Hey Rav fam, We are so happy to have you with us for our continued coverage of CPAC 2026 here in Grapevine, Texas. And I just want to ask my colleagues how first of all, how cool is it that we're all together if this ever happened? We are the living example of what MAGA needs to do right now and that's get together so we can win the midterms. Right Ben?

Yeah, that's right. I mean you look at unfortunately, even in the media world, you would never. So I don't know who said that first. You would never see this. All of the hosts up on the stage together. But the reality is real America's Voice News. Everybody that works here, we all like each other. We actually like each other.

And this is the key, is standing together against our enemies. You look at the division in maga, you look at some of these people that are trying to cause division, that's a problem. Stay focused on our enemies. Stay focused on the mission. That's what we're doing. At least as Rav, we're trying to lead by example.

We can't be the ones that circle fire. Why? The Democrats are circling wagons, right, Vince?

That's for sure. And what I got out of this whole event, though, what the amazing part is, this was entertaining. We had political talk, we had music, we had comedy. And I think the audience overall, the conservative audience, is starving for this type of content, like bring me family value, faith based music, entertainment and political talk. I want to consume it all, because I can't. I got to go to all these places. Maybe not such good stuff. So I love that part of it.

But I want to ask you down there in the inn, Mr. Bo, you did such a great job of really pulling this whole entertainment element. That has been the number one question I've had this week, was, wow, it's so cool what RAV is doing with RAM and with the entertainment element. No other network does anything like this. Tell us about it.

Bo
No, you're absolutely right, Dr. Gina. And you got to credit Rob and Parker Sig for being visionaries, for being leaders and bringing music and taking the culture back through our entertainment. It's so important, Dr. G, for artists to feel supported. Every artist needs to feel that. And now you have people in this network doing that. And I gotta say, no other network is doing that. Nobody's doing that. Not in this building, not anywhere in the world. And I think it's so important that we feel supported. And so Dr. G, there's just so many things I think that are happening at once. We move at a rapid pace, obviously, at this network, David. But at the same time, the entertainment hours on both nights that I was very lucky enough to kind of emcee, some amazing things happening, whether it's standup comedy, you know, Rob Schneider, Alex Stein, Natasha Owens, we're going to see more and more. And I think for those of you that are out there that are watching that, notice this and watch this this weekend, you're going to see a lot of great things to come.

Well, it's so great to be with everybody. I love working with everybody here. And every year rap hits it out of park at cpac. And this year especially because we've got this added element of ram real America's music. But we also have the incredible RAV fans from RAV Chat that came from all over the country, all over the world interacting with them. We're listening to the real American voices for the people who never ask for anything from anybody and are tired of being, you know, put down. So I think that's really amazing. And there's a great lineup to today at cpac. Speaking today, the president of Poland, we have Edward Bolsonaro speaking, whose father was just brought home for house arrest. In Brazil, we've got Rick Scott, Ted Cruz, the crown prince of Iran, the son of the Shah Reza Pahlavi, that short causes star here and then RFK Jr among others. So it should be an electric day today.

Did I lie about the encyclopedia moniker? No. We're going to stick with that for you, David Zir. So I can't leave out my favorite people, my co hosts on American Sunrise every single day. We really do love each other. I don't know if you've noticed that, but we really are best friends. And it's so great to get up and do American Sunrise with both of you each day. So I'll start with you, Terrence. What have you enjoyed the most so far?

So I've loved the spiritual aspect of CPAC 2026. There was a praise and worship service. And I just was struck that in this place, in this environment, people unapologetically were praising the Lord. People were singing, hands were lifted high. And I was touched. I found myself just kind of standing there singing. And I was just so happy that the spirit of God was in this place, that the spirit of God was leading the conversations. In fact, I had a conversation with one young lady whose father was in China and he had been arrested. He was a Christian pastor who was arrested in China and she was here obviously rallying support, trying to help get him released. But the spirit of God was in this place. And that's what I appreciated most about this week.

I love that. But you know what else I love? This morning we interviewed the gentleman, an all star athlete who's done amazing things. And he was telling the story about the woman janitor in his school that came up to him when he was in trouble. He'd been Arrested twice. And then he said. She said to him, you are anointed by God. You are going to do great things. And now he's doing a book, doing a movie, all those things. We had the pleasure of interviewing him, and I thought, wow. Wow. What. What college janitor would think that they were going to change a life that day? But, David Brody, that was a touching moment. You're a man of deep faith.

Well, it was an extremely touching moment, and it was a story about faith. And it makes me think about Bo, about what you said, which is that this whole conference has been about faith and politics and culture and music and America. You put it all together, and what is it? Real America's Voice. I mean, it plays exactly. I mean, you're not getting that on cnn. You're getting line all the way through. One through line. And it's not a good one. I think, to me, what struck me here was that all of the people coming up and just saying thank you. Not necessarily to me, though. I wouldn't mind a few compliments. But as you.

Well, I appreciate it, Velvet. That's beautiful. Thank you so much. That's a nice voice, by the way. But they were saying thank you. And I said, look, I know you see us on television, but we're not anchors. We're Americans. And I think it's really important that, you know, on cnn, you see them. People see them as anchors, and they see themselves as anchors, you know, the elite, if you will. We don't see our. We don't see ourselves that way at all. We're the ones that stay at home and view, you know, real America's Voice as well. The point is, we're all in this together. And that's what I told them. And I think that's the key that makes this network very successful and special.

So I think one of the coolest things is the company that we work for is truly they. They don't just talk the talk, they walk the walk. Vince, what does it mean to you to get to work for a company? Because I know for me, I've never worked for a company that has that.

Yeah, you know, I'm in a unique position in a sense, because I have a dual role you know, I work with Rob's sig and the ownership here on the business side, try to expand it and I also host a show so I see it on both sides. And I can tell you I see no seams. I see faith, real truth, connecting with the fans in every level of what we do, every business decision and everything we do on TV as hosts and events we put on from the music to our commentary. So it is a very consistent, faith oriented with a lot of substance behind what we're doing on all of it. So on the corporate side, I'm thrilled because Real America's Voice is doing a lot of things. We've launched Real America's music. We have Raps of Spaniel and we have a few other tricks up our sleeve. I just want you to know.

Well, they're amazing. And I've been with the company about seven years, touring the country with Ben and other people up here. We've been to hundreds of cities across America with the incredible production team covering Trump, covering current events all over the country. And the best part is the interacting. We've done thousands of interviews with real American voices on the ground. The hard working people who get up every day, never ask for anything. They're the good people, tired of being told they're the bad people. And it's just echoes from the bottom to the top with In Real America's Voice. From our production crew to our talent, we all have unique backgrounds. Nobody really tells us what to say. Right.

David and Terrence, we get in that chat every single day and oh my gosh, we, we argue, we have discussions, we, we build each other up, we pray. We'll do, we'll do, we'll start, someone will start the Star Spangled Banner and we'll just type the Star Spangled Banner the whole time. And then what we'll do is we'll decide to sing a hymn together in the chat and somebody will write a line. What is your Favorite thing about our audience, David and Terrence, because I think it's really special.

There's a lot. I mean, they're active. I mean, that to me is really important. I mean, they're active. And it makes me think of the RAV Ambassador program, you know, because, like, where's the CNN ambassador program? You know what I'm saying? There is none. And I think that says everything about our chat. But I love the fact that they can disagree with you one day and be your best friend the next.

It is. And Dr. Gina, you know, you and I have had this conversation, David. We've had this conversation so often. I feel like part of our mission is to be an environment, to be an example to the country of civility, even in disagreement. Yeah, I say that all the time. And that is my mission. I stand on that daily. That no matter how we see the world, no matter how disagreed, how we. How much we disagree, no matter how separate we are, that we can do so in a civil way. We can agree to disagree, but that we have to keep the bigger picture in mind. And that bigger picture is making America great again. Putting the values of America first. That's what it comes down to.

Ben Brokwm. I love you, man. You've been around. I remember Ben following me around at Trump hotel in Washington, D.C. wanted to take a picture together. You've been here for so long doing what you do. You lead with heart, you lead with passion, you lead with faith. Tell us what this company and this audience means to you.

You know, it's funny. Speaking of things that are coming into this next year, I'm working on my first book right now. And it's this whole journey 10 from addiction to Where We Are Now Through Fear and everything else. And I actually go back to the Tea Party days where I actually first met you. Yes. And that. And watching your journey through it to now coming full circle when a lot of Tea Party splintered and, and some of that infighting and some of the things that went on, I was in, I watched some of my old speeches. I'm like, oh my gosh, it's terrible. But it was the proving ground. It was the, you know, the catalyst kind of for where I am today. And, and to see this whole journey as we go and watching God's hand in all of it, every step we take. And so many people out there saying, how do you get to where you are, by the way? You got to wait and read the book because there's, it's an entire journey. Doesn't happen overnight.

Can I just say something real quick because you mentioned the Tea Party. You know, look, I kind of see what's been going on here in the conservative movement is like a Star wars trilogy a little bit, right? The Tea Party. Now we're in Magaland, what's coming as the third part of the trilogy. And I think we're starting to write the script right now. We just don't know what it's going to look like. But the beauty of all of this is our audience writes the script.

Can I just add, please, my first Tea Party, my, my first CPAC was during the tea party. 09, 2010, 2011. You know, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Sarah Palin came. It was electric. And you know, I've been in politics for 40 years, but it was the first time.

Speaking of electric, I think we have some electric things going on right now on stage.

There was a lot of wisdom in what Brandon had to say, right. About all these fights, etc. And that's going to be worked out. The most important people here are you. You have to be convinced we're in the middle of a war right now, let me say probably the start of a war. The decision in going forward is obviously the commander in chiefs, but he's got to have people have to have his back and you're only going to do that with full information. You have to be convinced that this is the right thing to do, particularly now that we're on the eve of potentially the insertion of American combat troops. Your sons, daughters, granddaughters, grandsons could be on Carg island or be holding a beachhead down by the Strait of Hormuz, a place I had the pleasure of transiting on a Navy destroyer back in 1980. And let me tell you, it looks like the surface of the moon. It couldn't be more foreign to folks in the United States. But as all this debate goes on, and you know who's right, who's wrong, what's going to happen? It's a debate that has to happen. We have work to do, and we have work to do. Today, in a room next door, there are 150 grassroots leaders in the state of Texas that have brought about one of the biggest changes in this country. They passed a Proposition 10 to ban Sharia law in the state of Texas. Starting with no resources and no support, they got almost 2 million votes. That's the work we need today. Because I'll tell you what, a bigger threat to this country right now is in City hall, in New York City, in these mosques in North Texas. The Dallas Morning News. You know, normally I'll bring up as a heuristic device the Financial Times or the Wall Street Journal, but here it's the Dallas Morning News. Paxton Cornyn divided on cpac. Right? Cornyn is not coming. You know why? He didn't think you were important enough to talk to. Politico reports this morning in an article called Texas hold' Em that President Trump, in all likelihood, is not going to endorse in this race. Why is that? Because the hard work of the grassroots community got in back of Ken Paxton. He was. They dropped almost $100 million of negative ads on Ken Paxton. And right now, in the latest poll, Ken Paxton is up by eight points. That's a victory for you. Ken Paxton's emblematic of the grassroots and the MAGA movement throughout the nation. It's more than just an attorney general, more than just an individual. It was about the establishment causing a mess in the state of Texas, refusing to deal with it. And when Paxton came out and ran for the Senate, he didn't have to be defeated. He had to be destroyed, just like they tried to destroy Donald Trump. And you had his back. And that's why Paxton is grinding this out to victory. I also believe there needs to be a major investigation of the Cornyn political operation. How they raised this money. Who put the money in and how the money was spent to destroy Ken Paxton. It's not acceptable. The grassroots are winning all over the place. Look, in the state of Virginia, the Commonwealth of Virginia, they're trying to shift the house to be 10 to 1. The Republican establishment there absolutely, epically failed. And then Youngkin walked away after a horrible, horrible putting forward a campaign this last election cycle. The grassroots under Jeff Reyer, a grassroots chairman of the GOP in Virginia and the commonwealth, have got thousands of grassroots volunteers, people just like yourself, going door to door right now. And Spamberger's landslide on April 21 looks like she could be defeated. So her entire plan to flip the House and impeach Trump and become nuisance vice president is being thwarted right now by grassroots people in a courtroom in Georgia right now. They've got the toughest, most expensive lawyers from the left, Norm Ison and Abby Law, in a five hour evidentiary hearing. What to get the evidence back, to get the ballots back. Why? The 2020 election was stolen from Donald Trump and they know it. You think they have them down there for. And just like in this room, grassroots people fought for six years. They threatened them with prison, they threatened them with bankruptcy. They threatened them to lose their jobs, lose their families, all of it. And those heroes stood in the breach. And now we have the evidence. We have the evidence that the Republican establishment did not want you to see, that the 2020 election was stolen from. Everywhere you look around, the Republican establishment creates a mess that you have to go in and clean up. Amen, brother. Too good for him. Victory begets victory. The victory of Paxton will drive us forward. A victory in Virginia will drive us forward. A victory in Georgia will drive us forward to ultimate victory. Don't listen. I don't want to hear talk about the midterm. I don't want to hear talk about 2028. There are decades in which nothing happens, and there are weeks in which decades happen. We're in those weeks, one after the other after the other after the other. You put your shoulder to the wheel and we are going to win. We're going to hold the House and hold the Senate and have President Trump come back to mass deportations. Right, Mass deportations to unchain Bobby Kennedy. Who are you going to hear tomorrow? We have the right policies. We just need the resolve to see it through, finish what we started. Over a year ago. When Matt and Mercy decided that D.C. wasn't the right place for CPAC, they picked Texas. How providential was that? Given what happened on Proposition 10, given this long shot bet of Ken Paxton right here, right now. And you know why? The state of Texas is the jewel in the crown of the union. Where Texas goes, so goes the nation. And where the nation goes, so goes the world. Now, there have been people here that I highly respect. Guys like Josh Hammer have on the show a lot. Love his book, A good man and a smart man. But came up yesterday in attacking MTG and, and Matt Gaetz and Megyn Kelly and Tucker. What's important is not Candace and Tucker and Megyn Kelly or Mark Levin and Ben Shapiro. What is important is you. You need to come. You need to come to your own conclusion, to weigh and measure the evidence, to think about the direction of this republic, to think what America first actually stands for, to think through who are real allies and who are out for themselves. And most importantly, you need to think about a country that puts American citizens first, that American citizens have priority over everything. People are sitting there going, oh, this person didn't come. This person didn't come. Yes, there are many great people that couldn't make it. Either they didn't want to come or they're tied up running wars and looking after the country. It doesn't matter.

This is the power of this movement. The only way we're going to win in November is to go back. What got us through in 24, what got us through in 20, what got us through in 16, grassroots effort going door to door to get low propensity, lower information voters, Trump supporters to the polls. And if we do that, the Sunland uplands is in front of us. If we don't, if we just have these quarrels and this bickering and this fighting and lose the fact of what happened in Texas in January and February. If we lose what's happening in the Commonwealth of Virginia now, if we lose the fact of six years of struggle in Georgia, we now have the evidence of the 2020 Stone election. If you lose the the what's important, then we're going to lose the country. Fight on.

Father, thank you for all of those who have come from near and from afar. Thank you for those who have put this wonderful conference together. Lord, I pray that our fellowship will be glorifying to you. Lord God, we lift up our president, Vice president and all of our leaders in this administration. Father, we lift up our service men and women all over the world who are fighting for our continued safety and peace. Father, we pray for the conflict in Iran. Father God, we pray that you would have your way to justice shall be done. And God, I pray for every family represented here today. My name is Scott Turner and I'm so grateful that we're having this Wonderful meeting here in my beloved home state of Texas. Amen. Yes, we have people here from all over the country, some from near and some from far. I really hope that those of you that are here that are not from this great state, that you get to explore our wonderful state of Texas. On that note, you know, I want you also to know that this may be your one and only chance to taste what real barbecue is. So welcome to Texas. I do love my friends from North Carolina and Memphis, though. I want to thank Matt and Mercedes for continuing this tradition of organizing this great conference. Can we give them a round of applause? The theme for this year's CPAC is Actions, not words. We live by this motto in President Trump's administration. As our record has shown, our actions have proven. At last year's cpac, I said that our mission is to put the American people first, and we have backed that promise up with actions and not words. Not everyone believes that mission, though. I'm sure that you all saw that on display at the State of the Union when half the room refused to support the President's statement that said this, quote, the first duty of the American government is to protect American citizens, not illegal aliens. The Biden administration clearly failed in that first duty. It rolled the red carpet out for illegals that led from the border right up to our public housing units every day. This travesty continued was a desecration of our government's sacred duty to the American people. Under President Trump's leadership, we are finally ending this gravy train for illegals. At Housing and Urban Development, we proposed a new rule that would force everyone in HUD supported housing to show proof of citizenship or eligibility. This indeed will end the mixed status loophole which enabled illegals and ineligibles to get away with their fraud if they stayed in a home with at least one other eligible member. We also blocked illegals from accessing FHA insured mortgages, which is taxpayer money which are meant to benefit American citizens and American citizens only. All illegals and all ineligibles must make room for the vulnerable American people because every one of those spots that is taken is taken from a homeless veteran shivering in the midnight in the streets, a married couple facing a mountain of bills and weight on their family, or every citizen desiring to feel the American dream. Those are the people that we serve, those are the people that we must serve, and those are the people that we have been called to serve in America. And we also have a duty to serve the Americans of faith who found themselves downtrodden during the Biden administration. Put believers in fear of expressing themselves and weaponized if you will, the law against Americans of faith. But because of our great president, President Trump, faith has a sanctuary in America. Once again. At hud, believers are once again free to live out their faith without fear. We're working to make sure that faith based providers can once again serve the hands as the hands and the feet of Christ. Caring for the poor and the vulnerable instead of getting involved away because their beliefs. Our HUD center of Faith is working with the presidentially established task force to eradicate anti Christian bias to cut down on red tape that encumbers faith based organizations in our country. Actions, my friends, not words. So in short, we're returning HUD to his mission minded focus re establishing stewardship and good policies. And that mission is to give vulnerable Americans a temporary hand up as they walk the path to home ownership. All of our work is already bearing much fruit as a hope that you can see. The Housing Affordability Index of the national association of Realtors is at its highest level in years. Under President Trump's leadership, home purchase applications surged by nearly 10%. And rents, which for most people are the beginning of the path to home ownership, are also dropping. The median rent has dropped to a multi year low. And compare to 2022, some cities have seen double digit drops in apartment rents. Most budget friendly in four years. This is under President Trump's leadership. Our work is bearing much fruit. CPAC friends. We want to help future generations have the same opportunities to achieve the American dream that their parents and their grandparents had. The stakes are very high. In many ways, home ownership is a spine that holds up our republic because owning a home anchors the American dream. Homeownership gives you something that you can make financially independent. It gives you A true stake in your community. The motivation to make life better for you and your neighbor. A legacy you will pass on to your kids and your grandkids. Having a home as a sanctuary and a cradle for future generations, it promotes stability and prosperity, strong and independent citizens of the United States of America. That vision is the North Star that keeps us going at hud, and we will continue to pursue it with action and not words. We're about action and not just words at hud. As I close today, Americans gain confidence and morale when we see our leaders actually living up to the words and fulfilling their promises. And I know this. That is what we see in President Trump. Texas united states senator ted cruz. Sad bless texas, And God bless president donald j. Trump. In the last 15 months, we have won historic victories across the nation. As we gather today on the occasion of our nation's 250th birthday, I want to take a moment to reflect on who we are and what we believe. You know, there was a moment last year where the clarity of what we believe was crystal clear. We had a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing. President Trump had nominated an individual to serve in the State Department. I came into the questioning just as Democrat Senator Tim Kaine, not a crowd favorite, was questioning him. And this Trump nominee had said in his written testimony that he viewed his obligation as defending the God given rights of Americans. And Tim Kaine responded and said that the idea that our rights come from God and not government, he said, is a radical and revolutionary idea. He said, that's the kind of idea that theocrats in nations like Iran believe. And in America, he said, we don't believe our rights come from God. I got to admit I had a whole set of questions that I was prepared to ask and I promptly threw them aside. I was speaking shortly thereafter, and I said, you know, just minutes ago, Senator Kaine said the idea that our rights come from God was a radical and revolutionary idea. He's right. It also happens to be the founding principle upon which our nation was created. And I said to the folks listening and watching, if you don't believe me, maybe you would believe another Virginian who penned the immortal words, we hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal and that they are endowed by their Creator, not by government, not by the dnc, but by God Almighty with certain unalienable rights, And that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Jefferson continues that to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men and are just with the consent of the governed, too secure. Who are we as a nation? Our rights. They're not given to us by any federal official. They're not given to us by any state. They are given to us by the Lord God Almighty. Who are we and what do we believe as conservatives? We believe that the United States of America is the greatest nation the world has ever seen. We believe that freedom is powerful and liberating and is a fundamental right of every human being. We believe that the American free enterprise system is the greatest engine for freedom and prosperity the world has ever seen. And we believe in American strength and leadership. That America is, as Ronald Reagan put it, a shining city on a hill. Now let's talk about those principles put into action. We have three core priorities to focus on in any given election or in any given governmental action. Jobs, freedom, and security. Let's take those one at a time. Let's start with jobs. The Republican Party is and should be, I believe, the party of jobs. Now, where do jobs come from? They don't come from Washington, D.C. they don't come from bureaucrats. They come from the men and women here. They come from small businesses putting capital at risk to meet a need. But although government doesn't create jobs, boy, can it screw them up. Many times I have suggested that Gavin Newsom should be named the Texas Realtor of the Year. Because nobody in history has sold more homes in the state of Texas than Gavin Newsom. And by the way, Comrade Mondaami is the Florida Realtor of the Year. You look across the country, it is not subtle. Big blue states with high taxes and high regulations that hammer the living daylights out of small businesses, every one of them. Their populations are fleeing, and they are fleeing to red states, states with low taxes and low regulations, where small businesses can grow and prosper. And yet, what did today's liberals say? They say, let's make America more like California and New York. Let's have high taxes and high spending and high debts. And I want to say within the conservative movement, the question of what do we believe is important as well. In many ways, the most important political shift of the last decade is the Republican Party has become a blue collar party. It used to be conventional wisdom that Republicans are the party of the rich and Democrats are the party of the poor and working class. I'm not sure that was ever the case, but it sure as heck isn't the case now. Today, the Republican Party is the party of truck drivers and steelworkers and cops and firefighters and waiters and waitresses and the men and women with calluses on their hands who go to work every day and provide for their families. And the Democrat Party is the party of rich coastal elites, effete leftists sipping soy lattes with their pinkies in the air. And I will say, within our movement, there is also a debate about whether we believe in small government and limited governmental power and individual liberty, or whether we believe in big government and high taxes and a nanny state. Let me be clear. Some in our party who call themselves populists, I agree with them. I am very much a populist. You look at every election I've ever run. When I launched my campaign for Senate 14 years ago with a lot of the men and women in this room, nobody thought we had a prayer. We started at 2%, and there are a lot of the original 2 percenters who are gathered here right now. And all of the money and special interest was on the other side. But this was a populist revolution in Texas. And we went from 2% to winning the primary by 14 points and winning the general by 16 points and shocking the hell out of Washington. But the people who are urging our party the way to be populist is to embrace high taxes and high regulation and government power. The people who say we're conservatives, but we're big government conservatives. I'm here to tell you you're not being a populist if you're advocating for the policies of Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren. A lot of the folks here were here on the ground also at the founding of Turning Point usa. We remember a T shirt and a slogan, socialism sucks. That was true then and it is true now. And as the son of a Cuban refugee who was imprisoned and tortured in Cuba, communism is evil and socialism is a disaster. And let me say, in terms of our record of success, last summer we passed the Working Families Tax Cut Act. That bill has more conservative victories in it than any legislation that has ever passed into law. We invested over $100 billion into securing the border. The largest investment in border security in the History of America. We invested over $150 billion in rebuilding the military because we live in a dangerous world. We passed the largest tax cut in American history, over $4 trillion. We made the Trump tax cuts permanent and we passed new tax cuts cuts, including no tax on tips, which I'm the author of. I wrote no tax on tips. And no tax on overtime and no tax on Social Security. That's what it means to be a populist, to empower people to take government off their backs and stop taxing their tips and their overtime and their Social Security and let them provide for their families. And I will tell you, in that bill, there are two provisions that I'm most proud of. You know, in April of last year, we did a retreat of all the Senate Republicans and I stood up in front of my colleagues, I said, listen, there are lots of things that are really important to in this bill that we care about. Border security, tax cuts, the military, all of that, very, very important. But I said we ought to pause for at least a second and ask ourselves, think about legacy, ask ourselves what will be remembered from this bill in 10, 20, 30 years? And I said, if I can, I'd like to humbly suggest two possibilities. Number one, school choice. And number two, what are now called the Trump accounts. Both of those provisions are in the bill and both of those provisions I wrote into law. School choice. We passed the single most far reaching federal school choice bill that has ever been enacted that is going to unleash tens of billions of dollars of scholarships to low income kids, to kids in failing schools all across America. And 10, 20, 30 years from now, there are going to be millions of kids that escaped failing schools where they weren't learning to read, they weren't learning to write, they were facing violence and instead they got an education and they have a chance to get achieve the American dream. That's what it means to deliver real results that impacts this country. And then the Trump accounts, starting on July 4th of this year, our nation's 250th birthday, every child in America will have a personal investment account open for them. Newborn children will have it seeded with 5,000. With $1,000, parents, families, employers can contribute up to $5,000 each year in a tax advantaged account. And all of that will be invested in the stock market, the S&P 500. Now, there are two massive advantages to that. Number one, every child in America is going to experience the benefits of compound growth. Look, a lot of the people here understand what compound growth is all about. But but nearly half of Americans don't own a single stock or a single bond. And our kids now, if they're investing, if parents or family or employers are investing 5,000 a year, within just a couple of decades, our kids will have hundreds of thousands of dollars in personal investment accounts that they own. And they. And we're not talking just the kids of rich people. We're talking the kids of single moms waiting tables who suddenly their babies will have the resources to buy a home, to get an education, to start a business. But secondly, even more exciting, we are going to create a whole new generation of capital capitalists. Listen, every one of us has seen the sorry statistics of young people who are losing faith in free enterprise, who think that socialism may be a good idea. Well, 10 years from now, a little boy is going to pull out his cell phone and he's going to look at the app of his Trump account and he's going to say, wait a second, I own 100 bucks of Apple. I own 50 bucks of Boeing or 75 bucks of McDonald's. And suddenly, instead of corporations being these mean, evil things that he's told he should throw bricks at and want to burn down, he's got skin in the game. And our children will be the owners of the largest employers in America. That's what winning as a conservative looks like. All right, let's talk freedom. You look at the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Thomas Jefferson referred to our Constitution as chains to bind the mischief of government. Many of y' all know my father, Pastor Rafael Cruz. He has referred many times to the Constitution and Bill of Rights as the most inspired documents ever written by the hand of man, other than the Bible, the most consequential documents in the history of humanity. Every one of us has an obligation to defend free speech and to defend free speech not just for those who agree with us, but those who disagree with us. Everyone. I will defend the rights of people who think I'm a son of a bitch to say I'm a son of a bitch, Because that's what free speech is all about. But when it comes to religious liberty, there is a reason. Religious liberty is the very first clause in the very First Amendment to the Bill of Rights. Because our entire freedom is built upon the right to seek out the Lord God Almighty with all your heart, mind and soul, without government getting in the way. And the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms, there's a reason it is right after the first, because it is fundamentally about the right to life, the right to protect Your children, to protect your family. It is fundamentally about ensuring that sovereignty remains with we the people and not with the government. And then there's security. Under Joe Biden, we saw an invasion of this nation. More than 12 million illegal immigrants came into this country. The worst illegal immigration in our nation's history. And the people in 2024 said, Enough. End it and end it now. And when President Trump was sworn into office, illegal border crossings have dropped more than 99%. So what does that mean? Why does that matter? All across the country, the murder rate has dropped 20%. The rate of drug overdose Deaths has dropped 20%. It is literally the case that there are thousands of Americans who are alive right now, today because President Trump was reelected Senate and because we have a Republican Senate and Republican House and we've secured the border and we're deporting illegal immigrants and murderers and gang bangers and child rapists and getting them the hell out of our country. And to give you a sense of just how radical and extreme the Democrat Party has been, we just saw this week, that is the position of the Democrats, that every single one of them refuses to pay even a penny to fund ICE to deport criminals. The Democrat Party today is a party of hatred of Donald Trump and open borders. And by the way, if you want to know who they are, listen to Chris Murphy, the lefty Democrat senator who said on television, he said, the people who we care about the most. And by we, he meant Democrats are illegal immigrants. That is their party. Well, I'll tell you what we're going to do. Even though every Democrat is a hard no on funding border security, we are going to come back, we are going to take up another reconciliation bill, and we are going to fund ICE and Border Patrol for 10 years. And the consequence of Elizabeth Warren and the rest of these commies is we are going to increase the funding for ICE and Border Patrol when we we do that. Because if they will not defend the citizens of this nation, we will. And let me say right now, we also should stand together right now and pass the Save America Act. We need to force every Democrat to do a talking filibuster, to stand and talk and talk and talk like Jimmy Stewart in Mr. Smith's Goes to Washington like I did in 2013 for 21 hours against Obamacare. And when they talk and talk and talk and can't talk anymore, then we will pass the Save America Act. And let me say, looking abroad, when it comes to security, we have seen the difference between a weak commander in chief and a Strong Commander in Chief Joe Biden came into office in 2021. He inherited a world with peace and prosperity. And he was weak and feckless. And what happened? We saw war break out all over the globe. We saw Russia invade Ukraine, and we saw October 7th as Hamas invaded Gaza. Tragically, they do. And that is the consequence. The reason for those wars is because Joe Biden was so weak that our enemies were not afraid of him. The left believes the way you avoid war is through weakness. There is a reason that nobody goes and studies and gets a degree at the Neville Chamberlain School of Foreign Affairs. Appeasement does not work. And if you want an object lesson on what a strong commander in chief looks like, take a look at the current resident of the Oval Office, President Donald J. Trump. Today we have a greater chance that in the next six months we will see a new government in Venezuela, in Cuba and in Iran. Than any time in our lifetimes. And look, I will admit there are a thousand ways that could go wrong. But this is what happens when you see American strengths and there are people that are trying to say Donald Trump is an isolationist. I can't believe I anyone saying that has been in a coma the last 15 months. I will tell you this at 3am on January 3, when our Delta Force apprehended Maduro, every Latin American dictator had to change his shorts. And America is safer and the world is safer when the President is strong and our enemies are afraid of him. Let me finally say this, wrapping up, I look across this room, by the way, a lot of folks online were saying this room was empty. It ain't empty now. And I am encouraged by the men and women who are here because you are rising up to fight to defend our country. I will tell you, the left, they want to win in November. They want to take the House, they want to take the Senate, they want to impeach the president, they want to open the border, they want to defund the police, they want to tear this country down. And I am encouraged because each of you, because I am gathered with warriors who are fighting for liberty, who know what you believe and who know what you are fighting for.
