Finally. I've been waiting for you all day. 4 o' clock, east coast bell is ringing. New York Stock Exchan Fire department New York fdny It's nice to have the first responders up there and do it. You know, sometimes you do it, sometimes it's a company going public, sometimes a company doing something. Very philanthropic and sometimes it's just a hat tip to our first responders. Good job. NYSE markets strong day, but very, very quiet. I'm going to caution you to read too much into today because it was a very quiet day. Everyone's waiting for Xi Jinping and Trump to make some sort of announcements. Are there deals? Is Boeing going to get a deal? Is Elon Musk going to get a deal? Is, is Jensen Wang going to get a deal? Nvid how much is coming back? And then of course that all important is the, is the ceasefire gonna hold? Is the blockade going to get lifted? All things are on the table. Dow Jones up about what are we saying now? We're saying 370 right now. Last print 370s P up 57 decent day. Nasdaq up 232. Very strong day across there. Across the equity markets. Gold holding its own sting right around 4600, 4700 has been there for, for quite a while. We're going to talk a little bit further into that and the bitcoin markets again finding a, a base maybe 810008 or pushing 82000 in a market that maybe doesn't deserve it yet, but seems like people are starting to dip their feet into the water with the bitcoin. And so let's do this with the ceasefire. The Iranian ceasefire appears to be unstable right now to say the least. So what does it mean for Americans economically here to help us navigate? This is precious metals specialist from Birch Gold Group, Mr. Philip Patrick. Phillip, good to have you my friend. Really good, thank you today because I've been watching, I'm watching the metals actually and we can talk about gold, but I'm watching silver specifically. That seems to be performing very well recently and given some of the things that would normally not be great for the metals markets. High high inflation, we got two hot inflation numbers this week. We had personal consumption high and we also, we had consumption low, high inflation on the personal level and also the wholesale level, that tends to be a bit of a drain, a drag on metals, but metals hanging in there very well. Tell us what that tells you.
Philip Patrick
Yeah, they are. I think the longer term argument for gold is, is still strong, but I think there's a lot of sort of wait and see. People are waiting to see what happens with the Iran conflict and I think we'll start moving more heavily. Silver, as you rightly point out. I think it did 8% in a day just a few days ago. It's moving gangbusters. And that's being driven, obviously an increase on a big push towards AI, of which silver is a very necessary component. It's also a necessary component for modern defense spending. Drones, ballistic missiles, all need silver. So demand is increasing significantly. But don't sleep on gold either. We had the single biggest quarter for demand in world history in the first quarter of 2026. So like I said, I think broadly there's a wait and see attitude, but I think as this Iran conflict will start to come to an end, we'll start to see prices move and inflation slow down a little bit.
Eric Bolling
Yeah, and one of the, the issues here now we have a new Fed chairman, Wash, he, he passed the Senate confirmation, so the onus is on him and in what direction to go. And I say this is a, this is a silver lining. So we do have hot inflation right now. It's going in the wrong direction, but Wash is the kind of guy that will take his time. We saw Jerome Powell. First of all, he was too late to raise when inflation was ripping under the Biden term. And then he went and lowered when Biden shouldn't have been lowering. So very political. My point is this. If it were Jerome Powell in there, any question in your mind that would be raising rates in the next one or two meetings if it were Powell, and that would be bad for all investments.
Philip Patrick
Look, I think it's very difficult for Powell, even Wash, stepping in the catalyst to lower interest rates shorter term, that the rationale simply doesn't exist. Wash is definitely trying to not repeat the transitory mistake of 2021 because it's easy to see a spreading shock as a temporary inconvenience. You know, he's in a really tough position. If you look at the Fed, they have a dual mandate, right, which is maximum employment and stable prices. Inflation right now is going gangbusters. So I don't think there's the catalyst to start lowering rates. And I think if Wash does it, we have the potential for rates to increase regardless. So I Think the soonest we get a rate cut is probably sometime next year.
Eric Bolling
I would agree with that. I would agree with that. I think that he'd be, if he cuts now, it would look like he was playing politics the way Jerome Paul did for Biden. He would be doing it for Trump. And sorry, I may have cut Philip Patrick off there. If he, if he cuts, if he cuts now, he may look like he's playing politics for Trump the way Jerome Powell did for Joe Biden. I think he's got to hold his kind of his rate cut hands under his seat right now. And then if he goes ahead and raises, that would probably be really bad for the economy at this point. But the point is we have an old trading adage on, on the trading floor for many years, it's called conversely, but it's called good news, bad action. So if you have good news in the markets that you're looking at, say gold was doing badly, poorly, you would say, don't own it. This happens to be the opposite. And it's very, just as much powerful bad news. Higher inflation, maybe higher interest rates and gold acting very well in a bad environment. That is always a trade or tell to buy or at least hold but not sell. Final thought, Philip. Yeah.
Philip Patrick
You are absolutely, absolutely spot on. I don't think I could have said that better myself. Look, what I would just say, broadly, there is a ton of uncertainty out there. We're not sure. I mean, it's looking like the conflict's going to come to an end. Trump will certainly make it happen, but we don't know. And while there's uncertainty, I think the markets are behaving strangely. We're seeing volatility, we're seeing dips, and we're seeing opportunities ultimately created. What I would say is the longer term fundamentals is where people should focus. And they are strengthening, no doubt, but
Eric Bolling
people are central banks buying gold in droves. That's the way to go. Philip Patrick Gold Birch Gold Group. I use them. They're a great group. Thank you very much for your time. Thank you. All right, folks, take a peek at this.
Congressman Andy Ogles
For those of you in the media, when they took my phone and my emails, there were private conversations that I was having or had with President Trump, with the speaker of the House, with senators, with members of Congress, with the media, and they were trying to use that to get to them and to get to you. The Biden administration was on a warpath, and if they deemed you a threat, then they did whatever they could to destroy you. If not Criminally, they tried to do it financially or publicly. Fortunately, I prevailed. Congressman Perry prevailed. The others in these cases have prevailed. But it should be a warning to America. It matters who leads. And thank God we have President Trump.
Eric Bolling
Well, that was a look at our next guest who was a victim of the corrupt Biden, Department of Justice and FBI. Now he has enough of the left going after Republicans. I'm happy to bring back on from the great state of Tennessee, Congressman Andy Oles. Congressman, wow, all of a sudden you've been a victim of the deep state under Biden. My question to you is how did they do it? How did they, how are they allowed to do it? Is there any recourse you can take against them? Or is this ship sail like everything else in D.C. where you catch them right handed, but they never, never get caught up for it?
Congressman Andy Ogles
Yeah, I mean, you know, so I, if you go back in time, you know, I had the legislation, so Jack Smith actually used to run the Nashville district attorney's office, U.S. attorney's office. He then came to D.C. i had the legislation that would have defunded Jack Smith. Obviously he targeted the President, targeted other conservatives. I had the legislation to impeach President Biden and Kamala Harris. And then a few weeks later, just the morning after I won my contentious primary, they came to my house and they took my phone and later I was notified they had taken my emails. And so they were looking to weaponize or buy President Biden, weaponize the Justice Department against me. Think about Arctic Frost. Think about the, the Rampart investigation that took up Boebert. Boebert got involved in that. And at the end of the day it was sit down, shut up or we're coming after you. And so thankfully we have President Trump, AG Bondi did a great job going through the doj. Now you have Todd Blanch doing a fantastic job restoring law and order the way we should have in this country. Look, political retributions did not work in Rome. They're not going to work in the United States today.
Eric Bolling
It's floating around today that our DNI Tulsi Gabbard, Director of National Intelligence, may have been, maybe some files have been taken by the CIA. It was there, then there was, it was withdrawn. And maybe they didn't. The point is the deep state. We keep talking about the deep state. The left calls us conspiracy theorists. We don't know what we're talking about, but certainly seems there are a group of people within the very powerful intel agencies that have it out for, for Republicans or conservatives and willing to maybe bend the log speak. Would you agree?
Congressman Andy Ogles
Yeah, absolutely. No, there's, you know, kind of a wait and see approach. What happened with Tulsi Gabbard? I know Luna and Burleson went over to the CIA to get more information, but we'll see in that case. But look, you know, my case, my situation, and I could. I can't speak for cards from Perry, but I'm sure it was impactful to his family as well. But our youngest child still has nightmares where he's afraid that the Biden administration or some remnant of the Biden administration is going to come and take his father away for political purposes. And so, again, they tried to terrorize us, members of Congress, members of the Senate, because we're willing to stand up against the Biden, the corrupt Biden regime. And so part of it is to make people aware. It does matter. Who leads the midterms matter. This next presidential cycle matters. We have an opportunity to correct the course for this nation and right the wrongs through President Trump, and then who comes after? But that being said, it was a scary time in my family, and quite frankly, I'm probably a little grayer because of it, sir.
Eric Bolling
You are. I think you have a bill that's, that's circling. You're on the front, let's call it the tip of the spear, so to speak, of getting the illegals that are here out. And we'll talk about that. And also in conjunction with, we had Randy, Congressman Randy Fine from Florida on, who also is proposing a bill that says elected officials, Congress and Senate cannot have dual citizenship. I mean, these are common sense things. Tell us where we stand on both of those.
Congressman Andy Ogles
Well, so my bill, the Assimilation Act. So working with the White House, I've got several pieces of legislation that completely reform immigration in this country. So the Assimilation act reforms the H1B visa process, which is abused. There's lots of fraud. It ends chain migration. Oh, by the way, you have to have a job to come here. If you're a member of a gang like Trinder Aga or MS.13, you're automatically rejected. I mean, again, you know, kitchen table, common sense kind of approaches to immigration that we should have done long ago. None of anything that's in this bill is controversial, but it's what we have to do to keep America safe. And under Joe Biden, when he was letting in millions upon millions of people, he also let in terrorists. He let in the worst of the worst, murderers and rapists and violent criminals. And what did they do when they came to Cities like Memphis, like Nashville, like Chicago, they committed crimes. Memphis was the most violent city in America for violent crime. President Trump made it a point to say, we're going to take Memphis back. We had this urge. The president was just in Memphis and now crime is down 50, 60%. So we can take our country back, we can take our streets back, but you have to have a willingness to pursue law and order. And quite frankly, I think Americans have had enough. And I think this election is going to hinge on, of course, the economy, but also the idea of law and order and having community again.
Eric Bolling
Yeah. And there was a, anecdotally, there's a hearing today from on the Hill of parents who lost children to illegals who've killed their, their children. It was heartfelt, terrible. And I noted that there was Republican Congress people there. You know how many Democrats showed up for that, sir?
Bakari Sellers
Yeah.
Congressman Andy Ogles
They don't want to face reality, right? None. Zero. Because they don't care about Americans. They care about power. They don't care about law and order, about power. They don't care about you. They don't care about me. They don't care about justice. They care about power. Enough is enough. I'm tired of this crap. We're going to take our country back.
Eric Bolling
There you go. Congressman, really good to have you on. Andy Ogles from the great state of Tennessee. Thank you, sir. Bring you back soon. Thank you. Thank you. All right, folks, watch us. Wall street setting fresh records. New highs on strong corporate earnings and AI euphoria, momentum. But Main street sending a different signal completely. Inflation remains stubborn, high elevated on the wrong path, especially in energy. And consumers are clearly pulling back. Travel is a great example. Forecasts now show very, very modest growth for the rest of this year, with even higher income travelers choosing shorter trips and better value. I'm seeing it firsthand. Quieter restaurants, bars, hotels and beaches in South Florida. Almost ghost towns at times. That's why I've moved about the 60% of my own portfolio into treasuries, yielding around 4% while I wait for the picture to get more clear. The rally has real legs from corporate performance, no doubt, but the consumer is always, and now the ultimate referee. Stay disciplined. Favor quality companies. And by all means, trade with your head, not over it. This is the Edge. Let me know your thoughts, but you have to subscribe to do that. Come on, join me on this life journey to Bettertown USA. TikTok's got millions of them.
Eric Bolling
Could you whip one up in under eight, probably. But hey, it's not a race. Grab the recipes on TikTok and start cooking. All right. So do you have back taxes that you owe or you haven't filed? Filed tax returns in a couple years, Filed every year but still keep owing more and more? Can't pay it. Retired and got hit with a surprise tax bill. Are you a business owner with a tax bill you can't afford? Did you take early money from your 401k and now you owe because you have to pay that money back? You realize that, right? However your tax issue started, the result is the same. Your balance isn't going to go down by itself, folks. Penalties, they grow and they grow interest compounds. And many of you are about to owe again this year with no plan in place. Stop what you're doing. Call Tax Network usa. The IRS can garnish your wages, levy bank accounts, and even take your home or retirement savings. With over 15 years in business, they've seen and resolved all of those, helping taxpayers nationwide settle over $1 billion in tax debt. Call this number. Ready 800-905-8800, 905-8000 or visit tnusa.com/rav all right, let's bring in our next guest, who's been here quite a few times since this conflict or war, whatever you want to call it. I think Trump's calling the war now so we can call it a war since this started. He's a retired United States Navy seal, former Deputy Commander of the United States CENTCOM Central Command, and former Director of Strategy and Defense Issues at the United States National Security Council. He's also a member of the GINSA Iran Policy Project. Happy to have Vice Admiral Robert Harward with us. Admiral, good to have you back, my friend. So I'm watching the oil markets. As you know, very much involved in the oil markets for many, many, many decades. It's very quiet, ominously quiet. Oil literally stuck at 100, 101 dollars a barrel all day today with a war in the Middle east and with China talking about Iran and Trump in China, in Beijing with, with Xi Jinping, they discussed reopening or ending the blockade. Trump and Xi Jinping did. What are your thoughts from looking from the outside in, how does this resolve? Because Iran doesn't seem like they ain't going anywhere anytime soon.
Vice Admiral Robert Harward
Well, look, the president's made it very clear to everyone at the top of his list, aside from the nuclear program, is the straight up Hormuz and the free flow of commerce through the straits. So that's going to happen. Everyone knows it. It's a matter of how and when. So everyone's adjusted their thinking and period to that. And they're kind of stabilizing, waiting for the next move. And a lot of them anticipate it would happen after his visit in China if they escalate power. But I think a lot of people overlooking what else is going on at the moment. This is harsh. You right now have millions of Muslims and people would be surprised to hear right now there are 30,000 Iranian pilgrims in Saudi while we're at war because of the obligation of Saudi to be the curator and caretaker of Mecca, the holy site for Muslims. So, and it's traditional that Muslims don't go to war, they don't attack each other, they don't visit during the Hajj. So all those people, those Muslims from all the Arab nations and Iran are in Mecca now getting ready for the Hajj, which kicks off the 23rd of May and goes to about the end of May 29th.
Eric Bolling
Well, so that, if I may, if I may. And you're, you're the, the man with the military experience. But I believe the Iranians believe that they're being attacked. I don't think they, I'm, I'm guessing they can defend themselves during the Hajj. I could be wrong, but they could defend themselves. And I believe that's what they think they're doing. And they think that they're, they're doing, you know, the, the, I guess the universe of favor by fighting off the evil America and, and Israel, who, as I know that you're, you're, you know, fairly involved with, let's put it that way. The question is, though, you said something important. Everyone is anticipating this thing will get better. We'll see a better vision of what's the next maybe week, two weeks, next year after this meeting. So everyone's holding their breath to see what comes out of the meeting or just wait to see what Trump's going to do after he finishes the meeting.
Vice Admiral Robert Harward
I think it's what's Trump going to do? And again, like I said, I respect for the Muslim faith. I think you'll respect and think of posh and let that terminate as well. So I would anticipate his next moves to a current 1st of June or right after, later part of May, and that's where we'll see what action he's going to take if he's go back to military strikes against targets, if he's going to put boots on the grounds In a place like Bondur Pass or maybe even southern tip Josque would be, which is a very strategic port for Iran. So I think all this is kind of stabilizing in anticipation of the President's next move.
Eric Bolling
So today Saudi Arabia, it was reported that their foreign minister said that they're not sure that Trump is completely committed to finishing this off. Now. Very interesting because I would say Israel would probably agree with Saudi Arabia. They both have interest in, you know, really bringing Iran to its knees, at least getting them out of the way of the threats that they've been lobbing towards other countries in the Middle East. Your thoughts on Saudi Arabia, where they stand, are they fully behind this or is this just pushing Trump to do something more quicker?
Vice Admiral Robert Harward
I believe that Saudi and all the GCC nations want to see a change of government in Iran. That's what they're hoping the end state to be. So this does not become a long term, more powerful Iran because we acquiesce after securing just the nuclear material and that they can reconstitute their missiles, reconstitute their surrogates and pose long term threats to not only Saudi, but uae, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait. So all of them want the United States to stay committed and see this through to the end to a government that renounces the Islamic revolution and terminates those policies and programs that result in a long term threat, existential threat to those nations. So in terminating this conflict with just resolving the nuclear issue translates into a longer term threat scenario for those countries.
Eric Bolling
Sir, Xi Jinping met with Trump and they both discussed the blockade the Strait and they both agreed that they, including Xi Jinping, this is relevant because he said he, he didn't agree with a militarized Strait of Hormuz, nor did he agree with, you know, any sort of toll or payment that that people would have to make to Iran to transit the Strait. That's important because that's what Iran wants right there. They want either fight, they want the toll or they want reparations. Meanwhile, China is supplying Iran with some of their firepower to defend themselves. At the same time, are they speaking out of both sides of their mouth, so to speak?
Vice Admiral Robert Harward
Without a doubt. They're looking after their national security interests and the Iranian oil, which they pay at a deep discount to the other oil on the market, is a critical enabler for them. So I was recently in Tel Aviv and my sources tell me that the bulk of the aircraft, be it Predators, the ISR platforms, other aircrafts have brought down, were all accommodated by man pads, man launched Missiles provided by the Chinese. Now, I don't know if that's true or not, but you have to assume it is. And China's best interest is to ensure they have access to that running oil. So as I heard, they both agreed that Iran should never be a nuclear armed state. That's a good thing. But he's also going to play the game to kind of ensure the US Resolves this in a manner that's favorable to them. If they stop, if we get the nuclear weapons deal and we stop, that means they're going to continue to have access to this with Iranian discounted oil for a long period of time. But it doesn't resolve the other issues. So, yes, President Xi is looking after his national security interests. As always. Good couches dialogue to try to appease the president to accommodate the trade they need with the United States while also trying to ensure they maintain that cheap available oil from Iran to keep their economy humming.
Eric Bolling
Yeah, there you go. That is, and then we hear they're, they're, they're using ghost ships. They're platforming the oil off away from the, the Strait of Hormuz and reflagging the ships, re blending the oil and shipping it over to, to China. And I'm sure China's more than willing to do that. Meanwhile, we're over there shaking hands with them going, hey, you guys are great. Oh, you guys are great, too. We love you. We love you, too. And they're both sticking it to us behind their back. Brat. Admiral, really good to have you on it. This thing doesn't look like it's over anytime soon. Vice Admiral Robert Harward, thank you so much for your time.
Vice Admiral Robert Harward
Thanks, Eric. Good to see you.
Eric Bolling
All right, folks, we're back two and a half minutes, 150 seconds. All right, folks, about Looks like about 45 minutes ago on Fox News, the head of US Border Patrol is leaving his role. Latest shakeouts, according to Politico. Leading the role. The latest shakeup in the team overseeing President Donald Trump's immigration enforcement amid the White House shift in posture towards illegal immigration. Border chief Mike Banks said in a Fox News interview Thursday about an hour ago he's resigning from his position, effective immediately. To enjoy the family and life. It's just time, he told Fox News. Just thought we would get that in there. We can discuss it further as we go on as we learn more. All right. Democrats stand. Can't stand, I'm sorry, being called out on their obvious lies and hypocrisy which they spew every single day. But where will they usually just try to weasel out of things with anger, deflection, and you guessed it, more lies. Dollar Store Obama, you know him. Hakeem Jeffries does it with a lot of gusto, Mr. Leader. I mean, you ultimately lost this. And you take personally who lost?
Congressman Andy Ogles
You lost in the.
Bakari Sellers
Who lost? Did the voters lose?
Eric Bolling
Democrats?
New York City Mayor Eric Adams
Didn't you?
Bakari Sellers
Did the voters lose?
New York City Mayor Eric Adams
Do you take personal responsibility for investing so much time and resources, tens of millions of dollars in ultimately foolish effort?
Bakari Sellers
We did the right thing, and this effort is not over.
Eric Bolling
No, you lost. The voters win one. See how that works? Another classic Democrat trope is victimhood. Whenever they can find it, they use it. Instead of pointing out the obvious that most of the members of the Democrat Party have no idea what they're doing. Instead, they deflect. Well, it's racism, it's misogyny, it's. It's bigotry. People like Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass will deflect like crazy when they're confronted with the truth. Or they'll play the victim. Anything but admit they're just suck at the job.
Commentator on Social Media Violence
But what's worrying me now is that his social media is now taking on a violent turn. And that worries me, because when you do that and when your messages are so hateful or when you demonize people, then you do provoke people who are unstable and you can jeopardize people's safety.
Interviewer
You mean like the throwing of the tomatoes?
Commentator on Social Media Violence
Well, the throwing of the tomatoes, which look like blood or drowning me and the governor in a reservoir. But there's also other violent scenes. And so I've noticed that. That it's taking on a violent trend.
Eric Bolling
So let me get this. Spencer Pratt's amazing video, campaign video. You're taking issue with it because it's clearly comical. It's clearly not actual footage. Marco Rubio wasn't a bartender there. The tomato. This is just AI driven. Come on. It was violent. You know, as violent as losing your house to wildfires two years ago, a year and a half ago, and still not being able to afford to live in anything but a trailer like Spencer Pratt. Now, if you want to talk about actual misogyny, look no further than California gubernatorial candidate Javier Becerra. In this interaction with a reporter who's just trying to do her job, Becerra managed to reflect at least two of the major principles of the Democrat. A love of stifling real journalism and a true disrespect for women.
Reporter interviewing Javier Becerra
This is the start of our interview with Javier Braceta in Highland park.
Eric Bolling
By the Way, this is a profile piece. This is not a gotcha piece. Right.
Reporter interviewing Javier Becerra
Well, look, I think we're. These questions are fair. It's in order to learn about you as a candidate.
Eric Bolling
So long as about the profile.
Reporter interviewing Javier Becerra
I don't know how you define profile, but I'd like to begin the interview.
Eric Bolling
The way I describe profile is you talk about all the things that I've done, things I want to do, and along with some tough questions. But not only tough questions, profile piece
Reporter interviewing Javier Becerra
or not, KTLA had tough.
Eric Bolling
So here's what he's actually saying. Wait a minute. This is supposed to be a puff piece. This is supposed to be a. What do they call it? The. The, the air ball, the layup. This. That's what that was supposed to be. And she asked one tough question. He wants. It's the same thing that Katie Porter did. Remember, she didn't like it. She got up and left. And then the other one tried to stop the interview. Like, no, no, we're not going to stop this interview. It's insane. They can't take the heat because the media has been in their corner for so long. Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson reflects two very obvious things. One is that when you elect a socialist antifa baby, that's exactly what you get. You get what you voted for. And two, the Democrat party continues to spiral downward with no stopping in sight. Their answer, just more and more taxes. This coming from someone who lives with mom and dad and has never worked a day in her life before a bunch of soy latte drinkers elected her as mayor.
Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate Nithra Rahman
You know, legally airtight, that we can just pass and it's going to plug this budget hole like that does not exist. There are options. And we are, you know, our team is hard at work studying those options. I think capital gains tax is absolutely on the table.
Eric Bolling
Again, that's all they know. And she does live at home. Yet another shining beacon of Democrat failure. New New York City Mayor Zoram Mamdani, or we sometimes we call him Obama. Mamdani proves that a socialist only knows how to destroy cities and states. This guy balanced the Big Apple's budget by getting bailed out by the state government. Well done, Kathy Hochul, by the way. So billions of state taxpayer funds temporarily save a dying city. Not so secret. Secret here is that Mamdani stole from the state in order to fund illegals in New York City. It went all to the illegal drain. The suction of their money going into this, deciding they want to be a sanctuary city, take all comers from anywhere. Here's the man of the communist hour himself, pretending he's the hero.
New York City Mayor Eric Adams
I want to again thank Governor Hochul, Majority Leader Stuart Cousins and Speaker Hastie for their commitment to our city. We are working with Albany to deliver critical new gap closing funding. $352 million in additional direct aid to our city, $3.2 billion through state authorization of savings measures, including pension restructuring and class size flexibility, and $500 million in new revenues which come from taxing the rich.
Eric Bolling
And none of that is actual real funding. None of it is work harder, create more, use the money to pay off debt. That's all borrowing from Peter to pay Paul borrowing from pension funds. That's what he said. You didn't hear it that way, but that's what he said. $3 billion they're going to borrow from. We'll pay you back later. You remember in the Jerk? Remember in the Jerk where Lloyd had a suitcase full of money, spent it all and the bad guys were coming to get their suitcase? He said, don't worry, it's all there. They open it up, it's a bunch of IOUs. That's Mamdani right there. He's borrowing from the the city's pension funds. That's disgusting. Seeing clips like this only proves that CNN is beyond saving. Wherever there are tiny glimmers of journalism and hope and truth, there's a heaping pile of biased, dangerous, divisive rhetoric. This guy, Bakari Sellers, he's a bad guy. He should be ashamed of himself. CNN should never, never air this guy. But at least somewhere Barack Obama is beaming because his work is done here. But Obama's work is done through Bakari Sellers.
Bakari Sellers
If somebody fell asleep in 1896 and woke up today in 2026, they would simply say, the only difference is now Negroes have a TV show and we wear nice suits. They swapped out Klan hoods for Brooks Brothers suits. And that is the problem. I mean, Plessy v. Ferguson was 7:1 and it gave birth to 50 years of Jim Crow. What we have with this court right now, what we're seeing is watching people who have fought and died and bled so that we would have access to the ballot box, so that we would have access to our voices being heard in Congress being ripped away.
Eric Bolling
Now, the other thing they would say is, you know what? Dallas Cowboys still stink. We'll be back. Two and a half minutes.
Vice Admiral Robert Harward
Now.
Eric Bolling
Here we go. So the man Spencer Pratt makes waves in the race for Los Angeles mayor, speaks common sense like getting homeless and open drug users off the city Streets bringing more cops to curve massive crime, put the needs of citizens above needs of illegals. You know, common sense. And of course, because of that, his fellow candidate, Nithra Rahman. Rahman, like the noodle, a radical leftist who wants to defund the police, calls Pratt a few fascist. Of course, comparison to who? Donald Trump.
Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate Nithra Rahman
But I also think it's a very real thing that we should take seriously and we need to grapple with, and we need to offer it an honest response. Response that's rooted in actually solving these problems. Otherwise, people will turn to fascism, to mini Trump, which is who I think Spencer Pratt really represents.
Eric Bolling
Well, you know, every time they don't, you say something they don't like, you call a fascist a rape. Rape or Trump a rapist or a bigot, whatever, a racist. Don't you just love how the left, and most of all former Biden administration clowns come forward with a total rewrite of history? They always do this. Democrats love doing this. As if there aren't videos and plenty of proof that they're lying. Like Alejandro, one of the worst of them. He's just as responsible for the invasion of millions of illegals under Biden's watch as Joe and Kamala are. Behold, Mr. Mayorkas, it is my testimony
Alejandro Mayorkas
that the border is secure and we are working every day, day and night to increase its security.
Eric Bolling
Yes. And by the way, the House impeached Marcus for his lies and his failure. So now the guy's trying to act like he knew there were major problems and he pushed for change. Did you feel that you had the support from the president in order to succeed?
Alejandro Mayorkas
There were. There were areas of. Of disagreement within immigration policy and in other areas, but I voiced my. My views. I was very pleased that In June of 2024, we. We took executive action that I thought made reforms that were sensible. If those, again, that had. And that proved proved successful.
Eric Bolling
If those executive actions had been taken one or two years earlier, do you
Congressman Andy Ogles
think Donald Trump would be the president today?
Alejandro Mayorkas
I am not in a position to speculate, but I will tell you that I would be far more better rested
Eric Bolling
and less when we get to shape. It's like Jake Tapper when he said, oh, you know, throughout the last two years of Biden's presidency, Tapper said, nothing's wrong. Biden's great. He's cogent. He's here, he's all there. And then when Biden gets dumped, everyone realizes how messed up he was. And then Tapper writes a book about how the media should have let people know that Biden was diminished. Are you kidding me? You were a defender. You and that Morning Joe moron. Yet another rewrite of the truth, this time from the king of it, Barack Obama. This guy made the worst possible deal with Iran. It's one of the worst moments in his presidency. And that's saying a lot, by the way, because there were many. Well, he sent the Iranian regime massive, massive pallets of cash. He flew them over on C130 transports to help fund. What do you say? Oh, humanitarianism. No, they funded terrorism with that. Now he's pretending like it was some sort of success.
Barack Obama
We pulled it off without firing a missile. We got 97% of their enriched uranium out. They were able to maintain a modest civilian nuclear program for energy.
Eric Bolling
So you think it was working?
Barack Obama
Well, not only did I think it was working, even Israeli intelligence thought it was working. Even our intelligence services thought it was working. So there's no dispute that it worked. And we didn't have to kill a whole bunch of people or shut down the Strait of Hormuz now?
Eric Bolling
Well, there was some dispute that it didn't work. Well, our. No, our present president believed that it didn't work. Why he pulled out of it.
Barack Obama
It's not clear that he didn't believe that it didn't work. He just said it didn't work.
Vice Admiral Robert Harward
Worst deal of all time because I did it.
Eric Bolling
No dispute it didn't work. What are you talking about, it worked? You say it worked? It did work. It helped fund the October 7th massacre. Because that money is. Money's fungible, folks. You send them what they want to call humanitarian money, and they go spend that same amount financing Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis. It's fungible. You're basically doing the same thing. It's like putting money in this pocket, taking out of here and say, it's not the same money. It's your money. Of course it is. We gave them billions of dollars. What did they do? Did they raise their standard of living? No. Did they create more opportunity to create electricity for the citizens not using nuclear power? No, they funded terrorism. Who doesn't like a little behind the scenes action, by the way? Especially when you get to catch up with Mayor Pete Buttigieg and Pennsylvania Democrat congressional candidate Bob Brooks being coached on how to act normal and. Yeah, I don't know, things are too, in other words, less like a Democrat and more like, I guess, conservative or maybe just a normal American citizen.
Podcast Promoter
We're gonna have a really normal conversation with three cameras pointing at you.
Eric Bolling
Everybody act normal.
Podcast Promoter
Yeah, right, Exactly.
Eric Bolling
So, I mean, we have a weird.
Podcast Promoter
Have a healthy amount of time. And so, Pete, I think it'd be great, like, kick it off how you normally would. Thanks for having me here. And then. And also, like, thanks for doing the race. Like, what brought you here. However, you sort of want to ask the questions of why is Bob running? Why? Like, why this. Why this race? Like, why is it? Like, think about your audience. Like, why is this race so important? We need to win the House. All the of that. Winning over people who feel like they are left behind by the party, flipping a district, all of that, I think is really strong. Talking about showing up for working people, affordability. Bob, feel free to prompt Pete with a question of, like, why this race? Like, why. Why here in, like, the Lehigh Valley?
Eric Bolling
Just tell him. Just act normal, dude. And by the way, didn't he wear, like, really expensive loafers, shiny loafers, to some FEMA thing that was. All right, that's Mayor Pete for you. So do they just not know how to do anything at all? Is nothing genuine or authentic with the Democrats ever? I think we know the answer to that one. They are never genuine except for their hypocrisy. According to some polling, this is apparently the front runner to be the Democrat Party's presidential candidate in 2028. Yes, in some polls, AOC takes the top spot away from Kamala Harris and Gavin Newsom, proving that Democrats in this country have learned nothing. It's clear, though, that AOC and her fellow party members have clear intentions for the Supreme Court should they regain the majority.
Congressman Andy Ogles
Say, do something about it. What do you mean, do something about the court?
Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate Nithra Rahman
Well, when it comes to the courts, there's court reform. There's plenty of. There's a menu of things that we can look at. There is. There is there. There's ethics reform, There is financial entanglements that we're seeing on the court. There are, of course, open discussions about expanding the court to match the number of circuit courts that we have, going from 9 to 13. Specifically, there are a lot of those options.
Eric Bolling
So this is the. Here's the math on it, right? So right now it's conservative, 6, progressive liberals 3. In order to get the majority on the court, you'd have to add four, and all four would have to be progressive. So you get seven, six. And then next time, you know, next time Republicans have it, they would have to add seven more. Eventually you get to the point where you need to fill Yankee Stadium just for the Supreme Court, and nothing would ever get done. Terrible idea. Democrats just you lost. Just live with it.
Interviewer
It.
Eric Bolling
Republicans lose sometimes. They live with it. You lost. Don't change the, the fabric, the structural foundation of the, of the country which the Supreme Court is there for that to interpret the Constitution. Not to change it, not to make it your way, not to make it our way. To interpret the letter of the law. Finally, why, this is amazing. Just why. Why does Hollywood insist on this garbage? Stephen Colbert once tried to push vaccines on all of us. The vaccine. I remember that. No, thank you very much. Don't want that vaccine. Thank you very much Newsmax, for forcing one on me. I refuse the other ones. I faked the other ones. I took my card and I faked it and I never got the booster. Fake those two. Ha. Take that, Newsmax. And now would you like a little gay to go with your vaccine? Be back.
Podcast Promoter
People may not know.
New York City Mayor Eric Adams
I got, I got, I got jealous.
Eric Bolling
No need. Any time. That's weird. That's really weird. Pedro Pascal, the actor Stephen Colbert didn't need, didn't really want to see. But it does remind me of one of the funniest videos of all time. The absolute classic. If you haven't seen this, you must play this. Watch.
Vice Admiral Robert Harward
We bring in the studio this morning
Eric Bolling
one of the gay rights activists. Mr. Should I call you Mr. Pepe? Julian Onzima.
Bakari Sellers
Thank you for coming in.
Commentator on Social Media Violence
Thank you for.
Vice Admiral Robert Harward
Good morning.
Commentator on Social Media Violence
Morning to you.
Bakari Sellers
Why are you gay?
Commentator on Social Media Violence
Who says I'm gay?
Eric Bolling
You are gay.
Bakari Sellers
You are a transgender.
Eric Bolling
Listen, I don't care what you feel. Lifestyle. That is still funny. I don't care if you're gay, straight, whatever. Just keep it away from kids. But I will tell you unequivocally, I usually call one of my friends up. But like call is like call Greg. Hey, Greg. Greg. Why are you gay? He said I am gay. It's just a funny thing. Don't, don't hate me. I'm not bigoted. I don't care what you do. In the meantime, take a look at this. Welcome to the edge CPI consumer price index just hit 3.8% heading the wrong way. Energy exploding higher. Diesel approaching record highs thanks to Biden era mismanagement. Meanwhile, the S and P is setting fresh highs. New records above 75. 400 on strong corporate earnings and a euphoria. But here's the kick the disconnect. Consumer sentiment just cratered to a record low of 48.2. Travel spending only 1% real growth forecast for 2026. That's low. High income folks are simply cutting back. Shorter trips, value seeking. I'M seeing it anecdotally as well. Quieter hotels, empty beaches, bars quiet right here in South Florida. That's why I've shifted 60% of my own portfolio into a staggered treasury yield at 4% across the board until the picture clears. The rally has corporate legs, I get it. But the consumer is the ultimate referee. Stay disciplined, favor quality names and build dry powder. Trade with your head, folks, not over it. Full episodes dropping now. What's your biggest market worry? Drop your in the comment section and by all means, you have to subscribe. All right. We do some voice mails. We let Ben got some voicemails for us. Before we do this, you guys, I've. I've been doing this a long time. But doing this for what, better part of two decades, right? Drudge Report used to be very conservative. Matt Drudge was a news aggregator. He would take the most conservative news from various publications. He would aggregate on the Drudge Report and was always absolutely leaning right. It's just that's the way it was going to be and something since Trump came along and this especially this term, drudges moved to the left. Or maybe it's just Trump Derangement syndrome. If you look at the headlines now on Drudge, it's everything is negative. Trump Xi's warning Xi Jin Chang warnings. Tensions in Beijing, chaos behind scenes. Secret Service standoff over gun there. Cuba completely out of fuel. It goes on. Everything's negative. When did Drudge become a liberal leftist rag? I have no idea. No clue. I know the guy too. He's a decent guy. Never wanted to be on tv. Just wanted to be all about changing the narrative in the news. Now he's for some reason despises Trump Trump Derangement syndrome. I'm sorry. Ben, you out on the voicemail for us?
Ben (Voicemail Host)
It's all good. We have a viewer with some comments
Interviewer
about the hantavirus and Mr. Bolling, this is ban's revenge. A friendly H VAC man in St. Louis, Missouri, which makes me an expert on everything I'm going to talk about here. I guess there's people talking about the hantavirus and apparently somebody has been working on an MRNA hantavirus vaccine since 2024. And I think it was 2022 or 2023, a whole bunch of vials of this hantavirus went missing. Just gone like 300 some odd something vials of all kinds of stuff including this hantavirus haunt or whatever it is. It. It went missing. So you know, here just here's the end of it. You know what's less risky than taking a hantavirus MRNA jab. Licking a rat. Okay. I would rather lick a rat than put that freaking in my body. So anyway, okay. Thanks, Mr.
Vice Admiral Robert Harward
Bowling.
Eric Bolling
Have a good day. That's the best part of that one is after that, that last pricing. Okay. Have a good day. No, you're right. I don't want to take any more. Please. How many times have I told you? But I was forced into taking one of those stupid jabs. And I'm convinced a lot of young business. Another athlete, former NBA player, young guy, just dropping dead. They're dropping dead of these heart elements that I'm guessing because those. Those people, those athletes were so liberal. They were like jab, jab, jabber on tv. Get the jab. And they were so anxious to do a first one, second one, and three boosters. I mean, hell no. No way. And hantavirus. You notice how this is coming up right around midterm elections? It's usually the case, folks. Be careful what you take. Ben.
Ben (Voicemail Host)
We have Melissa from Arizona saying that Obama is trying to undermine President Trump.
Reporter interviewing Javier Becerra
Good afternoon, Eric. This is Melissa Grace calling from Sierra Vista, Arizona. And I have a comment to make about Barry Sotoro. Obama trying to undermine our president. When will he be held accountable in his husband who parades around like a woman? This is absolutely ridiculous. Thanks a lot. Have a great day and we really enjoy your show down here. Thanks so much.
Eric Bolling
Well, thank you for the call. Yeah. Obama is under my. Especially right now when he's talking about he did so many great things with the Iranian nuclear deal. What the hell did you do? You got them closer to a nuke. You financed their Hezbollah and Hamas terrorism. What did you do that was so great? Obama? And you say that. Oh, Trump at least did. I didn't have to kill people. What? You killed. You killed 1400 Jews in Israel. That's what you helped. Do you support them, by the way? Melissa, thank you for the call. I cannot confirm nor deny that President Obama is married to a. An actual man. There's no way I could know that without knowing it, but without being their family physician. Ben.
Ben (Voicemail Host)
Yes, sir. We have a viewer who has a questionable plan on how to save Joby Weeks.
Viewer Caller
It's time to free the bitcoin guy. We'll just go kidnap him ourselves and hide them in our special secret location. I got a place in the backyard that I'm going to be hiding someday. Bring them over here.
Eric Bolling
Dude, no offense. It's a little creepy. I'm not sure I want to be hiding in your backyard with you. When? Why are you hiding the backyard? What do you expect? Some missiles are going to come over? I think we're trying to guard against that. Ben, we have one more. Can we squeeze one more?
Ben (Voicemail Host)
Yes, we do. We have a viewer who wants Trump to finish your off.
Viewer Caller
Eric Bowen, this, Charleston, Georgia. I've been watching some of your Ed shows, man. They pretty good. Yeah. Brett Farr and all them on there. I kind of like that. My, my question, my answer is Trump ain't gonna get no deal from my Ram. We might well go on in there and finish it and be done with. Like you told Bad in a couple weeks ago, go ahead and take the band aid off and finish it. They just, they just want more time. Wanting more time. Trump needs to finish it. Get our Marine home. Thanks.
Eric Bolling
Yeah, I'm in agreement. You know, early, early, early on, you know, 72 days ago, I said, let's try and work on negotiations, see if we can get our oil companies over there, produce some more of their oil, and we'll make it a business transaction. As it got deeper, deeper into closer to the summer gas prices early on, I said, if this lasts too long, you're gonna have gas prices high through going into the election. And that's the biggest fear. I agree. Now finish it. Take out their bridges, take out their water plants, get them on their knees and get them back to the bargaining table begging us for a deal. That's how you create independence for oil forever. War. I'm up next. Have a great night.
