Hey everybody, welcome. You're watching Breaking Point. Unreal. America's Voice News. I'm David Zio. Download the real America's Voice news app. Today there is an election in New York City for mayor. There's a big one in Minneapolis. The Democratic socialists of America are creep across America and man are they creepy. Hope everyone had a great Halloween. Speaking of creepy and creepy Joe, I gotta say there's 42 million Americans I believe on food stamps. Mike Davis of Article 3 Project had the opportunity to work alongside him at the hush money trial and other. He's really dynamic guy and you always see him on the war room and he's got some hot stuff pending. We're going to talk about something he's talking about later in the show but he says that for 42 million people are on food stamps. There's 100 billion a year spent on food stamps. More than $1 for every 8 we spend in our federal non defense discretionary budget goes towards it. Every eighth person in America is on food stamps. Staggering numbers. But I want to get to our next guest. We always love to have him. He's the co owner of JKC Trucking, one of the largest refrigerated trucking companies in America. Mike Kucharski, welcome to the show.
B
Dave, thank you for having me on your show again.
A
Yeah, I always love talking to you because this is the stuff on the ground. You have a congressman on the show and they could blow V8 about this and that, but you're on the ground. The truckers are the bread and butter, the rugged individualist who make America great. The farmers, the truckers, the distribution, the wholesale markets, the warehousing, the supply chain, you keep it all going. Business isn't so great right now, right? What's going on?
B
No, business is not so great right now. There's a couple things going on. I mean we are dealing. Well, let me start with this. This is. There's a very serious crisis situation going on. There's a loophole of unlicensed or inexperienced Seattle drivers endangering motor public out there. And you've probably seen on the news people are getting accidents all the time. But the truckers are dealing with a couple, couple issues. Number one, we're still dealing with volume, volatility, due shocks of COVID and inflation to. Yes, correct. I mean food is expensive, people are not consuming as they used to. Consumption's down. So when consumption is down, rates are down due to demand. You know, our expenses are still skyrocketing. Trucking and truckers are all fighting for the same business. Freight, freight goes to low is better. But on top of that, you know we have a new issue is these now new non domiciled truckers are cutting rates even further from the American truckers to get business because obviously they have leases and they want to make some money. I don't think they have as many expenses or pay everything that we pay as regular truckers, if I guess as my own opinion as a small business owner. But it's causing the demise of many American family trucking businesses to go out of business. You know, it's killing generations of truckers every day that put blood, sweat, tears into their companies.
A
Yeah, it's got to be really hard because we've been talking for about five years, right? Legacy costs going up. You know, especially, especially you know, during a Covid I saw lettuce for $3 a head. I've never seen that in my life. Pizza is $4.30 now by us when you include tax. Pizza was 50 cents a slice in 1978. You know, something like that. So money is like five, six times worth less, right? I don't know if that's the right phraseology, but. And, and you know, incomes haven't gone up sixfold in that time. But I wanted to address what' here. This guy who killed these three people in California, an Asian Indian illegal alien in America failed his CDL test 10 times. Or is that the guy in Florida that killed people? What's going on?
B
No, I think it's the one that the recent accident that you're talking about, the Indian trucker, he failed his CDL 10 times. And number one, I want to say him failing his test is a black eye to the trucking industry and a black eye to the government. And what I mean by that is this, here in Illinois, if you fail Your test, three times you're out, right? You get like a year off or you have to come. There's a grace period, you know, three strikes you're out. It's like baseball over there. They fail. He failed 10 times. You mean, how did they allow him to do it that many times? You know, in the trucking industry, we have, you know, it's. The industry's all on depends on trust. Right. Because these truckers are hauling these heavy loads and stuff like this. You mean, there's all these safe checks in this industry to keep people like that out. And obviously this guy just got right in, you know, I mean, everybody gave him all the green lights, no red flags until. Until these truckers started getting accidents. And, you know, people are looking into it. You know, Sean Duffy's jumped into it, put a spotlight on the presence of these foreign truck drivers operating in the US who don't speak or read English fluently. And, you know, God bless him because he's taken not only to protect the public, but also support the vast majority of professional drivers who do the right thing every day.
A
Yeah. And Trump passed an executive order for English only. We were talking about that before the executive order was passed that these truckers need to read English, speak English sign wise and for all other reasons. But that executive order hasn't been codified by Congress. I don't believe.
B
You know what, how's this that order? That was a rule back in the 70s that the federal motor Carrier put into place. I don't remember exactly, but it was back in the 70s saying English is the language of America. 2016, it was changed saying that, look, you could use an app to talk English or translate, you know, I mean, which I was thinking, okay, that's a great idea when somebody's struggling. But that never really took off totally, because there's truckers out there right now that are being pulled over right now. First thing they're saying, they're being tested. They have a little conversation. They can't have the conversation. They show some road signs. I just saw a video this morning. It was super sad because a trooper was showing a guy a speed limit 35 sign. And he's asking the guy, what, what's in this picture? And the guy goes, two people walking. And he goes, where are they walking to? And he goes, I don't know. And it was, you know, a speed limit that said 35 miles an hour. So the 30, the 3 and a 5, he mistaken for two people walking. This guy is completely literate, doesn't even Know his numbers, which is sad. You know, I mean, how's this, you know, I mean. You mean, how's this. I, I don't expect trick diverse to be perfect in English when a spelling bee and mathematicians, but you need to have like the, the. You have to have some concepts of, of, of English and numbers. I mean, how, how is he gonna. Was this. So if this guy could use the app, how is he going to punch stuff into his, you know, iPhone so to translate?
A
He can't even do that. No, it's terrible. I think I saw a guy in Louisiana, was stopped. He had a New York driver's license and it said no name. Like, literally, it said. Because he didn't show ID to get a driver's license. You know, I had to show six forms of ID to get my daughter's license. Right.
B
Unbelievable. I want one of those licenses. Has no id. No, no, no name given or, you know, actually I would, I would make up a name like McLovin or something.
A
I don'.
B
You know what I mean? That's just ridiculous that they did something like that. And I'm glad they did that from their stupidity. They got caught faster. No name given. What's the point of having a license? You know what I mean?
A
It's bizarre. All right, we have less than two minutes. Let's talk about. Gas is down a little. I paid 251 in South Carolina last week. Diesel's not really coming down that much, though. Still. No.
B
The problem with diesel is there's always a huge lag when oil goes down. Gasoline comes down way faster and there's always a huge lag Diesel. And I understand why this is happening. I think it just takes. The oil companies just take their good time with diesel because they, they probably make more money off of diesel, if I had a guess. But there's always a lag. So, yes, it's coming down and I pray it's. You know, I want to thank President Trump for making that deal with the Saudis, because now hopefully when it comes down, it will stay down because in the past, every time it went down, it went right back up. So hopefully it comes down and stays down and stays down there until, you know, America becomes energy independent again.
A
Yeah, maybe with the, the rate drop again, it's still not enough. But with 50 basis points in the last few months, I think we need another hundred at least to really make the economy roar. As long as inflation stays under 4%, there's no danger in doing that. I'm in construction, everything's 30% higher. It's crazy. So are you confident that things are going to pick up and truckers will be able to survive in this climate?
B
You mean it's.
A
We're.
B
I can't, I can't forecast day to day because everything changes. Everything I've always forecasted in the previous goes upside down. I mean, I pray for the American truckers that everything situation comes down and then the volumes come back up and the rates come back up. Because what it's doing is it's killing the American truckers. You know, these hard families that worked all their lives, multiple generations are going out of business. And you mean if they continue going out of business and one day America fixes itself, there's not to be enough truckers? You know, we're going to not have as many options. And who's going to want to go into trucking business when it's so volatile? You know, it's, it's worse than trading stocks. They're going to say so it's going to be bad for the economy because look, the trucking industry is the heartbeat of the U.S. economy.
E
Yeah.
A
And it's not easy to start your own business as it is and be an independent trucker like it used to be. Right. So I want to thank you so much for coming on. Mike Kucharski. Where can people follow you? We got 15 seconds.
B
Yeah, you could find me on jkctrucking.com or if you guys are looking for a job, you could go to jobsickctrucking.com.

It seems like the blue cities love socialism, right? I've been in about 38 states with real America's Voice news over the years following the Trump campaign. And every blue city I go to has two, three, four times higher property crime rates, two times the violent crime rates as the rest of the state. Doesn't matter if it's Wisconsin, North Carolina, South Carolina, you name it. And a lot of important mayor races going on around the country. So it's not just about Mamdani and the Minneapolis mayor. You know, these young guys, very appealing to the kids who get out of college, have twice the amount of student loans, 6% unemployment coming out of college, and they come out making five, $50,000 they used to come out making 70, 30 years ago. And money's worth a lot less than it was back then. So payrolls aren't keeping up with inflation. So the American dream is fleeting for many out there. But they just don't understand by voting a socialist in, it's just going to get worse. It doesn't get better because it's always good until they run out of everyone else's money to spend. But I want to welcome to the show another really important candidate out there in the field running for the mayor of Cincinnati against another socialist type, Corey Bowman. How are you, sir?
D
Hey, David, thank you so much for having us. We're doing great. We're in the final stages of our election.
A
Yeah, it's always great to have you on here. And I know you're the half brother of J.D. vance, who's another young guy out there who's doing amazing things for the country. And I know you were inspired to run post inauguration, if not earlier, you know, hearing him speak at the inaugural inauguration. Right. You jumped in the mayor's race, right?
D
Yeah. Well, like you said, My brother's J.D. vance, and when our family witnessed him getting sworn in as the vice president, you know, I was flying back home and I just thought to myself, you know, what's a part that I can play now? Honestly, I thought that I was just going to get behind a candidate or get behind maybe a movement. But then whenever I talked to leadership, it didn't really seem like a lot of people were willing to step up in our blue city. And so after a lot of prayer, me and my wife decided that we were going to put our hat in the ring. And it's been, you know, kind of a whirlwind ever since. But at the same time, there's been a so much momentum on our side showing people that a lot of these cities aren't as far gone as you think.
A
Okay, so Cincinnati, you know, you had a guy who won by a large margin and raised a lot of money in the last election, but he hasn't raised as much money. Right. In relation to this election compared to the last one, right?
E
Yeah.
D
Kind of across the board, you're seeing that there's not a lot of fundraising on the other side as it has been in previous years. Now, you can kind of guess what those reasons are, whether it be lack of motivation, whether it be the ones that are holding the money, seem a lot more benefit to supporting people that believe in the free market, believe in a lot of other issues that are kind of opposite to the other side. But, yeah, we are seeing a dip in that. I think that there's a major opportunity for all these downtown cities to be able to raise up people, to be able to just kind of challenge the status quo.
A
And you're a pastor, you're a small businessman. I know you own a coffee shop right in the middle of Cincinnati. You grew up in Cincinnati, you know, listening to the sirens, as you told me, you know, and. But violent crime is up like 50% in certain areas of Cincinnati this year. Right. It's not good.
D
Yeah. Well, one thing that I hear a lot from people is that, oh, there's crime in every major city, there's crime. Well, first off, I don't think that's a good idea to just accept that, hey, we're just going to have crime in every major city. I don't think that's a good thing to accept in this world, but also too, for the people that live downtown, for the businesses that work downtown, and for the people that even visit in the downtown area. You can't deny it that we've seen an uptick in violent crime in our downtown area. And these are the areas to where you think that there's the most investment, there's the most emphasis by the city government, because we want to be able to keep our downtown cities running properly. But you're seeing that uptick, and a lot of it has to do with just policies that are against the police department, that are against holding criminals accountable, that are against. It's basically this catch and release thing that's going on from the judicial system. And those are policies that we really have to fight against if we want to keep our city safe. Right.
A
And just for the record, for our audience, because I owe them disclosure, I'm a contributor to your campaign, but it's because I'm tired of the high crime. You know, I'm in La Crosse, Wisconsin, this bucolic setting by the Mississippi Black rivers, you know, untouched by the glaciers. And then you go into La Crosse and there's, you know, really high crime. Democratic city council, Democratic sheriff, Democratic county executive. And it's the same everywhere I went from, you know, Fayetteville, North Carolina, all the way to the other side of state to Charlotte. I'm sick of it. And my kids and grandkids live in Manhattan, and I'm really upset about what's going on. Rape is up 19% in New York. You know, this year, 64,000 people have been victims of felony and misdemeanor assault. I wanted to talk about, you know, what your prospects are for the election on Tuesday. I know you've been working really hard, and is there a chance the city council will flip?
D
Well, so there's nine city council candidates or nine city council positions. And just to put this in perspective, the last election four years ago, you had two Democrats that were running for mayor. And then you had nine candidates for the Democrats to run for council, and you had one lone conservative that was running. So you had 10 candidates, candidates total for city council. This year, we are seeing 27 city council candidates. Many of them are on the conservative side, Many of them are moderate. Some of them are even Democrat, but they weren't even endorsed by their own party. What it shows is that a lot of people are fed up with the current administration. They're upset with the current policies, and they're act. They're asking for change. And that's what these candidates represent. I believe this is a very important race to show people that our cities are not too far gone. And from our number standpoint, when we look at the early voting, because there's not so much that you can look at from a polling standpoint from a small election like this, but when you monitor the, the early voting, the absentee request, everything is trending in the other direction. For conservatives that have been in the past, it's trending upward. And then from a Democrat standpoint, it's trending downward. So I think that we have a very rare and unique opportunity to show people that the city's not too far gone, that we can help flip this thing. Even if it's just one, two or three council positions and a mayor position position to that we need differences of opinion.
A
Okay, when did early voting start and when does it end?
D
Start at the beginning of October and it ends actually this Sunday. So a lot of people do souls to the polls and they do a lot of other get out the vote initiatives. But what we're seeing right now is that Republicans and independents are trending upward when it comes to what they've shown up in the past for, and then Democrats are trending downward. It's still looking to be a low turnout when it comes to the early voting, but a lot of conservatives actually show up the day of as well. So we've got to push this all the way through to the finish line. And I want to encourage anybody that's watching from a major city. I've talked with people from Columbus, from Indianapolis, from Cleveland, and I think that what you have to see it as is if we can actually get candidates to step up and run and run on solid platforms that aren't copying pasting national politics, but run on city issues, you're going to give people an opportunity to show that they're upset with the current administrations or the current policies. But it does take people step stepping up.
A
What does your schedule look like for the next couple of days? What are you going to do? You're on the ground.
D
Yeah. Dawn to dusk. We're doing things to be able to get every vote that we can this week. We're emphasizing the grassroots. We're going to be dropping literature and door knocking as much as we can. I'm doing as many interviews for local radio. We're actually doing a couple different public events that are actually nonpartisan this week to be able to show people that we're willing to work across the aisle. And then we're going to have our final Pushes for door knocking and for our calls and SMS and all that stuff that's going on. And we will have a last minute, you know, basically surge on our ads as well.
A
Yeah, and this supersedes party lines. You know, the reason I have you on is about crime. If one life gets saved because a more conservative candidate is in office, I mean, I mean, I think when I was on the ground in Manchester, New Hampshire, the director of overdose prevention told me that 8% of the population overdoses every year out of 100 plus thousand people and the closed border. I hear there's drops in trafficking, in drug trafficking, in la, of fentanyl. Trump's gotta have saved thousands and thousands and thousands of lives so far. Not just from the violence, violent crime by recidivist, illegal criminal aliens in America, but the drug trade. You know, that's why I focus on the inner cities. I was one of the first people on the campaign trail to ask Trump, you know, what is he going to do to clean up the cities? You know, and you know, I'll give, we have about a minute and a half left. I'll give you the last word. Tell us what you're going to do for the people of Cincinnati.
D
Well, I think the biggest thing you have to look at is public safety. Public safety is becoming more and more the number one issue that people care about. And what we have come to the conclusion of is that if you actually speak with the officers, if you speak with the experienced police officers and those that have been involved in public safety for years, this isn't rocket science. This is very practical, tried and proven tactics of de escalation, of making sure that we're enforcing all laws high level and making sure that we're enforcing low level crimes as well, to be able to discourage that evolving into high level crime. One thing that we're seeing in our cities overall is short staffing. And I don't believe the short staffing is because you have people that don't want to be cops. I believe, I believe that you're having short staffing because you don't have leadership that cops want to work for. And so if we can get strong leadership in office, we're going to bring that staffing up. Right Now, Cincinnati is 20% understaffed. We're going to bring those levels up and we're going to put pressure on the judges to be able to hold criminals accountable. And so we have less than a week until November 4th forth to be able to vote. If you're anywhere in the Cincinnati area, I want to encourage you to get out and vote. Make sure that these city elections don't go unanswered.
A

You're watching Breaking Point, Real America's Voice news. Download the app today, Tell a friend, tell your family, because we're giving you the real news and the MSM is lying to you. What else is new? Big mayor's race coming up. We'll be bringing you live coverage from New York City. I'll be on the ground on Tuesday night. You know, this is a bellwether for the rest of the country, for Minneapolis, for other places. Democratic Socialists of America candidates, DSA are winning office on, you know, and this is a big race. This is a big race. But both Cuomo and Dami are enemies of Trump. So Trump kind of benefits either way, regardless of who wins on Tuesday. Because, you know, Cuomo has vowed to fight ICE and is pitting the NYPD against ice. He's kind of vowed to do that, and then he's under investigation by Trump. Trump basically by DOJ maybe perjuring himself during, you know, about the COVID response in New York. So there's so much going on. I want to bring on our next guest here, Brecken Theise. He's the White House correspondent for the Federalist. Welcome to the show.
C
Thank you for having me.
A
Yeah. Hi, Brecken. I love your stories, by the way. I'm glad, you know, you came on. I'd like to have a, you know, relationship in the future because you're like, spot on on a lot of this stuff. And something that's really concerning me. I have a MyChart account for my medical records. You wrote a story about transgender surgery for minors becoming easier because of a manipulation through either AI or computers and software to hide records from the parents of these prospective candidates at 12 and 13 years old. Is that true?
E
Yeah, that's true. And you're not alone. I mean, many people have my chart records. 63% of, of, of hospital systems in the country are either MyChart or this other organization, Oracle. My chart's run by a company called Epic. Yeah, that's correct. There's, there's actually sort of like a three moving parts here. So there's the, there's the hospital system, there's the software, and then there's these state laws. So a lot of state laws going back decades actually decided that they would prefer to have parent parental access to medical records cut off at usually the ages of 12 or 13. The idea behind those laws back then was that, you know, these, these kind of teenagers, these, these young teenagers all the way through into adulthood would not seek treatment for substance abuse or for sexually transmitted diseases or other things. And so they, these states decided, well, we would prefer them to seek the treatment instead of just like, you know, not basically not doing so and harming themselves and potentially other others. Now what's happened here is that these, these kind of predatory doctors and hospital systems who want to transition children and kind of as many as possible have taken those state laws and said, well, we're, you know, doing this quote, unquote, gender affirming care now. And so that's sexual in nature. And we're going to cut you off, we're going to cut the parents off, we're going to allow these kids to start making doctor's appointments, appointments start going by different pronouns, going by different names in their medical records. And, and the, the third part here, which I think is really interesting because a company like Epic, which runs my chart, pushes back on this and says, well, we create the Software. We create the medical records online. That's. That's true. But you know, we don't choose what the hospital decides to do with it. And it's very customizable. And while that, that's definitely the case, actually each kind of department in the hospital can customize it for whatever they need. The problem is that EPIC is providing the capability to these companies to act as the conduit to hide this information from parents. So, I mean, they're not innocent in this at all.
A
Okay, so, okay, I'm 14. My teacher told me, you know, they changed my name. They told me it's okay to be a girl and I'm a boy. They go to the school shrink. The shrink says, you know, hey, you should go and see somebody. And then a doctor, you know, or somebody with blue hair, you know, and a ring in their nose tells them, you know, you know, you should be a candidate for transgender. You should start SSRIs. You should become sterilized. And you're 13 years old. You're telling me that a kid now under 18 years old can go on the patient portal and review and coordinate their own visits and records? Something like that. Without their parents, actually.
E
Yeah, without the parents. That's exactly how this works, actually. And they can do it through telehealth too. So I actually wrote a story about this precise issue out of Louisiana back in 2023, where the, the. This family of a 12 year old girl, the, the girl had already harmed herself, you know, cut her wrist and was pretty gruesome, was going through these. These really, this really tough time, you know, dealing with these, these gender things that she's saw online and things like that. And long story short is that she was actually able to use my chart to create doctor's appointments with doctors without her parents knowledge and, and potentially even get, you know, drugs, you know, have go. If, if she had been able to make it to the doctor's office. Now she lived outside of New Orleans, like south of New Orleans in the bayou area area. The only thing that kept her from actually executing and going to the doctor's office was transportation. There wasn't public transportation that could take her from her home in the bayou up to New York, the New Orleans Children's Hospital, to do it. Had she been able to get transportation, however, who knows where she'd be right now. And her parents certainly wouldn't have been able to, to catch this before potentially it was even too late.

That's extraordinary. Very, very sad stuff going on in our country. I mean, would it help if our viewers contacted these companies or you, like you said, is it the individual hospitals that are taking advantage of this online portal management software?
E
Yeah, I mean, I think it's probably a bit of both. You know, the companies are openly pro transgender ideology. The hospitals are too. I think that there's a lot also that may. It's possible that the best use of people's time is contacting state legislatures because these, the. The laws that exist that are allowing this to happen or at least that are being used in this manner need to be changed or need to be at least clarified to say that, you know, maybe. Maybe states decide that it is worthwhile to have the, you know, the confidentiality for things like STD testing or whatever. I don't know. I'm not going to speak to that.
D
That.
E
What I am going to say is that is that this hiding from parents, allowing kids to get on these drugs and allowing it, you know, even the social. Take the drugs aside, even the social transition, the pronouns and the names, all of that inevitably almost all the time leads. Every leads the, the, the patient, the young impressionable child to pursue the drugs and pursue the surgeries. It's all a huge domino effect. It's been reported many times. It's been, it's. It's been witnessed many times. Detransitioners will talk about it all the time. You know, it's like my teachers started calling me by a different name in school and different pronouns in school. And that convinced me that that's really who I was. And that convinced me to take the drugs to, to sterilize. That convinced me eventually to get these, these body modifications, this genital mutilation and things like that. I mean, there is no safe or, or there is no safe part of this entire trans ideology. And the governments of the states need to change it. The hospitals need to be pressured into stopping using the systems this way. And quite frankly, you know, Epic and Oracle and all the other ones need to be told, well, you can't, you can't facilitate this happening.
A
Wow, that's incredible. Unbelievable. Where can our viewers follow you? We have about 20 seconds.
E
Yep, I'm on X at Brecken f Feast and then of course on the federal estate.
A
I want to have you back. We got so many more topics. I'm up against the heartbreak here, everybody. Breckin thes everybody, thank you so much for sharing that very disturbing stuff. We'll be in touch.
E
Thanks for having me.
A
About 400,000 New Yorkers early voted so far in the election for Mayor, a very important race. It's bellwether for the rest of the country. But 70% of Staten island voters showed up in there big time for Curtis Sliwa. So even if he dropped out out, his name stays on the ballot. He's going to get the votes. I don't see a path for Cuomo here, but we'll be right back. I want to bring you a message from the wonderful people at switch to USA. I'm so excited to have Maria from switch2usa.com with us. They're all processed here in the usa, manufactured here in the usa. Everything is door delivered, including our ranch. We have a ranch and everything is USA processed right here. From our ranch. We'll be right back with more Breaking POINT on Real America's Voice News. Welcome back, everybody. This is BREAKING point. I'm David Zier. Thanks for joining the Rav family. So much going on out there around the country, around the world. Trump with an incredible trip to Asia. Don't you love those Malaysian dances? And then Trump dancing back. I've never seen anything like that in my life. I've been through many presidents and it's good stuff. It's good stuff. And he's taken the economic fight to them. But I want to bring in a really great guy, a great reporter, Kalin Deese. He's a justice reporter at the Washington Examiner. What's up, Kaylin?
C
Hey, thanks for having me on. It's a pleasure.
A
Yeah, I really enjoyed appearing with you on Jake and Delmarva Delaware Radio, you know, talking about the issues of the day. And I've been following you for some time.
D
Time.
A
You really are on the forefront of what's going on at doj, right?
C
Yes, sir. Yeah. There's so many things happening and there's a lot of overlap and crossover right now with the Senate. And there was just a big announcement that just happened in the last hour. I'm not sure where you want to start, but there's so many places to go.
A
Go for it.
C
Yeah. So there was a committee hearing, Senate Judiciary Committee, Chuck Grassley was kicking it off and giving us an update about the Arctic Frog program or the operation that was started to lay the bedrock foundation for Jack Smith's indictments against President Donald Trump. And what Grassley revealed at this hearing just concluded was that there were 197 subpoenas to different individuals and organizations related to the Arctic Frost probe. And it really showed a light on just how much of a fishing expedition the whole Arctic Frost operation really was. I mean, just to give you a semblance and idea, we already knew that there were a group of eight senators and one representative Republican, all of them who had their phone tolls tapped. That is information that we already learned earlier this month. But what we didn't know was that there was actually more lines that were tapped for specific individuals. Specifically, Ted Cruz of Texas had one of his office lines tapped. That was a Verizon line. But what was interesting, though, is that AT&T, while Verizon handed over many of the records that were sought By Jack Smith, AT&T actually declined. And this is the kicker here. This is all coming from a whistleblower that was able to hand this information to the Senate Judiciary Committee. What the whistleblower has said is that there was not any way for AT&T to alert Senator Cruz that there was a subpoena for his phone records because a judge, many of you know him by the name of Judge James Boasberg, had signed an order saying that the person of interest was likely to attempt to obfuscate or, you know, delete certain information that was being pursued after. So Judge Boasberg did not allow Cruz to have any awareness that his phone lines were going to be tapped. And Cruz went out and said, you know, he, he believes that that likely happened in the case of many other senators. And he's calling for Bloomberg's impeachment over this.
A
So what's the process from here? How does that get done and what do you think is going to come of this? Because basically, you know, this unveiled Arctic Frost, it basically unveiled this enemies list of the FBI under the previous administration, right? Yeah.
C
So all this is laying the groundwork for what I believe is going to be a multi pronged effort between the House and the Senate to re litigate what exactly happened with Jack Smith's handling of the Donald Trump indictments. Because all these lawmakers from both the House Judiciary and the Senate have been asking the DOJ for more information, more information related to Arctic fraud. The DOJ has been getting the ball rolling on some of those efforts. But what happened today is very interesting because this came from a whistleblower who was able to unveil the largest number of known subpoenas that we have today. 19734 individuals and over 163 different groups and businesses. So this is expanding the roster of the Trump conservative inner circle. And it's showing that it was. They were going after so many different ludicrous things. There was one thing in the FBI documents that Jim Jordan released yesterday that was talking about somebody's gambling patterns over at the MGM across the, across the harbor in Maryland. And to really emphasize that, to be looking at something that was completely unrelated to the 2020 election, but to be just looking at people, people's own personal, private activities really shows that they were trying to just find anything and everything that they could about individuals connected to Donald Trump to see if there was any sort of criminal implication there, that's not how you run a case. And this is all leading to a moment where I think that the Senate Judiciary Committee is going to hold hearings, the House Judiciary Committee is going to hold hearings, and they're trying to get Jack Smith, the House Judiciary, to testify. You know, privately, it doesn't seem like Smith is going to budge. So I think that there's going to be a subpoena coming soon for Smith that he's going to have to then respond to.
A
Yeah, it's like they just cast this big fishnet and hoping they get anything before there's a crime.
B
Right.
A
And so I wanted to also talk about the Conservative Partnership Institute, Ed Corrigan, what's going on with, with that?
D
Yeah.
C
So in FBI unclassified records that were revealed yesterday relating to the Arctic Frost probe, it showed that there was a full scale effort by field offices across the country to work alongside Maine FBI here in Washington over this probe. So something that was interesting was around September 2022, there was a conversation between the main office of the FBI and the field office in Seattle, and there was a discussion about these allegations that were put forth about Conservative Partnership Institute head Ed Corrigan making these outlandish claims, claiming that he had some Vladimir Putin sympathies and that he was wanting to instigate potentially a civil war. It caused an uproar on X yesterday. Many people who are close friends with Corrigan who are completely appalled and shocked at the types of conversations the FBI agents were having about Corgan based on some baseless allegation against him. And we don't yet know who the person was that made that allegation to the FBI or why he was tipped off about that. But that's something that we are investigating heavily here at the Washington examiner, trying to get down to the bottom, bottom of who exactly would have put this, put forth this claim. But the bottom line, though, is it shows just how, just how the FBI was willing to go on any leads when it came to investigating Donald Trump at this time, and how they were willing to just take anything that sounded bad and could make anyone seem like they were up to no good. And it was just, just entirely ludicrous, if you want to know my truth on this matter.
B
Yeah.
A
And these FBI files were released by the Senate Judiciary, I believe, the other day. So what's the significance of the CPI of the Partnership? Why were they a target?
C
So Mark Meadows has long been affiliated with cpi and at the time, you know, we know that Mark Meadows was a central figure in, in the Fani Willis indictment, the RICO case that was being brought against Trump during his political comeback tour from 21 until he won a landslide election in 24. And so the fact that Mark Meadows was also a central figure in Jack Smith's election case that was brought in DC Shows that the FBI was just working to try to, to land any information on people that were connected in Trump's orbit. Even people like Corrigan who have a very low profile and don't really, you know, don't really have anything to do with, you know, Trump's administration. They just wanted to see if there was anybody in the outside orbit that they could, you know, drag into this whole charade that was put together. And Mark Meadows being tied to Corrigan, I guess, is part of what, what raised their interest. But to go off of a lead like that is just, yeah, it's incredible.
D
Child's play.
A
You know, they did, you know, they did the same thing in J6. They're doing it, you know, and all these things just putting out this big net. I wanted to talk about. We have less than two minutes. Tell us about you were saying South Florida prosecutors are mulling a case relating to Trump.
D
Yeah.
C
So this isn't anything that any officials are speaking privately about in the doj, attending reporters or things like that. But it comes from a man who has had a lot of different streaks of credibility when it comes to activities involving the Trump administration. That is a man by the name of Mike Davis. He's been going on several different podcasts, I should say head of the Article 3 project, but he's been going on several podcasts and even Fox News earlier this morning month talking about the strange order that popped up on the court docket in South Florida that was giving notice that a judge had granted an assembly of a grand jury in early January, around January 12th next year. So that's coming up soon. And nobody knows really what is going to be discussed part of this grand jury. Except Mike Davis claims he thinks he has a hunch. He believes that it could be potentially a type of case involving conspiracy against rights, conspiracy involving the rights of Donald Trump. And this all boils down to the fact that for the longest time there's been proponents of bringing a conspiracy case against former Biden Obama era officials involving not just the Jack Smith case, but the fact that there was a conspiracy being alleged dating back all the way to the Crossfire Hurricane era. Yes, it's sort of this idea that can you bridge the Crossfire hurricane weaponization of justice against Trump all the way to the Arctic Frost investigation. And that's where we are kind of focusing on right now.
A
All right, we're out of time. 10 seconds. Where can people follow you?
C
Follow me on X Kalyn K A E L A N D C. All right.
A
I got to work alongside Mike Davis. He's brilliant. During the hush money trial. I want to thank you so much for coming on, and we'll have you back. You know, your information is really important. Thank you again.
