Ahead on American Sunrise. US Forces target Iranian military sites after attacks in the Strait of Hormuz. Is this a limited response or the start of a wider conflict yet again? Plus, sexual misconduct claims are putting Capitol Hill under new scrutiny. More lawmakers coming under fire. So what's being done to clean up Congress? And later, for the first time in decades, America's churches are seeing signs of growth. Higher attendance, more volunteers. What's behind the shift? Those stories and more as American Sunrise starts on a Puppy Friday. Freedom Friday. It's a Friday. And we're going right now. Good morning America.
Dr. Gina
Welcome to American sunrise. Whether it's culture, we have breaking news to share with you.
Terrence Bates
Politics.
David Brody
President Trump is joining us live now from Florida.
Terrence Bates
We've got you covered.
David Brody
This is what it looks like to be a patriot.
Terrence Bates
We have to protect the American family.
Dr. Gina
The American dream is still alive.
David Brody
I'm David Brody.
Terrence Bates
I'm terrence.
Dr. Gina
And I'm Dr. Gina. All right. Good morning, Everybody. I am Dr. Gina. It is puppy and freedom Friday. We are so glad to be with you. We are live with you from the Palm Beaches, but let's bring in David Brody because He's in Washington, D.C. and Terrence Bates is in our Denver newsroom. Good morning, gentlemen, lady and gentlemen.
Terrence Bates
Good morning, David. I'm laughing to myself about your tease there about higher volunteerism at church. I think I'm the only person in church history that's been fired as an usher. Instead of getting people to their seats, I actually was just talking to everybody. I'm having conversations and talking and not getting people to their seats. It was a mess. It was a mess. They didn't say the words. I'm pretty sure I got fired. They didn't say the words fired. They were just like, you know what? We think your skills are better suited elsewhere. Because I was talking to people and, you know, there's lines backing up. I'm like, how you doing? How's life?
Dr. Gina
How are the kids in your aisle? You get to put your little stuff in your little box that's in your aisle and they're going to carry it out.
Terrence Bates
Yeah.
Dr. Gina
Oh, Terrence, that's what disgusting.
Terrence Bates
It was not pretty.
David Brody
You got gifts and talents, but ushering
Terrence Bates
is not one of them.
David Brody
Is that basically what.
Terrence Bates
Apparently not. That's pretty much what it was, guys. It was pretty funny. I was just like, oh, I feel some kind of way about this. But, you know, I met a lot of people and had a great time. So I anyway, I just wanted to share that. When you read that tease, that's what I thought of. I was like, yeah, I'M probably the only person in history that got fired from being an usher. All right, guys, let's get to some of the big stories of the day. President Trump saying the ceasefire with Iran is still holding. Holding 47's remarks coming amid new strikes. Last night, Iran targeted three U.S. navy ships and then the United States retaliated. Here's how the President responded to questions about this ceasefire.
Dr. Gina
After these strikes, is the ceasefire with Iran still on?
President Donald Trump
Yeah, it is. It's. They trifled with us today. We blew them away. They trifled. I call that a trifle. I'll let you know when there's no cease. You won't have to know if there's no ceasefire. You're not going to have to know. You just going to have to look at one big glow coming. Coming out of Iran, and they better sign their agreement fast.
Terrence Bates
So here's my big question this morning, and I'm kind of struggling with this, honestly, when we talk about ceasefire, are we talking semantics? Oh, technically, there's no ceasefire, because I still see American ships being attacked and us attacking back. In my mind, as a literalist, that's not a ceasefire, David.
David Brody
Well, that's where I was going this morning, too. I thought ceasefire meant wait for it, wait for it. I thought cease fire meant cease fire. So I'm a little confused as to why the fire hasn't ceased and we're still in a cease fire. I give up. Other than the fact that I think this administration is desperate. Desperate, I say, to get a deal with Iran, because they don't want any more. They don't want gas prices going up anymore. They want to get out of this thing. The midterms are coming and they need this to be over. This. That's my sense of it. As to why this trifle stuff, by the way, I love Trump's words. Trifle, right. Kerfuffle, whatever you want to call it. I love these words. Gina, Anyhow, please, to you.
Dr. Gina
Okay, so this, this might.
Brian Glenn
There's so much.
Terrence Bates
How do you really feel, Dr. Gina.
Dr. Gina
This really might put me in your position as an usher in your church, Terrence, right now to say this, but I've stopped paying attention because one day we have a ceasefire, the next day we don't. Then we have a ceasefire, but they're firing at us. But it's not a ceasefire because we're not calling it a ceasefire, and the next day it's not a war, it's a mishap. I mean, I don't know. Honestly, I know it's not my job as someone in the news business to go, but that's kind of what I've done. I've kind of just gone. I just. Whatever. Like, let's just. I'll wait and get the report when there's, like, substance behind it, because until no one's firing David, I just don't think we have a ceasefire. I don't know.
David Brody
I'm with you.
Terrence Bates
Okay. We're all on the same page. I think this may be a first. I'm continuing to make history. Got fired as an usher, and now we're all on the same page. A lot of firsts this morning.
Dr. Gina
A lot of firsts this morning. All right, let's get to today's Bible verse, if we could. John 16:33. These things I have spoken to you, that in me you may have peace in the world, you will have tribulation, but be of good cheer. I have overcome the world. This one, you guys, here's what you do. Take out a little piece of paper. You write it down on the little piece of paper. Now, not in your phone, not your phone. On a little piece of paper. You write this down. If you get a chance to laminate it, do that. If not, just keep it in your purse for those days that are bad. And you can go, he has overcome the world. I can be of good cheer. Let's bring in. Speaking of someone who's always in good cheer, except when he is cheering for the wrong baseball team in Missouri, that is Missouri Congressman Mark Alford. Congressman, go Cards. How likely do you see a deal coming? And does cease fire mean ceasing fire or not?
Congressman Mark Alford
Look, guys, this is President Donald J. Trump. He is not exactly a literal president. We have known this from his first term. That's why the media pulled their hair out. And they go, wait a minute, that does. Look, there are a lot of players involved in this right now. Saudi Arabia, Pakistan or Pakistan. I hate saying Pakistan, Pakistan, uae. There are a lot of players involved. That's why he pulled off this escort of the ships through the Strait of Hormuz. Saudi and UAE were putting pressure on to end that. This is going to end. Mark my words. We will not leave there before we get the nuclear enriched material. And the Strait of Hormuz is open for free trade, international trade. Those are the two criteria now that we have left. And that's what the President is trying to accomplish. We have high gas prices. It's hurting our farmers here in Missouri. I've been out in the district all week long talking to farmers, small business owners. They understand when I talk with them, they understand that Iran cannot get a nuclear weapon. But they're also hurting at the pump and hurting in other places economically. We've got to get this done. We've got to win the midterms. The Supreme Court did us a favor last week with their ruling on Calais from Louisiana, which is going to do away with racially gerrymandered district. We may pick up 10, 12, maybe 14 seats when it's all said and done. But the American people are growing weary of this. My good friend Tom Barrett, a congressman from Michigan is ready to file an authorization of use of military force, a Republican when we get back to Congress. And so the pressure is building on the White House to find an exit ramp where it is a clear victory as well.
David Brody
Congressman, speaking about getting back to Congress, this is the potpourri section of the show where you get to choose the dysfunction topic that you'd like to talk about. So please, once again, we all have dinner plans. So, you know, if you can be relatively quick. But let us know, what do you want to talk about today?
Congressman Mark Alford
Look, we, you know, we've got, we still have the reconciliation to package that's coming our way. We passed the budget resolution to lob it back over to the Senate. We've got to fully fund immigration, custom enforcement and border patrol. We will be doing that. We're looking at a third reconciliation package now which will include health care, housing and accountability. And I think we're, you know, we're also dealing with the FISA issue. We have a 45 day extension on that. How do we get that done? There's some talk now that we're just going to keep reauthorizing that on 45 day cycles until the midterms because we don't have the fortitude or the temerity to, to fix these issues. That's got to go by the way. This has to go through judicial and oversight the right way. We've got to get this worked out. The Freedom Caucus wants warrants and others like Jim Jordan who used to be in the Freedom Caucus are saying we don't need warrants. We have these 50 some odd reforms that we passed a couple of years ago. My biggest frustration, guys, in the three years that I've been there, we wait to the last minute to do everything, hoping the pressure is going to build that is going to force people to vote a certain way. I would like to see us get away from that. Let's start working on things now that we know are out in the future and figure out back time those to see what we need to be doing now to make sure we're not up against the clock. And that includes funding our government for 2027. Tom Cole, the chair of Appropriations is a master of this. We have four bills of the 12 bills for 2027 already passed out of committee and we're doing yeoman's work. When we get back, we're going to be working Fridays to make sure that we get these through committees and hopefully get those on the House floor so we don't have another Democrat shutdown or another continuing resolution. How's that for your potpourri?
David Brody
Perfect, thank you.
Terrence Bates
Smells good in here. Potpourri. I like that. Congressman. So look, I'm going to take a little bit of a left turn since you laid out so many issues that you and your colleagues are going to be dealing with. See, and this is part of the problem of us talking the break. You kind of get my mind going. Can we talk UFOs a little bit? The President has said that he is going to. I'm sorry, I'm going there because it is something of interest to me. The President has said that at some point in time he is going to release a report on UFOs. Is this of interest to you? Have you heard anything? What do you know? Let's talk about it because I think there are Americans who believe there is extraterrestrial life out there. And we want to know how expansive do you think any report the President is going to release will ultimately be?
Congressman Mark Alford
I think it's going to start coming out this morning. I've heard about maybe 8 o' clock Eastern Time, which is in less than an hour now. This is going to start dribbling out. I think it's about time. I think the American people are ready to know what's out there. I have not gone into these skiffs, these secret compartmentalized areas where we learn, members of Congress do about what's out there to the degree that we can. But we are, we're not alone. What are what, what is out there though? And I, I, I want to make sure from a national defense perspective, I'm not on the Armed Services Committee any longer, but I am an appropriations and we deal with funding our government when it comes to national defense. And we have to be ready. We need to know what's out there in order to prepare for that in case our national defense is or has been jeopardized from whatever is out there. So I think the American people Can handle it. There's a lot of weird stuff right now on the Internet about all these pastors that were contacted by the government and told to prepare their churches for the worst possible outcome. I'm not buying into that. I knew. I do know that Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is in charge. And I'm not worried, I'm not anxious. And we're going to get through this, whatever the information is.
David Brody
Hey, guys. But just to be clear, I just saw Terrence. I can answer that question. Yeah, I'm looking here. The President has just released in the last minute or two, the first batch of files, the UFO files, if you will, a massive trove of, quote, alien life files. The first time in American history any administration has done so. So we'll sift through that through the next two hours. Big deal. Big deal here.
Dr. Gina
How come on a Friday? Why on a Friday? That's usually the day they release stuff they don't really want us to talk about.
David Brody
Friday. Dump.
Congressman Mark Alford
There you go, Gina.
Dr. Gina
We're gonna talk about this.
Congressman Mark Alford
So I don't know. At least we're not talking about the Epstein files.
Dr. Gina
Oh, I'd like to talk more about you.
Terrence Bates
Just opened up a whole nother can
David Brody
go ahead over in this segment. Hold on.
Congressman Mark Alford
By the way, Howard Lutnick testified behind closed doors last week. I'm very interested to hear what comes out of that testimony.
Dr. Gina
You and me both. You and me both, Congressman.
Congressman Mark Alford
Maybe they're all tied together. Maybe the aliens landed at Epstein Island. Who knows?
Dr. Gina
Yeah, right on. Howard Lutnick. Okay, Congressman Alford, we have to get on with this show because it's just. It's just going down. But listen, you go cheer for those Cardinals this weekend and we'll talk soon.
Congressman Mark Alford
I gotta go train. I've gotta. I was asked by our pastor to be an usher in our church. And I was gonna get some tips
Skip Biddell
and parents on that.
Terrence Bates
Learn from my mistakes, Congressman.
Dr. Gina

The Trump administration is still saying the ceasefire with Iran is in effect. On the other hand, Iran attacked three American navy ships in the Strait of Hormuz and the US Retaliated with strikes on Iranian military facilities Thursday. Plus, Iran launched missile and drone attacks on the United Arab Emirates this morning. All of this happening as US And Iranian negotiators are at the bargaining table trying to work out a deal to end the two month long war. While there's been no return to all out war, it's still not clear how close the two sides are to a deal that would at least stop all of the missile and drones from being fired. Iranian officials say they are examining the latest U.S. proposal for ending the war,
David Brody
the cease fire with Iran still on.
President Donald Trump
Yeah, it is. It's. They trifled with us today. We blew them away. They trifled. I call that a trifle. No, it's going. The talks are going very well, but they have to understand if it doesn't get signed, they're going to have a lot of pain. They're going to have a lot of pain. They want to sign it. I will tell you. They want to sign it.
Terrence Bates
In a separate interview, the President described this latest US Attack as, quote, just a love tap. That's what he said. Another court puts President Trump's tariff policies on ice. First, the Supreme Court deemed the Trump taxes on products imported to the US Were unconstitutional. Now, the Court of International Trade says the Commander Chief retooled 10 or the Commander in Chief's retooled 10%. Across the board, global tariffs are illegal. The ruling is the result of a lawsuit brought by several small businesses. In a two to one ruling, the three judge panel found that Mr. Trump overstepped the tariff power. Congress allows the President saying the tariffs are invalid and unauthorized by law. The administration is expected to appeal the ruling, meaning the Supreme Court may end up ruling on the President's latest tariff policy yet again. And May 8 marks the annual celebration of the end of World War II in Europe. Across France, it is a public holiday there, complete with major ceremonies. In Paris, it was May 8, 1945, which is now known as Victory Day, when the Allies declared victory over Nazi Germany and France was liberated. Today's celebrations include solemn wreath laying ceremonies by French President Emmanuel Macron at the Arc de Triomphe. There's also a commemoration at the French Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. That's a quick check of your headlines. We'll have more headlines coming up in a little bit. But now let's get a quick check of your forecast. Weather Nation meteorologist Tracy Anthony standing by with more on what you can expect. I'm hopeful that the entire country is getting warmer weather, that it's going to start to feel a lot more like spring, even early summer.
Cancer Survivor Testimonial
You know, you're going to feel warmer weather. The Southwest will as well. The east right now still a little on the cooler side. I'll break down that in just a minute. Let's talk about this morning, though. We do have some stronger storms firing up between or just north of Dallas all the way down through about Houston. So this Gulf coast area is the area that we're really going to watch for strong to severe thunderstorms here over the weekend. So the next three days, very important to stay weather aware. And these areas hit pretty hard with severe weather this week. So look at that. Saturday, even into Sunday, some of the same areas. So flooding will be a big concern. But areas like Brooks Haven, Mississippi, this was back on Wednesday after a tornado rolled through. This tornado being rated an EF3. It damaged 300 homes. So now they're gonna be trying to clean up the pieces and dealing with rain on top of it. But we've also got a few other big weather headlines. Temperatures across the country, though, not bad. But Terrence, this is what I was talking about. Look at this. Vegas, Phoenix, triple digits, and you're getting close to 70 degrees today. That's kind of hard to believe after getting 4 to 6 inches of snow just midweek.
Terrence Bates
Yes, Tracy, yes. Thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I'm loving it. All right, Tracy, thanks so much. Have a great weekend.
Dr. Gina
Yeah.

Don't forget to drop your hometown forecast, though, because I still have that coming up next hour.
David Brody
All right.
Terrence Bates
All right. Thanks so much, tracy. Up next, U.S. forces strike back after Iranian attacks in the Strait of Hormuz. Is this difference or is this a difference or a deterrence? Excuse me. Or the beginning of a dangerous new front? We'll talk about it.

Jupiter, Florida here on a Friday. By the way, we're all trying to go through these UFO alien files. You can see them at the National Archives. If you go to National Archives, you'll find them. You got to go into top and there they are, including pictures of flying saucers from 1964. We're going to show some of this later on. Welcome back everybody, to American sunrise. All right. U.S. forces have launched what the military called retaliatory strikes on Iranian military facilities. This comes after US Officials said Iran fired missiles, drones and small boat attacks at American Navy destroyers in the strait of Hormuz. U.S. central Command says no American ships were hit. President Trump warned Iran against further escalation as tensions continue to rise in the region. So let's bring in the founder and CEO of Tower Strategy, Rick De La Torre. Rick, this is something that Gina Terrence and I talked at the top of the show about, which is what happened to the word ceasefire because the fire is not ceasing. So can you explain this to us?
Ryan Reynolds
So, look, I think what's happening right now is not a stable ceasefire. It's a controlled contest over who dictates the terms of the region after, you know, after all this fighting. And the center of gravity is still and will continue to be the Strait of Hormuz. Iran has effectively tried to turn the strait into a weapon. And that's a weapon that obviously threatens shipping, it's raising insurance costs, it's slowing down global energy flows and creates just enough instability here that the world pressures the United States to back off and to give them a little bit more breathing room.
David Brody
So, real quick, that's Advantage Iran.
Ryan Reynolds
That worked when nobody challenged it directly.
David Brody
Rick. That's Advantage Iran. I'm sorry, That's Advantage Iran. No doubt about it. They've got us in a pickle here.
Ryan Reynolds
Well, no, I mean, look, Iran responded exactly the way we. But dangerous regimes respond when leverage starts slipping. But notice what they're not doing. They're not escalating into full, direct confrontation with sustained US Naval power. And that matters because it tells you Iran understands the difference between disruption and survival. They can create friction, and that's what you're seeing. They can create headlines. But they know a direct, sustained fight with the United States risks complete regime level consequences.
Terrence Bates
Rick, isn't that regime level consequences? Isn't that ultimately the goal? That's kind of what we want, is that there is a new regime, whether we install it or not. So even these disruptions, as you've caused them, called them, it seems that they're working in that we're kind of at a stalemate. That's how it looks, at least from the outside, from an untrained eye.
Ryan Reynolds
Well, look, I think it means that we have to continue the pressure. And remember, and that's just on the, you know, on the military side. Right. There's diplomacy, which is still stalled because Iran's proposals keep avoiding the central issue, and that's their nuclear program. So, you know, every proposal coming out of Tehran focuses on easing pressure. First give a sanctions release, reduce enforcement, and then we'll reopen things up for you. And the administration's not accepting that. And strategically, that's the correct approach, because once you relieve pressure before the nuclear issue is addressed, Iran goes right back to what it was doing in the past. Delay, enrich, destabilize. So the, you know, the reality is the United States has to continue to use this one meaningful level and that is to choke out, you know, Iran from having access to the greater markets.
Dr. Gina
Well, China is signaling that Taiwan will be a top concern ahead of next week's high stakes meeting between President Trump and Chinese President Jinping Xi Jinping. Beijing is warning the US to honor the one China principle. This is, of course, while tensions continue over American support and arms sales to Taiwan. So what happens next? This doesn't make everything any less complicated, does it, Rick?
Ryan Reynolds
Well, let's, let's keep in mind today also that today's China is not the same China it was even as the last time the president met with Chinese leadership. Right. China depends heavily on Gulf energy flows and that means Beijing has a direct interest in keeping the Strait of Hormuz open even while trying to avoid becoming publicly aligned with US Military operations. Right. They're not going to go ahead and fly next to us. But that's a balancing act. That's harder the longer this crisis continues. Eventually China has to decide whether it actually supports freedom of navigation or whether it quietly wants to continue to tolerate Iran. And the administration knows this. And that's why as you go into these talks, I think it's going to be a very different kind of leverage. The One China issue or the Taiwan Straits? Taiwan's issue. I think that's going to probably turn into more of yesterday's news in the sense of the world is starting to recognize that the One China policy isn't going to be sustainable in a new world order. Taiwan has established itself. It is a voice of democracy in that part of the world. They're not a third world power. They're certainly a powerhouse when it comes to electronics and semiconductor. And they've replaced China in trade. We do more trade now with Taiwan than we do with China. So those dynamics are shifting.
David Brody
Rick, love to have you on. We appreciate your insight. Have a great weekend. Thanks so much.
Ryan Reynolds
Keep looking for the UFOs, guys. I'm sure you'll find it.
David Brody
Oh, we'll find it. We'll find it. All right.
Ryan Reynolds
Thanks again, little green men. None here in Florida today, I can tell you that.
David Brody
Good to know. Good to know. All right, let's change gears and talk Medicare. From UFO to Medicare, we do everything because a lot of folks aren't getting the full story. Most Medicare agents push Medicare Advantage plans even when they're not right for you. Why is that? Well, that's because that's where the money is for them. But seniors are paying the price and that is what makes chapter different. They're going to walk you through original Medicare, Medigap, Medicare Advantage, UFO plans, all that stuff, and Part D as well, with the pros and the cons all laid out so you can make the right call for your health needs, even if you're an extraterrestrial. Donna, who I understand is not any sort of alien, said her chapter advisor walked her through every option and explained everything in a way she could actually understand. Plus they saved her thousands of dollars. So if you're on Medicare or will be soon, call 843-MED-HEL-STEP to learn about enrollment options and find ways to save. It's free, it's quick. They can review your options in under 20 minutes. Most people wish they had called sooner. All right, we have more American Sunrise after the break, everybody.

I need to be healthy every day to survive it and go through the next chemo round and the next chemo round. So it's important that work was part of that to keep my mind busy for eight, nine hours. And then I had to go back and face the reality. I had a goal, and the goal is to survive.

for healing, learn more, and sign the pledge@workingwithcancerpledge.com. Okay, this is the Ozarks. What we need right now are some bagpipes. Terrance. Speaking to Terrence, we're going to start calling him Usher, formerly known as Terence. Right, the artist formerly known as Terence Usher. I think that's perfect. Welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. Gina. We are so glad that you joined us. It is time now for today's health news, sponsored by the wellness company under the Microscope. Today, a new study raising health concerns for families living near gas stations. You've heard the warnings about living near golf courses, but now, apparently, you better not live near a gas station either if you live between a golf course and a gas station. Hmm. Better. Better just put that house up for sale. I don't know. Researchers in Canada found an association between children living within 250 meters of a gas station and a higher risk of developing leukemia, with the risk increasing the closer they live to the site. The study focused on benzene exposure, a known carcinogen released during fuel storage and also refueling and also tank deliveries. Scientists say these findings could reignite debates over zoning, air quality standards, whether homes, schools, and daycares should be built farther away from gas stations. The study also showed lower risks in areas with stricter vapor recovery rules designed to reduce those emissions. Yeah, and I remember when my husband was in the senate and they would always debate ethanol and the breathing issues related to ethanol. And it makes me wonder how much of that plays a role in what we're listening to as well, because I know it can cause a lot of breathing problems, especially in people who are already, for whatever reason, compromised. There is a groundbreaking new study that shows there's a safe and inexpensive potential cancer treatment. It's a drug you probably already know about. Ivermectin. This study shows that people who took ivermectin. This is the parasite fighting medication that we all learned about during COVID When you take that along with menbendazole, you see remarkable results in battles with cancer. This incredibly promising result has many wonderful during where you can get us made Ivermectin and bendazole. That's where the wellness company comes in. David Brody
They are beautiful. I've never been there, by the way.
Dr. Gina
Well, I'm gonna plan to change that pretty soon.
David Brody
Okay, fair enough.
Dr. Gina
Everybody, we should do a RAV tour of the Ozarks. I'm telling you, I can make it spectacular. We need to have a talk with Zen.
David Brody
Oh, I like that little campfire. But that would be. That wouldn't be American sunrise.
Dr. Gina
I guess it could be a lot of little campfires. A lot of little. You could do a sunrise campfire. That's a thing in California. People camp on the beach and do that.
Martha Stewart
Yeah.
David Brody
All right, let's do it.
Dr. Gina
You're welcome.
David Brody
Shall we do it?
Dr. Gina
Yeah, let's do it.
Skip Biddell
You're welcome.
David Brody
Okay. All right. Florida's congressional map shakeup that's already triggering a major political realignment in South Florida. So Democrat Congressman Jared Moskowitz is now shifting his reelection bid to Florida's newly drawn 25th district after Governor Ron DeSantis signed a new redistricting map into law this week. The new district stretches from Delray beach to Miami beach and would have favored President Trump by about 9 points in 2024. The redrawn map is expected to give Republicans a major advantage in Florida ahead of the 2026 midterms, with critics calling it, of course, a partisan gerrymander and legal challenges already underway. Joining us now to discuss more is the former Boca Raton mayor and Florida congressional candidate Scott Singer. Scott, a lot of changes in the maps, or at least potential changes. What do you make of what's going on down in Florida and elsewhere? Good morning.
Terrence Bates
Good morning.
Scott Singer
There were changes in the map for my campaign. It changed nothing. I was already running in what was two thirds of the district, Boca Raton, where I live and serve for 12 years through Fort Lauderdale, where I grew up, for 18 years. The district now runs all the way down to Miami beach, where I was born and lived for five years. So I've lived in the district for 40 years, unlike any other contender on either party, actually live in the district and lived in all three counties. For me, it didn't change much and made the district a little more Republican leaning. But we're going to fight like hell because we understand how important this is to maintain a House majority and keep moving forward. The successes we've had over the last year and a half.
Dr. Gina
SCOTT Our state may soon see another wave of New Yorkers moving in. New York Governor Kathy Hochul and other Democrats close to finalizing a massive spending plan complete with even more tax hikes, including a Mamdani style tax on high value second homes in New York City. SCOTT Democrats in New York say this is about improving affordability, but it doesn't risk risk pushing more wealth and investment out of that state and into our state. And it changes our demographics every time that happens.
Scott Singer
It absolutely will push more wealth out. There was a study that Steve Moore of API reposted yesterday. $1.3 trillion of income has come to Florida in just the last 11 years, a lot fleeing from New York, which was the biggest loser. And it's going to continue. New Yorkers think that they're the elected officials there. They think they can tax and tax. Ken Griffin, after the creepy video from Mayor Mamdani targeting Ken Griffin. He announced he's bringing more jobs to South Florida and that's going to continue. It's not about affordability. It's about seizing control. Try to tax people who are already taxed. And the ironic thing is when you have a part time residents, you have fewer services, yet you're paying the full tax rate. Doesn't seem to matter in New York. Hopefully we'll benefit by more business growth as we've seen here, more high paying jobs. And luckily, the voters who flock from New York and Illinois to Florida are tending to vote more Republican. They're fleeing high taxes on these ridiculous policies.
Dr. Gina
Scott Singer, appreciate you being with us. Thank you.
David Brody
Thanks, Scott.
Dr. Gina
All right, there's more American Sunrise coming your way in two minutes. Stick around.

It will be a unique personalized gift that she will love for years to come. So make sure to tune in this Sunday, May 10th to see my Mother's Day special, the American Matriarch, right here on Real America's Voice. And give a musical gift to mom that she will always treasure. She's my mother. Coffee pods are easy, but most of them are just caffeine and nothing else. Rejuvenate pods are built differently. They're clean arabica pods infused with caakg. That's a compound that's linked to longevity, also metabolism and deep cellular energy. It's the easiest way to get better focus, smoother energy and long term benefits without changing changing your routine. I choose them because they match the lifestyle. I want more energy, more clarity and more intention in how I start my day. If you're going to drink coffee anyway, just make it one that actually supports the life you're building. Head to 1775 Coffee Com Rav. Try rejuvenate pods today. Don't just drink coffee. Rejuvenate. All right, now that we are caffeinated, it is time to stay awake, not woke. We're discussing a special announcement. Real America's voice getting ready for a major Memorial Day weekend event. This is a live celebration of faith, freedom, Family and country. The network is hosting Celebrate Freedom at Marty B's in Texas. This is a free live broadcast and concert experience featuring worship music, audience interaction performances from real America's music artists including Natasha Owens, Deepak Celeste Kellogg. Celebrate Freedom presented by Patriot Mobile and Preborn. Let's celebrate America together.
Dr. Gina
Well, Natasha, thanks for being with us. First of all, first and foremost, happy Mother's Day to you and yours. Thank you. What an incredible celebration. I love that RAV is taking time to do this. I wish just the value that mothers can, the role that they can play in children's lives meant more to our culture today than it does because certainly more good moms would change our culture, could change our culture all alone, right?
Natasha Owens
That's correct. You know, the world has a lack of love and the closest love to God's love is a mother's love for her child. So when you see that in an in an environment, our morality is going so far to the other direction, we're boarding babies like never before. We need more of God's love, more mother's love. And so I just celebrate every mother this weekend. I hope that she's treated like the queen that she is.
Dr. Gina
Absolutely. What can we expect from this big celebration?
Natasha Owens
It's going to be amazing. First of all, let me give a shout out to RAV Music. They are the only ones that is providing a lane for conservative voices like me to be able to get the music out to the people. And since I have partnered with RAV Music, it has been a game changer for me. So thank Y' all so much for doing this. Marty B's in Dallas is the most amazing event. I have sang there three times already. Because you're talking about a Texas party. You'll have thousands of people out. It's kind of an open air, but yet it has a roof on it, if that makes sense. And the food is amazing, the sound is amazing. You're going to have a great time. You need to come out outside of Dallas. And if you're not here in Texas, you need to fly in and learn how Texas celebrates Memorial Day.
Dr. Gina
Gosh, that sounds like so much fun. I would love to be there. Come on. I wish I'd known about it beforehand. I would have made it. But we are excited about this. Folks need to get their tickets ahead of time, though, right? And they're free, but they need to reserve them.
Natasha Owens
They do, because we were expecting a massive crowd to where we're not going to have enough tickets. So it is a venue that. That you will have an amazing time. And the weather's still going to be great here in Dallas then. But we need to know it's free, but we need to know exactly who's coming so that we know exactly how many tickets to come out. We don't want you to be able to. To have to stand in line for hours getting in and then get to the front and say, we have no more room. So go register as soon as possible and let us know that you're coming.
Dr. Gina
All right, that's May 24th. On Sunday, you want to reserve your tickets ahead of time. You get to see all of the RAM folks that you love. And Natasha Owens, thank you so much for being with us. Happy Mother's Day to you and thanks for your time.
Natasha Owens
Happy Mother's Day.
Dr. Gina
All right, coming up, after decades of decline, new research shows church attendance seeing its first uptick in years. So what is driving the renewed optimism? We have those answers for you next on American Sunrise.

Terrence Bates
Welcome back to American Sunrise. It's now time for our moment of faith, which is brought to us by Lee Greenwood and the God Bless the USA Bible in focus. Today, for the first time in decades, church attendance in America is showing signs of growth. A new Hartford Institute study shows the median worship attendance grew from 65 to 70 people per congregation. Researchers say volunteering is also up, with many pastors reporting a renewed sense of optimism after years of decline in organized religion. So let's bring in CBN digital host and journalist Billy Hallowell to look at these numbers. Billy, good to see you, my friend. What do you attribute the increases to?
Billy Hallowell
Yeah, I mean, this is, this is actually something we're seeing across the board in other studies, too, especially young men. Right now, Gen Z is showing up to church in America more regularly than any other generation. Usually young people are not doing that. So we're seeing this inversion and this change, and it's really encouraging. Despite a lot of negativity in culture, I think people are turning back and they're realizing, especially young people, that this lie, that they could be cultural relativists, that they could just sort of do whatever they want. Whatever you, you feel, just do it. And that's your morality. Create your own moral standards, that all of that leads nowhere. And that once you discover that you've been lied to, you're looking for the truth. And so there are some other signs. You know, we see the rise in the occult at the same time, which shows us that people are desperate for an answer.
Congressman Mark Alford
Right.
Billy Hallowell
And they're looking for it. Now, fortunately, many people are finding that in churches, and we need to be there to meet those people where they are. And so I think it really is a cultural phenomenon that is based on the lies that we have seen in culture for so long now. Really coming to a head, Billy, as
Terrence Bates
we're seeing more people come to the church building, are we seeing more people rooting themselves in faith, though? I think that's the bigger question. People show up every Sunday and simply be religious, but not really build a relationship.
Billy Hallowell
Yeah, you just hit the nail on the head because we know that the biblical worldview numbers are pretty shocking in this country. Just 4% of Americans, according to George Barna, have a biblical worldview that is abysmal. And so what we are seeing, though, is with this church attendance, especially among young men, they're opening their Bibles more. They're reading their Bibles. Bibles are being sold more at historic rates. So those are things that. That indicate that people are digging deeper when they're opening their Bibles and reading them. Now, young women, the story is a little bit different. We're seeing the inversion of that. We're seeing young men rise up in their reading. Young women not necessarily do that. So there's a lot of work to be done, but at the same time, a lot of encouragement still happening. The hope is that they would root themselves in that faith because that is truly what is going to change them. Showing up to church is great, but it's not gonna be the thing that really changes people and then the culture.
Terrence Bates
Absolutely. Read the book and change your heart. Thanks so much, Billy. Always good to talk to you.
Billy Hallowell
Thank you.
Terrence Bates
All right, we're back with the second hour of American Sunrise after this.
David Brody
Good morning, America.

Dr. Gina
Turn off the camera.
Brian Glenn
This is a time within our party, we have so many people that are so fractured on one side of the party, the other side of party, we're arguing about percentages and debt ceiling, feelings and all this stuff. We're not our enemy. The left, the radical left, the person who shot Charlie Kirk, that's our enemy. This is a time, at least for me, to try to step back from the noise of the world and just really reflect on what you have. Your health, your family, your friends, your opportunities, and that you live in the greatest country in the world. I'm very thankful for Real America's Voice. I'm thankful for this network and its commitment to not only supporting the White House and supporting President Trump, but also supporting faith and freedom and family. That's what this network is all about. This past Sunday, sitting at home in Georgia, I decided that it's time to. And I'll use a MMA reference. It's time to leave the gloves in the ring and walk away. The people of Real America's Voice, they are just not the owners of a conservative news outlet that love this country. They genuinely love their employees. They are one of the best companies. They are the best company that I've ever worked for.
Terrence Bates
Wow.
Dr. Gina
Yeah. Welcome back to American Sunrise. You just watched some of the best moments from Rav. White House correspondent Brian Glenn. This is his last day in that position. Anyway, here at Real America's Voice, Brian has been part of our team, our family, since June 2024 quickly became not just a fan favorite, but a host favorite, a crew favorite, a boss favorite. Brian. He's stepping away from political journalism for the moment, but he joins us now for one last time. Brian. Yeah. You know, I was crying the moment Zen Jr. Told me about this, and I really haven't stopped. And it was David Brody this morning that even said, I have this read. But Gina I know how much it means to you if you want to take it. I'm not sure why I said yes, because now I'm just crying while I'm reading it. But, Brian, we love you.
Brian Glenn
Yeah, well, I love you guys, too. And it was a very difficult decision to make. And I described it to some friends where I've been thinking about it for a while, but it was one of those things about if you don't rip the band aid off, if you don't just make that decision and do it now, you'll convince yourself to stay even longer than what you need to. So with that said, it does come with a heavy heart saying that this is the last time this morning that will be on American Sunrise. I got the great West Wing behind me, right? The White House on the other side. I watched that video, and I'm glad I didn't have to watch it on camera, Dr. G, because I don't think there's enough Kleenex here at the White House to wipe the tears away thinking about this network and what this network really does. Dr. Gina and you have been here for a long time, David. People in the studios that have been here way longer than I have, this is more. And I want our. I want our viewers to understand this. This is much more than just a news outlet, just more than just a conservative news outlet. They genuinely are Christ followers. They genuinely love this country. And they pray for our viewers. They don't know that a lot of times, almost every time they say, david Brody, can you lead us off with a prayer? This is behind the cameras. This is before the cameras go on. We pray for this network before we go on the air. That's how sincere and how much love that we have for this country and for the people watching us right now. And we want nothing but the best. I am just so proud when I look at my resume of companies that I've worked for, and it started back in the late 80s and off and on throughout the years to get me where I'm here now. I'm so appreciative that God allowed me. He pushed me in the right direction. He put me out sometimes on an island. I thought I was all alone, and I thought my career was dead. I thought it was gone. And then I got picked up by Right side Broadcasting Network after I had gotten fired from a company. They pushed me on the campaign trail that led me to this great company. And this is more than a company. Like I said, Dr. G, you guys know, this is a family. And I sincerely love Each and every person with real America's Voice. I love our viewers. I know we get tangled up in the chat sometimes. Fully aware of that. Fully aware of that. But at the end of the day, I love this country, I love our viewers, and I love this company.
David Brody
Brian, there's so much to say about you, but I just want to single you out as a person because you and I have differences on some issues, especially as it relates to Israel. And yet I feel closer to you now, after all of this than before. And I think that says everything about your character and who you are, because we have a common bond and that's in Christ. But beyond all of that, just this idea that, you know, you're not out to trash people, you're not out to demonize folks. And that just says a lot about your character. And I appreciate you, brother.
Brian Glenn
You know, Dave, that means a lot to me. And I agree. You and I, we don't. It's only very small that you and I don't agree on stuff. So, you know, I agree. Just true. You are. I love you, David. I love you. And you know, I don't separate from friends. When someone becomes my friend, they're my friend for life. I don't let any disagreements politically or ideology, religion, it doesn't get in the mix. And that is a problem, I think, with a lot of people, because am I the first person to cry in front of the West Wing? Maybe I am.
David Brody
It's okay.
Brian Glenn
But I think what we allow happening, there's so much negativity in our movement. There's so many influencers. There's people that create memes for a living that's meant to demonize. Those that don't necessarily 100% agreement with them. They are the ones that. That are the most harmful to our movement. It's not you and I that have maybe a disagreements on a couple policy issues and we talk about it and we love each other, we hug each other. We hug it out, right? It's the ones that are there that are purposely dividing this country. Those are the ones that I just pray for, David, because they're soulless. And that's the brutal side of politics. That's the brutal side of what we do. It really is. It is the harsh reality political news. But I am just so thankful that I am standing right here. It's such a beautiful day for my last day here in the White House. It's absolutely beautiful. I got. God did that on purpose because it wasn't too long ago I was right over there Doing snow angels.
Dr. Gina
That's right. I knew that was the spot.
Brian Glenn
That's the spot.
Terrence Bates
But Brian.
Brian Glenn
But Dr. G. Terrence. Yeah, go ahead now.
Terrence Bates
Go ahead. Finish your thought. Finish your thought. Brad.
Brian Glenn
No, I was just gonna say, Terrence, I love you. I feel like I'm leaving you out of the conversation. And Dr. G, I mean, everybody.
Terrence Bates
Every.
Brian Glenn
Everybody by the camera. Jonah, they all. They're all here. Mason. Will. They're all here. They all. This is a fa. See, this is a family. What people need to understand. They think there's so much division in the media. There's nothing. I know every single person that walks by here, they have. Several people have waved at me as I'm standing right here. This is a family. And I think the division of this country, it's made to all. It's made it for us to hate one another. That is not the case here. It's just not. That's the reality. It's not.
Terrence Bates
Yeah. Brian, I'm just gonna say I'm happy to hear your voice because after that video, I thought it was an obit. I was like, something happened to me.
Skip Biddell
I'm happy.
Terrence Bates
Like, when it ran, I was like, something happened to me. It sounds like an obituary, but. Glad you're here. And just on a personal note, Brian, you and I have spent so many weekends and shows, just the two of us, getting ready for President Trump to take the stage. And we literally spent hours upon hours upon hours together. And you've become a very close friend of mine, someone I really appreciate. So thank you. In those days that we spent together, I cherish my entire family. Cherishes you. One of our favorite moments that my girls still talk about, you and I. Well, you and I and Marjorie, we were all. See, now I can call her Marjorie. I used to call her Congresswoman, but now I can just call her Marjorie. We are all on the air for New Year's Eve. I don't know if you remember this. We were all on the air for New Year's Eve. We're here. Exactly. We did a fireside chat. And here in my time, I probably got home about 10:30 or so. And shortly after I got home, the two of you guys called me personally and just wished me and my family a happy New Year. And my daughters were there in the living room. They were like, you had a congresswoman call me. I was the coolest dad for like 10 minutes thanks to your guys call. And I just really appreciate that. And my family cherishes that. And I cherish you, my friend. I Cherish our friendship now, Terrence.
Brian Glenn
And you know what I think about you? All the volleyball games that you go to. Everyone's got kids. Everyone's got a life outside of this circle of news. And I think for me, that was a big decision that I wanted to do is I wanted to reinvest in me, my health, my family, my mental, my physical. I'm 56. I feel like I should be a little bit healthier than I am. But this job and the travel does take a toll on you. So that was one of the reasons why I felt the need to. To step away now is I just want to take care of myself. And I just encourage all of you watching us right now, and I cannot say enough. Please get your news, get your information, get on Facebook, check what your friends are bought, check what they're making for dinner, but then log off and go live your life outside. Bickering about the Straighter Hormuz, bickering about the price of this, the price of that, or Republicans gonna win this district. Who cares?
Dr. Gina
Yeah.
Brian Glenn
Okay. Control the things that are in your hemisphere, your family, get involved with your school board, Go to your city council. Do things. Go volunteer to impact your life.
Dr. Gina
Is that what you're gonna do?
Brian Glenn
I. I have. I would love to do stuff like that. I would absolutely love to get involved in that. But most importantly, Dr. G, I'm gonna get involved in my immediate family's lives because I have been voluntarily. I mean, I took this job on. I took this role years ago to do this, so no one forced me to do this. But I want to reinvest back into my loved ones, my family and my friends and myself. I just. I think it's time I encourage everyone to kind of do a self evaluation and say, can I do less of social media scrolling for six hours watching cat videos and watching people fight?
David Brody
Oh, I don't know.
Dr. Gina
Don't touch my cat videos.
Brian Glenn
Yeah. Don't touch my cat videos, but you know what I'm saying, Just. Just get in the real world.
Dr. Gina
Yeah.
Brian Glenn
And live life.
Dr. Gina
Yeah.
Brian Glenn
And get your news, get your information, and believe me, we have a lot of viewers. When I was at the. When I was at the Villages, I cannot tell you.
Dr. Gina
Oh, yeah.
Brian Glenn
Came up to me, and they say, we love Rav. We love you.
Dr. Gina
They do. It's amazing.
Brian Glenn
It's huge.
Dr. Gina
Well, Brian, then some. Go ahead.
Brian Glenn
Go ahead.
Dr. Gina
Well, they're telling me I'm out of time.
Brian Glenn
I know. We're out of time.
Dr. Gina
Go ahead. Yep.
Terrence Bates
But, Brian, you're leaving. You take all the time.
Brian Glenn
No, we gotta. We can float these brakes. Float these brakes. Float them all. We're gonna flip the brakes. Matter of fact, we'll take the camera in the White House here in a little bit, and we'll see how the story really ends. I just want to say to our. I just want to say our viewers, thank you. Thank you for allowing me to come in your home. Thank you for all your likes, your shares, your comments, all of that. Thank you for trusting me with the information here that I can come across here at the White House. It's been my pleasure. It's been my honor. Rob Sig, Parker Sig. I love you. The whole Sig family, everybody calling everybody just. Too many people to name.
Dr. Gina
I love you, Brian. We all love you back so much. And I want to tell you just part of what I said to Parker when he asked me for a little quote. I said he's the rare kind of talent you don't just admire. You feel there are colleagues and then there are those rare few who remind you why this work matters. That is. Brian, wherever life takes you next, the world wins because you are in it. Our love to you and Marjorie.
Brian Glenn
Oh. Oh, my wonderful God, Dr. G. That's so good. That is so wonderful. Oh, thank you. That is so wonderful. Thank you, Brian.
Dr. Gina
Thanks.
Terrence Bates
Yeah, my. My quote was simply.
Dr. Gina
He's really cool and he makes the best. No, I'll take that one, too.
David Brody
Have one last Red Bull.
Brian Glenn
I like that one, too.
David Brody
Thank you.
Brian Glenn
Yeah. Yeah, I probably will. By the way, I am in the. I am in the pool today, so stay tuned. There might be something at 12 o' clock a little bit later. Later.
Dr. Gina
We'll be watching. We'll be watching B. Thank you so much.
Terrence Bates
See you.
Dr. Gina
God bless.
Terrence Bates
Thanks be.
Dr. Gina
We'll be back in a moment.
David Brody
Welcome back, everybody, to American Sunrise. Time now to drain the swamp. This morning, we're flushing out possible corruption in Virginia. The FBI raided the office of powerful Democrat State Senator L. Louise Lucas earlier this week as part of a federal corruption investigation. Federal agents also executed search warrants at a cannabis dispensary linked to Lucas in Portsmouth. Multiple reports say the investigation involves alleged bribery tied to the cannabis business, though no charges have been filed against Lucas at this time. The Virginia governor, Abigail Spanberger, who, by the way, is a close political ally of Lucas, has yet to provide any meaningful response to the incident. Incident. Simply saying that she's looking into it. Okay, Abigail, we want to know what you think. Let us know on rumble getter YouTube.
Terrence Bates
Hop on.
David Brody
Let your voice be Heard. Coming up, we're heading down to Wall street for the opening bell. An insight into how to hold on to your hard earned dollars with some common common sense. Back with more of American Sunrise in two minutes.
Bo Davidson
This Mother's Day, don't wait until it's too late to say what matters. From real America's music, Bo Davidson brings you She's My Mother. A deeply moving tribute to the woman who gave you your first breath, held your hand through every fall, and never stopped loving you.
Scott Singer
You.
Bo Davidson
Not even for a second. She's been there through it all. Now it's your turn to honor her. Download it now, Scan the QR code or search She's My Mother on itunes. Let's lift this song to number one for every mom who deserves it.
Dr. Gina
She's my mother.
Terrence Bates
Coney Island, New York, makes me think of hot dogs. I'm sorry? Most people think of amusement parks. I think of hot dogs when I think of Coney Island. Anyway, we're getting ready for the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange. It's set to ring here in just a minute. We're also following the latest jobs numbers that just came out just a little while ago. The report shows that the US economy added about 115,000 jobs in April. That beats expectations and it might impact the jobs numbers once the opening bell rings. We, of course, will continue to monitor those developments throughout the day. Here's a quick look at the board. So far, the dow S&P 500 and the NASDAQ in pre market trading are in the green. Hopefully that does not change as we get to actual trading today. We'll take you there shortly. But now let's get you back over to David. David, good morning.
David Brody
Good morning. Now you got me thinking about Nathan's hot dogs. Thanks a lot.
Terrence Bates
That's what I think of too, when I think of Coney Island.
David Brody
Absolutely. The hot dog eating contest. Of course. The fries are great too, by the way, but. Okay, here we go. Real America's music is back at it again with another incredible release, this time from Rav's own Don Nguyen. Who cow hosts. Who co hosts. What am I talking about? Who co hosts Cowboy Logic. I'll be able to speak with, of course, Donna Fiducia. It's a song that celebrates the greatest triumphs in American history. Have a look.
Mint Mobile Advertisement
From real America's music artist Nguyen comes a powerful new anthem honoring. Honoring the men and women who gave everything for this country, every star, every stripe. From Cowboy Logic. With unforgettable lyrics honoring Valley Forge, Iwo Jima, Arlington, and generations of brave Americans. This is more than a song. It's a reminder of who we are. Download every star, every stripe right now. Just scan the QR code or search for it on itunes. Rav Family, let's run it up the charts like only you can do.
David Brody
And look at that. There he is. The man, the myth, the legend, Don Nguyen. Don, great song. The anti CNN anthem, if you will. It's all about America. Talk to us. Tell us about the motivation, my friend. Good morning to you.
Don Nguyen
Hey, good morning, David. And everybody else down there in West Palm beach and Denver and every place else. This motivation for this song came from the fact that Donna and I throughout the entire year, every day of the year to us is Memorial Day. And I started to think about what that meant and how we could write a song that would honor the fallen. And what you see on the screen right there goes with the fallen. It's the last thing oftentimes that they'll see. It covers the casket. It's given to loved ones. And so we combined a song that honors the fallen with regard to Memorial Day, but also the importance of Old Glory, the American flag.
David Brody
Yeah. Don, you have been writing and recording music for many years. Tell us more about that. That inspiration, where that comes from in the gut there as to how that all just kind of flowed for years now.
Don Nguyen
Well, for many years. Well, we've had a recording studio in our home since the 80s.
Terrence Bates
And
Don Nguyen
a lot of what I've written over the years has been instrumental soundtrack music, guitar oriented, instrumental soundtrack music. Never really got into writing anything that had a lyric content to it. And so that's produced a catalog that I'm now going back to with a lot of songs that I never did anything with with regard to an instrumental version of it, and some that we did use instrumentally. But turning those now full circle into complete songs and. And this wonderful relationship that we now have with real America's music, which I think is fantastic. It's also showcasing a lot of great talent that we've got here within our network. Hat tip to Beau, very impressed with everything he's doing, but it's given us the opportunity to start writing material that is family, faith, patriotic, maga based. We've got. We've got a catalog that we're building right now that we've been working with LJ on, and I think you're gonna see some really neat stuff coming in the future as well.
David Brody
No, we're looking forward to that for sure. So how do you, like, write songs like, how does. How does that kind of, like, happen for you? I mean, I guess it's different for each individual, but what is that like for you? And I wonder also about AI, how that's changed. Is that changing the music industry at all or not really?
Don Nguyen
Yeah. AI is actually very cool. Donna's the one that actually motivated me to get into exploring AI Music. I was a purist and scoffed at it and laughed at her when she brought that up. But I am finding that not only many of the people that I work with in the music. Music industry, but it's. It's helpful to myself. Anybody can go on to an AI Music platform and crank out a song. The trick is being able to write a hit, and that's going to really end up with regard to AI that's what's going to separate real music artists from people that just enjoy playing with AI And I think it's a great tool and a great thing for the public to play with. It also is a very serious tool for serious musicians, serious producers. It would shock our viewers to find out how many bands and artists that they are very familiar with and have listened to for many years, find out exactly how AI Is being used. Wow, that's. That's it in a nutshell. I can get a lot more technical about it, but it's. It's an amazing tool for producing hit songs.
David Brody
Don, great to have you here as always. Say hello to Donna. We'll see her down the road. We appreciate you, as always.
Don Nguyen
Absolutely. See you later.
David Brody
All right, every star, every stripe. Let's head back to T. Bates in Denver. He's got the opening bell.
Brian Glenn
Sponsored by amac, the association of Mature American Citizens is the conservative voice for Americans 50 and older. AMAC is fighting for the values that you hold dear. Join today together we can right the course of America.
Terrence Bates
The applause is already underway at the New York Stock Exchange as we prepare to embark on this final day of trading of the week. Week. It is Friday, the 8th of May. And there you have it, ladies and gentlemen. The markets are now officially open. Those first trades being entered. Here's how the markets are looking right now. The Dow is up, but it looks like the S P500 and the NASDAQ have dipped into the red. And now the Dow has dipped into the red just a little bit. But as you can see, it's kind of going up and down, up and down. It's back into the green momentarily. That's typically how things go at the very start of the day of trading. A lot going on as well. The jobs numbers are out a little bit better than expected, but that very likely could impact how this final day of trading of the week goes. We'll continue to monitor all of this, though, for you throughout the day. In the meantime, AMAC exists for one reason, and that's to fight for you. While organizations like the AARP grow closer to big government, AMAC is growing stronger in Washington in order to defend the values that made America great. And those values will be faith, family, freedom and opportunity. AMAC believes in freedom of religion and speech, the right to keep and bear arms, free enterprise and personal responsibility. Common sense solutions. Instead of government control, AMAC refuses to stand by while radical policies from blue states threaten our families, our livelihoods, our safety, and our future. AMAC is also no longer just an alternative to the aarp. They are the leading conservative voice for seniors and patriotic Americans. With the rapidly expanding presence in Washington, AMAC is standing toe to toe with the AARP's massive lobbying machine and winning. Join AMAC today and help us replace failed big government policies with common sense pro America solutions. AMAC needs you and you need amac. So stand with AMAC today. Just go to AMAC US rav. That is AMAC US rav. And join today. Still to come here on American Sunrise. Water systems are failing in households across the country and it poses significant health and financial risk for Americans. We'll break it all down for you after the break.
Bo Davidson
Hey there, everyone. Bo Davidson here. I have a great Mother's Day special in store for you this Sunday, May 10, featuring interviews with Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna, Sam Sorbo, and the matriarch of Palm Beach, Internet sensation Sue Bell. I also composed a song specifically for this special called She's My Mother. It will be a unique personalized gift that she will love for years to come. So make sure to tune in this Sunday, May 10th to see my Mother's Day special, the American Matriarch, right here on Real America's Voice. And give a musical gift to mom that she will always treasure. Happy Mother's Day.
Dr. Gina
She's my mother. All right. Welcome back to American Sunrise Across America. Many households facing a quiet crisis, they might not even be aware of water systems that are aging. Contaminated hard water systems, chemicals, all the rest of it simply failing us. Even your own shower may be aging your skin or putting contaminants in your body. Research shows that hard, unfiltered water can worsen chronic skin conditions like eczema psoriasis. Here to weigh in on this very concerning issue is home improvement expert Skip Biddell. We have watched him for years helping families on the hit TV show Catch a Contractor. He's also appeared on some of the nation's biggest news shows as an expert contributor on how Americans can improve their homes, keep themselves healthy, keep their families healthy, keep their water safe. It's really. It's foundational, it's fundamental. And people don't even realize. People think. Here's the misnomer. People think that if you are drinking bottled water, you're keeping these safe, but you're not, because even bottled water has Pfasa Plastics in these forever chemicals in your bottled water. Plus, we know now, Skip, you know, I'm putting nicotine patches on my arm because that prevents dementia or Alzheimer's. And I'm putting all sorts of lotions that have things that tell us what we're missing and why this system is so really important.
Skip Biddell
Yeah, thanks so much for having me. Dr. Gina, you are absolutely right, because the skin is the largest organ on the human body, as you know, and it absorbs everything like a sponge. So when we hear about all these contaminants in the water, you know, the lead, the mercury, the arsenic, and now these crazy PFAs. PFAs or the forever chemicals, they're showing up in every state across the nation, coast to coast. Now they're even showing up in America's blood results. So these are confirmed to cause cancer. Very dangerous. And you're right, most people are under the impression that if I only drink bottled water or I filter the water in my home, like I have one in my refrigerator or under the sink, that I'm good. But what they're missing, and really the false sense of security here is that they don't understand that we take in much more of those contaminants and chemicals through our skin than we ever could by drinking it. When you shower or bathe, a typical shower, let's say 10 minutes, your body can absorb up to 6, 6 ounces of those contaminants just like your nicotine patches. The reason why is because our skin is so, you know, transmitted. It absorbs, all of that goes directly into your bloodstream, as, you know, bypasses the digestive tract, and they're highly concentrated when it's in that form, vaporized. Now, we're also breathing in those vapors going into our lungs and directly into our bloodstream. So now that we're finding these PFAs and all these chemicals, you know, test results are showing cancer levels. And so many different illnesses are going through the roof over the last number of years.
Dr. Gina
One in three people right now estimated to have cancer in this decade. We're doing something wrong, despite all the filters, despite all the things we're doing. So this one's different, though. Tell us.
Skip Biddell
It is, because what this is going to do, it's going to filter every drop of water to every faucet in your home, not just the water that you drink. So we're going to eliminate those problems where you're taking in the chemicals through your skin and through the inhalation, when you're showering, bathing, even Washington, your hands, brushing your teeth. We use water for everything. You know, we take it for granted, but it doesn't matter where you live or what you do or what you drive. Everybody has to use water all the time, right? So we're exposed to these chemicals and we're missing the boat. You know, we're not protecting. So this filtration system, this is a great system. After doing so much research, being a home improvement contract for 25 years, I've installed every kind of system you can imagine. And when I realized these things and I went down the rabbit hole and I started doing some investigation myself, I'm like, like, I got to do something to protect my family and the whole house. Water filter is the best way to go because it covers all the bases. Basically, you install a system like this right where the water comes into your home, right by that shutoff valve. And it's just a simple one line in and one line out back to the house.
Dr. Gina
So no big plumbing bill here. This is just a matter of literally like 30, 40 minutes for a plumber to install this.
Skip Biddell
Yes, it's amazing. Easiest install ever. And it's going to force all the water that comes into your house to go through this filter first and then back out to every faucet. And now you're actually getting filtered, alkaline drinking water. Alkaline water, you know, is like the best water you can drink. People are paying like 8, $9 a bottle to get alkaline water.
Dr. Gina
That's right.
Skip Biddell
You're literally getting filtered alkaline water better than bottled quality water to every faucet, even when you shower, eliminating all those harsh chemicals, the things that cause your skin to be dry and itchy, your hair to break and be brittle.
Dr. Gina
It makes a such difference. Skip just putting a hard water filter on my shower which was the first thing I did, like 10 years ago that made a huge difference. But what people don't realize is all of the things that are in our water, it's not just about the hard water, it's not just about the chemicals. Now we have pfas, we have minerals in our water that cause degradation of our systems.
Skip Biddell
Yes. Yep.
Dr. Gina
This takes care of literally all of it.
Skip Biddell
Yeah, it does. So the mineral system, like, you know, for years people been using water softeners, right? And they're usually pretty large, cumbersome units. They're kind of antiquated. Now. You have to do a lot of maintenance, keep adding salt to it all the time. That's why you see a Costco, these 40 pound bags of salt people lugging around. Nobody wants to do that anymore. This is a new technology. This does the job of a softener. It takes out all those minerals that break down your plumbing pipes, but it also takes out all the harmful contaminants all in one thing. So it's a really great system to have in your home. I installed this in my house a couple years ago. And you're right, it was like somebody flipped a switch.
Dr. Gina
Yes. Overall, hair is softer, skin is better. People say, what did you do? I'm like, nothing. I just, I'm doing this. This is all I'm doing.
Skip Biddell
Yes. Just. Oh, yes. The hair in the skin, you notice right away. And the first thing, the very first shower you take, you don't smell the chlorine and the chemicals. You don't see it on the glass and you don't taste it in the water. It's like just pure water. That's the first thing. But over time, I noticed that I was actually feeling better. Like, I wasn't, you know, look, we're taking in all this stuff and people complain all the time that we see huge spike in, like chronic fatigue, chronic, you know, inflammation throughout the body, brain fog. Everybody's saying like the same thing. And we're exposed to a lot in our environment. You know what they're spraying in the air, all the contaminant, the. All the processed ingredients in our food now. And this, you can't control everything, but this is something that you can be proactive with, with in your home. You can filter all that garbage out of your water in your home very easily.
Dr. Gina
Okay, so let's talk turkey. I want to know how often do I have to change a filter? What's the maintenance on this system?
Skip Biddell
That is a great question, because this is really the only system I was Able to find that's completely maintenance free. As you can see, it's a sealed tank. So once you set this up, it's literally set it and forget it. That's one of the things I loved about it.
Dr. Gina
Forever.
Skip Biddell
Yes, Being a co op forever. There's a 10, 10 year and there's a 20 year warranty. So even on the, even on the, even on the 10 year. For a smaller system, you're getting 10 years guaranteed pure water. And that's like over a million gallons of water, more than you could ever use. So they also have a system that has a pump on it that backwashes it, kind of like a pool filtration system. There's a 20 year guarantee. So basically you set it and forget it. Once you set it up, there's no filters to change. And that's really what I loved about it. The easy install, zero maintenance. You put it in.
Dr. Gina
You know, that's almost unbelievable.
Skip Biddell
We have enough things to worry about, right?
Dr. Gina
Almost hard for my brain.
Skip Biddell
I know. Because we have enough things in life to worry about. Especially now.
Brian Glenn
Just turn on the news.
Skip Biddell
It's like, right, we have enough things to worry about. We don't need to worry about poison water for our family. I want it like, check it off the list.
Terrence Bates
This is it.
Skip Biddell
Set it and forget it.
Dr. Gina
Love that. Love that. Okay, so talk to us about these forever chemicals because this is a really big deal. And this isn't just about big deal in our drinking water. This is, as you mentioned, a big deal when it goes to our skin, our dogs. I lost two dogs to cancer this year. You know, it's a big deal to me that my dogs have filtered water. And if that sounds diva, okay, whatever. But that's why I need this system 100%.
Skip Biddell
Right? So I have 50 chickens, I got four dogs and five cats. I'm a big animal lover.
Dr. Gina
Oh, you're as much as me.
Skip Biddell
My wife and I, we only give the dogs, you know, water that comes out of our house system. Right. So we know that.
Dr. Gina
Take it with you when you go on vacation.
Skip Biddell
Yeah, you can bottle it. So what's great about the sue, right? Under any faucet in your house, just get your little stainless steel bottle or glass bottle you take for the day. You got the best water that you're going to get. But these forever chemicals, you're right, they're in everything. And the reason being is that they're used in the manufacturing process of everything that we have. Everything from our clothes, furniture, textiles, technology, everything that we're surrounded by requires chemicals in the manufacturing process. And as things grow, as technology goes up, solar panels and batteries for cars and everything, more and more chemicals are needed. And these chemicals now we've seen really at high levels, getting into our groundwater and getting into our homes. The municipalities just can't filter it all out. They just can't. And you can see article after article, story after story, how they're trying to combat these forever chemicals in every state, every municipality. So it's a real problem. And you know, people ask me all the time, what can I do? I have a filter on my faucet, one in the refrigerator. And I try to remind everybody. And I too thought the same thing. I was always a guy to filter my water refrigerator any way I could. Very conscious of it. But once I started doing the research and I thought about the skin and I'm like, like this light bulb went off. I had this like aha moment. Like so, like when you take a shower, you think it's like the cleanest, healthiest thing you can do. You're not realizing that you, you're taking in all of these chemicals.
Dr. Gina
Tell us about the system, what's in it?
Skip Biddell
Yeah. So there's multi levels of filtration that the water goes down through this and is forced to come back up through multiple stages of filtration. Also it goes through a center tube here that ionizes the water and converts it into alkaline. So when it goes in, it strips out all the minerals that are harming your plumbing and causing hard water scale damage to your plumbing. But at the same time, through those multi levels of filtration, it's also taking out each level takes out different types of chemicals, and by the time it gets to the top, it comes out alkaline. Drinking water that's just pure.
Dr. Gina
This is really pennies a day.
Ryan Reynolds
It is.
Dr. Gina
You know all that money we've been spending on the bottled water, which now we've all moved to the boxed water and the glass bottled water, which is even more expensive, sometimes 5, 6. I've seen my kids spend like $12 for a bottle of water. What in that. It's crazy, but this is literally pennies a day. Over the course it is.
Skip Biddell
When I look at what I spent on bottled water over the years, it's like ridiculous. It's the reason why the bottled water industry has become nearly $100 billion a year for plastic bottles that aren't even.
Dr. Gina
You're putting them out of business, Skip.
Brian Glenn
It's.
Skip Biddell
Yeah, yeah, they're in big trouble right now. You know what's funny about the plastic bottle, what people don't realize when that water goes into the bottle and it goes to a warehouse and then it goes to the supermarket, all in hot trucks, right? And then you take it and your hot trunk and you put it in your hot garage. And by the time you break a bottle out, put the refrigerator, that water, plastic bottle might have been heated up a dozen times. Right? We all know what happens when you heat plastic. No one thinks of this.
Dr. Gina
Expands and contracts, but just the chemicals
Skip Biddell
leach out of the, into the water. So the plastic, bottled water is definitely not a way to go. If you're going to have to drink bottled water, do it out of a glass bottle, you know, but you can
Dr. Gina
get your own glass bottle, you can put your own filter.
Skip Biddell
This is by far the most cost effective way for, for pennies a day. You can literally have the best quality water from every faucet in your home.
Dr. Gina
Now, alkaline is really important as well. We've talked a lot about that, how acidic our water has become over the years. I don't know what's caused it, but I know this fixes it.
Skip Biddell
Yes, the chemicals in our water and a combination of a lot of different elements cause the water to be acidic. And as you know, when you have acidic levels in your body, it's also promoting cancer and a lot of other problems.
Dr. Gina
Inflammation is the big thing that causes.
Skip Biddell
We want to get our body to alkaline. We want to get our blood to alkaline, our body to alkaline. So drinking and also bathing in alkaline water is a really very helpful thing to do, you know, so good for
Dr. Gina
the skin, keeps you young. David Brody, on your birthday. So tell us what. I'm not asking you. What did I not ask that you want us to know?
Skip Biddell
Well, as far as the installation, and it's one of the reasons why I really, again, being a contractor, I've installed like so many different systems, like hundreds of different types and brands. And when I looked at my own home, I'm like, what's going to be the easiest installation? Also the size. If you look at the footprint of this, this is like literally like 9, 10 inches.
Dr. Gina
Oh my gosh. I can't even believe.
Skip Biddell
Yeah, so you get, you can literally put this in the smallest little space in the closet. Most people have their, their water systems either in the basement or in the garage. Takes up a lot of space. Like the softeners are big, cumbersome units. The footprint of this is so small, you don't need anything else. It's an all in one thing. So it's a really great system from that regard, the installation and also of course, the no maintenance. You know, that's really my thing.
Dr. Gina
Skip 26, that's a QR code. What does that save us?
Skip Biddell
Oh, my gosh, this is a great time to get one because this company, which by the way, I didn't mention this another. And really the thing that put me over the top of it, this is an all American company. They're all 100% manufactured and sold right here in America. Their home offices are Nova.
Dr. Gina
So important. Made in America.
Skip Biddell
And I'll tell you why. You try to get someone on the phone from any of these other water filtration companies as farm drop out across the world. No one speaks English, right? These guys, when you get on the phone with them, you're speaking to a water specialist. They're in your country, they're speaking English. They're going to tell you exactly your zip code, what the problem is in your water. They know water and they make it really easy to get this, you know.
Dr. Gina
So the code is skip26. You're going to save some big bucks on that.
Skip Biddell
Thousand dollars off right now.
Dr. Gina
Thousand dollars off right now. Skip Patel. This is just. This is really exciting. I want one for my house definitely.
Skip Biddell
And give me your address. Ship one over.
Dr. Gina
I can't believe that one little system with this small of a footprint for this little money can save lives. Can save lives.
Skip Biddell
It really can. In the long term, it can save lives.
Dr. Gina
Yeah.
Terrence Bates
Right.
Dr. Gina
All right. Thank you so much. Skip 26, that's the code. Saves you $1,000 just today. So make sure you order right now. And we'll be back with more American Sunrise right after this. Thanks, G. Thanks so much.

Mike, always good to see you, my friend. How are you?
David Brody
Good.
Mike Britton
How's it going, Terrence?
Terrence Bates
Doing all right. So look, I was reading here you guys have created something called the Coffee Crash Eliminator Kit. The Coffee Crash Eliminator Kit. What all is in this and who designed this coffee Crash Eliminator Kit?
Mike Britton
Yeah, it was designed by me actually. It all goes back to why I switched over to tea in the first place from coffee. I thought if this happened to me, I can't be the only one. Right. And I guess we'll see. But when I first started coffee, it, it started to keep me up in the middle of the night. I would have one cup at 10 in the morning. I'd be up until 4am looking for solutions. I heard tea like, kind of like handles caffeine differently, still gives you the energy without the crash. When I switched to tea, my, my sleep at night completely regulated itself and it was within 24, maybe 48 hours of that happening. And so that's how I became a permanent tea drinker over coffee. Because I get the sustained energy without the, the crash, it doesn't have these side effects for me. And so I wanted to put together a kit that would have solved my own problem from a few years ago before I, before I found tea. And so this kit contains all four of our top selling black tea flavors, including Morning Moab, which I specifically designed to be a coffee replacement. We put more black tea in that one. There's more types of black tea. And so there's, the caffeine level is more comparable to coffee, but also still doesn't give you that crash.
Dr. Gina
Huh.
Terrence Bates
So you get the same amount of caffeine that you would get in coffee or pretty much the same amount, but it doesn't have as, as hard of an effect on the body.
Mike Britton
Yeah, the caffeine from tea. Because tea has something called L theanine too. It kind of eludes through your system slower than it stays in your system longer than coffee caffeine does. And so that's why you don't get the crash. That's why you don't get the jitters. But you still get that alert and focused effect from, from black tea.
Terrence Bates
Fascinating. All right, always good to see you, my friend. Have a great weekend. Once again, go to the website folks and order all of that stuff. It's definitely going to help you. In fact, I'm going to try it myself. Mike, good to see you.
Mike Britton
Yeah. If I could just mention one last thing. You won't see this offer on the main website. You have to go to artillerytico.com/crash to see it.
Terrence Bates
Ah, artillery T, C, O or co.com crash C-R-A S H. Right.
David Brody
Yeah.
Terrence Bates
Okay. I win the spelling bee. I could spell crash. I'm all right, thanks, Mike. Good to see you, my friend.
Mike Britton
All right. Thank you, sir.
Terrence Bates
All right, Coming up, David Brody standing by with the top story that he's keeping his eye on. That's after the break.
Dr. Gina
All right. Welcome back to American sunrise. I'm Dr. G. Thanks for being with us today. Time now for the One to watch. You know what? We're all keeping our eyes on David Brody. I know you can't wait to talk about this. These UFO files.
David Brody
Yes.
Dr. Gina
Little green Martians.
David Brody
Yeah, let's put them up. We're all keeping our eye on them. So this is what from the Department of War. Anyhow, there. Oh, look at that. That's from 1964, apparently.
Dr. Gina
Wow.
David Brody
That's a. Yeah.
Dr. Gina
Holy cow.
Natasha Owens
What in the world?
Dr. Gina
Oh, my word. Terrence, what do you make of this?
Terrence Bates
Look, I'm gonna be spending the weekend. I'm just honest with you. I'm gonna be spending the weekend going through these various files from the. I guess it's from the National Archives. But basically, like, if you go through all of this, there's videos, there's pictures, there are complete databases. And so I'm gonna definitely be looking at the videos and the pictures and seeing I believe there's absolutely extraterrestrial life out there somewhere. It wouldn't at all surprise me if we have been visited by, you know, UFOs and UAB's and all that other stuff. And I'm just looking forward to seeing the sort of documentation that has been released on all of this.
Dr. Gina
And when you mix this with all the dead scientists from the department. What do you guys think? Either of you have thoughts on that?
David Brody
Well, I haven't linked any of that yet. You know, the first thing I'm doing is I'm going to my Bible. And I'm kind of trying to research a little bit of this from a theological standpoint, because the Bible doesn't say there is or is not life beyond what we know to be true here in terms of human life. So I don't know. I don't have answers. I haven't really looked into, you know, whether or not this would be biblical or not as it relates to, to alien life. I know some opinions on that.
Terrence Bates
Paraphrasing that God is the God of the universe. No.
Natasha Owens
Correct.
David Brody
Correct. So this is what I'm going to be going into. That and overeating. But those are the two things I'm doing this weekend.
Dr. Gina
And you guys have Mother's Day already for your wives. I'm sure you've already made all the pies and cakes and her favorite foods and bought her all those beautiful presents. I can't wait to hear what you guys did on Monday. Hey, everybody.
Terrence Bates
Ate the pie and ate it already.
David Brody
I'll go to CVS on Sunday morning. Just kidding. That's.
Dr. Gina
That's the famous one. You guys, really, truly. To their mother. To our mothers out there in this audience. God bless you all. We appreciate you. We love you. Have a beautiful Mother's Day. You guys. Go to YouTube, watch the video, premiere Bo's Mother's Day song. She's my mother. Room. Coming up next, hug your children. Love God.
Ryan Reynolds
Oh, oh.
Dr. Gina
Happy Friday. Happy Friday.
Natasha Owens
Oh, bye.
Dr. Gina
Say bye.
