Breaking news from Real America's Voice. We begin this Friday morning with breaking news involving former FBI Director James Comey's indictment. One count is for making a false statement, the second for obstructing a congressional proceeding. President Trump weighing in on the True Social Network writing, joe, justice in America. One of the worst human beings in this country, this country has ever seen has been exposed is James Comey, the former corrupt head of the FBI. Today, he was indicted by a grand jury on two felony counts for various illegal and unlawful acts. He has been so bad for our country for so long and is now at the beginning of being held responsible for his crimes against our nation. Make America great again, president Trump writes. In the meantime, Comey is out with his own response to the allegations. My family and I have known for years that there are costs to standing up to Donald Trump, but we couldn't imagine ourselves living any other way. We will not live on our knees. And you shouldn't either. Somebody that I love dearly recently said that fear is the tool of a tyrant, and she's right. But I'm not afraid, and I hope you're not either. I hope instead you are engaged, you are paying attention, and you will vote like your beloved country depends upon it, which it does. My heart is broken for the Department of Justice, but I have great confidence in the federal judicial system, and I'm innocent. So let's have a trial and keep the faith. All right, let's flashback to 2017 to find out what all of this is really about. Here's one of the exchanges that happened between Comey and between between Senate Judiciary Committee chairman at the time, Chuck Grassley. This is the perjury charge and what led to it. Director Comey, have you ever been an anonymous source in news reports about matters relating to the Trump investigation or the Clinton investigation? Never. Question 2 on relatively related have you ever authorized someone else at the FBI to be an anonymous source in news reports about the Trump investigation or the Clinton investigation? No. And of course, it is believed that those answers were lies, and that's what led to the charges. For more, let's bring in Dr. Gina and David Brody. They are both live in Virginia this morning, gearing up for the AMAC boot camp for Patriots. First of all, good morning to both of you in sunny Virginia, and what a day of news, starting with this James Comey indictment. David. Yeah, I mean, it's been wild, Gee, just. Just to see it. And, you know, a lot of folks in MAGA will say, finally, finally. You know, I'll be honest with you. You know, there's got to be a thought here that when is the perp walk coming? Right? Because we always hear about the perp walk, and Donald Trump's a visual guy. Pr. Not that he's orchestrating the perp walk, but I will say this, that MAGA wants to see Comey in handcuffs, like, literally. So we'll see if that actually happens. It wouldn't be surprising if it does happen. But this is historic, G. Absolutely historic.
A
And speaking of, it's so nice to be at this very historic college, Patrick Henry College in Virginia, all excited about the AMAC boot camp. But, yeah, I can't lie. I was sitting on the plane coming here to join you yesterday. David Brody's second time in two weeks. What an honor. And saw that headline and thought, wow, I. I just never thought I'd see the day. This is. This is really, really something that MAGA needed to see. And you and I were discussing, you know, the retaliation that will come someday whenever the Democrats take over again. In my mind, David, this is a little bit already of our retaliation. Not for, you know, because they came after everybody we had with false charges. This. These are real charges, and that's the difference.
B
Yeah, karma's. Oh, I guess I can't say it.
A
No, you can't.
B
No, I can't say that Terrence will get bad. Yeah, for sure. But this is a t. This is a kind of a. As James Comey would say, a cool shell formation, I think. But this one says Comey indicted. No, absolutely. And I think the bigger question beyond this is, will there be other indictments, additional indictments? Obviously, this is a start. It's a first step. But there are other people who are believed to be coconspirators or at least have done other. Committed other alleged crimes. And I'm trying to be legally correct here as it relates to the Russia probe and others, other things. John Bolton is potentially one of those targets. James Clapper is probably hugging his family a little tighter this morning. We don't. We don't know. But this is not going to be the end of it, Dr. G. At all.
A
I sure hope not. I mean, it better not be. I mean, we had to endure all of that corruption for so long, so many lives were ripped apart. There are dead people. In the wake of all this people who just gave up on life watching this stuff, especially along the J6 or line. And so, so yeah, justice needs to come and it really can't come too swift or too, too quickly.
B
Yeah. And just remember T. Bates also, this is in the Eastern district of Virginia where one of the United States district attorneys, an assistant one, is of course James Comey's son in law who immediately resigned. So there's that kind of twist to.
A
All of it, which makes it very convenient for him to say, I trust the judicial branch of the United States. Yeah, of course you do, because you're planning to get off that way. And in all likelihood, actually he will. And so, so that's, that's what we'll all be waiting to see.
B
Hey, David and Dr. Gina, stand by because I also want to bring into the conversation the newest member of the Raff family, Washington correspondent Britt McHenry. Britt, welcome to the conversation. Good morning to you.
A
Good morning as well. I think I need a stronger coffee with this news yesterday and this morning. But I'm here. I'm ready to participate in this conversation.
B
Let's kind of start broad then. What is the buzz around the nation's capital related to this news? Because this is really big news. I'm sure everyone at every coffee shop is talking about it.
A
Yeah. So I'm sure we will discuss later. I was at the MAHA event yesterday discussing autism and the spike there that President Trump addressed earlier in the week. There were a couple gasps when this news came out, but it's also something that was really expected down the pipeline. Some inner baseball in the district about James Comey. When you listen to his statement, the first thing you sort of roll your eyes and I heard a lot of people say this in conversation was he makes his own social media video like we just witnessed. Everything James Comey has done has also been about the promotion and publicity of James Comey. But this goes all the way back. And if we trace it to 2020, you know, he testified to Congress that the Steele dossier was not used, that there was no pushing of the Russian hoax. And now you have a lot of former FBI assistant directors and assistants and workers coming out and saying, no, he was obsessed with this, that this was a backend channel to Obama, to the Obama administration and intel officials to weaponize what he was doing, which he's now accusing the Department of Justice of. It's also very odd in the nepotism approach, which is not uncommon for Washington nor New York City with Wall Street. But I would say this is a good home of nepotism that as you referenced, his son in law resigning and stepping down, his daughter involved in the Department of Justice. Three kids total, I believe. So it wasn't just James Comey, but his family entrenched deeply in the inner workings of the justice system. And now with Pam Bondi, Trump answers are going to have to be delivered. And that is what we're looking at with him, with false statements and obstruction. Yeah, Brett, speaking of weaponizing, the Democrats are already amping up to weaponize this entire occurrence, as you can imagine. And that's exactly what they will do for the midterms is say, hey, you know, President Trump put out on true Social. You know, we have to go after people. And then two weeks, two weeks, three weeks, about two weeks later, here we are, the Democrats are going to say that this is President Trump being tyrannical and they're going to use that to campaign. What else do you foresee down the road, especially as it involves the midterms? Oh, absolutely. You nailed it on the head. I think they're going to be using this in rally cries because don't you forget, the government shutdown is looming that they already were blaming on Trump, even though his schedule has been jam packed with the memorial, with the press conference about autism and its relation to vaccines and Tylenol, which again, I can get into later when you all have me back on the show. And then the United Nations. So it's always that Trump is the target, when in reality, if you look at the Hill and the discussions I've been hearing there, it's screeching to a halt. Several federal workers hit me up, texted me yesterday with concerns about having their paychecks withheld. The layoffs, as we've reported here, that will matriculate if there is a government shutdown. So I anticipate, just from what I've been hearing, Democrats are gonna use the shutdown. As James Comey, this is a distraction and Trump is putting everything to a skidding halt for the shutdown. Your paychecks are being withheld because of Trump. Now, I know to a lot of viewers that is very isolated to Washington, but what they do trickles into the different districts and regional offices. And it is a big looming deadline. So I imagine, Gina, they're going to throw the government shutdown if that happens on him as well. But this is something that he has been discussing for years, since his first presidential term. So it has nothing to do with government shutdown if that is what happens. Even though the Republicans have been tirelessly working at a continuing resolution, but that could be something on the docket as well.
B
Yeah. By the way, Brit, we have about 30 seconds or so, but you mentioned the government shutdown. What's your sense? You think there will be one? My sense is there will be one because Chuck Schumer is getting so much flack from the left from the last time that he agreed with a continuing resolution that there he's just going to have to shut it down because otherwise, you know, he's in trouble politically. I'm curious to get your take.
A
Oh, 100%. I think you're right. I think this is theater and in. And what I've been hearing from sources on the Hill, that's what they fear. It almost felt like the potential layoffs were a chess card for the Republicans in the sense of let's get to the table, let's get this done now because people jog, people's jobs and livelihoods are at stake. But now with this James Comey news and the limited time we have till October 1st with the weekend, I think Chuck Schumer will be proudly boasting about this in a strange way. So he will be someone to watch for sure, along with Senate leadership on the Democrat side. All right, Brett McHenry, we are not done with you yet. Girl, don't you go anywhere. We're going to see you a little later on in the show. Thank you. All right. We have more on our breaking news coverage of the James Comey indictment throughout the show. So you're going to want to stay with us for all of that. And we'll be back in just a moment from Patrick Henry College here at the amac. We're here for the AMAC boot camp. We haven't started the boot camp yet.
B
We're getting there.
A
Brody is scared of this boot camp.

This news break is brought to you by AMAC association of Mature American Citizens. And welcome back everybody to American Sunrise. I'm David brody next to Dr. G. We are here in Virginia in the house. In the you are in the house.
A
You know David, between every commercial break he gets up and he goes out and runs around the track getting ready for the boot camp. It's impressive.
B
That may be fake news, Dr. G. I don't know if that's true, but it sounds great, at least in my mind. All right, coming up, more on Jim Comey. Apparently he likes cool shell formations. 86, 47. This one says Comey indicted. So we' discuss that in a moment. First though, T. Bates standing by with our next guest. And by the way, it has to do with right here, this AMAC boot camp coming up for Patriots. It's all sponsored by. Oh look at that. Amac, the association of mature American citizens is the conservative voice for Americans 50 and older. AMAC is fighting for the values that you hold dear. Join today. Together we can write the course of America. Well, folks, you just saw David and Dr. Gina on the ground in Virginia. They are there for the AMAC Boot Camp for Patriots. Distinguished speakers like RAV's John Solomon and AMAC CEO Rebecca Weber are going to be among the presenters. This event, by the way, is for patriots of all ages to unite behind faith, family, and freedom. For more, let's bring in the chief technology officer for amac, David Cain. David, it is always good to see you, my friend. Good morning. Good morning, Terrence. Always a pleasure to see you as well. So why don't you paint a picture for our viewers of what they could expect at this boot camp. Obviously, the word boot camp puts us in the mind of something very physical, but I would imagine that here there's some. Some spiritual strength that's going to be built also some. Some strength in terms of getting people together for one cause. Yes, indeed, it will not be a physical boot camp. We use the analogy boot camp because like a boot camp in the military, you know, they put together drills and exercises, and a lot of them are physical to get you in fighting shape, but to operate as one cohesive unit. That's what we're trying to do here, minus the physical activity. So we get together panels and conservative speakers. You name some of them. Our CEO Rebecca Weber, John Solomon, Ben Berkhwam. Dr. G. And David are there right now, as you know, broadcasting from Patrick Henry. And we just get together a whole bunch of people, people that have believed that, you know, faith, family and freedom are American values. And we teach people how to get involved in their local communities and, or on a national level in different things, like to become a poll watcher to join our AMAC delegate program. We have AMAC delegate and ambassadors where you're going to be able to join right there at the event. David, since it's in northern Virginia, I have to think that education and indoctrination and education is going to be one of the things discussed. And I say that given all that's happened in Fairfax county, which is close to Patrick Henry College, I would imagine that you've got a lot of grandparents who are concerned about what their grandkids are having to deal with in schools. That's 100% correct. We, we were astonished to find out how many of the grandparents are active in their grandparents educa. Excuse me, in their grandkids education. You know, following up on school board meetings. I mean, let's face it, parents today have a tough job. They got to juggle the kids work, things like that. Where grandparents are afforded a little extra time to dig deep into these school districts and the policies that they're doing. Northern Virginia had five school districts doubled down on their policy to allow boys in girls bathrooms. And that's just not right. We know it is, Terrence, and we're just, just trying to educate people and show them a path to where they can fight back in their local communities against these insane ideas. And it's easier to fight back in a group than it is to do it individually. And so that's part of this boot camp. David, we're going to check back with you a little bit later in the show. Appreciate you waking up with us this morning. Thank you so much, Terrence. Good to see you. Likewise. We'll talk to you in a little bit. All right, folks, let's get a quick check of our coast to coast forecast now with Weather Nation meteorologist Rob Bradley. Rob, Good morning, my friend. So I just have to tell folks out there, I see you around the studio every day and this is the first time in five years that we're on TV together. Like we see each other. We chit chat all the time. Sometimes you put on your makeup with me. I'm not going to admit that I actually put up make put on makeup. But now we're finally on TV together. Good morning. Good morning. Yeah, it's good to be here finally chatting with you over the airwaves, Terrence. Yeah, it's, it's been a fun moving, you know, nice start to the weekend. But we have tropical, though, in the 80s as we. All right, it sounds like we're having some audio problems with you, Rob. So some, the, some somebody threw a monkey wrench in in our, our attempt to be on TV together. We'll try to get that fixed, though. And we'll get back with you next, next hour. I hate that all this time and, and then it doesn't work for us. Good friend of mine, though, there in our building. Anyway, folks, we're going to take a quick break. When we come back, President Trump says the Democrats demands in order to avert a government shutdown are unreasonable. So is a shutdown a foregone conclusion at this point? We'll discuss right now, though, a quick look at this day in history. I'm not on this day. In 1960, America watched the first ever televised presidential debate between John F. Kennedy and Richard Nixon. It was broadcast from Chicago. That showdown, by the way, changed politics forever as Kennedy looked confident, tanned and ready for prime time. Nixon, on the other hand, refused makeup and appeared tired and uneasy. Ewers saw a clear winner and it helped Kennedy edge out Nixon in one of the closest presidential races in history. That night proved that image and media can decide elections. It's a lesson that remains true today. We're back with more American Sunrise, including David and Dr. Gina in Virginia for the AMAC boot camp for Patriots. All of that after this. Stop settling for weak sound. It's time to level up your game and bring the boom. Hit the town with the ultra durable LG X Boom portable speaker and enjoy vibrant sound wherever you go. That's Tampa Bay. Love Tampa Bay, by the way.

B
Water.
A
Lots of water.
B
And I'm from New York, so I'll take your order. All right. I want coffee and get some uncom coffee. All right. We continue our breaking news coverage of James Comey. He's going to need more than coffee because he's under indictment. As we've been reporting, Comey indicted on two counts, one for making a false statement, another for obstructing or, excuse me, obstructing a congressional proceeding. Attorney General Pambani weighing in saying, quote, no one is above the law. Today's indictment reflects this Department of Justice's commitment to holding those who abuse positions of power accountable for misleading the American people. We're going to follow. Listen to me. I'm just ad libbing. We will follow the facts in this case.
A
Is what, David, a prompter right there.
B
I'm sorry, not a big fan of prompters. You can tell by the way. Let's play one of the exchanges in question between Comey and then the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Charles Grassley. Charles. Chuck Grassley in 2017. This is why he's in essence under indictment. This is what happened. Take a look. Director Comey, have you ever been an anonymous source in news reports about matters relating to the Trump investigation or the Clinton investigation? Never. Question two, one relatively related. Have you ever authorized someone else at the FBI to be an anonymous source in news reports about the Trump investigation or the Clinton investigation? No. He may want to rethink that answer.
A
Yeah.
B
FYI, for more, let's bring in Pastor North Carolina Congressman Mark Harris, who's with us here on the show. Congressman Comey had a chance for a redo in September of 2020 with Ted Cruz. Ted Cruz said, you sure you want to say that? And Comey said the exact same thing. Good morning. What do you make of what's happening? This is historic. Well, good morning, David and Dr. Gina. Thank you so much for having me this morning. This is historic. And I think that Pam Bondi's statement says it all. And I think it was my first reaction when I heard the news. No one is above the law. And I think, as we have seen things continue to come out over the last several months, just Information, email that were found and all these things. We have just continued to see the documentation that is backing up that. This was one of the worst attempts to undermine a presidency that we have seen in our lifetime. And I think it is. This is just maybe the tip of the spear of what we're going to see as this continues to unfold.
A
Absolutely. We are now also four days away from a potential government shutdown. And President Trump says if it happens, the Democrats are to blame. Take a look at this.
B
Well, this is all caused by the Democrats. They asked us to do something that's totally unreasonable. They never change. They want to give money away to illegals illegally, people that entered our country illegally. They want to give them massive federal money. And we don't want to do that because it means everyone's going to just keep pouring back. Right now we have absolutely perfect borders like you haven't seen in many years. Even better than the. I had great borders during my four years, but these borders are stone cold closed. You can only come into our country legally now. But the Democrats want to give it all away. They want to also. They want to open up the borders. Take a look at that big thing. They want to open borders again. After what we're going through now, getting rid of prisoners, getting rid of all of these people, dropped out from mental institutions, drug dealers, drug addicts, everything that they're putting everybody into our country, it's all ended now. But this is what Schumer wants. This is what the Democrats want.
A
Congressman, the Democrats are really in a bad place, almost between a rock and a hard place, if you will, because Americans aren't going to vote for them. They are a godless crime, you know, pro crime party at this point. So they have to import voters. So they can't back down on this, can they?
B
Well, I don't think they can. However, I mean, it is a message that the American people have got to make sure that they're understanding. I mean, I've said this before. In November of 2024, Americans made a decision that they wanted to do government differently, and they sent Donald Trump back to the White House. They gave him a majority in the US House, they gave him a majority in the United States Senate. And we've been working over these nine months to make some dramatic changes and begin to move our nation forward again, trying to overcome all of the chaos that was created during the prior administration. And one of the things that we did for the first time in history is we managed to cut $1.6 trillion in mandatory spending first time in history because we recognize that our nation is in a fiscal crisis when you look at a $37 trillion debt. And so as we work through that, we now get to this point in time where all the Democrats have is to really, it's extortion. They're saying to the President, we want $1 trillion of money reinstated, all of that put back in. Otherwise we're going to we're going to shut the government down. I think it's a travesty. I think the American people have got to understand this is going to be a Chuck Schumer shutdown if we get to that point. But I applaud the president. You know, he canceled a meeting that was going to happen earlier this week because he realized that they're being unreasonable. They're wanting us to put illegals on our health care rolls and keep them there. They're wanting to go back on all of the things that we did and the working families tax cut bill. And it's just atrocious. And the bottom line is the things that the American people wanted, even through the Doge cuts, those things that we were able to do in cutting NPR and those kind of expenses that American people just don't want their money going to, all of these things that Doge discovered it was going to. And now they're wanting much of that money reinstated in order to keep the government open. And it's ridiculous. And they're going to have to own this if they choose to shut it down. We did what we were called to do. We passed the CR last Friday to allow us to get to November 21st so that we can continue to pass appropriation bills and get the work done. But if they shut the government down, they're going to have to own this. All right. So since you're a preacher, I'm going to get you to preach. I'm just curious if you are going to be delivering a sermon either Sunday or maybe even they might need it, maybe even with your colleagues at the House. And if so, what is your sermon going to be? Let's start with this Sunday. And if you were to preach before your colleagues in the House, what might you preach to them? Well, listen, I would say that what I just shared with you is probably preaching, I don't know. But again, to my colleagues in the House, I do continue to say that we've got to realize that we were sent to Washington to help preserve this republic, to preserve our future for our children and our grandchildren. And we've got to make tough decisions but we've got to do what's right along the way. And I think this is a critical moment in time and I think we've got to put the pressure right back. As far as what I'm preaching this Sunday, I'm preaching a series through the Gospel of John and I'll be in John chapter 12. And we'll be continuing just looking at that important passage to just understand the truths and the principles of God's word that speaks into our hearts so much, particularly verse 31 through 36, looking as Jesus takes folks to the cross. Donnie and Marie.
B
Donnie and Marie. Oh, my gosh. You just aged us. What is it, 1972? Hold on, I'll get my bell bottoms. Oh, my. Donnie and Marie. We are the Donnie and Marie of news, Terrence. Just so you know. All right. Oh, my gosh. Well, who.
A
Who today? There aren't really.
B
No. There's nobody.
A
No. Sunny and Cher. I mean, that's like. When's the last time there was. There's no. There aren't there. David Brown would know the answer to this.
B
Yes, David Brown.
A
He wanted to go to prompter.
B
You just literally, you're going with 70s couples. Sonny and Cher.
A
Donnie. There are no couples singing anymore. David. Read the prompt.

I'm sorry. Tony Orlando and Don. Okay. President Trump further expanded on his meeting he had with Middle east leaders this week at the UN General Assembly. He added a deal to end the war in Gaza. Could be coming soon. Take a look. I just say that we want to get Gaza over with. I had a great meeting with the leaders of that area, of that region, generally speaking, the Middle East. We had a great meeting the other day at unga, as you know. And I think we're. I think we're close to getting some kind of a deal done. Yeah, we want to. We want to get the hostages back. I have to get the hostages back. We're the ones that got the hostages, all of them that we have now. But it looks like there are 20 living hostages and probably 38 or so dead hostages. Pretty sad. And the parents of those dead souls, Those dead, mostly men. Boys. Many cases, like, literally, boys, they want those bodies back so badly as much as though they were alive. And so we had a. We had a very good meeting with the representatives of the most powerful countries in the Middle east, and I think we're going to be close. Close to a deal. All right, Gee. For more, let's bring in the host of Security America, which you can see here. Right on Rav. He's also the executive chairman and founder for the center for Security Policy. That'd Be Frank Gaffney. Frank, good to have you here. You're going to be here at the AMAC boot camp for patriots this weekend. So we're excited to see you. What do you make of what President Trump is trying to do there in the Middle east with these Middle Eastern nations? I mean, good luck trying to get these nations to pony up and do something in the Middle east, considering they have a river to the seamen mentality. Good morning. Well, I'm not personally inclined to wish them good luck at acting on that desire. You're absolutely right. And let me just say, Donnie and Marie seems to me to be an apt way to describe the. The harmony that you guys put out. And we love this show. I. I want to just say, I. I think the President's desire to see an end to the hostilities in Gaza is best expressed when he makes it clear that Hamas must be destroyed and that the place is a demolition zone and cannot be made habitable for the existing population under foreseeable circumstances. Playing to this idea, which I'm sure he was seriously Mao Maoed about by these various Arab and Muslim nations that he met with that. None. No, no. You know, we need to just let the Palestinian Authority get in there or otherwise, you know, turn this place over to more or less the same jihadists that have been running it. And by the way, we did a wonderful briefing yesterday with our Victory Coalition, and I commend to everybody victoryco.org to look at it. You look at a Palestinian state, well, that's what Gaza was before the attack of October 7th. And it's a scandal that we would even contemplate anything that remotely returns to that kind of situation. So I'm hopeful that the President is going to stay the course. We'll be hearing in the course of the day, of course, from the Prime Minister of Israel, who I believe will push back very firmly on a number of things that are in the works here, including the idea of having Tony Blair, the former jihadist, embracing Prime Minister of Britain, running Gaza for five years. That's. That's the newest scheme. But I think, honestly, the only hope here, and I know we want to talk a little bit about our program tomorrow, but the only hope for a lasting peace in that region is for a decisive Israeli victory over her enemies and ours.
A
Well, Frank, we've run out of time, but we are looking forward to seeing you at the AMAC boot camp tomorrow. And there are still tickets available, by the way, for everyone. And I think we're gonna be giving away some free tickets or something like that. We'll let you know. We'll let you know. We'll keep you posted. Frank Gaffney, thanks for your time.
B
Thanks, Frank. Thank you, kiddos. Take care.
A
Thank you. All right, coming up. I love when someone calls me kiddos.
B
I love that, too.

That means every cup is doing double duty, giving you clean, crash free energy now while supporting your body at the cellular level for the future. It's your daily ritual weaponized against aging. Go to1775coffee.com rav and order rejuvenate Coffee today. Fuel your body, protect your future. Rejuvenation. All right, now that we are caffeinated, it's time to stay awake, not woke. And who is awake today? Former FBI Director James Comey, who has now been indicted on two felony counts of lying to Congress and obstruction related to the Russia investigation. It seems that Attorney General Pam Bondias hit her breaking point with Comey, who is now being held accountable after years of alleged lies and cover ups involving a weaponized FBI as the DOJ preps its case against Comey. President Trump is set to attend the Ryder cup today in New York. His visit will mark the first time a sitting president has attended the tournament in person. Trump is expected to join spectators as Team USA takes on Europe in the opening matches. Security will be tight and organizers say his presence is likely to draw extra attention to the event. And for more on both of these stories, let's welcome to American Sunrise. Someone, someone who knows about Breaking Points. David Zier, the host of Breaking Point.
B
Here on RAV for us.
A
David, we want to get your reaction to the Comey news and also what we can expect to see at the Ryder cup today. I understand the president will be arriving in a couple of hours.
B
President will be leaving the White house on Marine One at approximately 9:50am landing here at Republic Municipal Airport on long island, about 20 miles east of New York City. And we're outside the American Air Power Museum with some of the great fighter jets and bombers built on Long island. We have an A10 Warthog behind us, an EA6B Prowler, Grumman Jammer aircraft. And yeah, I think the Comey thing is long overdue. I think it was very clear and under scrutiny from Ted Cruz that Comey may have broken the law.
A
David, give us a little bit more of a preview of what we can expect to see with the president today. I'm sure he'll talk with the media a bit, or is he just there as a sports fan?
B
Well, you know, he's close with Bryson DeChambeau and Scottie Scheffler and a lot of people. And even Rory McIlroy playing for the European team. By the way, Europe won the last eight of 11 Ryder Cups, so we got to win this year. But Roy McElroy, you know, giving nice words about the United States, which was really moving here. And Trump owns 15 golf courses, courses, three in New York, Westchester, Hudson Valley, including Bedminster, New Jersey actually. But this is his third visit to sporting events. He was at the US Tennis Open in Queens about a month ago. He was at 911 Yankee game two weeks ago. Now he's here and he'll be landing at 11:10, staying till about 3:30, returning to the White House I think before 5:00 clock today. This is the 45th Ryder cup here at the iconic Beth Page golf course. I watched Tiger woods win here in 2002 on the 18th hole. It came again in 2009. Long island, more golf courses than any place in the country except for Hilton Head per square mile. I believe a lot of key things going on here today. Looks like they got a really great team. Increased security here. They increased it. No more folding chairs, vaping devices, lighters, insulated beverage containers, large umbrellas, range finders, laptops or tablets allowed in to the 45th Ryder cup today at Bethpage State Park. And I just want to add, Trump helped avert a strike with the Long Island Railroad through executive order the week before. I was at the White House when they were issuing this and he was signing that. He basically averted one of the six, five or six unions at the Long Island Railroad who wanted a pay increase in multiple years. They averted that because that would have Been spell disaster for the Ryder cup because people would not be able to get here as it heavily relies on mass transit.
A
Well, David, I think it's safe to say that President Trump is certainly going to have a very warm welcome at the Ryder cup today, but that can't be said for Governor Kathy Hochul. Want to get your reaction to this.
B
She was also there.
A
I'm sure you've seen the video we got to show our viewers, though. It was such an embarrassing moment. Look at this.
B
Keep it going for New York. Your friend and mine in attendance. Governor. Governor Kathy Hochul. Governor, thank you so much for being here. And thank you to your team too for getting us ready for the Ryder cup in New York. I would like to say a few thank yous to Governor of State New York Kathy Hochul as we prepare to tee it up on Friday. I want, I want to thank the people who made this journey possible to Governor Hochul, to the teams of New York, to the teams of the New York State Park.
A
That wasn't just once, that was three.
B
Times that the crowd booed her.
A
David, got to get your reaction. That's just, I feel bad for laughing. It's secondhand embarrassment.
B
Well, after her endorsement of Mandami, Long Islanders are furious. This is a red area of 2.8 million people here. Both counties went for Donald Trump out here last time, but this was expected. Trump will probably get an amazing reception. I wanted to add this event will raise $200 million in commerce for the Farmingdale Bethpage area pro business. Anytime Trump comes to something, he adds an economic flair like he did in Wildwood, saving the summer for all those businesses on the boardwalk that were dying during COVID last year. You know, in New Jersey, the Trump effect is in full force. And this will be a very successful Ryder Cup.
A
Absolutely. David, before we let you go, give us a little preview about what's coming up on Breaking Point this weekend.
B
Yeah, I've got interviews on the ground from the Charlie Kirk Memorial, most of them that we did not air during the day when I was interacting with the crowd with our incredible RAV News team inside the State Farm Stadium. 100,000 plus people on the ground got some great moving testimony from Charlie Kirk supporters. The world is missing him today.
A
Wow, David, sounds like it's going to be a great show. Certainly looking forward to seeing what all of those Charlie Kirk supporters had to say. Thank you so much for joining American Sunrise and best of luck to you there at the Ryder cup today.
B
I appreciate that, Emily. Have a great one.
A
You too. All right. Coming up, the Bible, the ancients, and a whole different take on the New Year year. We'll discuss that moment in our moment of faith. It's next. As American Sunrise continues.

Welcome back to American Sunrise. It's time now for our Moments of Faith, brought to us by Lee Greenwood and the God Bless the USA Bible. First, let's check out today's Bible verse. It comes from Isaiah 55, verses 2 through 3 and says, why do you spend money for what is not bread, and your wages for what does not satisfy? Listen carefully to me and eat what is good, and let your soul delight itself in abundance. Incline your ear and come to me. Hear and your soul shall live. And I will make an everlasting covenant with you. The sure mercies of David. All right. Now in focus today for our moment of faith. Tuesday was Rosh Hashanah. On the Hebrew calendar, the name means head of the year, but it's also called the Feast of Trumpets. Some people say the Jewish New Year begins in the fall, while others say it begins with Passover in the spring. So what's the real story here? Joining us now with biblical insight is one of our favorite guests, Jim Moseley. Jim is the author of the Duke of D.C. and the appropriately titled Discovering Jesus Disciples. Jim also just authored a new book with our very own Dr. Gina called the Days of Creation by Harvard Teaching Children How God Made the World. All of that said, we simply like to refer to him around here as the Bible history guy. Hey, Jim, welcome to the show. Thanks for being with us.
B
Good morning. My pleasure. Well, let's start with what, as usual, the Bible says. Leviticus 23 says the first day of the seventh month. What we call the first of Tishri is that's introduced, but it's not called the new year. It's called the Feast of Trumpets. It's a sacred day of blowing the shofar, that big trumpet. Why? Because those blasts are like an annual alarm clock for Israel. Israel, they come 10 days before the day of atonement, the holiest day of the year, when the high priest goes into the holy, holy of holies and the whole nation repents for its sins. Now, centuries later, that day took on a new name, Rosh Hashanah, as you said, the head of the year. And that's when the imagery of the year changed. See, the ancients didn't see time as, as a line the way we do. They imagined it as a living body. The year had a head and it had shoulders. And remember, the Hebrews read from right to left, so the right shoulder was springtime Nisan, the true biblical new year, Passover, when life began. And from There the year rose upward until it reached its head, the crown of the year, the first day of the seventh month, Tishri. And then a year declined toward the left shoulder, finally dying in winter. Now, of course, biblically, Nisan is the first month. Exodus 12 makes that clear. It says, this month shall be for you the beginning of the months. And Israel wasn't unusual in that. All the other ancient calendars of the Near East, Babylonian, Assyrian, Canaanite, Ugaritic, they all began their year in Nisan in the spring. Even Philo, the Jew of Alexandria, called the spring the natural birth of the year. And the Greeks told the same story in the myth of Persephone. She was the daughter of Demeter, the goddess of grain. Hades carried her off to the underworld, and while she was gone, the earth lay barren. Winter king. But when Persephone returned each year, the fields bloomed again. So her descent and resurrection in the Greek myth explained the cycle of seasons. So across the ancient world, everyone understood that spring was the true beginning of the year. Biblically, it was Nisan, the month of Passover. Later, tradition placed the head of the year in the fall in Tishri. And that shift gave us a vivid picture of time. Born on the right shoulder, crowned at the head, and declining on the left shoulder. A living calendar. It's full of rhythm. It's full of meaning and imagination.
A
Well, Jim Mosley, thank you so much. Never thought about time in that kind of a perspective before. Like a physical perspective. A cool, cool insight. Thank you again.
B
My pleasure.
A
We'll be back with the second hour of American Sunrise in just two minutes. Stick around.

B
Politics. President Trump is joining us live now from Florida. We've got you covered. This is what it looks like to be a patriot. We have to protect the American family.

B

B
And welcome back, everybody, to the second hour of American Sunnyrise. I'm David Brody live here with Dr. G at Patrick Henry College in Virginia, the AMAC Boot Camp for Patriots. We're excited to be here, Dr. G.
A
Yes, it's great to be with you. On site for AMAC's A Day of truth, action and resolve, it's called. It is the boot camp that is happening this week. Weekend.
B
Yeah. We're also keeping our eyes, of course, on Washington after former FBI director James Comey was indicted yesterday by a grand jury on two felony counts for more or less bringing tbates, of course, in the Denver newsroom.
A
Who should be sitting here with us.
B
Yes, there's a nice, there's some room right here.
A
Yeah, right here. Terrence.
B
I've gained a little weight. Last time we saw each other, guys, I'm not so sure I'd fit there between you guys, but I'm, I'm working it out. The boot camp maybe should be a good start. Start for me. Hey, guys, let's move up. 485 or I'm sorry, it's 495 from where you are a little bit to the nation's capital. Our Brit McHenry is live in Washington, D.C. right now with the very latest on the indictment of James Comey. Britt, always good to see you. I'm curious about the buzz happening around the nation's capital. This is a huge story.
A
It is obviously James Comey has been at the top of the headlines for years since he began testifying 2017, 2020. The release now that Patrick Fitzgerald will be the attorney representing him is, is also creating a lot of ripples. If you recall him, he is a bulldog, a trusted DOJ official and with a lot of experience who is responsible for Valerie claims, career ending, if you will. So that, that's another thing. So each step of this process, there's going to be a lot of news drops and Comey is, is per usual defending himself, which one could argue anyone is allowed to do, would do in this situation. But as we discussed in the last hour, it's very indicative, Terence, of what he has always done. Trump has been this promotional standpoint for him, it's like you have two indictments and the first thing you're wanting to do is go and in effect, showboat or put yourself out there. Most people would go underground or be as quiet as possible, saying that he's welcoming this, that he wants to make a stand. And that's his attitude. That's been his attitude all along. So it's a lot of shock and sort of surprise in the moment because this is big news. But I think it's something a lot of people in Washington saw coming, particularly those that I've been speaking to who are sourced anonymously at the FBI right now. They put a lot of work into this, and they're now getting accused of weaponizing the FBI when we know the investigation into Comey has been going on for years.
B
Well, let's see how this all works its way through the court system and what the resolution ultimately be. Brit, always good to see you. Appreciate you being here.
A
Thank you.
B
All right. Let's get a quick check of our forecast now with Weather Nation meteorologist Rob Bradley. Rob, I'm hoping it works this time. Good morning. Can you hear me? Yeah, Good morning. Yeah, I think you might have jinxed it last time you gave me that great big intro, Terrence. And then, of course, the audio stops. Working on my. But glad to be with you finally over the airwaves. And we see each other a lot in the newsroom. But let's talk about the forecast getting into the weekend. We've got a lot of warm temperatures starting the weekend on Friday. A lot of 70s and 80s on the board. Storms in the corners of the country with some severe weather possible from Phoenix off to the south and east, and a lot of strong storm activity still in the southeast as well, with quite a bit of heavy rainfall. But the middle of the country, the Northeast, the northwest, looking really good as we get into this Friday with mostly dry conditions. But there is something we need to watch in the tropics moving forward as we're still keeping a close eye on an area of low pressure that's spinning over portions of the greater Antilles. That area of low pressure is expected to move north over the next couple of days. And I'll step out of the way here so we can get to that graphic and show you what's going on here as we have this area of low pressure down towards the Bahamas entering favorable conditions to develop as it's moving into very warm waters. And an area of low pressure over the southeast could very well pull, pull this system into portions of the Carolinas. So we're going to be keeping a close eye on the heavy rainfall potential and the chance for other tropical impacts. Back to you, Terrence. Thank you, sir. All right, Appreciate the reporting there. Let's get you back to David and Dr. Gina. They are at Amax Boot Camp, which gets underway tomorrow. Guys, where you guys are, the college there. Just a quick point of personal, personal privilege, if you will. One of my stops in Germany is a place called Mannheim. And the military installation there, the housing was called Patrick Henry Village. We used to call it PHV for short. And you guys are at Patrick Henry College today. So I almost feel like it's a return to home for me watching you guys there. Yeah, I think that sounds right. T. Bates, by the way, Patrick, beautiful college. Oh, it's. It's just absolutely beautiful. Very founding fathers, if you will.
A
You feel like it's hollowed.
B
Yeah. And of course, we're in the Old Dominion. Patrick Henry College. And of course, Patrick Henry. Right. Give me like, give me liberty, give me death, which he said in 1775 at the second Virginia convention in Richmond, which is about two hours from here. We're about an hour from D.C. once again, this is going to be Amax Boot Camp for Patriots. It will be here on Saturday, 12 to 4, streaming live on Real America's Voice. And it comes at a time, Gina, where there's critical elections, off year elections. We, they've got training to do, a lot of tools. The turnout has to be key. So joining us now here on American Sunrise is Rebecca Weber, editor in chief of AMAC Advantage and of course, head of AMAC's business development. Rebecca, we also want to say that we have also a contributor for the Federalists and the Washington Examiner. That would be Stephanie Lundquist, Aurora. Both ladies, thanks for being here. Rebecca, let us start with you. This boot camp event's be to going to be extremely special. Tell our viewers more about it and what they can expect. Good morning.
A
Good morning to you both.
B
Thank you so much for having me on. We all see that we're in this era that's really defined by so much cultural change and political polarization. And this is why we're thrilled to have our boot camp for boomers. We want to help educate people. We want to give them hope. And so our boot camp, boot camp for Patriots, which we've relabeled the boot camp, this is one of the many, really offers an important platform for people of all ages to unite around faith, family and freedom. And we're building on our past successes of our AMAC boot camps. So this is a new format, and I think it really offers an even more inviting and invigorating opportunity for AMAC members and non members to engage on the top issues. If each one of us does something, we can change this nation. So we'll be talking about immigration, education, election integrity. We're going to talk about men invading women's spaces and the dangerous, dangerous resurgence of this Marxist social socialist ideology that we see really emerging. It's more than just a conference. It's. It's a call to action for every mom, dad, grandparent, every red blooded American who's determined to build a better future.
A
Stephanie across the commonwealth at Virginia Tech, Governor Young had an answer to the question, who will be the next Charlie Kirk? Here's what he told the students there.
B
Who will be the next Charlie? And as I look out in this room and I see thousands of you, I want to repeat the best answer that I have heard. You will be the next Charlie. All of you.
A
Stephanie, your reaction?
B
I'm a mother of three sons who are big fans of Charlie Kirk and his message.
A
And so when I heard Governor Youngkin say that, it really resonated with me.
B
Quite a bit because he inspired an.
A
Entire generation of young people to be.
B
Proud of being patriotic, to be proud.
A
Of valuing freedom, and to be proud of their faith.
B
And so it was really nice to.
A
Have this, to have this event and to hear our governor say this.
B
And I think he's right. I think that the movement is stronger.
A
Now than it's ever been.
B
I would also like to add that speaking of the Youngkin administration and their.
A
Emphasis on education, I really believe that.
B
The battle for the frontline battle for America's Youth is in K12 education, public education.
A
And I will be speaking on the.
B
Woke Indoctrination and men and women's spaces panel at the conference.
A
Lenin said, give me four years to.
B
Teach the children and the seed I have sown will never be uprooted. And I think that our Marxist leader of multiple school districts across the country.
A
Are really taking care of this and.
B
Taking this to heart and doing this.
A
They're trying to plant seeds of Marxism in our youth. And so I'm going to talk about, and as Rebecca mentioned, a number of.
B
Parental rights tools that we can use in order to join forces and to fight this Marxist infiltration. All right, ladies, thank you so much for joining us. Terrence Bates here. I apologize. We're having some technical issues and so I'm kind of popping in here. But it was good to talk with both of you, at least from my perspective. Good to listen to both of your thoughts. Again, thank you guys so much for being here with us this morning.
A
Thank you for having us.
B

Yes, it is Puppy Friday. It is Puppy Friday.

Do you have Colby on set?
B
Of course.
A
And we are at Patrick Henry College. So exciting to be here. I, I'm Dr. Gina joining you live from Amax Boot Camp. As I said, here at Patrick Henry University, it is, I'm used to saying college, but all the colleges all change to univers. All of my colleges change to universities, too. Anyway, it is time now to drain the swamp. And this morning we are fleshing out former FBI Director James Comey. You knew it.
B
Goodbye.
A
Former FBI Director Comey has been indicted by a federal grand jury and the charges include making false statements and obstruction of justice. This comes just days after President Trump urged the DOJ to take action. The case centers around whether Comey lied to Congress during his 2020 testimony about the FBI's handling of the Russia investigation into President Trump. The U.S. attorney's office in Virginia is leading the case. And this could be the moment many Americans have been waiting for. Joining us now to discuss is the one, the only, the host of Law and Border here on Rav. Say your name. Ben.
B
They know you.
A
They love you, Ben Berkwam. It's good to have you with us, Ben. Your take on all of this. I mean, is there really a chance, though, that he's going to do any time? I mean, that's, that's the question.
B
You know, I'm actually, I'm disappointed that it's not heavier charges. This guy committed treason.
A
Yes, I did.
B
He worked for four years to undermine President Trump even sitting as the FBI director. He was a part of Crossfire Hurricane. He was clearly a part of all of the Russia collusion hoax that was really, it was a coup against President Trump. And the definition to me is treason. So I think perjury is the least of it. But I think, you know, most Americans, at least patriots in this country, at least we're getting somewhere. This is what we've been waiting for. Actual indictments against actual traitors of this country. I just wish the charges were a little stronger, but by the way, I just wanted to make a mention. Patrick Henry University here. Beautiful college or university? I was at George Washington University last week and all I could think was George Washington wouldn't be invited back to this university. So at least this is a university that would still invite the founding fathers back onto their campus. Yeah, Patrick Henry would be enrolled, but James Comey hopefully wouldn't. Yes, that's for sure. By the way, I guess if he, if he is convicted, it would be five years in jail. That's the, the maximum sentence. But okay, I know you can go a long time on that, but I got to get to the boot camp for patriots. That's why, obviously you're here. While we're here, tell us a little bit about what you're going to be talking about. I know, let me guess, maybe, I don't know, immigration. Yeah. Yeah. So, yeah, we'll actually be hanging out together. We will. You know, this is, it's about restoring America. We had four years of the undermining of America. Now we have the restoration of America under President Trump. But you see, it's the same enemies. It's the James Comey's, it's the radical left. You see them attacking. We just had the shooting in Dallas where a deranged leftist went and tried to kill ICE agents. ERO agents there at the field office ended up killing illegal and illegal instead. But this is going to get worse before it gets better until there's actually punishments and prosecutions for these guys. Thank God. One of the biggest things, and so one of my talks will be where we were, where we are and where we're heading. One of the most important things is not just labeling these organizations terrorist organizations like antifa, like all of these socialist communist groups like the Muslim Brotherhood, the La Raza groups that are working to overthrow our country. All of these groups are enemies of our nation. They need to be labeled as terrorist organizations and they need to be treated as such. And so I'll talk about that and much, much more. It's going to be a great event with emphasis on much, much more. Yeah, yeah.
A
I'm really excited what you have, hear what you have to say, especially in light of what's Gone down with ice, finding out that there are ICE trackers. I think there are targets on the back of basically every Christian conservative in the country right now.
B
When, you know, obviously what we saw with Charlie Kirk, you know, one of the heroes of the movement murdered.
A
And I don't think you have to be in the public eye to be a target, right?
B
No, no. Anybody. I mean, so we're dealing with the most evil sorts of people, people that have given their lives over to the devil. These guys are wicked, it's demonic and we're, you know, and honestly it's, it's because righteous men and women didn't stand up. We allowed ourselves to get to this point in our society where we took God out of society and replaced him with moral relativism and now pure demonism. And so that's what you get. And so I think you're right. I think it's going to get worse. I was there in an operation with ICE in Chicago when our car got surrounded because that ICE track, it is a very dangerous time. But it's the time that we have to stand up and defeat this evil.
A
No doubt about it. We had a guy from Antifa, former Antifa member yesterday on the show and he said, don't think these people are all just paid patsies. These people actually hate America and it's very real. Yeah, that scared me. Ben, I can't wait to hear your remarks at the AMAC boot camp.
B
Thanks, Ben.
A
Thanks for joining us this morning. All right, coming up, right, we're headed down to Wall street for the opening bell and insight into how to hold on to your hard earned dollars with some common sense. We'll be right back with more American Sunrise in Just.

A lot of our broadcast is happening in Virginia this morning. I used to live in Richmond. In fact, I lived in Henrico county right off of Short Pump Road. One of my favorite road names ever. Anyway, we're getting you ready to for the opening bell here at the New York Stock Exchange. It's set to ring in just a few minutes. I can tell you early morning trading looking pretty good. This is pre market trading. As you can see, our entire board is in the green hopefully it stays that way on this final day of trading for the week. We'll take you to the New York Stock Exchange here in short order. But first, let's get you out to Patrick Henry College. That's where David Brody is standing by. David, good morning. Good morning. Tbates. Appreciate it. All right. Time now for our daily dose of dollars and common sense. And that means we bring in a guy with a lot of common sense. That's Americ American Sunrise EARLY EDITION host, the guy behind Jake's Take substacks, Jake Novak. Jake, good to see you. So look, another very strong and surprising report on the strength of the economy just came out. But this could be a case of good news means bad news in some cases. So what do you mean exactly? Because I can get confused very easily. Good morning. Yeah, I hate when this happens on Wall Street. You know, sometimes Wall street, the stocks go up and there's big layoff announcements. They love layoff offs. And then sometimes the stocks go down when there's report of strong economic strength. Now that's what we got at 3.8%. That's the final revision, the final number for second quarter gross domestic products. So between April and June, the US economy grew 3.8%. That's boom time numbers. I mean, really like that's basically 4%. That's a, that's a number that everyone strives for. Usually the economy bumps along at about 2%. That's the average. So that's almost double. Double. The problem is that shoots interest rates higher. People start thinking, well, you know, I'm going to take my money out of that safe bank account and start investing more in the economy in a new business or a stock, and that drives interest rates higher. Luckily, though, what we're seeing this morning, David, is that that gain from yesterday seems to be cooling off a little bit. And so I'm hoping this doesn't mean higher rates. President Trump talked about this yesterday. You know, he knows what I'm talking about. And that is it's one of those things, let good news be good news, America, and let's not try to hurt ourselves on the other end with higher mortgage rates or higher credit card rates and everything just because the economy is doing better. What about the Fed, though? I mean, they lowered interest rates by a quarter point. Where are you suggesting that maybe the next time around they might rethink that? Well, it's going to be hard for them to lower again based on that number. A little bit harder. But then of course, we also got a core inflation report this morning warning that showed that at least in August, which is already almost, you know, two months ago, but at least in August we learned that the core inflation didn't increase. It basically stayed the same. So there's a lot to juggle here, David. But as we've established already, I don't think the Fed's looking at economic data as closely as they should be. Anyway, they're going to do what they want to do, but, yeah, I'd like to see the economy be strong and our rates stay low at the same time. Got it. I guess not everything, though, is booming. There's Starbucks, which. Which we should be clear as a license to basically sell crack. They're having a hard time talk about that. Yeah, you coffee addicts need to step up your game. I'm not a coffee drinker, so I don't get it. There's a Starbucks next door to me, though, and it's a popular hangout. But, yeah, listen, Starbucks brought in the guy from Chipotle a little while ago to be their new CEO, and he said he was going to be doing stuff like this, closing stores, making some layoffs. He had been holding off on it. He'd really only been doing it at the corporate level, in the corporate office offices. But now they're closing some stores and, you know, you know that old joke about like, I met my wife at Starbucks? No, we weren't at the same Starbucks. I saw her across the street at the other Starbucks and we waved at each other. So they're closing that other Starbucks right now, is what's happening. That's very good. Okay, Well, I was gonna ask about relationships, but I guess I shouldn't go there. Sorry, I just got distracted. All right, so this story, this one that we're gonna talk about lastly, sounds impossible to be true. So Jaguar and Land Rover haven't actually built even one new car for a month now. Is that true? Say it ain't so, Jake. No, it's true. You know, they got hit with the cyber attack, and this time it wasn't their fault. Remember they had that terrible Jaguar commercial with these weird people walking around and no cars. They were hit with a major cyber attack a month ago, and we knew it was bad, but this is really bad. They haven't rolled out from their British factories a new Land Rover or Jaguar for an entire month because. Because of this. This is going to start to hurt pretty soon now. They had some inventory at the dealerships. They were still available. I'm not saying if you go to your dealership now there's not going to be any cars. But you know what? In a few months that might be the case. This is a major disaster and it's got to be a money making opportunity for some of these cybersecurity firms out there. The first firm that can go to Jaguar and Land Rover, which is owned by Tata Motors in India and can explain what happened and how it can never happen again, is going to make a pretty penny. So business opportunity, folks. Meanwhile, those assembly lines that Jaguar and Land Rover are quiet as anything right now. Yeah. How are car prices doing, by the way? Are they still, they're still up there or are they coming down anytime soon? And isn't October 1st is next week. That's the fiscal deadline. I don't know if that means anything as it relates to car prices being lowered based on what dealers do there. I don't know how that works exactly. Well, you know, there's, there's a graphic that you can check out on autonews.com and I laugh about this graphic because they set it up to try to hurt President Trump. They said, here's the, they set up a graphic after in mid April saying, here's the change in car prices since April 1, you know, just before the tariffs were announced. And for the longest time, David, it was 0.0%, no movement. Now we're starting to see, I'm seeing 0.6%. Is the creep up since April 1? That's nothing, by the way. Way that's nothing. I don't know about car prices coming and SUV and truck prices coming down, but I can tell you it's a very slow creep up right now. And there are good rates available. If you get a Ford F150, by the way, F4 just lowered the credit requirements, your credit score requirements to get the best rate. So that's an opportunity for some people. Very nice Shake Novak. Have a great weekend. Thanks, sir. Appreciate you as always. All right, once again, we are here in Virginia. Patrick Henry College in Purcellville, Virginia, about an hour from D.C. the big AMAC boot camp for patriots this weekend. Rav will stream it live on Saturday. All right, time to head back to T. Bates in Denver. The opening bell sponsored by our good friends at amac, the association of Mature American Citizens is the conservative voice for Americans 50 and older. AMAC is fighting for the values that you hold dear. Join today. Together we can write the course of America. The markets on Wall street, less than a minute from opening, you can hear the applause. That's always a signal that the Opening bell is set to ring in short order and then we'll get a sense of how the markets are looking on this final day of trading of the workweek. Pearson is at the podium right now. The bell is going to ring here in in short order and hopefully it's going to be a good start to this Friday of trading. Right on cue, there you have it, ladies and gentlemen. The market's now officially open as the opening bell is ringing. And just like that, it looks like the market's starting off on a pretty decent note. The Dow is up as is the S P500. The tech heavy Nasdaq however, ah, it just switched. You can see it literally changes from moment to moment. It was in the red and now it is switched. It looks like it's generated generally flat but still in the green. No losses right now. In general, this start to the day of trading off to a pretty good start. Hopefully it will end on a pretty high note as well. All right. Welcome back to American Sunrise. Thanks for joining us this morning. We invite you to hop on in our conversation on YouTube, getter and rumble. And it is now time to take the political pulse of America. The beat today goes a little something like this. The Maha Institute held its Autism Roundtable in Washington, D.C. yesterday. It followed President Trump's going bold to tackle autism announcement a little earlier in the week. Scientists, doctors, parents came together to confront the autism crisis and to discuss real solutions based on science for families across America. Here is some of what we heard in our livestream yesterday if you didn't get to see.

So we all know that autism can't be genetic, even though we're told and you can read everywhere that it is genetic. But you know, as everyone in this room knows, genetic changes at this level don't happen in one generation. You don't go from 1 in 10,000 to 1 in 31. It just can't happen. That's real science.
A
Joining us now to talk all about it is RAV Washington correspondent Britt McHenry. Britt, you were there for six solid hours. That's a long, long time. I bet you learned a lot. What sticks out to you the most in your mind? One statistic really, Gina, it was that the average lifespan of a child diagnosed with autism is 34 years old, just 34 years old. That definitely got a reaction from the crowd. It started out as we just listened with a lot of advocacy, representatives from Maha Action pac, from the Maha Institute. And as the panel proceeded throughout the afternoon, you had neurologists there, you had mothers there with their own personal testimonies. And of course, the big word of the week was Tylenol. Tylenol's parent company, Ken View share stock shares dropped rather after the press conference that President Trump had about about the drug, the over the counter drug and not taking it if you were pregnant. Yeah, year to date, their losses are a 21% drop. So the shares dropped about 8%. They rebounded a little bit. But this symposium only reiterated what the president said in detail and said, yes, it can be a factor. You know, with Advil there's a risk of bleeding in pregnancy. But Tylenol is not, not the automatic go to or shouldn't be as we've been told. And I'm sure You saw, Gina, the dug up tweet from 2017 where Tylenol said not to use it if you are pregnant. They backtracked and said that was taken out of context. But in addition to Tylenol, there was all sorts of things discussed about how autism really is affected and created in the natal stages. And it is a problem for a lot of children. Yeah. I mean, because we do know that about 80% of cases are. They happen as the child is growing. So there's something happening there. Obviously, a lot of us are looking to the discussions that will happen around vaccinations, especially mandated vaccinations, so close together and so many. I know when I was growing up, there was, you know, you could count them on two hands. The amount of vaccination vaccines that, that were required to go to school. Now by the time a child is like 18 years old, they've had how many. Do you know that number? It's, it's a, it's a staggering number. It's a, it's a staggering amount. The specific one they didn't touch on yesterday, but they did bring up, as we've discussed before, the hepatitis B shot, if that's transmitted sexually, why are infants required to have it? And a great line yesterday that I heard and everybody reacted to was you are not anti vaccine. If you have simple questions about mercury, the amount of mercury that is being delivered in these vaccines. Aluminum. They have found traces of aluminum in brain tissue of children or anyone who's passed from various ailments, but who were diagnosed with autism. So there was a strong emphasis on, we are not saying ban all vaccines, but it should be live logic, especially for parents to question what is in these vaccines and why they are mandated and why there's other variants in them with aluminum, with mercury that affects the mitochondria, which I feel like a scientist, an expert, a doctor at this point, Gina, in my own little way, because mitochondria is honorary degree yesterday. Yeah, I did, I did. I was walking around with a cap after we left there. But a lot of neurology there, weighing in and emphasizing that there's environmental causes at play and that Robert Kennedy Jr. Just wants to look into these things and see what is absolutely necessary for our children to be taking when it comes to vaccines and to develop more awareness for pregnant women and what they can do. I asked a doctor, Dr. Richard Fry, what should pregnant women do in instances of pain? And he said, you know, really try to educate yourself on some homeopathic remedies. Acupuncture massages. Not everyone has the time and space, you know, to just go get a massage. I would love to do it every day if I could. But he said we should be looking outside the box instead of just popping Tylenol. And that was the emphasis, but it wasn't. I used acupuncture during my pregnancy and it did work. Brit, I'm so glad you were there yesterday. Yes, I did. I'm so glad that you were there yesterday. I know we have a lot more to talk about and we will in the coming days. Thank you for joining us. Thank you. All right, now it is time. It's tea time, actually, with T. Bates.
B
Let's spill some tea. Let's spill some tea is fueled by Artillery Tea company. It is the only America first veteran owned tea brand out there. Their mission, you ask? Well, it's to maximize flavor. Flavor with whole leaf blends and chemical free tea bags. There's no junk here, just real tea. And the tactical advantage is that each bag brews not just once but twice. Go to artillerytco.com that's the website and you can get the free precision. You can get the free precision brewing guide with orders over $30. That's artillerytco.com it's premium tea Mission driven brewing for the brave. All right, let's get right into what's in the cup today. And that would be the co founder of Artillery Tea Company, Mike Britton. Mike, good to see you. Good morning. Morning, Terrence. Thanks. All right, so look, I'm looking at our screen and we've got the pumpkin blend. And I've got to tell you, my daughter just the other day said, it's pumpkin season, Dad, I want something pumpkin. I said, well, look in the cabinet. We've got some pumpkin Artillery tea. It is the time of the year for, for that. I'm telling you, you are a staple in our household. I'm not so sure I'm supposed to admit that, but I'm just being honest. You are a staple in our household. Yeah, it sounds good. We just released that blend about a month ago or so and the response has been great. I mean, every year we, we always sell out of that stuff. We're always having to do constant reorders. I have to reorder this blend and re. Re blended ourselves more often than, you know, most of the blends that we have. So the response has been great. Yeah. Huh. And you know, it's one of those things that I would imagine is seasonal. And as a good businessman, you react to what's popular during a specific season and it is pumpkin season and so fortunately people are buying it and really enjoying it. Yeah we do this every year. This is I think our third year releasing the same pumpkin payload blend. So we haven't modified the formula at all. Typically we only sell it though till maybe December, maybe January some year years and so it is a limited time blend. We are thinking about speaking of seasonality trying to do a Christmas blend this year. We're in the early stages of development development with that if anyone knows. People have probably heard about what Charlie's favorite tea was. The majesty where that's going to be an inspiration for us too. And so we hope to get get that out here soon too. Okay, well let me just go on and add to the mix candy cane. I'm telling you, I think it would be a hit some sort of candy cane flavored tea. I'm all for that but you know I'll just take a small fee if your R and D decides to go forward. That talk about some of the things that you guys do, even apart from tea, obviously you donate part of your profits to veteran and first responder non profits share. Why supporting those sorts of causes is so important there to Artillery T. Yeah, that's one of the main reasons we started this company. Not only seeing kind of kind of a market gap in a conservative T space. There wasn't really anybody out there that was do it that's doing what we're doing. And still to this day there isn't really anyone out there doing this. But other than that we are, we're veteran founded, we're veteran run family run and operated. People have seen Joey on this show. He's my younger brother. He was in the army for 10 years, served on several deployments. And so I mean these are the people that, that safeguard and maintain our freedoms that we owe so much to to and we felt like on our end, you know starting a tea company to support them was kind of the least we could do to show our appreciation. And so that's really at the, that's really at the heart of everything we do here at the company. Hey, I hear you guys have a special offer for our viewers today. What is that? Yeah, sure. So a lot of, a lot of tea is weak Terence. The, the tea from the grocery stores, it's made of dust, it's made of plastic bleach, paper, tea bags. Bags. And so we came out with a product that uses the whole leaves and uses chemical free bags. But there's kind of a nuance with our product, and that is that black tea and green tea and herbal tea, they brew differently. And so to get the optimal flavor out of each one of them, you have to go a slightly different temperature, slightly different steeping time. And then, as you know, you can get two cups of tea out of each one of our tea bags. And so with that nuance, we came up with something called the Precision Brewing Guide. Guide where it gives you which type of which type of tea you purchased and then what temperature you should brew it at, how long to do the first steep for the first cup and how long to do the second steep. So it's really a guide to get the maximum flavor and the maximum volume out of the product. And so for today only, we were going to do a free precision brewing guide with every order. That's over. That's over $30. Wow. Who knew that there's a science to brewing tea? I think most of us thought, okay, okay, you get some hot water, you put the tea bag in, you let it steep until it's dark enough for you, and then you're good to go. But in order to maximize it, you say there's really a temperature variance, if you will, and a science to it. Yeah, that's right. So black tea is like a higher temperature. Right. If you brew green tea with boiling water, you're going to extract more bitter compounds out of it. And so you're going to get a bitter, a more bitter cup of tea, a more flavorless cup of tea. But if you brew at the right temperature for the right time, it'll be smooth, it'll taste natural, it'll taste how it's supposed to taste. Wow.
A
Okay.
B
Interesting. Interesting. Well, folks, anything over $30 that you order from Artillerytea, you can get this guide and learn how to properly make your cup of tea. All right, welcome back to American Sunrise. I'm Dr. G. Country music My favorite, as you know, is paying a tribute to a conservative icon. Singer Jeff Bates has released a brand new song honoring Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk. The lyrics celebrate Charlie's voice, his courage, his impact on a new generation of American who believe in faith, family and freedom. And it shows how Charlie Kirk's message has moved beyond the podium into songs striking a chord with Americans who believe this country's best days are still ahead. Here's what it sounds like.
B
Hallelujah.
A
Beautiful tune, powerful message. Country singer Jeff Bates is here with us today to talk about it. Jeff, first of all, thank you for such a great, great. A beautiful song, a beautiful tribute to one of our heroes. Good morning to you. What inspired you?
B
My daughter called me and let me know about Charlie and. And. And I immediately just knew I had to get this out. I had to write. I've been following him for a while and. And. And knew what he stood for and believed in him. And obviously, just a great guy and one of America's brightest. At his age, I've never seen anybody like him before. And so I. We went and wrote a song, and I just knew I had to get it out. And the song just kind of poured out. It was pretty amazing.
A
Yeah, that'll happen sometimes, won't it? When?
B
Whenever, now.
A
The big guy in the sky takes note.
B
Yeah.
A
Yeah. So. So. So tell us what you plan to do with the song. What have you heard from the song? What's the reaction, Ben?
B
Well, first thing, the. The reaction has been through the roof. It's been crazy. It's amazing to find out that a lot of America, a large portion of America, feels the same way I do about it. You know, this shouldn't happen in our country. It is. It's sad. It's going to be missed. At the same time, we obviously know where Charlie is today. If you're a believer, and I am, we want to get it to as many people as possible. It's going on my new album, which will be coming out about the end of October, 1st of November, and carry it as far as it'll go and hope that we can get everybody to hear yet.
A
What's the overriding message of the song? If you had to give us a synopsis.
B
If I had to give you a synopsis. The overriding message of the song is when you're doing the things you should. You should be doing, that God put you here to do. Even if a bullet takes you out, no matter how you go, we all wind up at the same place in the end. And there's something bigger there, someone bigger there waiting for us to embrace us with open arms, which. Which is what I believe to Charlie. Happened to Charlie.
A
I gotta ask you, Jeff, did your daughter approve of the song?
B
My daughter loved the song. She. She approved the song and she's 15 by the way. And may I say one thing, she's 15 years old. And one of the biggest reasons that I believed in what Charlie was doing with with Turning Point and all that and going around speaking to young people around the country, he never had a message that I would not want my daughter to here.
A
That's right. I think it really changed that generation. Jeff Bates, I think your song will help sync Charlie's message and I thank you so much for writing it. God bless you and your daughter and thanks for joining us this morning. Best of luck with the song. Oh, wait, wait, wait, wait. Tell people where they can find it.
B
No, you can find it on itunes. Amazon, you can find it on jeffbice.net you can find anywhere where this digital download. You can find this song right now. All right, Spotify.
A
All right, my friend. Thanks again. God bless. All right.
B
God bless you.

All right, you're looking right now at Joint Base Andrews. President Trump getting ready to board that plane for New York. But we are here in Washington D.C. on the ground with the boots that are on the ground for the boot camp with AMAC. Welcome back to America Sunrise. I am Dr. Jeta. We are so excited to celebrate this day of truth, action and resolve ahead of some of the most critical elections in our nation's history. Absolutely. There's no doubt about that. This event, hosted of course by amac, brings together members and friends to engage on the top issues facing America today. Immigrant education, men and women's spaces, and a lot of other things like that. Conservative speakers will take the stage sharing insights and strategies to inform and empower the American people. And we will be right here on top of all of it, covering all of it, bringing it to you. But if you can join us, we'd love to have you join us as well. There are still tickets available. Joining us to preview the event is Chief Technology Officer for a Mack, Dave Kane. Dave, good morning to you.
B
Good morning. How, how's everyone this morning doing?
A
Well, we are good. We are amped up and ready to go. I brought my boots so I'm going to the boot camp. Tell us about what folks can expect.
B
So this is an event, it's four hours long, as you mentioned, from 12 to 4. Tickets are still available. You can come down right to the door and just come in, pay for your ticket there or you can go to AMEC US Bootcamp and purchase tickets there. There's still some available and what you can expect is within those four Hours we hold educational panels and solo speakers. A lot of, you know, David, you and Dr. G, you guys are involved in the show. We're very grateful that you decided to join us this time. We are holding panels on election integrity, on the woke virus in public school system and immigration panels, as well as many other topics. What we do, what we try to do is empower the people, teach them, show them a path to where they can go ahead and make a difference in their communities. They. We teach them how to become certified poll watchers. We teach them how to maybe run for committee men. A lot of people don't even know what a committeeman is, let alone know how to run for them. We also have our AMAC Action Panel. AMAC Action is our advocacy group, our 501C4 the that does tremendous work around the nation and in local communities with calls to action right there. You could sign up to become an AMAC Action delegate or ambassador. Once you're in, we bring you into our world, we give you the tools, the training on how to hold your own chapter meetings and really make a difference on legislation in your local area. Dave, it makes perfect sense that it's being held here at Patrick Henry College, of course, Patrick Henry famous for saying, give me liberty or give me death. Because without liberty, we've got nothing in this country. We've got nothing. Talk to us about the freedom aspect of all of this. Well, I mean, obviously freedom is, is, is the baseline of our, our country, you know, and we see it slowly eroding away piece by piece. You know, you can't say this or you're in trouble. You can't do this or you're in trouble. And we want to, we want, you know, freedom is only one generation away from extinction. I believe that was Ronald Reagan that said that, that. And we're seeing it unfold right in front of our eyes. So if we don't do something and reach out and, you know, we used to call these boot camper boomers, and we switched it to patriots because we realized there really needs to incorporate the younger generation, the younger patriots, which, you know, unfortunately, it took something like Charlie Kirk to be assassinated for, to mobilize the youth in this, in this nation to really start making a difference in droves. There are some out there. I'm not, I'm not going to say there aren't any already, but now we see this explosion of, of faith and, and activism amongst the young kids.
A
We are excited. Yeah, we're excited. We are also, at the end of our show, right now.
B
We gotta go. Colby's here.
A
Kobe's here. Happy puppy Friday. Kobe's like, wait, what?
B
We're leaving now.
A
See you tomorrow. We can't wait.
B
All right, all right, all right.
A
Sounds good, you guys. War room is up next. Go boldly now. Live the truth. We'll see you tomorrow.

Episode Date: September 26, 2025
Hosts: David Brody, Dr. Gina, Terrence Bates
Notable Contributors: Britt McHenry, Frank Gaffney, Ben Bergquam, Rebecca Weber, Stephanie Lundquist-Arora, Pastor/Rep. Mark Harris, Jake Novak, Jim Moseley, David Zier
Location: Live from Patrick Henry College, Virginia during the AMAC Boot Camp for Patriots
This action-packed episode centers on breaking news: the federal indictment of former FBI Director James Comey. The hosts conduct in-depth analysis and spirited discussion about the legal, political, and cultural ramifications. They also cover the approaching government shutdown, provide updates from the AMAC Boot Camp for Patriots, examine the state of education and youth activism, discuss the autism crisis following a White House announcement, and reflect on the legacy of conservative leader Charlie Kirk.
The episode’s tone is urgent, patriotic, and strongly critical of mainstream political and media narratives, emphasizing “American values, faith, family, and freedom.”
[03:07, 27:51, 69:41, 82:23]
“One of the worst human beings this country has ever seen has been exposed…Today, he was indicted by a grand jury on two felony counts for various illegal and unlawful acts. He has been so bad for our country for so long and is now at the beginning of being held responsible for his crimes against our nation. Make America Great Again!" (03:27)
“We will not live on our knees. Fear is the tool of a tyrant…I have great confidence in the federal judicial system, and I’m innocent. So let’s have a trial and keep the faith.” (03:44)
“Everything James Comey has done has also been about the promotion and publicity of James Comey…His family entrenched deeply in the inner workings of the justice system.” (09:52)
“This guy committed treason…He was clearly a part of all of the Russia collusion hoax that was really a coup against President Trump.” (83:17)
[14:01, 30:43, 74:32]
“…the government shutdown is looming that they already were blaming on Trump…Democrats are going to say this is President Trump being tyrannical and use that to campaign. But this is something he’s discussed for years.” (13:26)
“Democrats are really in a bad place…They are a godless…pro-crime party at this point. So they have to import voters.” (31:57) “We managed to cut $1.6 trillion in mandatory spending for the first time…Now [Democrats] want to reinstate that money…If they choose to shut it down, they’ll have to own this.” (32:17)
[18:09, 68:34, 126:18]
“We get together panels and conservative speakers…teach people how to get involved in local communities…It’s easier to fight back in a group than individually.” (18:54)
“If each one of us does something, we can change this nation…It’s a call to action for every mom, dad, grandparent, every red-blooded American.” (74:33)
“They’re trying to plant seeds of Marxism in our youth. I’ll talk about parental rights tools to fight this.” (77:46)
[42:06]
“We want to get Gaza over with. We had a great meeting with leaders…We want to get the hostages back…We’re close to getting some kind of deal done.” (42:06)
“The President’s desire to see an end to the hostilities in Gaza is best expressed when he makes it clear Hamas must be destroyed…The only hope for lasting peace is decisive Israeli victory over her enemies and ours.” (45:03)
[75:59, 56:23]
“Who will be the next Charlie? I have heard: You will be the next Charlie. All of you.” (75:59)
“He inspired an entire generation of young people to be proud of being patriotic…to value freedom and their faith.” (76:41)
“The overriding message of the song is: When you’re doing what God put you on earth to do…there’s something bigger waiting for us in the end.” (120:36)
[41:38, 103:10]
“The average lifespan of a child diagnosed with autism is 34 years…There was a strong emphasis on: we are not saying ban all vaccines, but it should be logical—especially for parents—to question what is in these vaccines and why.” (104:13)
[60:11]
“The ancients didn’t see time as a line; they imagined it as a living body…spring was the true beginning of the year…Later tradition placed the head of the year in the fall in Tishri.” (61:29)
[87:26]
“Between April and June, the US economy grew 3.8%...That’s boom time numbers. But that could drive interest rates higher.” (88:07)
“MAGA wants to see Comey in handcuffs…This is historic.” (06:35)
“This is what it looks like to be a patriot. We have to protect the American family.” (02:44)
“This was a coup against President Trump…They need to be labeled as terrorist organizations and treated as such.” (83:17)
“Give me four years to teach the children and the seed I have sown will never be uprooted.” (77:29)
“Even if a bullet takes you out…there’s something bigger there, someone bigger there waiting to embrace us.” (120:36)
“American Sunrise” on September 26th, 2025, was dominated by the unprecedented indictment of former FBI Director James Comey—a moment seized by the hosts as vindication for years of conservative grievances against the “deep state” and DOJ. The episode provided analysis from political figures, referenced historical testimony, and anticipated broader legal consequences for others involved in the Russia investigation.
