Folks, 4 o' clock Wednesday. Markets just closed. You can hear that bell. We haven't heard that in a couple of a couple of weeks, but there it is. Markets closing. Take a look. Very quickly across the board, a little weakness. Dow Jones down 229. Big loser today was the NASDAQ down 1, almost 2%, 412 lower. And that's on the heels of the AI trade. Everyone's talking about the AI is it a bubble or not? In fact, we talked about the gold people about whether AI is a bubble or not. Well, today it seems to be letting a little air out of that bubble in the AI trade oracle, all of them pulling the Nasdaq down a bit. Let's jump over to oil market 50 up a buck 50. We didn't want to see that. We didn't want to see that. And that's there's some little geopolitical unrest that's causing that gold, gold, almost another record high in gold. Crypto was very, very quiet today. Leveling out. That's a very good sign. Any day crypto doesn't go down, it's a better chance it's going to go up one of these days. I eventually, after over years and years of delays and legal battles, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis Member Hershey testified under oath today before the Georgia Senate Special Committee on Investigations over her prosecution of President Trump. Lawfare folks, here to discuss that, as former New Jersey Superior Court judge and host of Judging Freedom, I'm happy to have back a very, very, very good friend of mine, Judge Andrew Napolitano. Judge, before we get to that, if you don't mind, we're going to talk about Fonny in a couple of seconds. Let's talk about your interview with Tucker on your podcast, your very popular Judging Freedom podcast. By the way, folks, if you don't watch it, you need to subscribe to that. It's wonderful Judge Tucker. And it says laid out some sort of thought process for the president's, you know, address to the nation, maybe even we might declare war with Venezuela. What did you get from that?
Judge Andrew Napolitano
Well, you know Eric, it's a pleasure to be with you my dear friend. No matter what we talk about, the sound of your voice brings back such memories when we work together. I innocently said to him do you think the president is going to take us to war against Venezuela? And he sort of hemmed in hood and he said I don't know when your show is going to air. I said well we're live now. He said all right. I'll tell you what I know. I spoke, I'm paraphrasing Tucker. Now. I spoke to a member of Congress last night who told me that the White House briefers had briefed select members of Congress and, and the president will announce tonight at 9 o' clock that we will be going to war with Venezuela. That's all he was able to tell me because that's all his communicant had told him. Now since then, Antiwar.com says it has another source on Capitol Hill that said the same thing. That person was present at a White House briefing. It occurred on Capitol Hill but it was people from the White House doing the briefing indicating that the president is going to talk about going to war tonight. The president of course has made comments about drugs which are in my view inconsistent with what his own Drug Enforcement Administration is saying. But he might have a very different reason when he speaks to the country tonight.
Eric Bolling
Very fascinating judge. So Tucker had it on a good source. There's a second source, another group agrees with it and it was very, very strange to pick tonight of all nights to announce yesterday announced a last minute address the nation giving a heads up to the Venezuelan people and possibly even Maduro.
Judge Andrew Napolitano
Well, it could be a heads up like get out of the way because we're coming and these are our targets. And President Maduro, if you want to avoid this, this is how you can avoid it. I'm speculating obviously I haven't transcript of the speech and nor was I present at, at, at any of the briefings. So I don't know. He, he did issue a statement on Truth Social today saying that Venezuela has stolen American land and American oil. That is a new argument to me. I had not heard that argument before. If he's going to make it tonight, I assume he's going to back it up. This is a crazy week for him because as you know, the Epstein, Transparency act mandates that the Attorney General release the files on Friday. Now, I don't know if there's any connection here.
Eric Bolling
Interesting. I, I just, I, I, you know, you and I go way back and we're both anti war and we hate to see these, these types of things happening. So I think we're coming from, from a similar position. There's a lot of people in, in Magaland that's looking forward to this because they, they just want to support the, you know, everything Trump does, which I get, I get that, but just happen to dislike the idea of, you know, using American assets on foreign countries, on foreign soil. It's just very, very concerning to me. Let me just stay on it just for just a little bit longer. The narco terrorism, the boats that were, that were blowing up as well, he may come out there and try and, you know, because I read something where it's, it's not very popular among people who aren't completely, completely, you know, behind everything Trump does. It's not a very popular idea either of, of doing those kinetic activities on Venezuelans.
Judge Andrew Napolitano
Well, look, our former colleague, who is probably now a former friend who runs the Defense Department, I say former friend because I accused him of committing a war crime. He ordered military that are absolutely subject to him by law to kill people that are non combatants. This is a violation of federal law and it's a violation of international law, but apparently we're doing it. They made an announcement as recently as yesterday. There's no justification for this, and I, I wish they would, would not do it. It's an act of murder no matter what these guys are doing in that boat. If you think they're committing a crime in the boat, you wait until the boat is in American waters. You stop the boat, you search it. If there's no evidence of criminal behavior, you let them go. If there is evidence of criminal behavior, you arrest the people running the boat and you seize the evidence and you proceed with due process. I think the Department of Defense has come to that view because after this incident on September 2nd where there were two survivors and they killed them, the next time there were two survivors, they called up the DOJ and said, what do you want us to do? And the DOJ said, well, do you have any evidence of crime? And, and the military said, well, we destroyed the evidence of crime. Okay, we can't prosecute these guys, send them back to the country from which they came. So I think the Department of Defense, or Department of War, as Pete Exif likes to call it, by the way, the name change was rejected by the Senate today. The Department of Defense sent them back. They're still killing people, but they're not killing shipwreck survivors anymore.
Eric Bolling
There you go. Listen, I, I lost a son to fentanyl. I know. I, I hate narco terrorists more than anyone on the planet. Are equal to other people who've lost, had similar losses. I mean, besides the obvious libertarian reasons, I don't like this. One of these nut job narco terrorists puts a Venezuelan citizen on one of those boats and we blow it up. We've lost the argument forever. It's just too much political risk to be doing it. Not that I want to defend narco terrorists. I hate them, hate them more than anyone. But I just think Trump would be smart to like, let's not take the chance that they put a civilian in one of those boats. Judge, I just, I kind of ran out of time. I wanted you Fani Willis in Georgia starting to, I don't know, defend herself from the lawfare that she applied to Trump. Just give us a one minute on that. If I, if I could get that from you.
Judge Andrew Napolitano
Very feisty. Her lawyer is a former governor of the state who knows very well everybody on that on that committee. I think she won the day by arguing forcefully that everything she did was according to the rules. One thing that is new that I didn't know about is that she did not approve the payments to Nathan Wade. These were approved by officials not in her office, but in the. I forget forgetting the name of the county that was that Atlanta is in.
Eric Bolling
But whatever the, the county is, maybe I, Yeah, maybe, yeah.
Judge Andrew Napolitano
Anyway, maybe, yeah, those people actually did the payments and, and those people signed, signed off on them. I'm not going to say she acquitted herself. I thought the whole thing was nonsense. I think Trump has a very, very strong case for legal fees. Look, if you prosecute somebody and they're acquitted, they can't sue for legal fees. If you prosecute somebody and they're convicted, they obviously can't sue you for legal fees. If you prosecute somebody and then your office or your successor office says there's no basis for a prosecution here, then the defendants can sue for legal fees. So I've been saying for weeks now, Trump has a very strong case for legal fees and it would come out of her budget.
Eric Bolling
Judge, always good to have you, my friend. Again, Judging Freedom, the podcast, very, very popular. Good to see you, judge. Get you back in soon.
Judge Andrew Napolitano
Congratulations on your good work. It's a pleasure, my dear friend.
Eric Bolling
Thank you. Judge. Thank you, Judge. All right, folks, the Fed cut interest rates last week. President Trump has been calling for lower rates for months. So did he get what he wanted? For the answer, let's bring in precious metals specialists from Birch Gold Group. Philip, Patrick. Philip, we'll get to rates in a second. I just want to point out for weeks you and I have been talking and you know, with the Birch Gold Group about, hey, guys, what happens if the AI bubble is a bubble and it starts to burst or bursts? And Philip, we saw it happening today. I saw gold jump up almost $50 an ounce. And that's on the heels of NASDAQ down 400 based on a lot of these big AI companies really getting downgrade. They should get hammered in the market. You've been calling this for weeks. Birch Gold Group has.
Philip (Birch Gold Group)
Yeah, I, I'd like to say it was a stroke of genius on our part. It was looking pretty obvious, though. Huge expenses, trillions of dollars on the back of very limited earnings. And I think people are starting to wake up. Markets are realizing, and we're starting to see the downturn a lot of people were expecting. It's starting out slow, but it could escalate next year. So, yeah, things are starting to get shaky. Without question.
Eric Bolling
No doubt. And let's jump to the other one, the interest rates. We saw a quarter point lowering by the Fed, but they kind of indicated they may be on hold for a little bit. A little bit. But that will be more market driven than any individual Fed governor or any Fed chairman's decision. It'll be a group decision. Markets that dependent on.
Philip (Birch Gold Group)
Right, yeah, absolutely. Look, Trump got his rate cut. It was a 25 basis point cut, but I don't think it's sort of victory lap time. Inflation was still well above the Fed's target, sitting at 3%, 50% above their target. Unemployment was historically low at 4.4%. So there was no real catalyst for the Fed to cut rates. You could see that in their decision. It wasn't united. We had two Fed officials that didn't want to cut at all. Trump's nominee wanted a larger cut. So it wasn't a confident cut. And it's not typically what you do when inflation's running hot and unemployment's under control. I think it's very clear we are heading into an era of fiscal dominance. The Fed's job is supposed to be focused on price stability and maximum employment, but I think the real focus is easing debt service because there is a realization that the, the federal government cannot function with high interest rates. So I think they will continue to cut longer term regardless because we can't function otherwise.
Eric Bolling
Do you have a sense as you, Philip or Birch cold have a sense of who might be the new Fed chairman when, when Trump gets to replace this Fed chairman and, and who, who would be best for let's call it best for the gold market?
Philip (Birch Gold Group)
Look, it's a tough one to say. Like I said, I think it's Kevin Hassett now is the, is the favorite but I think it's, it's tough to say Trump's going to put that is in favor of lower interest rates. And like I said, we don't really have a choice. We've got to somehow lower debt service so the government can function. Whoever it is, they cannot keep rates high. We cannot function. The big concern is even though the Fed have been lowering rates for the last couple of years, debt service payments are increasing, which is a sign that global demand for our currency is waning. But the Fed are going to have to play ball. That's what fiscal dominance is when central bank policy is drink being driven more by debt service than anything else. And it's the climate we are in.
Eric Bolling
All right, Philip, you know we're going to let you go. I appreciate that because I'm going to make a little, little, I don't know, guess. It's called a guess. I think it's going to be Scott Besson. I think everyone's saying hazard has certain hazard and they want to look over here and they'll slide in Scott Besson and I think he will be the guy who brings rates down per Trump and by the way per everyone because rates should be lower, low rates. Very good for the gold market. Always good to have you, Philip. Patrick, thank you and thank you to Birch Gold Group.
Philip (Birch Gold Group)
Thank you for having me and thank you for all your work, Eric. Thank you.
Eric Bolling
All right, we'll get you back again soon, folks. We'll be back two and a half minutes with who the great. One of the great journalists of our time may be the best. You know her, she's been on the show before. My good friend Lara Logan. Coming up.

All right, there's a reason I'm sitting over here right now because our next guest is in studio. She's an award winning investigative journalist who has her own podcast called Going Rogue with Lara Logan. She's a very good friend of mine. I've said this before, folks, she is, if not the best, one of the best journalists ever to walk the planet earth. Let's bring you in. You have some stunning news. I mean, you just briefed me very quickly. Lay it out, give it to the folks.
Lara Logan
Well, this is just coming out today. And what this is is former CIA agent Gary Bernson, who was a legend in the CIA multiple, he decorated multiple times with the highest honors that agency can bestow on any of its operatives. And Gary Bernson has proposed the Venezuelan Cartel del Sol and Cuban Communist Regime Disclosure act, which would require every member of the United states government and U.S. officials and U.S. leaders and U.S. companies. If you've taken money from either the Cuban regime or the Venezuelan regime or the cartel or their affiliate, which would be companies like pedavasa, the electric company of Venezuela, or Citgo, the petroleum company, you know, and by extension companies like Chevron, American companies.
Eric Bolling
That shocks me.
Lara Logan
If you've been lobbying for them, if you've taken money from them, if you've done secret deals from them.
iHeart Radio Announcer
Why?
Lara Logan
What is all of this tied to, Eric? Wait, let me just tell you this part. It's tied to the terrorist designation of Cartel del Sol, because we look at Venezuela, we think it's run by a government. It's not. It's run by a cartel. And Maduro is the head of the cartel, who also happens to run the country. And what this is about is saying, okay, let's see all the people in America who are taking money for foreign influence and infiltration operations, because that is a national security threat.
Eric Bolling
So these are US Officials.
Lara Logan
Yep.
Eric Bolling
Government officials. Elected, some of them elected nonetheless. Taking money maybe from sico, but. Or Chevron, but money's been funneled from the cartels through Chevron, Sitko and other entities into these, into lawmakers, sometimes funneled.
Lara Logan
Through those entities, sometimes through other entities. But basically, you know, Cuban intelligence, Years ago in 2004, when Hugo Chavez was still in control of Venezuela, they knew he was facing a referendum that he was going to lose. And they said, we got these lottery machines and we figured out how to rig the lottery. We can help you rig your election. Electronic voting machines are invented. Right. And so Cuban intelligence, one of the most sophisticated intelligence services in the world, according to anybody in US Intelligence, gave Chavez. I mean, gave Hugo Chavez the election right. In Venezuela. And then they perfected a system that they've used in more than 70 countries around the world, in conjunction, by the way, with the former prime minister of Spain, Zapato, Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapato, who is already under investigation by the US Government. So the cartel basically owns Spain. Right. So these are not your ordinary criminal organizations. These are not your ordinary drug traffickers. These are the. This is why President Trump has labeled them a foreign terrorist organization. And what he wants to find out now, what has been proposed in this legislation is here's a roadmap to all the people in the United States who are on the cartel's payroll. Let's. We're just asking you to disclose the.
Eric Bolling
Money that you've taken. Dozens.
Lara Logan
We don't know yet.
Eric Bolling
We don't know yet. Tucker was on Judge Napolitano's podcast today and said that he had intel which was. Has been corroborated with another source, that Trump will talk about war with Venezuela tonight. Is this maybe part of.
Lara Logan
Might be. I mean, the thing is this. I'm not a prophet. Right. So have I heard from a couple of other people that Trump is going to talk about Venezuela tonight? Yes. Can I tell you that I've been working on some other things regarding Venezuela that are very, very sensitive. I can't disclose them now. But yes, there's real concern in Venezuela now. Is Tucker right? Is Judge Napolitano right? I don't know. Personally, I've always loved Tucker. Nothing against Judge Napolitano, but I've been extremely disappointed that Judge Napolitano seems to be running kind of a one man crusade to get everyone who's ever betrayed America off the hook. He told us there's no going to be no prosecutions. There's going to be no. I mean, the statute of limitations has run out. I don't know what these guys are doing. I don't know. I'm at a loss.
Eric Bolling
So let's continue with this. Now, the influence of the cartels. Where the hell is Sheinbaum in all this beast bought and paid for from the cartels?
Lara Logan
Well, we'll find out, right? Because if this act is passed, this is just a proposal, Right? But if this act is actually passed, then every US person who has done work.
Eric Bolling
President.
Lara Logan
Yeah.
Eric Bolling
She looks the other way. She says at one point she said it was against their constitution to prosecute the cartel.
Lara Logan
But Eric, look where Mexico is. They're kind of the gatekeepers, right? Because geographically where they're located, they control it. So everything that comes into the United States ultimately comes through the Mexican cartels. So they work with everybody. So is Sheinbaum, is she owned by the cartels? We don't know that. We do know that. What do the leaders of Mexico do when they're under significant pressure from the United States? They respond. You know who else used to do that? You know, it reminds me of every time a US General would go over to Pakistan, they would deliver up someone from Al Qaeda, wouldn't they? Yeah. Except all the time they had bin Laden, right?
Eric Bolling
They did. They hit him. They hit him.
Lara Logan
And then what did they do? Helped to overthrow the US Backed government in Kabul and install the terrorist regime. So I, you know. Have I specifically investigated Cheyenne bomb? No. Do I know that there are massive efforts underway in Mexico against certain cartels? Yes. Is that the whole picture? Absolutely not.
Eric Bolling
The CIA, where. Where have they been?
Lara Logan
100 guilty.
Eric Bolling
Complicit.
Judge Andrew Napolitano
Yes.
Eric Bolling
There's two. They're guilty. Guilty of looking the other way or complicit and assisting Both. Interesting.
Lara Logan
I mean, these things don't happen if you are the agency for the intelligence agency for the most powerful country in the world under Title 50 authorities. Your job is to know this stuff. Your job is to make sure that we act to protect The United States of America. But what we have found is that in spite of the fact that there are, of course, good people within the CIA and former people who have served, what we have found is that agency as a whole is corrupt to the core. And I've spoken to many people who, with pain in their hearts, say it's. It's beyond recovery at this point. Demolish the whole thing. Salvage what you can and rebuild.
Eric Bolling
We believe that USAID was fundamentally an arm of. Of the CIA.
Lara Logan
Well, I don't have to believe it. It's a fact.
Eric Bolling
Yeah.
Lara Logan
And so, like the State Department, by the way. Same thing.
Eric Bolling
State Department.
Lara Logan
We're bringing the State Department branches of the CIA.
Eric Bolling
Interesting, interesting. Well, State Department. The origins of CIA came out of the State Department, which became a little too hot for them to. To do what they're doing.
Lara Logan
So part of the story. It is part of the story. And I know Mike Benz has talked about this a lot in a very interesting way, but it's not the whole story. Because Alan Dulles didn't come out of the State Department, did he?
Eric Bolling
No. What, so what is. What. What's the bigger picture here?
Lara Logan
What.
Eric Bolling
What comes of this? What are the people who've been taking money. Do they know they've been taking money from the cartels, or do they think their Chevron's being really, really great with their campaign?
Lara Logan
Can I say on your show, does a bear in the woods.
Eric Bolling
Yes.
Lara Logan
Okay. So does a bear in the woods, Eric, I believe they know. They know.
Eric Bolling
Yes.
Lara Logan
Okay. These people know. You know what? I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of these people were also on the payroll of the ccp, because the two entities between Chevron and Venezuela and the Cuban intelligence and the ccp, you might as well get rid of, like, a significant amount of the United States government and by the way, the National Security Council all the way into the White House.
Eric Bolling
That Chevron and. And City or Sitco. You said Citgo, right? Yeah, it used to be City Gas company, but yeah, Citgo, because they're oil companies and they do a lot of business with Petromex, and it's easy to hide money that way.
Lara Logan
Yeah, you think?
Eric Bolling
Yeah, I do.
Lara Logan
You're not wrong. And by the way, who's, like, one of the main people in Venezuela dominating the oil industry in Venezuela, making billions and billions and billions of dollars? The thing about it is, like, people say, well, Venezuela. Aren't you exaggerating? Venezuela. When you look at Venezuela, you should see Iran, China, and Cuba. That's who you should see because they have leveraged their influence. What does Venezuela have that those countries don't necessarily have? Look at the wealth that it has under the ground.
Eric Bolling
And proximity to the US too, and.
Lara Logan
Proximity to the United States of America. So, I mean, I know, and I'm not advocating for war in any sense. My job is to figure out what is the truth. Why is Venezuela regarded as such a significant national security threat? Well, when you are dictating who takes office in more than 70 countries in the world.
Eric Bolling

Foretold this gift, the book of Isaiah. Behold, a virgin shall conceive and bear a son. Two chapters later for unto us a child is born, and unto us a son is given. First book of John or John, chapter one.
Eric Bolling
Excuse me.

And the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us. Born in Bethlehem 2,000 years ago. The greatest story ever told. And the best part about it is it's a true story. It's a true story of a king who arrived not on a throne, but in a humble manger, became man, but yet lived perfectly. And all he asked of us is to believe is to honor him with who we are and what we do. And so we rejoice today in this place, at this time, 2,000 years ago, grateful for this incredible republic. For Savior, there is a God and it is not us. And if our good works are what save us, none of us will pass those pearly gates only through the redemptive grace and the blood of Jesus Christ, born 2,000 years ago, lived a perfect life, sinless, died on a cross for all of us. So may the Lord watch over this building, our president, our cabinet. Thank you for joining us. Our elected leaders in the House and the Senate, our local leaders, our state leaders, those all magistrates across the country, watch over our troops deployed right now all around the world, their families, guide them and keep them and watch over them. So I want to thank you all for sharing in this first Christmas worship service here at the the Pentagon. It's the least we could do in this season. We do it monthly as well, a prayer service, which we will continue to do because as George Washington did that first year, he went on bended knee for providence in impossible tasks. And I look out, I see, I know so many of you view you each day are asked to do impossible things, work impossible hours at impossible odds which mere men and women could not do. And that's why we bend the knee, because we know where our strength comes from. And we need that wisdom and that guidance, that providential guide in our own lives as we try to act on behalf of our nation. So, Reverend, thank you so much for being here. Thank you, Anne. Thank you, Matt.
Eric Bolling
At Pete Hegseth, Secretary of war folks right there at the Pentagon, Lara, talking, you know, talking about prayer and divine guidance and whatnot. I just, I wonder, by the way, I love Pete. I worked with Pete for many years at Fox, and I think he's really grown into this role of Secretary of War. But I wonder if this is a preview to what maybe Tucker had said that there's they have intel that there could be a declaration of some sort of war, kinetic war maybe with Venezuela tonight. And a little bit of like the Secretary of War saying, hey, we're being driven by what we believe is right.
Lara Logan
Well, I mean, if you know Pete, you know that his faith is very, very strong. It's very important to him. And he's made no secret of that right from the moment he was in this position, he has put faith front and forward. And it's really interesting for me because when I first started covering the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Okay, look, not today, Satan.
Eric Bolling
You speak about God and the lecture. Look at that.
Lara Logan
Yeah, it's. Well, but when I first started covering the wars, I would hear a lot about faith from American soldiers. And then over time, I noticed it became sort of less and less and less significant. So for me, it's kind of funny seeing Pete come back into that role because he brought back faith in a very big way. And I know that there's people that don't like that. Right? And there's a lot of people that talk about the separation of church and state. But what they've done is not separate church and state. They've erased, they've tried to erase the church, they've tried to erase God from public life and public service and to.
Eric Bolling
Me and from our currency, from everything.
Lara Logan
So to me it goes right to the heart of who we are. If you believe this is a spiritual battle, if you believe that we have God given rights bestowed on us by our Creator, well that's not a one way street, that's a two way street, Eric.
Eric Bolling
It's a works based, non negotiable God given rights.
Lara Logan
Yeah, but if you don't believe in God, then you, what gives you access to those rights?
Eric Bolling
Correct? Correct.
Lara Logan
They're not yours.
Eric Bolling
Then can we, can we finish up this discussion on this fascinating investigative findings that you have? And folks, I want to clarify something. I didn't realize that this cartel was a Venezuelan cartel. I thought was a Mexican cartel. That's why I asked about Shine Bomb. But this now is really becoming very, very clear. So the cartel pays off, buys the Venezuelan election, right? Cuba and the cartels, they buy Maduro, they buy, they buy Chavez first Chavez before Maduro and then Maduro. And then all of a sudden these entities that were probably being funded by USAID are now being funded by a little more direct source.
Lara Logan
Okay? Cartel Del Sol is the largest criminal enterprise ever created in history. And Trump has designated that as a foreign terrorist organization. He also designated Maduro for being head of the cartel. The thing about it is this, Eric. When we look at these nations, we think of them in terms of the United States and in terms of government. Iran, for example, is not run by the Ayatollah Khomeini. The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, IRGC run Iran. They're a criminal enterprise and a terrorist enterprise. And the Ayatollah works for them. It's exactly the same thing in Venezuela. Cartel Del Sol runs Venezuela and Maduro is the head of the cartel who also runs the country.
Eric Bolling
We think Tren del Aragua was the, the Venezuelan cartel of choice.
Lara Logan
Now remember, Maduro created Trender Agua. So just like you know, you have on the Islamic side Al Qaeda and you have ISIS and you have all these different groups, right? Katab has Bala and all the way. So what they do is they create multiple organizations. They have different purposes. So Trender Agua was created literally to be a foreign paramilitary organization that would infiltrate and invade the United States of America in order to destabilize our streets with violence, to act as the army of the deep state, and to continue to murder and destroy American communities and families with narcotics in drug warfare. So this is what Maduro did, is he went into the prisons, he recruited from the most violent Venezuelan criminals and other people. Then he put them through intelligence training. They were trained for months, and then they were deliberately infiltrated across the American border with the help of, guess who?
Eric Bolling
The United States.
Lara Logan
That would be the Biden regime.
Eric Bolling
Okay. That would be all the traders and.
Lara Logan
The CIA and all of those people that are the open borders ideologues that really opened the border for the United States to be infiltrated by every enemy we have, whether it's the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, who, by the way, work very closely with the Venezuelans, who all. Both of them working very closely with the CCP. More than 300,000 armed. I mean, not armed, but uniformed and trained members of the People's Liberation army of China. Right. The PLA infiltrated. That's according to intelligence groups that are tracking this. That even if the CIA doesn't want to do their job, if they don't choose to protect and defend the United States from all of its enemies, both foreign and domestic, thank the Lord there are Americans who are willing to do that.
Eric Bolling
And you're talking about the Secretary of War.
Lara Logan
Well, Secretary of War would be one of them. But there's also groups. You know, there's a lot of groups that have been doing honest work. Honest work and making sure that our borders are protected and defended. There's a lot of people taking a lot of risk for no reward, absolutely no reward, who are working very hard.
Eric Bolling
To solve the problem. It puts a band aid on the problem. You eliminate them. Well, that's the CIA's job.
Lara Logan
Well, actually, the CIA's job is intelligence, not elimination. However, they've expanded their remit.
Spin Quest Advertiser
The years.
Eric Bolling
That's the technical definition.
Lara Logan
But over the years, they have certainly expanded their remit. The thing about it, Eric, is if you go back in history, who created the CIA? Do you know the head of Nazi intelligence? State Department, actually was brought in under Operation Paperclip and worked with Alan Dulles to create the CIA. The head of Nazi intelligence. I mean, how is that possible?
Eric Bolling
He knew what he was doing. We have to go. I want to. Just want to make sure we promote your podcast, Going Rogue with Lara Logan. There it is, folks. The most Incredible journalist, investigative journalist. Journalist in America today.

Well, I told you you're gonna love the show, right? I told you you were gonna love this show. First we have have we hear about what's going to happen tonight at the state addressing the nation by President Trump. And then we have two segments of Lara Logan. Then we have one of the most. I would call him the most tapped into the White House, into the administration, people out there. And he's bringing you the news every single night. The guest is the CEO and editor in chief of just the news. No noise. Always happy to have John Solomon with us. John, really, really, really good to have you.
John Solomon
Good to be with you.
Eric Bolling
I'll get to the story you want to talk about. I just want to ask you, there's a lot of scuttlebutt about what's going to happen tonight. If there is going to be some sort of announcement of war, what do you hear? What do you think? Let's put it that way. If you haven't heard specifically.
John Solomon
Well, I've seen some excerpts of this speech from staff and others in the last 24 hours. And it's mostly an economic speech about affordability, declared a war on affordability. The first block of the speech reminds people what we got the mess we got from Joe Biden. The second block of the speech reminds Americans what they got in the first year of Donald Trump, which is pretty substantial. I think any American president would be pretty impressed with what Donald Trump got done in 2025. And then the third block of the speech reads like a State of the Union address. Here is what I'm going to do next in 2026. And if you thought 25 was exhausting, I got news for you, buddy. 26 is going to be even crazier. The president has set out an even more ambitious pace for 2026. And so that is really what the speech is about. Now, could he decide tonight's the right night because it's the right night for the military's mind to do something in Venezuela? Possible it wasn't on the radar 24 hours ago. Could always change. But I think the vast majority of this is not about foreign policy. It's about assuring people that while they still have a little bit of a Biden inflation hangover, that good times are coming, that the golden Arab America is right around the corner and here's how we're going to accelerate. I think that's a lot of what I saw in the in the last 24 hours.
Eric Bolling
Very, very good. Now, you posted something on just the news, no noise. That the House about the Clintons. The House Oversight chairman, James Comer, has now resorted to threatening former President Bill Clinton. Tell us about that.
John Solomon
Bill Clinton could be the next Steve Bannon. That's exactly what James Comer is saying. But not on policies, obviously. Steve Bannon's got much better policies, but he could be a guy that's taken to contempt and taken to court. And by the way, this time there'll be no Democratic attorney general to protect Democrats like they did with Eric Holder many years ago and others who defied congressional subpoenas and got away with it when Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro were thrown in the can for it. So I think that the Clintons will show up and have a faulty memory on 1-13-14. But if they don't, James Comer is ready to take him to contempt. And I guarantee you there's a lot of times we hear Republicans aren't united. They will be united in finding the Clintons in contempt if they don't testify mid January.
Eric Bolling
How about more than just contempt, John? I think, I think a lot of folks out here want to see certainly Hillary lock her up for good reason. I mean, literally the things that they were throwing at Trump about. Remember she had her private using classified information processing through private servers in her bathroom in New York and then also busting up those 13 handheld devices before they were allowed to be, you know, the FBI was allowed to view, see what she had on them. I mean, beyond contempt, how about treason?
John Solomon
Well, listen, I think what's going on behind the scenes is there is a grand jury looking at some of the activities of the Clinton foundation and looking at whether it constitutes a criminal corruption conspiracy. So take a look at the stuff that we got earlier this week that Senator Chuck Grassley made public after we reported on it. The FBI had a dozen or more. By the way, we're going to break this down in a nice listicle tomorrow, like a dozen different foreign pay to play schemes that they were aware of going all the way back to 2010, way before the Clinton cash book by Peter Schweitzer, which kind of put it into focus for a lot of us. The efforts to thwart prosecution came from the highest levels of the Obama Justice Department and the highest levels of the FBI. Deputy Director Andy McCabe was constantly thwarting it. It's possible that that will evolve into a criminal case. Now, in order to get that, because the statute of limitations have expired on specific things is you'd have to look at it maybe in context of are there attack crimes going on now or something going on now. And you attach it and you say all the way back through this, this was a corrupt scheme. There is some, there is an investigation looking at that now. There's some grand jury activity, not a lot, but some that may be the best chance for the Clintons to face some accountability. The other option would be for the IRS to sue the charity, saying it did not act in the public interest and acted as a public interest thing. And you could have some litigation on the civil side. Remember, O.J. simpson walked away in the murder, but he got it in the civil side. There could be a similar opportunity for the Clintons. And I want to point out one event that we reported on a couple days ago didn't allow to get attention because there's other things going on. But the United States Tax Court is allowing FBI, excuse me, two former government agents who are now whistleblowers to pursue and go to trial against The Clinton foundation saying that they uncovered widespread wrongdoing inside the Clinton foundation that should have been prosecuted. The tax court is going to litigate that case. That's going to be a spectacle for all of us to watch.
Eric Bolling
You know, I remember this, John. We used to cover this at Fox extensively. When the Clinton foundation was taking money from foreign countries, they would send Bill Clinton over there for half a million dollars to do a 10 minute speech. They were never registering as foreign, foreign agents and whatnot. I mean, if you really wanted to dig in, if they really, really wanted to dig into that Clinton Foundation, I think that it's rife with corruption, maybe even illegalities. We could actually, for one, see a Clinton behind bars.
John Solomon
Five hundred pages of FBI documents showed how much the FBI believe the Clintons are operating a corrupt enterprise and they could not. Deputy Attorney General under Obama, she says, shut it down. Andy McCabe says, no action unless I approve it. Which of course he didn't approve. FBI headquarters repeatedly saying, no, you can't investigate. So you had career agents who believe they had met the standard for a full scale criminal corruption probe, a pay to play probe. And they couldn't get it done because their bosses put their thumb on the scale of justice. And those are the same offices of the FBI. The Washington field office, this, at the same time was proceeding ahead against Donald Trump on evidence that the IRS, there was no crime.
Eric Bolling
Get some really badass IRS investigators on that thing and, you know, give them 10% of what they find. I bet you they uncover half a million dollars of corruption.
John Solomon
That's right.
Eric Bolling
Before we go. Before we go, if you don't mind. You're very close to Cash Patel. You, you have great access. Dan Bongino, good friend of mine, I keep reading these articles that he's, he's finished. He's, he may be leaving. I texted him last.
John Solomon
I think he'll leave in January, officially. I think he's probably on holiday soon, but I think he'll leave in January. I think that's the current plan, by the way. That's been the plan for some time, since the summer. He wanted to get the January six pipe bomb investigation done and some other things. He wanted to get the ship righted. But, you know, he had a burgeoning radio empire that had to be put on hold and that's never a good thing for your business. So I think he, he did the job that Cash Patel and the president asked them to do. Get the organization uprighted, get rid of the bad eggs, at least some of the bad eggs. Or many of the bad eggs. Solve some of these lingering issues like the January 6th case, and then go back to your job if you want to. And I think history will look back and say it was short, but we got a lot done in that time frame. Meanwhile, Cash Patel continues to roll out really significant evidence. You know, tonight on the show, Eric, we're going to have the assistant attorney general for civil rights in the Justice Department, Harmony Dhillon. She's going to say on the show, we've already done the interview, so we know what you're going to say. She's going to say on the show that she is looking at state and federal officials for engaging in a conspiracy to deprive conservatives Donald Trump and Trump supporters of their civil liberties. Like what the KKK got charged with 40, 50, 60 years ago. That is a bombshell acknowledgment by a top Justice Department official that we may see soon. It's not the crimes we thought right. Not going to be corruption, not going to be obstruction. It's going to be every conservative who got debanked, who got prosecuted falsely.
Eric Bolling
This is going to be good.
John Solomon
Their civil liberties were deprived. And it's going to be charged as a crime which we haven't seen since the 1960s civil rights movement. That is a big moment. I think people will look forward to see that interview and say, wow, that's a big one.
Eric Bolling
Make sure, folks, you keep it right here on RAV after the show and through through War Room and then on to John Solomon's show to hear all of that and more. John, really good having you. I really appreciate your time, my friend.

Let's just depending on what we need more people of color to be in these roles. Well, just think of it, who do you want? Tougher punishments for illegal truck drivers.
Eric Bolling
Hi, Eric, love your show. It's John from Wisconsin and I'd like to say with these truck driver problem we're having with these illegals driving trucks, I think if they kill United States citizens, the citizens to be able to sue their families, to sue the state that gave them the license and the governor of that state for allowing that to be done, I think that's an awful thing. It used to be a privilege to be a truck driver. You had to take schooling and this, that and the other. Now any clown with a beard and long hair gets a dark skin, gets a license. So thank you for your call from Wisconsin, by the way. The bears, your cheese heads are coming to see the bears and get shredded this weekend. It's a huge topic. You know, it's really strange because in the the briefing room when I was afforded the very, very nice opportunity to have that first question, the new media seat and I asked about inflation and affordability and whatnot first and Caroline Levitt hit the ball over the park. But the second question was what we've pulled. Apparently the Department of transportation has pulled 10,000 truckers off our roads right now because they couldn't speak English. They couldn't speak English. So they certainly can't read a sign that says do not enter or one way and you're going the wrong way, dumbass. So they pulled 10,000. My question was, what are you going to do with Uber and Lyft on the gig economy, folks? Because I get in some cars and it's like, you cannot change anything because they don't speak your language. It's listen, English is our, it's the President Trump one of his first executive orders. English is the official language of the American people. So this is very important. I had another trucker say that he knows that in California 17 different languages, you can take the trucker's license. Can you imagine? Why don't you put it in English and find out who can speak English or not. It's insane what we've let people do when they come over here and forget our rights, put us at risk, put us in danger, put us at risk on our highways. So the family gets slaughtered by a truck driver who couldn't read English, couldn't read the sign that says do not enter this way. He entered there and slammed. They got slammed by a a beautiful family of four dead American citizens. All right, we only had time for two. I got to get to more of these. I know I got to get to more of these folks. Ben's War room's coming up next. We will see you tomorrow and Friday from Phoenix. We're going to go to AM Fest. We're going to broadcast the show from AM Fest. If you didn't know that, you know it now. Ban of worm Coming up next. Bowling out.
