B
Good morning America.
A
Welcome to American Sunrise. Whether it's culture, we have breaking news to share with you.
C
Politics.
B
President Trump is joining us live now from Florida.
C
We've got you covered.
B
This is what it looks like to be a patriot.
C
We have to protect the American family.
A
The American dream is still alive.
B
I'm David Brody.
C
I'm terrence.
A
And I'm Dr. Gina. Good morning, everybody. I'm Dr. Gina. We are live with you from the Palm Beaches. Let's bring in David Brody. He's in Washington D.C. and T. Bates in our Denver newsroom. Good morning, gentlemen.
B
Good morning, Gina. Welcome back.
C
Good morning.
B
Thank you.
A
I feel like I haven't been on air with terrence since like 1902.
C
Been a while since, you know, I was a prodigy. You know, at two years old in 1902, I was on the air with Dr. Gina. You also are prodigy. You're only three. So it was a great time.
B
That's right. And Joe Biden was 35. But yeah, that's a separate issue.
D
Go ahead.
C
That's right. Joe Biden's 35. Hey, look, serious business. Dr. Gina, you mentioned it. It's the year anniversary of J6. We, of course, will be talking about that throughout the day. But we'll also be talking about Nicolas Maduro. He, of course, was captured and was in court yesterday. Top US Lawmakers talking about his capture and the trial that will be pending as it relates to Nicolas Maduro. In fact, Speaker Mike Johnson saying that this isn't regime change.
B
This is not a regime change. This is a demand for change of behavior by a regime. The interim government is stood up now and we are hopeful that they will be able to correct their action. They cannot participate with narco, terrorist and very dangerous international criminal organizations that harm and target Americans, frankly, and traffic all of these dangerous drugs into our country that do all this great harm to our country. They cannot continue that activity. We have a way of persuasion because their Oil exports, as you know, have been ceased. And I think that will, that will bring the country to a new governance in very short order. So we don't expect troops on the ground. We don't expect direct involvement in any other way beyond just coercing the new the interim government to get that going.
C
Nicolas Maduro, of course, pleading not guilty. Dr. Gina, want to get your perspective on this? Mike Johnson saying this is not regime change, it's the change of behavior by a regime. When I heard that, the first thing that came to my mind is a quote that I've mentioned to you quite often from Tamara Bates, my wife. Don't urinate on my garden and tell me it's raining.
B
Oh, my gosh. Well, we're off to the urination start early on.
A
You know, I think I'll just let that rest with Tamara. I think, you know, she makes a great point.
C
Fair enough.
A
And I think a lot of people are going to ask those same questions. This is something, I think, a theme that we'll be hearing as we go forward. You know, was this regime changed, you know, and if it was, then, you know, where does that put us, right, going forward? I don't know. David Brody, I'm curious. Your take. I have a feeling that you have a big one.
B
Well, yeah, I mean, I can go on for a while. We gotta get to our guest. Obviously, though, my ego suggests that I should talk for about an hour and a half. But a couple of things here or I'll just say one thing. President Trump talked about when he was asked about boots on the ground. He didn't rule it out. He actually said, yeah, we're probably gonna have to do something like that. You know, he was kind of generic about it. So my question is, okay, so who's protecting the oil? It's not the Cuban guards. They're dead, so to speak. It's not, is it the Venezuelan military? This just in. Don't trust them. Who's protecting the oil? Exactly. That's where I'm concerned about boots on the ground. In Venezuela, US Boots on the ground. We'll see. It's all worth monitoring, guys.
A
Absolutely. All right, today's B goes like this. Ephesians 3, 20, 21. Now you know why I'm laughing, guys. I'll tell you audience as soon as I say this Bible verse. Now, to him who is able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all that we ask or think according to the power that works in us, to him be the glory in the church by Christ Jesus, to all generations Forever and ever. Amen. The really funny thing about that is I guess that every day when I say the Bible verse, I always say that's my favorite verse. So today David Brody's like, I dare you to say, you know, this is not really one of my favorites. The really, the funny thing is if you have a card or a letter from me, I've ever written, I write Ephesians 3:20 or when I sign my books, Ephesians 3:20. That is one of my very all time favorite Bibles. So this was not the day David Brody I could go, meh. All right, listen.
B
That's hilarious.
A
Today marks the five year anniversary of January 6, a day many know has been used by Democrats and the media to attack Republicans. Let's be real, to attack President Trump and his supporters and all of maga. Trump supporters argue the events have been politicized. They say January 6th is, you know, a distraction that just used to justify censorship and target the America first movement. For many, many, at least on the right side of politics, this day is about demanding election integrity, free speech and government that works for the people, not the elites. I want to bring in Missouri Congressman Mark Alford. Congressman, five years later, it's just, I just want to ask it like this. What's your takeaway?
B
We should have gotten to the bottom of the truth and you know, another Bible verse, the truth shall shit, shall set you free. I don't think we've been set free from what ailed us five years ago. I think what eldest was Americans were dissatisfied with the election. Not just that President Trump was not seen by some as winning the election and was Biden was going to be seated as the president. I think the American people were dissatisfied that the entire process was not up to snuff and still isn't in, in a lot of areas. We've got to get to the bottom of that.
D
Barry Loudermilk, who is the chairing a.
B
Special select subcommittee now appointed nearly a year ago by Speaker Johnson, is hoping to get to the bottom of this. Some of the things that he's learned already that have come out is that President Trump did call for the National Guard to come in and that was not heeded. That was not. That did not happen soon enough anyway. Nancy Pelosi, she was on videotape saying that it was basically her fault that the Capitol was not secure. She was, she was right in that. Look, we, we have a lot to learn still. The problem is, is that the sham hearing led by Liz Cheney and other rhinos as the ranking Party. And of course, the Democrats who wanted to do anything to discredit Trump and make sure he never got into office again, they failed on that measure. They. A lot of that evidence has now been destroyed or misplaced at best. And we've got to get to the bottom of it.
C
That's the only way we're going to.
B
Heal as a nation. The sad part is, is that some people don't want to hear the truth, Gina, and that even as this information comes out and is revealed, you know the sentiments of a lot of Americans online and in public. They hate President Trump so much that they're not willing to hear the truth. Yep, that's exactly right. And this sham J6 committee, if you just do a quick control f, you know, certain words in that long report, you don't see the words march peacefully and patriotically by President Trump. And the video that the BBC edited that just came out a couple of weeks ago clearly shows I was watching President Trump's entire speech that day. I was on the news and we were watching it, and there was a clear separation of the words that he said and how the BBC and others compressed it to make it sound like he was saying, Erwin raid the Capitol.
C
That's not what happened.
B
And the American people, a lot of them were duped by the legacy media because of their. Their hatred of Donald J. Trump as well. Yeah, let me move to Venezuela. Well, I don't want to move to Venezuela, so just to be clear. But I do want to talk. Got some property to sell you down there if you want. That's actually, I could probably get a good deal right about now. That's true.
C
Yeah.
B
Members of the Trump administration have been briefed or briefing, excuse me, top House lawmakers. They did that last night on this whole thing. Here's what Speaker Mike Johnson had to say. Take a look. With regard to the war powers and the compliance with federal law, we are not at war. We do not have US Armed forces in Venezuela, and we are not occupying that country. The Constitution gives Congress the power to declare war. That is true. But it also vests the President of the United States with vast authorities. As commander in Chief, under Article 2.
D
Of the Constitution, the president has the.
B
Authority, as all presidents do, to deploy military forces, to address threats to the US and to enforce US Law. That is what happened here. The War Powers act states that notification.
D
Should be made to Congress within 48.
B
Hours following the initiation of hostility. As we've noted, and I've made many public comments, that happened almost instantaneously here My first call was at 4am by Secretary of State Rubio. Well, you're going to hear from President Trump later on this morning at 10am there at the Kennedy Center. There's a GOP is going to meet with him. What are some of your questions and what's your crystal ball look like? What's the Congressman Mark Alford crystal ball look like in Venezuela here? Well, first, let's get to that. We are meeting with President Trump at the Trump Kennedy Center. Slight clarification there.
C
Just fact check him live on air. Really, Congressman? That's what we're doing on a Tuesday? You're fact checking us live on the air?
B
All right, let's get beyond that. Sorry. Look, I think we still, I think most members in Congress, even Republicans, they have a lot of questions they want answered. There's no doubt we are going to get those answers. The briefings that I've been in, in the huge skiff, which is the auditorium here at the visitor center, it's a big, it's one of the largest skiffs in the world, if not the largest skiff. The problem is, is that Democrats treat it as a, a leaking sieve, not a skiff. And as soon as they leave those meetings, they blab, blab, blab, blab about what went on inside the skiff. You're not supposed to do that. And that was a problem. That's why this administration could not tell Congress ahead of time. I fully understand it on this law enforcement exercise, the police in your hometown, if they've got to go arrest a drug dealer, they're not going to go to the media or the city council and say, hey, look, we're going to go in, we're going to go on this guy's property. At this certain time, they don't need leaks. The president didn't need leaks. The administration didn't leaks. And God knows our military did not.
D
Leaks, but put them in harm's way.
B
I get that. But we are going to get answers. Every question that we have asked inside these skiffs has been answered. The Democrats don't like the answer, and that's why they come out and blab and try to turn the narrative in a different direction. It is their modus operandi at this time because they have no message, no leader and no vision. And this is all they can do is try to detract from Trump's wins. This is a win for the American people. And America first doesn't mean America only people. I want to tell you this right now. America first needs this means that we are going to be the strongest nation, a superpower once again regaining the respect and authority on the world stage, protecting our Western hemisphere so that we can live in security and peace in America, period, exclamation point.
A
Congressman Mark, you are one of my favorites, by the way.
C
Well, thank you, Gina.
A
And that's a story. All right, listen, thank you so much. We'll see you soon. Congressman, Happy New Year.
D
All right.
A
Coming up, we're going to check out the hottest headlines from the RAP newsroom with T base. He's also one of my favorites, by the way. And later, we're going to talk to someone who was convicted, sentenced and pardoned in connection to the January 6 events. How has life changed for him? We're going to ask the question just ahead on American sunrise.
D
This news break is brought to you by amac, association of Mature American Citizens.
B
You know, somewhere in that Big Apple, New York City, Zoran Mandani is talking about communism, FYI, welcome back, everybody, to American Sunrise. I'm David Brody. Coming up, we're actually going to be talking to a J. Sixer who was pardoned for his role, if you will, on January 6th. He's gonna explain all of it. He'll be here in just a moment. First, though, T. Bates standing by with the latest headlines from the Real America's Voice newsroom sponsored by amac.

Deposed Venezuelan president Nicolas Maduro was expected back in court March 17 after he and his wife made their first court appearances here in the United States. On Monday, Maduro pleaded not guilty to the four counts against him and also used the very public forum to declare that he was in the word, that he was, in his words, excuse me, kidnapped by U.S. forces, quote, I am innocent. I am not guilty. I, I am a decent man, the constitutional president of my country, he said. The U.S. however, doesn't recognize Maduro as Venezuela's legitimate head of state, particularly following the 2024 election in that country. Meantime, the world is watching as this situation unfolds. On Monday, U.S. ambassador to the United Nations Mike Waltz explained the U.S. actions to his colleagues.
D
Nicolas Maduro is responsible for attacks on.
B
The people of the United States, for destabilizing the Western Hemisphere and illegitimately repressing.
D
The people of Venezuela.
B
As Secretary Rubio has said, there is.
D
No war against Venezuela or its people. We are not occupying a country.
B
This was a law enforcement operation.
C
During Monday's court hearing, Maduro's attorney told the judge he plans to contest the legality of his client's, quote, military abduction. Maduro and his wife are being held under a 25 page indictment that accuses them of narco terrorism, specifically facilitating the shipment of thousands of tons of cocaine into the United States. Opening statements in the trial against a former police officer whose accused of failing to protect children during the 2022 school shooting at Rabb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, get underway today. Adrian Gonzalez was among the first to respond to the massacre, which remains one of the worst school shootings in U.S. history. He's charged with 29 counts of child abandonment or endangerment and faces up to two years in prison if convicted. The trial is rare as officers aren't often accused of not doing enough to save lives. And in the case of the Uvalde school shooting, authorities waited more than an hour to confront the shooter. Gonzalez and former Uvalde School's police chief Pete Arredondo are the only officers facing criminal charges over the response to the attack. Arredondo's trial, by the way, has not been set yet. You may remember 19 students and two teachers were killed in this mass shooting. American kids now have fewer vaccines that they'll have to take. On Monday, the Department of Health and Human Services cut the number of vaccines recommended for every child. The change is effective immediately, meaning that all US kids now only have to get vaccinated against 11 diseases and no longer face getting inoculations for flu, rotavirus, hepatitis A and B, as well as some meningitis and RSV shots. The overhaul is reportedly a move that Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Kennedy, Jr. Has been pushing for a while. Now leading medical groups and physicians are calling the change unprecedented and blaming or slamming this decision. That's a quick check of your headlines. Now let's get a quick check of your forecast. Weather Nation meteorologist Tracy Anthony joining us with the very latest on your forecast from coast to coast. We're also going to put up a QR code here at the bottom of your screen momentarily that you can scan and join our friends over at WEATHER nation. All right. Let's get over to Tracy now. Tracy, good morning.
B
Hey, good morning.
A
We are still tracking several systems that are going to work across the northern tier of the country. That's why we've got a little precipitation for now. This is kind of like the appetizer, the bigger systems coming by the end of the week. But notice we do have a lot of clear skies. So where we do have the clear skies, we have widespread dense fog advisories this morning. They stretch from northern Minnesota all the way to the Gulf Coast. So if you're hitting the road in the next couple of hours, you may be running into some patchy fog, especially along the Gulf coast area. But across the Central Plains as well now, temperatures by the afternoon going to be pretty mild. We're feeling like fall across much of the Southern Plains. And this heat is just going to stick around for the next couple of days as we talk about record daytime highs from Texas all the way up to the Northeast. So very, very mild, very, very warm. And we are even going to be bracing for some strong to severe thunderstorms Wednesday, Thursday and Friday as this next system rolls on through. So, Terence, it's going to be a very active end to the week, weather wise.
C
All right. And we'll check back with you next hour for our hometown forecast. Looking forward to seeing what kind of response we get from our viewers. Tracy, always good to see you.
A
You too.
C
All right. Up next, J6 behind the scenes. What stories remain untold from that fateful day? We'll ask someone who was there. First, though, a quick look at this day in history. It was on this day five years ago that the events of January 6th unfolded. What actually happened that day has been marred with years of partisan spin. For four years, the D.C. establishment used this day as a weapon to persecute patriots. But within hours of returning to the White House last year, President Trump kept his promise and granted full pardons and clemency to over 1500 peaceful protesters who were targeted by the previous administration's Department of Justice. Also, folks, before we go, RAV has a brand new and improved app. Scan the QR code there on your screen and you can view all sorts of content like the new J6 documentary called the Sleeping Giant. There's the code right there. Go ahead and scan that and check out the Sleeping Giant and all of the content that we have to offer on our app. More American Sunrise coming your way in two minutes.
D
Of a hundred circling camps.
B
They have builded him an altar in the evening news.
D
And DS I can.
A
That is live in Michigan, everybody with 21 inches of snow on the ground there. As you can see, looks like the squirrels are having a good morning. I don't think they particularly care. Birds happy? I might be happy there if I could have a pair of skis in a mountain. Welcome back to American Sunrise. Today marks the five year anniversary of January 6th, nearly 16 people were charged in connection with those events that day, making it one of the largest prosecutions in U.S. history. President Trump later pardoned roughly 1500 of those individuals. The events also led to criminal charges against President Trump, cases that were eventually dismissed. For more, I want to bring in former Army Ranger teacher, and American hero and authority, Robert Legoman Morse, who was charged, sentenced, and eventually pardoned in connection to the events of J6. Robert, so good to have you with us. I accosted this interview, actually, Terrence graciously said, and David, too. We'll give it to you, Gina, because I know how much this issue and this man mean to you, but there's no way they can know how much this man means to me. But I want you to tell us your story from January 6th. And also, please, the title LEGO man, for those who don't know that history.
C
Sure.
D
Well, thank you very much for having me. It's an honor. And you look wonderful. I will say that January 6th was indeed a peaceful protest. I would compare it to, like a political Woodstock before everything got wild at the Capitol. People were hugging and kissing and having a good time at the Ellipse. It really was everything that Trump said, and only after we got lured to come closer to the Capitol. And the men were incited into violence by the Capitol police officers, for example, shooting flashbang grenades that they initially lied about, then they had to admit the FBI agents that were undercover that they initially lied about but then had to admit, instigating violence, and then the antifa members that were there that they initially lied about, and then they had to admit were all a perfect storm to send individuals like me without any criminal history whatsoever into the fray. And then into the overall lobster trap, which was January 6th. That took three and a half years of my life. But to answer your question, the LEGO man moniker comes from. When the FBI came to my apartment to arrest me, they stumbled upon a LEGO model kit of the United States Capitol. And they believed that because there was a LEGO set there that LEGO had distributed themselves, that somehow I concocted all of the footage that you see today with my LEGO set and the myth of the LEGO man was born. Obviously, this gets thrown out because it's ridiculous. Plus, the LEGO set is not made to scale, but it made for a lot of good jokes and a pretty good name after the fact.
A
Yeah, absolutely. And that's how I still have you in my phone. And you and your beautiful. I hope it's okay if I say on air fiance Olivia, who have become my best just Two of my best friends in the whole entire world had me to your mother's home in Pennsylvania, and I actually got to see that LEGO set. That is all very real, the story that you told, but your story is way deeper than that, really. I think the abuse that you took and remembering that you are a hero, you are a military hero, and that our government did this to you, I just still, honestly, no matter how long I know you, how many books of yours that I read, I cannot get my head around that that happened.
D
Yes, ma'.
C
Am.
D
I can say that I think that the people who are running our country in the absence of Trump and the imposter president's regime, they were the most un American people and the most domestic.
B
Of enemies that this nation has ever seen.
D
They hated me because of my love of this country. They hated me because of my service.
B
As a rang to it.
D
And they hated me because instead of doing anything else, I wanted to use my GI Bill to become a high school history teacher. I have seen what lies beyond the borders of America. It is an absolute wasteland. And the imposter president's regime invited that wasteland in. And it is my sole purpose on.
B
This Earth to keep it out and.
D
To keep this republic and to encourage the next generation to do so. And that's why they hate me. They hate me because I believe in Jesus Christ and they hate me and everyone else like me because we're not going to give up of this country.
A
But God has used this so mightily. And this is where I want to encourage our audience. Whatever it is you're going through today, I'm telling you what, what Robert has been through. I know few people. I've never even read stories like what you've been through. But God flipped it on his head. Used your enemies as your footstool. And today you have LEGO Man Productions. We have a massive event happening four days from now, this weekend in Texas. You've written two books, we're doing a screenplay. We have a lot going on, and you have a beautiful fiance out of it. And even that whole story is amazing, and I wish we had time for it. We have about 30 seconds left. Robert, tell us about the event this weekend and where people can find all of your great stories.
D
Yes, thank you very much. Well, if you go into legomanproductions.com with two GS, you will find my production company. We are doing the Primalux Gala on January 9, where it's our first major event. We're going to show the world the two major films that we're going to create within the next couple of years. We're going on the offensive in the culture war. This is the culture war counter strike to put faith based films back into.
B
Media and go to war against Hollywood and everybody else that's trying to ruin.
D
The culture in our country. We are not giving up this ship.
B
We are rising up as a nation. And Lego Man Productions is going to.
D
Lead the charge in the culture war. By God's grace and because of patriots like you. And yes, we have a lot of work to do. And the grass does not grow underneath my feet, baby. We got a country to save.
A
Yeah, absolutely. I cannot tell this audience how completely worthy this sweet soul is and how much you want to go buy both of his books. Look for Robert Morse. M O R S s Lego man with tuchies. And definitely, if you can support, if you can be there in Texas with us this weekend, we would love to have you. And if not, if you can support the films that he's making are going to have an impact on the rest of the. You're more than a history teacher. You are America's history teacher now. Robert Lego Man Morse, thank you so much for being with us. I'll see you in a couple days.
D
Yes, thank you, ma'. Am.
A
All right, my friend. God bless always. All right, Coming up, it's a new year and it's time that many try to shed those stubborn extra paths. David Roden is going to complain about this for the next month, so we have a solution for him. We're going to talk to you about that coming up on American Sunrise. Now. I definitely think that we could do some skiing there. Terrence wants to go. I know that. Welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. Chi. Thanks for joining us. It is time now for today's health news, sponsored by the wellness company under the microscope today, the evolution of weight loss treatments and how to combat obesity. Surgeons pushing back against the idea that obesity is a personal failure. Medical experts say it is a chronic disease, not a lack of willpower, and that it can be treated. Doctors say treatment options include diet and exercise, weight loss meds, bariatric surgery. They note surgery often provides the most long term weight loss, yet only a small number of eligible patients ever receive it. The message from surgeons is clear, though. Obesity should be treated like any other medical condition. For more on the health of America, let's bring in the chief scientific offer for the wellness company, Dr. Peter McCullough. Dr. McCullough, we are so thankful for your work. Every single Day. I just can't. I have to always start with that. I know I say it all the time, it's redundant at this point point, but so thankful for you and your work. And Dr. Mercola, I want to get to the drops because they are really powerful and really a tool for people, especially in their New Year's resolution belt. But first, Dr. McCullough, I have to ask you about this pullback from the mandated vaccines. You're calling this a President Trump boss move?
B
Tell us it was the ultimate boss move and you and I covered it. You know, McCullough foundation put out an evidence based comprehensive report October 27, 2025, linking vaccines to autism with. Within three weeks, the CDC changes this language on the website saying, you know what, you know, we can't rule it out. Now within 90 days, Trump orders Jim O', Neill, who's not a doctor and the current acting director of the cdc, to just trim the vaccine schedule. And you know, the current CDC ACIP panel, which is a new panel, they've done little in the first year. I think there was a degree of impatience here. Trump was listening to the mothers of America in his Truth social tweet. He said, listen, this is what mothers wanted. Now the US Schedule will be similar to that of the countries in Scandinavia and there's no threat of recurrence of disease. I think we're gonna be fine.
A
I'll tell you, it's so true. You know, my husband retired from the Senate in 2012, Dr. Mercola, and he did the first study on thimerosal. He commissioned it and that was his deal because we had, I remember these mothers lining up at his door of his Senate office every single day. This has been going on. I'm telling, that's why I told you the date, because it's so long that mothers and fathers, I don't know why we're leaving them out of this, have been begging, going to every Capitol building they can get their hands on, begging for changes. Cuz they've known for a darn long time exactly what happened to their children. No one would listen until now.
B
It's so true. You know, I give credit to Children's Health Defense and ICANN and Texas for Vaccine Choice, all the state level organizations, the mothers and fathers knew. And in the McCullough foundation report, we found the published vignettes on this the most powerful. So there was no convincing evidence that, you know, dismissed the association. And I think with a lesser burden of vaccines on children, we should see a reduced, you know, incidence of allergic and neuropsychiatric diseases.
A
Let's hope so. Let's really, really hope so. All right, I want to get to these drops because I know a lot of people made New Year's resolutions. I know poor David Brody, he wants to be in this segment so bad so he can talk about how much he wants to lose weight. We got to get him some drops, Dr. McCullough, because these things are amazing. You know, I sit here in the morning, they sit right here on my table. I drop them in my coffee and I'm telling you what I can control. I feel in control. The food noise is what I call. It just goes away. For tens of millions of Americans, losing weight and getting in shape is their top New Year's resolution. So this is really a tool in the belt of Americans who want to do that without chemicals from big pharma, without surgery. Tell us.
B
Yeah, it is a breakthrough. Drop is retatrutide. It's a triple acting GLP1 receptor agonist. Now, it's given topically like you say you put it in your coffee. It gives wonderful control over food urges. Patients reliably lose weight and they don't have the concerns of a prescription injection drug like Ozempic. Now, recently, Inovo Nordisk yesterday announced that their oral Ozempic pill is out. I've tried prescribing these. I prescribed, by the way, the injectable drugs. For 20 years there's been some oral versions. They're just not well tolerated. There's too much nausea, vomiting, threats of pancreatitis, thyroid problems. The bottom line is we need to go to a safe solution. Wellness company provides it with Drop.
A
Yeah, well, absolutely. Tens of millions of Americans, as you know, have tried these GLP1s and now it seems to be they're changing all the time. There's so many of them now, people can't keep their minds straight. What sets Drop from the wellness company apart from you? Aside from the fact, and here's what I love the most, you don't have to inject it because those injections are intimidating. They look like a machine gun. You have to point at yourself.
B
Well, true, you know, the injection, once it's in the body, you can't stop it. And for some people, it's just too much. The nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation. It's really, really a problem. With Drop, you can control it. We tell people to start with 10 drops in your coffee or water. You can control the daily dose. It's far more modifiable, flexible. We are not seeing the side effects that we see with the injectables. I'm a doctor. I see patients in the office so I can prescribe the injectable drugs and I do for those deep into diabetes and other problems. But for people who want to trim some weight, they want to have control of what's going on and they want a safe solution. They should look towards Drop from the wellness company.
A
Do they need to be concerned about side effects with Drop?
B
I've seen a few side effects. Most of them has been on the high level of dosing. 40 drops or more, occasional heart palpitations, seeing no GI disturbance, no pancreatitis, no serious medical problems.
A
That's amazing. Dr. Peter Mercola, we always thank you. And to those out there who are so happy about this pullback on the vaccines, this is boss move by President Trump. I'll tell you what, Peter Mercola and the Wellness Company have been at the tip of the spear in this fight for a darn long time, and we thank you for it. Thanks for being with us today.
B
Thank you.

All right, coming up, New York State lawmakers are trying to push narrative on the events of January 6th in a new bill. This we don't know where it'll end up actually, but we're going to talk about it next on American sunrise. So don't go anywhere. We'll be right back.
C
It.
A
Welcome back to AMERICAN sunrise. It's time to stay awake, not woke in today's brew. Classroom control. On the fifth anniversary of January 6, New York Democrats want to lock in a lesson plan. State lawmakers are pushing a bill that would require public schools to teach their version of that day. They call it the true history. No debate, no context, just one approved narrative. This as President Trump has called January 6th a day of love. Pardon those charged and move the country forward from history class to political lecture. Let's bring in Terrence, Dr. Gina and David. David, this sounds like a class that Mayor Mamdani would happily teach himself.
B
Yeah, I think that sounds about right. Look, we talk about and Gina, you say this a lot. Parallel economies. How about parallel narratives? That's another battle that we're in, and this is a good example of it. And it's starting to clearly with the kids. Oh, what a shock that the indoctrination begins young. And so that's really the takeaway here. And when I say the takeaway, let me be clear to every single parent out there, get involved with your kids. It is not up to the schools to educate your children. It's up to you to educate them. And that is the crucial aspect here to make sure you do that, because it's not just January 6th, it's everything under the sun.
A
Dr. G. Yeah, you make a great point. I mean, evil isn't going to just go away because we elected a president, right? I think a lot of us sort of hoped, right? Especially those of us who've been working in politics for a long, long time. We're like, well, okay, now we got the president elected, can we take a nap? And the reality is no, that's when you fight even harder because as everyone knows, you've heard it quoted many times before. Once you're over the target, you're going to know it because the demons are going to come for you. And we've all experienced that in our own lives. But to be sure, they want to rewrite what happened on January 6th. January 6th is largely a story of patriot heroes and godliness. And that's the story that needs to be told. And I believe that is the story that will be told through our J6 heroes like Robert Lego Man Morse. He started an entire film company, as I mentioned, he's launching this weekend. And I think there are others that will be doing really amazing things. And I have to just give credit to our own team here. We were on the ground that day. Not many other networks can say that. We were on the ground there, both at the Ellipse and over at the Capitol broadcasting live that day. Most others were afraid to go in, but Rob Zig was not afraid to send us in. Yeah.
B
T. Bates, before you say something, can I just respond to Dr. G. She said about, and you're right, gee, when you say rewriting January 6th, but I'd like to just say that I believe that it's the media and others that actually wrote it. They're not rewriting it. They wrote the script and we are trying to rewrite it with the correct full story. And so I just think that that's an important distinction because as we go down with the history books when this is all said and done, we know the liberal historians are going to be out for literal blood, if you will. They're going to write the January 6 story in exchange, extremely negative way. So therefore it takes all of us to set the record straight and provide all of the facts, all of the context to debates.
C
The truth needs to be told. That's, that's really what it comes down to. And having said that, I'm going to veer a little bit to the left, if you will. But we also need to hold our lawmakers to account. You may remember just a couple of years ago, Republican leadership said that it was going to release all of the transcripts and all of the video from January 6th. That still hasn't happened. We still don't have all of the volumes. We need to hold them to account and put their, hold their feet to the fire and say release it so the people can see for themselves. You don't need to necessarily go in and say, oh, this is what's happening. People are smart enough to see it for themselves. Barry Loudermilk, of course, is kind of running his own investigation into it to set the record straight. Well, that needs to become a of part priority. I think there's a. I think it's in the public interest to get a full accounting and an accurate accounting of what happened that day. Until we have that, I'm not so sure the country is going to be at peace, if you will, and I hate to use that word, but it is an unsettling thing not knowing the truth.
B
And T. Bates, on a separate note, please, whatever you do, don't veer to the left, please.
A
Never again. Never again.
C
The moment I said that, I was like, that's going to be taken so far out of context, and people are going to be like, he's a Democrat. No, I'm just saying I'm going to veer off of, of, of the normal path.
A
We're bringing you back to the right here, Terence. All right, coming up, Justin Bieber opens up about faith, fame, and an industry that takes more than it gives. That conversation is next on American Sunrise.
B
Bless the usa.
D
In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth.
C
Welcome back to American Sunrise, everyone. It's now time for our moment of faith, which is brought to us by Lee Greenwood and the God Bless the USA Bible in focus. Today, faith over fame. Justin Bieber is talking about something that Hollywood rarely does, and that would be Jesus. Bieber says the music industry rewarded his talent but didn't protect his soul. Instead of revenge, he chose redemption. Though Bieber says that Jesus met him in the pain and taught him not to turn bitter. That's what you call a testimony in my book. Let's bring in pastor, speaker and author and former professional soccer player. Hence one of my favorites, Jesse Bradley. Jesse, always good to see you, Pastor.
D
Great to see you, Terrence.
C
So when I read this story about Justin Bieber, the first thing that came to mind is a phrase that we often use in my church, won't he do it? And this really is a testimony. It shows the power of God and how his compassion and how his love can change hearts.
D
That's right, Terrence. This is an inspiring story. And Jesus said, what does it profit a man to gain the whole world.
C
And forfeit your soul?
D
And Justin Bieber had success on the outside. But the inside story, there was emptiness and pain. But the good news is the gospel. Jesus died for our sins. He's risen in the gospel's for everyone. You know, famous people need the gospel. Jesus had one on ones with Peter, who is a fisherman, everyday person.
C
And then Nicodemus, who was religious, looked.
D
Like he had it all together, but he needed to be born again. The Samaritan woman had five husbands. She needed Jesus. So for all of us, it's a relationship. It's not religion and earning. Justin said yes to Jesus and now he's sharing his story. So like you said, won't God do it?
A
He's faithful. He's good.
B
Let's share our story.
D
Where we live, work, learn and play. And in the darkness in Hollywood, he's shining the light. We're called to do the same thing. Jesus says, you are the light of the world.
C
Pastor, you said Something there that I think is critical. It's about relationship. It's not just your faith. It's not just the religion. The relationship is critical. It is central.
D
That's right. We don't earn and achieve our way to heaven. We receive it. This is a living God. Jesus is our living hope. And I was an atheist, went to Dartmouth, had success on the outside.
B
And then I looked at the truth.
D
Of the Gospels, I looked at the.
B
Historical evidence, and it's all about grace.
D
So many things in our lives are striving. Grace is an undeserved gift, so we don't contribute. Jesus died for our sins.
C
He said it is finished, but we.
D
Must receive the gift. And when you receive it, you're saying, yes, it's a covenant relationship. It's the greatest decision you'll ever make. Eternal life in God's family forever.
C
Pastor so let me ask you, there are going to be some people very likely watching us talking right now who are either new to faith or looking into their own faith. God, I'm a witness. God transforms our hearts. But what would you say to those people who are new to faith in terms of moving forward with their faith and building that relationship and not just being religious?
D
Yes. God transforms us from the inside out. And once you put your trust in Jesus, you can cultivate habits to grow. So find a solid church where they teach the Bible and you can start to pray and read scripture each day, serve and use your gifts. You're going to see many other lives transformed. Justin Bieber is going to lead many people to Jesus. And we set up a website, justchoosehope.org where we lay out daily devotions, daily.
B
Videos, so you can go deeper in.
D
Your faith and grow in your relationship with God.
C
And that website once again, justchoosehope.com justchoosehope.org and everything's free.
D
So, yeah, check out the videos. You can go through the gospel of John, 28 days of hope. There's a lot of options there.
C
Jesse Bradley, hitting the upper 90 in the net with that one right there. Always good to see you, Pastor Terrence.
D
I appreciate you and thanks for the encouragement today.
C
Thank you so much. That touched my soul. I needed to hear that, even for myself. Appreciate you.
D
Thank you, sir. Let's walk with Jesus together.
C
Amen. By the way, folks, Rav has a brand new and improved app out right now. We're going to put the QR code on your screen here momentarily. There you have it right there. Go ahead and scan that screen right now so that you can view all sorts of content like the new J6 documentary which is called Sleeping Giant. Also you can see more content like what you just heard with Jesse there. All of that is available on our new and improved app. Log on. Scan this QR code right now. We're back with the second hour of American Sunrise.
A
All right, you ravagers. Coming up on the second hour of American Sunrise. Today marks the fifth anniversary of the J6 demonstrations following the 2020 presidential elections. We're going to talk about the lawfare, the persecutions, the two tiered justice system targeted so many patriots. This will all be coming up in the hour. Plus, new details emerge about the hours and months leading up to Nicolas Maduro's capture. Reports show the Venezuelan strongman was seeking long range drones from Iran and military backing from the U.S. well, we are, or rather military backing from U.S. adversaries. That's more like it. We're going to bring you the facts straight ahead. Also later, Elon Musk appears to have mended his relationship with President Trump over a nice dinner. We're going to talk about what brought the billionaire back into the MAGA fold. That's coming up later in the hour. These stories, so much more. It's the second hour of American Sunrise starts right now.
A
And I'm Dr. Gina.
B
And welcome back everybody to the second hour of American Sunrise. I'm David Brody coming to you from D.C. let's bring in Dr. G. She's down in West Palm. T. Bates is in our Denver newsroom. Good morning to you both. You know, with this new year off to quite a bang. Iran, Venezuela. You know, Gina, I look down at my phone constantly. I'm like, so is Columbia next? Greenland, Cuba? Like, I don't know. I give up. I didn't have any of that on my bingo card. None of it.
A
Yeah, I don't know either. You know, it's interesting. I, the manager at the Hub was just in California over the weekend and the manager of the hotel there was Venezuelan. And I said to him, what's his parents still live there, his family still lives there and everything. I said, what's the, tell me what you're not hearing in the news. Tell me what's being Misreported. I always love to ask people that question when I get ahold of him. And he said, what you're not hearing in the news is that, yes, people are very happy, but everything is guarded because we've been made so many promises so many times. We watched what happened with Iran. We've watched what happens in Afghanistan. And now we look and we're like, well, what's this gonna be like in five years, 10 years? That's the big question, Terrence.
C
Well, yeah, there's still. Go ahead, David. I'm sorry. What were you gonna say?
B
Well, I was gonna say, yeah, of course, the administration's saying that Venezuela is not like the Middle East. We'll see how it unfolds. But, you know, some of the concerns from the America first crowd, MAGA crowd, you know, Trump went around saying, make America great again. He didn't go around saying, make the Western Hemisphere great again. So I think that's a legitimate question to ask as we move forward.
C
Well, let's get to the nuts and bolts of the situation involving deposed Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro. He is expected back in court on March 17 after he and his wife made their first court appearances here in the United States. On Monday, Maduro pleaded not guilty to the four counts against him and also used the very public forum to declare that he was, in his words, kidnapped by U.S. forces. During Monday's court hearing, Maduro's attorney also told the judge that he plans to contest the legality of his client's, quote, military abduction. Opening statements in the trial against a former former police officer who was accused of failing to protect children during the 2022 school shooting at Rabb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, are set to get underway today. Adrian Gonzalez was among the first to respond to the massacre, which remains one of the worst school shootings in U.S. history. He's charged with 29 counts of child abandonment or endangerment and faces up to two years in prison if convicted. American kids now have fewer vaccines they'll have to take. On Monday, the Department of Health and Human Services cut the number of vaccines recommended for every child. The change is effective immediately, meaning that all US kids now only have to get vaccinated against 11 diseases and no longer face getting inoculations. Excuse me. For flu, rotavirus, hepatitis A and B, as well as some meningitis and RSV shifting. That's a quick check of your headlines. We'll, of course, have more headlines coming your way shortly. But now let's get a quick check of your Forecast meteorologist Tracy Anthony joining us with your real America's Voice and Weather Nation forecast. Tracy, one of my favorite parts of the show, though. Time for our hometown forecast. What do you have for us?
A
Oh, yeah, and we've got a couple of them. I'm taking you out to Cincinnati, Ohio. This is from Soprano down on camera. Well, he said Ohio and 56 degrees today. You're gonna have a mix of some rain showers as the system rolls on through. But look at these temperatures over the next couple of days. We're gonna warm up into the 60s, so well above average and then we're gonna dial back into next week. So roller coaster temperatures here across parts of the Ohio Valley. Now, D.C. this is where we're talking record high temperatures Friday and potentially on Saturday. So this is another hot spot here for the weekend. But areas like Sulfur Rock, Arkansas, this from Kevin T. On Getter. This is where we have the chance for strong to severe thunderstorms. So Thursday through Friday is when we're going to have the cold front work on through. That's going to be the spark of these storms. And that was the area that I showed you here just an hour ago where we're going to watch that system work on through. And Wednesday, Thursday, Friday we do have a chance for strong storms so impacting a lot of us here as that heat builds across the central plains to the east coast.
C
Terrence, Tracy, you had me at Sulphur Rock, Arkansas, shout out to Sulphur Rock. Always good to see you, Tracy. We'll check back with you tomorrow.
B
Yep.
C
All right. Now let's get you over to David Brody. David, good morning.
B
Good morning, T. Bates. All right, some new information regarding ousted Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro. This morning, reports showing that the socialist strongmen strongman pleaded with several nations including China and Iran for more advanced long range drones to bolster Venezuela's defenses. U.S. documents indicate that Venezuela was actively trying to shore up its military capabilities as of course pressure from President Trump intensified with the administration casting Maduro's regime as a source of regional instability and narco terrorism, which it is. Joining us now with reaction is the editor in chief. For just the news, that would be John Solomon. John, good morning. So now what exactly? I mean, we got Maduro okay, but his so called vice president, Delsey Rodriguez, she ain't any angel here. She's still there. So is the evil defense minister, Dr. Evil there and the interior minister. So how does this all play out? I mean, help us through this a little bit.
D
Well, the first thing that plays out is it shows that the goal of the operation on Saturday wasn't regime change. Because if you're trying to create regime change, you drop out the top of Maduro's loyalists. I think that's a very important thing. That debunks some of the democratic talking points. What Saturday was about was arresting a fugitive from justice, a drug kingpin, a guy who ran a drug cartel since 1999, who had consorted with Colombia's FARC leftist guerrillas who are very dangerous and known to be dangerous across the world, who had spent years building an alliance with China and Russia and Iran and Cuba to make sure that he was the resistance in the Western Hemisphere to the United States, who stole two elections from his own people and one General General Motors auto plant from American companies. Those are all things that are documented in the Justice Department and Treasury files. But the latest thing he was doing that raised the most concern for the Trump administration was he began seeking long range drones from Iran. These are the killer drones that Iran's been selling to Russia that they've been using on the Ukrainian people. Some of those parts for those drones are believed to have arrived at the El Libertador base in Venezuela in December. We saw that information on December 30th when the Treasury Department said sanctions Office OFAC sanctioned that base, saying that we believe that there is drone parts there now that we could potentially strike the United States. And then on the third, while our special ops teams were picking up Maduro at his hideout, we also bombed that specific military base and blew it to smithereens. If you look at the satellite photos, it is substantially destroyed, setting back the effort for Venezuela to be a launching pad for Iran to attack the United States. Those long range drones could have reached the United States from that base. And that was of grave concern. That's one of the understars that hasn't been reported very much in the media.
C
John, there's so many angles to this story that are probably underreported or probably need a little bit more fleshing out. So let's back up a little bit so that we can see the full force and not just the trees. Because, yes, the focus right now is the arrest and of course, what will likely be a trial. But the investigation is decades of old. There's a lot of investigation that has led us to where we are today.
D
That is exactly right. The evidence against Maduro is extraordinarily well documented, perhaps better documented than any world leader I know who faced criminal charges. It goes all the way back to 1999. When he began running this cartel, long before he was a political figure in Venezuela, he was a brutal drug dictator. First he stole two elections. It is now the consensus of the Western world that he did not win the last two elections, but installed himself as president. President. Even Joe Biden admitted that, calling him an illegitimate president back in January of last year before he left office. So you have all of this evidence, and then you've got the consorting with China, the regular meetings. China was actually meeting with Maduro the night before President Trump arrested him. So he was consorting with our enemies. He was creating the evil empire's outpost in the Western Hemisphere, the place that all of our enemies would turn to if they wanted to attack the United States. And of course, poisoning our young people with cocaine and other drugs that were lethal, another part of that mission. And I think today the evidence is going to be pretty clear. These are just an open source document, not hard to find.
A
Yeah, I have to say, you know, I love talking to my friends who do border patrol. You know, down on the border, in San Diego, on the coast, even here in Florida. I try to talk to these people whenever I can. And, John, they do tell me there is a dramatic difference in the amount of just drugs coming into this country right now. That's huge. There's no way to put a price tag on that. But, John, I want to ask you, what's the future here? What are your predictions going forward, both from a geopolitical stance and from a domestic stance?
D
Well, I think domestically, President Trump has to thread a needle to not make this a nation building exercise in Venezuela. He said he's not in the business of nation building. Marco Rubio was very clear. That's not the goal here. The goal is to stabilize the country so that the people of Venezuela can have, for the first time in a decade, fair in free elections and choose their next leader, whoever that might be. And what you've seen is on Saturday, when the arrest of Maduro occurred, a lot of Maduro's lieutenants, including his vice president, were really screaming at the United States, calling this illegal. But by yesterday, you saw Maduro's vice president saying, I want to cooperate and work with the United States. That tells me there's some backroom door dealing going on where these leftovers of the Maduro regime may be given safe exit to the country so they can live in some other country and be safe and free from future interdiction and future prosecution. In return for letting the Venezuelan people pick their next leader. We'll see who that is, a lot of people believe it's Machado, but it's not a guarantee. But I do think that the Venezuelan people are ready for a change. That change can only happen if the election is fair and free. And that's what Marco Ruby and President Trump are trying to make sure, not nation building.
B
Yeah, lots of unanswered questions still, especially boots on the ground. We'll have to monitor that for sure. All right, John, great to have you, sir.
A
Thank you, John.
D
Thank you, guys. Happy New Year, guys.
A
Happy New Year.
B
Happy New Year. All right, coming up, a judge says the suspected abuse. Excuse me, suspect. The suspect accused, I'll say it right, at some point, of planting those pipe bombs ahead of the January 6th demonstrations, that he's a public danger. So why did it take nearly five years to put him behind bars? That question next. Also, don't forget, Brav has a new and improved app. So just scan the QR code right there on the screen and you can view all sorts of content, like the new J6 documentary, the Sleeping Giant.
A
Welcome back to American Sunrise. I'm Emily Finn. Time now to drain the swamp. And this morning, we are fleshing out the hard truth. A federal judge rules that Brian Cole, the man accused of planting pipe bombs outside both party headquarters in D.C. must stay in custody ahead of trial. The court calling him a potential danger to the public, citing alleged bomb making materials, deception, and a willingness to deploy explosives in public places. This wasn't protests. This wasn't politics. This was violence aimed at both sides. And the judge made it clear, this is exactly who should not be walking free. David, if this was a real threat, why the five year deal? Let's bring in Terrence and Dr. Gina as well.
B
That would be the Biden DOJ. And there you go, back to everybody. But look, here's the thing. It was collecting dust. The investigation was just sitting there on the desk, and they weren't doing a darn thing. Let's be honest, on purpose. Come on. I mean, and here's the thing. When Bongino came in and Cash Patel, they literally said, you know what? Here's an idea. I think we'll hire some new investigators, a new investigative team, and we'll actually look at some new evidence. Oh, and then what do you know? He was arrested. Really, Dr. G, you're telling me that the Biden DOJ couldn't do that? Or T. Bates? Go ahead. I'm being rhetorical.
C
You said new evidence, and it wasn't even new evidence. It was evidence that already was, existed, that they simply examined and were like, okay, we're gonna follow up on these leads. And that's what I find so interesting, that this was just dormant case that the previous administration just kind of let it sit and didn't follow up. And then you get a new administration that comes in and simply does its job, simply follows the evidence and gets a suspect. Like Dr. Gina, as my kids would say, like, how does this happen?
A
I always think about if someone were to come back from, let's just say like, I don't know, the 1800s and sorry, my whole ear thing just fell out and they were to hear that this all went down, they'd be like, okay, pipe bomber. I mean, I don't know. I always think about the irony that would be if someone were to come back from, you know, from when our justice system were normal and not corrupt and things made sense. Sense about just, you know, the days back when they used to draw and quarter someone, right. For stealing from a store. And now we're like, okay, well let's help them steal and let's escort them in and out of the store and then let's give them rights to steal. And I mean like what? We are just in such a weird time. And this is what happens when a society gets farther away from God, period.
B
Certainly, by the way, they were saying. Yeah, and just so you know why they were saying, eh, or as you said, you know, whatever, with the, with the J6. Excuse me, with the pipe bomber. In the meantime, the DOJ had no problem going after J6ers left and right.
A
Precisely. And oh, by the way, free Tina Peters. Thank you. Well, let me give you an agreement. All right, coming up, we are headed down to Wall street for the opening bell and insight into how to hold on to your hard earned dollars with some common sense. Welcome back everyone. We're getting you ready for the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange. It's set to ring here in about five minutes or so. We'll of course take you live to New York for that. Here's a quick look at pre market trading. As you can see, the top of our board not looking so good. A couple of indices in the red, but the rest of the board looking pretty good. Well again, take you to New York for the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange here in short order. First though, let's get you over to David. David, good morning.
B
Good morning, T. Bates. All right, time for our daily dose of dollars and common sense. And that means we're gonna be joined by Steve Moore. We know Steve Moore very well. He is the former Trump economic adviser. Oh, he's still advising Trump, let's be honest. And co author of the book the Trump Economic Miracle. Steve, great to have you with us. So, all right, the economy There you go. Go, Steve. No, just I have a lot of questions about the economy. Let's start with the good news for every American who drives a car. We got data from aaa. I mean, it's the average price of gas, at least for a gallon of regular gas, dropped to about $2.83 on the first day of the new year. That's 23 cents cheaper than the same time last year. So what's driving all of this, Steve? Well, look, this is a pro American energy production president. And when you drill, baby, drill, and you produce more supply of something, then what happens to its price? It goes down. By the way, I smile when I, when I hear that number 283. That's going to continue to go down, by the way. I think we're going to be at 250 a gallon pretty soon. And this is something this compares with. Do you remember it was up as high as $5 a gallon under Biden. And so we're going to be producing a lot more energy here at home. The fact that Venezuela is going to get its production back up, some people are predicting that by the end of this year we could see $2 a gallon gas. I'm not going to go that far, but it is a pretty picture when it comes to oil. And by the way, that used to be the price of gasoline. That was sort of the, the measure of how we're doing on prices. But the, you notice that the left doesn't talk a lot about gasoline prices anymore. Yeah, no, they, that's for sure. They don't. Hey, real quick, you mentioned Venezuela. You mentioned Venezuela. So, so help me out. What's your sense? I mean, it's hard to predict, but I'm curious about the Steve Moore crystal ball here. I mean, so depending on the events in Venezuela, talk to us about how quickly we could see gas prices drop based on what's happening there, or is that just so hard to predict, obviously? Well, look, Venezuela has by some measures as much oil as Saudi Arabia does. And so this is a gigantic oil field that we're talking about both onshore and offshore. And one of the tragedies of Maduro, by the way, is that their oil production has fallen by more than half because of the incompetence of socialists and communists. When they run a country, they couldn't even get the oil drilled out of the ground. And so as that production comes online, and I anticipate it will fairly quickly, you're going to see increased global supply. And I think we could see prices continue to Fall for gasoline, which is like a tax cut for the American consumer. Yeah, we have about a minute left. We hear all about affordability, affordability, affordability. And yeah, I'm not trying to poo poo it. It's out there. But what's your sense going forward in 2026? I mean, are we looking what about the big beautiful bill and some of this stuff coming to fruition? I mean, when might we see some of this start to ease a little bit? Q2, Q3, where are we exactly? Q1, so three reasons to be positive for the for prices in 20, 20, 26. Number one, we're going to see people going to see more money in their paychecks because of the big beautiful bill that that starts to happen in the next paycheck people receive. Number two, tariffs are coming down. Trump announced he was going to reduce tariffs and he's probably going to lose it's to some extent in the Supreme Court and some of that money will have to be returned to people. And finally, what we're just talking about, the energy situations never look better for lower prices and all of that means more affordability for and I'm really, look, I'm super bullish right now on the US Of A. Steve Moore, great to have you. Gotta run to the bell. The New York Stock Exchange, it's dinging soon, Steve. I'm sure you'll be looking. We all will. It's all sponsored by amac.

C
Well, the bell is going to ding pretty soon here. As David just alluded to, the applause is already underway. As you can see, Tortoise Capital. Tortoise Capital, excuse me, is at the podium. That means that we're going to get the opening bell there at the New York Stock Exchange here in short order. And then we'll get an idea of how the markets are looking. There you have it, ladies and gentlemen. The bell is now ringing, which means the markets are opening. The scurrying is happening on the trading floor as those first buys and sells are coming in. Here's how the markets are looking right now. Pretty good at the moment. Only the Dow is down at the moment. The S&P 500 and the NASDAQ are both in the green. But of course, all of that can change. And the rest of the board also in the green at the moment. We'll be watching it for you though. Throughout the day and keep you updated if there are any major changes. In the meantime. Still to come here on American Sunrise, we're going to examine the years long fallout on the 5th anniversary of January 6th. Demonstrations. From the breach of the Capitol to the aftermath that followed, there are still lots of questions that linger about accountability, consequences and claims of a two tiered justice system. We'll have the conversation next. Sam.
A
All right. Welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. G. Thanks for joining us this morning. We invite you to hop on over into our conversation on YouTube. Getter and Rumble. It is time now to take the political pulse of America. Here's the beat today. Today marks another anniversary of January 6th. This was a day that shocked our nation, tested American institutions and continues to shape our body politics. Years later, the country is still wrestling with what we learned that day, not just about extremism or political anger, but about how the system responded politically afterward. Thousands were investigated, hundreds arrested. Many who face charges say they were swept into a two tiered justice system, one they believe applied different rules depending on your political background, prosecutors and public pressure. As the anniversary passes, the this one question remains. What did January 6 reveal and what has it changed going forward? Joining us now with analysis is the host of America's Voice Live and the Steve Gruber Show. That would be the one and only Steve Gruber. Steve, you know, I think about the fact that there are still people whose lives are not put. We lost so many people to death and suicide from January 6. The cost is almost immeasurable now. God can turn anything, but at the same time, we still have Tina Peters sitting in a jail right now and we have a lot of injustice that hasn't been righted. Steve, what will it take?
D
You know, it's going to take a sea change to be honest with you. Clearly we saw the full force of the weaponization of politics following January 6th. Not just that day, but the J6 committee and all that followed. Like the folks that you mentioned spend all that time in prison, many of whom were there because of a two tiered justice system. We know that it's time to investigate the J6 committee completely. What do they know? What did they hide? A lot of information coming out on that now. I hope that they're working on that. I'm sure they are because we can't continue to do this. Look, it was evidenced again in the last 72 hours. We have the most successful military strike in American history on Venezuela and Democrats who are calling for the dictator to be ousted are now screaming oh, Donald Trump, he's in violation of international law. This is the kind of two tiered common sense system we have, you know, two tier for the J6 protesters and the people that, you know, voiced their complaints. And look, it was an ugly day. Uglier than a mud fence, I'll give you that. But it wasn't criminal for people walking through the Capitol carrying a flag or taking a picture. Look, they were overcharged over prosecuted, they were overzealous in the weaponization of the government following that, that day. We know that they track people down all over the country. School teachers and in homemakers and people that went to work for a living, veterans, they went after everybody. And they, they did it in a way that was, I don't know, just vicious, I guess, is the word that comes to mind. I mean, these people sat in, in jail for weeks and months and years on end with no trial, no end in sight. We can never have that happen again. Look, I didn't like what happened on January 6. We were live on the air that day. I was live on the air as it unfolded. Didn't like it. But what I didn't like more is what happened in the aftermath. The weaponization of politics became so egregious during the last four years. The Biden administration, it has to stop. And I don't know how we change it, Gina. I don't know, but it has to change. Look, we're in a new year. I'm looking forward, but we cannot forget the injustices that came out of that day.
A
But, Steve, I want to point out, too, you were live on the air, but I called Rob Sig and said, can I go? Can I go with cameras and cover this? And Rob Sig didn't say what other networks are covering it, because I can answer the question. There were none. I was there on the ground because he let me go and he let us cover it because that was news that was breaking. And he was more worried about being honest with our audience than he was about protecting his own. Yeah, self. I don't know the word that I need to say there.
B
Fill in the blank. Fill in the blank. Yeah, Steve. But, you know, you make a good point, Steve, about. I remember being on the air as well, and I was horrified in the moment. I was, I'll be honest with you, I was like, what in the world? You know, stop. You know, and there were some knuckleheads, no doubt about it. But your point, though, is that afterwards, I'm far more outraged about that, and I'm Glad you said that. Absolutely. Because that's the context, that's the full truth.
A
But I want to build on that question, Steve. I don't know of any. Maybe you all do. I don't know of anyone who is a true MAGA America. First person who has been accused of doing anything wrong on that day that wasn't in some way incited. David, please let me finish. That was in some way. Wasn't in some way incited, planted or invited even, you know, So I just want to. I mean. And the people that died that day were MAGA America first patriots. And I think that needs to be pointed out again and again because the news has so lied to us. And I was there on the ground that day, Steve, and I saw the way that our, Our people, our law enforcement turned on American pages. I was watching grandmas and grandchildren being sprayed in the face with tears. And it was, oh, worse than that, Jim. So horrible.
D
I remember the picture. I don't think we've ever interviewed the man. There was a picture that circulated. A guy got shot in the face with a rubber bullet, tore his cheek open. Remember that picture?
A
Yeah.
D
So they were on high, shooting down into the crowd. I don't know why. Maybe they felt threatened.
B
I don't know.
D
I generally stand with law enforcement, but that makes me say, what happened there. We did see law enforcement open the doors, come on in. We saw that. And then people that followed through on that were prosecuted. And that's wrong. But I am far more outrageous to what happened afterwards. David. I agree with that. Because, look, these people were stuck in jails for months, some of them years, with no trial, no end in sight. Not until Donald Trump was reelected president did they get a chance to get out. Now, I do think there were some people that were knuckleheads. I don't know. I don't have a way to check these people, Gina, to say you're part of the team, you're not. I don't know. But I do know there were plants in the, in the, in the crowd, lots of them from, from the intelligence community, from the FBI, from. From other agitating groups, because that's exactly what they wanted. They wanted a narrative and they got it and they've used it. And they used it to the point that they bankrupted their entire argument. That's my belief. They bankrupted their argument by taking it too far. And that's why the J6 committee should be investigated, because we know there's enough information out there that facts were hidden, evidence was buried. We know that. And when Republicans were not allowed to be on the committee, not real Republicans were allowed to be on the committee. That was not a fair evaluation of the day from all proper perspectives. That's true. We know that.
C
That. Steve, allow me to stir the pot a little bit here. And I hear you. You posed a question. What happened there? And I think that's a critical question. It's a question many Americans are still asking five years later, what happened there? We know what our eyes saw, but we don't have context. So to that question, are House Republicans and Congressional Republicans to some degree complicit in not having focused more. More on answering those questions and getting Americans swifter answers to those still outstanding questions?
D
Well, in fairness, during the Biden administration, they didn't have access to a lot of the information. Now you find that they have burn bags and other things hidden inside the FBI. I don't know what information is available. I don't know what James Comer has at his fingertips. But I want to see it. I want to know what the truth is. I want to know what the J6 committee used and didn't use and presented and failed to present. You know, look, look, lying by omission is still lying. And if you don't put the information out for us to see it, then you're lying by omission. And that's what I want to know. What did they not use? What did they not present? I mean, how many hours of videos do we have now where you see people just walking through the Capitol? Those things weren't shown in the American people. The only thing they showed were the agitated people outside. And, yes, it turned into a very ugly day. Like I said, uglier than a. Than a mud fence. No question about it.
C
It.
D
But that doesn't mean it was criminal. All of it. And so there's still a lot to be found here, a lot to dig into. I want to move forward. But again, we cannot forget how we got here and the things that brought us to this point in the conversation where people are supporting a deposed narco dictator. I mean, to the point that they're so dishonest, or they hate Donald Trump more than hating a dictator that ruined his country for 27 years. They hate Donald Trump more than a closed border. They hate Donald Trump more than transgender surgery. It is bizarre, frankly, that we got to this point.
B
Hey, Steve, let me ask you and Gina and Terrence, I'm curious to get your take on this as well, because, Terrence, you mentioned the Republicans. Okay. There are a Handful of Republicans that really wanted to get to the bottom line. Truth out there, and they're patriots. We have them on the show often. That's obvious. Handful. But I would suggest, and I'm curious to get your take on this, that most Republicans honestly wanted this to go away. They just want it to go away.
D
True.
B
Do you agree with that?
D
Politically speaking? Sure. It was used against them in the 2022 midterms pretty effectively. It failed in 2024 because by 24, enough of the facts had come out for people to say, wait a second, we're not getting the whole story here. We're getting. We're getting select pieces and the narratives being selected for us by people behind the curtain. Right, that. Well, that happens a lot. I mean, look at that. Mainstream networks now, again, I go back to Maduro. They're trying to protect him and defend him in a defenseless act of what he's done. But we need to know what information was hidden and hidden by whom and for what reason. And we know the reason, of course, Republicans wanted it to go away. It was a bad political narrative for them. But maybe it's a worse political narrative when we find out what actually went on with the J6 committee. Maybe it's a worse narrative when we find out who was actually, actually in the crowd stirring it up to make that whole event, to light the fuse, if you will. Yes, it's probably a worse political narrative to tell the truth. And so again, lying by omission is lying, and we need to see it exposed. Look, transparency should be one of the words for 2026. And there is no question in my mind that Donald Trump has been the most transparent president, sometimes to his own detriment. He'll talk, he'll explain, he'll talk about things. Sometimes it was on political days from it, but he puts it out there. So does his Cabinet, so does his administration. And with that in mind, I'm hopeful in 26 we'll get the answers that we need about who was in the crowd, who stirred things up, what really happened, who was involved. We need to know those answers. We found the pipe bomber. We did that. We found some other folks. We've done that. Let's get the answers to these questions that it is. Here we are this many years later, and the questions are still nagging us. Let's get the answers so that a year from now or two years from now, we don't have to repeat the same questions. Fair.
C
Steve, I agree with you completely. If I may just. Dr. Gina and you can respond to this. Well, yeah, we want answers.
D
We do.
C
The American people deserve answers. But it seems to me that for many Republicans, the issue of getting those answers was a very popular political talking point. But I'm not so sure that that was real will to get to those answers. It was popular. It was a loud drum to beat. It sounded good. But I'm not so sure that we've really gotten any real traction based on those talking points. That's my assessment. That's how I've seen it. Maybe I'm off base. Dr. Gina no, we haven't.
D
Welcome to Washington. Terrence welcome to Washington.
C
Fair enough.
B
And the Republicans control the House, Senate. Rah. Right, rah, rah, rah.
D
And then nothing. And that's not just this topic. It's a whole host of topics. Let's be honest, guys, even beginning 2026, with all the accomplishments of the first year of his second term, there are Republicans out there that are just hanging on, trying to run out the clock on Donald Trump so they get back to business as usual.
C
That's true.
D
We all know that. And it's completely unacceptable, which is why 2026 can be a watershed year at the polls. It is going to be. And people that are anti America or think that dictators should be in charge or think that, that, you know, people should be allowed to go stir up the crowd and create violence and be able to do so without any accountability. Those days are behind us. They have to be. Because in order for this republic to continue to survive, it takes a well educated electorate. Those are the words of Thomas Jefferson. We need to be educated in this topic. We need to be educated in what's going on in all facets of our economy, whether it's fraud or dictators or January 6th or whatever the topic might be. We have got to have the truth. And that is my hope for 2026.
A
Yeah, that's a great 2026.
C
Steve Gruber.
A
I do.
C
Too straight. No chaser. I'm telling on my habits now, but you get me.
A
Steve I want to quickly, at the end of this, just quickly. Air Force veteran Ashley Babbitt killed by a US Capitol police officer. Kevin Gleason killed. Roseanne Boyland killed. Horrible. Benjamin Phillips. And that story is still not reported appropriately. Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick, we all know ended up dying that day. In addition, four law enforcement officers who responded died by suicide. Oh, wonder why. Wonder why. Let's just think about the psychology there for a minute. Want to mention Matt Parna as well. And all of the others who ended up dying by suicide or because they were were completely neglected in those J6 jail cells and those who continue to struggle with depression and suicide and PTSD and all the things because of how they were treated in jail. And Tina Peters, thank you for letting me mention all that. Steve Gruber, thanks for being with us this jc.
C
Thanks.
A
Thank you. This morning as we remember.
D
Thank you.
A
Our special coverage of the fifth anniversary of January 6 comes after the break. Stay with us.
D
Let's spill some tea.
C
Let's spill some tea is fueled by Artillery Tea Company. It's the only America first veteran owned tea brand out there. Their mission is to maximize flavor with a whole leaf blend in chemical free tea bags. There's no junk here to just real tea. The tactical advantage is that each bag brews not just once but twice. Go to artillerytco.com and use the code RAV for 10% off of your first order. That's artilleryteco.com premium tea, mission driven, brewed for the brave. All right, folks, it's time to get right into what's in the cup today. And we are of course, marking the five year anniversary of January 6th. Nearly 1,600 people were charged in connection with the events, making it one of the largest prosecutions in US history. President Trump later pardoned roughly 1500 of those individuals and later this morning recently pardoned J6 protesters planned to gather for a memorial for Ashley Babbitt, who was a demonstrator who was killed by Capitol Police officers. On that day, the protesters will march from the Ellipse to the Capitol. For more, let's welcome in national political reporter and front page contributor for RedState.com, neal McCabe. Neal, good morning to you. Appreciate you being here.
B
It's great to be with you. It's a beautiful day in Washington and I hope the weather holds out for the march today.
C
Absolutely. Let me start the conversation here. It seems to me that what happens happened on January 6th five years ago is now a story of, let's say, people's perception as opposed to necessarily the truth. It's about narratives and not necessarily the truth. Do you see it that way?
B
Yeah, absolutely. I mean, this whole idea that it was an insurrection is so absurd because the Trump team was actually challenging the Arizona electors at the time people started, you know, breaking windows and crashing gates. In five years, no one has ever connected those guys who are crashing the gates with bullhorns and everything else. No one's ever connected those guys with Trump. And it just doesn't make sense that while Trump and his people, his allies.
C
Were on the House and Senate floor.
B
Challenging the Arizona electors, why would Trump send a mob to disrupt his own plan?
C
It never made sense to me. And they just keep repeating it and.
B
Repeating it like it's the big lie and like what Steve was saying in the last segment.
C
You know, it's taken five years.
B
We know more, but there's still so much more to learn about what this Fed direction was all about.
C
Absolutely. Talk about today's march. It seems to me that for some people it might be a bit theory therapeutic as they continue to deal with the challenges or the change of lifestyle due to being arrested and the fallout from what happened on January six five years ago.
B
Oh, sure. You know, for us who are here on J6 five years ago, you know, the rally on the Ellipse and even down to the Capitol was like a celebration. It was kind of like a maga Woodstock. It was full of love and camaraderie and everybody was having a good time.
C
Certainly nobody knew what was waiting for.
B
Them in the Capitol. And I think the trauma of what.
C
They did with J6, especially for those.
B
1500 who are prosecuted and convicted, the trauma is everlasting. And maybe it will be therapeutic. Hopefully it will be therapeutic to do that patriotic and peaceful march hear from the Ellipse to the Capitol today. And obviously there's other things that we can do. There's a group called Stand in the Gap that is raising money to help those J6ers. Obviously, when people download the anthem of the Free on itunes that proceeds from that also go to help these J6ers, because frankly, it's not fair after what everything that they've been through to just say, okay, you got your pardon, you got your commutation.
C
Now just be a regular person and.
B
Go on with your life.
C
And it just doesn't work that way. So what's going to happen today at.
B
11:45, there's going to be a speaking program. After the speaking program, there's going to be a march to the Capitol and they're going to lay flowers at the Capitol at 2:44. And that's the time that Ashley Babbitt was killed.
C
Neil, appreciate your reporting, appreciate the information. Unfortunately, we're out of time, but it is going to be a big story that we'll be covering here on RAV throughout the day. Always good to see you, my friend. Good to be with you. All right. Still to come here on American Sunrise, we're going to take a look at the big picture. Five years after the events of J6, of course, it is the big conversation of the day. We'll talk about what the future of American politics may look like now that the public is more aware of what deep state institutions are really capable of of that conversation. Next.
D
Breaking news from Real America's Voice.
C
We are back with breaking news involving U.S. representative from California, Doug LaMalfa. He has died at 65 years old. We, of course, will bring you the very latest on this developing story as we get new information. But now we want to turn it back over to Dr. Gina and David. And again, guys, this is just into our newsroom, so we don't have a whole lot of information on this breaking news story, but at least wanted to pass that along. Dr. Gina, 65 years old, still very young.
A
Very young. I'm not reading yet. I'm looking, but I'm not reading yet. The suspected cause of death. I do know that he was an agricultural representative. He was a rice farmer there in California. Big enemy of the deep state that is there in California because he was one who was sort of calling out some of the things done in the name of environmentalism in California that have devastated much of that state. So we will be following that closely and keeping you posted on it. David Brody, what do you know?
B
Well, that he's a Republican and you know, I hate to bring politics. Well, no, I mean, you know, I hate to bring politics into it, but let's just talk about it for a second. If Mike Johnson's job as speaker wasn't hard enough, it's gonna be even harder potentially now with a special election. So there's that. It's not good for the Republicans politically. And I'm sorry to say it, but it's true. Maybe I shouldn't say it today, but I did, so there it is.
A
Well, no, it's true. And it's a real loss to poor California. I was just there, spent the weekend. You know how much I love my pretty state. And I just. This is, this is, this is really a loss for California, not just because he's just some Republican, but because he was one of the good voices out there. So.
B
Yeah.
A
Yeah.
C
And condolences to his family. And again, we'll continue to cover it. And as we get more information, we'll be sure to pass it on, belong here on the network.
A
All right, you guys, war room is up next. Hug your children, love God, Go boldly now. Live the truth. See you tomorrow.
B
