Already four o' clock markets are closed. Take a look. Very quickly dial up one. I'm sorry, 240. Half a percentage point or so. S P did a little better. 44 points, three quarter of a point, two thirds of a point actually. Nasdaq up 125. Not a lot going on in the markets. I will tell you. Gold made an all time high again today. I mean how many times we're going to talk about it? Another all time high in gold. Little bit of bad news here with the oil market showing about A$50 higher. And that is in response to, you know, Trump is taking oil vessels, cargo vessels coming from Venezuela off the market and that creates a little bit geopolitical unrest, makes the oil markets jump. Crypto finding its home. Bitcoin was up to 90, down to 88 and it's going to run around 88, 88. Three here, a little bit maybe closer to 89,000. That's a little bit of an earlier quote. All right, let's bring in the next guest representative from the great state of Tennessee who says Muslims are sucking our resources dry. Take a look.
Congressman Andy Ogles
I've said it once and I'll say it again. Deport them all. This is our country. We get to decide who comes in and we get to decide who has to leave. And I say deport them all. 90% that have come into this country are from third world countries, most of which are sucking resources from American citizens, burdening our cities. They do not be.
Eric Bolling
Well, that's happy. We're happy to have Congressman Andy Ogles join us. Congressman. Boy, are you ever right, my friend. We're $38 trillion in debt. Every single, just about every single municipality in most of the blue states because they welcome illegals. Come on in. Sanctuary city. Sanctuary state Whatever it is, and they suck the resources dry. So the average citizens paying taxes doesn't even get the services that they've paid for, but they have to somehow ration services. When you say deport them all, you mean all the illegals, right?
Devin Nunes
That's right.
Congressman Andy Ogles
I mean, when you go back to the mid-60s, 1965, you know, the Hart Cellar act was passed. And one of the things I was talking about in the committee is that since that time that enabled chain migration. So you've had roughly 60 million people come into the country since that time, 90% of which are from third world countries, most of which are either committing crimes or own welfare. And so we've got to have that tough conversation and say, look, if you want to come to this country, it should be from a nation who's compatible with our values. And quite frankly, you should bring something to the table that we want. Otherwise we don't want you.
Eric Bolling
Representative, we're watching the aftermath of a slaughter in Australia and Bondi Beach, Australia, because frankly, you know, they let a lot of 600,000 illegals come into their country. Many, most from. Actually, most from Muslim countries. I think it could be 600,000 specifically from Muslim countries. And they're unvetted. And they, for whatever reason, they do the same thing here. They don't assimilate to the culture. Right. Also noteworthy is Australia is one of the most difficult countries to own a firearm, personally own a firearm. So whatever the liberal logic is of doing that, trying that here ain't working in Australia, certainly. And we've seen it failing in Europe for the last five years.
Congressman Andy Ogles
Well, I mean, you talk about Afghanistan, there's roughly 300,000 Afghans came through that whole process post war, 200,000 of which came in under Biden. You know, roughly half of those are on welfare. They have a unemployment rate double that of U.S. citizens. And they're literally sucking resources from our country. And most of them, almost, almost all of them are unvetted. And so we've got to say enough is enough. And so you look at Australia, but you also look at the crime rate across Europe. So if someone wants to say, well, Australia was a unique situation, it was a one time bill, it's not. But let's set that aside for a moment. Look at crime in London. Look at Paris, look at Rome, where, you know, like in rome, for example, 80% of Pickpocket street crimes are from migrants, most of which are Muslim, 60 plus, almost 70% of sex crimes are again migrants. And then Sweden itself, where the migrant population is 10 to 12%, but yet 80% of the sex crimes. So there's a. There's an epidemic that is sweeping the European continent by the way of migrants and crime. And if we don't pay attention. All right, the canary in the coal mine is already dead. We have the data. We have the facts. We see it all across our own country now, Minneapolis, look outside of Detroit. And then in Nashville, where a woman was raped to death on the steps of a church by Somali. A migrant, Someone who should have never been here, someone who was a repeat criminal should have been deported. And so enough is enough. I'm drawing the line. I'm going to say the thing that has to be said. Deport them all.
Eric Bolling
Deport them all. You know, we're looking at. This is a stunning statistic. 45% of the Afghans in the US are on food stamps. Now, Afghans under the Biden administration have an unemployment rate of double that of Americans. 60% of Afghans are on Medicaid. Here's the point. Biden, when he failed the Afghan withdrawal, somehow thought he was going to make up for by opening the doors, allowing Afghans to come over here virtually unvetted. It was a double, double loss for them. He made a bad situation worse. Is that about right?
Congressman Andy Ogles
Oh, absolutely. I mean, the failed withdrawal, we had a strategic Air force base there that we could have held, could have been used by our Special Forces to have a foothold in the nation in the unfortunate event that we needed to go back. Right. I mean, we have strategic places and outposts all over the world, and we gave up a base that was worth billions of dollars, not to mention the equipment. And then to your point, Biden being the absolute failure that he was kind of pandered to the left on this humanitarian crisis that was underway, and he brought 200,000 migrants, unvetted, most of which are men. Most of them have military training. Oh, and by the way, the guy that killed the young woman that attacked the two National Guard troops here in D.C. where? Afghanistan. What was he unvetted? And so enough is enough. Tough conversation, but I'm done. I'm not going to stand by and let my country be invaded. Look, they've called for a global intifada. They know they can't, you know, invade or take over a country. So what are they doing? They're migrating across Europe and now they want to migrate here. They're weaponizing our constitution against us. We've got to have this conversation, and we have to say no more.
Eric Bolling
Or not.
Congressman Andy Ogles
We don't need any more. We're going to shut down H1B visas, we're going to shut down all of the other visas and we're going to get a handle on this immigration crisis we have. And quite frankly, if you're here illegally.
Eric Bolling
You got to go. Yeah. Bagram. What an important air base that that was. And we should have absolutely held. It gave us such a great, great view of all the bad actors in the region. And yeah, we're show of the failed Biden pullout cost 13 service members lives. And of course, we remember the dignified transfer where Joe Biden couldn't be bothered. He started looking at his watch as he's yawning to figure out when the 13th soldier could come off in a drape draped casket. Yeah.
Congressman Andy Ogles
And again, you look at his leadership or the lack of leadership, you look at that.
Eric Bolling
The.
Congressman Andy Ogles
His presidency is really dominated by the auto pen, which he had no idea what was going on. Thank goodness we have a commander in chief who loves this country, he loves our troops, and he truly cares about the American people. And when he's making a decision, it's truly his. And so by going back and undoing all of the. All of the illegal auto pin decisions that were brought down under the Biden administration, that's important. We also have to have this conversation about the illegal invaders that are here to take over our country.
Eric Bolling
So they don't like you when you say things like send them all back. Let's take a look at a little video we brought to you a couple of weeks ago. I think last time you're here. Guys, roll that video of congressman getting verbally accosted outside one of his events. Anyway.
Congressman Andy Ogles
Don't touch me. Don't touch you stay here and talk to me, but don't touch me. Don't touch me. You understand me? Don't touch. All right. I prom here. My family helped start this state. That doesn't matter and we are not backing down. I'm not going anywhere. Why don't you take off your mask? Why are you such a coward? Take off the mask. Hey, I'm right here. Take off your mask.
Eric Bolling
Take off.
Congressman Andy Ogles
Your not a man. You're hiding. You're hiding.
Commercial Announcer
All that we're saying here are easily verified and fact checked.
Eric Bolling
It's easy, you know. You know, it's really odd, Congressman, first of all, congratulations for standing up for your rights and our rights at the same time. But it was very odd as that was Antifa having a problem with you talking about deportations, et cetera. It's about everyone that was getting in your face looked like, like a white person that has, certainly didn't look like anyone who was, who is of the, the persuasions that are coming through our southern border unchecked.
Congressman Andy Ogles
Well, I mean, it's white liberals, Trump derangement syndrome and of course, antifa. And look, you know, there's a radical element within the Democratic Party. They are the party of violence. When you look at the, the attacks, they're either white liberals or they're transgender. Again, there's, there's a pattern here that we're seeing. But when the, when the left talks about the radical right, the reality is the radicals in the room are the left.
Eric Bolling
Congressman, really good to have you on. Appreciate your time and we'll get you back again soon. But keep, keep putting up the good fight. To be honest with you. It's one of the things we do here. We're on immigration almost daily and it really resonates to the folks. That's one thing that just about all conservatives, I'm not going to say all people, but the one thing all conservatives can get behind also prices, inflation. That's the other one. But there are other things that not necessarily are really moving the needle. Certainly the illegal immigration is. And thank you for standing strong on that measure, Congressman Andy Ogles. Thank you.
Congressman Andy Ogles
God bless.
Eric Bolling
Alrighty, folks, take a look at this. I remember waking up in the morning, everything hurt.
Commercial Announcer
There wasn't a part of me that didn't hurt.
Eric Bolling
I was watching Wayne Allen Root and he talked about energized health. And I thought, what do I have to lose? So I did a 555. This program is absolutely changing my life. My Achilles pain since three years ago has never gone away.
Commercial Announcer
All of a sudden, I had none.
Eric Bolling
I've gone from taking three narcotic pain medications a day in the last three weeks.
Commercial Announcer
I've taken zero.
Eric Bolling
You guys are doing God's work here, that's for sure. Chronic pain affects millions of Americans every single day, yet most people feel stuck managing it with prescription drugs. Pills, pills, pills everywhere. Right? But there's another way. Let's bring in founder of Energize Health, John Jubilee to find out. John, welcome. Chronic pain, typically, I mean, America has become a pill popping society. But there's a better way. Tell us.
John Jubilee
Well, there is. And, and by the way, I just want to encourage people that, you know what's happened. We've been brainwashed that, well, this pain is just a part of life. You know, as we get older, we're going to be in pain. You know, let's take the oxytocin, let's take the narcotic pain medications. And we've seen what's happened. It's become such an epidemic, Eric, that there have been tens of thousands of people. They get so addicted to it, they accidentally overdose and then they die. And so I want to encourage people, the root cause of all pain is one thing. It is inflammation. And when you attack that at the root and you go to eradicate inflammation out of your body, you too, like this woman who has taken three narcotics a day, has become pain free and medication free.
Eric Bolling
You talk a lot about intercellular hydration. So how does improving hydration at cellular level help produce or even eliminate chronic pain to the point where you can get off some of these drugs?
John Jubilee
Yeah, well, you know, I like to make it simple for people. Just picture if somebody stands by a river and they dump a trash can. They dump all this trash in the river. And think of the trash as inflammation. A river that has a good flow to it. What will it do? It will just flush all of the trash out. It'll just flush it down the river. It'll flush it down and out. It will alleviate it.
Eric Bolling
And.
John Jubilee
And that's what intracellular hydration is like a river of living water flowing through your body so that it can get to the root cause, flush out all that inflammation, regenerate your cells so you'll be better than you were before. It's that simple.
Eric Bolling
John, do us a favor. January 5th, you're kicking off another 555 challenge. Please. About a minute or so. Explain it.
John Jubilee
Yeah. So I would encourage people, hey, enjoy your holidays. I don't believe in, you know, no dieting in the holidays, guys. Enjoy it. God gave you taste buds. Food tastes good. Life should be about celebration. You know, we're eating our Christmas cookies and Christmas fudge and all that stuff at the Jubilee home. But listen, go on to my 555-challenge.com and book your appointment for after the holidays so you can enjoy your holidays guilt free. Enjoy yourself, but know that you have a plan after the first of the year.
Eric Bolling
And.
John Jubilee
And I encourage people, Eric, to sign up for the VIP guys because we'll FedEx you a device to measure your cellular hydration. So most of you have never found out even how hydrated you are. Just join up for the vip. Chelsea and I are going to spend a lot of extra time with you in that vip, but we will help break down the science. So simple, it'd be like you're in second grade and you'll really understand it. And for the first time in your life, you could be pain free and you can renew yourself and reverse age.
Eric Bolling
John Jubilee, founder of Energized Health. Thank you and we'll see you again very soon. Thank you, sir.
John Jubilee
You're welcome.
Eric Bolling
All right, folks, this is the time of year when most men get soft. Holidays, distractions, excuses. We tell ourselves we'll lock it back in in January and that's why we lose. That's why the edge exists. That's why this show was built. That's why this exact show exists. Not to motivate you, not to comfort you, not to coddle you, not to tell you, oh, it's okay. Next time. Or don't worry, not your fault. No, we don't do that here. A little tough love and a lot of good advice. Winners don't slow down at year end. They get ruthless with the focus while everyone else drifts. We sharpen. This is where edge, the edge is made and kept or surrendered. This is the edge discipline. When it's uncomfortable that QR code, just hit it with your phone or go to YouTube.com Eric Bowling the Edge we want you to be a subscriber with us. Never going to charge you, never going to market stuff to you. Just want you part of this movement that is really, really growing fast. Got some great guests coming up too. How about we just had Tito Ortiz. How about Ray Lewis, the greatest middle linebacker that the game has ever seen. Gotta subscribe right there. We'll be back. Two and a half minutes.

All right folks, my next guest is the CEO of Truth Social. You know him and you know him. He's a of the President's Intelligence Advisory Board. Good friend of mine. Happy to have back Devin Nunez on the show. Some huge, huge news to announce. I was talking to Devin a couple of days ago. I said, please come on the show, let's talk about this. You know, I've been all about energy my whole entire career. Before television, I was an energy trader. I was on. This is the. Devin, this is the best idea I've heard in a really, really long time. So Trump Technology Media, Media Technology Group merges with TAE Technologies, which is a premier fusion power company. I want you to tell us about this merger. I, I'm just so excited for you guys. I wanna, I wanna make sure this thing's gonna be publicly traded so I can buy it the minute I'm available to.
Devin Nunes
But, well, the good news is that as soon as it closes, it will be part of our company. So, you know, we trade as djt. Today, it'll be put into our company. We'll be merging together. Obviously we have to go through the SEC process, but, you know, we expect it to be done hopefully, you know, over the course of the first part of the year. So, Eric, what we've done here is, as you know, we've been this. Trump Media Technology Group was a company that was started out of necessity. President Trump didn't need a new company. But we had a big problem in this country in that President Trump and millions of other Americans were banned from every spot on the Internet, from everything from YouTube to Twitter to Facebook, et cetera. So when we started this company, the president didn't need a company, but everybody needed their voices back. And so we put together a team built on cancelable technology. I mean, we're really a technology company at our core base. And that is because we had to do this without big tech. So we've been the point of the spear, protecting free speech. When we finally went public last spring, a little over a year and a half ago, I think you were actually at the event at Mar a Lago, as I recall. Then we went out, we told the shareholders that, look, we're going to, we've solved the free speech problem. We're going to expand that, make that app better, but we're also going to start to look to acquire crown jewel assets. And as we started looking, the energy sector became more and more interesting to me. Over the summer we put together, we announced that we were going to put together a fund, an acquisition fund. We went out and raised about two and a half billion dollars putting together Bitcoin, Treasury. And so that was an important step in our ability to make this transaction go because TAE Technologies, once again we're at the tip of the spear and I'll come back to that. But TAE Technologies has built five generations of nuclear fusion and it's important to understand nuclear fusion versus nuclear fission, which is the old traditional power. But this is really the most important invention since the first Manhattan Project that led to atomic power 75 years ago. They knew about nuclear fusion but largely because of the anti nuclear scheme and, and that are kind of the government, everybody went against nuclear power for whatever reason, even though it's an important part of the long term solution. Nuclear fusion didn't have the investment that it needed. But over the course of the last 25 years with Chuck Schwab, Stanley Druckenmiller, Chevron, Google, many others, this was privately funded. They built five generations of machines. And now where we come in as being that kind of tip of the spear, the energy problem has to be solved to make America energy independent. They're ready to build their first commercial reactor, they're ready to find a state, find the site, get it built. So that's where we come in. They needed to come public, they needed the capital to be able to go out and get this built. So it really is a perfect merger. It keeps Trump Media and Technology Group right on our mission, which is solving the most important problems of our time. We had a free speech problem, solved it, now we have an energy problem. And you know this as well as as anyone. The United States went into windmills and solar panels. Meanwhile China built coal plants and nuclear plants. And we really are. If you want, want AI to work all these data centers, to work electric cars, everybody wants all this, but without power you can't do it.
Eric Bolling
Yeah.
Devin Nunes
So this puts Trump Media Technology right at the tip between the technology that we all want to happen and the energy that we need and this invention, like I said, this is really Manhattan Project number two building off of what was done some 75 years ago.
Eric Bolling
I will tell you folks, there is a. So whether you believe like AI or not, it's here to stay. It's not here to say it's going to become more and more ingrained into every, every single thing we do or how we work, how we study, how we live, it's part of it. But the thing about AI, it requires a lot of data, so requires a lot of data centers. Data centers draw power, they suck power, they need tons of power. At this rate, we won't be able to keep up with traditional methods of Producing that power, the natural gas, crude oil, coal, they won't be able to keep up. We need some sort of nuclear fusion or fission to be able to power the data centers going forward or it won't be. Is. So my question to you, Devin, is for t. For Trump media and technology, is this an energy play, an AI play, or, or I'm guessing both. But you.
Devin Nunes
Yeah, I think it's all, it's all the above because you can't, none of it will work without, without the energy. And you're exactly right. No matter how big you think AI is going to be or is today, energy consumption is on the rise in this country now. Some people think we're going to need double the electricity over the course of the next 10 years. Some people think it's even going to be more than that. But we're going to need more energy, not less. And the beauty of this technology is that when successful, this is going to be competitive with natural gas and coal. So this will ultimately, you know, this is why I say this is the Manhattan Project too, and why it's so important. If this works, it's transfer transformational for our whole economy and everyone around the globe. And I said this, you know, yesterday on an interview that, you know, no matter what you think about, you know, there's so many people out there that, that, you know, root against the president and the country's been so divided. This is something that can unite everybody. Money. Right? This is something where we have our retail investors, our company that has been built over the last year and a half now, coming together with traditional institutional investors like Schwab and others, where we bring this into one company. Everybody should want this to succeed for your own good, for your family's own good. If you want to bring industry back to this country, if you want us to be the AI center of the globe, you're gonna have to, you're. We're gonna have to have more power. I mean, you even had, you know, Elon, Elon Musk, you know, just a couple weeks ago, you know, announced that he was going to have to, to, to put data centers up in space. I'm sure that he's going to, that he's going to do that, but, you know, that's, you know, I mean, even at Elon speed, that's probably going to be a year or two or three away. So in the meantime, we need a lot more power and a lot of it. And this breakthrough will be the biggest invention, like I said, since, since the first Manhattan Project. And the, the ability to create power out of, out of atomic.
Eric Bolling
And soon, as soon as they can be done at scale, as soon as you get this them running and rolling, they'll be created smaller and cheaper and produce more power. Devin, finish this sentence for me. In five years folks are going to realize what a great deal this was five years ago because finish that.
Devin Nunes
It's the biggest invention ever. Really. I mean it's in modern history. I mean that's the bottom line. If this, you know, is successful, this is, well, you know, one of the experts said it the other day, this is a six billion dollar play. But if it works, it's a trillion dollar or more play because it's a winner take most. That's how I look at it, Eric. Whoever cracks the code on this will be the major power supplier. And I'm not saying we're going to be supplying power as a company. We don't know where we'll go, but we'll definitely be selling licensing this technology. And the first, the first plan is going to be 50 megawatt with the additional plants after that somewhere between 350 and 500 megawatts. Now what does that mean? You, you probably understand this Eric, but for the, for the listener out there, the viewer, when you Wonder if the 350 to 500 megawatt range, that is the size you need to do mass scales to provide base power in this country. If you think about it, a traditional nuclear reactor is around 1,000 megawatts. A lot of the natural gas plants you see are anywhere from that 250 to 1000 range. Same with the coal fired power plant. So it puts us right into that space. And unlike what you're showing on the screen there, you don't need all that with this, right? This is nuclear fusion is radioactive free. If you can be successful at burning.
Eric Bolling
There are those that think you'll be able to have a nuclear one of these power, these mini power plants in every vehicle, like a tiny little mini power plant in a vehicle. So you don't need external sources of energy.
Devin Nunes
Well, possibly there will be inventions made of that. But what you're showing on the screen, that's those traditional oil that needs all that cooling. This literally fits inside, think of a, it fits inside a 10,000 square foot building. It doesn't need the permits of what you were just showing on the screen. This is, it's like think of an MRI machine. It really will take the same permitting process as what you know should be treated as a medical device because there will no, it won't have because it's not nuclear fission, it's nuclear fusion. You don't have the radioactive challenges that you have with traditional nuclear fission. That's why I say this is a build off of the first Manhattan Project. But it's as big of an invention as what happened in the first Manhattan Project. And I say all that just to keep in mind it's not that this is 75 years old technology. This is not something science knows that this can be done. It's just being able to tame it, tame the plasma, build everything. And that's why TA Technologies is the world's premier nuclear fusion company because they've built five generations of prototypes so they know what it takes to contain the plasma. It's just now taking it to commercial level. And final point, I'll say, Eric, you know, people ask, well, what's the competition here? Competition is China. China's the one that has made major investments into nuclear fusion. And thankfully this is privately funded. Now coming into our public company, you know, this is something that the private sector is leading on and as you well know, it's a lot of times the private sector has to lead when the government won't get out of the way.
Eric Bolling
Of course, of course. And this is why it's a perfect, it's a perfect storm for you guys. Tip of the spear, as I said. I want to bring you back, Devin, to talk about this because we need to talk about the, the grid too. It's great to create the power, but to get it to where it needs to be, we are. Our infrastructure in this country is very, very sketchy, tenuous at best. Devin Nunes, always good to have you on and I'm just fascinated by this topic. Can't wait till you guys go public and I will be jumping on board of that stock for sure. Devin, thank you so much.
Devin Nunes
Thank you, Eric.
Eric Bolling
All right folks, we'll be back. Two and a half minutes.

Well a couple days ago squad member Congresswoman ayanna Presley from Massachusetts said this on the House floor.
Commercial Announcer
And in these moments, that urgent question on that parent's mind is what does my child need to be okay? A broken bone, asthma, gender, dysphoria, diabetes, whatever the presenting issue is a treatment plan takes shape. For some families, what their children need to be okay is access to gender affirming care. Care that is safe, evidence based and recognized as essential by every major medical association. Care that for some children is the difference between despair and hope.
Eric Bolling
That's what you're calling for, Ayanna. That's a congresswoman. That's a congresswoman. Just a few days ago, that's a U.S. congressman on the House floor talking about gender mutilation and diabetes care for children in the same sentence. This is what we're up against. That's just one example of the many of the evils of the Democrat Party. That's what we're up against. That's the fight. That's the only fight right now. There's been a lot of chatter around splinters on the right. Here's the thing. When Ayanna Pressley talks about the mutilation of children, I don't see a single Democrat coming out in force against it. In fact, it's the contrary. After all this time, they support it. They're vocal, unequivocal in their support of the grooming and destruction of this country's youth. Over two and a half million illegal aliens have been deported or deported themselves or been forcibly deported out of the United States under President Trump. President Trump made three promise to the.
Congressman Andy Ogles
American people when it comes to immigration.
Eric Bolling
He was secured a border, he'd have a historic deportation operation and he find kids that were smuggled into the country.
Congressman Andy Ogles
Under Joe Biden and they forgot about.
Eric Bolling
They lost track of.
Congressman Andy Ogles
So we got the most secure board.
Eric Bolling
In the history of the nation. 90.
Congressman Andy Ogles
There's a 95% decrease in illegal immigration. What does that mean?
Eric Bolling
It means less women are being sexually assaulted making that journey.
Congressman Andy Ogles
Less children are dying.
Eric Bolling
Less fentanyl is getting to the country, killing Americans. Less known suspected terrorists are coming to country, promises made, promises kept. But the reality is also that two and a half million of which just over 600000 were forcibly deported and about 1.9 million left on their own. While those are incredible numbers, they're at least 10 million, at least 10 million more who came in under Joe Biden that are still in the country and illegally, some of them seriously dangerous. Our border czar says we ain't seen nothing yet. And that 10,000 new ICE agents will be hired and deployed imminently. Meanwhile, the left still insists that they won't comply with ice.
Congressman Andy Ogles
Hi, I'm Mayor Andy Ginther.
Commercial Announcer
And I'm Police Chief Elaine Bryant.
Congressman Andy Ogles
In light of the deployment of federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in our city, we understand that many of our neighbors may feel concerned for their safety. Please know that we stand with you.
Devin Nunes
And everyone who calls Columbus home.
Congressman Andy Ogles
Since 2017, I've been clear that city of Columbus resources will not be used to help federal deportation efforts or investigations based solely on immigration status.
Eric Bolling
That's the mayor of Columbus. Yes, Columbus, Ohio. That state that Trump won. And that's what we're dealing with here, folks. While President Trump's borders are works to clean up up the colossal mess created by Joe Biden and his open door policy for four years, Democrats are doing everything in their power to stop it. They refuse to admit that being in America illegally actually makes these people criminals. It means they cannot be here. Then they should not be here. They should be removed. But the left doesn't want to hear about that. That's what we're dealing with. We're also dealing with the left's constant need to fill our streets with criminals and then ignore the consequences. I warn you, this is heartbreaking and infuriating. Does everyone know who Jeanette Markin is? Of course not. Because the mainstream media doesn't want to touch her story in broad daylight. This past weekend in downtown Seattle, of all places. On assailant swung a wooden board with the screw in it at a 75 year old woman, Jeanette Markin, gouging out her eye in a savage and unprovoked attack. You don't want to watch the end of that, folks. Trust me, you don't want to watch that. The guy is a repeat offender. This man, if we can even call this monster a human being. He's notorious for random assaults, has a long violent history, has been convicted of stabbing people in 2011, multiple assault charges since, and booked eight times in 2025 alone. Eight times in 2025 alone. And yet was released repeatedly with no charges until that horrific crime. She lost her eye. How many more innocent people must suffer before we demand real accountability and stop the catch and release cycle? And of course, much of the mainstream media doesn't want to touch the story. Hurts third party's narrative, hurts the agenda. Too much, too inconvenient to face the true consequences of what they're doing in D.C. but that's what we're dealing with, folks are just one year into four years with President President Trump. And the midterms are well on their way next year. Pivotal, absolutely important, make or break. Democrats are threatening more of their insanity and lawfare. If they're back in the majority, they're going to impeach Trump. If they get the House, you know they will. They're threatening any and all progress made on grooming of children, on dealing with those criminal losers that we're showing on deportation. Yep. The conservative movement needs clarity. We need it right now. What were those spoken words this weekend? Freedom, free markets and limited government. Absolutely couldn't agree more. That's our clarity. Everything else, just noise. People feel left behind. Criminals are walking our city streets. Islamic fascism is rearing its ugly head again and again. Russia has grown hungry again. China, bloodthirsty. Hezbollah set up shop in South America. What exactly have we decided to focus on here? We're lucky that the right is so unserious, so deranged, so absolutely chewed up by their hatred of the President. That should be the left, the president, that they've offered zero solutions and absolutely nothing useful to the American people. There's still a lot of work to do. That's the fight and that's the only fight we should be focusing on and fighting right now moving forward. Everything else, like I said, just noise. Gotta win those midterms. We'll be back in two and a half minutes.

Well, let me flag a little something important as we move into winter. Doctors have warned that this year's flu season was going to be a rough one. Now even mainstream media outlets like Fox News are reporting that a new, more virulent and severe flu strain is spreading fast across the country. And the kicker? The already ineffective flu vaccine is even less effective against this new strain. What the media won't tell you is that Dr. Peter McCullough warned about this weeks ago he's been clear that this strain is more severe and is unlikely to respond to the flu vaccine, which means personal preparation matters a ton. That's why I trust the Wellness Company's two step approach. Step one Prevention through through immune Defense Nasal and throat sprays used daily to help Support your body's first line of defense right where viruses enter. Step 2 Early treatment through the Contagion Emergency Kit Physician prescribed antiviral options including a nebulizer, hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin. So treatment can start early if you get sick and you're not stuck in long lines or shelling out big bucks at urgent care facilities during the holidays. This isn't fear, it's common sense. Get prepared now at TWC Health Voice TWC Health Slash voice and by the way, use that promo code voice and save 10% already Democrats seem to have a serious issue facing up to the truth. They always have. They the truth Democrats. They can never find their way together, can they? The polls tell the the story though, tells the real truth that Americans are sick and tired of their garbage and the fact that they offer zero solutions and can only offer their hatred their President Trump Derangement Syndrome. When asked about his party's consistently tanking ratings, Timu Obama, otherwise known as Hakeem Jeffries, doesn't really have much to say. But actually, the Democrats in recent polls are actually faring worse than the Republicans. Take a look at a Quinnipiac poll out just this week shows that Democrats have their lowest approval rating in the polls 15 year history, only 18% give Democrats a high approval rating in the handling of the economy, only 18% 73% disapproval. What are you doing wrong?
Congressman Andy Ogles
Well, clearly that's an outlier poll. Listen, the most significant indicator of public sentiment is are you winning elections or are you losing elections?
Eric Bolling
So when you're polling it, get 18% approval and 73% disapproval. It's an outlier poll. And don't mind the polls when it's the opposite. Polls are God. There's certain Democrats who can do no wrong when it comes to the Democrat minions. Barack Obama is basically God as far as they're concerned. And somehow Bill Clinton is still impervious to the criticism he deserves and has deserved his entire career. Tim Kaine, who was Hillary's running mate in 2016, seems to be going by the notes they gave him when asked about those new Epstein files and Clinton.
Commercial Announcer
Let me ask you about what we have seen released in the Epstein file so far. Former President Bill Clinton is featured Prominently in the first batch, as I was just discussing. Now, to be very clear, NBC News does not know the full context behind these images. And simply being in the Epstein files doesn't imply any criminal wrongdoing. But does Clinton owe the public an explanation about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein?
Eric Bolling
You know, I actually haven't tracked what President Clinton has said, and if there are unanswered questions, you know, he should address them, and I suspect he will. But let's just make sure that we meet the promise that President Trump made as a candidate, that all these files will be released. Let's put all the facts and all.
Commercial Announcer
The material out on the table.
Eric Bolling
Let me get it straight to me, Cain. Senator, there's pictures of Bill Clinton in hot tubs with blacked out women's faces in the hot tubs, too. He doesn't have any clothes on, but it's Trump's fault. Got it. Don't worry. Jamie Raskin clearly got the defend Bill Clinton memo.
Commercial Announcer
Also, one of the things we did see were a number of pictures of former President Bill Clinton with Jeffrey Epstein, with Ghislaine Maxwell in a Jacuzzi, swimming in a pool. How do you explain that connection and are you comfortable with it?
Eric Bolling
I mean, I have no idea. This is why we want to get to the bottom of it and get.
Devin Nunes
All of the facts out to, you.
Eric Bolling
Know, to the public. I mean, that's what this is about. And, you know, look, there are clearly.
Congressman Andy Ogles
Lots of people that are in photographs with Jeffrey Epstein.
Eric Bolling
And in addition to being a child sex predator and an international child sex.
Congressman Andy Ogles
Abuse trafficker, he was very much of a socialite.
Eric Bolling
Yeah, and what about Clinton? Answer the question, Jamie Tampon. Timmy Walls is starting to seem a bit panicked now that the cat is out of the corruption bag and that he's squarely in the crosshairs. Look who's ever in charge. And I said, unlike the President, I'm the governor. Now this, whether these programs happen before we got here or afterwards, it doesn't matter. We're here now. We're the ones fixing it. You have my guarantee on this is, is that I certainly will have this thing fixed. And you see that we're on the front end of it. That's how this works. Yeah. Let's see. Timmy Tampon. Timmy, sorry. We do know how things work, but clearly you don't. Or at least you didn't when you built a bad system, ignored numerous warnings, and then lied to taxpayers about it by attempting to brush it under the carpet. Turns out that corruption was likely a Whole lot bigger and deeper than we originally thought it was. Looks like Timmy's got some splaining to do that.
Commercial Announcer
That fraud number that has been put out there by the U.S. attorney and of course it's massive, got all of our attention this week talking, you know, potentially $9 billion or more. But the governor said he believes that's unfounded. What do you, what do you say to that? Because it's still a. Could be. It's.
It could be.
And I think, you know, we're going to find out that the employees at DHS that are doing all the whistleblowing.
They say that number is probably low.
That it's 9 billion within just these 14 programs.
And then there's all sorts of other.
Programs where there's, where there's been fraud.
Eric Bolling
Tim, the buck stops here with the CEO of the state. That would be you, tampon, Timmy. And by the way, he was warned, he was told by watchdog groups to say that, take a look at these people. They're doing some illegal crap. And he didn't. Well, this one is quite an interesting one. Isn't that Washington, D.C. police chief. Well, now, former police chief got bounced after she was caught manipulating her city's crime stats, by the way, a common occurrence in blue cities, of course. And, well, let's just say that Pamela Smith left with a bang.
Commercial Announcer
Never would I compromise my integrity.
Eric Bolling
Never would I compromise. 28 years in law enforcement for a few folk who couldn't stand to be held accountable. And if I had to do it all over again, I'd do it again. So I'm going to the Bible when I say this to my haters.
Commercial Announcer
F you.
Eric Bolling
The same folks who said in that report that they changed their numbers.
Commercial Announcer
And I did not.
Eric Bolling
The report is very clear. I did not direct anyone. You should investigate those folks. I'm pretty sure Loser FU is not anywhere in the Bible. In fact, I'm positive. And good luck. Good luck getting a job. From here forward, things continue to look very, very bad for the Black Lives Matter movement. We've heard so many stories of its founders and leaders having committed fraud. Department of justice is now investigating the entire movement for fraud throughout. Earlier this month, another one of its leaders, Tishella Dickerson, who is executive director in Oklahoma City, was indicted on embezzlement and wire fraud charges. And now a man who referred to police as, quote, violent and racist turns out to be far from the righteous role model he made himself out to be.
Commercial Announcer
And we have some breaking news just.
Into the WBTM 13 newsroom.
A co founder of Black Lives Matter Birmingham has been arrested.
Congressman Andy Ogles
According to Jill R. Records, Eric hall.
Eric Bolling
Was arrested late last night and charged with domestic assault.
Devin Nunes
The charge is listed as a misdemeanor.
Congressman Andy Ogles
Records show he remains behind bars at the Birmingham City Jail.
Eric Bolling
We're working to learn more about what led up to that arrest and we'll share that with you on air and online. Such fine, upstanding members of the community. These Black Lives Matter movement folks, huh? Finally, of course, the ladies of the View have an issue with the president giving our troops a nice little Christmas bonus. There's just nothing that the ladies of the Trump derangement syndrome club, the View don't take advantage of to slander our president. Put a big bah humbug on so much Christmas spirit.
Commercial Announcer
The one thing I'll give him credit on is this. Bonuses to troops. He's giving him basically 1700.
Eric Bolling
If they get that.

Russians do, folks. It's just what they do. Both sides of the aisle. Whoopee. All right, folks, everyone thinks they know the story of the Wolf of Wall street, but here's the real story. The part Hollywood didn't dramatize is even crazier. Here's an uncomfortable truth most people spend their entire lives avoiding. People aren't stuck. They're comfortable. Comfortable explaining. Comfortable delaying. Comfortable lowering the bar and then acting shocked when life steps over the bar, passes over them for someone else, Likely someone who's already conquered their edge. All right, we're going to get there to the control room and and what we're gonna hey Mad. So Thursday, it was Thursday. Mad Dog text me. He's like hey, look at this bed I've been thinking about putting down. And he sent me, sent me a bed, a five game parlay. And you know we love betting and they like to talk NFL. I said tell you what Mad Dog, I'm gonna put 100 bucks on this five game parlay. If it wins, you guys, it's for the control room in honor of the controlling if we win, you guys get 1300 bucks to do whatever the heck you want with it. And this is quite a bet. And then I'm Thursday night, I'm watching the game. I was in Phoenix watching the game at a bar, watching it just sitting there on my own mind my own business and I'm watching it goes to overtime. And the reason why it matters because it looked like it was a blowout. First it was going to be the Rams and then the other team caught up and it looked look like it's gonna be a blow up. But because it went to overtime, that bet, that parlay, five game parlay hit these, these guys just nailed a 1300 parlay because Maddox is so bullish on the Rams. All these things were pro Rams things and they were winning. And then unfortunately though, Mad Dog, they lost the game. So what would you rather have the win for the rams or the 1300 bucks and split with the control room.
Devin Nunes
The win.
Eric Bolling
You want the win? I want the win. I love the money, but I want the win. This is why he's. He's. He's a great guy. He's a good fan, but he's not a good. Better, because I'll take the wins. I'll take the money. All over the wins, all the time anyway. All right, let's do a couple of voicemails, and we have time for one or two, don't we?
Commercial Announcer
Yeah. This viewer likes your Amfest performance, Mr. Boland.
Listener/Caller
I want to commend you for coming out from behind the desk, and that really seems like a no big deal. Like, it's like a nothing. It's a nothing burger, Right? Except for you did it for a reason, because, you know, it's not a nothing burger. There needs to be more of coming up, coming up off the couch, and coming out from around the desk. And. And there has to be much more interaction, not just, you know, between the media and the people and the people and the people, by extension, because by going, you know, coming around the desk and bringing people in and stuff, as Bannon also does, he brings people in. We get to see ourselves, Right? We get to hear from each other. And then that's also something that we have to do in Washington, D.C. with the politicians. There needs to be a host in D.C. so that when nobody's come to Washington, D.C. they have a host that can tell them, you know, don't wander around the park with a stupid sign, and here's where these people are going to be. Here's where they're going to be. And no, we don't show up and fake blood thrown off.
Eric Bolling
A couple quick thoughts on the. Thank you, sir. Thank you very much. That's what the voicemail is. It's hearing what you want to hear, hearing what you want to talk about. That's why we kind of put the show together based on things that are really popping on. On your calendar, on your plate. So. But here's the funny part. I came around the desk at. @amfest, and there's a. Big cameras everywhere on the stage, big crowd. And I came in front. Mad Dog. You guys got thrown for a little loop there, right?
Commercial Announcer
We were not expecting that now.
Eric Bolling
Yeah. And so all of a sudden, the cameras had to, like, swing around. But listen, this is how we roll here. It's. It's very free. Free flowing. I just want to let you know, we talk about what you guys want to talk about. Coming around the desk matters and hearing your voice. Males matter too. We have a quick one.
Commercial Announcer
Yes, sir. This is Robert on cdls.
Listener/Caller
Hello, Eric. Yeah, great show. Enjoy it, Robert. Out here in Wyoming, I've driven trucks for 50 years, easy. Ronald Reagan, I believe did an executive order about federal cdls. Now I guess that was an executive order because we're not applying it. It requires a federal driver's license so there's recognized in all 50 states. It's one test. It's standardized. It's the federal government. We, you know, truck drivers, time of emergency, fall under federal military guidelines or supply issues. You know, let's get back to the rules, back to the basics. Carry on. America first.
Eric Bolling
Thank you for the comment. Thank you for, you know, being a truck driver for all those years. It really matters for our economy that truck drivers are lifeblood of the economy. Keeping things moving. I, I think it's a great, I, I, I like pushing things to the states except for when it affects other states. So you can't have a driver's license in California given to an illegal who can't speak English. Fine. You want to keep that in California, that's your own problem. California, you'll remove lawmakers that do that. But they shouldn't be crossing state lines with that same driver's license. I agree with that. I mean it's one of those things where you have to really, really when it affects other people out of the other states, you may want to federalized generally like things less federalized. That's it for us. Have a great day. Good to be back in West Palm Beach. We'll see you again tomorrow. Stick around Bannon. Warm up next season.

Episode Date: December 22, 2025
Host: Eric Bolling
Notable Guests: Congressman Andy Ogles (R-TN), Devin Nunes (CEO of Truth Social), John Jubilee (Energized Health)
This episode of “Bolling!” delves into hot-button themes central to Real America’s Voice: American immigration policy and its consequences, an exclusive deep dive into advances in American fusion energy (with a Trump-adjacent media company entering the sector), health and wellness alternatives, and a rundown of what the host describes as cultural and political threats facing conservative America.
The episode maintains a highly partisan, combative, and critical tone regarding Democratic policies and figures, a rhetoric-heavy stance on immigration, and a sense of urgency about cultural and political developments. Brief moments of self-improvement/motivation (via “The Edge”) offer a counterbalance for engaged conservative listeners.
