David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
I'm David's here. You're watching another fabulous edition of Breaking Point. We're here at CPAC Texas 2026 on the ground, real America's voice news, interacting with real American voices. Our great rap fan bases here from across the country. They came from all over the world. And I'll be bringing you some great interviews today. I've got Jan Yage on Chinese organ harvesting. I've got Richie Mac, Sheriff Richie Mack about violent felons being released by Vegas judges back onto the streets of America. We're going to talk about veteran suicide rates and helping get them off prescription drugs. I have so much more for you, but first I want to get to my interview I did with author Wynton hall from Breitbart News and He talks about AI and how in maybe a year or two, about 50% of the white collar entry level jobs will be gone from the job market. You know, as wonderful as AI could be, maybe a big threat to the job markets going forward. But again, I've got a great show for you today. Don't go anywhere and check it out.
David Zia (Interviewer)
Wynton, how are you, sir?
Wynton Hall (Author)
Great to see you. David, how are you?
David Zia (Interviewer)
I'm great. I'm great. So this is your launch, right? This past week is the launch of your new book, right?
Wynton Hall (Author)
It is, yeah. We just launched on Tuesday. That's right.
David Zia (Interviewer)
Well, that's great. What was your purpose of writing this book? Are you sounding the alarm on AI? What's the deal?
Wynton Hall (Author)
Yeah. So I think that right now we have to realize that AI is not just a tool, it is political power. And I think particularly on the conservative side of the ball, we understand that big tech has not necessarily been our ally. Not 85% of all political donations from big tech companies flow to one side of the ball and that's Democrats. And so the conservative movement and individuals have not really been part of that conversation and are not in a lot of the rooms where the future is being built. 99% of us use AI and yet only 64% of us don't realize when we use AI because it's baked into the algorithms of daily life. And so if we're already using it, we need to understand both how to seize the upside, but I think also avert a lot of the political landmines that are coming. And there are many. And so what I did was spend two years researching what do the architects of AI really believe ideologically? Where do they put their money in politics and what are their goals?
Interviewer/Host
Right.
David Zia (Interviewer)
And will power concentrate?
Interviewer/Host
Right.
David Zia (Interviewer)
And will they shut off your checking account?
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
And is Skynet real?
David Zia (Interviewer)
I mean, not to joke, but, you know, I think most people perceive AI technology as, you know, you know, something out of the Terminator at some point. So. And I spent time with Scott Bessant on the ground in Minneapolis at the Economic Club, also up at Cambria Courts, Big man, million and a half foot manufacturing of quartz countertops. He was there to talk about Somali fraud. But he said on Bartiromo the day or two before that, we lost 55,000 jobs to the AI just last year and it's kind of in its infancy. And he's basically like, like, you know, get rid of your college degree and
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
learn AI right now or you might
David Zia (Interviewer)
be out of work.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
What do you think?
Wynton Hall (Author)
Well, I think there's a couple things there. Right. So Jensen Wong, the head of the richest company that's ever existed, Nvidia, he likes to say that you won't lose your job to AI, but you will lose your job to someone who knows how to use AI. And that's kind of to your point that you have to be prepared and ready. I think the second thing is, you know, right now we're hearing some very, very apocalyptic predictions from the very people who are building the technology. Dario Ahmad at Anthropic says that within the next 12 months to five years that we're looking at wiping out 50% of entry level white collar jobs. That's known as recent college graduates. So that's very upsetting for a lot of parents and young people. And then Mustafa Suleiman at Microsoft AI CEO says that it's only going to be 12 to 18 months until you can replace the traits of all white collar workers. Now some people say, you know, look, this is just hype, this is marketing, this is them trying to raise capital. But what you realize is that the belief that labor is Fundamentally replacing by AI is something that is shared widely. And when I was researching Code Red, what you realize is these folks have been looking at universal basic income for a long time. And so even if the threat doesn't materialize, you can build a huge base of support if you scare enough people to build for wealth redistribution. And so there's a lot of different variables here. And what I try to do in the book is really lay out whose agenda is being pushed, who's behind it, what's the money, and how is this all going to play out because it's going to be a massive disruption one way or the other.
David Zia (Interviewer)
Yeah, maybe Andrew Yang was ahead of his time a little bit way back when he was saying that about universal basic income. Coming to a theater near you. I have family who is in software, online portal management where you can like run projects remotely with a whole team, remotely. Silicon Valley based company. And they're very worried about the loss of jobs. And you know, college graduates already have a 6% unemployment rate, recent college grads. It's very tough out there because there are not a lot of new jobs. Now I know things are turning around with Trump and I know he brought $19 trillion back in investment and manufacturing. I know he brought back 9,000 distribution centers and manufacturing centers back in his first term. Interest rates are coming down slowly and there's more buying opportunity, more money in people's pockets outside of this temporary glitch with the war, which I think will be resolved within a month or two. Let's see. But you know, I am, I'm very worried about the loss of jobs. I wanted to just switch gears now. Tell me about J.D. vance and how he comes down on all this.
Wynton Hall (Author)
Yeah, J.D. vance is exceptionally aware of how AI and this industry work. Obviously his background from Silicon Valley venture capital and worked with Peter Thiel and others. And so he, he has a deep understanding and I think he's got, brings a really unique approach, which is what I would call techno populist approach, where he understands huge growth opportunities for wealth, national security implications of AI. But he also understands that working class people don't want to pay extra electricity bills and water bills for some huge AI data center. And so he and President Trump recently had that ratepayer protection pledge that they brokered a great deal with many of the leading AI labs that said, hey, look, you can't just pass the buck on to local working class communities. If you want, you know, billionaires to build AI data centers, then they need to pick up the extra cost. May Even actually lower the cost of electric and water bills because they're going to do a lot of modernization of rickety infrastructure. So I think they're doing the best they can. One other positive that they point out is that those data center booms are increasing a lot of blue collar work and increasing pay rates potentially up to 30%, says the Wall Street Journal. So there are upsides. I think the thing that people worry about is this argument that we are going to see scaled white collar job replacement. And in the past you would wipe out jobs and then new jobs would emerge. But many of the AI leaders say those new jobs, if they're cognitive based, that is to say behind a computer desk, those two will be able to be automated. Once you get something called agentic AI, which is where an AI agent can actually do the work, take over the cursor and mouse, actually open up the tool. And so, yeah, no, it's coming very fast. And so I think the most important thing is to really understand the ground game so that whatever you believe, if you think it's hype or if you think it's real, you're ready to go because there's going to be a lot of people trying to gain leverage.
David Zia (Interviewer)
Yeah, well, I know for the business owner it can scale them up and they can scale their business and you know, it's really important from that aspect. And also you could compare it to, you know, people say, oh, you know,
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
we farmed out our manufacturing jobs, but
David Zia (Interviewer)
it allowed small companies to buy goods cheap from China. So there were higher paying jobs in the end for middle management and salespeople and executives and everything. I don't know how much I buy into that. So. But listen, it's, we gotta follow this closely. Really crazy. And you know what the power. So I traveled on a C17 Globemaster, one of our largest cargo jets in the military, and we transferred a nuclear reactor, an SMR from Valor Atomics from March Air Force Base in California to Hill Air Force Base in Utah for testing at San Rafael Laboratory. And in a nutshell, we can't do the AI centers all over the country without these small 5 megawatt, they can be linked together for more power things because we don't have the electric grid. Right.
Wynton Hall (Author)
You're exactly right. So the power needs of AI and this build out are going to be massive. And you know, China is not restricted by the last several years of restrictions like we had under Biden in the rest of it. And so we're already behind. You're talking about needing you Know, enormous increase in energy to be able to power these data centers. I mean, the reason why, just just for the average, if you do a Google search, you're talking about needing 10x the energy to execute an AI prompt, right? Because of the way that the neural networks and huge GPUs, graphics processing units and the data centers will operate. And so they are really going to have a voracious appetite for energy. It's been kind of interesting to watch big tech Silicon Valley folks who used to tell us and warn us that global warming and all these things and now suddenly they're very, very aggressive on wanting to expand energy and be energy dominant for the United states. President Trump's AI action plan in 2025 released just a few months ago really made one of the core pillars expanding energy. And I think we're going to have to do that. And it looks like people are, I think one of the ways that real quick on that in President Trump said, you know, basically these tech companies are going to have to almost become miniature energy companies. And you're kind of starting to see that start to form.
David Zia (Interviewer)
Well, call me Archie Bunker, but I'm AI phobic and I understand the benefits maybe for healthcare and treatment and all the other stuff, but I'm worried, I gotta say. Tell our viewers where they can buy this book. It's a must read. I ordered it, I'm waiting for it. I want to thank you for coming on and where can people get the book and where can they follow you on socials and other.
Wynton Hall (Author)
Oh, very kind, thank you. Yes, available everywhere. Books are sold certainly at your local bookstore if you want to support the mom and pop. Amazon, Barnes, Barnes and Noble Books a million. And we also have a website, AICodereadbook.com that's AICodereadbook.com and on X or Twitter, I'm Wintonhall.
David Zia (Interviewer)
All right, everybody, Wynton Hall, I want to thank you so much. Best of luck on your book. I see it gets a rave reviews out there. So the best for you. Thank you again.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
We'll have you back.
Wynton Hall (Author)
Thank you so much for having me, David. Thank you.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
We'll be back with more Breaking Point right after this.

Welcome back to Breaking Point. I'm David Zia from Real American Voice News. We're at CPAC 2026 in Dallas, Texas. We got the big stage behind us. We're going to be hearing today from Jack Posobic, Remembering Charlie Kirk. We also have Betsy McCoy running for governor of Connecticut and the governor of Texas. Abbott will be here addressing the crowd. But I've got great interviews ahead for you. Sheriff Richie Mack talking about the Las Vegas situation where judges are releasing violent criminals back on the streets. And I have Jan Yagelik talking about Chinese organ harvesting. An organized operation not just for the Uyghurs, but Fei Lun Gong who was the resistance after Tiananmen Square, people being, you know, killed to order and his new book, as he says. So we've got some great interviews ahead and it looks like, you know, things may de escalate in Iran and that would be a good sign to get the economy back on track because the midterms are coming up fast. Early voting starting in just about five months. It's really just right around the corner. It goes quick. And the Republicans got to get their act together and get out the vote because they're going to be in big trouble. And about 150 of the last poll releases show about 98% of them show that the Republicans will lose four to nine seats. So really important, I think Trump will be out on the campaign trail advocating for a lot of these candidates in just right leaning districts or toss up districts. It's going to be key. But again, we're on the ground Real America's Voice. We've got a huge presence here at CPAC 2026. We love hearing from the real American voices on the ground, the RAV fans who have come from all over the country to be here. So we've got a great show ahead. And check out these great interviews.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
CPAC 2026 just getting underway here in Dallas, Texas. And we got one of our biggest rap fans here, James Cher, AKA Freedom. Share on Socials Right.
James Cher aka Freedom Share
That's right. That's right.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
You've been following us a long time.
James Cher aka Freedom Share
For several, several years. Yes.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
Yeah, I met you on the ground of Waco about three years ago for the Trump rally. That was a massive rally, about 25,000 people.
James Cher aka Freedom Share
That was an amazing rally. And that's the first time I met you and been following Real America's Voice for so many years.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
And what do you like about it? What makes it different from the msm?
James Cher aka Freedom Share
Yeah, just you speak the truth, you don't hold back, always have the latest, greatest stories and like I said, the truth.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
What do you do for a living?
James Cher aka Freedom Share
Well, I sing, lead, worship, play piano at my church.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
Oh wow.
James Cher aka Freedom Share
Awesome.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
That's awesome. I try to play the piano. So James, tell us, what are the biggest issues for you? Do you see? Is MAGA unified? Are they behind President Trump?
James Cher aka Freedom Share
I believe they are. I believe there's a lot of propaganda out there trying to divide us and split us up. But you know what? I don't believe that's happening. There's always going to be some outliers, but for the most part we're together. We're solid.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
You don't see a lot of debate coming from the other side, like, within their realm, right?
James Cher aka Freedom Share
That's right.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
And I think it's healthy that people are having intelligent conversations about boots on the ground or U.S. foreign policy and other things. Right? Isn't it healthy?
James Cher aka Freedom Share
That's right. I do see some debate, and, you know, we don't agree on everything, but I believe for the most part, we're coming together in spite of some of the differences. It's normal. We don't always see everything 100%, but we're still unified.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
How is the congregation? You see people coming back to the church.
James Cher aka Freedom Share
Yeah, I know. Like our church, before every election, we stand and we inform and provide voters information. So we're. We're staying engaged.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
All right, everybody.

Thank you, David.

Live from Studio 6B's here in Texas. What's up?
Vinnie Mac (RAV Host)
That's right. I'm waiting for Damon. I think he took an Uber from New York to get here. He's not here yet.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
He's not here, but Vinnie Mac is here.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
What do you think about CPAC so far?
Vinnie Mac (RAV Host)
You know what? This is my first cpac.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
Oh, great.
Vinnie Mac (RAV Host)
Can you believe that?
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
Wonderful.
Vinnie Mac (RAV Host)
Wonderful. Yeah. Yeah. So I'm loving every second of it. You're immersed with everyone who believes that you believe, too.
Steve Lance (NTD Reporter)
Yeah.
Vinnie Mac (RAV Host)
And then we're seeing some great speakers. What we going on here with Rav is amazing.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
It's a little diverse, though. There's a lot of varying opinions about. About Iran and other things going on. Right. At least this side is, like, engaging in the dialogue.
John Spagnola (Veteran Strategic Solutions)
Right.
Vinnie Mac (RAV Host)
We can talk about it. That's the difference. We can actually have a conversation, maybe debate it, maybe not agree, but shake hands and say we still support.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
Nobody's blowing a whistle in your ear when you're trying to do it, right?
Vinnie Mac (RAV Host)
No whistles today, man. Yeah, thank God.
Interviewer/Host
I've had that before.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
All right.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
Give a shout out to the audience out there.
Vinnie Mac (RAV Host)
Good to see everybody out here. Real America's voice. We're killing it today.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
Thanks, Vinnie Mac.
James Cher aka Freedom Share
You bet, man.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
CPAC 2026. And I'm so honored to have with us. You've seen them on the War Room and other. Sheriff Mack from Arizona. How are you, sir?
Sheriff Richie Mack
I'm doing great. It's great to be in this great cpac.
John Spagnola (Veteran Strategic Solutions)
Conference. Wow.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
How many seat packs you've been to?
Sheriff Richie Mack
Oh, horrified.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
Yeah.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
Well, it's a big crowd here today on the ground, so a lot going on.
Vinnie Mac (RAV Host)
Right.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
These judges, they're releasing violent criminals back
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
on the street nationwide.
Sheriff Richie Mack
Nationwide. So judges have become a huge part of the destruction of justice in America because they're supporting, believe it or not, they're supporting the Democrat agenda of lawlessness. And so, amazingly, we have a sheriff in Las Vegas, Clark County Sheriff Kevin McMahill, who has told four different judges 11 different times regarding 11 different inmates, we will not release these dangerous criminals back onto the streets like you idiot judges are foolish, tried to force us to do. I don't work for the Judicial Department. You cannot tell me what to do. I work for the Executive Department and I will not endanger the citizens of Las Vegas because of you.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
So violent criminals are being arrested and then put back out. Is it like New York with, like, bail reform? What's the justification for these judges releasing these guys?
Interviewer/Host
Really?
Sheriff Richie Mack
They just are following the Democrat agenda. They have no justification for it lawfully. It's completely illegal, it's dangerous. And a sheriff, they're finally a sheriff has stood up to him. And I want all law enforcement to know, follow Sheriff McMahon's example. We do not have to go along with crooked judges.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
And where does it stand now?
Sheriff Richie Mack
It's going to the Nevada supreme court.
Duke Tanner (Former Inmate)
Right.
Sheriff Richie Mack
And McMahon invites it, says, yes, we're in the right. The law and law and order is on our side.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
Got any reasonable judges at the state level over there?
Sheriff Richie Mack
If we don't, then it goes to the Supreme Court of the United States. I've been there before and I've won and I know what it's like.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
Yeah, it's terrible. Tell us about what's going on in Arizona. You've seen a drastic reduction in the flow of illegals, right?
Sheriff Richie Mack
That has been a godsend. Thank you, President Trump. And also right now, the big news is the Justice Department is finally going after Maricopa county for election fraud. It has been obvious that the Maricopa county leaders there, supervisors and others have cheated. And I used to live in Phoenix during the 2020, and my wife and I received six ballots from the county recorder's office.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
Six.
Sheriff Richie Mack
And I called them and I said, we vote on Election Day. We have never voted. We never asked for any of these things. Oh, don't worry about it.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
You think that happened on a grand scale?
Sheriff Richie Mack
Yes, it did. I know it did. And I lived in a very Democrat area. That's why they sent them to us.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
Let me ask you a question. How many lies do you think. And I've asked Tom Holman this before, but it was early on. How many lives do you think Trump has saved, not just in Arizona, but nationwide from drug overdoses or violent crimes by illegals?
Sheriff Richie Mack
Thousands.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
It's gotta be, right?
Sheriff Richie Mack
Gotta be.
David Zia (Interviewer)
Yeah.
Sheriff Richie Mack
And look, I was in law enforcement 20 years. I've done everything in law enforcement, and I've. I've dealt with illegals, I've dealt with cartels, I've dealt with gangs. And I. I will tell you right now, President Trump has been a godsend, and what he did has been miraculous, and yet no Democrat can see that.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
Yeah.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
No, I think they know.
John Spagnola (Veteran Strategic Solutions)
Yeah.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
I think they know deep down, that's
Sheriff Richie Mack
why they hate Trump. He makes them look bad.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
Yeah. Yeah.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
Time and time again.
Sheriff Richie Mack
They usually don't need Trump's help to look mad. They do it very well on their own.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
You would think there'd be a point
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
in time where they'd be like, okay, that's really good. But, you know, it's all about getting more votes. Right.
Sheriff Richie Mack
That's all it is. They're just playing politics. And their Trump derangement syndrome has gotten way overboard.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
Yeah. To hide the agenda of stacking the cities to remain blue forever and ever with more illegals on the voting rolls. I mean, that's the only reason why they did this.
Sheriff Richie Mack
Yeah, that's why. That's why they're opposing the Save America Act.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
Yeah.
Sheriff Richie Mack
Because they want. The reason they brought these people in was to get them to vote.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
Yeah. So, like, Scarborough the other day was talking about on the air how his wife lost her birth certificate and now
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
she's not going to be able to vote. Are these people smoking drugs? Like, what's going on?
Sheriff Richie Mack
Yeah. No wonder why they want to legalize drugs.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
Yeah. No, for sure. The whole thing's silly. You needed to buy cough medicine, your id. All right, Sheriff Mack, where can people follow you?
Sheriff Richie Mack

Welcome back.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
I'm David Jia. You're watching breaking point. Unreal America's voice news. We're at CPAC Dallas 2026. We just had the former South Korean president, Yoon Suk Yeol behind us. He was jailed for questioning the results. He claimed there was fraud in the election. You get up to 10 years in jail in South Korea for questioning the election results. But we've got more great interviews for you. I am concerned about the midterms coming up, only five months away, early voting, diesel prices averaging 537 a gallon today. Prices are going to shoot up again at the supermarket probably. And they probably won't cut interest rates before the election. But I want to get to these great interviews I did with John Spagnola talking about veterans getting off of these drugs to the suicide rate is still very high. And also I've got Steve Lance from NTD talking about how the New York Times is in cahoots with the Chinese Communist Party maybe and going after the Shen Yun Dance Company. So stay tuned for more. Great stuff. John Spagnola with us from Veteran Strategic solutions here at CPAC 2026. How are you, John?
John Spagnola (Veteran Strategic Solutions)
I'm real good. Thanks for inviting me on.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
Thank you for being patient.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
I know, you know, we're doing a lot of interviews today. Why did you come to CPAC this year?
John Spagnola (Veteran Strategic Solutions)
Well, because there's great contacts here, great energy and, you know, I just continue to expand what I need to get my federal legislation passed to help veterans.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
Really important stuff. I had a veterans organization I Ran years ago, we take veterans, disabled veterans, guys from Walter Reed to Congress to meet with Congress about approving conditions on the battlefield, getting better care. I was very impressed with Walter Reed. But when these guys adjust back into private life, there was an epidemic. Like 23 guys a day were killing themselves.
David Zia (Interviewer)
Right?
John Spagnola (Veteran Strategic Solutions)
Yeah. The stats have been anywhere from 17 and a half to 22. But a commander at the American Legion just testified a couple weeks ago before Congress could be as much as 44 veterans a day.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
Because they're not counting. What?
John Spagnola (Veteran Strategic Solutions)
They're not counting overdoses and, you know, intentional smashing of one's vehicles into embankments and other ways of being able to commit suicide.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
But that's incredible. It's really incredible, you know.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
And tell us about some of the
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
drugs that they're on.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
Because some of the side effects of
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
long term use of these drugs or even short term use, the first one is suicide. Right?
John Spagnola (Veteran Strategic Solutions)
You're exactly right. There's high risk medications. Currently there's a bill, not a bill, but it's an activity in Congress that's employed called written informed consent. And that means the veteran has to sign a form that he was told the side effects, just like you're speaking of before he takes opioids. And our bill basically attaches five categories of high risk medications to that operation or that directive. That includes antidepressants, antipsychotics, stimulants, anxiolytics, which include benzodiazepines and narcotics.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
Wow, that's incredible.
John Spagnola (Veteran Strategic Solutions)
And they all have suicide.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
Just like you have any sponsors in Congress. You have any help?
John Spagnola (Veteran Strategic Solutions)
Yeah, we do. We have Senator Sheehy. He's a Navy seal.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
Okay.
John Spagnola (Veteran Strategic Solutions)
Yeah, he's sponsoring it in, in the Senate. Along with him we have Tommy Tuberville, known as Coach from Alabama.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
Yeah, great man.
John Spagnola (Veteran Strategic Solutions)
And Marsha Blackburn just came on.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
Do you have any bipartisan support across
John Spagnola (Veteran Strategic Solutions)
the aisle in the House we have Cleo Fields, he's a Democrat and he's on the House, which is sponsored by Congressman Bill Arrakis. Jack Bergman is a three star. He's on the House. Keith south, who will be here actually is also a co sponsor of our bill.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
Wow, that's great. Tell our viewers where can they follow you online? Where can they get involved and is it something they can contribute to locally?
John Spagnola (Veteran Strategic Solutions)
Yeah, Veterans Strategic Solutions. You could just pull up that group or you could put my name in John Spagnola. S P A G, N, O L A. If you want to write me, you can reach me at john, john.spagnola10mail.com.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
Are you a veteran?
John Spagnola (Veteran Strategic Solutions)
I am not. I do this simply because I believe that these people put their life on the line and they need protection. And right now, veterans do not understand the side effects of the high risk medications they take. That's why the bills that we have in Congress, it's called a Veteran Veteran Informed consent act. It's HR 4837 in the House and S 3314 in the Senate.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
So what's the solution, though? I hear I watched a special on alternative drugs. Some were things like even like, I think maybe LSD or ketamine and low doses and stuff like that. Are there other solutions than putting someone on psychotropic drugs?
John Spagnola (Veteran Strategic Solutions)
You're exactly right. Thinking veterans are supposed to know they have treatment options. Not only are they supposed to know the side effects, but they're supposed to know, just like you put hyperbaric treatment, canine therapy, if they wanted to do yoga or exercise therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, there's a lot of therapies, but they don't know they exist. Are there options for them?
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
So does the VA pay for those types of things?
John Spagnola (Veteran Strategic Solutions)
If, if it's under their auspices, yes, they pick and select which ones, but they could, or they could make it a partial payment aspect.
David Zia (Interviewer)
All right.
John Spagnola (Veteran Strategic Solutions)
But the veterans will never take them if they don't know they exist.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
Tell our viewers where they can follow
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
you again and get involved.
John Spagnola (Veteran Strategic Solutions)
All right, it's John Spagnola. You can look me up. S-P A G N O L A or veteranstrategicsolutions.com works as well. All right. And if you want to write me, that's john.spagnola10mail.com be more than happy to help.

Steve Lance is with us from ntt. I love seeing you at cpac. It's been so many years. How are you doing?
Steve Lance (NTD Reporter)
Well, David, thanks so much for giving me a chance to chat with you.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
Yeah. You host the Capitol Report. You do some investigative work. You've been, you've been following this incredible story. Tell us about it.
Steve Lance (NTD Reporter)
Yeah. So Shen Yuen the Untold.
Public Investing Platform Announcer
Excuse me.
Steve Lance (NTD Reporter)
Unbroken the Untold Story of Shen Yun is a film that we just premiered on the 24th, and it really explores. It has two arcs. One is really embedding with The Shen Yun performers and getting to understand their process, what it takes to be an elite dancer at that level. The other is an investigative track where, you know, one thing that sort of got the whole documentary started was when we saw the New York Times coming out with pieces attacking this group. Some hit pieces. We saw 1, 2, 3. And then we started.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
From the New York Times.
Steve Lance (NTD Reporter)
From the New York Times, the paper of record, of all places.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
And so Shen Yun has been smashing success. The dance group for years, based out of Lincoln center, primarily can't get tickets to shows.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
Really amazing.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
But they're anti communist, right?
Steve Lance (NTD Reporter)
Yeah. So I'm sure a lot of viewers, most people have seen the billboards and all the major cities that say Shen Yun. And then the tagline, China before communism. And so it was established to restore traditional.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
So tell us about the New York Times. You were saying there might be some corruption there.
Steve Lance (NTD Reporter)
Well, the film explores some very concerning trends. We take a look at their editorial process and, you know, it's. It's very granular. I would recommend Everybody go to ntd.comunbroken and watch the film. And one thing that you'll see, 12 articles for the New York Times. As you know, being in the news business, that's an extraordinary amount of attention.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
So was it that the Chinese Communists were planting the story or was it maybe cahoots?
Steve Lance (NTD Reporter)
So we unveil. I don't want to sell the whole story, but we unveil a leaked memoir coming out of Beijing directly linked to Xi Jinping that triggers overseas spy networks, particularly social media and influencers, which there is that case in our film that tip off the New York Times and get them to start writing these stories.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
Everything I hear, the Sin Yun, the dance company, it's just unbelievable what they do. And just a beautiful thing, right? It is.
Steve Lance (NTD Reporter)
I mean, one of the biggest things for me is when we were at Lincoln center last year when we kicked off this film, standing on the stage with the dancers before they were to perform that night, on opening night, as they were going through their training routine, and then all of a sudden, 12 male dancers, their legs all go up 90 degrees over their head. And they just hold it there with such incredible poise, discipline and balance.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
I mean, I've seen the Peking acrobats. I mean, just extraordinary dedication. Are they allowed back into China at all?
Steve Lance (NTD Reporter)
They're not. So Shen Yuan, you'll find it all over the world, Europe, Taiwan. But the one place, ironically, that you won't be able to find a show that offers a glimpse into 5,000 years of Chinese civilization is China.
David Zia (Interviewer)
Yeah.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
We were talking to Yan earlier about Chinese oppression and maybe organ harvesting. And this is a good issue for Trump to bring up when he meets with. Gee, human rights. Right.
Steve Lance (NTD Reporter)
David, honestly, the issue that you've just raised, forced live organ harvesting, it is probably the most important issue facing humanity.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
Right.
Steve Lance (NTD Reporter)
Because this isn't isolated. This is at scale.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
It's not just Uyghurs now. It's the Fei Lun Gong. It's a, it's crazy. They're targeting the opposition and maybe farming their organs out to people.
Steve Lance (NTD Reporter)
These people are alive. The organs are extracted while they're alive. This sounds like fairy tale crazy.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
Yeah. Robin Cook's coma, 1970s.
Steve Lance (NTD Reporter)
It's, it's unfathomable.
David Zia (Interviewer)
Yeah.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
Or the island Right to the western mine.
Steve Lance (NTD Reporter)
But there are credible people. Sir Jeffrey. Nice. He was the, he's in the Queen's council. He's the one that tried Slobodov Milosevic.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
Right.
James Cher aka Freedom Share
In.
Steve Lance (NTD Reporter)
In the hag. And he did something called the China Tribunal and investigated this. And he actually found hard evidence that the New York Times reporter, her name is Dee Dee Kirsten Tatlow, she was actually about to unveil. She was actually about to unveil the organ harvesting and she was shut down by the New York Times and she signed an affidavit testifying to that former New York Times Beijing reporter.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
Where can people Follow your story?
Steve Lance (NTD Reporter)

James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
It sounds like you guys are making
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
progress on uncovering some of this stuff too. Just incredible. I want to thank you so much. Steve Lance from Capitol Report from ntd. And where can people follow you on socials?

I'm on X Steve Lance and NTD.com all right.

Thanks for joining us again. You're watching Breaking point. I'm real America's voice, where at CPAC 2026 more great speakers taken the stage behind us. But I want to get to some more great interviews that I did. One with Duke Tanner, whose prison sentence was commuted by Donald Trump. You know the 94 crime bill that the Democrats passed was very harsh. A lot of people got caught up. Nonviolent crime offenders doing like multiple life sentences. And I've been working with Pastor David Lowery. There's some legislation that's pending to correct some of these issues once again going forward. And then I have Jan Yakelec talking about Chinese organ harvesting. This is like Robin Cook's Coma, the great movie Coma with Genevieve Bujold and Michael Douglas harvesting human beings for organ replacement for the communist elites. Check out these great interviews on the

We meet the best people here.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
One of them, Duke Tanner. How are you, sir?
Duke Tanner (Former Inmate)
I'm blessed by the blood of Jesus Christ. How about you?
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
I. I think so. I think so. Incredible turnout here. You got an amazing story. Tell us about it.
Duke Tanner (Former Inmate)
Listen, man, I was sentenced to a double life sentence in federal prison for a non violent crime. No real drugs, you know, nobody got harmed. And I refused cooperating, got a double life sentence. I ended up losing all my appeals. I got declined clemency by the Obama administration. But by the grace of God, man, I started writing the White House.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
You wrote every day for like two years or something, right?
Duke Tanner (Former Inmate)
Seven letters, man. I was sent out for two years in October 21, 2020. I woke up in an hour later. When I left my two year old boy, I went to reconnect with him.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
Now tell us. So I've been working with Pastor Lowery as a follow up for the Crime Bill Redemption Act. They're trying to push the 1994 crime bill. Was that what you were sentenced under?
Duke Tanner (Former Inmate)
Yeah. The 94 crime bill is the reason how they was able to give nonviolent individuals a life sentence.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
Right.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
For very small amounts of drugs too.
John Spagnola (Veteran Strategic Solutions)
Right.
Duke Tanner (Former Inmate)
I mean, just another violent crime period. You know, it's, I mean, it's, it's insane. You know, guys that be having murder, murders, you know, you know, crime is crime, but to give someone in federal prison life is mean deceased.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
I thought Trump didn't care about people.
Duke Tanner (Former Inmate)
I mean, listen here, I'm, I'm standing right here because of them. And not only did I get clemency May 28, 2025, on his second term, he granted me a full presidential party. So I'm a free man.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
That's an amazing story. So now you're working with Julio Rivera, you're going to be involved?
Duke Tanner (Former Inmate)
Yes, with Julio Gonzalez. I'm the vice president of Community affairs and engineer, Tax services and outreach. And we're doing amazing things.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
And for those of you know, Julio was also the new president of RAV Espanol.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)

David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
God works in mysterious ways.
Duke Tanner (Former Inmate)

I'm fantastic. It's great to have talked to you on stage today.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
Yeah, yeah.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
We have a big crowd here.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
I see Pac Texas Grapevine right in the Dallas area. Like minded individuals looking for the truth, I guess is how you. We should put it because you know,
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
everyone doesn't always agree on this side of the aisle.
James Cher aka Freedom Share
Right.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
There is some intelligent discussion going back and forth maybe.
Interviewer/Host
Oh absolutely. I mean that. Isn't that how we do things like. Yeah, isn't that how it's.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
But the other side's always in lockstep.
Interviewer/Host
Well, that this is actually a problem.
John Spagnola (Veteran Strategic Solutions)
Right?
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
Yeah.
Interviewer/Host
Because I, I mean I, I would. I think in any political reality it makes no sense to have, you know, some kind of unknown decision maker. You know, basically putting down what seems
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
the way it is. But there's big labor involved. Right. There's other things involved, municipal unions and other.
Interviewer/Host
Right, right, right.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
And then I could digress too much because you have this incredible book, Kill to Order. Tell us about it.
Interviewer/Host
So I mean I've been working on this issue for 20 years and this is communists China doing something that has really been unimaginable to people for the better part of 20 years that we've known about it. And so I mean. Well, let me explain how it's different than your run of the mill organ trafficking.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
Okay.
Interviewer/Host
What I describe it as forced organ harvesting from prisoners of conscience at scale
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
under the communist regime in China.
Interviewer/Host
Under the communist regime of China. And so you have this type of organ trafficking that you hear about. This is something very different. Even though that's horrible in itself. This can only happen in a country like communist China where they hold the entire media in their hands or propaganda organs, okay? And also where they hold the entirety of the incarceration, the state security, the incarceration system, okay? And so when you have both of these incredible tools of power, you can one, demonize and dehumanize a large group of people. This is what they did with Falun Gong practitioners back in. What year was it?
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
1999, right after Tiananmen Square. And they rose.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
And before that, and including up till
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
today, the Uyghurs have been a target. Target of this a hundred percent. So.
Interviewer/Host
Well, the thing is, there's been different groups targeted, right? But the technology hasn't existed to target people in this particular way.
Sheriff Richie Mack
Okay.
Interviewer/Host
And so what they can do is when these Falun Gong practitioners, you know, there's 70 to 100 million people doing this meditation practice in China, they just dictator decides he's going to wipe it out, eradicate it, right? So they put people into this re education system. They want to break them, but they're not breaking you.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
So how many Falun Gong are imprisoned?
Interviewer/Host
All the best I can tell you is In 2005, the Special Rapporteur on Torture at the UN was actually an amazing human rights lawyer named Manfred Novak. He said, half of all people in the amazing giant incarceration system of China or Congo. Wow, that's so. So it's, I mean, a million, two million, a number of people.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
You're talking maybe 60 to 90,000 a
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
year, maybe have their organs harvested.
Interviewer/Host
So 60 to 90,000 transplants a year. And how do we get to that number? Well, when these people don't break easily, they incarcerate, let's say a million people, maybe two. Blood type them, tissue type them, organs, scan them. Right now, a very rich person, whether it's in China or outside, pays the money, 100 grand, 200 grand for that heart. And there's already someone that's matched in the system.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
Communist elite.
Interviewer/Host
Well, the communist elites have called the first access. And we actually learned about that in a hot mic moment. Xi Jinping Vladimir Putin last September, right? Where state television got Putin talking with Xi about continual organ transplantation to achieve immortality and that sort of thing. But basically we're talking about a situation where the catastrophic accident someone normally needs to happen, right? In an ethical transportation system, that doesn't happen. They actually just make a prisoner of conscience dead. And because there's so many of them, they can get the perfect match, they just ship and kill that person.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
We were talking earlier, it's like Robin Cook's coma.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
The Movie with Michael Douglas and Genevieve Buzjeld.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
And then the island, Ewan McGregor, Scarlett Johansson, people being harvested.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
Maybe that's happening now.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
It's unbelievable.
Interviewer/Host
Well, it's. In some ways it's worse than the island movie because in that one, it's. It's of course, sci fi. It's clones being bred to be used. Right. But here they're just taking literal prisoners of conscience. People whose only crime is practicing their faith and refusing to be broken.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
But it's the mindset of the Chinese, Right. Did they act in lockstep?
Interviewer/Host
100%. So it's just, this is actually a big part of the book. When they didn't. When this didn't actually have any response from the international community. Meaningful. They brought the Uyghurs in and they dehumanized them, started using them for these, this forest organ harvesting industry. Right. I mean, just a really, really extreme stuff. And when you say lockstep. Right. I mean, imagine everybody involved in this. No one's talking about. No one's going to say a word. It's a state secret. You get eliminated. Right. If you talk about it. So unbelievable. Serious stuff.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
So tell our viewers, I know you're on the New York Times bestseller list.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
Where can people get it?
Interviewer/Host
So kills to order.com, go to killtoorder.com that's direct to the Amazon link. That's the fastest way. But ask your bookstore. Go to the library. Like, get. I would say the best thing you could do if you're interested in getting the word out on this, is go basically anywhere where there's books, ask them for the book and say, look, it's New York Times bestseller number eight. I want it. You guys should have it. That'll blow it out of the water. And by the way, that'll help us end our own complicity. This is the biggest.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
The thing that keeps silence is our complicity.
Interviewer/Host
Well, silence is our complicity, but also, like, we train some of these surgeons, we actually fund some of these hospitals. If we have these financial relationships, we should cut all that off. That doesn't make any sense.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
Maybe Trump will bring it up in
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
his visit with G. I would.
Interviewer/Host
I would love it if he did.
James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)
I think it'd be very push that one.
David Zia (Breaking Point Host)
Yan, thank you so much. China, oppressive on all fronts. We talked to Steve Lance earlier about the Shen Yun Dance Company.
Interviewer/Host

Interviewer/Host

James Cher aka Freedom Share (RAV Fan)

Cancer Patient
I need to be healthy every day to survive it and go through the next chemo round and the next chemo round. So it's important that work was part of that to keep my mind busy for 8, 9 hours and then I had to go back and face the reality. I had a goal and the goal is to survive.
