Welcome to America's Voice Live. I'm Steve Guerra. Today is Tuesday. It is the 6th of January, the year of our Lord 2026. Let's get right into it, because today marks the 5th anniversary of the January 6th protest, an event that captured the attention of the country and that the Biden administration used to persecute and imprison its political opponents. Americans who supported Donald Trump and knew something was up about the 2020 elections and they wanted the answers. Well, they got answers, but not in the right way. Many Americans lost precious time with family and friends, lost homes and jobs and marriages. Others, unfortunately, never made it home at all. That day, in honor of those affected by the persecution of the Biden administration, a march currently taking place right now in Washington, D.C. from the Ellipse to the Capitol. The event has been organized by the Stand in the Gap Foundation. We here at Real America's Voice are bringing you live coverage of that event for the next hour. Joining me from the march is the host of Law and Border and Ralph correspondent Ben Berkwam. Ben, I see quite a few people out there. What are you seeing on the ground as you make your way toward the Capitol this afternoon?
C
Well, we're here at the Capitol. We started, as you mentioned, at the Ellipse, kind of a recreation of the day five years ago today, starting at the Ellipse, where President Trump spoke and, you know, challenged people to peacefully and patriotically march down to the Capitol is exactly what we did that day. And then they were, you know, the Fed direction happened. And so now we're back at the location where that happened. Ashley Babbitt's mom, Mickey, just laid a wreath along with four others to honor the four lives that were lost that day, January 6th. But then also honor the lives that have been lost since then, many committing suicide, all the families that have been destroyed, the jobs, everybody's lives uprooted. I've got one of those guys here, Joshua Black, who was one of the videos or the pictures that went viral around the world were shot in the face by a. Was it a less than lethal round? Tell us about that. And I still see the scar on your face. And then you were also J6 as well.
D
Yeah, it was a.59 caliber plastic bullet full of sand. It felt like I got hit in the face with a baseball bat. Like it was.
C
Blew out some of your teeth?
D
No, I thought it did, but it was just a part of the bullet. When I spit the blood out, there was plastic and I thought it was my tooth, but it was, it was plastic.
C
But what do you make of today? Being able to come back here, honor Ashley's life and the others that have lost their lives. What do you make of that? And what's your message to the American people?
D
It breaks my heart that she had to die because I've seen the videos. It's like she was trying to help. She was trying to. She wasn't there for violence. She was there. It looked, it looked to me like her military training kicked in and she was trying to get to a defensible position because she wasn't a big person. And there were some guys out there that were, you know, screaming, yelling, trying to. Trying to start something. And it looked to me like she was trying to defend the Capitol, you know, and that's, that's what I thought we were there for. Because I assumed that the powers that be would see the fraud and make Trump president because he won the election and then the antifa would storm the place and destroy it. So I thought I was going to be there to defend it. So when all this violence against the cops, I was like, hey, what are y' all doing? You know, like I was. They've got a video of me trying to protect a cop. And that's the only reason I got bonded out was, was for that.
A
But I just.
D
We gotta pray, people. There ain't nothing politicians aren't gonna help us. We gotta, we gotta get down on our knees, we gotta pray, we gotta ask God for mercy. You know, it's by the blood of Jesus, we don't deserve it. I mean, if he saves America, he owes Sodom and GOMORRAH an apology. 60. What is it now? 65? 67 million babies aborted. Countless. I mean, the debauchery is out of control. I mean, people love sin, but there's peace in Jesus. There's joy, there's satisfaction, there's fulfillment. You know, if you don't know Jesus, you don't. You're missing out. You were created for that. You were created for him. And if you don't, if you don't surrender to him, you're going to miss your whole life. You won't find your life until you find him. When you find him, you'll be like, oh, man. And everybody I know that got saved, like, I wish I'd have done this years ago. I've never met anybody that regretted it. And it just. You just have to be willing to submit. And it's hard to do because everybody loves to sin.
C
You know, sin is easy, that's for sure.
D
And it's fun for a while.
A
For a while.
C
Catches up to you, right? Yeah. Well, God bless you. Glad to have you out. That's Steve. You know, it's countless stories like that patriotic Americans like Joshua who came out here, as he said, to defend the Capitol from Antifa. And you know, you think back to that time, Steve, we just watched Antifa and BLM burn down America for four years. We had watched the real insurrection, the coup against President Trump for four years, starting with the Russia collusion lie, the treason of Russia collusion. And then all of the impeachments and everything else. All, all of our cities burning, then had to live through Covid, then vote by mail. They steal the election. And you have Americans saying, wait a second, when are we going to stand up and actually take this country back from the people that are trying to destroy it from within? That's what January 6th was all about. And the last four years, we saw that. We saw when traitors take over our country and we allowed the largest invasion in global history. And now we're trying to undo those wrongs, but it is, all of it. You know, it's a major mix of emotions coming back here, having been here that day, having seen the injustice that was done to all these patriots, and then now to come back here with them who still, many of them have not been able to put their lives back together. Many of their marriages have been destroyed. But as you heard from Josh, every day is a blessing. Every breath we get from God is a blessing. The most important thing in your life is getting your life right with Christ. And if nothing else spreads from today, I pray that that message spreads.
A
You know, I sit there and you can see the scar on Joshua's face there. Ben, as you mentioned, and we watched, we were live on the air at this hour on that day five years ago. And I sit here and I wonder, why did they shoot him? Why did they decide to open fire on him or the crowd below? Because, as you know, the shots came from. From up above. And what was the purpose of that except to stir up the crowd? I sit here and I have to ask that question. Why would they do that? Why would they shoot a guy like Josh? He didn't have a weapon. I mean, I remember seeing the video of the blood pouring out of his face. We all saw that. It sounds to me like he's probably forgiven whoever pulled the trigger, but that's a difficult thing to do. But why, Ben? Why would they attack the crowd like that?
C
Well, I think you answered your own question, Steve. It was by design. I mean, you. And it's only now, four years later. I mean, the documentary is coming out just recently, and even our new documentary that just launched at midnight last night, if, you know, if you suppress the information, there's a reason why they wanted to suppress all those original videos. And they're still suppressing a lot of the footage. They don't want the American people to see it, because when they do see it, they'll see that all of that was done right across the way there. There were tiny little barricades. Well, most of that was taken down by police. Police allowed people in, and then they said, now you're entering a restricted zone. And when you look at what was happening, you could hear the chatter with the police saying, well, we can't move these people back or we're out of, you know, we're losing control. And then somebody made the decision to shoot. Whether or not that was maliciously or not, it seemed to be. It definitely. Everything escalated from that point on. As soon as they started shooting tear gas, and in particular, when that tear gas came back on law enforcement and they had to move their position back. Once you start to see all of that footage, it all makes sense. It was either a botched operation or. Or intentionally designed to create chaos and have something like that happen. All I know is if there's one place to put blame, it's at Nancy Pelosi's feet for knowingly allowing it to happen and rejecting President Trump. When they offered the National Guard intentionally allowing this to take place, it was clear, right, that was. The purpose, was to prevent the election fraud from being investigated. That was clear to me. And I think most Americans.
A
Well, I think the truth was kept from us. In fact, we have a sound bite from Nancy Pelosi herself. I'd like you to listen to me with me, Ben, because this says everything she said. There should have been more National Guard. She's the one that said no, but listen to what she said back then. Here it is.
E
We have responsibility, Terry. We did not have any accountability for what was going on there, and we should have. This is ridiculous. You're going to ask me in the middle of the thing when they've already breached the inaugural stuff that. Should we call the Capitol Police? I mean, the National Guard. Why weren't the National Guard there to begin with? They thought that they had sufficient resources. There's not a question of how they have been. They don't know. They clearly didn't know. And I take responsibility for not having them just prepare for more.
A
She claims to take responsibility, Ben, but we did not see that clip from another documentary being filled by her daughter. We didn't see that clip for years after January 5, five years ago, it finally came to light. And then she said, well, that's not really true. Of course it's true. That's in the heat of the moment. She's telling the truth. She knows she bears responsibility. But boy, did they rewrite history, Ben.
C
Yeah, no, they clearly did. And as you said, that came out years afterwards. And think about what happened in between there. You had the January 6th unselect committee that was in there demonizing anybody. That was on the grounds where we had the terms insurrection come out. And that's all you heard for four years were insurrection, insurrection, insurrection, insurrection. Everybody involved in that day. But videos like that, evidence like that was suppressed, all of that. And you know, part of this also goes back to why we exist, Real America's Voice, why we've played such a pivotal role in this and our network growing to the extent it has, because the mainstream media was complicit in covering all that up. They weren't even asking the questions. They were just lapping it up like the lap dogs that they are and spreading the garbage to the rest of America. And it only because we finally are starting to get the real videos and the real information out that people are starting to wake up to just how bad and orchestrated that day was.
A
Yeah. In fact, when you come back, Ben, he'll. Ben will be with us for the whole hour. When you come back, I'm going to talk to you about the revelations of the ballots in Georgia, the illegal ballots that were never signed properly, that were pushed through just in the state of Georgia that's now come to light more recently. Yeah, there were real questions about 20, 20 legitimate Ben Berkwam in Washington D.C. we'll be back with him in a moment. But first, this before we go to break, I want to tell you about RAV's new and improved app. Scan the QR code that's going to pop on your screen. There it is. To download our new app so you don't miss a beat on what's happening in America and around the world. And you can view all sorts of content, like the new J6 documentary, the Sleeping Giant that Ben just referenced. Take a look as we go into break. We'll be right back.
F
The radical left knows exactly what they're doing. They want to steal the election. We're going to walk, walk down Pennsylvania Avenue and we're going to the Capitol. They need to take back our country.
B
Events in Washington have taken a violent and tumultuous turn. January 6th wasn't just a moment in history. For thousands of Americans, it was the moment their voices were taken.
C
It's insurrection.
B
They were persecuted, hunted, seditious, conspiracy. But behind prison walls, something unexpected happened. They found their voice again, started singing the national anthem.

We have continuing coverage now that March in Washington D.C. to March 5 for years, five years since the J6 protests got out of control. But what happened afterwards may have been far worse. Welcome back to america's Voice live. Glad to have you here. As I said earlier, five years, hard to believe, really. And thanks to President Trump, many of the people falsely accused and prosecuted by the Biden administration have been pardoned, sent home to their families. Although many lost jobs, homes, marriages, it was an incredible amount of damage done to people who should not have been sitting in jail for weeks and months and sometimes years. Doesn't bring back those who were lost on that day either, or the time taken from others. That's why supporters of the J6ers are holding this march in Washington D.C. today to honor the victims of the Biden administration's weaponized prosecution. Real America's Voice is bringing you full coverage in the march today. So I'd like to bring on national political reporter Neil McCabe. He is attending the march as well today. Neal, what are you seeing on the ground? First of all, what are your recollections of that day personally? And then what are you seeing today?
G
Well, I don't know. I want to. Maybe I'm just a terrible reporter. Right. There's every chance. Right. But when I was, when I was at the Ellipse and I was walking down the street towards the Capitol, I actually said to a buddy of mine, this is like the best, most joyful Trump event I've ever been to. Like, we thought it was awesome. We had no idea what was going to happen when we got to the end of the street at the Capitol. I mean, it really was a very positive sort of mega Woodstock type event. And, you know, literally no one had any idea what was waiting for them at the Capitol. And you know, I, I didn't go in to the. I just stayed on the grounds. At one point, I took a picture of a police officer and the police officer grabbed me by the collar. He was this seven foot Viking guy and he just like, I just remember my feet dangling over the air and he tossed me in this ring of cops. And I'm like saying, hey, hey, I'm not one of the protesters. And I was able to flash the guy a business card and they let me, they let me leave. But it was a crazy day. And you know, for me, it was just sort of like a brush with history for the guys who are marching today. It was, it was frickin hell. Because what happened to them is like you were saying, they lost their families, they lost their careers. Not just their jobs, their careers, their professional standing, their relationships with their children. Even today, these guys can't get jobs. Every single guy or girl who was prosecuted for J6 was put on the no Fly list like they were terrorists. And as soon as they were pardoned, they were taken off the list. So the only reason these guys were on the no Fly list was because of J6. And it was that easy. Many of them still have, still have to deal with the, the sort of, the stain and the trauma. And a lot of guys are, are still trying to sort of unwind the damage. And I think that's, that's the big thing. Steve. People came here for some healing. Behind me. Go ahead.
A
I'm sorry. No, it sounds like they're joyful there today. Here's what I want to see play for you, Neil, because Donald Trump spoke on this earlier today when he was lowering drug prices again for the American people. But he addressed J6 earlier today. Here's part of what he said.
F
I'd much rather do live television than do non live because like when they say as an example in my speech peacefully and patriotically to the Capitol, peacefully and patriotically, do you know that the UN Select Committee didn't report it, that I said those words? Do you know that the news never reported the words walk or march peacefully and patriotically to the Capitol? Do you know they never reported it? It's a scandal. The Unselect Committee never reported that. They never reported that Nancy Pelosi was offered 10,000 soldiers, National Guard soldiers, whatever you want. No, I don't want them.
A
Selective editing. And as you know, Donald Trump has gone after cbs, the BBC and others because of fraudulent editing. That left that part out, Neil. I mean, the, the narrative was warped. It was perverted to show something that wasn't actually true, right?
G
Oh, sure. Listen, the D.C. national Guard was literally two miles away all loaded up in vans and they weren't allowed to drive over because General Milley and his crew at the Pentagon were blocking it. The New Jersey state troopers showed up at the capitol before the D.C. national Guard because what happened is exactly what they wanted to happen. And unfortunately, These guys, these J6ers that I've spent the day with, you know, they're the ones who paid the price. And these, you know, these aren't the fancy people. Like these are regular Joes, these are cashiers, these are farmers, these are truckers. These are working Americans. There weren't any fancy guys racked up for J6. These are just regular working Americans who wanted their voice heard. Steve?
A
Absolutely true, Neil. Stand by. We're going to take a break now. We'll be back to Neil there as we follow the live coverage here of the March for January six, five years later. Hard for me to believe we were live right here. I was on this program on that day and we were watching it unfold in real time. Now, before we go to break, I want to remind you that the J6 prison choir has released their new single, Anthem of the Free. Scan the QR code on your screen now download to show your support. We've already made it into the top of the charts, but it doesn't stop there. Let's keep the push. Let's continue it rolling. And with our support of the J6 prison choir, take a look as we head into the break.
B
From behind prison bars, the J6 political prisoners defied the system singing the national anthem through prison phones. President Trump added his voice and the J6 choir shattered records, going number one on the Billboard charts with their their song justice for All. They sang as captives. Now they sing again as free men. Their new song anthem of the Free is available right now on itunes. Scan the QR code or search Anthem of the Free single by the J6 prison choir and hi res. Scroll down and click buy on itunes Store. Let's shock the system again. Stand with the J6 Patriots order anthem of the Free today.
A
Continuing our continuing coverage. Now the March for the fifth anniversary of J6. We have a true boots on the ground patriot who was there on 6th January 2021. He took exclusive videos at the Capitol as events unfolded and is the host of Behind Enemy Lines podcast. J Sixer Terry Newsome. Terry, thank you for being here today. It's been five years for you. That must be as hard to believe as it is for me. It's been a long time, but yet it probably seems like just yesterday. Walk me through your experience that day because you were there then you were tracked down, you were incarcerated. I mean, just a whole nightmare unfolded, right?
H
Yeah, yeah, it's. You know what's odd is I wasn't gonna go. My friend's a cop. He asked me to go. Retired, just retired. Thank God he would lost his job because the FBI went after him as well. We went down there, stayed at the Marriott Hotel with some of the other Chicago proud boys. Ironically, on at noon on the 5th, I was at the University of Chicago. I was on IV for immunotherapy. I shouldn't even went. I was exhausted. Thank God I say it's ironically, I had cancer. Otherwise I would have went to prison because I'm the aggressive, you know, person. And we left because I was tired. The only reason we left at the last police line when they were all fighting was I was exhausted. I had to lay in the grass. We went back to our hotel. So we, you know, we walked there. We wanted to make sure we saw one of two things. See Trump and protect people from what happened in December and November. Right. How they were beat up, attack the hotels and everything. And what I find ironic is that people the left says that were lying about the people that were embedded, the agitators, you guys have, you know, one of the, it's either a fed or it's antifa guy. Well, all the other months and every other event in D.C. how come there happened to be no Antifa activity on January 6? Right. Can any Democrat explain why the sudden they weren't there, which would have been a heroic day for them because they were embedded with all the Patriots. We have evidence of that. They were there. And we, I didn't even know about the Capitol until that thing, the six o' clock in the morning. And, and when we walk to, to see Trump speak, these old ladies say, hey, can we walk with you? I'm like, yeah, sure. She goes, we feel safe. That should never happen, America. Steve, that's one of the reasons I went there, you know, is that the stuff that we saw prior leading up to that should never happen. When we got there, we are behind Ray Apps. I've got video showing that, you know, we just kind of followed the flow. I didn't hit anybody, I didn't touch anybody. I didn't even yell. I was kind of in awe. And we would see people stationed like right here. This video here is the people. Watch, watch this guy walk by here, right? This is a perfect example. Look at the guy in the megaphone. It's going to come by any second now. He was yelling at 1:30 at the approaching Trump supporters a half an hour before. Fully covered. Look at his face. You'll see he'll come back in the frame. Fully covered on a megaphone, right? And he had earmuffs on like us, right? So he had his baseball hat all the way down, wrapped with a scarf. Ear, earmuffs, for whatever reason, like earphones couldn't, I couldn't do any facial recognition. I would like somebody like Sedition Hunters to find out who the heck that guy was and what he was yelling. If, you know, you want to put it up later. If you go to my, put it up on my page. He was yelling, take a picture. Everybody take a picture. Show the world. Show the world. Well, what happened with those pictures, Steve? How many people went to prison because of the pictures? Why was that guy there alone? And that was just one example. There was another one right before we left. I'm standing back, my friend was standing on the line and I was, I was tired and, and there was an older lady, about 75 years old to my right. Between us, behind us was a guy that just stood there yelling and screaming, get up there. We need more people. Get up on the front line. Go over and over again. You know, I look back and she just happened to be looking towards my way and she yelled, she goes, why don't you get your ass out up there. It was so obvious. I had my mask on. I pulled it down to smile at her like I acknowledge. I'm like I was thinking the same thing.
A
So that was that day, Terry. But then they track you down, they throw you in jail, you lose your job. Right. You're fighting all these things. I mean, compounding.
H
Yeah, I didn't. Yeah, I didn't go to jail. And thank God, you know, I was in the middle of treatment. Can you imagine if I went to prison with the. Can I have two stage four prostate, stage three. Melanie. You know, different times I would been dead, Steve. That would have been a death sentence for me to have to go through that treatment. And I didn't do anything wrong. I was. Later, the Southern Poverty and Law center wrote a nasty hit piece on me. They started tagging the FBI antifa the SPLC writer saying I tried to overthrow the government. When we asked you, no response. I don't even talk to those guys. Two weeks later, my family, my wife and my twins are. My twins were VIP guests of Charlie at Amfest when they were only 15. My daughter's an Eagle Scout. That's when I found out I was a domestic terrorist. When they pulled my family out of line, I couldn't get a ticket. I'm like, what's going on? And you know, thank God. Epoch Times wrote a number of stories about it. Congressman make Gates sure I owe him everything. He wrote a demand letter. You guys have that To Garland Ray and my orcas. This is. This was two years after January 6th. Why did you guys put Terry Newsom? Oh, that's the FBI. I have 346 pages. I ran in in May asking about myself from 2020 to now is. These are from 2022, 2023. They came back and said, we have 346 pages on you. I was never arrested at all. I didn't break any crimes. And you know what they told me? And this is what upsets me. If anyone within the Trump administration is watching. I got to wait four years. I'll be dead by then. There'll be another administration. What do you guys. What are those records about? We know what they're about. You know, Matt Gates letter said, why did you do this to Terry? I was a domestic terrorist too. I wasn't just lost my. My pre check. Is it because he was a vocal school board parent? Hey, Terry, whole different story.
A
We want to get more of this story, but we've got to hit a break here. But this is the kind of thing that people need to hear. They need to hear this. One more with Terry Newsom coming up. Before we go to the break, I want to tell you about how you can get involved with the Stand in the Gap foundation and support J6ers. Just scan the QR code you see on your screen or go to j6support.com Every dollar donated will go toward helping these Americans rebuild their lives. Don't wait. Scan the QR code now. Stay tuned. America's Voice LIVE will continue after a short break.
H
All right.
A
Continuing on now with our coverage of today's fifth anniversary of the J6 protest, where supporters have gathered in D.C. to march in honor of those impacted by the persecution of the Biden administration following January 6th. Joining me is another individual who attended the J6 events five years ago, chair for the Constitutional Rights PAC, Larry Ward. Larry actually joined me right here on Real America's Voice the next morning after January 6th. Larry, I think you might have been the first guy I talked to the next day. Reflect on that day for me. Now, as you look back five years, tell me what's on your mind.
I
It was still the most patriotic day. And I've been in the political business. I've hosted rallies. I've hosted major political events. This was the most patriotic day of my entire life. The fact that 2 million people showed up at the Capitol to fight injustice. By the way, the Capitol is called the People's House. This is where the people go to redress their grievances. It's not in the streets. It's not burning stores and buildings. When you don't like something in the inner cities, it's going to the Capitol and making your voice heard. And that's what 2 million patriots did that day. I believe that January 6th should be a national holiday called Patriots Day, because I cannot remember another day where so many patriots voiced their displeasure about corruption in our election. And by the way, I'm wearing the January 6th prison choir t shirt because, you know, you have to support those who went, you know, to prison, those who lost everything because of this weaponized government. And, but, but here's the thing. Here's the real blessing in this, and I know it's hard to say is a blessing in that kind of torture and that kind of suffering, but the blessing is we patriots made the government show itself, show itself in terms of its weaponization and expose the absolute corruptness in Congress. And four years later, we got.
A
Let me ask you this, let me ask you this. This was at the end of Trump's first term, but this second term seems very different to me. He has a team of loyal supporters around him in his cabinet, in his administration, on the streets, doing things for America. To put America first seems different to me than it was five years ago, at least, because Donald Trump got reelected. What are your thoughts on that?
I
You know, God has a way of working all things for his good, you know, for people that love him. Look, it is absolutely. Maybe it was God's plan for him to lose those four years, to come back and to actually have, you know, this mandate of people who really, by the way, I think he won all three of his presidential elections by a lot. You know, we found out in Fulton county, people are still saying, oh, you can't say that the election was stolen. In Fulton county, they found 350,000 fraudulent ballots they just admitted to in court. Of course they stole the election. It's almost ridiculous to say that they didn't. So now we have a situation where we have to right the wrongs. And those people who suffered through the weaponized government must be compensated. There must be real pay for their lost time, for their lost wages, for their emotional suffering. There must be real pay from the federal government. And I hope that that happens.
A
Well, that would be the right thing to have happen, but I think that it's probably a long shot, Larry, but I agree with you. People lost jobs, their homes, their livelihood. They lost hope. They lost marriages, you know, because they ended up in jail, many of them, for weeks, months, years, with no end in sight, no trial in sight until Donald Trump came into the White House. What would you do differently on January 6th today than you did then?
I
Nothing. Nothing. Look, the truth is, we had to go. We had to speak out. That's what patriots do. What really bothers me is I know there's a parade today and a march for the January Sixers at the Capitol, but when's the last time we saw a really major protest at the Capitol from our side? It's been four years. It's been five years since January 6, 2021. The government did what it actually intended to do, which was to silence us. We have not stood up against the entire corrupt Biden administration. We did not have one major rally at the Capitol, which we should have and which I hope we can get back to. But right now, the fact that we lost five years of our voice. We lost five years because we were terrified. A lot of patriots were terrified to speak up because, look, it was weaponized. And the 2 million people, who are the people who knock on Doors who help, you know, help win elections. They were. They were pursued like animals by this. By this government?
A
No, they were. Doors kicked in, investigations done, electronics seized. And then, of course, the J6 committee, which we put no faith in, in retrospect, none whatsoever. In fact, the investigation of those folks is underway. Now, Larry, last word to you.
I
Look, we have to get back to the Capitol. We have to get back and show ourselves your power, because this is the people's house. It's. We the people. We run this government. And the last time we showed that was five years ago. We have to demonstrate it when we have grievances to regress. And so whenever that happens, maybe we're not gonna do it for the next three years because Trump's gonna be awesome as president and this administration is gonna run. But there might be a time when we need to come to Trump's ra. We need to rally around Trump, maybe against the. Against the members of Congress, and we need to go peacefully and patriotically protest at the Capitol.
A
Larry Ward, thank you for sharing your story here today. And amazing. It's been five years. Sir. Thank you.
I
Thank you, sir.

After the SPLC story and antifa guy wrote that story, said, I tried to overthrow the Capitol, they started tagging the FBI. We go to Charlie Kirk's AM Fest. My children were 15 years old three years ago, and they. They wouldn't give me a ticket to board the plane. I'm like, you know, I Travel internationally on TSA PreCheck. I tell my family to go. Then I see TSA taking my whole family, my twins and their friends, they're all VIP guests of Charlie Kirk for free. My wife hates politics. They took them away. She didn't want to go, but she was going for the kids. Long story short, I. They gave me a pass to get through tsa and they go, get your boarding pass at the gate. I get up to the TS agent. He stops the line Everyone get out of the line. Get out of the line. 20 minutes were shut down. Then these agents come. I go, what's going on? They go, we think you're on a list on accident. I go, what list? He goes, we have to do a high search. I run to the gate to get my family. They close the door. I'm like, my family's in there. My family was taken somewhere else in the back. My children. And. And they're running to the gate. And I said, what's up? I go, I don't even have a boarding pass. One of the American airline agents called me, goes, man, he goes, you're on a list with bad people. So that's how I found out we eventually missed flights. We got into Am Fest and then fast forward. I got a message from Matt Gates, attorney at the time, John Wilson, text me. I don't even know I got my number. And he eventually wrote a letter to Matt Gates. There were some stories in the Epoch Times and I'm sorry, Matt Gates wrote a letter, a demand letter, which your team has to garland Ray and my orcas demanding from those guys, those three clowns who did this to Terry Newsome. Did you put them on a watch list because he was a vocal school board parent, or did you do it because he peacefully attended January 6th like a million or two other million people? And he asked them four questions, which is at the end, I think, you know, are you putting everybody on a list that's a school board parent? Are you putting everybody on a list that went to January 6th? None of those clowns responded to him. When a congressman asks you why you put some on a list, you think one of them would. We know it was political, Steve. And so then Congressman Troy Neals got involved. Reach out to the TSA and they told Troy Niels, I no longer fit their category to have pre check. I lost my privileges out of the blue. And prior segment, you said that somebody after Trump got in. Sure enough, after Trump got in this time I automatically got my TSA PreCheck. So I'd like to know if any of your audience know who in the heck put me on that list, who had the authority just to go like that? And then they get a letter from Matt Gaetz and Troy Neil's. Six months later, all of a sudden I'm taken off the list. It shouldn't be that easy to put somebody on a list, take them off list. I wasn't arrested there. The FBI showed up on my porch two years after January 6th. First they said it was because of Antifa, was shutting down my venues, threatening to shoot them. I was running parents events, and I'm like, oh, great, I hate Antifa. Right? And then they said, oh, by the way, we know you're at January 6th. And I. You guys have the picture of me and my ring camera, and I'm like this. I said, hold on a minute. It was two years ago. I didn't do anything. I didn't go in. Why are you asking me that? They go, oh, we have to ask you. And so I don't know if they came there, you know, two years ago under the Biden administration to try to suck me in, to make me think they're helping me. I have no idea. I'm not talking to them at all. I was. I was happy to do anything to show them what Hadith is doing to us here in Chicago. So then they kept harassing my job, right? I had multiple investigations. I worked for one of the biggest international consulting firm for 23 years. Like, I had multiple investigations because these leftists were sending the seditions hunters. I was put on the sedition hunters with all the other J6ers that got arrested. Like they were looking to arrest me and stuff. And they sent that to my work. I survived those. Those attacks at the time. And then they just did it again in February because there was a Southern Poverty Law center with me, Tom Holman, and General Flynn saying that we're racist. I lost my job after 23 years tied into everything that happened.
A
Talk about a biased, discredited organization. There's nothing more biased or discredited then the Southern Poverty Law Center. Morris Deeds. As I recall, Terry was thrown out of the splc. He founded the place because he was getting handsy with the help. I mean, here's a guy who's touching the people at work. And look, this place has no credibility. If you're a Christian organization, they put you on a list. If you're a white guy, they put you on. Southern Poverty Law center is an absolute piece of. Of garbage. And they've proven that. Their. Their leader gets thrown. They have no credibility. None.
H
Yes, you know, Moms for America, Moms for Liberty, you know, and. And you saw the FBI. They used to go out and train the FBI on what domestic terrorists are and stuff. That's us. You know, and, you know, again, you know, I. I did the FOIA 2022 and 2023. They have 346 pages of me, Steve, you know, they're criticizing the Trump administration, using the FBI to go after drugs, you know, Venezuelan prison, gangs, trends. Oh, you're distracting resources. What did they do to us? What did they do to all of us? People that were peacefully there. I didn't hurt anybody. I left before anybody even went into the Capitol. How many resources were used to go after and punish us because it was politically motivated? Why didn't Garland Ray and Mayorkas answer? It was Matt Gaetz's letter.
A
It was sport, Terry. They went after people like you because it was a sport. Go out and get a trophy. Go out and get another trophy. Go out and get another. That's what it was. Today. It's behind you. But obviously it has lingering effects. I think that some of the folks were there probably have PTSD as a result of what happened. I'll give you the last word.
H
Yes. Yeah, I mean, you know, this is a battle for America. It's all tied together. I first got into this because of the kids, the porn, the drag queens, and I saw all this stuff. I was never politically active until four years ago because of my children. And within a few years, I'm a domestic terrorist within my own clinic country. We need to find out who the Trump administration. One needs to find out who did this. Thank God I didn't go to prison. It would have killed me. But who had the authority to make me a terrorist just because I went there? Or I was a vocal school board dad and then who took me off the list? Either should be held accountable. And I'm an American. I just say it's ridiculous.
A
Yeah, hard to say. But we need to find out. This sort of an attack on an American citizen. Being an American, using your First Amendment rights. Yeah, there's no room for that. Terry Newsom, thank you for sharing your story here today.
H
Thank you, thank you.
A
Greatly appreciate it. Just one story after another. Everyday Americans make choices that shape our country's future, right down to which cell phone provider we support. Here's what's most important and what people don't realize. Patriot Mobile isn't just a wireless provider. They're an activist organization funded by selling top tier cell phone service. They've been on the front lines defending our freedoms long before it was cool. Standing in the gap when others just wouldn't. The best part, they deliver prioritized premium service on all three major US networks, giving you the same or even better coverage, backed by 100% US based customer service and support. Get unlimited data plans, mobile hotspots, international roaming, and so much more. And when you switch to Patriot Mobile, you'll help grow a movement that fuels the Christian conservative cause. Every bill you pay helps advance the values of faith, family and freedom. Switching is easier than ever. Activate in minutes. Keep your number, keep your phone. Or you can upgrade, of course. Take a stand today. Go to patriotmobile.com rav or call 972 Patriot. Use the promo code RAV for a free month of service. That's right, a free month of service. That's patriotmobile.com rav or call 972 Patriot. Make the switch today. I did it years ago. I've never been happier. It's easy to do. We'll take a quick break and be back. And I want to remind you that the J6 prison choir has released their new single, Anthem of the free. Scan the QR code on your screen now to download the show and show your support. We've already topped the charts, but it doesn't stop there. Let's keep the push and the momentum going for our support of the J6 prison choir. We'll be right back. All right, we're gonna bring it full circle now. Joining me again is national political reporter Neil McCabe from the march in D.C. to help close out the hour. He's got a couple of special things he wants to share with us. Neil, take it away.
G
Yeah, real quick. Hey, Steve. Thanks, man. I just want to have Lance pan over to these flowers that were laid at 2:44. 2:44 was the exact moment five years ago when Ashley Babbitt was murdered. And of course, the real purpose of this march today was to remember Ashley Babbitt and those J6ers who were killed. But I also want to call out Democratic New York Congressman Tom Suazi, who won that special election to replace Santos. So it lets you know that elections matter. And that guy came over here for the sole purpose of mocking Ashley Babbitt in this memorial and for taunting the J6ers. And it wasn't just, hey, I'm just coming over here to see what's going on. He was miked and he had an intern with a camera so that who knows what he's going to produce out of it. But it was just filthy and rotten. He's a real piece of garbage, Steve.
A
Yeah. I can't believe that a guy would show up and do that. Now it looks like things have dissipated for the most part. But it was a peaceful gathering again today. I heard people talking about what a joyful gathering it was five years ago until it turned ugly at the end. And there's a variety of reasons that may have Happened, people that were in the crowd, agitators that were there specifically to get the result and the narrative they wanted. But today was another demonstration of peaceful Americans coming together in the nation's capital in the name of liberty, in the name of America First. Wouldn't you agree?
G
Yeah, 1,000%. And, you know, five years on. Right. It was part reunion, frankly. A lot of these guys were incarcerated together. A lot of these guys marched together on J6. And so, you know, with the pardons and the commutations and basically people beginning to build their lives back again. They. They also wanted to reconnect with each other, and they went through a horrendous trauma together, these J6ers. And so I don't want to say it was joy, but there was, you know, I guess you could call it joy as just being with each other and celebrating the memory of Ashley Babbitt with members of her family here. It was kind of special, and I was really, really glad to be a part of it, Steve.
A
Yeah, well, it is a special day. Looking back, I cannot believe it's been five years. We talked about that a moment ago. But it really is remarkable looking back five years on. And the question I would have is, where would those people be that were in jail for so long if Donald Trump hadn't won the election in November? They'd still be sitting there, wouldn't they?
G
Oh, goodness. Oh, I mean, I talked to a guy right before I came on with you. You know, they racked him up for 20 years. 20 years, and now he's a free man. I mean, it's just. That's talk about night and day just a less than a year ago. And there. There are people, They're Republicans, Steve, who didn't even want Trump to pardon him. You look back now and you're saying, what. What were these people thinking? And so many of the people in the FBI and the Justice Department who are part of hunting down these J6ers, they're still working there. Whatever, I guess, whatever.
A
We still have some cleanup, right? That's for sure, Neil. We got cleanup to do. I gotta let it. I gotta let you go right there. Deal. Really appreciate it. Great work today from the nation's capital, sir. Thank you. Where were you five years ago today? I was sitting in this chair doing this program. Hard to believe it's been five years, but Real America's Voice has been there with you every step of the way. And we will be going into 2026. Thank you for spending time with us today. God bless America. This is an I heart podcast. Guaranteed human.
