President Trump facing backlash this morning from a loud contingent of his base over Operation Epic Fury. In moments, the criticisms facing the president and how President Trump is responding and split screen drama. The video of Bill and Hillary testified about the Epstein files is out and it's wild to say the least. Details of what they had to say and so much more ahead. And as American Sunrise starts on a Tuesday right now. Good morning America. Welcome to American Sunrise. Whether it's culture, we have breaking news to share with you. Politics. President Trump is joining us live now from Florida. We've got you covered. This is what it looks like to be a patriot. We have to protect the American family. The American dream is still alive. I'm David Brody. I'm terrence. And I'm Dr. Jean. Good morning. I'm Dr. Gina. We are live with you from the Palm Beaches. Let's bring in David Brody. He's in Washington, D.C. terrence Bates in our Denver newsroom. Good morning, gentlemen. Hello, Gina. Dr. Gina. David, good morning. So let's just jump right into it. The war with Iran beginning to spread regionally. Americans being warned to leave the Middle east if they can. US Embassies in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia closed as Iran has fired missiles into both of those countries. Iran, by the way, guys, even hit a British Air Force base in Cyprus, which I think really solidifies the fact that they're going all in firing at anyone in support of Israel or the United States. David. Dr. Gina, your assessment from the perspective of MAGA. David, we'll start with you. Well, it's spiraling and we kind of knew this would happen. To say it's getting squirrely is an understatement. And I think we're just at the beginning of squirrely. I think it can get all CAP72 font very quickly. So we wait and see. Look, there's a war now in Lebanon as well. Israel invading Lebanon after Hezbollah sent strikes, sent missiles over into northern Israel after Khamenei was killed. So you've got that going on. You've got Iran basically doing firing missiles all over the place into Dubai and other places. Look, this thing could get out of control quickly and go sideways quickly. And we should all be very clear about that this morning, Gina. Yeah, I want to believe that this is going to be a quick in and out, that it's not going to be a forever war, that it's not going to extend. But I'm hearing rumors along those lines from my friends sort of in Washington, D.C. david, do you hear that it's widening? Yeah, it is. And I can tell you this, that. Well, let's start with this. The US Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, was bombed yesterday. Limited damage, nobody hurt. There was a fire after a drone hit the US Embassy in Riyadh that is now closed this morning. My source is telling me that it's going to get even worse today, specifically between Saudi Arabia and and Iran. And that is the last thing, the last thing Washington, D.C. wants to hear right now, this administration wants to hear. That was the big fear that Saudi Arabia and Iran would start to go tete a tete. And if that happens, it's Katie, bar the door. We'll see. I'm not suggesting it's going to get wild specifically today, but it's something to keep our eye on for sure, guys. Well, war is hell, for sure. But you know, the one entertaining part of all this is how we're going to talk about this later in the show, too. But I was just realizing the psychology of the Democrats, they just want to hate this war and they want to blame everything on Trump. And the really funny thing is the people out there, the base, even the ones that don't like the war, they're not blaming Trump. They're blaming everyone but Trump, but they're not blaming Trump. It's really funny how the Democrats just have zero other issues. Anyway, that's my little political psychological analysis for you this morning. T. All right, thank you, ma'. Am. So, look, we're going to be talking about this much more throughout the next. Well now, hour and about 10 minutes or hour and about 50 minutes. Excuse me, would you give us our Bible verse real quickly, though? Yes, it is from John 10, verse 4. And when he brings out his own sheep, he goes before them and the sheep follow them. They know his voice. I love that you know his voice, believers. That's from John 10. 4. Turning now from the Bible to the war underway in the Middle east and the reaction to it by not only Americans, but to the rest of the world. Joining me now with what he knows is the congressman from the great state of Missouri, Mark Alford. Welcome, Mark. I want your reaction to this headline. It says, disgusting and evil Trump faces MAGA backlash on Iran. It's funny, Congressman, I'm looking at a backlash. There's no doubt about that. There are the America First. You know, a lot of those folks out there who are saying they don't like this war, but I'm still not hearing the level of hostility you would normally hear against a president from Republicans. Now the Democrats, yes, they are seizing every moment to say this is a horrible war and President Trump is a monster. But that's all they've ever said for 13 years and it's falling on deaf ears. I am not as much hearing that. People are maybe saying he's being controlled by the wrong people, he's listening to the wrong advisors. There are foreign entities that shouldn't be involved. Bill, what are you hearing? Well, I'm in my district right now, about to head back to D.C. i've been here for a couple of days and I have not heard any backlash from the Make America Great Again movement, MAGA to Make America Great Again, which I think the President has already done. We're making it even greater now. That means that we have to have national security in place and we have to, yes, keep in check these bad actors. We did that with Maduro, taking him out of Venezuela, now going to be prosecuted in US Courts, and now taking out this bully, this, this Islamic terrorist. Their regime has terrorized not just Israel, not just that region, but the United States of America for 47 long years. And it really came to a head when Mr. Witkoff could not get any assurances out of the regime and their negotiating team that they were going to dispel with nuclear enrichment. In fact, they were bragging that they had enough nuclear material now to make 11 nuclear weapons. Now, look, this is not just about Israel. And if anyone in the MAGA world thinks it is, they're dead wrong. This is about intercontinental ballistic missiles that have been developed by the Iranians that could strike Washington D.C. new York City, and if they develop even further the interior parts of the United States of America, we cannot tolerate that threat from a madman who is intent on wiping out the little Satan and the Great Satan. And that's why this action was taken. We are going back to Washington at 5:00 tonight. This evening there we'll be in a big skiff in an auditorium. And Marco Rubio is going to be there, Pete Hegseth, Mr. Cain, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs, and we're going to get the information in full. We will not be able to share that with the public, but the President of the United States and his administration fully briefed the Gang of Eight well before this strike happened. The consultation has been there. And for the knuckleheads on the left and some on the right who are claiming that we need to limit and shackle the President of the United States and this administration, now they are out of their minds. We are on the right track to bringing justice, restoring or trying to build democracy and hope for freedom for the people of Iran. And I think that is a noble thing that we are doing. Congressman, Speaker Johnson said yesterday that President Trump and the Trump administration was trying to continue to move forward with diplomatic means to solve all of this, but felt like Israel was going to go at it alone. And so they joined in the effort in order to save or safeguard American forces. The implication was that Israel, excuse me, to some degree, forced President Trump's hand to move forward. Forward. What do you make of that? Well, I haven't heard those reports. We'll hear more today. Regardless of that, we have a joint interest in that. And we have an interest in protecting Jordan as well. I mean, they're a great partner of ours. We use their, their airstrip, CENTCOM does. And, you know, I was over there in last year and we met with the President of Egypt, we met with King Abdullah, we met with members of the royal Saudi royal family. They all had said the same thing in private. They would not say in public at that time because of the large Muslim population that they have. They wanted something to be done about Iran. They wanted normalcy in that region. You know, Saudi was very close to signing the Abraham's accord before October 7th. And they got so close that Synmore pulled the trigger earlier and carried out that heinous act on Israel and really, really kind of blew up the situation that was, was forming there, some lasting peace in the Middle East. So I, I'm glad that this happened. I am glad that we are taking action against a, a tyrant who has murdered Americans and would continue to be a threat had we not taken this action. No doubt about it. Congressman, less than a minute left. By the way, thank you for your moral clarity at the top with your statement about the war. I agree wholeheartedly. The War Powers Resolution. What's going to happen there? Democrats. And it's not just Democrats, it's Massie. You know, Massie and Khan are up to it again. Article one gives Congress the power to declare war. Article two gives the President his own powers, if you will, as Commander in Chief. I am assuming I know where you stand on this. But where will this vote go? I'm assuming it will be defeated. I will not shackle or hobble the president of the United States when it comes to wiping out Islamic terrorists that are threatening the United States of America. He notified Congress under the War Powers act of 1973, they continue to consult with Congress. If Congress, he has 60 days to carry out this mission and could extend it for another 30 days unless Congress acts to stop him. And I pray to God that there are not enough people in Congress with a short sightedness to do that because this, this will be a changing strike for the world that could bring about lasting peace in the Mid East. And I think not just an accomplishment for President Trump, this is an accomplishment for America that will change the course of history. It'll be interesting. All right. Coming up, we're going to check out. Thank you. Thank you, Congressman Alperna. Thank you. Thanks, guys. I was just going to keep you for the whole show. You can co host with us the stay in the Boxes. All right. Have a great day. Thank you so much. Thanks so much. All right. Coming up, we're going to check out the hottest headlines from the RAV newsroom with T. Bates. Also later, what's next for the people of Iran? Will the son of the late shah return to the peacock throne? And will the people of Iran embrace modernity? That's all ahead as American Sunrise continues. This news break is brought to you by amac, association of Mature American Citizens, Capitol Hill, as Congressman Mark Alford reported at the top of the show. He'll be there 5pm today getting the latest intel operation update from the administration regarding the war in Iran. I say the war, I'm sorry, heavy military operations. They don't want to say war because that goes to the whole War Powers act or resolution. We'll talk about all of that. We'll also talk about Iran. Ali Reza Jafarzadeh is here. He left Iran. He was born in Iran, left right before the Iranian revolution. And he has a lot to say. He's now an American and he'll give us his latest take on what's happening and the future for Iran as well. First, though, T. Bates standing by with the latest headlines from the Real America's Voice newsroom sponsored by amac. The association of Mature American Citizens is the conservative voice for Americans 50 and older. AMAC is fighting for the values that you hold dear. Join today. Together we can right the course of America. The number of American troops killed in retaliation attacks from Iran now stands at 6, 6 as the Trump administration is warning that American citizens across the Middle east should Leave. So far, the Islamist regime has targeted US Forces in Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Iraq as well as Saudi Arabia as the conflict appears to be expanding regionally. The US Embassies in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia are both shuttered this morning due to Iranian attacks. On Monday, it was all hands on deck as the President along with the Secretary of War and Secretary of State all addressed the developing situation. From the beginning, we projected four to five weeks, but we have capability to go far longer than that. We'll do it. Whatever somebody said today, they said, oh well, if the President wants to do it really quickly after that, he'll get bored. I don't get bored. There's nothing boring about this postured for ground forces. But obviously the President has those options. He's never going to rule out anything. But right now our focus is on the destruction of their ballistic missile launchers, their ballistic missile missile stockpiles and their ballistic missile manufacturing capability, as well as their one way attract drones and their navy because of the threat it poses to global shipping. It's a bit of a different tone on Capitol Hill after lawmakers were briefed on the war from Secretary of War Pete Hegseth on down to CIA Director John Radcliffe and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff for one, House Speaker Mike Johnson emphasizing that this weekend's attack was a quote, defensive operation. His words. Israel was determined to act in their own defense here with or without American support. Why? Because Israel faced what they deemed to be an existential threat. Iran was building missiles at a radical in a rapid clip to the point where our allies in the region could not keep up. As you know, Iran has long vowed to take out Israel, wipe it off the map and they have long seen that as a critical threat to their very existence. Speaker Johnson says intelligence determined an Israeli strike would have put threats against U.S. personnel and assets in that region. As a result, the US Joined the Israelis in order to try and limit the potential, potential impact on Americans in the region. Well, the video recordings of former President Bill Clinton and his wife Hillary's depositions before the House Oversight Committee are finally out. If you haven't watched them yet, here's just a snippet of the 42nd President's six hour long testimony. Witnesses who testified in the Epstein cases that Epstein said you quote, like them young. Why would Epstein say that about you? Are you asking his opinion? You're asking him to think about why Mr. Epstein would say something. Why would Epstein say that about? She's asking you to try to be in Mr. Epstein's mind. And guess at what Mr. Epstein would have thought about Flint likes them young, referring to girls. First of all, that's not true. What's not true? That I have any interest in underage. I didn't say underage. I said, I said young. But it's still not true. By the way, that was South Carolina Congresswoman Nancy Grace grilling the former president there. We'll have more video from that deposition throughout the show. That's a quick check of your headlines. Time now to turn to your forecast. Weather Nation meteorologist Adrian Hernandez, excuse me, joining us with the very latest. So look, Adrian, I've worked in the south for many, many years and I know that this is typically severe weather season. Any day can bring something new. Yeah. Especially when we started meteorological Spring, Terrence. We started on March 1 and Mother Nature has wasted absolutely no time in firing up a lot of these severe weather chances because, Terrence, we don't have a severe outlook for just today, but we have them for all the way to the end of the week. And of course, we're going to talk about that now because we'll continue to see a lot of these showers and storms really start to flare up. My biggest concern, of course, is the timing of some of these storms going into the overnight hours, into the really early morning. A lot of these showers and storms are starting to flare up. The severe weather outlook, at least for today, will extend from places like Wichita down towards Oklahoma, St. Louis. This will likely be a large hail threat, and that's pretty much it. However, going into Wednesday, the outlook will get a little bit larger. The uncertainty grows. But all through threats could potentially be possible in this outlook here, which will include Dallas going into Thursday. We'll also have a slight risk for portions of northern Texas. If you're living in Texas, does this look familiar? The dryline is going to start to take into effect. We're firing up a lot of those severe weather outlooks Friday as well. We're having another severe weather outlook. And typically since this one looks a little bit different, it means it's a little bit further out into the future. That means that the Storm Prediction center has real good confidence of seeing some form of severe weather going into flight Friday. And the worst of it likely is going to come by Friday night. So make sure at this point you're finding ways to get alerts going into your severe weather preparedness mode. And also staying tuned to Weather Nation because we are going to keep you guys updated all throughout the next few days. So, Terrance, yes, severe Weather season is in full. Spring. Spring is here. We got a lot of warmer temperatures, too. So, of course, this is the time more than ever for people to start preparing. Absolutely, Adrian. Always good information. And folks, remember that. Download the Weather Nation app so that you can stay in contact with our folks over at Weather Nation and get all the information you need. Good to see you, Adrian. We'll check in with you next hour. Likewise. All right, up next, the women of Iran's resistance look into the future at 70 miles an hour. We'll explain. First, though, a quick look at this day in history. 2019 at a historic moment in American space lift, space flight. Excuse me, happened. The SpaceX Crew Dragon capsule first docked with the International Space Station, restoring America's ability to launch its own astronauts from US Soil. The successful mission ended nearly a decade of dependence on Russian rockets. More American Sunrise coming your way after this. Very peaceful in Bar Harbor, Maine. Where's the bar? But very, very peaceful. Welcome back, everybody, to American Sunrise. I'm David Brody. We're going from peaceful to not so peaceful. As a matter of fact, the antithesis of that. The Trump administration says America's action against the Iranian regime was swift, surgical, necessary for the security of freedom, and not just the region, by the way, but the rest of the world. If the Islamic Republic were able to finish their goal of building a nuclear bomb. That said, the question now is, where do we go from here? Because war is a way of going sideways quickly. Joining us now is Alireza Jafarzadeh, the US Deputy director of the National Council of Resistance of Iran. Alireza, we've had you on the show many times. Boy, this is. I tell you what, for such a time as this, we really need your expertise here. I want to get your initial thoughts about the assault, but not from a military perspective. Military perspective, more about on the ground with the people. What's happening there? What's your sense? Well, thank you so much, David. Always a pleasure to be back on your show. Certainly what has been going on in the past few weeks in Iran on the ground is that the regime thought that they can suppress the protests that started in late December and spilled Into January in 400 cities in all 31 provinces of Iran by killing thousands of the protesters. Not so. The protests revived again, started from universities and other places. And then the main organized force on the ground, the mek, which is the same group that exposed all the major nuclear sites of Iran, and they act as the engine during the protests and engine for change. They launch an extensive assault on the headquarters of the Supreme Leader Khamenei. That was last Monday, seven days ago. And they inflicted heavy casualties on the irgc, showing the vulnerability of the Iran regime. Of course they lost 100 members of the MEK were either killed or arrested. But another 150 managed to leave the scene safe. Showing that the real fight is between the people of Iran and the IRGC who are protecting this regime and the people. The organized resistance are gaining momentum every single day. Ali Reza, I'd like you to listen to part of an interview with Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi. He of course is the son of the late Shah of Iran. This is his take on both the death of the Ayatollah as well as the future of the country. It is definitely sort of earth shattering event in the sense that when people identify the entire monstrosity of a regime that is depicted ultimately by the chief monster of these monsters, when he's gone, the minute such a personality disappears, it's like elation. It was like, oh my God, it has finally occurred. Maybe this is it. This is our chance now. Ali Reza, your response. And just another step further. Is this an opportunity for the identity of the Iranian people to change away from the Islamic regime, the back to Persia? A celebrated history. Well, certainly the Iranian people have a history of standing for democracy and human rights. They have hundred years of history of fighting for democracy just in the contemporary era. And the son of the Shah, by the way, his only connection to Iran is his deposed father, dictator Mohammed, who was wiped out of power in a genuine nationwide revolution. The people of Iran showed that because the Shah had SAVAK secret police that killed intellectuals, put them in jail, had a single party rule, dissolved all political parties, was extremely corrupt. That's why there was a revolution. Of course, unfortunately, the mullahs stole the revolution and instilled a repressive system. Now this nation has stood up against theocracy as well. You know, shedding the past, fighting the current theocracy, looking for future, interestingly, the future. In the future, women play a huge role because the women were badly repressed under the Shah and the Mullahs. You know, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the President elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran, she introduced the provisional government earlier this week for the transitional period based on her 10 point platform for the future of Iran that says it's based on separation of religion and state, freedom of religion, freedom of political parties, equal rights for men and women, free market economy and non nuclear republic. Iran. Yeah, I don't know about you, but I really like looking at the crown being placed on a woman's head rather than a hijab. I want to talk to you about this post about this is from X about women and the role they wish to have in the future Iran. Fearless before bullets and execution. They stand steadfast until victory. A parade of mek resistant units, motorcyclists, banners of the Liberation army held high. The message is clear here. The Shah and the mullahs will fall, they said, and this is only the first light. Al Reza, is this the beginning of equal rights for women of Iran? Absolutely. You have a great point to make. Women should be free to choose their own life, their own way of dressing. Anything that is forced and mandatory is forbidden. And that's why you see the women in Iran are standing up. You saw women daring in the streets of Tehran, showing the flag of National Liberation army of Iran, which is the army of the resistance calling for the overthrow of the Iran regime. You know, thousands and thousands of women were killed by the regime during the past four decades because the regime asked them to submit to the regime and they never did. That's why the price that was paid over the years is now paying off. You see the young generation in Iran, whether they are scarves or non scarves, it doesn't matter. It's just their choice. They are participating in a nationwide resistance against the Iranian regime. That's why the Iranian women are against misogyny. The Shah's dictatorship was inherently misogynist because the king could only be and people rejected that. That's the future, the people's choice. Alireza Jafarzadeh, great to have you. I know it's an emotional time for you. You were born in Iran, left before the Iranian revolution. We thank you so much. We'll have you on next time when I hear more of your story personally. Thank you again. Thank you so much. Always a pleasure. Thank you. All right, all right, coming up. Well, here's a question for you. Are you in need of a parasite cleanse? You probably are, but don't even know it in moments. A medical segment you're not only going to want to see. If you follow its advice, you may feel better. That's next on American Sunrise. Look at that parasite. Pensacola, Florida, right there. It's kind of a hazy morning. Did anybody get up and see the blood moon though? Send me pictures if you did. I wanted to see it. I was looking all around for it. Got up early to see it and never did see it. So there you have it. Welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. G. Thank you for joining us today. It is time now for today's HEALTH News, sponsored by the wellness company under the Microscope. Today, a spring cleaning, you might say, as the calendar moves from February to March, Americans beginning to think about spring. Spring brings flowers and sunshine and warmer weather and a little spring cleaning, right? Over the last few years, spring cleanses for your body have become as popular as spring cleaning for your home and for your yard. So you should perhaps consider doing a spring cleanse for your body. And if so, what are the details? What are the benefits? We're going to talk about it. Joining us now with insight, Dr. Kelly Victory, Chief of disaster and emergency medicine at the Wellness Company. Doctor, do you recommend these cleanses? They are very, very popular right now. But I know there's also things you can do like on the daily without doing a whole dramatic cleanse. So talk to us about the difference. Good morning, Gina. Thanks for having me. Yes, I do think that there is some medical legitimacy to doing different types of cleanses. There's been more focus in the past several years on the idea that perhaps many more people are plagued with parasitic diseases than we previously thought. It's largely a result probably of changes in eating habits. The fact that many more people, for example, eat sushi than they did in the past, changes in the way that we prepare our food, increases in, in immigration, lots of different things that may contribute to this. And what we're understanding is that people who have some of these very vague complaints, brain fog, fatigue, muscle aches, may actually have either parasitic issues going on or have issues related to microplastics. We're seeing a lot of that. We know that a lot of the water bottles that we use, containers that we use to save our food, that we are ingesting small amounts of microplastics every single day. And there are ways to help your body to detox from these things. Certainly simple, very safe medications like ivermectin and mebendazole. Those are anti parasitic drugs, very well tolerated, few side effects, if any, inexpensive and worth doing, a course of an anti parasitic drug or a combination like those. We also do have a product that's been shown to decrease the microplastics that you accumulate in your body. Somewhat concerningly, microplastics seem to accumulate in areas of the body that produce hormones, including the prostate. And there's been some interesting studies associating microplastic absorption with prostate cancer. So again, I think some of these micro or, excuse me, cleansing routines are absolutely worth doing. I Also happen to be a big proponent of fasting, both intermittent fasting and prolonged fasting, meaning for three to five days. That's another way of doing a cleanse we're thinking about as we get into the spring. Yeah, the plastic detox, I think you guys call it Plastitox or something like that for the microplastics. That's a big one. The spike, the despiker. I don't know what it's called. I use that every single day. It sits on my tray of my supplements that I take most of them from the wellness company. What about things we hear a lot about Dimetious Earth. And I also wanted to ask you about aluminum, which is also something I'm reading a lot about. Well, again we are absorbing a lot of toxic elements in our environment every day. Aluminum is one, certainly lead other heavy metals. So things. That's why I think there's been so much focus in the past few years about these different detox protocols. The one you were mentioning, ultimate spike detox, is one specially formulated for people who either were vaccinated or had Covid. Because the formulation here, including three primary components, nattokinase, bromelain and curcumin, all have been shown clinically to help to decrease the amount of circulating spike protein. We know that people who got vaccinated are continuing to create manufacture toxic spike proteins as a result of the mRNA. That's what their bodies have been trained or taught to do with the mRNA. And those spike proteins themselves are highly toxic. It's what leads to not only myocarditis but also blood clotting and issues of that sort. So I do think that if you have concern about having been vaccinated or if you had a case of COVID and think that you may have residual spike protein circulating, then it's worth actually starting on that detox program as well. You already spoke to using ivermectin, which the wellness company has as a great dewormer. I mean I'm just going to be obvious what it is. It's a parasite cleanse from the wellness company. I read the other day, Dr. Victory about using ivermectin topically for skin cancers. My friend texted me because he's had a lot of skin cancer and I so I sent him this article. He said where can I get it? I'm like where else? The wellness company. But talk to us about the versatility of ivermectin as a general anti parasite compound. Yes, it's not just anti parasitic Gina and in this case for skin cancers and for skin conditions such as rosacea, for which topical ivermectin has been FDA approved for decades. It actually is working as a very profound anti inflammatory and it does have anti cancer effects both topically and orally. We're learning more about that. There are increasing number of very well controlled studies using ivermectin both topically and orally for the treatment of cancers. And then as I said, it is a very strong anti inflammatory, helps with redness, swelling, skin conditions like psoriasis and eczema in which those things are a component. So I think that as time goes by, we are going to see more and more use of topical ivermectin for the actual treatment of skin cancers. I think it's worth a try again. Very, very well tolerated, tremendously good safety profile. Ivermectin, despite what the FDA wanted people to believe during the COVID era, it is not a horse dewormer. It has broad application in human medicine and is FDA approved for that. And it's important though that you get the American kind of the made in America kind because you don't know what you're getting if you're getting it other places. And so you want to get that from the wellness company. Any last words of wisdom quickly, 30 seconds, Dr. Victory? Well, that last point is incredibly important, Gina. Our over reliance on China for pharmaceuticals has been a huge problem in this country. It's a real national security threat. So I'm a very strong proponent of buying us made pharmaceuticals, including certainly Ivermectin. Yeah, absolutely. Dr. Victory, always such a pleasure to have you. Thanks for being with us today. Thanks for having. Absolutely. All right. Well, the Trump administration has brought a lot of positive changes when it comes to fixing our broken health care system. But the reality, there's only so much the government can do. And if you really want to make America healthy again, it's going to start at home with you. Coming up, the House Oversight Committee released video from Bill and Hillary Clinton's depositions regarding Jeffrey Epstein. I couldn't stop watching him. Stayed up all night watching him. That's why I look tired this morning. But we'll have those highlights for those of you who were smart enough to know we would and didn't stay up all night. That's next on American Sunrise. Welcome back to American Sunrise. I'm Emily Finn. It's time now to stay awake, not woke. And today we are discussing the Clintons. The House Oversight Committee released video of both of their depositions regarding Jeffrey Epstein. And here's a moment where Hillary Clinton stormed out of the hearing. Take a look. Information. I went to the fundraiser to support my friend Nia Lowey. All right. Excuse me. Can I interrupt? I have another. Photos that are being released of the secretary as she is testifying from inside this room. Can you please advise me as to whether or not that's permissible and consistent with the rules, particularly given that we have asked for a public hearing. If there are photos that are being released of the secretary, she is testifying. Can you please explain how that. I'm done with this. If you guys are doing that, I am done. You can hold me in contempt from now until the cows come home. This is just typical behavior. Oh, for heaven. So I would like to understand how that permissible. It doesn't matter. We all are abiding by the same rules. I. I will take that down. Yeah. Well, I would like to take a break at this moment. I'd like to have for now go off the record. And here is a moment where Bill Clinton was asked about Epstein's death. Look at this. Like to ask you personally and directly, do you believe that Jeffrey Epstein killed himself? Are you asking him to speculate on how Mr. Epstein died? I. I'm asking what Mr. The President thinks. So you're asking his opinion? Mr. President, was your. Was your friend Jeffrey Epstein suicide? Are you classifying him as a friend? Who. He has testified that he was friendly. Friend? In a letter, he said he was friendly, but not. You've asked for his testimony. Mr. President, do you believe that Jeffrey Epstein was suicidal? Do you know was he ever suicidal? I don't know. I only know what the medical finding was. I think maybe he finally got caught. And I don't know. I think I've accepted it in my own mind. I don't know what happened. Mr. President, what did you accept? That he killed himself or that he did? Not that he did, but I don't know. A lot of interesting videos coming out of those depositions. We want to know what you, our viewers, think about all of this. Let us know on Rumble or Getter. Hop on and let your voice be heard. Coming up in our moment of faith, what is the Christian way to act while all of the unrest is playing out in Iran? We'll discuss that next as American Sunrise continues. God bless the usa. In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth. All right. Welcome back to AMERICAN sunrise. It is now time for our moment of faith, brought to us by Lee Greenwood and the God Bless the USA Bible. In focus today, a Christian response to the Iranian conflict. For those who observe the loss of life, those who see it, this is a sacred thing. And we are praying, of course, that evil be kept at bay. Joining us now is Dr. Robert Pacienza. He's the CEO and President of the Coral Ridge Ministries. He's also the founder of the Institute for Faith and Culture. Welcome back to the show, Dr. Pacienza. We always love to have you. Thanks for having me on. Loss of life is no stranger to you, no stranger to most people. We take it very seriously. But the reality is that there's been so much brutality on Christians in Iran, they have to operate largely undercover. Talk to us about what life is like for the average Christian in Iran. And also, Dr. Pontianz, if you would, any statistics or numbers, because I heard it's the fastest growing religion, but there's only not as many as I guess I thought since it is the fastest growing religion. Talk to us about all of that. Yeah. I mean, for decades now, 47 years, we've seen incredible oppression to Christians and anyone who would turn against the Islamic faith in Iran. And so I not only see this as a war, I really do see this as an as liberation, liberation from the hands of tyrants, from the hands of those that have been oppressive since 1979 that would bring about a militant Islamic theocracy in that nation. And so I know many Christians here in America that fled Iran, that have their stories and testimony of leaving loved ones behind Seeing loved ones that were left behind, that were murdered and martyred at the hands of the Ayatollah. And so this is an opportunity where on the one hand, we don't rejoice in the loss of life, rejoice in war, but at the same time, we thank God for the righteous cause of freedom that has come about because of President Trump and the US Military. What's your prediction on how the dynamic will change for Christians once they've experienced this, as you called it, liberation? I think you'll see more and more Christians being able to come out of the woodwork that were worshiping undercover for so many decades. I think you'll see, hopefully, a renewed sense of boldness and courage, knowing that, hopefully, that they no longer have to fear for their lives simply because they declare Jesus Christ as their Lord and savior. And so may this be an opportunity for revival. We've been long talking about revival here in America, but could you imagine if we saw revival in what has been known as the cradle of civilization? This is where the people of God in the Middle east first came about. And for so many years we've seen oppression, we've seen tyranny, and we've seen the rise of militant radical political Islam that has just wreaked havoc not only in the Middle east, but seeing wreaking havoc throughout Western Europe and even throughout America. And so I pray that the righteous cause of freedom will prevail, that we'll see Christians liberated and the opportunity for the freedom of worship to be realized in a place that's been under tyranny and oppression for so many decades. Yeah. One of the dangers of regime change style wars is that you don't know what you're going to get when the vacuum is created. There's been a lot of talk as to who, who would assume that role. What is your hope for Christians in terms of who does ultimately assume that role? Presuming that that happens because it's aobviously, Iran is still actively up to mischief and bombing. So since all those people died who were in leadership, it makes me wonder who exactly is executing those military moves. But we hope that through all of this, our efforts don't go wasted. And, and there will be regime change. So if that's the case, who do you hope for? Yeah, I'm not a political or military strategist, but I do hope, I do believe one of the next steps is that the US Somehow has to gain control and mobilize the Iranian military. In any successful regime change, there was some type of infrastructure in place that nations like the United States were able to mobilize and empower. So I do feel like without the support of the Iranian military, this is going to be a hard battle. It's going to be a hard uphill climb for a successful regime change. My hope is whoever is ultimately placed in charge of Iran would see the importance of religious freedom and religious liberty flourishing for all people. That would be my hope, that what we see in other nations in the world that embrace freedom and flourishing would be realized in Iran. Absolutely. Dr. Robert Pacienza, Coral Ridge Ministries, thank you so much for being with us. Thank you. All right. Back with the second hour of American Sunrise in two minutes. Stick around. Good morning, America. Welcome to American sunrise. Whether it's culture, we have breaking news to share with you. Politics. President Trump is joining us live now from Florida. We've got you covered. This is what it looks like to be a patriot. We have to protect the American family. The Americans are dream is still alive. I'm David Brody. I'm terrence. And I'm Dr. Gina. Breaking news from Real America's Voice. Welcome back to the second hour of American Sunrise. We are back with breaking news. I'm Terrence Bates coming to you from our Denver newsroom. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem set to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee. That is going to happen at any moment. You see a live picture of the room where all of this is going to go down. Secretary Noem is on site and she will be giving her opening statements here in short order. I'm Terrence Bates. As I said earlier, let's bring in Dr. Gina and Emily Finn. They are both in our Palm Beaches studio. David Brody also be returning as we prepare to hear from Secretary Noem. Dr. Gina, up first, what is it you want to hear? This is probably going to be a fairly contentious hearing. It typically is. Democrats are going to try to get some gotcha moments when it comes to Secretary Noem. Well, I think she'll be well prepared as she seems to be and as most of the Trump administration does seem to be when they are asked difficult questions. I think the attention of the world right now probably isn't super concerned about this hearing, but I don't know. What do you think, Emily? Yeah, I think you're probably right. I think the attention of the world certainly shifted to the Middle east over the weekend. But I think that Kristi Noem, like Pam Bondi, is going to be answering some tough questions and will have probably a contentious day there at her hearing, Terrence? Absolutely. It looks like it's getting underway. I can't really hear it, but let's listen in really quickly. Looks like we're going to get opening statements and Senator Durbin gives his opening statement. I think we can expect in a hearing this important that we ought to have utmost of decorum during this hearing. Both the witnesses and the members of this committee need to treat each other with respect. And I hope the people in the audience will likewise treat this very important oversight hearing with the respect that it deserves. Secretary Noem, if you get cut off before you're able to answer, I'll give you time to finish your answer after the member's 10 minute has run out. Also, at any time, if you need a break, just let me know. And I think we had a request from your office that take a break maybe of five minutes halfway through the meeting. So that's Senator Chuck Grassley of Iowa setting the tone for today's hearing. Members from both parties are going to be able to offer their opening statements. Then Secretary Noem will give her opening statements. We're going to take a quick break from this. We will bring you back, though, to try to update you once Secretary Noemi does, in fact speak. In the meantime, the number of American troops killed in retaliation attacks from Iran now stands at 6, as the Trump administration is warning American citizens across the Middle east to leave. So far, the Islamist regime has targeted US Forces in Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Iraq as well as Saudi Arabia. The US And Israel responded in kind on Monday, though, pounding Iran with another barrage of missile attacks. Still no definitive motive this morning related to Sunday morning shooting in Austin, Texas, that left three people dead and more than a dozen others hurt. The FBI and local police in Austin say the 53 year old Senegalese shooter had not been on their radar. The attack is being investigated as a potential act of terrorism, given that it happened almost immediately after the attack on Iran. Plus, the shooter was was wearing clothes with an Iranian flag design and a shirt with the words Property of Allah on it. California schools can now tell parents that their child is transgender without getting the student's approval first. It's all thanks to Monday's Supreme Court ruling blocking a state law that bans automatic parental notification requirements for children seeking to change their pronouns and gender expression. A conservative legal group challenged the law after California argued that students have the right to privacy about their gender expression. That's a quick check of your headlines. Now let's get a quick check of your forecast from Weather Nation meteorologist Adrian Hernandez, he also has your hometown forecast. Adrian, good morning. Good morning, Terrence. Yeah, we got one hometown forecast from so perky on getter. This is actually for Bangs Texas, which is a good spot to talk about because we will be having severe weather outlooks across the central and Southern plains starting as early as today and well into the weekend. Terrence, because at least four or so perky, we got plenty of rainfall in your forecast from Wednesday all the way into Monday. You're going to have rainfall chances. Your best chances for thunderstorms will also start will mainly start heading into the weekend with temperatures getting up into the 80s by the time we get to for Thursday and Friday. So if we're talking about this system moving across the country, we'll have some heavy, heavy rainfall across the Ohio Valley. A lot of these showers and storms flaring up up into the overnight hours have the potential of getting pretty rowdy on us, especially going into Thursday. As the system pushes eastward, we'll have another low traversing towards portions of Texas. We got the dry line interacting with the dry line, excuse me, giving us a much better shot of seeing some pretty hefty severe weather going into Friday night. So again, looking at some of these outlooks, it will extend from today. We will have one for Tuesday into Wednesday, which the outlook gets a lot larger. It also goes into a slight risk, which is level 2 out of 5 risk for severe weather into Thursday and even into Friday where they're issuing a severe weather outlook well into the future. That's why it looks a little bit different. But it just means that the storm prediction center has good confidence that we'll see some severe weather going into Friday. So, Terence, now is a better time more than ever, especially if you're out in the south and Central Plains to make that severe weather preparedness kit, have a plan, especially if severe weather is to strike in your area. And of course, staying tuned to Weather Nation because we're going to keep you guys updated all throughout the next few days. So yeah, Terrence, that's a better look at what's going on across lower 48. Adrian, always good to see you, my friend. Thanks so much. You got it. President Trump says the joint U. S. Israeli operation against the Islamist regime in Iran is moving, quote, way ahead of schedule. He also notes that a sizable amount of Iranian leaders have been eliminated. The president also not ruling out using ground troops. However, so far none have been deployed. Speaking from the White House during a Medal of Honor ceremony on Monday, the president adding that the United States would easily prevail over the terrorist regime. Here were his remarks. And finally, we are ensuring that the Iranian regime cannot continue to arm, fund and direct terrorist armies outside of their borders. And we thought we had a deal, but then they backed out and, and they came back and we thought we had a deal and they backed out. I said, you can't deal with these people. You got to do it the right way. Let's bring back in Dr. Gina and Emily, as well as John Solomon for some analysis. John, always good to see you, my friend. What do you make of the way the administration has been handling the situation, and what is your prediction? I know you're not you're not in the military, but what is your prediction about how all of this is ultimately going to play out politically? Well, let's start with the objectives. And I think the president yesterday with Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Defense Secretary or War Secretary Pete Hex, said very clear in the objective, militarily, the goal is to eliminate any capability by Iran, any hardware that they have that could reach any American or harm an American. So that means troops in theater in the Middle east, people across Europe and across the United States, where the Iranians were just a few weeks ago, trying to secure a hypersonic missile that could reach the United States. And of course, they've been building intercontinental ballistic missiles capable of hitting the US in the next decade. So the goal for the military is to erode that capability and eliminate any possibility that they can strike Americans. The aspiration of this is what the president said on Saturday, which is to lessen the regime's capabilities enough that the people of Iran, if they so choose, can change their regime. But that will not be the objective of the United States. The objective will be just to create the conditions by which Iran and its people can have a free election if they choose. And so it's going to take several weeks, most likely, to erode all those capabilities. We've sunk a good part of the Iranian navy. We've gotten rid of tons and tons of their missile batteries. We've decapitated a large part of their leadership. Though there's still a lot more to go, as we saw from the rhetoric yesterday, new people stepping into the ayatollah's rhetoric and filling the void after his death. So this is going to be a time the risks and the politics are all tied together. If the president can show there was a threat to the United States like he has said, the Congress will probably calm down. And that's what yesterday's briefing was about. If he can achieve this in a relatively short period of time, a few weeks or a few months, not let this become an Iraq or Afghanistan. The people of the United States will be satisfied that he kept his word on no long wars. And so that's the politics of it. John, I'm watching as we're hearing that, you know, so many military leaders in Iran have been targeted and ultimately killed, but at the same time, Iran is continuing to carry out operations. John, what does this mean? Well, it means that they still have some command and control, that they had some succession plan. There is some signs that they don't have good communications with each other, probably because the second they go hot, Israel, the United States bombs whoever was talking on the phone. So they're probably going back to carrier pigeons now, which is going to slow them down. But there are still people who believe in the radical tyranny that the Ayatollah Khamenei oversaw and that they're trying to carry it out as best they can. But the attacks have been sporadic. They've often been in soft targets. They haven't inflicted a significant amount of damage given the amount of firepower they used to have. And it probably means that they know they're eroding and that the sand clock is ticking down on them to a point where at some point they won't be able to carry out the sort of attacks that we saw on day one, day two of this. Now, the other thing that I think is ominous if you're an Iranian leader, is what President Trump and Marco Rubio said last night, which is you ain't seen nothing yet. Iran, meaning that the attacks that we've done so far, which are several thousand attacks, missile attacks, that they're not the fiercest, that Iran is going to fail. And that's probably a sign that they're going to bring in some more bunker busters and some other capabilities to really level large areas where the Iranians have a defensive or offensive assets. So I would be watching for an escalation in the US Efforts and what the president said he was running ahead of schedule. I think the early portion to get the missile batteries down so they can bring in heavy armor that that is going faster than they thought. The decapitations have been more successful in getting rid of the leadership. I bet they move up the heavy armaments into the next few days. Probably. Yeah. John, the whole world is going to be watching this Iran conflict to see how all of this plays out. But I do want to move on to some other headlines. DHS Secretary Kristi Noem is testifying right now before lawmakers. She'll be testifying tomorrow as well. We just dipped into that, that hearing for a moment at the start of the show here. She is scheduled to appear today, like I said, tomorrow, as the DHS remains unfunded through the fiscal year. What are your expectations from this hearing today? Well, I think Noem's job will be to turn around the government shutdown or the shutdown, partial shutdown of the Homeland Security Department around Democrats saying you're putting it as risk. Here is what we know about Iranian terrorism assets on our gun. I want to bring everybody back to a clip I played last night on my show. So just a few months ago, Attorney General Pam Bondi told Congress that there were more than 1000 Iranians with suspect connections who got across the border illegally during the Biden years. That is a giant pool of people that the FBI has been trying to scramble and roll up and ICE has been trying to scramble and roll up. But not all of them are detained. And that is a real concern. And I think today Secretary Noem will lean into the threat that, that a mass migration, illegal migration to the United States by these Iranians created and try to turn the argument around like Democrats, by keeping government shut, you're endangering the American people. And then Democrats will try to find distractions. They'll ask her about planes that she's building and expenses that she has and her relationship with her advisors. And that will be the normal theater, just like we saw with Pam Bondi. Just a different set of facts, but the same political theater tactics for the Democrats. John, I think you've hit the nail on the head there. That is the significance of today, that there are probably, or as we're hearing from a number of agencies, there are sleeper cells from Iran in this country and in this current environment, that needs to be addressed. That is a national security issue. John, always good to see you, my friend. Always bringing up, giving you something to think about. Thanks so much, brother. Talk to you soon. See you soon, guys. Love the show. Thank you. Coming up, Kamala Harris slams President Trump over the Iran strikes, calling it, quote, an unauthorized war of choice. We'll talk about her comments after the break. Definitely you don't want to go anywhere. Welcome back to American Sunrise. I'm Emily Finn. It's time now to drain the swamp. And this morning, we are flushing out Kamala Harris. The former vice president and failed presidential candidate is slamming President Trump over his strikes on Iran, calling the military action an unauthorized war of choice and urging Congress to step in. Speaking in Detroit while promoting her new memoir, Harris said she unequivocally opposes this war, accusing the president of putting American troops in harm's way. Let's take a look at what she had to say. Donald Trump has dragged us into a war the American people do not want. He has put American troops in harm's way. I unequivocally oppose this war of choice, and everyone should. And the bottom line when it comes down to it is that if we want to stop Donald Trump with this random decision that he has arrived at, then Congress must act and Congress must act immediately. The American people do not want our sons and daughters to go into to this unauthorized war of choice. And I unequivocally oppose it. Thank you. For more, let's bring in terrance Bates and Dr. Gina. I mean, Gina. A random decision that he just arrived at that is so insulting. I don't know why anyone gives this woman any airtime or asks her any questions, but I'm really glad they do, Emily and Terrence, because, excuse me, because even the people that I know, as I said at the top of the show now, even the people that I know that are against the war, that for whatever reason, they're not hating on Donald Trump for this, most of them are saying, you know, hey, I don't think we're in it for the right reasons. I hope it goes really fast. I'm talking about MAGA people. The great thing about the Democrats is you can count on them, Terrence, to miscalculate the pulse of the American people at every turn. Right? They, they, they're still turning all their fire at Donald Trump. And guess what? Donald Trump won't be on the ballot at midterms. But it's like they don't even know that Donald Trump isn't running in 2028. But the Democrats don't understand that. I think the Democrats will still be campaigning against Donald Trump a decade from now. Terrence. It very well could happen. Dr. Gina they're trying to politicize every everything. And kudos to the Trump administration being transparent. I mean, from top to bottom, from the president on down to the secretary of war to the secretary of Defense. They are all on one page and they're being very transportate transportation. They're being very transparent, excuse me, about the motive behind initiating these attacks and what led to it and the ultimate goal. I don't think anyone can ask for much more. And right now, I think most Americans are on the side of the president and the administration are at least open to what comes next. Now, if this drags on very long, if we really start to have even more American fatalities, then, yes, the sentiment might change. But right now, President Trump, I believe in the administration is winning the war of the narrative. Absolutely. All right. Great discussion as always. Coming up on AMERICAN sunrise, new details are emerging on the deadly mass shooting in Austin with some authorities suspecting it may have been a terror attack. We'll unpack the latest developments after the break. Stay with us. Welcome back. A live look at the Senate Judiciary Committee where Secretary Kristi Noem is set to testify momentarily that Senator Dick Durbin offering up his remarks before the secretary speaks will, of course, take you there live the moment it's her turn to offer up opening remarks. In the meantime, we're getting ready for the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange, which will ring here in. Let me look at my clock. About eight minutes or so. Here's a quick look at pre market trading. As you can see, it's not looking too good. The only thing that's up right now is crude oil, and that's likely because of the ongoing situation in Iran. We'll monitor all of this for you, though, throughout the day and continue to update you. First, though, let's get you over to David. Okay. T. Bates, I appreciate it. New details on a possible terror connection are emerging in the deadly Austin mass shooting. Authorities now identify the gunman as in gay aga de onye. Try saying that five times fast. A naturalized US Citizen originally from Senegal. The FBI says evidence found on the suspect and in his vehicle points to a potential terror motive. Multiple sources report the shooter wore a shirt saying Property of Allah and had a Quran in his car during the attack. The shooting unfolded in seconds on a packed stretch of 6th street, very famous down there that three people killed, 14 injured before police shot and killed the gunman less than a minute after the first 911 call. All right. Joining us now with a reaction is US Navy officer with the Office of Naval Intelligence. That would be Lieutenant Steve Rogers. Steven Rogers. Steve, good morning. Just a heads up. I don't want to be rude, but in case Kristi Noem speaks at that hearing, we're gonna get to it. So let's get to you real quick, Steve. We're learning that officials executed a search warrant in this gunman's home and found an Iranian flag and pictures of Iranian leaders as well. I'm curious to get your thoughts this morning. Well, here's an individual that obviously had some Admiration for the enemies of this country. Right now there's no indication that he's connected to any foreign terrorist organization, but that could change. They're certainly going to look at his any computers he has, phone records, etc. But the issue we have here is how many more people are there out there like this individual? Obviously he's deranged, but certainly a follower of the Ayatollah and the Iranian government. So in his mind he's doing something good, but obviously he did something very terrible. We've talked about these homegrown terrorism. We're assuming it's homegrown terrorism here for a while now. How concerned are you specifically about the increase in terms of what's been going on throughout the years? But specifically. Look, we're not funding dhs. And I get it that essential personnel are on the job and looking at serious threats now. But still the fact that DHS isn't funding, I mean, I don't know, that just doesn't seem to comport with what is happening now. This could end up being a problem. It could. And David, I'll tell you what I'm very concerned about with regard to the question you just asked. We have politicians out there just unrelentlessly attacking the President, the Secretary of War, our troops, I mean, really demonizing what we're doing in Iran. And I gotta tell you, they're adding a lot of fuel to the fires that our enemies want to start. I mean, they're emboldening our enemies, they're demoralizing our troops. So when I hear and see what I'm beginning to see and hear from the, and unfortunately it is one party, it is the Democrat Party that's gone out of their way to make it look like we're the bad guys. And the Ayatollah is a good guy. It emboldens people like this guy that just decided on his own to go out and take the action he did. Against who? Against American citizens. And that has to stop. So I would hope that some of these politicians would think twice before they open their mouths. Let's talk about Iran. Might as well. You're here and you've got an important voice. What do you make of what the United States has done there in Iran? You got folks on the left who can't stand it. You've got folks on the far right of the Tucker Carlson's of the world saying this is Israel's war, not America's war. Your reaction? This has been America's war for many decades. This has been going on for 40 years. Finally, we have a president who took the action necessary to put an end to it. Look, these critics, they forgot the USS Cole. Did they forget the Beirut bombing? Did they forget the IEDs that Iran produced that killed thousands, hundreds of American troops, by the way, in Iraq and thousands around the world? So all of these individuals are looking out for one thing, the advancement of their own political agenda, while the President of the United States is looking out for the security of the United States of America. Again, I go back to the fact that these individuals are emboldening our enemies. They're not helping the situation, especially with regard to our troops, in harm's way. So that has to stop. And the only way it stops, the American people have to speak up. I hear you, Steve. Appreciate you. Got to get to Kristi Noem on Capitol Hill. She's testifying. Let's go to that now. Appreciate you, Steve. Here we go to the Hill. Okay, well, You should be ascending yourself. You may prove. Proceed. Thank you, Mr. Chairman. And thank you to the ranking member, Senator Durbin, as well, and the distinguished members of this committee. I appreciate the opportunity to be with all of you today and talk about the important matters and work that the Department of Homeland Security microphone. Every single day. The Department of Homeland Security. Hey, could maybe pull the microphone closer to you, please? And the red light is on. Yep, it is. Okay. Proceed. The Department of Homeland Security was established in the aftermath of 9 11, one of the darkest days in our nation's history that resulted in the death of nearly 3,000Americans. The mission of the Department of Homeland Security at that time was just as critical as it is today. We protect our American people, we prevent acts of terrorism, and we defend our homeland. Every action that the Department of Homeland Security takes is guided by that mission and by that responsibility. Thanks to President Trump's leadership and the hard work of the men and women of dhs, our department has delivered historic results and has made our community safer. Since the start of President Trump's second term, daily encounters along the southwest border declined by 96% compared to the Biden administration's daily average. We've reached the lowest levels ever recorded in U.S. customs and Border protections history. In President Trump's first year, total Border Patrol apprehensions along the southwest border were less than the average of a single month under the Biden administration. For 10 straight months, the Border Patrol has released zero illegal aliens into the interior of the United States. And in President Trump's historic first year back in office, nearly 3 million illegal aliens have left the United States. As a result of the administration's enforcement efforts, efforts from following the law. That includes 2.2 million that have voluntarily left and returned back to their home countries and more than 675,000 detainments and deportations. A majority of the aliens that were arrested by Immigrations and Customs Enforcement have a criminal record and have been charged with or convicted of secondary crimes in addition to their initial crime of being in the United States illegally. During this period, ICE has arrested over 1500 known and suspected terrorists, more than 7700 known gang members, many of them that were allowed to come into this country under the Biden administration. We have also reached the lowest murder rate in the last 125 years since that data was tracked. Under President Biden, more than 450,000 unaccompanied alien children went missing or were lost due to the dangerous open border policies that were embraced under President Trump. The Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Health and Human Services have already located over 145,000 of these children and returned them back to their families and back to people who care about them. And we will not stop until every single one of those children is found. Fentanyl traffic trafficking at the southern border is down. It's been cut by over 56% because of that secure border and the enforcement actions that have been taking there. And that's compared to the same period of time in 2024. The Coast Guard has seized enough cocaine the past year to prevent quantities capable of killing more than 193 million Americans, and it's kept them off of our streets. In fact, total interdiction efforts under the Trump administration have prevented 1.7 billion lethal doses of drugs from killing our next generation of Americans. These results reflect the fact that we are enforcing the laws that Congress has passed. I want to address the dangerous environment that our ICE officers face on the streets today. They are facing a serious and escalating threat as a result of deliberate mischaracterizations of their heroic work and rhetoric that demonizes our law enforcement. DHS has documented an 8,000% increase in death threats against our ICE officers and their families, as well as more than 1,300% increase in assaults while carrying out the lawful enforcement operations that they do every single day. I recognize that members of this committee may hold differing views about immigration policy, but it's important that we distinguish between disagreements over policy and the Department's operational responsibility to enforce existing law that has been passed by Congress. It's our duty as a department to defend our homeland the latest Democrat led shutdown of DHS is reckless. It's unnecessary and it undermines the American national security and it harms the men and women who work at DHS and their families. Despite the House passing a bipartisan, bicameral full year DHS funding bill, it is Senate Democrats who have chosen not to fund the department and have held this department hostage as a result. Critical national security missions, including border security, immigration enforcement, aviation security, disaster response, cybersecurity and the protection of critical infrastructure are all being strained. Our ability to provide for a safe and successful World cup is being hindered as well as more than 100,000 dedicated DHS employees are once again being asked to work without pay. For the third time in just five months. At a time when we've produced the most secure border in history and removed nearly 3 million illegal aliens from our country, disrupting the department responsible for those gains is indefensible. I want to thank the men and women of the Department of Homeland Security for their professionalism, for their dedication, for their commitment to keeping America safe and continuing to show up and work even though they aren't being compensated for it. They've kept us safe and they have patience and our success is only possible because of their service and sacrifices. I also want to thank our angel families that are behind us to tell their stories and testimonies and also thank my husband for being here in support as well. Thank you for the opportunity to testify, Mr. Chairman, and to all the distinguished members. I look forward to your questions. With that, I yield back. I have spoken about the ten minute times that we have. Get it up to ten minutes for me. It's on. Five minutes. Ten minutes. Thank you for your testimony. The previous administration's open border policy brought millions of people to this country. We don't know everyone's background or to intent for entering, but we know many of these had ill intent. Given the Iran conflict, what steps has Homeland Security taken to protect the potential potential against potential Iranian sleeper cells and related terrorism? Well, thank you, Mr. Chairman. We work every single day with our intelligence agencies and law enforcement partners to make sure that we are investigating and finding any threats to the homeland here within our borders. We work with the FBI often and Homeland Security investigation specializes in this kind of work each and every day. Not only that, we go back and we are re vetting some of the individuals in some of the programs that we may have concerns about looking at social media, also going through those interviews that are necessary for some of our programs that the Biden administration abused and perverted under their time there as well. We look at the fact, Mr. Chairman, that over the last administration when millions of people streamed across our border, we don't necessarily know who all came into our country. We know that we have many dangerous individuals that came in unvetted and we are working every single day to find them and to make sure that we're preventing the next attack and preventing the next crime they may perpetuate against the American people. You heard in my opening statement about the inspector general's report on airplane airport security screening after Congress had been told of the report you announced $1 billion in airport security upgrades. Press report have sources attacking you for changing the shoe removal policy. Does the $1 billion investment relate to the issue in the inspector general's report? And then I have a follow up to that. Well, sir, I can't speak directly to that report because it is classified. I will tell you that all of the recommendations that the inspector general had in that report have already been implemented and that there was flawed data included in it. What I will tell you is the billion dollar investment is necessary at our TSA security checkpoints because it's been over a decade since a significant upgrade has happened. We have new technologies that can be used in X ray, baggage scanners, abilities to use information and new technologies to scan individuals that would be more efficient, allow people to get through the security checkpoint and get to their planes on time and ensure their safety. The number one priority of TSA is security and we make sure that we are continuing to use all of the options and tools available to us to make sure that they are safe as they travel through our airports and in our airways. Thank you for that report. The follow up is was going to ask for those details, but you've given me those details. Have these details been communicated to the inspector General? Yes, they have, sir. And I wanted to also in regards to your comments in your opening statement, there's nothing preventing the IG from coming and briefing members of Congress and he's free to do that. We just need to remember it's a class document and use those protocols to ensure that it remains classified. Regarding Afghan evacuee oversight of mine, you informed my office that thousands of Afghan parolees were potential national security risk. Nearly a thousand were reported to me on October, August 12 last year. What steps have you taken with the interagency partners to investigate these parolees and what, if any, national security concerns still exist because of the previous administration's failures to vet? Well, Mr. Chairman, some of the things that we have implemented under President Trump's administration is to go back and look at those individuals who came in under Operation Allies welcome and make sure that we're re vetting those, especially those that have come in in the last four years under the Biden administration, recognizing that they weren't tracking necessarily biometrics or their social media presence, communication, how they were doing since they've come to the United States. And also, sir, there's a requirement under that program to come back every single year and do an interview to discuss with them and have conversations on what they're doing in the United States, how they're transitioning to the United States under that program. And that was not being done. So we're going back and re vetting all of those individuals and making sure that we know that if someone is here in this country that they love America, they want to be a part of our way of life, and they don't wish to do us harm. I'd like to have you provide me an update on evacuee Afghan evacuee data. As I said in my opening, Trump administration has located over 145,000 children that the previous administration lost. Your department is also performing welfare checks on these children. Describe the ongoing efforts that your department is taking to find children who've yet to be located and how recent welfare checks exposed previous vetting failures. Yes, I would say those 450,000 children that came into this country that were unaccompanied alien children were lost by the Biden administration, not tracked. We've located about 145,000 of them, and we've done that through the investigative work of our Homeland Security Investigations team. They are phenomenal at the work that they do, and they specialize in child trafficking, sex trafficking, and finding individuals that would perpetuate that harm against our children. The one thing that has been challenging is that under the Biden administration, the government paid sponsors in HHS in order to host these children. And those sponsors, many times we found instances where they trafficked these children themselves. So under that administration, we not only had children that were in this country as a part of a program, the government was paying individuals that were knowingly trafficking them and abusing them. That has stopped. We have gone through and found these children and put them back with their families when we have the opportunity to do so, and with loved ones that will care for them. I would say that even in one case, we have other countries where we've been working with them to get their children back home, where we've been prevented returning these families. Back and helping them to be reunified by activist judges. But we will continue to work to ensure that these individuals and these children that were abused by the trafficking over the border have the opportunity to be brought back to their families and to their loved ones. Going forward. I want to bring up administrative warrants. There's been questions raised about your department use of them. Immigration laws include complex and specialized legal processes. For the record today, please briefly discuss how the administration administrative warrant works and how often they're used. Well, an administrative warrant is utilized on a regular basis because it's the process that Congress has given us, it's the process in immigration law that you've given us to ensure that someone is returned back to their home country. And I would say that most of the time when it gets talked about, it's inaccurate. In the 400,000 cases that ICE has used these administrative warrants, only 28 times have they been used to enter a home. So it is the legal process that we have that we follow as given to us by Congress and it's been affirmed by the Supreme Court as the correct way to follow the law. We will continue using this tool as it's important in the duties that the Department of Homeland Security is responsible for. Under both Democrat and Republican presidents, I've conducted oversight of employees called special government employees. By law, these Employee is limited 130 days a year of government work and been understood that a partial day is one day at work. Have you ensured the SGA SGE personnel follow all laws, rules and regulations as intended? Yes, sir. They have career officials at the Department of Homeland Security that track that data and they've all followed the laws and the rules regarding special government employees. You stated that the Department of Government Efficiency found software on your government devices that was used improperly Surveil you and other political officials. What's the status of the investigation into that matter and has any disciplinary action taken? Yes, sir. There was software that was doing surveillance on political appointees at the Department of Homeland Security Security and there was measures put in place where some people were removed from their positions and accountability measures put in place. And we continue to monitor our systems as the agency that is trusted with cybersecurity and ensuring that our critical infrastructure is protected from hacking attempts from foreign nationals who wish to do us harm or individuals within this country. We take seriously the amount of software, surveillance and work that we do within the department as well. My 10 minutes are up, Senator Durban. Thank you, Mr. Secretary. Secretary Noem, the nation has watched horrified as immigration agents killed Renee Good. Alex Preddy in Chicago. One of your Border Patrol agents shot Maramore Martinez five times after ramming her car. You and your agency rush to brand these victims as, quote, domestic terrorists. We have ample video evidence and eyewitness testimony proving you are wrong. Your statements cause immeasurable pain to these families. Let me give you an opportunity to do the right thing. Do you retract these statements identifying these individuals as domestic terriers? You know, Senator Dermid, when we have these situations happen, we always offer our condolences to those families. And I offer mine as well. These are tragic situations. And I can't imagine what these families go through in losing a loved one. What I. What I will say is we always work to provide the American people with as much information as possible. That we're relying on reports from the ground and from agents that are there and working to be transparent. And we'll continue to do all that we can to provide the accurate information and the facts to people as we can. Where did you get that information? In the hearing, recent hearing before the HISAC committee. CBP and ICE officials testified under oath that their agencies did not inform you that Preddy was a domestic terrorist during that hearing. Stated during that hearing. I was getting reports from the ground, from agents at the scene. And I would say that it was a chaotic scene, as you've seen in Minneapolis and St. Paul as immigration enforcement has gone forward and we've worked at targeting the worst of the worst, that many times our agents have been faced with violence. Domestic terrorists as a way to calm the scene. These violent terrorists have put them in a situation where they've been. It's unprecedented what these agents have faced in. So that situation on the ground that day was chaotic. And it was something that they were trying to bridge over trouble with us. Can you explain why you decided to brand these victims that we all saw on video who were out protesting the activities of your agency and were killed as a result of it? How did you think that calling them domestic terrorists at that scene was somehow going to calm the situation? You know, Senator, we are working in those situations where there's a tragic loss of life and that there is something that our agents are involved in that we continue to deliver information. Is it so hard to say you were wrong? We continue. As these investigations continue to go, we will. Private. I absolutely strive to provide factual information and we'll continue to do that. And when you fail, do you admit it publicly? Absolutely. We always know. Do we admit it now? Improvement. That we will. Keith Porter Jr. Dr. Keith Porter Jr. And Dr. Linda Davis. They are Americans killed by ICE. You have not given their family any justice. Say their name. Their black lives matter. Their black lives matter. Their black lives matter. Their black lives matter. Thank you, Mr. Chairman. I want to turn to another incident where DHS is concealing the facts from the American public. Geraldo. Luna Campos died in an immigration detention. DHS claimed he killed himself, but an independent medical examiner found his death was a homicide. Witnesses stated Mr. Campos was strangled by the guards at a detention facility. Instead of investigating this death, your department tried to deport the witnesses to the crime. It took a judge intervening to ensure the fact that these witnesses remain in the country for investigation. Secretary Noem, who ordered those witnesses be deported? Sir, I can't speak to the details of that case as it continues to be investigated, but I do know that within our detention facilities, we have the highest federal standards of any detention facilities compared to state or other local facilities that may detect there was an effort to deport the witnesses. Sir, I'm not aware of that, and I will continue to look at that. Whenever there is an incident where we have someone who works for DHS that has done something wrong, there is always an evaluation, an investigation, and there is consequences for that. So we will continue to do that investigation and make sure that the right thing is done. If who's doing the investigation? There are internal investigations within investigation, is that what you're saying? Yes. Ice. ICE and outside independent agency. That's part of that investigation. Not that I'm aware of at this point in time, but I may not be able to speak to the details of this case because I'm not fully informed. Lost his life. Just last week, the Republican appointed chief federal judge in Minnesota identified over 200 court orders that ICE officials had violated in the last two months. He wrote, quote, the court is not aware of another occasion in the history of the United States in which a federal court has had to threaten contempt again and again and again to force the US Government to comply with court orders. In a sworn declaration, the Trump Justice Department itself acknowledged that your agency has violated court orders more than 50 times in recent weeks in one state, New Jersey. Secretary Noem, is DHS required to follow federal court orders? Yes, sir. And we do comply with federal court orders. How do you explain that your agency has repeatedly violated court orders as your own administration has admitted? Sir, we follow court orders and when they apply and when the jurisdiction and decision is applicable to a federal agency like ours. I'm sorry, would you clarify what you ended that with? We follow court orders when they are given to us. Federal court orders we follow. Absolutely. So these judges are wrong? I'm not saying that they're wrong and I can't speak specifically to that statement that was given. Let me ask you about daca. Are you familiar with the program? Do you understand the people that are covered and protected by DACA have to go through a background check, which includes a criminal check? Yes or no? Yes, you do. Last week your agency informed us that last year ICE arrested 261 DACA holders and deported 86 of them. We learned about a DACA recipient who'd lived in this country for decades was arrested by ICE at her green card appointment. In tears, she hugged her daughter goodbye. She was deported to Mexico within 24 hours. Madam Secretary, why have you deported dozens of DACA holders who had to comply with a criminal background check to be eligible for daca? Sir, we follow all laws as applicable to the Department of Homeland Security. How we handle detainment and deportations. Why did you deport them? We. I will not. I don't know the details of that specific case you just read, but I'll look into it, sir. But we ensure that we follow the law that applies to our department and who we detain and who we deport back to their home countries clearly violated the law. If that is the case, let me ask you about the fact that 85% of the 400,000 immigrants that ICE arrested during President Trump's first term in office had no violent criminal record. The President said over and over at his rallies, we're going after the worst of the worst, the terrorists, the murderers, the rapists. And then it turns out that 85% of the people you've gone after have no criminal history whatsoever. How do you explain that, sir? When you talk about violent crimes, what you're saying, the crimes that don't matter, that you aren't counting, are ones that affect American families every single day. You're not counting DUIs, you're not counting embezzlements, you're not counting theft, and you're not counting the other crimes against people and drug trafficking and proliferating that. So if you don't count those as crimes that these individuals and impacting families in this country, they are counted and they calculate those 14% of those. Those are not counted. In your 14%. If you were counting crimes that these individual illegal aliens in this country have committed, it would be well over 65 to 70% of the individuals that are detained today have those crimes on their record. Besides the crime of being in this country, Can I back that up with some information for me? Absolutely, I will. I certainly hope you will. How does taking a father from a child dying of cancer qualify? Where would that be? Is that a violent crime? I don't know what you're speaking or reference. That's exactly what I'm speaking of. Ruben Torres, two weeks ago, buried his daughter Ophelia. When he was arrested at the Home Depot in Norwich, Illinois, he said to those who your agents, please let me go home. My daughter is dying of cancer. I would like to be with her in her last days of her life. They said no. They arrested him and deported him for two weeks. Finally, he returned for a court hearing. His daughter lived to see that hearing where the court said he was treated unfairly by your agency. And she died three days later. I was at her memorial service. Is that really necessary? Was he a violent criminal? Sir, we enforce the law, the laws that are passed by this body and signed into statute on the process for individuals that are in this country illegally that have final removal orders in the process given in immigration law. We continue to follow that. And if you don't like the law, I would suggest you change the law. But that is what we do every single day, is go out there. Tried to change it with comprehensive immigration reform, and it was stopped by the Republican House of Representatives. Our job at the department is to follow the law and make sure that we are a nation of laws. Because a nation that doesn't follow the law is no nation at all. I yield. Mr. Chairman. Senator Graham, thank you very much for coming. Can you hear me? Yep. Now we can. Thanks very much. Let's talk about the scope of the problem you inherited here. My Democratic friends said that sensible immigration is what they've been pursuing. Talked about the Gang of Eight and a lot of things I've worked on with. Would you say that the four years of Biden were with sensible immigration? No, I wouldn't either. I would say it's an obliteration of the border. 11 million people came into this country during President Biden's term. He obliterated all controls. We sent them all over the country in planes, trains and automobiles. And what's the scope of the problem you inherited? How would you describe the mess that Biden gave you? Very quickly, our country was in a chaotic time and invaded over our southern border. Millions and millions of people came into this country. For 11,000 murderers, right? Yes, that is correct. 2700% increase in people on the terrorist watch list, Right? That's correct. During his four years, President Biden allowed 2700% increase of people on the terrorist watch list to come into this country in 2023. 172. Do you know where those people are? No, not necessarily. So we don't know where they are. They're here, but we don't know where they are because they didn't care if they came and they haven't really looked very hard. So sensible. Immigration died on Biden's watch. It was replaced by out of control open border. Just absolute chaos. And to all the people on the front row that have lost loved ones, I am sorry your family members are a victim of an out of control Democratic led effort to obliterate the border. And every senator on this side of the aisle, that side of the aisle did nothing about it. Now they want to talk to you about problems we've had. Are these shootings being investigated in Minnesota? Yes, they are. They should be investigated in Minnesota. We want to have orderly processes. How would you say being an ICE agent is right now? The stress they're under? I think it's unprecedented for them every day. I think it's miserable. I think it's just a tough, tough job right now. And if they go too far, we will hold them accountable. But I just want the country to know these men and women who are trying to solve this problem that was created by our Democratic colleagues. You have no idea the mess they inherited. This country was overrun by illegal immigrants, murderers, rapists, and just average everyday people. How many people did Barack Obama deport when he was president? The total. Everybody was more than us. How many of them were violent criminals? So when a Democrat deports somebody who's here illegally, that's good government. When a Republican does it, we're Nazis and fascists. If you're here illegally, are you entitled to stay? No. They would allow you to stay. I want you to understand that these people have no interest in cleaning up these mess. This mess. In 2026, we're going to have an election about this. And they're openly saying unless you're a violent criminal, you should be allowed to stay here. Is embezzlement a violent crime? No. Is it a crime without a victim? Yes. If somebody steals your stuff, even they don't do it through force. Is that a. You're watching Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee. She is also set for another hearing before the House Judiciary Committee tomorrow. Let's bring back David and Dr. Gina for final thoughts. Dr. Gina 30 seconds. This is theater, Terrence. This is theater. This is the Democrats who are angry and retaliatory. And I don't believe it'll have much impact on the attitude of Americans who elected this president to get rid of the illegals. That's all of the illegals, not just the criminals. David. Yeah, I'm going to quote Eugene and say 100%. Look, I am glad you used the word theater, cuz that's exactly what this is. These hearings are a bunch of, well, oops. Okay, I won't say the word. It's ridiculous. First of all, senators just want to blow the eight and they want to speak. And the Democrats, as you say, are just kind of trying to set up Kristi Noem to have a boo hoo moment in terms of like, oh, no, she's going to apologize. She's not going to apologize. Everybody has their talking points and it's all scripted. It's all theater. Good night, America. This is what you got? Yeah, no, absolutely. And I think one of the things to keep in mind is that there are a number of illegals in this country from Iran and elsewhere across the Middle east that might not have good intentions for this country. And that should be the focus. Dr. Gina. Absolutely. Absolutely. All right, you guys, we appreciate you being with us, just like we appreciate you every single day. Stay tuned because War Room is coming up next. Hug your children, love God, pray for our troops. Go boldly, live the truth. We'll see you tomorrow. This is an I Heart podcast. Guaranteed human.
