Live Breaking news right now here on Real America's Voice Filtered. These people are domestic terrorists and unapologetic. We're here to take a stand for God and country. Does feel good. America's Voice Live starts now. Welcome to America's Voice Live. I'm Steve Guerrero. It is Tuesday, the 21st of October in the year of our Lord 2025. Let's get to today's top stories. As always, thank you for being here today with Real America's Voice. We appreciate you spending time. President Trump and his administration are hard at work making America great again. From making American cities safe to exposing the corrupt draconian tactics used by the Democrat Party. I'll bring on Senator Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee to discuss that in detail today. Also, Real America's Voice is covering a rapidly developing story in Tijuana, Mexico, after the cartel used crudely made drones to bomb the Tijuana Mexican state Attorney General's offices. I'll bring on RAV correspondent Oscar Ramirez to give us the latest from the front lines. And then later, I'll discuss the Freedom Caucus and the narrative surrounding the organization's future, as some key members are slated to pursue local state offices, members like Byron Donalds and Chip Roy. Details of those stories and more coming your way. But first, we want to start with this from the radical left. Now, this one goes out to all the virtue signaling snowflakes on the left clutching their lattes and coexist bumper stickers while dreaming of President Trump getting assassinated, which is utterly disgusting. Let's jump right in. You ask if I voted for this, as if it's some kind of a gotcha moment, Like I'm supposed to hang my head in shame. Well, buckle up, buttercup, because yes. Hell yes, I voted for this. Along with 77 million others. I voted for a leader who doesn't whisper sweet nothings about unity while stabbing America in the back. I voted for Donald J. Trump, the man who's gonna drain the swamp deeper than ever and make this country great again like it's meant to be. And let me tell you why, point by point. Because unlike your side's endless virtue loops, here on the MAGA train, we deal, in fact, strength and unapologetic patriotism. First off, mass deportations. Yeah, I said it. And in the words of President Trump, I'm happy about it. Here he is setting the record straight this week for the umpteenth time. Listen. Yeah, Bliss on immigration ICE are making arrests, targeted arrests at courthouses in New York City and around the country.
Donald J. Trump
Criminals means arresting criminals. That's right. Yeah, go ahead. I'm happy about it. I want them to arrest criminals.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
Yeah. We had tens of millions of illegal aliens pouring over our borders like it was an open house party, courtesy of Biden's. Come one, come all, disaster. And these aren't just folks looking for a better life like the left would have you believe. They're mixed with criminals, fentanyl pushers and gang members turning some neighborhoods into war zones. Trump promised the largest deportation operation in history. Rounding up the bad actors first, the murderers, the rapists, the ones who've got no business being here. DHS Secretary Kristi Noem is making sure people realize exactly who it is they're taking off the streets. Here is just a small snapshot of that watch.
Cameron Kinsey
We are focused on the worst of the worst, bringing these individuals to justice. We're not going to let individuals terrorize our streets anymore, and we're not going to let them make victims out of families that live in this country. I'll give you some examples of individuals that were brought to justice here in Sarasota and in this area. The first one I'll talk about is a convicted murderer whose name is Eric Carlos Artilles Ramos, an illegal alien who was from Cuba. He had a prior removal order in 2008. And now because of the work of this office, he is off the streets. He was also previously convicted of kidnapping and carjacking. We also have another individual, Oscar Alfredo Retaina Marroquin, an illegal alien from El Salvador. He was convicted of sexual assault against a child and in 1995. And he was also arrested for DUI. He has been deported twice before, in 1999 and in 2019. Reentry after deportation, I'll remind all of you, is a felony.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
No more catch and release nonsense. Why? Because American citizens deserve safety and because citizenship means something. And it's about more than just that. It's about jobs and resources that aren't siphoned off by people who cut the line. I voted for borders that mean something. For sovereignty that isn't a joke. Your sanctuary cities are just magnets for chaos. And it's not what the American people wanted anymore, that's for sure. One of CNN's conservative panelists gets it and won't cave to the pearl clutching liberals at all. Here it is.
Downy Unstoppables Advertiser
You know what every Trump voter says to this? This is exactly what I voted for. They don't want people basically coming in suppressing wages. They want the free market to take effect and they want people to be paid a fair wage who are doing this kind of labor. And that's exactly what they voted for.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
So you're saying that they voted for.
Downy Unstoppables Advertiser
There to not be workers in farms that pick their food and produce and process their meat and those prices go up or some of those companies go out of business. That's not, not illegal. They want legal migrants. And we have a program to do exactly that.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
Well, yet we have programs to handle that. Of course they know that liberals want us to believe the illegal aliens are the backbone of society. But we're not buying it. Not anymore. Most of us never did, in fact. And speaking of chaos, lets talk about those narco terrorists and boats sneaking across the water loaded with poison that's killing our children faster than any pandemic. Fentanyl, meth, heroin. It's a chemical declaration of war from drug cartels in Mexico and beyond. Trump's Defense Department is blowing those boats sky high before they even reach our shores. Drones, Navy Seals, whatever it takes. No more playing nice with these human traffickers and drug lords who laugh at our weak kneed diplomacy. I voted for those decisive strikes, for treating this like the war it is and has been for decades. I voted for balls. Vice President J.D. vance gets it. Listen to this.
Oscar Blue Ramirez
It's important for the American people to recognize these are narco terrorists who are trying to bring poison into our country and kill our citizens. What happens to them, I don't really.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
Care so long as they're not bringing.
Oscar Blue Ramirez
Poison into our country.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
I don't really care as long as we're not bringing poison into our country. Remember, these cartels are Narco terrorists funded by China's precursor chemicals, slaughtering Americans by the tens of thousands every year, blowing up their operations isn't cruelty, it's justice. It's saving lives. Your harm reduction kits and open borders are enabling the poison our way. Ends it with prejudice. How about defunding the Department of Education? Absolutely. I voted for that. That blow to bureaucracy in D.C. has been indoctrinating our kids for decades. Turning schools into woke factories, turning out activists instead of thinkers. Common core disasters, critical race theory, guilt trips, gender confusion, propaganda. It's all gotta go. Trump wants to slash it. Send the power and the money back to the states where parents and local communities call the shots. No more federal overlords dictating that Johnny has to learn about 57 genders before he can add two plus two. Education Secretary Linda McMahon. She's going to turn it back to the states like was promised during the campaign. Here she is.
Senator Marsha Blackburn
The Department of Education was set up in 1980. We have now spent as a country over $3 trillion to watch the performance of our students continue to decline. And as I said in my confirmation hearing, we are just simply not doing something right. I don't think that education that is handled from a bureaucratic position in Washington D.C. is best for the state.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
You see, I voted to focus on real education. Reading, writing, math, history. That celebrates America's greatness, it doesn't apologize for it. Trade schools, apprenticeships, merit based everything. I voted for kids who graduate, ready to build, innovate and lead, not protest and whine and demand a free ride for life. Your side's education system is failing. Inner city kids, worst of all, everybody knows it. Ours will liberate them and give them a chance to pursue real dreams, not nightmares that Democrats keep delivering. Then there's making our major cities safe again. Oh man, where do you start? Here? How about New York, Chicago, San Francisco? Once jewels of America, now vast areas of crimes and hell holes thanks to defund the police, lunacy and Soros backed DA's who treat criminals like victims. I voted for locking up the looters, the carjackers, the fentanyl dealers, the rapists and the killers. Remember those BLM riots that burned billions of dollars worth of property? That's what the liberals voted for, not me. Under Trump, law and order reigns. I voted for streets where families can walk without fear, businesses thrive without boarded windows, and cops are heroes, not hunted by savages just released from jail for the 25th time this year. How about ending wars? You bet I voted for that. Trump is the Peace President. No new wars on his watch. Last time. And he'll do it again, and he'll do it one better by stopping wars wherever he can. Peace through strength is his motto. And even as he navigates peace in the Middle east, he makes that clear. Here it is.
Donald J. Trump
We have 59 countries that agreed to the deal. We have peace in the Middle East. For the first time ever, we made a deal with Hamas that, you know, they're going to be very good, they're going to behave, they're going to be nice, and if they're not, we're going to go and we're going to eradicate them if we have to. They'll be eradicated, and they know that.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
Now. The key is that the rest of the world believes him when he makes those promises. They'll be eradicated. It's about more than just the Middle East. Trump is making NATO pay its fair share so we're not the world's piggy bank or supply shed. He's rebuilding. Our military, crushed under Biden's woke, experiments into the mightiest force ever. No more sending our boys and girls to die in pointless conflicts while politicians profit. Trump's way is what I voted for. America first, always. And taking on China head on. You're damn right. They've been ripping us off for years, stealing jobs, tech, flooding us with junk and viruses. Trump slapped terrorists that brought back billions of dollars, forcing them to the table. They're set to meet before the end of the month, and Trump expects results. Here's what he says.
Donald J. Trump
Because I made a great trade deal with China, a $50 billion trade deal, and they were great about it. They were doing everything that they were supposed to do. And then when Biden came in, you know, I used to call President Xi all the time to say, thank you or you're not buying enough. In other words, they were supposed to buy Biden. Do you think Biden ever called him? I don't think Biden ever called him. You think Biden lied Awake at night thinking about trade with China? He didn't know what he was doing. He was an incompetent president. We had an incompetent president. But you don't have that anymore. So I think we're going to end up having a fantastic deal with China. It's going to be a great trade deal. It's going to be fantastic for both countries, and it's going to be fantastic for the entire world.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
No more kowtowing to the ccp. I voted for economic nationalism that puts American workers First, not globalist sellouts. Leftists want me to clutch pearls over his tariffs. But they're already accomplishing what Trump said they would. Take it from the CEO of Nvidia. Here's what he said.
Oscar Blue Ramirez
This last week was a historic week. We manufactured the most advanced AI chips in the world in the most advanced fab in the world here in America for the first time. All of this started with President Trump wanted to re industrialize the United States. His terrorist was a pressing agent in making this possible at the, at the, at the speed that we're doing. And now at just shortly after less than a year, we're now manufacturing the most advanced chips for air in the United States.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
Here in the United States, the most advanced chips. For all the panicans out there, that's a damn good thing. Add to that slashing regulations that strangle small business. Energy independence through drill baby drill, school choice to break union monopolies and protecting the second amendment from your gun grabbers. We're talking tax cuts for the middle class, not the elite pro life policies that value the unborn and election integrity. Election integrity so that every legal vote counts. No more midnight dumps. So yes, I voted for this. All of this because America is not a socialist experiment or a global apology tour. It's the greatest nation ever and under Trump will make it greater. The left can keep their division in decline. We'll take victory and real progress. Yes, I voted for this. Deal with it. Coming up after the break. The Democrat party is being exposed for one crime after another. From spying on Republican lawmakers to the mishandling of classified information. That discussion straight ahead with a Senator Marsha Blackburn.

Welcome back. As we've been discussing, President Trump and his administration been working very hard to make America as great as for making American cities safe to exposing the corrupt tactics used by the Democrat Party. It's been confirmed that former special counsel Jack Smith monitored the private phone calls and communications of at least 11 Republican senators and one member of Congress too, as part of his so called investigation into the January 6 Capitol riots. A document obtained by FBI Director Cash Patel shows that Smith and his Arctic frost team tracked 11 senators and that member of Congress using their phone numbers they called, the location the call came from and the location it was received. It's just another example the Democratic Party's unethical and illegal tactics against Republicans anytime they can do it. Here with me to discuss this is United States Senator of Tennessee Marsha Blackburn, one of those targeted by Jack Smith. Senator, thank you for being here.
Senator Marsha Blackburn
I'm delighted to join you. And yes, indeed, it seems like Jack Smith, Smith decided that he would go after Republicans who were supportive of President Trump and who had valid questions about the 2020 election results.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
Sure. Now, I understand you just came back from lunch at the White House. Yes, the food was good. But let me hear about the conversation. What was the topic? Obviously we're in day 20 of this government shutdown or whatever day it is. What was the conversation? What was your takeaway?
Senator Marsha Blackburn
And the conversation centered on how we get the government back open and the fact that these are numbers the Democrats have voted for before, not once or twice, but five times. So they, they have been for these numbers but they are so anti Donald Trump right now that they're not going to vote for anything that they think is going to be helpful to, to President Trump. But you know, they're completely misreading this shutdown. It is the Schumer shutdown. The American people do blame the Democrats and people are saying, Look, Mr. President, if you want to start cutting programs and cutting jobs, have at it, we support you. And so I think that that is what you're going to see the president and Russ vote begin to do because we are in shutdown and the Democrats are no showing no signs of coming to the table to work with on this. Indeed, we know what their goal is, is to supercharge Obamacare. They want to keep the COVID era enhanced subsidies which has no income limits and they want to get everybody onto the marketplace, onto the exchange. And then their goal has been to use Obamacare as a stepping stone to a government run single payer system.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
It always has been. It's always been the goal. They knew that Obamacare, the so called Affordable Care act that was not affordable and didn't focus on care was a, it's an insurance scheme. They knew it couldn't work. It's a Ponzi scheme. It was going to take us a single payer. Let me ask you about law and order for just a moment here. The Democrats are often heard saying no one, no one is above the law. Yet they complain when James Comey is held accountable, indicted for making false statements to Congress. They complain when John Bolton is indicted on 18 charges for apparently transmitting national defense information. These are both indictments, numerous indictments handed down by grand juries. And yet the Democrats are screaming foul. Again, Senator, nobody is above the law. Is that true?
Senator Marsha Blackburn
No one is above the law. And the frustration with the American people and indeed with Tennesseans that I'm talking to every day is that under Barack Obama, under Joe Biden, you had two tiers of justice. And now the Democrats are screaming because we're beginning to find out the things that they were doing. And people are being held to account, whether they're a Republican or a Democrat. And things are being exposed, like the senators that were spied on by Jack Smith and his team. But then when Kash Patel turns around and fires everybody that was on Jack Smith's team, the Democrats are crying foul. Well, you know what? Good for Cash Patel for firing all these people that were spying on senators and who knows, probably spying on other conservatives. So, yes, the Democrats now don't want to see accountability. They really thought that Kamala was going to win and they would be able to hide their evil doings. But now people are figuring out exactly what they did do.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
Let me share just a little bit of breaking news on the state of North Carolina here. Just moments ago, the North Carolina state House there has now approved a plan to move forward with redistricting, which will add at least one Republican seat to the House of Representatives. My mother always used to say, be careful what you wish for. I say that to Democrats today because they want to play games in California. And now you've got North Carolina, Indiana, Ohio, Missouri, other states lining up to say, you know what, we can play that game, too. And then you've got the Supreme Court case about race being used for districting in Louisiana. If that case goes the way I expect it to, that would mean 12 seats to the Republicans. All of these other states could add several more. The Democrats could find themselves 20 or more seats in the hole, couldn't they?
Senator Marsha Blackburn
Well, they could indeed. And even without redistricting, I think this is going to be a difficult midterm for the Democrats. And Republicans are going to have to get out there and tell our story and talk about everything that was in the big beautiful bill, talk about how we are standing up for the American people and pushing back on what the Democrats are trying to do. Talk about what President Trump has done in the Middle east, the work he is doing with Russia, Ukraine, the way they're working on trade deals to make certain that we have good, solid trade that is going to benefit our farmers, our producers, our ranchers, our manufacturers. And the Democrats, what are they going to say? That they were for no kings today? That they're against Donald Trump, they have Trump derangement syndrome? That they are prioritizing the health care of illegal aliens over the health care of American citizens? That they do not want to provide benefits in health care for veterans? Is this what they're going to go out and campaign on? I think it's going to be a very difficult season for them.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
Let me ask you one more thing about what's in the headlines because what the Democrats stand for, I'm not sure they hate Trump. After that. It gets a little bit weird. Here's what I mean. There is now a war on drugs, a real war on drugs when it comes to drug running boats being vaporized by the United States before they ever reach our shores. 100,000 people die from illegal drugs in this country. This administration is doing something about it. And the Democrats would have you believe these are just innocent fishermen driving fancy million dollar boats going 100 miles an hour across the open ocean. Senator, this is what people wanted. They want an end of this scourge of drugs in America. Last question to you. Is it the right thing that we're getting into?
Senator Marsha Blackburn
Indeed it is. I was talking with a mom of a teen this morning and they're very supportive of the Kids Online Safety act and they were talking about how every day they just pray God's protection over their children because now it doesn't matter if it's a piece of gum or if it's a soft drink. There are so many things that are laced with fentanyl and kids who are not drug users at all, but they come into contact with fentanyl and they die. And this is just something that is devastating to a generation of American children and is something that needs to be dealt with. President Donald Trump is dealing with it. He has told China to stop sending these precursor chemicals into Mexico and to stop working with these cartels. He'll get something done about this.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
Senator, the next time, about a year from now, you'll be on the verge of being the next governor of Tennessee. I believe. We wish you well in that endeavor as well. And thank you for spending time with us today.
Senator Marsha Blackburn
Delighted to join you. Thank you.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
Thank you so much. She's running for governor in Tennessee, if you didn't know. But we've run out of time. Coming up after the break, I'll bring on Real America's Voice correspondent Oscar Ramirez from Tijuana, Mexico, to discuss a drone attack by the cartels. Of course, details ahead. Hail America's Voice, covering a rapidly developing story in Tijuana, Mexico, after the cartels there used a crudely made drone to bomb the Tijuana Mexican state attorney general's office. From what we understand, one drone detonated grenades on cars, causing extensive damage. Authorities opened fire on two others. No injuries reported, but it was a brazen attack. A week before the October 15th attack, the cartel posted a banner along with a human remains outside the state attorney general's office, prompting US Helicopters to conduct aerial surveillance near the Imperial beach area, directly across from the Mexican location. The US Embassy issued a travel alert now for US Residents living in Tijuana and anyone looking to go there. Here to catch us up, Real America's Voice correspondent Oscar Blue Ramirez. Oscar, nice to see you. Recap this story for us. What happened? Where are we now?
Oscar Blue Ramirez
Well, this is a combination of a lot of acts of the cartel and the desperation because of the Trump administration. What they have been doing, Steve, is just basically shutting them down, shutting their laboratories, dismantling their laboratories, stopping the guns from penetrating from the states of Arizona and Texas coming into Mexico. And they are completely desperate. They have been attacking the fiscal general, the state's office. Like you see for the first time in history in Tijuana, Mexico, a drone attack was being done to the attorney general's office. Also, as you mentioned, a week before, they left some human remains on another fiscal general of the state with a cartel banner threatening the fiscal general of the state to stop seizing the drugs that they have been continuously seizing due to the pressure of the Trump administration into this particular state, Steve, that this is the most disastrous state, the state of Baja California. You know, the Department of Treasury of the United States of America has put a pause on the governor Marina del Pilar's visa. Also on the mayor of Mexicali next door to Calexico, Nora Bustamante. They have passed her visa also. And also they have been now releasing the Department of Treasury, Hilda Brown, a, you know, a federal deputy, that she's actually a federal deputy and a former mayor of Rosarito. She has been signalized to be in cahoots with the cartel. So it is a combination of a lot of things. A lot of cartel banners have been, you know, continuously been posting on the city of Tijuana and different cities around the state of Baja California.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
Yeah. So the problem if you just outlined, Oscar. Corruption. It runs deep in the cartels. Let's be honest, it runs deep on both sides of the border when it comes to all this money. How dangerous is this? What is the escalation compared to what you've seen previously?
Oscar Blue Ramirez
It's extremely dangerous. This is one of the things that the Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, when he came to visit to Mexico, he talked about how the cartels are escalating in technology. That is one of the things that he is so worried about. And specifically, he talked about the drones. And now this happens. It means that the cartel can take these drone attacks into particular areas where Border Patrol agents are located in the limitations between Mexico and the United States in the border wall. This is one of the situations which is extremely concerning for the American authorities and also it is extremely concerning for, you know, undisclosed areas where there's open border gaps still, where the Border patrol agents are vulnerable to these attacks, to be alone for the enormous traffic. And they still. The cartel that is desperate to continue to the United States.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
It's a very dangerous time down there. Look, I believe, and I've believed this for a while, last question, though. I believe that the cartels are. I don't think they realize what they're up against. This president is willing to stop the cartels from shipping poison in this country. The real war on drugs has become an actual war on drugs. Last word to you.
Oscar Blue Ramirez
Yes, we knew that this was going to happen, Steve, the inner violence that was going to come to this because no president in history has shut down and secured the border as it is. Donald Trump. You know, the most recent hit in a low blow to the cartel was that they discovered 12 companies that they were developing and they were giving out precursors and illegal substances to Cartel de los Chapos. So these are the hits that the Trump administration, it is doing to the Mexican government. There's only one administration that has done this in history, and it is this one. And, you know, a lot of Mexicans are supporting this because we want this problem to be eliminated and eradicated from our country.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
Have an Oscar Blue Ramirez from Tijuana, Mexico. Oscar, be safe. As always, my friend. Thank you very much. All right, up after the break, I'll discuss the Freedom Caucus and the narrative surrounding the organization's future as some key members are slated to pursue local state offices. Details coming up. The Freedom Caucus, as you probably know, is a group dedicated to ensuring that the White House and the representatives within them are working for me and for you. Established in 2015, the House Freedom Caucus has been hard at work, but recent signaling from established members such as Byron Donalds indicates a migration away from Capitol Hill to other offices. This development has left supporters with some questions about the future of the Freedom Caucus, if more members were also to leave DC Join me to discuss. This is the president of the State Freedom Caucus, Andy Roth. Andy, nice to have you here. Hi.
Andy Roth
Thanks for having me, Steve.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
Look, I think Byron Donald will make a spectacular governor, but, you know, having him on Capitol Hill has been a big benefit to the Freedom Caucus. New members on the way, what's going to happen?
Andy Roth
Yeah, this happened once before where people thought that the House Freedom Caucus was going to fall apart. Mark Meadows was leaving Congress. So was Ron DeSantis and Raul Labrador. And as everybody knows, Mark Meadows became chief of staff to President Trump. Ron DeSantis is obviously Governor of Florida, and Raul Labrador is the attorney General for Idaho. So now we have House Freedom Caucus members like Byron Donalds, but also Andy Biggs in Arizona running for governor. And we've got Ralph Norman running for governor in South Carolina, and then we've got Chip Roy running for Attorney General in Texas. And what this shows you is that they want to return home to save their states, because from where I work, we create state Freedom Caucuses. And we believe that one of the ways for us to save this country is to save our states. And there isn't anything better than having a Freedom Caucus member come back, run for governor and win, just like Ron DeSantis did. And that's why we're so excited for 2026.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
So you look for good opportunities and you look for good replacements. I mean, my guess is that we just saw this news passed away here just moments ago. North Carolina has now moved forward with a redistricting plan. It's going to happen. It'll add another Republican seat in North Carolina. I think Indiana will follow. Ohio could. Missouri could, as I said, Democrats, be careful what you wish for. I think it was already going to be a decent midterm based on the generic ballot. But now, if the Supreme Court rules in favor of Louisiana and says you cannot create congressional districts based on race, that alone could add 12 seats in places like Tennessee, Alabama, Louisiana. The Democrats could have some real problems. Andy?
Andy Roth
Yeah, I'm glad you brought that up, because our Missouri Freedom Caucus were the one, the only ones in the legislature in Jefferson City that said we need to add another district. And so they put out a press release, alerted everybody, the Republican establishment, the swamp in Jefferson City didn't want to do it. But President Trump saw the Missouri Freedom Caucus leading on this, and so they pushed, pushed, pushed, and they did pass it, and the governor did sign it into law. So we were able to secure an extra district for President Trump in Missouri. To your point about Louisiana, our Louisiana Freedom Caucus is on the front lines in that state. And hopefully, to your point, if we can get that Supreme Court decision go our way, we're going to get another one there. Same with South Carolina. Our South Carolina Freedom Caucus, along with Ralph Norman, who's running for governor, is pushing for that state to do it as well. There are a lot of swampy Republicans in these states who don't want to do this. But because of our state freedom Caucuses and because of the leadership of President Trump, I think we're going to be able to do it. And that means we're going to be able to keep the house in 2026.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
Well, and here's the problem with your swampy friends that I would point out to them quite clearly. Currently there are 125 million Americans in places like New England that there's not a single Republican in Congress, not one for 125 million people. By comparison, there are only 65 million Americans where there are no Democrats in Congress. And so the balance is way out of whack. The Democrats have gamed the system for years, Andy. You know it, so do I. It's time to even the playing field. Last word to you.
Andy Roth
No, I think that's a great point. I think we need to go into all of these states and do what needs to be done in Texas. They didn't want to do it, and Texas is one of the reddest states in the country. But we were able to do it because the American people spoke up. And now we've got five extra seats. It was a great victory, and we need to do it in Louisiana and South Carolina. And eventually we're going to have state freedom caucuses in New England, like Connecticut and Maine and New Hampshire, and then we're going to be able to make gains there as well.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
No, There you go, Andy. Thank you for being here. It's all important. And making sure that Republicans are represented in every state appropriately, that's a pretty good place to start. Thank you for being here today.
Andy Roth
Thanks for having me, Steve.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
All right. Buy gold. Get free silver. That's the offer today. That's right. Gold. Free silver. All right, look, we try to talk about pleasant things on this show as much as possible, but sometimes you have to talk about unpleasant things. Taxes. They're inescapable. They're a reality Americans like you and I have to face. And while everyone pays their fair share, at least that's what they tell us, some unfortunately can fall behind. So whether you need help in clearing your books or preparing for the upcoming tax season, the team at Tax Network USA is happy to come in with the needs, the things you need to assist to ensure your taxes are in good shape. Joining to discuss is Tax Network USA spokesperson Cameron Kinsey. Cameron, always nice to see you. How are you?
Cameron Kinsey
I'm doing well.
Downy Unstoppables Advertiser
How are you, Steve? Thanks for having me.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
I'm doing well. You know, October 15th, for some folks, they let that day slide, too. And I'm thinking, wow, you just let that one go, too. What can you tell me about Tax Network usa? What services they offer for the folks that missed the first one, the second one, and then just missed October 15th?
Downy Unstoppables Advertiser
Yeah. Well, I'm so glad to be here. Tax Network USA is one of America's leading tax firms. And we specialize in helping individuals like the ones watching this show, business owners as well just take on the irs. Whether that's audits, whether that's back taxes, Wage garnishments, unfiled returns. And we have a team that includes CPAs, licensed attorneys, former IRS agents even, who really just know the tax code inside and out and know exactly how to push back. And the truth is, you know, the IRS really doesn't care who's in charge politically. We've seen them kind of lean up a bit since President Trump with him getting rid of 25% of the IRS workforce. But overall, we have seen kind of more aggression towards Americans recently. So our job is just to push and protect hardworking Americans, you know, who are just getting crushed by government overreach.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
Yeah, they're getting crushed by government overreach. And then you get behind and then you start to have anxiety and then you push it off because you're like, I'll get to it later. Getting to it later is not going to work. The IRS is relentless. Cameron, you know this. So what sets Tax Network USA apart from other tax service providers?
Downy Unstoppables Advertiser
Well, that's a great question. You know, we're not just here to file your taxes. We're here to fight for you. Because I think too many companies will charge these hefty upfront fees. They'll give you this very cookie cutter advice that we've seen, and then they'll vanish when things get tough. And that's really not our firm at all. We've helped eliminate over a billion dollars in tax debt for our clients. And that's because we approach every single case strategically and personally, because it is. And so we're not just another service provider. We share the same values of the people watching this program. Steve. We want limited government. We want less bureaucratic nonsense, and we want to protect people from these weaponized institutions. And so that's really the lens that we approach single case with. And so we're on your side, we're not on theirs. And our goal isn't just to solve the problem for you. It's really just to get your life back on track. Because we know how emotionally, not just fiscally tolling, that this is.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
All right, so let's talk about how it works. Somebody's watching right now. They're like, you're right, Gruber. I didn't do it on the 15th of October. I pushed it off again. Look, they're not going to go away. These people are relentless. They know where you live, they know where you work. Can you explain how the tax preparation and the services work to protect people?
Downy Unstoppables Advertiser
Well, going off of what I just said, you know, we know how tolling and stressful this is. For you. And so we try to make the tax prep simple and strategic. It starts with a direct consultation with one of our team members where we kind of just dig into your full financial picture, getting just a better sense of it. And then if you decide to move forward with that from that free call, we take it from there. We flag every single deduction. We fix any errors that we may see, making sure that your filing is clean and accurate and audit proof. And so even though obviously we've seen the deadline just recently passed, if you've gotten these IRS letters in the mail or you think something's wrong with a previous term, now is the time to act.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
Yeah, now's the time to act. So, look, you got somebody watching here, Cameron. I'm sure they do. And they've got this rumbling in their stomach. They don't sleep at night. They're stressed out. Give them some advice, give them some strong words of encouragement here.
Downy Unstoppables Advertiser
Well, I think you were right on the money earlier, where you should not wait, you should not toss those letters in a drawer hoping that this goes away for you. Because the IRS counts on people who are panicking and who are procrastinating in this situation. And it's tough. That's how penalties really pile up over time. So it's important to get a team behind you that knows exactly how to negotiate. They know how to reduce what you owe, and they'll put a real plan in place. And so that's exactly what Tax Network USA does. And you do have more options than you may think. But timing really is essential in this case.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
Yeah. No matter how messed up your paperwork is, no matter how far behind you are, the longer you wait, the worse it gets. Cameron, always appreciate you being here. Thank you.
Downy Unstoppables Advertiser
Thank you so much, Steve. Have a good one.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
You as well. Now, if you're one of those folks we've been talking to that she's been saying, look, don't let it go, then you need to go to tnusa.com rav or call 1-800-905-8000 to speak to an expert at Tax Network USA today. Again, here it is. Tnusa.com rev or the number to call 1-800-905-8000. Look, I've gotten those lousy letters from the IRS in the mail. You don't want that. It's too much stress for you, for your family. Let's get past it. Tnusa.com rav or 1-800-905-8000 when I come back after the break, we'll have a story that reminds us of just how wonderful America is. And it is. Plus your answers to our America's Voice question of the day. And here it is. How many transgender people did you know while growing up? How old are you? How many did you know? We'll be back. All right. What makes America wonderful? We do it every day. Because I want to put a smile on your face before you go anywhere. You got to leave this place with something you feel good about, Right? Well, today's story comes to us from Austin, Texas, where a local man has made it his mission to provide the little ones with a costume for Halloween. That's right. Christopher Wagner, affectionately known as the fairy godfather of Halloween, can be seen throughout October looking through thrift store bins for anything that's shiny or fuzzy. While it might seem that his pursuits are a bit eccentric, there's a method to his madness. There is the end result. Sees Wagner stitching and sewing these elements in order to craft one of the one of a kind costumes that then hand out for free to kids or anyone in need of a costume before the 31st. What's more is that Wagner reports paying over $5,000 a year in storage, an expense he's happy to take on. Even one member of the community can lift one's spirits. And Wagner's selfless dedication reminds us what makes America wonderful. He's just trying to put a smile on kids faces. Did he put one on yours? All right, here's my question. I've been asking this for a while, all right? I've been asking this for a while because to me, it's an interesting question. How many transgender people did you know while you were growing up? I didn't know any. Didn't even, didn't even realize, you know, what it was. Saw the Rocky Horror Picture Show. That was just a spoof, right? Late night movies and all that stuff. But how many transgender people did you know while growing up? Based on Todd says zero. John Hogan. I'm going to tell you, this is going to be the number. John Hogan. Zero. Not a single one. How is that? If people are just born that way and it's always been that way, then what's the deal? Rack Jack 2. 0. I'd be curious how old the folks are answering the question. Rebecca Martin Wright says none. That was not something you did back in the 1980s. No, it wasn't. Or the 70s or the 90s or the early 2000s. Ken Herbert, none. And Roberts? Not even one. Jody from Georgia has 0.0dd, the designated driver. Absolutely. Zero. When did this become a thing? Christy Staskiewicz, zero. Gen X Republican. Zero. We were outside playing, climbing trees, catching bugs, frogs, and riding bikes. No one had time or social media to believe we were anything but kids. That's the best answer yet. We were kids. My mother would say, get out of the house. It's a nice day. Wyatt Earp. He's still alive. I had no idea. Being redundant, but zero graduated in 73. And so this is a recent phenomenon fueled and created, I believe, by TikTok, YouTube, social media, and social engineers pretending to be teachers and professors. Yeah, all of that. That's who those folks are. Trying to mold your kids into something they're not. Oh, and by the way, don't ever tell the parents, because that's the way that is. Right. All right, well, we're gonna wind down here. And remember, if you want to be part of the question, go on any of my social media platforms. Truth X, Facebook, Getter, all of them. And you can have your name and lights right here on Real America's Voice. America's Voice live. Now, let's shift over. Bowling is waiting. Hey, Bowling, I got something here series I want to talk to you about, if you're ready. You ready?
Bowling
Born ready, Gerber.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
All right, here's. Here's how I like my steak. Rare. I like blue cheese on it, some fried onions. There it is. Look at the. Look at the spread, Bowling. There it is, right there. Like the spread.
Oscar Blue Ramirez
This is what happened.
Bowling
Is this the new White House? Oh, oh, oh, right, right. You did. That's right.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
This is what happens when you gamble. You know, I imagine you and we.
Bowling
Double or nothing on the Seattle bet, didn't we? Double nothing. Seattle. I hit.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
Oh, look at that. Look at you and I together. Isn't that beautiful? Look at that. You and I at dinner. You picking up the check. I love this. It makes me feel warm inside.
Bowling
See, we did with that. What was that, two dogs Or. Anyhow, we should do it at the. The new Trump Ballroom. See if we can get into the new Trump Ball. It's.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
Wouldn't that see something gorgeous then?
Bowling
I can.
Donald J. Trump
Yeah.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
I mean, it's probably big enough to play a football game. Yeah.
Bowling
I owe you dinner, my friend. By the way, your question, how many transgender people did you know growing up? My number was zero also, but here's my other question. How many. How many people with peanut allergies did you know when you were seven years old? One number's the same for me.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
One.
Bowling
Did you really know?
Oscar Blue Ramirez
One.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
I knew one guy, he's a friend of ours. It's so, so this is a terrible, this how terrible kids are. How terrible we were. He would drool. That's all. That's all he would do. He'd just drool. So we'd slap him penis now and then and we would laugh and make fun of him. But he was a good kid. Good guy. Had a great career. When it's on the wrestling team with us. Yeah, yeah.
Bowling
Bill O'Reilly. I will find out. We have him on the show later on. If he's, I'd ask him if he's, if he's maggot now because it seems like he's, he's come on board, he's finally seen the light because he's always, you know, I feel it seems like, you know, times when Foxy, he was always very much center, center. Right. But never like far right now it's feeling a little maggot to me. But we'll ask. We'll see what he says.
Steve Guru / Steve Guerrero
Well, yeah, I think that's a great question. Good, good work on your part. He's got a new book out too, doesn't he?
Bowling
Got a new book? Yeah. And I, I, you know, Bill, Bill and I, you know, I sat in for him two, I think 200 and almost 250 times at Fox. He used to take every Friday off. And that was, that was my Friday gig. I was always sitting. This is a true story. I used to see him walking down the hallway during the week and I would take a.

The episode features interviews with Senator Marsha Blackburn and RAV's Oscar Blue Ramirez (live from Tijuana), as well as commentary from Andy Roth of the State Freedom Caucus Network. The tone is unapologetically partisan, combining outrage, humor, and direct appeals to the show’s conservative base.
“Buckle up, buttercup, because yes. Hell yes, I voted for this. Along with 77 million others.” – Steve Gruber [01:27]
Key Topics:
Guest: Oscar Blue Ramirez
Guest: Andy Roth, State Freedom Caucus Network
America’s Voice Live continues to amplify hardline Republican positions and challenge mainstream narratives, balancing policy rants with direct reporting and a few light, audience-driven interactions. The tone is combative but community-driven, mapping political stakes onto cultural and existential threats, and lauding any assertive, pro-Trump policies—especially those perceived to “fight back” against Democrats, the left, and “the swamp.”
For listeners wanting a deep dive into MAGA priorities, conservative grievances, and alternative news framing, this episode is quintessential Real America’s Voice—brazen, deeply partisan, and determined to rally its audience to action.
