Ahead on American Sunrise. All eyes on Iran this morning. A US Strike to take down the Iranian regime could happen at any moment. We're on top of it this morning. We have coverage throughout the show. Plus, President Trump looks to make Venezuela great again. A big meeting at the White House today with Nobel Peace Prize winner and Venezuelan opposition leader Maria Corina Machado. We're going to have an update from the Wash. From Washington. From the Washington. What am I talking about? And later, Clinton's in contempt. House Oversight Committee James Comer says he has enough votes to hold both Bill and Hillary Clinton in contempt of Congress after they defy their subpoenas. Well, shouldn't that mean jail time?
Dr. Gina
Hello?
Terrence Bates
Yeah.
General Michael Flynn
Okay.
David Brody
We have those stories and more as American Sunrise starts on a Thursday right now. Good morning, America.
Dr. Gina
Welcome to American Sunrise. Whether it's culture, we have breaking news to share with you.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
Politics.
David Brody
President Trump is joining us live now from Florida.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
We've got you covered.
David Brody
This is what it looks like to be a patriot.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
We have to protect the American family.
Dr. Gina
The American dream is still alive.
David Brody
I'm David brody.
Dr. Gina
And I'm Dr. Gina. Good morning, Rav. Fam. I'm Dr. Gina. We are live with you from the Palm Beaches. Let's bring in David brody in Washington, D.C. and Terrence Bates in our Denver newsroom. Good morning, gentlemen.
David Brody
Hello. A lot of energy this morning. Hello.
Dr. Gina
Hello. Oh, it's the caffeine film. Absolutely.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
I need some of that in my life Right now, then, Dr. Gina, good morning to both of you guys. Hey, look, there's just lots of news to get to. I feel like I'm trying to take a sip out of a water hose right now. A huge one. More like a fire hose. We want to start with Iran. The airspace over Iran is now back open after they closed it. They apparently closed it over fear of a U.S. strike. And we're hearing that there still is a possibility of that. We'll be watching that story throughout the day. Also, domestically, there's been another ice involved shooting in Minneapolis. In this particular case, the agency says a Venezuelan man attacked him with the shovel and a broom handle. He even was attacked by two other people who came out of an apartment building. When they saw him trying to arrest this guy, he ended up shooting the guy in the leg. So that's gonna be a story that has legs today. We'll be talking more about that. That was probably bad. I probably shouldn't have gone there, but I did anyway. Uh, and then, of course, David, this one's just for you. Uh, a pretty interesting exchange between senator Josh Hawley and a doctor on whether men can get pregnant. Watch this. And I can't wait to see response.
Terrence Bates
Do you think that men can get pregnant?
Dr. Gina
I hesitated there because I wasn't sure where the conversation was going or what the goal was. I mean, I do take care of patients with different identities. I take care of many women. I take care of people with different identities. And so that's where I paused, I think. Yeah, I wasn't sure where you were going with that.
Terrence Bates
Well, the. The goal is just the truth. So can men get pregnant again?
Dr. Gina
The reason I paused there is I'm not really sure what the goal of the question is.
Terrence Bates
The goal is just to establish a biological reality. You just said a moment ago that science and evidence should control, not politics. So let's just test that proposition. Can men get pregnant?
Dr. Gina
I take care of people with many identities, but can men get pregnant? Many women that can get pregnant. I do take care of people that don't identify as women that can.
Terrence Bates
Can men get pregnant?
Dr. Gina
Again, as I'm saying.
Terrence Bates
Let me just. Let me just remind you, you testified to a moment ago, science and evidence should control, not politics.
General Michael Flynn
So should.
Terrence Bates
Can men get pregnant? You're a doctor.
Dr. Gina
Science and evidence should guide medicine. I do.
Terrence Bates
Science and evidence tell us that men can get pregnant. Biological men. Can they get pregnant?
Dr. Gina
I also think, yes. No questions like this are a political tool.
Terrence Bates
No. Yes. No questions are about the truth. Doctor, let's not make a mockery of this proceeding.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
David, I already have a headache. Shame on you for bringing that to us. It's too early for me to have this sort of headache. Your reaction, sir? Please, in fact, take the next 20 minutes on this one.
David Brody
Thank you.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
Oh, my God.
David Brody
So, Gina, I texted you.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
Somebody turned down your light.
David Brody
We were just kind of, like, shaking our head at this, you know? I'll just say this. One plus one equals. Well, you know what? Let it be whatever you want. Let it be whatever you want. One plus one. Gina, you want it to be seven, you go ahead and make it seven today.
Dr. Gina
Tell you what, Dr. Dimwit. There.
David Brody
Dr. Dimwit.
Dr. Gina
It is not a wonder to me how she got through medical school. I know. That's what the whole audience is thinking. How could someone that stupid, who is like the AOC of the medical world, make it through medical school? There are ways. There are ways. I'm going to be discreet about this, but there are ways. And so, yeah. What a moron. And by the way, Josh hawley was not the first one to ask this question. There was another person who asked. So she was asked no less than. I believe. I counted. And I believe unless I missed a couple, it was 13 times. She refused to answer a simple question of whether or not a man can have a baby. And she is let loose with a medical license. And here I go fired up already. And we haven't even started the show. Hardly. And there are doctors who faithfully and responsibly gave Ivermectin during COVID and lost their licenses for it. You guys.
David Brody
Yeah, Gina's wound up. Gina's wound up.
Dr. Gina
We need the Bible. We need Jesus.
David Brody
She needs the Bible.
Dr. Gina
Yeah, that doctor needs the Bible. And maybe I'll just speak for myself here. Today's Bible verse is from Philippians 4, verse 7. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. I love that. Literally say that. I just said that, didn't I? I say that to myself all the time. This one, you know, when I'm fired up like that over a doctor being able to practice, who doesn't know if men can deliver babies or not, or is willing to stay, stand there in front of a national audience, in front of our own Senate committee and lie to us while doctors have lost their. I have a really good friend who lost his medical license. He was my doctor for 15 years because he prescribed Ivermectin. So, yeah, I get fired up. As we mentioned at the top of the show, Iran closed its airspace last night as it was reportedly bracing for strikes from the US but it has since reopened. We want to bring in Missouri Congressman Eric Burleson. Congressman, I'll tell you what. There were some low flying military planes over my home last night. It was scary. I thought, what does that mean? It was like one of those movies where that happens and then you find out that, you know, a whole war has erupted. Do you think the administration will strike Iran? Because I think we all expected it to happen last night.
Missouri Congressman Eric Burleson
Yeah, I do think that there's probably action to come. I think that it'll probably be consistent with the way in which Trump has conducted the first strike on Iran. I don't think that you'll see troops actually, you know, hit the, you know, hit the ground in, in the country. I think that you'll see us demonstrate our might in the air. And so at the end of the day, we cannot allow Iran to be. To continue to be the hostile actor in this country. And it's really promising to See how many, how many people even, even from the Arab world that are stepping forward to, you know, requesting some form of the change that. The end of this. They want an end of this terrorist era that has happened in the, in the Middle East. And so it's good to see that we're not alone in this.
David Brody
Yeah. Congressman, we could ask 74 different follow ups on Iran, but it's such a busy news day. We want to move to Minneapolis. Well, no, trust me, we don't want.
Rick De La Torre
To move to Minneapolis, but we want to.
David Brody
Let me rephrase that. But we do want to ask you about Minneapolis.
Missouri Congressman Eric Burleson
I don't think there's a lot of people. I don't think the U Hauls are going to Minneapolis.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
No, no.
David Brody
Someone needs to do a survey on that. All right. But on a serious note, obviously ICE enforcement officers, I mean, so they shot a Venezuelan man in the leg, a Venezuelan national during a target stop in north Minneapolis Wednesday. The Department of Homeland Security is telling us this. Authorities say the man fled a traffic stop. He crashed his vehicle, then assaulted an officer. Then two others ambushed the ICE agent and that led the agent to fire. Of course you're not going to hear the whole story on MSNBC or what msnow or whatever they call themselves. Anyhow, he's hospitalized with a non life threatening leg injury. Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. This is just unbelievable. Sadly, it's believable. But he had this message for ICE agents. Take a look at this.
Terrence Bates
Armed, masked under trained ICE agents are.
David Brody
Going door to door ordering people to.
Terrence Bates
Point out where their neighbors of color live.
David Brody
They're pulling over people indiscriminately, including US citizens and demanding to see their papers. And at grocery stores, at bus stops.
Terrence Bates
Even at our schools, they're breaking windows, dragging pregnant women down the street, just.
David Brody
Plain grabbing Minnesotans and shoving them into unmarked vans.
Terrence Bates
Kidnapping innocent people with no warning and no due process.
David Brody
Lets be very, very clear.
Terrence Bates
This long ago stopped being a matter of immigration enforcement.
David Brody
Instead it's a campaign of organized brutality.
Terrence Bates
Against the people of Minnesota by our own federal government.
David Brody
Carry your phone with you at all times. And if you see these ICE agents in your neighborhood, take out that phone and hit record. Help us create a database of the atrocities against Minnesota that he's encouraging.
Dr. Gina
Reprehensible.
David Brody
I mean that, that's disgusting.
Dr. Gina
Treasonous.
Missouri Congressman Eric Burleson
Yeah, I mean it is disgusting because particularly the. I feel sorry for our poor law enforcement officials who are demonized in this way. And I mean this is really a call for hostility against.
David Brody
That's right.
Missouri Congressman Eric Burleson
He should Be ashamed of this. The people of Minnesota should be absolutely ashamed of, of Tim Waltz. They need to remove him. And honestly, skirting, really, the First Amendment here, I mean, I think that he's on the verge of basically calling for hostility from the people of Minnesota. It's really disgusting behavior.
Dr. Gina
While we have the first ICE agent with internal injuries from the whole Rachel Good situation. And the ICE agent from last night also ended up hospitalized. Congressman?
Missouri Congressman Eric Burleson
Yeah, it's awful. I mean, at the end of the day, the people that serve and protect us risk their lives every day. And it used to be in America that you respected law enforcement, that you didn't fight them, that you didn't try to run away whenever they were trying to pull you over. But for some reason, and I think that the culture has been created by the Democratic Party and people like Tim Waltz who are trying to tell the culture that it's okay to fight back. Well, it's not okay. We have to be a country that respects the rule of law or we will end up becoming a country like how Venezuela became or like how Haiti is. We're in the United States of America. Let's act like it.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
Congressman, before we let you go, I'm curious if you already know how you would vote on Once the contempt case against President Clinton and Hillary Clinton actually hits the general House floor, we're expecting that next Wednesday there will be a vote in Oversight committee on bringing contempt charges against the two after they failed to show up this week. What is your vote going to be if, in fact it does hit the House floor? And what message do you think their absence has sent nationwide?
Missouri Congressman Eric Burleson
Yeah, we will absolutely vote to hold them in contempt if they're not going to cooperate with oversight. Look, and there's plenty of reasons for us to be asking questions. Bill Clinton traveled 26 times on the Lolita Express. He had multiple interactions. The level of connection between the Clinton foundation and Epstein was almost. He was almost a board member for their foundation. Clinton spent a great deal of time. And Virginia Guyfeld, the, the Roberts who, the young woman who committed suicide, testified that Bill Clinton was. Was with her and other young women on multiple occasions. So we have a lot of questions that need to be answered here. And the fact that he's trying to avoid them should be what everybody should is obvious to anybody. But at the end of the day, you cannot skirt Congress. And so we are going to hold him in contempt if he's not going.
Dr. Gina
To show, you know, all this hostility and all this scrutiny of law enforcement right now. I don't know if we just lost him or where he went, but I think we did.
David Brody
He dropped the mic and left.
Dr. Gina
No, I'm sorry. But you know, where was all of that scrutiny of law enforcement when Roseanne Boylan and Ashley Babbitt were killed by law enforcement? Those guys, that woman and that man, those officers are still out there running free. And one just got a hero's award. Congressman Burleson, wherever you are out there in the, in the ether, thank you for being with us. Coming up, we're going to check out the hottest headlines from the RAV newsroom with the one and only teammates. Also later, more warrants for tankers. The Trump administration reportedly trying to seize more oil ships connected to Venezuela. How will this unfold? We have those developments just ahead on American Sunrise.
Terrence Bates
This news break is brought to you by amac, association of Mature American Citizens.
David Brody
That is the White House on a Thursday, a busy day. Caroline Levitt holding a priority press conference at 1pm Eastern. And also President Trump, did I bury the lead? President Trump going to meet with the Venezuelan opposition leader who was taken away from that country, Maria Corina Machado. That is at 12:30pm Eastern. A busy day here. Speaking of busy, the headlines very busy this morning. T. Bates has them.
Terrence Bates
Sponsored by amac, the association of Mature American Citizens is the conservative voice for Americans 50 and older. AMAC is fighting for the values that you hold dear today. Together we can right the course of America.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
President Trump still has the power and authority to mobilize the US Military and other resources against Venezuela if he so chooses. On Wednesday, the US Senate shot down a Democrat initiated War Powers resolution aimed at checking the president's ability to carry out additional military attacks in Venezuela following the arrest of that country's president, Nikola Maduro. Democrats forced the bill to the floor with the help of five Republicans. However, the bill failed with Vice President J.D. vance casting the tie breaking vote to dismiss the bill. Republican Senators Josh Hawley of Missouri and Todd Young of Indiana bowed to pressure from the White House and then voted against the measure after initially saying they supported it. The usual suspect, Senators Liz Murkowski of Lisa Murkowski, excuse me, of Alaska, Susan Collins of Maine and Rand Paul of Kentucky crossed the aisle and voted with Democrats on the failed legislation. President Trump also continuing his campaign to take over Greenland. Wednesday, the foreign ministers of Greenland and Denmark, of which Greenland is a territory, met with Vice President J.D. vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio. The two American leaders have been radio silent since that meeting meeting. But President Trump remaining vocal, posting on truth Social, the commander in chief writing, quote, here we go. The United States needs Greenland for the purpose of national security. It's vital for the golden dome that we are building. NATO should be leading the way for us to get it. If we don't, Russia or China will, and that is not going to happen. He writes.
General Michael Flynn
There's clearly a disagreement. We agreed that it makes sense to.
Terrence Bates
Try to sit down on a high.
General Michael Flynn
Level to explore whether there is possibilities.
Terrence Bates
To accommodate the concerns of the president.
David Brody
While we at the same time respect.
Terrence Bates
The red lines of the kingdom of Denmark. So this is the work we will start.
David Brody
Whether that is doable, I don't know. I hope and I would like to.
Terrence Bates
Express that, that it could take, you.
David Brody
Know, down the temperature.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
The major takeaway from Wednesday's meeting is that all parties involved will form a working group to explore finding a way forward. In the meantime, Denmark is increasing its military presence in and around Greenland. The Danish Defense Ministry saying there will be more military exercises in Greenland alongside European and Arctic partners. However, no American involvement was mentioned in all of that. Well, is today the day the Iranian regime will fall? The eyes of the world are on the Islamic Republic as the country has now reopened its airspace to commercial aircraft following weeks of protests. The closure is believed to have been over fears of a potential U.S. airstrike. In the meantime, President Trump says the killings and the executions of protesters in Iran is stopping.
General Michael Flynn
We were told that the killing in.
David Brody
Iran is stopping and it's stopped and it's stopping.
General Michael Flynn
And there's no plan for executions or an execution or executions. So I've been told that on good.
David Brody
Authority we'll find out about it.
General Michael Flynn
I'm sure if happens, we'll all be very upset again.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
As for US Military actions in Iran, the president saying he's watching how things put play out there before deciding how to proceed. The commander in chief also saying that any military intervention would be quick and decisive. That's a quick check of your headlines. Excuse me. Now let's get a quick check of your forecast. Weather Nation meteorologist Tracy Anthony standing by. You also see the QR code on the bottom of your screen. Go ahead and scan that and join our friends over at Weather Nation. Tracy, good morning.
Dr. Gina
Hey, good morning. We are talking about a good amount of snow with a system that worked across the Great Lakes areas like South Bend, Indiana, getting wrecked. Record snow yesterday picking up over a foot, completely crushing their previous record. Now we are bracing for a second system that's going to bring another wave of snow. But this second system is also going.
Benny Ray Harmony
To bring some extremely cold temperatures down.
Dr. Gina
To areas like South Florida. So we have widespread frost and freeze.
Benny Ray Harmony
Concerns across parts of Florida and the South.
Dr. Gina
So we could be talking about more.
Benny Ray Harmony
Falling iguanas by early tomorrow morning.
Dr. Gina
The rest of the country and out west staying calm and quiet with high pressure in control once again, we are tracking the potential for more record high temperatures across the intermountain west as this cold air takes over the East Coast.
Benny Ray Harmony
Terrence.
Dr. Gina
So again, falling iguanas may be a thing once again tomorrow morning, Tracy, with.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
The line of the day. Watch out for falling iguanas. All right. Appreciate you, Tracy.
Dr. Gina
Yep.
David Brody
You do.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
Of course. All right, folks, we're going to take a quick break, but next, the moves that Iran is making as it's reopened its airspace after briefly closing it following fears of U.S. airstrikes. President Trump saying the killing and the execution of Iranian protesters has stopped. The big question is, what's next? We'll, of course, be taking a look. First, a quick check of your day in history. It was on this date in 2009 that US Airways Flight 1549 took off from New York's LaGuardia Airport bound for Charlotte, North Carolina. Shortly after takeoff, though, a flock of birds struck the plane and knocked out both of its engines. With no engine power, Captain Chestnut. Lastly, Sully Sullenberger made a calm, split second decision and safely landed that Airbus 320 in the Hudson River There in New York, the dramatic water landing now known as the Miracle on Hudson saved all 155 people on board. By the way, that plane's fuselage is now in a museum in Charlotte, North Carolina. More American Sunrise coming your way in two minutes.
David Brody
That is country music devoted to Gina. That is my hometown, New York City. Yes, it's my hometown. And then, mom, dummy, Mamdani is literally ruining it as we speak. Welcome back, everybody, to American Sunrise. All right. Iran has reopened its airspace after the regime temporarily closed it as tensions with the US Continue to increase. Now, the move forced commercial flights to be rerouted across the Middle East. The closure lasted only about a couple hours, but caused delays and disruptions for international airlines. We're about to have a disruption. I have a feeling in Iran that's much bigger than that. Let's bring in former CIA senior operations officer and also the senior vice president of strategic risk and intelligence for Continental Strategy. That would be Rick De La Torre. Rick, thanks for being here on the show. So look, if President Trump strikes Iran, what's your best guess as to how this is gonna go down? In other words, what sites, installations or networks do you strike to make sure the regime falls? Because I'm sorry, if he's gonna do it, you gotta make sure it's the knockout blow.
Rick De La Torre
Right, sure, of course, Yeah. I think also what's different about these protests as opposed to other protests where for the first time we now have an administration, a White House, that has given full throated support to the protesters and has actually said, hey, help is on the way, we're watching and we're going to make sure that we don't have these executions. If, if you were looking at airstrikes regarding Tehran, the good news is, after the previous airstrikes that the US and the Israelis conducted in Iran, what they've done is they've decimated completely their surface to air capabilities and their abilities to actually mount any kind of real defense. So at this stage, it would be taking out additional command and control nodes. They could very, very much pinpoint, take out actual little, you know, little police stations where IRGC forces run, you know, run their activities out of, you know, to go ahead and beat up protesters and arrest them. So there's a lot that the US can do and the Iranians know that, and that's why I think they're backing down and they're capitulating to a lot of the requests and demands from this administration.
Dr. Gina
Okay, Rick, this is gonna sound a little strange, but at night I go to sleep listening to podcasts. It's a recent thing. And then I turn on my prayer stuff with a nice sleepy thing. But at first I fall asleep listening to podcasts. And last night I listened to Tucker Carlson's most recent podcast and he mentioned that Sergey Karagunov, I hope I'm saying his last name right, he's a former advisor to the Kremlin. He used the words Europe could be finished physically if Russia perceives its losing the Ukraine issue. So the Ukraine war. So he said. He mentioned specifically the UK and Italy could be physically decimated. And this would sound a little crazy or might sound like propaganda until you realize that Russia is moving things around. My question for you, I know you can't confirm or deny that, but my question for you is, how does the Iran situation play into this? And what are we looking at on a true international scale regarding our precariousness in the international position on all of this?
Rick De La Torre
Look, I think in the past week and a half or so, we are much stronger internationally than we have been probably since World War II. If you think about it, we've taken out the 1, 2 blow in Venezuela, where now the United States is in a position where we manage and control the largest amount of oil on this planet. What that means to folks like Putin is that we now have leverage when it comes to negotiations. And I'm certain that he's certainly concerned about that. Russia generally likes to threaten its neighbors. It always defaults to, you know, the worst case scenarios, reminding the world that they have a nuclear capability. But the reality is he doesn't have the forces right now because they're all bogged down in Ukraine to really mount any real, real, real offensive across Europe.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
Rick, not to be outdone by Dr. Gina, who went to bed listening to a podcast, I went to bed counting sheep and it worked for me.
Rick De La Torre
So.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
But I am curious about your perspective on all the various fronts that we're dealing with. Of course, there's Iran that we're watching and may intervene there. There's Venezuela. There have also been threats against Colombia. We're obviously watching, always China. And then there's the situation between Russia and Ukraine. Do you feel that we may be spreading ourselves a little too thin even without boots on the ground, that there are these various fronts that we're having to keep an eye on?
Dr. Gina
Great question.
Rick De La Torre
Yeah, I think, I think, yeah, great question. I'll agree with that, too. I think the issue there is we're always tracking these players and these issues 247 anyway, so when it comes to the amount of energy and resources we can dedicate to this, we've already seen that in Venezuela. It didn't take a Normandy style invasion to bring about the beginning of a regime change there. We're seeing that the folks and the people, the common folk in places like Iran are taking to the streets and all they need is just a little bit more encouragement from the US and we'll see some significant, significant changes there in Iran, I suspect. So we're just at this stage making sure that we monitor any threats or any hostilities against the United States itself and providing the kind of information to policymakers that they need to continue to make great decisions.
David Brody
Rick, thanks for being here. Great answers. We had a couple of great questions. Terence and Gina, we did really well this segment.
Rick De La Torre
I will say, and thank you for the bio, but. So I am the CEO and founder of Tower Strategy, our own lobbying firm here in Washington, D.C. area.
David Brody
Well, see, now we just have to have you back on again and introduce you that way. So we will. Thank you, Rick.
Rick De La Torre
I appreciate that.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
Thanks so much, Rick.
David Brody
Sounds good.
General Michael Flynn
All right.
David Brody
Oh, there he goes. Coming up, more people are surviving cancer for longer periods of time. We have a look at those numbers next on American Sunrise.
Terrence Bates
Breaking news from Real America's Voice.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
We're back with breaking news just into our newsroom. President Trump threatening to invoke the Insurrection act in Minnesota. The president posting on Truth Social. And this is the quote. If the corrupt politicians of Minnesota don't obey the law and stop the professional agitators and insurrectionists from attacking the people patriots of ICE who are only trying to do their job, I will institute the Insurrection act, he writes. All of this, of course, comes after two recent shootings involving ICE agents, one of them deadly, the other just overnight in which an ICE agent was actually ambushed and ultimately shot a man in the leg in order to kind of get free of those ambushers and to clear the scene. We, of course, will have much more on both of these stories throughout the day. But now let's get you back over to Dr. Gina and Dr. Gina just it's a shame that the president is having to go to these lengths in order to keep communities safe and more importantly, in order to keep ICE agents who are simply doing their job safe.
Dr. Gina
It's 100% despicable, Terrence. I never thought I'd see a day in free America where illegals have more rights than the citizens of the United States, who, by the way, elected a president to do exactly this. Thank you, Terrence. It is now time for today's Health news, sponsored by the Wellness Company. And under the microscope today, cancer survival rates are rising. New data shows more Americans than ever surviving cancer. Also, more are getting it. I just want to put those numbers out there because it's very important to consider. But this includes some of the deadliest types of cancer. The American Cancer Society reports the overall five year survival rate has now hit 70%, up from about 50% in the 1970s. This is thanks to, they say, better screening, earlier detection and big advances in treatment. I will go with that third option for sure. Experts say the progress is real, but cancer still takes more than 600,000 lives every year and they are urging continued research and access to quality care. Also, don't forget major surge after the MRNA COVID vaccine, major surge in all of these turbo cancers. And don't forget too, our little furry friends are getting cancer in droves. I've had two dogs die of it this year. And it's really something we've got to take on as far as big pharma, big veterinary, big AMA and all the rest of it. And I personally will be fighting that for anyone who wants to join me? A new administration in Washington D.C. has brought a lot of positive changes when it comes to fixed fixing our broken health care system. The reality, there's only so much government can do. If you want to make America Healthy Again, it's got to start at home with each of us. And that's where the Wellness Company comes in. You hear from their doctors on this network all the time. You know their products are the gold standard when it comes to keeping you safe and healthy. The Wellness Family. The Wellness Family. The Wellness Company makes sure you're prepared for whatever happens with their prescription medical kits. These kits have an assortment of life saving medications and guidebooks to tell you how to use the meds that are in the kit. Make America Healthy Again starts at home. Do your part. Protect the health of yourself and your family. Go to TWC Health RAV. Give it an order. That's TWC Health RAV. Use the promo code RAV. That'll save you 10%. David Brady Brody.
David Brody
By the way, the Wellness Family. The Wellness Company is like family. So it is the Wellness Family.
Dr. Gina
That's a great company. That's a great point. We love them over there at the Wellness Company.
David Brody
All right, boy, we gotta talk more about that Insurrection act situation that President Trump's talking about. I guess we'll do that in a moment. But we are gonna do some White House related stuff here and Congress as well. House Oversight Chair James Comer says House Republicans have enough votes to hold former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in contempt of Congress. And now this comes after both Clintons failed to comply with subpoenas to testify in the House GOP's investigation into, of course, the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Comer says votes could come next week in committee and on the House floor, even as the Clintons call the subpoenas invalid and politically motivated. All right, let's bring in rad congressional correspondent Benny Ray Harmony, who is doing some work today over at the White House. Benny Ray, great to have you here. So we've got the Bill Clinton story. The Insurrection act is kind of filling my mind right now about what President Trump just said there a moment ago. So I wonder if you can talk about that too. But this Bill Clinton thing, that empty chair of Bill Clinton at the hearing this week, Quite a. Quite a moment. Quite a moment.
Steve Gruber
No.
Benny Ray Harmony
Yeah. Good morning, David. Yeah, President Trump, he, I believe he is right here in the West Wing.
Dr. Gina
Oh, yeah, we've lost her. You know, David Brody, here's the thing about this story. I don't understand how Democrats, of course, you know, they do things all the time that I don't understand how they could do it. But how can they even think about not voting for this if, you know, they're the ones who've been screaming about the, you know, open the Epstein files. They're the ones who've been the loudest accusing President, President Trump of some sort of mixed impropriety here. So now that they've screamed about all this and now that it's the Clintons, are they really going to say no, they shouldn't be held in contempt? They can't do that. And I'm sorry, just, just, just one more thing which I forgot. Go ahead, David.
David Brody
Okay, well, let's go back to Benny Ray at that point, darling, if you forgot.
Benny Ray Harmony
Can you guys hear me?
David Brody
We hear you fine. But you know, Benny Ray Gino is making a good point real quick about Clinton and this whole idea of like the Democrats are now going to be put on the spot. Why wouldn't they vote for this? Now? My guess, Benny, is that the Democrats will say, oh, well, they gave this seven page. The Clintons did. They gave the seven page written, you know, whatever they call it, what's the word I'm looking for, document, if you will, that they say, that they say was all about perjury, you know, that they would make sure that they wouldn't be purged and all that stuff anyhow. I don't know. Go ahead. I'm rambling. Go.
Benny Ray Harmony
No, but no, David, I think it was when I saw that video of, of William as they put on the thing of Bill not sitting there as well as Hillary, and then to even go as far as no Democrats showed up, David, not one. I talked to somebody on the Oversight Committee yesterday. Not one Democrat showed up. And so, you know, this goes back to when Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro, they were totally, you know, it's just crazy how hypocritical it is. And the fact that, so now the Clintons can get away with this, but people on our side and people like good people like Bannon and Navarro were put away for what was it, was it four months? It's crazy.
Terrence Bates
Yeah.
Dr. Gina
For exactly what the Clintons are being accused of now. So, yeah, so you make a point. The inconsistency, the absolute hypocrisy. And I mean, it should be just the name of the Democrat Party, we should just switch it from Democrat to hypocritical commies, because that's really what that party has become.
Benny Ray Harmony
No, it is. And Gina, I actually, I had to do this last night because I was like, you know what, what are Bill and Hillary's accomplishments? I was like, I have to figure out if there is one. All I have, guys, is a, all I have is a whole list of just atrocities, everything how awful it went. I mean, Bill Clinton was the president, guys, whenever they first attempted to bomb the World Trade center before 911 even happened, and he couldn't even put a stop to that. You know, there, there had an affair as the governor had an affair as the president. And you have, Hillary, you have emails leaked. You have, you know, safety not being watched out for classified information. There is not. I could not find one good thing that the Clintons have done, guys. I genuinely, and I don't say that about a lot of people. I, I try to stay pretty in the middle on things. There's no middle on this.
David Brody
Yeah, and Benghazi. What difference does it make? What.
Dr. Gina
Yeah, yeah.
Benny Ray Harmony
Well, we'll be, I'll be following this guy's this, this with you for you guys today. So just stay tuned. I'll have some more, hopefully.
Dr. Gina
Thank you so much, Betty Rae, Harmony, we appreciate your time. Coming up, ladies of the View. We're calling them ladies now. Who wrote that in my prompter? You're fired. No, I don't have the authority to fire you. So lucky you. But they're not ladies, that I can tell you. They're back. Those people on the View. What new outlandish claims do they have about President Trump? Well, we're going to have their new comments. That'll be next here on American Sunrise.
Steve Gruber
Welcome back to American Sunrise. It's now time to stay awake, not woke. And who is woke today? The ladies of the View. One of the co hosts, Joy Behar, said President Trump is looking for chaos to declare martial law and cancel the midterm election. Take a look at this.
Benny Ray Harmony
That Trump is looking for this kind.
David Brody
Of pandemonium to go on like you just described, so that he could declare martial law or something and also cancel the midterms. Well, under martial law, you won't have elections.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
Yeah, that's what she said.
David Brody
But look, because he's worried if he.
Benny Ray Harmony
Do administer the election, takes Congress next.
David Brody
Time, I will be impeached, which means that he can be convicted and sent to jail. He does not want this to happen.
Steve Gruber
All right, let's bring in Terrence, Dr. Gina and David. Terrence Gina's gonna fire for calling them ladies. But I do, I do want to get your take on all of this as Joy Behar lost her mind.
David Brody
Yeah.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
What she's talking about is baloney or balagna, however you want to say it. I just, like, it's a ridiculous assertion. It's one of those things that people on show say they throw something against the wall and hope it sticks. In this particular case, Ms. Behar, it's not going to stick. Yeah, it's. It's just a ridiculous assertion, David.
David Brody
Yeah. I mean, she's cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs. I mean, can she be replaced with bars and tone? Seriously? Because I mean what she says, like, literally. I would rather stare at the wall, like, and look at nothing. I like to look at a Tim Walls poster, honestly, more than that. And that's saying something. But, but, but on a serious note, what? Martial law. Like, is she just, like, what's her prep for the show? Real quick, what is her prep for the show? Latte.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
She just. She wanted clicks. It was clickbait. She threw something against the wall, threw something out that was so ridiculous. Just to get attention.
Dr. Gina
I don't even know.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
I can't imagine that she really believes that.
David Brody
I'll be honest.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
I just can't imagine that. Yeah, go ahead.
Terrence Bates
I'm sorry.
David Brody
I'll be honest with you. I don't even think it's clickbait. I think she doesn't know what she's saying. I think she's just. She's hurt. She read something on some sort of liberal blog, was like, oh, yeah, martial law. I'll say that tomorrow. But she's not even thinking clickbait. She's just, like, spouting nonsense. Gina, these people.
Dr. Gina
Well, my prompter says no. No, my prompter doesn't actually say anything. No.
David Brody
What does your prompter say?
Dr. Gina
I tell you what. I would rather listen to both bar bars and tones. There you go. Than see and hear her voice ever again. Or the fake piped in cheers audience audience cheers that aren't real. It's this fake as the hypocrisy that we see from them every single day. What this is is the same thing we've always gotten from all the lowest lives of Democrats like Joy Behar, and that is that they say something and they accuse President Trump or Republicans or conservatives or Christians. You can go on down the list of doing something that they are doing. They've done this. That's why. That's where her Experience is she's coming. That's what they did with COVID They used Covid to try to say, oh, well, now we have to have 50 year long voting periods and we have to make sure the taxpayers fund every single person getting to the poll in their own private limousine. And we have to make sure this is what they did. That's why. Where she gets it did. Because that's what she would do. And by the way, a fun fact. I did interview to be a person on the View. Didn't know if you guys knew that you interviewed who Surprised. I was interviewed by Disney to be a cast member on the View.
General Michael Flynn
Really?
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
I would love to have seen you with this group that I would pay money for that.
Dr. Gina
Now, listen, this is before they were rabid and crazy. This is, you know, in a time where they actually had. This is back when Barbara Walters, I think, was actually hosting it, anchoring it.
David Brody
Oh, yeah, I remember that.
Steve Gruber
I was gonna say, if you were on it, I would actually watch this show. Gina, it's remarkable. Remarkable to me that these women still have a job. I feel like I see headlines constantly. The View's about to be canceled. The View's about to be canceled, but yet they still are on tv.
Dr. Gina
Yeah, because you know what? The liberals, even if they could make more money putting it too conservative on there, they're not gonna do it because they are too much ideologues and they have an agenda and they're possessed by evil. If you really want to go straight to those.
David Brody
And let's be honest, Alyssa Farah is not a conservative. She used to be a conservative. I know Alyssa Farrah.
Dr. Gina
She was raised by conservatives, but she's not.
David Brody
Yes. I mean, Joseph Farah, yeah. World Net Daily, all that stuff. She came from a conservative family, but look, she's not conservative. And most importantly, she's on the show because she's anti Trump.
Dr. Gina
I worked for Joseph and Elizabeth. I know Alyssa very well. And I don't buy this new Persona that she had to have for the View. I think she did it to get a job and I think she'll come back around at some point.
David Brody
Well, she played the anti Trump card very well and she cashed in on it.
Dr. Gina
Yeah. And she got the appointment because of who her parents were to Donald Trump's administration that got her the job on the View. So she owes a lot to her conservative parents. Bless their hearts.
Steve Gruber
Interesting stuff.
David Brody
Bless their hearts.
Dr. Gina
Well, I mean, it. I mean, that's terrible.
David Brody
I know.
Dr. Gina
Well, I mean, if it was my kid, I don't know what? I'd be rolling over in my grave and I'm not even dead yet. Yet.
David Brody
I just like, bless their hearts. I like that line. That's why I was laughing.
Steve Gruber
Oh, boy. All right, now, coming up, returning to core theology. How can pastors do this? And why are some afraid? We analyze next on American Sunrise.
David Brody
God bless the USA.
Terrence Bates
In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
Welcome back to American Sunrise. It's now time for our moment of faith, which is brought to us daily by Lee Greenwood and the God bless the USA Bible in focus today calls for pastors to return. Excuse me. To core theology. The senior director for TPUSA Faith, Lucas Miles, laid out the case for pastors to return to core theology and how some pastors have not spoken out about certain issues. Check this out.
Rick De La Torre
There's true pastors and there's traitorous pastors, and then there's this middle category of trembling pastors. I think a lot of pastors are in that space where they're ideologically maybe aligned with biblical, biblical truth. They want to do the right thing. But there's all the other reasons. You know, I'm afraid of losing my congregation. I'm afraid of, you know, financial loss. I. I don't know if I feel as versed on these topics to be able to talk. I mean, and let's face it, like, Marxism, CRT dei, like Islam, like, these are robust topics that take a lot of time. Like, you and I have done a lot of work to, like, read these things and know these things, and, and the average pastor hasn't done that. They're not learning that stuff at Bible colleges, many of which are woke.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
All right, let's bring in Dr. Gina and get her perspective on what you just heard. Dr. Gina, as I was listening to that, one thought came to mind, and I'm wondering if you see this kind of neglect of core theology being reflective of where society is, that people of faith are being religious. They consistently go to church every Sunday, but they don't necessarily have a full relationship. And it's not a lifestyle. Their religion, their faith isn't a lifestyle. I know I'm laying a lot on the table, but take it from there.
Dr. Gina
Well, Satanism is a religion, so, you know, being religious, it doesn't really behoove you in any way, shape or form. And in fact, it might be your ultimate demise, to be honest. You know, and there are issues. The gentleman that we quoted there in the thing, Lucas Miles. Lucas Miles, he mentioned several things, you know, Marxism, cultural Marxism, DEI Some of those things and gave pastors the excuse of, oh, well, you know, the pastors. I know exactly what they'll say. As my pastor used to call them, the spineless, wimpy Christians out there. It's true, because there are a lot of spineless, wimpy Christians and pastors out there. But he'll say that they can say, well, it's not my job. Those deeper, more complex political issues. My job is to focus. I'm just going to focus in a pious way, by the way, on the word of God. Well, you can distort the word of God. Satan does it every single day. Satan knows every single word in that Bible and spits it back at us in all distorted kinds of lies and twists that aren't from the actual Holy Spirit. Right. And so that's not. That's not. That can't be an extreme excuse. I know pastors today, Terrence, who won't even speak upon things as simple as what a boy and a girl are, why abortion is wrong. I mean, simple things. These aren't deep, complex political topics. Right, Right.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
Adam and Eve. It's very simple. I mean, that's what God created. That's what the Bible says. So the issue that you brought up should be very simple to address. Dr. Gina, always good to talk to you. Good perspective there. We appreciate it.
Dr. Gina
I'm sorry I said you, too, T. Oh, okay.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
Well, thank you. Thank you. You know what? Forget this break. We're not going to break. Dr. And Gina and I are just gonna praise each other because it's such a blessing to be here.
Dr. Gina
Okay.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
They're about to cut me off. Dr. Gina, we're back with the second hour of American Sunrise.
Dr. Gina
Right.
David Brody
Coming up on the second hour of American Sunrise. Bracing for impact, the Iranian regime closed its airspace overnight, anticipating an attack from the U.S. now it's warning the Trump administration it's going to strike back if President Trump pulls the trigger. We're going to bring you the latest. Plus, Walls woes worsen. Try saying that five times fast. Minnesota governor Governor Tim Walls could be facing more legal trouble as whistleblowers come forward with potentially incriminating details. We're going to check in with the YouTuber who exposed his massive fraud later on. And later, a Secret Service agent for VP JD Vance suspended after revealing sensitive details during a fake date with an undercover journalist. Those stories much more as the second act hour of American Sunrise starts right now. Good morning, America.
Dr. Gina
Welcome to American Sunrise. Whether it's culture, we have breaking news to share with you.
David Brody
Politics President Trump is joining us live now from Florida.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
We've got you covered.
David Brody
This is what it looks like to be a patriot.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
We have to protect the American family.
Dr. Gina
The American, the American dream is still alive.
David Brody
I'm David Brody.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
I'm terrence.
Dr. Gina
And I'm Dr. Gina.
David Brody
Welcome back, everybody, to the second hour of American Sunrise. I'm David Brody coming to you from D.C. let's bring in Dr. G and Wes Palm T Bates in our Denver newsroom. Good morning to both of you. Look, real quick, we gotta get to some breaking news. This is big. And what's going on now? Is President Trump threatening to invoke the Insurrection act in Minnesota? This is huge. Trump posted on Truth Social, quote, if the corrupt politicians of Minnesota don't obey the law and stop the professional agitators and insurrectionists from attacking the patriots of ICE who are only trying to do their job, I will institute the Insurrection Act. This comes, of course, after two recent shootings involving ICE agents. We'll have more updates as they come in. But let's get some reaction, guys, right away on this. And we've got retired lieutenant general and author of the book pardon of An Inspiring Story of Faith and Freedom. We all know him, we all love him. There he is on the book. And now in person, General Michael Flynn. General Flynn, good morning. The Insurrection Act, I mean, my goodness, this would be a huge deal. And it makes me think of Little rock back in 1957. I'm not trying to do apples and apples here. I'm just simply saying that, that we're going to have federal troops go in on the ground against state authorities. This is a powder keg, potentially. Good morning.
General Michael Flynn
Yeah, well, yeah, thanks guys. And thanks to your audience. You guys are great. Appreciate everything that you're doing to keep America informed of the truth. Here's the deal, folks. And the mainstream media is going to, they're going to make this sound like Trump is becoming a dictator that he, that they've always defined them as. So for the audience, get prepared for the vitriol that's going to come from the left leaning media in our country. And you know, and in Congress, sadly, because there's so many socialists now that are serving in our government. So first of all, this is not the first time that this has happened. I mean, you know, I was in the military when I think it was under Reagan, they had to deploy a bunch of active duty military troops called the 7th Infantry Division from Fort Ord, California down into Los Angeles to basically control the riots down in Los Angeles because of essentially the level of violence that was happening there. One of the things that Governor Tim Waltz has not been able to do is he's not been able to provide for the safety and security of his own citizens. And that's one of the overarching objectives for the President of the United States. So if he has to use the Insurrection act, it's not the first time, it won't be the last time. It's purposely designed within our Constitution and for the executive powers of the President to be able to leverage and use. And this is the most important word that I'll use today, and I use it routinely, is preserve. The word preserve only the President of the United States of America, when he takes the oath of office, he or she takes the oath of office. Only the President uses the word preserve. And that when they use that word, it's to preserve the Constitution of the United States, not just protect and defend. And everybody needs to understand that in our country that the President, and only the President, in the sole authority of the executive powers given to him under our Constitution, has the duty and responsibility to preserve the Constitution of the United States of America. And when you see what's happening up in Minneapolis, it's beyond the protests and then some of them turning violent. This is the severe levels of corruption. So, you know, I think more to follow. Everybody pay attention, and everybody needs to take a step back, take a deep breath and. And allow this president to do the duties that he was, you know, 79 million of us voted for. And so we'll. We'll see what. We'll see how this plays out. But we cannot keep having the streets of America, nor these organizations that are funding these things. Most of these people that are involved here are not from. They're not from Minneapolis. They come from outside as agitators, and that has to stop.
David Brody
Yep, that's so true.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
General Flynn, do you think it's going to come to the President invoking this act? You said a critical phrase. If he has to use it, sometimes the threat is even more powerful than the action itself. Do you think it's going to come to that, or is the threat going to be enough to have Tim Walls and the others there in Minneapolis think twice and say, okay, let's get. Let's get a. On board here. At least let's clean up our act.
General Michael Flynn
Yeah, Terrence? No, I don't think it's going to be enough, to be honest with you. I think that actually the left wants them to do it. I think that there are many, many in on the, you know, within the left. And when I say the left, you know, this is no longer about Republicans and Democrats, folks. And I'm sorry, you know, we have a large, large socialist movement that has been funded for, you know, actually over a generation now in our country. And all these people, many of them are paid agitators to be there. We, we've seen that in, in the world of social media over the last couple of years, if not certainly the last couple of days of some of these people that are up there. So I actually think that they want Trump to do that so then they can use it as a bludgeon against him. And so, so the president has to be really, he's got to be really steady in, in, in, in imposing this if he decides to do that. And when he does it, then there's going to have to be some real clear lines of authority between him and whoever he puts in charge of it, whether it's a military organization or whether it's a Secretary of Homeland Security or some task force that's organized, at least for this part of the country. But we cannot have this kind of unrest that is upsetting the fabric of our constitutional processes and going against federal law enforcement. I mean, they're making. And you know what's sad, the sad thing is, is that a lot of these, these federal officers that are in these areas, they actually live in these areas. They actually live there. They have their families. Many of them are young men and women who have children, and they're trying to send them to the public schools in those communities. And they're only trying to do their jobs that they have been asked to do. And I think that they do them. You know, they do them so professionally, yet you're going to have this socialist communist movement of the left, and frankly, it is blended with this radicalized Islamist crowd. You know, I mean, this is not theoretical anymore, folks. This is real, and this is what we're facing in our country. So, Terrence, I think that they want him to pull that trigger, and when they do, they'll use it as a bludgeon. So he's going to have to do it. If he does it, he's going to have to do it very, very methodically, professionally, and with the right leadership.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
General Flynn, then to your point, if in fact he does, in fact move forward, is he going to have to clearly and publicly define the rules of engagement? It seems to me, just from the outside looking in, that that's going to be a critical next step, then that everybody knows what this is really all about. And the rules of engagement.
General Michael Flynn
Yeah. So there's two things there. One, rules of engagement are very sensitive in nature. So that. That's a.
Terrence Bates
Okay, we'll.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
We'll.
General Michael Flynn
We'll use those in sort of our civilian capacity, but for a military or a law enforcement, that's a very sensitive set of.
Rick De La Torre
Of.
General Michael Flynn
Of rules that they have to follow. And they. And they should be protected. What we're really talking about here are what are the president's objectives? What are the objectives that he sets? And the, you know, principal objective is to provide for the. To the safety and security of the people and to create the conditions that returns a secure neighborhood to the people that live there. Right. And to return some semblance of a sense of safety that I can walk the streets at night, I can go to the store to buy groceries. I can go down, I can go to my job. So the president is going to have to set up objectives if he does enact this. The rules of engagement are how do we deal with whether or not we're gonna fight, whether or not we're gonna use things like tear gas and other such items to be able to control crowds? I mean, those are more sensitive in nature.
Dr. Gina
You know, all this skepticism on the part of the left right now, General, regarding law enforcement. But I can't help but notice that the killers, and I don't use the word loosely, of Roseanne Boylan and Ashley Babbitt walk free.
General Michael Flynn
Yeah. I'm so upset. In fact, this morning, I was in touch with a couple of lawyers about this new J6 committee that. That's been formed. And I really want them, you know, I don't want them to just attack their colleagues or whatever they want to call them of the unselect committee. I want them to get to the bottom of, you know, why were there 300 FBI agents there unmarked, essentially. So I know Cash has said, you know, these are just, you know, they were there to control. No, you don't. You're not in a place to control something if you're not wearing appropriate uniform where people can see who you are. Number one, That's. That's a big. That's a big deal.
Dr. Gina
Yes.
General Michael Flynn
The killers of some of these people. And we also. So people understand, I think we had six people who were jailed for J6, you know, frankly, illegally, that committed suicide while they were in prison, which is really tragic. So Roseanne Boylan, Ashley Babbitt. I mean, we have got to get to the bottom of the. Of why J6 was a creation of the overarching coup that occurred on, I think it was November 3rd of 2020, during the 2020 election. So, you know, I always say the Russiagate was the attempted coup. January 20th or November 2020 was the actual coup. January 6th was meant to put the final nail in Trump's coffin, get him out of there and then. And then berate him for the next couple of years and hope that he never returned. And God, you know, you know, I mean, talk about miracles. You know, God returned Trump to the White House with the help of a lot of people, and we're now able to have this show. We're able to do the things that we can do to try to, you know, return this country to a semblance of constitutional. Constitutionality. And so. So, yeah, the J6 committee has a lot of work to do, and there are a lot of people. It's not just the actions of the Capitol Police. It's all of that.
Dr. Gina
Yeah. And the abuse and torment that many of them took while they were there. A total miscarriage of justice that also needs to be investigated. The list goes on, no doubt.
David Brody
General Flynn, we appreciate you being here. We had that breaking news with the Insurrection Act. We wanted to get to Iran. We'll get there next time. That story's not going away, clearly. So we appreciate you.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
Absolutely.
General Michael Flynn
God bless, guys. Thank you.
Dr. Gina
All right, we wanted to talk to.
David Brody
You for 20 minutes about Iran, but we'll do it next time. All right, thank you, sir. All right, coming up, YouTuber and Citizen reporter Nick Shirley set to testify before Congress on Minnesota's massive government fraud. He will be here after the break. Back in a moment.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
Sam.
Steve Gruber
Welcome back to American Sunrise. Having some technical difficulties connecting with Nick Shirley. We are going to move on to another segment. At this time, it is time to drain the swamp. And this morning, we are flushing out Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. House Majority Whip Tom Emmer says whistleblowers inside the Minnesota government are now coming forward, providing sworn testimony that could lead to federal prosecution. According to federal prosecutors, the fraud spans Covid food programs, housing assistance, Medicaid, and other social services, with more than 90 indictments already handed down. Republican lawmakers say state employees who reported the fraud were threatened, blacklisted, and retaliated against, and that the governor and Attorney General Keith Ellison were warned but failed to act. For more, let's bring in David Terrence and Dr. Gina Terrence. Your thoughts on this?
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
Yeah, I'm not surprised at all. Again, I'd like to see all of the evidence come out and if in fact, there's enough evidence for prosecution and the prosecutions to move forward. But even more immediately, Emily, I think the President, President Trump threatening the Insurrection act to enact the Insurrection act there in Minneapolis, given the violence, given the rhetoric from the lawmakers there, including Governor Tim Walz, I think that's of most concern today and whether he, in fact, moves forward with doing so. That's really the bigger story. I think that's developing out of Minneapolis today. David and Dr. Gina.
David Brody
Yeah, look, here's the thing. We're talking about protests in Minnesota. How about Minnesotans protest Tim Walz and get him out of office? He's not going to run for another governorship, if you will. But what about getting him out before his term ends? I mean, this is the debacle, whether it be the fraud or specifically what he talked about just yesterday calling what ICE is doing here. It is organized brutality. And he said for President Trump to end the occupation. Hey, as we like to say in the city, someone go get hurt. Okay, look, here's the thing. We already saw people getting hurt, right? We've already seen people dead.
General Michael Flynn
All right?
David Brody
But here's the thing. It's going to. You think that's bad? It's about to go down and get a far, far worse than that. And Tim Walls better clean up the freaking act in Minnesota because this is what happened. You have President Trump invoking the Insurrection Act. And by the way, good for him that he's doing it.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
He hasn't yet. He's going to.
David Brody
It's a matter of time.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
Okay, and you think it's a matter of time. Okay, and I'll buy that. I just wanted to be clear. At this point, he has not done it. At this point, it's a threat. Sorry, go ahead. I just want.
David Brody
Yeah, I said he's going to, as in he will do it. I know he will. He's gonna do it because you don't throw it out there and then not do it at that point. That's just not the way that works. The Insurrection act is too big of a deal to do that anyhow. Gina, I'm curious to get your thoughts, but the bottom line is Tim Wallace has gotta go and he's gotta go now. Not in November or January or whenever it is.
Dr. Gina
Well, I think part of the reason for his behavior is to sort of pull Trump into a position where he has to declare the Insurrection act because Democrats want it as a politically pivotal tool for the midterms. This is really no secret. He's sort of boxed him in there. But President Trump isn't really one who takes kindly to that, and he usually uses that, and it usually backfires on the person. So, Tim Walls, if I were you, I'd watch yourself. Okay, go ahead.
David Brody
No, no, you go, Gina.
Dr. Gina
Well, I was just gonna say, you asked the question, how come people aren't out there protesting? Tim Walls. Well, the reason is because the right side of politics, you know, if you decide to protest. I've been a Tea Party protester, right, Going back to Andrew Breitbart's days with Steve Bannon and all the rest of them. And I can tell you I was never once bankrolled by George Soros or anyone else like the left is. Consistently. I was doxxed. We had people show up in our midst that were dangerous. We had people with swastikas show up on them so they look. So it looked like someone in our crowd had a swastika on. You get the idea. Those kinds of things. Constantly harassed. My children were harassed just for me. This is before I was in media, you guys. This is when I was just a mom out there doing Tea Party protests. So that's the reason why there aren't people protesting. Tim Walls. They'd like to, but the paid protesters are bankrolled by the very wealthy elite on the left.
David Brody
Understand the visuals here and understand the significance, right, guys? I mean, what we're talking about here with the Insurrection act is the US Military, active US Military, going to the streets of Minnesota and potentially arresting and confronting United States citizens. 1957, Little Rock. Look it up. We all know it. So bottom line is this is nasty stuff is what we're talking about. And it could very well go down on the streets of America. This is not ICE agents. This is not National Guard. It is National Guard, but it's not just that. And it's not folks from the FBI and CIA agents going in, federal agents. We hear all the time. This is US Active military. It is a huge deal. And shame on Tim Walls and Jacob Fry.
Dr. Gina
Exactly how selfish and anti American is this? Because you know what? Our president right now needs to be focused on what is happening worldwide, on fixing our economy on those things. They have literally created this drama intentionally to draw him in, because they're more worried about their own power and money and the midterms and the elections than they are about the American people. And this spells it out clearly.
Steve Gruber
Interesting, interesting stuff, guys. All right, coming up, we are headed down to Wall street for the opening bell and insight into how to hold on to your Hard earned dollars with some common sense. We'll be back with more American Sunrise in just two minutes.
Dr. Gina
Stick around.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
Shout out to Colorado Springs, really a cool town. If you've never been. There's so much to do out there. Obviously you probably know of Pikes Peak, but what a lot of people don't realize is that the Olympic Training center is there and so you can go get some Olympic history and all that kind of good stuff. A fun city, a fun town, some great cuisine as well. Anyway, welcome back to American Sunrise. We appreciate you being here with us. We're getting ready for the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange. Here's a look at our pre market trading board. As you can see, the top is all green. The dow S&P 500 and the NASDAQ were all in the green. The bottom half not looking so great. But we'll take you to the floor of the New York Stock Exchange for the opening bell here in about six minutes or so. Stay tuned for that. In the meantime, let's get you over to Dr. Gina. Dr. G. Good morning.
Dr. Gina
Good morning. Thank you, Terrence. Every January, millions of people resolve to lose weight and get in shape. And just weeks later, most of those resolutions are already falling apart. One big reason, the bathroom scale. Weighing yourself every single day can actually harm your motivation, that psychological part that is so important, also your self esteem, because that number doesn't reflect your muscle tone, which can make you weigh heavier, how fit you really look, yet it can influence how you feel all day long. So that's why a group of doctors took a different approach, creating a product that shifts the focus away from pounds and toward looking more fit, more toned and in shape without adding more dieting or exercise. Joining us now to explain this is Dr. Greg Cinnamon. Welcome to the show. Dr. Many people start their day by stepping on the sail, myself included. I'm not gonna lie. But studies suggest that weighing yourself every day can increase anxiety, lower self esteem and even contribute to depression. How did we get to a place where a single number on a bathroom scale can be so psychologically debilitating?
General Michael Flynn
Yeah.
Rick De La Torre
Good morning. Dr. Thank you. That's a great lead in and you're absolutely correct. And this is going to be welcome news for a lot of people who are really in that diet cycle of stepping on that scale. And if you're up a pound, you thought you were going to be down. If you're up 5, you thought you were going to be down. And it not just impacts your whole day, it impacts your week. And there's a lot of really good studies now that talk about how you really need to step away from weighing yourself on a daily basis and now start focusing on body composition. And that sounds difficult. And we're so used to the fad diets and the injections or whatever it is we're talking about. This is a departure, and it really gets into a formula that doctors came up with. It's based with creatine. And by and large, what we're looking at now is when you start to take the right levels of creatine, a specific product called creatone that is made for women, that it changes body composition more quickly and you start to not just lose weight, but your body comp changes. So you'll notice first that your pants are loose, the tops are loose. Why is this? Why am I looking thinner? Maybe I've lost weight, maybe I haven't. But it's the body composition that's changing and it's getting people away from that constant psychological barrage of, oh, no, I put on weight or I'm not losing as fast as I should.
Dr. Gina
Yeah. I just read a new study yesterday that creatine is showing some dramatic improvements with dementia as well. So this is good all the way around. Reading more and more about creatine every day. Explain to us what creatine is. Is that a peptide?
General Michael Flynn
Yeah.
Rick De La Torre
So creatine is an interesting product. It's been around for so long, but there's lots of forms of creatine. And what we have found is. And guys have been taking creatine forever. And what women want to understand is this isn't guys creatine. A lot of guys will use the gym rats, if you will, in air quotes, to build muscle. Women need creatine and they get deficient in creatine far faster than men. And we. We're supposed to take it in. What, what happens is the creatine that it comes in, this form of creatine that we're talking about is only made in Germany. It's substantially made for women, and it's for a faster bioavailable uptake of creatine. What that means, without all the psychobabble, if you will, is that your body needs to be able to assimilate the creatine into your muscles, into the stores, and once it gets there, it starts training your body to look more lean and to look more fit and toned. That's what we're really going for here. So that's why you can have two women who weigh the identical amount. Right. One will look Kind of heavier. And one will look very lean and not as muscular, but lean and toned and fit. They weigh the same. The difference is their degrees of creatone in their body is what is making the change in their shape. And that's when it really starts to happen for women who are just kind of like, I'm done with it. I'm just fed up with weighing myself. I'm fed up with gaining five, losing six, gaining seven, losing five, and all that.
Terrence Bates
Yo, yo.
Rick De La Torre
Dieting destroys your metabolism, and this is the way you get away from it.
Dr. Gina
Destroys your metabolism and your skin. That's the other thing that the gaining losing weight. And look, as women, we get enough of that malarkey when we're just having babies, Right?
General Michael Flynn
All right.
Dr. Gina
Well, it is fascinating, Dr. Cinnamon, go to tonetoday.com, put in your promo code RAV for a nice, sharp discount there. We appreciate you being with us and educating us about this super important thing. I feel like we're really at the edge of just some great advances that will really benefit the health of women. So thank you.
Rick De La Torre
Yeah, thank you for you approaching this. And this is really going to help women get off of that world that we're talking about and really be happy with. With not just looking better, but losing weight the right way.
General Michael Flynn
Thank you.
Dr. Gina
All right, well, I'll have to try some and see if I can stop the habitual weighing myself every single morning. Thank you so much. All right, let's head back to Terrence in Denver for the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange, sponsored by amax. Say it three times fast.
Terrence Bates
The association of Mature American Citizens is the conservative voice for Americans 50 and older. AMAC is fighting for the values that you hold dear. Join today. Together, we can write the course of America.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
Tell the truth. Tell the truth. The applause is underway at the New York Stock Exchange. You see who is at the podium right now. We, of course, are going to hear the bell here momentarily. Then we'll get an idea of how the markets are shaping up. There you have it, ladies and gentlemen. Right on cue, you hear the opening bell. And so now let's see how the markets are looking. The Dow, S P500, and the NASDAQ all in the green right now. The bottom half of our board not looking so good at this very moment. Hopefully, though, it will be a profitable day of trading for those of you who are going to be dabbling in the markets today. Still to come here on American Sunrise, a security breach at the highest level. As a Secret Service agent assigned to Vice President J.D. vance, pulled from duty after an undercover video allegedly showing sensitive details being leaked. We've got the story for you next.
Dr. Gina
Sam.
David Brody
All right, welcome back, everybody, to American Sunrise. I'm David Brody. Thanks for joining us this morning. By the way, we invite you to join the conversation on Getter and Rumble. I've been horrible. I've not been in Getter.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
I know.
David Brody
You know, maybe I shouldn't have gone in there ever since my immigration comments yesterday. But anyhow, time now to take the political pulse of America. Here's the beat today. A Secret Service agent for Vice President JD Vance has been placed on administrative leave after an undercover video released by undercover RenEGADE Journalist James O' Keefe allegedly shows the agent sharing sensitive security information, including protective formations, travel movements and shift schedules. The agency, by the way, does confirm that the employee's security clearance has been suspended, access to systems have been revoked and a full investigation is underway. By the way, here is some of that video from James o'. Keefe. Take a look. Can I see your badge again with your photo? You're so cute.
Missouri Congressman Eric Burleson
A current Secret Service agent on Vice President J.D. vance's security detail.
David Brody
When he's like walking like, where are you?
Terrence Bates
We'll have at least a middle of the head.
Missouri Congressman Eric Burleson
Gives away vital high level security information to our undercover journalists.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
We have different shifts.
David Brody
Shift tells her about detailed future travel.
Missouri Congressman Eric Burleson
Plans for the Vice President and even sends her pictures with location metadata revealing where the President's convoy was located, potentially violating both the Secret Service, NDA and United States federal law.
David Brody
That'd be a no no, by the way. In response, the Secret Service is ordering all personnel to retake this anti espionage training that they do. As leadership is apologizing directly to the Vance family and warns of zero tolerance for breaches of trust. All right, well, joining us now with reaction is the host of America's Voice Live, the Steve Gruber Show. The guy that anchors the Steve Gruber Show. Which is who? Everybody, we should say it together. Who anchors that? Steve Gruber.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
Steve Gruber.
Terrence Bates
Well done. Well done.
Dr. Gina
That Groover.
General Michael Flynn
Hi, Steve.
David Brody
You want to a pie dog? Do whatever you want. I don't care.
Terrence Bates
Well, I appreciate that. Blank check. It's whiteboard for Thursday. I can't even believe this happens. You know, you do deep background checks on these folks. This guy is so in need of a date. I mean, what's he trying to impress? The girl he thinks he can score?
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
He gave it up like a two dollar, you know what?
Terrence Bates
Exactly. But you know, this is frightening. This is frightening. That we have somebody so reckless inside the security. Look, the security of the President of the United States and the vice President of the United States. Paramount. We know that Donald Trump got shot in Butler, Pennsylvania. We know that there was an attempt on his life in Florida. There might be others. You know, the Iranians right now targeting Donald Trump. This is not some secret. This is pretty obvious. They've talked about it before. They still want payback for Soleimani. And because the United States is supporting the uprising in the streets. And this kind of clown could give up that information to an activist or an agent from a foreign country. This is beyond the pale. This guy should spend years in prison.
Dr. Gina
Yeah.
Terrence Bates
I mean, years. For being. I mean, there's no wiggle room here. You swore an oath to the Constitution and to defend your protectorate.
Dr. Gina
Yeah.
Terrence Bates
I mean, good grief. This is so far beyond the. Kudos to James o' Keefe again.
Dr. Gina
Yes. Yes. Thank you.
David Brody
Yes.
Dr. Gina
Yeah. Because he. Because this was not going after a Democrat. I mean, necessarily. We don't know what this guy's party affiliation is.
Terrence Bates
Nobody knows that. Doesn't matter.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
Doesn't matter. His party affiliation.
Dr. Gina
Well, that's my point.
Terrence Bates
It doesn't matter.
Dr. Gina
Yeah, that's the point.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
Go ahead, Dr. D. I'm sorry.
Dr. Gina
Yeah. That's the whole entire point, Terrence, is that this is. You know, James gets a lot of. You know, don't forget, he relies on funding, and he gets a lot of funding when he goes after those Democrats that Republicans love to hate. Right. But when you go after Secret Service, you're taking a big risk. What I love about this is that, you know, this guy. More training. More training isn't going to. Steve, you're exactly right. This guy doesn't need more training. It doesn't take a rocket scientist. Look, when any of us is around the president, we don't go around posting. I don't even post pictures afterwards, usually. I don't ever talk about what the president and I discuss personally and whatever tiny little miniscule knowledge I have about where he is or where he's going next, because sometimes I'll catch wind. I would never post it, and I've never had the training. So more training is not gonna help any of us sitting on this show. In fact, almost everyone in this audience knows that these aren't the kinds of things you disclose. This guy to get a girl was doing this. That is despicable. He should go to prison, Steve. And we should be loud about this.
Terrence Bates
I agree. He should go to prison. Look, I was just with the president in Detroit, I mean, and you go through the gauntlet to get in there. You go through. Security check 1. Security check 2. Security check 3. Look, this is so inexcusable, and it's not a partisan issue. Although I'm pretty sure we'll see idiots on social media saying, well, too bad he didn't, you know, get it done, because that's what the idiots will do. That's wrong. We know it's wrong. I would never. If this was a Democrat president, I'd want the same punishment. You have zero tolerance. Zero tolerance. I don't care who the president is, Steve.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
I have Steve. I'm sorry. But as I listened to all of that, I was thinking, he is giving this up so easily. And it brings to mind, and I think it's a fair question, whether this is the exception or the rule, whether this is commonplace, that some of these Secret Service agents are out here just talking to people and thinking it's an innocent conversation, but giving up potentially dangerous information. I hope not. But I think at this point, it's gotta be a question.
Dr. Gina
I believe that he thought it was Terrence.
Terrence Bates
Hold on, hold on, hold on. As Terrence says, that memory is saying, hey, wait a second. Wasn't there something with the Secret Service, maybe in the nation of Columbia where they were all fraternizing with professional suppliers of pleasure? Yes, ladies and gentlemen, remember that was a few years ago. Right? There was a whole incident with the Secret Service, with prostitutes. That's just called for, what it is. Right? And so maybe there's a problem with the Secret Service. We've heard rumor of that before. There's a problem with the Secret Service. You look what happened in Butler. Maybe there's a problem. Look what happened at the golf course. Maybe there's a bigger problem inside the Secret Service than we've been led to believe thus far. And so that is worthy of clear investigation, that we better look at the whole system, see who the aides are, maybe re vet them, Go back through, re vet everybody. There'd be nothing wrong with that, right? Let's go back through and check everybody's resume, Everybody's background, everybody's qualifications, everybody's ability to do the job. Nothing against the ladies at Butler, but if you're 5 foot 6 trying to protect a guy that's 6 foot 3, maybe that's not a good idea. So I revisit all of those horrific scenes. Maybe it's time to reconsider the policies and the guidelines and the standards for having that badge and being in Charge of protecting the most important people. Well, not just in the country, in the world.
David Brody
Hey Steve, let me switch gears a little bit and go philosophical for a moment and talk about maga. Where do you think MAGA is right now? I know. Where do you think MAGA is right now?
Terrence Bates
I think they're at breakfast.
Dr. Gina
Oh, they're all watching this show. David Brody, of course I should know that.
David Brody
I should know that. That was a rhetorical. No, it wasn't a rhetorical question. All right, so miga make Iran great again. Then we have Venezuela, what's going on there? Soon as I like to say on this program, he'll be the Chancellor of Greenland next. He's the board of, he's a chairman of the board of the Gaza Board of Peace. So, so where's MAGA on all of this? I mean this is not what anybody signed up for in terms of painting on now I think personally you can make an argument that it all fits into maga.
Terrence Bates
I'm sorry, who didn't sign up for what? I don't understand your question.
David Brody
Who didn't sign? Well, I'm saying that President Trump didn't say all of this on the campaign trail. It was all about make America great again. It wasn't necessarily about the Don Row documents is my point. So my question is, is MAGA okay with this? What's your sense, what's your read of all of this? Because I think you can make the argument that this can be MAGA if positioned the correct way. Trump clearly thinks it is all part of maga. What do you think?
Terrence Bates
I think you're misreading the whole thing. David. I'll be honest.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
Like in what way?
Terrence Bates
I'll tell you. Well, because making America great again means foreign policy, security, it means the monodox.
David Brody
It means making sure. Steve, just real quick, I just wanna be clear so I state my position clearly. I'm all for what he did in Venezuela, I'm all for what he's about to do in Iran. I am the biggest pro Israel guy out there. I am for all of that being maga, I agree with what he's doing. So I'm not disagreeing. I'm asking you about what do you think MAGA writ large. Cuz this just in, I don't represent all, all of maga, I represent a part of maga. What do you think?
Terrence Bates
I think that the people that supported Donald Trump, he's the most popular president in his own party in my lifetime, 90% support. Much of that's MAGA. Much of that's Republicans. I look what happened in Venezuela and I think that you look back at the Democrats and the Republicans alike who said, maduro's a bad guy, he's gotta go. Donald Trump does something about that, which is, well, that does put America first because it stops drug traffickers, human traffickers, it stops China, Iran, Russia, Cuba from taking over Venezuela. When you look at the policy of Greenland, I think that's in America's best interest. No question, it's the largest unsinkable aircraft carrier in the North Atlantic. It is incredibly important that we're there to protect ourselves. Look, Denmark's not going to protect us. When you look at Iran in my lifetime, America was always there for human rights. When you see protesters being slaughtered in the streets and we don't even know what the body count is, some say 3,000, some say 10,000, some say 20,000. It's always been America's position to go protect people because the United nations is incapable of it. The United nations is abject failure by any metric. I think MAGA is with this because this shows American strength at home and abroad. And all of these things help us at home. If America was secure internationally, we're secure at home. So I think maga's with us. I think the Republicans are with us with this. We'll see how. Look, the Greenland deal is done, too. It's just a matter of what the terms are going to look like in my estimation. We'll see how it plays out. But the Dane group yesterday that came to negotiate says we're going to continue to negotiate. They didn't say, hey, to hell with you, we're out of here. No, they said we're going to negotiate because they have no choice. And Venezuela getting cleaned up. We had no choice. Go ahead.
David Brody
No, I was going to say. I just want to be very clear. I agree with everything you said. So we're on the same page. Just so you know. What I'm saying is that the Marjorie Taylor Greene's, Tucker Carlson's, there's others. Gina, maybe you can speak to this a little bit. I don't know what you think about. The pure isolationist wing of the party's got problems with this.
General Michael Flynn
Clearly.
Dr. Gina
Well, and look, polling indicates that especially Gen Z and some of the male voters that did vote for Donald Trump are having a different idea now. I don't know that it means they're going to vote Democrat. I don't know what they think they're going to do in the midterms, but. But yeah, I mean, Some people. There are people in maga, definitely, definitely dissenting. I don't think anyone can deny that. And I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I think you're right, Steve, that most people. You know, for me, I look at J6 like he freed our J6 prisoners. That was the one really strong commitment that I personally asked from him and that a lot of people did. And to me, that's just. That. Just. I loved you since, you know.
Terrence Bates
Right. But I want to go back to what David said about the campaign trail, because I. Look, he didn't talk about Maduro on the campaign trail. He didn't need to. There's a $25 million bounty on his head. That was already American policy. We've had an extradition treaty with that country for over a century. He didn't have to talk about Iran because Iran wasn't in upheaval at that point. But when he went over and took out the nuclear capabilities of that nation, it does serve our foreign policy, because who says death to America more than. Than the leaders of Iran? Nobody. When he says, we have to go secure the North Atlantic from incursions into the Arctic Ocean. Look, if you put a Russian submarine up there with nuclear missiles, they're within striking distance of every major city in America. That's not acceptable.
Dr. Gina
Why do you think he's. Why do you think losing young men in particular, why do you think that's happening?
Terrence Bates
Well, I don't see that where I am, so, you know, maybe that's what the polling says. But, look, when we get to election day, the economy continues to improve. It's going to be all about money in the pocket and jobs and opportunity. I don't know that he's losing. Young men. None of the young men I know are losing are leaving him. So we'll see.
David Brody
Well, I. By the way, I just say, again, I agree with you. I was just kind of channeling the isolation. Well, you're a smart guy. Well. Well, thank you so much. And so are you. So we're two. Two smart guys. Three smart guys and a one.
Dr. Gina
Whatever this is.
David Brody
None of the views. All right, all right. There's too much massaging going on.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
Too much.
David Brody
Steve. Thank you, sir.
General Michael Flynn
Appreciate you.
Dr. Gina
Thanks.
Terrence Bates
Thank you, guys.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
Thanks.
Dr. Gina
All right.
David Brody
I like the subliminal American flag behind you. I get what you're saying. All right. Coming up, she ran Chicago but couldn't pay her own bills. JP Morgan Chase now suing former mayor Lori Lightfoot. Oh, gosh, is she back? Over an unpaid credit card tab that sat for more than a year. Back in a month.
Terrence Bates
Let's spill some tea.
Steve Gruber
Let's spill some tea. Fueled by Artillery Tea Company, the only America first veteran owned tea brand. And their mission, maximize flavor with whole leaf blends and chemical free tea bags. No junk, just real tea. And here's the tactical each bag brews twice. Just go to artilleryteaco.com and use the code RAV for 10% off your first order. Again, that website is artilleryteaco.com premium tea, mission driven and brewed for the brave. It is time now to spill some tea. And in the cup today. A former big city mayor now facing big personal financial trouble. JPMorgan Chase is suing ex Chicago mayor Lori Lightfoot, claiming she lets an $11,000 credit card bill go unpaid for more than a year. Court records show the Debt lingered for 17 months despite Lightfoot earning hundreds of thousands of dollars in income and pulling from her retirement account. The lawsuit comes as questions resurface about Lightfoot's financial management, both personally and during her time running Chicago, which she left with a massive budget shortfall. For more, let's bring in David Brody, terrence Bates, and Dr. Gina Terence. I lived in Chicago for about three years before moving down here to West Palm. And they went from Lori Lightfoot to Brandon Johnson. It's just like, my gosh, what are they thinking in Chicago?
David Brody
Yeah.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
As a Chicagoan, you know, initially, like early on, Lori Lightfoot was thought to be a savior, if you will. She was fairly popular. And then as time passed and as her administration continued to play out, she was not so popular. I probably shouldn't say this, but I'm gonna say it anyway because it's on my mind. If she does, in fact have this sort of massive bill, a great way for her to get some extra money to be able to pay off that bill is to moonlight as a character from. Oh, what's that show? Oh, my God, I forgot the show now. Oh, Beetlejuice. She could. And I know I shouldn't say that, but I'm going there anyway. She could moonlight as a character from Beetlejuice, make a good bit of money and pay off her bill. Okay, I'll put myself in timeout now. I'm ashamed.
Dr. Gina
But I have to tell you, Emily, I'm a little bit impressed that she actually has some debt because I think most Democrats come into office with almost nothing going in as public servants. Right. Who then learn quickly how to build the system. The information is there. It's easy to do. All you gotta do is take A bribe or two, commit a little fraud. Ask Tim Walsh, your good buddy. Ask Nancy which stocks to buy. I mean, the list goes on and on. I'm a little impressed that she has some debt. I'm a little impressed. I'm not gonna lie. I guarantee you Bill and Hillary Clinton don't have debt. I guarantee you Tim Walls doesn't have debt. You know, Bidens don't have any debt, and that's because they just get in there and become instant millionaires because of the fraud and the bribery and all the rest of the things that go on in politics. So I'm just being honest here. And you know what? A lot of Americans have credit card debt. I'm not saying it's the right thing. Please don't misunderstand me and chat. Don't come for me. I'm making the point. It would be easy for her to make a deal. It was like $11,000 or something. Heck, that's a bribe on a day that ends in Y for any other Democrat politician. Maybe she's just dumb and she doesn't know how to take a bribe. I don't know.
Steve Gruber
It does sound like neglect. Seventeen months, she just didn't pay anything. And now JPMorgan Chase is suing her. I think it was neglected.
David Brody
Democrats bad with money. Wow, what a shock. But let's put that as a lower third.
Dr. Gina
But usually they're bad with our money and they're really good with their own personal finances.
David Brody
That's fine. This whole segment, all I've been thinking about is Gordon Lightfoot rather than Lori Lightfoot. But that's a separate issue. The singer, if I could read your mind. Anyhow, whatever entail the thoughts would tell you. Look at you two. You have no idea what we're talking about. Oh, my goodness. Frustrating.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
Beetlejuice.
Dr. Gina
Beetlejuice.
Steve Gruber
Back to Beetlejuice. All right, well, thank you for singing us out of this summit, you guys. Still to come on American Sunrise, David Brody is standing by with the story he's keeping an eye on, and it touches on how Mayor Jacob Frey allowed his city to be completely taken over by foreign immigrants. The one to watch is next. Don't go anywhere.
Dr. Gina
All right, welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. G. Thanks so much for that. Was definitely not Gordon Lightfoot, by the way, guys, in. In the production room there. Thanks for joining us today. Time now for the one to Watch. David, what you watching?
David Brody
Well, sadly, I'm watching Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry. I really don't want to watch him, but he is obviously in the spotlight now. You got ICE agents descending on the city as part of President Trump's immigration crackdown. So many Americans may be wondering how Minneapolis became such a haven for Somali immigrants, many of which, by the way, are in the country illegally. But this video, guys, provides some perspective. Take a look at Jacob Fry, clearly turning into the head of Somalia. Take a look. Somalia. Hanaulato, somalia.
Rick De La Torre
Mahaga E Gawa.
David Brody
Jacob Fry.
General Michael Flynn
Dokemagalada, Minneapolis. Damaan Sha', Abka, Somalia.
David Brody
Kay Yamid, Mogadish. That's not AI, by the way, number one. Number two, Gina, that is a mayor of an American city. Care to comment? Care to opine?
Dr. Gina
Well, it's almost the end of the show, and that's disgusting. So I want to end on a positive note. So what I will say is I'm loving that. I'm hearing that they're going to make it so that if you are here and you are on any social welfare, you are not allowed to send a dime of that to a foreign government. I think that is a great idea, David. Where did I hear that? Did you hear that, Terrence?
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
It sounds familiar. It seems like maybe there was a headline that I saw, but admittedly, I didn't go deep into that.
Dr. Gina
We'll talk about that tomorrow. Let's talk about it tomorrow. Yeah.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
Also, since we're talking about immigration, the Trump administration now also saying that there are 75 countries that they're going to stop processing visa requests from. And all of this, again, is just to kind of slow the process down, to kind of recalculate and recalibrate, if you will, to make sure that if anyone does get into this country legally or has permission to come to this country, they're going to be people who have good intentions and aren't trying to take advantage of the American people. So that's a story that I'm actually watching. I think that's quite interesting, David.
General Michael Flynn
Yeah.
David Brody
The big story that everybody will be watching is the Insurrection act, that whether or not he will invoke it, President Trump will do it.
Dr. Gina
And David Brody says yes.
David Brody
Oh, yeah. I say yes. I say, hell, yeah.
Unnamed Male Co-host (possibly Terrence or another male host)
I don't know if it's gonna happen. I wouldn't be surprised. But I think at this point, it's more of a threat. I very well may be wrong. We shall find out.
David Brody
But General Flynn said earlier. Sorry, General Flynn said earlier, and this is a great point, that the left wants him to do it. So they're not going to back down. Fry and Walls and all those crazies. They're not going to back down, so it's coming.
Dr. Gina
You guys. War room is up next. Go. Boldly now. Live the truth. We'll see you tomorrow. This is an I heart podcast. Guaranteed human.
