I don't want to hear talk about the midterm. I don't want to hear talk about 2028. There are decades in which nothing happens,
David Bellavia
and there are weeks in which decades happen.
Terrence Bates
We're in those weeks, one after the other after the other after the other. Today we have a greater ch

If you lose what's important, then we're going to lose the country. Fight on.
Alison Hans
And good morning. I'm Alison HANS in for Dr. Gina, live from West Palm Beach. Let's bring in David brody in Washington D.C. and Terence Bates in our Denver newsroom. Wow, what a real. The boys are back in town from cpac. How was it, guys?
David Brody
Phenomenal.
Terrence Bates
It was great. It was great. David. Sorry, I'm still thinking about those biscuits. We had dinner together and had some great biscuits. I'm still thinking. I actually asked my wife if she could recreate them, and she said, yes, I can if you take me to J. To Dallas, to the hotel where you were staying. So I might end up back there. But look, guys, want to talk about the CPAC straw poll, because that really is one of the more interesting, if you will, takeaways from CPAC 2026. JD Vance leading the pack of potential presidential hopefuls. He got in 53% of the CPAC straw poll, with voters saying who they'd like to see be our next president. Marco Rubio pulling in 35%. Everybody else really a distant third, fourth. And on beyond, Ron DeSantis, Don Jr. Coming in really kind of at the back of the heap. But, David, your thoughts? Still early. Obviously, 2028 is still a long ways away. A lot can happen, but this is probably what most people expected, that J.D. vance would front runner.
David Brody
Well, a couple of things. First of all, if I can do a sound effect, that's a warning sign, that's a warning Signal. Foghorn for J.D. vance. He's in trouble. He was at 61% last year at CPAC. In this poll. He's down to 53%. That's not a big deal. But look at Marco Rubio. Marco Rubio was at 3% last year. He's now up to 35%. That is a warning shot for sure. J.D. vance is in trouble. Marco Rubio is ascending. I'm telling you guys, watch out for Rubio. I've said it. I'm now going on four months. I've been saying this for a while, and it wouldn't surprise me if President Trump eventually endorses Rubio. I'm telling you, Vance is in trouble. And you've heard it from me first. Queue up the tape as we move forward. Allison.
Alison Hans
Wow. Well, that's bold. And I think the story of Rubio is extraordinary because you have someone who's really transformed his, I don't want to say personality, but his communication skills during his time in office. I think it's been an unbelievable road for him. I mean, I always liked Marco Rubio. I thought he was great, but he was, to me, just another politician with potential. I think something changed. I don't know if he took the lead or is following the lead of President Trump, the way that he speaks with authenticity, with power and with truth, I think that Marco Rubio took on some of those characteristics and he just leveled up in a way that has just been unbelievable. I love hearing from him, I love listening to him. And that wasn't always the case.
David Brody
Yeah, I think that's great analysis, actually. Great analysis. He's been able to thread the difference because the truth of the matter is he was a neocon for a while. He's now moved into MAGA orbit and now he's trying to kind of split the difference. We'll see if that holds as it goes forward, but I know it's time for a Bible verse, Allison.
Alison Hans
Yes, thank you, David. Well, let's check out today's Bible verse. It is from Deuteronomy 33:27. The eternal God is your refuge and underneath are the everlasting arms. He will thrust out the enemy from before you and will say destroy. Well, President Trump says one option in the conflict with Iran could include targeting the country's oil industry. According to an interview with the Financial Times, Trump said he would prefer to take control of Iran's oil, adding the US Has a lot of options as it weighs next steps. He also raised the possibility of targeting Kharg island, as we know, a key hub handling most of Iran's oil exports. Meanwhile, traffic through the Strait of Hormuz has been disrupted, contributing to rising global energy prices. Lawmakers are warning of a prolonged conflict as US Forces build up while diplomatic efforts continue. Let's now bring in RAV chief White House correspondent Brian Glenn. Brian, what can you tell us about this? Good morning to you.
David Brody
Good morning to you.
Brian Glenn
Good morning, David and Terrence back from cpac. Well, it's interesting, as President Trump said the other day as well, that controlling the Venezuelan oil not only is good for the open market, it's good for the global supply of oil. But those proceeds are very important to the people of Venezuela. Portion of those proceeds off the oil sales goes into their community, it goes into their government, it goes into their schools, helps all of the government funded entities of that country. So that's a good thing. So if you look at any type of acquisition of this Iranian oil, perhaps some of the proceeds of that can go into some things that we would consider a good cause. So all eyes are on the straight or Hormuz as we try to get this thing open and get this global oil traveling through this very crucial part of the world.
David Brody
No doubt, Brian. I was always updating my feeds and everything because news is a mile a minute here. And President Trump has just come out with this about 20 to 25 minutes ago on Truth Social. Let me read it. We can't put it up on screen. It just came out. He said the United States of America, this is untruth, is in serious discussions with a new and more reasonable regime to end our military operations in Iran. Great progress has been made. But if for any reason a deal is not shortly reached, which it probably will be, and if the Hormuz Strait is not immediately, quote, open for business, we will conclude our lovely stay in Iran by blowing up and completely obliterating all of their electric generating plants, oil wells and Carg island and possibly all desalinization plants, which we have purposely not yet, quote, touched. This will be in retribution for our many soldiers and others that Iran has butchered and killed over the old regime's 47 year reign of terror. And as you might imagine, he ends it with, as we all say, thank you for your attention to this matter. Your reaction, Brian?
Brian Glenn
Well, I mean, that's very strong words coming from the president. Obviously, we're all praying for peace and a peaceful regime change there because that needs to happen. We can go and decimate the entire infrastructure of that country. We can take out all the power plants, the desalination plants. We can take that out. But if we don't change the regime there, if we don't get people in charge of that country that we don't want them to hate the US and any other country, especially in that region, then I think this mission has failed. So we must make sure that proper regime change and these negotiations that President Trump and his colleagues are undertaking right now, that they are productive. And that happens because we do need to get out of there. I think it's overwhelmingly, David, that Americans don't necessarily want boots on the ground there. I don't think any country wants boots on the ground there. But we need a peaceful regime change there in Iran. So maybe we're on the way. Maybe that's enough to get this, this Iranian government have a change of heart and start negotiating.
Terrence Bates
Yeah, it's just interesting and I'm curious who specifically we're negotiating with that specific person or entity still hasn't necessarily been made public. Want to switch gears a little bit and bring this conversation full circ. You probably heard David Allison, I talking about the CPAC straw poll results. JD Vance leading the straw poll with 53%, Marco Rubio a distant but yet surging second with 35%. Everybody else really having negligible numbers. Any reaction from the White House on this result, particularly given that 2028 is still a long ways away and a lot can happen.
Brian Glenn
Yeah, a lot can happen. It is pretty predictable, I think. No official reaction from the White House in regard to the straw poll, but it is pretty predictable that J.D. vance would take a sizable lead, I think, still.
King Randall
But you bring up a great point,
Brian Glenn
David, that Marco Rubio is gaining ground on that, that second position. So he's closing the gap there. And for a number of reasons. I think that Marco Rubio has had to have several hats in the last 18 months of this administration and may perhaps that has elevated his status amongst the administration as being the next person to carry the torch of maga. But we've got a long way off to go before an official nomination happens. And I will say this. This is the same CPAC straw poll that thought that Zoran Mandani had a chance to be the Democrat nominee for president. Zoron wasn't even born in the U.S. so let's take a little bit of that into consideration, the accuracy of these straw polls. But nevertheless, there you have it.
Terrence Bates
J.D.
Brian Glenn
vance taking the lead with Marco Rubio coming in a close second.
Alison Hans
Well, whatever the case may be, it's certainly a great bench.
Brian Glenn
Absolutely. We have a great bench. I mean, we take a look at what the Democrats have and roll the tape on this. I said this years ago that Gavin Newsom would, in fact, be the nominee for the Republican Party. You can talk about all the destruction he's provided.
Terrence Bates
You mean the Democrats. Yeah, but I got you. Yeah, you got me.
Brian Glenn
But he comes from a very large state, fifth largest economy in the world, California. He's got a lot of financial backing behind him, so look for him to rise to the top amongst the Democrat Party.
Alison Hans
Okay. Well, Brian Glenn, thank you so much for being here this morning. We appreciate it.
Terrence Bates
Thank you. Thanks, Bea.
Brian Glenn
Thank you.
Alison Hans
Coming up, we check out the hottest headlines from the RAP newsroom with T. Bates. And later, a bombshell moment at cpac. Exiled Iranian leader Reza Pahlavi lays out a bold Make Iran great again and end the regime with a direct message to America. Hold the line. But how did the crowd react in the room? We have the answer as American Sunrise returns in two minutes.

President Trump at the White House today in Washington. He's got quote, signing time later today. I guess that's like story hour. Welcome back, everybody, to American Sunrise. I'm David Brody. We have a lot coming up on the show. We gotta get to T. Bates with the top headlines in the country. Is the top headline not UConn's buzzer beater over Duke? We'll find out in a second. Here's T. Bates sponsored by amac.

The association of Mature American Citizens is the conservative voice for Americans 50 and older.
Brian Glenn
AMAC is fighting for the values that you hold dear.
Terrence Bates
Join today. Together we can write the course of America. White House includes taking pictures with his years with this year's Excuse me, Class of the how White House interns 47 will also participate in a policy meeting and take time this afternoon to sign legislation. In the meantime, however, the Commander in Chief's construction. The Commander in Chief. The commander in construction. I tried to be smart here and I messed up. The line says the planned White House ballroom is ahead of schedule and under budget. His assessment of the project comes as a lawsuit seeking to stop the project moves forward. Aboard Air Force One on Sunday, the president showing off renderings of the new ballroom. As you can see here now, the military is building a big complex under the ballroom, which has come out recently because of a stupid lawsuit that was filed. But the military is building a massive complex under the ballroom and that's under
David Brody
construction and we're doing very well.
Terrence Bates
While President Trump is showing off what the new White House ballroom will look like, he's also waiting for Congress and the Senate to agree on funding the Department of Homeland Security so the TSA agents can get their paycheck. The DHS shutdown is now the longest partial government shutdown in U.S. history. The department is the fourth largest agency in the federal government and it makes up about 10% of the government's total workforce. The U.S. house has passed the stopgap DHS funding bill after House Republicans rejected a Senate bill that would have reopened the agency. DHS says more than 500 TSA agents have now quit their jobs due to the shutdown. Thousands more have called out of work. The world's decreasing oil supply due to Iran limiting maritime traffic through the Strait of Hormuz is forcing some difficult decisions for heads of state. President Trump, for instance, says he's considering seizing Iran's Kharg island oil terminal despite reported progress and cease fire negotiations with Iran. President Trump appears prepared to put boots on the ground if needed. In the meantime, Pakistan says it will host talks between Tehran and Washington soon. Iran's parliament speaker is dismissing the talks and instead focusing on the US Military buildup in the region, saying, quote, waiting for the arrival of American troops on the ground to set them on fire and punish their regional partners forever. A lot of tough talk coming from Iran this morning. Up next, the Pentagon is drawing up contingency plans for possible ground operations in Iran as thousands of U.S. troops and Marines move into that region. Officials say that action would likely be limited to raids, not a full scale invasion. Meantime, Spain is reportedly putting up a new roadblock for the ongoing operations. We'll have the latest on this developing situation coming up. Right now, though, quick look at this day in history. It was on this date in 1981 that President Ronald Reagan was shot outside of a Washington, D.C. hotel by John Hinckley, Jr. The gunman fired six shots, wounding Reagan and three others before Ultimately, ultimately being subdued. A bullet pierced Reagan's lung, but he survived surgery and returned to duties just days later. The dramatic event shocked the nation but also boosted Reagan's popularity as he recovered. More American Sunrise coming your way after this break.
David Brody
That is Fort Lauderdale, Florida, everybody, on a Monday morning in March about to be April. Hello. Welcome back, everybody, to American Sunrise. Pakistan says it will host talks between the United States and Iran in an effort to find a diplomatic way to end the month long war. Good luck with that. Iran warned the US Against a ground invasion while President Trump has floated options including pressure on Iran's oil exports as tensions remain high. Iran backed Houthi rebels have joined the conflict threatening regional shipping routes. Talks continue amid warnings from lawmakers about a prolonged war, even as diplomats meet to seek a path to peace. All right, let's bring in now Medal of Honor recipient and former U.S. army Staff Sergeant David. David, thank you so much for your service to this country first and foremost. Thank you.
David Bellavia
Thank you. I appreciate that.
David Brody
All right. So let me ask you about this war. Specifically, what just came across in the last 30 minutes? President Trump is up on Truth Social saying that they are going to conclude the U.S. will, quote, conclude our lovely stay is what he says in Iran if a deal's not reached by blowing up and completely obliterating all of their electric generating plants, oil wells and Carg island, also their desalinization plants. You can see it there, which we have purposely not yet touched. This will be in retribution for our many soldiers and others that Iran has butchered and killed over the old regime's 47 year reign of terror. I'm curious to get your reaction. This is a president that is finally doing what many other presidents said needed to be done.
David Bellavia
Yeah, I think the, the ground boots on the ground thing has been a little bit exaggerated in the sense that we have this mindset over the last 20 years with global war on terror, the boots on the ground is 120,000. That, that vacillates between 70 and 80,000. That this is going to go on for, you know, decades and time. Carg island is the epicenter of the entire economy of Iran. There was a video game battle Game three that my generation grew up playing. We talked about Cargill. That was the basis of battlefield 3. U.S. army, Europe, right after 9, 11, we had plans to go into Iran or Iraq. No one really knew what the future was. But Carg island has always been talked about. You've got a CENTCOM commander in Bradley Cooper that cut his teeth. He spent more time in the straight of Hormuz than he has at a hotel. 6. I mean, these Navy guys, this is not their first rodeo around the straits of Hormuz. And our military planners have been coming up with strategies for Carg island for the better part of 35 years. Guaranteed that.
Alison Hans
Well, Sergeant, something that I certainly don't want to pass over is your experiences in Iraq where you were boots on the ground, you were in Fallujah house to house. I mean, is that, that, is that something we could potentially see or is this, you know, as we're discussing something totally different?
David Bellavia
Completely different. There is no, first of all, there's, there's nothing like that built up area in Carg Island. Don't forget. I mean, we're talking about the Marines, we're talking about the 82nd Airborne, but there's also a lot of tier one elements and tools that no one seems to be talking about because we don't talk about those elements. Our Navy Seals, our Delta Force, our Rangers, they're certainly on the table as well. Remember when the regime was killing tens of thousands of their own citizens? There's a lot of serious talk from the President, United States, about don't do this, we're going to hit you. We weren't in a position with those two carrier groups to do anything while those protests were going on. That all changed while they were negotiating Geneva. Now you've got the assets. If you're going to hit the regime, it's got to be a sustained hit. Something that can't be over the horizon. You want them to suffer for what they did to the innocent people of Iran? At this point in these negotiations, right now, as we're discussing an end state to what happens in Iran, you have to have the stick in order to dangle the carrot. And that stick is we could go in there whenever we want. We can do whatever we want. And you need to comply or it's going to be bad for you. These are options the President has. But let's be honest. The Strait of Hormuz is what this is all about. If that opens up and oil starts to flow and the global markets stabilize, there is not a single. And there's a lot of pessimists out there on the Democrat side of Washington, D.C. there's not a single serious person that can look at this operation and not see it as an overwhelming success once the Strait of Hormuz opens up.
Alison Hans
But can I follow up with one question? What is the deal with the uranium and going after the uranium and it being under the ground? Can you talk a little bit about that?
David Bellavia
Yeah. So, I mean, those things have to be moved by people. But understand that this 60% enriched uranium, it doesn't have a shelf life. As far as an imminent threat. Right now, we know that the ballistic missile program would be the vehicle that they would take a weapon system and deploy that weapon system to their neighbors. So we're working on the munitions supply, that they have to reach out and touch people. But to actually build that warhead, what are they going to do with that 60% uranium right now? I mean, the threat is they can move it out of the region, they can give it to some of their proxies, they can make a dirty bomb with it. These are all threats that are definitely on the ledger. But as far as the. If you're going to make a list of the priorities right now, that 60% uranium eventually has to be removed by either an inspector or someone that has the protocol and the knowledge and the wisdom to be able to take that out and destroy it. But the fact is that's not a major concern right now. We know that they're not going to build a warhead while we're continuing to pummel them. And we know that that uranium is pretty much fixed where it is, how we find it. I'm confident that our intelligence apparatuses know where it is. It does have to be removed by human beings. But that's not necessarily what the mission would be for any potential incursion on the ground.
Terrence Bates
The President's truth social message from this morning starts with the United States of America is in serious discussions with a and this is capitalized new and more reasonable regime to end Africa military operations in Iran. I'd be curious to know who that regime is. In the meantime, we do know that Reza Pahlavi spoke at CPAC over the weekend and even promised to make Iran great again. Here's what he had to say about the chance of death to America that were previously heard in Iran. President Trump is making America great again. I intend to make Iran great again. Can you imagine Iran going from death to America to God bless America? Are we seeing people who are vying to be leaders in Iran trying to say all of the right things right now? And do you trust that they'll follow through on their promises if in fact installed, instilled, voted on, however it gets to the point where they take power?
David Bellavia
Well, you're onto something right there. It's one thing to convince the west and the rest of the world about the future of Iran. The real issue here is do the people of Iran believe that? And the one necessity, the common denominator we must get to as soon as possible is opening up the Internet. It's been over 30 days since the Iranian people and the rest of the world can see, number one, how much battle damage has actually been done to the Iranian regime. How bad is it for the mullahs and the ayatollah right now in Iran that needs to be socialized on the Internet. And the second thing is the people of Iran have to know that this has been a successful mission because now they can organize, they can communicate, and they can start planning for some of these things that we're seeing here in the United States and the talking points that are going around the world. It's great. But we're telling that to the tourists. The people of Iran have to see that this has been successful, that there's no tomorrow for the, for the, you know, the Islamists and the 12 Iranians. But more importantly, they need to organize and communicate how they're going to help out in the overthrow of the regime that is punished them for the better part of 50 years.
David Brody
David Bellavia, you are an American hero, a Medal of Honor recipient. And honestly, what you did in Fallujah, we've read the stories. You're not playing around. And we appreciate you. Thank you.
Terrence Bates
Thanks so much.
David Bellavia
Thank you. Thank you. God bless.
David Brody

Peter Gillooly
Thanks for finally having me. Allison.
Alison Hans
Oh, so happy you're here. How's your spring cleaning going?
Peter Gillooly
It's slow. Slower than I'd like.
Alison Hans
Okay, let's talk, we're going to talk today a little bit about inflammation and peptides. Okay. So first of all, what would you define as inflammation?
Peter Gillooly
So inflammation is something that people talk about all the time, but they really don't understand. So inflammation is the body's immune response to injury. Right. So it happens when you get a cut, get a scrape, you feel redness and swelling. But as we age, our immune system isn't quite as good anymore at responding to injury. And that's when chronic inflammation happens and leads to things like arthritis or chronic pain. It also is linked to other diseases like cardiac disease, cancer. So inflammation is a very important body process, but it can get out of whack as we get older.
Alison Hans
Okay, so I want to get into peptides in a second. But normally when people are suffering from chronic pain, essentially they're taking like painkillers or things like that, bombs. I'm not quite sure. What can peptides do to help people who are in pain or have inflammation?
Peter Gillooly
It's a great question, and you're absolutely right. The classic response and the big pharma response is to treat the symptoms, right? So take some ibuprofen, take a Tylenol, maybe rub some Icy Hot on it. That's great for temporary relief, but doesn't actually treat the root cause. That's where peptides come in. So RFK Jr. And President Trump have been working very hard to expand, expand the amount of peptides that are available to Americans. But peptides are simply signaling molecules. And there's a lot of peptides that you and I are very familiar with. For instance, insulin's a peptide, collagen's a peptide, semaglutide is a Peptide. All of these things affect how the body signals and communicates to itself internally. And the right peptides can actually help the immune system throttle back the inflammatory response, especially when it's malfunctioning.
Alison Hans
So through the wellness company, how do you know what peptides to take?
Peter Gillooly
Well, we try to make it easy for you. So we have designed a large variety of peptides for different needs from weight loss, but also for inflammation. So we have a peptide stack called regenerate which contains three peptides. It's in an oral form so you don't need to, you don't need to take a capsule. You just add it to water. We also have topical peptides like Therablue. These are peptides that absorb through the skin. It can help with surface inflammation like joint pain. Arthritis, Very popular, very common.
Alison Hans
I think I have the Therablue right here.
Peter Gillooly
That's right.
Alison Hans
So this is great. So you could. How do you take the therablue?
Peter Gillooly
Therablue is a simple gel and I think people are most familiar with something like an icy hot. That's great. This is next level. So you can simply apply it to your shoulder. A joint that's painful. The nice part about this is the absorption is almost instantaneous. There's no sticky, sticky residue that gets in your clothes afterwards. There's no obnoxious smell or that overly tingling sensation it absorbs right away and you're pain free.
Alison Hans
Check it out at the wellness company. Peter, thank you so much. Thanks for being here today. We appreciate your insight.
Peter Gillooly
Thank you.
Alison Hans
Okay, coming up, David Brody had the chance to sit down with Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton at Sarah cpac. Paxton is gearing up for a showdown with Senator John Cornyn and the stakes couldn't be higher. Find out how confident he really is in this runoff race. That's next on American Sunrise.
David Brody
Hey folks. Coffee pods are easy, but most of them are just caffeine and really nothing else. Rejuvenate pods our built differently. They're actually clean arabica pods infused with caakg. That's a compound that's linked to longevity, metabolism and deep cellular energy. It's the easiest way to get better focus, smoother energy and long term benefits without changing your routine. I choose them because they match the lifestyle. I want more. As a matter of fact, I'm drinking it right now as we speak.
Terrence Bates
Look at that.
David Brody
I mean, I take a sip on the air, but then I may burp more energy, more clarity and more intention in how I start my day. If you're going to drink Coffee. Anyway. Make it one that actually supports the life you're building. Head to 1775coffee.com, grab and try rejuvenate pods today. Don't just drink coffee. Rejuvenate. All right, now that we are caffeinated, time to stay awake, not woke. Today we're discussing Texas Attorney General and Senate candidate Ken Paxton, who I had the chance to sit down with at cpac. He's taking on, excuse me, long term Senator John Cornyn. And of course, everybody is waiting to see if or who President Trump will endorse in the race. Here is my interview with Ken Paxton.
Terrence Bates
Have a look.
Ken Paxton
The major problem is you've got DC money coming here. 100 million was spent last time by junk. It's the most expensive incumbent race ever. The most they've ever spent on an incumbent. I spent 5 million. We. He beat me by a point. But there are another 18% that did not vote for him. Plus we're in a runoff, which tends to be more conservative. So I feel very confident that one, the money will be closer this time. And really, if I can just get my message out about John Cornyn and what he's done to hurt Texas, whether it's voting with John Joe Biden to restrict Second Amendment rights or helping him bring in Afghan refugees without vetting them and creating risk here and being for amnesty or just fighting President Trump on the border wall or just fighting President Trump from being reelected. He did not want President Trump re elected and he said so.
David Brody
Yeah. What do you make, let's say you get through the primary. What do you make of this, the general election case for you? Because there is going to be the critics, you've heard them obviously, who say, you know, John, John Cornyn can win a general election, but Ken Paxton cannot. What's your reaction?
Ken Paxton
Let me just say this. When I get through the primary, okay, I'm going to get through the primary and beat John Cornyn. Yeah, they've made that argument. I've run 13 statewide races and done it with very little money. I'm always outspent, and yet I perform as well as people that are spending four times the money or sometimes, you know, much more than that.
David Brody
Why do you think that is, by the way?
Ken Paxton
Because I think the voters of Texas are smart. I mean, they don't necessarily buy into all the negative advertisements being being run by these people. So James Talarico, is there a new. You know, I guess I don't know how to.
David Brody
Choir boy.
Ken Paxton
Choir boy, yeah. The reality is he's. He's he's been a state rep. He's accomplished nothing. He has no accomplishments. He hasn't, I mean, he can't name one. And he has very radical views for Texas. Maybe it works in California, maybe it would work in Illinois or New York, but it does not work in Texas. To say that God is non binary or that it's a, we should hold the religious view that men should be allowed to compete against women in sports, that's crazy. And that is not Texas values. But James Talarico, that's his views. And there are many more of the radical views once they're exposed. And you know, the mainline media, they're not going to expose it. We're going to have to do it with the advertisements showing him saying this.
David Brody
Let me get back to the primary. It's a situation you probably don't want to contemplate, but you clearly have, which is if President Trump decides to endorse and it is not you and it is Cornyn, what's happening at that point?
Ken Paxton
So, I mean, the, the, where we're at now, we're both on the ballot no matter what.
David Brody
So there's no getting, you're not, you're, you're staying.
Ken Paxton
There's nothing I can do. I literally. He can't get off the ballot. John. If John Cornyn did not, if he did not get the endorsement, which I think is a possibility at this point, he can't get off the ballot. Even if, if, even if God came down and said get off the ballot, there's no getting off the ballot in Texas after March 18th.
David Brody
Yeah. So just so you said, if he does, what's the possibility that he, as in Cornyn, doesn't get the endorsement?
Ken Paxton
Oh, absolutely. I don't know why you're assuming he would.
David Brody
No, I'm just wondering.
Ken Paxton
No, I mean, I don't think, I don't, I mean, the President makes his own decisions, but I don't think it's any kind of foregone conclusion that he gets or I gets or that there is an endorsement at all. I mean, I think the reality here is the MAGA people, the MAGA voters have supported me and they support Donald Trump. They do not support John Cornyn. His people are different people. They are not, they're not MAGA voters. And basically Trump and I have the same supporters.
David Brody
Can I ask you a straight up question? Has it been a little bit frustrating, truth serum injection here that the President hasn't endorsed you? Because, because isn't it somewhat of a no brainer from a MAGA perspective.
Ken Paxton
Look, I mean, if I were making the decision, of course he'd endorse me. Yeah, I think he should endorse me. But I get. He's got a lot of other considerations. Look, there's a lot of pressure on him from these senators. There's a lot of pressure on him from internal staff that are, you know, more Bush, Karl Rove aligned. But that's just. He's got to deal with a lot more than he's fighting a war. He's fighting for our country. And he's dealing with a lot of issues. I don't, I don't fault him for, for having to deal with really complicated issues. But I love President Trump. I've been loyal to him. I love what he's doing for our country. And no matter what happens, I'm a
David Brody
President Trump guy and you're a MAGA guy. But beyond maga, how do you convince others, independents and folks that are conservative Republican, but not necessarily in the MAGA movement, if you will, how do you convince them to say, hey, hello, you're just talking common sense principles here.
Ken Paxton
We talk about the common sense principles. We talk about if you want men and women's sports, your guys Talarico. If you want women to be able to have the opportunity to compete without men in their sports, you vote for Ken Paxton. There are simple issues. If you want higher taxes, you vote for Dallarico. If you want lower taxes, you vote for Ken Paxton. If you, if you care about the Second Amendment and you want, you want your gun rights, rights protected, you vote for Ken.
Terrence Bates
Pegs.
Ken Paxton
If you want them restricted, you vote for James Talarico. It couldn't be more clear. Every issue is, like, not close.
David Brody
Yeah. I guess my last question is, how do you think ultimately this is going to go? Obviously, you're encouraged. You think you're going to win, but what needs to go right between now and May 26?
Ken Paxton
I mean, for us, it's just basically getting our message out. And it's about raising enough money to put that out. Because I am convinced if the voters know they can hear John Cornyn talk about how and hear Joe Biden congratulating John Cornyn on being a great ally in restricting Second Amendment rights, that's damaging. If I can show John Cornyn criticizing the border wall over and over and over, if I can show John Cornyn's votes for amnesty and pushing that agenda, and if I can show him criticizing Donald Trump and saying he is not our guy, his day has passed. The truth is John Corner's day has passed.
David Brody
Ken Paxton, thanks for being here.
Ken Paxton
Thank you.
David Brody
Thank you. Appreciate it.
Ken Paxton
Yeah, absolutely.
David Brody
All right. Ken Paxton, here with us on American Sunrise. We want to know what you think. Let us know on rumble, get or hop on unless you're and let your voice be heard. Coming up, exploring the reality of angels and demons. A closer look at claims, evidence and testimonies to explore the supernatural. Do not miss our deep dive into spiritual mysteries next on American center.
Hi Rez
My grandparents taught me I should never take America for granted. The second God bless the USA.
Ken Paxton
In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth.
Alison Hans
Welcome back to American Sunrise. Thanks so much for joining us this morning. It's time now for our moment of faith brought to us by Lee Greenwood and the God Bless the USA Bible Today. We're diving into the mysterious journalist Billy Hallowell takes us on a journey into the supernatural in his new documentary Investigating the Angels and Demons. The film explores claims of angelic encounters, demonic activity and miracles. Featuring interviews with scientists, doctors, theologians and eyewitnesses. Hallowell says it's not about sensationalism, it's about evidence examination and letting you, the viewer, decide what to believe. He also notes that belief in a spiritual realm is far more common than many realize. And he hopes this film sparks deeper conversations about faith in every home. And now let's bring in the man himself, Billy Hollowell. Billy, good morning to you.
Billy Hallowell
Good morning. Thanks for having me.
Alison Hans
Oh, I am so excited to talk about this. I have to tell you, this stuff fascinates me. Some of it freaks me out a little bit. So tell me a little bit about how you were inspired to do this film.
Terrence Bates
Yeah.
Billy Hallowell
You know, so our director, Jared Anderson, who is incredible, this was really his brainchild initially, we're going to do a TV show and we said, okay, let's do three episodes. We'll cover miracles. We'll cover angels and angels and demons and we will cover heaven and hell. And that was sort of our plan. And as soon as we got out in the field and started looking at Miracles, which was our first film that came out last year, we were like, this cannot be a 30 minute show. This is a full feature film. And this is a feature film series because these are massive. And when you're going out and you're looking at individual stories and trying to sort of tie together a narrative and provide evidence to people, it just becomes overwhelming. You know, in each of these films, in investigating the supernatural, angels and demons, for instance, you know, we tell three key stories that we center everything around and we Bring in experts, and we bring in people who, you know, are well known, like Lee Strobel and John Burke and others and theologians. But then we also have reenactments of these stories. And, you know, we cover everything in this, from angels, obviously, down to demons. And there's a lot to unpack there, but it really has been a faith inspiring journey for me as well.
Alison Hans
So what is one story that is going to blow people away?
Billy Hallowell
There are so many stories in here that are gonna blow people away. One of them on the demonic realm that was so fascinating to me is Dr. Richard Gallagher, who's a psychiatrist in New York City and the New York City area. He was brought in as a consultant to the Catholic Church to basically determine whether people were dealing with mental health or spiritual health and what that exactly looked like. And he was a skeptic until he started getting into some of the stories. And he very quickly became a believer as he was investigating. One of those stories that he dealt with was a woman named Julia. And Julia was rare in that she was very literally a Satan worshiper. She worshiped the devil and was part of a cult. And as a result of that, claimed that she had certain abilities that she enjoyed. But she recognized that there were dangers and she also wanted healing. And so her journey was. Is remarkable. There are numerous stories that are absolutely unbelievable of what Dr. Gallagher witnessed with her. Everything from being able to astral project, which is where she could tell you what was going on far away in key detail. She could see those things the first time he met her, just as an example of an individual story. It might seem comical at first, but it's a little freaky on the surface. He had two cats, Dr. Gallagher, and the day he agreed to. To help with this priest, you know, vetting these stories, there was a. There was one evening where the two cats that he and his wife had, they never fought, they never had a problem. Those cats were going at it in the middle of the night.
King Randall
His.
Billy Hallowell
He woke up, his wife woke up, they separated the cats. They thought it was kind of weird. The next morning, his doorbell rings. The priest is there with this Julia woman who he had never met. She knew nothing about him. And then one of the first things she says to him is, how did you like what I did with those cats last night? And so it's that sort of. I know it's that sort of thing, though. And, you know, we let. We laugh. But this is a person who is deeply, deeply afflicted. And her story is very sad. I won't spoil it now.
King Randall
But we.
Alison Hans
Yeah, well, we will. We will tune in. Where can we, where can we find it?
Billy Hallowell
You can go to cbn.com supernatural this is amazing, Billy.
Alison Hans
We've run out of time. I could have you all morning long, but I will definitely be checking this out, even though I am a little freaked out. Thank you so much for being here this morning.
King Randall
Thank you.
Alison Hans
We'll be back with the second hour of American Sunrise in just two minutes. Stick around.
Terrence Bates
Coming up on this second hour of America Sunrise, the Pentagon is preparing for potential ground operations in Iran. All of this comes as President Trump announces negotiations to end the war are underway. We'll have the very latest for you in just a moment. Plus, demonstrators gathered around the country as part of the so called no Kings rally over the weekend to voice opposition to President Trump. Reaction and analysis on those protests throughout the act. And then later, the results of the CPAC straw poll have Vice President J.D. vance smiling this morning and the MAGA base talking about the 2028 White House ahead. Find out who is surging in the polls, though and giving voters something else to think about. Those stories and so much more right now on this second hour of American Sunrise.
David Brody
Good morning America. Welcome to American Sunrise.
Terrence Bates
Whether it's culture, we have breaking news
David Brody
to share with you.
Terrence Bates
Politics.
David Brody
President Trump is joining us live now from Florida.
Terrence Bates
We've got you covered.
David Brody
This is what it looks like to be a patriot.
Terrence Bates
We have to protect the American family.
David Brody
The American dream is still alive. I'm David Brody.
Alison Hans
I'm Terrence and and I'm Dr. Gina.
David Brody
Welcome back, everybody, to the second hour of American Sunrise. I'm David Brody coming to you from D.C. let's bring in Allison Hans, who's in West Palm this morning for Dr. G and T. Bates in our Denver newsroom. Good morning, Allison. Let me just say I want our condolences. I know you're a Duke Blue Devil fan. Terrence and I are ecstatic this morning. Oh, I shouldn't be doing that because your Duke Blue Devils lost in a buzzer beater to UConn. So our condolences this morning, Alex.
Alison Hans
Thank you very much. It was a very painful evening. But I'm always the optimist. And the way that I look at it is that when something like this happens to a team, it just gives them extra oomph for the season ahead. So we will be back next year.
David Brody
All right. They got some oomph yesterday. T. Bates. They got some anti oomph.
Terrence Bates
You know what? I'm paying attention and listening to my mom, she always says, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. So I'm just gonna go ahead and let you guys have this one, David. Because everything that I have to say about Duke is probably gonna be negative and not nice.
David Brody
Okay?
Alison Hans
Zip it. Thank you. Thank you, love.
David Brody
Yeah, but in a bless your heart sort of way.
Terrence Bates
Exactly. Like. Cause I'm not gonna lie, Alison, this is very hard for me not to say something, but I'm trying to be. I'm trying to be hospitable and diplomatic here, so I'm gonna move on. Go UConn.
Alison Hans
Thank you, Terrence and Brody, thank you for the prayer before the show, because I think that that is lent this conciliation this morning.
Terrence Bates
There you go. David, I'm gonna call you privately, though, saying all the negative things that I want to say on public.
David Brody
Let's go. Let's go, Team Ace. Let's go.
Terrence Bates
There you go. All right, guys, let's get to a couple of quick headlines here. President Trump says the planned White House ballroom is ahead of schedule and under budget. His assessment of the project comes as a lawsuit seeking to stop the project moves forward aboard Air Force One on Sunday. The president showing off renderings of the new ballroom. Now, the military is building a big complex under the ballroom, which has come out recently because of a stupid lawsuit that was filed. But the military is building a massive complex under the ballroom, and that's under construction, and we're doing very well. 47. Also waiting for Congress and the Senate to agree on funding the Department of Homeland Security so that TSA agents can finally get their paychecks. The DHS shutdown is now the longest partial government shutdown in U.S. history. The department is the fourth largest agency in the federal government, and it makes up just under 10% of the government's total workforce. President Trump signed an executive order on Friday for DSA agents for DHS. Excuse me. To pay TSA agents. The U.S. house also passed a stopgap DHS funding bill after House Republicans rejected a Senate bill that would have reopened the age. The world's decreasing oil supply due to Iran limiting maritime traffic through the Strait of Hormuz is forcing some difficult decisions for heads of state. President Trump, for instance, saying that he is considering seizing Iran's Kharg island oil terminal. Despite reported progress in ceasefire negotiations with Iran, President Trump appears prepared to put U.S. boots on the ground if needed. Meantime, Pakistan is says it will host talks between Tehran and Washington, D.C. soon. Iran's parliament speaker, however dismissing the talks and instead focusing on the US Military buildup in the region, saying, quote, waiting for the arrival of American troops on the ground to set them on fire and punish their regional partners forever. Yeah, we'll see how that works for you. Those are just some of the day's headlines. We'll have more headlines coming your way in just a little bit. But now let's get a quick check of your forecast for with Weather Nation meteorologist Tracy Anthony Tracey. Happy Monday to you. Good morning.
Alison Hans
Hey, Happy Monday. Good morning. We've got a couple big weather headlines, and they're similar to last week, even with the fire danger because the record heat across the Central Plains is returning. So once again, we could have temperatures soaring into the mid-90s across the Central Plains. Now, with that heat in place, we also have a chance for severe thunderstorms. So today it's the Great Lakes we're going to watch. We're also going to be watching that same system into tomorrow and tracking a system down across the Southern Plains. Areas like Texas, Oklahoma, actually, three days of severe weather outlooks will be possible. So daytime highs today, 70s all the way up to the Twin Cities, Denver 81 and New York 61. A lot of us feeling pretty nice and toasty for the last couple of days of March.
Terrence Bates
Terrence, Tracy, thank you so much. We'll talk to you tomorrow. Have a great rest of the day.
Alison Hans
You, too.
Terrence Bates
All right, let's get you over to David. Hey, David. This is a sound that's really become near and dear to my heart over the last eight hours or so. Guys. Can you play this for me? A buzzer beater. UConn wins, Duke loses. I just love that. 3, 2, 1. And UConn wins.
King Randall
Ha.
Terrence Bates
Made my week. All right. Yeah. Isn't that a beautiful sound?
David Brody
Thank you. Thank you. That's beautiful. By the way, we are both Terp fans, and that's the main reason why we can't stand Dukes. Just so everybody understands.
Brian Glenn
All right.
Terrence Bates
Yeah.
David Brody
T. Bates, I love it. All right, let's move on, I guess. President Trump says the United States of America, that's us, that's our country, is in what he calls serious discussions to end military operations in Iran. This comes as thousands of troops have been deployed to the region while the administration considers ground troop operations. Over the weekend, President Trump said combat operations in the region are actually ahead of schedule. Here is what he said yesterday.
Terrence Bates
We're weeks ahead of schedule. If you would have said that in three days, we were going to knock out 158 ships their entire Navy, which we did, we knocked out their entire Air Force. We knocked out most of their missiles. And that's why you see missile attacks. But they're down to, they're sputtering. And we have a group, it's really a new regime. It's a new group of people, people that we've never dealt with before that are acting very reasonable. It is truly regime change.
David Brody
All right. Joining us now with analysis is longtime advisor to President Trump. That would be Bruce Leavell. Bruce, good morning to you. So potential ground operations typically mean a much longer operation. What do you think? You think the president pulls the trigger on this? Good morning to you.
Bruce Leavell
Well, good morning. Happy Monday. Well, I'm praying that we don't have to result to that. Obviously, we, we remember the Desert Storm, Desert Shield and what have you. I'm praying that we just exhaust all our, all our negotiations. And if we have to get to that, then, you know, I support the President, of course, because, you know, obvious reasons, but I'm thinking that there's going to be a deal. I really believe, I think that, you know, with the overall whelming, like, success, what he's done in the first term with the Abraham Accords, you know, a lot of these nations, and I have friends in Israel, I do business with Israel for years. I know a lot of different folks around the region, from Dubai to United Arabs. And these folks have, have, you know, it's kind of like this, guys. It's like, look, we can all respectfully hate each other, but let's do some business, let's trade. And I think essentially that's essentially what, what President Trump did in the first term. And I actually text Jared one day when they did the infomercial about what were the Abraham Accords, what are they doing? And I said, man, run some more of that. So, you know, educate the region, the public, the US and everyone in the world about how critical it is just to, you know, be that, that leader and say, hey, guys, let's, let's trade, let's do business. So I'm hoping, praying that those fruits of fruition of him being, you know, pushing that forward, that will, it will transpond into the, as they say, the new regime. And everyone like, look, let's, come on, guys, let's, let's, let's, let's get going and do some business. Because if, if no one's doing business, it literally shuts down the world, it shuts down the region, and it just creates more economic chaos. So I'm praying that the economics are going to supersede over the. Over the ignorance. So just let's stay prayed up.
Terrence Bates
All right, Bruce, I'm going to need you to walk me off the ledge with this whole idea of a new regime. President Trump saying that we're talking to people within the government. My issue is or my concern. It's not an issue, but my concern is if we can't say the name of these people, then how much real influence do they have to truly change the regime? Walk me off the ledge. I'm trusting you here.
Bruce Leavell
You mean the five championships that Duke has versus Yukon?
Alison Hans
Thank you.
Bruce Leavell
Okay.
Terrence Bates
Really? You gonna do me like that?
Bruce Leavell
Which one has the better education anyway?
David Brody
Let's go to this. Oh, gosh.
Terrence Bates
Wow.
Bruce Leavell
So
Terrence Bates
I can't trust anything you say now. Oh, well, you know, Bruce, I'm listening. Go ahead.
Bruce Leavell
Fly me to the moon. So anyway, Terrence, So to answer your question a little bit. Okay, you know, what were we talking about? You got to remember this. Okay, let me. Let me put it in two facets here. Number one, President Trump never reveals his hand. Y' all should know that. Number two, you have a commander in chief in the Oval Office that owes no favors and has no alliance to the military industrial complex and all the other things that would. That would want to motivate, to escalate things like this. I'll just leave it right there like we had historically in the past. So this is where my comfort comes in the fact that, once again, here you have a Commander in Chief, 2nd term, 47th President of the United States, that ran on a platform back in the beginning, you know, from. From the time we were there at the escalators in 15, that I will not entertain special interest. I will not take pay to play. I will do what the. What's right for the people. So you have to trust that process versus someone that's in there that has knowingly and willingly done business with some of those particular entities that I mentioned. So this is a different game here. I say game at a different, different time with a president, once again, that doesn't owe favors or anything like that. So I'm going to trust the process. I'm going to trust the fact that he's one of the best negotiators, and I'm hopefully. I'm praying that we'll negotiate out of this. Terrence. So come on off the ledge because the water's deep.
Terrence Bates
I can't. Come on. You pushed me off before you even gave me an answer. I asked the guy to walk me off the ledge and he pushes me. David, look at this man.
Alison Hans
Bruce, you can sing us out to Devil in a Blue Dress.
David Brody
Hey, Bruce. Just remember, they're the Duke Blue Devils. They're not the Blue. The Duke Blue Angels. Just to be clear, they're the Devils. Thank you, Bruce.
Terrence Bates
Good to see you, Bruce.
Bruce Leavell
All right, thanks for having me.
David Brody
Now we need the buzzer. That's the buzzer meter.
David Bellavia
All right.
David Brody
Coming up, FBI Director Cash Patel says he's considering releasing files related to California representative Eric Swalwell. Another. And his alleged interaction with Chinese spy Fang Fang. We're gonna break it down after the break. Back in a moment.
Hi Rez
Don't care if you say it's the world. God bless America.
Terrence Bates
Welcome back to American Sunrise. It's now time to drain the swamp. And this morning we're flushing out California congressman Eric Swalwell. FBI Director Cash Patel pushing to release investigative files on Swalwell. It's a move that's drawing attention because the original probe didn't lead to any charges. Director Patel has ordered agents to gather and redact records from a decade old investigation to endos interaction with with the suspected Chinese intelligence operative named Fang Fang. The plan is to make those files public. Critics say the bureau doesn't normally release files from closed investigations without charges, adding that it could be potentially politically motivated. We definitely want to know what you think about all of this. Let us know on get on Rumble. Hop on. Let your voice be heard. Go on to our YouTube channel as well. Let your voice be heard. Can't wait to hear your thoughts. Coming up here on American Southern. Help shape the next generation. Discipline, skills and purpose. How the X for the boys is making an impact. That's next.
Hi Rez
America the home of the bridge brave out of the usa. God bless America. Greatest country on earth. Don't care if you say it's the world. God bless America. The truth and the lies born here is where I die. So let's water this garden and let the whole world know that America is the promise. The last begin of.
Terrence Bates
Welcome back everyone. A live look at New York City. New York City. We're getting ready for the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange. It's set to ring here in just a little bit. Here's a quick look at the futures markets. As you can tell, it's green top to bottom. I can tell you that trading probably not going to start so hot when it comes to the actual opening bell. But we'll take you there live here in just a minute. And we of course will be monitoring all of it for you here on Real America's Voice. First, though, let's get you over to our devil in the blue dress, our Duke girl. That would be Alison Hines. Allison, good morning to you.
Alison Hans
Thank you, Terrence. Well, a new report is shedding light on a shift happening inside American households. The rise of stay at home dads. An article in Fortune magazine finds that stay at home dads now make up 18% of stay at home parents. But the main reasons for that are job loss. Only a quarter say they're home to care for their children. Now, one organization is flipping all this on its head. It's stepping in to make a real difference. The X for the Boys, based in Albany, Georgia, strives to help boys grow into men who can lead, provide, and give back to their communities. Let's take a look.
King Randall
So we got milk, chicken breasts, apples,
Terrence Bates
paper towels, ground beef, bread, juice, onions, eggs.
King Randall
Now, listen, when your wife made this list, I'm gonna explain to you what she did. What she did was went in the kitchen and just went and saw everything she ain't got and she just wrote it all down. You understand?
Terrence Bates
With it being wrote down like that ain't none of it categorized.
King Randall
You understand?
Alison Hans
Yes.
King Randall
So in order to lessen our time in the store, what we're going to do is we're going to categorize these.
Terrence Bates
First of all, what we even need
King Randall
to get to even grocery shop a buggy, somebody go grab.
Alison Hans
And joining us now is the man behind it all, King Randall, founder of the X for Boys. King, good morning to you.
King Randall
Good morning. How are you?
Alison Hans
I'm doing great. Okay. Stay at home dads or missing dads altogether, what inspired you to start this mission to focus on boys and turning boys into men?
King Randall
Well, I grew up with a full family, grew up with my grandfathers and uncles and different things. Had a lot of men in my community that helped to mold me. And so for me, I saw so many young men without structure, without guidance, and just in our hometown of Albany, Georgia, we have a very high crime rate amongst our youth. And I saw that we didn't have any true rehabilitative programs for juvenile offenders and just somewhere where kids thought it was cool to do the right thing. And so that's what the atmosphere that we've created for our boys here in Albany at the X4 boys program we started in 2019. And we're just, we're getting the ball rolling now.
Alison Hans
That's just amazing. I happened to see your videos on TikTok and I was blown away and reached out to you. I want to take a look at another amazing, amazing video. We see you teaching the young boys something as simple but critical as how to prepare and dress for a job interview. I love this one. Let's take a look.
King Randall
A job interview. You always put on one of these shirts. You understand me?
Alison Hans
Yes, sir.
King Randall
You will not at any point wear any other shirt than a dress shirt to a job interview. You understand me?
Terrence Bates
Yes, sir.
King Randall
All right, listen.
Terrence Bates
They are going to learn how to iron.
King Randall
You understand that?
Alison Hans
Yes, sir.
King Randall
You might be going on a date with your wife and you gonna want
Terrence Bates
to know how to, like, help her get ready.
King Randall
You might want to iron her clothes for. Just give you some brownie points for
Terrence Bates
later that even you understand?
Alison Hans
Yes, sir.
King Randall
So before we turn the iron on, what we gonna do?
Alison Hans
Use an adult.
Terrence Bates
Make sure there's an adult by you.
King Randall
We're gonna make sure an adult is around.
Terrence Bates
You understand that?
Chad Bianco
Yes, sir.
Alison Hans
That's the kind of lesson a lot of people take for granted. I mean, what are these young boys up against today that makes this type of guidance so important?
King Randall
It's important because again, a lot of these children are missing it. And also, like where we live, there are not many livable wage jobs where I live here in Albany, Georgia. So with that being of their moms are working, a lot of their parents are working. And so a lot of these children are missing those basic daily instructional things that they would get from their mom or from their dad. And so this is where we're just trying to help fill in many of these lessons they'll take with them as they get older. I remember I learned these lessons.
Terrence Bates
I remember I learned how to iron.
King Randall
I remember I learned how to change oil on a car and all these things. But these boys don't know that. They don't know basic etiquette for certain things. And so this is what we're trying to teach our boys. It's extremely important for them to be able to thrive in the world, to be able to go get their own job, to become an entrepreneur. They just have to know the basics first. And this is what we're trying to teach, which is why our students and our program stands out so much. Because you get young men who don't know how to give the proper greeting of the day. They don't know how to say, yes, ma', am, no, ma', am, yes, sir. No, sir. They don't know how to do the basic things. And so this is where we're starting. We're just going to start out with the basics and then we're going to open the world up for them and show them different things they could do, show them different ways that they could be successful rather than just playing basketball or football.
Alison Hans
Why is it so important to have that male figure around?
King Randall
The male figure is extremely important because what we've done in the school systems or in just life in general, is we don't reward children enough for doing the right thing. And this is where a man will come in and understand that when you work a job and you get to Friday, you want to get paid. So sometimes when these children are doing what they're supposed to do, doing the right thing, cleaning their room, doing their homework or whatever, there's no reward for it. But then the children who are being unruly or being bad, they get rewards at the end of the week for not doing the wrong thing. But children who are doing the right thing deserve to be rewarded. And so how can we incentivize children to continue doing the right thing? By creating an environment where they're rewarded and where it's cool to do the right thing. They have to understand that they have good consequences also for the different things that they do in their lives. And if we never show them that there are good consequences, why would they continue trying to do the right thing? And this is where our men step up to the plate and decide to go take back our communities and show our young men there are other ways to make it. There are true ways to get out of your neighborhood, There are true ways to make it out of your city, and there are two ways to be successful.
Alison Hans
I love the fact that you're always including a wife in these stories. I think that's very unique because the family has broken down. I think that there's divorce everywhere or the dads are, are not around and you're always talking about the wife. So you're putting that idea into the kids heads like early on. And I think they'll remember that.
King Randall
Yeah, we get a lot of flack about that sometimes. You know, a lot of people don't like that. I mentioned a wife in all the videos. Every video that you've seen lately, I mentioned a wife in some form or fashion. Because the students subconsciously are going to understand that they are going to be married. You're not just going to be responsible for yourself. There is no need to be selfish. So right now we're breeding selflessness in them already without even having to directly teach it. I just say, hey, you know, your wife's gonna need XYZ or your daughter's gonna need xyz, because it's not all about me. And some people will say, well, they should learn how to do these things because, you know, they may be single or they may, you know, not have a family. Well, if I'm going to the grocery store teaching them how to shop for their wife, they're also learning how to shop for themselves. The main lessons are, yes, there are different types of milk. There are different types of bread. They didn't know these things. They didn't know to think about these things. Or when we take them to Home Depot to learn how to find a light switch or learn how to find a plug and a socket that goes in the wall or a ceiling fan or whatever. Like, these kids aren't knowing these everyday things. And so we're showing them that the world is big and there are different things that you can learn. And so when we share things about the wife, we're just subconsciously showing them that you have to be selfless as a man. And, yes, you will have a family one day. And families aren't wrong.
Alison Hans
And, King, this is a nonprofit. I want you to raise as much money as possible. Where can people donate?
King Randall
You can donate at the xforboys.org that's T-H-E X F-O-R-B-O-Y-S.org. you can go there to see everything about us. All of our pictures, videos, social media handles, whatever you want to see. It's all on the extraboys.org and we appreciate your support.
Alison Hans
I want to know if there's an age limit, because I know a lot of grown men who could benefit from your advice.
King Randall
Yeah, we are ages 7 through 9 at the moment. The program is completely free. I want to make mention of that. We don't get any government grants. This is exclusively people funded. We have the students five days a week. We pick them up from school. We feed them every day. We send them home with toiletries, laundry detergent, dish soap, whatever they need. We try to make sure their parents have it and they have everything that they need, but it's all free. All because of people like you who believe in what we're doing.
Alison Hans
Absolutely love it. King Randall, thank you so much for your time this morning. Absolutely appreciate it. Thank you.
King Randall
My pleasure.

We're going to take a quick break and I'm going to get myself a new iron. Still to come here on American Sunrise, the CPAC straw poll is out and it shows that Vice President J.D. vance is the top pick for the GOP's nominee in 2028. At this stage of the game, however, Secretary of State Marco Rubio is making an impressive surge. We'll break down the numbers for you next.

die Rav Family Real America's music has a new track to push to the top of the charts. God Bless America by hi Rez. Let's show the left we're proud to be Americans. Scan the QR code or search God Bless America on itunes today. Welcome back to American Sunrise. I'm Alison Hans. Thanks so much for joining us this morning. We invite you to join the conversation on getter and rumble time now to take the political pulse of America the beat. Today, CPAC's straw poll is offering an early look at where the MAGA base stands heading into 2028. Vice President J.D. vance topped the field, winning 53% support among attendees as their preferred choice for the next Republican presidential nominee. However, State Secretary Marco Rubio made a significant surge, jumping to 35%, signaling he could be a serious contender in 2028. Well, the CPAC straw poll isn't a scientific measure. It does offer a snapshot of grassroots conservative sentiment, and this year's results are already sparking conversation about the future of the gop. To discuss more, let's bring in David Brody and Terence Bates. Okay, gentlemen. David, I will begin with you first. What's your read on this? Is this. Is this Vance's race to lose, or is Rubio just getting started?
David Brody
Both. I think it's Vance's race to lose because he's obviously in a prime position as vice president, and he's got the 53%. Here's the thing, and this is really important to understand because, you know, I've been. I've seen this rodeo before. The CPAC straw poll. It's important to understand who's being surveyed there, right? We always say maga. It's true. It's maga. It's populous people. Right. It's more of a populist bent. So the fact that J.D. vance, I have to say, only has 53% is a concern. The fact that Rubio is getting 35% of the populist MAGA vote should surprise a lot of folks because normally Rubio has been more of an establishment guy, a little bit more of a mainstream conservative. So the fact that he's doing so well among MAGA conservatives gives rise to the thought that he could actually do a whole lot better than that 35%. Because remember, that's MAGA. Then you throw in the GOP establishment and Rubio is loved by the GOP establishment. I know that doesn't excite MAGA, but it's true. Rubio can appeal to Hispanic voters. He can appeal to independent voters. You put all of that together, that 35% is a floor, it's not a ceiling. It's going to go much higher when you get into a Republican potential Republican primary. So that's the concern. The fact that JD Vance needs to do way better with MAGA. 53% ain't gonna cut it. He's gotta do 80% with MAGA to have a shot more as the full Republican nominee. That's my take.
Terrence Bates
T. Bates No, I get it. And I think you make some very salient points here, David. I'll just say this. These numbers are fun to talk about, but they really don't mean anything until get into 20, 2027. There's so much that is going to happen that could happen. There's so many other candidates who will jump in the race. There are probably some America first candidates out there who who have maybe had a falling out, if you will, with maga, but still see themselves very much as America first who may get some traction in the coming years. A lot is going to happen between now and 2028. And again, these numbers, it's very fun to talk about, but in my mind they don't really mean a whole lot. If we're talking about these numbers in 2027, then you'll have my attention.
David Brody
Well, and let me just say that that's also another problem for J.D. vance because I believe that an America first type candidate will get in, whether that be at MTG or, you know, people talk about Tucker Carlson. I don't know about that. But the point is that somebody in that America First, America only, I call him America Only camp will get in. That's a problem for J.D. vance because that's part of his base. It's not so much Rubio. It won't affect Rubio as much as it will Vance. So we'll see. All right, let's move on now to California where we have a sheriff who has obtained more than half a million ballots as part of an investigation into potential voter fraud in the Golden State. Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco, who is also running for governor, as we know we've had him on the show before, has now taken possession of more than a half a million ballots, claiming there are major discrepancies that need to be reviewed. Well, guess what? Sheriff Chad Bianco is actually with us again. He joins us on American Sunrise. Sheriff, good morning to you. So what specific evidence are we looking at here in terms of irregularities that led you to seize these ballots? What are you hoping to prove through the investigation? Good morning to you.
Chad Bianco
Good morning. Appreciate being here. It's very, very, very easy. And unfortunately, these politicians are lying to everyone and making it very, very difficult. This is the, the evidence that we have is evidence that was seized from the Registrar of Voters itself. It's just their daily records. And when you add up the daily records of the ballots that they took in throughout the election process, the mail in ballot process, and you add up those totals, you come up with 611,000. When you add up the yes and the no votes, there's 658,000. So the discrepancy is around 45,000 votes counted that there's no record of us having ballots. So this is very simple. We intend to count the ballots to see how many ballots we actually have. Was it a massive, massive human error that missed 45,000 ballots or was something, did something else happen? We will never ever know unless you count those ballots.
Terrence Bates
All right, Sheriff, so what's the end game here? What will ultimately happen if in fact you verify there is a discrepancy? It's my understanding that the focus of the ballots being counted were for Proposition 50 was basically the redistricting. But there were other things on the ballot as well, I would imagine. Yeah.
Chad Bianco
No, that's what makes this unique and why I think that it was so easy to find is because there was only one thing on the ballot. Your only vote was a yes or a no for Prop 50. So those numbers were easy. I mean, they jumped off of the page at you when you compare the number of ballots compared to the number of votes. Because if there would have been 20 different things that we could have voted for, you don't have to vote for all 20. So the number of ballots and the number of votes, it's hard to correlate between the two because you don't have to vote for everyone that's on the ballot. This one was very unique. You can't have more votes counted then you had ballots in the first place. So when we, if we count these ballots and there is, and it is true at 611,000, then we are going to have to find out why. And it would appear that it would be a machine problem, not really a personal problem.
Alison Hans
Okay, well, Sheriff, meanwhile, House Republicans are launching a major investigation into what they call rampant hospice fraud in California. Lawmakers say there's evidence some providers overbilled Medicare and even enrolled patients without their knowledge, potentially exploiting vulnerable people while costing taxpayers millions. How big could this alleged fraud scandal be? And what does this investigation signal about oversight failures in California? We're seeing Nick Shirley there on the screen. It's unbelievable what he's been able to uncover. It's actually discussed thing.
Chad Bianco
Yeah, it really is. You have a 23 year old kid that comes to California from out of state and in One weekend discovers $250 billion in fraud. But somehow our Attorney General can't do that over his entire existence as our Attorney general. And it really just shows, no matter what the number they keep putting up here, it's, I guarantee you it's going to double. It may even get more. California under one party rule, we know is just a massive fraud complex, that our taxpayer dollars are being sent to these nonprofits, these NGOs. Now we see all of these medical businesses that are completely fraudulent. And then the unfortunate part for Democrats in California is we're learning that some of that money goes back into their election coffers to keep making sure that they get elected over and over again.
Terrence Bates
Hey, Sheriff, I apologize. I just want to get back to those votes that you guys are counting there on Prop 50. So let's say your investigation turns up that more people act or more votes are getting credit for than actually voted. What do you do? Do you overturn the election? Is there enough evidence to potentially overturn the election at least in Riverside County? What's next?
Chad Bianco
No, the interesting part about this is 45,000 ballots is what we have this discrepancy and Prop 51 by 86,000. So. So it wouldn't necessarily overturn the vote. But what it's going to show, and this is all. We don't know what it's going to show. It's when we get the numbers. If the numbers are right and it's 611,000, that means the machines, the Dominion, the Liberty machines are not counting correctly. And that is when we'll have to seize the machines. We'll have to get inside the machines and see what that basically what that algorithm is, what that formula is inside that's causing that discrepancy.
David Brody
Sheriff, less than a minute to go. How's the governor's race going out there? Give us the latest on your campaign and kind of the overall polling of what you're seeing out there.
Chad Bianco
It's going extremely well. For the first time ever, two Republicans are at the top of the ballot. Steve Hilton and I have been swapping the number one and number two position for the last six months. So it's very apparent that Californians are over the one party rule in California. We're looking for something different. We've only got two months before ballots drop. So it's we're coming down to the wire now. We're in a great position. It's going to be a good thing for California.
David Brody
You want to be the new sheriff?
Alison Hans
We need you or Steve Hilton. Please save California.
Chad Bianco
Yeah, we think we're finally going to do it and by that we'll save the rest of the country.
Alison Hans
Love it. Sheriff Chad Bianco, thanks so much for being with us this morning. We appreciate you.
Terrence Bates
Thank you, Sheriff.
Alison Hans
Coming up, Vice President J.D. vance is weighing in on UFOs and his theory may surprise you. Why? He says they may not be aliens. That's coming up next.

How's that for a daily duo? Vice President J.D. vance making headlines after weighing in on one of the most mysterious topics out there, which of course is UFOs. In a recent interview, Vance says that he's obsessed with unidentified flying objects, but offered a surprising Take suggesting actually they may not be aliens at all, but something more spiritual in nature. Have a look.

King Randall
I'm gonna get to the bottom of it.
David Brody
Okay, so you haven't been to Area 51 yet? Not yet.
King Randall
Not yet.
David Brody
Say they keep the UFOs in Ohio.
King Randall
Yeah, Hanger 18.
Terrence Bates
Hanger 18, right.
King Randall
I've heard that as well, but I don't know. I haven't looked into it yet.
David Brody
Okay.
Ken Paxton
All right.
Alison Hans
All right.
Terrence Bates
Well, we're waiting for it.
David Brody
We saw aliens.
David Bellavia
We saw aliens.gov.
Terrence Bates
i don't think they're.
King Randall
I don't think they're aliens.
David Brody
I think they're demons anyway, but that's a longer discussion. Ah, so they're demons. For more, let's bring in the woman that likes the Duke Blue Devils. So I think this is appropriate. Allison. Hans. Allison. Interesting. Demons. Listen, straight up, but I travel in evangelical circles. I've heard that as well. I should just point out.
Alison Hans
Anyhow, I would say the interesting part about this is this is not a fringe podcaster. This is the vice President of the United states talking about UFOs and them possibly being demons. And so I think that alone is kind of disturbing and something that we need to point out.
David Brody
Why disturbing?
King Randall
Well, I.
Alison Hans
Well, it's not necessarily that he thinks that they're demons. I think it's entertaining the question about what the UFOs are, because now I'm thinking this is really, really serious. I've been kind of, I don't know, half and half thinking that the UFOs are real. They're not real. I don't know what they are. But now you. Someone so high up in the government who's saying, hey, I think they may be demons, that. That's turning my head, because this is someone on the inside, someone in the know.
Terrence Bates
I think the bigger picture here is that a significant population here in the United States do believe that there is life out there other than us, other than what's on this planet. And I think he's saying, be they demons, be they whatever you see them as being, there is other life out there, and a lot of people seem to believe that. And so we're hearing now from the vice president that he also believes there's other life out there. Even in his particular case, he believes that there may be demons. But quite honestly, David, I'm a little bit more taken with your thought about Underoos. Or underwear or whatever you were gonna say there at the beginning.
David Brody
Wait, what was I gonna talk about?
David Bellavia
I was talking about underwear.
David Brody
What's happening?
Terrence Bates
Yeah, I was joking. You almost had a misspeak. You said otherwise and I was just joking. I had to poke fun at you, David, when you, you were like unidentified under roof. I mean, unidentified flying objects. It was a joke and I was lost after that.
Alison Hans
I'm cutting you both off. David. I want to know. Okay, You've been in D.C. for a long time. This issue has been around for ages. Are we going to find out anything in the next year or two?
David Brody
Yeah, yeah. I think Trump is gonna release certain information, maybe all of it in terms of what they know. Yeah, I think he's been on the record saying that he wants to do that. We'll see if he does it. So, yeah, I think we're gonna get more information. Having said that, to me, what's fascinating about all of this is that 10 years ago, well, actually you could say five years ago, but 10, 15, 20 years ago for sure, this was a kicker story and now it's an A block story. That's the difference. We're actually talking about this in a real serious news. Congressional investigations all. But 20, 25 years ago, it was like, finally tonight, look at this kind of cool thing in the air now. It's totally different.
Alison Hans
No longer National Enquirer.
David Brody
Exactly. Instead it's the New York Times. Oh, wait, sorry, same thing. My bad.
Alison Hans
We gotta get Tim Burchett on to talk about it.
David Brody
Let's do that.
Alison Hans
He's really into this.
David Brody
All right, coming up, T. Bates is keeping his eye on something. I'm not sure exactly what it is, but we're about to find out. In a moment, everybody.
Alison Hans
Well, welcome back to American Sunrise. I'm Alison Hans. Thanks so much for joining us this morning. It's time now for the one to watch. Terrence, what are you keeping your eye on today?
Terrence Bates
Alright, so I'm taking us to outer space. NASA in the final stages of preparation for an historic return to the moon with the Artemis II mission. It's now just days away from possible launch. Teams at Kennedy Space center are moving into final countdown operations with liftoff targeted as soon as April 1 and conditions looking promising. The launch window, though, however, is between April 1 and the end of the month. The mission will send four astronauts around the moon and back, marking the first crewed lunar flight in more than half a century and a major step towards long term human exploration of deep space. NASA officials say this flight is Going to test critical systems and lay the groundwork for future missions, including eventual plans to return astronauts to the lunar surface. And I'm following this story because we, of course, could be looking at a real historic moment here. I just want to bring back David and Al and David, you ask, are we going to actually land on the surface? Not this particular mission. This particular mission is simply going to take the astronauts in orbit around the moon and then back home. However, they're setting again, kind of the footprint, if you will, for NASA to be able to land on the moon again, which is historic. And then, of course, long term, we're talking about potential space exploration and space tourism. All of that is part of this package. So I'm super excited about all of this. I'd love to go to space at some point in time, even though I am a space cadet. Some people have said, Allison.
David Brody
Well, you know, it's gnarly. Gnarly. It's kind of super cool, dude. I mean, this is good stuff. You know, it's interesting. It's named Artemis, too, because in Greek mythology, Artemis is the sister, the twin sister of Apollo. So, of course, Apollo being the first mission. And so that's why it's called. I didn't know. I'm like, Artemis, too. Where'd you get that name from? See, I'm not a big fan of Greek mythology. Sorry, I don't follow it for a living. But, Alison, what do you think? This is kind of cool.
Alison Hans
Well, I think this show today has had a lot of otherworldly themes. First, we had Billy Hollowell on talking about his new documentary about the supernatural. Then we're talking about J.D. vance and all of his discussion regarding UFOs. And now we're talking about monitoring this space mission. So I don't know what's going on there, but I think I'm ready to take a nap, actually.
David Brody
Hey, that sounds good. Let's just take a nap.
Terrence Bates
Exactly. I'll be sleeping with tinfoil on my head, though. I'm just gonna tell you guys now. I'll be sleeping with tinfoil on my
David Brody
head, you conspiracy theorist.
Terrence Bates
I am.
Alison Hans
I think. I think you will. I think you will. Well, guys, we had a really fun show today. I hope you enjoyed it. Thank you to everyone in the chat. You were awesome. And you know, who knows, in the next mission, we may send Marco Rubio. He has so many jobs these days. He may be leading our space program next.
David Brody
See ya, Wara.
