All right, let's check out the markets friends. 4 o' clock Eastern. Broaden Waltz close. Wall street closed. Ringgiting ding. Hayward. Hayward. I know that guy. I think check it out. Nice day. No, not a nice day. It's not a nice day. Don't look, don't look. Down 780 points and the Dow S P down 91. Rough day. Rough day in the NASDAQ as well. Down 327ouch points. Here's part of the reason, friends. Here's what happened. Literally the market was up before the before we opened. So in pre market was open, an inflation number came out. The inflation number was high. So the theory is when the inflation number is high, it's less likely that the federal ease rates. You know how Jerome Powell has said he doesn't want to ease rates. It'll be good for markets, be good for Trump. So it's giving the Fed reason not to ease lower, lower interest rates. So of course the equity markets turns down. The other thing that happened was the gold market moved down a little $156. But, but hear me out. $156. We're going to bring Philip Patrick in in just a second. That's a drop in the bucket. We're still hovering at $5,000. We'll ask Philip in a second. But I've been trading gold since 1988 and I know for the last 15 years gold has been between 1,000 and $2,000 an ounce until recently. About a year, year and a half ago it started to make this massive move up. So you're going to see these types of moves. Oil is the real reason why everything turned around. You had a little bit of a higher inflation, elevated inflation number and crude oil jumped on the news that Saudi Aramco was shutting in their refinery production because the Iranians threatened every single oil installation in the Middle East. Oil insulation gets shut in. Oil prices go up, equities go down. All right, the clown fiction. Iran we're talking about causing gas prices to rise in the U. S Making it more difficult for Americans. Here to give us some insight is precious metal specialist for the Birch Gold Group, Philip Patrick. Philip, I mentioned it. I've been trading gold since 1988 and I'm telling you for the longest time, 19. I don't know, it was probably around 2000. So I pulled out an ounce of gold. It's about $250 an ounce. Fifteen years ago we were between 1,000, $2,000. Tell us we, are we concerned about lower gold or are we believing. I believe gold's going higher. What are your thoughts on with Wall and Middle east conflict? What if it resolves itself? What happens?

Look, I, I don't think anything changes in terms of long term fundamentals for gold. The drivers for gold are debt, deficit, dollarization. These are the longer term drivers and we haven't yet made significant inroads there. So I think nothing's changing longer term. That being said, nothing's going to go up in a straight line. Right. And nothing's going to go down in a straight line either. When we talk about longer term decline of the dollar, it doesn't mean it goes like this. There'll be periods of rebound, et cetera and that's what we're seeing. I thought your analysis at the beginning was absolutely fantastic. We had inflation numbers coming out a little hotter than expected. Therefore the catalyst for the Fed to lower rates or the argument for them to lower rates is disappear. Saw a move to cash, some strengthening in the US dollar shorter term and that pushes gold prices down shorter term. But again, you know, nothing has changed in terms of the fundamental fundamentals. Investment banks are raising their predictions still for gold in the current climate suggesting 6300 most of them by the end of this year. So nothing's really changed in terms of fundamentals. But I think dips like this do create opportunities for people.

Yeah. For those of us who on the gold trading floor, we, we buy the dip. Buy the dip. This is, this is one maybe you get even further dip, you buy the dip. But Phil, I think what also happened to correct me if I'm wrong, we started to see this breakout in the gold price and central banks realized that they were caught flat footed. They didn't have enough gold in their reserves. They realized that you needed more, especially with things heating up in the Middle East. They got caught with almost, not necessarily short, but not enough gold ownership in the Treasuries. And that's where they're now buying every dip that they possibly can. Am I right or wrong?

Absolutely. And that's probably the most encouraging thing about gold is who you are buying with today. It's the smartest money in the room. It is central banks. The last fiscal quarter of last year was the biggest fiscal quarter for gold buying by central banks in history. So 5,000 tons, which was a Record. So the velocity of central bank gold buying is increasing. And I don't think the rationale is disappearing. Look, we've got a big section of the world, Russia, for example, who have to distance from US Dollars because of sanctions and other things. We've got another half of the world that want to hold reserves in a currency that cannot be printed. And they understand that, at least at the moment, we're in a trap. $2 trillion deficits, which means more money printing, more devaluation. Unless we can fix that. And I know the administration are making inroads and pushing this is going to continue to devalue longer term and gold will continue to.

And really, 30 seconds on this answer, Philip. Is important to get in here. So when you have turmoil in the middle, it's like we have. There's what's called a flight to the dollar. It's considered the most stable currency, global currency in the world. So when there's a flight to the currency, that dollar, the dollar price goes up. Dollar price goes up. Things like gold tend to go down. Final thought on that.

It's absolutely correct. And we did see that. We saw a flight to cash. We didn't see a flight to debt, though. With the invas, what typically would have happened is treasury yields would have lowered. They went up. So it means the dollar is still the best currency. People are moving there. Debt is the concern for investors, and

He resigns, walks away and he drops a letter, dropped a bomb basically on his way out. That basically says, I can't be part of this. We attacked Iran for no good reason. There was. This is a good part. There was no imminent threat. No imminent threat, Joe, that's doing a whole lot of work there. That phrase right there. What's next? Al Qaeda is just a book club? Apparently. Now, the only time you're allowed to deal With a threat is when it's already knocking on your front door. That about it, Joe? Knife in hand? Maybe the threat sent you a calendar invite. Hey, just wanted to confirm terror attacks still good for Tuesday. Is that the standard, Joe we're now going to be held under? Iran is not some neutral country minding its own business. Iran is the world's largest state sponsor of terrorism, period. They fund Hezbollah, they back Hamas. They've been linked to attacks that have killed and injured American troops for decades. That's not speculation or spin. That's reality, Joe. So when Joe Kent says no imminent threat, what he's really saying is maybe they weren't threatening us this moment, not right this second. Oh that's great. Then maybe we'll just wait until they are. Is Wednesday good? But here's the thing. Joe used to agree with everything I just said. 20:26 Joe Kent meet 20:20 Joe Kent because 20:20 Joe Kent once posted directed at President Trump, mind you that quote, we should not sit and wait for the next attack on when it comes to Iran. 2020 Joe Kent also placed trust in his president, quoting I personally think we should have crushed their ballistic and nuke capabilities capes. But Trump has a plan. He has definitely earned the confidence of any clear eyed observer. In 2023, Joe Kent blamed the Oct. 7 attack on Biden's insufficiently hostile policy towards who Iran and pledged that if elected he would make sure to generously arm Israel. He ran for Congress generously arm Israel. Now in his outgoing letter from the DNI he blames Israel for corrupting US foreign policy. 2026 Joe Kent, hey, why don't you be 2024 joking. Most Americans aren't aware of it. We've our troops in Iraq and Syria have been attacked 150 plus times by Iranian proxy. Think about that for a second because Joe Kent's going to be on the Tucker Cross Carlson show today. I want to make clear here right now criticism of your government. That's not the issue here. Questioning government policy is not the issue here. That is American. All of it is allowed. Claiming no imminent threat about Iran after years of saying we weren't doing enough about the Iranian threat. Now that's the issue. Why the sudden change, Joe? In the same letter, Kent goes on to say Iran posed no imminent threat to the United States. Well Joe, neither did ISIS by the way. But Kent also applauds their defeat. In that letter he praises the defeat of isis. Well, maybe it was the end of isis. But then guess what happened, Joe Biden happened And then the wokening of our military happening under Joe Biden. That's what waited for. An imminent threat gets you by the way for isis. Four ISIS inspired attacks in under two weeks. The guy responsible for stopping terrorism attacks fails to stop two in one week and then quits, walks out the door. Maybe your counterterrorism wasn't counterterrorism ing enough, Joe. Sleeper cells right under your nose, Joe. Also, word out on the street is that Joe Kent was a known leaker and he was cut out of intelligence briefings months ago. Kent was not been part of any ran planning discussions or briefings at all. Feels a bit like a disgruntled employee to me. But I digress. In the first term, President Trump's first term, Trump made death defeating ISIS a priority. That was one of his first priorities. And to his credit, ISIS lost territory. He killed their leadership, they lost momentum. But defeated doesn't mean gone forever. It means downgraded or degraded. And then Biden presidency happened. Remember isis, much like Iran and the terror groups they fund and support, they're always active, recruiting, plotting, trying to get more money, trying to get more people. Terrorism doesn't sleep. It doesn't just expire either. Especially when your president gives them plenty of money to fund it. Joe Biden made sure of that. Billions to Iran. So now you're hearing these phrases about the war in Iran. This isn't America first, this is someone else's war. This sounds a bit like this, by the way.

The fact is we had four dead Americans. Was it because of a protest or was it because of guys out for a walk one night who decided they'd go kill some Americans? What difference at this point does it make?

Oh, indifference. By the way. Hill shady shows weakness. Weakness invites aggression. Weakness begets wars. That's the difference. It makes Hill shady. No one wants war. I don't want war. I'm against all wars that we're not absolutely threatened on our homeland. I'm against that. But sometimes the goal is to stop the threat before it becomes imminent. Joe. You don't get peace by pretending your enemies aren't dangerous. You get peace by making making damn sure they think twice before acting. There are families in this country who've lost loved ones to attacks tied to groups that Iran funds and supports. So when someone in a top counterterrorism role says, ah, not really a threat, it's pretty insulting. Joe Kent has every right to resign, no problem. If you disagree with the policy at that level, you step down. But when you walk out the door and rewrite reality on the way out, well, that's just different. That's wrong. The idea that America is just being dragged into something like America. I don't. Just a passive observer when you're not paying attention. The Iranian situation is a case in point. That this country sits back and allows a country such as Iran to hold our hostages, to my way of thinking, is a horror.

I think right now would be an oil rich nation. I think this country is responsible for that war by its own weaknesses. If we were respected, properly respected as a country and as a people and as a nation, I don't think that you would have the war going on right now between Iran and Iraq. Hair. Also Trump in an interview back in 1988, and I'm quoting Donald Trump, I'd be harsh on Iran. They've been beating us psychologically, making us look like a bunch of fools. One bullet shot at one of our men or ships and I do a number on Kharg Island, I go in and take it. Iran can't even beat Iraq, yet they push the United States around. It'd be good for the world to take Iran out. Iran's been playing this game for decades, through proxies, through funding, through influence. Joe Kent said so himself again and again. But Iran has only been met with complacency or even cooperation by President Biden after President Obama. All right, our next guest, the CEO and managing director of the Oden Marine Group, an international shipping company which is very involved in the Middle east and crossing the Strait of Hormuz, navigating that. Happy to have Richard Appel with us. Rich, I have so many questions for you, my friend. First of all, where does you have ships? I see around the world, but specifically through the Strait of Hormuz. How does your fleet sit right now, given what's going on?

F (20:58)

Well, the ships that we're involved in and the transactions we're involved in, we're heavily involved in, specifically Kuwaiti exports of petrochemicals. So we have probably 15 ships, maybe in 20amonth, going through on a normal. Normal circumstances, let alone other vessels, crude oil and other vessels we're involved in. So we're pretty active. And, you know, every day we're monitoring and operating ships through the Straits of Hormuz.

Probably at least 20amonth.

Oh, zero.

Well, you know, I shouldn't say that. I'll give you a little, little quick one. We actually just confirmed the ship today, and it's a funny reason why they did it, because we did a ship today. I won't say who, but there was a ship already. You know, there are ships stuck in the Arabian Gulf, right? They can't get out, right. So they're floating around where they feel it's safe. What else can they do? Because they don't want to go through the Straits of Hormuz if they don't have to. So they're hanging around. And then we actually confirmed the vessel today that actually loaded a cargo and is on its way out through Hormuz.

Actually out of Saudi Arabia, out of Jubail. Al Jubail.

And the. The owner, the freight rate was actually very low, and I couldn't figure out why, because freight rates globally have gone through the roof, double, tripled. Unbelievable numbers. Highest ever. They did basically a market rate before the war, and I was kind of trying to figure out why. And the reason was they just want to pay for the insurance. So in other words, the. The additional war risk insurance on the whole is so high, so expensive, that it's cheaper for them to have a cargo fixed even at cheap rates and let the charterer the cargo on or pay for these insurance.

This is so amazing. So, so literally some you, you got some, someone got some captain to agree to bring his crew through the straight. Guys, put up a, a map please. I want to show the, show where Saudi Arabia were, where Odin may have loaded and, you know, unloaded some oil into the, onto the ship and, and through the Gulf Sea as we get and go up to show you. Iran is a big blue area up there. Saudi Arabia's on the, on the lower end, on behind it. So you loaded way up in there. You had to pass through the straight, though, get to get the, whatever problem she was already.

F (23:10)

She had passed through the straight weeks ago before the war. So she was sitting around. So what she ended up doing was she said, we got to get out of here anyway. If we get to sail in Dallas, we're gonna have to pay the insurance ourselves. So they took a cargo and basically did it for free compared to what the rates are today, just to have the charter pay for that insurance. Because, say $100 million ship, you're talking about 5% now, where it was a half a percent before. So for $100 million ship, $5 million in additional insurance.

So I contend it's not only about insurance. These people are literally taking their lives in their hands. When the Iranians say we might hit you from either the shoreline in Iran, maybe somewhere else, they've literally threatened the whole entire Gulf region, including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and others. Right?

F (23:58)

Yeah. Oh, definitely. I mean, you know, they're trying to make disruption, right? I mean, that's the only thing they have right now. And it's, and it's going to be effective because, you know, I, I, I, I was actually in this region personally, sailing as an officer on, on tankers back in the 1980s. In fact, I was in Fajira when the USS Stark was hit. You may recall, during the Iran Iraq War. That's when we were buddies with Saddam, right? And he, he hit us, quote, unquote, by accident. But so I know you know what it's like to go in and out of Straits or Hormuz during wartime. That was a war, real war, between two countries in the region. This is more dangerous in many ways, even though back then it was two countries at war. Now we have basically, you know, one country at war with a, a country, an Iran, that was much weaker, you would think, than they were back then. Right. But it's More dangerous.

It's more about the threats than the actual kinetic activity. Right. I mean, because you can threaten and it literally shuts everything down with the exception of someone who wants to get their ship out of there and doesn't want to pay the extra $5 million.

F (24:56)

So go ahead and think about it this way. It's not even really the ships. When you hit one chip, it's one cargo. Right. If you take out a terminal or a refinery or some production facility, that could be 100 cargos. So what are you better off hitting a facility that produces this stuff, whether it's chemicals or petrochemicals or oil, whatever, or the ship. So that's why they're playing around with my. I'm no expert, but I would imagine the reason why they're playing around with threatening their neighbors because they're saying, you know what, you know, we're pretty desperate. We're probably, you know, we need, we're going to do anything we can to preserve our integrity. So we're going to take our facilities and the ships. Right.

So let me ask you. People need to understand this. Like the general public thinks, oh, it's just oil that's going through there. And we'll figure that out. You should. Petrochemicals, which are used for pharma uses, you, there's, there's helium going through there which are used for creating microchips and such.

This is a very important shipping channel, not just for oil. Tell us, Eric.

F (25:57)

I'm glad you mentioned that because I'm a petrochemical guy and, and no one really talks about it because it doesn't affect the price of the pump. You know, around the kitchen table, people aren't saying, what's the price of paraxylene today? We're going to have to pay an extra $5 for the clothes that's produced from the paraxylene that they produce out in China. You know, you bring it out there. Right. So. But there's probably more. But it could be, if this goes prolonged, it could be more of a cost to the individual on the petrochemical effects because downstream petrochemicals or another, you know, we can talk about freight rates too, but downstream petrochemicals, the inventories are very sensitive. So when there's a disruption here, it creates increased cost everywhere around the globe to move the product right where. And it is actually more sensitive than oil. But yeah, I mean, everyone cares about what they pay at the pump. The politicians, that's it. Right. They don't really care about what methanol or caustic soda costs to move out of the through the streets or your

chip that's in your computer because helium's in that or correct. You know, a petro molecule is in just about every single thing we use on a daily life. And it's not just gasoline. I wanna. Hey, control, I'm calling audible here. Rich, do you have enough time to, for us to take a break and bring you back for a second second round?

I here, I want to tease this a little bit. I have a very skeptical view on what's going on in the Middle east right now. Yes, it's the Iranians causing a lot of problems. But my assumption, my. I've done this for 35 years. I've watched the Saudis, I've watched the Omanis, I've watched the Kuwaitis, I've watched the Iraqis. I, I'm going to make a statement here that's probably unpopular. I believe that they're, I'm not saying complicit in this, but they're loving $100 barrel of WTI and $110 barrel of Brent crude to the point where the Saudi. Does Aramco really need to shut in that refinery, which they did this morning? Did Kuwait really need to shut in those refineries? Is there that much risk to it? And by the way, when you shut in a refinery, you're building up stockpiles of crude oil. So there's going to be a lot of oil around. Do me a favor, I'm going to take a quick break. I'd like to bring you back and just tell me where I'm wrong, where I believe that the Middle east is somewhat complicit in this, even if they don't want to do it publicly. Before the break, I posed a theory that I believe that there's some of the Middle Eastern countries don't really love us. Even though they want to say they're our allies, they want to play ball. Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, whatever. But they seem to be acting more like they're in cahoots with the Iranians, keeping the oil price high. Let's bring back CEO and managing director of the Odin Marine Group international shipping company, by the way, very involved in the Middle East, Mr. Richard Appel. Rich, My theory is that, yeah, they want to play nice with Trump and they say, hey, we got your back over here in the Middle East. But then they're doing things that don't make sense. If you got someone that's willing to pull a ship through the. The straight Hormuz, why in the hell would they have to shut in Kuwaiti refining capacity and Saudi Aramco refining capacity?

Well, I'm not saying that kind of, those kind of tactics aren't going on other times, but I think in this case it's not necessarily true because let's Use Kuwait for an example. Right. Very close to the Iranian border. I mean, very close. Right. They're basically leaning on each other. I mean it's pretty simple, it's pretty easy to take out their facilities. And you know, they could shut down their petrochemical production for a year or two, even longer maybe depending on the damage. Meaning the Iranians, what they could, what they, the havoc they can create on that particular facility and the same goes with other facilities in, in Qatar and, and Saudi and other places. So I don't think so in this case. I think it's a real, you know, the technology. Even though the Iranians were whittled down, I would imagine, you know, over the years, especially the last six months, as far as weaponry is concerned, they still obviously have a good amount of it. And you know, you can see today with Trump using the bunker busters to take out some of the artilleries and along the coasts to, you know, because those are the biggest threats to the facilities that I just mentioned and also the ships.

This is important, guys. Put the map up. This is important. Look, look at the, the map. We put the straight of Hormuz map up. We can see how vast the, the, the shoreline is for Iran. It's a massive state, a massive country. You can see they have a huge amount of area that they can lob, connect, keep in mind, into shipping. Go ahead.

Yeah, that, keep in mind, back in the 1980s when I was there, the Iranian, just to give a contrast, the helicopters that the Iranians used to kind of terrorize everybody, they would buzz the ships and they'd have rocket propelled grenades. We had one flying 30, 40ft above the ship at one time. They wouldn't, they couldn't even fly at night. They would only. The threat for them was only during the daytime. So look at the contrast between then and now when you have missile systems and everything else that they have technology wise, you know, not, not to mention the drones when back then they couldn't even fly at night. They can fly the helicopters.

Let's pull that map up full so we can see it, See the size of Iran, probably the size of Saudi Arabia down to the, to the left side of the map right there. I have a question for you, Rich. Tell me, so if Carg island is in Iran, where they're loading a lot of Iranian oil, where is the, the loading ports on the Saudi side of that? Where are they located specifically? Because here's the question. Is there not an opportunity to take a Saudi pipeline instead of going through the Strait of Hormuz, just bringing it right out to the, the, the Gulf of Arabia.

F (36:22)

Well, they, there is bypassing going on as we speak and that's mainly through the Red Sea. So there's pipelines, you know, from Saudi and other, other, you know, same with Qatar and other places to pipeline to the Red Sea. Right. So you're going the other way. Not a risk. It was a risk with the Houthis if you, for the last two years, but now it's a safe place. So that's one area. But you don't get the volume, right. You're not getting the, the volume. And to answer your questions, what happens like in Saudi and for the Saudi crude oil, the facilities are offshore. Saudi because the ships are too big. They don't come into port. They come into, most of the time they're coming into an off, off offshore facility that's miles off the coast. Right. And they're very exposed. The Iranians probably could take them out if they wanted to right now. And they're not because they know, you know, they're only doing, they're kind of playing a little bit I, I believe and just trying to keep enough of an edge on the situation to prevent commerce. Right. Because remember this, you could go a week without any ship being hit or any facility being hit, but just one gets hit. The insurance companies, which is the biggest weapon the Iranians are using. It's not even a weapon, it's insurance. The insurance companies, if you, if you own a ship that's $100 million, $200 million, $50 million, whatever, and the insurance company says, by the way, we're not going to cover you. If you go through the Straits of Hormuz, you know, it stops. They're not going to go through, let alone the safety to the crew.

Right. So, so we can basically say we've, we've mind swept the whole strait. But if they say, well you're not really sure if you did or not or we might just hit you with a surface, surface to air to ship missile or rich. Have you seen the video that the Iranians put out that's been confirmed as real of these massive numbers of submersible I'll call them drone mines that they have, they have hundreds of them that are dry right now, but who's to say they won't drop them in the water at some point?

You know, it seems to me, I'm not an expert on the military or weapon weaponry, but it seems to me they were preparing for this. They knew that this, something like this could happen. And they knew the only thing that could probably stop it is pressure from other countries. China, India, you know, Norway, whatever you want to call it, you know that, hey, we can't afford this. You know, we need to get the ships in and out. You got to slow down, you got to give the, these guys some slack. So as long as they keep creating this tension where insurance companies are not willing to insure the vessels, you know, it does, it's going to slow down commerce and it's, it's very expensive. And I don't, I'm not sure the Trump administration knew the extent of that, you know, thinking that they, they, they, if they just took 80 of their, took out 80 of their weapons that it would stop. No, they could still do a lot of damage for a number of months. You know, sooner or later though, there's

no question that they're, they're in existential threat position positioning right now where they're going to take, they're going to take their, their capabilities down to zero if they have to, to, to try and at least if they're not going to, I don't know, survive it, they're going to certainly try and save, save some face and takes out some ships and make themselves before they go out swinging, so to speak. And like I said, Eric, it's a big country and it's a lot of places to hide it. Right. Again, they're using a bunker, buses today to get underground because a lot of those batteries they have, the missile batteries are underground. Right. So we know that. But you know, this can drag out a lot longer. I, you know, you might say that the heavy bombing of Iran might stop in a week or two, which I believe it will. But you know, the aftermath of that and all they need to do is hit a ship here and hit a ship there, take out a facility here and there and it's, that's all they need to do. They don't need to do heavy bombardment, bombardment to create havoc, and they know that. So they're hoping that the economic pressure on the Trump administration gets so large that, you know, we back off, you

know, and it's getting there. One quick, I got less than a minute. Sorry, just real quick answer to this. Yeah, I, I, I'm just feeling that this is, this is, they, they were Saudis. Our friends would just prefer $100 barrel of oil even if it means looking like they're complicit with this. Final thought on that.

Well, Eric, like, you know, you were in the business for A year. You were on the floor for years. It's always about the money, right? I mean, everything's about the money. And especially this region has always been about the money, you know? You know, you go back decades and decades. It all comes around oil. So, yeah, I mean, that's. That's definitely in the back of their mind. Not only the Saudis, but oil companies in general. Right. I mean, you know, the oil prices weren't spectacular. 70 a barrel sounds good, but it's not just, you know, you make a good point.

Well, let's bring in our next guest, who seems to always have not only the latest information, but the best information, every news story the American people need to know. Here to give us insight on the Save America act, the CEO and editor in chief of Just the News. Always happy to have Mr. John Solomon with us. John, but first, let's just talk about something that you've been working on. You talked to us a little bit and you said, give me a little bit of time. I got a lot more coming. The Chinese were influencing 2020 to what extent, sir? And what do you know?

G (46:21)

Well, let's take everybody back two years just to remind this, because it's a little history now. In 2024, Great Britain had a national crisis. And when I mean a national crisis, there were blue ribbon panels, terminations, election security measures, all because of the revelation that its voter registration databases had been hacked by China. Even the Biden administration weighed in, saying, this is terrible. We're going to punish China on behalf of Great Britain. We'll do something. But when the Biden administration made that announcement, they were harboring a deep secret. The Intelligence Committee was harboring a deep secret here in the United States. We have known since the spring of 2020 that China accessed and penetrated our voter registration database here. But there's been crickets because the US Intelligence community kept it a secret. They kept it from President Trump, they kept it from the Congress, they kept it from the American people. And first we confirmed this. We've now gotten the declassified documents for everybody to see. China got access to the voter registration data, data that's so sensitive that keep in mind, Democrats right now don't want to give that data to our Justice Department. They think the Justice Department should have it. Our Intelligence Committee knows that China has it. Why is it sensitive? It has Your driver's license information, your Social Security information, all the information needed to register to vote. And if in the hands of a foreign power, it could be used to create fake ballot, fake ballots or fake registrations. So that's why it's so sensitive. In China it was a national crisis moment. In America, it was a cover up moment. For the last six years, the intelligence community kept us in the dark about it, kept presidents in the dark about it, kept the Congress in the dark about it. Now what's more interesting is the reason why they kept it today a secret. Today we reported that the intelligence community's analyst ombudsman, basically the person that's supposed to keep an eye for the American people on the intelligence analysts in the community, he determined that the reason this was all kept secret and he wrote a whole report, unclassified report, which we made public today, was that the Intelligence committee analysts, the people working on the China intelligence world, they were, did not like Donald Trump. They actually believed he was bad, they didn't like his policies. So they made a decision to put their political views over their country and they kept this from the President, from the Congress and from the American people because of their own political biases. That is the conclusion of the intelligence community ombudsman, something that we made public safe. So we now know this penetration occurred and we know it was covered up particularly because the deep state didn't like President Trump's politics or policies.

John, a couple of things there to unpack. Voter registration data is so important. I'll give you an example of how important it is when we're. When Trump tried to investigate waste, the abuse, the fraud and abuse in Minneapolis and Minnesota. Ellison Attorney General said no, no, we're not going to give. They have to sue the state just to get our own American voter registration data. A foreign country, an adversary, probably likely our most formidable foreign adversary to have this information can do so many things with it. Do you think they sold it or shared it or traded it with the likes of Russia?

G (49:37)

Well, now here is what we know that may be most concerning. So these penetrations into the voter databases, the accessing of the voter databases, registration databases in America was detected in early 2020. So February through about June. In July, the Customs Border Protection Agency, Customs Border Protection intercepted a package of tens of thousands of fake driver's licenses. The FBI had a mole inside the Chinese government who said those licenses were sent here to create fake ballots so that more ballots could be cast for Joe Biden in the battleground states and potentially help Joe Biden defeat Donald Trump in the 2020 election. So there is evidence that after the penetrations occurred, China went to active measures, meaning sending driver's licenses in with the hope that they would get ballots during the pandemic, absentee ballots, and be able to vote on behalf of identities that either weren't in the states anymore or were fake identities.

May I ask this for clarity? So each state holds this data of their own citizens, right? Their own voter rolls. Did they hack all of them? Some of them. Many of them. What do they get?

G (50:53)

We don't know. We don't know because the number of states were redacted and the identity of the states were redacted and the actual method upon which they accessed each state is redacted. We're asking the CIA Director, John Radcliffe, and the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbitt to declassify and release the underlying data. But what we do know is it was multiple states data that was obtained and someone knows.

So each state knows how they were hacked. Right, but they're. And maybe.

G (51:21)

No, I don't think the states even know that they've been penetrated. That is a very scary thing. We can find no evidence, and we've asked the question, but no one can answer whether any state's been notified.

You know, you make senators, right? Now, the begs of question, John, we were talking about Venezuela getting involved, maybe the voting machine machine hacking. Is it possible China was using Venezuela's technology? Not that the Chinese don't have it.

G (51:44)

No evidence yet. Yeah, yeah, no evidence of that yet, it looks like. And think about this. If they had access to the voting machines where they could flip votes, right, why would they have to go through the trouble of setting up fake voter identities to do it? It suggests that they maybe don't have access yet to that sort of capability, but they were in a position at least to do what we call old, valid, old fashioned ballot box stuffing, something that the Democrats have done for a long time. By the way, there have been races in Connecticut and New Jersey just in the last couple of years overturned because of illegal ballot box stuffing. So it looks like China was going in that direction. If the FBI documents are an accurate reflection of what the intelligence.

Man, I would love to know if Georgia was one of those. Do we know if Georgia was among them?

G (52:27)

We don't. We don't know the states yet. We do not know. And that's why I'm working so hard to get the CIA director, the DNI and others to do this. President Trump should order them to do it. This is really important stuff and like I said in Great Britain when this revelation occurred, it was a matter of national crisis In America our intelligence community made it a matter of COVID up. They put their politics before their country and that is really, really troubling.

That's right John. I got two minutes. Save America act. Where does it stand? Bring us up to speed please.

It's debated. It's been cleared for debate. So the first hurdle has been there but there's not 60 votes. There's no evidence Republicans will change the filibuster. So it'll be a debate that will not result in a passage of the law unless the president and Harmeet Dhillon and the Director of National Intelligence and the CIA director start briefing these senators right now. Harmeet Dhillon could go tell each senator hey, in your state when I looked at your voter data I found X thousand number of illegal aliens made it throughout to the voter rolls and X voted. That sort of briefing could be incredibly game changing just like it was game

changing one quick before I before I lose I'm sorry to cut you off I so much to talk to you about to do a whole show brother. I saw Lankford this morning on Fox and he seemed very I'll say he was remotely more than remotely. He seemed confident, let's put it that way. Is he just talking his book so to speak?

We don't know. I mean there's a lot of things going on behind the scenes. The fact that they got to a debate is a good thing. The if these senators can brief be briefed on what happened in their own state. Everybody's parochial right they care about what's it mean to me if you're Murkowski and you find out your state was hacked and I don't know if it was you might be more inclined to do that if you find out you were one of the states where the Chinese licenses were going to you might be more inclined. I think there's a narrative opportunity for this administration to educate senators and move some of the resistance to yay votes.

Amazing. All these things dovetail Save America act finding out who the hell is hacking our voter data. It's incredible how how loose and free we've kind of been with something so vastly important to the to the Republic. John.
