Ahead on American Sunrise, a Georgia political showdown. Trump backed Republican Clayton Fuller will now face Democrat Sean Harris in a high stakes runoff to replace former Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene. The president. Well, he's happy we have the details. Plus a major escalation near the strait of Hormuz. US forces say they've destroyed 16 Iranian mine lane vessels amid fears that Tehran could try to shut down one of the world's most vital shipping lanes if Iran retaliates. What happens next? And later, pain at the pump. Oil prices swinging as the war with Iran continues. How high could gas prices go? And is relief on the way? Those stories and more as American SUNRISE starts right now. Good morning America.
Dr. Gina
Welcome to AMERICAN sunrise. Whether it's culture, we have breaking news to share with you.
David Brody
Politics. President Trump is joining us live now from Florida. We've got you covered. This is what it looks like to be a patriot. We have to protect the American family.
Dr. Gina
The American dream is still alive.
David Brody
I'm David Brody. I'm terrence.
Dr. Gina
And I'm Dr. Gina. Good morning, Everybody. I am Dr. Gina. We are live with you from the Palm Beaches. Let's bring in David Brody. He's in Washington, D.C. terrence Bates is in our Denver newsroom. Good morning, gentlemen. I want to give a quick first top of the show shout out to the people from Able Child, Sheila Matthews. We had her on the show last week. They are out there fighting, drugging our kids and putting together all the data, lobbying our legislatures, doing amazing things. Steve Bannon, the Hoft brothers from Gateway Pundit, Laura Logan and I all spoke. It was an amazing event right here in Palm Beach. And I just want to give a big shout out to those folks. And my favorite comment, this lady goes, good morning, Dr. Gina. I just want you all to know I drink my coffee with you every single morning. And I'm like, yay. I love that.
David Brody
Well, ma', am, here's to you. I've got my cup of coffee as well.
Dr. Gina
That's right. That's right. I'm doing pop and bottle today. I love these. They should advertise on our show. All right, you guys, lots of news today.
David Brody
Oh, yeah, absolutely. One Eye trained on Georgia, where the race for Marjorie Taylor Greene's seat is headed now to a runoff. President Trump backed Clay Fuller in that race. Clay Fuller now will go up against Democrat Sean Harris in that runoff. That runoff, by the way, just a few weeks away. The race, of course, is to finish Marjorie Taylor Greene's term. This once again shows that President Trump's endorsement is golden. That's what I've been calling it this morning, guys, as Clay Fuller has gone on to this runoff. This was a huge race, by the way, almost 20 candidates in the race. So it was going to be difficult for anyone to win the race outright with that many people. Dr. Gina.
Dr. Gina
Yeah, no doubt about it. President Trump's golden touch, his Midas touch is definitely penetrates in a lot of these election stills, which sort of counters the narrative, David Brody, that he's diminishing in his popular. It is interesting though, because a lot of people oppose him in this war. A lot of MAGA people, a lot of people oppose him on a lot of things, but they still support the person. Donald Trump. I've never seen this before in politics, have you?
David Brody
No. They trust his spidey sense. I think that's what it is. I think that's kind of a bottom line. It is the power of Trump for sure. And it's interesting. The Democrat got more technically more percentage of the vote than Clay Fuller did. The Trump backed Republican. But it's not going to matter because ultimately when it's all said and done, the Republican will win that. Clay Fuller will win it because you got 34% for Clay Fuller. You got about 11% for Colton Moore, our good friend here, who got 11%. And then you look at all of the Republican candidates and you add it all up and the Republican candidate's going to win. Everybody was in that race. T. Bates I think my mother was even in that race. She ran as a liberal Democrat, by the way. You know what you. And I joked. I said, I looked down the list and I saw my name in the race. I was like, I didn't even sign up. You're right. Everybody and their mother was. Was in that race. I saw somebody's grandmother in there as well. By the way, we talked about President Trump having the golden touch here. I think we're really going to see it or there's a potential for us to see it in Kentucky. We'll talk more about that race. There's a primary against Thomas Massie. Whether President Trump's supported candidate is going to be able to pull that one out, that's going to be critical. That's going to be huge because Thomas Massie in that district is still pretty popular. And if President Trump's endorsement is going to be able to get that candidate over the hump, that that's going to be really telling, I think. But we'll talk more about that here in a little bit. Dr. G. Yeah.
Dr. Gina
Should we go to today's Bible verse? It is from Galatians 5 to 5. If we live in the spirit, let us also walk in the spirit. That's like an invitation to have a spirit filled day. I think we all should. President Trump's top advisers urging House Republicans to frame the 2026 midterm election as a clear choice for voters hitting Democrats on taxes, crime, border security. Axios reports. At a GOP retreat in Doral, Florida, right down the road here, lawmakers were advised to de emphasize mass deportations and focus instead on deporting violent criminals. Republicans also plan to highlight Biden era policies to remind voters of the Democrats record as they fight to hold the House. I want to bring in Florida Congressman Randy Fine. Congressman, you know, there's a lot of people that didn't want us to take this tack, that didn't want us to talk just about violent criminals. We want them all gone. What do you have to say to those voters?
David Brody
Well, I think that we can continue to deport everyone. I think it's. What do we focus on in our messaging? I think that the idea and the messaging is to make people understand that the focus there's 20 million illegal immigrants. You can't deport them all at once. So what does our focus need to be? And that needs to be on the violent criminals, the ones that Democrats are protecting. And what we're seeing is that Democrats refuse to say that anyone should be deported, that anyone should be sent home, that anyone who wants to come here for any reason should be able to come here and get everything they want for free. So it continues to be my view that I want to deport every single illegal immigrant. But I think the focus in our messaging needs to be on the criminal illegals. We need to prioritize them first. Yeah, that seems to make sense. Congressman, I want to turn to the war in Iran. The Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, quoted from the Bible during the briefing on Iran operations yesterday. Take a look at this. I want to ask you a question on the other side. So I'll close with Scripture drawing strength from Psalm 144. Blessed be the Lord, my rock, who trains my hands for war and my fingers for battle. He is my loving God and my fortress, my stronghold and my deliverer, my shield in whom I take refuge. May the Lord grant unyielding strength and refuge to our warriors, unbreakable protection to them in our homeland, and total victory over those who seek to harm them. And amen. God bless our troops and this mission. So, Congressman, from a faith perspective, how do you see this? Because the truth of the matter is, as you know, the mullahs in Iran already see this as a holy war on their side. And the fact that the Secretary of War is now invoking the Bible, especially when it comes to war, I'm curious to see if you see it in those terms as well. Well, I do look to the Muslim religious leaders who run Iran. This is a violent religious war where their goal is to exterminate Christianity, Judaism and every other religion from this world and implement the form of violent Islam that they believe in, where everyone will pray the same, where women will be covered and have few rights and all of the other horrific ways that we've seen the Iranian people have to live. So I think the secretary pointing out that there is evil in this world and that we must fight it every day. There is good that must stand strong. I think it's very important and it is a reminder we are not one giant human family. There is good and there is bad, and we have to strike the bad when we can. So I just want to follow up on that. So just so I understand what you're saying, you're saying this is a fight between biblical Judeo Christian values and the values that the mullahs believe come from the Quran. Well, I think this is a fight between civilization and 7th century barbarism. The people who run Iran today are not civilian main, you know, non religious people. They are religious people who are leaders in Islam who run their country in conjunction with the principles that they get from their religion. And one of those principles is they must inflict it and conquer the entire world. The reason they hate us, the reason we are the Great Satan, it is because of what we believe. It is not what we do. It's because our principles of freedom, freedom of religion, freedom of assembly, freedom to do what you want, stand in stark contrast to what they believe. To them, it is a religious war and it is a war that we must win. You've been on record recently with criticism even of Muslims in this country. Do you see there being a religious war playing out similarly here in the United States as more and more Muslims come to this country and even take take office, like in New York City? Well, I've been critical of what I call mainstream Islam. And I call it mainstream for a reason. You know, when the three most prominent Muslim politicians in America all are identified with radical terrorism, whether it's Mandami Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib. When the civil rights group that represents Muslims care supports Hamas, you have to say that is the mainstream, that is not the radical. That does not mean that all Muslims are terrorists. They are not. There are many good ones. But the mainstream thought, the most prominent thought in Islam in America is one that, as Charlie Kirk said, is not fundamental with American values. And we need to see that. When people Protest Islam in New York whether they are right or wrong to do so in America, you have the right to protest when they are met with terrorists throwing bombs at them. We have to say that there is a problem in America.
Dr. Gina
Yeah. At what point do we bring back treason charges to American citizens who betray our country and and fight for our enemies?
David Brody
Well, I think what we first need to do before we get to that, I think there's three steps. Number one, we have to stop immigration from these places that hate us. We do not have to import people who hate America. No one has the right to come here. We need to stop that. Number two, we need to send home every foreigner who does not love America. You are a guest in our house. If you're gonna put mud all over the floor and the walls get out. And then number three is people who have been naturalized who lied in order to do so. People like Mamdani, people like Ilan Omar, they need to be denaturalized and they need to be deported. We start with those three steps and we've solved most of the problem.
Dr. Gina
Yeah, no doubt. Sounds like a plan to me. I hope you all down at Doral get a plan for this and put it in action. Congressman, if only it were so simple, right? Thank you for being with us today.
David Brody
Thanks, Congressman.
Dr. Gina
Coming up, how is the White House feeling about the Georgia special election heading into this runoff? We're going to ask RAB chief White House correspondent Brian Clinton just exactly that question. And also later, Lebanon's president. President slammed Hezbollah and said the country is open to direct talks with Israel. What will this mean though for the conflict? We'll have analysis soon here on American Sunrise.

Kristin Davis from Are youe A Charlotte Podcast. I just had the most epic girls day cruising around LA with my friend Heather Graham and thanks to Hyundai we even recorded a special episode for you. Yes, I have a good 90s story of Fred Siegel.
David Brody
What?
Dr. Gina
I saw Alanis Morissette there one time. It was so exciting. I was with my girlfriend Melanie.
David Brody
She saw you, so that's like good.
Dr. Gina
She was very. It was like the height of Alanis time and she was with this beautiful man and I had a golden retriever puppy and the beautiful man wanted to say hi to the golden retriever puppy. We were eating at that little cafe there at the Santa Monica one and Alanis hung back in a way that made me wonder what was happening. Like, who wouldn't want to pet this beautiful puppy. I was like, oh my God, it's Alanis. And then I was like, try to breathe, try to breathe, try to breathe because I love her so much. My new episode is out now presented by the all new Hyundai Palisade hybrid. Make every day epic.

This news break is brought to you by amac. Association of Mature American Citizens, Capitol Hill. It's going to be 80 degrees in Washington today. By the way, what are they going to do on Capitol Hill today? They're going to rename another post office. They do important work up there on the Hill. Welcome back, everybody, to American Sunrise. I'm David Brody. Let's get right to T. Bates. He's got a special guest. I know him. His name is Brian Glenn. It's all sponsored by amac. The association of Mature American Citizens is the conservative voice for Americans 50 and older. AMAC is fighting for the values that you hold dear. Join today together we can right the course of America. President Trump's endorsement continues to be worth its weight in gold as Republican Clayton Fuller is riding the President's support all the way to a runoff election for Marjorie Taylor Greene's former House seat. Fuller, who is on the right side of your screen, we're going to show him to you here. Momentarily was the second highest vote getter in a crowded field of candidates looking to replace the former congresswoman. There you have it right there. This after a very public split with the president. In all, nearly 20 people were vying for the seat in the nonpartisan special election, Democrat Sean Harris pulled in 37% of the vote to Fuller's 35%, Friend of the show. And Georgia State Senator Colton Moore was a distant third with 12 and a half percent support. The runoff election, by the way, is set to happen next month. For more, let's bring in Raf chief White House correspondent Brian Glenn. He is in Kentucky this morning where President Trump is endorsing another candidate to replace Thomas Massie, who is consistently a thorn in the President's side. Brian, good morning. Let's start there in Georgia. No huge surprise given that this was such a crowded field, like I said, almost 20 candidates and that probably hamstrung President Trump's candidate in that particular race and didn't necessarily help. Yeah, that is true. When you have 19 to 20 candidates, all what they call a jungle primary, all coming in, that is going to split the vote a little bit. Some of the big people that poured money into this race finished way down to the bottom. And of course, Clayton Fuller, endorsed by President Trump, rose to the top of the Republican field. But overall, Democrat Sean Harris, who outperformed his numbers from last year, coming up on top with the majority of the votes there. So this does go to a runoff, not support. So surprised we knew it would. So that happens in April. We'll see exactly what that looks like. Now, I do anticipate Fuller winning this general election by a landslide, I would think. Typically MTG in that race. That's usually one of the first races called in the entire country. Not only because the, the strong support there for Republicans, but it's the way it is. But yeah, so we're looking at another runoff here and we just have to wait to see who fills that Georgia 14th seat a little bit longer. All right, so let's get to where you are today. President Trump will be in Kentucky. He is there to, to some degree campaign for Captain Ed Gallerian, who is running against Thomas Massie. Primary Thomas Massie Massie and President Trump, obviously often not on the same page. This is going to be a tougher lift though, for the President as Thomas Massie is pretty popular in that district. Yeah, he is. You've got the thing that he is an incumbent. Typically it's harder to beat an incumbent. He's been in Congress seven, he's been reelected seven times, has strong numbers in his district, a lot of support. So it's going to be very interesting to see whether or not a Trump endorsed candidate can actually oust Massie. Now, I was able to talk to a few people on the street last night. All of them said they're huge fans of President Trump and his agenda, but they were also huge fans of Thomas Massie and they didn't really want to get in the middle of this so called divorce. So it's going to be interesting to see if this endorsement will sway people from walking away from someone they've endorsed and elected. I should say seven times to go to this gallery in but we'll find out. But he is here talk about the economy as well, making a stop in Cincinnati, Terrence, to talk about Trump RX Pharmaceutical and then coming down to not too far from where I am right now at a logistics facility to talk about the local business and economy here in the Tri State area. So all eyes on this primary. We'll see exactly if that Trump endorsement has any effect on their candidates. Terrence. All right, Brian, we'll be checking in with you throughout the day. Always good to see you, my brother. Grab yourself some breakfast. Get get energized up because it's going to be a long day. Thanks so much, Brian. Well, I will say this on a weather note. We are under our tornado watch in this area, a high wind warning as well. So we're going to take that in consideration. He is scheduled to land not far from here, from here at 1:40. So we'll take a look at the radar, take a look at the forecast, the warnings that might pop up for this area. And I was telling Jonah off air, I would not be surprised if we have some inclement weather come through here. And this event could possibly and I've seen historically if there is bad weather in an area, President Trump will not put the public at risk and have an event. He simply does not want to put people in harm's way. I've seen an event canceled in Iowa for a tornado and I'm not saying it's going to happen here, but just all eyes on the weather today. Okay, Brian, that's a good transition. Let's get a quick check of our forecast with Weather Nation's Tracy Anthony. She's keeping an eye on the skies for us. So Tracy, can you fill us in on that severe weather threat there in the Cincinnati area and at other parts of the country?
Dr. Gina
Yeah, definitely, Terrence, you know, Brian is exactly right. We do have a system that's making its way into the Ohio Valley.
David Brody
And right now right near Indianapolis, we do have a handful of severe thunderstorm warnings.
Dr. Gina
So the tornado watch is also going to be in effect for this area until about noon today. So we should have that watch start to drop off before Trump lands. But either way, we are going to have some strong storms rolling on through. We could have hail up to about an inch in diameter. So that is severe hail, but it's going to be a lot smaller than the hail we had yesterday. 4 to 6 inch diameter hail was reported across parts of Illinois all the
David Brody
way down to Texas.
Dr. Gina
So we're going to continue to track these storms as they roll on through. But we had several wedge tornadoes that were reported yesterday. So this is that same storm system now that's making its way into the Ohio Valley.
David Brody
Terrence, thank you so much. We'll check in with you next hour. Tracy, appreciate it. Up next, though, President Trump talks with Vladimir Putin. The big question this morning, how will those talks impact the wars in Ukraine and Iran? We'll break it down next. I want to congratulate Scott in Scottsville, Kentucky, clearly the town named after him. So good for him. Welcome back, everybody, to American Sunrise. All right, the US military says it has destroyed 16 Iranian mine laying vessels. That's not a good hyphenated word. All of them near the Strait of Hormuz. Officials say the boats were targeted after intelligence showed Iran may be planting naval mines in the strategic waterway. The strait is a critical global oil route, as everybody knows, carrying about a fifth of the world's oil supply. Iran has threatened to block ship traffic. All right. For more, let's bring in the president of Iris Independent Research. That would be friend of the show. I think we can call her that. Yes, we can. Dr. Rebecca Grant. Dr. Grant, thanks for being here. So realistically, can Iran shut the Strait of Hormuz down or can the US Keep it open no matter what? Like, how does that work? I'm curious. Good morning.
Dr. Gina
Good morning. Iran no longer has any chance of shutting the strait down. There actually has been a trickle of traffic through the strait about 50 vessels since March 1st. And you know, some of those belong to Iran's own shadow fleet moving oil to China. But remember, the US has tremendous maritime surveillance and the ability to go after any Iranian ships, 50 sunk already. And you see that deliberate effort to take out some of the mine laying vessels, that can be done by surface ships, Hellfire missiles, fighter jets, you name it. I think the US really has complete military dominance of that strait.
David Brody
You know, it appears that Iran is isolating itself more and more each day from its former allies and definitely neighbors there across the Middle East. That brings me to this CNN headline which reads lebanon calls for direct talks with Israel, accuses Hezbollah of betraying the country. Lebanon's president saying that Hezbollah has no value for the country's interest. Hezbollah, of course, a proxy of Iran funded by Iran. Can you put some perspective to this, how Iran, with its attacks on its neighbors is really isolating itself and potentially even galvanizing the rest of the Middle
Dr. Gina
east, neighbors that might have remained neutral. And the attacks on the UAE, just 30 miles across the strait, their closest neighbor, they share a natural gas field. To have put a thousand ballistic missiles and drones up into the uae, just crazy. I hear Lebanon saying they would love to be out from under the grip of Hezbollah. You know, we know Hezbollah, even though they're much diminished, still a lot of missiles and rockets stuffed into that country by Iran over the years, over the decades. And to me, Lebanon is just another great example of why our US Military has to wipe out Iran's military capacity. And now as we're seeing, going after what General Kaine calls the military industrial base so that we can't have Iran fuel a Hezbollah and stoke the problems in Lebanon. Lebanon and Israel ought to be at a lasting truce. Lebanon has 600,000 displaced people. They have to move them up from the border when Hezbollah starts shooting and Israel shoots back. So it just shows you the terrible grip Iran has had on many countries in the Middle East. And I think those days are over. I'm so glad. President Trump held an hour long phone call with Putin discussing the war in Iran and efforts to end the war in Ukraine. The Kremlin described the conversation as frank and businesslike, while Donald Trump said it was a very good call. The leaders also discussed spiking global oil prices as the Iranian conflict continues to shake energy markets. Doctor, how can Russia impact the Iran war? Well, President Trump does always say the calls are strong and good. But I think there was a very clear two messages delivered to Putin this time. One, obviously, hey, remember what the US Military capability can do. The second one being to back off on any support. I'm talking maybe satellite intelligence or tactical characteristics being fed to Iran. Russia's making no military impact there. And again, of course, Trump reminding Putin that as he said, you know, you do a lot more good if you try to end the Ukraine war.
David Brody
Dr. Grant, let me ask you kind of a two part question. It has to do with the crystal ball that I think you've brought with you today, or at least we're asking you to bring it today. And the first part of it is if I gave you an over under, in other words, If I say the month of May and we're still talking about the war in Iran in terms of being an active military operation, you're taking the over the under on that. In other words, do you believe that we'll still be at war with Iran not in April, but in May? And then the second question is about regime change. What does that look like exactly? And how much, how much input will America have into that? And what do they want it to be like?
Dr. Gina
Okay, out on a limb. I'm going to say major combat operations will have hit most of their targets and be largely wrapped up by May. But the regime change itself, you know, the rest of that, the future of Iran, that is really up to Iran's people. And so to me, the metric that's important for American security is destroying that target set. The 5000 aim points done so far, there may be thousands or hundreds yet to go. And we will at that point be saying, look, we have crushed Iran's military capability, no nuclear, etc. And that, to me, is really the goal. That is what caused President Trump to use force. Those are the goals. Get rid of the Navy, the missile factories, the drones, the nuclear. That's the metric I'm going to judge this by.
David Brody
Is it really wholly up to the Iranian people? Yes, ultimately, they are in charge of their own destiny, but the United States wants a say in who the ultimate leader will be, who will be dealing with for decades moving forward. We don't want the current Ayatollah, we don't want the current Khomeini to remain in power. Is that, am I wrong there?
Dr. Gina
Oh, you know, I think we would love to see a fully democratic Iran that we think that they deserve. But I think the administration is correct and transactional. They want a leadership that will commit to no nuclear, etc. And if a good leadership steps forward, there's an incredible prize, and that is sanctions relief. But only if good leadership steps forward in Iran.
David Brody
Yeah. There is a sense that Mujtaba Khamenei has been injured and we haven't seen him in public. So they're being ruled at this point by a cardboard cutout, which is not good for Iran. Dr. Rebecca Grant, thanks for being here. We appreciate you.
Dr. Gina
Thank you. Thanks, Dr. Grant.
David Brody
Thanks, Dr. Grant. All right, coming up, new research suggesting that some people using popular GLP1 weight loss shots may actually not need them every week. How will that impact treatment? We're going to have the facts next on American Sunrise, everybody.
Dr. Gina
All right, welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. G. Thanks for joining us. Time now for today's health news sponsored by the Wellness Company under the Microscope. Today, new research suggesting some people taking those popular GLP1 weight loss drugs may not need weekly injections forever. A small study followed patients who had already lost weight doing these weekly shots, then switched to taking the same dose every two to three weeks and some even stretched it to as long as six weeks. Most were able to maintain their weight loss and keep health benefits like lower blood pressure, better blood sugar. Experts say the results are promising, but caution the study was small and more research is needed before changing treatment guidelines. All right, the Trump administration has brought a lot of positive changes when it comes to fixing our broken health care system. But the reality there's only so much the government can do. So if you really want to to make America Healthy again, it's going to start at home with each of us. And that's where the Wellness Company comes in. Dr. Gina
Oh, boy. Jake Tapper. Never thought of that one.
David Brody
David, what am I doing? I better read the script. Okay, yeah, let's do that. Quickly, oil prices skyrocketing as tensions involving Iran shake global markets. Brent crude briefly surged toward $120 a barrel. Yikes. As traders feared the conflict could disrupt Middle east oil supplies. Then, though prices later pulled back as signs of possible de escalation including comments from President Trump, eased market fears. The Middle east remains critical, obviously to global energy. They got a bit 20% of the world's oil that passes through the Strait of Hormuz. All right, let's now bring in the executive editor for ClimateDepot.com that would be Mark Marano. So, Mark, Gas and I filled up my tank last night. It was $2.90 a gallon. It's now $3.50 a gallon. The math is not good. So what does a sustained disruption actually look like here? I mean, could we be talking $150 a barrel for oil? Worse. What's going to happen, Mark? Well, first of all, we have a recent guide for what's going to happen because we saw what happened when Ukraine, the Russia invaded Ukraine and the US Got involved in that. Gas prices immediately went up and the oil prices shot up and there was a lot of fear of $10 a gallon gas prices. So we, first of all, we have to dismiss all of that. This is going to, it's a major market disruption, but you don't always go to worst case scenario. And the reason we don't and the reason we're in better shape than when the Ukraine war started and even that, even despite the fact that that didn't even affect the Middle east, we're in much better shape now because I'll use a CNN analysis. Are you ready for this? The United States under the first year of Trump. This is a quote from cnn. The United States is producing more oil than any country in the history of the planet. And CNN went on to say the US Oil boom has prevented larger price increases since the war in Iran. So to answer your question, you have to understand where we are now versus when the Ukraine war started, when energy prices started going up. And because of Donald Trump's 300 plus actions, the drill, baby, drill. The US now is far less reliant on Middle east oil on the Strait of Hormuz than at any time, probably in our lifetimes, 40, 50 years. We lead the world in both oil and natural gas production and we now produce more oil than Saudi Arabia and Russia combined and we produce more natural gas than. We're in the best position now to answer your question. You know, practically the longer this war goes on, the, the wider the scale it goes, the more intensity and the longer the Strait of Hormuz is not safe and secure for vessels to pass, as you mentioned, 20%. We are going to take a major impact because anytime you have a disruption, war is the, is the ultimate disrupting. Force and it's going to affect the U.S. economy at some point. The hope is that this is out and within weeks, not months. And if that's the case, I think we weather this just fine. If it goes on for months, six months plus or something like that, then we are facing, you know, severe economic. In fact, it does a major damage to the energy gains that Donald Trump has done. If that were to happen, a long prolonged war.
Dr. Gina
All right, well, I guess I'm dapper like Tapper, you're using CNN analysis. This is a whole new show, Mark,
David Brody
because now you got to bring in when CNN is right, you got to bring him in. I was really impressed with that analysis.
Dr. Gina
Well, I'm going to ask you now about global warming, which is a myth. But anyway I'm going to ask you about it like we're cnn. So let's play along. Earth just had its fifth warmest February on record. According to Europe's Copernicus Climate Service. Global temperatures were about 1.49 degrees Celsius above pre industrial levels. Mark. So this is near the Paris climate goal of 1.5 degrees. Right. So the month also brought heavy rain and flooding in parts of Western Europe while Arctic sea ice remained near historic, historic low levels. Is are we experiencing Were the left. Was the left right?
David Brody
Yeah. Al Gore was right. My answer's finished. No. Okay. This is the same stupid game. I was working in the U.S. senate Environment Public Works Committee 20 years ago when Al Gore's film came out. Let's start with you said about temperatures the hottest year on record. They're not even saying that. The hottest February on record, first off, the hottest year declarations are within hundreds of a degree from previous hottest year declarations. It's within the margin of error of the data set. They can't even measure. In other words, they can make a correction that's bigger than their claimed record. That's number one. Number two, this whole idea of temperatures are above pre industrial. The goals, first of all, the temperature goals. The UN Paris climate agreement by UN's own scientists, admit it, were pulled from thin air. Their political statements, the idea of pre industrial, you go back to pre industrial. We were in the Little Ice Age which was, you know, the New York harbor was frozen over. We had crop failures. This was the time of more conflict and wars and resource scarcity. We've come out of the Little Ice Age and a natural warming and we couldn't even have had man made global warming until the 1940s after World War II when most of the Carbon dioxide went up into the atmosphere. 80% of global CO2 came after World War II. So we were warming 80, 50 years before that. And the idea that somehow mankind is responsible for all that warming, it's absurd. You mentioned the flood, the UN Even now I'm going to quote the United nations after quoting cnn. Hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, wildfires and droughts are either no trend or declining trends on global climate timescales of 30, 50, 100 years. You can always find a flood in Australia, a drought in California or a heat wave in Europe and say, look, it's unprecedented. It's just like finding a lottery winner. Your chance of winning the lottery is very low. The chance of someone somewhere winning the lottery is very high. So what they do is they pick every extreme weather event like a lottery winner. And like, look, this is happening everywhere. They want you to think everyone's winning the lottery. They want you to think everyone's experiencing unprecedented weather. But none of that's happening. So this is all just the same old politics. What's amazing is that literally no one pays attention anymore. And what I mean by that is 80 plus countries didn't even submit the UN climate goals for the UN climate summit last November, which I attended. The countries are walking away, led by the United States and Donald Trump pulling us out of the entire premise, the 1992 UN Earth Summit Treaty.
Dr. Gina
Yeah, well, you know, we've been listening to this stuff since we were little kids. All of this Chicken Little, the sky is falling. And here we are. Mark Morano, we sure appreciate you and all of your just common sense insight. Thank you so much.
David Brody
Because I'm quoting CNN in the United nations, but thank you very much.
Dr. Gina
That's not why. Thanks so much. All right, coming up, airports across the country seeing long lines, major delays, TSA staffing shortages, slow security checkpoints, some travelers waiting up to three hours. Will this bring Democrats back to the table to end the partial shutdown? We're going to assess next on American Sunrise.

And today we are discussing the partial government shutdown impacting the Department of Homeland Security spring break. Travelers are dealing with long lines and delays at some major US Airports as funding issues affect security staffing. The dispute has left thousands of TSA officers working without pay, causing staffing shortages at security checkpoints. At some airports, passengers have waited up to three hours or more to get through security. During the busy spring break travel season, airport officials are urging travelers to arrive several hours early as the political standoff in Washington continues. Let's now bring in David, Dr. Gina and Terrence for more here. David, want to get your thoughts on this. Travel at the airports kind of is terrible already, so this is just making it worse.
David Brody
Yeah, it sounds like the Democrats have read and we know this and being facetious, have read the book Rules for Radicals with, you know, authored by Saul Alinsky, which is it's all about chaos. So there's, you know, I'm not, I'm not going to suggest there's chaos at the airport, but I'm sorry if you're waiting in line three to four hours. Yeah, that's a problem. And that's exactly the way Democrats love it as a negotiating ploy to get Republicans back to the table to cave into their demands on immigration. So I think that's part of the ploy here. Having said that, this is not something obviously that's going to be good for not just travelers, but really just politically. It doesn't help Democrats or Republicans. It just, but it's just what we've known all along, which is what a bumbling bunch of, you know, what's T. Bates in terms of how the fact that this DHS funding has gone or lack of funding has gone on for so long. It's really, it really is just more than shameful. It's, I don't know, it's immoral at its core. I think you make a great point here and I would even argue that the real victims here are the employees. Dr. Gina, I know you're going to say privatize and I think you have an argument to be made about privatization. But many of these employees are just coming off of holiday area, holiday era, excuse me, time in which they weren't getting paid and they're just now climbing out from underneath the debt that they may have accrued. And now they're back in a similar situation. And what we're Hearing, David and Dr. Gina, is that some of these employees are taking time off work or aren't showing up for work because they've had to take on second jobs in order to pay the bills that they have now since they're not getting paychecks. And so they really are the victims. And Dr. Gina, I haven't necessarily been a proponent of privatizing, but I think there's an argument to be made now, particularly from inside the TSA and some of these other agencies that aren't getting paid. They're saying, you know what, we've got to come up with something different because we can't be dependent on the US Government for our paychecks when you've got Democrats who are holding out and holding us hostage as a result.
Dr. Gina
Yeah, privatizing has to happen. This is case in point of it. The rank and file workers are always the ones who suffer in a union situation. Guarantee you the union bosses aren't missing much. They might be missing a paycheck here or there, but I'm telling you what, they make a lot of money. They make a lot of back channel deals. They are as corrupt in their own little fiefdoms as you could possibly be. They skim the money off of their union members. It is, it is really, it's a social, it's socialism and it teaches socialism and it breeds socialism, especially public sector unions have got to go. I really hope President Trump will address this. And the best place to start, I don't know, Department of Education abolition is a great one, but the TSA is an even better one and I can already see the tabloids writing their stories for tomorrow based on what I just said. But you know what? It's the truth. It's the truth. When you privatize things, government doesn't control it. We don't have to worry about shutdowns. There's special attention. There's reward for merit. There's all of those things. DEI goes away, we're all safer. They're not missing the gun that you got through tsa. And I've heard those stories a million times over. And we're not having to do stupid stuff to make their jobs easier, like take off our shoes. So there you have it. That's why it needs to happen. It needs to be privatized. It needs to happen in Trump's term. I really hope that this audience will get very vocal about public sector unions and the abolition of them during the Trump administration. Yes, absolutely. And make airports great again. Gina. That's what I'm gathering, everything that you're saying. I'm gonna go make a T shirt after this. It is still maga.
David Brody
That's still Maga.
Dr. Gina
It's still Maga.
David Brody
It's still maga. Make airports great again. Yes.
Dr. Gina
Great discussion, you guys. All right, coming up, times of war and the Bible. What can the good book teach us about these dark times? Bible history Guy Jim Moseley will explain next on American Sunrise.
David Brody
God bless the usa. In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth. Welcome back to American Sunrise. It's now time for our moment of faith, which is brought to us by Lee Greenwood and the God Bless the USA Bible in focus. Today, America is at war. And war is always costly. But one of the oldest strategic lessons in history is before you go to war, count the cost. And the Bible tells the story of a king who did not. Here to help us analyze this is our friend Jim Mosley. He also is the author of Duke of D.C. the American Dream Discovery, Discovering Jesus Disciples, who they were, what they believed and what they achieved. Jim also co wrote a book with our very own Dr. Gina. It's called the Days of Creation by teaching children how God made the world. Around here, though, we simply call him the Bible history guy. Jim, good morning to you. Good morning, Terrence. How are you? I'm doing well. So look, it is Wednesday, which means it's Bible study day for many Americans. I get my private Bible study with you, so take it away. Well, yeah. So in the hills west of Jerusalem, there's a place called Beth Shemesh. And about 3,000 years ago, this Valley was the site of one of the most biggest military miscalculations in history. It was of a king who had just tasted victory, and he believed he was unstoppable. His name was Amaziah, the king of Judah. And after he defeated the kingdom of Edom, he was riding high, so he was confident. So he got proud. So he did something amazing. He sent a message north to his sister kingdom, the kingdom of Israel, and said, come, let us face one another in battle. But Israel's king Jehoash didn't send an army. He sent a story. Jehoash replied with a parable. A thistle once sent a message to a mighty cedar of Lebanon. Give your daughter to my son in marriage. But before anything could happen, a wild beast passed by and trampled on the thistle. The meeting was unmistakable. You won one battle, but you're not strong enough for the war. So take the victory you already have and go home. But Amaziah ignored the warning. Armies met at Beth Shemesh, and Judah's army collapsed. Amaziah was captured. The king of Israel marched straight to Jerusalem, broke down the city wall and carried away all the temple treasures. And after that disaster, Amaziah's rule was wrecked. A conspiracy arose against him. He had to flee to the fortified city of Lachish. But the conspirators followed him and killed him there. So the king who refused to count the cost of war ultimately lost both his kingdom and his life. You know, those of us who follow the Prince of peace should remember that he said, blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of God. He told Peter, put away your sword, for those who live by the sword will die by the sword. That doesn't mean nations should never defend themselves, but it does mean wise leaders think carefully before waging war. It may be time for our leaders to learn from what the Bible teaches about counting the cost. As I'm listening to that story, it seems that there's a bigger lesson that can be applied to our very everyday lives, even outside of war, that you really need to consider the consequences of your actions before you go about your actions. That's what I've taken. Did I misunderstand to some degree? No, because Jesus tells another parable about a king going to war with another king, and he says, if I'm going against another guy with 10,000 soldiers and he's coming against me with 20,000, I'm going to send from afar off and ask for peace. And that's true in our personal relationships and our business calculations. And of course, in our national politics. Very great story there something. I got a little something. I told you it was going to be Bible study for me on this Wednesday. Jim, always good to see you, my friend. Great to see you too, Terrence. All right. We'll talk soon. We're back with the second hour of American Sunrise after this. Coming up on the second hour of American Sunrise, the Strait of Hormuz heating up. The US military destroying 16 Iranian mine lane boats after intelligence warned Tehran may be trying to block the world's most critical oil shipping lane. The latest on the escalating showdown coming up. Plus, Georgia's special election to replace Marjorie Taylor Greene is headed to a runoff. Republican Clay Fuller, who was backed by President Trump and Democrat Sean Harris finished as the top two vote getter, setting up a high stakes showdown in April. What this race could signal politically, we're going to break it down. And new polling shows a slim majority of Americans backing President Trump's strikes against Iran's Islamist regime. But dig deeper into the numbers and the country looks far more divided. We will break down what voters are really saying later this hour. Those stories, so much more as the second hour of American Sunrise on a Wednesday hump day day starts right now.
Dr. Gina
And I'm Dr. Gina.
David Brody
Welcome back, everybody, to the second hour of American Sunrise. I'm David Brody coming to you from D.C. let's bring in Dr. G in West Palm Beach. T. Bates in our Denver newsroom.
Dr. Gina
Hello.
David Brody
Hello. I just want to say it's going to be 80 degrees and sunny in Washington today. Next week it'll be 35. So there you have it, Dr. G.
Dr. Gina
All right, now we know
David Brody
that's it. Yeah. Sorry. It wasn't really breaking news. Sorry.
Dr. Gina
Let me just make one comment. Look how dapper my two co hosts look today. Don't they both look so nice, everybody?
David Brody
Wow. Thank you. How about a schmize? Okay, a schmize. Yeah, that's a smile, but a little bit of like a.
Dr. Gina
Hey, I have another random add. Gina thought. Cause I bet our audience is all into this, too. What AI programs do you guys use? What's your favorite?
David Brody
ChatGPT.
Dr. Gina
Yeah.
David Brody
Yeah. I don't necessarily have a favorite. I Go to Google and just put it all in, and whatever comes out, that's. That's what it is.
Dr. Gina
Okay. That's.
David Brody
You know, I'm still old school,
Dr. Gina
has gotten very programmed lately, so I'm a little disillusioned, so I'm thinking of changing. So that's why I was asking. So tell us in the chat, go to YouTube, get her a rumble, and tell Dr. Gina what your favorite AI program is. All right, Terrence.
David Brody
Okay. There you go. We. We are just kind of random this morning. Everything this morning. How about every morning? Good point. Good point. All right, guys, so look. President Trump's endorsement continues to be golden as Republican Clayton Fuller is riding the president's support all the way to a runoff election for Marjorie Taylor Green's former House seat. Fuller, who is on the right side of your screen here, was the second highest vote getter in a crowded field of candidates looking to replace the former congresswoman. She, of course, gave up her seat after a very public split with the president. In all, nearly 20 people were vying for that seat in a nonpartisan special election. The cost of war in Iran is mounting, as the Pentagon says. About 140American troops have been wounded in the army operations so far. Eight are severely injured on top of the seven who have been killed in the meantime. The US military reportedly fired $5.6 billion worth of munitions at Iran just in the first 48 hours of strikes. That figure was shared with Congress on Monday. Some estimates have the daily cost of the overall conflict at more than a billion dollars. President Trump is headed to Kentucky and Ohio today. He'll be in the Cincinnati area, which is right across the river from Kentucky. The White House says the commander in chief will meet with business owners in both states to discuss the economy. But in Kentucky, he'll also campaign for Navy SEAL Captain Ed Galerian, who is looking to primary incumbent Kentucky Congressman Thomas Massie. Massie, of course, has been a thorn in the president's side. In a post on Truth Social, the president calling Massie a lightweight and a loser. That's a quick check of your headlines. We'll, of course, have more headlines coming your way in just a little bit. But now let's get a quick check of your forecast with Weather Nation meteorologist Tracy Anthony Tracy. Severe weather across the country, specifically, though, in the Cincinnati area where President Trump is heading.
Dr. Gina
Yeah, we've got a big system that's rolling on through now. The good thing is these storms are starting to organize in a more linear fashion. So we do still have the severe thunderstorm warnings associated with it. Still a tornado watch in place till noon. But oftentimes the spin ups you get with a linear line of storms like this are pretty quick and pretty weak. So that's some good news there. But either way, we do still have the severe thunderstorm warnings for that line. And the tornado watch is in place until noon. So we're also under a wind advisory. And as that system comes through, we're going to have some colder air on the backside. Now we've got a couple other hometown forecasts.
David Brody
Want to take you out to Lake Ozarks of Missouri.
Dr. Gina
This coming in From Bowser on YouTube. 58 degrees today. They still have some lingering showers. So now they're on the backside of the system. So that cold air is funneling on through. But they're going to kind of roller coaster over the next couple of days, getting into the 70s by Saturday. Saturday. Now one other spot to stop taking you out to Arizona. This from t. Carberry on Gitter 84 today. And that's actually going to be your
David Brody
coolest day in the seven day forecast.
Dr. Gina
You are heating up.
David Brody
And we're talking triple digit high temperatures
Dr. Gina
by early next week. So these high temperatures, Terrence, could be record breaking. We're talking potential records from Thursday through next Tuesday.
David Brody
All right, thank you so much, Tracy. We'll check back with you tomorrow. Have a great rest of the day.
Dr. Gina
You too.
David Brody
All right, let's get you over to David now. David Brody, good morning, sir. Good morning, sir. All right. The U.S. military says it has destroyed a fleet of Iranian mine lane ships in the Strait of Hormuz. It's a critical waterway, as everybody knows, that carries about a fifth of the world's oil supply. That's 20%. Thank you very much. Pentagon officials say American forces have sunk 16 vessels suspected of being used to deploy naval mines after intelligence reports indicated Iran may have already placed mines in the strait. President Donald Trump had warned Tehran that any attempt to block the shipping lane would bring military consequences at a level never seen before. I think he said 20 times the military might than before. Joining us now with reaction, his White House and Pentagon correspondent for the Gateway Pundit, that would be Jordan Conradson. Jordan, thanks for being here. So you were there at the Pentagon press conference yesterday. Do you get the sense that the administration fully understands that the longer this war goes on, the more risk there is politically, especially among the president's base, AKA maga? You know, I do think they're starting to, I think they're starting to realize, okay, we really gotta get this wrapped up, especially as the effects are felt here. You're seeing it at the pump. You go fill your gas, it's already almost, probably 50 cents or a buck higher than it was just a month or two ago. And I think they're really starting to see that. It seems like they're kind of scrambling with the message, though, because Trump keeps getting asked, when is this war gonna end? He goes from a few days to could last weeks, it could last months. Obviously, the Pentagon CENTCOM is asking for enough supplies to last 100 days. So people are starting to wonder, when is this whole thing going to end? What is the real objective here? Of course, Secretary Hegseth and General Kaine outlined the objective is to destroy Iran's missile capabilities, destroy their nuclear capabilities. But I don't know if the rest of America is really wanting that, wanting this to be a prolonged war. You know what to that last point that you made. But what next? The objectives are clear. Making sure that Iran is not a nuclear rom, making sure that the missiles are gone so that Iran can't threaten the United States. But the final question that Pete Hegseth was asked is, but what next? What's the end game? What's the ultimate goal? And I'm not so sure beyond the objectives that you outlined, that we really got a clear answer yesterday. Right, Exactly. The question, I believe was, are we just going to pull out or are we going to stay there for nation building? Are we going to stay there to make sure they get the right leader? Obviously, Trump has commented a lot on what he wants to see as a leader of Iran, but it's really not clear how we're going to get that, what kind of resources we're going to be dumping into that. Of course, they say, they keep saying, they started out saying this isn't a regime change war, but then we changed the regime and now we're trying to install a new leader. Now they're just kind of saying, well, this isn't Iraq, this isn't Bush, this isn't Obama, this isn't nation building. So it's still just kind of the message is unclear. I am pretty impressed by how President Trump has shown he can use our military successfully, as we saw in Venezuela, as we saw with retaliatory strikes when ISIS killed troops in Syria. But this is kind of, it's just everything's unclear right now.
Dr. Gina
I'm having one of those weird moments that you have sometimes when you are too technologically dependent and that Jordan, I've known you for how long? And I had you. And we interact almost every day. We're in a trusted journalist thread together where we exchange ideas and whatever.
David Brody
That's right.
Dr. Gina
I had you pictured as the wrong person. And I'm sitting here looking at. I booked you for today. I asked Alison to book you, and I'm sitting here looking at you going, that is not who I thought he was. But we interact almost every day. So now I'm having to, like, put all those files and these files and doing this weird brain thing. I saw your bosses last night from Gateway Pundit. You guys do such a phenomenal job. I've been friends with Jim going back to the Breitbart days and the Tea Party. And it really is interesting as we sort of watch this war and this administration and all the things we're observing. I just think you're such an independent thinker and you've been doing this so well for so long, and you're so honest. I just wanted to give you a chance to speak to MAGA about this moment in history, what you're seeing, what you're afraid of, what you hope will happen, what you would say to the president if you had five minutes with him today.
David Brody
You know, there's a lot. Gina, you're asking me to say one thing. I think it's kind of interesting just how we got here exactly. I mean, obviously, I'm old enough to remember back when Trump was railing against foreign interests, he was railing against the Israel lobby. He called out Marco Rubio on the debate stage. And now it just seems. I mean, I don't want to say we're doing everything for Israel, but it just seems like we're putting Israel a little bit too high on the priority list when there's so many problems here at home. You know, we've still got homelessness, we've still got crime, we've still got all the election fraud, all the crap that's going on here at home. And then meanwhile in the Senate, they can't even get the SAVE act passed. The government shut down, they're defunding dhs. I mean, the Senate Republicans, which is full of rhinos, they need to get rid of the filibuster and actually do things that matter for the American people, or else they're going to lose in the midterms, especially that SAVE act, because how are you going to win an election if it's not even fair, if you have illegal aliens voting the same people you're trying to deport, and then back to deportations, it really just seems like we're not even, we're not getting the mass deportations. We're not probably not going to see it. I saw a report today in the Wall Street Journal that one of the Trump advisors, one of the deputy chief of staff's from the White House, went to the House Republican retreat over the weekend and actually told them, yeah, we're not going to talk about mass deportations. Shouldn't talk about mass deportations when you're running. So that's it. That's just, is that the nail in the coffin for mass deportations? They've defunded dhs. Kristi Noem's out. I mean, I don't know if Kristi Noem being out means deportations are going to be changed, but they really are not getting there, it seems, which is a little bit of a letdown. You know, I've, I've been a Trump supporter since day one. Trump supporter since he came down that escalator in 2015. I was just a sophomore in high school. But, you know, he spoke to me. I, I was, as a young white teenager, I was tired of having this DEI affirmative action discrimination against me, being told I'm a racist all my life from, from a young age. And I was ready to have someone there on the national stage standing up for people like me, which was President Trump. And of course I supported him through the 2020 election, which was stolen. I covered honestly all the election fraud. And here we are back again, 2024. I was hoping for a little bit more radicalization.
Dr. Gina
Well, he's got a few more years, so we'll hope that we get it all done. Right, David?
David Brody
Yes, for sure. Jordan, thank you so much. We got to have you on to talk more about that. It was nice to see you getting a question, obviously, David Zier and Real America's Voice. And then I like how eventually they got around to the New York Times. So times are changing. Thank you, sir. I appreciate it.
Dr. Gina
Thanks, Jordan.
David Brody
All right, coming up, many federal workers with agencies under the Department of Homeland Security are continuing to work without paychecks thanks to, by the way, the Democratic Democrat led partial shutdown. We're going to examine the impact after the break.
Dr. Gina
Welcome back to American Sunrise. The partial shutdown of the Department of Homeland Security is dragging on and it's now impacting tens of thousands of federal workers across the country. Now many workers with agencies like the Transportation Security Administration are working without a paycheck. Rav White House correspondent Benny Ray Harmony was in the new media seat and asked press Secretary Caroline Levitt about this yesterday. Take a look. What is the White House's message to the American people that are struggling because
David Brody
they're not getting that paycheck?
Dr. Gina
It's take away the politics. What do you have to say to those people? President Trump wants the Department of Homeland Security. He wants tsa. He wants fema. He wants the brave men and women of our United States Coast Guard to receive their paychecks.
David Brody
And he wants this department to be
Dr. Gina
fully funded and fully reopened. And so, to any American out there who is struggling without a paycheck, we know there's more than 100,000 of you across the country. To any American out there who is showing up to an airport and facing incredibly long wait times in lines, call
David Brody
your Democrat member of Congress and tell
Dr. Gina
them to fund the Department of Homeland Security. Raf Congressional correspondent Benny Ray Harmony joins us now. Benny, tell us more of what you've been hearing in Washington about all of this. It was great to see you in the press briefing room yesterday. Yeah, Emily, great to see you. Well, my question, it was a pretty simple one.
David Brody
I had spoke to a TSA agent just a few hours before, and this woman was in tears. Tears, Emily.
Dr. Gina
When I tell you she was crying. And I. I was like, are you okay? What's wrong?
David Brody
She.
Dr. Gina
And she just opened up to me and she said, I'm not able to
David Brody
make my phone payment.
Dr. Gina
I can barely make my car payment. I'm having to show up here every
David Brody
single day to the airport, not getting paid.
Dr. Gina
And so I wanted to ask Caroline to the American people, because at the end of the day, that's who they serve, Right? And I think that the American people, they're. They're getting very tired of hearing it's the Democrats fault, it's the Republicans fault.
David Brody
Democrat, Republicans, back and forth. Politics. Politics.
Dr. Gina
What? You know, these Americans, there's so many
David Brody
out there, I mean, from Coast Guard to Secret Service to the TSA agents
Dr. Gina
that aren't getting paid.
David Brody
And it's.
Dr. Gina
Honestly, it's a little discouraging here on the Hill because we don't even see
David Brody
an end in sight for this.
Dr. Gina
Emily. There is no vote scheduled in the Senate for this.
David Brody
They have no movement.
Dr. Gina
Yeah, Benny. And certainly during spring break, especially with so many travelers, just so much volume at the airports. This is a terrible time for this to be happening. Benny, I do want to ask what else is coming up in Washington today? Give us a preview of what we can expect to see in our nation's capital. Yeah, absolutely. So Senate still is. They are in session all of this month. So they are doing something. We're not sure what they're doing. As we can see, they haven't got the Save America act passed yet, but we will see that take to the floor next week. Leader Thune, he did say that he will bring it. He said there's not enough votes, but he's going to bring it. Now here at the White House today,
David Brody
President Trump like you guys have been
Dr. Gina
speaking about all morning, he will be
David Brody
departing to head to the Midwest region,
Dr. Gina
Ohio, Kentucky to meet with those working
David Brody
class Americans and to just continue to
Dr. Gina
show what he is doing for the
David Brody
people of this country.
Dr. Gina
Now, lots going on, lots and lots of pressure here. As always, foreign press is extremely at
David Brody
high volumes right now and hopefully we
Dr. Gina
will be able to get a question
David Brody
to President Trump during his departure, which is just coming up here in a few hours. So stay tuned.
Dr. Gina
Hopefully we'll have some more for you. Well, Benny, Rae, Harmony, keep asking those tough questions for us. We appreciate you joining us this morning. Coming up, more and more people are noticing changes in their hair from thinning and breakage to unexpected hair loss. What could be causing it and what you can actually, actually do about it when we come back. Stay with us.
David Brody
Hayden, Kentucky, good morning. President Trump is headed your way here in just a few hours. Our Brian Glenn is on the ground there. We of course will have live coverage as the president visits this part the of the country throughout the day. Make sure you keep it tuned here to real America's voice. For now though, want to get you ready for the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange. It's set to ring here in about six minutes. I can tell you, pre market trading not looking too bad. The Dow S P 500 and the NASDAQ are all in the green at the moment. But that can change quite literally at the drop of the dime. So we will continue to monitor this for you and take you to New York for the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange Exchange here in short order. First though, let's get you over to Dr. Gina. Dr. G. Good morning.
Dr. Gina
Good morning, Terrence. I'm finishing a text because one of our amazing viewers already sent me the whole download on how to get grok for free. So thank you so much, Jengas, Terrence, we appreciate it. Thank you. Many people are noticing changes in their hair. You know, this is the number one thing when women all get together, especially postpartum women, they notice that they're losing hair. Also with all the new GLPs out, a lot of people losing weight. They're Losing hair. A lot of people going through menopause breakage happens, unexpected hair loss. So it can be frustrating trying to figure out what's causing it. There are a lot of things out there on the market that are very mysterious about what their ingredients are. But there's one who's not. Joining us now to break down why so many people are experiencing changes in their hair. What you can do about it. Dr. Robin L. Smith, good morning. Dr. Robin. Listen, let's start by understanding what's actually going on. There are lots of really environmental factors, medical factors, hormonal factors, let's see, aging factors, all of those kinds of things. Dr. Robin, do affect our hair. But there are new solutions on the market. You're very open about what's in your products. Talk to us. Absolutely. It's not just the genes. Right. It's the environment, it's the nutrition. So many things are affecting both the way our hair, the follicles make hair, but also the scalp. You have to take care of the scalp and make sure as your hair starts getting the follicles get stimulated and you're making hair that it can be absorbed into the scalp and it won't break. Breakage is really a horrible problem affecting many, many women. So you lose that density, you lose both the hair growth. You're not growing the hair the way you need to be, but also it's
David Brody
breaking and it's falling out, which is
Dr. Gina
very upsetting when you see the clumps of hair in your hand. So those products are really important. Many people are taking oral supplements like Neutrophil and Wellbel, but it takes five
David Brody
or six months to work.
Dr. Gina
So in the meantime, you have to buy those products that can do things
David Brody
to stimulate the hair follicle and to
Dr. Gina
work to optimize the environment of the scalp. We make products that are really effective in doing that short term.
David Brody
Yeah.
Dr. Gina
And I have to say I used one of those products that you mentioned for a long, long time just because I wanted thicker, better hair. Right. My hair was not really growing at the rate I wanted it to grow, like it did when I was younger. And so I used one of those. I literally had the opposite effect. I literally my hair just got worse and worse and worse until I started using exoceuticals. The other thing I love about exoceuticals, some of those products are really goopy out there. The exoceutical product is really almost like an evaporating gel. I can't describe it, but it absorbs quickly. You don't feel the heaviness on your hair. You don't go through the day with that weighted feeling. But the important thing that it's doing is waking up hair follicles with technology that you can put all the products in the world on your head and it's not going to mean a thing if they don't absorb, right, Robin? Absolutely. Having all of those ingredients, the exosomes are great to really help reduce stress and inflammation and to get those hair follicles moving. But also having those biomimetic peptides that make the hair stronger and affecting the scalp, a lot of people are getting dandruff and fungal infections and that microbiome is getting impact and you don't have enough hydration with the skin barrier. So you really. Our products have things in them that affect the follicle, that affect the skin, the scalp itself and the hair to give it the densification and strength that it needs so that as it grows, it stays in place and, you know, can sort of take the hits of the environment. Yeah. And I know that almost all of my friends today either use hair extensions, use wigs, which can really cut off the circulation in your scalp and cause all sorts of problems, like you said, in the microbiome of your scalp. You have to think about that. But the hair extensions can break them, especially if you use the clip in kind that are up close to your scalp and then you're breaking all that hair off. So it's really important to strengthen hair. And this new technology with the skin cells and peptides and those kinds of things that you put in your product really do. They're a game changer. And you don't have to wait six months. Right.
David Brody
You have to be consistent.
Dr. Gina
But you really do start seeing results after sort of the first four weeks. So we're really excited about it. People love it. And it's very depressing when you're losing your hair and it's breaking and it's, you know, people identify the way they look and feel based on. On having, you know, nice hair. Do you remember the Brady Bunch, Alice? I should have had them put this side by side up. Yesterday on social media, I saw what difference hair can make. And it was a picture of Alice from the Brady Bunch. And it had her face with her hairdo that we all remember, Alice's hair. And then next to it, it had her with just a more youthful, stylish, modern hair. And wow, Alice was hot. Who knew? Robin? Absolutely. She was probably using exaceuticals. I want everybody to go Right there. You can see the QR code right there on your screen. Scan that code. Robin gives you 30% off with the promo code XORAB. 30% off. What other person does that? Robin, we love you. Thanks for being with us. All right, we're going to head back to Terrence and Denver for the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange.
David Brody
Sponsored by abac, the association of Mature American Citizens is the conservative voice for Americans 50 and older. AMAC is fighting for the values that you hold dear. Join today. Together we can write the course of America. The applause is underway at the New York Stock Exchange, which means the opening bell is set to ring here in short order. And then we'll get an idea of how the markets are shaping up on this hump day Wednesday. Hopefully it's going to be a good day for those of you investing. Well, there you have it, ladies and gentlemen. The markets are now officially open. And here's a quick look at our board. As you can see, from top to bottom, not looking too bad. The S P500, the Dow Jones and the NASDAQ all in the green at the moment. So hopefully it stays that way and it will be a fruitful day for you investors. The bottom of our screen, as you can see, crude oil is back up, which isn't necessarily a good thing when it comes to gas prices. But hopefully all of that will moderate here in the next couple of weeks. Still to come here on American Sunrise, a new poll finds that a majority of Americans support President Trump's military strikes on Iran. After the break, we'll break down what voters are saying about Operation Epic Fury and how long they think the campaign should last. Get ready, America. March 25th through 28th, CPAC USA 202026 takes over the Lone Star State. And Real America's Voice brings you wall to wall coverage. David Brody
CPAC USA 2026 only unreal. America's voice presented by Birch Gold Group and Patriot Mobile.
Dr. Gina
All right, patriots, welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. G. We are so glad you joined us this morning. We invite you to hop in our conversation on YouTube, getter and rumble. It is time now to take the political pulse of America. Here's the beat. Today, a new poll suggests the majority of American voters are backing President Donald Trump's decision to launch military strikes, at least initially against Iran. According to a new Rasmussen Report survey, 52% of likely U.S. voters approve of the operation targeting Iran's nuclear program and ballistic missile capabilities, including 35% who say they strongly support the decision. 42% disapprove, showing strong divisions do remain. The operation, known as Operation Epic Fury, was announced by President Trump earlier this month. The president seeing a nuclear armed Iran would be a dire threat to every American. And according to the poll, 65% of voters agree with that assessment. Joining us now with analysis, longtime adviser to President Trump, Bruce Leavelle. Bruce, good morning. This poll paints a different picture than what we see in mainstream media. But you do have even people from MAGA out there saying, look, look, we've been hearing Iran was a nuclear threat for almost 50 years. Why do we need to strike now? Some saying this is a matter of President Trump siding with Israel instead of the American people. Those are the accusations. Bruce, I know you and I going way back with media advisory with President Trump. We have an answer to that. What's your answer?
David Brody
Well, you know, listen, thanks for having me. Good morning. I think a lot of it has to do with some people have war fatigue, what happened in Iraq, Iraqi conflict, you know, that didn't go so well. So there is a little PTSD in that regards, looking back, how dismal and what a travesty that was, not to mention what happened in Afghanistan. But at the end of the day, you know, when President Trump, you know, he created the Abraham Accords, he's really trying to get the entire Middle east, like, listen, you guys can all hate each other, but let's do some business. So he's putting business in the table, in money, economic development. And they, they know it. Even some of the Arab nations, they don't care for us or, or we just get along to get along, whatever. They know that without any peace with and which, especially when it comes to Iran, they know that this has, someone has to deal with this. And listen, you talk about a nation that goes on TV and constantly daily says, death to America. Death to America. Death to America. And so that doesn't go over so well. Especially with President Trump. So his main goal is to stabilize and to get everyone on board to like, listen, let's, let's do business. Let's get, let's take care of this once and for all. And this is why these polls are at 52%. They'll actually be a little higher. But once again, the reason why this, where this is is because everyone's thinking back what happened with the Iraqi war. Yeah. And Bruce, just to be clear, they're saying death to America. And then they're following through on it, too. Hundreds, over a thousand Americans dead throughout the last few decades. I want to turn to the Save America Act, Bruce. There's been a lot of talk about this, obviously. So over the weekend, the President said he's not going to sign any bills until that measure is passed by Congress. He's not going to accept a watered down version. The bill supersedes everything else. That's where he's at. What's your take on this? Because, I mean, we know the House has passed it. It's stuck in the Senate. Thune's coming under a lot of pressure to start this talking. Filibuster. And Thune came out yesterday and said, what do you want me to do? I don't have the votes. I mean, I do it. He didn't say I'd do it, but he would do it if he had the votes. I think because Trump's gonna pressure him. He doesn't have the votes. I mean, it's Murkowski, it's Collins, it's Tillis, it's others, Rand Paul. Everybody's blaming Thune. And don't get me wrong, I mean, he could be stronger on this. And I know he doesn't want to do the talking. Filibuster. But the truth of the matter is he doesn't have the votes. Yeah, well, you know, one thing about President Trump, he is a dealmaker and he knows how to apply pressure. He's, he's done it many, many occasions in the business sector as well as in the political sector. So, you know, listen, he knows he's got to put the squeeze and try to squeeze, you know, whatever tool. He's got to pull out of toolbox to like, listen, I'm not signing any more bills. There's one right there. Like, unless you guys get this together and, and listen, this is very interesting because, you know, I'm, I live here in a civil rights town for many years back in the 50s and my parents and 40s and 60s, and I'm, I'm sitting here like one. Like, the whole movement was to try to get to vote. And then getting to vote was back in, obviously was you had to have an id. But also the only thing I ever heard about absentee ballots were my father in the military, my uncles, where they were the ones that are authorized for absentee ballots or folks that were incapacitated. So really, President Trump is really, you know, revitalizing something that's been there for a long time ago back. That's common sense. And you would think that the American people want to know who's going to vote in those booths. And this is very critical from across the nation. It determines everything we do from our tax, you know, who's spending our taxes in Congress, to our city council, you know, our Congress, and the list goes on. So he's going to turn the heat up and pull up more tools out of the toolbox and put more and more pressure to get the Congress or get Senate to like, listen, I really need to do this or else. Bruce. All right, so you open. I'm sorry, Bruce. You opened the door. So I want to kind of follow you through it a little bit. This whole idea that voter ID is racist and disenfranchises voters. How do you respond to people who make that argument? Well, you know, I think it's like a typical dog whistle. They went out there the same thing in early 16 when, when, when President Trump came down the escalators. And I've been dealing with a lot of Jesse Jackson conversations in the background because I knew Jesse, you know, is, is the fact that, oh, he's a racist, you know, and so the dog whistle was like, you know, we don't want this because this is going to disenfranchise black voters. So essentially, it created a narrative and it created a whistle, a very large one at that matter. The same thing they use when they weaponize President Trump being a, quote, racist. So I think if you, if you, Terence, get on the street and start talking to just average people up and down the sidewalks in the city of Atlanta, in these cities, they don't even know because they've just been. Been brainwashed with this, this narrative that, oh, it's going to stop us from getting to the polls. We're going to go back to Jim crow, Jim Crow 2.0. So that's the reason why we're dealing with this, because a lot of the citizens are just totally. They don't really understand it. They do understand the whistle, and that's what they're playing off of and the Democrats know that.
Dr. Gina
First, I want to go back to what you said about Thune, because the thing about the Senate is that the Republicans do have the filibuster. They do have a majority, and yet it seems like they won't use the filibuster. You say they don't have votes, but isn't the filibuster? I mean, I was married to, I mean, I am married to a former senator. I almost said that. Really weird. And this filibuster is how you change votes. So saying you don't have the votes, that, to me, that's a cop out. I just want to get your comment on that.
David Brody
Yeah, Bruce, I am curious. Go ahead. No, well, you know, listen, I think once again, the President Trump actually talked to him last week. I think at the end of the day, everything that we talk about from this great republic starts from the vote. And the vote is so critical. And so, I mean, it's just, it's just, it's live or die for the nation. And the president knows that he's on a. He's only got a couple years left, a few two and a half years left. So he knows the criticality on trying to push this. So I'm telling you now, he's gonna get real gangster on this. Whatever it takes to get this done, whatever he's got to squeeze, whatever he's gotta prod, whatever he's got to do. But this has got to get done for the sake of the future of our children's children. This is how critical this is. So stay tuned because there's going to be some more wheel and dealing going on. It's not going to be comfortable. That's all I can say. No, I think that's true. You know, he can do the art of the deal as best better than anybody out there. He wrote the book on it, literally. But Bruce, the issue or Gina Also, they need 50 votes to change the filibuster rule. You need 50 and there's no way they don't even have 50 for that. So, for example, Thom Tillis is a no. Mitch McConnell's a no. Murkowski's a no. Susan Collins is a no. That's 49. Rand Paul is surely a no. That's 48. So I mean, once again, to Bruce's point, maybe he can arm wrestle a few of them. But go ahead, Bruce, what do you want to say? Well, there you go right there. And you got to remember, guys, they, you know, this is not uncommon. They take it to the final hour and Will and deal. Will you promise the bridge in my district? Will you promise the dam repair? You know, there's always that will and deal. And y' all know most of the folks that you named are special interest elected people. I'm sorry. Hey, look, you know, whatever. So we already know what comes with that. There's the wheel and deal, what they want, carry them all the way down to the end of the wire, and then, like, okay, you know, so I. I think that's essentially where we're at. There's some. Some deals that they want, and, you know, there's always the horse trade. And that's why. Listen, real quick. I. I have been praying for this. I wish that every major bill, or if you want to say it that way, especially if it's, I don't know, involves 100,000 and up or whatever, that bill stood on its own and nothing else was attached to it because y' all know what happens when you load the wagon with all this crazy stuff. It just, as we call it in the south, they booger up the deal. Gina.
Dr. Gina
Yeah, they call it Christmas treeing, and they should be line items. I think you're exactly right. It's something to think about in the future. But I just wish the Republicans would act like I think Democrats would act if they had majority. Sorry, Terrence, I'm monopolizing.
David Brody
Amen. Oh, no, you're fine. You know, Dr. Gina, David, and Bruce, today has been a day of random thoughts. And so my random thought is, you said President Trump is about to get gangster. I'm curious, is it gangster with an A or with an er? Hey, look, all the above. All the above. Listen, you're talking to, you know, listen, you're dealing with a person that's been through. I don't know if any human being has been through what he's been through, especially a former president and now a current president. No one on the planet has been through what this man has been through. And listen, real quick. I'm gonna tell you a quick story. We were on the plane. This is early summer, 2015. We were taking off in LaGuardia. We're going to do a rally. And I remember looking out the window, he was looking out over the horizon, beautiful day. You could see hundreds of miles. And he says, you know, I'm willing to, quote, defend this nation by any means necessary. And I. And it just kind of blew over until later on, you know, as. As. As the. The campaign progressed. And of course, he became president. I just. I just actually reflect on that, like man, this guy's really serious. He's gonna risk it all. And by God, if he hasn't, what else has he done? So this is going to tell you that there's some favor. Brother Terrence, Sister Gina. That there's some favor going on with this man. You know, and I. I tweeted it last week. I said, guys, you don't understand it, but you need to go read Isaiah 45. I was there in July in that Trump Tower 20 in 2015 with 110 plus faith leaders from all different denominations were three to four prophetic words says, you will be president. I read out Isaiah 45. The Lord said, you're going to be president. And I'm sitting here like. And then the second pastor said the same thing. They didn't know each other. The third pastor said it six months before he wrote it down. Neither one of these guys knew each other. As my grandmother said, real quick, brother Terrence, baby, everybody can't be lying. So there's got to be truth to this.
Dr. Gina
I think it's that passion motivates me
David Brody
and real America voice. No matter how crazy this looks.
Dr. Gina
Yeah.
David Brody
Just remember what I just said right there. There's some favor going on right now for sure with the sitting president. I can't figure it out. I don't understand. I don't try to say, lord, whatever you got with this, let's. Let's go with it.
Dr. Gina
Let's go.
David Brody
That's the only way you're going to get peace with everything from Iran, from the bills that are just contentious of getting, you know, approved or signed. And that's the only piece you're going to get is like, lord, you know it's right. You know what's going on with this.
Dr. Gina
Yeah.
David Brody
I surrender.
Dr. Gina
Absolutely.
David Brody
Amen.
Dr. Gina
Thank you so much for being with us.
David Brody
Thanks, Bruce. Thanks, brother Bruce. All right, thanks for having me. Come on, now. We'll pass the collection place.
Dr. Gina

David Brody

Dr. Gina
All right, you guys, listen. Think about this in 2020. In 2006, $20,000 equaled roughly 33 ounces of gold at spot price. At Today's prices, those 33 ounces would be worth about $165,000. Australia has granted asylum to seven members of Iran's women's national soccer team after they were labeled traitors by Iranian state media for refusing to sing the country's national anthem during a match at the Asian Cup. The players who were competing in Australia reportedly asked to stay in the country after concerns grew about what could happen to them if they returned to Iran. Australian officials say the women have been moved to a safe location while their humanitarian visas are processed and the same offer has been extended to the rest of the team. We want to know what you, our viewers, think about this. Let us know on Rumble or Getter. Hop on and let your voice be heard. They're having fun sense of humor. Welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. G. Thanks for being with us today. It is time now for the one to watch Debro. What are you keeping your eye on today?
David Brody
Well, I'm continuing to follow this growing rift on the right right now. So this latest example came from Ted Cruz. Senator Ted Cruz yesterday. The Texas senator recently accused Tucker Carlson of platforming what he called crackpot historians and revisionist views about World War II. He even suggested the US should have sided with Nazi Germany. Senator Cruz then went on to call Carlson this. Take a look at what he said. I believe Tucker Carlson is the single most dangerous demagogue in this country. And I'll tell you, I've made the decision that I'm going to take him on head directly. Well, I don't think right now at the end of the show we have time for a full, full throttled discussion on this. But I'll just say this, Gina, that this can't be ignored, that it needs to be talked about on both sides and there is passion on both sides of this discussion, shall we say?
Dr. Gina
Yeah. And I think those who want to dismiss people and name call and all the things they're doing better look in the mirror. Ted Cruz. I remember your turncoat on my president back in 2016. I was looking you right in the eye when you told all of us you were going to support Donald Trump for president and then you Walked out on stage and you did not keep your word to the Republican base. MAGA does not forget that. Ted Cruz. So consider the source. Also, I think a lot of people, you know, I never listened to a podcast in my entire life until everybody started talking about how evil all these podcasters are. So you know what I did? I started listening. And I'll tell you, David, my husband is a star. He's so mad at Tucker for buying property in Qatar. He says, you know, that's the stunning blow for him. He'll never. And my husband used to listen to Tucker's podcast. I'll also tell you that I never had. I started listening to some of these podcasters that everybody's saying are Nazis and all these things. And I'll tell you, it's interesting. I think most people criticizing are listening to clips and other people's interpretations of them because, you know, he'll just say things like, you know, it's interesting how many of us will take a hardline approach to something against what happened in Nazi Germany, but we don't take a hard, hard approach to what's happening, for example, in North Korea or in Africa right now, where genocide is a daily occurrence. And nobody talks about that stuff. Why? You know what? To me, that's just not a Nazi comment. So I just think people need to listen a little more, talk a little less myself, most starting at the front of that line. So I'm trying to listen more to some of these podcasts and some of these people that have these opinions, and hopefully we can integrate this into something that is coalescing and wagon circling for the primaries and especially the midterms that are upcoming. Terrence, because this is gonna get in our way if we don't.
David Brody
David, I want to yield to you because you've been very vocal about your displeasure with some of the stances Tucker Carlson has taken. So I'll give you these last 56 seconds. Well, yeah, that's the thing. We have 56 seconds, and I got about 7 minutes and 56 seconds. But I'll just simply say this. President Trump did forgive Ted Cruz about that. Now they have a good relationship, but we can talk more about that, too. Gina. I know. We have to promote something, though, do we not? Should we tell people about this? Go ahead.
Dr. Gina
I forgot what we're promoting.
David Brody
Oh, well, let's. It's in the prompter.
Dr. Gina
Oh, this is my prompter.
David Brody
Imagine that. That's called breaking the fourth wall, everybody.
Dr. Gina
Okay, before we go, Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders set to announce a statewide partnership with Turning Point USA at the Governor's mansion today alongside Erica Kirk. RAB correspondent Ben Berkhwam will be on the site with coverage. Be sure to stay tuned for the Charlie Kirk show and Human Events with Jack Posobic. You'll learn more there. All right, you guys. And we'll see you tomorrow. We probably won't agree then either, but we still love each other.
David Brody
But we're still spicy. More spicy.
Dr. Gina
More spicy. War room at Mexico. Boldly now. Live the truth, everybody.
On this episode of American Sunrise, Real America’s Voice’s energetic morning program, hosts Dr. Gina, David Brody, and Terrence Bates tackle the latest headlines across politics, international affairs, energy, culture, and faith. Against the backdrop of the ongoing U.S.–Iran conflict, a consequential Congressional runoff in Georgia, and domestic political tension over a partial government shutdown, the hosts discuss key policy moves and shifting political alliances—with frequent reflection on American values, faith, and community.

Dr. Gina [05:13]:
“President Trump’s golden touch, his Midas touch, penetrates these elections… which sort of counters the narrative that he’s diminishing in popularity.”

Military Operations:

Brent crude surges near $120/barrel as traders react to conflict in the Middle East.
Mark Morano (ClimateDepot.com) argues the U.S. is now far less reliant on Middle Eastern oil due to Trump-era “drill, baby, drill” policies:
“We now produce more oil than Saudi Arabia and Russia combined.”
Hosts express optimism that sustained high prices may be avoided if the war concludes quickly.
Brief climate skepticism is aired, with Mark Morano dismissing mainstream global warming concerns as “the same stupid game” and political theater.

On Immigration Policy:
On GOP Messaging:
On Political Divides & Burnout:
On Tucker Carlson & Conservative Media:
The hosts are informal, animated, and unabashedly conservative, with an undercurrent of Christian faith and patriotic rhetoric throughout. Banter is brisk, and even in heavy segments, there is a style of “family table” accessibility.
This episode exemplifies American Sunrise’s blend of political analysis, conservative culture, and faith-forward commentary. Key takeaways: Trump’s sway among the GOP base endures, the U.S. seeks decisive victory (and regime change) in Iran, energy markets remain in flux, government and union dysfunction hurt workers, and internal rifts continue to challenge right-wing unity. The hosts reinforce their core beliefs in personal faith, American sovereignty, and the power of grassroots patriotism.
“The American dream is still alive.” — Dr. Gina [03:22] “We have to protect the American family.” — David Brody [03:10] “He’s gonna get real gangster on this—whatever it takes…” — Bruce Leavelle [86:27]
