All right. Powerful words, powerful words. Why can't they stop it? Because someone would cancel them. And I mean physically cancel them. It's time for my opening commentary. It's titled A reminder to Marjorie Taylor Greene and all the Trump backstabbers and nonstop complainers who have forgotten what President Trump has accomplished for America and maga. All right, so note to all Trump haters and backstabbers and non stop negative complainers in the GOP and the MAGA movement. You get farther in life seeing the glasses half full rather than half empty. First, let's get this straight. I believe in free speech. I believe in debate. A little disagreement is healthy. There's nothing wrong with disagreeing with President Trump. I disagree with him all the time on certain issues. It's as Apple Pie as it's as American as apple pie and Chevrolet. No one is saying to never disagree. It's not about the disagreement. It's the way it's being done, it's the way it's being conducted, and it's the places where you're doing it. Now, I've disagreed with President Trump for five years on the topic of the COVID vaccine, but I've sure never done it on CNN or the View to impress an audience that wants President Trump dead or in prison for life and openly celebrates, and certainly openly celebrated over past weeks, the death of Charlie Kirk. I see the glass as half full. Yes, the COVID vaccine is the biggest disaster in healthcare history other than Obamacare. It's dangerous and it's deadly. But President Trump never mandated it. Not one American was ever forced to take it by Trump. He understands children should have never taken it and should never take it. And he's given military members who refused the COVID jab their jobs back plus back pay. You know what I call that? A win. Take it and thank President Trump. It's as good as we're going to get. I've managed over the past five years to disagree over that one issue while still supporting President Trump 1,000%. I managed to celebrate all his other fantastic achievements. I defended him 24 7, 365 on my TV shows, radio shows, podcasts, and newspaper columns. I've managed to disagree with Trump on that one issue while pointing out that President Trump is the greatest president of my lifetime and one of the greatest of all time. I've managed to disagree on that one issue while pointing out that, well, that without President Trump's superhuman efforts over the past 10 years and three presidential elections, we'd all be up, you know what? Creek without a paddle. I've managed to disagree with President Trump on that one issue while first pointing out all the good he's done, all the miracles he's accomplished, and the mega success he's brought to MAGA and America first and the GOP and conservative patriots like you today. I disagree with President Trump on a handful of issues while pointing out that our great Republican hero, Ronald Reagan believed, and this is a quote from Reagan, the person who agrees with you 80% of the time is an 80% friend and not a 20% enemy. I agree with President Trump 95% of the time, sometimes 99% of the time, and I'm betting so do most MAGA voters. One of my favorite sayings is always dance with the one who brung you. In other words. Always be loyal and grateful to the person who saved your life or made your life or made your career or made America great again. That's a good person. The GOP was dead after Barack Obama. Dead as in doa. We had lost to Bill Clinton twice and Obama twice. We'd lost the popular vote for president in five of the last six elections, and Hillary Clinton was the prohibitive favorite to make it six out of seven. And if Hillary won, the odds are strong the GOP would have never won again. End of story. Only Trump saved us. Only Trump could have beaten Hillary and changed the future direction of American politics. In both 2016 and 2024, Trump not only won both times, but his coattails brought along GOP majorities in the Senate, the House, a majority of governorships around the country, and a majority of state legislatures. Republicans control everything thanks to Trump. His victories also rewarded conservatives with a Supreme Court mega majority. Only Trump could have made all that happen. In three presidential elections, Trump won 214 million votes, more than anyone in history. That's after being impeached twice, indicted four times, convicted in a rig New York court, almost losing his life savings in multiple rigged New York civil suits, and almost losing his life in two assassination attempts. And then there's what the man has faced for the past decade. It is Herculean. President Trump is attempting to govern against an opposition political party, Democrats that are practicing Soviet kgb, East German Stasi and Chinese communist levels of insurrection, revolution, resistance, censorship, propaganda, judicial nullification and government weaponization. President Trump is leading the battle with our communist and radical Islamic enemies who are in our country, who are busy 247 plotting ways to conquer America, conquer America and Americans and bring us under subjection to their world domination plans. President Trump is working to revive the our deindustrialized economy and our weak supply chains while restoring the essentials that produce economic and military might for America. Mining, rare earth mineral production, steel production, energy production, computer chip production, medical supply production and artificial intelligence. President Trump is fighting with all his might to save our economy from disasters, economy killers like inflation, DEI wokeness, the green energy scam, and the exploding national debt, all while fighting globalist communist, the deep state, the D.C. swamp, the mainstream media, social media, rhinos in his own party, and now conservatives. Conservative critics like Marjorie Taylor Greene, Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens and a cast of thousands of others dividing MAGA over their disagreements on various issues. Marjorie, your concerns and disagreements are so tiny and insignificant compared to what President Trump has to deal with on a daily basis. A federal judge slams the brakes on the Trump administration trying to kick out commercial driver's license for illegal aliens. So the judge is saying, you're an illegal alien. You broke into the country, you're a criminal. And you might have been a murderer and a felon, but you could drive an 18 wheeler on America's roads. You probably don't even speak English and Trump can't do a thing about it. That is amazing. And then in Chicago, how about this story? A man with 49 prior arrests Douses a woman with gasoline and sets her on fire aboard a Chicago train while screaming, burn, bitch. And guess how it happened. A Chicago judge was told by a prosecutor, you got to lock this guy up awaiting trial. Her name is Cook County Judge Teresa Molina Gonzalez. She ignored the warning that he's going to commit a violent crime and she let him walk free with nothing. No bail, nothing. Walk free now. This woman burned on a train. Amazing. These judges are communist traitors. Countdown number nine, Speaking of traitors, six Democrats, senators and congresspersons call on the military and intelligence community to refuse illegal orders from President Trump. Defy orders from the President of the United States. We have a full blown insurrection. As I've warned for many months now, I keep advising President Trump must charge traitors with treason or this will never stop. All right, countdown number eight, Exhibit 8 for the communist traitors. US Senator Alex Padilla of California walks out of a US Senate hearing on ice raids. He can't even, he won't even stand there. He can't even listen to it because he loves illegals so much. We got time now for my conversation with Dr. Oz from my daily video podcast, Warzone, which you can find@the GatewayPundit.com the GatewayPundit.com and at Patriot TV and at Rumble Monday through Fridays at 6pm Eastern, 3pm Pacific. Dr. Oz is a heart surgeon and Emmy Award winning TV host and he now serves as administrator for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, cms. We began our conversation discussing how Obamacare has been a disaster.

Without question, healthcare is increasing at a significant pace. It's even 5%, probably faster than other parts of the economy, which is frustrating because life's expensive as it is. Now we're having to dole on extra money that a lot of times folks can't come up with. Number one source of bankruptcy in the country is a health condition. First you get sick, you can't earn money, then you got to pay bills that are so egregiously large that can't imagine anyone be able to keep up with them. And my job, as you know, is to pay the bills that the government's responsible for. So Medicaid for our most vulnerable, Medicare for older Americans, we have chip, which is for kids. But then there's the Affordable Care act, which, you know, we shut the government down because the Democrats did not like the fact that there was someone actually looking at the bills. And part of the challenge that with health care expenses is that we as a nation are sick. This is the core of the Maha movement, Wayne. You know, Maha is primarily about making it easier to be healthy. And we have made it hard to be healthy. It's easy to gain weight, hard to lose it, easy to be sedentary, hard to get exercise. We've done all kinds of things in society that allowed us to do things to our bodies that ultimately we have to pay the bill for. So what are the solutions? Get back in shape. Eat the foods that your body knows how to digest, real foods, foods that come out of the ground looking the way they look when you eat them. But when it comes to our policies for managing people and hospitals and insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies, you know, we've got to get tough. And the president has been very, very tough on these Folks, he insisted from day one that we address a massive problem with pharmaceutical pricing. You know, I don't know, Wayne, if you appreciate this, many viewers may not, but if you buy a product, a pharmaceutical product made in this country, put in a bottle in this country, packaged here, if you buy it in this country, it's three times more expensive on average than if you buy it in Europe. Makes no sense. So the President said, we're done with that. We want most favored nation drug pricing, which means the drug price has got to be the same. You can make money, we want you to make money, we want innovation. But you got to make the same amount of money on Americans as you're making on Europeans. And we've been pushing for that. We got a leading US Company that advised you to come on board, a leading European company, AstraZeneca. We got all the fertility drugs agreed to. Now the biggest maybe of all is we got the drugs designed for weight loss, the so called GLP1 drugs. The President calls them the fat shot. But those fat shot drugs now are, Instead of being 12, $1300 list price, under the new arrangements that we have, we'll be able to buy them for about $250, especially for a government like, you know, our money to pay for the federal, from the federal tax budget. It saves so much money that we can begin to give these medications to a lot more people. And here's the best part. It's relatively speaking inexpensive. So we actually save more money by avoiding diabetes and hypertension and all the downstream illnesses like heart disease and renal failure and liver problems. We save so much money from not having to deal with those headaches that you actually are making money. You're saving money for the federal taxpayer within two years of this program.

[Wayne Allyn Root]

You know, I'm a big health and fitness nut, I guess you'd say. I mean, nut's a bad word, but I really am. I'm very enthusiastic about working out two hours a day in my home gym and I take 100 vitamin pills a day. And it's probably no coincidence that I've really never been sick in my life. I've never had anything bad, knock on wood, in my entire life. And I don't get colds and I don't get the flu. And the one time I had, you know, Covid, which was 2021, I got over it in 48 hours. So my point to you, Dr. Oz, I think you, Maha, should be all about making these things tax deductible. And then people will all be, you know, enthusiastic and be motivated to be healthier. In other words, you should make gym memberships tax deductible. You should make vitamins tax deductible. Not just drugs in your health savings account, but vitamins. And if you, if you put a home gym together, make the equipment tax deductible. Has anybody suggested anything like that? That's my big bugaboo. I just think people need to be encouraged to be healthier. Instead of always relying on drugs and medicine and doctors, let's make sure they don't get sick in the first place.

Well, without question, Secretary Kennedy's aligned with you in a desire to make sure that you do preventive approaches. I agree with the overall concept. Congress has looked at these kinds of ideas. The problem is it's expensive. And then the question becomes, well, what's your obligation? You know, if you're desiring to be healthy enough to witness your kids grow up and get marry your daughter off and live the fullest to your as possible, you know, that's probably a worthwhile investment for you to make as an individual. But we could incentivize it. I actually think we do the opposite. We often incentivize things that aren't good for you. Processed foods.

[Wayne Allyn Root]

Right. And Right.

[Dr. Oz]

And we don't give any support to healthy foods. Figuring right, people who understand their valuable for you will buy them. And I'll take that argument one step further. The value to the economy of a healthy population is trillions of dollars.

Costs is hundreds of billions. So there's a lot more money for America if Americans are healthy, if we're a fit population, which is why we want high quality care across the board. You look at the president's articulating whether it's most favored nation drug pricing or dealing with some of the issues around prior authorization with insurance companies or just getting us to eat better. Women want to have more babies. That's a good thing for a nation as well. But much of it is built around the basic ideas. To be a wealthy nation, you must be a healthy nation. You want them to go together and they naturally will travel together. So let's focus on health and wealth will come. Quality drives all of these programs. The best way to save money is high quality medicine because bad quality medicine costs you three times. You got to pay for the bad doctor, you got to pay the good doctor to fix the bad doctor's mistake. And you got to pay downstream expenses from the complications.

And drug prices. I think the cuts in drug prices is brilliant and it's compatible with Capitalism. Because instead of charging, charging $1,000 for a drug in America and $100 in Europe, why don't you just charge $50 in Europe, $50 more in Europe and $50 less in America? In other words, you could even out the bill around the world, is what I'm trying to say. And then everybody wins. But of course, the drug companies are probably scared that people in other countries can't afford it if they charge more than $10. So they bill us $1,000. You just gotta even out the bill all around the world, make it a little bit higher for other countries and lower for Americans. And then I think everybody wins. That's the general idea, right?

You sound like the president. Exactly how he describes it. They pay a little more, we pay a little less. Eventually you buy even. But they're real life examples. NATO. Look what happened with NATO. We have an external threat, right? Russia could invade. So what do you do about it? You align all the countries. You say, okay, you're going to pay 5% of your GDP. Everyone's going to put seven, you know, same percentage in whatever they're worth. Then America will make up a difference. But we're not going to pay all the bill.

Why would we do that? Right.

[Dr. Oz]

Illness is an internal threat as opposed to an external threat. But the metaphor extends. If we're going to pay most, which is maybe okay in some settings, we're not going to pay all the bills. You know, we're a big country, we're a wealthy country, but you got some stuff as well. You chip in, we chip in less. There's enough to go around.

So the big problem about Obamacare, which I want to get into, because this is something you've brought up, is that there, there are 4.4 million people that don't know they have Obamacare and 11 million people who don't use it. Yet taxpayers are still stuck with the bill. What is that about?

[Dr. Oz]

So Obamacare, which was created in 2010, was puttering along lots of issues with it. But what happened during COVID was the Democrats were worried that people wouldn't be able to pay any premiums at all. So they decided to put extra premiums. You know, these Covid era extra premiums made it basically free for most people. When something's free, you don't even know you have it. People get signed up wrongly. There was a settlement this week, $233 million. These two scoundrels defrauded the US government by signing people up. Folks were substance use disorder or homeless people. They Sign them all up for Obamacare, they sign them up for Medicaid. So these people are wandering around with multiple insurance policies because they're not paying for any of them. But we are. The taxpayer is paying those bills and it gets pretty expensive pretty quickly. So the 4.4 number is these folks that we believe are inappropriately on Obamacare. Either they don't know they didn't want it, they're registered somewhere else, and, you know, why would we pay insurance twice? And that's the kind of problem that happens if it's all free. And these are the kinds of things we can address. And you mentioned the number. I'll give it to you. There are 24 million people on Obamacare and we believe 11 million people last year did not use their policy. So the question I have for everyone listening is if you have health insurance, you generally use it, right? You pay your medical bill, you buy a prescription medication, you use it so that many people not using the insurance, people who generally don't have much money because they're using Obamacare, something doesn't match. There's something happening. And this conviction by a jury in Florida this week is additional evidence that the Democrats are wrong. They claim there's not much fraud. There's a ton of fraud, a ponderous amount of fraud in the Obamacare system. And we've got to fix that. It might actually be responsible for 30, 40% of the entire bill.

All right, we're joined by Colin Gage, CEO of ARMR Sciences. We have a fentanyl crisis in the United States, a full blown crisis, and your company is doing something about it. What are the solutions that ARMR is developing to deal with fentanyl?

A senior citizen who saved himself from a would be mugger in Queens, New York is headed to prison because of New York City's draconian laws. That's right. Charles Foner, 67 years old, was attacked by a lifelong criminal. Let me see if I can find the information, Adam, here it is. So the alleged robber, his last name Gonzalez, had at least 15 arrests dating back to 2004 and a record of mental illness. He goes to rob the senior citizen in Queens, New York, and the senior citizen pulls out his gun to protect himself. The guy is mentally ill, obviously history of mental illness. He continues to charge at the senior citizen even once the senior pulls his gun. So he shot him. Well, guess what happened? The senior's going to jail for four years and that's because he cut a plea bargain deal. The prosecutors in New York City wanted to give him 25 years in prison. I'm looking at my director Batar. We can't believe this stuff. It's not even possible that liberals could be this bad. They wanted to give him 25 years in prison. They allowed him to cut a plea deal for using a gun to defend himself. Thank God I live in Las Vegas, Nevada. Everyone could carry guns in Las Vegas. And we could shoot anyone who's attacking us. There's no problem with it. You help women, you help seniors. You help anyone who has to fear a big, giant, hulking, mentally ill criminal coming at you. If you have a gun, it's the Great equalizer. In New York, you're not allowed to defend yourself. It's like shooting fish in a barrel. They want the citizens to die. It's the most incredible thing I've ever seen. But if you do use a gun to defend yourself, they want to put you in jail for 25 years with hardened criminals, with murderers. So you get raped in a prison cell all day. And this guy now with a plea deal, four years in prison, he'll miss four Christmases, four birthdays. He could die in prison. He won't see his wife. His dog might die while he's away. He won't see his children. Incredible. Truly incredible. Just a couple more stories to show you the madness of Democrats. Illegal alien driving an 18 wheeler allegedly killed a National Guardsman, 23 years old in another needless wreck. Credible wanted terror suspect. So not just any illegal, but a terror suspect entered the US under the Biden administration and got a commercial truck driver's license. Another story, ICE arrests illegal alien, fugitive accused of beating a Texas woman with a tire iron before raping her. Lovely. ICE arrests a Moldovan illegal immigrant and convicted killer who tortured and then threw his victim out a ninth floor window. And 130 Democrat lawmakers asked the Supreme Court to side with transgender athletes in upcoming cases.

Insanity countdown number three. Well, if you look in the news, there's sure a lot of complaints. We're giving ammo to the liberal left and the liberal media with conservatives and MAGA people, MAGA big shots who do nothing but complain about President Trump. I mean, it's absolutely disgusting. So let's look at what President Trump accomplished this week before you criticize him. And again, I don't agree with him on every issue. There are things I disagree with. We shouldn't be in Ukraine anymore. I don't agree with bringing in 600,000, or is it 800,000 Chinese nationals to go to college in the United States. I think he should be spending less time. As you know, I've said this on this show is one of my big stories. Less time with world affairs and more time focusing on America and all the problems in America like inflation, which continues to be stubborn. So I see some problems here and some disagreements with Trump, but I never fail to see the good that he does. That's better than any other president I've ever had and any other president I guarantee you we will ever get again. The news is out. Okay with the job numbers. Native born workers rise by 2.57 million since Trump's become president. And foreign born workers plunge by 1.6 million, he's removed or they've self deported 2.3 million illegals. And that's why there's 1.6 million less jobs for illegals, while there's 2.5 million more jobs for American citizens. And the latest numbers for October were pretty good. They were up 114,000 jobs. That is double the expected number of new jobs. Congratulations. Bravo, President Trump. Isn't that why we elected him? The Saudi crown prince was here in America, meeting with President Trump in the Oval Office, where I was a month ago, and he pledges to give the United States $1 trillion in investment money. This is what liberals don't understand, is what the average person doesn't understand. Trump has now raised about $18 trillion from foreign countries. $18 trillion to pump up our economy. It's not gonna work overnight. It's gonna take a year or two or three, but eventually it's gonna equal prosperity, it's gonna equal good times, it's gonna equal lots and lots of new, good paying jobs. Thank you, President Trump. We also found out this week Nvidia had to post their earnings. Blow away earnings, some of the best earnings ever. Walmart beat their earnings. America is not going down under Trump. The economy's not dying under Trump. It's not collapsing under Trump. It's doing much better than the media will ever admit. Countdown number two. Well, we got to focus on what matters. The biggest threats facing America are communism, socialism, terrorism, and Muslim extremism. Here are a few headlines. At least we're moving in the right direction with these stories. First of all, the US Declares Nicolas Maduro's Cartel of the Suns as a foreign terrorist organization and elevates the Chavista regime to a formal enemy of the United States. The last step before military action. And by the way, while I'm recording this show, I was checking out some late breaking news. And at this very moment, every airline in America and in the world has been notified to stay out of Venezuelan airspace. Because it's about to become a war. We're gonna kill the cartels in Venezuela. And at this point, Venezuela is one big cartel, and Nicolas Maduro's in charge of that cartel. More good news, Governor Abbott designates Muslim Brotherhood and CARE CAIR Council on American Islamic Relations as foreign terrorist and transnational criminal organizations and bans them from buying or acquiring land in Texas. And finally, the United States House on Friday passed a resolution condemning the evils of socialism. Right as Zoran Mandami arrived at the White House for his meeting with President Trump. So with all that in mind, we need President Trump to declare the Democrat Socialists and Communist Party of America and Muslim Brotherhood and care as foreign terrorist organizations go after their assets and funding with RICO and ban them from the USA forever. And while you're at it, declare George Soros and the Soros crime family as foreign terrorists and indict them for treason for funding all of it. Countdown Number one. So I like presenting some of my creative ideas in this number one slide from time to time. My big idea this week. We need to start a national movement like Proposition 13 in California, which dramatically reduced property taxes for the last 40 years in California and made sure that seniors could stay in their homes because Prop 13 said property taxes get frozen at a certain rate and very little increase allowed ever again. So you could stay in your house for 40 years and the prop taxes are pretty close to what they were 40 years ago. What my movement will fight for is eliminate property taxes completely for seniors age 65 and over. And this is not a federal thing. This has got to be done on a state by state basis. And by the way, if not eliminate property taxes, certainly at the very least, eliminate school taxes as part of your property tax bill. But I want to eliminate all property taxes for seniors once a Senior reaches age 65. We've already paid for our homes for 30 years or more. Now we own them. We're not renters paying rent to the government. The government has no right to steal a senior citizen's home because they can't afford the property taxes anymore. It's our home. We paid for it. We don't rent it from the government. We're not slaves or serfs and we have paid enough for 30 or 40 years. We paid for schools for all those years. Our kids are long gone from school. Why should we pay for kids we don't have using schools anymore? It's not our responsibility. We already paid for our kids to use those schools. How will government pay for schools if seniors don't pay first? It's not that big a hole. Seniors are a small percentage of the entire population that pays property taxes. Maybe we transfer all school bills to sales tax so the bill is spread out among every citizen, the entire population, not just seniors who own homes. Maybe a special school tax is spread out among every citizen with a child in school. That's your responsibility, not ours. You want kids, you want them in public school, you pay for it.
