All right, it's time for my opening commentary. It's titled it's time to admit the Do Nothing GOP Senate will Never Pass the SAVE Act. So President Trump, you've got to act. Here is how the President can win big on both mass deportation and stopping voter fraud without Congress even involved. Let's just admit the truth. The GOP Senate is filled with rhino frauds. They don't want to pass the SAVE act to secure elections. Some of them are corrupt and dirty, bribed and playing for the other side, whether that be China, the DC Swamp, the Deep State, the Democrat Party, or the drug cartels. Other GOP senators are simply afraid that the Republican Party might actually win. They would much rather lose and continue to raise campaign cash as the out of power party. Then they don't have to do anything. They just complain. They love that losing serves their purpose better if they can't pass voter id. This one simple thing that virtually every American voter supports. White people support it. Black people support it. Latino people support it. Republicans support it, Democrats support it. Independents support it. Literally 70 to 80% of every one of those groups in America supports voter id. If they he can't pass it the Republican Senate, what good are they? The answer is the GOP Senate is good for nothing. The GOP Senate should be labeled by President Trump as the Do Nothing Senate. Except it's his own party. When Harry Truman did it, it was the other party, right? How pathetic. How disgraceful. So it's time for Trump to take matters into his own hands. But all is not lost. Don't get hysterical yet. Don't panic yet. There is a plan. It's my plan. I think it'll work. Here it is. First, President Trump needs to sign his own executive order, eo that mimics most aspects of the SAVE act, except better and stricter and stronger. Get it signed now, as in yesterday, thereby giving Democrats time to sue to stop it. Because you know they're going to sue and to appeal multiple times and eventually put it in front of the Supreme Court with an expediated ruling. All of this has got to get done before the midterms. We have to have it in place before the midterms. If the SAVE act isn't in place by the midterms. We don't win. Period. We lose. My two favorite sayings both apply here. If it's to be, it's up to me. And God helps those who help themselves. It's up to you, President Trump. Make it happen. Help yourself. Help us. Help America. My election expert, John Goodman tells me your executive order is far better than the Senate version of the SAVE act anyway. And Goodman says it's certain your eo, your executive order will be upheld by the supreme court based on three planks of the U.S. constitution and a 1995 Supreme Court ruling titled U.S. term Limits vs. Thornton, which puts elections in the federal government's hand. That ruling by the Supreme Court makes it impossible for the Supremes to overturn your EO. Secondly, Mr. President, be sure that your EO executive order is far stricter than the Senate Save Act. Regarding mail in ballots, they're not legal. There is no right in election law in history anywhere that makes it legal for anyone to vote by mail. Mail in ballots should be completely banned forever. Make it clear the only legal form of voting by mail is absentee voting. A completely different thing than mail in voting and absentee balloting. Absentee voting, excuse me, is strictly reserved only for people who are too sick or too disabled to vote and active duty military overseas. That's it. Third, President Trump must sign a separate EO Just dealing with illegal aliens who are voting. And we know they are by the millions, especially in swing states. Take my home state of Nevada. Illegal aliens get driver's licenses in Nevada. Once a DMV for their driver's license, they're automatically registered to vote. That's it. They can't opt out. By law. It's automatic. And the DMV clerk by law cannot stop them from registering the vote or ask them if they're a citizen. They're not allowed. Now they're legal to vote. At that moment, they're legal to vote even though they're illegally in the country. And you don't think they're voting when their vote could be the deciding vote about who wins. Which is exactly what happens in Nevada all the time. Every race is razor thin and the GOP loses most of them. Illegal alien votes are the difference. They tip close races to Democrats in Nevada and around the country. Keep in mind, if they elect Democrats, illegal aliens get to stay in the country and collect 100 different forms of welfare and free health care. Of course they're voting. Wouldn't you? It's in their best interest to vote and always to vote Democrat. Democrats made it easy for them to register a DMV. And once Democrats win, they protect illegals 24, 7 because these are the voters who keep electing them. Now let's look at how the illegal aliens vote in Nevada and elsewhere. They vote via mail in ballot with no voter ID required. Now, they never have to go to the polling place to vote and risk being arrested and deported by ice. They don't have to talk to anyone. They never speak to any government official. They never see a member of law enforcement. It's all done through the mail or ballot harvesting. And I'm not even sure it's the illegal aliens doing the actual voting. It's probably the Democrat party fraud machine voting for them once they're registered to vote. So to prevent them from voting and to prevent them from ever registering to vote, President Trump needs to scare the bejesus out of them. We need a separate EO that says, number one, no more driver's licenses for illegals at dmv. And number two, because you have to ask for proof of citizenship or you don't get a driver's license. Number two, any illegal alien of votes will be immediately arrested and deported. Get that EO in place immediately. So once again, there's time for Democrat lawsuits, appeals and a Supreme Court final decision. And to reinforce that EO, President Trump every media opportunity needs to say, all non citizens who vote will be arrested and deported and throw in a PS Whether you do it in person or mail in or ballot Dropbox or ballot harvesting, I don't care. If you're illegally in this country and you vote, you will be our number one priority for arrest and deportation. One sentence stated non stop by the President everywhere he goes, in every media appearance, at every press conference, in every press release, can scare, intimidate and stop cold illegals from voting. Simple. The national media covers President Trump for hours every day. From now on. Add this one sentence, President Trump, all non citizens who vote will be arrested and deported. Repeat it nonstop for now to the midterms, wherever you go, and we win, as long as we get these two EOs upheld by the Supreme Court before the election. Plus, of course, we need a Supreme Court ruling that bans the counting of ballots after election Day. And that one appears very highly likely to happen. So, Mr. President, get moving now. There's no time to waste. And one quick P.S. we also have to get out of Iran soon and get the price of gas down and get the economy booming by late summer or early fall. Do all that and we pull the upset, we win the midterms. There's no other option. Fail and Trump's presidency is over. All of these jobs are up to you, President Trump. The GOP Senate is useless as usual. It's superhuman. Superman, Trump all by himself against the whole world. I have faith you can do it. Make it happen. It's all about open borders spending on illegal stealing government money, implanting Marxist policies and rigging and stealing elections, which communists always do. Speaking of their favorite saying, we live on stolen land. The whole California has been stolen from the American people. Gavin Newsom is presiding over stolen land. Here's just a few headlines. A major climate executive warns that California is functionally bankrupt and could have a shortfall. A debt of $1 trillion that could shake the entire nation. We could all go bankrupt. The entire nation could go under because of the debt of California. They've given all their money to illegals. California gubernatorial debate, it was canceled at the last minute. It was supposed to be at a major college, I believe usc. And they cancel it because everyone who qualified for the debate for governor was white. So they canceled the debate. Can't have an all white debate. Governor Newsom threatens arrest for anyone who is investigating Somali daycare fraud. Why would that be? Could it be because you know you're part of the fraud? You're going to jail. Feds charge a migrant with $90 million. Health care fraud in Northern California. What a shocker. This is what Gavin Newsom's afraid of. San Francisco judge frees a man who killed an 84 year old grandpa in an unprovoked attack after citing the murderers traumatic childhood and releases them on probation. And finally, exclusive story. Whistleblower exposes massive election fraud ring in California and claims voter registrar's office hands lists of stolen names directly to gang bangers to rig petitions with paid homeless signers. Chevron warns that the company may quit refining oil in the state unless officials roll back taxes and regulations. There you have it. The poisons destroying our country. Climate change, green energy, taxes, regulations. Oh my gosh, how down number eight. Another major catastrophe facing America is the Muslim invasion of the United States. All because of open borders. And it all started with Obama waving in millions of Muslims. We all say we don't want America to be another Europe. Well, the EU is finished. Too late. Invaded and conquered. So now we are celebrating and trumpeting Muslim holidays. Insanity countdown number seven. Well, ICE data is in the news and I told you so. How many commentaries on this top 10 show have I had where I warned mass deportation would not work in blue cities? I advised President Trump to Start with low hanging fruit. Use red cities. Use ice in red cities and red states where politicians and police cooperate and protect ICE agents. Instead of allowing attacks on ICE agents and warning illegals to hide because ICE is in their neighborhood, start with red cities and states and show America that it works. That was my advice. It's a fascinating story. My background is as an artist, so I've worked in Hollywood, California as an actor and a model for years, as well as New York and overseas. In 2020, when Covid brought us tyranny in real time, I realized what was happening immediately and I made a tough decision to basically throw my career down the tubes in order to step forward and really fight for liberty in our, in our own neighborhood there. So I was leading a freedom rally that connected me to a lot of leaders in the, in the pro America movement. One of those is Dr. Gold, who founded America's Frontline Doctors.

And it was an extraordinary experience over the last, what, four or five years now of uncovering all the lies in my book. I call it the Greatest American Lie Ever Sold. And I actually think J6 really does justify that title.

Yeah, I mean, I was not there, luckily for me. And it's just pure, you know, God, whether someone decided to go or not go. But here I was leading a movement and having radio and TV shows, and I decided to have a big rally in Las Vegas. I had my own rally in Vegas on that day and 5,6000 people showed up. And it was a giant rally here in Vegas led by Wayne Root. So I wasn't in Washington. But from reading, from watching, from hearing, and I don't mean now. You know, I'm not a backseat driver. I mean, for the entire time, from the moment it happened, I always told people on the air, my gut was that the FBI put undercover agents in the crowd. They got people angry, they got people riled up. They probably started the violence. They certainly started the rioting. And they Said, you know, charge the policemen. And they were the ones that made it. It was a setup. And they turned it into a way to disparage and to denigrate and to poison the image of MAGA and President Trump. And the whole thing was a setup. And it all started with not only those undercover agents posing as J6ers and also Antifa in the crowd posing as J6ers, but also, in my opinion, the minute that Trump tried to add, you know, say, let's get 10,000 National Guard, and Nancy Pelosi said, no, from that moment on, you saw what the intended purpose was, to destroy our movement. That's my gut as to what happened. How close is it to what you saw?

Yeah, well, we see coming out every day, we see that, what was it? Jack Smith wanted two years worth of phone records of Cash Patel before he became the FBI director. So, I mean, they're all out to listen to us and to block us. I saw the Gateway pundit won a lawsuit today against the federal government. And the federal government admitted. Yes, admitted. Put that fist up. Yes, the federal government admitted that they censored all of us and tried to stop all of us from talking on social media. And not just the Wayne roots and the Gateway pundits, but average everyday people. If you just said one thing they didn't like about vaccines or stolen elections. They said, shut this guy up, Destroy him, take his account away or block it. So no one ever sees anything they say. And I've been a victim of terrible censorship back in 2009 through 2012, by the way, John, Barack Obama didn't like the fact that I was going on TV saying I was his college classmate at Columbia and he was never there. And he was never there. We never saw him. Not one classmate ever saw him. Not one professor ever saw him. I said, something's wrong with his story. And the next thing I know, knock on the door, it's the. The IRS and they're trying to destroy me for four years, 2009 to 2012. So believe me, I understand that. Government intimidation and government gangsters and government persecution. Not yet. Corruption and persecution. Not prosecution, persecution. You know, like Jesus nailed to a cross. That's what they're looking to do to us. By the way, you look like a good looking guy. You were an actor, you're a model. That was my upbringing in Los Angeles and I was a game show host. I was up for all the biggest game shows and I got chosen to host one of the biggest game shows in America. So then I had a fundraiser at my home in Malibu for the Republican Party and it made the pages of the LA Times.

My agent dropped me. ABC TV dropped me. They dropped the pilot. Was Gambit. I was chosen to be the host of Gambit. They dropped the pilot and I never had a game show career ever again. Yeah, we got a lot in common, jj. Terrible man. Terrible. So by the way, that begs the question, how did you become a conservative MAGA believer? Winding up at a J6 event when you were a model and an actor? We know 99% of them are liberals. How did you coexist in that world?

That's a great question. So I was born in California to a father who served in the US Navy. My mom and dad sacrificed a lot to homeschool all six of their kids. And they raised me with a rock solid foundation of Judeo Christian values and freedom to explore creativity and industry, community and beauty. So they taught me to love God, my family and my country. That unshakable foundation has informed everything I've ever done in my life. That's what allowed me to even venture into the entertainment world in Hollywood and New York and overseas. And it's also the foundation that provided me the moral clarity and the courage to hear the calling of God in 2020 when Covid, tyranny and BLM Marxism was burning down the streets and, you know, shredding our Constitution in front of our eyes. Right. And so that's the foundation that allowed me in that context to step forward and say, you know, my country is more important than my career. My values are more important than being comfortable having the acclaim of any class. So it really comes down to do you know what's right and are you willing to do it no matter what the cost is? And Wayne, it's an important question to ask. In addition to this book, I'm actually running for Congress here in Florida 19 because we need patriots in Congress, as I'm sure you have come to understand and your audience knows. Well, we're at a tipping point. We are what I like to say, 2026 is our generation's 1776. These aren't the midterms. I actually served one full year in fact 366 days because it was a leap year including four months of isolation abuse. That is just shocking. I can't even explain it in words but I do try to draw you through that picture in the book in patriot plea and it's really, it's really quite something.

But will Trump's Attorney General Pam Bondi and Trump's DOJ ever have the cajones to indict Barack Obama for treason? Because they should. And he did commit treason. Bonus baby number 4B. Democrats in the Senate refuse to fund DHS or ICE holding TSA agents and US travelers hostage to ridiculously long lines and possible terrorist attacks because you don't have enough security at airports. And so what happens on Friday? Rhino Thune abandons House conservatives, sells out ICE to radical Democrats and approves the funding needed to get the TSA agents paid and get them back to work without getting anything in return. Like funding ice. No funding for ice. And then Thum jets off on a two week vacation with a private escort. What a loser. What a rhino fake Republican loser. But chaos erupts hours later as House leaders who are fairly conservative reject the Senate passed bill to fund DHS as senators flee Washington for a two week recess. So no save act and no funding for ICE and the whole thing's up in the air now. We don't know if TSA and their agents are being funded. What a nightmare. All because the Senate is filled with cowards and corrupt sellouts and Rhino losers. All right, time for the real final four countdown number four. All right, so the fraud and the mass murder and the crimes against humanity and the massive cover up, the biggest in world history of the COVID vaccine tragedy and disaster are in the news again and it's pretty simple. Okay? It is a story that is out there right now. That is a fact. Okay? Senator Ron Johnson, who's been on the show many times and has agreed to come on again in the next couple of weeks, we'll have Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin back again to talk about this. But he released this information. Records provide further evidence that the Biden administration was aware of and purposely downplayed significant safety risks of the COVID vaccine. And we're talking about strokes here. First they had major information that said high risk of strokes if you're over the age of 65 getting the COVID vaccine. And they ignored it and then they edited it and changed it so it didn't sound like there was a high risk. And then they purposely told people, they doubled down and said you gotta get the COVID booster. And then they found out from the VAERS list, which I talked about from literally the first day of the COVID vaccine. VAERS vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System. That's been in play for decades. That shows you if vaccines are working or causing damage, and if they cause damage, you know, doctors do no harm. The Hippocratic oath, you gotta get rid of it, right? Whatever the drug is, whatever the vaccine is, you gotta get rid of it. They didn't do it this time. And they saw that the VAERS reporting system showed a high risk of stroke. And what did they do? They edited it to cover it up, made believe it wasn't happening and doubled down and told people to take the vaccine. What would you call that if not mass murder and crimes against humanity? They hate us. They want to kill us. They wanted you to die and they covered up. Can you imagine if a car manufacturer, if General Motors making Cadillacs, found out that a part in a Cadillac had killed 50 people last week? And they changed the information, they edited it, they covered it up, they made believe it didn't happen. And they put double the money in to advertise the Cadillac that was killing people. The CEO would go to jail for murder. That's what should happen to the CEOs of Big Pharma. That's what should happen to the Biden administration, people, officials that covered this up. It's incredible. By the way, a lot of people are starting to agree with me. Bills in three states would declare the COVID MRNA shots weapons of mass destruction. And last, and number four, one more. I gotta get to the United Kingdom as a Covid inquiry. And they studied Covid and they found that lockdowns cost thousands of lives. I was there for the first day telling you that the lockdowns would kill thousands of people. They were overkill. There was no reason for them. We've had pandemics in the past. And people kept going to Broadway, they kept going to the Vegas strip, they kept going to ball games, they kept going to school, they kept eating out. They didn't change their lives over a coal germ. But if you shut down the economy, you destroy everyone's life. Because without money, nothing works. And people commit suicide. And if you're trapped in your house, you can't go see your doctor, so you wind up with cancer and you find out about it too late. They killed a lot of people, caused a lot of depression and caused a lot of bankruptcies. Countdown number three. Well, well. Democrats need illegal alien votes to steal elections. That's why they can't allow voter id. They fight it like it's the battle for the death of their party because it is. Schumer claimed again and again over the last few weeks that they don't support the SAVE act because he doesn't want them to stop mail in ballots and that's in the SAVE Act. But the Democrats do support simple voter id. So Republicans put it up for a vote and they were exposed Democrats as frauds. On Thursday, they say they support voter id. Then they block the Republican amendment to require voter id. They kill a simple voter ID amendment requiring photo ID to cast a ballot. Democrats are frauds. Countdown number two. Goes far beyond open borders and illegal alien worship and climate change woke. Democrats are destroying America with their deranged insanity. Here's the big story and then I'll give you some real world results. Why our cities are broke and there's no money for U.S. citizens or U.S. priorities. Maryland Democrats. Maryland's completely broke, 100% broke. There is no money in Maryland. They are so far in debt. Their bridges, their infrastructure, everything is gone and they can't pay to fix it. But they're prioritizing tampons in men's bathrooms, in government buildings. Government owned, state government owned buildings. Do you know what that includes? The Baltimore Ravens NFL stadium and the Baltimore Orioles baseball stadium will now have tampons in men's bathrooms. They have money for that. They're wasting taxpayer money. Meanwhile, the Key Bridge, remember that bridge that the ship went into in the middle of Baltimore that destroyed all the shipping and all the supply chains for the east coast of the United States. Two years later, the bridge is not built. But they have money for tampons. And then let me tie it to something. NASCAR driver Denny Hamlin's mother makes a heartbreaking plea to county officials after a deadly house fire killed her husband and badly burned the mother. And she says we don't have enough fire trucks. We don't have enough fire training. The fire truck showed up, my husband and I husband was dying, she was burned badly and no water came out of the hoses. She says, where's the money for water? Well, I can tell you where the money is. It goes to illegal aliens. We spend billions and billions on people who have illegally broken into our country to give them everything free. And the country has no money left for you, the American citizens. And finally countdown number one. Well, number one is the Democrats Democrat war on America which includes subtitle Democrat war on women, Democrat war on America on American born citizens and the Democrat war On you. It's so obvious now. They hate you. They hate us. They hate Americans. They hate American citizens. They hate America. Senator Chris Murphy says it out loud. He's Democrat, Connecticut. He says illegal aliens are the people we care most about. He said it out loud. I don't know if it was by mistake. I don't know if his brain wasn't working right that day. We have a crime wave in this country. It's going on right now. The average person doesn't read about it, doesn't know about it. It's not in the mainstream media. Illegal aliens are murdering and raping and savagely beating and assaulting and mugging and carjacking and home invading. You've never seen anything like it. A gal dies in Chicago. Gal dies in Chicago and she's murdered at the Chicago waterfront on the Chicago pier last weekend. She's a Loyola University student from Westchester County, New York, my hometown, Westchester County. From Osling, New York. She's going to Loyola. She gets murdered by illegal alien. Okay? And there was another illegal alien that was driving drunk and killed two students in the two young gals in the Chicago area. There's three Americans killed by illegals. And here's what you have to know. Not only is this a murder killing field in a sanctuary state, but one of the killers entered the United States with full blown aids and he's being treated for AIDS even though he's a killer. Okay, what's that costing us? $1,000,000. The other one skips the court date for killing this young gal from Loyola University. 18 year old gal. He skips the court date in Chicago because we're spending money to treat him for tuberculosis. We're letting in murderers and rapists and drug traffickers and the worst people in the world and pedophiles. And they've got AIDS and they've got tuberculosis while they're here. They're not just murdering us and raping us and robbing us and killing us with fentanyl. They're all sick and we have to spend millions to get them better. America's spending your taxpayer money.
