They ripple out. It's a ripple effect, shattering families, destroying communities, and undermining our entire nation. That's why the President has been relentlessly securing our orders against the flood of drugs that streamed in under the previous administrations. But border control is just one part of his broader strategy. As you all know this administration is pursuing a whole of government approach to end the drug abuse plaguing our communities. And at hud, we are proud to play a part in this effort. We're grateful to have such hardworking allies as our grand and the Office of National Drug Control Policy. But I was at the White House earlier this week for the National Drug Control Policy Summit and I've got great speeches ahead from Daniel Salter from the dea. Man is this guy on fire. And also Sebastian Gorka. And Trump may have lowered the overdose rate in the United States by up to 30,000 people per year in just a year and a half or so he's been back in office. It's an amazing number and more people were dying in this country every year than died in all the wars combined over the last 70 years. So it was a really special time. Don't go anywhere. So let me just read you one whole segment from the President forward, which speaks to the heart of what Sarah and her incredible team are doing. My illustration has put an unprecedented focus on dismantling threats to the American homeland in our hemisphere. We are no longer permitting cartels and gangs who have poisoned millions of Americans to freely operate in our region or smuggle their drugs, guns or trafficked women and children into our country. Last year I rightfully designated the thirdly cartels as terrorist organizations and began using the strength and power of the US Military to stop and destroy their operations. Our armed forces also demonstrated their incredible power and skill by capturing the narco terrorist outlaw Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro, Bringing him to justice in America. We will not let cartels, jihadists or the governments who support them plot against our citizens with impunity terrorists of any kind will not be allowed to find safe harbor here at home or attack us from abroad. That was signed on Monday afternoon by President Trump. Now, I'm a Boji jihadi counterterrorist, Been doing it for about three decades. And it took a little bit of a mind shift for me to think of GE Haddists as not the only terrorists. And to open my aperture with Stephen Miller, our incredible Homeland security advisor, when he encouraged the president to designate a cocktail. But then I did some homework. When I had my TV show, I dedicated a whole episode to the scourge of drugs and carpools. And let me go a little bit deeper with regards to the data that Sarah gave you A few moments ago, I decided to do my homework. I sat down and I researched the number for all US Servicemen killed in action since the cessation of hostilities in 1945. So from the end of World War II to today, so that means Korea, Vietnam, Panama, Grenada, Gulf 1, Gulf 2, G1, all of those conflicts in that 70 year period, 103,000Americans were killed in Ukraine. Well, I programmed at the same time, this is during the Biden years. I said, well, okay, how many Americans have been killed by fentanyl and illicit drugs? And I went to the Biden CDC website and I dug deep. It was there. You have to go down a rabbit hole. It's like 14 clicks later. And I found out. In the second year of the Biden administration, with open borders to the cartels to bring whatever they want into America, in one year, 110,000Americans were killed by trial. Just stop and internalize that. 70 years of armed combat killed less Americans than 12 months under Biden's open border. Open cartel invasion. That is why on day one, my boss, President Trump, designated them as terrorists because they declared war on us first. Let me show you one thing President. Troubles won't stop. The biggest problem we have in the Trump administration. You know the secretary, you know this Sarah. Biggest problem, and I'm not being facetious of flip, the biggest problem is keeping up with the President. We live skiff like I live in a classified compartmented facility. We leave our codes outside, we do our work on our classified systems. Come outside for a breather, look at our cell phones when we go. What has he done now? Peace treaty number eight. How keep up with this man. Why? Because he is determined that by the grace that God has given him to save the greatest nation on God's green earth. And you are part of that. Why I came back to DEA after retiring for seven years and I wasn't getting ahead. It was an honor when President Trump allowed me to come back to come back and join this fight with these men and women, you and your families that are represented here with our Haidas and our other crime fighters throughout the world. It was an honor to come back and stand and say, hey, this is our why. We have in our hallways at DEA headquarters. If you hadn't been there, we welcome you. Some of the moms have, some of the dads have. Randy will get you over there. You promise not to tackle me. You're safe. It's just that part. I was a little four. I played into my yard all the time. And I remind our young agents that's why we do what we do. If you're successful, you're saving life. One kilogram of fentanyl could kill 50,000Americans. What President Trump did when he put together Homeland Security task force, he organized the largest gang in the world of people crime fighters. They're going to hit these cartels hard and we're Going to hit them really hard. And we've had huge success from Maduro to Adoneto. I could go down the list. Queen. I could go down the list of all these bad, bad people, nefarious people that are killing Americans. And it's fun to come back, be part of this large game, to work with our Homeland Security task forces, with our other agencies, to standing side by side, knowing that when we share our intel, when we share our resources and our expertise, we will be successful. And so I watch and listen to you guys talk and listen to Dr. Corden. Man, it's hard to follow somebody like that. But when you talk, we're all in this book to win it, right? We're all in it. As I said, we are the largest gang. We are gonna. We're gonna hunt these cartels down like they're dogs. They are. And we're gonna let them know. And this can be loud. We're coming. No hidden room is safe. No laboratory in Mexico is safe. Ecuador, Venezuela, they're not safe because President Trump is committed. This drug control strategy gives us a glimpse of what we're going to do to be successful and win this fight. And so I'm so honored to be here. Sarah Todd. Thank you so much, Director, for your. What a tremendous event to be a part of at the outset. On behalf of Secretary mullen and the 260,000 men and women of the Department of Homeland Security, congratulations Director Carter and your team on this visionary strategy that will help us protect our communities from fentanyl poisoning and other dangerous illicit drugs. The President has given us a clear goal eliminate this evil from our country. And now, thanks to your great work, we have a strategy that provides a unified effort that we need to ratchet up our actions to safeguard the American people. Due to the open border policies of the Biden administration, the American people have suffered tremendously from violent gangs and criminal cartels trafficking deadly drugs like fentanyl, driving the drug crisis in our country to unprecedented levels. Because of the previous administration's weak and ineffective leadership, the threat posed by narco terrorists, gangs, cartels and other nefarious actors is more complex, more violent, and more interconnected than ever before. These criminals have brought violence, death and destruction to communities across the country, making the impact inescapable. Tragically, no one seems to be more than one or two degrees removed from someone who's been directly affected by this crisis. Previous administrations have talked about obliterating transnational criminal organizations and eradicating the crime, depth and destruction they bring. But only President Trump is the one who took the meaningful action of designating them as the terrorists that they are. These criminal organizations don't respect borders. They threaten all Americans and undermine our way of life.

My name is Dean Cain and I'm an actor. I apologize for that. I also play in the NFL. Mr. White and Jerry Turner hall of Fame. Nine years, one cup of coffee. I was out as a rookie. So when people started to scream defund the police a few years back, it made zero sense to me because I always thought police were the good guys. So I decided to join the police. So I am at her deputy deputy sheriff in Frederick County, Virginia and a reserve police officer in Pocatello, Idaho. Then some folks are disagreement about defunding ICE so I decided to join ICE

because Watchword officers.

So many of you here today, you're heroes. You're all heroes to me. So on tv, yes, I am best known for playing Superman and. And while we all may love superheroes, you don't need to fly, you don't need to lift a carp over your head to make a difference. And that's clear here today. The real heroes are folks like you. Everybody in this room, our drug czar, Sarah Carter. The real life Lois Lane. She really is the real life mostly. I mean, look what she's done. Oh, my dog, my doppelganger and my stunt double, Victor Abelard. Come on, let me hear.

But what I love about what's going on here right now, what this whole strategy is, is that it empowers everyday parent people like me to make a difference in the lives of others. We don't need just one superhero. We had millions of ordinary bureaus working together and that is what this strategy does and why I hope that it's going to be a turning point in the fight against drugs. That was a great time in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building adjacent to the West Wing at the White House for the National Drug Control Policy Summit. But I want to show you some questions I got to ask Secretary of War Pete Hagseth and Joint Chief Chairman Dan Kaine the other day at the Pentagon about the Iran War right here. Morning Mr. Secretary. Mr. Chairman, David Zia, real America's voice I wanted to ask you of any of the fast boats that have been either sunk or identified, are there any armaments larger than say small, you know, AK47 type stuff or any anti ship cruise missiles identified? And my second question is if there's a divide between the IRGC and Tehran, is there a way to get Tehran to agree to let us go after the IRGC that is doing these attacks without violating the ceasefire?

Well right now anything coming at our crafts, regardless of what's on it has to be defended against and that's the case. I don't know what the exact armaments were on those fast boats.

[DEA Representative]

Small arms, not nothing significant on the fast butts.

Rifles are small machine guns. There were some small coastal cruise missiles shot down as well. So there's been, I think there's some frothiness in the beginning aspects of this that were dealt with very directly by our destroyers and we're communicating both overtly and quietly to the Iranians to allow this defensive operation to happen on behalf of the world. There are some actions the IRGC takes sometimes that are outside the bounds of what maybe Iranian negotiators would like. That's their job, to rein that in and ultimately create a condition for a deal. Right? That's not something I talked about in these remarks but that's happening in real time. Iran has an ability to make that deal. But what we're demonstrating with Project Freedom is they don't control the strait. We know Iran is embarrassed by the fact that our blockade is holy and we can run ships through and we're going to help the world run ships through. And if they hold it at issue, the whole world knows who's doing it. It's not us. We're willing to open it up, it's Iran. And that creates a dilemma for them. We hope they make a deal.

Threshold of restarting is a political decision

I think they're struggling to maintain control

down echelon at the edge. But we're still, it's still pretty low level kinetics at this point in time.

I was at Spacecom in December of 2025 where I interviewed the head of US Space Command four star General Stephen Whiting and I asked him about whether or not reports were true that the Russians have a nuke in space or are capable of knocking down our satellites in lower orbit, which can bring us back to like the stone ages is not a good thing. But recent stories have emerged confirming that that may be the case. Check out my interview with Steven Whiting. There are reports that the Russians may have a WMD deployable in space.

[General Stephen Whiting]

We've seen those reports over the last two years or so of potentially putting a nuclear weapon on orbit. And that has been something that was outlawed by the Outer Space Treaty. And so we were very concerned about that. Yes, there's international law aspect but, but we're concerned about it because of how irresponsible such an action would be. It would hold at risk every country's satellite systems. The United States, China, Europe, Japan, even Russia's own satellite systems. So you know, our goal is to make sure we see that that does not happen.

What about the EMP threat? There were talk years ago that North Korea may have an EMP space based type weapon. Is that a real threat as well?

[General Stephen Whiting]

I think EMP is a threat and typically we think of that in terms of an intercontinental ballistic missile. And you know, we don any of those kind of threats whether they're armed with nuclear weapons, EMP weapons or even conventional weapons. And we've seen a proliferation of those ballistic missile threats over the last several years. And that's why at U.S. space Command we, we have satellites and large radars that maintain warning. So any launch of a ballistic missile anywhere on the planet we instantly are tracking that and providing that warning up to the Secretary of War and the President as well as our fielded forces.

What an incredible week it's been. Starting out being on Ellis island for the Moms for Liberty with the America 250 Fireworks celebration where 40% of Americans can trace their ancestry back to Ellis Island. It was an amazing night. Statue of Liberty, the Verrazano Bridge, the Manhattan skyline, Ellis Island. 12 million immigrants passed through there legally and it was just a super day. Then on the ground for the National Drug Control Policy Summit with Sarah Carter, Victor Avila, the Deputy director Sebastian Gorker, three NFLers who are now active with the administration. Just another amazing event. And then being able to be at the Pentagon for about a dozen Pentagon briefings where General Dan Kaine and Secretary Wa Pete Hegsa take questions from real America's Voice news. We're blessed and we're honored to be part of it. It's an amazing moment in history. And just remember Trump may have saved up to 30,000 lives a year in his first year and a half back in office with his closed border and rounding up criminal illegal aliens. Also, by taking out the cartels, they mean business. And let's see where the Iran war goes. I think the ceasefire may hold for a little bit.
