This is an I heart podcast. Guaranteed human. Perhaps you were born for such a time as this. Hello, and welcome to a very special edition of Faith and Freedom. I'm Chemaine Nugent. We're taking a look back at some of the most powerful conversations that we've had this year, 2025, and I gotta tell you, we've had a few. There have been doozies, from sheriffs to pastors. Some might think that, wow, Shamaine talks to everybody. I do. From Kash Patel to Don Trump Jr. To senators and congressmen and authors and rock stars, people have made us laugh and cry, made us think, and reminded us why faith and freedom matter more than ever. So grab your coffee, I got mine. Here's my little coffee cup with dogs and coffee. Grab your coffee, settle in and let's revisit some of the best of Faith and Freedom. So we're going to start the conversation, start the show off with a conversation that stopped people in their tracks. You know him, comedian, actor, former Hollywood wild child, Russell Brand. But his journey has taken a turn that nobody saw coming. I think from addiction, chaos to baptism and faith, Russell is living proof that God can reach anyone, anywhere, anytime. Here's my conversation with Russell Brand.
Russell Brand
Holy smokes.
Ted Nugent
It's three, two, one. From the man cave, cuckoo's nest, the arsenal of democracy with Ted and Chemain Nugent with Russell Brand. Shemaine, take it away. Russell Brand is our special guest from the panhandle of Pensacola, Russell Brand. Welcome to the freedom hell zone of the Nugent celebration. You deserve us, sir.
Russell Brand
From the first moment I encountered the Nugents, I knew at some point I'd end up in a bunker with you.
Ted Nugent
Oh, we are bunkers. So Chemain and I met you at Mar a Lago and we've been admiring your firestorm of truth, logic and common sense for a long time. And Shimane's faith and freedom and my spirit campfire digs into absolute, I mean absolute, totalitarian, self evident truth, logic and common sense. And that seems to be your true north compass setting, Russell Brand. When did you discover this true north compass setting? And you so eloquently articulate the basics of the American dream, which happens to be the basics of the human dream. How'd you figure that out, you limey?
Russell Brand
We still do some things right on that little set of islands across the Atlantic that gave you a language and a significant portion of your flag, as well as much of your constitution and your earliest, greatest generals. And some of you found in philosophy, as many of you Founding Fathers tumbling off of that Mayflower at the first hour of that great nation continent that you call home. I reckon I had the advantages of growing up pretty broken. I had a mother and father that were separate when I was pretty young, and I had the good fortune to have nothing less than an insatiable appetite for God. Now, when you're born with that kind of appetite and you live in a culture that tries to pay you off and bribe you with cultural solutions, if, if you have a thirst for the Almighty like I've got, you'll look everywhere and you'll fall down at the altars of many false idols if you're not directed home pretty certainly and devoutly by teachers and leaders and poets and prophets that know the route through the holy Gospel. I took drugs pretty early and pretty extensively. 15 16. I was powering through the LSD and the methamphetamines and eventually found myself on crack cocaine and heroin. If you find yourself born outside of the establishment and outside of the establishment pharmacologically as well, if you take enough drugs, it makes you pretty inquiring, curious and skeptical about the rationale and logic of the culture. Now, I was always pretty interested in counterculture, and I remain interested in the counterculture, but I've got to be honest and acknowledge that many of my views have significantly changed. I would never have been a Christian. I thought of the Christian faith as being a kind of tool of control and of conformity. I would have always been opposed to your Second Amendment. Is it your Second Amendment, your right to bear arms? I would have thought that America's gun crime problem and gun death problem was intrinsically related to your near sacred right to bear arms. As I've come to understand your country and your perspective with more depth and thoroughness, I recognize the significance of having a population that is symbolically and practically armed against government. I recognize the importance of that. I recognize that the very institutions that we look to, to provide us with comfort and care and protection can be, not necessarily are, but can be the most corrupt institutions. I recognize that many of your proud service personnel currently serving and many of your veterans believe in the highest possible values, but nevertheless have been directed to some of the lowest possible objectives. The, the bravest and B.O. of America and my nation too, have been fodder for machinery of war, corruption and control. And I recognize that if you believe in free speech at all, you have to believe in the free speech of people you oppose. And I reckon we find ourselves now, Ted and Shimon, at a pivotal moment in American history and indeed world history, where our conversation has to change, where we have to recognize that people in political power are limited in what they can offer America and the world, and that we as individuals in a collective Christian community have to awaken together to ensure the path is made straight for his return.
Chemaine Nugent
You know, I want to. I know Ted's going to jump in here about the Second Amendment, but if I don't take this opportunity to talk to you about faith, I don't want to miss out on that. And that's everything to me. It's so important to me. And I've seen you change over the years. I want to know, Russell, what was it? Was it one thing that caused you to go to Christ, to accept Christ? Jesus Christ is your Lord and Savior. I've seen your social media posts. You have made a huge shift. And what was that one thing or what is your testimony?
Russell Brand
At the same time that I was accused of various sexual offences in the UK with which I've now been charged. My. We were informed, my wife and I, that my son had a series of. It was observed in utero that my son had a condition called tetralogy of fallow, which is a sort of a heart defect. And we were offered late term abortion as is customary in those circumstances. I feel like these kind of twin shocks and attack on my identity, an attack on the past, a sort of a. Sort of a rational sense that everything that I'd done in the past was sort of being changed and sort of repurposed and used again. Sensed me that lies were being told for a variety of reasons that are sometimes difficult to understand and put together while experiencing something as personal as knowing that our child was in danger opened up a different space in me, opened up the kind of uncertainty that was. I was very uncertain and unsure as how to fulfill. I've been in recovery from addiction for a long time, 22 and a half years since I've drank or used drugs. And you can't do that without a spiritual program. Indeed, addiction in essence is a spiritual craving living. Fundamentally, the addict is a person that cannot live in this world without God. And when you're shown the panoply of false idols, the various pagan gods, fame, money, sex, wealth, whatever it might be, all of which accrue around the order of self. If you're lucky enough, as I have been, to experience to the up close encounters with those false deities, then you know that they will never work. But that's really a rational rendering of what was very, very highly emotional and Spiritual. I won't sh known Christ as a kid, although both my grandmothers, for example, were Christian, one Protestant, one Catholic. I just thought of it as fairy tales. And when I went to church in the uk I thought of it as sort of just dusty old stuff. Or when it was evangelical and zealous, cheesy and kind of crap. I was never introduced to a kind of robust and psychedelic supernatural Christ. The son of the living God, living salvation, died on the cross. The covenant of the blood, the Christ that stands outside of time, negotiates with evil on our behalf, dying that we might be born again in no eternity. Somehow they made that sound sort of boring and unreal. And anything supernatural can sound unreal. But all nature rests upon the supernatural. All time and chaos represents rests upon the holy order of he that is outside of time. So I reckon what it was was as my identity sort of collapsed as a result of seeing fame kind of scattered and dashed and as the pain of knowing what me and my wife embarking on. Although that pain has brought us so much joy and so much glory. Our little son is well and beautiful and nearly two and I love him so much. Obviously the. The introduction of Christ came that in the sort of fog and blur and falling apart, I felt him as well as very practically Christians coming towards me, it was Christ himself that became most iridescent and irresistible and present and absolute and real. At first, quite gently, I thought I was going to get baptized or become a Christian or start going to church and reading the Bible. But I do all of the time. It's the very center of my life to take communion, to pray and to be with him. And it happened because as we are pledged and as is obvious and as is known, this world is temporary and fleeting. We are in exile here. And by the covenant of his blood we may know eternal life if we repent and accept Him.

We're going to be right back with more. But first I want to tell you about a company that I love supporting MyPillow. Mike Lindell has stood for faith, family and freedom more than any other business I think in the United States. He's a true patriot and he puts his money where his values are. The past year has been one of the hardest for Mike. He's really under scrutiny. So I want to encourage you to go to MyPillow.com and use the promo code FAITH for a discount. We love supporting Patriot owned businesses, products that are made right here in the United States. But here's the clincher. They're great products. The Towels are amazing. They actually absorb, and they're huge and they're soft and they're fluffy. Not to mention the sheets and the pillows. What got Mike started? And I gotta tell you, my dogs told me, because, you know, I'm really. I'm really close with my dogs. I don't know. I know they love the dog beds. They sleep on them all the time. So go to mypillow.com and use the promo code FAITH for a discount. And Mike is passing on some great discounts to you, our supporters right here on faith and freedom. So check it out. Relish the opportunity to be an outsider, because it's the outsiders who change the world.
Chemaine Nugent
Perhaps you were born for such a time as this. I don't know if you guys know this, but I have been in the health and fitness industry for 45 years. That's quite a long time. I've seen a lot of fads come and go. And I gotta tell you, when I had the opportunity to meet and sit next to Gary Brecke at Mar a Lago in February, I thought I just hit the jackpot. I mean, it wrecked me in a good way. Biohacking and functional medicine is what I've been talking about. That's what helped cure me. And, you know, I say cure, but you never really get cured. It's a constant battle to keep your head above water because toxins are everywhere. And coming up soon in 2026, I'm going to show you my entire speech that I did at an environmental health gala to raise money for Malachi's message. I talk all about toxins and biohacking, but when I got to sit next to Gary Breca, I thought this was great because not many people can speak my language about biohacking. I've been doing some of the things that G. Brucka has talked about, like the Hockett H O C A T T hyperbaric oxygenated carbonic acid transdermal therapy therapy and EWAT exercise with oxygen training and so many others. There's a lot that you can do to help your body heal from the bombardment that we all have on a daily basis from whatever is up in the sky, the chemtrails coming down, and, you know, they're putting who knows what's going into our foods. And we've got to turn this around, we got to get healthy again. There's certain things that you can do. So I was super excited to get to talk to Gary Breca right here on Faith and Freedom. And I can't wait for you to check this out. So take a listen.
Gary Brecka
Hey. Oh, my gosh, it's so good. Be On Faith and Freedom. I was. We were just laughing about the last time I spoke with your husband, and it was at Mar a Lago at one of the President's events. He was sitting next to General Flynn and Mike Tyson and he pounded on the table with a baseball bat. I was like, how did you get past Secret Service with a baseball bat? Of course, only Ted Nuggets could do that.
Razor Dobbs
Yeah, see, I.
Gary Brecka
Found it on the table with it.
Chemaine Nugent
That was an interesting. Because they gave everybody, not everybody, but they gave the recipients of this the Defender of Freedom Award and they gave them all, you know, the baseball bats. You got one, right?
Gary Brecka
Yeah, yeah.
Chemaine Nugent
So that was an interesting choice to give away when the President ended up showing up and at Mar a Lago. But I gotta tell you, we're gonna, we're gonna. Ted's gonna be coming in in just a minute, so everybody's watching. Stay tuned because you're gonna love this conversation. It's gonna be high intensity. But I wanted to get a chance to talk to Gary who first because things might shift a little bit when Ted comes in. But I. I just wanted to say I ended up sitting. Sitting right next to you, in between you and Janice Trey from Epic Times. And man, I thought I hit the lottery. That was spectacular. And congratulations on your award, by the way.
Gary Brecka
Thank you. That's very kind of you.
Razor Dobbs
Thank you.
Gary Brecka
So.
Chemaine Nugent
So people keep hearing about this term biohacking. It sounds high tech and complicated, but what is it really? And what does it mean to biohack your body, become the ultimate human?
Gary Brecka
Well, basically what it means is, you know, we're really fascinatingly getting back to the basics. Right. I mean, it's funny how the science of anti aging and longevity has come full circle. We're realizing, for example, that you can't diet your way around poor sleep, you can't sleep your way around a bad diet, and you can't exercise your way around either, you know, and when we actually look at, you know, the big data, let's say blue zones, for example, there was no continuity between diets and the blue zones. So it wasn't keto, paleo, pescatarian, vegan, vegetarian, raw food, that extended life. What extended life was the absence of processed foods. What extended life was mobility into later in life? What extended life was a sense of community, a sense of purpose. Very often people's religious orientation, because it gave them a sense of community, gave them a sense of purpose. And so biohacking is a really the best Biohacks are about getting back to the basics. So when we talk about biohacks like sauna, breathwork, grounding, sunlight, red light, therapy, all of these things are taking the best of what mother nature gave us and bringing them into the home. So, for example, earthing and grounding is a very real thing. The earth has a low gauss current. We discharge into the earth. And when you discharge into the earth, you repolarize the surface of your cells. And when that happens, your cell can now exchange with its outside environment. It can eliminate waste, it can repair, it can detoxify, it can regenerate. When you do things like expose your skin to sunlight, We've been taught to fear the sun, but when we expose our skin to sunlight, for not prolonged periods of time, we produce vitamin D3. We produce all kinds of compounds that are very beneficial for improving our circulation, for reducing inflammation, and for giving us the necessary hormones and vitamins that we need for core function. You know, vitamin D3, a deficiency in vitamin D3 was the second leading cause of morbidity in Covid. And yet we don't even need to eat or drink or take a supplement. All we need to do is expose our skin to the sun. And so very often, these biohacks, things like sauna, red light, cold plunge, these are not new things. There are things we're actually bringing back from our ancestry and incorporating them into our lives because we realize they have real physiologic benefits. So, for example, a biohacking tool is usually a tool that creates what we call a hormetic stress. Hormesis is the process in the human body where you apply a stress and the body strengthens in response. So in other words, if you don't load your bones, they don't strengthen. If you don't tear your muscles, they don't grow. If you don't challenge your immune system, it weakens. So what are some ways that we can take different supplements or equipment or different activities and put these minor stresses on the body so that we strengthen in response? Cold water is a perfect mechanism of that. You know, we get into cold water 52 down to 48 degrees, 3 minutes minimum and 6 minutes maximum. That rapid loss of heat is a hormetic stress. But what does it do it skyrockets our dopamine, our norepinephrine level makes us focused and concentrated. It turns on a thermostat in our body called brown fat, which exchanges calories for a measure of heat. It causes our liver to release cold shock proteins, which scour the body of inflammation, free radical oxidation. And it even helps with a peripheral vasoconstriction to drive blood into our core. So that would be a biohack. Cold water being used to strengthen the body. Sauna does a very similar thing. You release heat shock proteins, you dilate the vasculature, and you eliminate waste. And by waste, I don't mean stool or urine. I mean cellular waste. Mold, mycotoxins, heavy metals, paras, parasites, viruses, these things that are plaguing our immune system. So the whole biohacking world is based on the premise of what can I do or expose my body to that will actually cause it to strengthen in response. You know, I have a saying that aging is the aggressive pursuit of comfort. And nothing is more accurate than that statement.
Chemaine Nugent
Yeah, I love that. Unfortunately, and I agree with you. What are the telltale signs that someone who's watching now is agreeing with everything that you said? And what are the signs that their body's actually breaking down?
Gary Brecka
Well, what we would call consequences of aging are generally not consequences of aging at all. They're consequences of missing raw material in the human body. So let me give you an example. If I was to show you a soil lineage study between 1945 and 2022, in other words, what kind of nutrient density did the soil have back then versus what kind of nutrient density does it have now? It would absolutely frighten you, right? We have gleaned the fields, which the Bible tells us not to do, but we have gleaned the fields. We have over farmed. We have put too many herbicides, pesticides, insecticides, preservatives, all kinds of toxins into our soil. We've disrupted the microbiome of the soil, and now the animals that eat that soil and the plants that grow in that soil are deficient in the raw materials that our body needs to do its job. If I was to actually show you a really complicated chart of your cellular biology, this vast maze of reactions going on 300 billion times a day inside every single cell of your body. What would be fascinating about that chart is that the layperson, if you zoomed in on that chart, would recognize the name of everything on that chart, meaning they would recognize the name of common vitamins, minerals and amino acids, nutrients that you are used to hearing about when you deprive the body of certain raw material, you get the expression of disease. Let me give you an example. We live in Florida, right? So if you had a leaf rotting in a palm tree, let's say, and you called a true arborist, a true botanist out to look at that leaf, they wouldn't even touch the leaf. They would cortest the soil, and they would say, you know what? There is no nitrogen in the soil. And they would add nitrogen to the soil, and the leaf would heal. Human beings are no different. So the consequences of aging are things that we have actually learned to assume are normal. We have normalized it in our social circles. Why? Because at a certain age, at 50 years old, everybody's wearing readers. By the way, these are not readers. These are blue light glasses. So I don't wear readers. I'm 55 years old, years old. You know, everybody's wearing readers. So when you start to wear readers, it's not a big deal. Everybody's low back hurts, Not a big deal. Everybody has some brain fog. They get a great idea in the bedroom, they walk to the kitchen, and they wonder what the heck they're doing in the kitchen. Most people are fatigued when they wake up in the morning. They have bouts of fatigue throughout the day. They have weight gain, they have water retention. They have poor waking energy. And so we've learned to just push through these things because we believe that there are consequences of aging.
Russell Brand
Aging.
Gary Brecka
And they're not.
Chemaine Nugent
Don't go away. We'll be right back and visit Shamaeneugent Rocks for a special gift. My toxin detection toolkit. I'll be right back. Don't go away.

Perhaps you were born for such a time as this. If you know me and Ted, you know that we love our dogs. I mean, I put their pictures on my coffee cup. They're like family to us. And when I was trying to find some supplements that would help, help. Help them. A year ago, our. Our German shepherd, Coco, her tail was fused to her spine. And the vet said she. She literally cried when she had to go to the bathroom and squat. And our vet said, you know, if that was a human, we would tell you that she needed to have her hips replaced. We have been trying and testing Uncle Ted's get uncleted Dot com. We've been trying and testing these supplements for a year and I gotta tell you, you, she's walking and even running again. It's just amazing. Uncle Ted's natural canine supplements are powered by bioflavonoids. That's a plant based boost to help your dog stay sharp, strong and healthy. They use them every day and they're all thriving. So head to getuncleted's.com to learn more. Check out this interview with Razor Dobbs. On July 4, 2025, flash floods tore through the Texas hill country and devastated Camp Mystic, a Christian summer camp full of kids. Over a hundred people lost their lives, including young campers and even counselors. Razor Dobbs is a volunteer firefighter with the Centerpoint Volunteer Fire Department who was on the front lines of that rescue, pulling people out of trees and searching for the missing and doing the impossible while the rest of us just watched in horror. Razor's been a friend for a long time and when I asked him to come on the show and describe what he saw and how he kept going, he said two words, God and adrenaline. Here's my conversation with Razor Dobbs. You've seen the floods with your, your own eyes. What stuck with you the most in the first few hours and what was it like trying to rescue people in the dark?
Razor Dobbs
Well, I, you know, it's pretty overwhelming and for like the first four days, you don't even, you're not even really thinking about it. You're in work mode and so you're, you're not in shock. You're just not, you're compartmentalizing everything. And I was not in the dark. I was not on that. Our, our switchwater rescue team went out. I was stuck, flooded in at the ranch. And so by the time I got around is right when they got back and we were trying to rescue other, other folks. But, but, but the Swiftwater team that made it up to Ingram from San, I mean, from curb, I mean, Student Center Point. Yeah, that was pretty, that was, that was pretty intense. You know, there were RVs being washed into the water and there's cars floating and people in major, major despair. And some got saved and unfortunately some could not be saved. And so, so I immediately linked up with our guys and we immediately started a search and rescue along the river, scaling the river banks and trying not to get swept away ourselves. And we were recovering victims at a normal base, at a normal pace. And it was very, very intense.
Chemaine Nugent
How do you, you know, you said you compartmentalize, but, but I don't want to get too gory, but go. Go as deep as you want to. You had mentioned to me that you were recovering bodies. And how does, how do you, how do you just check that box off in your mind and just go, I've got to do this work? I mean, and then do you get home and just collapse? How do you do that, Razor?
Razor Dobbs
Yeah. Well, you know, I've been on the, on the fire department here in CenterPoint for like, four years. And, you know, we, we do car wrecks, fires on a regular basis, and we see a lot. And now this is like, this is like two years in, in a day, you know, what we're seeing. But, you know, the only thing I can really say is that when the tones drop and call, and that's when we get called out, you just go into a different mode and you're seeing things and you're just, you know, what you're supposed to do. We do a lot, a lot of training, so you're just focusing on the next step and you're, you're. It's being digested or it's being ingested into your body like muscle memory. Yeah. Yeah. Everything is going. But what you're seeing and what you're touching and what you're smelling and the intensity of the situation is being downloaded into your brain. Me and, and I pray. I mean, every time those cones go off, if it's a fire, it's a car wreck or what, I mean, I, I pray on the way, and I, I asked God, I'm like, please give me the strength to do what I have to do and just carry me through this and protect me. And I do that all the time. And I pray for, you know, if we're going to a car wreck, I say just, I just, I just ask you to protect and care for the people that are in this car accident. But so, you know, this is day 13, and you know, it's been long hours. I've been getting about four and a half hours of sleep. And so you get home and you finally have a second where you sit down to take your shoes off and you're sitting there and then everything starts filtering in and it just starts kind of coming. But by that time, I'm so exhausted, I finally just go to sleep. But, but everything, whatever we see, everyone from the people that, that are watching on tv from, from the people that are making heroic rescues or body recoveries, all of this trauma is going to come out one way or the other, and, and, and it may come out today. It may come out a month from now, but it's coming out. So we prepare for that. We're, we discuss with our fellow members, we have chaplains, we have other trained people for ptsd. And it's a very, you know, I'm glad you brought it up because it's a very serious situation. And I think we've all learned from, you know, the 20 years of wars that we've had, you know, how important it is to, to be able to process all that information.
Chemaine Nugent
And we heard that there was one girl found miles downriver in a tree. Alive.
Razor Dobbs
Yes. So right behind me is the river, is the Guadalupe river in Centerpoint, Texas, right across from our fire station. And there was 7 foot of water in our fire station at the time. And our half our guys were on one side of the river and half of us were on this side of the river. And there was a woman stuck in the Tree Way at 30 something feet in the tree with major flooding going on. And, and our guys assisted Bernie Swiftwater team, our Swiftwater team assisted Bernie Swiftwater team and they went out in Zodiac boats. Bernie did and, and did a heroic rescue and, and saved this woman. And she came from third. I mean, excuse me, she floated 20 something miles down river. She came from Ingram to, with this 20 miles that she went over three dams and she was battling vehicles, RVs, you name it. And talk about a strong woman because she was up there. It was reported that she was up there in that tree for four hours.
Chemaine Nugent
And I can't even imagine, in the middle of, in the middle of the night, it's dark. You don't even know what you're fighting, what you're fighting against and what's going on. I, I can't even imagine that. Is there any.
Gary Brecka
Have you.
Chemaine Nugent
Go ahead, go ahead, go ahead.
Razor Dobbs
Well, and, and you know, this much, you know, we, it floods down here quite a bit now. This was a super flood, you know, and just looking out, it looked like you're looking out over a bay of water. So I would suspect that the, that woman that was floating when there was a flash of lightning or some kind of glimmer that she could see, it probably felt like she was in the middle of the ocean. That's how wide it was in places.
Chemaine Nugent
Is there any glimmer of hope that you have gleaned from all of this experience or what kind of message that you had do you have for people watching this? That not only, not only is there hope and God is with us throughout all of this, it's Hard to see at times. Were there some miracles that you saw?
Razor Dobbs
Yes, there definitely was. Obviously that rescue that I witnessed, that was a pure miracle. But the immediate response, and the immediate response from civilians, so to speak. And I'm talking thousands at our station from all over the place. And this past 13 days, there's been people from everywhere, people that you wouldn't normally mix with. Did I get cut off?
Chemaine Nugent
No, you're still here.
Razor Dobbs
You're at the screen. But people that normally would not mix from all different political standpoints, from all, I mean, you name it, were shoulder to shoulder, risking their own lives trying to save people and find people. And that was, that was the, the remarkable, beautiful, one of the mark, most remarkable, beautiful things that came out of this tragedy. And, and it was, it was incredible. And, and like they're still out there right now. First responders are still out there right now, but they're, they're, there are thousands of people still out there looking and.
Chemaine Nugent
First responders have to deal with, like you said, being flooded in themselves and their own families. But you brought up a good point. If I see a car accident or something that I want to help people, I'm not going to stop and ask, are you a Republican or Democrat? I'm just going to get in there and help. And I think, unfortunately, this is where we see God in this. We are called to love one another and to help each other, no matter the race or creed or political affiliation. So powerful. Thank you guys so much for being here. We've got more for this show, so stick around. We'll be right back.
Ted Nugent

Ted Nugent
Relish the opportunity to be an outsider because it's the outsiders who change the world.
Chemaine Nugent
Perhaps you were born for such a time as this from a first responder running from danger toward danger to a pastor who's helping us all make sense of what is really going on in this world. You've heard me say it. This world is at war. It's not just physical, it's spiritual. Pastor Anthony Thomas joins us. He's the lead pastor of Tip of the Spear Church in Naples, Florida. And this man knows something about battle. He served our country in uniform before God called him to fight for souls. Here's a moment from our conversation that I think you need to hear. Take a look.
Pastor Anthony Thomas
Hello, faith and freedom warriors. Many of us are getting prepared for the new year coming right around the corner. I want to share Something with you on your divine purpose. Psalms 138, 8 says, the Lord will fulfill his purpose for me. Your steadfast love, O Lord, endures forever. Do not forsake the work of your hands. One of the sages of old through this quote with it it says, adhere to your purpose and you will soon feel as well as you ever did. On the contrary, if you falter and give up, you will lose the power of keeping any resolution and will regret it all your life. None of us want to step in the life to come full of regrets. What we want to have is know that in this life we fulfilled our God given purpose. The very reason why God placed us here for such a time as this. So I want to encourage you. We're going to pray right now. I want you to pray with me in faith. And we're going to be determined that over this next year we are going to fulfill the purpose that God has put us here for. Father, we thank you for your grace. We ask, Lord, that you would put a grace on our life to fulfill our God given purpose and destiny. Each one of us, Lord, you've put different gifts and talents. You prepared us for such a time as this in history and God, we're asking right now, Lord, we ask that you'd forgive us of any missteps we've made where we have regrets. Remove those, Lord. Redeem the time, God and bring us back into our God given purpose and destiny. We love you and we bless you in Jesus mighty name. I want to encourage you, this is going to be a great year for you. Step into your God given purpose. Don't look back, move forward. God is with you. I want to encourage you, if you want to watch any of our videos, go on tipofthespiritchurch.org or go on Rumble and put Tip of the Spirit Church, Naples, Florida. God bless you. Have a powerful and awesome new year coming up. Pastor Anthony out.
Chemaine Nugent
Amen to that. Pastor Anthony Thomas, Tip of the Spear Church. You know, we covered a lot today. From heroes to heartbreak and hope. And I thank you so much for being here for. For being on this journey here with me on faith and freedom. God gave us us laughter for a reason. So you know what time it is. I always have to end the show with something to make you smile. Take a look.
Russell Brand

I hope you enjoyed those as much as I did. I especially love the senior dog. I mean, I have to remind myself when I see Sadie, she just turned 10 and she has had trouble walking. She's had severe arthritis for probably five years and the get. Uncle Ted's supplements have really helped her. She's still hanging in there. And I have to remind myself when she doesn't come right away. You know, Jackson, our. Our puppy Labrador is a year and a half now. He. You cannot wear him out. It's. It's absolutely incredible. While we're driving in the four wheeler, he will. In fact, I should be filming some of these things and sharing them on my funny pet videos. Why don't I do that? It's a reminder. I will. But he'll get out, he'll start crying and whining and like he wants to get out and get out while we're driving. Ted will slow down a little bit and he'll jump out and we have to floor it to catch up with him. He's just amazing. But I have to remind myself when Sadie's not doing that it's okay. And I have made it a point. I promised myself that I'm never going to walk by her without petting her. She lays down a lot. She puts her head down a lot. And it. You know, we just love these guys. And if I want to encourage you to love on your pets as well, you know, God gave them to us for a reason. I pray over my pets all the time, every day. And because God created them, they're. They're his creatures as well.
Gary Brecka
Right?
Russell Brand
Right.
Chemaine Nugent

And I share all of my tips and tricks with you in abundantly well. And if you want to know my story, really about why I'm here talking to you right now, having this podcast, Faith and Freedom. Unreal America's Voice. I'm so grateful, but it's really because I became a seeker when doctors couldn't help me. And I was diagnosed with having pre emphysema and I didn't smoke. I was once named Detroit's most physical female. I served on the Michigan Governor's Council for Physical Fitness, Health and Sports. I had my own aerobic studio. I was teaching 12 to 15 high intensity aerobics classes per week. And yet I was rushed to the ER many times for debilitating migraines and even heart attack symptoms. And no doctors could give me any answers. So I had to figure it out by myself. And this was 20 years ago. Nobody was talking about toxic mold. I had my house tested and of course, you know, God bless, there are some good remediators out there, but unfortunately there are some that aren't. And 20 years ago, nobody was talking about toxic mold. So I had to become my own investigative sleuth. And I share my story all with you in my book, Killer House that is available on Amazon both Abundantly well and Killer House are available on Amazon.com and if you want to hear more about and find out more about faith and freedom and wellness, go to my website, Shamane Nugent Rocks. But if you're not getting your sleep, if you're not eating properly, might be eating too many cookies and cakes and drink a little bit too much, you don't feel good. So we gotta reset.
