Night industry. There you go. Ring that ding a ling.
Alan Dershowitz
Ding.

Four o'. Clock. Wild day in the markets day. You know, yesterday the, the Fed came out and said they're not going to move interest rates today they talked about the forward looking interest rates. Everything looks like it's about the same. So the markets were gyrating all over the place. Remember last few days NASDAQ had been up and down, had been down. Well today that was up. NASDAQ goes way down. Gold, very interesting hit $5530. This morning it was up $300, went to down a hundred dollars, now it ends up up $93. This is total volatility. Be very, very careful in the gold market. It's always, I think it's going higher, but just got to be really, really, really careful. You gotta pick your spots. Also oil up today, $2 and 47 cents. Pushing 60, $66 barrel a couple. Was it like last week? We were talking 56, 57, up $10 a barrel. A lot of cold weather came through the midsection of the country. Made natural gas prices absolutely sore. They almost tripled, they more than doubled, almost tripled natural gas prices when I brought, brought the oil market up with it. And bitcoin can't get out of its own damn way. Bitcoin and ethereum, all of them a lot lower on the day. What can I say? All right, our first guest, retired border patrol agent and now border security advisor for the Federation for American Immigration Reform Fair. Always happy to have Art Del Cueto back with us. Are these anti ICE protesters have gone from being loud and obnoxious to, and violent to sudden they're like standing down all because of a conversation. Or is it Tom Holman? You tell us.
Art Del Cueto
Well, Tom Holman has, is a big part of it. But at the end, look, I honestly believe this and I know I sound like a conspiracy theorist. Someone's giving the orders. So I mean I would, I would happen to think that, you know, hey, there's a meeting going on. Tom Holman's going down there. Somebody there said hey, stand down for a second, let's figure this out. But it's just, it's just amazing how, you know, all of a sudden they're deciding to stand down a bit. We'll see what comes forward. We know we're in the loom of another government shutdown because we have politicians that don't care about America or Americans. So we're going to have to wait and see. I'm glad Tom Holman was down there. I know some people were going back and forth on him going down there. I laughed when I heard comments of people saying, this is them moving back or waving the white flag. I said it so many times. You don't wave the white flag by sending in Tom Holman, I can tell you that much. And I think it's great because he was a great Border Patrol agent. And you got to remember he was also with ice. So he can be on the ground and see both perspectives and figure out what needs to be done. And I think it was fantastic that they thought of sending him down there.
Eric Bolling
Let me. Let me push back on you just a little bit. I love you. I respect you. It feels like a retreat to me sending Tom Holman. Important, but remember, the secretary of DHS isn't there. Kristi Noem is not there.
Art Del Cueto
Right.
Eric Bolling
Tom Holman is going to report right back to Trump, bypassing Christine. Christine. But Trump having those conversations with Jacob Fry, who basically called Trump a Nazi. I mean, you call him almost Hitler calls MAGA Nazi youth, Nazi people. And then, you know, that nut job Tim Walls, it feels like. And meanwhile, the whole time, we didn't get the Minnesota National Guard nor the Minneapolis Police Department assisting ice. And now all of a sudden, people are getting hurt, people are dying, and now their Kumbaya moment in Minneapolis. I will tell you, it's good for the people of Minnesota. I get it. But for the rest of the country, MAGA is just like, I think we should be holding those terrorists accountable.
Art Del Cueto
No, and I get you, Eric. Honestly, I do get you. But, I mean, we. I think we were at a standstill where it was lives, more lives could have been lost. And it was just go in there full force. I think they're seeing the way the temperature is down there. I haven't been down there, so I can't tell you exactly, but I think you have to see the temperature of how things are going. I speak to agents all the time. I think it was a good move. I honestly do, because maybe we can get something. I mean, what is it you get. You get more done with. With sugar than vinegar or whatever the saying goes. Right.
Eric Bolling
So I think more bees with honey than.
Art Del Cueto
There you go. But I don't think we're dealing with bees, I can tell you that much. That's the part of the problem. And I think it's weird. It's a weird situation. And it's just like you're saying, because I. I'm a big Kristi Noem supporter. Okay. I think she's done so much, and I think she's done so much. Remember, Kristi Noem wasn't a border patrol agent. She wasn't a nice agent. So I think what she has done should be celebrated even more so than any. Anyone else. Here came an individual that wasn't law enforcement, and she managed to shut down the southern border, what so many other people, career law enforcement agents that have gone up through the ranks, had not been able to do. She managed to do that. So I knew. I know it sends a weird message, but I don't. I don't believe. And I know Chris.
Eric Bolling
I mean, I know. I know. I know her person. I respect her. I think she was a great governor. I will tell you. I don't think from the outsider to the side, the outside. I'm watching this art.
Art Del Cueto
It doesn't.
Eric Bolling
It does. No, it's Trump basically telling Kristi Noem to step aside. I'm just. This is me speculating here. But. But when you. When you say Tom Holman's coming to.
Podcast Announcer
To.
Eric Bolling
To Minneapolis to calm things down and he's going to report directly back to me, circumventing Kristi Noem, that's strike 1. Strike 2. And 3. If you watch the. The. The Cabinet meeting today, she kind of got downplayed quite a bit in the cabinet, which. Okay, fine. You want to remove. What. Whatever. Here's my point, though. Why do you let Tim Walls and Jacob Fry off the hook? What do we accomplish in Minnesota over the last three weeks? Two. Two. Two citizens are dead. A border agent almost got run over by car. Another one got his finger bitten off. Another one's bleeding from the face. What was accomplished? We didn't really remove that many people, number one. And we don't know where the hell the $9 billion still are that the Somali stole. So why not stick it out and say, no, you can't chase us out of Minneapolis because you want us to leave.
Podcast Announcer
We.
Eric Bolling
We'll leave when we're done.
Art Del Cueto
Well, I. I think sending. Sending Tom Holman, who has had both sides right, he's done border patrol and ice. Maybe he'll get a different perspective. That's all I can think of, because I'm on board with you retreating, should not be the answer. And the problem will be don't send that message to the rest of America, because then you got all these other cities and states that are saying all we have to do is. Is be rowdy and, you know, rise up, and then we're going to get our way So I think that's very important. So we need to wait and see, moving forward and make sure that with Tom Holman down there with agents, with ICE that they do hold these individuals accountable. I'm 100% behind you on that one. And. And honestly, I wouldn't see it as really telling you he could.
Eric Bolling
He could have died. I'm Monday morning.
Art Del Cueto
Those are the ways you could do it.
Eric Bolling
But he could, you know, he removed Greg Bovino, which a lot of people thought was some of the. Let's call it the match that was lighting the fire in the fireworks factory. You can move them, put him back to California, which he did without the other moves and without the retreat. And you've just removed that maybe an incendiary device, so to speak, and then you continue the. The program he removed.
Alan Dershowitz
He went around.
Eric Bolling
So go ahead.
Art Del Cueto
Let me tell you. Let me tell you something about, you know, Mr. Bovino. So the way it's always happened in Border Patrol is they get detailed to other agencies. They get detailed to help ICE D A. I myself was one of them that had been detailed when I was out there. And your detail ends and you get thrown. You get sent back. Now, I'm not. I don't want this to be taken the wrong way. Bavino did a good job, But I'm going to tell you, there's a lot of other BORTAC leadership out there that would do a fantastic job. And they've been in the ranks. They've had to deal with a lot of issues themselves. So sending, you know, Greg Bevino back to El Centro where he. Where he's the chief of, and possibly putting some other BORTAC commander in charge. It's not a bad move and it's not something that Border Patrol hasn't done a ton of times. I respect Greg Bevino, but to say that he's like the bl endo, I think that degrades the other leadership within BORTAC and Border Patrol that I know for a fact are awesome and can do a great job themselves.
Eric Bolling
All right. Yeah, it's still, you know, it's still playing out, as we know.
Art Del Cueto
Taste, bad taste in the mouth, obviously, and the way everything was played out. Yeah, I really hope that they continue to work together. We're all on the same team at the end of the day.
Eric Bolling
That was the problem from the beginning. Felt like we were the. The outsiders. We were the. The away team and the. The liberal. The liberals and the. In the liberal Democrats. They were the home team and they even brought their. Their law enforcement into, into their side for some stupid reason. But whatever are we, we, we'll have another opportunity to talk about.
Art Del Cueto
No, I get, I get you, brother. And, and like I said, I didn't see the press conference. I didn't see the, the cabinet meeting, but I'm going to look at it right now. But I really, truly hope that there is no pushing aside of Kristi Noem because as I said, she is an amazing individual and she has accomplished what many others that have been in the patrol and in DHS throughout their careers weren't able to accomplish.
Eric Bolling
A great person, too. She's, she's, she's, she's great. We can, we can debate that another time when you and I are on the same page on that. Thank you, Art Del Cueto. Appreciate your time. Always good having you on, my friend.
Art Del Cueto
Thank you, Eric.
Eric Bolling
All right, folks, this past weekend's winter storm has left millions of Americans without electricity or heat and without access to food unless they stocked up. While many Americans think about the need to stockpile guns, ammunition, food and water, especially before a major event like that winter storm, what about medication? Here to discuss is chief of pediatric medicine for the wellness company, Dr. Alejandro Diaz. Doc, tell us about stockpiling prescription meds. And I don't know why we need to even be told that after what happened in 2020, 2019, 2020, with the, with the pandemic, but tell us how important it is. It wasn't a one off, was it?
Dr. Alejandro Diaz
Days with all this, the winter storm and everything, what's going on in the United States and obviously the, you know, a lot of flu season, very high potential flu season, a lot of sickness. So it's very important to have those kids available, you know, with your antibiotics, your antivirals, your nebulizers and things along that line. That is extremely important to have on hand. And this is why when it comes and kicks in, the wellness company with, with an amazing set of kits, you.
Eric Bolling
Know, it's important to point out they are prescription medications. You're actually being prescribed. You're not just getting, you know, something that's a commercial product that can, you know, over counter and you can pick up at a drugstore. These are prescription, tailored to you in the dosages, I assume are tailored to you and your family. Yeah, 100%.
Dr. Alejandro Diaz
100%. And above that, you know, our clients or patients, they can get a very high quality consultation with a medical expert and, and get the, the medical kits where you can get from your emergency kit, all your antibiotics from amoxicillin to doxycycline, acetromycin and things along that line. And then the first aid, the contagion kit. So it's a wide variety of different medications prescribed. Prescribed medications that definitely can help with, you know, over 30 illnesses. So it is very important to have that, you know, on hand. And think about the wellness Company, especially these days.
Eric Bolling
It's, you know, I'm a fan of the zombie movies. And the first thing you do, yeah, you get food and water, but the next thing, very next thing you do is you find a drugstore that's been abandoned. You, and you try and find some drugs in case you do get caught. You don't want sepsis and whatnot. But the guidebooks, right, the guidebooks are also very important.
Dr. Alejandro Diaz
The guidebooks, the consultation, the high quality of the, of the products, the medications, prescribe prescribed medications and so on and so forth. So I really think this is a phenomenal, phenomenal kits. And you know, no one is doing that. So I'm very proud of the wellness Company and the, all the medical board and the people who is bringing everything together. And, you know, you will skip all those hard, long lines at the clinics and the drugstores and so on, and you can have the best quality service at the wellness Company.
Eric Bolling
Very quick, about 30 seconds or so, Doc, tell us the update on what is Covid. Is Covid still Covid or is Covid just, you know, another cold or minor flu?
Dr. Alejandro Diaz
Now, right now, you know, after the COVID the COVID hysteria is just another flu. Another flu. What we really have to worry about, it's the flu itself, the NH3 N2, which is the super flu. And, you know, it has been rising tremendously all over the United States with millions and millions of people infected. So this is when it kicks in. And the wonderful products of the wellness company with the containers kit, the first aid and the emergency kit, we should have it on hand every single house in the United States.
Eric Bolling
I agree. I agree and I do, and I really appreciate the wellness Company. We appreciate you, Dr. Alejandro Diaz. Thank you so much. And we will be. We'll see you again soon. We'll be back, folks. Two and a half minutes. We got some really, really cool news. Our friends over at Old Glory bank, well, they're expected to go public in a few months. That's right. Go to oldglorybank.com rev oldglorybank.com rev to learn more. Old glorybank.com rev and congratulations to Mike Ring and all the folks at Old Glory Bank. All right, our next guest is always on the ground talking with the people or riding with ICE into dangerous situations. Today he's in Minneapolis, Minnesota to find out what's really going on. Always happy to have Rav host of Law and Border, Ben Berquan with us. Ben, back in Minneapolis, you started off your day at a press briefing in Minneapolis with border czar Tom Homan. Where you got a question in? Let's take a listen.
Alan Dershowitz
Well, first of all about the the organization and the funding of the attacks on ice. I'm not going to answer a lot about that because I'm not going to show our hand, but they'll be held accountable. Justice is coming. What started this? Four years of an open border where millions of people are letting this country unvetted remember, let's not forget, for four years we were told the border secure. Four years we were told the border secure. And we all knew it wasn't. I want this to be a positive thing we're doing here today. I also want to remember the politicians are continually attacking us. Where were they the last four years? Now we're just trying to respond to what happened last four years and keeping this country safe. And we're arresting a lot of public safety threats, take them off the streets which make this country safer. President Trump promised to make this country safe again. And that's what we're doing.
Eric Bolling
All right, so give on the ground. You know, let's talk about the folks that that really matter, the ICE agents, the other law enforcement officers, the other LEOs. Are they happy with the way things are playing out now?
Ben Berquan
Well, the guys just want to be able to do their job. Even some of the local pd. I hear this all the time from Minneapolis PD the guys on the ground would love to be able to help, but they've got these traitors in the chief's position and in the mayor's position that won't let them. When it comes to ICE and border Patrol, the only thing I've ever seen from these guys is is inspiration to catch more illegals. That's what they want to do. They don't care how many protesters are out there. They just want to be able to do their job. The question becomes at some point, you know, as these attacks continue, does it end up playing, you know, what impact does that have? Obviously these guys are human. Tom talked about that today. They have to go home to their wives and kids. And so, you know, at some point it starts to have an impact on you. But the bigger question, and that's why I asked Tom that to be begin with, was what are we going to do? Illegals are bad, but it's the traitors in our own government. It's these people that have weaponized. They're basically domestic terrorists that are weaponized against ICE and border patrol going after them on the streets. That's the real threat to this country. And until we see major prosecutions, I don't see that going anywhere.
Eric Bolling
Well, so, so, yes, and that's what I was hoping Homan would address. I thought your question was when you say we're going to hold these people to accountability, I was thinking Walls Fry, Keith Ellison, maybe Elon Omar in fact, and he kind of dodged the question. But do you think we will see some sort of accountability by the folks that I believe are the real cause of the unrest?
Ben Berquan
I would love to. I'd love to be able to sit here and say that I think Ilhan Omar is going to be removed from office and sent back to Somalia. I'd love to say that Tim Walls is going to go to prison or Mayor Fry is going to go to prison. I'm pessimistic about that. I haven't seen it. And so I'd love to see that actually happen. Any one of these guys had that actually happen. But as we see this, the weaponization against ice, the big question also is how much of this is simply a distraction from the fraud in those offices. And I think if you actually start, if we get real investigations. Cash has said he's looking into that. Tom alluded to that today as well. But without going into detail, if we actually get the investigations and we actually get judges that are willing to prosecute, you know, it's. It's anyone's guess, but I'll believe it when I see it. This is one of those things, you know, we hear a lot. The left will do that. They'll weaponize the government against law abiding citizens on the right. It seems like sometimes we even have a hard time pulling the trigger against bad guys. So.
Eric Bolling
Yeah, well, not we they. Not we, they. But so. So famously over the weekend, Minnesota National Guards people were handing out coffee to the rioters to the people who are inflicting all this violence and damage, has that changed? Are they now assisting ICE in law enforcement?
Ben Berquan
No, I haven't seen that. Actually. Everything feels kind of calmer today. It's kind of yet to be seen what's going to happen with Vivino moving out and basically these operations, even, you know, just so people understand the street operations were also targeted operations. When you have a community that's 80% illegal and you send Border patrol into that community to walk the community, that's still a targeted operation. And so, but that appears to be at least temporarily stopped now. The targeted operations, where they're going after, you know, criminal rapists, murders, the rest of that, those are ongoing. And you still have these, these chat groups that are going out and blowing their whistles and going after these guys every stop they make. But it's, it doesn't feel like it has quite the same energy that it had last week or the week before. The first week I was out here when this operation kicked off last month.
Eric Bolling
So I'm asking this not because we don't support, we absolutely support law enforcement, border, ice, any Leo, it doesn't matter. We support it. But the question is there's a lot of people in MAGA world saying Trump is retreating. Trump is allowing the people of Minnesota, Minneapolis, etcetera, to get a win on him to the board that the people, the boots on the ground feel the same way.
Ben Berquan
It really depends on what happens over these next few days and weeks. You know, this is. If we back off on ISIS mission and Border Patrol's mission. Yeah, they'll feel, they definitely will feel that way. And I think that needs to be the message back to the White House and to any of the, the weak Republicans that are trying to push for that, that you can't pull off the gas. This is, this, you know, this is a time where the left is. You're playing the game of chicken and who's going to give first. It can't be the traders that win in the end. And so, but I also think there's a place, I think they're shifting focus. And so instead of having all of the focus here in Minneapolis and let this become a George Floyd type BLM movement, they're really trying to change focus and redirect resources to increase operations across the entire country. So it'll. Moral of the story is it'll be. It's yet to be seen. Give it a couple of weeks.
Eric Bolling
All right, Ben, we got about half a minute or so. So Jorge Ventura, a citizen Journalist, one of the best street guys around was on yesterday, the day before said that Friday is a big day because there's another planned protest, another planned uprising. Is that still on or is, has, has the temperature been taken down while that's off?
Ben Berquan
No, look, this is all about 2026. So this is the no kings morphed with BLM, with the Palestinians. This is all about getting Democrats elected. So they're going to continue. It's going to tomorrow they have a plan. They're going to be actually protesting at a target not too far from where I'm at right now and then they're going to be downtown later on in the afternoon. This is going to go all the way through 2026. All of this is political. Nobody, nobody on the left actually cares about Alex Preddy. Nobody cares about Renee. Good. All they care about is using their these people to advance their political agenda and they virtue signal with the people that get crushed along the way. That's what this is all about. So yes, it's going to continue all the way through 2026.
Eric Bolling
All right Ben, you stay safe my friend. Please be safe. We, we say to you guys all the time on the in the line of fire it's dangerous you're reporting but you got to care about yourself and your family first. Ben, thank you so much. Rev HOST OF LAW and Border BEN Berkwam thank you. All right folks, everyone online now is some sort of expert. 25 year old TikTok influencers are doctors and scientists apparently the edge this week we tackled what is myth and what is science for your body, for your health, for your longevity. And yet here we are. Because if something trends on TikTok suddenly cost $3,000 and comes with a waiting list. Flashy videos, ominous scary music, someone not a medical professional in scrubs pointing at a machine. And just like that, perhaps perfectly healthy people are funding someone else's Ferrari and feeling exactly the same after they spent the money. Everyone's selling longevity right now. Cold plunge, red light, hyperbaric peptides, testosterone, most of it noise or is it? Today we're cutting through the BS and focusing on the science of longevity. This is about staying sharp, strong and dangerous longer than the system expects. And sitting next to me is the guy who, who actually sees the blood work, not the influencers and not the hype. So today we dropped on the edge we talk longevity labs. What's real, what's hype? What's exists purely to drain your bank accounts. Watch the episode. Subscribe to the edges. Take your camera hit that QR code, hit subscribe. You're going to want to watch this. We appreciate. I thank you for watching RAV all day. I really thank you for watching RAV at 4:00 Eastern. And I also thank you if you hit subscribe Eric Bolling on YouTube. Eric Bolling, the Edge on YouTube. Subscribe. We're over 10,000. We're off to the races. Love having you and thank you so much for your support. We'll be back. Two and a half minutes. All right, let's bring in Harvard Law professor emeritus and author of the Preventive State. The Challenge of Preventing Serious Harms While Preserving Essential Liberty is always happy to have Alan Dershowitz back with us. Alan Professor, House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer talked about why the Clintons were called to to testify. We'll get into it a little bit why they were called and what's going to happen after. But here's Colmer.
Alan Dershowitz
This all came about from a subcommittee hearing in this room where Democrats made a motion, Summer Lee to subpoena the.
Eric Bolling
Epstein files and then Scott Perry made.
Alan Dershowitz
An amendment and put all these names.
Eric Bolling
On it and everyone voted for it. That's how the whole Epstein investigation was.
Alan Dershowitz
Born in the Oversight Committee and that's where the names came from. Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton.
Eric Bolling
Everyone besides the Clintons have complied and two Republicans actually sat down for hard hitting depositions. We are sincere.
Alan Dershowitz
We want to know the answers. We want to get the truth to the American people. We expect Pam Bondi and the Department.
Eric Bolling
Of Justice to deliver the documents and.
Ben Berquan
We hope that people are finally held accountable for crimes.
Alan Dershowitz
And we want to know why.
Eric Bolling
Why did the government drop the ball.
Alan Dershowitz
For the victims and how can this.
Eric Bolling
Be prevented in the future regardless of why they were subpoenaed to come in? Alan, I've been doing this long enough to know that this happens all the time. People refuse to come in, they get contempt of Congress. But take us through what happens next and how these weasels gonna weasel out this time.
Alan Dershowitz
I don't know. It's very, very hard because, you know, they're not interested in learning the truth. If they're interested in learning the truth, they would subpoena me. I mean, I know everything. I asked Jeffrey Epstein, did you ever send anybody to Donald Trump to Bill Clinton? Because if he had said yes, I would have been able to use that to get him a better deal. As you know, the criminal justice system is all about making a deal if you can. As I used to teach my students, if you want to commit a Crime, always commit it with somebody more important than you. So you can turn them in, they can't turn you in. So if Epstein had anything on anybody prominent, whether it be Donald Trump or Bill Clinton or Hillary Clinton, he would have told me. And he said absolutely not. He did give me some names of people, but they're mostly, mostly obscure. Some are not so obscure in the entertainment industry, but nobody political at all. And again, they're not interested in the truth. There are so many people. They should, they should subpoena Wexner. He knew everything. Or me. I know everything. But they're not interested in learning the truth.
Eric Bolling
So before we go into the whole, before we go into the whole, what happens next? You're going to tell me that Jeffrey Epstein didn't supply Bill Clinton with, with young ladies. I mean, Bill Clinton was on Lolita Express a bunch of times. So Jeffrey Epstein has that painting of Bill Clinton in a blue dress hanging inside. I know that's not guilt, I get it, but it's certainly. There's a lot of smoke. You tell me there's no fire there.
Alan Dershowitz
Smoke. I mean, I saw that stupid painting. He had ridiculous paintings all over the place. I'm sure Bill Clinton didn't know about the paintings. He was never on the Lolita Express. He was on an airplane, as was, as was all of his lawyers, as were very prominent people, presidents of universities, et cetera. I was on his plane because I was his lawyer. He flew me down to meet with prosecutors and witnesses. So of course I was on his plane. Clinton was on his plane going for the Clinton foundation, off to Asia to try to raise funds.
Eric Bolling
Alan. Al, I love you, brother. We've been doing this a long time. You don't have to go through St. Thomas or whatever island that is in the Caribbean to get to go to Asia. Unless my calculations are incorrect. You want to go east to go to Asia, not south to the Caribbean.
Alan Dershowitz
I've never seen anything that suggests that Bill Clinton was ever anywhere near the island. He has, I think, denied under oath, certainly denied categorically that he was on the island. I was on the island with my wife and my seven year old daughter. When he first bought the island. It was empty. There was nobody there. There were a couple of handymen there, of course. Ghislaine Maxwell was there. I was there. Professor. Professor at Harvard Business Business School. Professor Michael Porter and his wife was there. We had dinner with Epstein. We left the next day. There was nothing going on. So to call it, you know, the Lolita Express or Lolita Island Is just. It's just nonsense that he had scientific conferences. I went to them. There were Nobel Prize winners there. Everybody wanted to go to Epstein's conferences on Brattle Street.
Eric Bolling
Mr. Neal, help me out here. Larry Summers already admitted as much. He said he was there. He should. He. He did things he shouldn't have done. And. And then, you know, Prince Andrew no longer Prince Andrew. Andrew, whatever the hell his name is now also, you know, so a lot of these folks that say, I was there, but nothing happened yourself. I'm not accusing you. I'm simply saying I'd like to see more, I'd like to hear more. And we're really getting into why the Epstein files need to come out. Go ahead.
Alan Dershowitz
The whole story. Have Congress call me. Larry Summers didn't do anything wrong. He made a few silly emails about his own personal life and his relationship with a younger person, but he never was trafficked to or engaged in anything like that.
Eric Bolling
How can you say that somewhere summarily. How can you summarily say that you weren't there every time he was there. And you know what happened?
Alan Dershowitz
What you said is he admitted it. I'm saying what he admitted was that he had various foolish emails, but he never acknowledged. I don't believe it ever happened. I don't believe that Jeffrey Epstein ever lent out girls to prominent people like.
Eric Bolling
Come on, Alan, come on. I'll buy a lot that. I'll buy that everyone that maybe visited this island is a beautiful island. Again, didn't necessarily partake. But when you have, I visited the.
Alan Dershowitz
Island when it was just bought. Clinton never visited the island. I don't think that there's any suggestion that Larry Summers visited the island. The island was used both for proper and improper purposes, and so was his office and his home. So, you know, this is McCarthyism. This is guilt by association, pure McCarthyism. That's why I'm happy to testify. I know everything that happened. Not everything. Anything, obviously, but I know more than almost anybody else.
Eric Bolling
But fair enough. Fair enough. So why the hell won't the Clintons testify then, if they've got nothing to hide?
Alan Dershowitz
Well, for the same reason that many other people wouldn't testify, because they're being used as a part of. Just an attempt to try to get publicity. Remember that many of these alleged victims never met Jeffrey Epstein. They just walked in and collected $50,000 and gave a third of it to their lawyers. And many of their lawyers were complicit in supporting perjury. And many of these women committed perjury and never Met Epstein. They just collected $50,000, $100,000. Some of them are telling you the truth. Some are real victims, many are not victims. Some of the people who allegedly were victims, they were involved in soliciting young girls from high school to bring to Jeffrey Epstein. They were getting $200, $300 a shot. These are the victims. These are the people who Congress parades in front of the TV cameras and they complain and cry about what happened to them. What happened to them is they solicited some of these other young people and sold them to Jeffrey Epstein for 200.
Eric Bolling
Still does not, does not make it okay or even legal if they're underage. It still doesn't. It doesn't matter if they were willing participants. It was still statutory rape, if nothing else. But I don't want to litigate this. This isn't even this, Alan. I just want to know if we're going to see, if we're going to see Clinton behind bars anytime soon. I'll say no, but go ahead.
Alan Dershowitz
I'm saying it was just as illegal for a 19, 20 or 20 year old girl who was adult to be paid $200 to bring a 15 or 16 year old girl to Jeffrey Epstein. That's illegal. But Congress doesn't want to hear about that. What they want to hear about only is whether or not prominent people were involved. And I debriefed Epstein and I went over every prominent name with him and he had a major incentive to tell me about people that could have helped him get a better deal. And he did tell me about some people, but none of the people that you, that you mentioned.
Eric Bolling
Well, we'll pick this up another time.
Alan Dershowitz
Doesn't want to get the whole story out. If they wanted to get the whole story out, I can give them a list of people who they can call. Leslie Wexner, Alan Dershowitz. There are many other, many other of his lawyers. People who know the truth. They're not interested in the truth because the truth is a lot less interesting than the surmise that's out there.
Eric Bolling
I'd like to see it. I like to hear it. I like to hear the testimonies. I like to also see the all Epstein files. I like to see all whatever. You know, I want several million pages of it that we've only seen 19,000 pages or so.
Alan Dershowitz
Depressing. They're suppressing the Epstein files that show that many of the alleged victims were not really victims. That's what they're suppressing. Pressing because they're saying if you say you're a victim, then nothing comes out about you. But if you, if you blame somebody else, then it comes out. That's pure McCarthyism and it shouldn't be tolerated under our system. Let's get everything out there, not selective.
Eric Bolling
But everything that in this, in who's innocent in this, we agree. Which also includes testimony from Bill Clinton. That's all I'm saying. All right, Dallin, really good to have you. Thank you, sir.
Alan Dershowitz
Thank you.
Eric Bolling
I Folks, we'll be right back. Well, they're really trying to resuscitate whatever's left of Tim Tampon Timmy Walls's political career, aren't they? Think about it. This guy was the VP candidate for a brief minute and then he was actually considering a presidential run. And now Elmer Fraud is a disgraced governor who's not running again and who's clearly desperately clinging to anarchists to help revive his image on the way out. We're already doing it.
Alan Dershowitz
Do you regret jumping out before?
Eric Bolling
No.
Alan Dershowitz
And part of it was, look, I recognize that I'm a lightning rod and.
Ben Berquan
This is a tough, it's a tough.
Alan Dershowitz
Space for I'm in because I know they hate me personally and they take it out on my constituents because old.
Eric Bolling
White guys who are former governors tend.
Alan Dershowitz
To land on their feet. Okay. Type of thing. But in all fairness on the timing, I removed myself and then two days later, Renee Goode is murdered. But I think one of the things is I have no political consideration, will never run for an elected office again.
Podcast Announcer
Never again.
Alan Dershowitz
Never again.
Eric Bolling
And I will just do the work.
Alan Dershowitz
And what I found is, again, I'm going to say this. There's heroes on the streets that we don't know their names. They're never going to run for office. And those grass top leaders brought this administration to their knees this week to do something about it. So there's other ways to serve and I'll find them.
Eric Bolling
First of all, time for you to go away, Timmy. Second of all, please, please, you're not going to run because you might be behind bars. And third of all, the heroes in the street weren't the protesters, weren't the rioters. They're the reason two citizens are dead right now. Not ice like clockwork. Right. Elon Omar is attacked. Air quotes. Attacked. After years of saying hateful and racist things, race baiting things, inciting violence, slanderous things, you know, the usual Democrat explo. And Elmer Fraud comes out and blames, you guessed it, Donald J. Trump.
Alan Dershowitz
Do you blame President Trump? For what? This attack on Representative Omar. Well, certainly it's it's the tone that's. In this country. This has all been said. I think it goes back to, you know, years of this type of political rhetoric. I, you know, I can't specifically. And I know the subject. I talked to Representative last night. She was. Was good that this is the thing, that there's no tone. And I said the President constantly attacks Representative Omar attacks her citizenship attacks, the very decency of it. And we've asked him time and time again to stop it. I don't believe he's capable of stopping it. I just. I keep coming back to this. The decency of the American people is going to have to speak.
Eric Bolling
There is no decency surrounding Elon Omar. This woman walked into Congress with a negative net worth. I think $42 in her bank account, but negative net worth. And now is worth $30 million six years later. Made $25 million in a year, had a winery and made $5 million that no one can find. That's not a decent person, by the way. On top of all that, she said she's her. Her most important constituency isn't the people of Minnesota. It's the people of Somalia. Marco Rubio has more than proven that he can handle any of these delusional lefties in a debate. So Senator Tim Kaine tried to pretend like America didn't just experience a dementia in chief president. But he got himself in a bit of a pickle trying to paint this president, our President, with that same brush because he confused Greenland and Iceland. Something almost every single person on the planet has done at some point.
Alan Dershowitz
Speech in Davos. Here's what Something the President said in Davos. I'm helping NATO until the last few days.
Eric Bolling
When I told them about Iceland, they loved me. They're not here for us on Iceland.
Alan Dershowitz
That I can tell you. Our stock market took the first dip yesterday because of Iceland. So Iceland has already cost us a lot of money.
Eric Bolling
President repeatedly mistook Iceland for Greenland.
Alan Dershowitz
Right.
Eric Bolling
We're not mad at Iceland. They haven't cost us any money.
Alan Dershowitz
The president just mistook the two countries for each other, correct?
Eric Bolling
Yeah, he meant to say Greenland, but.
Ben Berquan
I think we're all familiar with presidents.
Eric Bolling
That have verbal stumbles. We've had presidents like that before. Some made a lot more than this one. Nice try.
Alan Dershowitz
Thanks.
Eric Bolling
All right.
Alan Dershowitz
Thank you. I thought he did.
Podcast Announcer
Well.
Eric Bolling
Sit up, Timmy Kane. You just got. You just got used. Face planted. Looks like somebody is feeling a little hurt. Should I say butthurt? Can I say that? A little butt hurt after not being chosen to Be Kamala Harris's vice president pick or maybe Democrat. Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro has got a little more common sense than most of his party's comrades. Apparently Josh Shapiro is willing to admit that the so called infrastructure bill, remember that trillion dollar thing Biden did first thing in office was as empty and useless as the Biden presidency itself.
Alan Dershowitz
The, the Biden Harris administration didn't provide those specific tangible things that people could see or feel. I'll give you a very specific concrete example. One of the biggest things holding back our rural communities and is a lack of high speed affordable Internet. Some people call that broadband. I've got 246,000 homes and businesses without it. I was incredibly proud of President Biden when they got that infrastructure bill passed to provide the billions of dollars that were needed to plug everybody and connect everybody in Pennsylvania. And do you know how many people, Scott, this many years later have been connected to high speed affordable Internet thanks to President Biden's law in Pennsylvania? 0.
Eric Bolling
Josh Shapiro honestly is probably the best Democrat politician out there right now. Probably the best one. But he can't be a vice president candidate. He can't even be a presidential candidate. You know why? Because he's Jewish. And the Democrats would never do that. They hate Israel. They would rather back Hamas than a Jewish vice president. This, this is what, this is where they are. New York Mayor Zoran Mamdani dropped a bomb on his city on Wednesday. Not that kind of bomb. Well, not yet at least. I'm just kidding. Relax everyone. Not a bomb. Real bomb. Zoram Amdani claiming that New York is currently undergoing a fiscal crisis at a scale of a Great Recession proves yet again why you should never put a socialist in charge of one of the most financially important cities not only in America, but the world.
Alan Dershowitz
We are speaking about a fiscal crisis at the scale greater than the Great Recession. And so there will not be one single thing that can answer that crisis. It will require us to pursue every single avenue. That means looking inward into savings and efficiencies. That also means raising taxes on the wealthiest New Yorkers and the most profitable corporations. And it means recalibrating the relationship with the state.
Eric Bolling
He wants to raise $12 billion in taxes for New York. Can't wait to watch this circus. They're not even trying to hide this one. Democrats are making it abundantly clear that if and when they take back the majority, they will do away with border withdrawal once and for all. Primala Jayapal proves yet again that her party has precisely zero interest in protecting this country from an illegal invasion.
Alan Dershowitz
We really need to, as soon as we get the gavels back, we have to dismantle DHS and ICE and CBP and we have to reconstruct them to what they really should be doing. Remember, don't let people tell you that these are agencies that have always existed and they need to exist. They didn't, didn't exist before 9 11.
Eric Bolling
We've been saying it right here, right all along. The Democrats are just waiting until the time they get. They need more than just the House at midterms. They want to get, they want to get control of DC again. Once they get control of DC all bets are off. They're going to remove everything that Donald Trump did. I'm just wondering if they're trying to get that Donald Trump highway change back from Southern Boulevard to Donald Trump highway back to Southern Boulevard or I don't know, maybe call it Kamala Boulevard. Who knows? Whatever. These people are just waiting for Trump to finish and they're just going to gut the place and go right back to that woke BS that they were so fond of right before Trump came back. Alrighty, everyone online now. Some sort of expert, 25 year old tick tock influencers, doctors, scientists, apparently the edge. This week we just dropped this. This morning we tackled what is myth and what is science for your body, for your health, for your longevity. And yet here we are. Because if something trends on tick tock, suddenly it costs $3,000. Comes with a waiting list, flashy videos, ominous scary music, someone not a medical pro in scrubs pointing at a machine. And just like that, perfectly healthy people, you and I are funding someone else's Ferrari and feeling exactly the same we felt before we spent the three grand.
Alan Dershowitz
Watch.
Eric Bolling
Everyone's selling longevity right now. Cold plunge, red light, hyperbaric peptides, testosterone, most of it noise. Or is it? Today we're cutting through the BS and focusing on the science of longevity. This is about staying sharp, strong and dangerous longer than the system expects. And sitting next to me is the guy who actually sees the blood work, not the influencers and not the hype. I had a medical doctor on talking about exactly all these modalities. We talked about hyperbaric chambers, we talked about infrared light, we talked about cold plunges, we talked about testosterone peptides creating all of it. And we debunked some of the the hype. And we talked about what really works. You got to want to watch that episode. Just go to Eric Bowling the Edge. There's Ben, there's Mad Dog. I think that's Cole on the corner over there. We got Trish, Matt behind them. And Drew did a lot of the editing and is on his way home. These guys get here really early in the morning, folks, really early. They work all day. They were the hardest working crew and by the way, the best crew I've worked with and I've worked at Fox, I've worked at News hacks, I've worked at Sinclair. Best crew right here. Ben, got some voicemails.
Ben Berquan
Yes, sir. We'll start with a long one here. This is a viewer's thoughts on the murder of Charlie Kirk and the state.
Podcast Announcer
Of the U.S. eric, one last story. My father once was one of the top 50 marksmen in this entire country with a 22, 38, 45. And I remember when I was 17 years old and I was studying history with the Kennedy assassination class, I remember my father sitting me down and saying, son, don't ever let anyone tell you that that little man up in that library casing with that single bolt action gun killed the President United States from that, from that far away. Because it didn't happen. And anybody that has any military background knows damn well it could not. It's not possibly physical to happen. And so as I look back in the day and age and now that I've been in the military myself, you people want to sell us a story of some freaking guy on a rooftop with a gun that far away. And that little punk didn't kill anybody. And the rest of the country that has a half a brain knows that you can't sell that story either. But due to the idea that President Trump didn't understand, if you really wanted to clean house, you had to take the top thousand CIA guys, the top thousand FBI guys and throw them all out the door on their so you could straighten it up. And since that didn't happen, you're just going to go on TV and tell people stories that smart people are never going to believe. So anyway, that was my final story to you. A little lesson from my Father from the grave, God bless his soul, he's been gone. And he left before COVID so he didn't have to see this crap. And any good military man that passed away before COVID God bless him, because what has been done to their country since is a goddamn disgrace. But anyway, Eric, have a good day.
Eric Bolling
Well, thank you, sir. Thank you for your service. Thank your dad for his service as well. And, you know, it really never sat well that the way this thing all played out with Charlie Kirk's assassination. The guy, the older guy who was in the crowd jumped up, immediately, said it was me. All the attention went there. The alleged shooter ran off, dismantled his gun, put it back together all in time, and then got away. And, you know, the other lunatic up front who turned around and started yelling, you know, against all human nature, not hiding, not ducking for cover, jumping off, saying, hey, hey. The distractions were just there. I just hope whatever happens, we. We. Eventually, we. We do. We do get to the bottom, because Charlie was a good man, a very, very good man.
Ben Berquan
Ben, we have a viewer who thinks.
Alan Dershowitz
We should leave NATO.
Podcast Announcer
Hi, Eric. This is Dave in Placerville, California. I'm calling in reference to the. Greenland, Danish Canadian and the whole. The whole NATO thing. So I look at it like this. If Canada don't want to work with us, Greenland don't want to work with us, then, you know, United States needed to just say, you know what? Well, f y', all, we're gonna pull out of NATO and you guys protect yourself. We're not gonna put out any money to protect you or support you anymore. And you know, and just America first from there on, you know, and the hell with them. And we'll have to make our own borders around our own security borders to protect us from Russia and China being in Greenland and all that. And. And you know what? Let the. Let NATO make their own decision if they want China and Russia to be all intermixed with them, you know, and whatever. All right? Please, please, please help California. Thank you.
Eric Bolling
I don't know where to start with that. First of all, California, I. I think you should leave. Just move. Move to Texas or Florida. It's almost. It's. It's. It's. I've always said this. They should build the. The border wall and put California not part of the United States. Feels like a different country anyway. I agree with you. Let's get out of NATO. Let's go. Get out of NATO anyway. But why not use that as some sort of, like, I don't know, negotiating tool? Give. You know, let us buy. I don't take it. Let's buy Greenland or we leave NATO. Great. I will save money. Whatever costs for Greenland. We're gonna save money by not financing NATO. Either way, it's a, it's a win, win. I do think Greenland is an important asset to have, or at least some sort of really, really, really, really good agreement. It is. It separates Russia from us. And we, we've loved to have that. We'd love to have an iron dome in case any lunatic, Putin, or anyone else from Russia decides to fire ballistics at us. We can take them out in the air before it hits the United North America. Canada should get involved too, but I love the idea of pulling out of NATO. Either way, watch the Europeans scramble if you really mean business. You want to pull out of NATO? It's a great, great idea. And I know a lot of people say it's, it's a, you know, anti war thing. And me, libertarian. It's what we're protecting. Europe. Why? What, what's, what's the. We have two water borders. We only have to protect our two other borders. One's Canada, one's Mexico. We're in a great situation. We don't need NATO. They need us. Sorry. Warm up next, folks. Banning coming up right after this. See you tomorrow.
