And crypto down a little bit. 90. Just under 92,000 to the Bitcoin. Some of the other cryptocurrencies easing off a little bit, but still holding. Again, Bitcoin at 90,000 is a very, very important level. All my friends like, oh, what are you going to do? I'm not doing anything until I'm sure 90,000 holds because if it holds, it should be. It should be a good run upwards. We'll see that, though. All right, folks, cryptocurrency is no longer emerging. It's here. It's arrived. And this latest move cements that reality in a big way. Trump Media just inke massive $6.4 billion deal with Yorkville Acquisition Corp. And crypto.com, the crypto platform trusted by millions of users worldwide. They're teaming up to acquire up to $6.4 billion in CRO, the powerhouse token that fuels fast lo fee defi staking rewards and real world perks like. This new company will be the biggest publicly traded CRO holder out there. Want in on that action? Head to crypto.com today and let's make crypto great again. For more information on the proposed business combination, check out Yorkville Acquisition Corp's public filings. Alrighty folks. Samurai Wallet was a bitcoin privacy wallet which included specialized privacy tools that mixed coins of wallet users that required no third party custody. But the U.S. justice Department under who that lunatic Joe Biden charged the CEO and co developer on two charges, conspiracy to operate an unlicensed money transmitting business and conspiracy to commit money laundering. Join us now to discuss is that man Keone Rodriguez? Kyone, really good to have you. You know another example, Keone, another example, when government gets too big, when the government overreach gets too big, especially in things that they don't understand, things like this happen. I'll let you tell your story. Give us a couple of seconds, give us a couple of bullet points on where you are, what happened and where things stand right now, please. Yeah.
Keone Rodriguez (3:57)
Thank you for having me. I operated Samurai Wallet openly and notoriously in this country for 10 years. And for 10 years there was no problem. And then suddenly under a weaponized Biden Department Of justice, on April 24, 2024, 50 armed FBI agents raided my home with guns, drones, armored vehicles like you'd find in Afghanistan and arrested me under these two charges. I found out I was charged out of the Southern District of New York, the sdny, somewhere I hadn't been to, had never operated a business out of, didn't have employees from, didn't have any infrastructure. And that's when I understood and learned that the Southern District of New York, especially under Joe Biden's administration, was a den of vipers. And these are the same people who went after President Trump himself. So I was caught up in that same group of, well, I'm not going to say what I think, but same group of people.
Eric Bolling (5:00)
Yeah, well, you can say, I'll say what I think you think. I will tell you. Southern District in New York is almost the, you know, the thuggish enforcement arm of the Democrat DOJ departments, the national DOJ departments, whether it was Biden or Obama prior to Biden. So yeah, Southern District in New York is a tough cookie to crack. Here's a question, Keone Ross Ulbricht, the founder of Silk Road, also got convicted in jail and but Trump pardoned him. So where does your case stand because Trump understands crypto. Biden, Democrats, liberals, they don't. Most of them don't really understand that we want smaller government. We want government interfering in our, in our financial matters. Defi decentralized finance. Keep government out of us. Where do you stand? Is there a chance Trump could pardon you the way he pardoned Ross Albert?
Keone Rodriguez (5:54)
I think there's an absolute chance. Not only does Trump understand crypto, which is a major benefit to America, but Trump understands injustice and Trump understands fairness. And Trump understands a weaponized DOJ coming after him personally and his family. So I think there's a very good chance. President Trump is all about deals. You know, he makes great deals deals. And he not only makes great deals, he sees when a deal is bad. And if he looked at our case, saw what happened to us in this case, he would see a bad deal, and I think he would make it right.
Eric Bolling (6:50)
So it's a met. What's the message, you know, not only to Donald Trump, the person, but, but to, you know, the American people right now. Why should he consider pardoning Keone Rodriguez?
Eric Bolling (8:05)
You know. You know, Keone, the Libertarian Party were, was an Angela McArdle friend of mine, was very instrumental in securing the pardon of Ross Albert. And it strikes me that it would be a great group for you to be talking to if you're not already talking to him. I hope you are. What a wonderful group that is really understanding the meaning behind smaller government. Republicans, let's call them Rhinos, Republicans tend to like to talk about It. But when push comes to shove, they may not be actually pushing that narrative forward. The Libertarian Party is. Are you talking to them?
Keone Rodriguez (8:38)
Yes, I've been talking with Angela, I've been talking with Libertarian Party. Various Libertarian Party chapters across the country have passed resolutions supporting me and Bill, my, my partner who created Samurai with me. And not just us. We weren't the only victims in Biden's war on crypto. There's Ian Freeman, there's Roman Storm, there's Roman Sterling.
Keone Rodriguez (9:17)
Yes, I mean, the amount of arithmetic that goes through your head when you're trying to determine whether to take a deal when you don't really think you broke the law. And not only do you think you didn't break the law, but. But the regulator in charge of the particular law in question, unlicensed money transmission, also doesn't think you broke the law. It's a very difficult choice. But as you stated at the top, the Southern District of New York is a tough district to deal with. You have judges who are essentially acting as prosecutors. You have a jury who's not going to hear all the facts in the case. They're going to only hear the facts that the government wants them to hear. And all of this led us to a plea because the downside was a 25 year prison sentence and a judge who was appointed by Clinton, a 79 year old judge who doesn't understand bitcoin, doesn't understand crypto, doesn't understand custody and how important that plays into things would sentence us to the maximum 25 years. That was a certainty. So I think we made the right decision.
Eric Bolling (10:24)
That's very important, folks. Folks, that's very important because when they threaten you with the possibility of 25 years behind bars and they say, well, listen, you know, maybe we'd be willing to cut a deal. And especially when Southern District of New York, who's doing this, then you say, well, I hear the law of odds right here, especially with an activist judge on the bench, someone who doesn't understand crypto, you're going to tend to take that deal. You got five, you agree to a five year old plea deal. Final thought on how you. By the way, folks, Keoni's supposed to report to prison in four Days in four days on Monday as your final, final plea here. Keone, the stage is yours for your final call.
Keone Rodriguez (11:06)
Yeah. Thank you for having me. Thank you for letting me tell my story. I hope, like I said earlier, that the president learns about this story because I truly believe he is a man of justice. He is a man of the people. He is. And he is a man of innovation and learning about the facts in this case, learning about the dirty tricks the government played during this case. He is uniquely qualified to understand those things. Many Americans don't understand the dirty tricks a weaponized Department of Justice pull, but President Trump does. So I'm confident that if he saw this case, he would do the right thing. He would pardon us and he would pardon the other crypto prisoners who were impacted by President Biden's war on crypto.
Eric Bolling (11:48)
Well, I'll tell you what, we. I support you. You know, I think less government, small government is absolutely mandatory to ensuring this republic stays a constitutional republic, that it is. We wish you luck, Keone Rodriguez. And by the way, stay close to Angela and stay close to those libertarians. They know what they're. They got it going on, so to speak. Thank you, Keone.
Eric Bolling (12:09)
All right, folks, There's a moment in every man's life. Every man hits this point point when comfort stops working, when the old playbook doesn't apply anymore. That's where the edge lives, politics. It's performance under pressure, risk, reinvention. I've lived it on the baseball field, on Wall street, and in the media spotlight. The edge is for men who don't quit when the heat turns up. We sharpen ourselves. We sharpen ourselves from the fire. We're forged. If you're. If you've been through the fire or you're about to be going through the fire, you're already one of us. All right My next guest is the founder and executive director of Power and Future, which advocates for rural energy communities. Really important, right? Rural energy communities. Not the big cities where a lot of liberals hang out. The rural communities where they're at the mercy of government regulation, fights against activist agendas. He says less energy production means more expensive gas, food, goods, and housing. Happy to bring back Daniel Turner to the show. Daniel, Power the Future exposed, a climate lawfare campaign which targets America's courts. Will you tell us about that? I want to get to Caroline. Let's do this. I was at the briefing room earlier today, just a couple hours ago, and we were talking. Turns out we were talking about a lot about energy and the effect on the economy. Just take a look at this real quick.
Daniel Turner (18:00)
Yeah, actually, I saw some idiot on Twitter, a lefty influencer was in California, and he posted a photo of, of, of the gas prices there and said, this is really the price of gas in America. And everyone has been taking him to town saying, no, actually, buddy, that's the price of gas in California. When you deregulate and you allow markets to operate freely, you get lower prices. And that's been good for our economy and heads us in this right direction. But what's happening now, which is why I appreciate the opportunity to talk to you about this. You know, our European friends are greener than America. They've been pushing the climate agenda for decades. They were all just in Brazil, right, at COP30, talking about climate change. And a bunch of bureaucrats in Brussels are trying to pass new regulatory climate change rules that would punish American businesses. And they want to do it through the supply chain and say, hey, look, even though you're a European company, if you get products from America and those products, those American companies that supply your plastic or your fertilizer or whatever, if those companies don't adhere to our new climate rules, well, then you have to pay these higher fines and these higher taxes. And so what they're trying to do is they're trying to punish American businesses under the guise of climate change. Of course, they're trying to punish American companies with these ridiculous new European climate rules. And so we've sent a letter to Commerce Secretary Lutnick to obviously Secretary of State Rubio to say America has to push back hard on a bunch of unelected bureaucrats in Brussels pushing their crazy climate agenda.
Daniel Turner (19:46)
Right, yeah, absolutely. You know, and they're watching our economy take off. President Trump rightly brags that we're the hottest country on earth. And that's not a surprise considering the regulatory environment he's created. And a lot of that comes from abundant, reliable, affordable energy. But if you are one of these European bureaucrats, if you're looking at the climate agenda and you don't see enough of your agenda implemented, that America is your enemy, you know, and it's odd because they are desperate for American natural gas, but yet they buy it from Russia. Right. They're desperate for American oil and yet they would much rather buy it from Iran, you know, vis a vis third party intermediaries. And so it's insane that we have to constantly have these secret war battles, these secret skirmishes with our European quote, unquote partners who when Europe. It seems that every step is trying to undermine America's success in American economy.
Eric Bolling (20:44)
Daniel, talk to us. You know, you mentioned natural gas. Now very familiar with natural gas, spent 15 years trading natural gas in New York. Pennsylvania may be the largest producers of natural gas in America. Josh Shapiro, their governor has turned down an LNG terminal. They said we don't want it. Not in my backyard in Pennsylvania. Josh Shapiro also wants to be president. Right. He's going to run for president in 2028. Just, just tell the people folks how tenuous the situation is if you get another liberal in the White House or you get a leftist Senate in House, how scary, how dangerous that could be to the American economy.
Daniel Turner (21:23)
Absolutely. And just gas prices are the best example of that. It has taken eight or nine or 10 months to get gas prices to where they are. But, but that's the direction we're headed in. And as soon as you get this, this crazy climate agenda back with any real power, we're going to reverse all of this and the other prices that we're still struggling with, beef prices, whatever. That's built in from three and four years of bad energy policy. Again, it is reversing and it's headed in the right direction. But if someone like Shapiro or Gavin Newsom were president, it would be a disaster. You know, and I'm glad you mentioned Governor Shapiro, because when it comes to energy, you can't trust this guy. When he was up for election, he completely flip flopped on fracking and on, on natural gas. As Attorney General, he was suing left and right. But then he realized, oh crap, I want to be governor. Suddenly, I love it. John Fetterman did the exact same thing and I'm glad he came to our side. But now that these folks want different offices, now they, they, they change their tune. Maura Healy, Governor of Massachusetts, bragged as Attorney General that she blocked natural gas pipelines. Now she's up for reelection and suddenly she's on record saying, oh, I never blocked pipelines. So they tinker with our energy needs and they put the American people in grave peril. Economic and life peril. All for their, their, their campaign purposes. It's really deplorable.
Eric Bolling (22:43)
I am shocked. I. Daniel, are you going to tell me that some progressive liberals are hypocrites? That is so shocking to me. I mean, it's like, well, almost, almost every day. What is with the liberal left, especially the energy policy, with the green New Deal and green greenies. They want to become more like Europe. And Europe is failing on just about every standard.
Daniel Turner (23:05)
Yeah. And that's the problem is that it's not working. Right. If they had this European model to look at and say, hey, look at what they're doing in terms of renewables, in terms of going green and how much better their quality of life or their, their bills are. Right. And if working. Let's define working. Working means in the electricity world, your rates are lower and your grid is as or more reliable than before. Where has that been the case? Right. I did a Vermont radio show the other day where a caller was screaming at me because I was blasting green energy. And he was saying, a country like Norway is 88% renewable. And I was like, well, no, Norway's 88% hydrogen. And if Vermont had 9,000 foot fjords that it was able to put up hydropower, then I'd say, great, then Vermont should go hydro. Right. But anywhere they've pushed the wind and solar agenda, it's been a complete and utter failure in terms of cost and in terms of the sustainability of the grid. And yet they continue to look at Europe and they say, let's bring more of that here. It's like exporting California to the rest of the nation. California is an abject failure, and yet Governor Newsom is the front runner for 2028.
Eric Bolling (24:13)
Jump in here, Dan. I mean, to cut you off. I only have about a minute or so, and I really, really want you to tell the folks, I know this is a huge Achilles for the United States, especially energy policy. Our grid. How secure is our grid? How stable is our grid? It would.
Daniel Turner (24:29)
It keeps me up at night in the sense that we need a lot more electricity production, and not just because of the data centers, which are huge. Energy sucks. It's because Joe Biden took away more than 100 reliable coal and natural gas plants and replaced them with nothing. And as you know, the law of economics, if you have a dwindling supply and a steady demand, the only thing that can happen is higher prices. And people wonder, why are we paying 30, 40% more for electricity? Because our supply is down and our demand is actually going up. So our grid is not in the shape it needs to be by any means.
Eric Bolling (25:03)
And it's not only the production, which is the supply end of it, it's actually the transportation of the delivery of it. Very, very. It's a shaky grid, folks. It's a very shaky. It's like all these little wires hanging down. One of them goes and they don't get power over. It's. We got. We got to up that system. We got to spend a couple trillion dollars making sure our electricity grid is badass again like it once was. Daniel Turner, founder and executive director of Power. The future was all things energy. My man, always good to have you on.
Eric Bolling (25:33)

All right, the left has officially declared war on everything. Good Christmas, our nation's children, a crimeless society, sanity. They hate it all. And we have examples of all above for you today. Watch. First up, the leftist demolition. Why? Why? It's Christmas, of course. Tis the season after all. And tis always the season for Joy Reid to sprinkle in her own little unique brand of racism and to try to ruin every single holiday. Joy really, really lived up to my nickname for her. Joyless Joy Reid. Of course, when she shared a video on her Instagram for her 1.2 bells was written to make fun of black people. Apparently one school in upstate New York has already banned the song. But Joy certainly surely isn't done spreading racism and hate for the the world to hear this Christmas season. Because Joyless Joy just can't understand in Texas wouldn't just vote for Jasmine Crockett, the least qualified person ever to run for Senate.
iHeartRadio Announcer (28:03)
It's a state that has the largest numerical number of black people in the country, 4 million African Americans. But the turnout doesn't match the turnout in states with fewer African Americans. And it hasn't been dispositive in being able to elect a Democrat statewide. You think about a state like California where only 9% of the population is black. On the elected Kamala Harris, not just black, but a woman to be both their attorney general statewide race and also their senator. You think of New York, which is percentage wise less black than Texas, able to elect Letitia James as their attorney general. So there are all these questions about whether there's something inherently wrong with Texas that it cannot be flipped.
Eric Bolling (28:55)
You know what's inherently wrong is to continue this. It's about the skin color or it's about which restroom legally or ethically you use. It's not about skin color or sex. It's about merit. Merit. Let's hire, let's elect the most important people, the people who know the job, who know how to execute the job. That's why the great example. Does it matter who your heart surgeon is or your airline pilot? If he's black, white, he or she does it. No. You want the most qualified to do all of that. I think maybe Joy Reid, she's probably asking the wrong questions when talking about the votability of someone like Jasmine Crockett. Maybe, just maybe, Kamala Harris didn't win the presidency because she's not the sharpest tool in the shed. She's a liar and has perpetually been useless at every single job description she's ever had. Maybe, just maybe, she shouldn't be asking why Jasmine feels the need to do things like this and she ain't never been.
Eric Bolling (31:16)
That's it. That's it. You won't wait for reparation? Let's just start talking reparations again. Remember, she did that before? She's kind of. That's a prelude to her request for reparations. Meanwhile, Gavin Newsom really wants to see more trans children. I said that. Right? More trans children. Not of trans kids, according to this clown. I'm serious. That's a real, actual thing that Gavin said. And by the way, he wants to be president. We didn't get into transports. That's an issue no one wants to hear about because 80 of the people listening disagree with my position on this. But I. But it comes from my heart, not just my head. It wasn't a political evolution. It was position. Being that I. I don't think it's. I, I want to see trans kids. I have a trans godson. I'm not. There's no governor to sign more pro trans legislation than I have. And no one has been a stronger advocate for the LGBK2. He wants to be president. Not enough trans children. Can we just talk about that for a second? Are you kidding me? It's a sickness folks. It's a sickness. So what do we have here? A war on Christmas. We showed you war on kids. Tran they want more trans kids. War on the crimeless society, on unity. O and here's Kentucky House representative Sarah Stalker. An obvious self hating, self loathing American who hates the country. A leftist who really wants DEI to ruin this country's schools all because she doesn't like herself very much.
Eric Bolling (34:32)
Brandon Johnson took over For Lori Lightfoot, 2. Two of Chicago's worst mayors in the history of that. That fine city, my hometown, but always a Democrat, always Democrat machine. And this guy is just failing at a greater rate than even Lori Lightfoot could fail at. Finally, Jennifer Welch is like a walking character caricature of her own demented party. When they go low, Jennifer seems to find a way to go even lower. She insists on continuing to demonize Elon Musk, a guy who's employed hundreds of thousands of Americans, who's rescued those astronauts Joe Biden refused to rescue, provides starling to hurricane victims. But sure, go ahead, be miserable. Jen. Jen.
Eric Bolling (35:39)
Pay taxes who is a parasite off the American taxpayer. Okay, can I say ask? Can I say ask on tv, Trish? Can I say ask on tv? You are a dumbass. A dumbass. It's not a war on immigration. To war on illegal immigration. I'm pretty damn sure Elon Musk came over here, got his citizenship legally. Welcome, Elon Musk. Now you cross the border illegally, not so much. We'll be back. Two and a half minutes. All right. Welcome back. You may be wondering why I have the suit on. Well, I had the opportunity to sit in the new media seat at Caroline Levitt's White House press press briefing today. I asked about the affordability crisis. You know, how left is saying we have an affordability crisis? New favorite word. Well, I put some of that into context, and so did Caroline. Take a look.
Eric Bolling (36:50)
Caroline, thank you very much for this inviting me to the new media seat. As you point out, affordability crisis. It strikes me energy prices have been coming down aggressively since President Trump's second term approaching $55 a barrel for oil, gasoline, as you point out, under $3 a barrel nationally, first time in five years, by the way, that $55 barrel oil is about half of the peak under the last four years in the last administration, half price, wholesale prices come down. Yet affordability crisis. A lot of the folks in this room, a lot of legacy media, some of the people in the front row, seem to want to call this an affordability crisis right now, forgetting the fact that over the last four years prior we hit 9% inflation. Wages, as you point out, were stagnant at best, sometimes had dipped. That's a real affordability crisis there. But they weren't really calling it that. Then you point out how President Trump is changing the affordability in America, but how will he ensure that the legacy media doesn't flip the script and change it so that they're using affordability as the their word, their idea versus what the American people who know much better?
Caroline Levitt (38:01)
Yeah, well, it's a great question, Eric, and it's a point of frustration for the president and for myself. I will say that's part of the reason I just kicked off this briefing today, setting the record straight with facts about the economic mess that the president inherited from his predecessor, Joe Biden. And he's focused on digging our country and our economy out of that hole. Every day things are getting better and they will continue to. And President Trump understands better than any politician in this city the pain that the American consumer has been feeling for years now because of the last administration's policies. You heard him and the great Commonwealth of Pennsylvania this past week campaigning and talking to these voters saying, I was elected to fix this problem and I am fixing it. Don't forget who created it. And that's the Democrat.
Eric Bolling (38:47)
And then great answer. And then I asked about whether or not so they pulled 10,000 CDL drivers, truck drivers, off the roads because I couldn't speak or read English, which is great. And I said, are you going to do that? Does that apply to Uber and Lyft and other gig economy companies like Uber and Lyft. And she went into that a little bit too. We don't. We were going to show you that, but instead we were going to go to the judge, the courtroom in the Charlie Kirk assassination trial. Let's take a look.
Jeff Hunt (41:20)
Your honor. Jeff Hunt for the media. Interviewers. This is the first time that we've heard about the violation. We've not had an opportunity to look at the video or investigate the audio or look at the capture of the computers, but filming of the. The inadvertent filming of the shackles. I did talk to the pool photographer. My understanding is that there was a zoom out shot that did inadvertently show the shackles. That was improper. That was inadvertent, and we apologize for that. They've taken measures to make sure that the pool video that is disseminated to the rest of the pool does not contain any capture of the defendant in the shackles. We can't do anything about the livestream, of course, but we can control what the rest of the video is that we capture and disseminate. So that is being done. The audio for council, my understanding is the only audio that they picked up was from council's microphones. I don't have any further information about that. And whether that's a violation. Filming of the computers is not a violation of the decorum order. If you. If the. If the capture can show the document that counsel is looking at, then that is a potential violation. So I just don't know how much detail the shot is that is of concern to the court. But I'll just say that we reiterated as soon as I heard this from Mr. Ballard with the pool of representatives that this is very important to follow to the letter of the court's EMC order. They understand their obligations. They take that very seriously. They're not perfect. Mistakes happen. We're trying to correct as much as we can on that, but we think termination is not an appropriate remedy. An admonishment from this court, a reminder that they need to follow to the letter the court's EMC order is appropriate. That's the message that council has delivered to the media representatives and the pool operatives. And we think that is the appropriate remedy.
Ms. Visser (43:47)
Thank you. I appreciate all parties weighing in on this important matter. And I find that there was a violation of the standing decorum order that was in effect as of October 30, 2025, based off what's been proffered as well as the EMC order signed by the court. As previously stated by Ms. Visser, the court does have discretion in determining whether to terminate the broadcast of these proceedings. And, and again, if there are specific circumstances warrant such action that the court would need to make findings in order to do so. I find that excluding the cameras from the courtroom would be disproportionate for this hearing. I find that giving making it very clear first that the transmission cannot begin until court is in session and must end before as the court ends the session and cannot be filmed before or after the filming of as previously stated in the decorum order and EMC must be followed to the letter. The sanction for today is that this camera will be relocated away from defense table to where the bailiff is, where Jeff is standing over here. I want to immediately address any possible transmission of shackles as previously stated by counsel and remove the possibility of capture of screens of the computers at defence counsel's table as well. In addition, if there's further violations of the standing decorum order, this court does have the right and will exercise termination of broadcast of these proceedings. And I simply want to put all parties on notice to the press, to all parties, that this court takes this very seriously. While the court believes in openness and transparency, it needs to be balanced with the constitutional rights of all parties in this case. As such, we will take a brief recess to allow the relocation of the camera and to the place indicated by the bailiff. And then we will resume these court proceedings. I am anticipating this. Take perhaps five minutes. All right. And then we'll come back on the record and handle the remaining of this hearing. I appreciate the patience of parties as we move forward. We are trying to do the best.
Eric Bolling (46:40)
All right, folks, we're watching the, I guess the pre trial discussion on to. Regarding whether or not there'll be cameras in the courtroom for. For that the assassins trial or the accused assassins trial. I know. Here's my question. Why the hell do we give a dam if you can see shackles? This jerk assassinated a young, vibrant family man in broad daylight and we're worried about seeing shackles on a camera? I mean, did we not know he's under arrest? Of course we do. The jury knows he's under arrest. It doesn't change anything. This the problem with the justice system in America right now. We are giving the criminals more fair favor, more tools than we're worrying and caring about the victims. This is just another prime example of it. It's just disgusting. They're going to get back to that as soon as they adjust the camera so you can't see the shackles. This guy better fry. This guy better fry. That's all I have to say. All right, let's. Can we just take a look at that second question I had for Caroline Levitt?
Eric Bolling (48:34)
Yeah, that was in response to the question. I said where there's. There's now been 10,000 CDL drivers, truck drivers that have been pulled because they couldn't speak or read English. Properly to be safely operating trucks, big rigs on our highways. And I asked Caroline Levitt, will the same standards be applied to Uber and Lyft drivers who. I don't know about you guys, but if you've been in an Uber or Lyft in some cities, there's zero community. You can't communicate unless you speak a language, whether it's Spanish or some form of, you know, Muslim or Mediterranean languages. It's incredible. There's no communication. I'm not sure they're able to read this, the signs or not. The no left turn, do not enter. Are they. I don't know. It's. If they can do it to the, the, the big rigs, they should be doing the same thing to Uber and Lyft. That was my question and she answered it nicely. I think there will be something coming down the pike. But again, thank you to Caroline Levitt for having me in the new media seat today. Quite an honor. All right, Benny, got some voicemails for us. We have a few minutes. Yes, sir, we do. We have a viewer who has some comments about items being made in America.
President Donald Trump (clip) (49:38)
Steve calling from Michigan. After watching the press secret today, two things on my mind. One, how do you bypass the corrupt Main street media to get the word out? Billboards, Billboards, billboards across the country reach millions of people. Number two, I'm a patriot along as well as a lot of other people that when they go purchase products, they look for made in America. Not just manufactured or, or assembled in America, but 100% made in America hold all the TV ads and all the stuff on the Internet. Nowadays, you don't know what you're buying. So why not pass a law that anything on TV or on the Internet must specifically say where it is manufactured or where it is produced. Just like you do when you go to buy your clothes or any other product in a store, it's labeled. Other than that, hey, you have a great holiday and God bless you and all the work you're doing.
Eric Bolling (50:32)
Thank you, sir. Thank you for that. I appreciate you. And billboards really are effective. I mean, who's not driving? You just can't not read the billboards. It's interesting concept. You know, Trump's got, got it going on. He's. He's figuring out maybe they'll get to that at some point. Made in America. You're right. There's so many products that say made in America and they're just assembled here. The individual, individual pieces, the recipe, so to speak. The ingredients are made elsewhere. They're just, they're assembled here. Maybe they allow them to do a slap of Made in America tag on that. I'm not sure how much has to be maybe more than 50%. I'm not really sure that number but good point. Fully, completely made in America. That's maybe there's two levels. Made in America and completely made in America. Not a bad idea. Benny.
President Donald Trump (clip) (51:15)
Hey, buddy. I just watched you in the President's briefing room with Caroline Levitt. You come a long way since Fox News on the five. Guys, man, you living a life down there. You look great, man. It's Andy Hughes again from Justin Paris, Louisiana, old Metairie, but now there's a 1975 in a damn windy city. And I enjoy you so much. You're doing great, man. Living in South Florida with beautiful white. I know that state from Escambia county down to Monroe. I lived there three different times. I just can't handle it. No more amount of money to live in that town. But God, you living good, Eric. You looking great there in that jacket and that white shirt. God bless you, sir. I love you, brother.
Eric Bolling (51:53)
You are so awesome, brother. I don't know you, but thank you very, very much for the kind words. Yeah, I did. I sat the original center seat on the 500 fox, but you know, I didn't wear a tie there. It's just hard for me to put the suit on after all those years of doing that. But I appreciate, appreciate it. That was really, really nice. Thank you for that one. What you got, Ben?
President Donald Trump (clip) (52:17)
Hey, Eric, this is Ray from Alabama. Again, I just want to talk about the NDAA. Trump needs to veto this piece of garbage for three or four reasons. Number one, it allows $400 million a year for the next two years for Ukraine, which is ridiculous. And it failed to. It allowed the government to put in a Federal Reserve central and digital currency which is.
Mr. Ballard (53:09)
Thank you. Your honor, with respect to this motion, I think as we've expressed in the past, we all, everyone in this room should shares the same goal, and that is to ensure that there's a fair trial that happens in this case. And we recognize that the court's pretrial publicity order is intended to further that goal. And again, as I've stated before, the State plans to try this case once the State is also committed to complying with its ethical duties with respect to pretrial public. We have complied with those duties. We will continue to comply with those duties. The issue we bring before the court here is that there's one portion of the pretrial publicity order that can be interpreted to reach beyond those ethical requirements and have the effect of being what would be an unlawful order, an unlawful prior restraint on speech. And our goal, therefore, is to get an order that's clear, that's lawful, and that the State has the ability to comply with. And the issue with the order that the state has is the use of the term witnesses in the order. We believe that term is vague and ambiguous. Does it mean anyone with relevant information about this case? Does it just mean those people that are going to be subpoenaed to testify in this case? Or is it limited to just the prosecution team? And I think, as we've expressed in our filings, we believe that the court intended that that term just be limited to the prosecution team, because that is the way.
