Also breaking, President Trump pardons Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, Boris Epstein, John Eastman and Mark Meadows and 72 other individuals allegedly associated with the effort to challenge the 2020 election results. Those details are just ahead. And New York Attorney General Letitia James claims she is the target of government. She claims her mortgage fraud charges stem from her going after President Trump. What are her next moves? We're going to tell you all of that. Oh, wait, no. We have more later. Tomorrow is the very important how could we almost forget Veterans Day just ahead and causes all patriots that they you need to know about to honor those who served those stories. So much more. We'll get this done. American Sunrise starts this Monday right now. Good morning America. Welcome to American Sunrise. Whether it's culture, we have breaking news to share with you. Politics. President Trump is joining us live now from Florida. We've got you covered. This is what it looks like to be a patriot. We have to protect the American family. The American dream is still alive. I'm David Brody. I'm terrence. And I'm Dr. Gina. Good morning. I'm Dr. Gina. We are live with you from the Palm Beaches. Want to bring in David Brody. He's in Washington, D.C. and T. Bates in our Denver newsroom. Good morning, gentlemen. Good morning, Dr. G. Dr. Gina and David. Good morning, Dr. Gina. You laid out so many stories that are making headlines that are really huge this morning. Front and center of Course, the fact that it looks like, it looks like we might be on the precipice of ending this government shutdown, as you said, a handful of Democrats have crossed the aisle to vote with Republicans. We're expecting that the House is going to return to vote on this particular bill that would reopen the government. David. The thing that comes to mind, though, is Senate Majority Leader John Thune telling Democrats basically on, I guess, Friday, Saturday, look, we're going to stay in session until this thing ends. And look at how quickly they responded and got something done. It seems like, yeah, it feels like we need a live camera right now on the mental health session going on among Democrats this morning. I mean, the progressive wing of the party, AKA the base of the party, is so angry with those eight Senate Democrats who caved, basically. And by the way, Chuck Schumer voted no on this, but they're still angry at Chuck Schumer because he allowed those eight Democrats to vote with the Republicans. So let's be clear. Chuck Schumer thought he could vote no and he would say, oh, I'll be saved. The progressives won't hate me. No, they hate you as well. So it does not matter. Boy, this whole thing, look, this is a deal Democrat. Why am I so, I'm so animated this morning. I need to just ramp it. Hold on, let me. Okay, fine. Now look, this is a deal Democrats Gina could have had a month ago. Okay? There's no, all there is is, yeah, we're going to promise to vote at some point in December on the Obamacare subsidies. I mean, that's what John Thune said a month ago. I mean, what a cave by the Democrats. And good for the Republicans for standing strong. Finally, they did not buckle. Shocking. Let's be honest, they always buckle. Agreed. I wanted to point to, I thought Jake Novak's tweet was very point on. He said Senate Democrats couldn't care less about laid off workers or people on food stamps. What really ended this shutdown was that they and their donors were finally inconvenienced by the flight cancellations. That's all it took. Trump team should take note of that next time. It's absolutely true, Jake Novak, and I think that's what we're looking at here. And then just the other thing I want to say is apparently some of the people, their food stamps were restored. The number one in two items sold over the weekend to people on EBT restored. Do you know what it was? One in two. Terrence and David, probably soda would be among them. I Would think. Very good, David. You wanna get the other one for the win. Well, candy? I don't know. I was gonna say soda and milk, chips. Okay, there you go. There you go. So, I mean, this is why government should never be involved in the business of private charity. Government should not be charity. There, there, I got that. Hey, guys, really quickly, before we get to our prayer, Fox News is out with this headline which says Trump pardons Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, Sidney Powell, others involved in 2020 election interference saga. The president, of course, didn't pardon himself. Ed Martin says this proclamation ends grave injustice. Very quickly, each of you, 15 seconds, your thoughts? Dr. Gina? Yeah, I'm really, really glad this happened. I just want the truth to continue to come out and shine the light of it on it, to expose it. These are lies that they wanted in our history books, right? The 2020 election was definitely stolen. We know it. It's provable. The numbers are out there, and it's really, really beautiful, David, I think to see this come to light. And the truth about J6, which came to light over the weekend, too, which I'm sure we'll discuss as well. I'll give you 10 seconds. President Trump always has the last word. The shot was the victory in 2024. The Chaser is this morning. He always has the last word. Ooh, alcohol reference. And he doesn't even drink. Absolutely. I'm going to drink after the show. All right, let's get to the Bible verse. I think we need it this morning badly. It's from Psalm 89, 15, 16. Blessed are the people who know the joyful. See, they walk, O Lord, in the light of your countenance. In your name they rejoice all day long, and in your righteousness they are exalted. That's a beautiful one. Somebody. Somebody write that down for me because I want to. I want to put that attribute that in my new devotional that I'm putting together for everybody. All right. The longest government shutdown in US History continues, but an end could be in sight. The Senate advanced a deal that would end the shutdown. It would the Department of Agriculture, Veterans affairs and Military Construction, and the Legislative branch for the full fiscal year and the rest of the government until late January. Senate Majority Leader John Thune said there will be a vote next month on whether to extend Obamacare subsidies for more. Let's bring in the chairman of the American Defense International, Van Hipp. Van. You know, it's not really. Even if the whole shutdown solves itself, it's not really going to get much less traumatic as we go forward looking at funding all of this, is it? No, it's not. Dr. Gina and we still got probably several more days to go. This was just a procedural vote. Then the filibusters got to go back to the House, more procedural votes in the Senate before it even gets to the president's desk. And then the Republicans have promised to vote sometime mid December on extending the, the, the Obamacare tax credits, which is an absolute farce and Speaker Johnson has not committed to bring that up. So a lot more to go. But they are going to keep, they are going to move forward with appropriations that would pay our veterans and also the Department of Agriculture. So that's so, so that's in place. So yeah, it's a, what is really ludicrous to me of this whole thing with the mainstream media has failed to point out the House passed sea art is to keep the budget, I mean to keep the country open. This isn't a Donald Trump budget. This is the FY24. This is the old President Biden era budget that the Democrats supported in the past. So that's kind of gotten lost. Republicans voted to keep the government open at Biden era spending levels. I wrote an article years ago asking, well, basically saying that America needs Harry Truman Democrats again. And lately I've been asking myself, are there any Harry Truman Democrats left? I do think you got to give credit to those three Democrat senators in the Senate who voted with Republicans from the outset to keep the government open. Of course, five more crossed the line, crossed the aisle last night. So I think you've got to, I think you've got to give credit to them for putting of their, their country above party. No, I think that's a great point and I'm glad you mentioned the process that's going to play out this week. Just because the Senate voted in this filibuster vote late last night doesn't mean that this thing's a done deal quite yet. And good luck in the House trying to corral enough votes to get this thing passed. You think they will, but we probably will have something on the president's desk maybe by Thursday, Wednesday. Thursday. We'll see. Hey, let me move on. Van about these $2,000 checks for Americans. This is Trump talked about on Truth Social over the weekend. He said this people that are against tariffs are fools. We are now the richest, most respected country in the world with almost no inflation and a record stock market price. 401ks are highest ever. We are taking in trillions of dollars. We'll soon begin paying down our enormous debt. 37 trillion, record investment in the USA, plants and factories going up all over the place. Then he says this, a dividend of at least $2,000 a person. Then he says, not including high income people, will be paid to everyone, to be clear. So this is interesting, what he's trying to say. We should mention, though, that you can't just do this as a president without Congress getting involved. I mean, Congress controls the purse here. They've got to have, they're gonna have to pass legislation, though. Scott Besant was saying over the weekend that some of this money could come from tax provisions that's already been passed and signed into law. I'm curious to get your take on this because I know a lot of folks say, hey, just pay down the debt and debt and deficit, all that. No, you're right. The Constitution, the Constitution specifically provides that Congress has got to be involved in something like this. And Secretary Besson, who I think is the best Secretary of the treasury we've had since Alexander Hamilton, has said that this rebate, if you will, can come in several forms. But let's look, let's take a step back and look at what's happened here. The Committee for Responsible Federal Budget, which is a bipartisan group that's been around for over 40 years dedicated to reducing the deficit of this country, says that under President Trump's policies, we've seen an increase of 250% in tariff revenues into the treasury of this country. And that's probably on the low end because President Trump's tariffs didn't really go into effect until we were one third of the way in to this fiscal year. Look, President Trump, I believe, is the best salesman for America we've ever had. I'd like to see him put on that red baseball cap, get out of the White House, go to Alabama, go to Michigan, go to Nevada, and remind the people what has happened this year. This country was in a world of hurt when he took off office. We've got record revenues from tariffs coming into this country. We've got record investments coming into this country from overseas. We've got a secure border all at the same time. And we've got a commander in chief who is finally holding Communist China accountable. It is a great news story to tell. I love to see him put on that red baseball cap, get out there with the grassroots and really force the mainstream media to have to cover this American comeback story. Van Hip, thank you so much for your time. Appreciate you. Thank you. Thanks, Van. All right, coming up, we check out the hottest headlines from the RAV newsroom with T. Bates. And later, Russia launched new strikes into Ukraine. What do they damage and what does this mean for the war going forward? Together we can right the course of America. One of the stories lots of people talking about this morning, a group of Senate Democrats splitting with Senate minority leaders Chuck Schumer Sunday night and joining the Republican majority in voting to move forward with temporarily reopening the federal government. The move comes after Senate Majority Leader John Thune told his colleagues they would stay in session until the government reopens. At the moment, the longest government shutdown in US History continues, though. But this deal would fund the government for several weeks and guarantee a December vote on extending expiring Affordable Care act tax credits, which is what Democrats have been holding out for. Under the proposal, federal workers would also receive back pay. Mass firings of federal workers during the shutdown would also be reversed. Seven Democrats and an independent voted with Republicans on Sunday, meaning that more votes are expected this week. Members of the US House have been put on notice to prepare to return to Washington in the coming days to pass the proposal and get it on the president's desk. President Trump, by the way, chiming in, saying, quote, it looks like we're getting close to the shutdown ending. While the government shutdown could come to an end, this Monday marks another day of expected major flight delays and cancellations due to air traffic controller staffing concerns. On Sunday, airlines canceled more than 2,700 flights and delayed with more than 10,000 more. Those numbers mark the worst day at the nation's airport since the shutdown began, and it comes as a result of FAA mandated flight cuts meant to keep air traffic safe. Delta Air Lines was hit exceptionally hard as the airline reportedly canceled or delayed more than half of its flights on Sunday. The FAA's flight reductions started at 4% Friday and are set to increase to 6% by tomorrow before before hitting the 10% goal at the end of this week. Meantime, 13,000 air traffic controllers and 50,000 TSA agents are being forced to work without pay during this ongoing government shutdown. It looks like the 42 million Americans who depend on SNAP food benefits will get the food they need leading up to the Thanksgiving holiday. Late Sunday, a Boston based court of appeals upheld a lower court rule ruling out of Rhode island ordering the Trump administration to fully fund this month's food aid benefits. Under the order, the U.S. department of Agriculture has to use $4 billion in special funds set aside for other purposes to ensure that needy American families get the full Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefit they ask for. On Friday, the U.S. supreme Court paused the full disbursement of those funds while the Trump administration applied rulings forcing the full payments of those benefits. Without the funding, dozens of states argue there will be, quote, catastrophic operational disruptions to the food program. That's a quick check of your headlines. We'll have more headlines coming your way shortly. But now let's get a quick check of your forecast with Weather Nation's Tracy Anthony. Tracy, good morning to you. And I have to point out that we're preparing for cold. I actually spent the weekend getting all my winter clothes out. Yeah. You know, and Denver actually going to be a little later than average for your first snow. So that's good news for you. The rest of the country. East of the Rockies, it is brutal cold temperatures that are taking over. I'm talking all the way down to the Gulf coast temperatures dropping 30 degrees for from where they were this time yesterday. So that cold air is taking over. Daytime highs are going to be 25 degrees below average and we're even going to feel it here in South Florida. So by early tomorrow morning, we're talking 20s for those temperatures. But when you factor in the brutal wind, the wind chill values are be down in the teens for some areas. Look at Atlanta, wind chill values right around 21 degrees. All I can say is if you have kids or grandkids that you have to get ready for the bus stop, you are going to want to bundle them up. It's going to be that cold. Now it is a short burst of cold temperatures as Atlanta will climb out. You're going to be back in the 70s here by the end of the week and into next weekend. But we're talking a ton of records broke over the next couple of days. And Terrence, you may even be warmer than us here in West Palm by tomorrow. So you may have an upper hand. You can kind of hold that over us tomorrow afternoon. Eat your heart out, West Palm Beach. Come on over here to Denver. The getting is good. Tracy, always good to see you. Appreciate it. We'll check back with you next hour. By the way, folks, at the bottom of your screen, you see that QR code? Go ahead and scan it. Well, you saw it. Go ahead and scan it and join our friends over at Weather Nation. Plus, one of the benefits if you go into our chats, be it on getter rumble, YouTube, let us know where you are. If you're one of our lucky RAV viewers, you can actually get a hometown forecast directly from Tracy. So let us know where you're hanging out and Tracy will try to get you a hometown forecast for that. Up next though, Hamas turns over the remains of an Israeli soldier who was killed in 2014. The big question though, where are the remains of the remaining hostages? We'll discuss next here on American Sunrise. First though, a quick look at this day in history. It was on this date in 1954 that President Dwight D. Eisenhower dedicated the Marine Memorial. It was dedicated to all Marines who have fought and died for this country since 1775. The statue was inspired by by the iconic 1945 photograph of six Marines raising a flag on top of Mount Suribachi during the battle of Iwo Jima in World War II. That is the White House on this Monday. It is Monday, right? November 10, 2025. Welcome back everybody to American Sunrise. All right, the Red Cross says Hamas turned over the body of Israeli soldier Hadar Goldeen. He was killed 11 years ago back in 2014. Hamas says the body was found in a tunnel in Rafah and it will now be transferred to Israel and their forensics team. Currently there are four remaining bodies of Israeli hostages and in Gaza. Let's bring in Dr. G and T to discuss. Not so much this specific case, obviously, but I know the Israelis are glad to have that soldier's remains back, but really more the peace process. T. Bates Going forward, we know we're out of phase one. Supposedly we're into phase two, but I haven't seen any plans about phase two yet. I don't know what's going on. I do understand this morning that Jared Kushner is over meeting with Benjamin Netanyahu this morning. But once again, everybody's going to be tight lipped until they figure out what the next move is because I've got no clue at this point reporting that I've seen on what's happening next. And I say this, and I don't like to use the word, but I think it is accurate. It is a tenuous peace process. Yes, we've come a long way, but there's still a lot of work to be done and even the administration has said that there's a lot of work to be done. But it starts, or the journey starts with a couple of steps and at least we've made those first steps. As for the remaining bodies coming back, just to be honest, I'm not so sure they ever will be fully returned. I don't believe that Hamas knows where all of those bodies are. I think the people were killed indiscriminately and in an inhumane way. And Hamas probably has no idea where all of those bodies are. I pray that they are returned to their loved ones, but I wouldn't hold my breath. I'm sorry, but that's just how I see it. Dr. Gina yeah, this is just heartbreaking for those families. And, you know, I had opportunity to hear a lot of this up close and personal on my recent trip there to Israel. And I just, I pray for those families. I mean, it's one thing that they lost the family member, it's another thing that they can't even get closure. And I don't buy the whole thing that Hamas is like, oh, we don't know where they are. They knew those bodies were leverage for them, that they were involved in hostage negotiations going forward. I just don't buy it. I think that there's more to this story because always in times of war, dead prisoners bodies are always a negotiating point. Right. So that they would just lose something that valuable to them in war. I don't know if I buy that, David. I don't know you know more about this than I do. No, I think you make actually a really good point about that especially. And they knew this was important to Israel as well in terms of leverage point to get those bodies back back even more so to the Israeli community. So, yeah, that's, that's interesting. I hadn't thought about it like that. Let's get some more insight now with geopolitical strategist, army veteran, good friend of the show, retired Lt. Col. Darren Gob is with us. Let me ask you, Darren. I mean, look, so far the ceasefire is holding. We were mentioning that Jared Kushner is in Israel today meeting with Netanyahu, but we still don't have any details as to what phase two is going to look like here. I'm curious how you assess where we are at this point. Good morning to you. Hey, good morning. Well, I think it's easy to say that nobody really knows where we are right now because they're just doing this at a 24 hour increase, in some cases being surprised they're not. But ultimately the issue comes down to the fact that Hamas's, well, they're going to use this to their advantage. Of course. Any issues regarding the ceasefire, which is, yes, holding, but it's certainly not perfectly holding. And it's really up to Israel to make the decision on whether or not they wanted to keep going forward with operations in Gaza based on Hamas's actions, which have shown anything but a desire to establish peace. But now Hamas is actually working harder to try to ingratiate themselves into future governance of Gaza. So I think that's what they're really focused on is they're sort of making a show of this recovery of bodies to return to Israel while planning ahead a future where they're still involved in a post Gaza war future, which frankly would bring us right back to the beginning of where the whole thing started. Anyways, Colonel, looking a little bit domestically, a Chicago man reportedly fired on federal agents during an immigration operation. City Alderman Michael Rodriguez accused federal agents of unlawful conduct and said their presence has created chaos in the community. Now the alleged suspect fired on officers during an enforcement action. You know, I think we're just going to see more of this. I think that the direction this is all heading, with all of the rhetoric put out by the left on all of this makes people feel justified in such actions. Your thoughts? Absolutely. There's consequences to the language that's out there right now calling for continued violence, not only in Chicago, but around the nation. But it's interesting that these aldermen and the mayor and the governor have constantly talked about how ICE is creating the problem in Chicago that's existed for a very long time in which they seem to be totally uninterested until there was a threat or a promise of activating the National Guard to bring them in to do the job that those people won't do in the first place. I would hope the citizens of both Illinois in general, but Chicago specifically, look at these aldermen and other political and I wouldn't call them leaders, but political folks and held them accountable for the fact that they failed at their job massively. It's not the National Guard's fault or Trump's fault. It's theirs. They own it, every bit of it. Lieutenant Colonel, let's continue our geopolitical tour of the world in Russia. Reuters is out with this headline which reads Russia hits several key Ukraine energy facilities kills three people in all. Russia launched about 450 drones, 45 missiles. And the fact that it's these key Ukraine energy facilities may make it that much more concerning. It really doesn't look like there's any end in sight to that war, does it? Unfortunately, no, it doesn't look like it. And as winter gets further and further into the cold, it's changes the dynamics a little bit when it comes to the energy wars. And frankly, what Ukraine is suffering under the bombardment of Russia is the same thing it's in some ways trying to do back to Moscow, into Russia in general. One of the differences is that Moscow is trying to get Ukraine to submit by creating a situation where they lack the energy to keep moving forward with production in the war in general. Ukraine is trying to impact Russia's energy infrastructure by trying to basically defund their ability to keep paying for the war in the first place through energy sales. So I'm just going to keep calling this the energy wars. And unfortunately it's the the people on both sides of the border who suffer as a result, no doubt about it. Retired Lt. Col. Darren Gob, great to have you here and I guess a happy Veterans Day and just before the big day tomorrow. We thank you for your service to this country 100%. Thank you. Thanks so much. Welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. G. Thanks for joining us. Time now for today's health health news, sponsored by the Wellness Company. And under the microscope today, walking as little as 3,000 steps per day. Goal should be 10. But even if you just can do three can slow the decline of Alzheimer's disease by as much as three years. A new study in Nature Medicine says exercise doesn't just keep your body young, it could keep your brain nearly seven years younger. Researchers followed more than 3, 300 people for 14 years. So this is a nice long study. They found that just 5,000 to 7,000 steps per day slows cognitive decline even in people showing early signs of Alzheimer's. The culprit behind that decline, the toxic amyloid protein we talk about on this show all the time, forms brain plaques. That's right. Your morning walk might be doing more for your memory than your morning coffee, but in my case, I need both. Hand me the coffee, please. All right. All right, we're gonna go over to our veterans who along with law enforcement will be honored tomorrow. A very special event called the Big Blue Bash that will be happening right here at Mar A Lago. Prominent pro law enforcement officials and celebrities will be there. Agencies will receive awards for their outstanding service. Service. There will be tributes for a group of American veterans to commemorate this special day. And our RAV partner, your American flag store Is making the awards for the event. This is so special. And for more, I want to bring in the president of your American flag store, James Stachi. Am I saying it right? Stackey. Stackey. Stachi. Stachi. Stackey. All right. And the founder as well, Max Stachi. What can you tell us about this? This is very exciting. It's, first of all, so generous. You guys are always so generous with everyone. I noticed our last guest even had one of your flags behind his head. Thank you for this. What inspires you all to take such an active role for our veterans? Well, I mean, Max came up with a business idea when he was six years old, and he's always kind of really loved the flag and loved veterans and been a patron since he was a little baby. We don't know where he got it from. I mean, our family is maybe Max's parents, right? They never really pushed it, but I just kind of like. I don't know why I started doing it, but anytime I saw a flag, I would just salute it. Whenever I was little, when he was like 6 years old, we'd be driving up to the mountains or something. There'd be one off the street. I bet you have videos of this. I'm straight handed as B roll right now because I bet that was really cute. What do you find so rewarding about veterans in particular? Because, I mean, there are children's charities, there are animal charities, There are lots of things you could do, but you decided from a young, young age it's veterans. For me, they gave up so much and risked so much for them for us to be able to live the way we live so that we aren't communist and kept in a little box and told to stay here, don't do anything. Was it a book you read? Was it history that you read? Was there a point where you just. Where that key turned the ignition and it was ignited and forevermore, you're a Max patriot. No pun intended. I never really. I'm not much of a reader, so I never really read a book. I just kind of got it from my dad because ever since we were little, he would explain to me and my sister, like, how the world worked and what happened, what doesn't need to happen and what should happen rather than going into what shouldn't happen and what will happen if we don't do this right. And what's your advice to parents to raise kids like this? Holy cow. Some of us have kids in their 20s, we can't even get directed. And here you've got a Guy who founds a business that's six years old, I would say. My wife and I both love our country and we're very active in the school system trying to find out what are they teaching our kids. One of the reasons that we left California and went to Tennessee was because of what we found that was being taught to our kids and just the approach that they were taking towards the education. So I think that the parents being involved with the education and always being proud Americans and never disrespecting our country, obviously we have to admit when we've done wrong, but do it in a light that is respectful and not constantly be telling our kids, oh, we, you know, this is bad and that's God. And we, you know, we've done all these horrible things. Just speak well of our country and all the presidents and, you know, I mean, but identify what's right and what's wrong. My kids grew up in the house where the Obama administration was in. So I was kind of ranting and raving constantly about it. You guys have to understand this and you have to understand that. So I think that's kind of where the two kids, our two kids. And we just had another baby a month ago. So we have a, we have a four week old at home right now that my wife, my wife would have loved to have been here today, but she's at home with the baby. Oh, just Congratulations. Thank you. That's the best news ever. And so tell us, Max, what we can expect tomorrow night. This is the first big thing that I've ever been to, like more of my dad question, but I'm not great at it. You can just read in media we call that pig. You just pivot and you just look at him. You just say, dad, tell us about him. Well, yeah, well, I think that I'm friends with Kyle Reyes and Kyle reached out to us and asked us, you know, would we be interested? And we jumped all over. Kyle's been great to us in promoting our flags with law enforcement and that kind of thing. So when we got the opportunity to do this at the big Blue Bash at Mar A Lago, we were all over it. I just, there's no way we were going to not capitalize on this opportunity to meet all these people and be around them and to have some of these people have one of our flags in their home or office. Coming here and seeing flags here, that's probably one of the most rewarding things about what we do is when we start going around and we seeing our flags, places that you know that we watch Rav every morning. So seeing our flags on the TV and coming here in halls, that's why we do what we do. We love seeing the people who love the flag and veterans, obviously, that's at the top of the list. Veterans and police officers. Yeah. Do you do anything besides flags? Do you do only flags ever? Pretty much. We've dabbled in it, we played with it, but all of our customers always bring us back to the flags. So, you know, every time we've tried to kind of do something new, they brought us right back to the flags. So is military in your future, Max? I've considered it a couple times, but as I go forward, I'm we. I'm more wanting to stay involved in the business as I go forward more because I'm learning, like right now, I'm learning how to like 3D model and stuff. Because we have a CNC machine. I want to start learning how to do that so we can put those on flags and just take it to the next level. Yeah. All right, well, we're do a deadpan. We are excited. I'm gonna be there with bells on. So, you know, whatever you need. If you need me to, like, run an errand for you or anything while you're being the big important guy at Mar a Lago, you let me know, okay? Okay. We're looking forward to this very much. And Real America's Voice is so honored to be partnered with you. And we just thank you again for everything that you've done for our veterans and for our viewers who are veterans in a whole different way. Our viewers, honestly, they are out there in the trenches. You know, not every hero wears a uniform, but a lot of them do for sure. Thank you all so much. Thank you for having us. Thank you. Absolutely. All right, coming up, New York Attorney General Letitia James plays the victim card. Shock of shocks says the government is targeting her for Letitia for prosecuting Trump. How will this play out? All right, now that we are caffeinated, it's time to stay awake, not woke. And today we are focusing on New York Attorney General Letitia James. James is asking a federal judge to toss out a mortgage fraud case against her, calling it vindictive and claiming it's driven by President Trump's animus. Her lawyers say this case isn't about the law, it's payback for her going after Trump. And yes, they actually wrote that. Let's bring in Dr. Gina, David and Terrence for more. I Mean, Gina, the whining from this woman absolutely needs to stop. Yeah, I was just gonna say, you know, it's really like junior high with her. Like, I feel like everything is something that someone would have done in junior high. And, like, she never really matured beyond that. And it's always a wonder to me, Terrence Bates, how these people even pass the bar exam sometimes when you look at the actual iq. But that's what she's doing. She's playing playground politics. That's what I've always called it. And I'm not very surprised by it. I don't know about you, T. Yeah, not necessarily surprised. And this is what most lawyers would do. They are trying to get the case dismissed by just throwing something up against the wall and hoping it sticks. It won't. This case is ultimately going to be tried, and based on the facts, based on the evidence, we'll see what comes of it. But all these arguments, this is political persecution. He's only doing this to get back at me. The lawyers are simply trying to throw something against the wall, hoping it sticks. It likely won't. And this case likely will go to trial and we'll see how it turns out, David. Yeah, exactly. And here's the thing. We have to ask a lawyer about this, but how are you gonna prove it? How are you gonna prove intent? How are you gonna say, he definitely meant to go punish me? Well, okay, look, you know, sure, you can come to that conclusion if you're a far left liberal. Absolutely you can. But so what? That's not gonna, you know, hang or be present in court. You can't. I mean, it's ridiculous. So some lawyers gonna have to explain to me that how could that even be proven, if you will, in court, in terms of intent? It's ridiculous. So you're on the. And if I may just add the fact. Please. I'm sorry, David, sorry to interrupt you, but the facts are the facts. The evidence is the evidence. The case was brought because, you know, prosecutors believe that she filed fictitious information in order to get better terms on loans and other things related to real estate. Those are the facts. No matter what, why the facts were brought. Those are the facts of the case. Or at least those are the allegations. And those allegations are going to be heard in court. Doesn't matter why the allegations are the allegations, doctor. 100%. 100%. I don't disagree with anything you all said. And it's. You just get tired of the childish games. The reason you get so tired of it is because it creates cynicism among the electorate. And that's the part that irritates me the most. Emily. Yeah, I think you're spot on, Gina. Childish games, playground politics was a great way to describe this. All right, coming up, can faith bring peace to the Middle East? In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth. Welcome back everybody to American Sunrise. Time now for our moment of faith. It is brought to us by Lee Greenwood and the God Bless the USA Bible. All right. In focus today, a meeting between faith and geopolitics. Pope Leo, the first American Pope, met with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas at the Vatican. And during their long conversation they agreed that the only path to peace in the Middle east is a two state solution. The Vatican has long supported this position. But with war still fresh in Gaza, many are asking, is that even possible at this point? Joining us now for a faith based perspective on all of this is Rabbi Jason Sobel. He is by the way, the author of the brand new book Transformed by the Messiah. Rabbi, thanks for being here. We're going to get to your book in just a moment. The Pope and a two state solution. Oh my goodness, it's like a Seinfeld skit. Yada, yada, yada. Enough of this, please. Your, your take? Yeah, I mean look, on the one level, pursuing peace is always good after October 7th, the security cerns. The reality of what has been done in Gaza with the autonomy that they had, it's not something at the moment that Israelis are in support of. And you know, it's, I don't know what to say, but I think the reality is, is that if it was just a political issue, would be easier to find a political solution. There's a spiritual aspect aspect to it and I think that's something that's not being taken into account. There's a fundamental conflict between Islamic values and Judeo Christian values and worldview. Well, that's for sure. We can unpack that for the next seven hours. Let's talk, let's talk about your book. Speaking about a spiritual aspect, what inspired you to write this book? There it is, Transformed by the Messiah. Talk to us about it. Yeah, I think now more than ever we live in a world where people need hope. Hope is the belief that your future is going to be better than your past. This is a continuation of my work as the spiritual advisor on the chosen TV series. And really it's on the life of Jesus. And the birth of Jesus is the birth of hope. And I think as we see the connection between the old and the new and how God is in all these details, we realize that God is in the details of our life as well. And that should really be something that should give us hope as we look at everything around the world that's happening. Tell us about how you, you're kind of a little bit of your life story. I mean, obviously talk about seven hours. Maybe we don't have seven hours to do that, but at least give us the reader's digest version of how you came to kind of write this book as it relates to the fabric of your life and, and how this has all played out. Yeah. I grew up in a traditional Jewish family in the Holy Land, New Jersey. But as I was working in the music industry, I had a spiritual encounter as I Looked at the lives of these famous people, said there had to be more to life than just this. And I had the spiritual encounter with Jesus and I began to try and figure out who he was. And as I read the Hebrew scriptures, I realized that the one of whom Moses and the prophet spoke of was really Jesus, that he was the Messiah. So part of my passion has been trying to connect the old and the new and bridge these connections. Well, that's just wonderful. You and I have quite a bit in common. I grew up in New Jersey in that kind of. That area near Teaneck, New Jersey, which is kind of like the Mecca of the Holy land of New Jersey, if you will, when it comes to Jews in Jersey. And then I also grew up in a reformed Jewish household, gave my life to Christ in 1988 because I was intellectually curious about what they were saying about this Jesus guy, who, by the way, is the ultimate Jewish. But. But talk to our viewers in the last minute or so a little less than that about if they're looking and searching, what do they need to think about? What do they need to consider as they go about their faith journey? Yeah, absolutely. I think more than anything else, God wants to connect with us. He says, if you seek me, you will find me. So I think the reality is we need to ask God, who are you? And the truth of the matter. There's been no greater impact on the history of the world of Western civilization than Jesus. And I think my life, your life, testifies to the fact that when we encounter him, his Hebrew name, Yeshua, it is us from the inside out. And so there's something really powerful about seeking him and asking him, and we'll find him. Amen to that. I asked him specifically, who are you? Exactly? I actually said those words, who are you? And you know what? If you authentically ask God that question, buckle your seatbelt, he's going to let you know for sure. The book, by the way, transformed by the Messiah. Rabbi Sobel, thanks for being here. Great stuff. Appreciate you. Thank you so much. Shalom and blessings. All right. From the Holy Land of New Jersey. No. Who knows where he's from? Exactly. Coming up on the second hour of American Sunrise, a deal on the table. The Senate took a massive step toward reopening our government late Sunday night with a group of Democrats breaking from leader Chuck Schumer and voting with Republicans to advance a spending package. We will have the latest for you straight ahead. Plus, more fallout from the Democrats failed Trump Russia probe. A grand jury has just subpoenaed former CIA chief John Brennan and two ex FBI agents. More subpoenas may be issued in the coming days. We will have the latest developments as we learn them. And also later, new polling shows a strong majority of Americans consider the Biden era Arctic Frost probe a serious scandal and favor impeaching Judge Boasberg over his involvement. These stories, so much more as the second hour of American Sunrise starts right now. And I'm Dr. Gina Foreign. Welcome back. What was that? Welcome back to the second Hour of American Sunrise. I'm off to a great start. I'm David Brody, coming to you from D.C. let's bring in Dr. Gina, who can hopefully speak better than me. I know she can. And she's in West Palm, too, based. Monday. It's Monday. There's no. There's no helping us. Like all the caffeine in the world, and we still can't. We're just melting. No, I'm done. Hey, by the way, on the government shutdown, which is going to end, I guess, technically, probably in a couple days here because of this vote last night, I got three. I got six words. Now, I can't remember the six words because I'm old, but I had six words, and they just evaporated. This all could have been avoided. This all could have been avoided. That's six words. This all could have been avoided. Thank you very much. I mean, what a bunch of jokers. All of them. All of them. I'm talking about the Democrats, by the way. The Republicans stuck together here. Gina, go ahead. I'm gonna stop talking and this is all over. I know. I feel like I am a broken record on this, but for our audience, I just apologize to you ahead of time, but this is all over. Giving money to illegals. That's what this is really all over. Giving welfare money to illegals. And here's what it comes down to. Republicans should be so courageous and get us the heck. Get our government the heck out of being a charity. We are. Government was never created to be a charity. It was created to provide for our national welfare, you know, meaning protect us from invaders. Right. So the wall and all that, that's a great job of government. But foods and also our common defense and also roads and bridges, those kinds of things. Government was not created to do charity. It doesn't even do a good job of it. The bloated bureaucracy always leads to corruption. It doesn't have to look anyone in the eye. And the tale is told when you realize that the minute these people had the reinstitution of their EBT checks, right, first thing they did was go by. Top two items sold this weekend in grocery store with EBT were chips and soda. You guys, that's not a healthy America. Come on. Get government out of charity. Republicans need to firm up their spinal cords and get this done. So, look, let's take a deep dive into what's going on here. A group of Senate Democrats split with Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer on Sunday night and joined the Republican majority in voting to move forward with temporarily reopening the federal government. The move comes after Senate Majority Leader John Thune told his colleagues that they would stay in session until the government reopens. At the moment, the longest command government shutdown in US History continues. But this deal would fund the government for several weeks and guarantee a December vote on extending expiring Affordable Care act tax credits, which is what Democrats have been holding out for. Under the proposal, federal workers would also receive back pay. Plus, mass firings of federal workers during the shutdown would be reversed. Seven Democrats and an independent voted with Republican on Sunday, meaning that more votes are expected this week. Members of the US House, by the way, have been put on notice to prepare to return to Washington in the coming days to pass this proposal and get it onto President Trump's desk. President Trump chiming in saying, quote, it looks like we're getting close to the shutdown ending. In the meantime, while the government shutdown could come to an end very soon, this Monday marks another day that's expected to show major flight delays and cancellations due to air traffic controller staffing issues. On Sunday, airlines canceled more than 2,700 flights and delayed more than 10,000 nationwide. Those numbers mark the worst day at the nation's airport since the shutdown began, and it comes as a result of FAA mandated flight cuts meant to keep air traffic safe. Delta Air Lines was hit as extraordinarily hard as the airline reportedly canceled or delayed more than half of its flights on Sunday. The FAA's flight reductions started at 4% on Friday and are set to increase to 6% by tomorrow before hitting 10%, which is the goal by the end of this week. 13,000 air traffic controllers and 50,000 TSA agents are being forced to work without pay during this ongoing going government shutdown. Well folks, it looks like the 42 million Americans who depend on SNAP food benefits will get the food they need leading up to the Thanksgiving holiday. Late Sunday, a Boston based Court of Appeals upheld a lower court ruling out of Rhode island, ordering the Trump administration to fully fund this month's food aid benefits. Under the order, the U.S. department of Agriculture has to use $4 billion in sport special funds set aside for other purposes in order to ensure that needy American families get the full Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefit. On Friday, the U.S. supreme Court paused the full reimbursement of those funds, while the Trump administration appealed rulings forcing the full payments of the money without the funding. Dozens of states argue that there will be, quote, catastrophic operational dispositions, disruptions to the food program, all Right. Let's get a quick check of your forecast now with meteorologist Tracy Anthony. She is in our weather center down in West Palm keeping an eye on the skies. Nanny, nanny, boo boo. Tracy, it's warmer here than it is for you there in West Palm. This has never probably happened. Good morning. Not yet. That's going to be tomorrow. I actually made a graphic for you, so I'll show you that here. But going to start off with our hometown forecast. I'm going to start off with the best one or the one that I think is the best forecast. This is Ontario, Oregon, 56 degrees, a mix of sun and clouds. Thanks to Robert Douglas for this city. You will have another system knocking on your doorstep by Thursday. But enjoy the sunshine while you have it. The rest of the hometowns are going to be dealing with a little more, you know, cooler weather. Look at this. Morgan style city, Louisiana. Now this is all the way down to the Gulf Coast. I'm talking farther south than New Orleans. Now, daytime highs not too bad, but we're still well below average. Look at that. Overnight temperature dropping down into the 30s. And windchill values are going to be right around that 32 degree point. So when you step outside, Ken Taylor, it is going to be extremely cold for tomorrow morning. So bundle up. Westville, Illinois, this is where we're dealing with some snow as we've had a few low pressure centers work across the Great Lakes. Lake effect snow band setting up already, dumping feet of snow in some areas. As for Westville, you're going to kind of have a rain snow mix as your daytime highs fluctuate right around that freezing point. But overnight temperatures down in the 20s, wind chill values down in the teens. So scenes like this will be prevalent across the Great Lakes throughout the overnight tonight as that lake effect snow event continues. And then this one's for you, Terence. So right now you're at 34 in Denver, we're at 76. But high temperatures for tomorrow, it's going to look quite a bit different. And it looks like you guys are going to be warmer than us. I can't wait for tomorrow. I finally get a victory. We'll be warmer than West Palm. I got so excited. 34 degrees out. Tracy, always good to see you. We'll talk to you tomorrow. You as well. All right. And folks, you saw that? Excuse me, I can't speak now. You saw that QR code at the bottom of your screen. There it is again. Please go ahead and scan that. Join our Weather Nation friends and the Weather Nation team and you can have those kind of forecasts at your fingertips all the time. Go ahead and scan that now. All right, let's get you back over to David. David, I think I'm with you. I can barely speak. I'm like, can't get anything out today. Good morning. Good morning. That takes two of us out. Gene is going to solo the rest of the show at this point. All right, for sure. All right, guys. So eight Senate Democrats broke with Chuck Schumer last night. We've been talking about all morning. They voted with Republicans to finally advance this deal to reopen the government. Now, the deal includes a new stopgap measure to extend government funding through January. It doesn't include any guarantees from Republicans to extend the Obamacare health care care subsidies. It does say there'll be a vote in December. Democrats have been pushing that for a while. However, Democrats will get that. Like I said, that future vote on the subsidies anyhow. Joining us now with analysis is the host of America's Voice Live, that would be Steve Gruber. Steve, good morning. So look, it looks like the government shutdown obviously going to come to an end. But let me get this straight. You have eight Democrats that voted for a deal. They could have had this deal 40 days ago before the shutdown started over a month ago. The Republicans said they'd be open to a vote on extending Obamacare subsidies after Dems voted to reopen the government. But that's exactly what happened. I mean, progressive Democrats have got to be livid here. They are livid. Oh, and spoiler alert, Steve, Mike Johnson never promised a subsidies extension vote in the House. So womp womp to the Democrats. Good night. It's been a pleasure. 40 days and 40 nights for nothing. That's right. Zero in the wilderness. Nothing. Look, this was a, this was a lawsuit. The Affordable Care act failed. No surprise here. It was never about affordability or care. It was always an act. An act to get us to a single payer health care system. Democrats know that. And so when Donald Trump came out over the weekend and said, how about we take the insurance companies out of getting direct government money and fund, how about we put the money in the hands of the American people? Brilliant. You are going to see bills starting as soon as today that will codify this idea into creating health savings accounts for Americans. It can only be used for insurance premiums or prescription medications or health care. Seeing your doctor, whatever it might be. And these insurance companies that have been setting record profits are going to see that go away. Why do you think the insurance Companies and all their lobbyists have been working so hard to extend the ACA subsidies because they're making windfall profits. Blue Cross and Blue Shield here in Michigan. The CEO of Blue Cross Blue Shield in Michigan took a pay cut last year. Guys, I don't want you to be too upset. He only made $14.5 million last year, all right? It's more than $1 million a month. And this is happening all over the insurance industry because of the Affordable Care act, which was a scam on the American people. It was a scam on the American taxpayer. It doesn't help people. During the entire prior Biden administration, my health care premiums went up double digits every single year. And so it's time to get that address. Okay, so take that off the table. It's gone. I have one side note here. I haven't had this much fun reading social media since the day after the election last November. This is very entertaining. Chuck Schumer. The pitchforks are out. They're getting them sharp, baby. They're sharpening the pitchforks. They want Schumer. They want Fetterman. They want all eight of these folks. And so AOC is going to primary Chuck Schumer. Whether or not she can win, I don't know. I had Alan Dershowitz on the program here just a short time ago. He said she can't win statewide. I'm not convinced of that. We'll see. But, I mean, the pitchforks are getting sharpened this morning. They are. They are more wound up. The nest full of bees that got hit by a lawnmower. It's good fun. The reading today is very entertaining. Very entertaining. Yeah. Have you spent some time in Mississippi? Those are Southern sayings right there, where I try to tell you. I lived in the South. I know from, hey, look. So I would describe this government shutdown as a grave national injustice. I'm actually using those words because that's what President Trump used in his pardoning of 77 people. He called it a grave national injustice. Rudy Giuliani, one of the people that, of course, was pardoned. The president saying that he is ending this grave national injustice following the 2020 presidential election. What do you make of these, These pardons and the list of people on it? Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, also on it, the former chief of staff to the president. Some really high flyers here. The more you learn about all of the people that were targeted in the Trump administration in the first. We obviously know that Donald Trump was targeted over and over again. But you look at some of these people that have now been set aside, they were targeted by the DOJ. They were. Clearly, it was the J6 people. Then it was anybody that was associated with Donald Trump. Then it was Donald Trump himself. Look, the weaponization of the Department of Justice was full throated and full speed ahead under the Biden administration. We all know that. And yet the Democrats today dishonestly say, well, we can't have the DOJ weaponized. How dare Donald Trump go after some of these people like James Comey or whomever else, Right? Come on. I agree the DOJ should not be weaponized. But for those people to sit there and tell us with a straight face, oh, the Republican Party and Donald Trump are weaponizing doj. Stop it. All right? We lived through the last five years. Knock it off. We know what you did. And every day, Terrence, more evidence comes forth of who was targeted, how they were targeted, how courts were misled, how evidence would either appear or disappear. Whatever they needed. How convenient. All right, just keep digging. That's what I say to the folks in the DOJ and the intelligence community. Now. Keep digging. Keep showing us the proof and get us some results, please. Because the American people need results out of all of this. Not just empty. Promise is they're always accusing us of exactly what they're doing. It takes one to know one. Playground politics as Bingo. That's right, Steve. Bingo. Thanks for being here. That American flag behind you is perfect. You and the American flag, you go well together. I'm going back to reading here. This is so much fun. So much fun. Goodbye, Steve. I didn't mean it like that. Goodbye, Steve. We're done. Just kidding. Thanks, Steve. Bro, no soup for you. All right, coming up, Americans are sounding off with how they really feel about the Biden era Arctic Frost investigation where conservative members of Congress were spied on. Well, now those same members of Congress want one of the judges that allowed the investigation impeached. We're gonna have the full story after the break. Back in a moment. Let's be real. This is New York, a concrete jungle where dreams are made. So good to see you. We're getting ready for the opening bell at the New York Stock Stock Exchange. It's set to ring here in just a little bit. I can tell you the pre market trading is looking pretty good on the Dow. Really the board pretty much on the green from top to bottom right now. The dow, S P 500, Nasdaq, the major indices that would be index plural are all looking good and the rest of the board looking solid right now as well. Again, we'll take you to New York and Wall street for the opening bell here in just a few minutes. But first let's get you over to David. David, good morning. It's time now for our daily dose of dollars and common sense. With a guy that has a lot of common sense, I don't know if he's got a lot of dollars. I'm going to ask him about his 401k profile right now. That is the American Sunrise Early Edition host. The guy behind Jake's Take substack, that would be Jake Novak. Jake, if you could Please release your 401k information and your Social Security information to everybody across America. Good morning. Yes, I have a lot of money in baseball cards and Beanie Babies. I've been promised that that's a good investment. And I'm stick. Yeah, yeah, Beanie Babies, Pokemon cards. I'M serious. But there you go. I'm willing to trade with anyone. Oh, it's good to know. All right, so Jake's on the market, so to speak. President Trump wants to cut out at least one of the middlemen in the healthcare system. So explain this idea for us, Jake. So think of this as like school vouchers, but for health care. You know, the subsidies going from Obamacare supposedly to the people actually don't go to the people. They go to the insurance companies. You know, we went through this period in this country where it was actually a bipartisan agreement in this country that health insurance companies were the problem. And so Obama comes around and says, here's the solution. More insurance. Obamacare was a huge boon to the health insurance companies that made it illegal not to have your product. Boy, I'd like to have a law passed that you have to watch Real America's Voice or you go to jail or you get a big tax bill. How that? How about that? So all that did was make the insurance companies richer. It forced young people into plans they didn't need. And so President Trump wants to give that money to the actual people. They can only spend it on healthcare stuff. He can't go out and get a light beer from Miller, but, you know, hey, that's what he wants. And I don't know if that's going to go through, but that's this great idea. I like the idea of a new idea here into this. Again, it's like school vouchers, but for health care. I think that this will increase competition, lower prices, and hopefully we get some form of it. I really like this idea. You know, the health savings account idea is not something that should really have. I mean, I understand why the Democrats would oppose it, but really, if they were smart politically, they should really get behind something like this. I mean, this is not a hill to die on for them. Well, they. They die on a lot of dumb hills right now because they're supported by the enemies of the country. I didn't have a problem with the Democrats and arguing with them years ago when I just truly believe they had the wrong idea about how to make the country better. I don't believe that anymore. I believe now that most Democrats, especially the leaders, are not trying to make the country better. I think they're supported by the enemies of the country who want to ruin America. Not like, it's not a difference of opinion. It's a different goal. And that's just one of them. David. I'm sorry. Just is. No, that's a great point and a different, not even topic. But it's a long discussion for another day. President Trump has another idea, I guess this time in hopes of getting more people into home ownership. But this is really playing the long game. So talk to us about this. Yeah, President Trump wants banks to be able to offer a 50 year mortgage. Not a 30, 15, but a 50 year mortgage. I know a lot of the viewers are watching this and they're like, oh my God, that's just basically like renting from the government forever or renting from a bank forever. Well, it could be, but unless you play it right, you know, if I, my daughters want to do something like this one day, I'll sit them down and say, hey, this is the only way you can get into homeownership rather than renting. Take it, but do me a favor, pay a little bit more every month that you can and when you leave that house after 10 years, like most people do or something like that, you'll get the most equity out of the value of the home that's risen. That's what I think should people should do this. What gets you in this, what gets you out of paying overpriced rent with no ownership, then do it. But you know, you should try to pay a little bit more, get as much equity in that home as possible for the day that you sell. And if you are going to end in the same home 50 years, you know, God bless you, then what does it matter how long you're more than, then you've actually become a huge winner in this whole thing. So I like this idea again, a new idea, one that I like. It's we need new ideas, not the same old stuff. And if this gets people into homes, I'm okay with it. Just again, make sure you play it right for yourself. So I'm assuming with a 50 year loan you're going to get this, you better get an incredible interest rate, right? I'm assuming you will. And though then again, I mean, people refinance, what, after 10 years at least or maybe earlier than that. So, I mean, there's a lot of variables here. Yeah. You know, I mean, you could say, well, the banks aren't going to want to do this because the rates won't be, but the banks will make up that in volume alone if there's a significant number of homeowners out there or would be homeowners out there that now will now come through the bank's door to get a loan with them, then on volume and on the Closing costs alone, the banks will do fine. Don't worry about the banks, by the way. They're doing great. They've been doing great for years now. Not really. It's been all up for them since 2011, pretty much. So don't worry about them and don't worry about people who are going to be renting forever. Listen, it's not renting. They'll be getting some home equity out of this. And again, if they play it smart, they could get really. They could win out of this. So I just. I don't see why this is such a problem. I'd like to see this. I just want to confirm that I do not wake up every morning going, gosh, I hope the banks do well today. I mean, I don't think, oh, J.P. j.P. Morgan, are you rich enough? I gotta call you. That's right. Okay. The tariff dividend that President Trump is talking about sending each American taxpayer, He's talking about 2000 bucks as their share of the tariff revenue. You think this promise may not help his case before the Supreme Court? I'm curious to get your take on that, by the way. And let me just say Congress controls the power that has the power of the purse. So this would have to go through Congress, though I guess they could figure out ways to do this through some tax provisions that have already been passed. But. Go ahead, please. Yeah, you know, I think the justices are going to look at this and say, I think President Trump is trying to force our hand here and make this, like, a real popular thing that the tariffs continue. I think this will backfire with these justices where they're very, very skittish and they're very, very sensitive. I don't have a problem with the idea. I agree. You know, if Congress approves it, then fine, let's. Let's do it. I don't have a problem with that. But I think the justices are gonna be very, very territorial and very, very narcissistic about this and say, the President's trying to influence our decision. How dare he? So if that was the point of this, I don't think it's gonna work. But I like the idea of spreading the wealth to the American taxpayer, not to illegal immigrants and not to people who don't pay taxes. But if you paid taxes in the last year, I think you should get some kind of a refund. Sure. If this is money coming in. So 30 seconds or so. So where are you on this debate? Cause a lot of folks are like, let's use that money. The Tarif to pay down the debt. Other people are like, okay, now I'll take the $2,000. I'm not talking about you personally, whether or not you care about the 2000. I'm just talking about the philosophical arguments on both sides. Where are you on this? About 20 seconds or so. Love to see them pay off the debt. It's just that I don't believe it. They won't do it. They'll say they're doing it, they'll pass it and then they'll. Or they'll do it and then they'll pass another bill the next day that nullifies whatever savings. That's why that's the strongest argument for putting it in the pockets of people. Because even when they say they are paying down the debt, they won't do it. So, yeah, listen, I understand. I do want the debt. That would be my top priority. I just don't believe they'll ever do it. Yeah, I'm with you on that. Yeah. I would want it in a PDF document. Pie in the sky in Nirvana world, but it ain't going to happen. All right, Jake, thanks so much. Appreciate you, as always. Okay, I said nirvana PDF in the same sentence. Appreciate it. Kudos to me. Not the first time I'll say that today. Time for tea in Denver, if that makes sense. It does, because T. The applause is underway at the New York Stock Exchange, which means the opening bell is going to ring here in short order. And then we'll get an idea of where the markets stand. As you can see, the podium is full and everyone waiting with baited breath to hear that opening bell. And then the frenzy of trading on this Monday will start. This, of course, opening to the Monday trading week. So there you have it, ladies and gentlemen, the opening bell ringing at the New York Stock Exchange, which means the markets are now officially open for trading to start this week off. And so far, generally so good. It looks like The S&P 500 and the Dow Jones are up right now. The NASDAQ also just switching back to the green. So that's a good story, a good news. Excuse me. Only one blemish on our board at the moment, but all in all things looking pretty strong to open this week of trading. We'll of course continue to monitor it for you throughout the day. Thanks for joining us this morning. We invite you to join our conversation on Getter and Rumble. It's time now to take the political pulse of America. The beat today, honoring America's heroes, our veterans. This Veterans Day weekend, two American made companies are teaming up to lift a heavy burden off the shoulders of those who have served. Born Primitive and Black Rifle Coffee Company have joined forces with a ForgiveCo in a mission to erase up to $25 million of medical debt for more than 10,000 of our military veterans. Joining us now to tell us more about this is the founder and CEO of Born Primitive, Bear Hanlon. Good morning Bear. Thanks for being with us. Such a powerful partnership. Born Primitive, Black Rifle Coffee and ForgiveCo coming together to erase up to $25 million in medical debt for veterans. Can you kind of walk us through how this campaign actually works? Yeah, so it's really simple. So this kicked off on Friday. It'll conclude on Tuesday, which is Veterans Day where both companies are going to pledge 100% of online profits from the respective websites in order to pay off up to $25 million in veteran medical bills. This is something we did last year at Born Primitive. It was a huge success. We ended up paying off $11 million in medical bills. It ended up being over 5,800 veterans were debt free by Christmas. So I wanted to bring Black Rifle Coffee into the mix. You know they've had a history of giving back to veteran and first responder causes and they were super excited about the idea. So we joined forces on this. We're going to try to make it even bigger just to, you know, veteran owned businesses trying to leverage our platform to do some good. It really is exciting and people love blessing our veterans especially as we watch, you know, Rising suicide rates, rising homelessness rates. They are hit the hardest by a tough economy. Is that part of what inspired you? Yeah, that's a big part of it. And honestly, I got to speak to a lot of the recipients last year, and it really humanized it for me. And it makes you realize the kind of the negative effects of this financial burden. You know, a lot of these people were getting their wages garnished, their credit drops below 600. You know, they're already working two jobs, and it's, you know, just. It adds more weight to the rucksack that they're already carrying. So for them to, you know, get these phone calls, they'll get, like, a certified letter in the mail. A lot of them actually don't think it's real, which is kind of funny. And we have to, like, convince them, like, no, it's. This is a real thing. There's no catch. I know. There's always a catch. This is one of the few times there isn't. So that was really moving to me, and that's why I wanted to make it even bigger this year. And we're well on our way to do that. You know, people really rally around this. They're random selections. So as long as you're a veteran, you have medical debt, you're on the list. And we're helping people from all walks of life. Yeah. The catch is that they already paid the price. Right. For our freedom. The press release mentions that one in five veterans are carrying medical debt in collections. So it destroys their credit, makes them unable to enjoy parts of the American dream. What does this look like in real life? And how big of an impact can this campaign really have for them? Well, I hope this is something we can continue to build. Like I said, last year, we did 11 million. We're going to try to do 25 this year, but I. We're nowhere near done. I want to bring more brands into the mix next year. I was actually up in D.C. last week meeting with some lawmakers as well as the va, hoping to work with them because we have this giant data set that we can provide to them and hopefully, you know, find some shortfalls within the VA so we can improve the coverage. And those meetings went really well. Everyone was enthusiastic about wanting to be a part of the solution. So I think we can attack this from multiple angles. Obviously, you know, we will leverage our business to have the financial impact, but at the policy level, I think there's a lot of opportunity, and I'm, you know, I'm ready to roll up my sleeves and help get that done. Finally, though, our viewers watching at home are going to want to know how they can help explain how a simple purchase of coffee or workout gear over Veterans Day weekend will really make a difference. So it's really simple. Go to born primitive.com that's our apparel. Go to black riflecoffee.com they have great merchandise, but of course, tons of good coffee. All of the profits from now until midnight tomorrow will go towards this cause. So that's all you have to do. There's not, it's nothing fancy and you know, as we approach the holidays and everything's currently in stock, a good way to beat the rush and maybe have a cool story behind the gift that you get for someone. So we hope people will come out and back the cause. I really think we're going to reach our goal. We're getting some good momentum right now, but tomorrow will be a big day for us. Is that shirt available? Yes. Yeah, I love that. But if I buy it, I want my guns to look like your guns in it. Can you make that happen for me? We can make that happen. All right. Barry Hanlon, thank you so much for everything that you're doing for our veterans. We celebrate that with you and I know that our viewers do, too. Thanks for being on. Thank you for having me on. Tell us all about Sacred Human Health and what inspired starting a company like this. Yeah, great to see you, Dr. Gina. So, yeah, I mean, I've said it before, but our mission was really to start this company and we started about two years ago, but we just saw what was going on throughout the market within the supplement category, specifically where a lot of these products were advertised as healthy. But when you look at the ingredient label, you find a ton of unnatural ingredients and preservatives and food dyes and just a ton of synthetic junk that was pretty disappointing to see. So again, we wanted to create something that just gives people the raw natural ingredients and never include anything that's synthetic or unnatural within our products. And then of course, although, you know, oftentimes many of these companies outsource their production overseas, usually to China. We always promise to make sure that everything's produced right here in the usa. But also today I wanted to mention before I forget, we are running our Veterans Day sale on all of our products. So if you use Code Veteran at checkout on any one time purchase, you'll be able to get 15% off on any of our products. And of course, you know, our, the new towel moisturizer that we had launched a few months ago is still selling super fast. We sold out quite a few times, but the reviews and feedback have been amazing. But we still get a lot of questions around it just in regards to like the different benefits and whatnot. So I just wanted to quickly touch on that, if you don't mind. But for those who don't know, a little background on it. It's made with two ingredients which is the 100American grass fed and finished beef tallow. And then we pair it with the Ramenuka honey. And each jar is handmade. We don't mass produce anything. We have a small team in Idaho that produces each jar. And of course, you know, we don't include anything synthetic. So there's no fillers, no seed oils, preservatives or anything like that. And again, for those who don't know, tallow is pretty amazing because it's almost identical to the natural oils that your skin produces. And it actually absorbs much more deeply and nourishes the skin as opposed to just sitting on top of it, which unfortunately is oftentimes the case with a lot of other products on the market. And then to take it a step further, TAL is also amazing because it's loaded with vitamins and nutrients. So you'll get things like vitamin A, D, E as well as K, which your skin essentially needs to stay healthy and radiant. And as I mentioned, we just pair it with the raw Manuka honey, which is amazing for antibacterial properties, also anti inflammatory uses as well. So if you have any, you know, redness or seborrhea or eczema on your face, it works great in that scenario as well. The reviews for, for those cases specifically have been great. And again, if you want to compare this to, to, you know, your standard moisturizer that you'll find maybe on like Amazon or at Walgreens or just online in general, those can be effective in their own right. But more times than not, they're just filled with synthetic ingredients and preservatives and things that can actually damage your skin barrier over time. So again, we just wanted to provide something that actually nourishes the skin and helps out without including anything unnatural. And again, you can use it on your body, I put it on my face, you can use on your hands, your neck, pretty much wherever you want it, want to use it. And also it is intended for both men and women. That's one of the questions we get a lot if it's just, you know, just for women. But no, there's a ton of men that use the product, including myself. So again, you know, I can't say enough about it. It really does work wonders for dry skin, especially with these colder months coming up. And yeah, yeah, I think this bio likeness that you describe and how that makes it available for your body to use in all of the products, products and all the natural products are all of them organic. So we don't technically have the the certified organic label just because it's kind of a lengthy process and pretty expensive. But all of our products are natural. We use a lot of organic ingredients in our, you know, our beef tallow is all grass fed, pasture raised. Same thing with our our beef liver pills. Those are all freeze dried pasture rays and grass fed and grass finish. So we use the most premium ingredients that we can get. And also, I don't know if I mentioned this, but we third party lab test all of our products which a lot of other companies don't do. So we test for things like heavy metals, antibacterial properties and all that good stuff. So passes everything and we test every lot. So critical we take a step further to make sure you're getting the best. Trevor Comstock, thank you. Thank you. All right, coming up, we're hearing from you. The RAV chat room report is up next on American Sunrise. So don't go any place because you're up next. Time for a sofa upgrade. That's good. Try to get back, have some of your energy back and all. Oh, yes, ma'. Am. Yeah. It's very nice. Yeah. Did you find. Did it affect you? I mean, because you hear sometimes people. Some people. Doesn't affect real at all. Some people really makes them exhausted. And during it. Yes, I was in the bed for probably a week, but after, I was just ready to get up and get Outside. Yeah. Yeah. I'm glad it's been such a beautiful fall then. Yeah. So where's. So are you from here originally, or are you just here for treatment? Born and raised in Virginia. Yeah. And then joined the regiment in 2011. Out. Okay, so when you're done with this, do you know where you'll go next there? I'm still going back to the regular. They still want me, so. Okay, that's good. Next steps are going to jump again to put emotion. Not excited about this. Have you ever jumped out an airplane before? I'm. I'm so. She's wanted to jump out of an airplane for a long time, which I think is crazy. My reaction is be like, I'm done. I'm done. Okay. One of the reasons why we treat him as I. Yeah. Well, it's good to see you. Warm. And good luck to you. Thank you. That's right. Thanks. Appreciate it. Thank you. All right. Hey, how are you? Good morning, sir. So nice to meet you. Good morning, ma'. Am. Sorry, what's your name? Jane. Jamie. Jamie, nice to meet you. I'm service chief for prosthetics and orthotics. So what we're known for is rapid turnaround. So we got to return him to duty. So to make a prosthetic limb, we start out with casting them. So we use old school plaster pairs. It gets the job done the best. And then our certified prosthetist orthotists go into a lab, they pour it with plaster, it makes a mold, and we actually modify that. So we have to take away plaster and add in areas where they're bony. And then we make their first check socket. This is the first socket, and that's what goes up, up against their limb. And what's this made of? This is actually made of plastic, so we can heat and change it. So you'll use the plaster basically to make a mold of their leg. Exactly. And then you start. Okay. And then we pour it, and it makes a positive model. Right. And then we use rasps to actually take that off. And then we get them in this plastic socket so that's what's actually on them. And then, of course, everything underneath is a Lego that we put together. Okay. We can do that in an hour and a half. Wait, you can. You can go from this to this in an hour and a half? We can. That's amazing. Yeah. And so we have a very skilled team of technicians that help us out because we've got lots of patients. So as clinician, we do that. So a Patient will stay in this socket for a period of time, a couple weeks to a few, maybe two months, once their limb has stabilized. Meaning they're not changing volume. We can finally get them in the socket they want, which is the carbon fiber sockets right there. Okay. Yeah. So they're much lighter. When you say changing volume, you mean, like, their leg just responds to having the cast on. So their actual limb starts out very, very big. And then as they go through their rehab process, it shrinks down. I see we have the ability because we're right down the hallway as soon as they lose the fit of the socket. Meaning. All right, we were just listening in to Vice President J.D. vance visiting Walter. Walter Reed Medical center there. It appears he is at a rehabilitation center alongside his wife, Usha Vance. He was speaking with some service members, some veterans. There you can see on your screen taking a look at some prosthetic limbs. For some of the veterans, we do want to bring in David brody in Washington, D.C. terrence Bates in our Denver newsroom and one of our favorites on the show, Carefree Largo, to discuss this a little bit further. It's great to see the Vice President ahead of Veterans Day, carefree, really taking the time to meet with them and have these types of conversations. It really goes to show how down to earth JD really is. Well, and I tell you, I was not originally a huge supporter of JD Vance, but he has certainly shown what it takes to be president of this country. And I gotta tell you, I couldn't have been more proud of what I saw this morning of him and his wife and being with the people that deserve it so much. Yeah. Carefree. Good to see you. By the way. And you mentioned about president, potentially President J.D. vance. The whole time I'm looking at him going, is that POTUS 48? Are we looking at POTUS 48 there? That's one of the things I'm thinking. Also, I thought it was interesting. I felt this whole video, the live video that we're seeing is fascinating. T. Bates, because we're really getting to see kind of a little bit behind the scenes, if you will. I know the cameras are rolling, but just hear J.D. vance kind of talk and. And kind of be in the inquisitive stage of kind of like how he's just talking to kind of regular Americans. I like it. I like it a lot. Yeah. You know, one of the things that strikes me care, is that the Vice president obviously has a unique sensitivity to the challenges that some of these soldiers are dealing with. Having been a former Marine himself, I guess once a Marine, always a Marine Marine. But having served, he obviously knows the mental, the emotional toll that an injury, a traumatic injury, like many of these soldiers are dealing with, takes on a soldier. Well. And, you know, beyond that, he knows the promises that were made to those young men before they ever took up arms and went in and got those injuries. He is very well aware of what this country owes those young men. And I would hope that he would be a person that would move forward in advancing how they get that care and how quickly they get that care. It would mean an awful lot to an awful lot of us. It sure would. Carefree we definitely need to do a better job of taking care of our veterans in this country. They literally are the reason for all of our freedoms. We so appreciate you being on the show and look forward to seeing you again soon. Carefree we do want to bring in Dr. Gina quickly for a bit more reaction to all of this. Gina JD Vance, I think, has done just such a phenomenal job as vice president. I don't remember seeing Kamala Harris doing stuff like this when she was vice president. Well, it wasn't a value of the administration. You hear horror stories all the time from veterans about even really after President Trump did everything he could to fix the VA during his first term, Joe Biden managed to somehow screw it all up. We have one of our very own viewers, I won't say his name just for the sake of not disclosing private details, but one of our very own viewers, one of our favorites in the chat, who has been to hell and back with the VA over what happened under the Biden administration to his own father. And so it is just really nice to see an administration that embraces the values that Americans hold dear. Right. This is an American value. This is not a partisan thing. Right? Terrence? No, absolutely. And David, if I could just kind of point out one of the things that I noticed in this interaction and shame on me for I guess not realizing it before, but you typically think of Walter Reed or when our troops, our veterans are in rehab, that it's for some sort of traumatic war related injury. The gentleman that the vice president was talking to was dealing with cancer. He's rehabbing from cancer, something that hits so many regular, average, everyday Americans. And so I think the lesson that I took away from this is that Walter Reed and our veterans are dealing with so many different things, not just war related or service related injuries. And I think that's something that it just kind of hit me in my face and I was like, wow, that's something. Just, you know, that's something that could happen to anyone. But this soldier now has the resources to deal with it well and often needs to be more appreciated. I know you didn't direct this to me, Terrence, but I just want to add before you comment, David, that often cancer is a direct result of pollutants they've encountered during service. David, go ahead. Fair. Yeah, no, I was going to say more ink needs to be shed, if you will, or written about this type of work that's going on at Walter Reed. We hear stories once in a while, but not nearly enough. Absolutely. War room is up next. Everybody hug your children. Love God. Go boldly now. Celebrate our veterans. Salute to our veterans.
