Sign the pledge at working with cancer pledge.com ahead on American Sunrise this morning, the Hillary Deposition. The day has finally arrived as former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton set to testify today regarding Jeffrey Epstein. What difference does it make? I'm sorry I ad libbed. We have tons of coverage throughout the show plus the Cuban boat crisis. Cuba killing four people on a speedboat from Florida. It's an international incident that has American officials wondering what in the world is going on. They're gonna get to the bottom of it, and we're gonna have more info coming up on the show. Also, you can call him Al, or will you soon be calling him a center Democrat? House Republican. Moving to central Congressman Al Green after he disrupted President Trump's address for the second year in a row. By the way, GOP leaders say it's about restoring order in the chamber. Texas Congressman Pete Session here to weigh in. And later, after the killing of a powerful cartel leader in Mexico, is the US Safer? Find out. We're going to have those stories and more as America's American Sunrise starts on a Thursday right now. Good morning, America.
Dr. Gina
Welcome to American Sunrise. Whether it's culture, we have breaking news to share with you.

All right, David. I don't know.
Dr. Gina
I'm so sorry.
Terrence
I wasn't hearing your either. There we go.
David Brody
Great start.
Dr. Gina
We hear you. I'm oversleeping today. Okay, that's what's happening.
David Brody
Okay, Fair.
Dr. Gina
But I'm here and I'm glad you guys are here. And there's lots of news breaking, so. No, no. No time to waste.
David Brody
You did say good morning to us. I just want to make sure you did say good morning. Right?
Dr. Gina
Good morning.
Terrence
Hey, guys. Can Gina see her one shot? Can she just see her shot? I'm sorry. We typically do that before our show. We kind of go through it, and Jade and I often joke that Gina kind of wants to see her one shot. Hey, look.
David Brody
Good morning.
Terrence
It's good to see you, Dr. Gina. David likes to see his one shot as well. Good to see you, David, as well. I don't feel bad, Dr. Gina. I have had. I haven't had any coffee, so. So this show may go even more off the rails here momentarily once I get to reading these various stories. I want to start with the story out of Cuba. It's interesting to me at least. This speedboat that was registered here in the United States and Florida with about 10 people on board, apparently got into a shootout with the Cuban military or the Cuban Coast Guard late yesterday. Marco Rubio saying that Cuba is accusing the people on board that boat of trying to stage some sort of terrorist plot on Cuban soil. Marco, we're not necessarily buying that story and saying that the United States is going to do its own investigation.
David Brody
The majority of the facts being publicly reported are those by the information provided by the Cubans. We will verify that independently. Suffice it to say, it is highly unusual to see shootouts in open sea like that. It's not something that happens every day. It's something, frankly, that hasn't happened with Cuba in a very long time.
Terrence
David, can you say this all sounds like a scene out of Miami Vice or something?
David Brody
Yeah, yeah, no doubt about it. By the way, here are the key two words Cuba says. That's like the Gaza Health Ministry reporting certain numbers. Look. So we don't know exactly what's going on. So here's an idea. Let's check with the Department of Homeland Security. Oh, wait, I'm sorry, my bad. They're closed for the day. They've been closed for a while.
Terrence
I mean.
David Brody
And the reason I say the Department of Homeland Security, because these were Cuban nationals, apparently, once again, Cuba says they were Cuban nationals in Florida, residing in Florida, that were coming over to Cuba to basically commit terrorist acts. Lots more developing on this story for sure, over the rest of the day. Gina.
Dr. Gina
Yeah, it's an interesting one. Like you said, straight out of a movie. I don't know. Cuba has great cigars. That's about all I know in terms of, you know, because Grandma says if you can't say anything nice, no great people in Cuba, obviously, the government we trust. Absolutely. As far as we can throw that ship right there. So.
David Brody
Right. We can't throw it far.
Terrence
I got lots of questions. Like, I think this is a fascinating story. I obviously want to know the truth about what really was going on and who really was on that ship and what their real intentions were. And if it does turn out that Cuba is being honest here and they were looking to commit terrorist acts, like, what kind of terrorist act would anyone want to commit on Cuban soil, you know, apart from potentially overthrowing the regime? And I can't imagine trying to overthrow a regime with 10 people. Like, I get it's an island, but come on, yeah, let's get on a
David Brody
boat and go overthrow the regime. Yeah, right. Not going to quite work that way. All right, yeah. Time for Bible.
Dr. Gina
Bible.
David Brody
I sounded so depressed about it. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to say it. It's not time for Bible. Go ahead.
Dr. Gina
It's the best part of Every morning. Psalm 32 verse will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go. I will guide you with my eye. All right. Those are the words from God right there in Psalms. Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton set to testify today in a House Oversight Committee deposition as part of the ongoing Jeffrey Epstein investigation. Clinton agreed to the closed door, transcribed and recorded session after months of resisting subpoenas from Republicans and threatened contempt of Congress charges. She denies any of Epstein's crimes and maintains she never met him while calling for a public hearing on the matter. For more, let's bring in Texas Congressman Pete Sessions. Congressman, it's very interesting to us that Hillary is testifying today and Bill Clinton is not testifying until tomorrow, giving them time to go to dinner tonight, as David said in the morning show, the early show and have their little $175 dinner, although I'd be shocked if their dinner were that cheap. David, I'm thinking more like into the thousands if I know that area and Bill and Hillary and then talk over what happened, Congressman, and then compare notes and so that Bill can be in line and say I had nothing to. Oh, wait, wrong. Wrong time. Anyway, go ahead.
David Brody
Well, you know, the meeting is today and Mrs. Clinton is upsetary. Clinton will have to be probably pretty careful. The investigators have a lot of notes, they have a lot of data, they have a lot of information. One thing that neither one of the president or the the secretary want to do is to commit perjury. But they also probably need to be careful because this is being photographed and the tape will come out when they are confronted with the actual facts of the case. And it will look rather odd if they do not say they do not remember or do not recall and then are presented with that evidence and data that will be provided to them. That is where the rubber meets the road.
Dr. Gina
Real quick question, Congressman, how long will it be before we do see any transcripts from what's happening today?
David Brody
You'll probably, if I were guessing, you'll probably see audio and video first before the trans. The transcription takes a bit of time to do and both sides go back and forth. But when it's being videotaped, that is a pretty easy release. That's interesting. I was wondering about the release and who would release it and how it would be done and how sensitive the nature of it will be. Do you have any I have another question, but do you have any answers to that? I mean, who's in charge of the release? Isn't that it's a private deposition, but it's recorded. So how does that work? No, it is up to the committee. Committee rules are in place. And let me say this, I'm not going to call our work bipartisan, but I am going to say that Democrats that are on this committee are very interested in getting to the bottom of this. It was by and large their bill that got passed to, to throw all of this open the way it is. And we still, as a result of that, don't have lots of questions and answers. But let me just say this, that that video will be out before the transcript, I'm sure. Congressman, let me get your reaction real quick to what we reported at the top of the show about the, I guess you can call it the, the Cuban boat crisis to a degree. What in the world is going on? What are some questions that you want answered this morning on that? Well, there certainly are questions. By the way, the question up top was about Dr. Gina. She was not on yet, and we were all talking about how awesome she is. So somebody's going to have to let her in on that. The substance related to the boat incident is very important for us to understand. I, like you, do not believe that a group of, of, of people who are from Cuba, of, of a boat that came perhaps from Florida was there to overthrow the government, but they may have been there to extract family members. It is not unusual for many Cubans to want to leave, obviously, this Communist dictator, a thug country. And so if my guess would be that's probably somebody organized a boat and of course, who knows who was on shore, who knows where it was going. I don't know the location, but there are questions and that would be my, my estimate.
Dr. Gina
Yeah.
Terrence
Congressman, I do want to talk a bit about your fellow Texan Representative, Al Green, and the central motion against him. But first in the break, you were telling us that you're back home in Texas, I'm going to assume, but now I'm going to confirm my assumptions that you're there for President Trump's rally tomorrow in Corpus Christi. Is that right? If not, please set the record straight.
David Brody
Well, that's a good question. The bottom line is, is that we found out about this on Monday and we are in the middle of our primaries and have activities and things that we had agreed to do. So I will be what we call an Deep East Texas and Nacogdoches, Texas today. Today is Thursday, tomorrow's Friday. So we're trying to look at the schedule, make some changes and course. Correct. I'm delighted that the President is coming. The President did an outstanding job and I would anticipate that it's a shot in the arm for people in Texas and Corpus Christi to see the President come and tout not only the great work that's been done and, but with the future, all Americans stand a better chance and they will soon figure it out. When their income tax comes and people as they file this, the standard deduction is doubled. That means that if you're single, the first approximate $11,000 will not be taxable. If you're a married couple, the first 20, approximately $20,000 will not be taxable. This is an obvious Republican attempt to get people to go back to work. You cannot take this money off if you receive government benefits, but you do get that money off if you file, when you file your taxes. So we're trying to turn the economy around and give people who go to work that advantage. I think this one big beautiful bill is what the President will tout. I think the audience will be more than receptive to it. And just like a winning football game, perhaps like a Super bowl, the President pulled off the super bowl on the State of the Union and will be greeted by a bunch of Texans, perhaps myself, with a great, great support and thanks to the President for all he
Dr. Gina
does or like a U.S. olympic hockey team win. Congressman Pete Sessions, thank you so much for being with us.
Terrence
Thanks, guys.
David Brody
All right, Dr. Gina, thank you.
Dr. Gina
You are, thank you so much. All right, coming up, we're going to continue our coverage on Hillary Clinton testifying in the Jeffrey Epstein case today. And later, Candace Owens versus Erica Kirk. Owens released the first episode of her new series called the Bride of Charlie. How was it received? Well, one review from Meghan McCain, media personality and daughter of the late Senator John McCain called it pure unadulterated evil. Was she paid to say that? We have more on its contents and reaction as American Sunrise continues.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton scheduled to be deposed before the House Oversight Committee today in relation to the Jeffrey Epstein investigation. Clinton agreed to give a closed door deposition after months of negotiations with Republicans who subpoenaed her. The deposition is part of a broader probe into what Epstein's network knew about his crimes. Clinton has called for her testimony to be held during a public hearing. That won't happen today. However, the video and transcripts are expected to be released. Neither Hillary nor her husband Bill has been accused of any wrongdoing at this point. Who knows what will happen after today's deposition? For more, let's bring in RAV correspondent and the host of Breaking Point, David Zier. He is in Chappaqua, New York, where the depositions are set to happen. David, what's the latest there. And I'm sorry that we've got you standing out there in the snow again.
David Brody
Always extreme weather conditions with rav. Good morning, Terrence. We're here in Chappaqua, New York, in
Terrence
the town of new castle, about 18,000 people. It's an affluent community just north of New York City here in Westchester county
David Brody
on the deposition expected to begin in
Terrence
a couple of hours here. And we do express expect a press
David Brody
gaggle with members of the House Oversight
Terrence
Committee here at about 10:30am behind us at the Performing Arts Center.
David Brody
We're here at the Reader's Digest campus they vacated here in 2010. And now it's a local shopping community
Terrence
and a Northwell Health Center.
David Brody
Hillary will be in the Performing Arts center behind us. Bill Clinton slated to be here tomorrow as well.
Terrence
19 members of the House Oversight Committee are expected to attend today, 10 Republicans, nine Democrats, including James Comer on the Democrat side, Robert Garcia from California and
David Brody
a list of others here.
Terrence
But the questions will take place over the next two days focusing on what
David Brody
was the scope of the relationship between
Terrence
Bill and Hillary Clinton with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell? Did either of them have knowledge of Epstein's trafficking of minors and other what was his role?
David Brody
There's the stories that Jeffrey Epstein conceived the Clinton Global Initiative.
Terrence
What was his involvement?
David Brody
There was some donations.
Terrence
I can get into that later. But we will expect these videos of
David Brody
this testimony maybe to be released early
Terrence
next week and should be. It's an historic day. They kind of brought it out of Washington to get out of the media circus of Washington. And we're here in New York. David, let's cut to the chase. What is the expectation in terms of how much we'll really be able to glean from this testimony? And I know you don't have a crystal ball. I'm trying to be fair in the question, but I think that's the question everyone has. How forthcoming is Hillary Clinton really going to be or is she going to conveniently forget a lot of details?
David Brody
Well, she'll be here with her legal team. David Kendall, a host of lawyers here. I'm sure they've gone over what to expect here as well. And David Brody brought up a good point. You know, don't they get to collaborate tonight? Their home is only about four miles from here on Old House Road.
Terrence
The Clintons, we'll see where that goes.
David Brody
And while Hillary says she didn't even know Epstein, there are records that show that he was involved with them.
Terrence
But also, did Bill Clinton take 26 or 27 flights on the Lolita Express and other.
David Brody
I have more details for you later
Terrence
on that flight logs say suggest that
David Brody
maybe Secret Service wasn't on board some
Terrence
of those flights in Asia. So we'll see what happens. All right. David Zier will be checking in with you throughout the day. As you said, you'll be there all day as these depositions get underway. David Zier reporting in Chappaqua, New York, this morning. Time now to get a quick check of your forecast. Weather Nation's Rob Bradley joining us this morning. Rob, always good to see you. Appreciate you joining us. So look, it sounds like it's a tale of two people. Coast, the east coast getting ready to be dumped with snow again, the west coast in a wintertime heat wave. What's going on?
David Brody
It's just still that same pattern we've been kind of stuck in throughout most of the winter where the east is getting all these big troughs, the west is getting the big ridges of high pressure. So we're going to continue to see the chance for precipitation spreading in across the mid Atlantic parts of the Carolinas today with some good rainfall, some good snowfall coming down in a few areas. Thankfully, not a lot of snow today today. But we will see another system develop into the weekend that could send more snowfall in across portions of the Midwest and the Northeast, while we do see the chance for a few severe storms and heavy rainfall across the Southeast.
Terrence
So this is going to be the
David Brody
big system we're tracking today. Not a huge issue maker, not a big problem maker as well. But we are going to see some heavy rainfall at times and then eventually we'll get some additional snowfall. And this is what the folks in the Northeast are going to have to watch for this weekend, another round of Snow, only about 2 to 5 inches, but following last weekend's 20 to 30 inch blizzard, I'm sure they're tired of it. The west coast, though, look at Phoenix 89 today, Denver back up to 63 degrees. Record breaking heat remains in place here for the next couple of days through the weekend with Phoenix likely to get to their first 90 degree days already as we go through the next several afternoons. And unfortunately that remains the case as we get into the weekend as well. So if you're looking for the heat, head west. If you want more, more snow, you know where to go as well. Back to you, Terrence.
Terrence
All right, Rob, by the way, if I run up on you and just give you a hug, don't take offense. It's just because you've got 63 degrees here in Denver in the forecast. I'm loving that. Good to see you, my friend. I'll check in with you next hour.
David Brody
Sounds good. Thank you, Terrence.
Terrence
All right. Up next, new Jeffrey Epstein revelations. A new report lays out what was found in Epstein's secret storage lockers. We've got the details for you. We're back in a moment.
David Brody
Colin, our director getting funky with this morning. Oh, he always plays his bump music, I think, in this, what we call the C block of the show. That's Milwaukee, by the way. I'm sorry, did I digress? I want cheese now. Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Welcome back, everybody, to American Sunrise. All right, some serious stuff now. A new report from the Telegraph reveals Jeffrey Epstein rented multiple storage lockers across the country where he apparently kept computers, hard drives, videotapes, sex slave manuals, photographs of naked women, dozens of pornographic magazines, VHS tapes, an 8 millimeter video cassette that's sketchy, and DVDs about teenagers. And we'll just leave it at that. Records show he paid for some of them until his death in 2019. The report also says private investigators moved items from his Florida home into storage during law enforcement scrutiny, raising questions, of course, about whether all evidence was ever recovered. So let's bring in former FBI special agent and former Navy SEAL Jonathan Gilliam to talk more about this. Jonathan, look, we ask it all the time, but it's really a question that needs to get answered. Are we ever going to get some real answers and arrest on all of this or is it too late? I mean, why in the world are we having these conversations now when those conversations and these secret lockers should have been prosecuted and looked into a long time ago? You know, those are the right questions to ask. And quite frankly, the only answer I can come up with is that nobody or some people didn't want anybody to know what's in those lockers. And so and it just, it happens to be some people in power. I mean, we can see what's happening over in the UK that, you know, people are, are starting to get arrested. And but we've also seen around the world how these power players just are conveniently retiring or leaving their position, such as Harvard and other locations. So I think it's taken so long to get any of this stuff because those in power don't want it to be found and they want this to go away. But, you know, because of the tenacity of a lot of people who are very passionate about this, it stayed in the headlines. So this is the first time, though, I'll tell you, this is not the first time, but this is one of the bigger things that have come out evidentiary wise, where it starts to paint a picture that is that people talk about. Right. Because we know we have these female witnesses that were underage at the time, and we've heard a little bit about, you know, rumors of murders or this or that, but we, it's, we don't see this type of evidence that often. And when they have storage lockers that have sex manuals and videotapes and pictures of underage, I mean, that is like what you would expect from somebody who has been running a sex ring for all those years. And so I'm interested to see what there is and I'm interested to see how long they knew about it and why it never went anywhere. And the investigators who were working on it, why it was never pursued.
Terrence
That latter part is what interests, I think, everyone. Why was this held for so long? Because we know it's been held for quite some time at this point. And why hasn't it been released and led to some sort of further investigation? But, but we'll kind of move on out of that. Want to talk?
David Brody
I found it very interesting when you were talking about Hillary Clinton just a bit ago and how they chose to come and give a deposition. I mean, if you and I were subpoenaed by Congress or anybody else for that matter, a legal subpoena, do you just choose to go? I've never heard of anything like that before. Yeah. So nice of them to. So nice of them to oblige. Crazy.
David Zier
Yeah.
Terrence
You get to prescribe. Trump didn't have the choices. No, agreed. I think any reasonable person looking at all of this has to question why they've been able to prescribe how all of this is going to move forward. It should be, this is what's going to happen. This is the date. Be there or else. Again, we'll move on. Because I could go for 10 more minutes on that as well. Want to talk about this situation down in Cuba? We're hearing, according to Cuban officials, that a Florida registered speedboat entered the area and then opened fire on soldiers there, triggering a deadly confrontation in which four people on that boat were shot and killed. Havana is claiming that those on board were armed Cuban nationals who happen to live in the United States. They have criminal backgrounds, so says Havana, and that they had terrorist intentions. Now Secretary of State Marco Rubio saying, yeah, slow your roll. We're going to do our own investigation. Investigation. But all of this seems so curious. It's not something that, that I can remember happening in my lifetime. What do you make of all of this?
David Brody
That sounds like a story that a five year old would tell their parents when they did something wrong, didn't want to get in trouble. You know, it's like that just makes no sense. So I could understand if maybe they were drug dealers from the United States that went down there and were trying to get something and the, the Cuban coast Guard, which I can't even imagine what that looks like, rolled up on them. And so they got in a shootout because they're trying to get their drugs or something. I could see that potentially being the case. But the story that Cuba has come up with is just ridiculous. Why would, why would Cuban nationalists who are criminals go to Cuba in a small boat so they could commit terrorist activities? You see, that doesn't make any sense to me whatsoever. And so I just, I'm waiting for what our nation is going to come up with, what Marco Rubio is going to display. And I think it'll be just like a kid who did something wrong in the kitchen. They're going to get a totally different story. Yeah. Jonathan Gilliam, thanks for being here, by the way. Thanks for getting up early with us. You're out there in Arizona. We appreciate that. We really do. It's well worth it.
Terrence
Thanks, Jonathan.
Dr. Gina
Thanks, John.
David Brody
You got it. All right. Coming up, millions of Americans with diabetes may be putting their health at risk without even knowing it. Coming up, why common supplements like cinnamon ginzaeg could dangerously impact blood sugar and interfere with medications. What should they be taking and what they should be avoiding? Those facts next on American Sunrise. All right.
Dr. Gina
Welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. G. Thanks for joining us today. It is time now for today's health news, sponsored by the Wellness Company. And under the microscope today, health experts are sounding the alarm. Millions of Americans with diabetes take popular supplements that could seriously damage their health. Doctors say products like cinnamon, ginseng, niacin, aloe vera, St. John's wort can dangerously alter your blood sugar levels and interfere with your medication. So unlike prescription drugs, most supplements are not approved by the fda. So that's the great thing, is that there are companies out there like the Wellness Company that can tell you if there are some unknown risk to supplements you're taking. Something to think about. If you do suffer from diabetes, you still want to get a good functional medicine doctor on your team to battle that disease because there are some great supplements out there that can help. And the drugs aren't always necessary. But always consult your functional medicine doctor. February is National Cancer Prevention Awareness Month. Now more than ever, you want to be asking what each of us can do to lower our chances of cancer. If you or a loved one is battling cancer, want to make sure no stone is left undone, turned. That's where the Wellness Company comes in. You know the Wellness Company, we have their great doctors like Dr. Kelly Victory and Dr. Peter McCullough on all the time. They and their doctors are medical professionals. You can trust them. The Wellness Company is committed to providing safe, low cost alternatives to big pharma. From ivermectin to methylene blue to their fantastic new products shield so much more. The Wellness Company makes the promise of the Maha movement a reality for you and your family. This February, take control of your health. Go to TWC Health RAV. Give it an order. That's TWC Health RAV. Use the promo code RAV. That'll save you 10%. Prepare now, don't wait. Right. David Brody, listen, I am a supplement need. I have so many supplements. I set them out on this beautiful little crystal tray. I put them all in little boxes, organized. My kids take them, my dogs take them. We're so healthy. Listen to me.
Terrence
Wow.
David Brody
You know what we say in New York. You've got supplements up the yin yang
Dr. Gina
and a bad cold. So, you know, I don't know.
David Brody
You're a trooper. All right, well, all right, let's talk about this. Oh, gosh, here we go. She's at it again. Candace Owens has sparked a major firestorm with her new YouTube series, Bride of Charlie, an investigative show targeting Erica Kirk, Charlie Kirk's widow. The initial trailer went viral online. It ignited intense backlash and debate across social media. Here's part of the trailer. Oyga Volt. Have a look. President Trump says that Kirk has died after he was shot from a nearby building after being shot at Utah Valley University. The great and even legendary Charlie Kirk is dead. The cries of this widow will echo around the world like a battle cry.
Dr. Gina
I didn't get to give him a kiss goodbye.
David Brody
That young man, I forgive him. Take your time.
Dr. Gina
Erica Kirk has been named the new CEO of Turning Point usa. My husband's dead.
David Brody
Like, I'm not trying to be morbid, but he's dead. It's weird to say excited.
Terrence
Describes her husband's funeral as the event of the century.
David Brody
Merch hats. We have 50,000 plus hat orders. Nobody knows why she's out there in a glittering pantsuit in a recreated tent that her husband tragically was murdered in throwing Merch out.
Dr. Gina
Everyone grieves differently. So if someone's acting weird, don't read into that.
David Brody
Let's now bring in the publisher for Real Clear Media and the host of Get Real, which you of course can see here on the weekends on rav. That would be David derozier. David, look, here's the truth. Many MAGA and America first conservatives will denounce this. Many will, and rightly so. It is disgusting. Some, however, will not. They just say Candace is just asking questions. So what is your take? Because it's one thing to ask questions. No one's disputing that. It's quite another to call this series Bride of Charlie. That is kind of like Bride of Frankenstein, Bride of Chucky, those two previous horror movies. I mean, I think Candace Owens, what she's doing here is pure evil. This isn't about asking questions, David. I believe she needs serious help. Oh, I agree with you. I stayed up last night and watched this. So I went through maybe the first hour of it. I couldn't see, and I was doing it as a duty so I can speak to it on the show. But I don't think a normal human being could spend the first 15 minutes on that platform without thinking that, you know, Candace is cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs. She's completely off her rocker. This is. This isn't asking questions. It's just weaving together Karen gossip, and it's completely disgusting. She starts the whole thing with reading a letter of a person who's an authority. She's an authority because she's an actress and all it is is a deconstruction letter of a Karen to a beautiful woman and a wonderful organization. It was just. It's disappointing. The good news is I think 1.5 million people had watched it, but only 15,000 people. They watched it, but only 15,001 liked it. I do think the more people watch Candace instead of actually listening to these little clips or listening to other people do it, that she would die on the vine very quickly. I just think it was a reprehensible show. I wouldn't watch it. And I really do think people would watch it because it's like an only fans page for political porn and it's just bad for your soul. I wouldn't do it. I found out that Hallow once advertised on that show. I think they should go back because there's a lot of souls to save there. Hmm.
Dr. Gina
I watched it. I don't know how to say, like, I just don't want to demean someone. I don't necessarily understand the questions about Erica as much, but I'm glad people are out there on social media. And I did watch the whole thing, by the way, and I've watched a lot of this. And David Brody being one of my best friends in the world, we've had many conversations about this. But I have to say, if the horrible, you know, Charlie was my friend, too. He was one of Candace's best friends. If something happened to David Brody, God forbid, and nobody else was asking questions, I have to tell you, I would be out there asking questions, and I wouldn't care what anyone thought about it. I would be asking questions. I think the questions of what happened to Charlie are extraordinarily fair to ask, and I wish I understood how to ask the right questions. And I think that to say, you know, there's obviously a concerted media effort out there to demean Candace, to call her evil, to call her demonic, all of those things people would call me that, I'm sure, too. But I'll tell you something, if something happened to my friend David Brody, I would be out there asking hard questions and I wouldn't care what anyone thought. And you could call me insane all day long, I'd still ask those questions. I think that part of her line of questioning is very fair. And I have to tell you, I had not listened to Candace per se. I've met her backstage at Turning Point events where I've spoken and she's spoken. I was not her greatest fan, I'll tell you that, to be sure. I felt she was a little, I don't know, just aloof. And I will tell you that Erica is a friend of mine. Absolutely. And I still. I want questions about Charlie's murder answered. Can you speak to that part of this? Because there is a massive contingent of MAGA out there, and especially Gen Z Maga, they are not going to let this go. So for us to just say. Just to try to sweep Candace into a corner and say, don't listen, don't listen. They're going to listen, and I think we need to listen to them or we are going to have a fracture in MAGA that might affect the midterms. Speak to that.
David Brody
Well, I agree that asking questions is the, you know, it's a journalistic method, and we'd be less if we didn't. I would just, you know, judge the substance of the questions that she's asking, like the pearls of insanity that she's stringing along. I mean, she is, you know, that that was the most detached from fact that I've ever seen anything. I mean, like, even the picture you just showed right there, like, what a, what a macabre intro showing a, you know, a grieving widow kissing her dead husband's hand and then spend the whole show deconstructing Candace's birth, suggesting that she might be like a mutant from a CIA Marine base. It was just total nonsense. And again, I want people to, I think the prescription to Candace right now into this show is for people to give that a taste. Go down that rabbit hole for 15 minutes, and I think you'll come out the other side saying, hey, she asked questions and that's important, but she's a kook.
Dr. Gina
All right, well, a reminder for you at home, you can catch David's show Get Real this weekend right here on Real America's Voice. Thank you so much for being with us.
David Brody
Thanks, David.
Dr. Gina
All right, coming up, Elon Musk takes aim at the New York Times over a controversial resurfaced article. Musk calls it utterly disgusting. As conservatives sound the alarm over media bias and moral boundaries. The national debate heating up. Blatal ice on American Sunrise.
David Brody
Welcome back, everybody, to American Sunrise. Time to stay awake, not woke. Today we're discussing the New York Times. Sorry, Elon Musk is just one of many now out there slamming the Times. The New York Times for an op ed they published. Look at this. It framed pedophilia as a psychological disorder rather than a crime. Musk called it utterly disgusting, accusing the paper of pushing dangerous propaganda and blurring moral lines that should never be crossed. Conservatives say this is exactly what is wrong with modern journalism. It's a willingness to normalize the unthinkable in the name of political correctness. They argue America needs clear standards. Protect children, enforce the law, hold the accounts or hold the accounts, hold the elites accountable. Let's bring in T. Bates and Dr. G. Dr. G, I want to get to you on this, but first I want to say back to our segment earlier about Candace Owens. Thank you. You are a dear friend. More than a dear friend, really. Just a best friend. And we've gotten to know each other so well. We don't agree on everything. This just in. This may be one of them to a Degr. And I just want to say. Doesn't matter. I'm going into battle with you every single day. Just wanted you to know that.
Dr. Gina
Right back at you, Debro. And you too, Terrence. I mean, it's just a pleasure to get up and with this audience who, by the way, is heartily debating this topic and that's why we're all here. If we all agree on everything, then we're not checking ourselves, then we're not holding out the option that maybe there's information out there we don't have yet. We don't know. That's one of the really important things that Terrence has been very passionate about, that you and I are passionate about, David. And we're going to continue that on this show. We're going to be honest. We're not going to tell you what is. Nobody's formulating our opinions for us. And that's one of the beautiful things about this audience, this ownership of this network and this, the hosts on this show.
David Brody
Now, to pedophilia. Do you want to say anything about that in the New York Times? Sorry, bad transition.
Terrence
I'm hoping we could continue the other conversation instead of talking about, about pedophilia. Go ahead, Dr. Gina.
Dr. Gina
No, you go t. You, I want you in this.
Terrence
Get in.
David Brody
Fair enough.
Terrence
I really don't have a whole lot to say. I think this is ridiculous that the New York Times is coming out in this way. I think it is harmful. I think it's dangerous and it's frightening as a parent. And my kids are a little bit older, at least high school age. But, you know, the fact that this seems to be a prevailing narrative, or at least a narrative that is gaining traction among some in the media is frightening. And I think it's shameful.
David Brody
Like,
Terrence
you know, it's rare that I'm at a lack of words, but this leaves me almost speechless.
Dr. Gina
Dr. Jean and David, you know, I remember when my husband was in the Senate and he was on the floor and he was debating some of these exact kinds of issues, the transition issues, the gay marriage issue, some of the other things. And conservatives on the floor kept saying this is a slippery slope. Ultimately, mark my words, they would say the leftists in their movement will try to use all of the victims, right? All of the victims that they use. They use the kids who are confused about their gender, they use young people who may be gay, and they use all of them as a voting block to then say, well, now that you agree with that, you agree with this and you agree with this and you agree with this, and it snowballs. And this is the exploitation of the weak in our society. The DSM 5 has always said that pedophilia, DSM 5, meaning the diagnostic Statistics Manual of the American Psychological association, has always said that this is a big problem mentally, just like it did say that people who were gender Confused, had a problem, all the rest of it. Then the left tries to normalize it to our children. And our children start to go, oh, maybe this is okay. Telling you, bestiality is on the table. Pedophilia is on the table. It's all on the table. Here's where we can relax. The Bible was really clear about this from the beginning. The Bible called this out. God told us the end times would incorporate these perversions and call them normal. And that's exactly what we're seeing. So we can rest in the fact of knowing who is on the throne and where we stand in that scenario.
David Brody
And pedophilia is a mental disorder. Here's the problem for the New York Times. They got the word. Then they put not is a crime. How about and is a crime. They got that word wrong. And by the way, I'm sick and tired of people, liberals defending this to say, oh, it's just an op ed, free speech. No, no, no, no, no. I'm sorry. You know, that is not what you waste ink on in the New York Times. That has sadly still an effect on people that still are reading the New York Times. So the point is that's you put your money where your mouth is, so to speak. You actually. It's wrong.
Dr. Gina
The result, it's an op ed ever been done real quick? The result, the result. I hear you, producers. The result is that you have now a massive contingent of gay people out there who are committed conservatives who will never vote another way because they know they've been used for the likes of this sort of perversion of pedophilia. You even have a whole bunch of kids now. We saw one the other night at the State of the Union who have transitioned and transitioned back. And you will never get those people out of the conservative movement. So that's also another bit of good news. Sorry, trying to give good news this morning.
David Brody
All right, well, there you go. We'll end it on good news. All right, coming up, is Nigeria now the most dangerous place to in the world for Christians? This is not good news. The exact antithesis lawmakers sounding the alarm over deadly attacks that have seen thousands killed just this year alone, 30 a day, 30 Christians a day being slaughtered in Nigeria. Let's talk about it when we come back. In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth.
Dr. Gina
Welcome back to American Sunrise. It's time now for our moment of faith brought to us by Lee Greenwood and the God bless the USA Bible in focus. Today, Nigeria is being called the most dangerous country in the World for Christians. US Lawmakers say radical groups are targeting believers with deadly attacks. A new report claims thousands have been killed and many communities destroyed. Members of Congress are urging stronger action to protect Christians and hold those responsible accountable. Let's now bring in evangelist, pastor and the founder of Revival Today, Jonathan Shuttlesworth. Pastor, thank you so much for being with us this morning. You have traveled to Nigeria. Do you believe the findings here?
David Brody
I was there in November and January. It's no Yemen and Somalia and Afghanistan would be worse, but it, it's bad. And you have to look at it like this. Nigeria has states like the United States. And it's, it would be like if in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont there, there's problems because it's in the North. It's the, the north is Muslim. The bottom half is, is majority Christian. So to look at it like the whole country is dangerous, it's not. But, but in the north, yeah, it's a major problem. You get a whole sanctuary full of, they've had every, the whole sanctuary full of Christians on a Sunday, get kidnapped, never to be seen again, multiple times.
Dr. Gina
Oh, my God. Well, if that is happening in the north and the south, all over the country, it needs to stop. What can be done? What can Christians around the world do to assist with putting an end to all of this violence and persecution?
David Brody
They should, President Trump should do what they did a couple months ago and just blow up all of the jihadist groups. I think what Christians need to understand, it's like when you see what happened in Minnesota. There's not a devil that's in Africa and a devil that's in the United States, it's the same devil. So if you allow the infringements that we're starting to see tried in America, that's the end game. The end game is that there's a real devil that doesn't want there to be a church. And so when you hear people say, why does the church need to have armed security? You know, why is there one group of people that it's okay to terrorize? And so I'm glad, I'm glad we have a second amendment here. There's a reason the founders put it in. And when you see what happens overseas, you can get an understanding of it.
Dr. Gina
And it's happening in places not just in Nigeria, like you said, in Yemen and other places across the world as well. I just want to ask you, before we let you go, only about 30 seconds left in prayer. If there's not something that people can do physically to help with something like this how can they pray to be able to bring peace to this region?
David Brody
I would pray that God helps Donald Trump guide the drones to blow up all of the people that are doing it. Because, I mean, that's what you have to do. There's one language Islamic jihadists understand. I'm not saying all Muslim. I'm saying Islamic jihadists understand force.
Terrence
And when they, when they blew up
David Brody
those groups, it died down for, for a little bit. It needs to be continue to be done until it's eradicated. And that's how I would pray.
Dr. Gina
Okay. Yeah. All right. Thank you so much, Jonathan Shuttlesworth, for being with us this morning. We will check back in with you soon.
David Brody
Thanks. Good to see you again.
Dr. Gina
Good to see you. We'll be back with the second hour of American Sunrise in just two minutes. Stick around.
David Brody
Coming up on the second hour of American Sunrise, former secretary of state and failed presidential candidate. I love saying that. Hillary Clinton set to testify before lawmakers regarding alleged ties to Jeffrey Epstein today, her husband. Have you heard of them? Former President Bill Clinton testifies tomorrow. Why are they testifying in two separate days? We're going to have the latest developments as they come in. And speaking of Epstein, a bombshell report reveals the disgraced sex trafficker had rented storage spaces around the country to hide things like computers, hard drives and photos. And the details on all of those devices sorted as contrast. B. We're going to break it down later on. Also ahead, a new populist movement rising in the UK MP Rupert Lowe has launched a new political party ahead of upcoming local elections in the country, many describing it as Britain's version of maga. We're going to have expert reaction later in the hour. Those stories and so much more. And Brian Glenn standing by with a rant. It all starts right now. Good morning, America.
Dr. Gina
Welcome to American sunrise. Whether it's culture, we have breaking news to share with you.
Terrence
Politics.
David Brody
President Trump is joining us live now from Florida.
Terrence
We've got you covered.
David Brody
This is what it looks like to be a patriot.
Terrence
We have to protect the American family.
Dr. Gina
The American dream is still alive.
David Brody
David. I'm David Brody.
Terrence
I'm terrence.
Dr. Gina
And I'm Dr. Gina.
David Brody
Welcome back, everybody, to the second hour of American Sunrise. I'm David Brody, coming to you from the deep state. I'm corrupted. Let's bring in Dr. G in West Palm. She is not corrupted. T. Bates definitely not corrupted. He's in Denver. Good morning.
David Zier
Hey.
David Brody
So let me just say so let me give it straight. So Hillary Clinton's gonna testify today. She's gonna come home. Five o', clock, you know. Oh, hi, Bill. And Bill's gonna go, hi. Hey. How was your day? What'd you do today?
Terrence
Really?
David Brody
Really. Sorry. Go ahead, Gina. Hello.
Dr. Gina
Every time we talk about this, I go. My head goes to this beautiful bed and breakfast there in Chappaqua. It's such a pretty. Of course it does. It is such a.
David Brody
Course it does.
Dr. Gina
Sorry. Yeah, it is such a gorgeous area. And they're so blessed to get to live in that part of the world. I just think it's beautiful. But, you know, these people are the elite of the elite. In fact, they kind of define. Define the elite. And I think the whole world is watching. I found it really interesting what the congressman in the first hour told us that even the Democrats are ready for the scalps of the Clintons. That's not exactly how he put it, but I'm just. I'm using that language. So that's really interesting to me that even the Democrats are fed up with the exploitation of the common man by elites the likes of. Of Bill and Hillary Clinton. I think that's interesting. Tito, you were. I was a little surprised by that.
David Brody
Yeah.
Terrence
It's all fascinating. And I guess if there's one big nugget that I'm just stuck on, it's the fact that they get to kind of prescribe how all of this is going to work out.
Dr. Gina
Yeah.
Terrence
They get to go over the transcripts and they get to go through the video and approve its release. Where they do that. I'm sorry, they get to approve.
David Brody
They get to approve the video that's being released.
Terrence
These are reports, and I've read it on several sources, that the House Oversight Committee can't release the video and the transcripts until it's approved by the Clintons. Where the H E double hockey sticks.
Dr. Gina
If that's true, I can't imagine. Yeah.
Terrence
Yes, yes, again, that's according to a number of reports, but I've seen it corroborated on several different reports. And if that's true, shame, quite honestly, to me, shame on the House Oversight Committee. There's no way that should be allowed. The moment it's recorded, they should have the authority to release it. But that's a whole nother thing. So, look, let's give you some backstory here, if you don't mind, because I think we're all PO'd about that idea. Hillary Clinton, like I said, gonna be in the hot seat today. This is. Congressional investigators are gonna depose her as part of their investigation into Jeffrey Epstein, the depositions are happening in New York, as we said, while the testimony is going to happen in private again, this is coming from House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer specifically, who is expected to lead the questioning. He says, and this is a quote, to my point, will publish the video and the transcript of the Clinton depositions just as quickly as the Clintons approve it. That's coming from James Comer specifically. That's a quote. The former first couple finally decided to speak with congressional investigators after Democrats on the House Oversight Committee voted with Republicans on the panel to hold the Clintons in contempt of Congress after they failed to show up for a previously scheduled deposition. President Clinton again scheduled to testify tomorrow in what will be an extraordinary case of a former president being dragged before Congress in order to get dressed down over his alleged ties to the disgraced sex trafficker. The US State Department along with the Department of Homeland Security as well as the Coast Guard are on the job investigating a deadly shootout involving 10 passengers on a speedboat that was registered in Florida. That shootout happened between those 10 passengers and Cuban soldiers. Cuba claims the armed Cubans who live here in the United States were trying to infiltrate the island and, quote, unleash terrorism. Four people on the boat were reportedly killed, another six hurt. One Cuban officer was.
David Brody
The majority of the facts being publicly reported are those by the information provided by the Cubans. We will verify that independently. Suffice it to say it is highly unusual to see shootouts in open sea like that. It's not something that happens every day. It's something, frankly, that hasn't happened with Cuba in a very long time.
Terrence
Secretary Rubio says the U.S. plans the Independent confirm Cuba's claims. Vice President J.D. vance says the Trump administration will temporarily halt some Medicaid funding in Minnesota over fraud concerns. It's part of what the administration is describing as an aggressive crackdown on misuse of public funds. The steps are being taken, quote, in order to ensure that the state of Minnesota takes its obligations seriously to be good stewards of the American people's tax money. This is the latest face off between the federal government and the state of Minnesota. That's a quick check of your headlines. Now let's get a quick check of your forecast. Weather Nation meteorologist Rob Bradley joining us. He also has your hometown forecast. Rob, good morning to you.
David Brody
Good morning, Terrence. Basically, the pattern is the pattern and, you know, it hasn't changed a whole lot. I know you said you were enjoying the 60s out here in Denver. Well, it's really not going to change at all through the next couple of days either in the Southwest, high pressure dominating. So we have very little precipitation, very warm temperatures, in fact, record breaking heat well across the east coast, the mid Atlantic down to the Carolinas. We have this little system moving through to producing some heavy rain and a little bit of snowfall this morning. As that system sinks to the south, we're going to have some heavy showers and possibly some severe storms for areas around Birmingham later in the day with a little bit of light snow across the Great Lakes while we're still just dealing with all the warmth, the clear skies out across the East. So we're driving i95 today down to the Carolinas, I to tend 20 down closer to Atlanta. That's where we can see the heavier rain potentially slowing down your afternoon and evening commute a little bit later today. But temperatures still staying chilly across the Midwest in the Northeast Today in the 30s and 40s, 60s though, 80s and maybe even 90s across portions of the Southwest here the next few days with Phoenix up into the mid-90s. How about some of those hometown forecasts? Lake Placid, New York, thanks to Genghis with temperatures here staying on the chilly side, warming up slightly before look at the plunge into the cold going into next week. So that northeast pattern certainly staying on the chillier side. Ohio as well. Another hometown forecast here for Daniel Holmes out of Mansfield. Temperatures in the 30s up to the 50s, but then getting cool once again next week. We've got a few more chances for rain and snow through that part of the country. And then how about Midland, Texas? Yeah. Feeling the record warmth out there thanks to Ms. Nice in Midland with temperatures in the upper 80s this weekend. Hopefully. Hopefully you have something nice to do out in the sunshine. Ms. Nice. All right, Terrence, back to you in the studio. Hopefully you can get out and enjoy this weekend as well in Denver since you know, we're still not expecting snowfall.
Terrence
I'm loving it and I love you, my friend. Your forecast alone, you are my favorite meteorologist out there right now until it gets cold and then I probably won't like you much anymore. Rob, I always get to talk to you, my friend. I appreciate you. All right, folks, let's get over to Dave, David Brody. David, good morning.
David Brody
All right. Good morning. Tbase we're continuing to follow Hillary Clinton's deposition today. Let's get right to some reaction. And that comes from Brad, chief White House correspondent Brian Glenn, who joins us. Brian, curious to get your reaction of what you think is going to transpire today. And can I nominate you to be a fly on the wall.
Terrence
I'll do it.
David Zier
Yes.
Terrence
Yes, I will do it. Good. Good morning, David. I was just as shocked as you were to find out that they actually get to review all of this before it's publicly released.
David Brody
And I'm with you.
Terrence
Why not have them done at the same time? So they can't collaborate stories and if there's any discrepancies between the two stories, then you can go a little further. But you're allowing one to go give
David Brody
their testimony and then the next day
Terrence
the other person goes in and gives it. And I'm sure they have a conversation between those two points. But this is how.
David Brody
This is where we're at right now
Terrence
and this is what they negotiated. I would prefer them come to Capitol
David Brody
Hill, but no, they're going to stay
Terrence
up there in a bed and breakfast
David Brody
up there in beautiful New York this
Terrence
time of year and do it.
David Brody
So I don't think we're going to
Terrence
find it is a beautiful part. I don't think we're going to find out much, David, to be honest with you. I think you're going to get a lot of. I don't recall. Which any attorney would say that's the best thing to do is.
David Brody
I just don't recall.
Terrence
All right, Brian, I've had my popcorn ready for about 10 minutes because you said you're going to give us a take on the Al Green Chronicles, if you will. He of course, was booted out of the State of the Union address the other day. There's talk of potentially censuring him. I'm curious about your take on all of this and how it's going to ultimately shape up. Yeah.
David Brody
Well, let me start with the history
Terrence
of the censor and we go back. I'll go back as far as 1929. Hiram Bigham, 1929 from a Republican from Connecticut, was censored for employing a lobbyist on his staff. Well, fast forward. Paul Gosar in 2021 was censored for posting a basic violent cartoon Go forward. Jamal Bowman pulled the fire alarm.
David Brody
He got censored for that.
Terrence
Rashida Tlaib was censored for promoting false narratives regarding the October 7th attack. Hamas attacked Israel. She reputed that. I think censor has a place in our society right now. I really do. But right now I'd rather Congress focus on the problems that Americans face.
David Brody
I would rather have them wait for
Terrence
it, come up with a health care
David Brody
plan, lower health insurance costs for Americans,
Terrence
do something that puts money in Americans pockets if they want to complain about the housing situation, the. And how things are unaffordable. Well, how about pass the no capital gains tax on home sales? That would immediately open up the market. There's a lot of boomers sitting on some very high valued property that they want to take the money out, but they don't want to sell it because they get hit by the tax. What about doing that?
David Brody
So there's so many things that I'd
Terrence
rather Congress spend their time on than censoring someone else.
David Brody
And by the way, Rashida Tlaib's button on her jacket said f ice spelled out completely.
Terrence
Are we going to go ahead and censor that, too? Now, I don't agree with bringing antics to the House floor during these speeches. I really don't. I think it's out of place. But at this point in time, the first quarter of 2025, we need to make sure that we are serving the American people and spending time on this. Terrence, I don't think it works.
David Brody
Brian Glenn, an interesting take. I don't necessarily disagree with you, actually, I think you make a lot of great points.
Dr. Gina
And what does censoring really do? Nothing. Right? I mean, it's like, okay, that's right.
David Brody
It's literally censored.
Terrence
Censoring. Yes. You have to go down to the well and you get the, you know, you're red in front of all your, your constituents or your members there about what you did. You get shamed in front of the class is basically what it is.
David Brody
It's a stain, Right? It's a walk of shame.
Terrence
It's a walk of shame.
David Brody
Yeah, yeah. No, I hear you. I don't. And also, where do you draw the lines right now? Yeah, where do you draw.
Terrence
It used to be for lobbying, you know, having a lobbyist on your staff, that was some serious stuff. Now we're getting to just like, well, he wore a hat or they hold a button or they held a sign. I don't know. I want to deal with bigger problems.
David Brody
That's just my take. Yeah. Ryan, Glenn, good. I'm sorry, did you just throw something? What just happened to those papers? Okay, there.
Dr. Gina
I did.
David Brody
You know what?
Terrence
Hold on.
David Brody
I want to do something. Hold on. I'm just, I don't know. I'm throwing at something.
David Zier
There you go.
David Brody
I just wanted to throw any.
Terrence
Okay, thank you, Brian. I think I might break something. So throw it.
David Brody
Throw it, Terrence.
Terrence
All right, guys. Love you.
Dr. Gina
Love you.
David Brody
All right.
Terrence
Appreciate you, Brian. Love you back.
David Brody
All right, coming up, we're going to continue to follow Hillary Clinton's testimony. We've been doing it all morning because you know why? It's the big story in America today. We're checking in with our own David Zier after the break.
Dr. Gina
Welcome back to AMERICAN Sunrise. I'm Emily Finn. We have a live look outside of Chappaqua Performing Arts Center. We're going to follow breaking news as Hillary Clinton testifies before Congress from her home this morning. And so are the betting markets. The Epstein list remains the most wagered on in gambling911.com's 26 year history. Better say the odds of Hillary Clinton walking out of the hearing are four to one. Joining us now with an update is the host of Breaking Points here on rav, David Zier. Good morning, David. Give us a preview. What can you tell us? What can we expect to see this morning?
David Brody
Good morning, Emily. This is the most convenient deposition in
Terrence
the history of the world.
David Brody
The Clintons could walk here in eight minutes about a mile away from their
Terrence
house instead of going to Washington.
David Brody
How many hundreds of thousands of dollars of taxpayer money flying 19 congressmen into
Terrence
town, putting them up for the night or whatever. And the security here, it seems to be on their terms, on their ground. And the host on your shows this
David Brody
morning have been making great points. You know, they get to go home tonight and be together again and then talk about strategy for tomorrow.
Terrence
And it should be really interesting. James Comer is going to hold a
David Brody
press gaggle here at about 10:30am today
Terrence
right behind us outside the Performing Arts Theater where Hillary Clinton will testify today,
David Brody
Bill Clinton will testify tomorrow.
Terrence
And again, the focus is going to
David Brody
be what was the relationship with Jeffrey Epstein?
Terrence
How could Hillary say she didn't know or never met Epstein? There's reports that the Clinton Global Initiative
David Brody
might have been in part conceived by Jeffrey Epstein. There were donations to the Clinton foundation, maybe one for $26,000.
Terrence
I expect James Comer and others to
David Brody
ask these types of questions.
Terrence
And one former aide of Bill Clinton's claims that Bill Clinton went to Epstein island and so did Virginia, Jeffrey, if I recall correctly. And then the New York Times is throwing shade on this today by bringing up on substantiated completely uncorroborated allegations that files are missing from the pre 2020election. That said one of the victims of
David Brody
Jeffrey Epstein said that Trump had sex with her when she was 13 to 15 years old.
Terrence
I mean, they're just doing the bidding for the Clintons.
David Brody
It's very disappointing to see what's going on here.
Terrence
And we'll see if they actually get
David Brody
anywhere and expose some of this.
Terrence
Bill Clinton flying on The Lolita Express 26, 27 times. They only admitted to, I think four
David Brody
or six of those trips before maybe five legs of the trip to Asia included. You know, Secret Service for Bill Clinton. And why wasn't there security reported on
Terrence
the flight logs for Bill Clinton on those trips back between 2002 and 2003?
Dr. Gina
Well, David Zier, I certainly don't think she's going to be admitting to the Clintons being besties with Jeffrey Epstein today. So it's going to be interesting to see how she spins all of this. David Zier, thank you so much for joining us. We look forward to your coverage throughout the rest of the day.
David Brody
Appreciate that, Emma.
Dr. Gina
All right. Coming up, we're headed down to Wall street for the opening bell and insight into how to hold on to your hard earned dollars with some common sense. We'll be back with more American Sunrise in just two minutes.
Terrence
The podium is in place. The reporters are there, including our David Zier. This is Chappaqua, New York, where Hillary Clinton is set to be deposed in just a little while. We'll have live coverage throughout the day here on REAL America's voice. Again, we have a crew on the ground. Our David Zier is on the ground in Chapel Qua as we are waiting Hillary Clinton's arrival. Bill Clinton will be deposed tomorrow. Welcome back, everyone. We're getting ready for the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange. Here's a quick look at the futures market. As you can see, kind of a mixed bag. The major indices are up even though the NASDAQ is down, albeit slightly, but still down a little bit. We'll take you to New York for the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange here in just a little bit and get you an idea of how the market's to going open. But first, let's get you over to David, who has pulled the golden ticket this morning with this interview that's coming up. David, good morning.
David Brody
Good morning. But before we get to that, can I just say the Chappaqua Performing Arts center, how appropriate is that, that Clinton will be there at the Performing Arts center because they do performative art very well, both Clintons. I'm just saying it's something I noticed. Anyhow, there it is. Okay. No, I agree.
Terrence
She's going to put on a show for sure.
David Brody
Definitely for sure. And there's always drama with the Clintons. All right. Let's talk about international disputes and inflation and rising national debt, digital currency. Look, there is a Never ending list of reasons gold has risen over 700% in the last 20 years. 700% and a never ending list of reasons smart Americans diversify a portion of their savings into precious metals with the Birch Gold Group. More than any other commodity on earth, gold thrives during uncertainty, which is why it is crucial, and it's a crucial part actually of a balanced strategy. It gives you peace of mind, given all the events that could impact the US Economy. See if holding gold is a tax sheltered retirement account. See if it's right for you. Birch Gold can help. You can convert an existing IRA or 401k into an IRA in gold. Just text America to the number 989898 to receive your free info kit on gold. There's no obligation, by the way, just useful information. They've got an A rating with a better Business Bureau. Tens of thousands of happy customers. Let Birch Gold help you diversify with gold so you too can have peace of mind, regardless of all the uncertainty. So once again, text America to 989-898. Again, text America to 989-898. Do it today. You would think the White House could be sponsored by Birch Gold with all of the gold in the Oval Office. All right, joining us now with more is precious metals specialists Philip Patrick. Phillip, good morning to you. Look, the Supreme Court, let's talk about that for a second. They just ruled that we now know President Trump's tariffs, they're illegal. So what exactly happened? Why does it matter? Kind of square the circle for us. Yeah, of course. So, yeah, they unfortunately ruled that the administration overstepped its authority in imposing the Liberation Day tariffs. It's significant not because tariff revenues are gone, but I think because it introduces a measure of legal uncertainty into, into trade policy. The administration is already reimposing tariffs now under different statutory authorities. So the policy direction broadly hasn't changed. But I think markets don't like moving targets. Right. First we had tariffs, then there was a court strike down, now a new legal pathway. You know, a lot of volatility markets just don't like. On top of that, we've got the potential to lose a very important revenue stream which is offsetting deficit spending.
Terrence
So it's not entirely a trade story. It's a budget story, it's a confidence
David Brody
story and ultimately a dollar story. All right, so, Philip, the administration's already reimposing tariffs, these global tariffs, 15% through other authorities. I guess the courts will eventually figure that one out too. But is this really a, a problem? Then explain this new way they're doing it. It's, it's. Look, politically, it's probably not. The White House, as we suggest, anticipated resistance, and they've already prepared accordingly. Economically, it does add a lot layer of uncertainty. And uncertainty ultimately is expensive. Right. Businesses have to price in legal reversals, retrospective refund risk, sudden supply chain adjustments, which means higher compliance costs, slower capital investment, and delayed hiring decisions. So markets ultimately thrive on clarity. And instead, I think we have the opposite of that in the current climate. The Supreme Court are doing or have done everything they can to make Trump's job a little bit more difficult. So markets like clarity. I hope they deal with this as soon as possible. Yeah. And of course, all of this is going to affect the budget deficit. I mean, obviously, tariffs are a revenue source. Huge one. How big of a hit is this for the budget deficit here? They were bringing in a meaningful amount of money. I think it was $265 billion last year. That's not nothing. And I think projections were going to be significantly more this year. But we've got to put it into context. At the moment, the government's borrowing $9 billion a day. So last year's tariff collection was about one month worth of deficit spending. You know, so it's a ton of money. It's very important. But ultimately, the bigger problem is getting our fiscal house in order at $9 billion a day. Long term, that's unsustainable. My goodness. We got about 30 seconds left, but bring it back to gold, because what should everyday Americans be thinking about right now? Look, I don't think this is about whether tariffs are good or bad policy. I think it's understanding that broadly, we've got a system under strain. President Trump has done an incredible job in just 13, 14 months in getting GDP and taming inflation. But there is still a ton of work in front of him. And when you've got record peacetime debt levels, ongoing trade restructuring battles over executive authority, physical gold becomes very important. Its price doesn't depend on a Supreme Court ruling, a trade negotiation, or the Treasury Department's funding strategy. And ultimately, it's conducive for climates like this. Philip, Patrick, great to have you. From the Birch Gold Group. Text America 989-898. I remember that I said it again. Thanks, Philip. Appreciate you. Thanks, David. All right, time to text T. Bates. Yo, T. You there. Sponsored by amac. You there.

Terrence
Join today together we can write the course of America. Let's get this day of trading underway, why don't we? The applause is underway at the New York Stock Exchange. The bell is going to ring and then we'll get an idea of how the markets are looking. Guys, can you pop this up a little bit for. There we go. And there you have it, ladies and gentlemen. The bell is ringing. The markets are officially open. Let's get a quick look at how things are looking right now. Now the dow and S P500 are in the green. The NASDAQ is down a little bit. The rest of the board also down. I had a viewer, excuse me, had a viewer text me and remind me that when oil is down, that's typically a good thing for most Americans because hopefully that means that our gas price is going down. That's absolutely accurate. But if you're investing, obviously you would want it to be up because you want to make a little bit more money. So it is kind of a double edged sword there. Just wanted to throw that out there. We, of course, will continue to monitor the markets for you throughout the day and keep you updated. Still to come here on American Sunrise, voters in the United Kingdom are flocking to a new right wing political party known as Restore Britain. It's led by Minister President Rupert Lowe, MP Rupert Lowe, that is. We'll talk about the latest shakeup in British politics after the break. All right.
Dr. Gina
Welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. G. We thank you for joining us this morning. We invite you to hop in our conversation over on Getter and rumble and YouTube. It is now time to take the political pulse of America. Here's the beat. Today, a major development in UK politics. Former reform figure Rupert Lowe recently unveiled his new tactical. I don't know why I said tactical national. I don't even know where that came from. Not in the prompter. It's called this new national party. In Great Britain it's called Restore Britain. And it's already a growing force in British politics. Lowe, often described as a maverick with strong independent streak, argues there is a growing gap between mainstream politicians and the public and that his new party can help fill that void on the right. Those joining the party include disillusioned members of the center right Conservative Party as well as Nigel Farage's Reform Party, itself billed as a right wing alternative to the Tories. This comes as British citizens are set to vote in local elections in May. Joining us now with analysis, independent journalist Tommy Robinson. Tommy, good morning. A lot is happening in Great Britain. I'LL tell you, I was there not long ago and I was honestly shocked by some of the cultural changes I've observed, just in terms of sort of the Islamist invasion happening there, prayer in public places that maybe disrupts traffic and things like that. They didn't let dogs in a lot of areas now where dogs used to be welcomed. I happened to travel with mine, things like that. But with that, the good news is there are people pushing back. Tell us it's took.
David Zier
I've been in activism for 15 years and it's far worse than those small points you make. An entire generation of Britain's daughters were sacrificed. They were allowed to be raped, tortured and murdered. Across the whole of the uk, we have what they call grooming, which is a rape scandal that's rocked this country. In fact, it's the darkest stain in British history. So the government, the politicians, the religious leaders, the political leaders, every institution that's supposed to protect children allowed Muslim men in every town and city to kidnap, rape and torture children. And they didn't deal with it. And the government reports now show the reason they didn't deal with it is because they didn't want to be deemed as racist. Now, when I started my activism in 2009, I started warning Britain because I'm from a town called Luton. Luton is 30 miles north of London. When I was born in 1982, we had one mosque. We now have 45. I'd seen the changes, so I started warning about what's coming and what's going to happen, as I'm trying to warn America, because the same, the same seeds have been planted in the United States. When Joe Biden opened your borders to Eritrea, Somalia, Pakistan, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, they are importing an alien culture which is not there to integrate or assimilate. It's there to dominate. We've witnessed that. Finally, after 15 years, we've got to the point where the public are ready for change. There is a cultural revolution that's currently happening in Britain and we're ready for political revolution. And then come along Nigel Farage and the Reform Party. And people thought that was the solution. But Nigel, these are Nigel's words, not mine. Nigel is not for mass deportations. This was 12 months ago. He's not for mass deportations when he's told because the London population has gone from the 1960s where it was 90 white and English, is now 33 English. That's a blueprint for the rest of the UK, most of our major cities now, we, as English people, like my hometown, we're a minority. We face. We face violence, we face hostility, we face aggression in many of our towns and cities to the Islamic community which have been imported in by the Labour party, which is the equivalent of your Democrat party. So Nigel, come along. But Nigel, these are Nigel's words again. By 2050, the Islamic community is that strong in the UK we cannot alienate them. Nigel is pulling up the white flag. Everyone is now seeing that not Rupert Lowe was kicked out of Reform Party for trying to talk about the Pakistani rape gangs. So Nigel was giving his home secretary position, which was his chairman position, to a Muslim, the next labor mayor of London, the next reform. Which reform were meant to be the populist party. They were meant to stop the Islamic invasion of Britain. That's what the people wanted them to do. Nigel has sold his soul straight away. His main funders are coming from Pakistan, from the World Economic Forum. So Nigel has betrayed his people in steps. Rupert Lowe, who was kicked out. So once the people realize there is a party that's going to give them a voice that's going to stand up, that's not going to bend to the media because Nigel worries about the media. Nigel's told outrageous lies about me, just lies. He sat on TV and said that I have convictions of violence against women. Just a lie. So the public have watched lie after lie after lie, betrayal after betrayal from the party that was supposed to be our political revolution. Unfortunately, Nigel didn't have. Nigel doesn't have the minerals or the backbone to stand on these issues because you see, if you stand on these issues, Gert Builders is a politician that stood on these issues. He lives under 24 hour protection, as do his family for the rest of their lives because they have a fatwa. If you want to stop the Islamic invasion of the uk, you can't be worried about alienating Islam. You need to just tell the truth.
David Brody
And the truth, Mark. Well, yeah, listen, there's a lot of questions I've got for you, but let me just start with this. The Islamists, they have a stranglehold on France. Spain is a problem in Spain, certain countries in Europe. What's going to make the UK different? Because a lot of folks see the UK going down that same road. You say not so fast.
David Zier
Well, now it is going fast. This is our demonstration that you're witnessing there. Millions descended on our capital city. On September 13, we set up an organization called United Kingdom where we brought together 15 influencers who have been attacked, sidelined the usual labels and smears. It's what the Conservative influencers need to do in the United States. We brought them together and we said, let's not talk about what we disagree on, let's agree. Five principal points that we agree on. And overnight, if we agree to come together, we have a far greater reach than the mainstream media. We will defeat them. The battle here is against the mainstream media of the cancer and citizen journalism and channels like yours. We're the cure because we need to reach the public. They censored us, they attacked us, they demonetized us, they de platformed us. Right now, thanks to Elon Musk, thanks to the United States of America and thanks to the fact that you voted in Donald Trump, there's a ripple of free speech that's coming out of the United States and it's spreading into Europe. We have hope. Now. Those numbers you see on the streets there, that's hope. And hope's contagious. And we wanted to inspire the rest of Europe to say, now's the time to fight. We need to fight because our cultures are disappearing. When we brought those people together, the five principles we agreed on. Free speech, stop Islam, protect sexualization of children. It's simple matters that we need to protect and fight for. And we need to make sure people fear is paralyzing. And the fear of being branded a racist paralyzed our entire nation. That's the power of political correctness. Mix that with the left wing organizations, with cancel culture, with a massive attack and a void that was filled by the attack on the church. We lost our faith as a country. We lost our faith. We lost what built us. We lost our identity. That come from Christianity. Wherever you believe in Christianity or not. What built Britain? Christian culture built Britain. Why did the whole world want to come to Britain? Because of Christian culture. When we lost that, a void has been filled by Islamist ideology, by Marxism, communism, lgbtq. We lost our pride. A nation where pride would never have allowed to happen. What happened to our daughters? Now when you look at, you talk about France, we look at Germany, just look at the numbers. 77 of the rapes in Paris last year were by foreign migrants. 63% of the rapes in Sweden were by Muslim migrants. Muslim men make up 3% of the UK population. They're responsible for 90% of the rape gang convictions. 30% of the men who committed those rapes are called Muhammad. In 2017-2022 in Germany, rapes went up 45. Last year, 11 of the rapes in Germany were by Syrian nationals. Angela Merkel welcomed in those Syrian nationals. You see if ICE are not Successful then the figures I'm talking to you about now, they're going to plague your country. They're going to hit your cities. Because 1 million Syrian refugees were welcomed into Germany. Joe Biden let 8 million in, 10 million how many? And it's a diff, it's a America. This is a whole different battle to, to Hispanic immigration, to Mexican immigration. The, the communities are now flooding your country. It's oil and water. You've seen it in Michigan. You've seen that your politicians knew what was happening. They all allowed this mass fraud because they've imported votes. It's not a mistake that Somalians have ended up in Minnesota. If Somalians are coming to the United States, why would they chose choice? Choose the most cold place in the United States. They've been put there, they've been put into your cities to grow their communities. The birth rate, 7.1 children in Germany, 3.8 in England we have 1.2. We have 1.4. We're gonna lose. And, and America, you might not think is a big problem now like that. So if you've got congressmen, I know there's a caucus been set up, a 42 Congressman. If you're in the United States of America, get on to your congressman and make sure they join that Congress, that, that caucus in the United States that's going to tackle Sharia and tackle the implementation of Sharia, because it's going to happen. We've got 100 Sharia law courts, it's so powerful now in the UK and there's no solution without chaos now. We've, we've let it go too far. You can stop it. You can stop it.
Terrence
Wow. Tommy, first of all, want to shout out the Hatters of Luton Town. I don't think I've ever actually met someone from Luton town. You appreciate that? Yes, I know them well. Is it too late though there in England? You've really laid out a very compelling case for the issues that plague England. Do you see it being too late now to really address or how difficult is it going to be to turn, to turn the wheel here?
David Zier
It's too late without free speech and we live in a post free speech era. So if we didn't have speech and we still lived under censorship, Elon Musk buying X. It gave us a chance, it's gave us a shot, it's gave us hope. JD Vance Rubio lecturing the European Union on our rights and our freedoms and his allies freedoms to make sure we have protected free speech. We know that we now have friends who are fighting for our free speech. So, and I would have, I wouldn't have been as optimistic now as I was optimistic two years ago because two years ago I felt like I was hitting my head against a brick wall. There has been a mass shift this country. People talked about, when will the British lion wake up? Up. I'm telling you, it's awake. It's awake. The numbers at our last event, that shows you that no support, no financial support, no advertisement. That is a united nation coming together. Millions, the biggest show of people in our country's history. And our next event is on May 16th. Now the problem we have is like you have only 9 million people voted for Keir Starmer. 20 million people didn't vote. 86 million Americans didn't vote. This is a real problem. Do you know why it's a real problem? Because 90 of the Muslim community vote. They all vote. They, they all vote in a military fashion. They're imam. So my town, my town has 45 mosques. The leader of the council of mosques sits down with the government and does a deal. We will give you 50,000 votes. At this point, we become irrelevant. That's what's going to happen. You see that? Have you seen the percentage increase in many of your swing states of illegal, illegal immigrants? 700%. They were flooding your wings. Your swing states. There never would have been a swing state again if you did. If you didn't elect Donald Trump and if ICE are not successful, you lose. You will never win another election. You lose. There's a whole bigger picture going on. It's not a mistake that your borders are open. Germany's borders are open. Our borders are open. We're being attacked. We're being attacked. And our culture, we are being replaced by a hostile, hostile, aggressive community. That doesn't mean every Muslim is aggressive or hostile. Far from it. I know some great Muslims. I've grown up, grown up in Luton town. Some of the people I love are Muslim. But Islam, the power of Islam. We need to have a free discussion on Islam, on Sharia, because many, any of the good Muslims don't follow it. But when they do, four times, another, just one more stat just for Americans to understand the scale of the problem. We have 40,000 Muslims on the terror watch list now when ISIS were plaguing Syria, four times as many British Muslims joined ISIS in a three year period than have ever joined our military in a 50 year period.
Dr. Gina
Wow. Tommy Robinson, thank you so much for this extremely enlightening block. Thanks for being with us and God pray. We pray to God for protection over all of those standing up for those ideals in Great Britain.
David Brody
Thank you. Wonderful.
Terrence
Thanks Tommy, my friend.
David Zier
Thank you, America.

Dr. Gina
Welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. G. Thanks for being with us today. We always appreciate you all more than you know. It is time now for the one to Watch. Put your eye on today. What are you looking at today?
David Brody
Well, I want you guys to check this out. Things got heated between Senators Mark Wayne Mullen and Senator Bernie Sanders during the Senate Health Committee hearing this week. So Mullins accused Bernie Sanders, Uncle Bernie, Weekend at Bernie's of backing health care policies that do not lower costs, calling Obamacare broken. Broken system. Sanders pushed back, of course. But then check this out, guys. The temperature rose when Mullen slammed Sanders as being part of the problem, pointing out how long he had been in public office and what little he's done to fix health care affordability. So here's how this all went down. Take a look at this. Anyways, I ranted too long. Let's talk about some. Yes, you did. I'm sorry. I didn't ask your opinion on that. And if I cared about your opinion, I would ask you. But I don't care about your opinion. You're part of the system. You're part of the problem. You've been sitting here longer than I've even been alive. This is your problem. You should have fixed this a long time ago. You've been Rel on it. So long. What have you decided? Not to run for Surgeon General. You're the nominee. I've decided that nominee. That is definitely something we would never accept. I love that calling out party to his face Gina. I think Senator Markway Mullen was channeling the inner Gina there. You know, you elites, you know, a pox in all your houses.
Dr. Gina
No, but he's absolutely right. All joking aside, Bernie is the one to watch because he has absolutely been part and parcel to all of this. Where was he screaming about this in his many decades of service? Which translates in Congress and the Senate as getting rich quickly on the tax payer's dime and defrauding the American people? You know, where has he been? He was never calling out any of this. It's so funny how they get all self righteous and indignant about, you know, things now that they could have done something about for decades and literally did nothing. It completely negates any credibility. Terrence.
Terrence
No, Mark Wayne Mullen absolutely has a very good point. The reality is that Bernie Sanders is a lifer in Congress and he very easily could have addressed these issues before, but has neglected to do so or hasn't really pushed substantive policy to try to change these. Now, having said all of that, I often talk about the call of a Congressmember is to be a statesman and to act in such a way. And while I do support that, and I think that there is a responsibility to act in a certain way, I would love for just one day, just one day out of the year that Congress members could go and do something like Pakistan and start throwing shoes in the middle of a committee hearing and yelling at each other and really just going off. It would amuse me. Just one day. It's all I call for. One day. And then we can get back to regular decorum. But I'm not gonna lie, I wouldn't mind seeing some shoes being thrown across the aisle. It would absolutely be funny for me to watch and amuse it.
Dr. Gina
That's the opposite of what I thought you were gonna say. I thought you were gonna say, I wish for one day they would have actual decorum. But, you know, you wanted to turn into the House of Commons just like that.
David Brody
I just want to quickly point out that if there was a wrestling match between Mark Wayne Mullen, who is a former MMA fighter, and Bernie Sanders, I want to see that.
Dr. Gina
I mean, I don't call for violence. A wrestling match between Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders would be epic. All right, you guys, that feels like an AI video with that visual in mind. War room is up next. Go, baldy. Now live the truth. We'll see you tomorrow. This is an I Heart podcast. Guaranteed human.

Theme: Unfiltered News & Conservative Analysis of the Day’s Biggest Stories
On this lively episode of American Sunrise, hosts Dr. Gina, David Brody, and Terrence cover an energetic blend of breaking political news, culture-war controversies, and world affairs through a distinctly conservative, populist lens. The show’s headline story is the historic congressional deposition of Hillary Clinton over Jeffrey Epstein ties, with real-time coverage from Chappaqua, NY. Other key topics include the deadly "Cuban boat crisis," new revelations about Epstein’s secret storage units, the impact of sensationalist media coverage by figures like Candace Owens, escalating religious violence in Nigeria, and a sweeping interview on the spread of Islamist influence in the UK. The tone is assertive, skeptical of mainstream narratives, and deeply invested in the issues shaping conservative activism in the US and abroad.

Where the H E double hockey sticks...?” (Terrence, 55:09)
