Ding ding ding, says the bell. A ring, a ring a ling. Ding ding, ding. Marks closed on Wall Street 4:00pm Market skills we're open for business so Check it out. Wall street had a very, very quiet, muted session day before Christmas Eve. Christmas Eve, it's open. Christmas is closed. Half day on Christmas Eve, full day on Monday. Very, very quiet markets across the board. 133 higher. Nasdaq Gold continues to rip 45.20 the ounce. Oil up a little bit. Crypto. Very, very quiet markets across the board today, folks. Check this out. All right, let's bring in our first guest, a political strategist, campaign advisor who was a Democrat but then got smart, figured it out, so to speak, made the switch to the Republican Party, now fights against the woke Democrats and more. She's a co host on the Her Take podcast with Patrick Bet David's podcast group over at valuetainment. Great, great, great bunch of folks over there. Happy to welcome back my good friend Lindy Lee. We were always, you know, we weren't always so good friends. I think we first met maybe. Was it PBD or Piers Morgan? Yeah, we were just like, we were like this. But look at, look at how far we've come, Lindy Lee, because, Eric, I.
Lindy Lee
Just want to say, as I mentioned, I wrote you into my book in the most loving way and I just can't wait for you to see it. I think it's a testament to just you and the fact that we were able to become friends. I think it's just one of the most beautiful things to have happened to me this past year.
Eric Bolling
Oh, you're very, very sweet. I, you know, it was, I, I think it was, it's pretty tough on you at first because I was trying to figure out if this was just some sort of way to follow the winner, so to speak. And I realized that at some point you really, inside, you have it. You have the conservative.
Lindy Lee
Just a couple hours ago, I sent you a link of me fighting against leftists six years ago. I've always been on the conservative flank because 10 years ago it's possible to do that in the Democratic Party. But once Obama entered the picture, you know, everything just started going to shit.
Eric Bolling
Every. Well, he really was the, you know, the, called the ground zero of, of just the, the earth shaking in America, the bifurcation, you know, the earth split is literally an earthquake politically in America. In his, whatever his rhetoric was, he, he was a slick talker, smooth talker. You know, he's good at that. He's handsome guy, very eloquent, but he was really divisive. His message. If you took over him away and put it in someone else's mouth, God forbid, you took it out of his mouth and put in Steve Bannon's mouth. They would have called Bannon the biggest bigot, you know, country record on the planet. The reason why I bring up Bannon, I was at amfest this past couple of days ago and there was something that kind of shocked me. Like Ben Shapiro was the first speaker at amfest after, right after Erica Kirk and Ben came out and used that platform to really rip fellow conservatives maga. Some of my best friends, Megyn Kelly ripped her. I love Megan. Steve Bannon ripped Bannon, ripped Tucker and ripped Candace Owens. So there's a, there's a split, a divide happening within maga. Not even Rhino conservative. Now it's Rhino conservatives over here maga. All of a sudden there's a split here. Help us from the outside because you haven't been inside a long time. What does this look like to you and why do you think this is happening?
Lindy Lee
Well, Eric, I've been trying to hold my tongue and to be really diplomatic about it, but I'm not going to apologize anymore. I'm very much on the Tucker Carlson wing of the I am sick and tired of putting other countries first. I'm so America first. I'm probably America only. I don't want to be spending billions of dollars overseas to a foreign country. And I'm sorry if that makes people angry, but I'm just going to be unapologetically American. And so I appreciate what Megyn Kelly is saying. It's time to be truly maga. Not my guy or miga or whatever. Maga. And if we don't, we're going to lose generations of younger Americans because they are noticing.
Eric Bolling
Why do you think Ben, is this really just about Israel? I mean, if you really, you want to dilute it down to Ben's most potent comments, they were because the folks on the that you mentioned, Tucker, Megan, Candace, even Steve, he took shots at because of their stance with Israel.
Lindy Lee
By the way, I used to, I have to tell you, I used to be a little bit scared of Steve Bannon, but he's really grown on me. He's right on so much I love how anti China he is, how anti ccp. He's called him out again and again. He's also just doesn't care and is America first. It's about putting our country first. Why is our blood and treasure going overseas? It makes no sense to me. We're not getting anything out of it anyway. And if you talk, if you think Islamic extremism is a big issue, as I do I think it's a dangerous threat. Then maybe we should stop bombing that area of the country so they don't. In that area of the world, so they don't have to come here.
Eric Bolling
You know, that's a very interesting comment. And the reason why that's interesting, because we're. We're threatening to bomb Venezuela. We've bombed Iran already. And these were. These were.
Lindy Lee
We don't want them here.
Eric Bolling
Allow me, because I'm old enough to remember og, og Original Gangster Magus. Steve Bannon was our true north is our true. Still is mine. I mean, if you listen to Band and you learn something every single time you listen to Band and open his mouth, it's incredible, the brilliance coming out of Steve Bannon. But the whole essence of America first was we're not going to get involved in these foreign conflicts that don't. Don't really have our true, I guess, national security at heart. And I'm not sure Venezuelan drug boats have that. I mean, people who love everything Trump does hit me for this. I just don't like it. Not sure we should have bombed Iran. We could let Israel do it. And therein lies the divide. And so I'm going to stay with those folks. Megan Tucker, even Candace, believe it or not, and Bannon, if they'll just get behind the original MAGA thought of, stay out of foreign conflicts. There's. I don't know, I guess it's. It's spreading and they're trying to. It's a moment in time where you have to figure out what MAGA really is.
Lindy Lee
Eric. Oh, my gosh, I'm so happy you're saying this, because I've been increasingly MAGA and anti interventionist in the last couple months. And I, in the back of my head, I'm like, my God, I hope Eric's not seeing these tweets.
Eric Bolling
No, I do. I do. And it's the right place. It's the original.
Lindy Lee
I was just gonna say, you know.
Eric Bolling
The original maga, it was America first and don't get involved in those. And Trump was on board with that. That's why I don't know what happened in the White House. But I think Steve is still there and everyone wants to support the President. I get that, though.
Lindy Lee
Yeah. Actually, you know, the original MAGA dude is George Washington. During his farewell address, he said we should beware of foreign entanglements. Can we go back to that, please? I do appreciate the fact that there's a Trump corollary to the Monroe Doctrine, which is to mind our business. In the western hemisphere and not get involved elsewhere. But I'm just not convinced that regime change, wars are what the American people want. They want to be able to have an affordable Christmas dinner. They don't want to. You know, gas prices have come down, which is great. And I hate the fact that President Trump is still getting punished for the Biden era inflation. And a lot of people forget that once prices go up, they stay up. And it's not Trump's fault. You know, that's just how math works. It's how the economy works. We should be glad that we're not having deflation. We saw what happened to Japan during.
Eric Bolling
One of the smartest things you ever said in my entire career. Knowing you, people think prices coming down, also known as deflation, is a good thing. It's not. It's a very, very economically dangerous thing. You don't want prices to go down. You want them to stabilize at a, at a level and get used to have wages meet price. That's what you want. Linda, you're so smart. I had no idea you had like economics in your background as well. Yeah, I gotta go, but I want to tell folks her take on PBD podcast networks valuetainment. Is that right? Is that where to find you?
Lindy Lee
Yeah, it's PBD show. Yeah.
Eric Bolling
That's amazing. All right, we'll see you again very, very soon. Lindy Lee, the Economist, going forward. Thank you, Lindy.
Lindy Lee
Merry Christmas.
Eric Bolling
Merry Christmas to you too. All right, folks, doctors have been warning for months that this was going to be a very, very bad flu season. Apparently those predictions are coming true. We are seeing sky rocketing rates of the seasonal flu right now. And this year's dominant flu strain is apparently more serious and, and vaccine resistant strain. Let's bring in Dr. Ben Tapper for more information. Dr. Ben, really good to have you on. So this flu, I mean, early in the season they were calling it the, I think the, it's a norovirus, but they're calling the winter vomit flu. Tell us about that.
Dr. Ben Tapper
Yep. You know, it seems to be a particularly bad year when it comes to flu and other stomach bugs out there, you know, but again, it's nothing to panic over. Every year there always seems to be a flu season scare. People do get sick in the winter months here and that's nothing new. There's nothing new under the sun here. But again, we shouldn't have to be fearful of these types of diseases. But being prepared is really the key here and that's the solution. So again, not being Fearful of these people get sick. This is a bad time of year. The flu does seem to be a little bit higher, especially in the school systems, but stress levels are higher than ever before. And that's a real, the real epidemic, Doc.
Eric Bolling
A young man I'm putting through nursing school, maybe onto medical school as well, young Cuban guy came over, taking care of him, working really hard. He got shingles. Now, tell us, is what's going on with shingles and are vaccines effective?
Dr. Ben Tapper
You know, I side with the supreme court statement in 2011 when they said all vaccines are unavoidably unsafe. You know, the bumper sticker slogan that they're safe and effective. It's what it is. It's a bumper sticker slogan to get us to stop asking questions about these vaccines. I don't believe there is a safe and effective a vaccine out there. So the shingles vaccine, if you got the, you know, the chickenpox vaccine, you're probably more likely to get the shingles. And I believe if you got the shingles vaccine, you're probably more likely to get the shingles. You know, shingles is, is a real thing. It's very painful. It's a benign issue. But as long as we give the body what it needs and boost the immune system, give the immune system what it needs, it can fight off shingles just fine. And so, but we have to take care of the body. We have to give the body what it needs. We have to, you know, focus on prevention and focus on good lifestyle choices, good supplementation. And there are things out there that you can take besides a vaccine to help boost the immune system. And that's really the key here, Doc, I'm.
Eric Bolling
I just read a recent study in the last couple of days or so that said the folks who got more than, I think more than three coveted vaccinations are now more, more susceptible to getting Covid again. Have you heard this? And how that should scare the living daylights out of people?
Dr. Ben Tapper
Well, I can't tell you how many people I know they got the COVID vaccine. They're constantly sick all the time. They're sick more often, more frequently. But they're like, well, it could have been worse. I, you know, if I didn't get the vaccine, it could have been a lot worse. I'm like, well, I've never, I haven't had Covid. I haven't. I've never been vaccinated. I'm still here. Thank the Lord. I'm giving my body what it needs. I focus on different things. One of the Things I do is this throat spray every day this time of year. It helps my immune system, it helps keeps me aligned. It's one of the best things you can do to really fight, you know, these respiratory type things and the flu and, you know, and plus, this time of year is a vitamin D deficiency season. Unless we're getting 30 minutes of summer sunlight, we're going to be deficient in vitamin D. You know, we're, I'm in the winter months here, it's cold and people are running from A to B as fast as they can. Bundled up, they're not getting that sunlight. And that affects our immune system. We have more stress than ever and that affects our immune system. But again, giving the body what it needs. Get on a throat spray, get on vitamin D supplementation and you'll be just fine.
Eric Bolling
So just expand that a little bit. The throat and nasal spray, as a preventative measure, not as something you do after you've already gotten a sore throat. Right.
Dr. Ben Tapper
Well, unfortunately, big pharma, they know this. They know that it's easier to push a vaccine and inject in the bloodstream. That's not your first line of defense. Our first line of defense is our nose and our mouth. This is what triggers an immediate immune response. So shouldn't we start here? This is where the throat sprays come in. I mean, the wellness company has one of the best throat sprays I've seen. It's got propolis, which is my favorite. And this propolis, if you're not familiar with that, that's what the bees use for their first line of defense. It helps seals the hive, protects the hives against antigens or pathogens. And they've been using propolis for centuries to help the body fight off respiratory issues, pathogens to help boost an immune system. It is a massive heavy hitter. It can help with inflammatory issues, allergies, you name it. And this throat spray has propolis in it. Not only that, it has zinc, okay? It has quercetin. It is a heavy hitter. It's the first line of defense. When you go through the bloodstream, that's not your first line of defense. If you look at the acip, the cdc, they'll tell you that it takes two weeks to develop an immunity to that vaccine. And really, and even in the best of years, the flu vaccine is worthless, okay, Ineffective. This is why you know their flu every year, because we're going about it all the wrong way. We need to look at the flu at through different lenses. But starting with the first line of defense is your your mouth and your throat. And that's where these throat sprays are so effective, Doc.
Eric Bolling
Really, really good information. Again, those kits, those wellness company kits are amazing. Must have folks. Just have them in the house. Just have them. Dr. Ben Tapper, thank you so much. Thanks.
Dr. Ben Tapper
God bless.
Eric Bolling

Let's be blunt right here. Gold is up 73% as of right now, just this year alone. That's not speculation, that's reality. And if a portion of your savings isn't diversified into gold, you're missing the boat. Here are the facts. Inflation is still too high, the US Dollar is still too weak, and the government debt is insurmountable. $38 trillion. This is why central banks are flocking to gold. They're the ones driving prices up to record highs. They're buying it like crazy. But it's not too late to buy gold from Birch Gold Group and get in on the ground floor right now. Birch Gold will help you convert an existing IRA or 401k into a tax sheltered IRA. In gold, you don't pay a dime out of pocket. Just text the word America to 989-898 and claim your free info kit. There's no obligation, just useful information. The best indicator of the future is the past. And gold has historically been a safe haven for many, many decades. What else can I say? That's it. Text the word America to 989-898 right now to claim your free info kit on gold. That's America to 989-898. Protect your future with Birch Gold Group. I certainly do. Alrighty, folks, our next guest is Border Patrol chief who says his goal is making communities across the nation safe again. Happy to have back on the show Border Patrol Chief Michael Banks. Chief, let me start with, I guess what's going on the border. You say there's an historic border security milestone that occurred under your watch, sir. The largest seawire delivery and placement in US territorial history. We have some video. Tell us about it.
Border Patrol Chief Michael Banks
So we working with our partners at the Department of War, we were able to get 43,000 rolls of Seawire and we've been laying that down. We've put down about 300 miles of that. And so we actually have another shipment on the way. This is all temporary infrastructure as we continue to build permanent border wall. Going to close up every gap that's out there. And we're going to use the C wire as our temporary impedance and denial until we finish building the wall, which construction on the border wall has resumed. We're moving at a very rapid pace. We just hit about a mile a week with the expectation within the next two months we'll be up to 10 miles a week as we continue to close those gaps along the border. And so historic. We've got our partners from the Department of War, Texas military department. They've been great partners. And so we pulled all our resources together to get this wire out there and get these gaps closed until we can get the permanent infrastructure in place.
Eric Bolling
Chief, I was at the border several times under President Trump's first first term and he was building wall and then there were these posts, there was outposts which had infrared but also technology, motion sensor technology. Those seem to have been stopped down under Biden. Tell us the technology behind the wall now.
Border Patrol Chief Michael Banks
So. Absolutely right. If we just build a wall and walk away from it, it does no good. But we're building what we like to call a smart border wall. And so what you've got is you've got LDs, which is linear ground detection systems. In addition to that, we've got cameras that come with our wall. And I think most importantly, which a lot of people don't understand, is the actual roads that come with the border wall as we build it. And I know that may Sound simple to a lot of people, but there are a lot of places on the border, as you've seen yourself when you've gone down there, where you literally cannot move laterally along the border. And so what winds up happening is we wind a certain amount of that land to the cartel and have to work that traffic further north. Not anymore. We are going to build the wall with that lighting, with that technology, with that camera packet. The cameras are going to allow us to see the traffic before it even approaches the wall so that we can move our forces appropriately to address that threat. And it's a huge force multiplier. One of the things you hear a lot about is the cost of building a border wall. Look, it is not cheap if you're going to build it and build it right. But I promise you this. The cost savings to the American taxpayers over the life of that wall is significant because we are able to areas with significantly less manpower. And as anybody that runs a business or the government knows, manpower and man hours are typically the most expensive part of any agency's budget. And so what this allows us to do is be able to control and have operation control of a lot larger swath of area of operation with. With a significantly less manpower.
Eric Bolling
You know, force multipliers is really effective here in the state of Florida as well with. With both ICE and border patrol and the state, state troopers, et cetera.
Border Patrol Chief Michael Banks
What.
Eric Bolling
What a wonderful collaboration between law enforcement agencies. Here's my question, though, Chief. So you do very well because Texas is great cooperating. You're basically, in essence, locking up the Texas border. But then you have issues like a very liberal New Mexico governor and state house. You have Arizona that can't figure out if it wants to be Republican or Democrat and not really sure where they stand on the border. And then you have California. We know where those lunatics are. So you have, I'd say, half of the border between Mexico and the United States close, but there's another half. What are we doing about the other half?
Border Patrol Chief Michael Banks
And so you're absolutely right. Texas is a great partner. Florida is a great partner. In Texas. That partnership's very important because a lot of that land in Texas right up to the border, is private land. And we've been able to work with those landowners to get access to that and buy that land and build. The great thing about Arizona, California, New Mexico is we have what's called the Roosevelt easement. So it is property within so many feet of the actual border that belongs to the federal government. And so the state, no matter what they try to do, they can't prevent us from building that wall with that infrastructure because that's federally owned land. It was under the Roosevelt administration where we had that easement along the border. When it comes to interior, you know, we're very limited. We don't have the types of partnerships in California and Arizona and New Mexico that we would have in Florida and Texas. But I tell you what, we've been lucky in Arizona. We've got some great sheriffs in Arizona that they stand up and do the right thing, and so they partner up with us. You know, it was funny the other day somebody asked me this, that Chief, did Jefferson envision a day where the state of Florida would have more, more arrest by the United States Border Patrol than the rest of the entire border? And I was like, no, actually, you know, I never thought of it that way. But you typically didn't see those numbers. Florida is setting records almost daily for the amount of apprehensions of illegal aliens we're making, and it's phenomenal. And we're able to do it because of the great partnerships that we have with the governor of Florida and the state and locals over there, as well as Texas. So California, a little more difficult, It's a little more risky, puts our agents a lot more danger, especially when you've got elected officials going out and spreading out just lies and hate and discontent about what we're doing. But the United States Border Patrol is going to be unapologetic and enforcing our mission. We're going to go out there, we're going to enforce the immigration laws of this country. We're going to honor the oath that we made to the Constitution, to the American people, to provide a secure America. And we're not going to let state and locals interfere with that.
Eric Bolling
Chief, this is a scary statistic. We just heard this. The. The U.S. border Patrol Special Operations Group recently apprehended 24 illegal aliens in Oregon. In Oregon, concluding three from Afghanistan. Many had criminal histories, criminal records, identity theft, drug possession, prostitution, maybe even more violent crimes. Where do they go now that they've been apprehended?
Border Patrol Chief Michael Banks
So, one, they're going to go through the court system, they're going to be prosecuted. Upon completion of their sentence, they're going to be returned back to the country of record. And if the they're unable to be deported back to their country, they'll be deported to a country that is amenable to accept them. We have agreements with multiple countries across the world. And so the fact is they're going to be prosecuted. They're going to serve their time, and they're going to be removed from the United States, preferably to their home country. But if the home country is not willing to accept them, we've got plenty of countries that are willing to work with us and accept them.
Eric Bolling
Good. Good. Here's some tough questions for you, Chief. And we love what you guys are doing. Alejandro Mayorkas really made it difficult for you folks to do your job. Where, where does the morale stand with regards to the new administration? You and, and others, and especially, I think your predecessor, Jason Owens, sat in your seat and didn't really lift a finger, did he? And, and how do you convert people from looking the other way, which they. They were told to do for four years, to actually doing their job?
Border Patrol Chief Michael Banks
You know. You know, that's. That's a very good question. Listen, I retired under the Biden administration because I didn't feel that I could honor my oath and continue to serve. Luckily for me, I was picked up by Texas Governor Greg Abbott almost immediately and became the Texas border czar, where for those two years, the last two years of the Biden administration, I was out there doing what I believe is Lord's work and doing everything I learned in the Border Patrol and bringing it to the state. I came back under this administration. One of the biggest worries I had when I came back was how do I get morale back? And the truth is, I thought it was going to be a lot, a lot more difficult than it was. But the, the truth of the matter is, if you let border patrol agents go out there and do what they know how to do, which is secure the border, morale takes care of itself. And I have successfully visited all but two sectors in my first year back. I have the last remaining two scheduled before I reach my year anniversary on my return. And morale is through the roof. Agents are excited. They're invigorated. You've got a president, President Trump, that listens to us. You've got a secretary who's tough as nails, and Secretary Noem, we take to her what we need. And she says, chief, if that's what you need and that's what your agency, we're going to find a way to get it to you. And morale has gone through the roof. We have watched individuals that were retiring early, that were putting in early retirement paperwork. We watched them pull those retirement papers. We watched agents that were retiring as soon as they were eligible to retire now asking for extensions to stay beyond their retirement dates. And so we've, we've increased our numbers to almost 20,000. We are recruiting. Numbers are through the roof. We are setting records in recruiting. And so the fact of the matter is when you have an administration that supports law enforcement and simply says go out and enforce that law, we've got your back, then agents want to be a part of that and the American public wants to be a part of that. Again, those recruiting numbers through the roof. We put through over a thousand agents through the academy this year. We have over a thousand trainees at the academy right now, and we're ramping up to for 3,000 seats at the academy next year.
Eric Bolling
Amazing how that works, you know, allow law enforcement agents and officers to do their job and somehow they. The morale rises. It gets crazy. Now if you just get mayors and governors and mayors of states and cities to understand how important it is to support your, your law enforcement agencies across the board, be a much, much safer place. Chief, I didn't get a chance to ask you about Alejandro my orcas, but I personally think the guys should be behind bars or at least prosecuted aggressively. I don't put you in the spot to have to answer that one, but maybe next time you come on, we'll talk about that. Chief Michael Banks. Appreciate your time, sir.
Border Patrol Chief Michael Banks
Thank you.
Eric Bolling
All right, folks, we'll be back. Two and a half minutes.

Eric Bolling
Well, you know it's just going to be a really entertaining day when Hunter Biden. Yep, Hunter Biden. That guy resurfaced for another interview. This guy is the pinnacle of moronic. In fact, if you look up idiot in dictionary Hunter Biden's pictures right there. And when you look up lack of self awareness in dictionary, his face appears as large as possibly be as well, corrupt beyond words, making money off family fame and name. Now swimming through with his full coverage pardon signed with the, I don't know, the last big steam his father had left in his final days of office. Hunter Biden goes around saying things about the state of the country and for no reason whatsoever. Some people just platform him to do it. Can't figure it out as well. Your guess is as good as mine. But he sat down with Sean Ryan for an interview and I'll just say, here's a little bite of it.
Hunter Biden
Who ultimately seems to be benefiting?
Eric Bolling
Well, I can tell you who's not benefiting.
Hunter Biden
Not normal people.
Eric Bolling
Yeah.
Hunter Biden
Not regular guys. Not the guys you served with. Not the guys that I went to high school with. Not the, you know, nobody that I know. You know, the people that are benefited and the people that seem to always some way avoid the consequences and, and, and win. And that's, you know, the point. 1%.
Eric Bolling
No. Oh, the irony. Like I said, under Biden is saying things again. Some of them blatant lies. You know, apple doesn't fall far from the tree and all that. We got the receipts, as always. Remember when everyone worked together to cover up the story about Hunter Biden's laptop from hell? That was just Russian disinformation. Nothing to see here, folks, including the 51 former FBI and CIA agents who agreed. And then it turned out to be very true. After all, there was a laptop and everyone had to admit that they lied and covered it up. And even Hunter Biden himself talked about his laptop. Well, Hunter Biden now claims there's no laptop and the so called laptop from hell was fabricated. You can't make this stuff up.
Hunter Biden
So what I can tell you about the laptop is that there is no laptop. That. That's what was provided out there. What the.
Border Patrol Chief Michael Banks
There was no laptop.
Hunter Biden
There is an actual physical laptop that somebody had, but the guy that had that said he had the laptop. The existence of the search for the laptop came before he was even a twinkle in Rudy Giuliani's eye. There were people talking. Le Parnas. Le Parnas literally went to Ukraine to get a laptop from Dimitri Firtash, to get a hard drive, Hunter Biden's hard drive from Dimitri Firtash and Andre Dirkacch in Ukraine, in Austria, four months before John Paul McIsaac ever even. Nobody ever existed. And so what they did is they cobbled together, stolen, concocted, fabricated, mishmash of digital information, largely, which is, you know, thousands and thousands and thousands of emails for 20 from 25 years. I mean, no laptop could have held all of that.
Eric Bolling
Except. That's all a lie. That's all a lie. We saw pictures of him. This wasn't AI or deep fakes. That was Hunter Biden. Stop it. I remember, you know, all. Remember those pictures. He can try all he wants. Whether it's a ploy to make his book more interesting so he can sell more copies. Because after all, as he puts it, his art career has proven to be less than lucrative.
Hunter Biden
Apparently. Litigation sucks. I've been, I, look, I've been tied up in, in criminal and civil and in courts and you know, I mean, like I, I got, you know, I don't know, 14, $15 million in debt that I have no idea that I'm gonna off. I, I have, you know, I mean, millions of dollars of debt that, you know, nobody's riding to the rescue for Hunter Biden. My dad, you know, entered the presidency as the poorest man to ever take the office. And he left the presidency the. You know, not poorest. I mean, which he's fine. But, you know, like, he has no. We have no generational wealth. I don't have any, you know, despite what these guys say, like, there's no billions of dollars buried underneath my dad's house in Delaware.
Eric Bolling
This guy's a total grifter, folks. Buried under his house in Delaware. We've actually never used those words, Hunter. We've talked about the garage, but never buried under the house. Wonder what's buried under the house, Hunter? Maybe a slip. But the fact is there was Biden family corruption. And of course, part of it is what made all of the corruption so very obvious was the fact that Hunter got a position as a board member of a Ukrainian energy company called burisma, having had 0.0 knowledge, expertise, or experience in anything to do with energy. Got paid a lot of. A lot of money to do it, too. Something he now says, of course, that he conveniently regrets all these years later.
Hunter Biden
Was it a mistake to go on the board? Yeah, yeah, it was absolutely a mistake. Not because of anything that I did that I am embarrassed about or anyway, whatsoever. Feel conflicted about as it relates to what I did for Prisma, but because of the political position that that put us all in. They use that as the. As the. The toe in the door to be able to call my family the Biden crime family without any evidence.
Eric Bolling
Without any evidence. Right at the end of that sound bite. Did you hear it? Is he serious with all this concocted innocence? I'll say, though, that one of the more shocking moments of the interview came when Hunter Biden had to admit that the Joe Biden immigration crisis was monumentally bad for America.
Hunter Biden
Vibrant immigration, but we don't want immigrants that are coming here illegally draining us of resources and also. And being prioritized above people that are actual, literal heroes, that are coming home, that are. That are still recovering from 21, 20 years of endless war or anybody else in our society.
Eric Bolling
Well, well, well. A bit of disagreement with daddy's open door policy for four years. But we know there's one thing his dad did as president that Hunter will never disagree with, and that's the unwarranted and disgusting blanket pardon that Daddy gave Hunty. Because if we're talking about the prodigal son, and we need to keep talking about it because the left really wants us all to forget the pardon heard around the world, made all the more shocking because of how many times Joe Biden promised he wouldn't do that. But let me ask you will you accept the jury's outcome, their verdict, no.
Dr. Ben Tapper
Matter what it is?
Eric Bolling
Yes.
Border Patrol Chief Michael Banks
And have you ruled out a pardon for your son?
Eric Bolling
Yes. Yeah, well, his incompetent mouthpiece said the same.
Dr. Ben Tapper
His son Hunter is also up for.
Eric Bolling
Being sentenced next month.
Dr. Ben Tapper
Does the president have any intention of pardoning him?
Commercial Announcer
We've been asked that question multiple times.
Lindy Lee
Our answer stands, which is no.
Eric Bolling
Don't miss that chick at all. Not one iota. The Biden crime family still hasn't paid the price for filling their coffers for years, for capitalizing on the family name when Joe was vice president and president Joe Biden just waved the pen, made it all go away. But we don't forget, and we'll keep reminding the American public until maybe, just maybe, in some way, shape or form, there's some kind of justice for the American people. In the meantime, I guess we can always count on Hunter Biden to shoot himself in the foot. Pun intended. We'll be back. Two and a half minutes.

Well, there's an extra little sprinkle of leftist progressive insanity in the days leading into to Christmas. To be fair, Democrats can't really catch a break. Jazzy Jasmine Crockett has had a particularly embarrassing year. One of the top contenders, by the way, for our award for most embarrassing member of Congress, actually, which we will announce here on Christmas Day on Thursday after J.D. vance called her out for what she is at Amfest last weekend. Jasmine Crockett, of course, felt the need to respond because she can't help herself.
Commercial Announcer
And that is actually what they are fearful of, is my authenticity. Because it rings true with every single American, whether they're a Texan or not.
Eric Bolling
It rings true that I am fighting.
Commercial Announcer
For real, everyday people. And instead of talking about policy, when.
Eric Bolling
You'Re talking about the record speaks for itself, baby.
Commercial Announcer
Let's talk about your record because the only reason you're the vice president is because the current president tried to have his last president killed. Let's talk about qualifications.
Eric Bolling
Oh, this is gonna be fine. We're gonna be some fun on Christmas Day when we announced the most embarrassing member of Congress. I tell you, she is a top contender. Immigrants. This is amazing. This story is real. Just listen to this. Just listen to immigrants from Somalia in Minnesota now are now saying it's the right to be in America because this is stolen land. They're even teaching their children to state that fact loudly and proudly, support everyone and because, like, people deserve to be here, because we shouldn't be illegal when this is literally like stolen land. Wow. Wow. Really? No surprise that Somalian immigrants have had such a high and mighty opinion of themselves in their right to be here, which is not true. They don't write to peer. We offer them the opportunity they don't have a right to be. The pandering from the left is so much and so bizarre, you'd almost think that people like Boston Mayor Michelle Wu were being paid off by the Muslim Brotherhood to push their ridiculous narrative for them.
Lindy Lee
You cannot talk about any achievement that the city of Boston has had in.
Commercial Announcer
Safety, jobs and economic development, in education.
Lindy Lee
Without talking about the Somali community that has lifted our city up. We are proud and we are grateful for our Somali community and for our Somali Somali American neighbors. Boston and the country are clear that hate has no place in our society.
Eric Bolling
We will use every attack to actually.
Lindy Lee
Strengthen and expand the services available to empower and work alongside our community members who are already doing so much good in the world and setting an example.
Eric Bolling
For the rest of the country. If the Irish folk in Boston feel the same way as the mayor. Michelle Wu. By the way, Massachusetts has its own corruption scandal and I'm sure there's more where that came from. Apparently two Haitian immigrants have been charged in a seven million dollar scam involving SNAP benefits. Shocker. Right now it's Haitians too. Only seven. Only those poor Haitians can't figure it out, right? Only $7 million. Where are the billions like the folks in Minnesota? Somalians. Speaking of that America hating racist Congresswoman Elon Omar, another strong contender for most embarrassing member of Congress, has been busy this holiday season defending corruption, defending her questionable marriage to her brother, and now defending herself for a story about her son being pulled over by ice. You've said that federal immigration agents actually pulled over your son on Saturday and.
Hunter Biden
Asked him to prove his citizenship.
Eric Bolling
He is, of course a US citizen, as are you.
Hunter Biden
The Department of Homeland Security says, and I'm quoting them, ICE has absolutely zero.
Eric Bolling
Records of its officers or agents pulling.
Hunter Biden
Over Congresswoman Omar's son and have accused.
Eric Bolling
You of seeking to, quote, demonize ICE as part of a PR stunt.
Hunter Biden
Their words.
Eric Bolling
What do you say to that?
Lindy Lee
Well, if ICE is saying that they.
Eric Bolling
Have documentation of every single person that they have pulled over in Minneapolis, we.
Lindy Lee
Would love to see that record because.
Eric Bolling
We'Ve certainly myself and the governor have been asking them to share information with us on the ways in which they have interacted with Minnesotans and they have not been able to provide a single information. So it is amazing that they're able to put out this statement definite in saying definitely that they did not pull.
Lindy Lee
My son over when they haven't been.
Eric Bolling
Able to answer anything else. And ICE has been known to lie when it comes to their that BS obfuscating. It's like, oh, you can't prove it didn't happen then just because you can't prove it did. It's like me saying, oh yeah, I got. I got stabbed by a Somalian in, in walking up the stairs to the office today to the studio. Well, you can't prove it didn't happen, so it must have happened. She's full of crap. Speaking of ICE agents, the slander and incitement of violence against them by the left continues. These people are just carrying out federal orders, doing their jobs, folks, helping keep America safe. And people like that lunatic J.B. pritzker in Illinois continue on their campaign to put them in harm's way. They sent CBP and ICE dressed in uniforms with automatic weapons into neighborhoods and they began literally stopping anybody who's brown or black and asking them for papers. Prove your citizenship. Now, I don't know about you, but I don't carry around citizenship papers with me. And I don't know any regime. I don't remember any I studied about the Nazi regime and how they did do that. I don't know any other regimes. Maybe other people have been required to prove their citizenship in a country just walking around, but it's never happened in the United States that I know. We don't believe any of that's happening. JB Pritzker, by the way, if they're pulling over people literally who are brown or black, and they didn't pull you over because they weren't looking for people who are fat and dumb. It's just over a week until New York City starts dying a slow but steady death under the leadership of jihadist socialist Zoran Mamdani. And already the true colors are starting to shine through. Apparently at least 20% of his transition team has links to radical anti Zionist groups. No real surprise there. But wait until you hear what Mamdani has to say when he's asked about it. We must distinguish between anti Semitism and.
Dr. Ben Tapper
Criticism of the Israeli government.
Eric Bolling
The ADL's report oftentimes ignores this distinction, and in doing so, it draws attention away from the very real crisis of anti Semitism we see not only just in our city, but in the country at large.
Dr. Ben Tapper
When we're thinking about critiques of Zionism.
Eric Bolling
And different forms of political expression, as.
Dr. Ben Tapper
Much of what this report focuses on.
Eric Bolling
There is a wide variety of political.
Dr. Ben Tapper
Opinion, even within our own 400 plus transition committee.
Eric Bolling
I would translate. I'm mom, dummy. I hate juice. It's really what it is. When you walk down the street, you could probably find at least 10 different places to have coffee. Walk two blocks, you'll find a bunch. Some of the bigger names you always see, maybe a few smaller shops depending on where you live. But squad member Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal says it's time to take down the monopoly that Starbucks is, is not actually only about coffee or even about Starbucks. It is about the national fight to make giant monopolies, to break up giant monopolies, to make big corporations pay their workers what they deserve. What allows you to live a good life.
Lindy Lee
That is the fighter waging.
Eric Bolling
And you are inspiring people everywhere across this. No, no, no, Jaipal, you can't take down Starbucks. What's AOC going to do when she gets thrown out of Congress? She's got to go back to Starbucks. Yes, we do.
Dr. Ben Tapper
This one could be funny. I'm not sure. It says, the viewer wants to know if you want salsa.
Eric Bolling
Eric, Dana Kemp, if you want some salsa. All deliberate. You take care. And, yeah, everybody loves you, brother. And looking forward to seeing you possibly in town. If not, you just take care. I'll be watching. Bye now. So I, I got that one when I was in, in Phoenix at AM Fest, and I was like, what the heck's he talking about? But, you know, there's. There's a really, really good Southwestern flair to Phoenix. A lot of salsa, a lot of tortilla chips. That's a great city. Great, great city. I don't know why I threw it in there. I don't know. It kind of made me. Made me laugh a little bit. I laugh a little bit. Yeah, go ahead, Ben. Another one.
Lindy Lee
Yeah.
Dr. Ben Tapper
We have a viewer that says maybe Trump should hire some Somalians for his team.
Eric Bolling
Bowling for dollars. Hey, Eric, Maybe. Maybe Trump and the team Holman can recruit some Somalians as merchant marines, since that's the only skill they have is being pirates.
Hunter Biden
I, matey.
Eric Bolling
I, matey. He can send them right on to one of those refineries in the Caribbean.
Hunter Biden
Aye, aye, matey.
Eric Bolling
Hey, the edge is looking pretty good there, young man. Keep up the good work. Hey, thank you very much. I love that one. He made me chuckle, too. I, I think I, I'm looking for something making me laughing. I mean, politics is so depressing sometimes. Yeah. There's some Somali, by the way, he's right about one thing. There's. It's literally. Somalia has literally no recognized government. It's. It's a free for all in that country. So what do you think is going to happen when they come here and they plant themselves in our cities? They're going to act the way they do in Somalia. And what he's talking about is people know, captains of ships know. If you're going to be sailing ships around that area. You avoid Somalia because literally, it's a pirate lollapalooza, so to speak. If you, you're lucky if you get through there without getting boarded by a pirate ship. There's a movie about that with Tom Hanks, Captain something or another. Ben, what's up, brother? Another one?
Dr. Ben Tapper
Yes. On the same topic.
Border Patrol Chief Michael Banks
Viewer says we should have some comedy in our life.
Eric Bolling
Hey, Edge. I've always held a door open for a lady. The One exiting the bedroom, the one into the kitchen, and the one out the front door when it spanks her. Robert from the golden ghetto. I know you won't air that. Let's have some comedy in life. I could say that if I was on stage and real women don't take offense of that. They were glad to leave. Later, later, later. First of all, he calls me the Edge. Thank you. I love being called the Edge. You know, he got a little, a little sexist there. Probably got put his toe on the line. But he saved himself because he said they're glad to be leaving. Saved himself. Quick story. Years ago, I was during the, the Iraq War. When was the Iraq war? I think it was. I made a joke on Fox on, on the air. It said the. It was the first time a female fighter pilot was flying from Jordan and it was, it was bothering the Muslims who. She was bombing because women are, you know, considered to be. They were supposed to wear burkas and not be involved in and things like that. And I said something like, when they land, is it should. Should be boobs on the ground. And Gutfeld says, yeah, and then she can't find. She can't figure out how to park the jet. Boy, do we get in trouble. Boy, do we get. We got called up to the office. We were told, cut it out. We were told the Pentagon called Fox, and I think it was under Obama. I'm pretty sure it was Obama. So it was Obama's Pentagon called Fox and said we were threatening the coalition with jokes like that. So he's right that you can make jokes on a stage and when you do it on a news program, you got to be very, very careful. So we'll see how this one plays out. Since I gave you the story and gave you the comment, Ben, am I in trouble?
Dr. Ben Tapper
I hope not. Hope not with the Pentagon.
Border Patrol Chief Michael Banks
All right, so we have a viewer.
Dr. Ben Tapper
Commenting that Trump is rewarding criminality.
Eric Bolling
I cannot believe that President Trump is rewarding criminality given illegal aliens $3,000 to leave. I was a truck driver for 40 years.
Hunter Biden
I got sick at 57 and had.
Eric Bolling
A stroke because I was working 80 hours a week trying to compete with those very same illegal aliens. And now he's going to reward these people. I could use that $3,000. I don't even get full Social Security because I, I got disabled early. I don't understand this. This is ridiculous. We don't do that in this country. They should be leaving under their own volition. And, hey, send me the $3,000. I could use it. Thank you. I put this in here because there's a couple of things. I don't like this idea of giving illegals money to leave. Let's just throw them out. Give them the option. Throw, throw them out, come back in legally or never come back. I like that better than giving them money. And it is, it makes a real important point here how much money that we're sending. You know, we're spending a couple hundred billion, a couple hundred billion dollars a year on the federal level. Not state and local, sanctuary states and local, the federal level. We're spending a couple hundred billion dollars a year on, on housing, feeding, taking care of illegals, health care and more a year. And people are struggling. We had one guy talk about only a 2.8% cost of living increase in the Social Security. I mean, it's insane. Let's take care of Americans, let's take care of our military and our retired folks who, who need help instead of sending hundreds of billions of dollars to people who frankly hate us. Anyway, that's about all the time we got for. Thank you for joining us. I'll be back here tomorrow Christmas Eve show and as always, really keep the voicemails coming. We love them.
