Live Breaking news right now here on Real America's Voice Filtered. These people are domestic terrorists and unapologetic. We're here to take a stand for God and country. Does feel good. America's Voice Live starts now. Welcome to America's Voice Live. I'm Steve Garrett. Is Friday 10th October, year of our Lord 2025. Let's get to today's top stories. As always, thank you for joining me here on REAL America's Voice. We appreciate it. A federal grand jury has now indicted New York Attorney General Letitia James on charge of bank fraud and making false statements to a financial institution. Ironic considering she went after now President Trump for supposed financial wrongdoing when she herself was allegedly doing it herself. Those stories coming up. Also, President Trump has broken a historic peace deal between Israel and Hamas. And thanks to this deal, you'll now see the release of the remaining hostages at the beginning of next week when the president visits Egypt to officially sign the deal. More on that coming up. And then later, documents recently discovered by Cash Patel show that special counsel Jack Smith and his team of Biden era FBI agents spied on at least 12 Republican lawmakers. I bring on a legal expert today to walk through the process and talk about the legalities and the problems with the details on those and much more. But I want to start here with some good news today. All right, for years this has been called the post Christian age, but we're seeing a resurgence in faith and commitment to Christ in America like never before under an administration unafraid to speak God's name from the national stage, a quiet revolution has begun. Not in the halls of power, but in the hearts of the young and the old alike. From coast to coast, there's a revival. Rewriting the story of a nation that many thought had forgotten its creator, the Barna Research group finds that 66% of all U.S. adults say they've made a personal commitment to Jesus that is still important in their life today. That's a 12 point percentage jump from just 20, 2112 points. It's being fueled by changes of the next generation. Varna Group CEO says, quote, many people have predicted the growing irrelevance of Christianity. However, this data shows that spiritual trends have a dynamism and can indeed change. This is the clearest trend we've seen in more than a decade, pointing to spiritual renewal. And it's the first time Varna has recorded such spiritual interest being led by younger generations. This shift has been most noticeable since the pandemic. After all, it's in the darkest night that the light can shine. The brightest young adults are starting to realize what kind of world they want to live in and that it's going to take a real leadership to save the values that they care about the most. That's what the experts are noticing, too. Listen to this. It felt like the Lord really called.

You want some evidence? Last Thursday, over 50,000 schools in all 50 states participated in bring your Bible to school day, with students making it known loud and clear that they're not willing to hide their beliefs. Just last month, the University of South Florida saw over 7,000 school kids gather for a public worship. And thousands of them made a profession of faith. 300 baptized on the spot. Remarkable. At the University of Tennessee just a few weeks earlier, same thing. 8,000 students worshiping together. Hundreds turning their life around and showing their commitment with baptism. These events are happening all over the country, many of them facilitated by groups like Unite Us. Unite Us is a group that mobilizes college students across America to follow Christ and be bold in their faith. And here's why the group's leaders think we're seeing this revival right now.
Sam Mirajawski
Listen, Students right now are so hungry.
Steve Garrett
For truth and for hope, and I.
Sam Mirajawski
Think they've looked for it in every other place and they're realizing that the only truth and hope that they need is found in Jesus Christ.
Steve Garrett
I'm drawn to this because Jesus is everything to me.
Sam Mirajawski
He has filled my heart in ways.
Steve Garrett
That only he can. And I want every single student on campus to know that. To know that drugs aren't the answer, to know that alcohol is not the answer, to know that women are not the answer. But it is Jesus. And I have seen that, and it's beautiful. Unite Us put out a documentary on the change they've seen in Gen Z in campuses across America. And the White House's Kennedy center played the documentary back in August. You may remember. I think that's a difference we cannot discount. An administration who celebrates the resurgence of faith, doesn't demonize it, embraces it. The Kennedy center itself used to be a stage for the LGBTQ content. Children's musicals that served as queer allegories, international pride orchestras, and, yes, drag queen brunches. Not anymore. And the left might be losing their mind over it, but the outrage is being drowned out by Americans who are grateful. Grateful to live under an administration that doesn't make sexual orientation the end all, be all. Thankfully, Americans of faith and remember, according to the Bonner Group, that's 66% of us. Those Americans are grateful that our Secretary of State can get up at a memorial service, give a clear presentation of the Gospel. This gave me chills when I was there. It still does. Listen once more to Secretary of State Marco Rubio at Charlie Kirk's funeral.
Marco Rubio
That we were all created, every single one of us, before the beginning of time by the hands of the God of the universe, all powerful God who loved us and created us for the purpose of living with him in eternity. But then sin entered the world and separated us from our Creator. And so God took on the form of a man and came down and lived among us. And he suffered like men, and he died like a man. But on the third day, he rose unlike any mortal man.
Steve Garrett
And then.
Marco Rubio
And to prove any doubters wrong, he ate with his disciples so they could see, and they touched his wounds. He didn't rise as a ghost or as a spirit, but as flesh. And then he rose to the heaven. But he promised he would return. And he will. And when he returns, because he took on that death, because he carried that cross, we were freed from the sin that separated us from him. And when he returns, the there will be a new heaven and a new earth and we will all be together. And we are going to have a great reunion there again with Charlie and all the people we Love.
Steve Garrett
Still remarkable, isn't it? That's giving truth to power right there. The Apostle Paul said he was not ashamed of the gospel. It doesn't seem like Secretary Rubio is either. And I think that's something to be grateful for in 2025. It's obviously not just young people who are coming to Christ. Church attendance is up 15% across the board. And Bible sal are surging, exploding last month. Why? Well, it has been one month ago that Charlie Kirk died for his beliefs. And since then, millions of people are learning more about what he stood for. And some are calling this resurgence the Charlie Effect, because people like these are coming to know Christ because Charlie was a vocal advocate for Christ and for Jesus. Listen to this montage. Charlie Kirk's death led me to give my life fully to Jesus Christ. Charlie's death really ignited a spiritual flame inside of me that I have never, never in my life experienced before. It is. It's like a spiritual switch. I didn't know Charlie Kirk.
Harley Lippman
Never met that guy before in my life.
Steve Garrett
And something else that I've never done before in my life is believing God. I'm going to wear this suit to church. I'm going to go to church.
Harley Lippman
I'm going to try to be a better father, husband, and leader for my family.
Steve Garrett
I've never, ever opened the Bible before.
Sam Mirajawski
In fact, I know nothing about Christianity or Jesus. But yesterday, after witnessing the assassination of Charlie Kirk, I. Something was calling me to my husband's Bible.
Steve Garrett
I'm going to be heading to church here shortly. I'm excited to go and learn and.
Sam Mirajawski
Get to meet new people.
Steve Garrett
Something that I've been wanting to do for a while. So the first time ever in over.
Sam Mirajawski
15 years, I'm going to church. It has been so heavy, heavy on my heart that I just.
Steve Garrett
I needed something.
Sam Mirajawski
So after Charlie Kirk's death and seeing what this world truly is, now's the time. There's no more waiting.
Steve Garrett
No more waiting. Powerful testimony. And there are millions more like that. People who recognize that there's got to be something more to life than just death and taxes. In the aftermath of Charlie's horrid assassination, they saw clip after after clip of Charlie defending his faith with grace and poise and truth. They saw his wife bolstered by a grace that could only come from something supernatural. They heard her forgive his killer, not because he deserved it, but because she and Charlie believed in a God who forgives. And now we're seeing regular Americans like the videos I just showed you, trying to figure out how they can find that same kind of strength, the same kind of godly peace. We're also seeing celebrities who want to speak the name of Jesus with the same kind of boldness that Charlie did. Charlie's death didn't just wake up unbelievers. It emboldened true believers to share their faith even more proudly. RFK Jr says it's affected even his family deeply. Listen, a granddaughter left for college in Europe. Her mother noticed that she packed a Bible. When her mother asked her why she made that choice, she said, I want to live more like Charlie. Yeah. There's a thirst for truth like never before. In June of this year, more than 28,000 individuals across the United States were baptized Sunday in what is believed to be the largest synchronized baptism event ever. Ever in America. In California, of all places, Pastor Greg Laurie held his annual harvest crusade at the Angels Stadium. And it was the largest turnout he's had in 35 years. Thousands of people made professions of faith in Jesus Christ. In fact, so many individuals came forward during the invitation to follow Christ as the fire marshal was forced to stop the flow of people onto the stadium field. My friends, there's a revival happening, and you have a chance to be part of it. Faith is something you've never given a chance. If you haven't, now's a great time, maybe as great as any. Start finding answers to those questions. Because this isn't just a political movement. It's a spiritual one. And maybe that's exactly what this moment is all about. Realizing that revival doesn't start in Washington, even though it helps. It starts in us, all of us. It starts when we decide to stop being silent, when we refuse to be ashamed of the gospel, when we choose faith over fear. This generation and Gen Z, millennials, parents, pastors, leaders, they're all waking up to the same truth. The hope of this country was never in politicians or platforms or platitudes, but in a person, a living God, Jesus Christ. So let's not miss what God is doing. Let's carry it forward in our homes, in our schools, in our communities, in our hearts. Because the story of America isn't over yet. And by the looks of it, the next chapter just might be a revival story. God bless you. God bless America. Coming up after the break, New York Attorney General Letitia James has been indicted on charge of bank fraud and making false statements to a financial institution. Bye. Bye. How the tables have turned. Details coming up.

New York's Attorney general, Letitia James, the Democrat who made herself a name by going after Donald Trump, is now facing serious allegations of her own. A federal grand jury in Virginia has indicted James on charges of mortgage fraud. The investigation centers on claims that James may have falsified financial information on loan documents to benefit financially, accusations that, if true, would undermine her credibility as the state's top law enforcement officer. Without question, James has already been criminally charged in a separate federal fraud case as well, adding to growing questions about her conduct and political motivations. This could expose the double standard in how justice is applied around here, pointing out that while James was quick to accuse President Trump of financial wrongdoing, she may now be guilty of the very same behavior. For now, Letitia James maintains her innocence, but this investigation could reshape her political future and possibly the balance of power in New York politics. Here with me to discuss this is the former Attorney General for the state of Kentucky and Senate candidate and CEO of the 1792 Exchange, Daniel Cameron. Daniel, nice to see you here today. Obviously, it's a job you've held as the AG in Kentucky. The Democrats and the left wing media quick to point out that, oh, this is Donald Trump's vendetta against political opponents. But please explain to the people here how the grand jury system works. It's supposed to be a check and balance, right? The grand jury, it doesn't operate at the behest of Donald Trump. It operates independently.
Daniel Cameron
That's the idea, right, Steve, thank you for having me. And you are exactly right. And let me just say at the top here, Lindsey Halligan means business. She's taking these cases to grand juries. And I'll remind your audience that she's taking these cases to grand juries in Northern Virginia, in Alexandria, to be exact. This is not a haven of conservatism. This is a place that, you know, by and large, I think would identify themselves as voting largely Democratic. So it's, it's a issue of law and order. It's an issue of did Letitia James falsify information or mislead related to banking information that she received for a mortgage loan. That's at issue here. Lindsey took that to a grand jury and provided enough information to get an indictment. That's a big deal, especially where the grand jury was seated in Alexandria, Virginia.
Steve Garrett
It is. The Eastern District of Virginia is a. It's a blue area, it's a liberal area, it's a Democrat area. So to be indicted there says a lot. Now, Tish James, they talk about the weaponization of politics. Tish James ran a campaign saying she was going to get Donald Trump. That was her whole campaign. That was her whole platform. And so now the tables have turned and they scream foul. Seems odd.
Daniel Cameron
Well, Steve, you know, she had as a stated position, and I think there's like a selfie video of some sort where she said her campaign priority was to indict or sue President Donald J. Trump. That was the genesis of her campaign, especially for reelection. President Trump has not made that his position. And the Department of Justice is separate from President Trump and has shown its identity as a separate entity by Lindsey Halligan going to a grand jury in Virginia, again, not a hotbed of conservatism and ultimately making the case there. This is based on the. Based on the law, which is what I think most Americans want. They don't want someone who is grandstanding in a video talking about they're going to use the system to go after President Trump. They just want somebody to go by the books, by our laws and make decisions based on that and not by politics, which we've seen from Letitia James. And I'll just say that the shoe is on the other foot in the sense that, again, here is someone who is put in a position of trust as Attorney General of the folks of New York and what is alleged in the indictment, which is that she falsified information that she receive favorable loan terms that allowed her to get a better, better numbers related to her loan on property. You know, that's obviously not something that should occur. And I appreciate Lindsey taking this to the grand jury and obviously receiving that indictment.
Steve Garrett
All right, so this is the second indictment of three people that Donald Trump named in writing, the third being Adam Schiff, the senator from California. If you were Adam Schiff, would you be looking for representation, getting an attorney or two at this time?
Daniel Cameron
Well, look, I think if he misled or made a statement in front of Congress or did something that related to the leaking of documents or anything, that again, would. Would be a violation of law. He should be concerned about that. And that's certainly something, again, the Department of Justice makes these decisions, the U.S. attorneys across this country are empowered to do what's right by the laws of our Constitution and the US Code, criminal code. And so, yeah, I think Senator Schiff should be very well, you know, concerned by his previous conduct. And again, the partner of justice will make this judgment.
Steve Garrett
And I want to ask you about the world's tallest Boy Scout, James Comey, a guy who would have you believe he's as pure as the driven snow. Apparently not. He, too indicted by a grand jury. He too screaming foul. But again, the grand jury system is there as a check and balance against unmitigated power. So James Comey's case. Sum that up real quick for me.
Daniel Cameron
Well, essentially, what you have with the former FBI director is someone who potentially, again, based on the indictment, had information that obviously was trying to paint President Trump in a bad light, but related to the Russia, what we now know was the Russia hoax. Again, someone who is in a position of authority and has the ability to provide accurate information and chose not to, whether it was in front of Congress or as it relates to potential leaks that might have occurred or misinformation that was shared. Again, Lindsey Halligan, Department of Justice, the U.S. attorney's office has every right to go to a grand jury. Steve, to your point, a grand jury gets to ultimately make the decision. And that is what occurred here. It's our government, it's our law, and it's our system of justice working as it should and is designed to. And ultimately, they rendered a decision to indict James Comey. So these are completely above board indictments. And I appreciate the process that has occurred here.
Steve Garrett
And Danny, before I let you go, you're running to be the next Republican senator in Kentucky. If people want to know more about you, your background, who you are, where can they go? You got a website? Yeah.
Daniel Cameron
They can go to Cameron4Kentucky.com and learn more about our campaign for the United States Senate. Tried and tested when it comes to my work as the attorney general, standing up for constitutional rights, fighting to keep our churches open when we had a governor that wanted to shut them down, fighting to secure our southern border when Joe Biden was trying to let folks in and was trying to undo the good policies of President Trump when he was in the White House the first time around. And I've stood up for our energy independence again, fighting the Biden administration on ESG and their DEI initiatives. Look, we need a country that's based on merit, excellence and integrity, not dei.
Steve Garrett
I think most people would agree with that. Daniel Cameron always A pleasure. Thank you, sir.
Daniel Cameron
Thank you, Steve. God bless you.
Steve Garrett
All right, after the break. President Trump has brokered a historic peace deal, as you know, between Israel and Hamas. And thanks to this deal, we're going to see the release of hostages coming as soon as Monday. More details coming up on America's Voice Live.

Well, the clock is running for Hamas to release the remaining hostages it holds in Gaza, with Israel and Hamas agreeing to the first phase of the peace deal. After President Trump negotiated his comprehensive end to the war in Gaza with the assistance of Qatar, Egypt and Turkey, it all came together. The White House set up to 200 US personnel will also be monitoring and working with other international forces on the ground. The world is watching to see the next move as the ceasefire begins. Gazans are heading back into the war torn area while Netanyahu and Israeli supporters call for a Nobel Peace Prize for President Trump who was passed over today for an activist from Venezuela. Here to discuss all of this is the foreign policy expert, Harley Lippman. Harley, thank you for being here today.
Harley Lippman
My pleasure. Thank you for having me.
Steve Garrett
Let's start with this. You've seen the deal, you've seen some of the parts of the 20 point plan. What is this peace deal mean right now?
Harley Lippman
Well, I think, you know, the term I've heard is a good way to describe it. It was unprecedented where everybody was unprepared and it's uncertain as to its future. So to give the big picture, it's a brilliant testimony to President Trump that his strategy has worked and he has begun to achieve peace in probably one of the most difficult places in the world to do that. So you have to give him huge credit for making this happen. That said, you know, I think, you know, the, the one big question that a lot of people wonder about is why did Hamas come to the table? Why did they agree to this, if you will? And to that just quickly, I would tell you that again, it speaks to Trump's foreign policy. He got a hold of Arab leaders, got them on his side twisted their arm and said to particularly Turkey and Qatar, you have to tell Hamas they don't have any friends left if they don't do this, that you guys are not going to help them anymore. So you got to let them know and know in certain terms that this is it. So I think that that's a big reason. And also Hamas wants legitimacy and recognition. They're at Sharm El Sheikh with the United States and Israel and other parties which they never thought would have been possible. So they're thinking of reinventing themselves and they are out. But not. Not. It's not over. It's like Israel with Iran and Hezbollah. Israel won the first round, but it's not over yet.
Steve Garrett
Well, hopefully we're closer to that. I think you make a great point. I don't know if there's another politician in the world that could have pulled this together. Nobody else did. Donald Trump. I don't know if any other president in my lifetime could have pulled this together. They didn't. Donald Trump did. This war, of course, started under Joe Biden's administration. When you pair this with the Abraham Accords, from his first administration in his first term, he has made tremendous progress in trying to secure peace in the Middle East. It has been the relentless pursuit of peace by this president, and we're starting to see it bear fruit, aren't we?
Harley Lippman
Absolutely. Again, what he has done is of monumental importance. This area is seen as a place where you're never going to get peace there. And there's still uncertainty ahead. There's still the notion that you have to disarm Hamas. How that's going to be implemented is going to be very difficult. There's different interpretations of phase two and phase three on both sides. So there's going to be big challenges. We don't know which Arab country or countries are going to put in troops and personnel in Gaza to manage Gaza as Israel withdraws. But that said, it's. Look, you know, these are good problems in a sense, because President Trump got most of all the hostages released, which Hamas said they would never do, ever. So that was brilliant. And he just ends.
Sam Mirajawski
He.
Harley Lippman
He got Bibi Netanyahu to agree because he built up trust with Israel by always being on Israel's side. So when Netanyahu was, was. Was reluctant to go forward, Trump basically said, bibi, I've been there for you. You now need to do this. This is good for you and good for everybody. And he got Bibi or the Rubicon, right?
Steve Garrett
Yeah. He put him in the corner and said, this is how it has to work. Harley Levin, I really appreciate you being here. We don't know what the next chapter is going to look like, but the first part of it looks pretty good so far. Thank you for your insight.
Harley Lippman
It does. My pleasure. Thank you.
Steve Garrett
Let me be blunt. Gold is up around 40% or more this year. That's not speculation. That's reality right now. And if a portion of your savings isn' diversified into gold, you're missing the boat. Have you seen what it's done lately? Over $4,000 an ounce. Here are the facts. Inflation is still too high, the US Is still too weak and the government debt is insurmountable. This is why central banks are flocking to gold. They're the ones driving prices up to record highs over the last several days. But it's not too late to buy gold from Birch Gold and get in the door. Now Birch Gold will help you convert an existing IRA or 401k into a tax sheltered IRA and gold. You don't pay a dime out of pocket. Just Text America to 9,898 98 Claim your free information kit. Text America to 98-98-98 right now to claim your free information kit on gold. That's America to 989898 protect your future with all right, coming up after the break, I'll discuss FBI Director Cash Patel statements that alleged former special counsel Jack Smith was responsible for spying and tracking at least a dozen Republican lawmakers. More straight ahead.

Well, as you know, documents recently discovered by Cash but Patel revealed that Special Counsel Jack Smith and his team of Biden era FBI agents spied on at least 12 Republican lawmakers. Smith and his team were able to see the phone numbers they called, the location that call originated from and where it was received. As I said earlier, Cash Patel has reportedly fired some of those involved in this scandal. However, as you heard from Senator Ron Johnson, there are individuals embedded deep within the FBI who were involved as well. Me to discuss the legality of all of this is the host of the what's Right show and legal expert with 30 plus years of experience, Sam Mirajawski. Sam, nice to have you back on the program. Look, we're not supposed to spy on the opposition party. It's not supposed to happen that way. But we know this began with Barack Obama. He was involved in doing this with journalists like Cheryl Atkinson and James Rosen. Those journalists were spied on. Their emails were investigated. So I, every time I hear a story like this, I'm like, it just seems like another part of it. I don't think we've seen nearly all of it. What do you believe?
Sam Mirajawski
I think this is the tip of the iceberg, Steve, 100%. I mean, these nine senators only found out that they were getting spied on because a junior person at the FBI went to renew her her cast training and submitted as proof of her competency to obtain warrants through the system this particular case. And so it got on everybody's radar. And now, no doubt they're doing a deep dive because I'm convinced a lot of the stuff here was deleted and destroyed by the outgoing administration. The real issue here is that you had the Biden executive branch of government spying on the legislative branch of government. There's supposed to be a separation of powers. This is something that our founders felt very strongly about, and clearly that was not going on here. And these nine senators, a lot of information can be tracked based on who you're calling, where your phone is, what the length of the calls are and all of that. And the predicate for. For this was a completely phony investigation into, you know, January 6th and Trump, Russia, collusion and all this nonsense. So I think this is a huge problem for Jack Smith and every person at the FBI and DOJ that was involved.
Steve Garrett
Well, we already know that James Comey is in legal jeopardy, but I haven't heard too many people talking about Christopher Wray. If Christopher Wray had his hands in this cookie jar, what is his legal exposure?
Sam Mirajawski
Well, he could end up going down with the rest of them. Right, because there's absolutely no way that. And it's not just Christopher Wray, by the way, it's the Attorney Generalist, Merrick Garland. In order to obtain warrants against senators, sitting US Senators, this had to be signed off at the very top. And the documents that I want to see that I'd love To, you know, get my hands on the. On the warrant applications. Because I will bet you, Steve, that they are defective, that they present lies to the, to the court that they are. They're based on. On knowing, you know, knowing false information. So, I mean, that's where. That's where the devil's going to, you know, get them. Is. Is. Is these, these. I am convinced that these warrants were obtained under false pretenses. And, and it's gonna take some time to dig through it and find them. But it could go all the way. It could go all the way up beyond Ray, could go to Merrick Garland.
Steve Garrett
Sure.
Sam Mirajawski
Bad stuff.
Steve Garrett
Well, and Sam, we know that they have experience lying to get warrants. That's what happened with the FISA courts. We're aware of that. The judges were aware of that. They did nothing about it, which was shocking to me. But this is part of the playbook, it seems. You know, put forth bogus information, obtain search warrants and subpoenas or whatever else you need to, again, go after your political opponents. And this is the same crew, by the way, that now accuses the Trump administration of weaponizing the intel community and government, Please.
Sam Mirajawski
Exactly.
Steve Garrett
Talk about the pot calling the kettle black. It's pretty obvious these guys are well versed in how to do this and how to game the system potentially illegally. Right.
Sam Mirajawski
Well, you're exactly right. And, you know, I think. Not enough. I think. I think that the lying on these warrants goes deep at the Biden doj. They learned their tricks under Obama. It's all the same people. They were all left in there. And now, now, you know, you know, I think. I think sunlight, daylight is the best disinfectant. We've got to clean this up. And it's wrong if Democrats do it, it's wrong when Republicans do it. This is just not America. This is what they do in Russia. This is what they did in the Soviet Union. This is terrible stuff. And nobody can defend this with a straight face. And so Democrats, to the extent that they do try to minimize this, and I've seen a number of commentators and political folks trying to paint a pretty picture here, I don't think it's there. I think the more that we pull at this little yarn, we're not gonna, you know, we're gonna find that this. There's. There's really. There's really a lot of ugly here legally for them.
Steve Garrett
Well, there's a lot of ugly. And I wanna go back over this again. I mentioned the journalists that were spied on. I didn't even mention the fact that Donald Trump himself was spied on by the Barack Obama administration before and after he took the oath of office. We know that he was misled by the former FBI director James Comey. We know that there was a lot of games being played by those who were trying to kneecap Donald Trump as a politician and then as president. What could be more un American than all of that?
Sam Mirajawski
Well, I'll tell you what's more un American than that, is that the basis for getting those warrants, for example, to literally tap the phones and communications that Trump tower during the campaign and in the, in the period between the election and Trump coming into office was the ridiculous Steele dossier that they all knew was a horse crap. They knew it was garbage, and they put it in the warrants, they submitted it to the courts, to the judges, saying, yeah, yeah, this is intel. This is verified when they knew it was opposition research that was, you know, put out there by Hillary Clinton. So.
Steve Garrett
And the most egregious part, Sam, to me was when James Comey went and presented this to then President elect Donald Trump without telling him the truth of its origin, origins and where it came from. That was dishonest and it was done for a purpose. Sam, great analysis. I got to leave it there for today. Thank you for being here.
Sam Mirajawski
Thank you.

How about a nice round out for the week? On a beautiful Friday tonight, a MAGA rally will be held in Wildwoods, New Jersey. Dubbed the America First Return to the Wildwoods. The rally being held in support of New Jersey governor candidate Jack Ciatarelli, who has been endorsed by President Trump and who was running a very tight race. In fact, I just saw a poll with him in the lead in New Jersey. Here to discuss this is the president of Young Americans for Liberty, Cliff Maloney. Cliff, nice to see you. You're there on the ground. Tell us what we should expect.
Cliff Maloney
Yeah, look, this race is in a dead heat. We're all out here tonight supporting Jack Cittarelli. Going all in. You know, we've got a program that we're running for him called the NJ Chase where we're out here trying to knock on 500,000 doors for Jack. And look, this is a referendum on where this country goes. And so we've got tons of patriots out here. Scott Pressler, Jack Posobec, Rich Zioli, Mike Donahue, Matt Rooney, Jack Cittarelli himself. But this entire thing is about where do we go as a country, where does New Jersey go as a state? And it's just electric out here. You know, we've got to continue to do the work that's we're out here trying to do.
Steve Garrett
Well, you know, it's interesting because people say, oh my gosh, how could a Republican win in New Jersey? Well, it's happened before. In fact, it's been a while since the Democrat won more than two terms. So the time is ripe for for Jack to win. Plus, the atmosphere is right, the environment for the politics is right. People are rejecting this left wing nonsense. We're seeing a resurgence in faith as I talked about earlier in the program. And people are coalescing around common sense ideas, right? Yeah.
Cliff Maloney
And look, I look at Mikey Sheryl, the Democrat nominee, as the next Kamala Harris. What I'm hearing from voters is the more time that voters spend actually getting to know Mikey Sheryl, the more time that people get to see what she says and hear some of her ideas, they're running away from her. And when you get to spend Time with Jack Cittarelli. He's authentic. He is down to earth. He is a great guy and he connects with so many of the voters here in New Jersey. And so that's what this is all about. It's about talking to voters and getting them to realize that Jack Cittarelli is the real deal and Mikey Sherrill is a fraud. And it's, it's really starting to connect. And, and his campaign is peaking it right the moment, right at the moment. He really needed it to, which is what's so exciting.
Steve Garrett
It is exciting. So I know it's a close race, but I did see a poll, Cliff, and I know you see these as well. Jack had a one point lead. I don't think the Democrats saw this coming at all. And all of a sudden here he is, a well spoken, well polished on the topics. A well versed candidate that could deliver real confidence for the New Jersey voters.
Cliff Maloney
Yeah, and look, New Jersey is very different from Pennsylvania. The reason I bring that up is, you know, when I was in Pennsylvania last year, there were so many different organizations, both on the left and the right. What you just said is exactly true. The left was not expecting this. They are now in retreat mode, trying to figure out how they scramble and move forward. Meanwhile, Jack has played, been full force for the past three years running this campaign. And so I think they're scared. They're trying to figure out how they pivot. But at the end of the day, Jack's got the momentum and it's scaring the heck out of the Democrats.
Steve Garrett
All right, so tell me if you would, Cliff, what's the number one issue in New Jersey? If you had to pick one issue right now, what is driving these folks?
Cliff Maloney
Well, there's two different issues depending on.
Steve Garrett
Which candidate you talk to.
Cliff Maloney
If you're talking to Jack Cittarelli, it's bringing down energy costs, plain and simple. If you're talking to Mikey Sheryl, it's that Trump is Adolf Hitler and a fascist. And that's just their message on the left. It's all hate and division. Jack cares about the families here in New Jersey. He cares about the quality of life for people, all New Jerseyans. And I think that's the dichotomy, that's the, the difference in this race. And if we can get out there and make sure that voters know that message, I think Jack wins this race.
Steve Garrett
Well, we're going to find out. It's going to be. It's going to be a tight race. But the fact that he's neck and neck or even in the lead is good news. Cliff Maloney, CEO for Citizens alliance, thank you for being here today.
Cliff Maloney
Thanks so much. Take care, y'.
