David Brody
Good morning, America.
Dr. Gina Louden
Welcome to American sunrise. Whether it's culture, we have breaking news to share with you.

Terrence Bates

David Brody
This is what it looks like to be a patriot.
Terrence Bates
We have to protect the American family.
Dr. Gina Louden
The American dream is still alive.
David Brody
I'm David Brody.
Terrence Bates
I'm terrence.
Dr. Gina Louden
And I'm Dr. Gina. All right, welcome to American Sunrise, everybody. I tried reaching my bag for a pin and pulled out Halloween candy, some Smarties. If anybody's hungry, you're welcome to these. Back in the control room. I'm Dr. Gina. We are live with you from the Palm Beaches. Let's bring in David Brody. He's in Washington, D.C. and Terrence Spaetz is in our Denver newsroom. Good morning, gentlemen. How are you?
David Brody
I'm doing well. Doing all right.
Cliff May
How are you both?
Dr. Gina Louden
Good weekend. Good weekend. Went up north to get south. Anybody who lives in Florida, if you know, you know, if you know, you know, if you know, you know.
Terrence Bates
I'm sorry, I don't know. Do explain to me directly. I probably should.
Dr. Gina Louden
There's a weird phenomenon in the state of Florida. You know, every state has their little things you don't realize till you live there. And the one in Florida is if you want to be around Southern people, you have to go north if you want, if you go, if you go, if you go south, you know, you end up around northerners, you end up around New Yorkers and people like that. You end up around. Yeah. So it's mostly New Yorkers down in the South. And as you go up, you get more and more Southern because you get closer to Alabama. So it kind of makes some sense. But not really until you live here. You just never realize that the farther south you go, the more north you get. And the farther north you go, the more south you get. Yeah, there you go. That's Your cultural geography state by state, by Gina this morning. Terrence, do we have any actual national news out there happening?
Terrence Bates
No, but I'd like to go to Jacksonville. I think I hear a good thing. Oh, no. So, no, we. Do we want to talk about. About those ICE protesters in Minnesota. Unfortunately, they're continuing to work really hard to interrupt just about everything, including church services. Check out this video from an ICE protest where An. At a church. Excuse me. Where an ICE official is actually a pastor.
David Brody
Where are your people?
Drew Horn
Why are you not at Wibble every.
David Brody
Day fighting for the humanity, standing for our people? Where are you?
Terrence Bates
You drink your coffee, you got your.
Drew Horn
Jewelry, you have your nice clothes, but.
Cliff May
What do you do? What do you do to stand up.
Drew Horn
For your Somali and Latin?
Cliff May
I'm not going to comment.
Brian Glenn
You have no comment.
David Brody
Exactly.
Brian Glenn
Say your name.
Drew Horn
Renee Gun.
David Brody
Say your name.
Drew Horn
Renee Gun.
Terrence Bates
All right, so as you saw, they were protesting not outside of the church, but literally in the sanctuary. They were in the church protesting. Certain places, in my mind, are just off limits, but apparently not to those folks. Former CNN host Don Lemon interviewed the pastor of that church. Here's some of that exchange. What do you think of it?
Adrian Hernandez
I mean, this is unacceptable.
Terrence Bates
It's shameful.
Adrian Hernandez
It's shameful to. To interrupt a public gathering of Christians in worship.
Brian Glenn
But there were folks who will say.
Adrian Hernandez
I have to take care of my flock.
David Brody
Listen, we live in a.
Adrian Hernandez
There's a constitution in the First Amendment.
Terrence Bates
To freedom of speech and freedom to assemble and protest.
Adrian Hernandez
We're here to worship.
David Brody
We're here to worship Jesus because that's.
Adrian Hernandez
The hope of these cities. That's the hope of the world is Jesus Christ.
Terrence Bates
I want to be very respectful.
Adrian Hernandez
Please don't push me, though. We're here.
Brian Glenn
We're here to worship Jesus.
Adrian Hernandez
That's why we're here. Okay? That's why we're here. That's what we're about.
Brian Glenn
Don't you think Jesus would be understanding?
Adrian Hernandez
And we're about love these folks. We're about spreading the love of Jesus.
Brian Glenn
Did you try to talk to them as a.
Adrian Hernandez
No one is willing to talk.
Brian Glenn
Okay.
Adrian Hernandez
I have to take care of my church and my family. So I asked that you actually would also leave this building. You don't want us to chronicle unless you're here to worship.
Brian Glenn
I'm always worship. I'm a Christian.
Adrian Hernandez
We're here. Well, we're here to worship.
Brian Glenn
We're here to worship.
Terrence Bates
Okay. Thank you very much.
David Brody
I appreciate it.
Terrence Bates
All right, so President Trump is promising to press charges in connection with that incident. Dr. Gina, want to start with you. Yes, there's a right to protest, and there's a First Amendment right, but there's also decency. And to me, that comes down to decency. You don't do it inside of a sanctuary where people are praising and worshiping. Just my thoughts. I'd love to get yours.
Dr. Gina Louden
Well, I'll take you back again to the Tea Party, which was a major, major protest throughout the country. We were protesting Obamacare. We were protesting big government. We were protesting things we saw to come. And I remember they built this thing called a gulag, and I didn't even know what one was there at The Plaza in St. Louis when I was hosting, helping host one of the Tea Parties, and, you know, that came to be. We had J. Stigson. We have Tina Peters and some proud boys there now. So to me, that sounded like something that could never happen in our country. Remember how peaceful those were? See the contrast between these truly from the pit of hell. Right, David Brody? I mean, I don't know what else you'd call when you walk in and interrupt worship truly from the pit of hell. And what they're really upset about is the money and the power that they are losing. Meaning the Democrats and the organizers of this, they have. President Trump has now deported enough people, I understand, in that state to actually take away a congressional seat. That's what they're really upset about, the money that goes to the Democrats and the votes.
David Brody
It's good versus evil. And we just saw it on display inside a church. That's pretty much what we've been saying all along. And this is just proof positive of it. Look, they're not upset at the pastor. They're not upset at ice. They're not upset at any of that. What they're upset about, they're angry at God. This is really the issue. They don't have a relationship with Jesus Christ. They say they will or they do, but they don't because, I'm sorry, you just don't do that type of stuff. Take it outside the church. Yes, it's cold in Minneapolis. So look, put on some leg warmers, figure it out, but don't go inside a church. It's ridiculous. And we have to pray for these people. Listen, we're all sinners at one point. We're all sinners at one point until we give our life to Jesus Christ. So they need to be prayed for, because guess what? They too, can find heaven. They can find the light if they give their life to Christ. That's the only way to get into heaven. FYI.
Terrence Bates
Amen.
Dr. Gina Louden
Terrence, I felt like you had something, but it was just a big amen. I gotcha. And I love that when we.
Terrence Bates
Dr. Jean, I've got a lot. I've got a lot. But I'm going to go on to keep it to myself because some of it probably would be explicative. Laden. So give us our Bible verse and pray for me as well, please.
Dr. Gina Louden
We've got two hours, Terrence, so you keep those expletives coming. Today's Bible verse. How did we do this? Today's Bible verse is Philippians 4. 7. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds through Christ Jesus. You know, praying for our enemies, as David Brody said, used to really bristle me. I used to not understand that it's just simply putting Christ in the center of the argument so he can intercede in your behalf. The Holy Spirit. That's it. That's it. That's all you're doing. You're putting him in the center of the conflict. When you pray for your enemies, there's so much power in that and I love that. The World Economic Forum annual meeting begins today in Davos, Switzerland. And I am not there. Rob Sig. I just happened to notice this, but Rav is on the ground for it. And one topic that should be at center stage is President Trump saying new tariffs against some European countries are coming for opposing US Control of Greenland. Trump posted on Truth Social this. He said, therefore it is imperative that in order to protect global peace and security, strong measures be taken so this potentially perilous situation end quickly and without question. Starting on February 1, 2026, all of the above mentioned countries, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, the UK, Netherlands and Finland will be charged a 10% tariff on any and all goods sent to the United States of America. On June 1, 2026, the tariff will be increased to 25%. This tariff will be due and payable until such time as a deal is reached for the complete and total purchase. Greenland. Let's now bring in Rev Chief White House correspondent Brian Glynn, who is at the forum. Brian, it's looking like a snow ski day there to me. But what can you tell us about this? This is really a. It's really going to happen, I guess.
Brian Glenn
Yeah, it's going to happen. Good morning, everybody. Well, the theme of this year's Davos is called the spirit of dialogue. And it's kind of wanting to bring everybody together probably to talk about these Tariffs and theme throughout this conference is, what do you want in 2050? And this is similar. This is where, you know, 1300 worldwide politicians come together with big business, with CEOs to come up with the policies that we eventually have to probably fight and resist. So President Trump is going to make his appearance.
Cliff May
Davos.
Brian Glenn
He lands later tomorrow, will attend the national championship game there in Miami to be a part of this. And as we talked about on the earlier show, I think he's here, Dr. Gina, to establish a New World Order to kick over the apple cart of the old one.
David Brody
Oh, yeah, yikes. I heard New World Order. And I got. All of a sudden, something happened in my body. I don't know, something's going on. By the way, Brian, let me ask you something. And obviously Gina had the headline correct at the top, which is that Gina is not in Davos. I mean, that is number one. Let's just be clear about that. But beyond that, MAGA is also going to be there, even though Gina, sadly will not be there. And I protest on that, by the way. There's gonna be a huge MAGA contingent. Take a look at this Politico article. It says this how Davos went MAGA and Politico's reporting that the World Economic Forum insider say that Trump is no longer seen as, like, this temporary disruption. He's actually seen as a defining force shaping trade, security, global deal making, yada, yada, yada. So what do you think about this? Because I remember the day when we would cover him going over to the World Economic Forum and say, yeah, let him have it. And now it's like, is he actually kind of joining the crowd a little bit? I'm a little concerned, I'm going to be honest with you.
Brian Glenn
Yeah, no, I agree. We were talking earlier when we first heard he was going here. We were like, why would he go here? But I do think it's a very different administration. Or last time, when he was here, back in 2016, under that administration versus now and last year, he did a kind of a video message into this meeting. Today he's showing up, or tomorrow he's showing up. He speaks on Wednesday. By the way, if you want to talk about the way the dollar has dropped in this part of the world, one year ago today, the Swiss franc would cost you 1.09 to get $1. Now you have to pay 1.25 to get 1 Swiss Franc. So the deval, the dollar is another big thing. Another big topic here at the World Economic Forum kicks off tonight. At about 6pm local time, 12 noon on the East Coast. And we will have complete coverage of all the meetings that take place starting tomorrow right here on Rural America's Voice.
Terrence Bates
Hey, Brian, just really quickly. The Justice Department asked a federal judge to reject the appointment of a special master to oversee Epstein related records. The DOJ lawyers are saying that the requesters do not have legal standing and the court has no authority to approve it. Millions of pages of files, of course, remain under review. Can you update us on that? And I suspect even though it won't be a major topic at Davos, there will be some buzz from some of the people who are trying to discredit President Trump about this whole Epstein fiasco, even though it doesn't directly impact the President, the fact that it's happening. I'm sure there will be some people whispering outside of those, some of the halls.
Brian Glenn
I think there will be. I don't have any particular update on that, but I will mention yesterday when I picked up the rental car in Zurich, he asked why I was in town. I told him I was going to Davos, and he said, wow, Epstein. That's the first topic he brought up. And I was quickly to say, wait a minute. President Trump has. Has anything to do with the Epstein files, but the controversy that has caused in the US Many and Europe are just simply looking at the Epstein files as being a big, big, big story in the US which it is. But I don't think any formal discussions at Davos will involve the Epstein files.
Dr. Gina Louden
All right, well, Brian Glenn will be looking for updates from you while you're there, and I'm really jealous. Please go hit those slopes.
Brian Glenn
Not doing it.
David Brody
Okay.
Dr. Gina Louden

The sports Fan in Chief is scheduled to attend college football's national championship game tonight in Miami. Shortly thereafter, President Trump will head to Davos, Switzerland, for the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum. He'll be one of the featured attendees for this year's conference, which is themed A Spirit of Dialogue. The Commander in Chief is expected to address key global economic and political issues during remarks on Wednesday. After afternoon breakout sessions will focus on artificial intelligence, health care, electronic vehicles and supporting workers, among other things. While President Trump is one of the most anticipated speakers this week, other speakers include President of the European Union Ursula von der Leyen as well as Jamie Dimon, who of course is the chairman and CEO of JPMorgan Chase. Many other world leaders and heads of state are also scheduled to attend and serve Speak President Trump moving full steam ahead with his intention to control Greenland. The latest step that he's taking is charging eight European countries who oppose his plans for Greenland a 10% import tax. Mr. Trump says due to modern weapons systems, the need for the United States to acquire Greenland is especially important to US national security. While the president appears willing to buy Greenland, his recent rhetoric is leaving all options on the table to get the Arctic island before the Chinese and Russians. Meantime, even members of his own party are leery about the possibility of military action to take control of Greenland. They're even pushing legislation that would prohibit Department of War funds to be used to attack or occupy territory that belongs to other nation members. Plus, there's buzz around Congress that lawmakers could intervene and potentially even nullify the president's tariffs. President Trump continuing to add notches to his belt, marking him as the law and order president. One of the most recent is the Trump FBI's announcement that it's caught more of America's most wanted criminals in the first year of the current Trump presidency than were caught during all of the Biden presidency. FBI Director Cash Patel says five out of the top 10 most wanted fugitives are in custody after being arrested during 47's term. Just this past weekend, the feds caught their fifth suspect from the most wanted list. He was wanted for murder charges in North Carolina while taking a victory lap for being more successful than his predecessor at getting America's most dangerous criminals off the streets. Cash Patel also warning that more arrests are coming under the leadership of President Trump. This FBI is defending the homeland, crushing violent crime and manhunting. That's a quick check of your headlines. We'll of course have More headlines coming your way, including another live report from Davos, Switzerland. But now let's get a quick check of your forecast. Weather Nation's Adrian Hernandez joining us. We also are going to put up that QR code at the bottom of your screen. You're welcome to go ahead and scan the QR code. We're going to show you momentarily and join our friends over at Weather Nation. So Adrian, it snowed here in Denver. You know, I am the most anti snow person ever, but I don't feel so bad because apparently it's also snowing in Florida. So take that Floridians, I guess, you.
Adrian Hernandez
Know, it never really happens, but it's happened two years in a row, Terrence. It actually snowed last year in 2025 on January 21st. And it snowed yesterday, January 18th near Campbelltown, near Campbellton, out in Florida, right next to the welcome to the Free State of Florida sign. And you know, it's, it's definitely interesting to see it wasn't just Florida though that it snowed. It's known in Port, the Deep south out in central Georgia as well. We also see some snowfall building up there on some of the palm trees. Definitely not something you see every day, but across most of the country. Like Terence was mentioning earlier, we did had some snowfall across Denver early on this morning. This big clipper system is bringing a good amount of snowfall across portions of the Great Lakes. But again, this big system is going to be bringing a good amount of snowfall early on through Denver and out towards portions of Wichita. Temperatures again really are going to start to drop, especially as far north as you go. But a lot of these really, really chilly temperatures making it all the way down to Miami, 48 degrees is the current temperature down in South Florida, 28 out in Atlanta, 26 in Little Rock. The further south you go, it does get warmer per SE. But 48 degrees early on this morning down in south Florida, that definitely is going to be something you'll feel. 24 hour temperature change. We have some arctic air up north, 31 degrees below where you were 24 hours ago out in Bismarck, along Florida, 20 degrees below in Orlando, 23 in Miami just 24 hours ago. And throughout the next several days, by the time we get to Friday, we have several clipper systems that will bring loads and loads of snowfall out towards the Great Lakes region, places like Michigan. But Lotus, what's happening out in western New York? We got a lot of lake effect snow in the forecast for these guys. Watertown, New York, can get anywhere from about a foot to maybe even two feet of snow. So, Terrance, I know you're not the biggest snowfall fan, but at the very least, Denver doesn't have that much snow in the forecast. It could always be worse. You could be living out of in Watertown, where again, like I was mentioning, some of these forecast totals getting upwards to two feet, that, to me, that's just way too much snow.
Terrence Bates
I'm with you on that one, my friend. I guess the glass really is half full, even though it's also frozen. Anyway, appreciate you, Adrian. We'll check in with you next hour, okay?
Cliff May
All right.
Adrian Hernandez
Sounds good.
Terrence Bates
All right, once again, folks, next hour we'll also have your hometown forecast. Log on to our various social media platforms. Let us know where you're hanging out. Up next, the murder of government officials and protesters in Iran continues. Some accounts say that more than 16,000 people have been killed since the uprising began. We'll have the very latest on a regime killing its own as it faces its own demise.
David Brody
Franklin, Pennsylvania, let's be honest. I'm thinking, is it named after Benjamin Franklin? Benjamin Franklin, Pennsylvania, I don't know. I'm going to research it in the break. Welcome back, everybody, to American Sunrise. I'm David Brody. Here on a Monday, Iranian doctor report. The death toll from the government crackdown on protests in Iran may exceed 16,000 people now, hundreds of thousands, by the way, injured. Medics say security forces use extreme measures while authorities shut down the Internet, which limited, of course, outside access to information. The numbers of the dead come from eight major hospitals and 16 emergency departments. That's where they're getting those figures from. For more insight into this brutal crackdown, let's bring in the founder of defensive Democracies, our good friend Cliff May. Cliff, thanks for being here. So I'm just gonna ask it this way. The president talked about if the protesters were killed, that he would do something about it. We haven't seen that yet. What is the president waiting for here? What's your assessment? Good morning.
Father Frank Pavone
Good morning, David. Morning, guys. My assessment is that he is looking at a list of options, a list of things he could do, cyber, kinetic, economic, maybe some combination of the above. I think he wants to be. I do think he will do something. When the president says help is on the way, I think he means it. He sometimes we've seen in the past delays until he figures out exactly what. Sometimes he gives ultimatums and sees if there's a response. I think he wants to be sure that what he does has a strong impact on the situation. And we can talk about what a strong impact means, because that's complicated.
Dr. Gina Louden
Well, do you want to talk about that?
Father Frank Pavone
Because very quickly, here's the thing. Here's the thing. It is, it would be very nice if you could say, okay, if we hit these two targets like we hit Fordo and Aton, and said, okay, now the nuclear weapons program is, it's not obliterated, at least set back by years. That's done. If you hit particular targets here, can you guarantee that you will have an overthrow of this regime? I think the answer is no. Why? Because at the moment, the opposition doesn't have that essential ingredient, guns and what the regime itself has a monopoly on violence. And what we're seeing is that they are using it absolutely brutally killing, as you've said, thousands, tens of thousands, perhaps of people, injuring others. They will do whatever they have to to stay in power. The Shah was not like that. He wouldn't do, he wouldn't kill tens of thousands. And Jimmy Carter also told him not to. But the regime can be weakened, the regime can be enfeebled. I also think it's possible for the President to inhibit the use of violence by the regime with various threats. He can be looking at command and control headquarters for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, committing a lot of the violence, the Basij kind of brown shirts, kind of fascistic, very much on the streets. He could hit them. He could totally knock out their air force, their missile batteries, their navy, make this into really a nation that no longer has much power except internally and continue to do so until there are the kinds of changes he would like to see. It is not, but it is not an easy thing to do. So my hope is that he is thinking, how do I have an impact? I'd love to see this regime fall, but if I can't do that, what can I do that's useful to the situation right now?
Terrence Bates
Hey, Cliff, is it an unreasonable and unrealistic thought that President Trump potentially could engage other regional players and leverage them to also get involved, either militarily or otherwise. I'm thinking of the Egypt's, the Jordan, the Jordanians, Saudi Arabians, maybe even Turkey. Other Islamic led countries leverage them to also get involved. So this isn't all on the US's back as well as the back of say Israel.
Father Frank Pavone
There is no other nation in the Middle east that is going to get involved militarily. The only one that has really the capacity to do so, I would say would be Turkey. And I don't think Erdogan, who is the President, essentially for life of Turkey, has any interest in a military involvement against the Iranian regime. Of course, there is one nation that would be very glad to go back in. I shouldn't say very glad. We would certainly be willing, and that's the Israelis. Because at the end of the 12 Day War, we have it on good authority that the Israelis had a list of targets they wanted to hit. Targets again, such as ballistic missile batteries, launchers, places where the ballistic missiles are made. Why are they being made? They're being made because the regime in Iran wants to attack the Israelis again. Don't forget, since 1979, when this regime came to power, it has two goals. They have openly stated death to Israel, death to America. There's no reason for a country as poor as Iran now is, and it is very poor now, it shouldn't be because it's oil rich. There's no reason that they need ballistic missiles. There's no reason they need the weapons they have. They have really no enemies that they need to deter. This is an important point because a lot of the mainstream media will talk about Iran having weapons for deterrence. That's nonsense. It's like when they say, but the moderates in Iran. No, there are no moderates in the Iranian leadership. There may be a few who are a little bit more pragmatic, but there are no moderates. So Israel. If the President said to Israel, but let's do something together here, or I'm going to give you rain, what do you want to do and what do you think the outcome of that would be? Oh, I think that's. That that could be useful. Also, Israel has tremendous intelligence capabilities, not least inside Iran. So if the President decides, I'm going to take out some of those who have been ordering mass murder, because I want to make sure. I want to make sure that they understand that I take this seriously. And he could do that and the Israelis could say, let me tell you which apartment houses or which apartments you have to hit.
David Brody
Yeah. Cliff May, great to have you on. Need to get you on next Time to talk about the Gaza border. Peace. Don't get me started. Do not get me started. We'll talk about that. Thank you, sir.
Adrian Hernandez
Okay.
Father Frank Pavone
Look forward to it, David. Thank you.
Dr. Gina Louden
Thanks, Cliff.
David Brody
All right, coming up, a frightening story emerging from a homeless encampment in California. There's a bacteria that can kill, and it's been found in that encampment. It can actually spread. Obviously, we're going to have the details and they're deadly. Next, as American Sunrise continues.
Dr. Gina Louden
All Right. Welcome back to American Sunrise this Monday. I am Dr. Gina Louden. Thank you for joining. My last name is in there. I never remember saying that before. Anyway, it is time now for today's health news. It seems so formal for just this point in the show where we're like, like we're all friends now, right? Today's health news is sponsored by the Wellness Company. Just like it is every day under the microscope today. A potentially deadly pathogen that has given medical officials pause for concern in California after the deadly bacteria was found in a homeless encampment. Imagine that this happened in Berkeley. Authorities say the leptospirosis bacteria, which is spread by rats and can be found in contaminated water, has now been found in rodents and also dogs near a camp along Harrison Street. This has prompted a public health alert and designated red zone. Officials are urging residents of the encampment to move at least one third of a mile away so sanitation and rodent control teams can clean up the area. While pet owners are warned that animals may also be at risk. No human cases have been reported yet. Experts warn leptosphere can cause severe illness if left untreated, leading to organ damage and worse. And health officials are calling for urgent action to contain this outbreak. This is why these homeless encampments are so awful. They're so unfair to the surrounding neighborhoods. And most of those neighborhoods are poor neighborhoods where residents should be protected. And this has just got to change. Got to change. But it's going to change last in California, I'll tell you that much. There is a new administration though in Washington, D.C. they brought a lot of positive changes when it comes to fixing our broken health care system. But the reality is there's only so much government can do if we really want to make America Healthy again. It's going to start at home with each of us. And that's where the Wellness Company comes in. You see and hear from their doctors all the time on this network and you know that their products are the gold standard when it comes to keeping you and your family safe and healthy. That'll save you 10%. David Brody.
David Brody
Yes, I'm here. Reporting for duty. I'm here. Okay, I've got something good. It's about Greenland. You want to hear about Greenland? Gosh, here we go again with Greenland. All right, turning now from California to Greenland. President Trump says new tariffs for eight European countries are coming for opposing US Control over the island nation. Basically, don't mess with us. This is what he put up in truth social. He said this, quote, he, as in President Trump, it's imperative that in order to protect global peace and security, strong measures be taken so that this potentially perilous situation end quickly and without question. So starting on February 1, 2026, all of the above mentioned countries, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Finland, will be charged a 10% tariff on any and all goods sent to the United States of America. On June 1, 2026, the tariff is going to be increased to 25%. Yada, yada, yada. Let's discuss this more because we've got a lot to talk about here. And we've got Drew Horn on the line, so to speak. Actually, he's here in person. The CEO of Green Met, that's a US Strategic development firm. Drew, good to see you by the way.
Adrian Hernandez
Thanks.
Cliff May
Yeah.
David Brody
What do you think? I mean, is Denmark going to give up Greenland? Got a lot of rare earth minerals over there. China wants them, too.
Drew Horn
Yeah. I mean, the reality here is that Denmark can't do what needs to be done here. I mean, honestly, not just for Greenland, but for themselves. Much like the rest of Europe. The United States is going to be the key contributor here. We need to essentially make sure this is done the right way. A lot of this sort of childish response from the Europeans and their proxies in Greenland to try and say that there's opposition to this is just totally false in my opinion. And it's really trying to make controversy out of something that's really a good news story for all parties.
Dr. Gina Louden
Also, Drew, mass protests have erupted across Greenland as thousands took to the streets to oppose President Trump's push to take control of the Arctic island. Chanting Greenland is not for sale, demonstrators dressed for sub freezing conditions waving Greenlandic flags marched toward the US Consulate with signs reading Hands off Greenland. Additional rallies also broke out in Copenhagen, Denmark, as local leaders and residents demand respect for Greenland's self determination and an end to external pressure on the island's future. Where do you think this ends? I mean, are these people going to be okay if President Trump goes ahead with this? Are they just going to kind of settle back into their next to their fireplaces or what?
Drew Horn
Well, I want to try and set the record straight on this with the quote, quote, mass protests, you know, just for those that haven't been to Greenland, which is most people, I mean, on. I've been there a bunch of times. I think this is totally being misrepresented. Essentially you have a Danish minority, which are essentially transplanted Danish citizens with very biased interests that are doing these protests. If you look at that crowd there, you see there's not a lot of Inuit there. So what I'm trying to say is basically 98% of the population of Greenland, small as it is, is not participating in any of these ridiculous protests. They want investment from the United States. They want advancement. They want to stop being exploited by the Danes. Exploited, oppressed, you know, sterilize everything else horrible that the Danes have done to lose the Greenlandic population over the last few years. And they want their own development. So, you know, these European protests and the European proxy protests of a thousand people, thousand Danes, essentially, in Greenland, in Nook, I mean, it doesn't mean anything in terms of what the actual people of Greenland want, who overwhelmingly want advancement of their own country for obvious reasons.
David Brody
So let me just try to understand this. What is Trump doing here? My sense of it is it would be America first imperialism is what he's trying to do. So basically it's not nation building and we're not spreading democracy around the world. This is not George W. Bush stuff, what he's doing. But if you look at Venezuela and you look at Greenland and you look at maybe potentially Iran, there's always some sort of American interest here. That's the MAGA portion. But it's imperialistic in the sense that he is going around the country or the world saying, yeah, we need that, we need that, we need that.
Drew Horn
Well, I would just push back on the imperialistic part. I mean, the way I see it, why aligns with the motto of my, you know, organization that I was first a part of as a Green Beret, which is free the oppressed. I think that Trump is looking to free the oppressed around the world in all of these locations. And all of them have been oppressed in some capacity, Greenland, quite historically, quite obviously by Denmark for quite some time. And so I don't think it's so much about President Trump building an empire. It's about bringing American protection and opportunity to all these areas where exploited people are overwhelmingly asking for it. And yes, you have the elites of all of those countries essentially distorting the message, trying to prevent any sort of cutback on their corrupt oppression of these people. But President Trump is historically not just a liberator of oppressed people, but an advancer of those people that have been stepped on and held down.
Dr. Gina Louden
So people in Greenland are oppressed?
Drew Horn
Yes, people in Greenland have been held down by the Danes for hundreds of years. There's been sterilization campaigns, there's been modified versions of apartheid. If you get outside of, you know, the little Danish proxy in Nook and get out to actual real Greenland, where the vast majority resides on the perimeter of the island, none of them agree with the sort of Copenhagen approach. They all want advancement. They're tired of living in worse than third world conditions. And they want the United States to come in and give them their hopes and dreams, which is what President Trump is offering.
Dr. Gina Louden
Interesting. All right, Drew, well, listen, thank you for being with us. Appreciate it.
Drew Horn
Thanks so much.
Dr. Gina Louden
All right, coming up, Democrat, California Congressman and gubernatorial candidate Eric Swalwell. Well, he has a new warning for ICE agents if he becomes that state's governor. We have his planned revenge. It's next on American Sunrise.
David Brody
I'm lonely Hands out to me I'm.
Brian Glenn
Waiting for your company I'm hoping that.
Terrence Bates
You come back to me.
Emily Finn
Welcome back. Coffee pods are easy, but most of them are just caffeine and nothing else. Rejuvenate pods are built differently. They're clean pods infused with caakgy, a compound linked to longevity, metabolism and deep cellular energy. It's the easiest way.
Dr. Gina Louden
Alright. Coffee pods are easy, but most of them are just caffeine and nothing else. Rejuvenate pods are built differently. They're clean arabica pods infused with caakg. That's a compound linked to longevity, metabolism and deep cellular energy. The best kind. It's the easiest way to get better focus, smoother energy and long term benefits without changing your routine at all. I choose them simply because, you know what? They match my lifestyle. More energy, more clarity, more intention in how I start my day every day. So if you're going to drink coffee anyway, why not make it one that actually supports the life you're building? Head on over to 1775 Coffee Com Rav and try rejuvenate. Pause today. Don't just drink coffee, rejuvenate. I mean, why not? All right, now that we're all caffeinated, it's time to stay awake and not woke. And who is woke today? Democrat. California Congressman and gubernatorial candidate Eric Swalwell. Swalwell says if he's elected governor of California, he's going to aim to take away the driver's licenses of ICE agents. Oh, yeah, listen to this.
David Brody
They're going to lose their immunity. They're not going to be able to drive. I will take your driver's license. Good luck walking to work. Also, I will direct law enforcement to use every power to prosecute them for battery, false imprisonment, and murder. You know me, I'm not shy. Over the last 10 years, I worked on the Russia investigation with Adam Schiff. I helped lead the second impeachment. As a manager, I've got the only lawsuit that has survived this new presidency. It's me and the January 6th officers. I'm not naive about who he is. There's only one side of the ball to be on on behalf of Californians when it comes to ICE and its offense.
Dr. Gina Louden
Wow. Talk about tone deaf. He's still proud of the Russia, Russia, Russia thing that was fully disproven. Let's bring in Emily David and Terrance. David, let's go to you first. What's your take on this?
David Brody
Well, he's talking under the influence, so he should be arrested, number one. But beyond all of that, this guy. I mean, this is what the Democrats do. They look to the state to claim power, and then they take that power and invoke it against the people. It's just that simple. Now, in this case, they're saying it's ICE and they're horrible, and they're terrible. That's what they're doing. That's the basic tenet of what we're talking about here. T. Bates.
Terrence Bates
Yeah, it's idiotic. Good luck making this happen, Mr. Swalwell. Ain't gonna happen. First of all, good luck getting elected. That's probably not gonna happen either. But you definitely not gonna be able to take away ICE agents driving. Like, sometimes there are statements that are really just made just to get a reaction, but they're so dumb that they're not even worth talking about. And this is one of them. I get. We've got to. It's something that. That gets a rise out of people, but it's not going to happen. He's not going to be able to do this. And it's just so out of bounds that it's. It's almost. It's almost not even worth addressing. But we are going to have to talk about it anyway.
Emily Finn
Emily Dumb for sure. That was a great way to describe this. And Gina, was he literally bragging about working with Adam Schiff? I mean, how tone deaf. Unbelievable.
Dr. Gina Louden
Yeah, I guess. You know, even the people behind him were kind of snickering at him, weren't they? Was that my imagination? It looks like they were laughing at him.
Emily Finn
It certainly looked like it. This is not going to go anywhere, David.
Terrence Bates
You know, that's the kind of stuff that you say when you know that the people who are voting that you know that you're pandering to an ignorant electorate, a clueless electorate. And that's exactly what he's doing. I mean, anyone with even a snippet of sense knows that what he's purporting there just isn't possible, isn't gonna happen, and is absolutely ignorant. He's a doofus. But okay, you know what? I'm going to be more diplomatic. I apologize. It's not gonna happen, David, go ahead.
David Brody
Well, the question is, what does Fang Fang have to say about all this? But that's a separate issue. But beyond all that. That was my first question. Oh, gosh.
Terrence Bates
Hello.
David Brody
But I do want to say this. Gavin Newsom has actually proposed this to a degree as well. Now, he's gonna be on the outs here, but let's be careful here. We say it won't happen, and come on, we know it won't. However, that's when you let your guard down and that's when the mobilization on the left, they never stop. So if we decide to say, well, that's stupid. Ha ha, let me go back to watching Netflix, that's when it happens. You gotta be careful. You gotta be careful on this type of stuff. That's all I wanna say.
Dr. Gina Louden
If you believe that he can do that, take away the driver's license of Americans like that, then I guess, what, you're a useful idiot. Yeah.
Emily Finn
I'm just happy that someone brought up Fang Fang. That's the first thing I think of every time I see this guy's face. Too funny. All right, coming up, protecting the unborn. A march in Florida took place over the weekend and another prayer service in just days away in D.C. bringing awareness to the cause. One of the organizers is here next with the details as American Sunrise continues.
David Brody
God bless the usa.
Father Frank Pavone
In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth.
Dr. Gina Louden
All right, welcome back to American Sunrise. It is time now for our moment of faith. It is brought to us by Lee Greenwood and the good folks at the God bless the USA Bible in focus today, protecting the unborn the 2026 Florida March for the Preborn was over the weekend in Jacksonville and it was hosted at James Weldon Johnson Park. This event, sponsored by Defending Life alliance of Florida, Florida Right to Life, and Priests for Life, featured speakers, a prayer service and a march to celebrate progress in protecting the unborn. Let's now bring in the director himself of Priests for Life, Father Frank Pavone. Father Pavone, President Trump made an announcement last night that he had sent, I believe he had recorded a video for this event taking place in Washington, D.C. this week, addressing concerns that have resurfaced regarding the Hyde Amendment. What do you know about this?
Terrence Bates
Well, I know the president is going.
Brian Glenn
To be very encouraging to us in the pro life movement. I've always gotten great encouragement from him, from his remarks and he's going to tell us to keep going. That's what I expect to hear from him.
Terrence Bates
Keep going. Because you know, Gina, despite what specific.
Brian Glenn
Specific things he may or may not say about abortion policy, he's the one who's best defending the tools we need to advance the protection of the unborn, the tools of freedom of speech, freedom.
Terrence Bates
Of religion, freedom to march and to protest without being thrown in jail by.
Brian Glenn
The, by the Biden regime and their ilk. So I'm going to be, I'm looking forward to a very encouraging message.
Dr. Gina Louden
But there was some concern is he said something along the lines of that the Hyde Amendment needed to be revisited. Do you think he'll revoke that?
Terrence Bates
Oh, yeah.
Brian Glenn
I honestly am not worried about that. I mean, if he had issued an executive order to that effect, that's one thing. But off the cuff comments? I mean, no, I'm not, I'm not worried about his underlying pro life commitment.
Dr. Gina Louden
What do you want to tell us about the National Day of Prayer? I'm a little jealous. You know, I've never been as crazy pro life as I am. I've never been, I don't know, it's just never struck right. I've never been invited where I felt like, oh yeah, I need to prioritize getting there. But I think it, it just looks like just such a celebration of life.
Brian Glenn
We are going to have a national prayer service. Yes. We do this every year before the March for Life itself begins.
Terrence Bates
It's held at Constitution hall in Washington. Everyone is welcome.
Brian Glenn
NationalPrayerservice.com is the website we're going to honor Charlie Kirk. You know, Gina, over the summer I was working on inviting Charlie to come to this prayer service to speak and to receive the national Pro Life Recognition Award. We all know what happened, but some leaders from Turning Point are going to be there to accept it on his behalf and in his memory. And we're also going to, of course, focus on America 250, now that 2026 has begun.
Terrence Bates
Declaration of Independence declares the right to.
Brian Glenn
Life, and governments exist to secure that right.
Terrence Bates
So this prayer service, which is interdenominational.
Brian Glenn
Is going to be, as it always is, inspiring to the marchers. And we're going to go out there on the street filled with the spirit of christ.
Terrence Bates
So again, nationalprayerservice.com and that's only one.
Brian Glenn
You know, the March for Life is not one event. It's a cluster, dozens and dozens of events. We're organizing six of those events, and.
Terrence Bates
The prayer service is one of them. And people can find about about all.
Brian Glenn
The others@prolifemarch.org prolifemarch.org I hope to see many of our viewers at the various events that we'll be sponsoring.
Dr. Gina Louden
Father Frank paphone, thank you so much for being with us. God bless you and keep you safe, you and all of the folks there this week. And thanks for everything you do with priests for life.
Brian Glenn
Thank you, Gina.
Father Frank Pavone
Thank you.
Dr. Gina Louden
Back with the second hour of American Sunrise right after this. Don't go away. Coming up on the second hour of American Sunrise, the annual World Economic Forum begins in Davos today, where all eyes will be on President Trump following rounds of tariffs and 47's renewed push for the United States to acquire Greenland. We're going to have the latest for you. Plus, the Trump administration preparing as many as 1500 troops for a possible deployment to Minnesota, where clashes between protesters and law enforcement continue following the shooting of a woman by a federal ICE agent after she rammed him with her car. We're gonna have the details on that a little later on. Also later, a new Rasmussen pole finds a commanding majority of Americans are concerned about the rise of radical Islam in the United States. We're gonna break down those numbers, talk about what this means for the future of American politics. Those stories, so much more as the second hour of American Sunrise starts right now.
David Brody
Good morning, America.
Dr. Gina Louden
Welcome to American Sunrise. Whether it's culture, we have breaking news to share with you.
Terrence Bates
Politics.
David Brody
President Trump is joining us live now from Florida.
Terrence Bates
We've got you covered.
David Brody
This is what it looks like to be a patriot.
Terrence Bates
We have to protect the American family.
Dr. Gina Louden
The American dream is still alive.
David Brody
I'm David Brody.
Terrence Bates
I'm terrence.
Dr. Gina Louden
And I'm Dr. Gina.
David Brody
Welcome back, everybody, to the Second hour of American Sunrise. I'm David Brody coming to you from D.C. let's bring in Dr. G in West Palm. T. Bates in our Denver newsroom. Good morning to both of you. Look, we've got some breaking news here. So there was a story that broke this morning a few hours ago that said that Vladimir Putin has been invited to join the Gaza Board of Peace. That according to the Kremlin. The Kremlin said that. And this is what their top foreign minister there said, that. And so everybody took it pretty seriously. I said, okay, well, I need to reach out to my White House contacts. And I just got back some information from a senior White House official and we'll leave it at that for now. I wish I could say more. I can't. Who says yes? It is indeed true. Now we'll wait to see what the White House officially says about this. But, guys, Vladimir Putin on the board of peace. I mean, Terrence, that's like Chris Christie being on the board of fitness. What in the world is going on here?
Terrence Bates
I wasn't going to go there, but I think it does get back to the same point. Credibility question mark. He has no credibility when it comes to peace. That would be Vladimir Putin. And even involving Vladimir Putin in this sort of thing, particularly when you're President Trump and you are the chairman of the board, it raises questions. Now, I suspect that the president has some ulterior motives that he's got a plan in inviting Vladimir Putin to be so on first sight. I'm not so sure I understand the plan, but let's be hopeful. And I will just yield to the president that he's got a plan for that. I don't get it at this point, but I am open to take a step back and pause and see Dr. Gina. I mean, that's the response I get.
Brian Glenn
Dr. Gina.
Dr. Gina Louden
I'm laughing because my mind always goes to parenting. And I'm sitting here thinking, it's like when I tell my kids, you are such a good room cleaner. When I look at their room, that's totally trash, you know, and obviously they're really growing up to be a little slob. And so I'm like, you're such a good room cleaner to try to encourage them to be more room clean y kind of kids. Right? That's kind of what this reminds me of. You're such a good piece guy. Yeah. I don't know.
Cliff May
Yeah.
David Brody
Come on, Vlad. I can do it. You can clean up your room. Oh, my God.
Terrence Bates
You know, maybe. Maybe some other members of the board will put pressure on him to end the war in Ukraine. Yeah, I don't get it. Again, I'm open to sitting back and seeing how this ultimately plays out. But again, on its face, I don't get it, guys. We'll be talking more about that throughout the day. In fact, we've got Brian Glenn coming up here in just a little bit. We'll pose him that question. But now let's get a quick check of our forecast. Adrian Hernandez joining us in our West Palm studios with a quick check of your forecast. Also some hometown forecast. Adrian, good morning to you. From snowy Denver to snowy parts of Florida.
Adrian Hernandez
Snowy parts of Florida, not, not all the way down here. I'm in West Palm. We're exempt from the snow, at least for now, actually, probably forever. Regardless, I'm definitely happy we're not getting that snowfall because I'm sure you got loads of it. But like you were mentioning, Terrence, we actually do have a hometown forecast we're going to take a look at here. Ashlyn, Nebraska, Nebraska this sent from Eric 01K. Looking at some temperatures really starting to fall off by the time we get to Friday, Saturday and Sunday we'll have some real polar air making its way through your region. Dropping your high from a 37 on Thursday down to 12 degrees only on Friday. We'll be waking up Saturday morning in the negatives, 4 degrees below zero to get right back up to 27 degrees come Sunday. We also have a seven day forecast for Davos out in Switzerland looking like really clear conditions all the way through the World Economic Forum's annual meeting. By Friday, most people should really be dodging any actual weather we have going on. Saturday is a good chance for snow, about 50% coverage. But again, temperatures are going to be chilly, especially if you're not really used to all that cold weather. 36 for the high come Tuesday and then well into Wednesday. Satellite radar back home here at the lower 48 looking like some snowfall on Denver like Terrance was mentioning. But this big system is going to be the main reason. We'll have a good amount of lake effect snow across portions of the Great Lakes. But specifically out to Buffalo and Watertown, New York are going to be picking up some of these snowfall totals anywhere from about a foot, some spots, even two feet of snow by the time we get to latter half of this work week. Temperatures getting down to the below zero category out in Bismarck and Minneapolis where you'll be 5 and 7 degrees below zero. But all that really cool air that was passing through the south earlier that actually brought snow to central Georgia and the northern panhandle of Florida has brought some really chilly temperatures across the Deep South. 36 degrees in New Orleans, 43 by the time you get all the way down to Orlando, which is anywhere from 10 to 15, 20 degrees below where you were just 24 hours ago behind that front that you were just watching, that's bringing some of that snow out to Denver. We're seeing some temperatures again, dipping well below where you were 24 hours ago, 30 degrees below where you were out in places like Bismarck. This system will rip through. We'll have multiple clippers that again will just bring loads and loads of rainfall all throughout portions of the Great Lakes. So, Terrence, I know you're complaining about the snow you're getting out in Denver, but what would you rather have a few inches of snow or if you're out in Buffalo, about a foot, maybe even 2ft of snow by the time we get to Friday?
Terrence Bates
I'd rather have 80 degree temperatures than sunny.
Adrian Hernandez
Sorry. Okay. I guess that's exclusive to us. I mean, at least not for today. It'll be cold for me for today, so if it's any consolation for you, I will be wearing my sweater throughout the day today down in South Florida.
Terrence Bates
Sweater as I've got a triple down goose jacket. All right. Thanks, Adrian. Appreciate it, my friend.
Adrian Hernandez
You got it.
Terrence Bates
All right, let's get you back over to David now. David, a lot of news, including that Vladimir Putin joining the. Or at least being invited to join the Gaza rebuilding effort and the peace group there. I can't remember the specific words, but you know where I'm getting at. I was trying to think of some sort of cute way to transition there, but there's just nothing cute about that. I'm very curious what the president is thinking here.
David Brody
Yeah, I think both you, me, both with the cute kind of transitions, it ain't gonna work on that story for sure. T. Bates. All right. Yeah. The world's political and economic elite, by the way. By the way. Oh. Are descending on Davos, Switzerland this week for the annual World Economic Forum. Yippee. Not really, but this year's meeting comes amid unprecedented global tension and a shakeup of the post World War II order. President Donald Trump is gonna arrive in Davos tomorrow. He'll speak Wednesday as he moves to upend longstanding international. From imposing on NATO. Excuse me, from imposing new tariffs on NATO allies withdrawing from global agreements and also renewing his push to make Greenland part of the United States. Joining us now from Davos right Around there is Rav Chief White House correspondent Brian Glenn in a snowsuit. No, he's not in a snowsuit. He's not skiing yet. Hey, Brian. So here comes maga. President Trump is bringing a big MAGA contingent. Oh, and by the way, have you heard President Putin? Vladimir Putin's gonna be on the board of peace. What in the world is going on here? I give up. I'm done. I'm leaving.
Brian Glenn
I. I have ripped up my 2026 bingo card already, I think in the first week of the year that wasn't on it, which by the way, they polled a lot of the attendees, politically speaking, political attendees, for this Davos conference. Number one, their concern they had was the geo economic situation, trade, tariffs, things like that. Number two was that we were headed for an outright war between countries. Those are top two concerns in what is called the spirit of dialogue here at Davos.
David Brody
Spirit of dialogue.
Terrence Bates
All right, so, so let's talk about that theme. That's the theme, the spirit of dialogue. True dialogue means that you really listen and consider the other person's position. I'm not so sure that many of the attendees are really open to listening. And more importantly, considering the other person's position, it seems to me that many of the world leaders who were there are already entrenched in their position and aren't willing to budge. Am I off base here? Brian.
Brian Glenn
I think you're on point. I think President Trump's attendance here this year is simply to kick over the apple cart of the old world order and perhaps install a new world order. And I say that respectfully in terms of putting America first. I know that before the world has taken advantage of the US in terms of trade and tariffs, and of course President Trump has completely reversed that trend. So I think, in other words, this is going to be a very different appearance at Davos. And I'm quite honestly, when you think of all the speeches and all the events that President Trump attended, this one is the one you're going to want to watch. And I'm trying to confirm the day because I initially thought that he was speaking on Wednesday and then we got some intelligence that perhaps that could have been pushed back to Thursday. I'm trying to get that cleared up. But we definitely want to know what President Trump has to think about the world right now in terms of tariff peace and of course, the new addition perhaps of Vladimir Putin being on that piece board. I don't really know how that fits, but there might be a logic to that. David Brody, I don't Play four dimensional chest here.
Dr. Gina Louden
So I don't know, maybe it's just because it's such slim pickings. I mean it's a lot better than a lot of those Eurobabblers for sure. Better than Zelensky. I don't know. You know, I mean it's kind of. Who you going to pick? I don't know. Brian Treasury Secretary Scott Bessant was on Meet the Press on Sunday. During the interview, he rejected the idea that the US Acquiring Greenland would mean the end of NATO, calling it a false choice. Does the President believe he has to choose between acquiring Greenland and keeping NATO intact? Brian.
Brian Glenn
I don't think he does. I think he feels like he can do both. And we talked about this earlier. I think it's about the messaging right now to people who live in Greenland. I think he should do some type of State of the Union for the people of Greenland to explain why acquisition of Greenland through Denmark makes sense in terms of national security and people in the Western hemisphere. I think people of Greenland might appreciate that transparency. Because right now, speaking with people at the White House, journalists from Denmark, journalists from Greenland, they simply think that the, you know, military is going to roll up on their shores and take over their country. They simply do not want that. And of course, if President Trump the can make the art of the deal, if he can make the argument that acquiring Greenland is in the best interest of people of countries in the Western hemisphere and still satisfy NATO agreements, then I guess that's a win.
Terrence Bates
Win.
Brian Glenn
But we'll soon to find out. Don't know the latest meetings on. I know that they've had some meetings on Greenland, but I'm not sure any official future meetings have been planned.
David Brody
Yeah. All right. Well, Brian, great to have you. I'm so glad you're there covering the events there in Switzerland. By the way, President Trump's coming your way. He's going to see the national championship game tonight in Miami, Miami versus Indiana, and then he's heading out eventually. So great to see you. Have some chocolate and hot chocolate.
Dr. Gina Louden
Ski for me.
David Brody
Ski.
Dr. Gina Louden
I'm seeing those skiers go along behind you, Brian.
Brian Glenn
Yeah, I don't know if we can get a shot of those. There's skiers are coming down the hill right now. There's a bunch of people out here. But I will say this. I am 56, 6 years old and I'm, I was an avid skier and snowboarder back in the day, but I'm one ski accident away from a very miserable flight going back to the U.S. brian.
Dr. Gina Louden
Yo. You are in Switzerland. You definitely need to ski.
David Brody
Don't do it. Don't do it.
Dr. Gina Louden
Do it.
David Brody
Take it from a 60 year old.
Brian Glenn
Don't do it. My health insurance, my health saves. My health savings account says do not do it.
Dr. Gina Louden
I'm counting on you, Brian.
David Brody
All right.
Terrence Bates
Find a good restaurant instead and eat until your heart is contained. Clog your arteries. That works better.
Brian Glenn
I can. I can do that. I can do that.
David Brody
All right.
Dr. Gina Louden
All right.
David Brody
I'll be head of the lodge, Switzerland. Thanks for joining us, Brian. All right, coming up, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer. He's a piece of work. He just revealed the Democrat Party's plans if they managed to win the midterms in the Senate. And by the way, they don't look good. For anyone who values fiscal responsibility. Those plans when we come back.
Emily Finn
Welcome back to American Sunrise. I'm Emily Finn. It's time now to drain the swamp. And this morning we are fleshing out Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer is signaling a major Democratic push to rollback cuts made by the Department of Government Efficiency, better known as doge. Speaking at a progressive policy event, Schumer said Democrats are working to restore and in some cases expand funding for programs at the Department of Housing and Urban Development that were slashed under Doge led budget reviews. Welcome back everyone. We're getting you ready for the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange. It's set to ring here in about eight minutes or so. We of course will be continuing to update you on all of the numbers. We'll also check to see if the markets are open today. That will be a check coming here in just a minute. But in the meantime, pre market trading looking like this. You can see it right there on your screen. Again, we'll kind of update you throughout the morning. But now let's get you over to Day.
David Brody
David, thanks T. Bates. I appreciate it. All right. The Trump administration is preparing for the possibility of a military deployment in Minnesota. Of course, this is Tensions continue to rise over anti ICE protests in the Twin Cities. According to a senior U.S. official. As many as 1500 troops with the Army's 11th Airborne Division that's based in Alaska and they're trained for extreme conditions, has been placed on standby with preparing to deploy orders. The move comes after President Trump threatened to invoke the Insurrection act, warning state leaders to crack down on what he called professional agitators targeting federal immigration agents, though he later said there is no immediate need to use the law. All right. Well join us now with analysis is Real Clear Politics publisher and the host of the new show here on rav. It's called Get Real. And that would be David Desrosiers. David, thanks for being here, boy. First of all, Congrats on the show. We want to hear more about that. I'm curious to get your reaction to what's happening in Minnesota. The president says he may not need to use the Insurrection act, but what do you think? It's definitely a possibility. It seems like it's an art of the deal ploy at this point.
Cliff May
Well, I think it's up to Governor Waltz and the protest industrial complex that he's working with to determine whether or not that happens. I mean, the rule of law, I believe, is under threat. I mean, you cannot have states say we're not going to follow federal law. I mean, there's means by which you can change that. It's called winning elections. But what I think they're doing right now is they are flirting up to the line, and I think in many circumstances, they've passed the line. That would certainly justify Trump and the administration from doing so. No one wants to do so, but, you know, Governor Waltz is kind of acting like Governor Alexander Stevens, who was the vice president during the Civil War. This guy is trying to, I think, create a circumstance that might just lead to a civil war in our country. I think it looks like something like that's happening there, and it's very dangerous. And I hope that his side pulls back, because I don't think federal supremacy can or should.
David Brody
Yeah, and I don't think he will. The thing is, I don't think he will pull back. And I think. I think the Insurrection act is going to be used at some point. We'll see. We'll see what happens.
Drew Horn
Happens.
David Brody
Let's talk about the midterms for a second. Let's talk politics. They're fast approaching, obviously. They're basically here. James Carville, what is he from 1982, 1991?
Cliff May
I don't know.
David Brody
He's predicting a political wipeout for Republicans in November. Then you've got the RNC Chairman Joe Grutters saying the GOP can still retain both houses of Congress. I don't know. What do you think here? What's the lay of the land at this point?
Cliff May
Well, I would not play ageism with James. I think he is a serious student of politics. I think, you know, listen, historically, what's on James's side? History's on his side, right? That this. You know, usually there is a change in the midterms also, you know, one of the things that I think the Democrats have shown is that they're very organized. I mean, they're out in the streets every day. They blow a whistle. They all show up. And, you know, politics is all about showing up on the day. And I think that, you know, the Democrats will show up. I think, you know what the RNC chairman said, it's like you, you know, Trump has to put himself on the ballot. He certainly does. And more than putting himself on the ballot, I think Republicans have to see him on the ballot. Because if there is this wipeout, if, even if there's a losing of the House, this whole recipe that he's created that I think can fundamentally transform the country and it's transforming it slowly, it won't come to fruition. So my hope is that the, the, you know, the folks that are, you know, not paying their tips on tax, on, you know, on Medicare, that they're going to see in Social Security, that they're going to see, you know, the dawn of a new beginning and go out and vote for it. But if that doesn't happen, the Democrats can win. I mean, if you look at the numbers at real clear, you know, Republicans, you know, better on favorability, but when you look at the House and Congress, you know, I think the demons are ahead. Three points.
David Brody
Yeah. Listen, David, you wrote an article earlier this month. I want to talk about this, describing the president's foreign policy as being somewhere between Mark Levin and Tucker Carlson. Talk about what you meant by that.
Cliff May
Well, everybody on your channel knows that there's a divide in the conservative lobe, in the mind. On one side there's remnants of neoconservatism, and then on the other side, there's kind of an ascendant America First. But I think Trump ran on going against the whole idea of regime change. But I think he showed a third way, both in Iran but also in Venezuela, where you're not going in there toppling regime. You're going in there and you're strategically influencing its behavior. And instead of getting in there and owning the problem, you stay on the periphery and you manage the problem. I think what it really does, and I think America first needs to go into this evolution of recognizing that there's a mean between neoconservatism and what I described as an America First Quakerism. You know, you can be an active agent in the world and you can do so in a responsible manner that doesn't bite off more than you can chew and quite frankly, you know, show, you know, kind of Tucker and the other parts of the American first movement that a strong America is good for America at home and also the world abroad.
David Brody
You called it Quakerism. We got about a minute left. You called it Quakerism, I called it before America first imperialism, and a lot of people didn't like the world imperialism. But what I meant by imperialism, to be clear, is that if it's good for America, then we'll do it. In other words, this is not nation building. This is not spreading democracy around the world. That's not what I'm talking about. Trump has an America first agenda, but if imperialism is part of it, then we'll go there. I kind of feel like we're talking about something similar here. I got 30 seconds to go.
Cliff May
For me, Quakerism was this concern that, you know, that I think Tucker's been expressing recently, which is, you know, we don't want to go out there and harm. We don't want to go out there and hurt people. We're better than that. We're Christians. And I think, you know, that's Quakerism. It's. I don't think you should run foreign policy from the, you know, the Friendly School in Baltimore. I think you have to have, you know, an understanding of our principled interest and a restraint. And I think that Trump has showed that, and also myself. We're a republic, but we can be a republic that represents and defend its own interest and kind of make sure that this republic of ours endures. And I think that's what Trump is showing with kind of national influence, as opposed to regime influence, as opposed to regime change.
David Brody
Right. Hey, by the way, your show, Get Real. Tell us more about it. Get real exciting.
Cliff May
I mean, I'm very excited about it. I mean, I think if people know real clear, they know that it's a place where the right and the left, you know, the jackasses and the elephants drink out of the same watering hole every day. And kind of the model of our show is viewpoint diversity. Right? To show two people from two reputable places saying the opposite things about the same reality. And, you know, the goal of this show is to bring those people and those institutions and those bylines and stories together, to engage and to do it in a. Do it in a civil manner. Right. You know, to kind of tone it down a little bit, you know, but have the engagement, but, you know, to bring our Sunday best to important topics of the day.
David Brody
You know, it's interesting. You say bring people together and have that dialogue, and, yes, I mean, that would be phenomenal in some sort of utopian world. We're not there. We're in two different areas. So I'm curious in about 30 seconds or so, what to kind of understand the reality that we're in. And how we get to that place that you want to go?
Cliff May
Well, first of all, I mean, what I love about this is that RAV is going to help build that utopian world, right, where at least once a week for an hour, right, both sides come into contact with each other. And I do think that, you know, you speak a particular way when you're speaking to, you know, you know, a narrow audience. I think you speak another way when you're at the Thanksgiving day table and you want to try to convince, you know, your less than crazy uncle or aunt to come your way. You know, politics is about persuasion. Persuasion presupposes that the person on the other side doesn't think like you, but could if you give the right argument. So. So my goal with this is not to build. I want to build a market share for the truth. I think by having people talk to each other, we'll know why we don't like them more or where we might be able to get together on common ground. But eventually, I think we need a realignment in the American mind and we hope this show will help bring that about.
David Brody
I agree about that for sure. David, great to have you on. I understand a little birdie just told me that you had your first grand or you had a grandchildren child yesterday born to you. Is that correct?
Cliff May
Yes. Yes.
David Brody
Congratulations.
Cliff May
Thank you very much. His name is Hudson. He came in at a big, almost 9.1 pounds, 26 inches.
David Brody
Gonna be a big one. Oh, offensive tackle. Appreciate it. All right, thanks so much. Appreciate it. Thanks, David. All right, time. Let's head to head over. Excuse me. To T. Bates in Denver. D to you, sir.
Terrence Bates
Thank you, sir. No grandchildren here, but I'm still more than happy for you to congratulate me on something, David.
David Brody
Congratulations on your stellar anchoring abilities.
Terrence Bates
You know what? I'll take that. Thank you, sir. Thank you. Excuse me. Congratulations on coughing on the air. Now, typically, this is the time where we take you to New York for the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange. No Bell. Bell this morning. Obvious because of Martin Luther King Day, the markets we're hearing are closed today. So we'll continue to monitor all of that for you. And tomorrow this time, we'll absolutely take you to New York for the opening bell. In the meantime, a new year means new financial goals, like making sure that your savings are secure and diversified. So will this be the year that you finally listen to us here on RAV and talk to someone from the Birch Gold Group? They're really, really great people and we really appreciate their educational approach and their understanding of macroeconomics. There are forces out there pushing the dollar lower and gold higher. And that's why the Birch Gold Group believes that every American should own physical gold until January 30th. If you're a first time buyer of gold, the Birch Gold Group is offering a rebate of up to $10,000 on qualifying purchases. In order to claim eligibility and start the process. Text the word America to the number 9898. 98. The Birch Gold Group can help you roll an existing IRA or 401k into an IRA in gold and you're still eligible for a rebate of up to $10,000. Make right now your first time to buy gold and to take advantage of a rebate of up to 10 grand when you buy by January 30th. Text Award America to the number nine and claim your eligibility today. Again, text America to the number 9898. 98. Still to come here on American Sunrise, a new poll shows that most Americans are worried about the influence of radical Islam here at home. As global tensions and domestic politics collide, we'll break it down for you by the numbers. First, though, a look at this day in history.
Dr. Gina Louden
Ricky this is it.
Cliff May
This is it.
Father Frank Pavone
This is.
Terrence Bates
Was on this day in 1953 that actress Lucille Ball made television history by welcoming a baby boy both in real life and on the screen. Ball delivered her son by planned cesarean section, while her character Lucy Ricardo also gave birth on the hit sitcom I Love Lucy. This all happened at a time when pregnancy was rarely shown on television. The episode helped break taboos around the the childbirth. The episode Lucy Goes to the Hospital was watched by an estimated 44 million viewers, making it one of the most watched television events of its era. More American Sunrise. Just a couple of minutes.
Dr. Gina Louden
All right, everybody. Welcome back this Monday to American sunrise. I'm Dr. G. Thanks for joining us. We invite you to hop in our conversation on YouTube, get a rumble, and of course, our RAV Ambassador site. It is time now to take the political pulse of America the beat. Today, a new national poll shows the majority of American voters are deeply concerned about the influence of radical Islam in the United States, including widespread opposition to Muslims forming separate communities here at home. The latest Rasmussen survey finds that 77% of likely voters say radical Islam is a worry for sure, with 41% very concerned, reflecting broader security, cultural anxieties as the nation heads into a highly political year for sure. The poll comes as Americans witness significant historic shifts such as the election of Zoran mamdami as New York city's mayor. And of course, as a Muslim, he has been the center of controversy over his stance on issues like Gaza immigration and u. S. Israel relations. Now I want to bring in David Brody and Terrance Bates. You know, Italy, here you go. Is seriously considering a ban on the hijab. And if you ban the hijab, it's amazing how quickly muslims leave the country. I just thought that was just a little interesting tidbit that one of my good friends who likes to update me on upcoming news told me. And it's just, it's interesting. I mean, I don't see anything like that happening here. It's the United States. We're all into freedom all the time, sometimes to our own detriment. But, David Brody, what's your take?
David Brody
Well, there's a lot to dissect here. First of all, my biggest concern is many of these politicians, and I hate to say many, because there's many now that are getting sworn in not on the bible, but on the Quran. You've got Mamdani in New York. You've got Keith Ellison in Minnesota. Ilhan Omar. Here we go again in Minnesota. I've got the list right here in front of me. I can read it to you. Rashida tlaib, Andre Carson. These are congressmen, and there's others. And there were a couple new ones that were just so we're starting to see, I don't want to say a trend, but we're seeing more people sworn in on the Quran. And that concerns me a lot. And I know a lot of people have talked about sharia law and you know, could it come here to America? And we are seeing in certain jurisdictions, especially in places like Dearborn and others, where that is under consideration. And actually there have been some courts that have sided with sharia law at some point. So, you know, you put all of that together and I got major concerns, not to mention, I mean, look what's going on in Dearborn. Can we maybe get the national guard and maybe some other folks into Dearborn to figure out what's going on there? They got the call to prayer that is said that is blared loudly across the city of dearborn. This is an American city. What the heck is going on here? I get it. Freedom of religion. But I mean, to the point where this type of stuff is becoming more commonplace, you know, the more we get away t. Bates from our Judeo Christian principles in this country, the more this country is going to suffer There is a direct correlation.
Dr. Gina Louden
Yeah. And, Terrence, before you comment, I just want to ask you to add, you know, some people would argue that Islamism is not at all a religion, that it's, in fact, a political organization, a political movement instead. So go ahead.
Terrence Bates
Well, no, I was just going to add. Okay, go ahead, David. Make your point real quick.
David Brody
Go ahead. That's exactly what Tucker Carlson says. Hamas is a political organization, not an Islamist organization in terms of being a terrorist organization. Organization. He calls them a political organization. And that's the danger. That's what he's. That's what he's saying.
Cliff May
Go ahead.
Terrence Bates
No, absolutely. I'll just end here saying that there are cultural implications to the Islamification, if you will, of the United States. And then, of course, there are security implications to all of that as well. I don't think that you can separate one from the other. And that's one of the bigger concerns to me.
Dr. Gina Louden
Yeah, yeah. It's going to prove, you know, they are doing this invasion is happening so smartly, so wickedly smartly, in that they get on welfare. They come here, they get on welfare. They have lots of kids on welfare. We've seen the fraud in Minnesota. We know it's rampant every place else now. They're going after red states on all of this. Look for it soon. Remember, I think there's like dozens, Dozens. I can't remember exactly how many. I told you guys this a couple weeks ago. New mosque in Texas just over the past couple years. They're going after our red states. All right, folks, you know, the American Sunrise crew gets up very early to bring you this show. And trust me when I say the team doesn't. When they don't sleep well, it's a problem. But we're not alone. So many of us just don't get a good night's sleep. And then we end up eating more and ordering that third cup of coffee to get through the day. Don't give up on getting a great night's sleep. There is hope. Today we have with us the inventor of Ghostbed. And David Brody is going to bring him in, I believe.
David Brody
David, thank you so much because I want more airtime. Mark Werner is with us. Mark, great to have you. I have hijacked the interview, by the way. Gina can have a seat? I'm good. My ego is fully intact. All right, so now you've got these comfortable mattresses. John Solomon is even talking about how amazing it is. Tell us the story of Ghostbed, Mark. How did this all begin?
Cliff May
Good morning. And thank you for having Ghostbed, David. Well, how it started was my grandfather, who was a lieutenant colonel in World War I and 2, started the Werner Ladder Company over 100 years ago. So I grew up, and my dad grew up in that business. And my dad actually invented the aluminum ladder and then the fiberglass and fiberglass ladder. So I learned about quality and brand and ethics and all those things. And we built that business from nothing to 85% market share over 100 years. That business got sold about 26 years ago and I decided I love family business. So I started Ghostbed with my wife and my young kids, who are now my older kids are in the business. And I had three neck surgeries at the time. So I had a problem finding a mattress or pillow that worked for me. And given I had a very strong engineering background, especially working in fiberglass and polymers, I decided to focus on memory foam type products and Ghostbed was born. And it's a very exciting company. So that's kind of how we got started.
David Brody
Well, tell us a little bit about all these different types of mattresses. Or put it this way, I can't.
Cliff May
Tell.
David Brody
What'S good or what's marketing. So help me kind of sift through how I pick a really good mattress. Because I know there's firm and I like it extra firm, less firm, soft. I don't know, I. And then there's side sleepers and there's so many decisions. It's like Calgon, take me away, I need a bath.
Cliff May
Well, there's lots of mattress companies and a lot of them are really good at marketing and marketing buzzwords. I'm a product guy, so we focus really on the product. We have the marks quiz if you come to our ghostbed.com website and there you can kind of go through what kind of works for your person. Firm cooling, softer edge support, hybrid off foam, etc. Adjustable bases, type of sheets, type of pillows. That's really what counts. And in a good mattress, you want comfort and support, support that spine and have excellent comfort and contact with the person and hopefully staying cool, which is one of our patented technologies.
David Brody
Yeah, tell us a little bit more about where people can get more information, what they need to do and all of that stuff. Because if they want to go look at a mattress right now, how do they go about doing that?
Cliff May
They would go to ghostbed.com and then rav to get an extra 10% with a special promo. We also are an Omni Channel company, so we sell in the US we sell in Canada, the UK soon to be Puerto Rico and Mexico and we sell with Costco and Sam's Club and Amazon. So we're a multi channel type player out there. And so that's a good spot to, to go to.
David Brody
And Mark, we got about 30 seconds left or so. But what you said at the beginning about being family owned and operated and just and to really understand that portion of it because this is personal for you guys, this is not just a business, if you will. And I think it's important people understand that. Go ahead.
Cliff May
This is all about family business. Family business is like a binder. It keeps your family together. And I've had one for five generations, so it's very important to me. And we treat all of our employees as families. So it's a longevity cycle after cycle. We're very excited about a family business. We think people work harder, make a better product and take greater pride and care about the customer because we're all about the customer. If the customer is happy, we're happy. We have over 100,000 reviews. I read every single review. Good or bad. Most of them are good and I love them. But if there's something that comes out that needs some attention, I reach out to that customer or we make a product change. So we're very, very innovative and we're very customer focused.
David Brody
Attention to detail. Mark, thank you so much for being here. Congratulations. It's good stuff.
Father Frank Pavone
Thank you so much.
David Brody
All right, once again, that's ghostbed.com they've been around. Obviously I say congratulations. They just came out with this, but it's ghostbed.com rav promo co promo code rav and you'll get some extra little goodies. All right, coming up, the justice department moving to shut down a congressional push over the Jeffrey Epstein files. We'll talk about it and why more files aren't going public after the break.
Brian Glenn
Let's spill some tea.
Emily Finn

Join the Patriots Brew Club to get started. It is time to spill some tea. And in the cup today a showdown between two lawmakers and the Justice Department. The Justice Department is urging a federal judge to block a request from two members of Congress, Democrat Ro Khanna and Republican Thomas Massie, over the public release of records tied to convicted sex trafficker Jeffrey Ephraim Epstein. In a court filing Friday, the DOJ argued the lawmakers do not have legal standing to demand a special master to oversee the release, saying the request falls outside the court's authority. Khanna and Massie say the move is necessary because the government missed a congressional deadline to release the files, setting up a legal showdown over transparency and oversight. For more, let's bring in Terrance Bates, Dr. Gina and David Brody. Terrence, I feel like we've been talking about these Epstein files for so long. You know, are the American people ever going to actually be able to see them?
Terrence Bates
Well, let's hope. And again, there's legislation in place ordering the Department of Justice to release these documents in a timely manner. The bigger picture to me is that the longer it takes the Department of Justice to release all of the documents that have been court ordered to be released or that have been legislatively really ordered to be released, the more questions there are going to be. And they're probably still going to be questions even once some of these documents or once the documents are available to the public to peruse, just because we still won't have the full story. But at least it's a good step forward. And I'm not so sure at this point the Department of Justice, Dr. Gina, is taking the best or making the best step forward.
Dr. Gina Louden
Yeah, I guess, you know, I've become very cynical where this is all concerned that we're ever really going to see anything that's going to be in any way life changing, which makes me cynical about all of the other areas where we're not getting information. For example, as I mentioned all the time on this program, the assassination attempts on our president, the killer of Cory, of course, at the rally where the president was shot in Utah, and also just anything on the Charlie Kirk. I mean, I know that they always say, well, it's an active investigation, but there are a lot of active investigations where we have a lot of information. And it just seems really strange to me that we don't have information on certain things. And so I'm just still waiting, Emily. I really am. I really have. You know, the great thing about a lot of these department heads is that we know a lot of them. We've worked with them for decades. Right. And so these are people that we know and love and trust and, but God only knows what happens to them when they get to D.C. and start drinking the water. And the biggest thing is I've talked to some of them and they say they don't have a lot of power because the people below them just won't do anything. David.
David Brody
Roadblock, roadblock, roadblock. When it comes to the DOJ and the Epstein files. And one last thing, the final word will come from the victims here. The victims have said they will go and tell everybody who these people are.
Dr. Gina Louden
When?
David Brody
Oh, well, they're waiting for, well, a couple things. They're waiting for the files to be released. And if they're not, then Tom Massey has said he's going to the floor with their permission and he's reading the names on the House floor. That's. And I don't know. Ask the doj. Roadblock, roadblock, roadblock. I don't know the answer. Yeah, I don't know.
Dr. Gina Louden
I thought you knew everything.
David Brody
Let's get Pam Bondi on the show and ask her.
Emily Finn
I think we're all in agreement that we definitely want the information, definitely want it to be released. All right. Still to come on American Sunrise, Dr. Gina is standing by with the story she's keeping an eye on today. We'll talk about President Trump's latest affordability plans after the break. Stick around.
Dr. Gina Louden
All right, welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. G. Thanks for joining us today. Time now for the one to watch. And here's what I'm keeping my eye on this morning. A top White House economic advisor floating a potentially major change allowing Americans to use their 401k savings to help pay for a home down payment. National Economic Council Director Kevin Hassett says skyrocketing home prices and down payments have put ownership out of reach for many and that the president is considering new tools to help bridge that gap. Hassett also revealed the plan could be unveiled as early as next week as President Trump heads to Davos alongside a separate push to lower mortgage rates by buying up to $200 billion in mortgage backed securities. You know, David, I don't know what all I think about this. I'm not sure why this isn't a thing except that it scares me a little bit. It sounds just a tiny bit like those commercials where they do the thing where the older folks that can buy their house from their estate even before they're dead. I forget what that's called, but it reminds me a little bit of that because I kind of hate to see anybody cutting into savings, especially Young people. And it is Gen Z, as we've talked about many times on this show, who can't afford the American dream.
David Brody
Yeah, I agree. I think ultimately you have to get out a calculator and find someone like my son, my two sons who are really good at financial stuff. I'm not this just in, believe it or not, who can figure this out and see if it's cost effective whether or not to take out the money from the 401k and put it into a home? I'm not convinced it is, by the way. I don't think so. But if you're given that option and if this is what the plan is, just an option, maybe so I don't know. Tbase, what do you think? Think I'm in biblical? I don't know, you know, you know.

There, there are several caveats to all of this. I think on its face, it's a potentially good idea just to give people access to the 20% that they ultimately would need in order to put down a down payment. 20% is pretty much the standard if you don't want to pay pmi. So it's a good idea in that respect. However, typically the way 401ks work is that if you pull the money out early, you're also charged a penalty. So if this were to happen, I would like to see that penalty portion potentially be negated. So you're not paying basically or paying a penalty in order to borrow the Money from your 401k in order to put on a house. So there's so many tentacles, if you will, to this story, so many details that I think would need to be ironed out. But on its face, it's a potentially good idea, I believe.

Potentially interesting.

I don't know either, and I'm certainly not a financial expert either, David, but I just know that, you know, I used to listen to all these economic advisors back in my 20s and all the information they told us, like, you know, paying off your house early to be debt free and all those things. All that advice has gone out the window by new financial advice. You know, it's kind of like the, kind of like the Maha stuff, right? We used to think, don't eat much meat and eat all your carbs and you'll be healthy. It doesn't really work that way. So it's concerning to me too, David. All right, you guys, war room is up next. We are back with you manana tomorrow. You guys hug your children, love God, go boldly now, live the truth. See you then.

I had no idea you were bilingual. That's impressive.

This episode of American Sunrise dives deep into a spectrum of hot-button issues dominating the American political and cultural conversation in early 2026. The panel examines President Trump’s new tariffs over the Greenland dispute, the World Economic Forum in Davos, the escalating death toll in Iran’s protests, controversies around ICE and protests in Minnesota, and ongoing culture war developments such as the releasing of Epstein files and the status of America’s pro-life movement. With a mix of reporting, interviews, and analysis, the hosts and guests dissect each topic from a conservative populist perspective, emphasizing American sovereignty, religious values, and a skepticism of globalism and progressive priorities.
The episode maintains a conversational, sometimes humorous, and passionate tone throughout, combining news analysis with overtly faith-based and patriotic rhetoric. Panelists are candid, often emotional, and unapologetically partisan, aligning with Real America’s Voice’s branding of "honest views" that challenge mainstream narratives. The panel frequently references Biblical principles, invokes past American protest movements, and stresses vigilance against perceived threats to "American values" both foreign and domestic.
This episode offers an unfiltered window into the Real America’s Voice worldview: resistant to globalism, deeply protective of traditional American and Christian values, and quick to critique perceived overreach by progressive leaders and global institutions. The hosts’ blend of breaking news, cultural commentary, and faith-based guidance drives home the network’s commitment to keeping their audience “informed, engaged, and inspired."
