South Carolina Congressman Ralph Norman standing by with a view from the Capitol. Plus, the House is slated to vote on pushing the Department of Justice to release everything it has on the Jeffrey Epstein investigation. We have the latest breaking details. And then later, the Trump administration has announced a brand new strike on suspected drug boats headed to America. How effective have these strikes been so far? Those stories and so much more right now on American Sunrise. Good morning, America.

And I'm Dr. Gina. All right, good morning, everybody. I am Dr. Gina. We are live with you from the Palm Beaches. Let's bring in Emily Finn, who is with me here in West Palm beach, and Terrance Bates in our Denver newsroom. Good morning, both of you. Can't say good morning, gentlemen. Like is the habit. That would be completely rude to our pretty little Emily sitting over there.
B
Yeah.
A
No, no, gentlemen, over here. This is, this is not woke. I am not transgender. Gina.
B
That's right. That's right. She knows exactly who she is and what she is. Ladies, good morning to both of you. I'm the luckiest guy on TV this morning. I get to sit in between the two of you guys. So good to see. Well, two of you ladies. See, look already messing up. I said two of you guys can't say that anymore. Two ladies, good morning. Hey, guys. So look, want to bring your attention to this Telegraph headline which reads, BBC Newsnight. Also Dr. Trump speech. The report bas basically says that BBC show Newsnight made a different edit of a J6 speech. We of course know that the BBC has been found guilty of doing this on other things and some people have lost their jobs as a result. The BBC now apologizing for the first edit from the documentary and ultimately will be apologizing for this as well. But unfortunately, Dr. Gina, that's part of the culture these days. Bash President Trump, do whatever possible, ethically or legally, to try to circumvent him, to try to undercut him.
A
Yeah, that has been their M.O. and the good thing. So the people. There's some interesting cultural things here. I've spent a little time in the UK and have a lot of friends there. My daughter lived there for a while, and I'm in very close touch with the people over at GB News, which is a competitor of BBC. They're newer on the scene. Think Fox. I don't know, like 1998. Ish. Right. That's what's going on there. But this is what I always talk about on this show, Emily, is the parallel economy. And because the BBC has become so, so corrupt, Emily, the nice thing is that there are others rising up. It doesn't hurt that there's independent media out there in general, social media and all the rest doing the reporting and doing the job that the BBC doesn't seem to want to do, honestly and truly. And so there have been some others coming up. So it's kind of exciting times. It's kind of a new frontier in the UK for people to be looking to other places for their news. Gina. I'll say it's certainly impressive to see President Trump taking down the mainstream media, even across the pond at the BBC. It is truly incredible. I was actually pretty shocked at their apology. But, you know, the corruption, like you said, was just so on display with how they selectively added all of this about January 6th. And so it's great that, you know, finally people are rising up and holding the BBC accountable here. Terrence.
B
Yeah, I'm glad there's accountability. It's just a shame that it's gotten to this point. It's a shame that any news network, especially a news network like the BBC, that at one time was the gold standard of what journalism should be. It's a shame that they've fallen so far away from the standards that are what I consider at least true journalism. Hopefully we get back to a real standard for all of us in this industry. No, just leave it there.
A
Amen to that. Wouldn't it be nice. Wouldn't it be nice if we actually had balanced news? I mean, people are gonna have different opinions, but just say, this is my opinion. But it's when they reported as news, when they actually cut up President Trump's speech, that it is so completely unethical and immoral and unprofessional. In all the words. Anyway, let's get to today's Bible verse. I think it's time for that. Psalm 34, verse 5. They looked to him and were radiant, and their faces were not ashamed. From the work of the Lord to the work of Congress, members are now trying to hit the ground running after the government shutdown ended. House Majority Leader Steve Scalise saying he wants to rework the schedule to make more time for what happened during the shutdown. And they have a lot of bills they weren't able to bring to the floor last month. Scalise also said members will be working into the evening and five days per week instead of the traditional four days per week. So for more, let's bring in South Carolina Congressman Ralph Norman. Congressman, I've heard all sorts of ideas for the next time there's a shutdown about what to do about congressional pay. Some people weren't taking paychecks. I know that. Some have said just a per diem, nothing else. Are there ideas floating out there among you who are more honest about the work that you do and expect it to be kind of what it is, which should be really a sacrifice for good Americans to go and serve their country? Are there ideas floating around out there about what happens next time we have a shutdown?
B
Dr. Junior, thank you for Terence. Thank you all for having me. Yes, there are ideas. And, you know, my thought is just like every American who works, if you don't show up for work, you shouldn't get paid. Politicians should be no different. There is a lot of talk that if this happens again, and, you know, we extended it through January 30, the three bills that were extended through the end of the next year, we've got eight more bills to consider. But yeah, I think the fact that they could do this again, and if they do it, we'll handle it just like we did. They made a mistake. They now understand it. And the fact that they would do that to the American people to shut off the pay for policemen, TSA agents, border patrol and all the rest. Politicians should not be getting paid, nor should they get back pay. And that's what my bill does. I've only got 19 co signers. But, you know, it's a new day with what we're facing in Congress. It's a Marxist left Democrat party now who knows no bounds.
A
Congressman, I do want to shift. Oh, go ahead, Terrence.
B
Emily, I'm sorry, can I just follow up really quickly? I want you to get to your question. But you just said it's a new day. And that there are Marxists who are running Congress. I have to ask, and I hope we can have a real honest and open conversation here. Real quick, Congressman, I kind of consider us friends, is the foolishness that's happening there on Capitol Hill, is that part of the reason you saying, look, I'm just going to go home, run for governor, run my own state? Is that part of what inspired you, if you will, to potentially leave Congress if you in fact win the gubernatorial race in your state? No. The only reason I left Congress is because I'm needed in South Carolina. When I saw what could potentially be the successor to take over the number one job, the CEO, I couldn't let it go. I just couldn't. We were doing a great job in Congress. The Freedom Caucus was leading the way, not only on the budget, but on spending cuts and the trillion and a half. The Freedom Caucus was primarily responsible for that. But no, we just need leadership in South Carolina. Now, what I will do as governor is recruit, recruit, recruit, because a lot of the members in Congress are radical. A lot of the, to be honest, the Republican members are lukewarm at best. They need to be replaced. And we're going to have competition at every level. And I bring true conservatives to the table, not just in South Carolina, but as I go all over the country and recruit candidates who can get this country back on a firm financial footing, I will do that and we'll have a conservative government in South Carolina.
A
Well, you are still in Congress. So I do want to get your take on the Epstein files that have been making headlines lately. A vote is going to take place next week to get the DOJ to release all of the Epstein files. Are you going to vote for this? And I'm hearing more than 100, 100 Republicans rather might vote for it along with the Democrats.
B
Well, you know, it's funny what's happened. Not funny, but it's interesting that they bring all this out on the very day that President Trump and the House signed to open the government back up. They hate this man so much. And the president's all in favor. And I talked to Mike Johnson last night. He wants everything out. James Culver's committee is getting everything, including the flight logs. And you can't hide that. And the Democrats had it for four years and did nothing with it. I will tell you, the president is worried about you reported what happened on the BBC and altering speeches and altering facts. He's worried about Democrats altering some files that they had on them like innocent victims that never wanted their name out there. One of them committed suicide. But we'll see what the final. What it's in. I will tell you this from Mike Johnson. He's speeding the vote up. So we'll be voting on it next week. And it's the right thing to do. And we'll see what's in it. James Comer has released another 20 some thousand pages for everybody to see. And I know James is. So what does bother me, this is a stunt by the Democrats to discredit a man who they would never say anything good about. So ABC News has this headline which reads, JFK's grandson, Jack Schlossberg announced his 2026 run for Nadler's seat in Congress. That, of course, will be Jerry Nadler. He says the big beautiful bill led to cost of living crisis. And that Nadler, of course, is retiring. And so that's part of the reason. Is there any conversation amongst you and your colleagues about this particular race? Yeah, this talk. You might as well ruin New York, you know, put it under all at one time. Look, that's what's, that is what's frightening about what's happening in America. You have Marxist communists, as the President calls them. But who wants total government takeover? JFK's grandson Jack has never held a real job in his life. He's a trust fund baby. And you know, really to be in the political arena, you need to have made money, lost money and have done something. But the socialist mentality has never worked anywhere. And the fact that they're going to basically bury a great city like New York, I guess they'll follow just like the state of California and what they've done, where people are fleeing and we're going to have to be ready for them when they come to South Carolina because they're welcome to come. They're not welcome to bring to politics.
A
Congressman Norman, you know, there's never a dull moment. At least we got that going for us. Lots of news to report on all the time and lots of fixing to do in Congress. But we wish you luck with everything you're doing. You're a good friend of the show. We thank you for being here.
B
My pleasure. Thank you, Congressman. Thank you.
A
All righty. Coming up, we check out the hottest headlines from the RAV Newsroom with T. Bates. Also later, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth announces strike on suspected drug boats. How effective have these strikes been and how far will they take them? We have top analysis coming up on American Sunrise.
B
This news break is brought to you by amac, association of Mature American Citizens. That is the US Capitol, everybody, on a Friday. Welcome back, everybody, to the show. I'm David Brody. I thought the show started at 8:15am Eastern. Someone never gave me the memo. Just kidding. Had a little tech issue on my part. Had to do with my brain. But anyhow, I'm here. And don't worry. We don't like transitioning, as you know, overall, culturally, but Emily has now transitioned into me. Anyhow, coming up, we have net negative immigration. What does that mean exactly? Oh, it's good news, by the way, and we're gonna talk to someone in the administration about it. First, though, T. Bates standing by with the latest headlines from the real America's Voice newsroom, sponsored by amac. The association of Mature American Citizens is the conservative voice for Americans 50 and older. AMAC is fighting for the values that you hold dear. Join today. Together we can right the course of America. Can we please bring David up really quickly? Just bring David up really quickly. David. Yes. David, nice to meet you. I love you, brother, but that has got to be the weirdest transition to me ever. Emily has now transitioned into me. Really, bro? That's right. That's how you gonna come. That's how you coming back into the show that way? That's what we're doing on a Friday, Jay. That's what we do. Okay. All right. I just wanted to tell you personally. I just wanted to tell you personally. Good to see you, brother. Always a pleasure to be with you, especially on a Friday, because I know the weekend is coming up soon. So we'll get back to you momentarily. Good you to see. To see you. In the meantime, honoring the federal workers at airports across the country who worked tirelessly during the government shutdown despite not being paid. On Thursday, Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem. Excuse me. Started handing out the first check since the government reopened on Wednesday night. We are going to be handing out bonus checks of $10,000 to TSOs, to agents who work for TSA who served with exemplary service. And what that means is that we are going to not only continue their paychecks like they should have received all along, but also they're going to get a bonus check for stepping up, taking on extra shifts, for showing up each and every day, for serving the American people and taking seriously the mission that the Department of Homeland Security takes seriously and that they take seriously every single day. And that's keeping the American people safe. The White House is urging agencies to, quote, get employee paychecks out. Expeditiously and accurately to not leave anyone waiting longer than necessary. However, timing of employees receiving back pay may vary depending on which payroll provider their agency uses. Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman is recovering this morning after being rushed to a Pittsburgh hospital on Thursday following a fall. His office says a few flare up of his ventricular fibrillation caused him to get light headed and collapse during an early morning walk. He also sustained minor injuries to his face during that tumble. Ventricular fibrillation is a serious form of an abnormal heartbeat that can lead to cardiac arrest as the heart suddenly stops beating. It can be deadly. The 56 year old underwent surgery to implant a pacemaker and a defibrillator in his heart following his 2022 stroke. From the beginning of the government shutdown, the Pennsylvania Democrat was one of few Democrats to vote with Republicans to reopen the government. And President Trump and presumably the first lady will head south to Mar a Lago this evening. Thursday, they were together at the White House for the signing of the President's latest executive order which creates jobs for young people who are aging out of foster care. The order also creates access to health care and food security for those young people. Too many people from foster care community end up homeless, in danger on America's streets. It was 2021 when I developed the idea to establish an impactful platform with an important mission to provide individuals from the foster care community the ability to secure an entry level job position and in turn, financial independence. President Trump says under this new initiative, American companies and institutions will sign pledges to invest in teaching, training and mentoring America's youth. That's a quick check of your headlines. Now let's get a quick check of your forecast with meteorologist Brittany Lockley from Weather Nation. Also at the bottom of your screen, you're gonna see a QR code where you can join our team over at Weather Nation. There you see it right there. Go ahead, scan that code and get connected with our friends at Weather Nation. Brittany, Good morning. You probably know this song. It was famous from Tony, Tony, Tony. They sang that it never rains in Southern California. Oh yes it does.
A
Oh yes it does. And it's gonna rain big time as we get into the weekend. So a lot of our friends in Los Angeles, we're gonna have a snow soggy start and what a week of weather it has been. And we're going to continue it on. A lot of people that saw snowfall in the center of the country. They're going to be warming up. We're going to go from Snow to being 20 degrees, maybe 30 degrees above average. And we're not talking about down in Texas. We're talking about areas in Nebraska pushing up towards Minnesota as well. And we have more snow in the forecast for the Northeast. But I just want to point it out, Nashville, what a week it's been. Last Friday we saw storms. Monday we saw snow. Then Tuesday, everybody was in awe at the northern lights, the aurora borealis. And look at those beautiful colors in Nashville on Tuesday. Now, we're quiet today, tomorrow, but we're still going to be warming up, as mentioned, across areas in the South Central. Let me move out the way so you can see the forecast. We have more rain, as mentioned, coming down in Southern California. Los Angeles right now, pretty soggy. It could be catastrophic as we head into the weekend. So we're looking at mudslide potential debris flows and just heavy rainfall. Overall snowfall once again for the Northeast next 24 hours. Going to bring us some snowfall for the Northwest as well as they're getting some of that moisture that's pulling up into the northern tier of the country. Let's go ahead and take a look at those temperatures, though. Areas like Wichita, 49 degrees as we kick off your morning. Atlanta, 49 as well. And then also areas in New York, 41 and 50 degrees on the western half of the country. Terrence, I'll be back with your hometown forecast for you and you can always make sure you send it over to us.
B
All right, Brittany, thank you. Looking forward to that hometown forecast. By the way, I considered serenading you with Tony, Tony, Tony, but I thought it's probably better for both of us if I do not. So that's why I did not sing for you. Good to see you. Appreciate the forecast. Also, folks, you heard Brittany mention your hometown forecast. Go ahead, log on to our various social media sites. You can go to get a rumble, get in the chat on YouTube, let us know where you're hanging out. And you might be one of the lucky people to get a live hometown forecast from Britney here in our second hour. Make sure you do that. All right, folks, let's take a quick break before though, our dangerous illegals now sneaking into our country via Canada borders are Tom Holman is slated to visit North Dakota to four check on our northern border. We've got the details on that momentarily. Right now, though, a quick look at this day in history. It was on this day in 1969 that Apollo 12 became the second manned mission to the moon. It lifted off from Cape Canaveral in Florida with astronauts Charles Conrad Jr, Richard Gordon Jr and Alan Beam. President Richard Nixon watched the launch. He became the first US President to attend a manned space flight. Liftoff. Lightning struck the ship just 36 seconds after takeoff, causing temporary power failure. But the mission continued. Five days later, Conrad and Bean landed on the moon and ocean of storms, becoming the third and fourth humans to walk on the lunar surface. We're back with more American Sunrise in just a moment. Chicago, Illinois. I'm looking for the crime, actually, can I just tell you, I mean, just as a, as a visitor to Chicago. It's a beautiful city, honestly. And it's got so much wonderful architecture. My goodness, I really do enjoy it. It doesn't have the best pizza. That'd be New York, of course, but you know, whatever. They tried. Welcome back everybody to American Sunrise. I'm David Brody. All right. The Trump administration announced a major victory on our efforts to stop illegals from pouring into our country. The Department of Homeland Security posted this on they said this. For the first time in over five decades, the United States is on track to see negative net migration. The foreign born population has declined by 2.2 million this year, which includes the 1.6 million illegal aliens who have voluntarily self deported and 555,000 deportations. In other words, folks, more illegal immigrants are leaving America than coming here. DHS is also using these efforts to ramp up their ICE recruiting efforts as well. For more, let's bring in the Assistant Director of External and Legislative affairs for the Office of National Drug Control Policy. He's also a former ICE Supervisory Special agent. That would be Victor Avila. Victor, thanks for being here. You know, I tell you what, I just miss those days of Kamala Harris as the borders are, don't you? Well, I tell you what, I was just with Tom Holman a couple of days ago and I'm just so proud of you. The efforts that are being conducted under this administration, both on the illegal immigration side and of course combating drugs. And you want to talk a little bit about Tom Holman visiting the northern border and that's something that we are very, very focused on because there's a lot of activity up there with cocaine, fentanyl, methamphetamine, cross border between the US And Canada. So I'm so glad that he's going to focus up there as well.
A
Victor. The Trump administration announced it carried out two more strikes against suspected drug boats. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth posted on. These vessels were known by our intelligence to be associated with illicit narcotics smuggling. They were smuggling. They were carrying narcotics and were transiting along a known narco trafficking transit route in the eastern Pacific. Both strikes were conducted in international waters and three male narco terrorists were aboard each vessel. All six were killed. No US forces were harmed under President Trump. We're protecting the homeland, he said, and killing these cartel terrorists who wish to harm our country and its people. The administration has destroyed at least 20 vessels so far. What does this mean, though? I saw Tom Holman, was it last night or the night before? He was here and talked to him for a while about this and he was saying that this will indeed make. Because my question all along has been, will this make a dent? How long will it take to make a dent in what average Americans are experiencing in terms of drugs on the street, in terms of fentanyl deaths, those kinds of things. So talk to us about what this actually means for the American people.
B
That's a great question. Because it will eventually make a dent. It doesn't right away because of the amounts of, in this case, cocaine coming into the country. And I'll put it to you this way. Sometimes when you see these large number of interdictions of seizures, if you will, because that's really effectively what this is. It means that there's a lot out there. When there's a lot to get. That means that there's a lot coming in. Doesn't necessarily mean that we're grabbing all of it, however, because of these types of interdictions that are happening way out there, way away from our border, which is where we want them to happen, by the way. We don't want them to be at our southern border anymore. It's eventually going to make a big difference on the price of the drugs on the street. And of course, the availability. And what we're trying to do here at ONTCP is save lives by not having the cocaine laced with fentanyl, which is the number one killer right now, and marijuana laced with fentanyl. It's not just fentanyl alone anymore that is killing Americans. So all of this in combating with, not just the interdiction, the southern border as secure as it is, education programs within the United States, all of that collaborative effort with the Department of War, dhs, ondcp, then you're gonna start seeing a big difference. But of course, it's gonna take a little bit of time. Victor, at the top of our segment, you mentioned Tom Homan going up to the northern border. So I wanna take a bit of a deeper dive into this headline which says borders are Tom Homan plans North Dakota visit in early December, talk about some of the problems at the northern border. And why do you think so much of the public focus southern border and not necessarily the northern border, which has similar problems, maybe not quite as widespread, but the problems remain. Yeah, the northern border has always been kind of focused on, you know, terrorism and that counterterrorism effort. But because of what's happening, what we just talked about in the interdiction efforts at the southern border, well, guess what the cartels are doing? They're going to find their way to come into the country one one way or the other in that way is the northern border, which is really wide open. And what helps us there is obviously the terrain and the weather in the winter. It's not the best conducive environment for them to smuggle their drugs and people, by the way, as well. But nevertheless, it doesn't keep them from trying. And so the focus to go on the northern border, I think is a good one. There's not as much in volume, but there's still fentanyl being crossed, smuggled through those borders, illegal aliens coming through there as well. So there is an effort and a focus much needed as well, because we don't want it to become the southern border like the way we've seen in the last few years. Victor Avila, great to have you. It seems like we've lost your picture, but we heard your audio, which is the most important thing. So we appreciate your time. Thank you. Thank you, Victor. All right. Coming up, new significant breakthroughs in the fight against cancer. Some good news on the way. Details next on American Sunrise.
A
It sounds like a dessert, but it's not. It's a city in Florida called Manila Pan, and it's right down the road from us here. It's absolutely beautiful. Actually, it's the southern end of Palm beach island for reference, and very thin little strip, really different. If you're ever in Palm beach, you should visit Manalapan. It's very, very different. All residential. Hard to explain. Welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. Gina. Thank you for joining us. I don't know what that clamor was that they were playing in the background right now, but the song I have a bone to pick with Terrence. The song It Never Rains in Southern California is a classic rock song from 1972. Not by Tony. Tony. Tony. So now I've got my beef with David over pizza and my beef with Terrence over. But it is time for today's health news. It is sponsored by the Wellness Company. See, I Do that when they're not on air with me, then they can't say anything. It's just like silence. No one's arguing except they're belling me down under the microscope today, new breakthroughs in fighting cancer. In a major breakthrough for that means I won, by the way. In a major breakthrough for cancer research, Scientists in Japan have developed a tiny little delivery system that helps powerful antibodies reach hidden targets deep inside of cancer cells. This team created the new nano carrier. It is made from polyphenols, natural compounds found in wine and metal ions also. Now this metaphenolic network allows antibodies to enter cancer cells and escape cellular traps called endosomes. This discovery, published in the Journal of Controlled release, could pave the way for safer, more effective cancer therapies that target tumors without damaging healthy tissue. Very exciting. So much on the horizon in terms of cancer. I research it every day because my dog has cancer right now. And I'm trying to find that miracle cure that I know is out there. It's a new administration in Washington D.C. and it's brought a lot of positive changes when it comes to fixing our broken health care system. The reality though, there's only so much the government can do. And if we really want to make America healthy again, it's going to have to start at home with each of us. And that is where the wellness company comes in. You see and hear from their doctors all the time on this network. You know their products are the gold standard when it comes to keeping you safe and healthy. The wellness company gives you the opportunity to be sure you're prepared for whatever happens with their series of prescription medical kits. Yes, it will.
A
Sing it.
B
You know. Oh, I, I should I really sing it. There's really.
A
Seven.
B
Never rains in Southern California. I can't.
A
We've been by day jobs, progress.
B
We need to move on. All right. I'm a progressive. I'm moving on. I'm progressing now to the swamp where even though the Government shutdown is over. Funding questions remain. So there's a government watchdog group and they found that nearly 800,000 federal workers are pulling in six figure salaries. And payroll for federal workers is outpacing its size. The organization is called Open the Books. It tracks these matters closely and it lays out how the federal workforce has gotten bigger and more secretive since 2020. Right now, by the way, we have nearly 2.9 million civil service workers. They make about $270 billion annually. For more, let's bring in the CEO of Open the Books, John Hart. John, you're doing such important work there with your organization. Tell us more and what we need to understand going forward as to why this is so crucial to America writ large. Well, thanks for having me, David. Look, it's crucial because we've got a $39 trillion national debt. We're now spending more on interest payments on the national debt than we are on defense. So a nation that spends more on interest payments on debt than defense, it doesn't stay great for very long. So we've got to get our really minds wrapped around the problem. And one of the indicators is that the federal workforce itself is growing far faster than the private sector. So we've shown that over the past four years, the federal payroll rose about 25%. Now that's 33% faster than the private sector. And again, we looked at 2020 to 2024. So that's including the bump with COVID numbers. In other words, people came back in the workforce, yet we still, the government still vastly outpaced the private sector. You know, this year, wage growth is maybe 1%, but federal wage growth over the past four years has been 25%. That is not sustainable. It puts our freedom at risk. And our founders understood the connection between the individual and the state. Thomas Jefferson said, the natural order of things is for liberty to yield and government to gain ground. We've got to take the money back from the government and make the argument that every dollar saved in Washington is a dream realized somewhere else in America. Because when you take money out of the private sector, you make people work harder. You take money out of the hands of entrepreneurs. We want to give that money back so we can create more wealth and prosperity.
A
John, it's like DOGE 2.0, what you're doing. Whatever happened to DOGE at government? There's no talk about it anymore. Did it just they decided we're just not gonna cut government or worry about the debt anymore?
B
Well, look, I spent years working for representative and senator named Tom Coburn that David knew. Well, he was an extraordinary fiscal conservative. So, look, there's been a movement of people that have been talking about these issues for decades.
A
Yes.
B
So I was elated when Elon Musk came in and brought his star power, his fame, and brought attention to the issue. But we were Doge before there was Doge. We were doing Doge during Doge. We're Doge after Doge. So there are ebbs and flows when these issues get more attention than otherwise, but they affect us every single day. Every single day, when the government is spending more money than it takes in, that limits our freedom, that hurts our prosperity, that handicaps future generations who want to pursue the American dream. John, how do you. I'm just curious. How do you put the genie back in the bottle? I mean. I mean, my goodness, talk about. You talked about Thomas Jefferson, talking about, you know, the fact that government, in essence, will grow and grow. What do you do? You know, I mean, I understand there you guys are doing great work, and Elon Musk gave it the old college try, if you will, but you're. You guys are up against a behemoth. Yeah, look, look, David, I. You know, I am very, very confident in the American. In the American idea and the American dream. I think the founders created a brilliant system. And regardless of where people are politically, the fact that you can. We live in a country where Donald Trump can win and Jordan Mondame can win, that shows there's a strength to our system that is amenable to change. And the founders wrote transparency into the Constitution because they knew that you cannot have accountability without visibility. And I live firsthand the experience of working for a member, trying to cut spending, and we actually succeeded. Over the course of 10 or 15 years, we cut over a trillion dollars with our Tea Party College. We got rid of earmarks for a decade. We cut real spending $150 billion for the first time, year to year, since the end of the Korean War. And then we forced GAO to do a duplication study that GAO claims has saved $700 billion. So that's a lot of money. And transparency can cut through government like water cuts through stone. The steady flow can seem unremarkable. All the data that we put out, this conversation we're having now. But when that flow finds cracks, it can wipe away mighty walls of opposition. If you've ever had water problems in your house, you know what I'm talking about, that transparency is a very, very powerful tool. And so I'm confident, again, it's the Slow. It's the relentless. It's the rigorous approach that we believe in that really does make a difference.
A
All right, well, John, in addition to wanting you to keep doing what you're doing, I'm going to cover the next party at your house. And I think all those guitars behind you, we can figure out how to play It Never Rains in Southern California and teach Terrence. That is a classic rock song from 1972. John Hart, thank you so much for your time.
B
Next time I'll be the musical guest if you'd like.
A
Okay, sounds good.
B
All right.
A
David and I will sing as backup because we are amazing.
B
That's right. Good to see you, John. Thanks.
A
Thanks, John.
B
Long live Tom Coburn for sure.
A
All right, there we go. That's it, you guys. Yes. Hear that, T. All right, coming up, the House is slated to vote on whether or not to release the Epstein files next week. What is the mood inside the conference? We're gonna have updates on that on the next on the next next on this American south sides.
B
But girl, don't they warn ya. Welcome back to American Sunrise.
A
You've had Rejuvenate coffee and now we've taken it a step further. They now have it in a pod form. Most coffee pods just give you a quick caffeine spike and nothing else for your health. But rejuvenate. Anti aging pods are different. They're clean coffee pods infused with caakg, a compound study for longevity, cellular energy and deep metabolic support. That means sharper mornings, smoother energy, no crash, and real long term benefits that your body will thank you for. I use these pods because they make my routine easier while still supporting my health, my focus and how I show up every day. If you're going to use pods anyway, make them pods that actually work as hard as you do. Head to 1775 Coffee.com rev and try the new Rejuvenate Anti aging pods. Now don't just wake up, rejuvenate. All right, now that we are caffeinated, it's time to stay awake, not woke. And today we are focusing on Congress who will be voting on whether the DOJ should release all of the Epstein files next week. The discharge petition got enough signatures to force the vote and Speaker Mike Johnson says it will happen. All congressional Democrats and four Republicans signed the petition. The decision to release the Epstein files is about to hit its breaking point. So for more, let's bring in RAV correspondent and the host of Breaking Point for us, which you can see every weekend here on rav, David Zier. David, always great to see you. How do you see all of this playing out with the Epstein files?
B
Well, the victims are urging Congress to release all the files. I think Thune and Johnson feel it's moot with the oversight investigation committee. But even CNN's Casey Hunt called out the Dems and Jasmine Crockett for not pursuing pursuing Epstein years ago in Congress. And all of a sudden a day after the shutdown. Right. This is front and center. And then Cracker gets fact checked live on tv furthering our reputation as a dimwit here. But even Dan Abrams on CNN admitted there's nothing, this is a nothing burger for Trump as there's no criminal activity by Trump involved this in any way. And this issue will, this issue will go away in 2026. But late night TV last night Emily doubles down with Jimmy Fallon insinuating Trump was in cahoots with Epstein. Well everyone, Trump kicked Epstein out of Mar a Lago for poaching spa employees and unfriended him for being a creepo. Right. And this is crazy because the left will always continue this war with Trump here and everyone knows it was Clinton flying all over the world on the Leader Express. And as much as I'd like to see Bill and Hillary hauled in front of Congress next year and make them sweat, I don't think much is going to come of this, Emily. And this is a distraction from the Dems failures but this is also a distraction and a liability for the GOP is a more concerned the GOP is in big trouble next year for the midterms here down at least seven in the Charlie Cook Report. And young people aren't able to buy homes and can't get high paying jobs. The average age of first time homebuyers 20 is 40. It used to be 28 just four years ago. Housing costs have doubled and the median age for all home ownership in America used to be 31 in 1981. It's 59 years of age today, Emily. So I don't want to see them get distracted. Get it over with, do it and then we'll be done with it next year.
A
Yeah, certainly don't want a distraction. I actually see this as a pretty bipartisan issue throughout America. I think a lot of people want transparency. David, I know you have a great show coming for us this weekend. What do you have? Coming up on Breaking Point I have.
B
Director of the last 600 meters, the Battlesford Najafa and Fallujah Michael Pack. It's on Amazon, downloaded today. I watched it yesterday. It's extraordinary footage from the Sunni and Shiite incursions, you know, boxing in our Marines, fighting hand to hand, door to door with guns and bayonets, you know, so it's really incredible. And then I got Breck and thieves on from the Federalist on specific groups behind the Berkeley violent riots against tpusa. And I got Jeremiah Poff. And we're going to talk about H1B visas, the pros and cons and Trump's new fees associated with it. So don't miss it. 8am tomorrow.
A
It's going to be a great show. David Zier, thank you so much as always for coming on the show.
B
Have a great weekend.
A
You, too. Coming up, what can the Bible teach us about the history of Thanksgiving? The Bible history guy, Jim Moseley is breaking it all down next on American Sunrise.
B
God bless the usa. In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth. I know I say this often, but don't you want to party with that guy? Heaven and the earth. I mean, I don't know. I would. Welcome back, everybody, to American Sonrise. A time now for our moment of faith. It's brought to us by Lee Greenwood and the God bless the USA Bible. All right. In Focus today, Thanksgiving still two weeks away. My stomach is getting ready. We've all heard about the first hard winter and the feast that followed. But Jim Moseley has a part of the pilgrim story that we're never taught. Before Plymouth, before the first harvest, the Mayflower herself nearly didn't make it into the New World. It took faith, foresight and what can only be called a miracle to pull her through. So let's bring in Jim, of course. He is one of our favorite guests here. That'd be Jim Mosley. Oh, look at this, all the books he's written. Shall we go through it? Here's a timeline. The Duke of D.C. there it is there. The appropriately titled Discovering Jesus Disciples. And also he co wrote a new book with our own Dr. G called the Days of Creation by Heart, Teaching children how God made the world. You've got to pick that up, go to Amazon. I've heard something about Amazon. They have everything. By the way, he's the Bible history guy and that's why we love having him. Jim, good to see you and tell us more. Good morning to you here. Well, good morning, David. Well, listen, we really aren't taught this part. The pilgrims didn't just start out as, you know, peaceful settlers in black hats. They started out as fugitives. King James hunted them because they believed ordinary People had the right to read scripture and worship God directly. Now, William Brewster, actually my ancestor, hosted secret Bible studies at a home in Scrooby, England. When the King found that out, he vowed he would hurry them out of the land. So they escaped to Holland. Over there, Brewster started printing Christian tracts, and he sent them all over Europe and secretly back into England. Well, that infuriated the King, so James sent agents across the English Channel to arrest Brewster. But in one of the great Divine Comedy moments, they arrested the wrong man. Thomas Brewer, Brewster's business partner. Well, the Dutch realized the mistake, released breweries, and even returned the confiscated press. But the Pilgrims got the memo. Even across the Channel, the long arm of England's king could still reach them. So after 11 years in Holland, they decided it's time to seek a new home where we can worship freely. And that set them on course for the New World and for one of the most remarkable twists in the story. When they prepared to sail, Brewster insisted on bringing his printing press. It had spread the gospel all over Europe, and he thought he could do the same in America. But after their spare ship, the Speedwell, proved unseaworthy, everybody was forced into the Mayflower, and that became overcrowded. So Brewster said, look, I'll even sleep inside a lifeboat, just make room for my printing press. But that's when a young John Alden made a key observation. Most of the press was made of wood. They could rebuild that in America. But one part could not be replaced. The massive iron screw that pressed the paper into the type. So they kept the screw and abandoned the rest. Now, Fast forward to September 1620. The Mayflower is deep in the North Atlantic. A violent storm hits. The bowsprit slams into a wave with the force of a cannon blast. And a huge support beam under the main deck snaps. The ship is suddenly in danger of breaking apart. Captain Christopher Jones studies the damage and says, if we could just jack that beam back up, we could save the ship. But they had nothing strong enough to do it with. And that's when John Alden remembered Brewster's iron screw. The crew hauled it out of the hold, built a timber stack under the broken beam, wedged the screw in place, and began turning. And slowly, inch by inch, the shattered beam was lifted. The bowsprit rose. The strain left the rigging. The Mayflowers stabilized. They reinforced it and kept sailings to the Pilgrims. It wasn't a coincidence that same tool, meant to spread God's word in the New World, had also saved the very ship carrying his people there. So yeah. The Mayflower nearly didn't make it, but faith, foresight and a miracle carried her through, proving that sometimes the pen really is mightier than the board. I knew that was coming there at the end. I didn't know that was coming. That's very, very well done, Jim. The intertwining of everything in that story and how God works it all out and for the good of an entire nation, which is America. Jim Mosley, always great to see you. Story time with Jim Mosley. You really should trademark that, Jim. Story time with Jim. All right. Thanks again. Thank you, David. All right, we're back. Great stuff. Back with the second hour of American Sunrise in two minutes. Everybody stick around. Coming up on this second hour of American Sunrise, President Trump firing back at Democrats for following the release of emails from deceased sex offender Jeffrey Epstein mentioning the president by name. 47 calls the release politically motivated and a distraction from the Democratic Party's failure on the shutdown. Details in just a moment. Plus, Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman's opening up about threats that he's facing from far left activists after opposing the base of his party over the government shutdown. Why? He says he's more afraid of his own party than anyone on the left. And later, a last minute addition to the funding bill that was approved by lawmakers on Wednesday allows senators to sue the federal government over searches of their phone records as part of the Arctic Frost investigation. Ahead, the division on that issue. Before we get to any of that, though, the developing few or let's just call it a cultural music exchange between Dr. Gina and me over this song. Listen closely those stories and so much more right now on this second hour of American Sunrise. Good morning America.
A
Welcome to American sunrise. Whether it's culture, we have breaking news to share with you.
B
Politics. President Trump is joining us live now from Florida. We've got you covered. This is what it looks like to be a patriot. We have to protect the American family.
A
The American dream is still alive.
B
I'm David Brody. I'm terrence.
A
And I'm Dr. Tina.
B
Welcome back, everybody, to the second hour of American Sunrise. I'm David Brody coming to you from D.C. let's bring in Dr. G in West Palm T. Bates in our Denver newsroom. Ding, ding, ding. It's a musical dispute. Let's blow off the first segment of this show. Go. Ding, ding, ding. Look at Dr. Gina's face. Dr. Gina, is it a feud or a musical cultural exchange? Which one would you like to choose?
A
Well, let's ask our chat because.
B
I haven't even gone to the chat. Okay, go ahead.
A
You know I'm gonna win here, T. Yeah, definitely.
B
If we go into the chat. You won.
A
It's a song by Albert Hammond from 1972. It is not by Tony.
B
Tony.
A
Tony.
B
Yeah. That's like. What is Tony. Tony, you hear this? Tony. Tony. I'm telling you right here. This is their version. You hear this, right?
A
That's. That's something.
B
You know you want to bop your head. Dr. Dean. I saw you.
A
I don't. I want to shake my head hard and say, no. Never, never, ever.
B
Yeah, yeah, yeah. I love that song that. You know, I. I was in high school when that song came out, and I remember slow dancing at home coming to it. It never rained until.
A
This is the song.
B
This is the. This is the classic. Come on. Yeah, I. I have to. I had never heard it until you sent it to me in our chat this morning. Dr. Gina had never heard this song.
A
Before in my life, ever.
B
Sophomore. Sorry, T. We're not listening to you. I see that. So here's the good part. I get to do headlines. So I'm going to preempt you guys. The government. But okay. See, they even cut her mic.
A
We have to karaoke both of them together, and then RAB ambassadors will somehow get to watch when we do the karaoke together of both songs. That's my new plan.
B
There you go.
A
We'll see what Zinn says about that.
B
One way or another. I love it. I love it. All right, really quick. Let's get to these headlines. The government is back open, but there's still no word exactly when all federal workers will get their paychecks and their back pay. The White House is urging agencies to, quote, get employee paychecks out expeditiously and accurately in order to not leave anyone waiting longer than necessary. However, timing of employees receiving back pay may vary depending on which payroll provider their agency uses. And President Trump and the first lady team up for an executive order seeking to protect young people who are aging out of the foster care system. The effort is the brainchild of the first lady, and it creates access to health care and food security. President Trump says under this new initiative, American American companies and institutions will sign pledges to invest in teaching, training, and mentoring America's youth, specifically those coming out of foster care. John Fetterman, recovering in the hospital after taking a fall during a walk on Thursday. His office says he suffered about a ventricular fibrillation flare up, which caused him to feel lightheaded and collapse. Fetterman suffered a stroke back in 2022, following which he had a pacemaker and defibrillator implanted in order to help manage his heart condition. That's a quick check of your headlines. Excuse me. Now let's get a quick check of your forecast with meteorologist Brittany Lackley of Weather Nation. Brittany, I know it's time for our hometown forecast. I saw you over there jamming to Tony, Tony. Tony's in Southern California. I saw you grooving girlfriend. I saw you.
A
That is a staple on my playlist. I've never heard the other one before. But you know what? We're learning so much on rad. Look at it's such a good time and I'm happy to be here. But let's get into these hometown forecasts. Now what I do know, it is raining in Southern California and you guys were chilly in Florida. You know, hopefully you're thawing out, Ms. Toomey, because we're going to have those temperatures back into the 80s. So I hope you're happy about that. Let's take you to Trinidad, Texas with those temperatures in the 80s. This is for Army Vet Conservative. This is over on Getter so you can can send us your forecast as well. We're going to see some rain later on in the week. And how about Roseville, Michigan? 54 degrees for today, 63 with that 40% chance of rain. And we're going to see those temperatures in the 40s, sticking around in the 40s, quite chilly cuz usually your average high is in the 50s. Now you can always send over your hometown forecast. We got a lot going on. And as I mentioned, Terrence, either way, whatever song, it's still raining in Southern California, send it over back to you.
B
Thank you so much, Brittany. I'm sure it's a welcome change there in Southern California getting some rain. Brittany Lockley, we appreciate it. Have a great weekend. All right. And once again, folks, if you're watching us right now, you see that QR code there at the bottom of your screen? Scan it and join our friends over at Weather Nation. They'd love to have you. All right, let's get you over to David now. David, good morning. Good morning. Good morning. I'm just moving on Key Bates. All right. House Democrats are attempting to link President Trump to disgrace sex offender Jeffrey Epstein once again on the heels of the shutdown vote. So earlier this week they tried to do that. The president, though, is not putting up with it. This is what he said on Truth Social. He said, quote, the Democrats are trying to bring up the Jeffrey Epstein hoax again, because they'll do anything at all to deflect on how badly they've done on the shutdown and so many other subjects. Well, join us now. With reaction is RAP chief White House correspondent Brian Glenn. Brian, curious about what you think here, how the White House is handling it. I'm curious actually how you see it. Forget the White House. How do you see it? Brian? Sorry. Well, good morning. First of all, the sun is out here in Washington, D.C. and I'm kind of sad that I'm missing the dance party there in West Palmer, there in Denver, but maybe I can break a few moves down after my hit. No, this is what this is a desperate attempt to frame President Trump to have any relation with Epstein. In actuality, it does show deep ties that Jeffrey Epstein had to liberals and to other countries in terms of business dealings and influence. So out of all these discoveries, and we talked a little bit about this Yesterday, out of 60,000 plus pages, those three emails they plucked out of there, there in any way did not show any guilt towards President Trump at all. Matter of fact, it did show that Wolf there had asked, had been working with Epstein in terms of how to frame Trump. It was almost a very deceiving line of communications there. So President Trump is absolutely 100% vindicated by all of this. And I think as we see more emails and more information come out, we're going to learn just how corrupt Jeffrey Epstein was on the political side with foreign governments trying to compromise people. So if anything, I think these emails actually help Trump's basic narrative that he is absolutely not guilty of any mischievous actions towards anyone involved. Matter of fact, if you remember, he threw Jeffrey Epstein out of his club at Mar a Lago once he found out that he was, you know, kind of a shady character. So these things will vindicate President trump, I am 100% sure. But if anything, on the flip side of all of this, I think this sends a message to people that are a victim of rape or any type of sexual abuse that the government and our elected officials will not let those predators hide from being brought into the forefront and prosecuted. So I think this is a good message to anyone that's been vulnerable in a sexual assault, because we cannot let people simply get away with stuff. So, hey, Brian, we'll have a little bit of. Yes, go ahead, Dr. Gina, real quick.
A
Follow up on this because I think it's really important to know, first of all, Palm beach is a sunny place for shady people. Let's get that completely through our heads. There are grifters who lurk incessantly. And that is just a fact. And I had to learn that the hard way. I keep learning it, in fact, over and over again. So. So just because Epstein went to Mar a Lago. Of course he did. Of course he did. He wanted to be close to people like Donald Trump who are massively successful because Epstein's life was a complete lie. Right. So of course he did. But Donald Trump, the minute he knew, kicked him out. It's very interesting to note, though, that in this new, which isn't new release, it says victim. It keeps saying victim. And as if it's redacted. We all know who it was. It was Virginia Giuffre, whose book just came out and said Donald Trump was a perfect gentleman, that he never did any of it. So we know why did they put victim? Why did they replace her name, Virginia Giuffre, and put victim? They did it to make it appear as though it wasn't her, so that Donald Trump would look guilty because that's what Democrats do, because they lie. Having said that, we only have about 60,000 out of 100 and some thousand pages. Are Republicans asking for that to be released?
B
Yes. And I don't know when that vote's going to happen. It could come as early as Monday. I know that there, there's no official word from the speaker on the terms of that vote, but yes. And I think the more files that are released, the more transparency, the less any type of guilt gets thrown on President trump. So I 100% agree with you. And we're finding other things in these emails. There's even some on former first lady Hillary Clinton in regards to some of her relationships with individuals within that White House. Yes. So if they want to release the emails, ok, let's release the emails, because you're going to find some very salacious information that doesn't incriminate President Trump, but actually incriminates a lot of Democrats and other people in foreign governments, which I'm all for exposing that as well. So I do anticipate a vote happening probably as soon as Monday. I would say no later than Wednesday of next week. Brian, is it fair to describe this latest release and kind of what Democrats are trying to achieve as kind of another angle on lawfare against President Trump? And I bring that up because we're finding out that there have been more than 200 legal challenges to the executive orders that President Trump has passed or has signed just since January 20th, since retaking office. And all of this just kind of Feels, at least to me. And I'd love to get your perspective, like it's just another angle, just another step in the political lawfare against the president. Yeah, one of the arguments, Terrence, that's good. A great point. One of the arguments is where was all these people back the last four years? The last, I could say 10 years or eight years. Why is this being brought up now? And it comes on the heels of the Sumer shutdown to kind of take a little bit of the victory away from the President Trump now, like, you know, over 300 plus lawsuits filed against states attorney generals, most of them, Terrence, in regards to the immigration policies, of course, the deployment of, of, you know, National Guard around, around the country and other immigration issues. So, yeah, this is just a part of the plan. And we've seen this before from the Democrat playbook of trying to stop Trump through the courts, although that everything he's, he's doing seems to be through the justification of his office. Ryan Glenn, great to have you. If you could send us your dance moves later on, that would be fantastic. Oh, you can do it. Are you moon. Yeah. Is that. You're moon walking? You're moonwalking? What are you doing? You look like you're on a treadmill. Yeah.
A
Security's coming to get him.
B
Oh, my goodness. Yeah, security. I'm impressed. Suspicious moves on the North Lawn. Suspicious moves on the north one. All right. And I am guilty. All right, Great to see you.
A
Thanks, B.
B
Thanks. I tell you what, Ryan P. Glenn busting a move. All right, coming up, John Federman shocked CNN host Dana Bash this week when he revealed who is really afraid, who he's really afraid of. Excuse me. In Washington in moments, hear what the Democrat senator said when American Sunrise continue.
A
Welcome back to American Sunrise. I'm American Sunrise contributor Emily Finn. It's great to have you with us this morning. Time now to drain the swamp. And this morning, we are flushing out radical leftists who eat their own. In an interview with CNN's Dana Bass, Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman stunned the CNN host when he revealed just how poisonous the far left can be. Fetterman, who voted to reopen the government earlier this week, has been targeted and harassed by activists on Blue sky and other platforms for breaking with his party and putting the needs of Americans first. Here's some of what he had to say.
B
The difference is, I mean, the right would say really rough things in names. You know, some names I won't, I won't repeat on, on tv. But, but, but the, the on the left. It was like, they want me to die. Or that we're cheering for your next stroke or that's terrible, that depression. Why couldn't it Depression one. And I hope your kids find you. I mean, they even have like the graphic gift where they have like a stroke, you know. You know, in your head.
A
For more, let's bring in Dr. Gina, David Brody and Terrence Bates. Terrence, want to go to you first on this. I know that we had some jokes earlier this week about the stroke, but that really hurt my heart to listen to that sound bite from Fetterman. And nobody should ever be subjected to something like that.
B
No, absolutely. That's painful and it's a shame. Sometimes things come out that are inappropriate and the moment may seem funny, but when you really look at the bigger picture, this is someone dealing with a of lot, lot of things. And no one should be subjected to any of this simply based on them doing what they believe is right in their soul. And if, you know, it seems like he's governing and he's making decisions and policies based on what he believes is right and what he believes is right for the country. And so it's just a shame that he would have to deal with that sort of thing. David, you know what was interesting to me is Dana Bash's reaction. Oh, real. What? Like, really, you don't know anything about far left rhetoric that just says everything you need to know about the cocoon that folks live in over there.
A
Exactly. And that means she doesn't read comments because I'm sure whenever she departs from party monolith, she is attacked the same way. You guys, all I can say about this is we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and rulers in dark high places. That is absolutely what we are seeing here. Blessed his heart and sparkling galaxy from our chat said, let's pray vociferously for him. He is under attack in a lot of ways and he doesn't vote our way on. I'm not going to pretend like he's some conservative or he's a. I don't know. I hate to use the word transitioning here, Republican, but I am, because I can't think of another word. But I am saying we have to protect with everything we have those who are willing to speak the truth, even when it's. When you're going to take this kind of backlash for it. You know, when you have people in really dark places doing things like working black magic and casting spells on this man, as I'm sure they are you know, and I don't know that he knows Jesus. If you know Jesus, those things don't affect you, but if you don't, they do. So let's pray hard for him that he comes to know Jesus so that he can be protected. And I'm sorry to go all religious, but that's the only thing we can do for him. Yeah, prayers are absolutely needed for Fetterman in this moment. It's just awful. And David, to your point, Dana Bash was surprised. None of us on this network are surprised at all because we've been seeing this time and time again usually target against Republicans. And yeah, this is just so sad to see. All right. Coming up on American Sunrise, we're headed down to Wall street for the opening bell and insight into how to hold on to your hard earned dollars with some common sense. We'll be back with more American Sunrise in just two minutes.
B
Silver and gold, silver and gold. Everyone wishes for silver and gold. Ridge, Colorado Typically this time of year we're, we're kind of inundated with snow and ski season is generally just starting. Not the case. It's been pretty warm in Colorado so far this year and even right now through November. But of course, soon enough we'll be inundated with snow and I won't be a happy camper. Anyway, we're getting you ready for the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange. By the way, we're going to be watching Walmart stock Today as the CEO Doug McMillan is retiring and he's going to be succeeded, we're hearing, by John Furner. So that very well could impact Walmart stock today. It's one of the many stocks we'll be keeping an eye on. Here's a quick look at pre market trading. As you can see, the dow S&P 500 and the NASDAQ are all in the red. There's really only one bright spot on the board at the moment, which is crude oil. We'll take it to the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange though here in short order. First, first, let's get you over to David Brody who's been fact checking me. And we've apparently gone down a rabbit hole when it comes to the song it never rains in Southern California. See how just small things spark this massive conversation that goes on for more than an hour. Ay, ay, ay. That's what makes it so fun though. It's true. But ChatGPT is not on your side and I'll just leave it at that. To be honest but we'll talk about it more as we go on. All right, time now for our daily dose of dollars in Common sense. And that means we're bringing in the guy that has tons of common sense. That's also the guy behind Jake's take. Substacks. That would be Jake Novak. Jake, forget about business stuff for a second. You're the tie breaking vote. It never rains in Southern California. 1972 or 1990. Something go. Of course, it's the 72 version. Thank you. That was recorded at the time that, you know, we were having Manson murders and landslide. Horrible things happening there. I don't know how they put that song out at that time. They really had a lot of fortitude too. That's all I can say. Jake. This is your solo, by the way. This is your. No, don't, don't, don't do it. Don't do it. Yeah, it's not my key. I, I can sing it well, but that's not your key. That's good to know. Get with my arranger. Burt Bacharach will be on the phone with you in a minute. Oh my gosh, now you're going old school. All right, you have some important breaking news from Walmart. We heard a little bit from Tbates, so kind of expand on what's happening here. Talk to us. Yeah, let me dig into this news. First of all, this was a surprise announcement. They were not expecting Doug McMillan. He's a young man to retire. He's retiring effective in January. And this guy, you know, you're not going to hear this from me very often. It's not because I'm a mean guy. It's just not a lot of CEOs in this country are really all that good. I think he was an excellent CEO. He really modernized Walmart. He took over in early 2014. He did a couple of things. First of all, the experience of going into a Walmart store is very different since he took over. It's much improved and maybe just as important, he really improved walmart.com it is a fantastic website to use. It used to be very, very rudimentary. Not very good. It's a strong, good website. I think it's, I think it's better experience than Amazon.com right now. And the stock is worth five times more than it was when he took over 11 years ago. That's really, really good. So this is a surprise announcement and Walmart shares are down 3% in the pre market on this. I think they're going to go down further when the trading Opens and more traders get the news of what's happened. All right, good news there regarding Walmart, but let's talk about Disney. They absolutely tanked the stock market yesterday. So what's going on there? And apparently this is connected somehow to our old buddy. I know he's a buddy of yours, Jimmy Kimmel there on abc. Explain. Yeah, you know, look, Disney is a Dow component. It's one of the 30 stocks that really moves the Dow one way or the other. And it dragged the Dow down bad Yesterday, more than 700 points. And what was the problem at Disney? The problem at Disney is ABC and espn. I can talk about ESPN in another day. But ABC is a money loser. And part of the ABC money losing operation is a Jimmy Kimmel show. Now, if you're an investor last quarter you thought to yourself, great, Jimmy Kimmel, this money losing show, this guy's been suspended for cause. He did this horrible thing smearing Charlie Kirk's family and friends. Now we can get rid of this guy in this loser show without having to pay him a Brinks truck to get out of town. We can say we're firing you for cause. Let's get rid of this show and not have a lot of ancillary costs connected to it. And instead Bob Iger, the CEO, brought him back. Moron, you had a chance to get rid of this loser. And if you're an investor, you're saying, I guess Bob Iger doesn't want to stop the losses at abc. He still wants to use it as some kind of political lobbying arm that loses money. Well, I'm an investor. I don't want that. I'm heading out of town. And they decided to lose, you know, to basically sell their shares. Jimmy Kimmel is a big reason why the markets tanked yesterday. And I hope that Disney and Bob Iger figure that out soon. This is why this segment is called Common Sense. Because you're literally offering ABC and Disney and all, you're offering them common sense. And you know they need to take you up on the offer. All right, so I got it. You don't love government bureaucrats, but surely you are enamored and totally reliant on government economic reports. I know you're taking the news about the October jobs report that never came out very hard, Jake. But you do say, I know we'll get you into therapy here in the next hour. But you do say there is an alternative. I do. I'm really excited about this news this week. That doordash the food delivery and also consumer products delivery company is now doing economic reports because DoorDash really knows prices and really knows consumer abilities to pay for things. And they came out with a report this week saying that prices are going down across the board for the most part and that consumers have more spending power. I trust DoorDash on this. And by the way, one day they're gonna come out with a report that isn't great politically or who cares? I think that they are much more accurate. They are the ones who really are on the front lines of the economy in America. There's some other companies too I would like to hear from and give us a weekly report or sorry, a quarterly report. DoorDash Doing this makes me very, very happy. Not just because it shows the economy is strong, which I'm always happy to hear, but also because it's a great alternative to these phony baloney government reports that even if they weren't partisan, and very often they are, but even if they weren't, the way that they're compiled is insane. Jake Novak, great to have you with us. Hope the jets don't lose this weekend. Oh, they won't, don't worry because they lost last night. Okay, thank. Yeah, right, gotcha. All right, time for the opening belt in New York stock. Exchan change. Let's go. Sponsored by amac. Where am I going? The association of Mature American Citizens is the conservative voice for Americans 50 and older. AMAC is fighting for the values that you hold dear. Join today together we can right the course of America. You hear the applause underway at the New York Stock Exchange. The bell is going to ring here in short order and then we'll get an idea of how the markets are looking on this final day of trading of the week. Week I can tell you the pre market trading has not been looking so hot. All of the major indices were down. Well now it's official the markets are opening for this Friday of trading and just like that, not a whole lot of change at the top of our board. The dow, S P 500 and the NASDAQ all remaining in the red. Only two bright spots on our board at the moment. But again most of you are going to be trading on those major indices and so far not looking so good. But a lot can change over the next eight or ten hours of trading. So hopefully that does happen. Still to come here on American Sunrise, a Republican showdown in Florida as Congressman Byron Donalds takes aim at the so called woke right as a hard line challenger emerges to his right flank. But first, here's a message from Dr. Gina, about what you need to know about crypto.com.
A
All right, you guys, Trump Media just signed a massive $6.4 billion deal with Yorkville Acquisition Corp. And Crypto.com the crypto platform trusted by millions of users worldwide. They're teaming up to acquire $6.4 billion in CRO to establish America's first publicly traded CRO treasury. Trump media group zero strategy once complete. Now this new company will be the largest publicly traded, publicly traded CRO holder out there. So are you ready to join the crypto revolution? I bet you are. Head to crypto.com today, be part of this historic move. That's crypto.com so for more information on the proposed business combination, check out Yorkville Acquisition Corp's public filings. All right. Welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. G. Thanks for joining us this morning. We invite you to hop on in our conversation on YouTube. Getter and Rumble. It is time now to take the political pulse of America and the beat. Today, a heated fight brewing inside the Florida GOP as Republican Congressman Byron Donalds called out what he says is a dangerous woke right movement trying to co opt conservatism. The fireworks ignited at a Miami Dade Republican fundraiser just days after a hard line anti immigration candidate James Fischbach announced he's running against Donalds in the race for governor. The Florida Republican who could become the state's first black governor then urged his party to reject what he so called soft bigotry and fear. Texas Senator Ted Cruz joined in warning that anti Semitism and bigotry are rising on the right. As the 2026 election season heats up, Republicans in Florida appear to be facing a new sort of a civil war, a battle over the party's identity itself. Joining us now to unpack this and so much more is the co host of Cowboy Logic right here on rav. Donna Feduccia. The most fun name to say in television. Donna.
B
You gotta be careful when you say it. Hey Fiducia.
A
Donna.
B
Yo, yo.
A
Don't you think we have to be so careful about shutting free speech down and canceling people in the Republican party that have differing opinions? I mean, I for one would love to work together to talk about these issues in a very public way without cutting each other down and deciding it's a civil war, so to speak? I don't think that's healthy.
B
Everybody seems to be looking out for their own backside, which is the problem. Everybody wants the glory and if we don't work together, you know, we don't stand together, we will Certainly. Or hang together. We will certainly hang separately. I think I've heard that before. And Mark Mitchell has been just spot on, I hate to say it, with some of his look backs on what happened in New Jersey, what happened in New York City, how you go from a Donald Trump to, you know, Mondame in New York City. But the real thing that kind of irks me at this point is the fact that nobody is actually looking at election integrity. We are so screwed if we don't look at election integrity. There are reports now that there were 500,000 new voters in New Jersey. New Jersey didn't have 500,000 new residents in the last four years. So this is a huge problem and nobody seems to want to talk about it. And I honestly think it's because the left and the right are afraid to look at the voter rolls because maybe they weren't elected in the first place. Everything about that, it's kind of scary. It really is. Well, listen, then you have what's going on with the Republicans shooting themselves in the foot with this arctic frost. I mean, seriously, I don't even know where to start with that one. Well, listen, I don't even know. I can go a lot of different directions. But I wanna come back to something Gina said in terms of the beginning part of the question about the censorship part of it. I mean, the way I see this whole thing on this anti Semitic streak on the far right. I don't even consider them far right. I think they're the anarch right is what they really are.
A
David.
B
What?
A
Well, they are, some of them are, but not everybody who asks a question.
B
No, that's not what I'm saying.
A
Okay, but that's not what I'm saying. I just want to be clear, it's important.
B
Yeah, we got to distinguish. You want to question Israel up the proverbial yin yang? Absolutely. That doesn't make you an anarchist. Right, yes, no, of course. I'm sorry. I should be very clear, that's not who I'm talking about. I'm talking about the Nick Fuentes of the world and I'm talking about the Candace Owens and I'm talking about those type of crazy people. And here's my point, Donna, is that we can't be silent about those voices, and here's why. Because it's far more dangerous to do that because they're calling themselves America first. And that's the problem. Because that type of rhetoric on the right, and I'm not saying they shouldn't be deplatformed and I'm not saying they shouldn't be censored or canceled or anything like. I'm not saying that, that they can have their. I'm not saying to get rid of them. That's not what I'm saying. But we've got to call it out, because that's more dangerous. The left, the Rashida Tlaibs and all those folks and stuff, I mean, we know where they stand and they're a danger. We've already talked about that. But the reason those people are more dangerous is literally because they call themselves America first, and that's not America first. I'm talking about those people, not the folks that I already mentioned, the people that are questioning Israel. That's okay. They're taking it to a different level. DONNA yeah, they certainly are. And, you know, I thought that I was pretty much on top of a lot of things. I really wasn't even aware of Nick Fuentes all that much to begin with. Now he's, you know, in the spotlight left and right, everywhere. And, you know, his conversation with Tucker and the thing is, the Republicans, I've always said this, though, David, the Republicans shoot themselves in the foot all the time while the Democrats circle the wagons and, you know, there's gotta be a happy medium in there somewhere, as you said, David, because at this point, we really need to stick together or else we are going to have some serious problems. You can Marxists on the left, and it doesn't matter, they all stick together. I mean, even John Fetterman, after his issue was saying he's more scared of the left than he is of the right because of the death threats and people wanting him to get sick. I mean, it's really insane what's going on with the left. And yet on the right, we are kind of splintering, and if we can't pull things together and we have to look to a Donald Trump to do this, I think. I think a lot of the problems, though, are he's being shielded from all of this.
A
And if we don't pull this together.
B
We'Re screwed in the midterms and they will impeach Trump all over again. DONNA I'm glad you brought up the midterms, because it feels like it's already started. Let's leave Georgia for a minute and go up to New York. Jack Schlossberg, he, of course, is the grandson of President John F. Kennedy. He has announced his intention to run to replace Jerry Nadler. Jerry Nadler, the congressman, who of course is not running for reelection. What do you make of all of this, how good of a chance do you think he has there now? New York? Well, he's like. It's almost like a mandan. The effect. I mean, he's a tiktoker. There's videos now of him that he's pulled down of him doing a Nazi salute. I mean, he dances around, you know, he's cool. You know, I think sadly, history hasn't taught this kid anything. And I call him a kid. I'm sorry. He's been to what, Harvard and Yale. If he studied history, he would know grandpa. John F. Kennedy Sr. Would have been a conservative Republican by today's standards. And yet the entire Kennedy clan, with the exception of RFK Jr. And they're obviously mad at him, is so far to the left now I don't even recognize them. Think about it. You know, apparently it seems like it's more of a vanity project for him. He endorsed Biden, he endorsed Harry, he accused RFK Jr. Of basically being a rabid dog. The whole family is split. I'd hate to see what's going on at Thanksgiving dinner up at the Kennedy clan in Massachusetts. That's all I can say. It'll be interesting. His siblings have also criticized Trump. I think his mother Caroline didn't want him to run. It's a mess.
A
I don't think the guy done has ever held a job. Has he, has he had a job or is he just like a trust fund kid?
B
Yeah, I think that's more like it. Yeah. I mean, he does TikTok videos. Have you seen the dancing around? Good looking kid, you know, but I mean, that doesn't, that doesn't do well in politics if you have nothing between your ears.
A
Right?
B
Yeah. All right, well, we want to get your reaction to this last minute provision added to the government funding bill. I mean, what's going on here? I'm. I know you're already go. I'm winding you up. Don't. It allows Republican lawmakers, in case everybody hasn't heard about this, that were targeted by Jack Smith's Arctic frost investigation, which is great, but they could receive up to $500,000 sitting senators in compensation if they take legal action over government snooping, which includes those seized phone records. I'm curious to get your reaction to this. I can tell you the speaker, Mike Johnson has said he was blindsided by this. And he's like, no, not gonna happen. We're taking that out. We're removing that. That's ridiculous. Go ahead, Donna. Well, you know, we're from New York David. Chutzpah is all I can say. Chutzpah. And oy. You know, I mean, this is unbelievable. And it's per. Whatever they have, if they have two emails, if they have a couple cell phones, it's per device. So we're talking like six, seven million dollars each. And think of how fast they did that. That. Think of how fast they did that. Gee, couldn't they do that with the Jan Sixers? Well, Ivan Raichlin, who is a lawyer in his own right, has texted me something that basically says, not limited to the Trump pardons, not limited to apparently Christina Bobb and also a bunch of other people, but still have not pardoned the Jan Sixers and the Proud Boy. I mean, the Oath Keepers and the Proud Boys and, and I mean, what about them? They were in there for Arctic Frost. They were all listed. The J6 prison choir is in there. But this, again, this goes back to what we were talking about at the beginning of the segment. This is the Republicans again shooting themselves in the foot. I mean, these are conservative Republicans we thought were reliable, and all of a sudden they're trying to sneak in some money for themselves without a hearing or anything else, but not worrying about the Jan Sixers. That's still stand behind Trump 100%.
A
Yeah. And I just got to say this weekend, while we're praying always for our J6ers who still struggle with so much, also for Fetterman, but Tina Peters is very, very ill in prison and I've been tweeting about it, trying to hope that somebody will listen. Anyway, Donna, what's happening this weekend at the Barn Party?
B
Well, it's just what we're actually going to talk about. Those not yet pardoned. We've got the Oath Keepers and the Proud Boys, plus Sarah Maccabee and Shane Jenkins from the RAV warehouse. We got an interview with them. And Shane Lamond's daughter, her father is in prison. He was in charge of all of the security for the Metro Police Department, whereas Yogananda Pittman has a cushy job at the University of Berkeley. She was the Capitol Police person in charge on January 6th. And look at all of the great stuff that's going on at Berkeley. Luckily, she was in charge of security during the Turning Point USA latest fiasco that happened there. So if she's in charge of security and she's a free man, where Shane Lamond is in prison, figure that one out.
A
We're gonna sort it all out on Barn Party. Don't miss it. Donna Feduccia, thank you for being with us.
B
Thanks, Donna. Love you guys. Thank you.
A

And coming up, it's time to spill some tea as American Sunrise continues right after this.
B
Let's spill some tea. Let's spill some tea. Is fueled by Artillery Tea Company. It's the only America for first veteran owned tea brand out there. Their mission is to maximize flavor with whole leaf blends and chemical free tea bags. We're not talking about any junk here. We're just talking about real tea. And the tactical advantage is that each bag brews not just once but twice. Go to artillerytco.com and use the code Liberty for 20% off of your first order. That's artillerytco.com we're talking premium tea that's mission driven and brewed for the brave. All right, let's get right into what's in the cup today. And it would be Artillery Tea Company founder Mike Britton. Mike, always good to see you, my friend. Welcome. Morning, Terrence. Morning. Morning. Morning. Hey, so look, I'm hearing you guys have a new subscription program. Tell us a little bit about that and some of the general features of it. Yeah, we're excited to announce this today, Terence. We've been working on it for a really long time. It's called, we're calling it the Patriots Brew Club. It's a brand new subscript program. General features would be you get free shipping on this, you're going to have milestone rewards and you're going to have tiered discounts as well, which is different compared to the old system. Yeah. I was just going to ask what is kind of the difference. What's new, kind of an updated, if you will, from the old system. Tell us a little bit about. About kind of what, what, what more you get now. Yeah, so we're still a small company, and so we had a really basic program before which just allowed you to. To hit a different option at checkout to either buy one time or say subscribe and save 15%. And there were no, there were no benefits other than that. And so we're revamping that completely to have tiered discounts so the more items you add to your cart, you'll get a bigger discount, I think. So one item is 0% with free shipping. All these will have free shipping. Two items is 10, 15, 20 as you go up. And then the longer you stay in the club, you'll get, you'll unlock these exclusive rewards that you can only get through being in the page. Patriots Brew Club. We don't offer these things on our website, with the exception of the T shirt, but so for the first reward, we'll have an exclusive sticker that you can only get through this through this club. The second one will be a challenge coin. The third one will be a custom mug that we're putting together, again, specific for this club. And the fourth one will be a free T shirt if you can, if you stay that long, into, into the Patriots Brew Club. And so free shipping on all orders, tiered discounts, milestone rewards. Patriots Brew Club, we're excited to announce it. We've been working so hard on this for a long time. Finally excited to be able to offer it to everybody. Everybody. Wow. So awesome. Congratulations to you guys for getting this up and running. As I'm listening to you, it sounds like this program also offers a bit more versatility than maybe in the past. Yeah, it does. And so not only with the free ship shipping and all the other discounts, you can, you can cancel anytime. And so there's no commitments. You have to sign up for a year or six months or however long. If at any point in your subscription you want to try a different flavor, you can do that. If at any point you. Your subscription, you want to have like a reusable tin instead of a reload.
A
Pouch or try a mother load instead.
B
Of a reload pouch, you can swap out flavors, you can just swap out packaging variations. You can cancel anytime. You can also skip, skip shipments. If you, if you're stocked up and you don't need it that month, you can skip one and then lastly, you can choose your frequency now where you can choose delivery every month or every two months or every three months. So we just showed video of the Pumpkin Payload flavor. It is Thanksgiving season, so I would imagine that is probably one of the big sellers at the moment. I'm thinking just given the season and everybody's into pumpkin stuff. Yeah, that's right. And so that. That one actually won't be around for much longer. We don't offer that on subscription for the brew club because it's a seasonal blend that we typically only sell during the fall and early winter. Winter. And so we are starting to run out of that blend. And I'm not. I don't. We haven't decided whether we're going to restock that for another run or just call it quits after this one, since the end of the year is coming up soon. And so, yeah, get those in. If you. If you haven't tried Pumpkin Payload, it's the best pumpkin black tea that you can possibly get, I promise you. You know, it's a shame that I see the cans and I already know the flavors just by looking at the cans because I've been drinking so much it at home. It's a shame. I'm. You've got me hooked. You're my pusher, apparently, when it comes to. To tea. Mike, always good to talk to you, my friend. All right, thank you, sir. Thanks so much. All right, folks, more American Sunrise coming your way in a moment.
A
All right, I know you guys are gonna think this is not true, by the way. I did. I did win. David said, according to judge chatgpt, my version of never rains each other in California.
B
He's got the beta version of ChatGPT and I have the updated version, so I got the real stuff.
A
So. Colby is so smart. He lays all the way at the end of the sofa, but he just got up and waddled over here because he knows it's Puppy Friday. And despite his bad haircut, which he's a little depressed about, he is here for it.
B
All right.
A
Welcome back to American Sunrise. I do love you. I'm Dr. Gina. Thanks so much for joining us today. It is time for our sunnyside up and in the pan today, a little hockey star with a big heart. We were just talking about hockey. That's so weird. Eight year old Luke Graham, son and grandson of NHL goalies. Whatever. Producers just said my ear. I did not hear you. I'm so sorry. Turned frustrated. If you want me to shut up or something, you better say it again. Turned a frustrated outburst into a brand called Rink Dude. As he told CBS News in Colorado, Luke was tired of just being a rink dude. Now that phrase is on hats and shirts, raising money and so other kids can afford to play hockey. His latest fundraiser honors Veterans Day, helping children of military families get on the ice. That's a winning shot for a great cause. Oh, I see. I had the dog covering my mic. That's what they were trying to tell me. So you guys didn't hear all that?
B
Oh, we heard it. Puppy Friday gone awry. Yes, we heard it. Exactly. The show went to the dogs.
A
That's what I did.
B
It did.
A
It's happened before. But this is a cool story.
B
And you know what the beauty is? You know, we do these stories all the time, right? Every. Every day at the end of the show. But there's just so many. We could do hours and hours every day of these type of stories across America. So just love it. And I'm a big hockey fan, T. Bates, so I like it even more. Yeah, I think this is awesome. Plus, the reality is, and we were kind of talking about this in the broadcast, these days, sports in general are so expensive. If you're a family, you know, say you're a family of four and you want to have your kids play a sport, it's really tough. A sport like hockey, where you need a lot of high quality equipment that's costly. It can be prohibitive for some families. I would even argue that in some cases, baseball these days can be prohibitive just because of the cost of the equipment. So kudos that they're trying to, you know, help out.
A
Yeah, exactly. Very. Also want to say last night we had a James o' Keeffe's big event here at Mar a Lago, and one of our audience members, Frenchie, was there. You guys recognize her from the rallies and whatever. I hadn't seen her since the Trump rally going way back. It was really nice to see her. It's always great to see our audience members out and about doing their thing and get to hug them and talk to them in person. So anyway, thanks for being there last night, French. Frenchie. You guys have a great weekend. Happy Puppy Friday. Colby's ready for the weekend, you guys. War Room is up next with the amazing Steve Bannon. Hug your children. Love God. Pet your puppies. Go boldly now. Live the truth. We'll see you Monday.
B
Have a good weekend, you guys. See everybody. Oral health goes beyond just aesthetics. It's deeply connected to your general health and, well being that's why preventing oral health problems before they start is so important. When you use the Colgate Total Active Prevention System, you're not just helping to prevent oral health problems like cavities and gingivitis, you're laying the groundwork for overall wellness.
