Just ahead on American Sunrise, President Trump says he signed the bill compelling the Justice Department to release all of the Epstein files. When will we see them and what will be redacted? We're going to have coverage throughout the show. Plus, new questions this morning about a series of interagency agreements signed during the Trump administration that shifted key authority out of the Department of Energy. How will that impact your power? Texas Congressman Randy Weber joins us to break it down. Also developing this morning. This morning, reports indicate President Trump authorized the CIA to examine covert operational pathways in Venezuela during COVID What were the potential strategies and how far did they go? Our analysts are here with the facts. We have those stories. So much more as American SUNRISE starts right now.
A
Good morning America.
B
Welcome to AMERICAN sunrise. Whether it's culture, we have breaking news to share with you.
A
Politics. And President Trump is joining us live now from Florida. We've got you covered. This is what it looks like to be a patriot. We have to protect the American family.
B
The American dream is still alive.
A
I'm David Brody. I'm terrence.
B
And I'm Dr. Gina. Good morning, everybody. I'm Dr. Gina. We are live with you from the Palm Beaches. Let's bring bring in David Brody. He's in Washington, D.C. and teammates in our Denver newsroom. Good morning, gentlemen.
A
Happy Thursday. Hey, guys. Good morning. Happy Thursday. Look, let's just continue the conversation the three of us have been having all morning long. We typically do a call even before we come on the air, folks. And we've been talking a lot about President Trump having signed the discharge petition to release all of the information as it relates to the Jeffrey Epstein investigation. The doj, of course, now will release all of that information within the next 30 days. Here's some of the president's true social I'm just going to break it all down for you because I think we've all agreed this is a dissertation. In short, he's instructing the FBI, the doj, to investigate Democrats in particular, who have associations with Jeffrey Epstein. But the bigger news very well may be Pam Bondi and some of what she had to say as President Trump was signing this. Here's just a little bit of it and we'll talk on the other side. Madam Attorney General, do you mean that you will provide all the files by 30 days. We will follow the law. The law passed both chambers last evening. It has not yet been signed. But. But we will continue to. To follow the law again while protecting victims, but also providing maximum transparency. Madam Attorney General, the DOJ statement earlier this year saying that the files would not release mentioned the fact that the review of the documents and the evidence did not suggest that any additional investigation of third parties was warranted. What changed since then that you launched this investigation? Information that has come for information.
B
There's information that.
A
New information, additional information. And again, we will continue to follow the law to investigate any leads, if there are any victims. We encourage all victims to come forward and we will continue to provide maximum transparency under the law. All right, so let's bring back in Dr. Gina and David, just really quickly because there's so much to unpack. David, we were talking. Dr. Gina, we were all talking this morning. I'm sorry, but I feel catfished. I feel like you. Just as Tamara, my wife, would say, I feel like you urinated on my garden and tried to tell me it was raining. Well, that's quite the analogy. At 8am Eastern. She used a different word for urinary. But you get my point, right? Well, when I was watching this yesterday, I wondered if it was an SNL skit. I mean, honestly. It was that. It was. It will all 100%. We will follow the law. We will follow the law. I'm a Stepford wife. I'm a step. I'm seriously. I'm sorry, but that's the truth. I'm sorry. I know that was piling on. Maybe I shouldn't have done it, but what was that? And new information, really? So there wasn't any information until now? There's new information. What's the new information? Oh, I'm sorry. We don't know exactly what that new information is. Gina. I got nothing else. I'm sorry. That was more than enough. Dr. G. Go ahead.
B
We're news people. We talk for a living. You know, I think that any of the three of us could probably sit here and Talk until about 6:00 clock tonight, if it really mattered to do so probably with the same amount of information that she had in that press conference. But I bet we could say different things. You know, it felt. I'm concerned about maga. I'm just gonna say it. I'm concerned about how MAGA took that, that they felt talked down to. Because it was a lot of people in MAGA that were really asking for this to happen. And I think they wanted to know more information. And I just think you've got to, you've got to kind of, as much as you respect your office and as much as you respect the law, and I'm sure she does, you've got to respect your audience. You've got to respect your base. That wanted answers that were more, you know, President Trump just doesn't ever do that. That's the thing. He set a new bar. He doesn't ever do that. He doesn't ever walk out and just repeat himself in a condescending manner. Right. He doesn't do that. I mean, he might say, I'm not going to tell you about that. It's none of your business, or I don't want to talk about that yet. But he'll say exactly what he's thinking. I wish she had been more authentic in that because her popularity, if you look through our chat already, it's, it's not good. All right, let's get to today's Bible verse. What do you guys think?
A
Let's do that quickly.
B
Psalm 62, 8. Trust in him at all times, you people. Pour out your heart before him. God is a refuge for us. And for more, we want to bring in somebody who loves that God that we are talking about, the one and only from Texas. He is Congressman Randy Weber. Congressman, take us through how the last five days developed regarding this bill. What, what will happen because of this and what was going on with Pam there?
A
Well, of course, Attorney General, I can't speak to the information that she talked about, you know, as we would all know, that she's privy to a lot of information that you and I will never see. And I'm sure they're keeping up with it. And we have to respect, as y' all alluded to it, victims rights. You know, I love the fact that Jake Novak earlier talked about, you know, kids in, in housing project, stuff like that, that didn't have a good chance, but there was a lot of victims. You know, when you say children, these could be 10, 12, 14 year old girls, that was part of this, golly, this disaster of this evil stuff. So they, I know that the Department of Justice watches that very closely. It's Sad for us. Dr. Gina, what we're seeing and what the people are seeing is that you had a bunch of Democrats who were trying to put the president in the middle of this, I'd call him the epidemic of sin, evil, if you will. And yet they were the ones that were going to Epstein and saying, I want money. I need money. You watched even one of them take text from him while I was sitting on the floor of a committee hearing. They want money from him even after he was convicted. And they knew he was a convicted child rapist felon, an evil guy. And so we watched this for a long time and we finally got it out and the President pushed forward and of course it was, except for one vote, you know, it pretty much. Well, it unanimously passed. Yeah, the Democrat Party has dirty hands here, there is no doubt about that. Let me also ask you about Epstein, the Epstein situation. So the President received the bill at 4:38pm on Wednesday. He's got 30 or excuse me, the DOJ has 30 days now to release that information. So it could come by no later than December 19th. What's interesting here is one thing that isn't talked about much. This is what the bill says now law, it stipulates that, quote, no record shall be withheld, delayed or redacted on the basis of embarrassment, reputational harm or political sensitivity. That's interesting. So that would suggest that there are going to be names out there that they may not have done anything wrong, but they're in the documents and those names cannot be redacted according to this law. Well, that's transparency, David. That's exactly what the American public desires, deserves, needs and wants. And that's what we should all want. And yes, there's going to be some political figures in there that like I said, reached out to this guy. He was really wealthy is my understanding. And that even after his conviction and I'm like, how do you deal with people? How do you live with yourself? How do you sleep at night? So I think you're going to see some, some information come forward that we're going to embarrass a lot of politicians. Congressman, not to be an instigator, but I am going to poke the bear. How do you assess the job Pam Bondi has done, obviously in relation to the Epstein case, but overall as well, I think she's definitely in the bullseye or the spotlight, if you will, because of the bond, because of the Epstein case. How do you assess the job she's done? Well, I like what she's doing. You know, under I call him President Obama. Oh, Biden, because I think it's Obama's third term. But under President Biden, for example, the transparency wasn't there. I would use actually a biblical term for rightful, you know, for rightful. Forthrightfulness, in other words, or forbearance. They come out and they do their job, they do it correctly, they speak to the American public. They're not afraid to call a spade a spade. I think she's been doing good, been doing well now. Yes, she's in a. She's in a pressure cooker. Because I can only imagine y', all when, when our great, when her team is looking through this stuff and seeing the kind of filth, the kind of sin, the kind of evil, basically, that was on in the Epstein island, whatever you want to call it, they have to shake their heads and I don't see how they keep from crying and throwing up in some instances. So I think she's doing as well as could be expected.
B
Could she have handled things at the beginning different when, you know, these social media folks were invited, the influencers were invited to D.C. they thought they were getting this folder full of the basically unredacted, protecting only the victims. That's what they thought they were getting. A lot of those folks are friends of this show. Could that have been handled differently? Would that help perhaps, the steep PR climb she has at this point?
A
Yes, ma', am. I remember that. You're absolutely right, Dr. Gina. I think that, I mean, for me, I've been in Congress, the Lord has allowed me to be privileged to serve for 13 years. I've never seen anything like this, this bad, this evil, this prolific in sin, if you want to call it that. And I think that they had to take that, they had to start slowly and see exactly what they're going to do. But transparency for the American public as much as possible certainly should be the order of the day, no matter who it is and what the case is, what department it is?
B
Yeah. Are you concerned that there will be redactions in this that shouldn't be? For example, the redactions we saw where the Virginia Giuffre's name was crossed out and victim was put there. When Virginia Giuffre is on the record saying that President Trump was always a perfect gentleman, I believe was her quote. They crossed her name out to make it look like perhaps President Trump should be under more suspicion. Are you worried about shenanigans in this.
A
Well, here's what we'll do if we feel like that these shenanigans, as you call it, are happening. We can always ask for this to be in a skip secured classified information facility so that members of Congress can go in and look at and see it ourselves. And of course, we can't release that information, but we can tell if there's a department, whether it's doe, whether it's, you know, no matter what department it is. Department of Justice. Gosh, it could be epa, could be anybody. If there's something that we need to know about, we can go on a skiff and we can see that information. And so if that is the case, that's something that we will ask for.
B
Yeah, but then you won't be able to talk about it. So that's where I just don't understand how the American people are going to know. Well, there are a lot more questions, Congressman. I'd love to have you back to talk about them soon, but we're out of time. Thank you so much, though, for your time.
A
Well, Lord, bless you guys. We appreciate what y' all are doing.
B
Bless you as well.
A
You, too.
B
All right, coming up, we're going to take you over to the Senate for more reaction on President Trump signing the bill compelling the Justice Department Department to release these Epstein files in discussion. And also later, the Justice Department launching an investigation into the violence at UC Berkeley Turning Point USA event. But how can the IRS be involved? Well, one of our next guests is going to break that down for us here on American Sunrise. Tired of spills and stains on your sofa? This news break is brought to you by AMAC association of Mature American Citizens. That's Wildwood, New Jersey, on a Thursday. Welcome back, everybody, to American Sunrise. I'm David Brody. Normally I love to hear myself talk and I bloviate for 15 seconds or so here. I'm not going to do it. We've got Senator Marsha Blackburn standing by. T. Bates has that. Sponsored by amac, the association of Mature American Citizens is the conservative voice for Americans 50 and older. AMAC is fighting for the values that you hold dear. Join today. Together we can right the course of America. Now that President Trump has signed the bill forcing the Justice Department to release all of its files on Jeffrey Epstein, the DOJ has 30 days to comply. The trove of documents should include all files and communications related to the disgraced child predator, as well as any information about the investigation into his death. Some information about victims could be redacted for ongoing federal investigations, but investigators cannot withhold information due to quote, unquote embarrassment, reputational harm or political sensitivity. A federal judge who has reviewed the case says There are about 100,000 pages to release taken to Truth Social. After signing the bill, President Trump began naming names and pointing fingers at Democrats who are associates of Epstein. He says in one true social post, Democrat figures such as Bill Clinton, who was on the plane 26 times Larry Summers, who just resigned from many boards, including Harvard sleazebag political activist Reid Hoffman, Minority leader Hakeem Jeffries, who asked Epstein to donate to his campaign after Epstein was charged, Democrat Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett and many more. Perhaps the truth about these Democrats and their associations with Jeffrey Epstein will soon be revealed. He writes for more. Let's bring in Tennessee Senator Marsha Blackburn. Senator Blackburn, we appreciate you joining us.
B
Happy to join you.
A
Thank you. All right, so let's move out all the extraneous stuff. What do you think the American people will ultimately get once these documents are released? How much information, how much smarter will we be about what really happened? Terrence, what we want to know is who was partnering with Jeffrey Epstein to bankroll this network of human trafficking and sex trafficking. What we do know is that human trafficking is now a global business. $270 billion a year is what our Department of Justice estimates.
B
That is their. Their revenue stream.
A
And the cartels are involved in this. You have these mega traffickers, and it appears that Epstein was a part of this web. Let's get to the bottom of this, and let's get justice for the women and children that have suffered at the hand of Epstein and other sex and human traffickers. Senator Blackburn, will we get names out of this document release? And beyond that, will there be prosecutions? AG Pam Bondi alluded to the fact that there's new information in the case, which many people assume means that there will be further investigations and potentially prosecutions. Will that happen? Is that your expectation? My expectation is that Pam Bondi is going to follow through with prosecutions. When she was the AG in Florida, she set up a human trafficking task force and worked diligently on this.
B
Our hope is that we can begin.
A
To break apart these rings, these traffickers can be apprehended, we can see those.
B
Prosecutors, and we can achieve that justice.
A
Terence, it is so important that we break this apart.
B
It is modern day slavery, and these.
A
Women and children are being pulled from every corner of the earth and put into these human trafficking rings, that the labor rings, the sex trafficking rings. And it is important that rescues be conducted and that these children and women be pulled from these rings and offered that given that opportunity to become survivors.
B
And thrivers and restore their lives.
A
Senator Blackburn, unfortunately, we have to leave the conversation there, but we're going to invite you back to dig a little bit deeper into all of this because I think, as you said, there's still work to be done. The system is broken, and there's still too many victims out there that are still being victimized. And together as a society. Society, we've got to work on that to keep them safe. Senator Blackburn, always a pleasure. Thank you so much. Yeah, absolutely. All right, folks, let's get you a quick check of your forecast. Now, weather nations meteorologist Tracy Anthony joining us. Also there at the bottom of your screen, you see the QR code that you can scan to join our weather nation team. All right, so we've got a little bit here. I get to choose my forecast today or at least some of the video we see. How does this work, Tracy?
B
Yeah, you know, I'm a science nerd. I love new school supplies and I've.
A
Got some new school supplies to share with you.
B
We're working with the touch screen, so.
A
You get to pick from three different things.
B
We're talking about dense fog, flooding potential across Texas, Dallas included, and then the rain out west, Phoenix area included.
A
All right, it's early in the morning here, so fog is already in front of my eyes. Everything's looking a little foggy right now. So let's go with flooding. I'm all about flooding. Not for. But I like to see flooding. It's good video.
B
Yeah. You know, and that is really one of the bigger stories here this morning. If we take a look, the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex under some flash flood warnings. That means flooding is already occurring.
A
They've picked up 1 to 3 inches.
B
Of rain with this last swath and they're going to have some more showers and storms. Look at that. A lot of lightning associated with, with this line. And you can see the flood watches.
A
That'S in green stretching all the way.
B
Down to areas like Austin, San Antonio. That does incur include Kerrville. They're in for more rain throughout the day today through tomorrow. And then they're going to get hit.
A
With another rain shower storm over the weekend.
B
This weekend.
A
Now, Terrance, I wanted to show you one more thing because I've got some video here.
B
I think I remember you saying you spend a lot of time in Phoenix. Look at the storms they had yesterday.
A
That's actually pretty, though. Like, I get it. Storms. But look at that. That's such a beautiful, that's beautiful video. Look at that.
B
Yeah.
A
Gorgeous shot, Tracy. Thank you so much. And let's just be honest, you just wanted to show off your new technology. I'm not. I know, but I love it.
B
I'm excited.
A
Nice job, Tracy. We appreciate it. By the way, folks, log onto our various social media platforms, Rumber Rumble, excuse Me, Getter and YouTube. Let us know where you're watching. Stand up, stay informed, join AMAC charge for more. Let's bring in AMAC spokesman, also a former assistant secretary of State. Oh, I'm sorry. He's also main gubernatorial candidate Bobby Charles, our good friend. Bobby. Great to see you this morning. All right, let's talk about this property tax revolt. It seems to be underway. It could prove obviously to be a critical, even decisive issue in 2026. How do you see this issue rising nationally? And you're of course, the leading candidate for governor of Maine on the Republican side. So how important is that in Maine? You wonder if Maine is a bellwether on this property tax revolt here. How was that for a very long question? Good morning to you, by the way. Hey, good morning. Honestly, David, it's a big deal. Property taxes are truly suffocating people all over the country. And when I say people, I mean both seniors and young people. And there are seven or eight states already looking at property tax. I'll call it a revolt, but it's property tax revolt reform. Maine is one of them on the Republican side, but we have, you know, states Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Tennessee, Montana, I think Pennsylvania, all are considering big property tax reforms in Maine as the number one state for property taxes, the highest property taxes in the country. Despite having an average income of $42,000, property taxes are just suffocating people. And so as governor, I am going to turn that around. We are going to roll back all the Democrat mandates that have been pushed down on schools and jails and law enforcement and everything from the environment to the, you know, to the education system. And we're going to get property taxes back under control. A lot of seniors are on fixed incomes and we have the largest population, the oldest population of older people here in the state. In the, in Maine, we literally are the oldest demographic. So, you know, lots of folks on fixed incomes cannot afford these, these constantly rising property taxes. I had one couple call me said theirs have gone 2,700 to 8,900 in a year under the Democrat governor. It's outrageous. So everybody in the state of Maine is affected, and young people who only. I mean, it affects rents, too, David. You know, young people have to rent before they can buy. And the average rent per month in Maine is $200 above the average income for those under the age of 35. So they don't get a chance to buy a house. We've got to get property taxes down. This is insane. That's insane. 2700 to 8900. I mean, I live in a liberal state here in Maryland, but you gotta be kidding me. That is insane. All right, Bobby, gotta ask you about President Trump. He's making no apologies for shooting these drug trafficking boats out of the water when intelligence confirms they are part of the Venezuelan or South American terror group. Democrats, Bobby, are opposing this policy. So can you give us some perspective on all of this? I mean, even one of the country's top leaders in counter narcotics who ran a 2 billion doll set of programs that help take down traffickers and terrorists worldwide. So help us through this. Yeah, look, there, you know, much is being made of nothing here in the sense that the Democrats are attacking President Trump for something that is an extension of policy. We have always had. We have always worked with Colombia as well as Bolivia, Peru, a number of other countries to help their law enforcement and militaries take down drug traffickers, number one. Number two, we have probably for two and a half decades, at least two decades, had a sniper policy where the U.S. coast Guard in littoral waters can shoot out the engines of these drug boats. What Donald Trump has said is, look, these are now combatants. He designated some of these organizations as terror groups. And he said these are combatants on the open ocean. They're bringing poison to the United States. It's like someone bringing a chemical weapon to our borders. And so we lose 100,000 kids a year. And frankly, it's probably larger than that. But those are the numbers we count as direct overdoses in the state of maine. We lose 10,000 a year. Actually, we have 10,000 overdoses a year. We lose hundreds a year. At the end of the day, we are in a position where if you don't go after these folks, they're going to come after us. So he's doing exactly the right thing. And I think it's. We've got the cued intelligence. We know what we're doing. I think he's doing. I think what he's doing is a perfect extension of where we've always been. Yeah. Hey, Bobby. Real quick, before we go about 30 seconds. But people on the national level are starting to see Maine as like this possible red state revival in 2026. You see it that way? I do. You know, Maine people are finally at that point where they're saying I've had it, I can't take it anymore. I am not going to allow the Democrats to control my life in this state. Right now we're a one party state governor, both houses and all our constitutional officers. But we're just a teeny bit away from being able to flip the whole thing red. So what I hope to do is show folks here, show folks nationwide that Maine is the example of how you take a blue state and turn it red. We are sick and tired of the government being in our lives telling us what to do. From property taxes to how our schools are being overrun by woke policies to high taxes to. I mean it just, you know, David, at a certain point people do throw open the window and say, I've had it, I'm not taking it anymore. Yeah. Bobby, how do people join the momentum there in Maine in your campaign? I got five seconds, seven seconds. Go ahead. Absolutely, Bobby. Bobby for Maine.com every penny and every dollar and every prayer counts. Bobby for Maine.com boom. Bobby Charles, thanks for being here. We love having you. All right, coming up, we have been told how nice it can be to live on a golf course. I don't know, but could it have negative impacts on your health? Huh? Well, I guess if your golf game is bad. All right, I'm sorry, there's more to it. Back in a moment. We'll talk about it.

Welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. Gina. We wanna thank you for joining us. It is time now for today's health news, sponsored by the wellness company under the Microscope today. Could living near a golf course increase your risk of getting Parkinson's disease? Palm Beach, Listen up. There's a golf course on pretty much every corner. New study finds that living close to golf courses may increase your risk of developing Parkinson's disease. Researchers observed that individuals residing within one mile of any golf course had more than a double chance of developing Parkinson's disease. And on top of that, those getting their drinking water from areas with golf courses in vulnerable Groundwater had an 82% higher chance of developing Parkinson's. The authors suggest this might be due to pesticide exposure from golf course maintenance leaking into drinking water or air. Is there such a thing as organic chemicals to take care of golf courses? Or is it all just glycophates and all that stuff? Glyphosates. I can never say that word right. Does anyone know? Let us know in our chat. I'll be in there in just a second. Over on Getter, YouTube and Rumble. You know that stubborn ache that ice, heat or pain pills won't touch? Well, TheraBlue was designed to go deeper. This next generation peptide gel uses AQA molester molecular delivery technology to relieve and to drive this relief down into your skin and deep muscle tissue. Plus msm. Turmeric, white willow bark, arnica and ginger calm inflammation while Menthol and camphor give that instant cooling relief. Don't get it in your eyes, though. 10% off at TWC Health Rav code Rav move freely again with their blue Emily. Thanks so much, Dr. Gina. Now over to the Justice Department, which has opened an investigation into the violence at a recent Turning Point USA event at UC Berkeley. Officials called the events violent riots. At least eight people were arrested at the event. One person wearing a Freedom T shirt was beaten up by another man. Other people were arrested for trespassing, resisting and other charges. Some of those arrested were either not affiliated with the university or were former students. Our next guest says they need to follow the money and see who is funding these protesters. And he says the IRS needs to get involved. Let's now bring in the CEO for the alliance for IRS Accountability, former Senate chief of staff and attorney Chuck Flint. Chuck, thank you so much for being on the show with us. How can the IRS step in to this process?
A
Well, thanks for having me on. The IRS can step in by stripping the groups that are supporting Antifa of their tax exempt status. And what that will do is cut off the money train. And that's what needs to be done. That will have the most acute immediate impact on what's going on. Antifa has become a real problem and DOJ is cracking down. They're not only investigating them at Berkeley. There was a federal indictment in the Northern District of Texas last Friday of nine antifa members for attempted murder of law enforcement officers. Also, DOJ did something very interesting. They recently issued memos to prosecutorial offices around the country. They want two to three examples of judicial obstruction from judges that are interfering with these antifa cases, activist judges that are not only issuing adverse rulings but doing other things to impede their prosecutions of Antifa related cases.
B
Also, a number of major conservative voices, including Cato Institute, Competitive Enterprise Institute and the Wall Street Journal editorial board are warning that using tariff revenues to send checks to lower and middle income Americans is some form of wealth distribution. That it expands government and hurts the very working and middle class families they claim to help because it will raise prices, it will slow growth and create new entitlements, they say. And this is of course being proposed by President Trump with the tariff money. They say it will raise the risk for midterms not to go the Republicans way because it goes against free market principles that Republicans ran on. What say you?
A
I think we need to give President Trump a chance on this. There's been a lot of talk about it and the details have to be filled in. For example, are they going to cap it at a certain income? I've heard talk about capping it for individuals that are making $100,000. There's also some other things that are lying out there. How the Supreme Court will roll on the authority to impose the tariffs. Does it require congressional legislation? But I think that we also need to see how much revenue the tariffs will generate. But President Trump has has floated this idea and there's a lot of time between now and when he said he would like to potentially issue these checks from the tariff revenue. So Dr. G. I just think we have to wait and see how it's going to unfold and let them fill in some of the details before we're making any judgments.
B
Is there a way to do this in a free market, in a free market capacity without it being socialistic?
A
Well, I think so. It's the president has the authority, I believe, to impose these tariffs and it's revenue that's being generated from other countries. I mean there are tariffs that are being slapped on their imports. So I don't see it the same way as the government printing money in stimulus checks that we saw under President Biden. And that's a distinction that I would make. We're not printing money here. This is revenue that we're generating via Trump, the president's tariffs.
B
Chuck Flynn, thanks so much for being with us.
A
Thank you.
B
All right, coming up, President Trump wants one national AI standard warning that 50 different state rules could cripple innovation and hand an advantage over to China. What is Trump trying to keep keep out of AI? We have his comments next on American Sunrise. There's nothing like sinking into luxury. Run a business and not thinking about radio. Think again. Cause more people are listening to the radio on iHeart today than they were 20 years ago. And only iHeart broadcast radio connects with more Americans than TV, digital, social, any other media, even twice as many teens than TikTok. And that reach means everything. Just think about the universal marketing formula. The number of consumers who hear your message times the response rate equals the results. Now let's get those results growing for your business. It is time to stay awake, not woke. And today we're focusing on AI. President Trump is calling for one federal standard for regulating AI. Posting on Truth Social, he writes, investment in AI is helping to make the US Economy the hottest in the world. But overregulation by the states is threatening to undermine this major growth engine. Some states are even trying to embed DEI ideology into AI models producing woke AI. Remember Black George Washington? He writes, we must have one federal standard instead of a patchwork of 50 state regulatory regimes. If we don't, then China will easily catch us in the air race. Put it in the NDAA or pass a separate bill, and nobody will ever be able to compete with America. President Trump, of course, has previously said that the United States is in a global race for technological dominance. For more on this conversation, let's bring in Dr. Gina and David. Dr. Gina, I'm going to go to you first because you are a resident ChatGPT person. You go to Chat GPT for a lot of information. This is such a great idea, though, because AI is the future. And I'm not even so sure you can say it's the future. It's here now. It is the right now.
B
Yeah, I honestly don't know how I survived without it. I mean, I just get questions all the time that I used to just sit and wonder about, you know, or have to research, you know, using Google and other things. And I really do like chatgpt now. I will tell you, I trained it the very first day. You guys can do this, too. I said, never give me a date without saying year of Our Lord. These are the sources I want you to use. And only these sources do not ever use these sources, you know, because they lie. And so you can, you can train it really well. And I swear, the first day I told it the thing year of our Lord, and still I'm surprised sometime when I'll be like, what, you know, what year was Palmolive invented? And they'll be like, that was the year of our Lord, 1960. You know, it's amazing, but there is a lot of stuff but you have to learn and I think you have to be very savvy if you're using it. And this goes for across the board, Grok. All of them. I use all of them. Some of them are better than others as far as being woke or not woke. Also, some of them are getting more woke. ChatGPT just got a whole new dose of wokeness. So I keep asking chat, oh, is this one of the things your programmers just programmed you to omit this week? And are you intentionally taking things out that you should be telling me or would be telling me had your programmers told you you can't tell me? So the thing that I've learned, the trick that I've learned, and I do hope we get some legislation in place in this because it is dangerous, because a lot of people don't understand if you speak to it, just like you would speak to a human. So let's say you were talking to a liberal investigator for ABC News and you were saying, what did you find out about Trump and Epstein? And say, so is that what your boss told you to say, or is that what you really found out? What evidence do you have? Show me the evidence that you have. You've got to do what you would do if you were talking to a human being when you're questioning or asking things of ChatGPT or Grok or any of them.
A
David, great tips for sure. You know, when I go to ChatGPT, no, it's really good. When I go to ChatGPT, I ask for the liberal argument on certain issues because you need to understand where they're coming from. And then you can also ask for the conservative argument. And it does a really good job, I think, when you ask it kind of a neutral question. And I say neutral because all you want them to do is not argue for the conservative viewpoint or the liberal viewpoint. Just lay it out and then you can decide yourself. I'll be honest with you, I'm not quite sure where I stand on this AI situation from a legislation standpoint. T Bates, I'd be curious to see what. Because earlier you said this is a great idea. What's a great idea exactly? Because I think that there need to be some. I'm sorry. So I do think there probably need to be some guardrails in place as it relates to AI in terms of how it generates information, in terms of what's potentially left out and included. There probably do need to be some guardrails. Now, having said all of that, I'm still somewhat resident reticent and leery on AI. I don't really use it as much. I'm just an old school kind of person. I'd rather do research myself, even if it takes a little bit longer. But having said all that, I think because it is right now and it probably is the wave of the future, there probably do need to be some guardrails put in place to ensure that consumers are getting what they want or that. That there's kind of a level playing field. Go ahead, Dave. David Sorry. Well, I don't think there. I don't. The argument isn't about guardrails. I think we all agree that there needs to be guardrails. The argument is whether or not the state should do it or that or the federal government should do it. And I'm not quite sure yet. I mean, I obviously always lean towards the states. I mean, there was 50 laboratories of democracy, as we like to say. That's where I. That's kind of my default position on this. I don't know. I mean, AI doesn't respect state boundaries. So this is a tough one for me. And I'll be honest with you. I guess I'll check with ChatGPT on what they say. No, I mean, I don't know.
B
I don't know.
A
Gina, what do you think? This is a tough one. This is a tough one.
B
I'm a little confused on that as well because like you said, I'm usually pretty much of a states rights person and like each state to be able to do. And I like decentralized federal government at almost every example I can think of, except for Warren Rhodes. But here is a very different situation and I want to be really clear about something. I wish we didn't have AI, even though it takes longer. And when you ask any of these search engines to spit out information, they're organizing them in the way they want. They're burying stuff that you should see that you don't get to see. The algorithms are all kinds of biased. Even still, I would rather sift through it myself. Here's the thing though, it doesn't matter what we think T. It's here, it's here to stay. And we gotta figure out, we gotta figure out how to best operate it and how to best regulate it. Yes, David. And while still competing with foreign nations. Yeah, go ahead.
A
Yeah, for sure. I'm sorry, I know we have to go, but I have a big concern about Silicon Valley bigwigs dictating policy to this administration, or quite frankly any administration, when we say Silicon Valley does not speak for America. And so if we're going to nationalize this, I'm not sure I'm agreeing with President Trump on this, but I need to do more research. So I'll go to ChatGPT to see and I'm Switzerland on that. I don't care who regulates it. I just want guardrails in place. I don't care who puts them in place. I want them to be across the board. So I guess I'm, I'm Switzerland on this particular issue.
B
Especially if you're continue to.
A
Yeah, absolutely. We'll continue to have this conversation, guys, because chat, GPT and AI ain't going anywhere. But coming up, rap star Nicki Minaj continues to speak out about Christian persecution, persecution in Nigeria. Has there been any new progress made? We'll analyze that next here on American Sunrise.

All right. Welcome back to American Sunrise. It is time now for our moment of faith. This is brought to you by Lee Greenwood and the God Bless the USA Bible. In focus. Today, a surprising alliance taking on a real horror rap Superstar Nicki Minaj joined President Trump's UN Ambassador, Mike Walz to shine a light on the mass slaughter of Christians in Nigeria. Now, this comes after President Trump warned on Truth Social that Christianity faces an existential threat. Minaj said his message gave her a deep sense of gratitude, thanking him for taking the crisis seriously. And at the UN she declared, churches are burned, families torn apart. This demands action. In Nigeria, Christians are being targeted, driven from their homes and killed. Churches have been burned, families have been torn apart, and entire communities live in fear constantly simply because of how they pray. Sadly, this problem is not only a growing problem in Nigeria, but also in so many other countries across the world, and it demands urgent action. This crisis is forcing people to reexamine what we stand for and who's willing to stand up. Joining us now, evangelist and pastor Jonathan Shuttlesworth. He's founder of Revival Today. Pastor, you know, it's interesting because I, I sort of cringe when I see Hollywood stars being given center stage because I just kind of wait for the next election cycle to come around and them to use that credibility against causes that we share. I love when anybody stands up for Christians being persecuted. I would love to see some Hollywood stars standing up for things like babies slaughtered in the womb, the most massive genocide of our age, and other things as well. But we don't ever see that. Why?
A
I can't imagine how many text messages Nicki Minaj got from her agency asking her to please not go to the White House. I'm sure there's huge pressure. Everybody's gonna lose money if you back Trump. And most people cave. And I respect her for drawing attention to that. I'm heading to Nigeria on Saturday, are you? And for that to be completely ignored is horrible. And then now they can't ignore it thanks to her. So I really credit her this time.
B
Well, that's good. And tell us about your trip. That's really amazing that you're going there and I'm glad that this is getting media attention. I think it was getting media attention before Nicki Minaj decided to sort of take the stage on this. But it's a good thing that Americans are waking up to the fact and really waking up media to cover it.
A
Absolutely. And it's insane to me that all of the numbers that came out of Gaza of how many Palestinians were being slaughtered by Israelis were just accepted unquestioned. And then now that you bring up Christians being killed and whole villages being slaughtered, people want to check on the numbers. And I don't really think it's that many. I think it's more like a few thousand. As if it's only a few thousand. It's not a big deal. Nigeria has an Islamic president who put an Islamic government official in to oversee the crisis. It's basically a genocide of Christians in the north of Nigeria being carried out by a Muslim government and overseen by a Muslim government.
B
Well, Jonathan, we for sure want to have you back when you're back from your trip. So please do keep us posted. Let us know. So we'll be praying for you and your safety and your efficacy and impact certainly while you're there. So keep us posted on that and we'll see you when you get back.
A
Great seeing you again, Dr. Gina.
B
You as well. Thank you so much. All right, be sure to tune in to Revival today this Sunday morning at 9am you can watch it while you're getting ready to go to church. Coming up on the second hour of American Sunrise. President Trump signs a bill compelling the Department of Justice to release all case files on Jeffrey Epstein. We're going to talk about how long the department has to release those files and what we can expect from that release. We'll have analysis just straight ahead. Plus, a meeting with socialists. A meeting with the socialist. President Trump announced on Truth Social he'll be meeting with New York City Mayor elect Zohran Mamdani tomorrow. We're going to talk about what you'll find out from that meeting. Also later, Senate minority Chuck Schumer's approval ratings in a total collapse. New data reveals his approval has hit a new low among New York folks. Voters will unpack what that means for the Democrat leader a little later on in the hour. Those stories, so much more is the second hour of American Sunrise fun. This Thursday starts right now.
A
Good morning America.
B
Welcome to American Sunrise. Whether it's culture, we have breaking news to share with you.
A
Politics. President Trump is joining us live now from Florida. We've got you covered. This is what it looks like to be a patriot. We have to protect the American family.
B
The American dream is still alive.
A
I'm David Brody. I'm terrence.
B
And I'm Dr. Gina.
A
Welcome back, everybody, to the second hour of American Sunrise. I'm David Brody coming to you from D.C. let's bring in Dr. G in West Palm T. Bates in our Denver newsroom. Good morning to Both of you. I wish I had something to say. I don't really have anything to say. I just want to say good morning. Welcome to Gina and David. Just in case you didn't hear, I'm Terrence. Oh, that's right, you are. Yeah. You're like Beyonce. It's like Oprah. I. The more I hear that, the more I hate it. I'm just like, oh, my God, what was I thinking that day? And the way you do it, you deliver it with gusto, too. You're just like. And I'm Terrence. You know, you just, you get into it. You're kind of into it. Yeah, I guess so. You know, hey, you have those moments. Look, guys, a lot of news this morning. Now that President Trump has signed the bill forcing the Justice Department to release all of its files on Jeffrey Epstein. The DOJ has 30 days to comply. The trove of documents should include all files and communications related to the disgraced child predator, as well as any information about the investigation into his death. Some information about victims could be redacted for ongoing federal investigations, but investigators cannot withhold information due to, quote, embarrassment, reputational harm, or political sensitivity. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy meeting with a U.S. army delegation in Ukraine today. That meeting comes as the Trump administration is out with a 28 point peace plan aimed at ending the war between Russia and Ukraine. The agreement will reportedly see Ukraine give up some of its land and weapons, including cutting the size of its military. And Florida Congresswoman Sheila Cerfalis McCormick is accused of stealing $5 million in federal disaster funds and then using that money for her 2021 campaign. The Justice Department made her indictment public on Wednesday with Attorney General Pam BYN saying, quote, using disaster relief funds for self enrichment is a particularly selfish, cynical crime. A congressional ethics report found that McCormick's income in 2021 was more than $6 million higher than the previous year. That was a red flag. As a quick check of your headlines, we'll of course have more headlines coming your way in just a little bit. But now let's get a quick check of your forecast with meteorologist Tracy Anthony. Also, you see that QR code there at the bottom of your screen? Go ahead and scan that QR code and join our friends over at Weather Nation. All right, My favorite time of the morning, the hometown forecast. Take it away, Tracy.
B
Yeah, you know, and I'm even learning some new towns in some of these.
A
States that I've never heard of.
B
And Virginia. Virginia, I hope I pronounced that right.
A
But population back in 2010, about 275 people.
B
So this coming in from a viewer.
A
On Getter, but you're going to have.
B
A pretty nice day today. Temperatures right around 60 degrees, warming up for the end of the work week. But you're going to be fighting some rain showers, so have the umbrella handy. Now taking you down to Jacksonville, Florida. Our friend Flashosaurus on Getter. You are trending a good 10 degree above average through the weekend.
A
Obviously, it's Florida, beautiful weather.
B
Get out there and enjoy it. And today, a lot of our viewers.
A
Hanging out along the East Coast. This is Elmer, New Jersey.
B
Your temperatures are going to be warming into Friday. You have the chance for some rain showers by the weekend.
A
And look at those overnight temperatures.
B
You're going to drop from 45 down to 29 into early Saturday morning.
A
So you are going to want to bundle up now.
B
Now, across the country, it's areas like Texas, Central Texas. We had a few viewers from Sugar Land that they had mentioned.
A
I think Garland as well.
B
You're going to be inundated across Central Texas with some rain. Dallas Fort Worth had some flash flood.
A
Warnings already this morning.
B
And we've got a ton of moisture out across the four corners as well. So notice Phoenix, some scattered rain showers going to be impacting you throughout the day today.
A
And that is going to bring in.
B
The chance for more flooding. The other big story here to start.
A
Off the day is one widespread dense fog.
B
So visibility on the low side, you may be running into that as you get out and hit the road. So, Terrence, a lot going on from coast to coast, but it's the heavy downpours across the south that's really going to be the big story.
A
Tracy, I'm having touchscreen envy here. I just have to admit this. I'm going to talk to the boss and see if I can get a touchscreen, too. Nice job. Always good to see you, Tracy. We'll talk to you tomorrow. And once again, folks, scan that QR code there at the bottom of your screen and join our friends over at Weather Nation. All right, let's get you over to David Brody. Hey, David, just in case you forget. And I'm Terrence. Thank you. I cannot unsee what I have now seen. Thank you. All right. President Trump has now signed the bill passed by Congress this week that orders the Department of Justice to release all case files on Jeffrey Epstein. We've been talking about it all morning. It is the story of the day. This comes days after a near unanimous vote in both chambers of Congress. There was just One dissenting vote in the United States House, Representative, and it was from a Republican, Clay Higgins. Joining us now with reaction is rav Chief White House correspondent Brian Glenn. The man, the myth, and yes, indeed, the legend. Brian, how's that for a setup? You can zell me later, sir. Well, I was actually going to talk about Dr. Gina's open. I think her. And I'm Dr. Gina was so genuine and sincere and real. And I always love that about her, her voiceover. But we, we digress. Yeah, no, no, I'm glad you brought that up. Let's. Actually, that would be my first question. Let's dissect a little bit more of Dr. Gina's tone on that. Open you. Oh, anyhow, all right, let me move on. So I guess the American people are going to get to see these files. I mean, Pam Bondi's press conference yesterday. I'm sorry, it was relative disaster. I mean, she kept just repeating the same line. I mean, we didn't get any information. I don't know. I'm sorry, I don't mean to like, you know, trash Pam Bondi, but. Oh, goodness gracious. It's like one unforced error after another. Anyhow, there could be a lot of redactions here, though. I noticed in the bill it says that, that they can't redact names if it's going to just be public embarrassment for someone. Even if they didn't do anything, you can't redact the name. So that's good. Anyhow, what do you think? What's going on? Yeah, well, well, technically she has 30 days to release these files. And, and if there's anything in these files that's under investigation that obviously that has to be kept, that cannot be released. So, and you're absolutely right, if someone is implied or might be some kind of type of public embarrassment, that doesn't qualify as something that cannot, cannot be released and has to be withheld. So it's. We'll see. I mean, this, you know, we're less than 24 hours since that press conference. We'll see what the next couple days develop. But I mean, obviously President Trump, you know, urging Republicans to vote on this. Clay Higgins was the only one that didn't. So, you know, Republicans will follow through. Obviously, Democrats wanted this open, but now we're, you know, we start to find out a little bit more who was involved in these communications with Jeffrey Epstein and what it implies to them and maybe foreign countries as well. So it will, it's going to be, you know, we think this story is over and hopefully I was did not want to say Jeffrey Epstein one more time. I think all of our viewers are kind of over that as well as we kind of want to move on to other issues. But now it lies in the doj. We'll see what the with the release of those files looks like and what is in them. BRIAN I do want to get to President Trump set to meet with New York City Mayor Elect Zoran Mondami. That's going to happen tomorrow. But before that, give me a sense of the kind of the atmosphere, if you will, there at the White House as those US Military leaders are now over in Ukraine and there's this new peace plan that's been offered by the Trump administration. Is there optimism or is this just another effort to try to bring peace? No, I think this is, there's a lot of optimism. I mean, look, this is something that's President Trump has wanted to achieve. During the campaign trail he talked about this war would have never started if he was president. It was on Joe Biden's watch. This is Joe Biden's responsible for this conflict with Ukraine and Russia. So I think this is a step forward. We'll see exactly what develops out of these meetings. And you know, this is he's often said this does not involve US Service members in this war, but does involve human beings. And he has very, very compassionate for loss of life. We've seen up to 5,000, 7,000 troops a week on both sides losing their life. So this is something that President Trump is obviously focused on. It seems like we've got a lot of foreign policy in the first half, half of this of this year so far. But if we can end this war between Ukraine and Russia, I think that is good for the world and it's also good for the U.S. i think it shows that President Trump indeed is the peacemaker.
B
BRIAN Turning now to foreign policy, President Trump appears to be taking a two pronged approach with Venezuela, calling President Nicolas Maduro a terrorist while also signaling his administration is willing to meet with the Venezuelan leader. Totally in keeping with everything President Trump has done so far. This comes as the administration continues to target suspected drug boats in the Caribbean. But you know, Brian, we're hearing statistics like that 85,000American lives have been saved because of Donald Trump's action. I think it's a very conservative estimate, to be completely honest, when you factor in fit and and other drugs that have been stopped dead in their tracks, not even to mention the cartels and our quiet borders. BRIAN but what can you tell us about the President's approach here with Venezuela? Is this the art of the deal that we've come to expect from him?
A
I think it is. I think it is. He said numerous times in press conferences that he would consider it of kind of moving that aggression towards land on there. And Maduro, if you look at the history, he has not been willing to really sit down with any type of US Representative until now. And I think by President Trump kind of nudging a little bit more aggression on stopping these narco terrorists that are leaving that country to try to send narcotics to our shores. And of course, we've, I think over 80 people have been killed in these attacks, which we have deep intelligence suggesting that these boats are not just random fishing boats or people with sportsmans out there on the open waters. These are indeed drug trafficking boats. He is destroying those. And the threat of taking that fight onto the land I think really scares Maduro. And I think he's willing to sit down now and says that he's going to do it. President Trump wants it, so we'll see if that happens and the timeline on that. But I think it's a very significant movement as far as it shows you the power and the leadership right now that President Trump has with these world leaders that before President Trump wanted nothing to do with the man who occupied that White House behind me. Hey, Brian, before we let you go, just quickly kind of the atmosphere there as it relates to Mom Donnie's visit tomorrow. I suspect all eyes will be on that Face off to see how that goes. That's actually, I'm looking forward to that. You know, it's interesting, a part of me says, you know, why make this guy relatable to, to the American people? He's a socialist. He's a self described socialist. His, his agenda is 100%, I would say, destructive to any type of capitalist society. Why elevate him? And well, people can perhaps find him likable. I can. I was talking to a colleague this morning. I kind of compare this to Barack Hussein Obama and when he showed up on the scene was very charismatic. He's very likable. The DNC obviously raised him up by him coming in the Oval Office. It does prove one thing though, Terrence. President Trump said he will meet with anyone, and I mean anyone. And tomorrow that proves that he's meeting with Madani there in the White House. Have a quite definite time on that. But it just proves that he will sit down and talk to anyone. I'm just worried that that's going to translate into people liking Mondami at all and maybe normalizing him as a Democrat rather than the socialist that he is.
B
Yeah.
A
Be interesting. I think the president's going to put him on the spot a little bit and have some fun with it and see how we react. You know, kind of put him through the ringer for sure. Brian, great to have you. If you would you like to sig off, sign off here like I'm Brian or I'm B. Glenn. How do you. How would you like.
B
I thought you were going to offer him a cigar. I don't know what was happening there. I heard cigar.
A
Well, you know what's interesting? I have one right over there. I have a cigar in my. In my bag. I've yet to smoke it. It's probably dried off. I will say signing off in the White House. And I'm Brian back to Union Studio. Well, we have no, actually, I actually love that I'm calling. I like him and I'm calling in three, two, one. I love that I'm calling. Jacked up on Red Bull. That's actually one of the most. The greatest things I get to hear in the morning. I didn't hear it today.
B
You have anybody needs caffeine pills? Colin has like a whole pharmacy in there. That's coffee, it's Red Bull, it's caffeine, it's Celsius, you name it. Colin has it for you.
A
Colin, our gray Terrence. Colin is the guy pushing the buttons, ladies and gentlemen. He is our show director and he razzles us every day. So exactly. We better be nice. Otherwise, who knows what he'll do to us. Colin. Colin literally called me the other day at 5:57am and said, Hey, I had my first Red Bull. That's a true story. So. All right. Thank you, sir. Thank you, everybody. Thanks, Brian.
B
Thanks, Brian.
A
Why am I saying goodbye to everybody?
B
Why am I saying I can't remember who has this out, though? I don't know who's supposed to be reading this. That's on our prompter right now.

Welcome back to American Sunrise. I'm American Sunrise contributor Emily Finn. It's great to have you with us this morning. Time now to drain the swamp. And this morning we are flushing out the federal education bureaucracy. The Trump administration says the agency has become a bloated Washington swamp. Too much power, too little results. So they're stripping it down, moving key programs to other agencies and taking big steps toward dismantling the department for good. Secretary Linda McMahon says education should be run by the states and parents, not D.C. bureaucrats. Democrats call it dangerous, but the White House says it's long overdue. We do want to know what you think. Let us know on Rumble or Getter. Hop on and let your voice be heard. Coming up, we're headed down to Wall street for the opening bell and a look at Wall street, the most highly anticipated earnings reports of the entire year.

We'll be back with more American Sunrise.

Welcome back, everyone. Getting ready for the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange. We'll take you there shortly. We're also keeping our eyes on OUT as Vice President JD Vance is supposed to be sitting down for fireside chat with Breitbart's Washington bureau chief, Matt Boyle. That's supposed to happen within the next hour. So if and when that does happen, we'll try to take you there live as well so you can hear what the vice president has to say. We're expecting that the economy will at least be part of that conversation. In the meantime, here's a look at the early, early trading numbers. As you can see, all three major indices are in the green at the moment and looking good. Hopefully it stays that way throughout the day. Again, we'll take you to New York for the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange here in short order. First, though, let's get you over to David Brody. David, good morning. Good morning. T. Bates. All right. Time now for our daily dose of dollars and common sense. American Sunrise EARLY EDITION host is here. The guy behind the Jake's Takes substack, that's Jake Novak. Jake, good to see you this morning. So those Nvidia earnings that Wall street was up obsessing over for days did finally come out. Help us through it. What do they tell us, sir? Well, not only were they real and they were spectacular, David, those numbers. But so far, Wall street is still respecting it in the morning. This is an incredible opening. Those numbers that Terence just showed you, we're going to have a really big, strong open, especially on the NASDAQ this morning. Nvidia there was a high bar that Wall street had set for Nvidia's numbers for the June through September quarter. July, sorry, July, August and September. And it cleared it anyway. And it said that the CEO said that their key chip right now is selling off the charts. So there's a lot of relief on Wall Street. You know, every couple of months they start thinking, boy, maybe we're investing too much in AI and then they kind of come back to their senses and realize maybe they don't have anywhere else to put their money. So they're very happy about this this morning, to say the least. Okay, good to know. I guess now that the Nvidia obsession is going to take a breather, at least for now you have investors that can get obsessed about the Fed again. They're always obsessed about the Fed. But here we go again. There's more than an obsession going on right now. It seems like it's almost like a temper tantrum. Why don't you explain that, sir? Yeah, you know, a little bit of that sell off we had in the markets for the days yesterday, it ended, we had a rally yesterday was small, but we had a rally and looks like we're going to get a big one today. A lot of that was a temper tantrum. The Fed, the investors were really expecting the Fed to almost definitely cut rates next month in December. And now what we're hearing from the Fed, from some of the released meeting minutes and things like that, is that there's definitely a split, so we may not get a rate cut in December. And the markets were really, really revolting against that. They didn't like that. They were trying to let the Fed know that that is going to create a sell off and hurt a lot of people's 401ks and IRAs. Now, of course, now that we've had not only this ND report, but earlier this morning, David, we got the September, and that's not a mistake. The September jobs report, remember it was delayed because of the government shutdown. And that came in better than expected. It wasn't a blowout number. You know, I feel like we need 200,000 net new jobs every month just to keep up with what we need in America. But it was a lot better than expected. They were only expecting 50,000 net new jobs in September and it came in at more than twice that, at 119,000. So the markets may get off that Fed obsession, at least for today. But you know, when the Fed messes with the markets, the markets act like little children and they get, they'll, they'll, they'll, they'll burn it all down if they don't get what they want from the Fed. That's what they were doing for the last couple of days before yesterday. I'm a toddler when it comes to business news. I'll be honest with you. I definitely need to take business one on one. So help me out a little bit. So if the Fed cuts interest rates, let's just say they do, how does that translate over to mortgage rates? I mean, do mortgage rates kind of go down too, or. That depends. I'm just curious. It depends. It's a really good question. A lot of people say, oh, that's, you know, does the Fed decide mortgage Rates. No, it doesn't. The biggest decider on mortgage rates is really the markets themselves. Something called the ten year treasury bond. You put your money in basically like a 10 year deposit for the treasury and the federal government. The interest rate on that is really the biggest indicator of what your mortgage rate is going to be. If it's going down, then your mortgage rates will go down. If it's going up, then vice versa. Now, it's been going down a lot the last couple of months, so we're getting closer to 6% or below 6% even on our mortgage rates. But it's not, it's not going to lower as much as I'd like. Now, the Fed cutting interest rates will help that. It's, it's very indirect. However, the markets at the end of the day will decide that. And it would be great if we could cut some of the regulations and some of the other things that, that force mortgage rates higher. That's what Bill Ackman is talking about, the billionaire talked about earlier this week. So we need other things in the Fed. The Fed can't push the needle on mortgage rates as much as we as some people think. Interesting. Okay, well, you just made me smarter, so I appreciate that. You made our whole audience smarter for sure. All right. Finally, Jake, there we've had a minute left or so. There's, you mentioned the September jobs report, but there's going to be no October jobs report, not even a delayed one. The Bureau of Labor Statistics is just going to report next month on the November job numbers. This is because of the shutdown, but it's not like the data won't come out about these past months. Right? I mean, help me through this. Yeah, no, I actually, there's one really good thing about these delayed reports. You know, these reports always get revised from month to month. So we get the number on the day the report comes out, and then a month later we see it might be radically different. So the delay means that first revision is already baked in the cake. This September number that we just got today is actually a month better and wiser and fully baked than we would have had a month ago. So I'm okay with this, you know, but again, as you know, I don't really love these reports anyway. But if they're going to be a little bit more accurate, then so be it. And I, if this report had come out, the September report had come out a month ago or a month and a half ago, it would have been probably way off. Jake Novak, great to have you. I'm glad you're not related to Jake Tapper. Thank you for being here, sir. No, it goes by last name, not first. Oh, is that how it works? That's how it's. All right. I'll get up to speed on that. Thank you. Time for Terrence. Not T. Bates, not Terrence Bates. No time for Terrence in Denver. He's got the New York Stock Exchange update and it's sponsored by amac. The association of Mature American Citizens is the conservative voice for Americans 50 and older. AMEC is fighting for the values that you hold dear. Join today. Together we can right the course of America. The applause is already underway at the New York Stock Exchange. The bell is going to ring here in short order and then we'll get an idea of how the markets are looking as they open up here. Viking at the podium. There you go. The bell is ringing, which means the markets are now officially open. Let's take a quick look at our board. So far so good. Really. Only one blemish on the board. Everything else looking good. The Dow, S P 500 and the NASDAQ are all up right now. Nvidia is being credited with for one of the reasons that markets are up right now. Global markets in general, those in Asia and Europe, also up. So hopefully this will be a good day for traders across the board. Again, if you're one of those people trading, good luck to you. Hopefully you come home with more money than you left with. Well, folks, it is the one time of the year that the Birch Gold Group gives you free gold with every qualifying purchase. That's right for Black Friday, when you convert an existing IRA or a 401k into a tax sheltered IRA in gold, the Birch Gold Group will send you free gold to your home for every $20,000 you purchase. Gold started off the year around $2,600 an ounce, and by October, it was up to over $4,000 an ounce. Global uncertainty is part of the reason for all of that. 2025 has been defined by trade wars and central banks have been pulling away from the US Dollar as a global reserve currency. Plus, military tension continues to build and gold continues to thrive on times of uncertainty like what we're dealing with with now. So if you're looking to diversify your savings, the Birch Gold Group can help you out with that. Plus, now through November 30th, get free gold. With the qualifying purchase. All you have to do is text the word America to the number 9,898.98 and claim your eligibility and a free information kit on gold. Your opportunity for free gold with a purchase though ends on November 30th, so act fast. Text the word Amen to the number 9,898,98 for full details. Time to take a quick break. When we come back here on American Sunrise, Chuck Schumer's poll numbers just hit a record low and even Democrats are turning on him. So what's driving the Senate leaders steep decline? We'll break down the new numbers next.

Welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. G. Thanks for joining us this morning. We want to invite you to hop in our conversation over on YouTube, getter and rumble. It is time now to take the political pulse of America and the beat. Today, a new Siena University poll shows the Senate minority leader's approval among New York voters has fallen to an all time low, just 32%, the worst rating in the poll's 20 year history. And it's not just Republicans driving that drop, by the way. Only 45% of Democrats now share now view Schumer favorably, with nearly as many in his own party saying they disapprove of his leadership as well. Pollsters say the slide has been steep. Schumer once held a sky high favorability, if you'll remember, as high as 70% back in 2005. But today, the senator is underwater with New York City voters, suburban voters and upstate voters alike. Now the numbers come as some Democrats openly question whether Schumer should continue leading the party in the Senate at all. While House Democrat leader Hakeem Jeffries continues to back Schumer publicly, the pressure is clear with Congress as a whole sitting at a 15% approval rating nationwide. Joining us now with reaction, host of America's Voice Live and the Steve Gruber Show. It always just cracks me up to say that you host the Steve Gruber show as if someone else is going to host the Steve Gruber Show. But Steve, what do you make of these numbers?
A
Great point, Gina. Is that the same Hakeem Jeffries, by the way, that got money from Jeffrey Epstein for his run for Congress in 2013? Is that the same guy? Just want to make sure I'm reading the emails correctly.
B
Yes. Good.
A
That's who we're talking. Same guy. Yes, we can, right? I think we'll find out a lot more about that going forward. By the way, now that Donald Trump has signed the legislation to release whatever documents related to Jeffrey Epstein we can find. Look, Chuck Schumer is not popular. Democrats not popular. But let's be honest here, folks. Donald Trump's underwater as well because the word affordability keeps coming back. So here's where Republicans need to be. I know that Donald Trump's working on a 28 point plan to bring peace to Ukraine. I think that's a big step forward if he can pull it off. But domestic problems are what are weighing down Chuck Schumer. Domestic problem what are weighing down Hakeem Jeffries. And they're weighing down the Republican Party as well. Right now, I wouldn't wager either one to come out on top in the midterms because it's still too early to tell. But Republicans and this president have to drill down on the unpopularity of Democrats like Schumer, who's in real trouble. Trouble. By the way, Aoc is going to primary him. Mark my words. She's going after this guy. I don't know if she can win statewide, but she will carry the vote in New York City. You know that, of course, based on Mamdani. So Chuck Schumer's political days are numbered. He is not well liked, I think is a fair way to put it. I think that's pretty clear from the numbers that you just shared, Gina. He's not well liked. But then again, what politician is well liked today? I mean, truly. Well, like, Donald Trump has his base. The Democrats have no leader. But both sides have polling problems right now because it comes down again to can Americans have a mortgage? Can young Americans 18 to 30 have a future? Can they get a job and pay the mortgage, pay the rent, raise a family, pursue the American dream? That's really forefront to me. It is. It's the number one issue facing this country. And look, when you look at Mamdani, I keep going back to this. And Democrats, 82% of young women 18 to 30 voted for Mamdani. They want a different path forward. They don't like what they see. And the Republicans, led by the White House, have, have to deliver the message that we can deliver for you when it comes to the cost of everything. And Chuck Schumer, he's a dead man walking. So let's talk about that for a second. Let's talk about Schumer and let's talk about Mamdani. I'm curious to get your take about Mamdani at the White House tomorrow with Trump. I think this is a setup in a good way because I think the President's going to have a field day with this. And Mamdani better watch out or he'll become the next Zelensky. And then you've got Schumer, who I personally don't think he's going to run. I think he's going to see the writing on the wall and not want to get embarrassed. So I remember this is in 2028. So I don't think he's going to run. I think there's plenty of time for him to say, you know what, you know, he can go out and milk a cow somewhere in New York. I'm just kidding. He's not going to milk a cow. He's already milked. He's already milked the folks in New York for a lot of money, along with a whole lot of other people.
B
Milk to milk. Yeah.
A
Here's what came to mind when you said that all of these octogenarian politicians. Schumer's almost there. You know, Vegas will bet on anything. We should have wheelchair races in Congress. Vegas will bet on anything and have all of these elderly people that are in Congress out there. Look, we do need younger people and better ideas and a new path forward and ways to make sure that health care is affordable and groceries are affordable. We can afford gas, and we can have, you know, interest rates on mortgages that are tolerable and move forward. I'm sorry, Terence, Are you all right? Just checking on you. Yeah, I had to sneeze. Sorry. Wellness check. Live tv. God bless America. Anyhow, I lost my train of thought a little bit there. Well, that happened. You know, I had that effect on. I had that effect on some people, David. I admit it. I really do. Going forward, young people are the focus. They have to be. And you look at Chuck Schumer, and you look at Nancy Pelosi is 106, and she's finally not running again. But you look at some of these folks. I mean. I mean, they sneeze and their dentures fly out. I mean, come on, people. Can we do better? There's got to be some people out there that we can do better with. Terrence, am I wrong? I mean, they. I mean, Nancy, her dentures are. She. You know, I can't stand it. So on board with you. I've gotten in trouble and. And Stealth even proclaimed that I'm probably an ageist. But I'm. I'm with you. I've been saying this for a long time. I'm with you. I am so with. You know, you don't. You don't agree, Gina. You don't agree. I know you don't.
B
I agree that Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer need to go. I don't agree with term limits. I think that they are a constitutional tragedy where people are actually forfeiting their own vote. Look at how many people. I'm not saying one way or another whether I think this should happen, because, honestly, I'm kind of undecided. But look at how many people say that Donald Trump should run for a third term. You take away your right to vote for people, and the power doesn't dissipate. It transfers to staffers and lobbyists. You make staffers and lobbyists. All the power concentrates there, and voters give up and forfeit their.
A
And it has for a while.
B
It's very.
A
Gina, you're exactly right. Yeah, you're exactly right. Because the staff just moves to the next office, the next office across the hall, down the hall, whatever. They just move around and they have all the power. They write the bills, they read the bills, they do everything. And look, there are some people that are well past 80 that are doing a fine job. Chuck Grassley comes to mind. I wouldn't want that guy investigating me. And he's crowding 90, right? Because he's like an old hound dog on a set. He doesn't give up. He just keeps going along, going until he finds the truth. You know, and there's a different level of competency when you get to certain levels of age with different people. But look, there was that member of Congress, the Republican. They couldn't find her for six months. Then they found her in an old folks home in Houston. Her staff, to your point, Gina was protecting her to protect their power. Not her, not the constituents. They were protecting their own personal power inside that office. And that's wrong. And so I don't agree with term limits either. Just to be on the record, I think term limits are a bad idea. I think voting is supposed to be the way you term limit people.
B
Yes.
A
Or you frighten people like Schumer not to get in the race because he knows he's going to lose. He doesn't want to be embarrassed, which I think David might be right about that. Maybe he doesn't run because he doesn't want to be embarrassed and there's some truth to that. We do need, though, to drill down. Look, Donald Trump has done a fabulous job on the world stage when it comes to ending wars and ending conflicts and negotiating deals with people. And he'll meet with anybody. And look, I realize it irritates a lot of folks, he has a Syrian president in the Oval Office. Well, he's a terrorist. Well, fair enough. But in 1972, Air Force One landed in Beijing and the President United States got off and met with Chairman Mao, who at that time actively had over 300,000 Chinese soldiers working with the Viet Cong actively killing Americans. Barack Obama sat down and had hot dogs and beer at a baseball game with Fidel Castro. Sometimes you have to deal with bad people to get good results. That's the job. I'm sorry, you have to. You have to meet with Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un. You have to, because you have to find breakthrough points. Okay, can I just say something? I hear what you're saying. Sorry, just a bone of contention here. But not in the Oval Office. That's different. Not. It wasn't at a baseball game and it wasn't in Beijing. It was in the Oval Office. We flew Air Force One into Red China. David explosives in Iraq and he was in a jail. We flew under US 1 into Red China to meet with the biggest mass murderer of the 20th century and to regulate and normalize relationships with the biggest mass murderer in the history of the 20th century who killed 50 to 90 million people, including Americans in Vietnam. I dismiss your point.
B
You know, it is interesting. And the American people are having this debate right now, don't you think? It seems to me, Steve, like Donald Trump is trying to see if perhaps diplomacy in the Oval Office can be a little bit of a, you know, part of sort of what he does. Honestly, I think in an attempt to just be extremely transparent, you are having them on our terms. You know, if you're going to have a highly charged business meeting, you don't go into their court. You have.
A
That's right.
B
It's called court.
A
So maybe that's what he's feeling advantage. Even when they're an Al Qaeda terrorist.
B
David, I agree with you.
A
Even when there's the biggest mass murder in the world history.
B
Him touching the Resolute desk. I agree with you, but I.
A
Absolutely not.
B
But I do think the American people right now, don't you, Steve, are just kind of watching, engaging. Donald Trump is a disruptor. He's not going to do anything the way anyone tells him to do it or the way anyone has ever done it. It before. And I think he's just seeing how this goes. David, let me just say.
A
David, I recognize your objection. David, I recognize your objection. The fact of the matter is you have to deal with bad people to get good results. And Donald Trump is getting good results in eight wars so far. But if this was Biden. I'm sorry, guys, I'm not trying to check us all here, but if this was Biden, we would be having a field day on this. We would say, how dare. Hold on, David. We would be. Except here's the difference. Here's the difference. Donald Trump can actually hold a conversation. Joe Biden could not.
B
Yeah. And Joe Biden would come away with 10 more multimillion dollar contracts for his family and his children. And Donald Trump comes away with peace deals for the American people. That might be part of the difference, too, right, Steve?
A
Yeah, I think that's true. Look, I understand your defense of the Oval Office. I've been there. You've been there. It's a very special place. It's the most famous, and I think you're right. Sacred room in the world. But there is home field advantage. And if you're going to get a deal even with terrorists, which we deal with terrorists, whether you like it or not, every single day to get peace on this planet. And that's what Donald Trump is doing. And I support those efforts. But at the end of the day, he has to return to domestic policy to win the midterms. That's my takeaway.
B
Maybe he needs a reception room that isn't the Oval Office so that they're not putting their slimy little hands, their terrorist bloodstained hands on the Resolute desk and then he can have them in and have those conversations. I don't know. Maybe we could solve it all. And we'll tell Brian Glenn to ask that question. Steve Gruber, thank you so much for joining us today.
A
Thanks, Steve. Thank you, Steve.

Terence Bates, and Dr. Gina. David, going to you first on this one.

Another day, another embarrassing moment for Jasmine Crockett. Yeah, she lied. I mean, she lied. It was really bad. I mean, and she knew she was lying, too. Well, look, here's the thing aside. No, I'm sorry, my bad. I don't think she knew. So. Okay, let me reverse my. My brain got too far ahead of myself, which is typically what happens in my life at this point. No, but. But let me just say this. She said we quickly looked at it for 20 minutes. Really? Why'd you quickly look at it? Because you had to run to the floor and give a speech. You know, how about you do 35, 40, 45 minutes or so, Maybe an hour, and just double check a few things? Dot some I's and cross some T's? No, you're not gonna do that. Why? You wanna make a point and shame on her. And it was disgusting. I mean, I'm really ticked about this guy. Seriously. I mean, you were defaming someone's character there. Now with Bill Clinton, you know, Okay, I think. No, I'm just kidding. But the point is. Go ahead. I'm done. I'm sorry. I was just gonna say she had her staffers doing it. If you're gonna make those sorts of assertions, you want to do it yourself. And you want to double check and triple check. Because like you said, you're defaming someone's character. Someone's reputation is on the line. So if you're going to make that sort of assertion, you darn well better be right. By the way, thank you so much, Emily, for saying Terrance Bates. But I'm Terrence.
B
Terence. I thought. Go ahead, Dr. G. Yeah, no, I think. Embarrassing. Really mortifying. Do your research and, you know, look, we all make mistakes. But where's the public apology? Can I see that? Can you show me the public apology that Jasmine Crockett made?
A
You know what? I can't. You know what I can't show you?
B
Because I'll tell you something.
A
Kaitlyn Collins doing nothing on CNN last night, trying to hold her accountable. And then she asked. No follow. Oh, she was home.

All right. Welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. G. Thanks so much for joining us today. I want to remind you all, J.D. vance, our our vice president is having a fireside chat with Breitbart's Matt Boyle. We will be streaming that on our RAV Rumble channel. If you would like to watch it, it begins soon and you can do that. It's time now for our Sunnyside up and in the pan Today, our heart transplant hero living his Best day ever. Meet Bryson Shoup, a Panthers super fan who survived a heart transplant as a kid. He traveled to Green Bay and the Panthers rolled out the red carpet. Field access, a chat with quarterback Bryce Young, a personalized jersey, and a sweet reunion with Greg Olson, who met Bryson years ago when both their kids were in the same hospital. Now, after the big day, Bryson shared one message for other kids who are still fighting. He said, keep pounding. What a beautiful moment of hope. David Brody is a parent of someone who's been through a medical crisis. Your child recently. You know, you love to see this kind of thing. You love to see Americans coming together and making dreams come true.
A
Absolutely. And they need a smile on their face and they need something to warm their heart. And I know that sounds trite and a bit like a Hallmark card, but it's true. It's true. And it means the world. And so, you know, a lot of times we read these stories. Not that you're reading the story, but I just mean, like, like in local television news, we see these stories all the time. We're like a nice heartwarming note. Good night, everybody. See you tomorrow at 5pm Eastern. But, you know, here's the thing. This is serious stuff. I mean, this means the world to these kids and the family. It's not just child, it's the whole extended family as well. T. Bates, I'm glad you brought up the family angle, because I can only imagine that as a parent, you're dealing with this and seeing the smile on your child's face, you know, because you never know what's next. Just knowing that in this one moment your child is happy, your child is having an experience of a lifetime. That's got to take a little bit of the stress away. It's got to take some of the difficulty of the moment away, I would imagine. David. Yeah, no, I would agree. And it does that for sure. And it's just really nice to see. I'm happy, Gina. I'm very happy. Just, you know, both of you.
B
I'm happy, you know, that my son spent. My son with down syndrome that we adopted was burned, pulled a stove on top of himself when he was about 3 and spent months in a burn unit. And I'm telling you, anything that would distract from just the medical routine and the hospital and the pain and all the. It was such a beautiful welcome relief. So when you are feeling depressed, instead of self care, instead of going and spending money on something or resorting to things that are sinful or less than godly, just go Bless one of these kids. It's such a great way to get yourself right out of that depression. I promise you it works better than any drug war room, you guys. Coming up next, hug your children, love God, go boldly live the truth. We'll see you tomorrow. Freedom Friday you guys. Tomorrow. Woo hoo. How do I do it all during the holidays?
