Well, Trump's tariffs are bringing in billions into the United States and the US Trade deficit has fallen to a five year low. And take a look.
Caller/Guest Contributor
And now because of tariffs which have.
Caller
Been so incredible, we've taken in hundreds.
Caller/Guest Contributor
Of billions of dollars and we're bringing back our factories, we're bringing back everything.
Eric Bolling
Well, one pro Trump business owner says there's an unintended consequence of those tariffs. Mike Appling, CEO and owner of Lift High Crane and Rigging, said there's now a crane shortage causing construction projects to slow down. Mike, welcome. So you say that you're need to buy cranes. They're manufactured elsewhere or in the United States, but because of the tariff situation, you have to look at the manufacturers within the United States and that is costing you more. Tell us about the supply and demand of cranes. And by the way, it matters because our tall buildings are all built with cranes. Go ahead, tell us about that situation now.
Mike Appling (CEO, Lift High Crane and Rigging)
Well, and you're absolutely right. It's the tall buildings, it's the LNG plants, it's the data centers, it's the chip plants. And the cranes are manufactured all over the world. It's a worldwide market, so to speak. And totally agree that the, the tariffs are generating tax revenue, they've cut the trade deficit, There's a lot of good things going on. But right now, crane manufacturing was not offshored from the United States. There are zero tower cranes, which are the ones on the buildings that are manufactured in the United states. Less than 3% of all terrain cranes, which is in the picture right there, are manufactured in the United States. And importantly, there's only three sizes of all trains that are manufactured in the United States when there's literally 30 sizes ranging from 30 to 900 tons. So we don't even have the ability to buy these cranes in the United states. And the one crane manufacturer that makes its largest crane is a 300 ton, if you called them. Now, my understanding is that you'll get a crane in about a year. And so we're just looking for some relief and some type of modification just has Been done with coffee and bananas and other things where it's like, if you can't buy it here and there's no chance to buy it here, then why are we adding, you know, an extreme amount of cost, millions of dollars in some cases per crane. And that's also causing people to take a look at Chinese cranes. I personally know people that have never bought Chinese cranes before and they're now looking at it because economics are just getting out of hand on the cranes we buy from our allies being Japan and Germany.
Eric Bolling
You know, this is, I don't know if you know this. I understand your. They've told me that you are still yet pro tariffs though. Explain that how you can, how can be pro tariffs yet? You're, the business that you started is having a hard time because of those tariffs.
Mike Appling (CEO, Lift High Crane and Rigging)
Well, the whole crane industry is having a hard time with the tariffs and it's kind of a unified front. But we are all supportive of reshoring manufacturing in the United States. We want to make America manufacturing great again. And that is what's going on. The tariffs are having the effect that President Trump and the administration would like to have, but it's also, there are unintended consequences in certain markets where it's just not as efficient to do broad based tariffs the way we're currently doing them.
Eric Bolling
So cranes, bananas, beef from Venezuela, autos, AI My question is, you know, I'm an economist, right? I think you guys are misreading this. I think you're, you're right in that it's difficult because you need to go outside the country because frankly these things have been produced outside the country cheaper because labor is cheaper there, etc. Raw materials are cheaper there. They don't have minimum wages in, in China, they don't have a whole list of regulations in China so they can produce a crane cheaper. So your choice is either go buy Chinese crane and hope they're not spying on you by the way, which they might be with materials and, and, or technology or, or, or, or spend more money here. I just, I believe every single industry is in the same. Quan, you know, quagmire, what do we do? And for me, I just want the tariffs to go away. Why am I wrong?
Mike Appling (CEO, Lift High Crane and Rigging)
Well, the, the tariffs are a good thing for many people in many industries and they are causing more purchases in the United States and people are getting focused on that. But that's not available in every situation and cranes are currently not available. And the labor is not cheaper in Germany and Japan than it is here.
Caller/Guest Contributor
The German Japan is Cheaper in China.
Eric Bolling
It'S maybe a twentieth of what it is. You can pay a Chinese manufacturing worker 500 bucks a month.
Mike Appling (CEO, Lift High Crane and Rigging)
I totally agree. And most people will not buy Chinese cranes because they're worried about the safety, the quality and the national security risk that you just mentioned. And I do believe that they would spy on you. I mean, think about a crane with sensors, cameras, recorders, computers. And we want Chinese cranes going into our LNG plants and nuclear plants. I don't think that makes a whole lot of sense. But the unintended consequences, people are starting to look at the cheaper cranes, whereas they previously had not done so.
Eric Bolling
Okay, so you're, you're here because you want to talk about a situation that's developing in specifically building, construction, manufacturing, and the support, the infrastructure support which you are cranes. What's your, what's your pitch? What do you want the American people to hear right now and do turn and make a call to their congresspeople, call the White House? What do you want them to do?
Mike Appling (CEO, Lift High Crane and Rigging)
We want a modification of some sort that gives us a couple of years to figure this out. We can work as an industry with the manufacturers to potentially figure out how to build plants here that may ultimately not be economical, but at least we won't disrupt the market and cause delays in the meantime. And you mentioned the point about being an economist. The analogy that I always like to use is if Germany is charging us 30% to import a Ford Explorer, then we ought to be charging 30% on an X5. And we have had trade imbalances caused by protectionism all over the world. And I really appreciate that President Trump is dealing with that, but it's not going to work on a broad based.
Eric Bolling
You know, I'll have this, I'll have this esoteric conversation with you as they do so many people who have this who make the same argument. Mike. Okay, so you're Apple or, I don't know, your Caterpillar. And Trump says unless you start manufacturing here, we're going to put the same tariffs in and out for, for all your products as well. They say we're going to build a plant here. Two questions. When are they going to build the plant? One, they make promises where they can wait till Trump's out of office and change their mind. Or number two, if they do go ahead and put half a trillion dollars into building a manufacturing plant for iPhones or whatever the number may be. Is anyone in this day and age, including you, sir, do you think they're going to fill these plants with human beings? Or with robots.
Mike Appling (CEO, Lift High Crane and Rigging)
Oh, it would be a mix of both. And there's no doubt that the manufacturing plants have been moving more toward robots. But I would also tell you that it may not be economical to build a crane plant over here and it would take four to five years to do it and possibly, you know, three to $5 billion, depending on the estimates. And that's just for one crane plant. And so it is a, it is a tough situation all the way around.
Eric Bolling
So maybe we can compromise here and say, well, in industries or products like cranes, heavy, heavy equipment, there should be some sort of lee lead time, leeway, a couple of years, we get a landing strip, so to speak, and allow these companies to upscale manufacture, manufacturing here in the United States without putting the immediate tariff on. Is that, is that something you'd be willing, would you, Are you okay if they said, you know what, we'll give it a two year window, but that doesn't help you out now because you still can't secure the crane right away, right?
Mike Appling (CEO, Lift High Crane and Rigging)
Oh, we can go get cranes right now. I mean, when we are buying cranes in North America, we can buy cranes in Germany, we can buy cranes in Japan, but we need that Runway to figure out how to adjust the manufacturing base. And so exactly what you just proposed would be a big win for the construction industry at large.
Eric Bolling
You know, it's a very fascinating argument. So there's a, there's a huge group of people who, who believe we should do exactly what Trump is doing. You agree that raise the tariffs to bring manufacturing back here. I don't think it's going to happen. I don't believe that's the way companies work. I think they're more concerned with their bottom line and they'll just wait out the waiting period and they'll go back to the regular operations or once someone's not breathing down their neck about, about tariffs. It's just me. I'm being, I know people hate when I say that I'm still an economist and I'm, I'm free market economist on top of that. But maybe you pick it by industry or maybe you pick it by product. Should it be tariffs right now or should there be six months, a year, two years, five years, depending on how difficult it is to get up to speed manufacturing those products here. It's not a bad, it's not a bad compromise. That might, I guess what my biggest problem is, everything became blanket tariff right off the top. And as we go forward, as you point out, you said coffee, bananas, I'll say I'll add beef autos, you know, several other different products that people who've petitioned the White House get a little bit relief on. So maybe it is industry by industry or product by product. But Mike, we hope you do figure out where you're going to go from here, make your appeal. Where can people find you and, or help you out with, with, with this initiative.
Mike Appling (CEO, Lift High Crane and Rigging)
I think you hit the nail on the head earlier. Call your congressman, call your senator and this, the situation needs to be escalated where people understand that there are a lot of good things going on, but there are also a lot of things that are unintended consequences and we want to get that result.
Eric Bolling
Got it? Got it. Thank you, Mike Appling, CEO and owner of Lift High crane and rigging company. And God bless you, my friend. And let's hope you are in always in massive demand in the United States, certainly in the Texas area as well. Thank you, Mike.
Mike Appling (CEO, Lift High Crane and Rigging)
Thank you for your time, sir.
Eric Bolling

All right folks, my next guest is a former NBA player, current GOP candidate for the United States Senate, and the host of the Royce White show right Here on Real America's Voice. Happy to have Royce White with us. Royce, on your website you say senators should work for the people, not for their own net worth. That's, that's a tall ass. That goes for anyone in office. I mean, if we look at Nancy Pelosi, we look at someone who stepped into the office, they all do, they step in, I don't know, relatively broke, small net worths generally there are some big ones, but. And they walk away with tens of millions of dollars in, in net worth. Pelosi, we know she's, she's got something like a 300 million dollar net worth. Maybe not all from stock trading, but man, what an advantage it is, this stock act that allows them, you know, almost like a get out of jail free card, perpetual get out of jail free card, when things that if you and I did it, we'd be in jail for. How do we get rid of that?
Royce White (Former NBA Player, Senate Candidate)
Well, I think if the Congress or the Senate can't balance a budget, then they shouldn't get their salary. You know, and I say this because it's, there's obviously insider trading going on that goes without question. Plus the special interest in lobby money that can give you a hundred thousand, two hundred thousand dollars here and there for speaking and appearances and whatnot, book deals, the whole, the whole thing is kind of a money machine in some respects. But it doesn't hurt to have a $200,000 a year salary that you really don't have to do anything for other than show up and give lip service. So I think it would be a huge incentive for the Congress and the Senate to actually work for the people if their salary was contingent upon, upon actually governing this country. And I would be in favor that I would gladly bring a bill to do that as a, as a U.S. senator.
Eric Bolling
You know, there's such a conflict of interest, incredible conflict of interest when, you know, a senator or a congressperson is litigating laws that will affect companies, outcomes affect companies, profitability going forward. Whether it's a water right over here or some sort of regulation over there or a tax and they're making these decisions or I'll never forget this. Paul Pelosi, Nancy Pelosi's husband, invested heavily in some chip stocks right before Joe Biden declared an $80 billion payout to chip companies to expand their, their, their company, their chip companies right before. And guess what happens right after when their stocks jumped, Pelosi sold them out. I mean that is legitimately insider trading right there. But they were protected by what they call the Stock Act. It's, it's insane. We really, really, really need to get that thing fixed. And Anapoleon alone is trying to get it done. But, but even one step below that, let's just say we allow them to trade. You know, how about you can't trade individual stocks, you can't buy Nvidia before it gets a $5 billion payout from the government that you know about. Yeah, right, Something like that. Royce.
Royce White (Former NBA Player, Senate Candidate)
Of course, there are a lot of things that could happen. My, my biggest problem with the money in D.C. is obviously the, the sort of elephant in the room, in the room that the major donor class, the verticals of big, big corporate money, big globalist interests are prevalent, powerful, and sort of predominant for American political candidates. I mean, running for U.S. senate, and I said this the other day, it's almost a foregone conclusion that a U.S. senate candidate has to have pre. Committed to one of these lobbies or special interest groups to have any chance of raising the money necessary to be competitive. I think that's obscene in and of itself. And I say that in conjunction to the conversation about insider trading, because it speaks to a thread of financial and economic corruption and tyranny. It's no wonder why the government doesn't get anything done. They're filling their own pockets. And never, this is the thing people have to understand. Never in the history of human civilization have the elites of an empire gotten so rich during the decline of the empire. That's the thing that the American citizens have to be insulted by during. When the Roman Empire started to collapse. When the Roman Empire fell, the Roman oligarchs did not get as rich in the decline as our elites are getting here in America.
Eric Bolling
Royce, what does it take? You're running for Senate. What's, what's the cost to run for Senate these days? The reason why I bring this up is just, you know, when I first started covering politics 20 something years ago, you know, for a presidential cycle election, you didn't need to raise 2,300 million dollars, right? 2 or 300 million just to, to be considered in the game, so to speak. Yeah, a lot of people want to run. They just want to elevate their Q score. But to be legitimate contender, a couple hundred million dollars. Now it's probably close to $2 billion to be considered a legitimate presidential candidate in the Senate. It used maybe a million dollar. Inflation used to be a million dollars. What is it? What's a. You have a real shot at winning a Senate seat. How much money you need to have in your bank.
Royce White (Former NBA Player, Senate Candidate)
I think that the. The. The conventional wisdom about the amount of money you need, it's a part of the scam. It's a part of the facade. I think that the 2 billion number that you threw out there has been the thought. I think that's a way to, as Eric Weinstein would say, prune the field of the populist candidates. Now, President Trump threw a wrinkle in that because he is a unique candidate in that he had his own money, had great financial vitality as an individual that he could parlay into the political. And then as he got more and more political, the, you know, his momentum kind of carried him, and people had to jump on the bandwagon, whether they liked him or not. So President Trump's an anomaly in the field.
Eric Bolling
But, hey, Rice, let me. Let me just jump on this with you and agree with you for maybe a little bit of a different reason, because Donald, in the history of politics, politicians, he's a unique candidate ever. Ever. No one garners as much what they call earned media. Earned media is technically what it means. Media just wants to hear what he has to say. Love him or hate him, they just have to hear what he has to say. No one has ever captured the world's attention the way Donald Trump has. So he may not need the billions, but otherwise, it's a lot of money. I mean, there's a reason why you're opening up your computer, your laptop, and during the election season, you're getting bombarded with political ads because it costs a lot of. But they're reaching the public. So my question is, can you. Can Royce White legitimately launch a Senate bid without having to, you know, sell your soul to the donor class?
Royce White (Former NBA Player, Senate Candidate)
Well, that is. That is the catch 22 question that the American people have to answer was the point I'm getting to is, number one, I did already in 2024 when I went against Klobuchar. We weren't successful, but our elections aren't secure either. And I was still able to increase the numbers on paper, per the machine. Is that what they're saying in 2024, even in my defeat, is that the American populist movement is. Is. Is on the rise so much that we can't square, not having an improvement in the numbers on Royce's side. And so we flipped 29 counties, and we could go deeper into that at another. At another point, but I think you can launch a successful campaign without the. And what I think the number probably is is 25 to 30 million dollars in a place like Minnesota. But you have to remember in the Georgia runoff against Herschel Walker, raphael Warnock raised $250 million in six weeks. I mean, that, that's just in again, going back to your point about 20 years ago for presidential races. Now a Senate runoff is bringing the type of hundreds of millions of dollars it used to be for presidential race, which is obscene. I mean, it's really obscene, to be honest with you.
Eric Bolling
So, you know, it's obscene race. You know, it's obscene. It's because, yeah, we hear about the number, you know, $200 million in Texas, $150 million in Ohio Senate seats. We hear about the number, but we don't realize and we don't really think of why. Why are these groups spending so much money, yet these people elected? And there's only one reason.
Royce White (Former NBA Player, Senate Candidate)
Amen.
Eric Bolling
Because they're going to get something in return. They're going to get control back.
Royce White (Former NBA Player, Senate Candidate)
Right.
Eric Bolling
Go ahead.
Royce White (Former NBA Player, Senate Candidate)
Yeah. And I, and I have zero, I have zero contributions from any pack. All of my contributions so far have come from individual donors. And that's a very difficult thing to do. And, and stay in the, in the money hunt, per the mainstream media's assessment. So I think the American people have to really, this may be the most important issue going into the 2026 midterms. President Trump won. He prevailed. He's a unicorn. He was able to raise money. But if we want to get 10 to 15 seats of real America firsters in the United States Senate, they're not going to give us the money to do it. The United States Senate is the bastion of the deep state and special interest lobby money. We're going to need 10 to 15 genuine grassroots sort of campaigns all across this country to take what I would call the swing control of the United States Senate. And that way we'll be able to help President Trump and his agenda on the second, the second phase of this second term.
Eric Bolling
Rice, I think you speak volumes. You speak important ideas. And we need to have a Rice white voice in D.C. whether it's the upcoming senator, if, honestly, I'm not being mean here, rude, anything. But if it doesn't, if it doesn't, if you don't win that one, I'd love to see you come back in 28 and maybe even just, just go after Elon Omar. I mean, you want to talk about some of the most disgusting things that can possibly happen to, in, in America, to the citizenry, is when someone claims to be elected by the people, but claims to, to only care about her home country of Somalia. And then note that when she entered Congress, she had a negative net worth. And just a few four or six years later, suddenly it's a $30 million net worth through her husband's business that they A lot of shenanigans can happen, but Royce, stay on it. We'd love to have you, get you back again real soon.
Royce White (Former NBA Player, Senate Candidate)
Thank you for having me.
Eric Bolling
See you again soon. Bye. Folks, we'll be right back. Two and a half minutes.

Happy to have Sam and Kevin Sorbo back on the show. But before we get to that, the Flood show, the movie that you're producing, you're putting out. Let's take a listen to this. Kevin, your documentary is currently on Amazon. There's one there called Standing against the World. Let's take a little sound bite from that.
Caller/Guest Contributor
If you're going to say that Jesus.
Royce White (Former NBA Player, Senate Candidate)
Turned water into wine that is palpably.
Caller/Guest Contributor
Anti scientific and those that are using science as a weapon. There is no evidence that the universe has a purpose at all.
Eric Bolling
Want to convince the world that the.
Caller/Guest Contributor
Bible is a lie. This is foolishness. This isn't science. This isn't logic. This is showing us what happens to minds that are brilliant that are rejecting a creator. I believe that the public need to hear that God exists and that the Christian faith is true. Something very big happened. Jesus rose from the dead.
Kevin Sorbo (Actor)
I sense that you trust truly believe this.
Caller/Guest Contributor
I'm convinced of it.
Eric Bolling
So let's talk a little bit about that. Kevin, you saw a video there. That's Professor John Lennox. Tell us about him. Then his, you know, how you found him, what, what, what his relevance is. And also some of that filming was done pretty on, on set. Tell us. I'm on location. Tell us about that.
Kevin Sorbo (Actor)
You know, I. They actually reached out to me. We. I did a movie called God's Not Dead and I play an atheist college professor, which I know is redundant, I should just say college professor. And I torment a freshman college student in my philosophy class about proving God's existence. And John Lennox came up quite a bit in it. So they reached out to me and I was very fortunate to meet man. I've been friends with him for a while now. He's awesome. He's the premier apologist in the country, in the world, basically. I spent three weeks in Oxford, England, where he's a retired math professor there at Oxford University, and we spent two weeks in Israel filming this. And it's out on Amazon right now. And, and it's a wonderful, wonderful documentary I call Apologetics for Dummies Like Me. And you'll learn how to defend your faith just by watching and listening with this man. As I say, he's brilliant and he does it in a very humorous way. You can see the debates he's had against famous atheists like Dawkins and Hitchens and Singer, and they're getting angry and he just smiles and he talks like he sounds like Winnie the Pooh.
Caller/Guest Contributor
He's just such a cool guy.
Kevin Sorbo (Actor)
He's just so low key about it all. And he's just a wonderful, wonderful man to be around. And I think people will learn a lot by this. I hope churches across the world will get a hold of this and show their congregation.
Eric Bolling
Indeed. And Sam, you both, you and Kevin have both been very spiritual throughout as long as I've known you guys both a long time. Did you learn anything new from watching this film?
Sam Sorbo (Actress and Podcaster)
Yeah, I did. I will say that John Lennox, the way that he crafts the arguments is he makes it undeniable and that's why he wins his debates. And it's a beautiful thing to see. So this is definitely a film worth watching, especially as we head into the new year with. With so much uncertainty in the world, it's nice to know that we can rely on something and that is our faith.
Eric Bolling
Yeah, it really is. It really. So many young people, we talk in that video that just that sound bite we saw 96 of Gen Zers reject the Bible. That. That's amazing. It's. It's kind of shocking, Kevin.
Kevin Sorbo (Actor)
Yeah, it is, it is. But I mean, a lot has had to do with the bubble of Hollywood meeting the bubble of Washington, D.C. mix in what the rest of the horrible spices of the mainstream media, and this is what we get. So. And get you out. Throw public education universities in there as well. There's a, There's a pot out there that's been brainwashing kids for decades now.
Eric Bolling
Yeah, it really is.
Kevin Sorbo (Actor)
And something like this is a great way to fight back.
Eric Bolling
What a coordinated effort between the left media, the, the. And the anti belief, anti Christian academia in really around the world now. And you're seeing it metastasizing and Christians being persecuted around the world. You're both shooting a new film, the Flood End of Man, coming up in January. You guys, Kevin, you play Noah.
Royce White (Former NBA Player, Senate Candidate)
Wow.
Eric Bolling
Wow, that's a big part right there. And Sam, you play Noah's wife, Miriam. Let me. Let Sam start with this. Where did this. What are you looking for? You're. You're shooting next month, so tell us what you're looking to do.
Sam Sorbo (Actress and Podcaster)
Well, I'm very excited. What, what the director has been able to do is create a world that basically is lacking only electricity. It has all of the trappings of the world that we currently live in, the onerous lawsuits that are happening and the drag queen story hour that's happening, the perversion of children and all of that stuff. And so his message, I think, to the world is, you know, God did it once. He wiped mankind off the face of the earth because evil became so prolific. And I feel like, I think a lot of people agree with me. We're living in a world now where it does seem like evil is just running rampant. And the good people seem to be hiding. They seem to be afraid to stand up for their faith, to stand up for what is right and true. And we see it in our schools. We see it with parents Demanding justice alliance, which is a group that I'm working for to get restitution to parents who spoke at school board meetings. They were only voicing their opinions, but the school boards did not like those opinions because apparently there are school boards in this nation that wish to put pornography in front of children. And so this film is sort of a representation of that based on a true story that happened in the Bible that is fully recounted. And I'm very excited to be part of this project.
Eric Bolling
And Kevin, your thoughts on. I know, you know, actors like to take a little creative license when they, when they pull off a part. I mean, you're the, the script, though, has been written for you for, For Millennia. So did you just go straight script or did you. Did you put some Kevin so in it?
Kevin Sorbo (Actor)
Oh, well, we still have some more filming. Get good on this movie. So we. Sam and I each have another. Another six to eight days on it to finish up. So we gotta head back to LA to film it. It's. It's crazy that, you know, we left LA seven years ago because every movie I shoot is in Texas or further east. And now there's the one time we gotta go back to la. But Tim Che is the brain behind this. I've done two movies with him already, and one is called the Firing Squad. I shot. I shot that. That one came out in theaters about a year, year and a half ago. A wonderful true story. Then Sam and I did a movie called Christmas Eve, which will be out next year, where we. It says he does about five or six short stories, 15 to 20 minutes long, that happen on Christmas Eve at different places in different times, in different centuries, really, in the world that had profound effects. So Sam and I are the one that dealt with the World War I Christmas Eve truce with the German troops, where they played soccer together, had one day off before they went back to killing each other.
Eric Bolling
Either one of you guys? There have been, I guess, beliefs that the Ark has been found or located or seen. What are your thoughts on that?
Sam Sorbo (Actress and Podcaster)
Well, I mean, I'm so curious. I don't know that it's been confirmed, really. There are people who believe one way, there are people who believe a different way. The question is whether the Ark exists. I believe it does exist, and we just don't have full accountability for where it is yet.
Kevin Sorbo (Actor)
Well, they believe. They believe it's actually in the mountains there In. In Turkey.
Eric Bolling
Yep.
Kevin Sorbo (Actor)
They have found. There's. There's. There's things. They've gone down. They see it, that and that, that. But the Turkish government won't let anybody go in there to dig it out.
Eric Bolling
So you can take that for it. Yeah, that would be helpful. I would like to see that. I'd like to visit that. That'd be what? Boy, can you imagine the tourism to Turkey if they did actually locate the ark? Let's do this very quickly. Sorbo Winery. This is interesting. You have a new champagne called Old Lang Zion. Kevin, tell us about what inspired that.
Kevin Sorbo (Actor)
You know, it's a buddy of mine I work with Vincent Viola and his company.
Eric Bolling
I know Vinny.
Kevin Sorbo (Actor)
It's called als.
Eric Bolling
I know Vinnie. I don't want to interrupt you. I. I work with Vinnie for 20 years. He used to Be an energy trader in New York. Now he is part. He's the owner of the Florida Panthers. What a great human being. Go ahead. I. I interrupt you. I'm sorry. Go ahead.
Kevin Sorbo (Actor)
Well, it's called alsschampagne.com and go there. Oleins champagne. And it's a wonderful, wonderful champagne. Shot the commercials already for it and it's out there right now. There. You got it going right there. So help people. Check it out. It's wonderful. Sam and I, of course, have already sampled it and it's quite good.
Eric Bolling
Sam, your final thought on old Langs island wineries.
Sam Sorbo (Actress and Podcaster)
Yeah, I do love champagne, I have to say. So I'm looking forward to toasting the new year and bringing in a new year that's full of good change and movement forward for the future. I wish everybody a very, very happy new year. I hope your holidays were wonderful and I hope you can pick up some old Lang Syne champagne and enjoy a toast for the new year.
Eric Bolling
Indeed. Indeed we will. And really, really good having you both on this last day of the year. Looking forward to spending a lot of time with you guys on Air in 2026. Both of you, I gotta add one thing. Yes, sir.

Well look, we're headed into the new year 2026 very differently, by the way, than the way we headed into 2025. For one thing, Joe Biden was still president, and we were still drowning under the mess he and his Comrade Clown show created. We knew there was a Trump presidency ahead, but it just couldn't come soon enough. The weeks leading up to the second Trump inauguration are definitely different, but the same kind of evil lurks ahead. It's just about whether or not we're ready to truly face it and actually deal with it in the year ahead. Remember, just hours after the start of the New Year in 2025, 14 people were killed, more than 30 injured in New Orleans when a man in a pickup truck, by the way, displaying an Islamic State flag, drove his car into a crowd. That terrorist was killed in a firefight. Terrorist, nonetheless, right here on our soil, hours later. Remember the same day, hours later, a Tesla cybertruck exploded by the front doors of the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas, and it was an apparent suicide. Less than 24 hours later, a pro terrorist march took place in New York City, calling for the global infantada. That means kill anyone who didn't believe in the Islamic State. Oh, and Joe Biden, fresh from his latest beach vacation, apologized profusely for his latest presidential failure and promised the American people that in his final 18 days as the leader of this country, he would do everything in his power to hunt down these terrorist dogs once and for all. And would also begin the process of removing any suspicious individuals from the country and promise to defend and protect Americans at all costs because he loves this country so much and worried about the safe being of his fellow countrymen. Yeah, well, that didn't happen, by the way. He also said that the march for terrorists in New York City was an ugly display, and those who participated should be ashamed, given the fact that so many of their fellow Americans were viciously murdered just hours before. And finally, he said that many of those who marched in support of terrorism would be investigated. Except there's no video of him actually saying any of that. You know why? It never happened. The FBI has reported to me the killer was an American citizen, born in Texas. He served in the United States army.
Caller/Guest Contributor
On active duty for many years.
Eric Bolling
He also served in the Army Reserve until a few years ago. The FBI also reported to me that mere hours before the attack, he posted videos on social media indicating that he was inspired by ISIS expressing a desire to kill. Desire to kill. We saw what it means to have a president who hates America and Americans basically blaming America for that terrorist attack. The guy with the Islamic State flag on his pickup truck that he mowed down people in New Orleans. Our fault, right, Joe? Democrats, liberal lunatics. And while that's no longer the case, while we do have a president now who cares for the safety and prosperity and future of America, the threat still looms large over the country. By the way, less than a week after that terrorist attack in New Orleans, fast moving fires raced through the Pacific Palisades in California and other areas in the Los Angeles area. Their firefighting resources were tapped out. They said they didn't have water. Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass wasn't even in town when it started. A useless governor named Gavin Newscombe failed. His state failed in preparation, failed during those fires and has continued to fail ever since. At least 24 people were killed. Tens of thousands had to evacuate. Billions upon billions of of homes destroyed. Now a year later, there's little to no rebuilding of those homes to speak of. Another example of a poorly run blue city and blue state. But there was a dandy little lie that was both hard to watch and a fun form of entertainment nonetheless.
Caller/Guest Contributor
What are you gonna do? I'm not gonna hurt him, I promise.
Eric Bolling
I'm literally talking to the President right now to specifically answer the question of what we can do for you and your daughter.
Caller/Guest Contributor
Can I hear it?
Podcast Host (iHeart Advertiser)
Can I hear your call?
Sam Sorbo (Actress and Podcaster)
Because I don't believe it.
Eric Bolling
I'm sorry, there's literally. I've tried five times. That's why I'm walking around to make.
Podcast Host (iHeart Advertiser)
Why is the President not taking your call?
Eric Bolling
Because it's not going through. I have to get cell service.
Caller/Guest Contributor
So let's get it, let's get it.
Eric Bolling
So I'm on the phone with the President right now. Oh, let me see. Oh, sorry. I actually couldn't get him on the phone. What a filthy liar. That guy wants to be president. That guy. That absolute failure of a governor. Well, he wants to be president in three years. We didn't get into transports. That's an issue no one wants to hear about because 80% of the people listening disagree with my position on this. But I. But it comes from my heart, not just my head. It wasn't a political evolution, it was position. Being that I, I don't think it's. I, I want to see trans kids. I have a trans godson. I'm not. There's no governor to sign more pro trans legislation than I have. And no one has been a stronger advocate for the ltp. This guy's failed at every single thing he's ever done. When he was mayor of San Francisco he promised. He promised to end homelessness in San Francisco and then wider margin, the whole state. That was 20 years ago. It's never been worse in California than it is right now. That guy is working hard to make sure his state helps his party cheat in the next election too, by the way. Also, he can set himself up to be the party's candidate. We're still deep in the fight against swampy globalist politicians like him. He's failed his state and now he dreams of failing America. To blue states and blue cities that don't want to comply, that want to keep criminals on the street, in the streets like California, Illinois, New York. They want to keep illegals here and give them taxpayer funded resources. Hundreds of billions of dollars, by the way. Jihadists, terrorists, and millions on our own soil supporting these terrorists. Soros. Funded judges, politicized judges. It's all still here and it's all still part of the big fight. Oh, and just a little reminder, today is the last day of New York City as we know it. Because Zoran Mamdami, that good jihadist socialist and New Democrat party darling with this creepy plastered on smile is about to take over and will attempt to build New York in the progressive left's dystopian vision. As we celebrate the start of the new year, hopefully safely, with full bellies, maybe a little hungover tomorrow, it's just as important to remember that we're still fighting the fight and the fight is far from over. We have Adam rules wants to talk about quality of the streets.
Caller
Hey, Mr. Bollen. This is Adam Huels. I have a family business. We do asphalt, concrete, road recycling. We need our roads here in California, Southern California, redone. They are pummeled by the rain we've gotten the last few years. They built them cheap back in the day. We've done a lot of them in inner cities, but out in the Riverside, San Bernardino county areas up above, you know, San Diego, they're horrible. They're absolutely above dirt and the water. Groundwater, when it rains, undermines them and they turn my language. But the road base that we make is the alternative. Having bed springs under your mattress, if you have them under there, it lasts longer. It feels better. It's a softer road. We need some road reform here if you could help us. Love your show, Boeing. You're a good man. Thank you.
Eric Bolling
Well, Adam, congratulations on a great business. Less so. Congratulations on being in the wrong state. Here's why. Whenever you have government that is completely incompetent, like the state of California does what they call them, the golden ghetto. That one of our callers calls it the golden ghetto. They're not. They're not spending money on roads. They're cheaping out on roads because they're. They're too busy stealing it. Look, at what happens in California. This is amazing. California is the highest tax state in the union by far. Income tax, every time. Gas tax, tax, tax, tax. California is running an 18 billion dollar deficit. 18 billion dollars. They're spending more than they have. It's just like the national government, the US Government, federal government. That's why Gavin Newsom thinks he's right for the job in Florida. There's no income tax in the whole state and they're running a $4 billion surplus. Mismanagement in California, management properly in Florida. You don't have to be taxed into oblivion to just provide the normal services like great roads. Keep it up. Maybe, I don't know, expand to Texas and Florida. Adam, Not a bad thought, Mad Dog.
Royce White (Former NBA Player, Senate Candidate)
The streets in New York are worse.
Eric Bolling
But another blue state, another blue state mismanage which wait till Mandami who's given a bunch of crap away for free, has no money left for the streets and pick up trash, etc. It's going to happen. Go ahead.

It's not a good idea. 19, what was it, 82. They come out with a CDL, the Commercial Motor Safety act. And it was a federal requirement. They're all states require to the federal rules. If we allow states to issue their licenses under different rules, some states may not allow a truck driver to come into that state because they don't meet their requirements, but they meet the requirements of their home state. That would create a real problem on nationwide freight movements. So we need to have federal rule or control over CDL class A's nationwide. Thank you for letting me say that, Eric. Watch your show. Thank you.
Eric Bolling
All right. Thank you for the great comment. Boy, when we started talking about cdls, it's amazing how many people are very concerned about and likely you should be. Every time you're on the road, a highway and you see it, 18 wheeler with, you know, who knows, 10 tons of payload. That's a, that's a missile. That is a lethal missile. And someone behind that is operating it who doesn't understand the street lines can't read do not enter or do not turn left or don't, don't know right. Turn around. Whatever it is, if they can't read it, they're going to be dangerous. That's a dangerous, dangerous activity. I agree. There are Certain things that should be federally policed or call it federally regulated CDLs, truck driving licenses I believe is one. Think about what they do. The left hates guns, right? They hate. So. So these blue states will make it almost. New York, Illinois, California, make it almost impossible to own a gun. Makes it very difficult to own a gun. That's different from Florida or Texas where it's very easy to own a gun. Protect yourself. So if they're okay with that being the case in the states for guns, why would they not be okay with CDL licenses being universal, federally mandated, so that everyone's able to speak and read the language before they get behind a 10 ton missile barreling down the road? And by the way, we've seen way too many American citizens killed by these 10 ton, 20 ton missiles, whatever it is.

Mad Dog Elizabeth from Las Vegas wants to know if Dems are going to pay them back.
Caller
Hey Eric, this is Elizabeth Ames from Las Vegas, Nevada. I'm wondering, and I'm sure many other people are wondering too. With all this money that the Dems have stolen from all of us tax paying citizens, are they ever going to have to pay any of that back? And is there any way that the government that's in there now are Republicans that are in there now, which I am one, Are they ever gonna have to pay that back? I mean seriously, something needs to be done. They can't just get away with this. I don't think they're ever gonna do any serious jail time. I mean, I really don't. Seriously, I mean, they're gonna retire on a bat hog's retirement legally. They shouldn't be. I don't feel they should be, but I seriously think that they should have to pay some of that back. I just want to know your opinion on that. Thank you. And keep your show going, please.
Eric Bolling
Thank you. Elizabeth. You're so right. We've been talking. We need perp walks. We need perp walks for people like Elon Omar who've proven that they're more in favor of protecting the Somalians. Especially in Minnesota where Now we're finding 8, 9 billion dollars of waste and fraud has been perpetrated. By the way, that Nick Shirley video has got like 200 million views already. It's insane. Will they pay it back? No. But this is the way. This is the problem with Washington D.C. there's so much crap that goes on. So much bad. They're all doing bad things. They're, they're, they're using taxpayer money to pay off sexual harassment claims. We don't even know about it. They never get called in front of a real they get called up in front of Congress and then they lie and they walk home. And then, by the way, you know, you can lie to Congress under oath. You can lie as long as you correct it later. Correct the record later. So you can say I never saw, I never had sex with that woman. And then you correct it later. Guess what? You're not held in contempt. They're never up in front of a real judge. Ever. Ever. All right, that's all we time for. Have a great night. Got time? Got past me a little bit. See you tomorrow, everyone. Have a great night.
