4:00. And check this out. Earlier today, Dow obviously down 300. So but earlier today NASDAQ was down 200 or so. Nice recovery. Really, really nice recovery. But there's a big number right there. Look at that. Look at oil number. Oil, $55 a barrel. We've been saying this for a long time. I think it's going to hit 50. That's insane. That's less than half under Joe Biden. Joe Biden oil prices peaked at $109 a barrel. Under Barack Obama they peaked at about $130 a barrel. That $55 a barrel means you're probably going to see 250 across the country, maybe get under $2. You get under $50 a barrel, $2 for a gallon gas. It is really, really, really good news and a little bit of bounce in the crypto market, so to speak, on the watch here. Yeah, 875 up about thousand dollars or so. 1500 dollars in, in the bitcoin, everything bouncing back a little bit. I know we're going to wake up one day and just see cryptocurrencies off to the races on the upside. But don't do it because I said it. Do it because it's the right thing to do. Gold holding its own. All right, our first guest is the senator from the great state of Wisconsin who's shining the light on the major problems with Obamacare. He says structural problems are fueling higher costs and rampant fraud. Happy to have back to the show Senator Ron Johnson. Senator, really good to see you, sir. Let's can we just redefine who's to blame for this massive increase in premiums that we're going to see across the country if Congress does nothing.

So far, the Democrats, Obamacare again. What, what has been what I've noticed in, in and you haven't done this, but in other interviews, people say what are you going to do about these expiring subsidies? First of all, the vast majority of people on the Obamacare exchanges, they just revert to the original Obamacare subsidy schedule, which were quite generous. Okay, the enhanced subsidies, because the pandemic, they were supposed to be temporary. Republicans didn't vote for those. We didn't set them to expire at the end of the year. Democrats did all of this. Right. They're the ones that passed Obamacare. Obamacare. The long term structural problem is it's produced a massive consolidation throughout healthcare industry. Their every incentive in our current healthcare industry is to increase prices. And the example I use, if you're a realtor, you'd much rather sell that $100,000 house for a million bucks. And that's what's happening in health care. We had a great hearing in the aging committee under Rick Scott, brought in a surgeon from Oklahoma, set up a cash only surgical center. They had to figure out what are they going to charge. Right. They're not under Medicare, they're not under these hospital associations. They came up with pricing that was 10%, a tenth of what hospitals were charging for their very high quality surgery. So that's what's possible if we can bring consumerism and the benefits of free market competition back into our health care system. But we've got a third party payer system. It's either the government or insurance companies paying for this. Doctors don't know, nurses don't know, patients don't know what anything costs, only the bean counters. Until consumers are concerned about what that doctor's office visit costs, what that procedure costs, because it's going to come out of their pocket or out of their hsa, we have no hope of reining in these costs. But specifically what's expiring right now, these enhanced subsidies, 22 of the 24 million people supposedly on the exchange, they just go back to Obamacare's original subsidy schedule. Still very generous. There's about 1.6 million people, people earning above the 400% of the poverty line. They got subsidies on the enhanced subsidies. Those subsidies go away. And honestly, I feel sorry for them. I'm willing to help them because a lot of these people were lured in retirement earlier. They don't qualify for Medicare. They literally are facing premiums because of Obamacare of over $30,000 a year. That was caused by Obamacare. That was caused by government. Government probably to step in and help these people. I've got a bill trying to work with Senator, a Democrat Senator. I don't know they necessarily want to be called out right now to address that group. Instead, a couple hundred billion dollars, depending on what you require them to pay as a percentage of salary. The Fix is somewhere between a half a billion to $5 billion a year, easily paid for with a couple cost measures.

A couple of thoughts here, Senator. You know, I think the messaging has been lost. I don't think you guys, the Republicans, conservatives in on Capitol Hill have, have really explained this because I was there during the original Obamacare, the ACA Obamacare debates and what the Democrats did again, not a single Republican vote, not one single vote. But they sunset the subsidies. Now they knew what they were doing because it made the cost look better over the course of 10 years. Instead the left is pointing at Trump and you guys are dropping the ball because it's happening now. But they designed the system to fail at this point, right? Am I wrong in that?

[Senator Ron Johnson]

Oh listen, Obamacare itself was designed to fail because what the Democrats really want is this single payer system like Canada, like the UK where you can put on waiting lists where I guess the solution to actually taking care of people and healing them is euthanasia. So we don't want that here in America. But no, Democrats and their allies in the media have been very good at now making the American public believe that because your health care costs are rising. It's all because Republicans didn't extend these enhanced subsidies were supposed to be temporary only.

We sold it to you at this price and it's cheaper because it's not going to be forever and it's cheaper now. This is our plan so we're going to put it in. But when it expires, God forbid, you're the ones who are holding the bag and you are, because you won the elections, you're going to be blamed for it. It's craz how DC worked. Isn't there another solution? Can't we just free marketize the whole health care system? I know Big Pharma doesn't want that. Maybe even Big Insurance doesn't want that. But what about you is just, just put everything, everything to the free market. Remove all the, remove the subsidies, also remove all the restrictions. There's so many restrictions that are geared towards Big Pharma and Big Insurance.

Again, that's one of the reasons premiums are so high, is because the Obamacare policies are very prescriptive. So no, the solution is consumerism. It works in every other area of our economy. Guarantees the lowest cost, the best price, the best level of quality and customer service. That's what a free market does. We don't have that operating in health care. And as I said, every incentive is for higher prices. Again, you want prices high because you're making 10% off it or 15% off or whatever. So there's no incentive to lower costs. The only incentive that drives costs lower is consumers, millions of them, hundreds of millions of them, demanding better pricing, better quality, better levels of customer service. We don't have that in health care at all. You transition to it using things like health savings accounts. But again, you first have to get Americans to understand that they have to start paying for this. They have to be consumers themselves. And they buy insurance for the big things, for the big surgeries, for the accidents where you have just like car accident, who buys first dollar coverage auto insurance. Right now, you take care of the dings, you do the oil change yourself, you have car insurance case you total out your car.

What do you think? So out of the blue, relatively out of the blue, Trump said that he's going to have a address the Nation tomorrow night, primetime, 9pm what do you will he be addressing this issue?

[Senator Ron Johnson]

I have no idea. I have no idea.

[Eric Bolling]

What do you want to hear from him if he does, let's put it that way. What do you want to hear if he were to address this? What do you want? What should the president be directing Congress to and the American people to expect?

[Senator Ron Johnson]

Well, I'd love to announce the fact that Putin and Zelensky decided to end the bloodshed. I'd love to have him announce that Maduro has decided to take his offer and leave town and return Venezuela to what should be a very prosperous nation. I would love to to have him say that fentanyl has stopped flowing. This country killing Americans. There's all kinds of things I'd love to see him announce. I don't know what he's going to talk about.

What do you think of the situations right now? We're talking about a couple of service members in Syria who are killed by radical fundamental Muslims. Fundamentals Muslims. You know, where are we on this? Is there going to be an action in Syria again? Because I'm old enough to remember again that a couple years, five years ago or so, he bombed a Syrian air base with Russian military members on it because they did something Bashar al Assad did, something he promised he would never do, kill his own people.

[Senator Ron Johnson]

We already have troops right there. They have every authority to defend themselves, and I'm sure they will. That is, unfortunately, the risk the fine of among us take to try and preserve our liberty and freedom and quite honestly, help establish freedom for people around the world. I mean, what our young men and women do are extraordinary. You know, they sacrifice themselves to hopefully provide freedom to others halfway around the world. I mean, it's an extraordinary thing we do. They're grave risks. Some pay the ultimate sacrifice, like these service members did as well.

What about Venezuela? Are we handling Venezuela properly?

[Senator Ron Johnson]

Yeah, I mean, I think President Trump is trying to ramp up the pressure, obviously interdicting the drug trafficking. We just had a briefing. It's working in terms of dramatically decreasing the amount of trafficking on those. Those water routes. Just interdiction doesn't work. That's just cost of business. You. You start killing people that are doing it. It's very difficult to find people that will run those boats. So that works. Seizing the oil tankers will start denying the Maduro regime the revenue it needs is to pay off the Cuban mercenaries that are pretty much their security force. So, again, ramping up the pressure again. This president does not want to engage in war.

He wants to be peaceful. He realized you achieve peace through strength. He's trying to show that strength, trying to encourage Maduro. He's an illegitimate narco terrorist. Stand aside. Save your life. Don't make us come out and get you. And restore the legitimate government of in Venezuela and again, turn that back into what should be.

And if he doesn't, sir, though, if he doesn't, do we put boots on the ground in Venezuela?

I'm sure President Trump is highly reluctant to do that. I think you can keep ramping up the pressure and hopefully it'll be done without boots on the ground.

All right, our next guest is the Texas House State representative of District 15, who's running in the Republican primary for a U.S. house seat in Texas's 2nd congressional district on March 3, 2026, against Congressman Dan Crenshaw. Representative, you've stated that the people of Congressional District 2 deserve an unwavering conservative, a real conservative, not a Rhino who will fight for our convictions and never bend the knee to the left. You're saying Congressman Crenshaw, although Republican leans to the left. I will tell you, sir, he ain't gonna like this. I agree with you 100%. Crenshaw is a Rhino. Sorry I editorialized there. Tell us about the why you chose to run against Crenshaw.

[Steve Toth]

So it was January 2024, and Dan came to the Woodlands to do a town hall for elected officials. And that's when he was pushing the bipartisan Senate deal that allowed 5,000 people into the country a day. A deal that President Trump said, this is not an immigration bill. It's an invasion. Medication and incarceration with 50% of the births in Texas being Medicaid births from people coming across the border. And, you know, we expect of Dan is to say close the damn border, not to agree with President Biden when he says that we need legislation to do it. Trump said close the border. And that's what we expected of him. We needed an ally out of congressional district, too. Instead, we got somebody that was fighting us.

[Eric Bolling]

Yeah, there's so many things, too. You know, he, he was never really on the Trump bandwagon, you know, in Texas, too. Tell us, is, is Texas, are we at risk in Texas for losing the state on the conservative side?

[Steve Toth]

No, we're going to win it and we're getting more bold, and that's what people need to see. From us. They need to see it out of their elected officials. They need to see a boldness. That's what they see out of President Trump. The reason why the Texas border, which was bright blue, is turned bright red, is because we've got somebody that's bold, that's casting a vision that. That includes liberty and freedom and opportunity in Texas, not equivocation to the Democrats failed policies.

Let's take a listen. Crenshaw was on podcast recently, and it kind of caught a lot of people's attention. Guys, can you roll that sound bite, please?

So let me clarify my position for the record. Congressman Crenshaw sent me a message that said, my boys at 6 told me about my criticism of him. I interpreted that as threatening. Maybe he didn't intend it that way. Maybe he's just really bad at communication. But when a congressman invokes elite special operations forces into a message to someone who's criticizing him, that person is allowed to find it threatening. And you know what? I still want answers to my original questions. How his Congressman Crenshaw accumulated significant wealth while serving in Congress.

I thought he was on the podcast with Sean said. Sean Ryan, by the way. Podcast said that, and Crenshaw took exception to it. Tell us about it.

[Steve Toth]

Why would you ever invoke Seal Team 6? It's the elite fighting force in the world. Why would you invoke Seal Team 6? Dan had heard about it. You know, he brought Seal Team 6 up for one reason and one reason only, and that was to intimidate Sean like you're going to intimidate Sean Ryan. What a joke.

[Eric Bolling]

Yeah, yeah. Tell us of your platform. Okay, so here's the question. There's. There's a plethora. I think Jasmine Crockett wants to run for Senate. I'm not sure in the state of Texas, can she run for Senate? If she loses, she'll. She'll. Could she be elected to her House seat as well? I don't know that you tell me about that. But certainly maybe a pickup with Jasmine Crockett seat, maybe running against whoever is looking at that seat.

[Steve Toth]

So her seat, her Republic, her seat is now a Republican seat. And we didn't intend to draw Jasmine out, but when we did redistricting, we were colorblind in the way that we did it. We don't care about race. It means nothing to us. We looked at Pettaway, the Pettaway Galveston case, and that's how we redrew Texas. We were colorblind to what we put together. Jasmine just happened to be a Fatality, the way we drew things. And frankly, you know, Jasmine can run in any district in the state of Texas if she wants to. She doesn't even have to live in that district to run for it. But she seems to think that she's got a better chance of beating James Talarico, and she probably does. They're both whack jobs, they're both nuts. They both should be committed to insane asylums.

[Eric Bolling]

What do you think? What's your message to the state House in Indiana with the Republicans who voted against redistricting?

[Steve Toth]

You're cowards. You're absolute cowards. There are 15 million people in the northeast part of the United States, 21 congressional districts, 43% Republican. And Eric, we don't have one Republican seat. We have the opportunity now because the courts are allowing us finally to draw colorblind maps. And these cowards in Indiana refuse to do the right thing. Pisses me off.

[Eric Bolling]

Yeah, it's incredible. You know, the Democrats are busily doing what they want to do. California pushing it. And what do you think the net effect of with the redistricting, the net plus minus for Republicans going into the next election?

[Steve Toth]

I think that California had already drawn its maps as lean as they could possibly draw them, and then they pulled five more out, which means we actually have a bunch of seats in California now that are in play. If we play our cards correctly, our messaging is good and we recruit really good people to run, I think we can pick some seats up in California.

[Eric Bolling]

And this the net effect of total Texas, California, nothing going on in Indiana. Anyone else that decides to do it prior to the election?

[Steve Toth]

Well, Ohio's looking at it as well right now. Right.

So the net effect of the redistricting. Palooza. That's going around.

[Steve Toth]

So for every seats, every five seats that we pick up in, in, oh, in, I'm sorry, in Texas, that's a, that's a 10 point swing. That's a 10 seat swing. And, and again, if, if we can draw even with California, then there's no net net plus or minus there in California. And if Ohio can do one or two seats and if Florida can do one or two seats, then yeah, yeah, I think we can hold the House. I really do.

Indiana, what you thinking? What are you thinking? Because it's, frankly, it's tough, you know, in a, in a midterm election for a president, it's, it's usually goes the other way.

Just to make sure I understand you, this, this should not be the agenda of Democrats for this two years if he crosses the border again. But that's not an incidental thing. You say we're going to do that. No, there has to be cause, there has to be reason. We had review. This was a very serious, historic thing. And our founders knew that there could be a rogue president and that's why they put impeachment in the Constitution. They didn't know there'd be a rogue president at the same time, a rogue Senate that didn't have the courage to do the right thing. That's what's bipartisan in the Senate. But it wasn't enough.

Maybe she had a couple of cocktails before that interview. And did you see the interviewer? She's like, let me ask you that again. You're not going to impeach Trump if you get the house in 2026. On her way out. Nancy Pelosi also wants everyone to know that she deeply regrets not doing more to do away with our second Amendment before she leaves.

So that's your proudest achievement. What's been your biggest disappointment? My disappointment? Always have it. I'll never give up on it. Is guns a four letter word? Guns. There's no other reason that could possibly explain why Kamala could actually say something like this. And I don't know, does she even really believe what she's saying?

Meanwhile, as reports swirl that his own party doesn't necessarily want Gavin Newsom to become the Democrat presidential candidate in 2028, Gavin continues on his tour of slandering President Trump and fear mongering about the midterm election, all of it tinged with his own personal interests.

I will find the right somebody for the next one. Want to know how to lose an election. Just Ask Texas Democrat State Representative James Talarico, who's running for Senate. You see, James thinks it's a good idea to make the claim that undocumented children are more patriotic than actual American children.

I think Texans understand immigration better than most people around the country because we live with the consequences. We know the challenges and we know the benefits of it. I've said that I think our southern border should be like our front porch. There should be a giant welcome mat out front and a lock on the door.

It's telling you as soon as Trump's out, they're going to reopen the southern border. As soon as they have the opportunity, they will. By the way, it turns out that Joe Biden isn't even able to raise the money needed to build a presidential library. Oh, look at that right there. Biden has raised little of what he needs on the New York Times. I don't know, maybe, just maybe, he can ask China or one of the other countries who helped fill those Biden coffers all those years. Maybe they can pitch in.

You have a great show. Love your show. I love how you're just straightforward. Say it like it is. I'm a Montana resident and I love America Real, America's voice channel with all the news shows. It's the most trustworthy network that we have. And thank you for that. And I thank you for pointing out all this stuff about Jasmine Crockett. I call her jazz full of crock. She is brain brainless twit. And God help us if Texas allows her to run for office and win. We need a paradigm shift in voting and campaigning. I think there should be a cap on donations as far as how much you're allowed to put in where it comes from. And each candidate gets the same amount of donations, the same amount of campaign promotions on tv. They should be the same across the board. They should be voted in by merit. The winning should be based on merit based qualities. Not because you're the most wealthy candidate. Candidate. Thank you very much.

I love this. You know, both sides benefit from, from literally you. There are, there are limits what an individual can give to any campaign or a couple can give to any campaign. But they got around it by creating these super PACs. These super PACs are entities where you can give as much as you want into the super pac. Literally hundreds of millions of dollars flowing billions of dollars in presidential elections into the super PACs. So you're right, they get around it that way. I don't know how you police it anymore, to be honest with you. It's a great idea. But the Democrats cheat with everything they do. I mean they would cheat on that too. And then we'd be stuck playing by the rules here we're got this amount of money and this is my campaign and they're like four times as much spent. They go, we are spending four times as much like no we're not. Look at these receipts. And the media, the complicit media would say, oh no, no, that's not the number, it's this number. We would get smoked because we play by the rules and they cheat.

Oh yeah, Eric the wise. Hey, we better hope that share a law don't override our constitution. I guess it's happening over in London then. They have certain zones the police can't go in. They judge and jury them, you know, and that's, that's outrage hopefully that our government puts in places the whole uphold our Constitution like they say they're constitutionalist, you know, and we got millions of Islamic Muslims in America, you know, and they're going to try pulling this stuff. Hopefully it never happens. Then they're isolationists. They don't want nobody to be in their groups later.

So you're, you're 100. Thank you for the call. A lot of people were talking about with this influx, certainly what's going on around the world where these, these radical Muslims are killing indiscriminately, killing people, these terrorists are killing people. I was at Fox about 10 years ago and I remember saying, look what's going on in both London and Paris where they're allowing this mass migration by Muslims and they're, they, they would congregate in certain communities, little neighborhoods and the police wouldn't go there. They were called no go zones. They weren't technically a no go zone. One that the police weren't allowed to go there. They just didn't want to go in there. They go in there, they're treated badly, they're spit on there, treated poorly and there's no backing by the higher ups in government. So there were literal no go zones in London and Paris at the time I mentioned it on Fox and I was actually told, don't say that anymore. It's going to be perceived as racist or bigoted. I was told to stop saying that they care. The Council for American Islamic Relations, which is an unindicted co conspirator to 9 11, called Fox. They said tell Bolling shut up or we're going to boycott. You have boycotts. So I was told by the management, the powers that be, stop calling it no go zones. And here we are in 2025, 2026 and there are literal go no go zones in all those countries. And now you're seeing them Somali no go zones in Minnesota and Michigan and other parts and New York. Trust me, New York is going to be the next Muslim no go zone. They're already doing pop up praying in Times Square no go zones. I said it 10 years ago, got blasted for it. It turns out it's exactly what's happening right now. I agree. A Sharia law is not the law for us. This is the problem. When you let a bunch of people in without vetting them first, without creating some sort of what are you bringing to the United States of America before we let you in? What do you. We're not going to say no, but tell us what you're bringing. What are you importing? Are you importing, I don't know, a technology background? Are you importing hard work? Are you importing capitalism? Or are you importing Muslim terrorism? Are you importing a way of life that you're not going to assimilate to ours? You're going to try and create your own similar way of life in your own country, in this country right here alone? The problem is Democrats want the latter. They want to import anyone, anyone wants to come because they want that darn vote and they're willing to to shred the fabric of America for that vote. All right, we only got to two.
