This is America's Voice live with Steve Gruber. Welcome to America's Voice Live. I'm Steve Gruber. It is Friday 22nd November. Get to today's top stories. Thank you as always, for being here with us and joining us on Real America's Voice. With just under two months to go under Joe Biden's pathetic leadership, many experts are concerned with his recent decision making as it pertains to the Russia, Ukraine war. It seems he wants to cause as much destruction and chaos as possible, all before Donald Trump can even take office. Maybe even trigger World War three. Will have that coming up. Also, it's Friday, my friends, but before we gear up for the weekend, I'll take a few minutes go through the mailbag to read some of the things you've been sharing with me. Over the past few days, giving you a chance to be heard everywhere and beyond. Then later, according to a report by the New York Post, 2 Oregon High School teachers were arrested just last week on charges that they sexually abused at least nine underage girls. The worst part, the school district knew about it and didn't do a thing about it. The shocking details and updates today. But first, I want to start here. Matt Gaetz officially out of the race to be considered for the attorney general position in Donald Trump's incoming administration. Instead, Trump has selected Pam Bondi, the former two time attorney general for the state of Florida, as his nominee for that role. Once again busting glass ceilings. Democrats talk about it. Donald Trump does it. Bondi, a stark conservative, was a key figure in defending Donald Trump University and played a central role in several high profile legal battles during her tenure. Known for her advocacy against the Affordable Care act and her legal prowess, her nomination reflects Trump's ongoing commitment to strong conservative legal women and leadership. Remember how they said that he surrounds himself with women that aren't that bright and so forth? Yeah. How's that working out? Matt Gaetz posted on X showing his support by stating this. She's a proven litigator, an inspiring leader and a champion for all Americans. She will bring the needed reforms to doj. Join me now to discuss what this might mean for the future Department of Justice is senior counsel Jared Felitti. Jared, nice to have you here again today. Nice to see you, my friend.
Jared Felitti
Always a pleasure seeing you.
Steve Gruber
Look, Pam Bondi's resume is not in question. You know, there was a lot of fuss about, you know, Matt Gaetz. Could he be confirmed? I'm not sure that that was ever going to be a possibility. You know, something else might have happened here. Doesn't matter now. And by the time we get to January 20th, nobody's going to remember what happened back in November. Because Pam Bondi is the real deal. She's a solid litigator, a real prosecutor, a person who's hard nosed when it comes to the border, to drug laws, to gun laws. What do you make of it?
Jared Felitti
She's the real deal. She knows the job. But more importantly, she has the right values. She stood by President Trump in his first impeachment proceedings. She knows the dirty tricks that Democrats have used, whether it's Ukraine or whether it's the opioid crisis. She's been deeply involved in fighting that war, too. So this is a person who has been on the front line of all the important values, value wars that we've been fighting for the last two decades. And she is by far the strongest choice to be Attorney general.
Steve Gruber
Yeah. And again, here's Donald Trump once again elevating a woman to a very high position. I mean, the Attorney general, the most high profile attorney in America, aside maybe from being on the Supreme Court. And so this is a powerful position. Look, as you look to close the border, deal with some of the things that have gone wild over the last four years. She's the right person at the right time, from where I sit. What would you think should be her priority list?
Jared Felitti
I think the priority list is gonna start with the border. It's not just helping to figure out how to legally deport all of these people who are here illegally, but it's also perhaps winging prosecutions against the elected officials in many states who enable this, who allow the illegal immigrants to stay and to hide within the system and refuse to cooperate with federal immigration authorities to have them deported. I think that doing that would send a powerful message that this is an administration of law and order and that you can't abuse your role as a mayor, as a city council person, or even as a governor to allow the breaking of the laws of this country in order to foster a progressive agenda of bringing in people who shouldn't be here. I think that is going to be her top priority and where the biggest fight is going to be.
Steve Gruber
Well, when I talk about the border, one of the things that's made headlines here, Gerard, in the last few days, our governors of different states saying we're not going to enforce these laws. If Donald Trump says we're going to deport people, if we're going to take criminals out of the country, we're not going to do it. Well, it's going to be a pretty big challenge to an attorney general. You know, I saw somebody write on social media, I might not disagree with it. You know what, California, you don't want to deport them, keep them. The states that want to deport, deport. And the rest of you can all go gather in the states that don't want to. Well, that'll teach them a lesson. Now, it's probably not going to happen that way. So she's going to have a very powerful hand in how these laws are in force, isn't she? She is.
Jared Felitti
And look, I hate to disagree with you, but these immigrants don't want to stay in these failed left wing states. They want to go to states where there's economic opportunity. That's why this has made a bigger crisis throughout the country in the left wing states, there are no jobs. There's no opportunity for people who pay taxes or for those of us who do and are honest in their living. And for those who came illegally, there are no opportunities. That's left wing government. So these immigrants don't want to stay there. They want to go all over the place. But for Bondi, I think the biggest priority, if the biggest priority is immigration, she will have her hands full. But it's worth pointing out, no one has done anything like this before. A concerted effort to actually enforce the law and hold people accountable. Not just to deport people who shouldn't be here, but to fix the system. When you allow elected officials to flout the laws, to break them, to say that they're not cooperating, and not just that, but to obstruct the application of federal law that creates problems to our system of government, that needs to be addressed, that will be her priority. She will have her hands full. But I think she is the right person for the job.
Steve Gruber
And you mentioned earlier in the conversation here the fact that she has been a stalwart supporter of Donald Trump. I think that is key here. Look, you look at the people he's putting around him. The first term as president, he made some, let's be honest, some rookie mistakes. He made some mistakes of putting people into positions that didn't turn out to be great choices because he wasn't familiar with the, with the landscape of the people in Washington. He's not making those mistakes this time around, quite clearly. I mean, look, Pam Bondi is as good as they get when it comes to somebody who's two terms, the Attorney General, state of Florida, well versed on drug laws, gun laws, people coming into the country illegally. As we've talked about, he's not making the same staffing errors he made the first time. He's putting together what I consider to be across the board, for the most part, an all star team.
Jared Felitti
Let's say you, I would call this the varsity team. We saw many attempts in his first term and it didn't always work out. But this is definitely the varsity team of people who know the system, who know how to work the system, but have not been corrupted by the system. And now with experience in and out of government, Donald Trump knows who to trust. People keep saying that it's loyalty. It's not loyalty, it's trust. It's being able to trust the people under you to implement your agenda. And what we've seen from all the appointments so far are people that Donald Trump actually trusts. But more than that, people who, who are competent, people who know the system, who know how to do things, how to get things done. So this is a varsity team and they're clearly ready to hit the ground running. We've seen appointments being made out of fast clip and really filling out the cabinet and other positions very quickly. So I think if this is what we will see for the next four years.
Steve Gruber
Yeah. And here's something else that is going to be critical to Donald Trump beginning at noon on the 20th of January and that is being able to have these people actually confirmed. You look at Matthew Whitaker, Matt Whitaker now is going to be the ambassador to NATO, I believe was the acting Attorney General for a period of time because they wouldn't confirm him. They being the United States Senate. You're not going to have that problem this time. And if you do, there are Republicans like Lisa Murkowski or Suan Collins, whoever it might be, that would stand in the way of a, of a nomination for confirmation. They're going to pay a price for that. Because Donald Trump won the popular vote. He won the Electoral College by a wide margin. He picked up several seats in the United States Senate. And so therefore people are not going to have much patience for, for the United States Senate. And Republicans, be it Thom Tillis or John Cornyn or whoever may be a little bit weak kneed or soft spine, I don't think America is going to have the patience for that. What do you think?
Jared Felitti
I think you're absolutely right. This is a mandate the Republicans got not just the White House and the Senate but the House as well, which is very important because we're not going to be distracted by idiotic attempts to impeach Donald Trump from day. So this really is a sweeping mandate. And I think that the American public who voted in record numbers for Trump and for his people in the Senate and in the House will not tolerate more obstruction or more attempts to derail the government.
Steve Gruber
You know, I want to look at one other thing here. Michael Whatley has demonstrated the ability of the Republicans to play ball where we were, where the Republicans were getting kicked around previously. And what I mean by that is you look at what happened in the state of Pennsylvania, that is settled now. That Senate seat because Republicans were ready for the lawfare look, Pam Bondi, if she's confirmed, and I can see no reason she would not be confirmed in a speedy fashion to be the Attorney General of the United States is going to face lawfare from the left. They're going to try every game Every tactic, every little sleight of hand they can to stop Donald Trump in the courtroom because they couldn't stop him at the ballot box. They couldn't stop him with, you know, impeachments and raids on Mar A Lago and, if you will, trumped up charges of this or that and everything else. So one of the toughest places that Pam Bondi and her department might have to go is through the lawfare process when, whether it's a governor or different organizations come after Donald Trump. I give the last word here, Jerrod, because I think that's gonna be one of the biggest challenges for her.
Anthony Watkins
It is.
Jared Felitti
But you know what? We're used to it. We saw this in Trump's first term. We see this in every Republican's term. We have lawsuit after lawsuit trying to stop agendas. We've gotten used to it, and we've gotten good at winning. So this is not the biggest concern that I have. We shouldn't be worried about settling personal or political differences. We need to focus on actually enforcing the law. And now we have an attorney general nominee who seems very ready and willing and able to do that. So we're looking for a strong four years of actually enforcing America's laws.
Steve Gruber
Yeah, I completely agree. Greatly appreciate you being here, Gerard. I think that Pam Bondi was a strong selection. She may have been the selection the whole time, and there may have been something else afoot. I think that's a fair way to put it. A lot of people in MAGA world still like Matt Gaetz. I don't know where he lands, but right now he's got some free time on his hands. Gerard, thank you.
Jared Felitti
Always a pleasure.
Steve Gruber
Thank you. Greatly appreciate it. Yeah, Pam Bondi, I think she's going to be a very solid attorney general now. Coming up after the break, many experts concerned with Joe Biden's recent decision making as it pertains to the war with Russia and Ukraine. In fact, it concerns many of us at the point that we think World War 3 will be right around the corner. It seems he wants to cause chaos all before Donald Trump can take office. But there is word that Donald Trump's still negotiating behind the scenes. We'll be back with all of this on America's voice line.

All right, welcome back to America's Voice Live. I've been gone for a few days, as you know, but it's hard to miss the news cycle because there's so much going on. And just a few days ago, some of you may have seen my complete disagreement, colorful disagreement with President Joe Biden for allowing Ukraine to use American made missiles to be fired deep into the heart of Russia. Here's part of what I said on Twitter. I'm absolutely mortified. Ukraine just lobbed American missiles into Russia. Do these want a war? Do they want your kids and your grandkids to go fight in Europe for a country we have no real connection to? Not a NATO partner, not a true ally? Seriously, what are they doing? These people are out of their minds. Trying to get you killed, me killed, and trying to get World War 3 started before Joe Biden gets kicked out of office. This is completely unacceptable, completely out of line. These. These people clearly lost their minds. My mother would be upset right now. But it's true what I said there. Three million people saw that tweet on X. I still call it Twitter. My Ivy says you got to call it X. I like calling it Twitter. Sorry, Elon, but look, this is playing with fire. And now we've got Russia dumping missiles back and threatening bases in Poland. I mean, Joe Biden is doing the best he can to damage this country as much as he can before he leaves the White House. Plus putting us in jeopardy for a war in Europe. Join me now to discuss what's going on with the Russia Ukraine war. Is 32 year United States Air Force combat veteran Colonel Rob Manos. Rob, nice to see you here. So I had some words that were appropriate for Twitter X, not for here, but look, apparently it struck a nerve. I got 3 million people that saw that tweet and shared it all over the world because we voted for peace, Rob. We voted to stay out of these endless wars. We voted to keep American men and women from going to Ukraine. And here we are. Look, it's American boots on the ground there that are helping launch these missiles. If you're on Russia's side, how do you not see this as an act of war? Thank you for being here, by the way. But how do you not see it that way?
Colonel Rob Manos
I have to say you're absolutely right, Steve. It sounded like you recorded me in the privacy of my office when I first heard about this because it is unbelievable. And that's an understatement. Look, you know, I come from the old school of the Cold War days when I was on active duty. I was on alert when the Wall fell down in the Berlin Wall. So I understand what it's like to live in a world where you have to have nuclear deterrence. And I know how that policy is supposed to look and I know how those risk decisions should be made. And we're doing the exact opposite of it. Look, I'm telling folks that we are on the brink of a nuclear exchange between the United States and Russia. Just leave NATO out of it, leave the other countries out of it. That's where we're at. We escalated when we allowed the Ukrainians to use our intermediate range ballistic missiles deep into Russian territory. And Russia has now responded, thankfully, in a limited way so far, but they responded with the first use ever of multiple reentry vehicle warheads off of an intermediate range ballistic missile. From. I want you to explain that onto it.
Steve Gruber
Rob, take a moment. Explain how significant this weapon is and how significant it is. Because basically they're saying, go ahead, fao, because here's what we've got. Go ahead, explain what that is.
Colonel Rob Manos
Yeah, ballistic missile, say an intercontinental ballistic missile or these type of missiles. At intermediate range, it's about 6,000 kilometer range. For this particular missile. It uses a warhead or a set of warheads called reentry vehicles or multiple reentry vehicles. You may hear the term MIRV called the missile fires up on a high angle of attack, goes into low earth orbit, releases its warheads, and the vehicles that are the warheads themselves reenter the atmosphere and attack their targets from directly above at hypersonic speeds. That is the normal delivery Platform for a ballistic missile that's launched from the sea or the ground with a multiple re entry vehicle nuclear warhead. The Russians did this with some type of conventional warheads, but they showed that it could be done, that their nuclear weapons systems work effectively all the way to the way they delivered the warheads themselves. That is a message not to the Ukrainians, but to the United States of America. We are in a strategic nuclear deterrence mode in this exchange. But unfortunately, the thinking that's going on by the leadership in the west is in a counterterrorism war.
Steve Gruber
Yeah, we don't know who's in charge. That's the problem. Joe Biden can't walk along the beach without basically, you know, face planting. All right. We don't know who's running this thing.
Colonel Rob Manos
Oh, we absolutely don't.
Steve Gruber
How close do you think? How close do you think we are? Just one. One mistake. One Russian missile into Poland won anything. And it's like they want this to happen. There's no other explanation. We have American fire teams on the ground in Ukraine saying, this is how you run this thing. Here's how it works. That's my understanding. We have people there. It's not like we're innocent. Bison, they're saying, oh, we gave them the weapon and they used it. Not only did we give them the weapon, we gave them the expertise and the people to show you how to use it. Oh, and the authorization. Go ahead and fire that into Russia. What the hell are they doing?
Colonel Rob Manos
An ARI ATACMS missile. It can't strike targets unless we give them the targeting data. It can't fly correctly unless it's using telemetry off of our satellites. So it is American that are firing and shooting these missiles at Russian targets. And all it would take would be one command and control site that's nuclear weapons oriented in Russia. Even if it's an accident, that's all it would take. Or one misstep by the Russians if they fire another one of these and say one of the reentry vehicles of the six that they use goes awry and hits the wrong target and kills a bunch of Americans or UK troops.
Steve Gruber
Yeah. We're 33 months into this war. Or something like that, Right? Something like that. And the fact of the matter is that, yeah, we're coming up to the three year mark. Russia can't beat the JV team in Ukraine. They're taking massive losses. Why in the world are we messed up in this? What possible advantage or benefit could there be to America? They give because people on the left. I see it on social media and elsewhere. Oh, you know, we've got to take care of Russia because if we don't, blah, blah, blah. I don't buy any of that. Ukraine's not an ally. They're not a member of NATO. They're not a natural ally, never have been. You know, we've been friendly enough with them, but it's not something you go. It's not the hill you die on, if you will. And it makes no sense to me, Rob. I'll give you the last word here, Colonel, because to me and a lot of other people, we want nothing to do with this. And I'm sorry, you can't convince me otherwise unless you come up with some new rational argument that I'm yet to hear. Go ahead.
Colonel Rob Manos
And Steve, the reason it makes no sense to you is because it's not in our vital national interest where the Russian and Ukraine border actually is on the ground. It makes no difference to the United States, not even to NATO, really. And you're right about the Russians. Look, they've fallen back on their traditional grind it with artillery and move forward methodology. It's slow, but they are moving forward in slow, incremental ways. And if the Ukrainians came to the table and stopped this, they may actually be able to save what's happening left of their country and keep what they have. But they're probably never going to be capable of getting back what they've lost. And that's why it's crazy. We need to figure this out and get this killing stopped right away.
Steve Gruber
I agree. And so look, America voted for peace when it voted for Donald Trump. They wanted a president who had never been to war and never caused a war and never wanted to trigger another war. And hopefully that's where we'll get Colonel Rob Manus. Greatly appreciate you being here.
Colonel Rob Manos
Thank you, Steve.
Steve Gruber
Thank you so much. All right, look, I'd like you to, I'd like you to weigh in. Follow me on Twitter. Go, go to Steve Ruby show on Twitter. Tell me what you think. Follow me there. You know, I love hearing the voices of Americans like you. So today we're going to dive back into the mailbag. You'll see the bows of my feet doing this little deal here. Here's a selection of thoughts and questions from our audience. And look, I'd like you to be part of it. All right, let's go to stevegruber.com send me an email. Say, hey, groups, here's what I'm thinking. Here's what I think about the war in Ukraine, the open border, Matt Gaetz, Donald Trump's team. Who he's selecting, I don't know. Whatever it is, feedback, insights, curiosity, I'll take it all. All right.
Colonel Rob Manos
Where.
Steve Gruber
Where am I? Where are my stories? Here? Am I here? Let's see here. Yeah, there we go. C3. I got a little confused here, boys and girls. C3. Edward writes this. Bought and paid for Joe meets with the top Chicom SOB and we are pushed closer to World War 3. That's exactly right. Could this be another order from Biden's master? After all, the ChiComs, as I like to call them, Russia to call them that too. And I agree with that. After all, the chicoms now own Bagram Air Force Base. Can you imagine they own that? I would not be surprised by anything a stinking communist would do. And we know Biden will do anything for a buck. Just my two cents. Thank you Edward. Greatly appreciate it. Connie writes this. I hear that several governors are refusing to agree to the Trump deportation. We just talked about this. In my opinion, the deportation should not be carried out in these states. Gee, this sounds familiar. Only go to the states that are willing to deport these illegal aliens. It seems to me that in a very short time these non deportation states will get overrun with illegals, which is exactly what they deserve. Won't take long for the people of those states to rebel. You're right. Connie and I just mentioned something very similar. I happen to agree with you on that. Let's See, Janet, back to the bag we go. Since Gates has withdrawn for Attorney General, Desantis should appoint him to Rubio's sentencing. Well, Janet, I've heard some people say that and some other jobs. Well, I don't know what's going to happen to Matt Gates. Look, the. The investigation into him by the Ethics Committee, or whatever it was called. Not flattering. So it's not flattering at all. I know that from people that have seen the report. In fact, it's a bit disturbing in some places. So I don't know if maybe Matt Gaetz just takes a timeout. He'll be back. He's got a big personality and a big voice. He'll be back. And maybe he fits in someplace else in the administration. Now, let's see here. This is from Ann. For as much as I feel blessed by your service of true journalism, could you please tell me how and why there's not much or any coverage of those Americans still overwhelmed by hurricane devastation? I do understand crews can go to the border and rallies, but why aren't they there amongst the hurt and devastation? And that's a great. That's a great question. I gotta be honest with you. That's a great question. A lot still going on in western North Carolina. Lives were lost, some people still missing. Some people believe the death toll is far higher than we've ever been told. You'd have to wonder because of the incredible amount of water that went through there. Some of those bodies, I'll tell you right now, will never be found. We'll keep an eye on it. We'll do better. Kevin writes this. Everyone cries on about climate change, but no one ever mentions what they're doing to the atmosphere with the war. Wow, that's a great comment you made there. The war, every time they light off these American missiles into Russia, what's that do to the climate and climate change? What about Russia returning fire into Ukraine? What does that do? It's a pretty valid point. Pretty sure ICBMs are not great for climate change, for those of you that care about that. And yet those on the left will say, oh, we gotta. We gotta attack Russia. What about climate change? Ah, that's bad. Hypocrites. Hypocrites. All right, for those of us holding our breath for the past several months, we can exhale. Work can finally be done on the major issues this country is facing, one of the most significant being our national debt. The fact is, our nation is broke, flat broke, and that debt is a house of cards that cannot quickly be dismantled. You know it and so do I. So the strategy remains the same. Diversify your savings. It's been reported that two Oregon high school teachers were arrested just last week on charges that they sexually abused at least nine underage girls. How do we keep hear stories like this? I mean, I look at this next year. I said how do we keep hearing stories like this? We've got to be able to solve this. According to a report from the New York Post, two apparent pedophile teachers arrested last week on charges that they sexually abused at least nine. Nine underage girls. And that's the bad part. Choir see teacher Eric Stearns and another teacher who's now retired, arrested, accused of a near 10 year sex crime spree against kids. Yeah, this incident occurred at Saint Helens High School in Oregon. It's also been alleged that administrators in that school knew what was Going on. They knew about the allegations for years and decided, well, we just won't say anything or we'll just cover it up. In one instance, the district allowed a teacher to stay in the classroom until the day he was arrested, despite credible accusations and an ongoing police investigation. Can you imagine the question that is just what the hell is going on in liberal Oregon's school districts? In Oregon in general. Here to discuss this, Turning Point USA contributor Anthony Watkins. Look, how many stories like this we gotta see, Anthony, how many times we have to know the teachers are playing, if I may be so bold, grab ass with the students. All right, we gotta knock this off. It's wrong on every level. It disgusts. My mother was a schoolteacher. My grandmother was a schoolteacher. This, I find this so outrageous. I think the penalty should be much stronger. Your thoughts?
Anthony Watkins
Well, I mean, everyone is sitting back and always having the question, like, how many more times is this gonna happen? How many more times is this gonna be going on in schools? How many more times are people gonna be stuck here doing the same thing that we keep thinking, you know, people have more integrity to deal with? But the question goes even deeper than that. And the solution is even further than that. Because now it's when people know what's happening, what are they willing to do to go further when people don't take action? And so what we've seen here is that after all the petitioning, after everything else, these people finally got what they deserved. Evil is always something that is easy to do because it's accessible anywhere. But it takes people that are strong and willing to go through all of the hardships to actually make a difference for the safety of everybody else. Which is why as parents and as Americans, we're so protective over our kids. Because everyone in this whole situation never really takes into consideration the outcome it's going to affect on young people.
Steve Gruber
You know, those on the left like to rationalize us. You know, it's a minor attracted person. You know, it's, it's not really their fault. It's. They don't use the term pedophile anymore. Just a minor attracted person. All right, that's gotta go. We voted for common sense in this country on the 5th of November. We got a mandate, we've got the popular vote, the electoral college, we've got the Senate, the House and the White House. We've got Pam Bondi coming in as the attorney general. Maybe it's time to drop the hammer on some of these family show. I just had to edit myself. Maybe we should Drop the hammer on some of these folks right now. Make some examples out of these people. Because minor attractive person for you on the left, that's a pedophile. All right, we need to do something here, Anthony. It has to be serious and it has to be public. What do you say?
Anthony Watkins
Well, serious in public is definitely that. But I think it has to start at defining what these things are. Because the left, the same people that always want to be the victims of sexual assault and all of these kinds of things, where they blame men for things, but yet they won't identify what a woman is and they let anyone just be what they are. There's so much confusion there. I feel like in order for things to actually start making sense, you actually have to put the line in the sand where this is what is this and this is what is that. And there is no go between, there is no middle. Once that's established, then anybody else that is now trying to cross hairs and get into the middle of things are the ones that are gonna be made an example of. And I hope that that starts with these.
Steve Gruber
Yeah. How did we ever get to a point in this country where we allow those that are look suggesting in any way that a school district should turn the other way, not pay attention to children that are being sexually abused? The idea that minor attracted persons should somehow be put on the same level as anybody else, well, that's just normal. That's just, you know, they were born that way. How do we ever get to that point in this country? You're a young person, you know, you've probably been around. Unfortunately for you, that's not the way it was. When I was your age. We called them pedophiles, we threw them in prison. We didn't even screw around with this stuff. I mean, you're a pedophile, you're a pervert, you go to prison, that's done. What has happened, I think the biggest.
Anthony Watkins
Thing has been the lack of empathy and I think the lack of action. Because for the longest time, the reason we find ourselves in the positions that we are here is a lot of people look at the situations that are happening around them and in other places around the country. And because it's not directly happening to them, we feel sorry for them, but it's not happening here. But guess what? It's happening everywhere now. And it's not something that people can ignore. So now it's up to everybody else where it's not happening to make sure that those kind of statutes, those kind of people, those kind of Rules, definitions, laws, and whatever you want to call it, don't make it to where you are. Because if it can happen someplace else, there's a chance that it can happen here. And we saw that where everyone in the past four years was just like, oh, this will never happen. And everything that we dreamed and everything that we thought is our worst nightmare, worst case scenario was actually starting to become a reality until people spoke. And what we saw is the same thing that can happen now is the same thing that can happen anywhere is that when people speak for the common cause of people who can't defend themselves, there's more that agree with us than disagree. Just some are a little bit more vocal about it and less afraid of the consequences than others are. But when people actually start gaining the momentum of actually standing up for people, that's when it starts to pick up and that's when other people start to join on and that's when we show how much of us are really there and how strong we actually are.
Steve Gruber
Do you think there's an attitude shift? I mean, from the people that are a little bit older than you are, you know, is there an attitude shift? I think from where I stand, there is. And I say that again and I look at what happened on the election and the overwhelming rejection of woke ideology. I think there's an. And I think it goes across the board, including this topic, that there's a rejection of this strange behavior. We're not going to deal with it anymore. We're not going to accept it. We're not going to say, we're not gonna look the other way. And if you're a teacher or a person in a position of authority and power, man, we've gotta up the ante on what the penalties are. I'll give you the last word, of.
Anthony Watkins
Course, but I tell everyone this, it always starts with one piece because if you were to get to the final outcome, everyone would be more gung ho to make sure that it didn't get there. But it's small little choices and decisions here and there that people compromise in or they make along the way. That when you look back you realize, wow, we let a lot of things slip because everything that was a thought was just like, ah, that's weird. Oh, that'll never happen. Oh, it's happening over here now. It's, now it's, it's in our backyard now. It's, we've got to push it out now. It's, we gotta fight to keep it away and we gotta make sure it doesn't happen again. All of these things could be avoided if people actually took action at the beginning before it actually gets here.
Steve Gruber
Yep. Gotta extinguish it right from the start, Anthony. I think you're exactly right. Anthony Watson, we'll see you out at amfest, correct?
Anthony Watkins
Absolutely.
Steve Gruber

Welcome back to America's Voice Libel. Tax season right around the corner. As you know, the IRS continues to ramp up its enforcement efforts. See if you still have unfiled returns. Oh, back taxes. Or missed tax extension deadlines. Boy, you could be in trouble. But we have some advice here at Real America's Voice. We recommend going to the experts at Tax Network usa. Why? Simple. They've helped their clients save over a billion dollars in tax debt. And with the next tax season coming up fast, it's time to reach out. Here with me to discuss this is Tax Network USA spokesperson Cameron Kenzie. Cameron, nice to see you.
Cameron Kenzie
It's great to see you. Thanks for having me.
Steve Gruber
Let's talk about what sets Tax Network USA apart. Look, I actually run into people and I'm like, you haven't what? They'll say I haven't paid my taxes or filed in, like, five years. Now, look, if you owe the government, they don't care. You don't ever have to file. But if you owe them money, you better file, because they'll be on you like a hound dog on a hot scent. And they don't go away right Oh.
Cameron Kenzie
I mean, you're exactly right. And at Tax Network usa, you know, we're more than just a tax service. We're defenders of your financial freedom. We are all on the same wavelength here. And while others focus on basic tax preparation, we even take it a step further by protecting you from unnecessary government interference like we've seen in the Biden Harris administration and ensuring that you keep more of what you've earned. Our team doesn't just handle the numbers. We stand up against government overreach with the expert knowledge of tax law and a strong dedication to safeguarding your financial future as well.
Steve Gruber
Sure. Now, look, the Biden administration hire like 83,000 new IRS agents. I don't know if that happens. I don't know if it doesn't. But what I know is the irs, regardless of who's in the White House, even Donald Trump. Yes. They're going to expect you pay your taxes according to the law. And these pages are thousands and thousands long, so it can get very confusing. So I say hire an expert. So my question for you is, how do people get started with Tax Network USA if they have a problem and they need help with their taxes?
Cameron Kenzie
Oh, of course, getting help with us is super easy. You can just visit contact.tnusa.com or call us. You can speak with somebody from our team directly at 1-800-905-8000. You can mention the show and just tell Cameron sent you. But you're exactly right. With the IRS enforcement increasing, now is the time to take action and avoid getting caught up in unnecessary red tape, for sure.
Steve Gruber
You know, I just was at a conference here with a bunch of business owners for the last couple of days, and one of the things they talked about were tax options and the different things that a lot of people don't know about. If you just use, you know, your basic online thing, it's going to give you the basic stuff, but you're not really going to know all of the options. And so my question is, are there options for relief for small business owners that are the backbone of this country, that are facing financial difficulty because the IRS is standing there basically at the door, sending them the nasty grams in the mail, calling them on the phone, whatever. What are the options? Do you have some for small business folks?
Cameron Kenzie
Yes, and you're exactly right. Small businesses are facing are under more IRS pressure now more than ever. And I know this. My dad's a small business owner. And at Tax Network usa, we provide several relief options. There's installment agreements, offers and compromise and Hardship status requests. Basically, our goal is to protect your business and your finances from this excessive government action. Like you said, the 87,000 IRS agents that were hired under the Biden administration, the $80 billion allotted to the IRS to the so called inflation Reduction act, it's ridiculous. So our goal is to protect you, ensuring you're safeguarded from the IRS's heavy handed tactics.
Steve Gruber
Yeah. So the question is, how does Tax Network USA help clients deal with the IRS and appeals to avoid those penalties? Because, you know, that's the thing. It's when you get jammed up that you get interest and penalties and it kind of becomes a snowball and it's just not good. What do we do?
Cameron Kenzie
Yo, I completely understand. We stand by through you every single step of the way during an IRS audit. I know it sounds, you know, very burdensome, but we handle all the paperwork and negotiate directly with the irs. So you don't have to worry about this when you come home, when you want to spend time with friends and your family. If you're hit with an unfair penalty, we'll fight for you. Just stop there. We'll help you file appeals and work hard to reduce or eliminate unjust fines. To us, you're not just another case number like you are to the irs. You are a person and your rights deserve to be protected every single step of the way. So we're here to help you out.
Steve Gruber
Well, and I agree with that, Cameron and I appreciate you being here to tell the folks, look, you don't have to go it alone. And I recommend you don't get a professional like Tax Network USA and you don't have to wait. You go to tnusa.com or call 1-800-905-8000 tnusa.com or call 1800-905-8000. Cameron, thank you so much as always.
Cameron Kenzie
Thank you. Bye.
Steve Gruber
Greatly appreciate it. There you have it. Look, I got audited once a few years ago. Hated it. Wish I had TN USA back then. We got through it, but it would have been better with a professional. Tell you that now after the break, a story that reminds us of how wonderful America is. Plus, your answers to our America's Voice. Question of the day. What are your thoughts on Matt Gaetz leaving, withdrawing his nomination for Attorney General? What are your thoughts, America? We'll have it coming up.

All right. We always want to leave you with something that puts a smile on your face, right? It's part of what we do here. A lot of heavy stuff in the news. We feel a lot better since the election, I'll give you that. But still need to put a smile on your face as we make our way through the day, right? You want to hear good things. So today on what makes America one wonderful, we take a look at Prince Wise. Prince Wise, a nine year old heart transplant recipient. Think about that. Nine years old heart transplant, loves nothing more than to cook and to create new dishes. Pretty cool, right? When his mom cooks, Prince will be right there in the kitchen learning how to prepare food and sample different spices. Loves it. Prince's love of food led to a sophisticated palette, and he often asked his mom to make a seafood boil or to take him to a sushi bar. But when Prince developed a serious heart condition in 2021, his stint in the hospital brought this routine to a halt. Prince required a heart transplant, which he did get. But can you imagine me in nine getting a heart transplant? Soon afterwards, he connected with Make a Wish of Greater Pennsylvania in West Virginia. They granted Prince a wish to visit at theme parks in Orlando, Florida. You know. And while Hardin sometimes received general updates from Make a Wish, he didn't expect the relationship to go further than the vacation. So when the family received an email asking if Prince might want to be involved in, well, creating a dish to raise money for the local chapter of the nonprofit, they were absolutely thrilled. Upon visiting the kitchen at the Fairmont Pittsburgh and meeting the executive chef, Fernando Canales, Prince got to work collaborating with a professional chef at the young age of just nine years old and discussed what they wanted to create. The chef had stated that he was thinking about adding a crab dish to the menu, which prompted young Prince to suggest one of his favorite dishes, crab cakes. After hours of collaboration, cooking and testing ingredients, the two decided to go with a crab cake sandwich with avocado, mixed greens and a homemade sauce. A company with some French Fries. Man, that sounds pretty good, doesn't it? What makes America wonderful are the foundations like make a wish that have helped make so many wishes come true. And special shout out to chef Fernando Canales helping make that happen. All right, how about the America's Voice question of the day? What are your thoughts on Matt Gaetz withdrawing his nomination for Attorney General? Well, I mean a lot of people are, you know, fired up about it. Becky Romanick says now saying he's not returning at all. Yeah, he's not coming back, Becky. He's got some, some things to work through. Tom Myers writes, probably for the best taking that out of the hands of Democrats. Probably true. Allen Anderson writes, believe he did right and his replacement more qualified. Pam Bondi is going to do great. I believe, I believe Pam Bonnie is going to do great and she'll be really terrific at the job. Alan Anderson writes, believe he did the right thing and his replacement like I said, more qualified. Barry Robinson writes, art of the deal all in the plan. Offer up a sure no. Then you can position yourself for future negotiations. You know, Barry, I wonder if there was a bigger play here. I did wonder that. You apparently have the same idea. Sandy Smith writes this said he would have been great. Sadie would have been great. I should say. I like Pam Bondi also. Nothing not to like about her. I mean she's hardcore hard nose. She's exactly what she. I'm going to tell you, Pam Bondi is exactly what we need to take on the Democrats and the lawfare. 100% Beverly Gross. He knows what's best for him. Truth to that. Linda Stacy writes, as I recall, Democrats set the standard on sexual behavior. Bill Clinton had sex with an intern in the Oval Office and we were told it didn't matter. Rick Bodine writes, he should have stayed that way. We know who the friggin rhinos are. The Republican Party that need to be taught a lesson. Well, some would say. And Maria Falco writes, I'm glad he would Drew. That's my opinion. All right, Maria, thank you for that. Look, look, greatly appreciate you being here again. Do me a favor, keep up with all this that's going on on Twitter right now and social media. Follow me on TwitterveGruberShow. You'll find it there. You can send me a note there. Podcast: Real America’s Voice
Episode Date: November 22, 2024
Host: Steve Gruber
Featured Guests: Jared Felitti (Senior Counsel), Col. Rob Manas (USAF, retired), Anthony Watkins (Turning Point USA)
This episode of “America's Voice Live” is packed with pointed political commentary, audience engagement, and interviews that touch on the most current hot-button issues: the appointment of Pam Bondi as Attorney General in the incoming Trump administration, deep concerns about Joe Biden’s handling of the Russia-Ukraine war, community reactions via the listener mailbag, a troubling teacher abuse scandal in Oregon, and an uplifting segment highlighting a young heart transplant recipient.
Gruber’s tone is passionate, urgent, and often confrontational—aimed at challenging mainstream narratives, expressing conservative frustrations, and celebrating what he sees as shifts back toward common sense and traditional American values.
(Main Segment: 01:46–13:00)
Announcement & Context:
Steve Gruber opens with the headline that Matt Gaetz is out, and Pam Bondi, two-term Attorney General of Florida and Trump ally, will be Trump’s pick for U.S. Attorney General.
Guest Analysis:
Joined by Jared Felitti, Gruber hails Bondi’s legal expertise and conservative credentials, and frames her appointment as another example of Trump “busting glass ceilings” by elevating women to top positions.
“Pam Bondi is the real deal. She's a solid litigator, a real prosecutor, a person who's hard-nosed when it comes to the border, to drug laws, to gun laws...” — Steve Gruber (05:06)
“She knows the dirty tricks that Democrats have used, whether it’s Ukraine or opioid crisis…She has been on the front line of all the important value wars that we’ve been fighting for the last two decades.” — Jared Felitti (04:38)
Bondi’s Expected Priorities:
Highest on the list: enforcing immigration law, prosecuting officials in sanctuary jurisdictions, fixing a “broken” system.
“It’s not just helping to figure out how to legally deport all of these people… it's also perhaps bringing prosecutions against the elected officials in many states who enable this.” — Jared Felitti (05:35)
“No one has done anything like this before—a concerted effort to actually enforce the law and hold people accountable…” — Jared Felitti (07:00)
Gruber’s Critique of Biden and the “Left”:
Both the host and guest lambaste Democratic resistance to deportations and predict that Bondi’s approach will send a strong law and order message.
Reflection on Trump’s Cabinet Choices:
Gruber believes Trump is avoiding prior mistakes, assembling an “all-star, varsity team” that is both loyal and competent.
“People keep saying that it’s loyalty. It's not loyalty, it's trust. It’s being able to trust the people under you to implement your agenda.” — Jared Felitti (08:55)
Senate Confirmation and Republican Mandate:
Emphasis on Trump’s electoral landslide and unified Republican control, anticipating swift confirmations and warning GOP senators against obstruction.
“Donald Trump won the popular vote. He won the Electoral College by a wide margin. He picked up several seats in the United States Senate.” — Steve Gruber (09:43)
Predicted Legal Battles (“lawfare”):
Both anticipate aggressive legal opposition from the left, but express confidence in Bondi’s readiness for battle.
“They're going to try every game…to stop Donald Trump in the courtroom because they couldn't stop him at the ballot box.” — Steve Gruber (11:08)
“We've gotten used to it, and we've gotten good at winning. This is not the biggest concern... Now we have an attorney general nominee who seems ready and able to do that.” — Jared Felitti (12:10)
(Main Segment: 14:53–23:10)
Gruber’s Outrage Over U.S. Escalation:
He sharply criticizes Biden for allowing American-made missiles to strike deep in Russia, warning of imminent nuclear war.
"Ukraine just lobbed American missiles into Russia. Do these want a war? Do they want your kids and your grandkids to go fight in Europe for a country we have no real connection to?" — Steve Gruber (14:57)
Colonel Rob Manas' (USAF, Ret.) Perspective:
Manas—grimly—backs Gruber’s alarm, describing current U.S. policy as “the exact opposite” of what’s needed for nuclear deterrence, and warning of a “strategic nuclear deterrence mode.”
“We are on the brink of a nuclear exchange between the United States and Russia…We escalated when we allowed the Ukrainians to use our intermediate range ballistic missiles deep into Russian territory.” — Col. Rob Manas (17:11)
“All it would take would be one command and control site that's nuclear weapons oriented in Russia. Even if it's an accident, that's all it would take.” — Col. Rob Manas (20:41)
Key Notions:
“America voted for peace when it voted for Donald Trump. They wanted a president who had never been to war and never caused a war and never wanted to trigger another war.” — Steve Gruber (22:54)
Memorable Moment:
Gruber’s intensity peaks as he blames the administration for “trying to get World War 3 started before Joe Biden gets kicked out of office.” (14:57)
(Mailbag segment: 24:29–30:46)
“Bought and paid for Joe meets with the top Chicom SOB and we are pushed closer to World War 3.” — Edward, listener email (25:01)
“Everyone cries on about climate change, but no one ever mentions what they’re doing to the atmosphere with the war. Pretty sure ICBMs are not great for climate change.” — Steve Gruber, paraphrasing Kevin (28:04)
(Main Discussion: 30:46–38:02)
“Maybe it's time to drop the hammer on some of these family show—I just had to edit myself—maybe we should drop the hammer on some of these folks right now.” — Steve Gruber (33:07)
“Evil is always something that is easy to do because it’s accessible anywhere. But it takes people that are strong and willing to go through all of the hardships to actually make a difference for the safety of everybody else.” — Anthony Watkins (32:17)
“We called them pedophiles, we threw them in prison. We didn't even screw around with this stuff.” — Steve Gruber (34:34)
(Segment: 39:03–43:57)
“The IRS—regardless of who's in the White House... they're going to expect you pay your taxes according to the law. And these pages are thousands and thousands long, so it can get very confusing. So I say hire an expert.” — Steve Gruber (40:04)
(Segment: 45:18–50:02)
“What makes America wonderful are the foundations like Make a Wish that have helped make so many wishes come true. And special shout out to chef Fernando Canales helping make that happen.” — Steve Gruber (45:18)
(Segment: 45:18–End)
The November 22, 2024 episode of “America's Voice Live” showcases Steve Gruber at his most energized, dissecting breaking political news, amplifying conservative grievances and victories, and platforming both expert and grassroots voices. The show’s themes are uncompromising: skepticism toward the Biden administration, celebration of conservative gains, critique of cultural decline, and appeals to protect “American values.” The mood is by turns combative, grave, and triumphant, but closes on a hopeful, community-minded note.
