Who will be speaking and what is the mood like at Turning Point USA just days ahead of the final goodbye. We'll have the very latest for you. Plus, the clock is ticking down towards a potential government shutdown. Ahead, how Democrats are trying to play hardball on negotiations. We'll have a lawmaker, a sitting congressman joining us momentarily. And more and more reaction is coming in regarding ABC suspending Jimmy Kimmel's show indefinitely for comments regarding Charlie Kirk's assassination. Those stories and so much more right now on American Sunrise. Good morning America. Welcome to American sunrise. Whether it's culture, we have breaking news to share with you. Politics. And President Trump is joining us live now from Florida. We've got you covered. This is what it looks like to be a patriot. We have to protect the American family. The American dream is still alive. I'm David Brody. I'm terrance. And I'm Dr. Gina. Good morning, everybody. I'm David Brody here in D.C. hope you're well. Happy Friday to a degree. It's been a tough week. Week, tough 10 days actually. Let's go ahead and bring in Terence Bates in our Denver newsroom. Terence, good morning to you, sir. Gina will be along in just a little bit. Happy Friday. It's, it's been a long, long, not just week. It's been what now, almost 10 days? Nine days now. And we know September 10th is turning point, really Turning point. Yeah, truly like Turning Point USA obviously is impacted very heavily, but it is a turning point for our country. And on Sunday, as we memorialize Charlie Kir, I think it will be another emotional turning point for the country, particularly for conservatives. Speaking of turning point, they posted on X David, that the Turning Point board has unanimously elected Erica Kirk as the new CEO and chair of the board. In prior discussions, Charlie expressed, excuse me, to multiple executives that this is what he wanted in the event of his death. So Erica Kirk, Charlie's widow, will now be the CEO and head of the board there. And so it's going to be interesting to see how she continues his legacy, but more importantly, how Turning Point USA continues to push his message forward. Yeah. And to say it's a no brainer is obvious. Let's bring in Dr. G as well, who's here on Friday. Dr. G, the memorial service this weekend, you and I will be there. Steve Bannon will be there. We'll be hosting the coverage. Check out Rav this weekend it's going to be, I'm not quite sure what to expect. I mean, we kind of get a sense of what to expect on paper and what we think it'll be. But that's where the Holy Spirit comes in. And who knows exactly how this is going to play out in a very positive and uplifting and emotional way. I think you're exactly right, David. I think those descriptors fit it to a T. Also thrilled and congratulations to our good friend Erica. Yes. You know, this is. I love the description you guys were talking about. I think it was on Jake's show where I was hearing this. Right. Where he was talking about how in New Orleans, they. They do the parade through the streets, and it starts out very somber, but turns into a celebration. I have a feeling that's kind of the direction this is going to go. But the thing to remember is to keep those, especially those closest to Charlie, in terms of his team, his producers, his friends that were close and around him every single day. A lot of our folks here at rav, by the way, and Erica and her children in your prayers, because it comes in waves, you know, and it's going to come back and it's going to hit him. I figured out my grandmother's birthday was yesterday and that she's been dead 22 years and I still cry about her. And I thought, oh, my gosh, how is this going to be for Erica and the kids? You know, how is this going to be? So keeping them in our prayers is a really important thing. Yeah. So from prayer to the Bible verse. Take it away, Dr. G. Yeah. All right. Bible verse today, First John 2, 15, 17. Of all things, you guys, when we don't do the Bible verse, wow, the chat gets all up in our grill. Yeah, they do. Do not love the world or the things. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world is passing away, and the lust of it. But he who does the will of God abides forever. I have to tell you, a friend of mine just wrote, she said, if you look at the ABCs of Revelation, those of you who memorize Revelation through a mnemonic device, I'll recognize this. She goes, I think they've all come true. She said, do you think Jesus is coming back next week? I said, I sure do hope so. David, you've got something for us, Go ahead. I do. I don't have the Book of Revelation memorized, that is for sure. No, no, no, I meant just that Jesus coming back. Details. Yeah. My friend Char is like you know those. Do you think they've all happened? I'm like, yeah, yeah. I don't know so well. I got those details memorized for sure. All right, President Trump now back home this morning, everybody. He sat the White House after wrapping up his second state visit to the UK this weekend. He's going to head to Arizona, of course, for Char Charlie Kirk's memorial service on Sunday. Here is what the President had to say about Charlie in the UK Take a look. Just last week, a great American, Charlie Kirk, was heinously assassinated for speaking his mind. He was a great young man, credible future. Some people said he might be president someday. I told him, I said, charlie, I think you have a good shot someday at being president. And he just wanted to take care of youth. He loved youth. He was. I've never seen anybody relate to youth like Charlie, and they related to him, and they're devastated. But I appreciate the many British citizens who have offered their condolences. And again, Charlie was a great person. We'll be going out to a service on Sunday. I'll be leaving with some of the people in this room just to celebrate Charlie and all that he's done. So incredible. Never seen anything like it. All right, for more, let's bring in Tennessee Congressman Tim Burchett. Congressman, always good to see you. You know, you wonder what's going to transpire on Sunday. It's going to be momentous. Charlie would have loved the fact that Jesus will get top billing at the event. You know, Charlie technically wasn't a pastor, but in many ways, he definitely was a pastor. Good morning to you, sir. I couldn't have said it any better. I think, you know, he wasn't the bumper sticker kind of Christian. He lived it, and he meant it, and he. And it showed in what he talked about. You know, he was. He was criticized for. For talking about what was the norm in this country for several hundred years. And then in the last few years, we've allowed it to be sidetracked, I think, by our colleges and our universities. You know, we're doing a victory lap right now over, you know, all these people that are getting fired and taken down, so to speak. The problem is, is the culture that produced them and the people that hired them are still in place, and they'll go back underground. And it's kind of. If you are from the south, you've seen kudzu, you know, you can. You can literally nuke it, bring in goats, do whatever, and you think you've got it cut down, but it's just cut down to the soil level. And then a few weeks later, it'll come up in five different spots. And that's. I think that's what we need to be vigilant in. I can remember my last conversation with Charlie. It was on the night that we passed the big beautiful bill, and he was asking me where I was at, and I was talking to him about my strategy. It was in between. It was about 2:30 in the morning, actually. I just walked out of a meeting with the speaker and he was talking to the president and on the phone, and we talked about strategy. And I hope that we use this time as some real strategy, not just doing a victory lap, pounding our chest, saying, look, and look what we've done. We need real revival in this country, not just some flash in the pan. And I think that's what Charlie stood for. He stood for long term. He was always out there slugging it out. And I think as conservatives, we need to do that as well. We need to continue the fight, but we need to make sure we understand what's causing it, and we need to change that. Congressman, I want to play you a clip of one of your colleagues, Jasmine Crockett of Texas here in a minute. But just out of curiosity, are you planning on going out to the memorial service on Sunday? No, sir, I'm not. I'm not even sure if we're going to. We're going to get out of here this weekend. If we, we shut the government down, I suspect we'll be here over the weekend. So. No, you know, I want to talk about that. You opened the door. But first, let me play you this clip, as I promised, of Jasmine Crockett. And I want your reaction to that. We've got to talk about, like, what it means when you're running for president or you're running for one of these higher offices, and you go out there and you talk about beating people up. You go out there and you say things like, I could shoot somebody in the middle of the street in New York and I could still win. We got to talk about, like, that. That is next level. Me disagreeing with you, me calling you, you know, I want to be Hitler. All those things are like, not necessarily saying go out and hurt somebody, but when you're literally telling people at rallies, yeah, beat them up, and that kind of stuff. Like, you are promoting, like, a culture of violence. So we need to talk about, like, what it looks like when you don't promote a culture of violence. All right, Congressman, your reaction to what you just heard. And then since you opened the door, I'd also like you to address the whole issue of trying to get these appropriation bills passed, or at least get a CR Passed to keep the government open and what's happening behind the scenes. I know I'm putting a lot on your plate, but you look like you're a pretty healthy man and you like to eat. I blocked it all off for you all this morning. I figured we'd get into some more than we usually do. You know, Jasmine's a friend of mine. We serve on oversight together. And I don't wish her any ill will, but she is gravely mistaken. You're talking about President Trump, who was shot once in another attempt on his life. You've got Steve Scalise, who was shot, and the guy had a Republican hunting list. That's what it said. And then the FBI ruled it as a suicide by copying. And the guy had been out there several days, stalking us, out, waiting, waiting for the right moment. And he took that right moment. And so I guess the irony of all this is that, is that, you know, they keep throwing that back in our face, but it just doesn't hold. You know, we've had Democrats that were shot, and the reason they were shot, they weren't liberal enough, according to the people that shot them. So, you know, it just doesn't. And MSNBC, goodness gracious, over 100 times in the last couple of weeks, they've called President Trump a fascist. So, yeah, they're inciting the violence. They know it. They got their hands caught in at this time because Charlie Kirk got assassinated. But what I worry about is members of Congress that are out there. You know, we have Jewish members that are. Have been targeted. We have one member I was told I was with yesterday that has over 50 threats. You know, we have members that have. Have to hire outside security, and it's ridiculous. And we've got to start taking this stuff serious, and we've got to call out some of our colleagues that are. That are going way overboard because I have a wife and a daughter, and I want to get home to them. But the truth is that they're not as is. They're not safe at all. And I feel like up here we're wide open, and our leadership needs to start taking all that serious on both sides of the aisle, and they need to start calling down the. Calling out the members who are saying this stuff. All right, I'm sorry, Dr. Gina, but I still would like the answer about the potential of you and your colleagues working over the weekend to try to get this CR passed or to try to move forward. What's happening behind the scenes? Sorry, Dr. G. But I think it's an important point to address. Currently, the Democrats are asking for over a trillion more dollars. I don't like crs, but if we have to pass a CR to keep from the shutdown and keep from spending more money, then I, I could hold my nose and vote for it. Several of us, though, are concerned about the security and may hold out till we get the proper funding for that. You know, we, we found $600 million for Ukraine in this NDAA and they claim the president asked for it when in reality I talked to the White House and the president did. It was just the war pimps in our own party that wanted more money for that. And they're voting by their portfolios. They're not voting for the safety of the world, in my opinion. Congressman Burchett, thank you so much for your time. Be safe. Thanks, Congressman. Thank you. I'll be safe. Appreciate you all very much. Appreciate you back, too. We get so excited on our production calls when we find out you're coming on. Coming up, we check out the hottest headlines from the RAV newsroom with T. Bates. This news break is brought to you by AMAC association of Mature American Citizens. That is The Capitol. The U.S. capitol. I've seen it, I've been in it. I hear it's a kind of a cool place. Well, then again, there's a lot of corruption there. Welcome back everybody. By the way, we're waiting for the gop, the or I should say the entire House to vote on a GOP resolution honoring Charlie Kirk will monitor developments this morning and we'll see if any Democrats vote against. It would not surprise me, obviously, in the slightest. All right. Coming up as well, we've got President Trump basically said, not basically saying, he is saying that Antifa is a terror organization. He has officially designated him, designated that group as that. We will have more details if I can spit it out. But first, T. Bates standing by with the latest headlines from the real America's Voice newsroom sponsored by amac. The association of Mature American Citizens is the conservative voice for Americans 50 and older. AMAC is fighting for the values that you hold dear. Join today. Together we can right the course of America. A 24 year old accused stalker is dead after killing three police officers and injuring two more. The murdered officers were honored with this procession following their killings during a domestic related investigation. Detectives say the killer ambushed the officers as they entered a home at the center of that domestic dispute case they were working. Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro condemning the attack while US Attorney General Pam Bondi is calling violence against police a, quote, scourge on our society and never acceptable. The suspect was eventually shot and killed by police. They believe he had planned to ambush his ex girlfriend who lived at the home. But instead, the detectives walked in. The suspect reportedly fired numerous rounds, killing the first officers and then engaging other officers in a shootout. Dozens of protesters, including 11 New York Democratic lawmakers, have some questions to answer this morning after being arrested at a Manhattan ICE facility. The group included New York City Comptroller Brad Lander as well as the city's public advocate, Jumaine Williams. They were all reportedly taken into custody after trying to force their way into the facility when they were denied entry, though in their words, to ensure compliance with a court order requiring ICE to improve conditions at its lockup. Well, that's when they tried to take matters into their own hands. In all, at least 71 people were detained here. The incident marks the latest clash between the Fed, specifically immigration officials and Democrats who are opposed to President Trump's immigration policies. That's a quick check of your headlines. I'll, of course, have more headlines coming your way in just a little bit. But now let's get a quick check of your forecast from meteorologist Carissa Kloss. Karissa, I don't know if you know this group, Tony, Tony, Tony. They had a song in the 90s saying it never rains on in Southern California. I actually had planned to sing the song to you. But then I realized that I don't sing well. So I'll just give you, I'll just give you the lyrics. But for the last hundred days, I thought, oh, they might have been on to something. And then this week happened. Yes, the remnants of Mario, the leftovers of a tropical system. And don't think I'm gonna let you get away with not singing to me later, Terence, because I'm gonna follow up on that, don't you worry. But we still have a lot of that moving through California. Southern California starting to dry out a bit. But we still do have some flood watches in the heart of the state that could see some heavier rainfall totals. We also have some moisture moving east from there in and around Phoenix and working its way into New Mexico. And we still could see some scattered showers and thunderstorms across the Southwest as we go through the weekend, clearing out during the overnight hours and hopefully a little bit quieter as we head towards the Sunday. But I want to give you that Phoenix three day because it's looking toasty, looking clear. Maybe just an isolated storm. A poorly placed thunderstorm could delay some flights and cause some issues there. Same for the heart of the country where we have a big low pressure system that could bring us some strong to severe storms, especially in Kansas. So heads up for you guys today. And then some cooler air behind a cold front that's working its way through the Northeast where it's going to feel like fall there this weekend, Terrence, and hopefully some other spots feeling like fall for football tonight. All right, Chris, appreciate it. I may not sing, but maybe I can work up enough courage to hum for you next hour. We'll see. Thanks so much. Okay, there you go. Up next, what does President Trump designate? What does President Trump designating antifa, a domestic terrorist organization, ultimately mean for the group moving forward? Board, we'll discuss. Stick around. More American sunrise coming your way. Miami, Florida. I've been there, obviously, quite a few times. I hear it's swanky. Me and swanky don't necessarily go in the same sentence, but. But nothing against Miami. Welcome back, everybody, to American Sunrise. All right, President Trump says the US Is trying to get Bagram Air Base back from the Taliban after the Biden administration's disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan. Take a look at this. They just went through the Afghanistan total disaster for no reason whatsoever. We're going to leave Afghanistan, but we're going to leave it with strength and dignity, and we're going to keep Bagram, the big air base that one of the biggest air bases in the world. We gave it to him for nothing. We're trying to get it back, by the way. Okay, that could be a little breaking news. We're trying to get it back because they need things from us. We want that base back. But one of the reasons we want the base is, as you know, it's an hour away from where China makes its demand, nuclear weapons. So a lot of things are happening. I love how he's president and media pundit. A little breaking news, FYI, a little breaking. All right, for more, let's bring in former FBI Special agent, former Navy SEAL Jonathan Gilliam, a friend of our show, of course, Jonathan, so help me through this. We're going to make a deal with the Taliban. Wait, so help, help me out here. What's going on? Well, if anybody can, I guess President Trump can do that. And you know that that base should have never been given back the way. Of course, this is no surprise to everyone. The way we got out of that base was, was terrible. There was no thinking strategically. When we pulled out a Bagram, just the way we did, it showed weakness, but it gave back a huge strategic stronghold that goes far beyond just the Taliban in Afghanistan. So I think it's probably been on the minds of a lot of DoD executives, excuse me, Dow, now the Department of War executives and realists like President Trump. And see, that's the difference. Again, when we look at the left, we're not looking at realists. We're looking at people who make emotional decisions or people who make decisions that benefit, benefit them somehow, but do not benefit the nation. So this is probably, I would say, would benefit the nation strategically for many different reasons. Jonathan, you and I have talked a lot offline this week about Some of the theories that are out there, I'm not going to call them conspiracy theories, people asking intelligent questions. And I think it's the right thing to do. By the way, I do not conclude with the governor that said, stay off of your social media. Don't stay off of your social media. Be citizen investigators. That's important. But as you and I have been talking this week about the ballistics surrounding Charlie's death, which we don't want to get into. But I just want to ask you about this because you said something to me that struck so true. And you said, we don't have all the facts yet. We don't have. And there's a lot of missing facts. Gina, you said. And so we can't really do analysis. But so far, and I don't want to put words in your mouth, but our audience really cares about this topic. So I wanted to bring this to you in front of them with them invited into the conversation. From what you can see right now, the investigation to you, I hope I'm not putting words in your mouth. Please correct me. Seems to be on the mark. You feel like they're doing a good job and we're not being lied to, at least with what the information that you have right now. Am I surmising that? Pretty well? Sure. That's how. Look, Darjeea, I don't get involved in conspiracy theories. I just stick with the evidence that's presented to me. I'm not an investigator on the ground. So any assumption I may have, even if it's an educated assumption, if it doesn't have evidence to back it up, then it's more likely to be not true. And I've seen this from many different vantage points. I've seen it from being an investigator on the ground. Not to get too graphic, but I was the first person on the scene for multiple aircraft crashes in New York. Some of them had fatal injuries. And at one point, the media was reporting that there was a baby pulled out of the Hudson river. When it was not a baby, it was an arm. And so you have. I was there. The media wasn't. They were in a helicopter several miles away. So I've seen things from both sides of the camera. And I just want the people to realize that when somebody puts a video up, especially if they have ominous music or if they say they're an expert and they're just going against and saying there's no way this could be done, and then they state their reputation on it, well, if they don't have the Information. If they don't have the intelligence that's being put out from the ground, then they can't make 100% decision on things. And what we think looks normal or looks like this is the way it has to be. There are certain parts of evidence that will just blow that completely out of the water. It's just not revealed to us because they're still hunting to see if other people were involved in this, which I do believe could be the case. Yeah, yeah, I think it's really important. I think the thing that throws everybody off is that we still have some so little information from Butler, Pennsylvania, and what happened there that it makes us very cynical. And I think it's okay to be cynical and ask those questions. I really do. But you want to warn against the clickbait. And I love how you outlined. If they have ominous music and they say there's no way that happened and you've never heard of them before, they have no reputation to stake. You might want to think twice or just flip over to Jonathan Gilliam, because he does know this stuff. Yeah, go ahead. Go ahead, T. Well, Jonathan, want to. One other thing about that. You know, the things about when they say that this guy's giving a signal or that guy's doing things. You know, the people that they had in the video, which is one of the biggest rumors that they were saying that one guy was giving signals, that individual is a friend of Charlie Kirk's, and then the other guy was his security guard. These things are. They get to a point where it's so ridiculous that people that I know that are professionals are writing me that. When I say professionals in the industry of law enforcement and saying, can this be true? And I'm like, you've got to be looking at the evidence. You know, if you don't know more than 30% of the evidence, then you don't know the truth. Great point there. I want to play this sound bite from Vice President J.D. vance, who's basically blaming Charlie's assassination on left wing political radicalization. Let's listen to this together. And then I'd like to get your thoughts. You talk to the shooter's mother, you talk to the shooter's father, you talk to the local district attorney, you talk to the FBI director or the deputy director of the FBI. You look at every ounce of evidence that we have, and it is clear this is a person who grew up in a pretty normal family, actually had a pretty good home life, who was radicalized by the far left, by the social networks of the far left by the ideas of the far left and got so far down the path of radicalization that he killed my friend. That is is not a both sides problem. My friend is dead because of left wing political radicalization. And if you want to cut that out, then be honest about it and look yourself in the mirror. Jonathan, your reaction specifically as it relates to radicalization? I think when most Americans think of radicalization, we think of it in religious terms, not in political terms. At least. Maybe it's just me. Go ahead, though. Look, if J.D. vance keeps talking like that, he's going to have to be put in charge of the FBI because that's the way I'd like to hear Cash Patel talking. That is the reality of the biggest national security threat in this country. And this radicalization by the left. I mean, I want you all to really seriously think about this. Look at the besides natural disasters, look at what has occurred in this nation that has been a security issue or a murder on a political scale. Every single thing that we have faced, everything that we have faced has been a leftist issue. It's been spawned by the left or pushed out by the left. And the indoctrination that's happened in schools, that's pushed out transgenderism, gender confusion, causing children to kill themselves and get parts of their bodies cut off, all that comes from the left. And it comes from grooming and then indoctrination and then a call to action. It follows the ant, the first and second intifada, the same formula that they used, where they went from concept to verbiage to action. That's what's happening here. And I think making antifa a terrorist group is the first and greatest thing Trump could do for this. Jonathan Gilliam, have a wonderful weekend. Great analysis as always. Love having you on the show. Thank you. Thank you. All. Smart guys are always bald, so I get it. That's right. Well, as I get older, I'm getting smarter then. So thank you. And under the microscope today, the Trump administration now demanding answers after revelations that several mass shooters had been on psychiatric drugs, some powerful SSRIs and antidepressants. This is, of course, before committing their atrocities. Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. Has launched an investigation into whether these meds might contribute to violent behavior, citing shockingly little research despite multiple cases where shooters were on prescribed psychiatric meds. Critics warn that while many people take these drugs without incident, drug labels themselves admit likely hostility, impulsivity, agitation. And the government must do a full, honest inquiry so the American people are not kept in the dark on this. This isn't about blaming the sick. It's about accountability and protecting sick citizens and ensuring that if medications are a factor in shootings, medical prescriptions are scrutinized, data is tested, research is done that isn't funded by Big Pharma. That would be a good start and that justice is ultimately served. If these drug companies are covering up studies that prove that SSRIs can cause some of the violence we've seen, they should not be held harmless. And it is a new day, though, and a new administration is in Washington, D.C. and brought a lot of positive changes when it comes to fixing our broken health care system. But there's only so much government can do if we want to make America healthy again. It's going to start at home, with you, with me, with each of us. And that's where the wellness company comes in. You see and hear from their doctors all the time on this network. You know their products are the gold standard when it comes to keeping you safe and healthy. The Wellness Company gives you the opportunity to be sure you're prepared for whatever comes your way with their series of prescription medical kits. These kits have an assortment of life saving medication guidebooks that'll tell you how to use the medications in the kit. Also, the wellness Company offers a variety of products from parasite cleanses to methylene blue weight loss. So much more. These can help you stay healthy and live a longer, more satisfying life. So make America healthy again, you guys. It starts at home. Do your part. Protect the health of yourself and your family. Go to TWC Health RAV today. Give it an order. That's TWC Health RAV. So this morning, more and more reaction is coming in regarding ABC's decision to suspend Jimmy Kimmel's show indefinitely. Former President Obama slammed the move and is blaming the Trump administration. Obama posted on X. After years of complaining about cancel culture, the current administration has taken it to a new and dangerous level by routinely threatening regulatory action against media companies unless they muzzle or fire reporters and commentators it doesn't like. For more, let's bring in the managing editor for news busters at the Media Research Center, Curtis Haack. Curtis, want to get your reaction to all of this. You know, I think a lot of people agree that what Jimmy Kimmel said about Charlie Kirk was awful. It was horrible. However, the free speech, you know, the First Amendment absolutists think that this is crossing a line. Yeah, I think I would say that Disney has a right to, you know, no one has a right to a television show, Emily. And I think that's really true here in the reporting that's borne out since then because people see the comments made by Brandon Carr. Then a few hours later, the affiliates start pulling out and they think there's something going on here. But reporting in the last 2412-24 hours from people like the Hollywood Reporter, the Wall street journal and even CNN.com have borne out the fact that Disney executives, thanks to the viral tweet sharing Jimmy Kimmel's comments by our late night beat writer juice busters, Alex Christie gets over 15 million views at this point, way more than Jimmy Kimmel ever gets that. Advertisers were starting to complain, affiliates were starting to complain. And so they spoke to Kimmel about what are you going to say about this? And he was going to Double down, triple down. And he was going to attack MAGA and say it's their fault that they're taking me out of context, so on and so forth. And they said, this guy doesn't get it. He needs to be put in time out and we'll see if he gets the message in a few days. So that kind of, at least for me, changes the picture just slightly to say that abc, you know, they have a shred of decency when it comes to realizing what's good and bad for business. Curtis, CNN media analyst Brian Stelter slammed the move and said it's bad for democracy. Listen to this. America is a less free place. If late night comedians cannot do and say what they want, of course they can be tuned out. People can change the channel. That's how we vote. That's how we have our say in America. But this really does have a chilling effect across the American media. And it's not just me saying it. We've heard from the group Fire in the past few minutes, the free speech group Fire saying, quote, the government pressured ABC and ABC caved, quote, we cannot be a country where late night talk show hosts serve at the pleasure of the president. But until institutions grow a backbone and learn to resist government pressure, that is the country we are. Courtesy reaction. Yeah, I don't recall many of these people coming to the defense of folks like Tucker Carlson everyday Americans that were censored during pandemic. Brian Stelter himself talked about the need to censor conservative media saying, you know, people don't have a right to be on television and you know, we need to engage in what he called harm reduction. So it's a little rich to hear that coming out of there from Brian and I would just say on Kimmel. We've been tracking the guests on Jimmy Kimmel since Alex took over late night shows full time for us in September 2022 and through June. There have been 58 times a liberal Democrat guest, activist, journalist has appeared on his show. The only two times a conservative Republican MAGA non liberal person appeared on the show. That was Mike Lindell twice. So it was really just one person to really make fun of him. So Jimmy Kimmel is not interested in comedy. You watch his monologue, they're not jokes. There's no punchline to them. It's only there because he is clapping seals there with the claws line in Hollywood. And last thing I'll just say is you also have to make money, gang. I think that's the Colbert lesson as well. And I'm sure Kimmel has a staff. Similarly, Colbert and 200 people. It's Los Angeles, so things aren't cheap. Yeah, yeah. When's the last time you heard of a conservative being asked to host any of those shows that they those award shows? Or was the last time you heard of a contract that a conservative turned down for late night TV on any of these networks? Curtis Hauck, always on it. Thank you so much. Thanks again. If you're already drinking coffee, why not drink one that actually works with your body, not against it? Head to 1775 Coffee.com Rav and try rejuvenate Coffee Today. Don't just wake up, rejuvenate. All right, now that we are caffeinated, it is time to stay awake, not woke. And who is woke today? One of America's biggest liberals and most woke in this country, Ben and Jerry's co founder, Jerry Greenfield. Greenfield is out at the ice cream company quitting over claims Unilever silenced his activism. He's still missing the point. Americans are done funding brands that attack their values. The company has been losing support ever since it started pushing anti Israel messages and radical left garbage. Greenfield complains they lost independence, but maybe they just lost touch. Patriots don't want propaganda in their freezer. They want ice cream, not ideology. Let's bring in the gang. Terrence, want to go to you first on this one. I don't eat any liberal garbage in my ice cream. I don't know about you. Yeah, you know, when these companies decide that they want to be political and they want to delve into something outside of what their business model is, then these can be the consequences. You can lose business and people can decide to go elsewhere. That's just part of it. And so that's why, you know, if I were running a business, I would stick to what I do best, or at least what I'm hoping to sell best, and just stick to my product, stick to marketing my product, and stay out of everything else because it's ultimately going to cost you. Dr. Jean, I think we've seen that. Yeah, you know, I'm fine if Ben and Jerry's wants to be lefty. It used to be they had the only ice cream that was really sort of a gourmet style ice cream. So if you wanted that ice cream, that was pretty much your choice. Unless, of course, you lived in St. Louis and you had Ted, but that's a whole other subject. But today, oh, my goodness, there's so many great brands of ice cream owned by conservatives. Parallel economy, guys. Let Ben and Jerry's do all their stupidity and lose money. I don't care. We have so many good ice creams on our side. There's one out of Ohio that Senator Bernie Moreno sends to me with some regularity. It's the best ice cream I've ever had and the name is blanking from me, but I will put it in the chat later. But that is the best stuff ever. There's so many, though. Just look for conservative owned. You can ask Chat GPT these days. What's a conservative owned ice cream brand? They will spit out a bunch of things. You can order it. Forget Ben and Jerry's. They're dust in the wind. Yeah, you mentioned stupidity. Here's a good business model for you. Try to alienate 60 to 70% of your audience. Yeah, that's not going to quite go over well. And by the way, he also said, Jerry said, quote, it was always about more than just ice cream. It was a way to spread love and invite others into the fight for equality, justice, and a better world. No, actually, Jerry, it is actually about the ice cream. Just give me some ice cream. Okay. Yeah, yeah. Don't need a side of activism with my ice cream. All right. Great discussion this morning, you guys. Coming up, a different kind of powerful message. Faith, family and truth during these dark and terrible days. God Bless the USA in the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth. Welcome back, everybody, to American Sunrise. Time now for our moment of faith. It's brought to us by Lee Greenwood and the God Bless the USA Bible in FOCUS Today. The week that was it has been a dark and discouraging couple of weeks in our country. The headline are weighing us down. The forces of darkness seem overwhelming. It's easy to feel stuck. But that, of course, is when we turn to the Bible for perspective. Joining us now with Biblical insight is one of our favorite guests. That'd be Jim Mosley. Jim's the author of the Duke of dc. He's also author of the appropriately titled Discovering Jesus's Disciples and the author of a new book with our own Dr. G called the Days of Creation by Heart by Teaching Children How God Made the World. That is a wonderful book. They're all wonderful. Of course, here we call them the Bible history guy. Jim, good to see you. So, look, nothing quite like feeling joyful, but it's been hard. Charlie's assassination, everything going on in the news. What about biblical advice here? What can you give us here to impart to, in essence, help to rediscover that joy. Jim, good morning. Good morning. Well, yeah, it's been really, really difficult to rediscover that joy. But I think if we look to the Apostle Paul, we get an example of that you know, for 10 years, he traveled the ancient world planting churches. And he went through beatings and stonings and shipwrecks, but still his ministry was on fire. And then everything changed. He gets back to Jerusalem, and his own countrymen vow to kill him. So the Romans place him under guard to protect him. Him. Now he sits for two long years in custody. Now, this is a man who lived to preach. And it must have felt like chains on his very soul. But he didn't give up. He sent Timothy to Ephesus at that time to act as a bishop. And then he wrote a letter that we know called First Timothy to give Timothy some guidance. But beyond that, he was stuck. Then, after two years, he was shipped to Rome. And on the way, he went through storms. He was shipwrecked. He barely survived. And when he got to Rome, it was time to hurry up and wait again. Two years under house arrest, chained to a guard, waiting for Caesar to hear his case. So imagine that. A guy who once shook whole cities, he's now confined in four walls. But he refuses to let himself be stopped. In prison, he wrote five ageless letters. Philippians, Ephesians, Colossians, Philemon, and Hebrews, along with a lost letter to the Laodiceans. And these writers aren't filled with despair. Writings aren't filled with despair. They're filled with joy. Philippians mentions joy more than a dozen times. Paul says, rejoice in the Lord always. Again, I will say, rejoice. Think of that. He wasn't on vacation. He wasn't free. He was chained, and he was rejoicing. Why? Because Paul knew the world didn't define him. Christ did. He wrote, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. He wrote, he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion. And he said, greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world. So even in chains, Paul's ministry grew. His guards heard the Gospel. Members of Nero's house heard, came to Christ. His prison became his pulpit. Now, we've been through some discouraging days, for sure, but if Paul could rejoice in prison, we can rejoice in Christ. Greater is God than all our troubles. So I say, rejoice in the Lord, like Paul says. Again, I say, rejoice. Amen. And you say, you know, when you say rejoice in the Lord, one of the things you just said there is that how they were thinking and meditating on God and, you know, making sure that that was the thing, that that was the main thing. And, and I think without that, I have to be honest with you, Jim. You wonder how people get through life when you think life is just happenstance and you have no guide or any sort of underpinning. And, and Christ is the underpinning for all of us. Otherwise it's all just a crapshoot. And how are you, how are you going to get through that? That's not going to give you joy at all. We got seconds or so. Well, we live in a fallen world. And the only thing that makes that fallen world livable and beautiful is the fact that God's spirit is within us and within the world. And that's what I think he left us here for. You know, after Eden, he could have just waved a magic wand, so to speak, and put us all into the new heaven and new earth. But he left us here. And I think it's because he gave us a mission. That mission is to stand against Satan, to stand against darkness, to stand against discouragement and be lights for Christ. And you know, when you do that, there is a joy in it, despite the fact that we have to go through all these terrible feelings about horrible things happening. Jim Moseley, you bring us joy every time you're on, so thank you for being here. Appreciate it. All right, we're back with the second hour of American Sunrise in two minutes. Stick around. We've already named the four GOP holdouts on this show. The question why? What's next? We'll have the details. And the man accused of assaulting Charlie Kirk reportedly spent hours in dark online chat rooms. Coming up, a look at how these digital echo chambers twist minds. Those stories and so much more right now on the second hour of American Sunrise. Good morning, America. Welcome to American Sunrise. Whether it's culture, we have breaking news to share with you. Politics. President Trump is joining us live now from Florida. We've got you covered. This is what it looks like to be a patriot. We have to protect the American family. The American dream is still alive. I'm David Brody. I'm terrence. And I'm Dr. Gina. Welcome back, everybody, to the second hour of American Sunrise. I'm David Brody coming to you from D.C. let's bring in Dr. G in West Palm and T. Bates in our Denver newsroom. Good morning to both of you. You know, Charlie Kirk was supposed to speak at Colorado State University last night, and instead, guess what? Oh, there were people that showed up.7,000, some are saying up to 10,000. There were thousands of people that showed up for a prayer vigil there. And of course, Dr. G, as we know, the big memorial service for Charlie will be on Sunday in Glendale, Arizona, at State Farm Stadium. 80,000 plus. And they're already, apparently they're building. Not building, but there's going to be another room or another area where the overflow crowd will be. It's going to be wild on that day. You and I will be there. Rav's coverage, along with Steve Bannon will all be there. Gina, you your thoughts? Good morning. Yeah, good morning. This will be like something we've never experienced. You know, it was funny when I was debating going or not, because I'm already hosting, sponsoring a couple of different memorial services for Charlie that are upcoming here in Florida. And so I said, you know, I don't feel like I need to be there. I don't think Erica's gonna know that any of us are there. That would be the main reason I would go would be for Erica, because I have so many upcoming things. We're going to honor Charlie, but, you know, this will be very different. And my friend said, but it's going to be such. It's going to be witnessing history. And I said, you know, we witness history. All. It just seems like everything we do is witnessing history these days. We are in very historic times. And that's really true. And something to keep keep in mind. But we do. We are excited about this coverage. It's really the honor of a lifetime to get to honor him like this, David, and to be on set with you and our good friend Steve Bannon, I'm just really humbled that we get. We get to be part of this and bring this to our audience as intimately as we plan to do so. There's nobody that can honor Charlie like Rav because, of course, this was his. His home network. And so, Terrence, we know we'll be seeing you on some of that coverage as well. You'll be, I think, in Colorado at the studio. But we're all looking forward to honoring Charlie's memory. Really? Did you get a note that I didn't get? Dr. G. I thought you told me. I'm joking. I'm like, I thought you didn't mean to assign work. I thought you told me this. T. I'm sorry. I'm sorry, Dr. Gina messing with me. It's early. I mess with. You know, I will be in tomorrow or Sunday. Excuse me. I might even be in tomorrow as well, but I will be a part of our coverage on Sunday as well. I'm sorry. I couldn't resist. I couldn't resist. Anyway, let. Before I get us in more trouble, let me just get to this morning's headlines. President Trump back at the White House after wrapping up his royal state visit in England. While overseas, he signed an economic cooperation agreement with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer worth more than $100 billion. The British government reportedly expects the investment package to create 7,600 high quality jobs in industries ranging from clean energy to life sciences. Before heading home, though, President Trump shared a bit of what he described as breaking news about Afghanistan. We were going to keep Bagram, the big air base, that one of the biggest air bases in the world. We gave it to him. For now, nothing. We're trying to get it back, by the way. Okay, that could be a little breaking news. We're trying to get it back because they need things from us. We want that base back. But one of the reasons we want the base is, as you know, it's an hour away from where China makes its nuclear weapons. So a lot of things are happening. And more immediately, the president is actually shifting his focus to Charlie Kirk's memorial service. It's going to be on Sunday. 47 leads a list of high profile speakers at the event, including Vice President J.D. vance, as well as cabinet members Marco Rubio, Robert F Kennedy Jr and Tulsi Gabbard. Now, all of this comes as Erica Kirk was just named the new CEO and chair of the board for Turning Point usa, which of course is the organization that her late husband Charlie founded in a new release. You're looking at it here. The announcement was made, the organization writing, quote, all of us at Turning Point USA have a special role in carrying Charlie Kirk's mantle and completing his vision of bringing us all closer to the Lord and fostering a prosperous country for generations to come. Sunday's memorial service will be held at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. Make sure to tune into Real America's Voice. We, of course, will have live coverage for you throughout the day. And in other headlines, the Senate GOP invokes the nuclear option in order to change Senate rules to get dozens of President Trump's nominees confirmed. The 48 confirmed Trump picks will fill diplomatic, military and other administration posts. The list includes names like Kimberly Guilfoyle, who of course will serve as ambassador to Greece. Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich's wife, Calista Gingrich headed to Europe as well. She is set to be President Trump's media intermediary in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. She previously served as ambassador to the Vatican. All of the nominees were confirmed along party line votes after Senate Republicans changed the rules so that a majority vote could move large groups of nominees through the confirmation process. That's a quick check of your headline. All right, let's get you over to meteorologist Karissa Claus for a quick check of your forecast. I wish I would. I wish we could dance together, Terrence, as you come. There you go. We'll do the middle school dance where I kind of keep a distance and just sway back and forth. There you go. We're living right here. We're living right here. But we might be singing in the rain in parts of California. We've got flood watches still in effect. We had Mario, a tropical system out of the eastern Pacific moving north bringing rain for the first time in more than 100 days in Los Angeles. And some of that moisture pushing into the desert southwest. We've seen some powerful showers and thunderstorms. Even some flash flooding in Arizona could see on and off monsoonal storms as we head throughout the weekend. But the chances for those are going down as we head to towards Sunday. So keep that in mind. We also have a very soggy pattern for the heart of the country with an area of low pressure and a cold front that's going to be working its way to the east. So St. Louis, a few showers this morning all across Oklahoma, a few boomers earlier today, and then we'll continue to see a few more strong storms there. The east coast pretty quiet and cool. But Terrence, it looks like a little bit of heat for the Southeast with highs in the 80s and 90s. All right, Carissa, appreciate it. We'll see you soon. All right, let's get it over to David now. David, good morning, sir. Good morning, T.B. morning, sir. Yes, good morning. Top of the morning, sir. Thank you. All right. The House votes this morning on a GOP resolution honoring Charlie Kirk and condemning political violence. Democrat leaders say they'll support it as Republicans call it simple stand against violence. Joining us now, Congressman Randy Weber from the Lone Star state of Texas. Congressman, Democrat leaders say they're going to support this. It'll be interesting to see. You would hope that there would be no Democrats that would vote against this resolution. But I'm not necessarily holding my breath, though. What do you expect and when is that vote expected to happen? Do you have a sense? Well, thanks, David. We appreciate Real America's voice. And what y' all doing? Getting the word out. You know what? I've been here 13 years. I've watched this for a long time. And it's been getting worse and worse and worse watching the Democrats just trample on basically so much of what our founding forefathers meant for this country. They wanted civility. They wanted compromise. That was a big three syllable word. We learned they wanted to project and to use Christian Judeo values. Right. Judeo Christian values to govern. And yet our friends across the aisle, some of them seem seem to be so intent on destroying those. I'm not quite sure exactly what to expect. I'm glad the leadership for the Democratic caucus has said that they plan to support it. We'll see what the rank and file do. Yeah. When is that vote, by the way? Real quick. It's probably going to be this morning. Yeah, it'll be around 10, 10:30. You know, this is the last day. Of course, people try to fly home sometimes around noon or 1 o', clock, some part of the flights. So it'll be this morning. Okay. Hey, you know what? I was going to go one place, but I'm going to go another place. You said people try to fly home. We were speaking with your congressman, Tim Burchett of Tennessee, just a little while ago, and he raised the idea that potentially you and your colleagues would stay in Washington, D.C. to try to work on the CR to try to get that passed. Where do you stand on that, what are you hearing? Well, absolutely, we need to stay here and do the people's work like we were elected to do. So absolutely, I'm all in favor of that. If we don't get it passed, as we pointed out, Terrence, there's a lot of division between Republicans and Democrats on a lot of issues, really, not just the financial issues. And quite frankly, sadly, if you watch what they're doing, we think the Democrats do everything they can to tear down Trump and his agenda. I've never seen, you know, I'm 72 years old. I've never seen this much angst on the side of a political party in my life. So we'll see what happens. If we need to stay here to get the bill passed, we should. We'll see what the Democrats do. But again, if it's got any President Trump's name written over anything to do with it, and it does, you know that the Democrats are going to be opposed to it. Congressman, changing gears a little bit, four of your Republican colleagues blocked a censure of Ilhan Omar, the vote falling to 214 to 213. She, of course, mocked rather Charlie Kirk's assassination. They called it free speech. Congressman, I want to name those four, by the way. Corey Mills of Florida, Jeff Hurd of Colorado, Tom McClintock of California and Mike Flood of Nebraska. Congressman, how do you balance free speech claims with the argument for censure? Well, look, there are certain rules of decorum for the floor of the House, as y' all are well aware of. And in history, only six, if I remember the math correctly, only six members of the House have been expelled. I don't know, it's 100 and something have been censored. When they're doing that kind of vile discussion, the bill what's her face did acceptable on the floor of the House. If she's so unhappy with what we're doing here in America, you know, she could always go back to her home country because we're about civility, we're about building up American people, about building up the American country, doing what's best for Americans. And we ought to have some give and take. As I said that three letter word complex compromise. And for somebody to be that vile and that out of touch with our system, my opinion, she doesn't belong in the U.S. house. Yeah. Congressman. Randy. Congressman, great to have you. Go ahead. Can I just follow up very quickly? I know we're running short on time, but Congressman, you use some words that I think are key. You use civility. And decorum. And I've been asking a number of your colleagues this question. So I'll ask you this question. What role do you see colleagues, Congress, you and your colleagues having in terms of bringing civility, decorum back to the national conversation during this time of divisiveness in our country? Well, let me be real quick. Real quick, Terrence, thank you for that. If you watch the video, when we were going to pray, Lawrence, Lauren Boebert of Colorado asked if we could pray out loud and the Democrats lost their minds on the floor of the House. Until we get back to working together, I'm not sure that, that it's going to be an easy, it's going to be a very uphill task to get this done. And when they were talking about a father of two, a husband of a woman who was portraying Judeo, Christian values freedom all across the country in exactly the civil way it should be done. They mock him and they hate the fact that we would actually pray for his family. I don't know, Terrence. You know, stay tuned. Evil hates good. Well, that's it, Gina. Exactly right. It's strange. A spiritual battle. You can't have unity because good and evil do not coexist together for sure. Randy Weber, great to have you. Really appreciate. Congressman, thank you. We appreciate you all. Appreciate you back. Thank you. God bless. All right. It's like a love fest. That's nice. All right. So look, when we come back, Charlie, Kirk's close friend is going to speak out. He was with Charlie on stage when he was murdered and he was also in the van on the way to the hospital. His testimony on what he experienced that day, well, I've watched it. It's one that's going to stay with you forever. It's not to be missed. We're going to play it next. Welcome back to American Sunrise, everybody. Obviously, the huge memorial service for Charlie set for Sunday in Arizona. Rav, of course, will have live coverage. I'll be there. Steve Bannon, Dr. G. All three of us anchoring the coverage and the RAV team on the ground. We will do Charlie proud. This is a day we did not expect, obviously, so soon. Looking back to that horrific day, Dr. Frank Turek shared his account of what happened September 10th. He was there on stage with Charlie, who is, by the way, not just a very close friend. Charlie was like a son to Frank, and he recounts the moments after Charlie was shot. This is hard to watch. It is. He gets very emotional. There's detail here. Here it is there. Now here's what Erica wants me to relate on Sunday. This is going to be the hard part, but maybe also the comforting part. Charlie Kirk was literally like a son to me. I have three sons. He was like my fourth son. My three sons are a little bit older than Charlie. He was like my fourth son. So when he was hit, if your son got hit, what would you do? What would you do? I got in the car because if there was any way I could save him, I had to do something. Not. I couldn't just take them. You guys got it. So they got him into the side of the car. It was an suv. It was the SUV we took over. And I'm on one side, and there's actually some video of this. Somebody's taking video of this. I'm on one side of the car, the right side, and they're getting Charlie in. So I run over the other side. But the. The guy was dragging him in is now blocking that entrance. So at that point, I run around to the back. I pop the top, the back gate open, and I jump in the back. The car lurches forward. Apparently somebody jumped in the car, so the car lurches forward. So I almost fall out of the car or the suv. Then I grab the thing and. And close it. And there's five of us in the car now. Justin is driving. Dan is up front with the. With the gps. Rick has got him. Rick's on my left, and Brian is there, and I'm coming over the back seat. And Charlie's laid out in front, just right in front of me and Charlie. So tall. We can't. We can't close the door. We drove four miles somewhat. I don't know, it's four something miles all the way to the Hospital with the door open. To this day, I don't know how Brian stayed in the car because we're just go, go, go, go, go where? You know, we're trying to do, we're trying to stop the bleeding. You saw it. And I'm yelling, come on, Charlie, come on, come on. Meanwhile, my phone is still on. My son and daughter in law are hearing this whole thing. And his security team again. Justin, Dan, Brian and Rick, they love Charlie, but they were much cooler than I. I mean, they're just carrying out their calmly, but they're swiftly doing exactly what they were trained to do. Rick starts praying out loud. I'm praying out loud. We're yelling, come on, let's go, let's go, let's go. My son's here in all this. And we're, we're doing the best we can to navigate traffic. This is not a highway. We're on surface streets and suddenly there's an ambulance coming toward us. And there was conversation in the car. Should we stop? We're like, no, no, just keep going, just keep going. The doctor later said that was the right thing to do. Ambulance goes by us, we're still heading to the hospital, trying to get there. At one point, somebody says, let's get there in one piece. Because we're just, we're cutting through intersections. You know, we're just beeping the horn. This is not an emergency vehicle. There's no, there's no lights. There's none of this. And I go, we got to start cpr. So I try and start that now. Charlie wasn't there. His eyes were fixed. He wasn't looking at me. He was looking past me, right into eternity. He was with Jesus already. He was killed instantly and felt absolutely no pain. That's what I was told later, but of course we had to try. And by the way, there was just nothing, nothing any of us could do about it. We were giving him cpr, but nothing was happening. It wasn't like if we had better first aid or we had better medical facilities or we were faster to the hospital, we could have saved him. We couldn't. So if that's any comfort at all, Charlie didn't suffer. He was gone. He was with Jesus, absent from the body, present with the Lord. That's where he was. Now, it is true. When we got to the hospital and they started working on him right away, they did get a pulse back. And so Rick and I were just, everyone's praying. We're just praying for a miracle. We had a small sliver of hope. And the doctor later said that we got a pulse because Charlie was a very healthy man, but the shot was catastrophic. So 20 or 30 minutes later the surgeon came out and said he was dead. Charlie's no longer with us, but his heartbeat, that will continue. You can count on it. We're back in a moment. We're getting ready for the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange. It is going to ring here in the about six minutes or so. We of course will take you there live the moment it happens. In the meantime, a quick look at our board here. Pre market trading looking good on all of the major indices, the S P500, the NASDAQ as well as the Dow Jones. All three are in the green at the moment. This is pre market trading. We'll see if there's any change at all the moment the bell rings again. We'll take you there live once that happens. But first, let's get you over to suburban Maryland. So just outside of Washington, D.C. that's where David Brody is hanging out. David, at some point I'm going to slip up and actually give your whole address. So I try to be cute because I know you, but at some point I'm like, yeah, you know, he's over Alpha 55th and give everything. Well, at that point you can give my Social Security number as well. You might as well just put it all out there. I'd say you can give my exercise regimen, but then there's nothing to report on that front. By the way, I'm just seeing that President Trump is having a phone call. It started at 8 this morning. So what about an hour and 20 minutes ago with President Xi of China. So that is being reported. And I say that in the context of the Fact that you were just mentioning the stock market. So we'll kind of see how the news of that potentially plays and affects the stock market today. Okay, time for our daily dose of dollars and common sense with American Sunrise. Early Edition host. The guy behind Jake's take substack, that'd be Jake Novak. Jake. So I guess who needs government economic reports when real businesses are busy working? Especially apparently FedEx. What is the latest from them? Good morning to you, sir. Yeah, yeah. You know how much I love those government economic reports. Yes. No, I don't. I don't love them at all. They're not reliable. Forget about even, forget about the partisanship which we know sometimes bleeds into them. They're just, they're so useless. But Wall street bets on them. It's as if they're betting on a horse race, which at the end of the day doesn't really matter. But anyway, FedEx reported a very strong quarter, really blowing away their profit expectations and doing pretty well with the money coming in as well. Look, look, folks, FedEx, when it does well, the economy has to be on some pretty decent footing. I don't know if that means it's a very broad based economic boom, et cetera, et cetera, but it means that again, the things that they're telling us are hurting the economy, like tariffs, et cetera, probably aren't. There's probably other. There are other things hurting the economy. Home prices, mortgage rates, the fact that it cost an arm and a leg to get childcare and go to a job. These are things that are actually hurting our economy. But if tariffs were such a huge problem, David, FedEx, which is a very important economic indicator, better than a government report, wouldn't be making such good profits. So you have to understand that before we can have a discussion about what to do to fix things or make things better. Yeah, let's talk about the weight loss drug wars they're raging on. Major victories being declared now by a certain company. What company Is that, Mr. Jake Novak? Yeah, it's called Novo Nordisk. No, it's not a computer disc company. It's a Danish pharma company. They're the ones who make wegovy. They make a lot of these other injectable weight loss drugs and they've been going after the holy grail of pharma for the last couple of years, which is a pill that can replicate those injections, those jabs that you do in the side of your leg or in your stomach or wherever you do them. This, now, they say they've done it. They say they have a wegovy version in a pill version that helps you lose about 17% of your body weight over 15 months. That's almost as good as the injectables. But David, again, remember, these injectables and these drugs orally as well have incredible side effects. And you can never get off enough for some people. It's the right thing to do. I'm not trying to. This is not a judgy thing. I'm just trying to put it all out there. Don't forget, just because you're not sticking yourself in the leg, that's basically the only convenience of taking the oral pill. Yeah, you got your weight loss disclaimer for sure. We got about 30 seconds or so. We got this ice raid at the Hyundai plant in Georgia and it just keeps producing one new outrage after another. So what's the latest outrage, Jake? The latest outrage is chutzpah. South Korea is saying, gee, those illegal aliens that you caught 300 of them and we promised to hire Americans, they may have experienced a human rights violation when you arrested them. And then two days later, they got flown on a nice jet back to South Korea. This is just outrageous. There's going to be more stories like this, David. And I just can't believe that the South Korean government's willing to do this. They should be happy that it wasn't worse. Absolutely. Hey, you're going to cook some challah this weekend, by the way. Just curious. In the oven in a few minutes. Bake in the oven. Sorry. Jake Novak. Great. Great to have you enjoy it while the jets lose. All right. Appreciate it. Yeah. Heading back to T. Bates in Denver for the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange. All sponsored by amac. The association of Mature American Citizens is the conservative voice for Americans 50 and older. AMAC is fighting for the values that you hold dear. Join today together we can right the course of America. We're getting ready for the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange. It's set to ring here within the next minute or so. Momentarily you'll hear the applause and then of course, we will count down until we actually hear the bell and the markets officially open. I can tell you that pre market trading so far looking pretty decent. All of the indices are in the green. Those investors. Investors are hoping that that is going to stay the same or even improve once the bell rings. JP Morgan Chase is at the podium right now. You hear the applause, which means we're moments away from the opening bell and the market's officially opening and then we'll get a better sense of how the markets are looking. So right on cue, there you have it, ladies and gentlemen. The markets are now officially open on this final day of trading for this work week. And look at that. All of the major indices once again in the green. The dow S&P 500 and NASDAQ are all up. Just a couple of blemishes, excuse me, on our board. And crude oil would be one of them. Hopefully crude oil being down means that you'll get better prices at the gas station. That's something that each and every one of us probably wants, but in general, not too shabby of a start. Hopefully it will be an even better ending to this day of trading. Welcome back to American Sunrise on this Friday morning. We appreciate you being here with us. We also want to invite you to join the conversation on Get a Rumble as well as YouTube. But now let's take a quick pup. Let's take the political pulse of America. And on the beat today, two tiers of justice. President Trump, you may remember, on his state visit to the UK declared Antifa a terrorist organization. Organization. Let's get some reaction now from Donna Feduccia of Cowboy Logic. Donna, good morning. What an announcement from the president. And it really balances the scales of justice, I would think. Well, everybody says, gee, what took so long? Well, you know, Trump wanted to do this in his first term, Terrence. I have two words for that, Bill Barr. And we're learning so much more about Bill Barr and how much interference he ran for the Trump administration in the first term. But compare Antifa to the reaction of Charlie Kirk's assassination. You had people for years now still blowing up cities, causing all kinds of mayhem, death, destruction, looting, rioting. Okay, and then with Charlie Kirk's assassination, what do you have? You have vigils, you have prayers, you have singing. And let me say that that is exactly what happened on January 6 until the police riled up the crowd by shooting rubber bullets and tear gas into the crowd. J6 protester Joshua Black, who is literally the face of J6, he's the kid that got shot with a rubber bullet sticking out of his cheek. He was on the FBI's 10 Most Wanted list on J7 while he was driving home. This is how fast the other side moves. And this double standard has to stop. This was planned. This was a fed direction. The jail was closed, it was condemned. But in October, they started cleaning it up. You cannot tell me that this was not all planned. And the whole double standard is crazy. So to make Antifa right now designated as a terrorist organization, it's about damn time. And now the rot is so deep, we're seeing that Cash Patel had to fire thousands of people they were ready to arrest another 1500 if Kamala got in the double standard. Way, way too gone. And now that Antifa can be investigated. We can look at the money, follow the money trail. That's the huge thing, because that's what has to be looked at. Absolutely. Donna, before I let you go, really quickly, what do you have coming up in the barn party this weekend? Well, I just want to say that Connie Meggs's birthday, my good friend, was yesterday. So happy birthday, Connie. They, by the way, were arrested on Ash Wednesday. And they're Catholic. They were. Their house was raided. J6ers. All right, we have the incomparable Roger Stone in his cowboy logic outfit. Jody Barrett running for Tennessee 7, a special election. It's going on now, folks. We need MAGA in there. And he is endorsed by General Flynn, Dr. Stella Emanuel, and J. Sixer Joe Fisher, as in the 1512. Imagine, he beat the federal government on that charge and it helped so many other J6ers. We'll see you Saturday in the barn party, 6am and 9pm Eastern. Thanks so much, Donna. Don, I know you're around here. What's up, brother? Good to see you. Love you. Talk to you soon. All right, let's get you over to Dr. Gina now. Good morning. Good morning, Dr. G. Thanks, T. Hey, you guys. We've been talking about the legal double standard. Let's hear from those actually living us living it. Joining us now, Olivia Pollock, a J6 political prisoner who actually had to go on the run away from the government as a most wanted. Imagine seeing your face everywhere while you're on the run running from a corrupt government who is pursuing you. Also, Robert, we call him affectionately Lego Man Morse, also a J6 defendant. Robert is also an Army Ranger, a teacher, and an author. Robert, you know quickly as you can encapsulate for our audience your briefest story, because I just want them to have the background of you. Sure. So I left home at 17 to become an airborne Ranger. Saw the devastation of Afghanistan and realized that that was going to follow me home if the next generation didn't know how to keep this republic. So I dedicated my life to being a teacher. Got my degree at Penn State to do that. Wanted to follow my dream. But then I also watched the election get stolen. So that's why I went to January 6, two weeks after my graduation date. And though I was in the classroom for about six months, the next three and a half years after that, I would be behind bars because I believe in the the rule of law, our constitution and that Trump did win in the 2020 election. So. And the conditions there, by the way, were horrific. We don't have time to talk about that today, but people are going to hear a lot more about this. You and I have a lot to talk to about on this note. Olivia, I met your dad, took him to dinner at Mar a Lago to meet the president, hopefully in hopes that the president would make some promises to give you all hope. That's exactly what he did. Tell us about that. Well, this is while you were, you and your brother, your precious brother, were on the run. I can't even imagine what your dad was feeling while he was there at dinner, this kind of opulent dinner, while he knew you guys were scraping to even survive. I can't even imagine what your family has been through. So that. That did mean so much. It was hope. We were on the run when that event happened. And after we got turned in for the reward money and spent 13 months in the D.C. gulag, that message that my dad was able to portray to us, that Trump had us invited us to his home, he told us it's going to be okay, is what so many of the men, when my brother went in, was able to share with them that they had lost hope. They didn't know what was going to happen if they didn't get a pardon. They were spending some of them almost life sentences in jail. And to know that the president's goddess, they hung onto that and it was hope. And you all told me that just a couple weeks ago when I got to meet you both. Thanks to Don and Donna Feduccia, who have been really national heroes on behalf of you all, who are undeniably, Donna would say, are the real heroes. But it really. I didn't know that that dinner meant that much to people and gave them hope. And that was so wonderful to be used that way by so many of us who just wanted to help in any way we could. But a lot of people did lose hope just as recently as last week. Robert, you told me that you lost another J6er. Yeah, there's been several J6ers that have taken their own life. There's been several January 6ers that have succumbed to the ravages of how messed up their life had become because of January 6th and the spiritual warfare that's upon us all. You know, the Bible says that many are called, but few are chosen. I think every single January six was chosen by God to suffer a unique road so that we can hopefully personally be responsible for the American Renaissance that I believe is about to happen. It's a tough road to walk. However, we have been selected by God to fix this country, fix history, and give our kids another chance that if we don't do anything, they will not have. Yeah, you had dinner with my inside team this week. A little earlier in the week, we discussed the things that you were going to do. But I want to say these two to our audience are nonstop. They didn't get out and enjoy their life. They are working overtime, doing everything they can do. You're fighting for prison reform from the conditions. I saw an incredible video of you, Olivia. Your father, a wonderful pastor. Your mother, a beautiful person, too. I get to meet your family when I go to Pennsylvania. I actually met your mom that night. I get to hang out with you guys for the weekend in Pennsylvania. There's a lot happening, and I just want to say Robert has started a film production company. I'm going to be telling you all a lot about that in the upcoming months. Another book is in the works, a lot of things. But the way we met was when Don and Donna invited me to be part of this new national anthem you did for the president. Tell us about that. You want to go for it, babe? Sure. Well, it was an incredible opportunity, and it meant so much because that song was hope for me. As a female, when I was eventually arrested and thrown into the gulag for 13 months, I knew that my brothers had been singing that song together for over three years as a symbol of unity, as a symbol of strength. Every night. Every night. And so I knew, though I was alone for most of that time, I could sing it and know that they were singing with me. And how much more so do we need that spirit of unity now and to be able to sing it again on the outside, free, you know, surrounded by our brothers and sisters. And it was hope. It was hope that America's not lost and that we've got another chance to stand together if we stand united. And how much more so do we need that now after what we witnessed this last week and the devastation that we saw, you know, that evil more than ever is. Is trying. Yeah, still there. Well, I have to tell you, it was the humbling honor of my lifetime to get to stand with you all. And I will stand with you always. You've become two of my best. Not just my best friend, my whole family. We love you. We love you. We support your work. And I know this audience feels exactly the same. Where can we find the song? So the song is as far as I'm concerned. I don't know if it's ready to be released just yet. Okay. Okay. But we've done it and it's coming and you'll be hearing more about that on rav. I want to thank Zen Master, our amazing owner, Rob Sig, who has also put his heart and soul into helping with all of these J6 projects as well. Olivia and Robert, thank you so much. God bless you. God's continued blessing. We'll be hearing a lot more from you this weekend. A historic ceremony taking shape as preparations for Charlie Kirk are happening Sunday. That's artillery te co.com Again, use the code LIBERTY for twenty percent off of your order. It's premium tea that's mission driven and brewed for the brave. Let's get right into what's in the cup today and we're talking with co founder of Artillery Tea Company Mike Britton. Mike, welcome to the show. Always good to see you. My Brother. Morning, Terence. Thanks for having me again. So, look, this week here on the network and really across the country, we are all mourning Charlie Kirk, all of this lead leading up to Sunday's memorial service. I'd love to get your perspective on what Charlie meant and his work meant for you guys over there at Artillery T. Yeah, sure. We. We over here know that. I know I'm preaching the choir here probably, but that Charlie was just an absolute titan of the industry, not only to MAGA and America first and reaching the young generation, reaching my generation as well, but also for the cause of Christ. I know he. His willingness to go into the belly of the beast, the lion's den, to reach people that were lost specifically, is something that we've been reflecting on ourselves since it happened. Hard believe it's been a week already, but that's something that, you know, I heard somebody say that what Christians have discovered since this happened was that he was just a better Christian than most of us, myself included, and that we're all saying now that we want to finish our race like Charlie. And again, that applies to us here as well. But our specific connection with him was that we've been with the Rav family for going on three years now, I think, And Charlie actually found us specifically, maybe a couple months into us, supporting the American Sunrise Show. So he had his team reach out to us and wanted to work with us. He loved the idea of the company. He did drink tea. He did use the product, and he wanted to partner with us and went out of his way and made sacrifices to help us be successful. He even shot a few videos for us and wanted to get our name out there, get the word out there. And so, you know, that means something to us here at the company that, you know, Charlie believed in this idea and he found us. I mean, hardly anybody knew who we even were at that point. You know, we're still small, but we were. We were very, very small when he first found us. So, you know, that with any luck, you know, by God's grace, we'll be a small part of continuing on his legacy here at the company. You know, Mike, as I'm listening to you, I'm thinking Charlie was all about sitting down and having conversations, even if they're uncomfortable conversations, but at least opening dialogue and agreeing to disagree if it comes to that. And it seems to me there's no better way to do that than over a cup of tea, sitting somewhere, having a conversation with someone over a cup of tea, not beer, so that you get a little Extra spirited, but a cup of tea. Seems to me it would work. Yeah, same here. You know, he always specifically raved about Raptor Raz, which kind of became a little joke after a while that, you know, when we heard from his team, it was always like, you know something about Raptor Raz all the time. Even the video he made for us. He was making an ad for us as a company, but pretty much all he talked about was Raptor Raz. So, you know, we thought that was kind of funny, too. I mean, that is a blend you can't get anywhere else. And I just thought it was interesting that he latched onto that one. Well, folks, go ahead and order some Raptor Rav. Raptor Raz. Excuse me. And have a cup in honor of Charlie Kirk. Mike, always good to see you, my brother. Appreciate you being here with us this morning. Thanks, Terence. All right. Still to come here on American Sunrise as his funeral and memorial service approaches on Sunday, we're going to remember our friend and co worker Charlie Kirk. We're back in a moment. Welcome back to American Sunrise, the funeral for Charlie set for this Sunday. President Trump and Vice President J.D. vance will be speaking along with Secretary of State Marco Rubio, National Director of Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard. President Trump's oldest SON Donald Trump Jr. Also going to be there making remarks. And we can't say enough prayers for Erica Kirk, who's been battling this along with her and Charlie's along with Charlie's children, of course, that are her children. I don't know why I said that so awkwardly anyway, you know what I mean? My heart's in the right place. The moment we are about to show you again was very emotional over Charlie's casket. Take a look at this I love you. I love you. I love you. I know. I love kids. I love you so much. I love you. I love you. God bless you. Erica posted a touching tribute also on Instagram. Here's part of that message. It said, this is one of the last photos taken of you before you were murdered. I look at it and I can't help but see excellence. You are in your element. You are in athlete mode, training for this exact moment, mind, body and soul. To me, this is your Jordan photo permanently etched in time, held in my heart as I admire your greatness forever. I pray you've had the most amazing week in heaven. Charlie Kirk, 1776. And I love you. Yeah, that's hard to get through. Charlie. Charlie will be laid to rest on Sunday. And joining us now with details. Sorry. On his funeral is a RAV family member and a close friend of Charlie, Joe Bob. He is host of Turning Point tonight here on rav. Welcome. I'm so sorry for everyone's loss. This is just. It hits you when you have no clue. It's going to hit you again and again and again. I can't even imagine how it is for Erica and I think that's a lot of what all of us are feeling. Joe Bob. Yeah, I, not, you know, I wasn't expecting all of that and I, yeah, I'm getting choked up as well. It's one of those things where I was talking to a friend on the phone last night and saying, you know, it feels like it happened yesterday and, you know, several weeks ago all at the same time. There's such a rush and flood of emotions from just needing to get out there and do something, but also wanting to retreat back in and, and feel it all and take it all in. It. It feels unreal. And again, I recognize that this has been said before and I don't want to sound repetitive, but it just kind of emphasizes the momentous nature of, of a guy like Charlie and what he did for so many different facets of the country as opposed to just the country as abroad. He, he did so much for the political system, so much for the youth in the country, so much for the academic, academic world in academia as a whole. And even though they disliked him fervently, I won't. Well, it, it just shows how much of an impact one man could have and, you know, not to. Well, nobody's surprised is what I'll say at the, the outpouring and the, the vastness of a funeral of a guy who was larger than life. I, I don't know, the last time if ever anybody has had a funeral in a football stadium, there, there are football teams that can't fill those stadiums. And, and there are going to be 70,000. I think that's the capacity. And I would imagine there's going to be people outside too that can't get in all there for one guy who in my opinion changed the country for the better. And again, I don't even think that's an opinion. I think that's an objective fact. Yeah. And the reaction that we've seen since what happened to him, I mean, it's just been unbelievable. What do you make of that? It's gripped the entire forget country. It's to grip the entire world. Yeah. I mean it's, you know, it's difficult to try and find any sort of silver lining in something like this because, you know, as last night was, as we were getting our daughter ready for bed, my wife looked at me and said, you know, there are probably more people in the church this weekend. There are probably more people that decided they're going to change their life and turn their life around and it's not worth it, especially to Erica. And I think, you know, those two kind of thoughts in your head at the same time of, of this is a just a horrible, horrible tragedy. And look at the amazing response from people. We went to church this weekend, obviously. Yeah. As so as millions of people, probably hundreds of millions of, of people around the country did. And the parking lot was full. Yeah. And that was just the most exciting thing to see again amidst, you know, a tragic time. Yes. I'm so sorry to cut you off. We are at the end of the show but we will see you on Sunday. Want to say special congratulations to Kimberly Guilfoyle, my sister in love. She was, as you know, confirmed yesterday as ambassador to Greece. War room comes up next. We'll see you all on Sunday.
