Maureen and I were in an unusual situation. Maureen and Gary were still married, and we had no plans to change it. Maureen's mental health had left her permanently institutionalized. I had begun as a nanny to the family years ago, and Gary and I's relationship had become something more. This had happened with Maureen's knowledge and blessing. She didn't help Gary.

But then in with that there's also like the criminalization of public prayer and the inability to read Romans chapter one. If you read Romans chapter one, you go to jail. It's all mixed together. It also seeks to create a new offense for the intentional promotion of hatred through the public display of like the cross is offensive, so you go to jail. This is in Canada. Conservatives and religious groups oppose a block Quebec amendment to the bill backed by the Liberals that would remove the religious defense to hate speech in the criminal code. Okay.
