middle East. So you're not doing all of this for nothing. I think we know where this ends.
David Brody
Well, thank you for having me, David. Look, it's like a Venezuela 2.0. We keep on sending very visible signals, not just to Iran, but to the whole world of a presence there. Now this equipment for the critics, this equipment's going to be floating somewhere on the globe every day of the year. So right now it just happens to be sitting off the coast of Iran as that buildup has taken place. You got to remember what else took place this week. The Board of Peace met, that is starting to formulate. And this is part of President Trump's one big picture, that he is going to take the threat out of the world. The threat right now, the unstable threat, is Iran. So we're going to continue to flex, show a presence, show that the preparation for an event or an attack or an incursion is more established than ever before. To your point, a bigger buildup than we've had in the, in the Gulf, ever. Yeah.
Terrence Bates
Congressman, so want to move on a little bit as we talk about this Iran situation. Is your expectation that something could happen this week or is the president likely, in your mind, going to hold off until after the State of the Union, which is Tuesday, if I'm not mistaken. And I would think that he wants to keep the focus on the economy and all the good deeds, and doesn't want to have to address a war, an impending war. Give me your professional assessment.
David Brody
I think part of the timing is President Trump's strength. It's how unpredictable he is, and that's why he's such an amazing negotiator. What he brings to the table is uncertainty. But, you know, there is a hammer sitting right by his nightstand ready to strike. So when you look at when he made the trip to the Middle east earlier this year and he met with all the heads of state and he cut the trade deals and trillion dollars being spent by the various countries into the United States economy, investments, I guarantee you one of the questions that President Trump posed to them is what do we need in order to give you the prosperity you want to have in the Middle East? And the constant answer amongst all of them is Iran has got to be stabilized, neutralized, is got to be a non threat to what we have going on in our country. The, the importance of diversifying the economies and the prosperity of the Middle east is no different than anywhere else in the world. People like being happy, they like making money, they like growing the economy, they like being safe. And with a threat With Iran, it is not safe. And this is exactly part of the President's deal. I'm going to work and establish a Board of Peace. We're going to unite together, and then we're going to allow you to take care of keeping your own part of the world safe. And this is all part of the President's elaborate plan. I love it.
Dr. Gina
Congressman, as you know, President Trump officially launched his Board of Peace yesterday with member nations, pledging $7 billion for the reconstruction of Gaza. We're learning now the administration is committing an additional $10 billion for that project. Congressman, do you suspect the reaction is from the MAGA base, who largely voted against deeper involvement in parts of the world like this?
David Brody
So I think part of the President, again, getting back to how he likes cutting deals, he would not have moved forward with this unless there were going to be a financial commitment by those other players. And as he shows momentum of what's being established with the Board of Peace, as he shows momentum with outside investment, those other players will come aboard. This is why, you know, he plays four dimensional chess better than anybody I've seen. Leveraging the tariffs, what's happening in Venezuela, you know, stopping the drug threat, sealing the border, all these things really fit very eloquently together. And to me, what's taken place in Gaza is all part of that one big picture. At the end of the day, it's going to be an amazing setup that we have globally. He's going to be the peace president.
David Peroti
Yeah. Congressman Jimmy Petronas, really appreciate you being here. Thanks. And great to see you, by the way. We always love having you.
Terrence Bates
Yes, absolutely.
David Brody
Have a great weekend, y'. All. And please, when you go to Waffle House, order your waffle extra done. It's a totally different waffle, really.
Terrence Bates
All right, so I've got to ask, Congressman, how do you take your hash browns? Scattered, covered, smothered, what do you lighten your hash browns?
David Brody
So I like them scattered, well done with cheese. Now, my wife, she has them scattered, covered, smothered. She has everything in them. She makes a meal out of the hash browns. But I prefer I go to Waffle House for my fluffy omelette. Nobody else makes a fluffy omelette quite how Waffle House does ham and cheese.
Terrence Bates
That's true.
Dr. Gina
I think I'm gonna have to get to Waffle House. You sold me, Congressman.
David Peroti
Well, thanks so much for being here and I'm glad we got the latest analysis on Waffle House. I appreciate that.
Terrence Bates
That is good stuff.
David Peroti
Thanks for being here.
David Brody
Have a good weekend.

Before we go to break, more on Waffle House now. Actually, let's change gears and talk Medicare because a lot of folks aren't getting the full story. We get the full story in Waffle House, but most Medicare agents actually push Medicare Advantage plans even when they're not right for you. Why is that? Well, hey, because that's where the money is for them. But seniors are paying the price. Of course they are. And that's what makes chapter different. They're going to walk you through original Medicare and Medigap and Medicare Advantage and part D, they're going to walk you through all of it with the pros and the cons. They'll lay it all out so you can make the right call for your health needs. Donna said her chapter advisor walked her through every option, explained everything in a way she could actually understand. So I guess her chapter advisor wasn't Biden. Plus they saved her thousands of dollars. So if you're on Medicare or will be soon, here's what you do. You call 814 chapter to learn about enrollment options and find ways to save. It is free, which we love. It's quick. Hello. And they can review your options in under 20 minutes. Most people, by the way, wish they had called sooner. All right, we have more American Sunrise after the break. Everybody back in a moment.
David Brody
They feed you headlines, cut the frame, Say it loud enough, call it fact.
Emily Finn
Welcome back to American Sunrise. I'm Emily Finn. Time now to drain the swamp. And this morning, we are flushing out cnn. The cable news network is rolling out what many are calling its latest hit piece, this time targeting Christians. The network announced a new episode of the Whole Story, hosted by Anderson Cooper and fronted by Pamela Brown. It's a primetime hour framed around what they're calling the rise of Christian nationalism. The feature will apparently examine how the murder of conservative activist Charlie Kirk became a rallying call for Christian nationalists. Here was Brown previewing the event on cnn. Charlie Kirk, a conservative activist and prominent
Dr. Gina
Christian nationalist, was assassinated.
David Brody
It became a rallying call for those
Dr. Gina
who believed in his message.
Terrence Bates
Our greatest evangelists for American liberty became immortal.
Dr. Gina
And it was a call to action.
Emily Finn
For more, let's bring in Dr. Gina Terrance Bates and David Brody. David, want to get your thoughts? How do you think this, this is going to play out for cnn?
David Peroti
Well, this is what we talk about all the time, right? I mean, the words matter and that the language defines the culture and the narrative. All of it plays together. And so if you say the words Christian nationalist, If you line 10 people up on the street, the media has convinced you that the Christian nationalist is a crazy person who wants to, in essence, take over the country and, you know, just do all of these wild, stupid things, you know, in terms of like, you know, I want to impose my religion on you and you have to do it this way. And this is a Christian nation to the point where you can't speak out about your faith. No, that's not it. It's just so ridiculous. But guess what? I'm a Christian nationalist. But guess what? If I say I'm A Christian nationalist to someone, you know what they're going to do? I'm talking, not talking about you guys here, but people that don't know any better, they're going to go, oh, you're one of them. You're a Christian nationalist. That's the problem. We've got to change the narrative. There's nothing wrong about being a Christian nationalist. We need to say it, but we need to win the argument, Dr. G. We need to win the culture and war over the language, specifically because CNN does this on purpose to make it all spooky. So you're telling me, Gina, you and I were at that in Glendale for the Charlie Kirk Memorial. You're telling me 80,000 people are all crazy lunatics who are all Christian nationalists looking to, in essence, take over America and make sure everybody converts to Jesus or else at gunpoint? That's what you're telling me?
Dr. Gina
Yeah. It's really so sad for them, David, because it's antithetical to anything that the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. Spirit actually manifest. You know, when you. When you are filled with the Holy Spirit, you just don't have that same level of fearfulness. Not that we're never afraid of things. We should try not to be. But I'm just saying, like, they live in a perpetual state of fear. That's why when you see them on TV or something, they're screaming, crying, yelling, or angry all the time. All the time. They're not happy people. You can tell a Christian conservative from a leftist liberal just by looking at their countenance. And a lot of this goes back to history that's been mistaught or lied about. Like the Salem witch trials is a great example. They base a lot of their hatred on that, which is basically a big lie. I think probably most of the people that were burned at the stake were actually Christians trying to oppose modern medicine a lot. Like a lot of us did during COVID So you just. You have to look back at everything with a skeptical mind. But it requires an iq, Terrence, that I think some of them just. I don't know. Not saying they're all dumb, but some of them are dumb.
Terrence Bates
You know, sometimes when I hear the word Christian nationalism, it almost feels like a dog whistle. It feels like a word that people use to evoke some sort of reaction. So I actually have to look up the definition. And it's a political ideology and cultural framework that seeks to merge American identity with a specific, often conservative expression of Christianity. And as I read that, I thought, well, then Most mature Christians truly are Christian nationalists because we allow our, we allow our, our faith. We allow the biblical principles to guide us both socially, politically and economically. And I add economically in there because we give our 10% to the church first, at least before we do anything else. That's the Christianity that I'm taught. That's, that's the Christianity that's taught in my church. And so I would, I would argue that we're all, particularly if you're mature in your Christianity or maturing, that you're probably a Christian nationalist. Go ahead, David.
David Peroti
This country was founded on biblical principles and the God of the Bible had the say over this country. There is nothing wrong with saying that because guess what, it is in our founding documents. And if you go back to everything that was going on at the revolutionary wartime, you know, that's exactly what we were trying to do. We weren't trying to establish a religion. We wanted to. That's not what we're talking about here. That's exactly what England was trying to do at the time. But we did establish this country on biblical principles. And that if you're a Christian nationalist for that. Amen.
Dr. Gina
Then you're an American.
Emily Finn
Interesting conversation. You're an American. You guys. All right? Coming up on American Sunrise. King Charles in England has responded to the arrest of his brother Andrew, formerly known as Prince, who was taken into custody as part of the fallout of the release of the Epstein files. What are the repercussions here at home? We'll have that reaction next as American Sunrise continues.

We're getting ready for the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange. It's set to ringing about 36 minutes or so. We're also following the latest economic developments out there. New figures showing the U.S. economy grew at a 1.4% rate during the fourth quarter, slower than economists expected. But it's likely going to impact how the markets are looking today. Here's a quick look at the futures. As you can see, it's kind of a mixed bag again. We'll take it to New York for the open bell at the Stock Exchange here in just a few minutes. But first, let's get you over to Daily. David, good morning.
David Peroti
Good morning. T. Bates. All right, so turmoil obviously inside the British monarchy, it's deepening this morning following the arrest of Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, brother of England's King Charles iii. The former prince, who was stripped of his titles by the monarchy last year, was arrested early yesterday morning on his birthday over his connections to disgraced sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. In a statement released by the king personally, not through the Buckingham Palace, King Charles wrote, quote, the law must take its course. And he added, quote, as this process continues, it would not be right for me to comment further on this matter. Meanwhile, my family and I will continue in our duty and service to you all. The disgraced royal was then released, by the way, from police custody yesterday. All right. To discuss more, let's welcome the self described raw egg nationalist. That's quite a title. And the author of the book the Last Men, Liberalism and the Death of Masculinity. I love that title, too. Dr. Charles Cornishdale here on American Sunrise. Charles, thanks for being here. So what do you think? Does the monarchy survive this scandal? I mean, it's been, well, I tell you what, they sent him out to the countryside, but they wanted this to go away. But it's back.
David Brody
It's great to be with you again. So listen, yeah, this is a very, very serious crisis. I mean, the monarchy, the British monarchy has been through crises before. We had all of the negative publicity surrounding Princess Diana's death and her divorce from King Charles, then the Prince of Wales. There was the abdication crisis in the late 1930s when King Edward abdicated from the throne in order to marry the American divorcee Wallis Simpson. But really there isn't precedent, a recent precedent for what is happening. There isn't a recent precedent for the arrest of the king's brother for a senior member of the royal family, or for any member of the royal family, for that matter. The last time a member of the royal family was Arrested. It was King Charles I during the English Civil War. And we know what happened to him. He had his head chopped off. And England became a republic under Oliver Cromwell. So this is serious stuff. I don't think you can exaggerate just, just how serious this is for the British monarchy.
David Peroti
Well, help me out a little bit, though. To me, and you obviously know I don't. But don't the Brits kind of. I don't want to say like the monarchy, I don't mean it like that, but don't they kind of, you know, from a world prestige perspective, don't they want to keep the monarchy in place, number one? And number two, we got King William, or Prince William is about to be King William here at some point very soon, I would assume so, wouldn't there be? He's well liked, I'm assuming still. Right. Like, help me out through that.
David Brody
Yes. I mean, I think public opinion sort of changes from year to year and decade to decade. But broadly speaking, then the British public are still in favor of the monarchy. There certainly isn't a majority of people who want to abolish the monarchy in Britain. And since the dark days of the 1990s, the Princess Diana, Princess Diana's death and the divorce and all that sort of stuff, then I think the monarchy has returned to its position as a treasured national institution. Prince William, as you say now, the Prince of Wales, is very, very well liked. He's enthusiastic. He goes out there, he does all sorts of stuff for charity. He represents the nation around the world. He's a wonderful ambassador. And yes, he's very well liked and very well liked in distinction with his brother Prince Harry, who of course has fled to California with Meghan Markle. So it's difficult to know at this time exactly how much damage this is going to do to the monarchy. I do think that it will undermine trust in the monarchy because of course, Prince Andrew has been charged with, you know, basically giving away state secrets. So, yeah, the trust. The trust is gone. The trust is gone. I think or may very well end up being gone.
David Peroti
Yeah. Dr. Cornish, Dale, really appreciate it. Appreciate your time. We'll have you back. Thanks again. Appreciate it.
David Brody
It was a pleasure. Thank you.
David Peroti
All right, I want his accent. T. Bates, do you want his accent? Answer that question, please. As you are sponsored by amac, the
David Brody
association of Mature American Citizens is the conservative voice for Americans 50 and older. AMAC is fighting for the values that you hold dear. Join today. Together we can right the course of America.
Terrence Bates
I'm not going to try the accent, David. But I will say that things in that British accent sound a lot smarter. You sound a lot more intelligent when you've got a British accent for sure. We're getting ready for the opening bell. And quite right there on cue, it is ringing, which means the markets are now officially open. And let's get an idea of how things are looking. Not looking so hot right now. As you can see, the top of Our board, the Dow S&P 500, the NASDAQ are in the red. Just a couple of bright spots. But overall, the majority of the things that we're watching on our board are down at the moment. Hopefully they will be in the green and there'll be a nice little surge throughout the day. Still to come here on American Sunrise, though, Fulton county is blasting the FBI over its 2020 ballot seizure. But this morning, critics say the county is just deflecting from its own election mismanagement. So what's really behind the latest fight with the federal investigators? We'll talk about it next. Also, the new release from Real America's Music, Truth Bomb, is set to officially release at 10 o' clock this morning. Here's just a taste of what you'll find.
David Brody

Let's do it again together.
Dr. Gina
All right. Welcome back to American Sunrise this Freedom Friday. I'm Dr. Gina. We are so happy you joined us this morning. We invite you to get in our conversation on YouTube. Getter and Rumble. It is time now to take a look at the political pulse of America. The beat today goes a little something like this. Fulton county officials are now slamming the FBI and Justice Department, claiming federal agents omitted key details when securing a Warrant to seize 2020 ballots. But their new court filing reads less like a fact, actual rebuttal, and more like an attempt to deflect from their own history of election problems. The county argues the FBI cited routine human errors, yet they ignore the long pattern of mismanagement that made Fulton county sort of a national flashpoint in the first place. They even dismiss the credible witnesses, including White House adviser Kurt Olson, while downplaying prior regularities already documented. A judge will decide next week whether these ballots are returned. Joining us now with reaction is the host of Cowboy Logic here on rav, Donna Feduccio. Donna, I can't talk about voter fraud or even fixing it without saying, free Tina Peters. Gosh darn it, I know that was a topic, but holy cow, I thought this would be done once and for all, and I'm so afraid she would. I'm afraid this gold star mom will die there. Donna.
Donna Fiducia
Yeah, and Kurt Olson was her attorney as well. These are serious issues, and a lot of people are saying with Tina is she could be called as a federal witness, which would let her be released. Tina did exactly what she was supposed to do and not Jenna Griswold, who let these passcodes out for months on the Internet. I mean, and she's running for attorney general in Colorado. But don't get me started here in Fulton county, which isn't far from where we are. I think the elections need to be taken over by the state. I watched the state Board of Elections meetings that were going on all day for the last couple of days. And it's like, how do you even stay awake for this? What they're doing is they're looking at individual problems. And true, those are only misdemeanors, but they're trying to build up to the bigger, the bigger picture. Here's the thing. Fulton county is supposed to have two Republicans on that board. They have one. The other person who's been trying to get on that board is a guy who's been on Cowboy Logic and all over Rav as well. Jason Frazier. They won't put him on. They have been sued. They have been ordered by the judge to put on the second Republican. They've been fined $10,000 a day, and they still refuse to do anything. I mean, it's unbelievable. So Sally Grubbs, our good friend who is on that board, she actually asked that Brad Rat. Rat's Ass Booger. I'm sorry, Rat's Ass Booger. Get subpoenaed. And he has been subpoenaed. We'll see what happens if he does not show up or if he does show up, what happens? But what are they so afraid of? They're bringing in their heavy hitters, you guys. They're bringing in Norm Eisen, Abby Lowell. These were the big time lawyers that came in, celebrity lawyers, really, if you will, from the Left. And they didn't really threaten the judges. They didn't have to. But all of a sudden, for the last four or five years, these judges all kind of said, well, okay, you know, I'm not going to hear this. So to me, it's intimidation. But we finally have one judge who is letting this go on. This is a process and we'll see what happens. But. But the fact that Fulton county is now being sued, $10,000 a day, and they're just saying, screw you, we're not going to do this. They bashed the FBI. The county claimed the magistrate judge who approved the warrant was previously investigated, which is a bunch of BS as well. There have been 60 plus cases. Yes, that's true. But most people, the low information voter doesn't realize those 60 cases were never even heard. They were just dropped. And that's what should happen in this case. From the left. This should be that they have no standing and this needs to continue on because it's about time that we see the paper, the ballots. That is the proof. And so far, that has not been done, really anywhere. So let it go. The ballots, the paper, that's the proof.
David Peroti
So here's the thing. President Trump has said he thinks that elections should be nationalized in some of these areas. So, for example, you're saying you think the state needs to take over from Fulton county, but he's taking it much further than that. He's saying that when there are problems in these counties, that it should be the national government, that it should be nationalized. What do you make about that now? That. I'm sorry, I'll just say it right here. That should not happen.
Donna Fiducia
No, I agree.
David Peroti
What do you think?
Donna Fiducia
No, I agree. That definitely should not happen now in federal elections, like for the state and the Congress. I'm sorry, for governor, that's state, obviously, but for president, for Congress and Senate, those are federal elections. And I do believe the federal government can oversee that. But the SAVE act that they're trying to push through, and Leader Thune is just dragging his feet on everything here, will require more id. And if they have the Critical Infrastructure act, which is already in place, and Jovan Pulitzer has talked about that on our show, it's already in place. The President could order the entire country to re register to vote, wipe the voter rolls clean, and that can be done right now, and it actually is better than the SAVE Act. I wish somebody would get that to President Trump. But that was put into place many years ago. It's already there. The Critical Infrastructure act he again, could tell everybody re register to vote. And you can't be called racist if the whole country has to re register. And I think that will clean the voter rolls. You know, none of this. Well, if you get married, your name changes. You could be registered under two names. You know, it just gets too thick, you know, too in the weeds and takes too much time. And that's really what they're trying to do. They're trying to drag it out. And I think Leader Thune is right at the top of it, unfortunately.
Terrence Bates
All right, Donald, let's switch gears a little bit. Talk about the show, the View. It's making headlines because Federal Communications Chairman Brendan Carr recently saying the FCC has begun investigating the show over its violation of equal airtime rules. What's your take on what the FCC is doing here? And we're hearing a lot about equal time recently, right? Yeah.
Donna Fiducia
And I find it odd the FCC chairman says that enforcement of the equal time clause is warranted because even though Disney claims that the View is a bona fide news program, it's not. So they have to give equal time. I find that odd. Anyhow, if you're a bonafide news program, you should be giving equal time. But even what you just showed with CNN talking about Fulton county, they put in their little two cents as to saying, well, it's misleading and blah, blah, blah. You're not supposed to do that when you're a quote unquote journalist. You should stay down the middle and try to give both sides. So Brendan Carr is enforcing this equal time clause. He said, quote, the days that legacy media can tell us what to think and who we can vote for are over, which is really good. Let's look at what happened with Whoopi Goldberg. She's talking about, oh, the Epstein tapes and all this other stuff, and Trump's all over it, which obviously would have come out during the Biden administration. And then all of a sudden, Whoopi's in there and, well, Whoopi's not talking about it so much anymore, is she? And look at Stephen Colbert. Stephen Colbert was going to put on a Democrat senatorial candidate, okay? Not Jasmine Crockett. Because a lot of people were thinking, oh, Crockett's never going to win. So they put. They wanted to have this guy on. Well, then you need to put on either Cornyn or Ken Paxton, the Republicans. And they fought that. What it did do, and I find this very interesting, is it got that candidate James Tellarico, $2.5 million just from the publicity in Donations. You know, I'm thinking what's happening is this is the deep state's way and the left's way of trying to possibly in their soft way, put a person in there that, well, Jasmine Crockett's way too far to the left. Texas is really in play. It's super important. And now we have a possibility of a guy who's a little more milquetoast that might appeal to some Republicans as well. This is very scary stuff. They need to do equal time. And I totally believe Brendan Carr is right in this call.
Dr. Gina
Donna, I want to talk about your favorite senator, Lindsey Graham. During a recent trip to Israel, the South Carolina Senator said the Abraham Accords are doomed to collapse if the Islamist regime in Tehran is allowed to. In a post on X, the Senator responded to a threat from Iran's supreme leader with a quote from True Grit saying, a bold talk for a one eyed fat man. See you at the movies. Oh, I forgot, you don't have movies. Donna your take this.
Donna Fiducia
This guy is. He just goes whichever way the wind blows. Do you remember on January 6th what he said about Trump? Oh, I'm over over it. I'm over it. This is done. Blah, blah, blah. You know, Biden is president, this guy. And President Trump has endorsed him again. South Carolina, you can do better. Please, I beg you to do better. But here's the thing. He's going to Israel every two weeks. Is he being sent over there by the administration? Who is he the senator of? Is he a US Senator or is he doing something for Israel? This guy has never seen a war he hasn't liked. Look at what he did with Ukraine. He doesn't have any kids. I'm sorry, Senator, I don't want my sons and our daughters, quite honestly, doing any of these endless wars. This is it. Don't get me started. I just think he's totally, totally out of line with this.
David Peroti
Legitimate questions, okay? From Lindsey Graham to UFOs. I have no idea how I made that transition, but there it is. You want to talk about UFOs? Look, you know, the thing is, is like, like we were saying at the top of the show five, 10 years ago and for the longest time we'd be kind of laughing about it. Serious stuff now, right? I mean the President is literally directing the Pentagon and other federal agencies now, Donna. To release government records on ETs and Steven Spielberg and UFOs and all that type of stuff. All right, maybe not Steven Spielberg, but this is the truth. Social post. And anyhow, he's saying Based on all of this interest shown, he's going to do this. Of course, Obama had talked about that he thinks there's aliens out there. And then he was like, oh, I was just joking. Anyhow, what's your take?
Donna Fiducia
Obama is the alien. No, I'm sorry.
David Brody
I didn't mean that.
Donna Fiducia
You know, to think that there's not something else out there. I'd say that's kind of not true, but I find it very interesting. I almost feel like it's a diversion for something. Why is this coming out now all of a sudden? Is it. Donald Trump wants to let all this stuff out? I mean, it's interesting. I love it. It's not something that I've. I've looked into a whole heck of a lot. But to think that there's nothing else out there, I think is a little naive. And how cool would it be to have a buddy like E.T. you know?
David Brody

I'd like to see you take a bicycle and fly in the air. That's my next party trick for you.
Donna Fiducia
We have seen, but we've seen things over the farm that just look like they're sitting there and not moving. I find that very interesting. I really do. And I was like, hey, what's going on out there? We've had our producer Ron Phillips, when he was visiting, said, what is that over the barn? And it's just sitting there. So there's got to be something else out there. So maybe it will be interesting to see what they come out with. By the way, Dr. Gina, there is a Waffle House on Lantana Road.
Dr. Gina
That's not Palm Beach. Lantana is not Palm Beach. But it's.
Donna Fiducia
Well, it's close.
Dr. Gina
Yeah, it's.
Donna Fiducia
It's close.
Dr. Gina
All right. Donna Felicia. Donna Fiducia. I don't know why I'm pronouncing your name wrong now. Thank you so much for being with us. I want Waffle House. It's. It's a. It's something that's going to have to happen.

Today, federal agents are losing patience in the ongoing search for Nancy Guthrie. Sources say the FBI is growing frustrated with the handling of this high profile case. And with Chris Nanos, the Arizona sheriff, at the center of it all, the bureau wants control of the investigation into the 84 year old mother of Savannah Guthrie, but legally can't take over without a formal request from the family. And after more than two weeks of missteps, mixed messages and what some insiders call political ego, pressure is mounting. Critics say the sheriff's office botched the early hours of the case, allowing media near the home, shifting communication strategies and even blocking FBI access to key forensic evidence. With the FBI now doubling its reward and federal agents privately expressing grave concerns about the lack of progress, questions remain about whether the FBI should have been leading this case from the very beginning. We want to know what you, our viewers think about all of this. Let us know on Rumble or Getters. Hop on and let your voice be heard. Still to come on American Sunrise, it is Puppy Friday and our own Dr. Gina is standing by with Tommy Habib with the rescue of the week. Stay with us. All right, that is Nashville, Tennessee. And that is our new song. Go check it out at Ram. Real America's music. Welcome back to American Sunrise. It's you know what day it is. Can you tell Colby knows for sure what day you know what day it is? It is Puppy Friday, and we are putting the spotlight on some real heroes. The team from to the Rescue who work every day to help dogs find their loving, forever homes. To help people. They really rescue people, you know, that's what they really do. Right. Is our friend Tommy Habib. He's the host of to the Rescue. Tommy, we love what you do. Tell us about this incredible adoption effort and how to the Rescue is changing lives one little wagging tail at a time. Tell us.
David Brody
Hi, Dr. Gina. So good to see you. And Colby, my sweet pup. It's always good to see you.
Donna Fiducia
Talking to you.
David Brody
Happy Friday.
Emily Finn
Yay.
David Brody
Hey. We're doing so much, you know, to the Rescue and just really shining a light on these amazing shelters. And in fact, tomorrow I'm so excited because in Addison, Texas, or Dallas, Texas, really, we're going to load over 250 pets onto a plane at 6am in the morning, and we're going to ship them off to find their forever homes. We're so excited about that. Wow.
Dr. Gina
Where do you send them? Where are they going? How does this happen?
David Brody
Yeah, so it's a, it's a, it's an amazing effort with all of these shelters come together, the ones down here in the south all the way. And we sent them up to Maine, up to Philadelphia, up into Canada, you know, wherever we shelters need dogs to be adopted because there's so many families in the north that want to adopt pups and they can't get them. So, you know, they, it works out so perfectly in our relationships with the, with the transporters. It is very, very cool. It's a cool moment.
Dr. Gina
So it's a surplus in the south, but there's a deficit in the North. So you're literally just using supply and demand to. To rescue dogs and rescue people.
David Brody
That's right. It's amazing. You know, it's warmer in the south, so there's more time for breeding and dogs running around. And I think that's what it is. Less time of warmth in the north, and so the dogs aren't breeding so much. It's pretty fascinating how that works.
Dr. Gina
All right, Tom.
David Brody
But I'm really excited to tell you about our rescue dog of the week. Yes.
Dr. Gina
Kobe's excited.
David Brody
Oh, my gosh. We're gonna listen. His name's Buddy. He's about 45 pounds. He's from the SPCA LA. And Buddy's been in the shelter way too long. We got to get him out. The greatest thing is Buddy is wonderful with other puppy dogs, so he's great. He's a cuddler. So if you want a sweet dog that's gonna cuddle with you, watch tv, do some work on the computer, Buddy is your pup. And if you adopt him today, then we're gonna pay for all the adoption fees. And Texas State, Brazil is going to help us. They're our partner, and we're going to. We're going to transport him anywhere you want for free. So adopt Buddy today. Let's get him. You know, if you click on the QR code, it'll take you where, how you can adopt Buddy or go to totherescuetv.com you can find out more about Buddy or the SPCALA website.
Dr. Gina
Those blue eyes, though, absolutely piercing. How much does Buddy weigh?
David Brody
He weighs about 45 pounds.
Dr. Gina
Okay. All right. So not a big guy, just a little nice medium, perfect size, actually. Throw him in the car and take him everywhere with you.
David Brody
That's exactly right. And listen, if you adopt Buddy, I want you to make sure and all you guys out there that have your new puppy dogs, even your old ones, to the rescue. Four months ago, we launched to the Rescue Pet Care, the first pet insurance company in America that is forward facing, mission based. We're doing the work that's so important for the veterans out there that can't afford to keep their puppy dogs and keep them, you know, getting them, keeping them healthy, taking them to the vet. Well, we have a program. When you subscribe to rescue pet care, then we give policies away to veterans and first responders and families that can't afford pet insurance.
Dr. Gina
Yes. That is so great.
David Brody
Yeah. If you've never thought about pet insurance, you really need to take that.
Dr. Gina
Number one reason why people relinquish dogs in shelters and number one reason why people don't adopt despite wanting them. And I always want to say, I will throw in Dr. Gina, book collection or whatever I can do to our audience members if somebody lets me know that they adopted our pet of the week, buddy. All right, you guys, don't Forget, forget RAV's YouTube right now. Check out the new music video Truth Bomb. It's releasing this moment. War Room is up next. Hug your children, kiss your puppies. We'll see you on Monday. This is an iHeart podcast. Guaranteed Human.
