Ahead on American Sunrise, the Communist and the Patriot. President Trump set to meet with New York City Mayor Elect Zoran Mandani today at the White House. Will it be civil or will it get heated? We'll check in with Joseph Stalin. No. Anyhow, we're going to have coverage throughout the show. Plus, say what? Attorney General Pam Bondi facing some heat for comments on how the DOJ will handle the Epstein files release. We're going to have her remarks time and time again. And the fallout. And later, a Bush family coup. Let the plotting begin. Is the Bush family planning to return to prominence in GOP politics after Trump leaves office? Those juicy stories and more as American Sunrise starts on a Puppy Friday. A Freedom Friday. Just a Friday overall. Right now. Good morning America.
A
Welcome to American Sunrise. Whether it's culture, we have breaking news to share with you.

A
And I'm Dr. Gina. Good morning. I'm Dr. Gina. We are live with you from the Palm Beaches. Let's bring in David brody in Washington, D.C. and Terrence Bates in our Denver newsroom. Good morning, guys.
B
Morning. G. Good morning, Dr. Gina. David. Good morning. David. In your teases, you just said those juicy stories and so much more ahead. Well, I think arguably one of the most juicy stories right now involves Democrat senators who are urging service members to defy President Trump's orders. The president, of course, calling the video seditious and punishable by death. He's even calling the senators traitors, saying that George Washington would have hanged them. In case you missed, missed the video itself and the wild white. I can't speak. And the White House's response here it is.
A
Americans trust their military, but that trust is at risk.
B
This administration is pitting our uniform military and intelligence community professionals against American citizens like us. You all swore an oath to protect.
A
And defend this Constitution.
B
Right now, the threats to our Constitution aren't just coming from abroad, but from right here at home. Our laws are clear. You can refuse illegal orders. Carolyn, can I just follow up? The president and the vice president, for that matter, have accused the other side of encouraging political violence. Isn't that exactly what the president is doing when he says that members of Congress should be killed? Why aren't you talking about what these members of Congress are doing to encourage and incite violence? They are literally saying to 1.3 million active duty service members not to, to defy the chain of command, not to follow lawful orders. Every single.
A
Refuse an illegal order, which.
B
But they're suggesting, they're suggesting, Nancy, that the president has given illegal orders, which he has not. Every single order that is given to this United States military by this commander in chief and through this command. Chain of command through the secretary of war is lawful. Yeah. Nancy. Dr. Gina, you were the first to use the word seditious when we first started reporting on this story a few days ago.
A
You know, it's an embarrassment. And by the way, the wording in this piece of drivel that they've put out there is so misleading and so inciting for them to say against American citizens, Hello, illegal aliens are not American citizens. They do have some constitutional protections, but they don't have constitutional protections beyond those that our commander in chief gives to our military. That's where they are so misleading. They are. This is seditious. And he's absolutely right, our president, in saying that George Washington would have had these folks hanged.
B
Well, a couple of things. First of all, this video here, they're saying, illegal behavior. You must stand up against illegal behavior. I'm sorry, it wasn't behavior. What was the word? I'm sorry, I'm losing it. Illegal orders. Illegal orders. Illegal orders. Yeah. Well, a couple things. What does that mean exactly? Like, in other words, if you think it's illegal or, I mean, obviously if the US Supreme Court deems it illegal, if you will, then that's one thing. But that's not what they're talking about here. They're very murky on what they're talking about, I think. In other words, are you just saying everybody just takes it into their own hands? Well, clearly, that's what the implication is for sure. Go ahead.
A
I was just gonna say. And a lot of these folks, they don't. You know, not everyone can afford a lawyer to interpret all things that they think are true. A lot of these people out there may not even realize what is legal and what is not truly legal.
B
Yeah, but speaking of legal and what's legal and not legal, let's just go to the facts here. I mean, the US Code, seditious conspiracy is an attempt to overthrow the government by force or whatever. It doesn't have to be by force. Put down the government. But here's the thing. It's not punishable by death. It's punishable up to 20 years in prison for civilians. That's what the U.S. code says. It's not punishable by death. Where it is punishable by death is in the Uniform Code of Military justice, the ucmj. So in other words, if a military member does that, then it's punishable by death. Not if a member of Congress does it. And I think that's important, that we need to point that out.
A
I think another thing that's really important to point out is that none of these loudmouths were out there during COVID when our military and police, in certain instances, were being given illegal orders against real American citizens, and none of them were saying a word. They were all quietly going to expensive restaurants with their friends while they told the American people to sit down, shut up, stay inside, and let their relatives die in nursing homes with an experimental vaccine being Pumped into them.
B
Yeah. Let's get to our Bible verse, Dr. Gina, so we can get to our guests, please. That's a hard turn. I love it.
A
You're getting a little riled up there, but it's true. Matthew 28:20 says, Teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you. And lo, I'm with you always, even to the end of the age. I love that one. I just love that one. Is there a movie, you guys, or something where that's the end of it? I think one of the. One of the original Passion movies, maybe that's the very last words in the movie, and it kind of echoes off. And I'll just never forget that. Today's the day President Trump slated to meet with New York City Mayor elect Zoran Mamdani. I still can't believe I'm saying those words. Those two are slated to talk about affordability issues. Here's what White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt had to say.
B
We have a communist coming to the White House because that's who the Democrat Party elected as the mayor of the largest city in the country. I think it's very telling, but I also think it speaks to the fact that President Trump is willing to meet with anyone and talk to anyone and to try to do what's right on behalf of the American people, whether they live in blue states or red states or blue cities in a city that's becoming much more left than I think this president ever anticipated in his many years of living in New York himself.
A
For more, let's bring in South Carolina Congresswoman Sherry Biggs. Sherry, this is going to be very interesting today. What are your predictions in terms of what Mamdani will do? I mean, they're both going to be playing a certain degree of chess and strategy. There's no doubt about that. What could go well here?
B
Well, good morning.
A
I trust that our president is going to take the lead in this conversation. You know, he is the ultimate negotiator. I'm not sure how much will be negotiated because of the extreme left ideas, but I'm anxious to see the results. You got to admire President Trump. He does not view any task as too difficult, and he is up and ready to take on the challenges. And I look forward to hearing the outcome of that meeting.
B
Yeah, I am definitely popping popcorn and waiting. It should be interesting, for sure. Congresswoman, the whole thing about sedition. Want to get your reaction to that. This Democrat lawmaker video, what do you make of it specifically? And the president's comments about sedition?
A
Well, as for the President's comments, I think we all would agree that he uses colorful language in his discussions. And me, as a military member, I actually have respect for what the president's done and for what this administration has done to move our military forward and to build it back up and to focus on strength and resiliency. That's important. When you put on that uniform, you're making a sacrifice. And you have to know that the president, of all people, has your back. And the past four years with President Biden, I didn't feel that way. And I got to tell you, a lot of my comrades felt the same way.
B
Let me.
A
There was not that trust and there.
B
Was not the respect.
A
And the morale is coming up. You can look at that in the numbers with recruitment, things are on a much better path.
B
Let me quickly follow up. You say colorful language by the President. How would you term that video? Have you seen the video? What do you think of it?
A
So I saw, I saw the video of the, of the Democrats and it's, it's disgusting to me. It really is. And I think, I find there's one word that comes to mind and that's just hypocrisy. Everything that the Democrats do, they try to turn it and make it out and blame the Republicans. And I think the American people are so sick of that. They just want Congress to come and do their job and they're sick of the blame game. They're just sick of games, period. They want us to work. They want to make the economy better. They just want to live in a, in a free world where they can take care of their families and live in peace.
B
Congresswoman, before we let you go, want to talk about this gun rights bill you're working on. Can you give us the nuts and bolts of it and what triggered it? I hope you see what I just did there. Nicely played. Yeah, I love that.
A
My district will love that. We fully support the second Amendment in South Carolina's third district. And thank you for mentioning that. It's actually a letter that I'm leading on and I've gotten a lot of support from my peers. But what it's going to do, it's going to replace outdated laws that cuts through the red tape to make law abiding citizens able to carry their guns and not be bogged down in ridiculous laws that, as I mentioned, are outdated. Yeah, it's so interesting you say that. I went to a church that my son's been going to on Sunday and I walked in and there's like no security. He goes, we don't have to have security, mama. The pastor says from the pulpit that he's carrying. And everyone in the audience claps and says they're carrying, too. And it made all the difference because you felt completely safe. I'm used to going into these churches and they have all this security. I guess you don't need it if everyone's caring. And that's the beauty of Florida. Congresswoman Biggs, thank you so much. And thank you for your defense of our Second Amendment. That means a lot to those of us around the country who hope other congresspeople will stand with you on this.
B
Absolutely. Thanks so much, Congresswoman.
A

Where's Bobby, Charles? Is Bobby swimming there on the left? No, he's not. I'm just making that up. Oh, sorry. This isn't cnn. We don't make things up. Welcome back, everybody, to American Sunrise. I'm David Brody. Coming up, we're going to Charlotte. We're going to North Carolina. We're gonna check in on the mass immigration raids. I'm sorry, did I. Did I say immigration? I'm sorry, I meant to say illegal immigration. The Trump administration taking care of business down there in the South. We're going to talk about it in a moment. First, though, T. Bates standing by with the latest headlines from the Rural America's Voice newsroom, all sponsored by amac. The association of Mature American Citizens is the conservative voice for Americans 50 and older. AMAC is fighting for the values that you hold dear. Join today. Together we can right the course of America. With the midterm election on the horizon, Republicans are getting a breath of fresh air from the state of North Carolina. Several U.S. house districts drawn by North Carolina Republicans in 2023 have just been upheld by a panel of federal judges. The judges rejected accusations that the voting lines were created to weaken the voting power of black voters. However, the trio didn't rule on charges at North Carolina's 1st congressional district. District was specifically drawn to unseat Democrat Representative Don Davis next year. The ruling comes just weeks before candidate filing for next year's midterms opens on December 1st. North Carolina's ruling is a bit of good news for Republicans. Excuse me. After a federal court blocked Texas from using its new GOP drawn voting maps in an effort to shore up the Republican majority in the U.S. house. Well, there's new information this morning on that deadly UPS plane crash in Louisville, Kentucky. Federal investigators are out with brand new photos showing one of the plane's engines starting to detach from the plane before the wing catches fire. They also say there's evidence of cracks in the left wing's engine mount before takeoff. The National Transportation Safety Board says the plane wasn't due for a detailed inspection of key engine mount parts and still needed nearly 7,000 more takeoffs and landings before those inspections were set to take place. Meantime, UPS, FedEx and Western Global still have all MD11s and a few DC10s in their fleets grounded until the planes can be inspected and repaired. Fourteen people, including the three pilots on that doomed UPS flight, were killed. That's a quick check of your headlines. Now let's get a quick check of your forecast. Weather Nation meteorologist Tracy Anthony standing by. Also, you see there at the bottom of your screen that QR code. Go ahead and scan it and join our friends over at Weather Nation. Tracy, good Friday morning to you.
A
Hey, good Friday morning. We've got a lot going on this morning. 36 million people waking up under dense fog advisories. You can see that all across the South Central, even up to the Northeast. So could be running into that this morning if you're getting out on the roadways. We've had that dense fog in areas all the way down to Orange Beach, Alabama.
B
That was yesterday with visibility under about a quarter of a mile.
A
Now the other big story is what.
B
We were talking about yesterday morning and.
A
That'S flooding across Central Texas. This was Roosevelt, Texas yesterday.
B
They had record rain picking up anywhere from 6 to 8 inches in some spots. And Dallas, Texas, even having their all.
A
Time wettest November day on record. So Dallas, they came in at just under about 4 inches of rain throughout the day yesterday. So very soggy there. They could continue to have some more.
B
Rain throughout the start of the day today.
A
But the other area we're watching here.
B
This morning is going to be the LA metro area.
A
Let me see here if I can.
B
Get that graphic up LA under flash.
A
Flood warnings this morning.
B
So waking up early there, it's not.
A
A good sign with rainfall rates up to an inch per hour.
B
So Terrence, a lot going on this morning from coast to coast and a lot of it has to do with moisture and flooding. Tracy, I've got a new nickname for you. You tell me if you're okay with this. It's Touchscreen Tracy. What do you think? Touchscreen Tracy.
A
I love it. Let's see.
B
You like it? TT alright, we're going. You know what actually we can do?
A
Titi Touch screen.
B
There you go. TT Touchscreen. Yeah, I like that. All right, we're gonna check in with you in the next hour. By the way, folks, log on to our social media sites, get a rumble, YouTube, let us know where you're hanging out. And you may be one of our lucky viewers to get a hometown forecast from Touchscreen Tracy, AKA tt. Up next, Operation Charlotte's Web continues in North Carolina to despite local law enforcement claiming that the immigration or illegal immigration control effort is starting to taper off. Ahead, how many arrests there have been so far? And the latest legal action and challenges to the Trump administration's illegal immigration control push. First, though, a quick look at this day in history. It was on this date, 135 years ago, back in 1890, that a major, albeit blurry, moment in history occurred. You're seeing it here. Mental and silent clip was titled Monkey Shines Number One. You're looking at it again right now. The film wasn't produced or for entertainment, but to test Edison's kinetoscope technology, it features a few seconds of a lab worker making gestures in silhouette. While only an internal experiment at the time, this grainy footage marked a cultural revolution and a crucial first step in capturing motion pictures on film, paving the way for an entire industry that we know today as Hollywood or the film industry. I just want to give a shout out to the control room. We all love you guys. Hello. Hello. There you are. And by the way, on a separate note, but related, I like the narcissism involved in showing yourselves because I love, as you know, to show myself all the time. So thank you. Thank you from the bottom of my narcissistic heart. You guys do a great job. Welcome back, everybody, to American Sunrise. All right, let's talk about this mass crackdown in North Carolina. Federal agents have NOW arrested roughly 370 illegal immigrants in Charlotte, North Carolina, also in some surrounding areas around the state. The operation is called Operation Charlotte's We. That's a book that I didn't read as a young toddler. Was I really reading as a young toddler? Anyhow, it's part of President Trump's immigration enforcement campaign, and it's targeting illegals here with criminal records. Now, officials say that's where the focus is. But let's be clear, folks. If you're here illegally and you haven't committed a violent crime, you may want to think twice about hanging around illegals who did commit violent crimes, because you're gonna be swept up for more. Let's bring in Rav correspondent and the host of Law and Border, Ben Berkwam. Ben, good morning from the West Coast. It's early there. Are you awake? Can you hear me, Ben? Yeah. Hey, I got you. David. Yeah. You know, it's funny, it's happening in North Carolina, but it's Happening everywhere. Here in Clovis, across Fresno, across the Valley, and the entire state of California, whether they like it or not. If you're in a blue state, it doesn't matter. If you're in a blue city like Charlotte, you're getting the web, too. So this ice is coming. They're not stopping, they're not slowing down. And thank God for the Supreme Court, they get to pick up even more.
A
Ben, I wanted to talk to you about drug seizures. This is really, really good. And it sounds to me like this is going to have a big impact on America. 85,000 fewer estimated deaths due to drugs in the United States. I think it's an extremely conservative number, but the Coast Guard offloaded millions of dollars worth of. Of cocaine in Port Everglades. Florida officials say it was more than 49,000 pounds. It was worth. Worth roughly $362 million. They also say this was the result of 15 separate interceptions by the Coast Guard troops. Ben, what will this mean in terms of. How do you even calculate lives saved when you have those amounts of drugs being scooped up all the time, boats being stopped or blown up, and then even just cartel members arrested quietly that a lot of times we don't even know about, and they're just gone. And they were importing untold amounts of drugs and humans, by the way, too.
B
Yeah. Well, this is twofold. So this war that we're on with the cartels, and it is a war, they are a foreign enemy. They've been labeled, many of them, foreign enemy combatants. That's why we have the authority to blow up their boats out in the water. Thank God for President Trump and the Department of War for actually standing up for the American citizen. But this is also a problem within our inner cities, where you have these policies for years now that have invited more drug use. They, rather than getting people off the streets, they've said, here, here's a needle. We'll help you put it in. This is. You know, the reason we saw such a spike in overdose deaths was in part because of our own leftist wok policies that didn't prevent people from doing drugs, but in fact, invited more in. And then on top of that, you had totally unregulated. You allowed cartels to basically do what they wanted in cities. They were mixing Fentanyl with Xanax and every other drug. That's why they call the lost faces of Lost Voices of Fentanyl, calls it poisonings, not overdoses. Because most of the people that have died from fentanyl overdose have died Unknowingly taking fentanyl. And so this is going to have a huge impact. This entire mindset change from, you know, just basically playing patty cake with these demons to actually going and blowing them up and stopping them before they come in and preventing them from mixing fentanyl in with other drugs is going to have a profound impact on millions of people across this country.
A
But, Ben, and around the world. Just a quick clarification. 85,000 lives saved. That sounds low to me. Just because of how many lives were lost before. Do you have. Absolutely, yeah. Do you have some. Do you have some concept if you had to guesstimate a range of lives saved?
B
Well, I don't, you know, when we, when we talked, I don't have a specific number, but you think about what we had last year, you know, 100,000 lives lost, over 100,000 to fentanyl. So if we do drop 85,000, that's, you know, you could say that's 85%, 80% decrease in deaths. So, you know, it's. Whatever the number is, it's more lives that have been saved. Hundreds, or, excuse me, thousands of more lives that have been saved because of Trump's policies over the previous policies. Yeah, yeah. Ben, you know, there's so many interesting storylines that come out of the Trump administration's crackdown on illegal immigration. Want to bring your attention to this headline which says Border Patrol is monitoring US Drivers and detaining those with suspicious travel patterns. And apparently they're using predictive intelligence programs in order to help kind of determine who potentially could be a threat or who may be here illegally and otherwise. Such an interesting thing. And I ask you this question because, of course, you're often embedded in dealing with immigration officials, and it really goes to show that they're pulling out all the stops to try to keep us all safe. That's exactly right. In fact, you know, you want to thank anybody for the increased patrols and all of these new tactics by ICE and Border Pat, thank the sanctuary jurisdictions themselves. It's because of these sanctuary policies that refuse to work with ice, that refuse to honor ICE detainers, that ICE is out in the community now going after the really bad guys. And while they're out there, they're also looking at everybody they can. They. We have sophisticated technology, and I'm not going to get into what that is, but we have sophisticated technology and they can find out who most people are. And if you are here and you're here illegally, you don't have a right to be here. And in Particular, we can find out if you have a criminal record. So there are, again, without giving away any of the tactics or strategies that ICE is using, they're doing everything they possibly can to remove as many illegal aliens from this country as quickly as they can to try to undo the disaster that was allowed in under Joe Biden and the Democrats. Yeah. Hey, Ben, we've got about 30 seconds or so, but you're out there in California. I was just looking up a statistic. The California Department of Finance says they are providing $8.4 billion to illegal immigrants when it comes to health care benefits in the state of California. That is insane. Ben, 30 seconds. Yeah, yeah. This whole lie that illegals don't get health care, you know, I heard Democrats saying illegals don't get snap, illegals don't get your tax dollars. It is a lie. The Democrats have been saying this for years, but they've been going around your back. And what they do is typically they'll use the children as the anchor, the anchor babies. And then they will. They'll pass those funds on to the parents. And so, yes, California is the prime example. We have the most illegal aliens in our state because it's a sanctuary state, because it's offered so many of the benefits to illegals. And so, yes, we have just been burning our tax dollars for illegals for decades. And it's time that that stops. And it's time the people that allowed it are held accountable. Ben Berkwom, great to have you here. I don't care if you're on limited sleep or lots of sleep. We just love having you. Thank you for being here. It's my pleasure.
A
Thanks.
B
Thank you, guys. All right, coming up, vitamin D and the heart. How can that specific vitamin help people cut the risk of suffering heart attacks? Details straight ahead on American Sunrise on this Friday.
A
You have a live view of Chicago there looking a little gray this morning. You know what amazes me? Every single morning I wake up and I look outside, I'm amazed with how different, how differently God composes the sunrise every day. That thought really occurred to me this morning because yesterday was like this kind of yellow golden thing. And then this morning it was like pinks and blues and reds and purples. And I was like, wow, God, you are so amazing. Welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. Gina. Thanks for joining us. It is time now for today's health news that is sponsored by the Wellness Company. And under the microscope today, how vitamin D can help with heart attacks. It can help survivors of heart Attacks recover. A just published study shows that Americans who survived a heart attack and then got higher doses of vitamin D cut their risk of a heart attack by more than half of having another one. How about that? The key they didn't take some generic low dose. They got blood tests and dose adjustments until their vitamin D level hit a target range of about 40 to 80 milliliters. Now, at least half of the people needed more than 5,000 international units per day, which is really far above the standard recommended 800. So if you're fighting heart disease, stepping up and testing your vitamin D levels with your doctor could be a smart move. And you know what they used to do in hospitals after people had heart attacks? They used to put their beds outside in the sun. Just saying. Sunshine, you guys, we need sunshine. We've been lied to about sunshine. You know that stubborn ache, though, that one that heat ice pain pills won't even touch. Well, TheraBlue was designed to go deeper. This next gen peptide uses AQA molecular delivery technology. This drives relief ingredients down into your skin, past muscle tissues, into where the pain is. It's a powerhouse trio coming. Copper peptide reduces inflammation and AD restores cellular energy. And methylene blue protects your mitochondria. We're reading all about it all the time. This helps support real recovery, not just numbing like a lot of creams are. Plus msm, turmeric, white willow bark, arnica and ginger calm inflammation while menthol and camphor give that instant cooling feeling. Get 10% off of TWC code RAV, move freely again with theirblue. David Brody, I hope. Do you spend some time in the sun? Like intentional time in the sun?
B
Well, I want to actually spend more time in the sun. I shouldn't do that though, should I?
A
You should. You weren't listening to my health segment right now. You should spend. We have been so lied to. Read all the research about all the vitamins we get from the sun and everything. It's amazing. And then they told us to slap all the sunscreen on. It's fine, you know, to use some tallow or things like that to give certain sensitive areas a barrier, you know, especially if you're prone to problems. But by and large, we have created our own skin cancer epidemic and low vitamin D epidemic and on and on. I could go on for hours. I need to do a health show, David, so I can talk about this stuff for two solid hours by myself.
B
Yes. No, I'll just let you go, by the way. No, I was listening. But my point is, I'M being brainwashed, obviously. I mean, so, yeah, we all have said, yeah, yeah, yeah.
A
There's even one fascinating study. I swear I'll shut up. Our producers are gonna come from my head. But if you wear, like, dark sunglasses, it triggers your brain not to produce the melanin needed for your skin to repel dangerous rays itself. And that. That is a big theory as to why people are getting more and more skin cancers. Not even to mention the chemicals we're putting on our skin and sunscreen.
B
Anyway. All right. You need your own health, Joe. All right, I'm working on it.
A
Thanks, David. I appreciate that.
B
You bet. Now, over to the Justice Department. An Attorney General Pam Bondi. During a recent press conference, Bondi just continued to repeat herself. I mean, she was on repeat about how the department would handle the release of the Epstein files. It was really weird.
A
Watch on the Epstein files. Does the new investigation by the Southern District of New York, U.S. attorney prevent the department from releasing all of the remaining files?
B
So we have released 33,000, over 33,000 Epstein documents to the Hill. And we'll continue to follow the law. Next steps. Madam Attorney General for the DoJ, regarding the what we assume President Trump will sign into law with the Epstein files. Is this going to be on the Justice Department website? What are you doing here? Over the next 30 days, as we understand it, we will continue to follow the law with maximum transparency while protecting victims. When you say follow the law, Madam Attorney General, do you mean that you will provide all the files by 30 days? We will follow the law, Madam Attorney General. The DOJ statement earlier this year saying that the files would not release mentioned the fact that the review of the documents and the evidence did not suggest that any additional investigation of third parties was warranted. What changed since then that you launched this investigation?
A
Information that has come for information. There's information that new information, additional information.
B
And again, we will continue to follow the law to investigate any leads, if there are any victims. We encourage all victims to come forward. And we will continue to provide maximum transparency under the law. We will follow the law. We will follow the law. We will follow the law. For more, let's bring in Daily Signal investigative columnist Tony Knet. Tony, is it just me, or is it just a matter of time before Pam Bondi is shown the door? I'm sorry, I hate to say it. I want this administration to succeed, but this is. I mean, you just can't talk about talking points. I mean, at least kind of make it a little bit more original. I'm sorry. I'm just calling it out. She backed herself into this corner in February. Good morning to you both, by the way. And I agree you need your own health show while we're on that particular matter. Sorry, producers, but no. Regarding the situation with Pam Bondi. She put herself here. She did. When she got out in February. And she handed to my friends, including Jack Bosobiak, a binder that contained nothing and then trotted him out and humiliated him for no reason. And when you campaign on, I'm going to get in there and I'm going to release everything you have now. Set yourself a standard you can't walk away from. It didn't matter what there was in the files, because you've already promised what's in the files. You've already promised. All of these names are in the files, so you better deliver. And then she and Kash Patel got in there and found out, well, gee, it looks like there's not as much as I told everyone there was gonna be because freedmeagle, Facebook said there had to be something in there. And if there wasn't enough, well, now you're here. Welcome to purgatory. And so, yeah, I do think the Trump administration, maybe after the 2026 midterms, might dismiss Bondi or Patel. When you over promise and you under deliver, people are rightly outraged. You told me you had insider information. Oh, you're just like everyone else. You lie about what insider information you have just to bluff your way past the blackjack table. Okay, well, then I hope you're ready for those consequences.
A
Yeah. Well, Tony, this next story honestly has my blood boiling to such a degree, I feel like I've spent the last two decades of my life working against this next story. The new reporting suggesting that the Bush family is planning a comeback in GOP politics. The Daily Mail is reporting there is a plot to end the Bush exile in an effort to take control of the party from President Trump. And they have an eye on the 2028 election. The Bush wing eyeing J.D. vance in 2028 for a primary. I don't know that J.D. vance will be the nominee. I think that MAGA might have some ideas of their own. But how dare they? I mean, look, the last thing this country needs right now is a return to the lies and deceptions and deep state and military industrial complex. And I could just go on and on. Everything we're correcting right now went on right underneath the nose of George Bush's. And how dare they think that they can elbow their way back into any Good graces within at least the conservative side of this party. I don't know, you know, you guys in the Beltway, you hear a different song playing all the time than I do, so I'm gonna let you talk about this.
B
Well, it's good that you mentioned the contrast because normally our studio's in Indiana and as you can see by my lovely surroundings, I am in the Beltway this morning. The smell is unbearable. But there is something different in the way they speak around here. There is this faux compassion that laces a lot of these establishment Republicans. Language that is not actually kindness. It's just worship of the status quo. Because like investors, they want stability so they can do things that they actually are concerned about instead of passing policy which helps the American people, or in the Reagan esque way, getting out of the way. And that's something the Bushes were never able to conceive of by telling you they were very compassionate. They could leave us languishing in wars for decades because it wasn't about winning the war. It wasn't about actually accomplishing an objective. It was about sitting there and pretending that we're meeting the UN's demands for love, hugs and a kiss on the way out. And that's ridiculous as far as this concept that what we really need after the Trump administration is a return to the faux conservatism is ridiculous now. I mean, I might maybe in my predictive analysis suggest that it's very likely to be Vance and Rubio because they really are a good pairing of kind of more populist and the traditional conservative. Neither one of those are Bushian. Neither one of those is this corporatist Republicanism that is so obsessed with the subsidization of whoever's sneaking money into my back pocket that, you know, screw over whatever constituency I have when I'm outside of the Beltway.
A
Well, it'll sure be interesting. I just, for me, it rubs me the wrong way that we're already crowning our next nominee when we haven't even had a chance to have the conversation yet. We're still basically three years away from it.
B
But I just think that they have leadership that we just haven't seen in a long time. When I say analysis, I don't even mean that's necessarily who I would vote for in the primary. But what we see here is something that is so in contrast to Republican. I mean, think about it. Were you this, Was anyone this excited about a VP of any previous Republican administration? I haven't seen that in a long time. Well, we gotta go.
A
Yeah. They're yelling in our ears.
B
Oh, so sorry.
A
We're gonna get put in jail again. But, Tony Cadet, we always love having you on. Thanks for your analysis.
B
You guys are the best.
A

Also, we have a programming note here at rav. We are very excited to share this with you. Stay tuned. This Sunday night, 8pm, for the right news. It is a new show hosted by Javier Negre. It is part of RAV Espanol. And he was in the briefing room yesterday, gave us a little preview of the show. Take a look.
B
We'll kick off with our new media suite. As always. Javier, why don't you start us off and then we'll get to the rest of the room.
A
Go ahead.
B
Thank you very much. My name is Javier Negri. I'm from Spain. I'm the owner of the biggest media platform in Spanish politics with brands like La Verchadiario, IDA TV or UH plus or Busy Graph in Spanish. And I'm happy to be here. Thanks for supporting in the new media. Also in the Hispanic community, we try to fight against media like Chalamendo, ubcm, CNN or NBC News that are spreading fake news and attacking the ICE operations. We will premiere this Sunday, the Real America's Voice, the Rennie show, the French Spanish show against communism and world culture that is promoted by people like Future Soros to bring communists all over the world. Like happening in New York.
A
All right. The man himself somehow made it from there to here. And he sits next to me on the couch. Javier, welcome. We are very excited about this new program. Tell us about it. What can we expect and what are we going to learn and do we have to be able to speak Spanish?
B
Happy to be here. I'm going to teach you, but you speak very well Spanish.
A
Thank you. Thank you. We won't be trying that on this show.
B
The show that we're gonna premiere in the reals, America's Voice. I want to give thanks to Carolyn Levy, to Roxy Parker and all the people that make this channel big is to go directly to Hispanic community. You know, because you have brands, you have TV shows, you have channels like Telemundo, Univision, NBC News or CNN that they are spreading all the time fake news about the ICE operation. They are telling the people that Trump is the bill and they are not telling the people that Trump is deporting criminals, that they don't have papers, that they have legal documents. So it's very important to go and to fight against the woke culture in the Hispanic community because people like Soros, people like the new mayor of New York, they use the Hispanic voters to win the election. So we have a problem in the right wing with the Hispanic community because if you go to Miami, people think that Trump is deporting a lot of people and that's not real. I get my visa here.
A
You're from Spain, so why come to America? To help America save America.
B
I love America. I went to school in Boston, in Suffolk University. I went to high school in Philadelphia, close to Lancaster, in Moon Joy. I love America. I'm living my American dream. I went from Spain where we are having a socialist government that they want to put me in jail because they're attacking the freedom of speech, as happens in Mexico, with the president of Mexico and Javier Milei, the president of Argentina, he invited me to know Argentina to make him an interview. I fell in love with America, with Argentina. I went to America, to the United States.
A
I met some people like Daniel Alvare.
B
Alex, Bruce Levitt, Susie Wiles. I asked them if I can be at the White House and they told me the possibility to have the new media pass. Right. And it's really important how Trump loves new media like reals, America's Voice. Because yesterday in the press conference room, some media told me, hey, hey, why do you have the favor of Levy to be the first to make interviews to her or to make the first question? Yeah. Because five years ago when Trump was attacking by the legacy media that are dead, I was supporting him because I believe him and with my media, Ladrecha Diario Ida TV uhn. In the Hispanic community, we are supporting leaders like Trump. And on Sunday, we are going to tell all the Hispanic community and all the American community that Trump is not a devil and he's the best president for the story of America.
A
Well, he's certainly leading, certainly leading freedom across the world starting right here in America. And so welcome, welcome to rav. Congratulations on your new show. We actually met by chance last night where we were were out. That was crazy. But Javier Negray, we are so excited for your new show. It'll be on Sunday, 8 o'.
B
Clock. 8 o'. Clock. So I'm really excited and thanks to this channel to believe in the Hispanic community and thanks to Levy to give the opportunity to make questions to her because for the Hispanic community, the Democrats took control of the Hispanic media and we have to create new ones.
A
We're fix it. We're going to fix it.
B
So you have to follow me on the social media.
A
BrightNewShow.com is the name of it. Javier, thank you so much for being with us. Thank you.
B
And you're invited to come.
A
Thank you. I'd love to. I'm going to have to brush up on that Spanish. All right, coming up, Thanksgiving lesson in liberty. Stay with us.
B
In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth. Welcome back, everybody, to American Sunrise. Time now for our moment of faith brought to us by Lee Greenwood and the God Bless the USA Bible. And FOCUS Today, arguing about politics and the story of a few bold Christians who did something about it. They changed the world for all of us. Joining us now with more on that, Jim Mosley, the Bible history guy. Jim, what do you got for us this morning? Take it away, sir. Well, good morning, David. You know, when we think of the Pilgrims, most people imagine buckles and bonnets and a big feast. But the real story is a lot more earth shaking. The Pilgrims are the first people in the world to draft a written political covenant declaring that ordinary people had from God the right to form their own government. Nothing like that had ever been attempted, not in Greece, not in Rome, not in medieval Europe. The idea simply didn't exist. It was unthinkable to understand why. We got to go back to the medieval worldview that the Pilgrims rejected. For more than a thousand years, Western civilization believed in something called the great chain of being, a divine hierarchy stretching from God to angels, to kings to nobles, to all ordinary people and finally down to animals, plants and stones. Everything had its fixed place and movement between the Levels was impossible. Under this worldview. The king governed you by divine decree. Your job was just obedience. The notion that you could govern yourself was as unthinkable as suggesting that a stone could become a star. That system dominated Europe for centuries until Scripture broke it open. Beginning with Wycliffe, then Tyndale, and finally the Geneva Bible, the word of God came into the hands of ordinary people.
A
People.
B
For the first time they could read the Bible without asking a priest for permission. And what they found in scripture shocked them. The Bible never teaches that kings are spiritual superiors. Instead it shows God used ordinary believers, shepherds, fishermen, tent makers who are all equal before God. This insight shaped the Pilgrims before they ever got on the Mayflower. In their churches, they. They used underground practices of self government, choosing their own pastures, making decisions together and holding one another accountable. Now, Fast forward to November 1620. The Pilgrims land at Cape Cod, far north of Virginia, the only place they had the King's permission to land. And they find themselves in a legal vacuum. Some of the passengers say, well, we're outside of the King's jurisdiction. We can do anything we want. Anarchy threatened. And so in that cramped cabin in the Mayflower, the Pilgrims turned to the same principle that had governed their churches. They wrote a document that declared that they themselves, not a king, not a noble, not a bishop, would covenant and combine ourselves into a civil body politic. This was the moment that shattered the medieval hierarchy because for the first time in recorded history, free individuals claimed the God given right to govern themselves. They weren't rebelling. They weren't overthrowing a king. They were simply applying what the Bible taught them. If God alone rules the conscience, then God alone grants the authority to govern and grants it to his people. That idea, born in the Mayflower, became the seed of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. Jim Mosley, insightful as ever. Appreciate you. We are back with a second hour. Remembering sunrise in two minutes. Back in the room. Ask the usa. In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth. Welcome back everybody to American Sunrise. We are back with a second hour remembering sunrise in two minutes. Coming up on the second hour of American Sunrise, talk of sedition. Some Democrat lawmakers released a video this week appearing to include encourage members of the military and intelligence community to refuse the president's orders. Now 47 says they may have committed sedition punishable by death. We'll have analysis straight ahead. Plus, the Trump administration turning up the pressure on President Putin and Russia to finally bring an end to his year long invasion of Ukraine. We're going to unpack what 47's next major peace plan could look like. And look later, new calls for term limits. Ohio state lawmakers have pushed through a measure calling for a new constitutional amendment that would introduce term limits for members of Congress. Those details later in the hour. We've got a lot in the second hour of American Sunrise on a Friday. We're starting right now. Good morning America.
A
Welcome to American sunrise. Whether it's culture, we have breaking news to share with you.
B
Politics. President Trump is joining us live now from Florida. We've got you covered. This is what it looks like to be a patriot. We have to protect the American family.
A
The American dream is still alive.
B
I'm David Brody. I'm terrence.
A
And I'm Dr. Gina.
B
Welcome back, everybody, to the second hour of American Sunrise. I'm David Brody coming to you from D.C. let's bring in Dr. G in West Palm T B in our Denver newsroom. Good morning to both of you. Well, Joseph Stalin showing up this morning at the. Oh, I'm sorry. Zoran Mandani, my bad. Showing up this morning at the White House. I'm looking forward to it. I don't know about you guys, Gina.
A
I cannot wait because I know that they both probably have a plan. So it'll just be really interesting to kind of see what exactly their plans are and how they mesh. I have a feeling like this could go a lot of different ways.
B
Including sideways. Yeah, it could definitely go sideways. Since you talked about a plan, let me show you. President Trump again, as you guys have said, is going to host New York's Mayor elect Zoran Momdami in the Oval Office this afternoon. Now, the president's schedule at this point says that the event is closed to the press, but we are hopeful that it does open up so that you can see and hear what the duo ultimately talks about. Mamdani yesterday, though, giving us a bit of a preview of what he wants to discuss. For tens of thousands of New Yorkers, this meeting is between two very different candidates who they voted for for the same reason. They wanted a leader who would take on the cost of living crisis that makes it impossible for working people to afford living in this city. I intend to make it clear to President Trump that I will work with him on any agenda that benefits New Yorkers. If an agenda hurts New Yorkers, I will also be the first to say so. We'll have more on the upcoming meeting from the White House with Brian Glenn here in just a minute. In the meantime, federal investigators are out with brand new photos of a doomed UPS plane that crashed two weeks ago. The pics show one of the plane's engines stalking starting to detach from the plane before the wing ultimately catches fire. Investigators say there is evidence of cracks in the left wing's engine mount before takeoff. That plane wasn't due for a detailed inspection for nearly 7,000 takeoffs and landings. And a rapper with the popular rap group the Fugees is headed to prison for 14 years after being convicted of illegally funneling millions of dollars in foreign contributions to President Obama's 2012 reelection campaign. 52 year old prosecrel pras Michelle was convicted on 10 counts including conspiracy and acting as an unregistered agent of a foreign government. Michelle was facing up to life in prison. That's a quick check of your headlines. Now let's get a quick check of your forecast with meteorologist Tracy Anthony. Tracy, it is now time for our hometown forecast. Good morning. Hey, good morning.
A
You know, this morning we are going to be taking you out to Wyoming, an interesting stat. I know I start to look up some of these cities. So cool. ESTERBROOK, Wyoming, in the 2010 census, 52.
B
People of the population.
A
So kind of cool. We've got a viewer from there.
B
Beautiful forecast through the weekend.
A
But look, as we get into that.
B
Thanksgiving week, those temperatures are, are going to be dropping.
A
And you know, that's kind of a story that we're going to be tracking.
B
Across the entire country.
A
It's looking like it's going to be a chilly Thanksgiving, even Miller's Creek, North Carolina. This coming in from Tea Party girl on Getter. You're going to be dealing with the rain showers, maybe have some fog this morning.
B
We'll clear out for a couple of days to end the weekend. But another storm is going to knock on our doorstep for Thanksgiving as well.
A
And for the last hometown forecast, going to take you down to Sugar Land, Texas, Texas.
B
This from baby mom of three on getter. 86 degrees today. You've been battling record heat.
A
You get a little cool down here for the weekend.
B
But you're going to be dodging those scattered rain showers.
A
So, you know, over the course of.
B
The next couple of days and into the holiday week, Terrence, a few people are going to be battling some travel trouble as we have a big storm.
A
System that's going to sweep across the country next week.
B
All right, Touchdown screen Tracy, TT as you like to be called. We appreciate it. All right, have a great weekend. Let's get you over to David Brody now so we can go to the White House. Zoron coming to the Oval Office, bro. I can't wait. Oh, goodness gracious. For sure. Let's talk about it right now. So let's get to the White House. Brian Glenn, Rav, White House correspondent there on the North Lawn this morning. Brian, my goodness gracious. Well, so much for a slow Friday. There's never a slow Friday. There's never a slow day at the White House. So how is it going to go between Trump and Stalin? I mean, like I said, Mom, Donnie, my bad. I'm so sorry. I'm sorry. Slip of the tongue. My bad. Yeah, it happens all the time here. Sure. Good morning, everybody. We do have that greatly anticipated meeting happening a little bit later day at 3 o' clock, to be exact. I talked to one Trump spokesperson earlier. We weren't sure where Mandani is actually going to enter the White House. If it's going to be behind me along pebble beach, going to the West Wing or be between the executive branch, we don't know at this point. But the biggest question is, will cameras be allowed inside? This meeting right now, as of right now is closed. Press and there are a couple, I guess, scenarios that would allow that to open up. One would be that if the meeting is going great and we seem like there is some type of progress being made between the president and the mayor elect and perhaps it will open up. Perhaps there is a complete go sideways like you guys said. Maybe it doesn't. So President Trump knows that this is a moment, in my opinion, to expose some of the radical ideas behind socialism, behind communism is what he calls it. And also some of the plans for New York City city. Now, a lot of things are on the table. Safety, law and order, affordability, housing things, transit, things like that. So those are topics that will be discussed. But whether or not we all see it as it plays out live is still yet to be answered. To be a fly on the wall in the Oval Office, I really want to see how this goes down. Hopefully it does open up. Brian, want to switch gears a little bit and talk about President Trump's effort to bring peace to the war between Russia and Ukraine. Yesterday, a military delegation was in Ukraine meeting with Volodymyr Zelensky. The administration is out with this 28 point peace plan. Now, what's the attitude there at the White House in terms of how this all may ultimately move forward? And is there a sense in terms of how open Zelensky may be to, to ceding land which is part of the deal? Yeah, right now Ukraine controls Russia, I should say controls about 20% of that country as far as the territory they're able to gain since this escalation has started. So, but what's interesting on this, we know that Zelenskyy and I believe this 28 point plan, Zelenskyy is open to really going through the items on there and ending this war. But on the other side, Russia is denying that there's been any type of talk whatsoever between the US Officials and Russian officials in terms of this agreement. So there's a big mistrust going on right now between I think the three countries. Russia being, I would put most of the blame and mistrust on Russia. But certainly this has been something that President Trump has set out to end even during the campaign to end this conflict between Ukraine and Russia. Russia security guarantees, from what I understand is a part of that 28 point plan, security guarantees for not only Ukraine, but from Europe in that area and all the surrounding countries. So we'll see how it plays out. But it seems like you don't really know who to trust at this point. As do you trust Russia? Do you trust Ukraine? I don't know. I trust President Trump, hopefully, and his amazing team, Steve Wyckoff and others, to get this deal done.
A
Brian, we want to get your reaction to a rumor spreading around Washington, D.C. right now. Reports are circulating that the Bush family is planning to retake the Republican Party once President Trump leaves office. Brian, is the White House aware of this rumor and what is the response? I know the response among MAGA is pretty much over my cold, dead political body, but what's the response at the White House?
B
Yeah, I think the response is the same at the building behind me as well. I think all of us are that. That is a big heck no. We know exactly what happened under the Bush dynasty. The wars that we were dragged into, the thousands of military men and women that died in result of these wars. I don't see how that's possible as long as there's one person in this country that's willing to stand on America first values and Stand on America MAGA principle values. I don't see that happening. But, you know, look, the midterms, we know exactly. There's a lot of people running and people need to understand this. The midterms next year, I think there's 50 plus people in Congress on both sides that are running for other positions or quite simply retiring. Who takes those? Who replaces the Republicans are very important. That could be the beginning of what they would describe as a Bush dynasty rebuilding. So we got to be very careful. We keep the right Republicans in and we keep the wrong Republicans out. Brian, Glenn, great to have you from the White House. Enjoy the afternoon with Mom, Donnie and Trump. That should be interesting. Thank you, sir.
A
Thanks.
B
Thanks, Brian. Thank you. Okay. Coming up, a Florida congresswoman finds herself at the center of a stunning FEMA fraud scheme. Prosecutors say she stole millions in disaster relief. Details when we come back. Welcome back to America.
A
Welcome to American Sunrise. I'm Emily Finn.
B
It is time now to drain the swamp. And this morning, we're flushing out a massive FEMA fraud scandal.
A
Florida Democrat Sheila Sherpilis McCormick is indicted, accused of stealing $5 million in disaster.
B
Funds and using it to boost her own campaign. Prosecutors say she hid the money in.
A
Shell accounts, used straw donors, and even filed a fake tax return while taxpayers thought they were funding Covid relief. The attorney general calls it selfish and cynical. She faces decades in prison if convicted for more. Let's bring in David Brody, Terence Bates, and Dr. Gina. You know, David, I'll go to you first on this there in the D.C. swamp.
B
I was talking to Jake Novak about.
A
This this morning, kind of comparing it to what happened with Jorge Santos. How do you see this playing out? I mean, this is $5 million. That's a lot.
B
Yeah. You know, it feels like we get congresswomen and congressmen up here get censured now, like all the time. It used to, like, never happen, and now it's starting to happen. This feels like more than just a censure potentially coming here, Emily. We'll see what happens. But selfish and Congress go hand in hand. There's no doubt about it. Corruption in Congress go hand in hand. So it doesn't surprise me to see it coming from the swamp. And the sad part is we kind of roll our eyes now, Gina, don't we, at this. And we shouldn't. We shouldn't make it normal. But it's become so normal to the point where there's a desensitization. I can't say that word. I'll try in the break. But you know what I'm trying to say.
A
Desensitization. Yes, David, you know, here's the question. When is the last time we saw someone in Congress or in the US Senate behaving badly who actually served any jail time?
B
Right. None.
A
I would love to see this. Santos, Santos, Santos. But I mean, what, like a day and a half? I mean, and anyway, we all know that whole backstory and how weird that whole thing was, but I would love to see someone who did actual wrongdoing spend some serious years behind bars just for the purpose of. Just for the purpose of sending a message of prevention to others who run for office to do these very things. I would venture to guess there is a significant percentage of people in Congress who are doing illegal things like this, or politicians in general who are doing legal things like this. Governors, state reps, state senators, mayors. I would just like to see people punished when they really, when it is proven that they actually did something very wrong. Because I feel like the cynicism it has bred that nobody ever seems to get punished, that they all seem above the law is such a problem.
B
I suspect you'll get your wish on this particular case. It's not like this is something brand new. Even back in 20, I believe, 2021, 2022, there was already an ethics investigation into this congresswoman. And now, of course, we've got the indictment, which is probably going to move this case forward. It seems on its face, based on everything I've read, that it's pretty clear and cut. And you know, that she probably did. That's the allegation that she used some of that $5 million that she took from those disaster relief funds and put them towards her campaign and use them even purposely. I suspect that this case is going to move forward and you know, there will be, yeah, there's going to be some teeth to the law put to her. I suspect that there will be. That you'll get your wish, Dr. Gina. And that she will face some jail time or a punishment. David, go ahead. What were you going to say? I was going to say it's got to be over the top, egregious. I mean, really egregious. And to give you an example, I mean, Bob Menendez, he's in jail. Willy Wonka senator with the gold bars. I mean, he's in jail. So, but that, I'm sorry, just so I understand, do you not think that this case is over the top $5 million FEMA funds? No, I do. Okay. All right. Yeah, that's Why I make that. Yeah, that's why I make that point. I think this is such an egregious situation and it seems to me on its face that the evidence is there. She's going to definitely face some punishment. And, you know, who am I? That would be my suspicion. I guess what I'm trying to say that in Congress. To your point, Gina, you're right. I mean, it's just they're not punished overall now. But Menendez was. And the reason is, is because it was so rigid, because it was so such a slam dunk. And you know, that's, we just hear.
A
These stories every day and it just feels like nobody's ever punished. And I just feel like it breeds a cynical citizenry and electorate. And that frustrates me because I want everyone to be involved and hopefully. Yeah, yeah. And I'll broaden this out here just for a moment before we wrap this up. This is Covid relief funds that she abused. And not just politicians, but business people, people all over the country abused those funds. I think we're going to see a lot more coming out about that.
B
If we're, I was about to say if we're going to go down that road of COVID relief funds, which you're absolutely right on, then, you know, open the spigot because there's tons of people that have their hands dirty here.
A
So true, David. All right, coming up, we're headed down to Wall street for the opening bell.
B
And a look at why good news.
A
Is best bad news for the markets right now. We'll be back with more American Sunrise in just two minutes.

Take a couple of seconds and go ahead and scan it and you get all the information that you need. All right? As I said just a little bit ago, we're getting ready for the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange. I can tell you that pre market trading, not looking so hot. A friend sent me this text and said that the best way to describe what happened on Wall street yesterday is that it was a wild ride. She really said this, which is what I really enjoyed. She said it popped, then it totally dropped. Now, most of you know me know that I'm a fan of hip hop music, so popping and dropping has a different connotation for me. But I think you get the point. Things went well and then they did not go so well yesterday. So hopefully today will be a bit different. You can see the numbers right now. Again, we'll take you to New York for the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange here in just a little bit. But now let's get you over to David Brody who knows all about popping it and dropping it. Whatever. Yeah, I'm gonna pop a lock and then I'm gonna dislocate the lock. All right. My goodness. Tbates, it's now time for our daily dose. Yes, I'm quickly transitioning. Can you. Well, I'm not transitioning. Slow down. Let's. Let's slow down here. Time now for a daily dose of dollars and common sense. That would be with American Sunrise early edition post. The guy behind Jake's take sub sacks a rapper. The guy that does pop and lock all day long, Jake Novak. Jake, you are a rapper. Just confirming that to begin with, I am Kid Chop Liver. The Chop Liver Crew, two live Jews, the whole thing. Yeah. You are the gefilte fish. Okay, so, Jake, the stock market really, really whipsawed yesterday. We thought we were going to have a big rally. What happened? Exactly? Exactly. This is one of my least favorite scenarios that you see on Wall street every once in a while where good news for America is bad news for Wall Street. We got a better than expected jobs report yesterday morning. Remember that? Delayed, albeit delayed from September. And the markets looked at that and said, oh, no. Now we're not going to get that Fed rate cut we want next month because if the job market is strong, there's going to be less of a reason to do it. And so they had their little tantrums and they sold things off. Now, this morning they got a little bit of a speech from another Fed president. One of the people on the board makes the decision. It sounded a lot more likely that at least he'll vote to cut rates. And so that's why we're seeing those green arrows this morning. This is a tamprum tantrum, pure and simple, by the, by the markets. And it has very little to do with Main street, at least today. Eventually, of course, it will affect Main street, but I hate when Wall street gets upset at bad news, gets upset at good news and cheers bad news. And that happens every once in a while. And it's one of my least favorite scenarios that you see when you watch the markets. Yeah. So the Fed is going to meet in mid December. Right. About a potential rate cut. What about the next jobs report? Will that come out then? Before that? But that's November and that's kind of skewed a little bit because of the government shutdown. How's that going to work? Yeah, they'll get that jobs report before their meeting and it'll be late. It'll be the October numbers actually that they'll be getting in, and November, they're going to get them compounded together. Look, I don't trust these numbers anyway, so. And they're going to do what they're going to want to do no matter what those numbers say. So the narrative that, oh, they got to wait for these job numbers is not, is not really fully honest. Got it. All right. But, but speaking of the stock market, I mean, Walmart actually had a great day even as the broader market tank. Why was that? Yeah, you know, one of the things that isn't rewarded enough on Wall Street. It's one thing when you have a growing company with a great future and people are throwing money at it. Like, that's one thing. And I can see why that happens. It's another when it does actually hit that success. But the real success is when you're succeeding and your direct competitors are not in the very same conditions. And that's what we saw this week. Earlier this week we saw Target reporting numbers weren't very good and the stock sold off. Walmart, a direct competitor with Target, did have better numbers yesterday. And their numbers, they soared. That stock was up 6%. The broader market was really selling off yesterday and Walmart got a 6% jump. That is the kind of reward that I like to see when you're really up against your competitors and beating them. And Walmart's doing that right now. And as you know, I'm predicting a strong number for Walmart all throughout the Christmas season because that website is so much better. So they're, they're, they're winning in a tough atmosphere. Yeah, 20 seconds or so. But I guess some very bad luck or really bad safety measures in place at that key aluminum plant. Regarding Ford. What's going on there? I mean, are you kidding me? We had this fatal, terrible fire earlier this year at the Novellas aluminum plant in Oswego. Really hurting Ford and gm and they said, okay, we'll be back up by December. And that was good news. They had another fire yesterday. Who is the fire safety manager over that place? This is really frustrating to me. This should not happen. And they had another major fire yesterday. Something's wrong. Something's wrong at that plant. Plainly said. Yeah. Karen Bass, clearly from Los Angeles in charge of the fire situation. Okay, maybe. Thank you so much, Jake. Have a great weekend. All right, gotcha. All right, time for T. Bates in Denver for the opening bell. Sponsored by amac, the association of Mature American Citizens is the conservative voice for Americans 50 and older. AMAC is fighting for the values that you hold dear. Join today, together we can right the course of America. All right, folks, we're getting you ready for the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange. It is set to ring here momentarily. We are less than a minute away. The applause is actually already underway. It looks like fidelity is there at the podium. So hopefully in short order we'll get an idea of what the market's looking like today. Hopefully there'll be a rebound. You just heard Jake talk about the fact that it was kind of up and down, started really, really strong, and then the bottom fell out yesterday. Hopefully we will end the week on a much better note. So there you have it, ladies and gentlemen. The opening bell is ringing, which means the markets are now opening and the people with the slips are scurrying around trying to get those first sales of the day in. Here's how things are looking at the moment. The Dow and the S P 500 in the green. The NASDAQ just went up as well. Really only a couple of blemishes on the board. Otherwise, things starting on a pretty, pretty positive note based on what we're seeing here on the board right now. Hopefully again it stays that way. We'll continue to monitor it for you. In the meantime, an organic skincare brand called Purence has been turning heads recently in Elle, Cosmopolitan and LA Weekly. To date, they are helped or they have helped. Constitution. Ohio law. Lawmakers are calling for a national convention to impose term limits on Congress. They're pointing to decades long careers on both sides of the aisle. We'll have the details next here on American Sunrise. All right.
A
Welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. G. Happy freedom Friday to you. Thanks for joining us this morning. We invite you to hop on in our conversation on YouTube. Getter and Rumble. It is time now to take the political pulse of America and the beat. Today, a group of Ohio state lawmakers pushing to change the U.S. constitution by adding congressional term limits. The proposal, known as Senate Joint Resolution 6, just cleared its second hearing in the Ohio Senate. Backers of the resolution cite longtime holdouts like Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer love to get rid of them as reasons to push this measure through. Supporters also say public opinion is on their side. In a recent poll from U.S. term limits, they found that 78% of Ohioans favor a constitutional amendment to make it happen. Two thirds of states would have to call for a national convention and Ohio would become number 13. But even if this resolution passes, it wouldn't change the law by itself. Instead it is a formal statement from the statehouse, one aimed at pushing a centuries old debate back into the national spotlight. Just like socialism, term limits sound so good. Joining us with reaction now is the co host of Cowboy Logic here on Rap, Donna Fiducia. Donna, hot topic here. As you know, even on the conservative side, I think you probably know by now, I'm extremely opposed that I will debate anyone, anywhere, anytime on this topic because I am so convinced term limits is something that the politically elite would love for the populist Americans here to support so that they can grab onto even more control. Donna, what say you?
B
Well, like you say socialism, you look under the covers, it's not so pretty. Well, first of all, Dr. Gina, when all of this came into play, when you had two years to be in Congress, maybe four, maybe six, then you were supposed to go back home and start running your farm and going back to work. Whereas the senators, they were a little more, I guess, affluent. So they got six years, maybe 12. Well, now it's turned into a situation and I can see why Ohio lawmakers would want this because these people are in there for life. I mean, look at Nancy Pelosi, look at Chuck Schumer, look at Chuck Grassley. If I want to be on the right side as well, it's ridiculous. However, I moved down here to Georgia 22 years ago. So I'm going to tell you a personal story. I met with my congressman at the time. Time. We've had two different congressmen since the first guy retired. The second one retired. Now I'm on my third one. I call the office, they pick up the phone and they go, oh, hi Donna, how are you? And I'm like, so obviously it's the same people, these unelected bureaucrats that are in all of these agencies, in all of these congressmen and senators offices. It's the same people and they really run things. So if you have term limits, it's not gonna do you a damn bit of good to get rid of them because they'll just put in another face. That's what's so scary.
A
Boom. And then all the institutional knowledge and the way to use the system right is in the hands of unelected bureaucrats and lobbyists, don't forget. And political consultants, don't forget. My family has a political consulting firm. So like I'm all about, you know, making money. I Have no problem with that.
B
But.
A
But I do have a problem with the power being transferred, voted voluntarily away from the voter by themselves and handed over to unelected bureaucrats, lobbyists, and political. The political consulting class. It is dangerous. It takes the power away from the people, and it moves that power rung one step farther away from the American people. It is disgusting to me. And there's a reason why this is very popular right now. Politicians and the politically elite and the political class would love nothing more than to take more power away from the voting people and give it to themselves because they'll make more money and have more power. I have a problem with that because I like good government. I love my children, and I don't want this to happen to our country.
B
They hate us. They hate us, they hate us. And it's showing more and more and more. They're getting more brazen about it. You would have thought when Hillary Clinton called us deplorables back in 2016. I'm thinking maybe she might move a little bit to the right to get elected. But no, they went farther to the left. They're exposing themselves now outright, calling for treason, essentially, and still getting away with it. That, too, is very, very frustrating because, you know, you've got those bureaucrats that are in there, and until we clean house and get this righted, we are never going to get things back to normal.
A
But, Donna, let's cut down.
B
So time limits don't work.
A
What is the answer? Because term limits is not the answer, like any of us who've been involved in the system. And I think the example that you gave is so solid that the staffers all know your name because they've been there through three congressmen. The congressmen don't know what they're doing, and they're being manipulated oftentimes by the lobbyists and the staffers in the political class. But Donna and I feel like I'm constantly educating. I'm sure you do, too. Everyone running, everyone just elected. I'm like, no, no, no, no, you don't want to take money from that group. No, no, no, no, you don't want that. The endorsement from that group, etc. The answer, though, Donna, just quickly, we've only got 30 seconds left, but the answer is it just act more activation of the base to be more involved to. To vote out the bad guys. What's the answer?
B
Clean house. I really. I really just think everything needs to be gutted and started over again. That's what's really sad. Look at what's happening to the judiciary. Look what you talk about consultants. I was at a rock and roll radio station and the consultants told us to stop playing Beatles music years ago. I mean, this goes to show you how these people have their own agendas. They run the ship. And unfortunately, we the people are just told to sit down and shut up and we're not gonna take it anymore.
A
And often the consultants are paid behind the scenes for things that the voters don't even have any idea about. Donna Fiducia, you are amazing. We love you. Cannot wait for your show this weekend.
B
Well, we got a big one this weekend. Thomas Speciali, who got in John Brennan's face and Brennan came back at him. J. Sixer, Rachel Powell, homeschooling mom talking about what she saw in prison. And our CBD guy, Tim Roberts. We'll see you this Saturday and Sunday in the barn party.
A
All right, Donna, thanks so much. Thanks for joining us today. And hey to you guys. You want to know how you stay engaged? You join our RAV Ambassadors. Here's a preview of what you're missing out on.

Speaking of RAV Ambassadors, joining us now with the RAV chat room report is RAV family member, chat room dweller. Chat room dweller. That's hilarious. You put that on your business card. Carefree Largo, Good morning to you, sir. What's happening in the chat room this week? Well, it has been a whirlwind of activity this past week and a lot of fun to sit back and watch. I've hardly left the house, but I'm just exhausted this Friday from watching Everything that's been going on, it's been a lot of fun. So what we did this week was just to throw some questions out into the Internet there and see what all of the viewers coughed back up. But before I say that, if I could just mention something about what Donna just said with regards to support staff. All support staff in Washington could immediately be put on a 1099 contractual basis, taken out of the federal government payment system, taken off the federal government seat for benefits and long term term benefits, put into the private sector after a 48 month training period as a basis and then let them go build a career and that would take care of all of that problem immediately with the stroke of a pin point. Good point. Just saying. Political analysis from Carefree as well. I like it, I like it. Well, it would save the taxpayers trillions over the next 20, 30 years. Just saying. All right. At any rate, we threw it out there last week. Just asking people what you guys on Rap have done. One that the viewers enjoy the most. And what we got back was one from Dr. Jennifer Jamie Irvin, new to RAV Ambassadors. She really appreciates American Sunrise and Early Edition. Jake and the crew that give the nation of Israel all of its attention and it's so important. And a special thanks she gives to LFS6B for a special shout out they gave to her son. You know the 6B crew is also and a rare family favorite. We say it all the time. The best two hours of every single night are with LFS6B. We also got a response from Rickers in the Getter chat who says that the war room has been on fire and loves cowboy logic. And Donna, I say it all the time. You gotta love cowboy logic because there is nothing smarter. And a brand new friend, Laurel Ann Gulan from the RAV Ambassadors also says Steve Gruber has been informative every single morning. Loves his reporting on Islamic issues, hoping they get attention and hoping they get solutions. So that was the stories that everybody liked the best. So we had to flip that coin, David, and ask what did you like the least? Because wouldn't be fair or honest if we didn't throw that in there. And we did get some responses very, very quickly from my buddy Rickards over in Getter. Laurel Ann and, and the RAV ambassadors had one word for us and that was Epstein. They are just disgusted and tired of Epstein. Myself, I am, I'm right there with them. I understand it. I, I get it. I want the victims to take the ball and, and move forward and I want our country to get back on the track of running the country's business. I myself would be carefree. Carefree. What are they upset about specifically? That. That they don't want to hear any more about the story or. Or what? In a nutshell, yes, they're tired of hearing about it. They want to see something done. They want to see people perp walked. They want to see accountability for what's been done, not just to the president, but to the country. When people constantly throw out there that President Trump is simply going after retribution far too often no one in the room says retribution for what? And if we force them to answer that question, it might solve a lot of that. Very nice, Carefree. I wish we could spend all this time, so much more time talking to you. It's just great. You channel the chat perfectly. Thanks for being here. We really appreciate your time as always. Hey, we appreciate you having us. And Happy Thanksgiving. Happy Thanksgiving to you. I hope you overeat just like me. Thank you, my friend. All right, more American Sunrise after the break. Don't go anywhere. I think I'll eat during the break actually. Let's spill some tea. Let's spill some tea. Is fueled by Artillery Tea Company. It's the only America first veteran owned tea brand out there and their mission is to maximize flavor with whole leaf blends and chemical free tea bags. There's no junk here, just real tea. Here's a tactical advantage advantage. Each bag brews twice. So just go to artillerytco.com and use the code RAV for 10% off of your order. That's artillerytco.com it's premium tea that's mission driven and brewed for the brave. In the cup today, the co founder of Artillery Team, Mike Britton. Mike, always good to see you my brother. We are soon going to be at Thanksgiving so I get a chance to end this week week with you. Let's talk a bit about the brew club. Last time I had you on, you guys kind of started this new effort. How are things going with that? Thanks, Terence. Yeah, the reception's been really good so far. Just to remind everybody, what we did was we took it from a simple subscribe and save fifteen for subscriptions and we changed it to the Patriots Brew Club where you can get tiered discounts up to 20. Now you get free shipping on all orders. Now that wasn't a thing before either either. And then we're also doing milestone rewards.
A
We're at the second shipment, the fourth.
B
The sixth and the twelfth. You'll earn a free reward we have, you know, custom stickers that you can't get anywhere else. We have challenge coins and we have custom mugs you can't get anywhere else on the, on the shop. And then a free T shirt on the 12th shipment. You know, and it sounds to me like this might be a good option for someone that's looking for a Christmas present for someone you know, this is. But even that would be a good thing. Maybe even the tactical brewing kit that you guys have several options even to start the holiday season off on the right note. Yeah, for sure. I wanted to also talk about that tactical brewing kit. We put this together here. It's actually on the shelf behind me. Fresh off the shelf here, Terence. So we put together this kit. What it has is a field ready thermometer for use in the field, a magnet that's called the precision brewing cheat sheet sheet. And so our tea works a little differently. Right.
A
Because it's whole leaf.
B
You have different brewing instructions for black, green and herbal teas. And so we have a cheat sheet on there that's a magnet can go right on your fridge and it'll tell you how long to steep each kind of tea and at what temperature. There's a sticker in there that is not available on the shop at all. And you also get 15 off your next order. And so I wanted to come on the show today and announce the launch of this kit for the holiday season. It's already $20 off on the, on the site. And today we're going to offer an extra 10% off with the code brew kit. Ah, okay. All right. So I'm sorry, but you've got to explain the field ready thermometer like that. That sounds super aggressive for making tea. Yeah, we wanted something that'll last a while, so it didn't, we didn't want it to be digital and then something you can take out camping. And so this is what it looks like here, if you can see that. So it's a dial thermometer. There's a protective sheath on it.
A
And you can use it out camping.
B
You can use it in the kitchen anywhere you want. It'll. It'll take cold weather, rainy weather or anything there. So it's meant to be packed out in a, in a, in a bug out bag or something like that and brewed out in the middle of the woods. Okay, I get it. Really quickly, before we let you go, 10 seconds. Give people all the information on how they can take advantage of some of these deals. You can find them on our website. This product right here, the Precision Brewing starter Kit at checkout. Just enter that code brew Kit. And then also on the main page of our website, you'll see a link there that says, join the Patriots Brew Club. If you're interested in that. Once you click that link, it'll have all the information, all the benefits, and all the, all the signups. You can also cancel that brew club anytime. There's no commitments. You can swap out flavors. There's, there's maximum flexibility with that. All right, Mike, always good to talk to you, my friend. Continued success. Thanks so much for joining us this morning. And happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. You, too. Thank you, sir. Thanks so much. Still to come here on American Sunrise, it is Puppy Friday. Our friend Tommy Nahab is going to join us with some adoption options for you this week. All of that's coming up.
A
All right. Welcome back to American Sunrise. It is Puppy Friday. It's Freedom Friday. And you know what that means? It means that we are putting the spotlight on some real heroes. The team from to the Rescue. They work hard every single day to help dogs find loving, forever homes. Joining us now, our good friend Tommy Habib. He is host of to the Rescue. Tommy, I just love what you're doing. I love everything about it. Tell us about this incredible adoption effort and how to the Rescue is changing lives, not just rescuing dogs, but rescuing people with dogs one wagging tail at a time.
B
Tommy, what an introduction. Dr. Gina, thank you so much. And this is one of my favorite days, Puppy Friday.
A
Yes.
B
You know, we, so we do this special thing. To the Rescue. We have the adoptable dog of the week. And this week is Kingston. He's a sweet. You know, this dog really has to be adopted. He's been in the shelter way too long. But he's, he's there. He is seven years old, about 70 pounds. He's a male. He's sweet, mellow, loves short walks, loves to watch tv. So this puppy, really, let's get him adopted today. It's so important. And if you do, we're paying for all the adoption fees. Whatever it takes to get your puppy to wherever in the country you are, are. It's so important we get Kingston adopted today. And if you click on that QR code right there on the screen, you can learn more about Kingston. He's at the SPCA of Texas. You hear my puppy Winston back there? He's going, dad, wait a minute. Let's adopt him and bring him home.
A
There you go. There you go. Maybe Winston needs a friend.
B
He does Need a friend real quick. Yeah, I'm sorry, Dr. Gina, go ahead.
A
No, I was just going to say I love that you do this and I love that you are. The thing that people don't understand is when you rescue a dog, they really do rescue you, Tommy.
B
They do.
A
You know, one of the reasons one of the biggest prohibitors of people adopting more dogs, you know, two dogs are better than one. My opinion is 11 are better than one, but that's just me. Is the cost of veterinary care, which has corporatized, gone through the roof. But you have a way to fight it with your pet insurance. People can find out about that also when they click on the QR code. But you tell us a little bit.
B
Yeah. So you know, the moment to to that a dog needs emergency care at a veterinarian is not the time to figure out how you're going to pay for it. And that's why we created this mission to the rescue pet care. And two, if you go to Real America's Voice on the website, you can see the banner but understand 71 cents a day. That's it. 71 cents a day can get your dog protected. It starts at 71 cents a day. It just depends on your dog's age and everything thing. But it's all risk free. So you can try it and not even never have to worry about it.
A
Yeah. I mean, that really is just so reassuring to folks who, you know, who maybe want to adopt a dog. They want that companionship, they want that rescue. And this can keep them from having that stress of oh my gosh, am I going to have my dogs always pull stuff on the weekends and I've got to go to the emergency vet and you walk in the door for thousands of dollars. It's terrifying. But if you have that pet insurance, you're covered. You don't have to worry about it. Right, Colby, you are.
B
And Colby, so sweet. Can I just give you one quick tip because this is our my proverb, my tip of the week.
A
Sure.
B
So you know, a dog learns from a warm heart. He doesn't learn from a loud scream.
A
Yeah.
B
So when you're training your dog, better to train him with treats than a shock collar. So remember out there, take care of those pups. They learn by love. And you can also go DM me, go to my Facebook, send me your questions. I'm happy to talk to you about your pup training tips, health tips. Yep. And we'll help take care of it.
A
We love you, Tommy. Thank you so much, everybody. Click on that QR code and join him and bring a little love into your life. This Friday. All right, you guys. There they are. There's my partners in crime war room up next. Go boldly now. Have a great weekend. See you guys Monday.
