Paxton's political career has survived a criminal indictment, FBI probe and even impeachment by the Republican led Texas State House. Paxton maintains he has done nothing wrong. Well, despite all of that, Paxton has real staying power in Texas politics. He's won statewide office three times and he won last his last race, not last night, but the last race for attorney general in 2022 by almost 10 points. This is even as mounting scandals engulfed his candidacy. Donald Trump, knowing all of this, endorsed Paxton in the days leading up to last night's runoff. They both had mugshots. Okay, they have a political base willing to look the other way. But as Americans struggle to fill up the tank and put food on the table, the level of apparent corruption in our politics, it might feel different to voters. This November was Gordon's life.

It was historic to a degree that we have not seen seen since my mother was born. And I'm not going to give the exact dates, but you'll be able to figure it out because just take a look here. Okay. The worst GOP senator primary loss by the margin, the worst ever for Republican senator. It now belongs to John Cornyn. His 28 point loss on Tuesday night was the worst, the worst since at Beast World War II for a Republican senator. We have seen this over and over and over again. When a Republican goes up against Donald Trump or Donald Trump really goes up against them, it doesn't end too well for that Republican senator we saw just a few weeks ago with Bill Cassidy getting what, just 25% of it, which was the lowest vote share total for any senator incumbent center. And now when looking at the margin again breaking history, the 28 point loss for John Cornyn, the worst for a Republican senator since at least World War II. Cape. All in. That is how historic it was.

That fits into historic. So Cornyn, Cornyn is kind of, if you wouldn't say like a Bush era Texas Republican. How much has the party shifted from, from the Bush era, if you will, since Trump has come into the.

Yeah, I mean, look, John Cornyn was first elected back in 2002. And I will just tell you that the George W. Bush era of the Republican Party is, simply put, it is dead.

It is dead.

And this was the capstone to it. And Donald Trump's Republican Party is very much alive. He is the leader of the Republican Party. I just want you to look here. I mean, this just tells you everything that you need to know, which is the net favorable rating with the GOP of Donald Trump. You have George W. Bush before Donald Trump declared back in May of 2015. Look at this. George W. Bush's net favorable rating was plus 58 points. Donald Trump was 45 points underwater with Republicans. Look at this. This is in 100 over 100 point shift. I do believe Donald Trump is now at plus 61. That's over 100 point shift in the positive direction for Trump. And look at what happened to George W. Bush. He dropped by 40 points from plus 58 to plus 17. So George W. Bush has fallen through the floor since Donald Trump, of course, first really appeared on the political scene, first ran for president for the Republican nomination back in 2015, declaring in June of 2015, while George W. Bush, simply put, as I said, his Republican Party is there. Republican voters are very low, lukewarm on him. And Republican voters are still very hot to trot on Donald Trump. And you saw that in George W. Bush's home state of Texas on Tuesday night with John Cornyn, of course, a Bush era Republican going down to a historic defeat. The bottom line is that Donald Trump, it's his party across the political map, even in George W. Bush's backyard.

One thing you see in the numbers, one thing we heard from voters on the actual day, on election Day there was that they're going with Trump. Trump. Trump had accused Cornyn of not being loyal enough and they were going with Trump when they were going to be supporting Paxton. How like that begs a question of like how loyal do they, do Republican voters want their electeds to be to President Trump?

Yeah, I think when you see this over 100 point shift towards Donald Trump, I mean that's just crazy. But then you just ask the Republican voters, what do they want? What do they want from their members of Congress? GOP voters want congressional GOP voters to do more to work with Trump. 80%, 4%, 5%, just 13% want him to do more to stand up to Trump. When 80% plus of the party is with you on any particular question, you know, you own the party. This is, as I said, Donald Trump's Republican Party, and it's George W. Bush has, simply put that Republican Party is dead. It's in the graveyard.

I know a lot of people over the last 15 or so years have looked at me like I've lost most of my hair, if not all of it. But that may be true. But what's also true is the fact that Texas, this trend line, is trending towards Democrats. Look at the races that they've won, not statewide necessarily. Look at what they're doing on the ground. Look at how they are changing voter behavior in communities that were once solidly red or, you know, dynamically purple or whatever. They're gaining ground significantly. That has a tendency in a race like this, with a candidate like Talarico to bubble up. And it has this opportunity to create a level, Simone, of engagement that I think not only puts. And again, we're going to put it on the table one more time, puts Texas in play this year, but in 2028, Texas is a battleground state.

Brett, where do you see where the US Is right now in this, in this war?

Anderson? I think it's good the president said he's in no hurry to get a deal because we're nowhere close to a deal. I mean, that's just my assessment. I can see what they're trying to do is do a phase one deal in which you basically go back to status quo in the Strait of Hormuz and you leave the nuclear issues to a later stage. I just don't see Iran doing that deal unless we accede to their effective control of the strait, which is what they want.

So we're stuck.

And the issue is the fundamental nature of the Iranian system, Anderson. The decision makers are, again, it's the same regime ideology. And I think it was telling that two nights ago as we were negotiating to try to reopen the Strait, Iran was laying mines in the strait, trying to continue to build up some leverage. So I just, I don't see a diplomatic breakthrough here. I actually think we're more likely, as we head into June to see some return to a military operation. I don't think that would break this stalemate either, but we're in a great Experiment. Now, Anderson, it's been about three months since the Strait of Hormuz has been closed. Economic pressure will compound inside Iran. I don't think that will affect their calculus, at least on the near term. And the macroeconomic pressure will increase as we've been discussing. So that's kind of where we are. I wish I saw the diplomatic off ramp.

He does not want to resume a full fledged conflict. That is clear. But explain to us why the events of the last couple of days, including the impasse in negotiations were over the weekend. We thought a deal was close. That's clearly not the case. Why suddenly the tenuous truce may be really threatened.

Thank you. So today is May 28th. This is a three month mark of a war that I think the President thought was going to last a few weeks. And I just, you know, the clips you showed were amazing. But I, I'm not talking to Iranian leaders, but it's very much my sense that Iran is not begging, dying or intent on a deal. And I think the President has skillfully over the last several weeks raised this, you know, these prospects of progress, but I just don't see that much actual progress over the main issues. Who's going to control the Strait of Hormuz and Iran's nuclear program. There isn't much progress. And the issue is, you know, that these continuing strikes now, they're intensifying between us and Iranian forces. And I also think there's an economic pressure that Iran succeeds and Iran gains influence in the region and gains power by simply surviving and keeping the strait closed. And by that measure, you know, they are succeeding here. And I had an analyst say to me yesterday, they think Iran has already won this war. They have stood up to the United States, taken control of the Strait of Hormuz and not given an inch yet so far in most negotiations.

Primary Iranian goals at this point is to deny Trump that credible claim of victory. And what they've shown is that the United States is a superpower who could be weighted out. The full force of our military air power was deployed on Iran. And you know, not only, as David shown, very few of our objectives were actually achieved, but in the course of this patience, Iran has been able to undig a lot of its missile sites from, from the rubble, that they are at something like, I think 70% of their pre war capacity when it comes to their missile capabilities, which is extraordinary given the munitions that were, were dumped on those sites. And you look at the way that this has played out. You look at the way, of course, that China and other countries are observing this and they've seen how asymmetric warfare is, is an incredibly viable tactic against the United States. And they've seen the way in which there are limits to, to U.S. power and limits to U.S. will. And despite the fact that we, we engaged in this campaign, we are unwilling to put boots on the ground. We're unwilling to risk American life in order to achieve the objectives. And Iran has emerged from this war it with new strategic advantages over the United States that we seem totally perplexed about how to manage.

Thursday 28th May, year of our Lord 2026. I want to thank the production staff here at the war room in the RAV crew in Denver. That was a magnificent cold open. And we're going to get back to all of that. I want to start. We're going to get to not just the Paxton wind, but the implications up here on Capitol Hill of what must happen. We must stop the Senate immediately, like starting today. Has to get their mind right that Donald Trump's not a lame duck and they got to stop treating him like a lame duck and we'll get more or there's got to be changes in the leadership and people are saying, oh, no, I can't have it happen. Well, look, very simple. You don't make changes, you're going to lose the Senate full stop. You're not going to have the grassroots fire, the grass fire delivered the redistricting. Not that Trump guys. No. President Trump came in when he had to because this was not planned out in detail in advance. So once again, you had to put it on the shoulders of President Trump to whip the votes at the end. But the grassroots forced it. They were the forcing function. You and this audience were the forcing function. So we're within very close to hold the House. Senate, not so much. We're also going to talk about Laura Loomer last night put up a great Tweet. I've got Captain Fennell, Dr. Bradley Thayer. We're going to go through Jensen Huang, agent of influence for the Chinese Communist Party, outed. We're going to get to all that. I want to start with John Solomon. John Solomon, brother, help me out here. The Trump appointed judge that sent me to prison, that was then reversed by the Supreme Court. Supreme Court. He came in big this morning, did he not, sir?

He did. He basically gave a green light to President Trump to implement his executive order that will rein in absentee and ballot mail, in balloting and require citizenship checks, allow the United States government, state by state, to create a citizenship list, send it to the state, and demand that the states make sure that noncitizens who aren't on the list don't get to vote in the fall election. This is a major victory. Now, it's only the beginning of a long legal fight that almost certainly will reach the Supreme Court. But what Judge Nichols did in this ruling is address each Democratic argument, each Jim Crow 2.0 argument in here, and blow it up. For instance, he blew up the notion that somehow it's a Privacy act violation for the US Government, which possesses information about you, to send that information to the state, which also possesses that information. If both parties already possess the information, how could your privacy be violated? So he literally knocked down a lot of the insanity of the legal arguments that Democrats are going to waive. The fact that that gets done early on in a preliminary junction ruling sets the stage for a Supreme Court to quickly look at this and say, hey, the judge is right on this. Why are you wasting our time? And so I think today's ruling has bigger merit than just giving the green light. It sets the stage to get to a Supreme Court ruling before the fall election, if necessary, that upholds this executive order and creates a process. One of the things that the judge went out of his way to point out is that if there's an error here, there's a process to fix it. Let's suppose you accuse someone of being a noncitizen. Turns out they're a citizen. Now, he noted that the Trump administration had created correction procedures, which I think bode well for the law. The other thing that bodes well for the law is that he concluded that it's unlikely that the plaintiffs would prevail on the overall overarching issues in challenging the law. So that's why he didn't give the preliminary junction. All of those are early signals to the United States Supreme Court that could speed up a decision in favor of President Trump at the highest level of the legal system.

I'm going to get the lawyers on this afternoon. We're going to break it down. But, John, right now, talk to me about process. You said, I mean, it's a D.C. it's a federal judge in D.C. he's got to go to the D.C. appellate court, and then they'll go to the Supreme Court. How long do you see that the Supreme Court's out of here in the last day of June? This is absolutely vitally important for the midterm elections. Walk me through how you see this process playing out.

Well, you could, you could have an emergency order when they're not in session. And this probably qualifies given that the time sensitive sensitivities of the election are they probably will determine. They could determine even if they're in recess that this executive order is fine, that they're not, they're not going to block it before the election. So it's going to go to the appeals court next, almost certainly and probably en banc. That could take two to six weeks and then the Supreme Court would be right at the end of their term getting an appeal if it, if it kept going.

Okay, in the 30 front wards, you know, we're trying to juggle balls all the time and keep narratives going that keep you up, make sure that you've got the inside baseball more than anybody else. As things develop, you kind of have a framework to be able to sort it out and think about it. And there's so much going on. Of course, when something becomes hot like in Texas, you have to focus on that. And then you go to the next thing. Solomon John Salman's got two big areas here. One, and John, I saw the other day the doj who I think is really stepping up to the plate in a pretty amazing way, interviewing some of the workers down in Georgia. But I just want to. And then we've got all this situation with the Chinese Communist Party in Ukraine. The election, folks, the election tampering, the fraud is at so many different levels. You have state actors, you have local people. The elections here are a unmitigated disaster. And of course, the MAGA movement has led the charge in this. Just go back and rehit. Because this Nichols thing, I can already tell you with the Marco isis, this is hitting like a bomb over the Imperial Capital. This kind of came out of. They were like, what did this guy just do? They're in shock. This is a big detail. So walk through just one more time. A federal judge in the D.C. district has just ruled, and a pretty thorough ruling, given that it's the first line of defense here. Walk us through it.

Yeah. He refused to impose a temporary restraining order that would have stopped President Trump's executive order reining in absentee ballots and requiring citizenship checks. He refused to inject it, which basically clears the way for it to take effect. But in so doing, he went through all of the Democrats arguments, those that are on tv, those that are in the briefs, and knock them down one by one. Basically did a Jim Crow 2.0. No, it's not. And so, hey, we don't think you have standing to suit. That's one of the questions he raised and answered. We don't think you can show harm. That's one of the questions he answered. We don't think, even if the president makes an error on a person that it's a problem because the president's staff created an error resolution process. So step by step, he's laying down answers to all of the Democrats objections to this law. Doing it so thoroughly at a preliminary injunction order is unusual, but what it does is it makes those issues easier to get to the appellate court and to the Supreme Court. And so there was some thought put into this by this judge to put this on a fast track by addressing all of the issues, not just, hey, should we have an injunction that blocks the law? But not only we're not going to give you the injunction. I want to address the fact that I don't think you're going to succeed when you take this up on the merits. And I think that was a very important strike by the judge.

Tulsi Gabbard. Tulsi Gabbard. And I know you have a very special relationship with her on this kind of working through all these declassifications. She is important, obviously, for what she did at DNI with all the intelligence, and that's one set. But also foreign interference in the elections. Talk to me. She went down to Georgia. My understanding is that DOJ now is actually having some of the local workers, they're bringing in some of the election workers from 2020 and MSNBC, you should know, is in full meltdown on this. They're actually starting to ask some pretty pointed questions. Is that correct, John Solomon?

Yeah. So let's, let's take these in two buckets. First, Tulsi. Tulsi is going to go out in a blaze of glory in her final month because she will be able to release in succession some extraordinary evidence of foreign interference in our election in 2020. And since the intelligence community has known a lot more about active measures from China and Iran and other enemies that it did not make public, instead it gave a false intelligence community, gave the Americans a false sugar pill saying that the 2020 election was the most secure in history, she will systematically destroy that narrative. Now I think she'll be briefing senators soon on states whose voter databases were penetrated by China. That could move the needle on some of these senators voting for the Save America Act. I think there's a tranche of documents that Tulsi Gabbard needs from omb. If you listen in Russville, pay attention to this. This is important. There is concern that Ukraine was involved in a 2024 scheme to take a large federal grant that was given to Ukraine and launder it back to the Biden 2024 campaign. We're not talking about Hunter Biden grift in 2014. We're talking contemporaneously in 2024. The evidence of whether that occurred or not sits in OMB's files because OMB is currently running the US Agency for International Development. If she can get those documents, she could make a criminal referral to the FBI. Thus far she doesn't have those documents. So I hope Russ vote jumps into action pretty quickly. The third thing. So those are the foreign interference things you could have cheating a US taxpayer money going to Joe Biden's campaign. That's what the intercepts that we talked about a month ago showed the proof of that and I've even talked to some US Intelligence Committee sources who are familiar with what they believe happened here. The proof of that is sitting in USAID records currently in Russ votes possession. The second part of this is what the FBI is doing. Sometimes you don't get a mobster for being a mobster. You get them on taxes or you get them on some other violation. The election workers down at the state levels who changed the rules of election from what their legislatures mandated in Wisconsin, in Georgia, in Arizona can be criminally prosecuted if they did so.

Fully and willing. Meaning that the legislature said you should Do X. But you ran the election this way because that's what you wanted to do. That is what the FBI is beginning to interview people day in and day out doing. And if they build enough evidence with these workers that instructions were given contrary to what the legislators intent was, you will have a full blown cheating scandal. The cheating will be they didn't conduct the election the way the law said. That's a little different than what people thought. It's not machines flipping votes but it's still a form of cheating. It's still depriving the American public of a fair election. That's where the FBI is going. And yesterday there was a big win in North Carolina isn't getting the attention it deserves. North Carolina bureaucrats in the election regime wanted to start registering people who had never set foot in North Carolina and didn't live in California, excuse me, in North Carolina. They wanted to give them voter registration status even though they don't live in the state. A judge said that is ludicrous. But those are some of those bureaucratic deep state power moves that are cheating elections. A judge beat that back. Things like that went on in 2020 and that's what Cash Patel's pursuing.

Artificial intelligence Joe's going to join me in a Second, we got huge story in Politico about the process of the executive order on the Mythos preview, the one that came to a head a couple weeks ago. I didn't love it because it was voluntary, not mandatory. It was 12 days. There were all types of times. But at least it started a process. And of course, when Elon Musk with his IPO come out, Elon Musk and OpenAI, Zuckerberg and Altman, all those guys saw it, they went absolutely ballistic and had it removed. And so there's going to be a big fight to get this back up. But Laura Loomer, one of the theories of the case of the accelerationist is that we must be accelerationists because we've had like a Sputnik moment. And the Chinese Communist Party has shown that they are very close to us in going next level on artificial intelligence. And therefore we cannot have any boundaries. And if things happen, as I said, remember I told you to write this down a couple of months ago, the entire business model of the United States, and when I say the United States of America, I mean both the government and the corporations, your entire business model is a highly leveraged bet on artificial intelligence, full stop. And if that does not hit on productivity increases, and particularly productivity increases without mass layoffs, particularly in STEM workers, high value added, highly paid, what we call, you know, in the Bannon household, a good paying job. So my mom would always say, he's got a good paying job. This is going to lead to a catastrophe in the American economy. We have a. We have totally turned ever since Davos a couple of years ago when ChatGPT came out and all the venture capitalists, you see the dollar signs right in their eyes. And we've allowed the oligarchs to run totally free. And the US government, let's be blunt, we still got $2 trillion annual deficits. We're $40 trillion and we got to find some end in sight. The business model of the government and the country and corporations is a highly leveraged bet on productivity increases of artificial intelligence. And the reason we have this thing, it has to happen now. It has to happen now. It has to happen now. You can't review anything is because the Chinese Communist Party equivalent in the 1950s, they're going to get to the hydrogen bomb before we do. Well, we keep saying on here, how is that happening? That's happening because we've allowed agents of influence like Jensen Huang and Elon Musk to pervert the American strategy about blocking our greatest enemy, the existential threat, threat that is the Chinese Communist Party. The Chinese Communist party has murdered 250 million of their own citizens. They kind of brag about it. That does not include the 450 million forced abortions, 80% of which are little Chinese girls. It is the technology, particularly as you converge on the singularity. And the singularity is not simply artificial intelligence. It is a combination of many things. Advanced chip design, quantum computing, CRISPR biotechnology. That's why it's so heinous to see these things called the enhanced games. That's like you want to see what your future may hold in the freak show. Check it out. To be human and to be fully human means to fight this. And to fight this, you have to fight on many fronts. And we're going to get to all that. But just keep in mind, take your number two pencil. I highly leverage bet on artificial intelligence productivity. And guess what? Hello, they're finding out now. These are some of the worst people in the history of this planet. They are totally self centered, all of them on the spectrum and all of them very, very evil people. They have no concern with this country at all. They have no concern with the citizens of this country at all. And their actions have shown that. Remember, these oligarchs are the ones that banned you all, including me, where I'm still banned on all these platforms under the Biden regime. They're the ones that put the Biden regime in power. These are the ones that try to destroy President Trump. I don't care if they're in Mar a Lago, I don't care if they're in the West Wing. I know who these people are. They haven't changed. They're going to go, they're going to flip. They're going to flip. You lose the House in the Senate this year. They're going to flip quicker than they flipped last time when they're all going down to Mar A Lago to write checks for the inauguration back on November 4th of 2024. Yeah, but the reason that we have to be, you know, accelerationists in all of us or you're not patriotic is because the Chinese Communist Party is going to take a lead. Jensen Huang is a agent of influence. We could do a mashup right now if we had the time of Jensen Huang sitting there saying it doesn't matter with that little sincere kind of tech guy, you know, tech hobbit, you know, it doesn't matter. It doesn't really matter who, you know, who wins the artificial, artificial general intelligence race. It doesn't really matter. And oh, by the way, doesn't matter what company, doesn't matter what country. Oh, and we have to continue to give them chips, to give them training, to give them access, to give them all of it because they want them in our ecosystem. Although all they're doing is trying to steal our technology, take our technology or use these guys to get our, our training, our education. And as soon as they can get ahead, they will have a complete and total break because that's how they think. I hope it has become clear to folks in watching this show that when you're dealing in the Middle east and particularly in like the Strait of Hormuz, which you guys know, I was in as a naval officer in the Persian Gulf, North Arabian Sea and with China, and I was there as a naval officer also. You're dealing with two ancient civilizations. Don't just believe the snatch and grab of the headlines in the news. They're not like us. The reason they're not like us is Xi's toast at the confab they had in China a week or so ago. A toast. He gave a toast to his 5,000 year civilization and oh yeah, the 250th birthday. You guys, hope that works out over the kids table. Hope that works out for you guys. 250. That's. We're very impressed. Get back to us when you hit a millennia, you know, get back to us. This is what, when I was in China in the 2008 Olympics, you can see that opening ceremony. If you didn't see the opening ceremony, we ought to play it one day. The opening ceremony is up in your grill. You got all the Americans sitting there. It's up in your grill. It's Basically we're a 5000 year old civilization. And what are, who are you guys? What, you've been along how long? What, the same with the Persians. You're getting a little Persian right now. You don't think these guys know how to go? You don't think these guys don't have drag out a negotiation and just drag it out forever and the toughness has to sit there and just crater in 72 hours. They're Persians. They took the, you know, they took the best shots from the Greeks, they took the best shots from the Romans. It's in their DNA. It's in the DNA of the Chinese Communist Party. It is an existential threat to its people and it's an existential threat to the people of the United States and to the United States as a country. It's not a peer competitor, it's not some strategic partner. Right? He used the Thucydides trap in his opening two minutes of the meeting in the Great hall to basically say, you're the declining power, we're the rising power. Please be wise and stay out of our way. Because as Graham Allison and Henry Kissinger taught us, if the failing former hegemon declining power, that would be you, United States. If you don't act with wisdom and kind of clear out of the way on your way down, catastrophic wars happen. And guess what? After the catastrophic war, the rising power runs it anyway. So let's avoid a war where hundreds of millions of People are going to die. Okay, Dr. Bradley Thayer, you've got a book coming out with us in the summer of the fall about the hundred years of our fight against this current version, you know, the communism, Marxism. Although the Chinese run themselves like an imperial power. Laura Loomer's done a great public service. Last night she put out an excruciating detail. Jensen Huang, and kind of how we had this guy so close to what's going on at the White House and artificial intelligence and on trips, but also where his interests lie, particularly, we're not only training him here, we not only have 350 and 500,000 here that we're training and educating at the finest engineering schools. They ain't over here studying medieval poetry, okay? They're not doing Renaissance poetry. They're over some of the princelings, the hangers on, you know, the princelings of the upper echelon. They can do whatever they do, right, because they're going to inherit it in the state power. So, yes, some of those are just, you know, hanging on at these Ivy League schools, hanging out, driving their Maseratis, you know, just, you know, causing trouble because they're princelings. They're an imperial power. They'll go back and they're going to have their gigs. But Lao Baijing's children, they're over here to get advanced degrees. And guess what? They're forced, as part of this, you got to report in. If you want to go to the west and get trained, there's no free lunch here. You've got to basically be an intelligence agent for us. Whether you like it or not, you're forced to do that. However, on the other side where, because, remember, they want to decouple. They don't always want to be a supplicant to have to come here to Western universities. They want to do it themselves. And they've got. They've got some great university, in fact, a major university that's essentially an intelligence, political, military, technology powerhouse. And they've got guys that are on the board and guys are very involved to drive that to the next level. And guess what? Jensen Wong's at the top of the list. But you got other Americans, you know, on there, too. Dr. Thayer. Walk through, and we can put it up. Laura Loomer's tweet last night on Jensen Huang.

Sure, Steve, happy to do it. And thanks to you for calling attention to this and Laura for her work on this and blowing this out. So the strategic context is this. We've got a major national security problem. Which is going to be fatal to us, fatal to the United States, if it's not addressed today. And that is the leaders of our financial and our technological commanding heights, if you will, are working with our existential enemy, the Chinese Communist Party. And too little is being done about it. Well, now it's time to do something about it. And thanks to Laura's tweet and your attention to it, maybe something will be done about it. So what Laura is arguing, of course, is what she's revealing is Jensen Huang, the CEO of Nvidia. Nvidia is of course the central. It's the equivalent of U.S. steel during World War II or Bethlehem Steel, right. It's a premier AI chip producer. It's critical for our national security. Jensen Huang is going to be joining the advisory board of the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University, which of course is directly under the control of the Chinese Communist Party, as all universities are, as everything is in Communist China. So that development, of course, is absolutely essential. Three points to make here. First, this is not an advisory board. It's a weapon. It's a weapon deployed against us. It's an instrument to steal our technology, to influence and retard our innovation, and to promote the People's Republic of China and to sustain fundamentally the engagement policy, right, which is what has been so successful for the Chinese Communist Party where they've been able to buy off our elites. Elon Musk, of course, Mark Zuckerberg, JP Morgan, Jamie Dimon and Larry Fink, of course. If you look at the advisory board of the School of Economics and Management, it reads like a who's who, really, of our financial community and of our technological community. Second, of course, this advisory board is going to play a role in talent cultivation for the Chinese Communist Party and feed their political warfare narrative, of course, which is so important. Third, we want to keep in mind that there is civil military fusion. The PRC has civil military fusion policy, as well as having passed many laws, most famously the national security law of 2017, which says that any entity

He also invests heavily in US universities, Stanford, of course, as well as medium sized universities like Oregon State. He's investing heavily in Taiwan. He's investing $150 billion in Taiwan. Nvidia is building a new headquarters in Taipei and he wants to develop continue to develop partnerships with tsmc.

One about the ghost fleet of tankers, how the Chinese Communist Party is still getting oil out of out of the Persian Gulf. And then the second article is about how the blockade is really grinding them to a halt. And of course the major thing in this memorandum of understanding for 60 days is to lift the blockade. Note to self. Note to Department of War maybe not. Okay, my first cut at your memo is is maybe not. I think the Persians understand where the heat's coming from. Captain Fennell, you are a obsessed with keep the main thing the main thing. Laura Loomer here has done that with Jensen Huang and all the happiness. Remember we held up Air Force One in Alaska in a refueling stop because Jensen realized he was not on the first cut of guys going to pay homage to Xi the business community to kowtow. He wanted to be on there, had to be on there. They held the plane. He got there and flew over on Air Force One. Your thoughts on what Laura Loomer has laid out for the nation, sir?

Well, Steve, the fact that he would be appointed to this board at Tsinghua University, which is their premier university where Xi Shi Ping graduated from and Hu Jintao, the previous paramount leader. Combine that with the fact that Jensen Huang is also on the President's, the US President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology Reminds me of a Bible verse from Matthew 6:24, where it says, no man can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will hold to the one and. And despise the other. You cannot serve God and Mammon. And it seems to me that's the situation that we are obviously facing, is that Jensen Wong has loyalties to one or the other. And given everything that you've stated previously and Brad has stated, seems pretty clear where his loyalties lie. And so it seems to me that the president's got to make a decision about keeping Jensen Huang on his presidential position.

So people read this because it's quite detailed. But the end. Laura Loomer says Jensen Wong's got to pick a lane, right? And she goes through the case of what he's doing for the Chinese Communist Party, and it's kind of phony involvement with us. He's got to pick a lane. Do you. Do you buy her thesis or do you have a different thesis, at least about what should be the choosing here, sir?

Well, when I pushed out her memo to my group, I said, she said, Jensen Wong must choose a lane. And I said, no, President Trump must decide he cannot claim to care about America while also allowing Jensen Huang on the US Council of Advisors on Science and Technology. She also said that this was an insane circumstance. And I agree with her in one sense, but in another sense, it's not insane. And as Brad alluded to, this is a very well planned and executed effort by the Chinese Communist Party that's been going on for 50 years. It's the natural conclusion of a policy of unconstrained and unaccountable engagement.

Hang on one second. When we talk about the president. Jensen Huang is the chairman, CEO, and the founder of a company that's made some pretty big bets in the past and proven these bets have been proven right, the market capitalization of the company is over $5 trillion. Jensen Huang is, I think, even more than Elon Musk, probably, if not the most powerful person in the world, President Xi or Chairman Xi, and President Trump excluded is in the top five. So when you say that President Trump has to balance a lot, has a CEO that's head of a $5 trillion company, that is, quite frankly, because advanced chip design, folks, is both a science and an art. It's a science and an Art. And they have to, at least today perfected the model outside of Taiwan in the manufacturing of these chips. Correct. So it's a very tough, it's a very tough call for the President, wouldn't you agree?

I don't think it's a tough call because he has access on this Presidential Council of Advisors to classified data. He's seen things in classified forums and learning about American technology. And then he goes over to China and he can now share those concepts and pressure points on where they can get that technology. I'm not saying he's a spy, but just by the fact that he has access to our data in our science and technology and the latest and greatest. And we see the reflections in that. Twenty years ago, the Chinese didn't have the biggest navy in the world. They didn't have aircraft carriers with electromagnetic aircraft launch systems. Now they do. They didn't have hypersonic missiles. Now they do. They didn't have a J35 stealth fighter like our F35. Now they do. I could go down a list of things that they have that they've acquired and it comes from various sources from their CIA, but it's also from these kind of engagement arrangements. And so the President has to make a decision. And oh, by the way, when, when Jensen Huang yesterday announced that he was going to bump up investment in Taiwan from the 100 billion a year that he gives, which is only five years ago, is only 10 billion now it's going to be 150 billion. That goes 180 degrees out against what President Trump said about after he came out of China and he did some of his interviews and he said, I think the Taiwan semiconductor industry should get wise and move out of Taiwan and move their manufacturing to the United States. So he's working against the President's own agenda. And I'm sure the President understands that. And I don't mean to put him on the spot, but at some point you have to make a line in the sand on some of these issues.

No, the President said, because he's concerned, obviously, the defense of Taiwan. He said, hey, and there's a program to move that manufacturing to Arizona and to Utah and to places in Ohio. I would just tell people that doesn't go by just a snap of the finger because it's both an art and a science. The moving of these plants is going to be quite complicated. Anyway, we're going to get to all that. Thayer's going to stick around. Captain Fennell's going to stick around. Joe Allen's with us. We're gonna go through all of this. Now, Jensen Huang, I think, is an agent of influence. He's always pitching the Chinese side about how it doesn't matter who wins artificial intelligence, doesn't matter who. What companies are the victors. But he wants to say he wants unlimited. He's always bugging people. He wants unlimited ability to sell them the most advanced ships and to train them up. You can't do that. If this is a real competition, it's a real war. Shut them down. The Russians stole the secrets. We didn't give them the secrets because the Soviets were going to be a partner. They were not. They. The Soviets, the Bolsheviks were a mortal enemy of the United States of America in the West.
