Late night just got dangerous. After Hours with your host, Alex Stein starts right now.
Alex Stein
Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, welcome to After Hours with Alex Stein, right here on Real America's Voice. And we got a great episode for you this Monday evening. We got a lot to talk about. We got my attorney, John Gross, coming on to talk about a serious First Amendment lawsuit, all because somebody sent a strongly worded email to their town council. That's right. And now they're facing criminal charges. So we got attorney on to come and talk about that. He's also representing the person in that lawsuit. And we're talking about Chud the builder, who is going viral for being an open racist. But I guess in this attention economy that we're living in, it seems like he's actually having a pretty successful career, except for the fact that he got arrested. But before we get into all that, we got to talk about what is on everybody's mind, what is on everybody's feed. That's right. Somebody on a cruise ship spent a little too much time at the buffet. And I guess they must have made love to a rat or ate a rat or ate rat poop or something. Something to do with a rat. I don't know if they stuck a rat up there. You know what? I don't know if they were just bringing a rat from their house on there to feed to their snake. I don't know what's going on, but apparently we have the next pandemic lurking in the water like a shark just trying to find when it can attack us. That's right. The hantavirus Guys, the hantavirus is here. I've been telling you that they're gonna do a pandemic 2.0. They're gonna do this again. They love the shutdown. Well, guess what, guys? I was right. And now they're trying to say that this hantavirus is no big deal. But let me tell you something. Just like the pandemic, when they said the pandemic was a big deal, what did I tell you to do? Don't believe them. Now they're trying to say the hantavirus isn't a big deal. Well, let me tell you something. The hantavirus probably is dangerous. It's probably from a rat. It's probably going to kill you. And it's probably very scary. But with all that being said, let's see what the officials at the WHO are saying about the hantavirus. Saw it, number one, as all of you are aware, last night. With the coordination of multiple federal agencies and in partnership with state officials, HHS supported the Department of State in a safe repatriation of 18 US citizens from the MV Hondias. Part of the decision was to make sure that they preserve space within the biocontainment unit here to make sure there's adequate care for anyone who might need it among the other passengers. Other patients were. Sorry. Passengers were flown to Atlanta for further assessment and care there. And let me be clear.
John Gross (Attorney)
Let me be crystal clear.
Alex Stein
The risk of hantavirus to the general public remains very, very low.
John Gross (Attorney)
The Andes variant of this virus does
Alex Stein
not spread easily and it requires prolonged close contact with someone who is already symptomatic. Now, the reason that this is very near and dear to my heart, because I also once got a virus on a cruise ship. I got chlamydia on a Carnival cruise ship about four years ago. And it was very embarrassing. And I had to tell my wife at the time. I got it from her. It's from her boyfriend. But long story short, it was just embarrassing because I didn't know she had it. But what the people are going through right now with the hantavirus, it's incredibly scary. And now they're being quarantined where the CDC's headquarters is in Atlanta. So let's get an update from the governor of Atlanta, Brian Kemp, talking about the patients that are being quarantined with the hantavirus.
Brian Kemp (Governor of Georgia)
We're doing like we've done in the past with COVID 19. If you remember, we took patients and our fellow Georgians off of cruise ships at Dobbins Air Force Base. The Georgia National Guard, the local folks up in Cobb, and people like at Emory, Dr. Toomey's team, CDC. I mean, we're as prepared as any state in the country to do this. And it's just the right thing to do. I mean, you think if you were one of those passengers that was stranded, especially if you were from Georgia, you would want your state to come to your aid. And that's exactly what we're going to do.
Alex Stein
Well, I'm happy that the state of Georgia is being proactive, but at the same exact time, to me this feels like more trauma based mind control. They want to scare us. They want to make us think that there's some sort of super virus that's out there that's going to come and get you, when in reality we have a lot of more serious problems pressing all of us. I mean, the fact that we have an affordability crisis, the fact that we're in a world war with Iran, the fact that, you know, everybody's trying to turn your child into a homosexual, transgender. But guess what, none of that matters because we got a new virus coming your way. So you better get the vax and you better get the hantavirus vaccine which they are developing now. I want to play this clip now. This is from the who. Officials on Fox News recommends people actually quarantine for up to 42 days. 42 days.
Darnell (College Campus Debate Participant)
Who's got time for that?
Alex Stein
Let's hear what they have to about it.
Various Announcements/Comments
Our recommendations are that everyone who goes back to their home country is followed up with active follow up for 42 days. This would include checks, health checks by authorities and either be quarantined at home or quarantined in a medical facility.
Alex Stein
Now we do have some good news coming out of the Trump administration. Donald Trump was pressed about is he regretful that he left the World Health Organization now that the hantavirus is coming for all of our kids? He gave a great answer. Let's play it. What do you think about the handling
Donald Trump Interviewer/Interjector
of the Hunter virus by the U.S. i think fine.
Woman Threatening Trump (Viral Video)
Do you regret withdrawing from the WHO given that?
Alex Stein
No.
Donald Trump Interviewer/Interjector
I'm glad. So we were paying the World Health Organization $500 million a year. Look, it's a lot of money, but in the overall scope it's not that much. But it's a lot of money and we weren't being treated well and they were making the wrong diagnoses. I was the one that said it came from Wuhan. They didn't say that. They refused to say that because they were Totally owned by China. So I was saying it came from Wuhan. They didn't want to say that. Now it's turned out, I think it's conclusive that it came from Wuhan, but I said that on the first day.
Alex Stein
Now, don't misinterpret what Donald Trump is saying. There he is calling the World Health Organization a bunch of liars and thieves. Thieves for taking our money and lying about the origins of COVID So I'm excited that Donald Trump is not playing their reindeer games because it seems like without the American dollar supporting this sort of trauma based mind control into scaring you into being afraid of the hantavirus, it looks like they're not making it as a big deal, as, as big a deal as they normally would. Now, when it comes to the hantavirus, I just want to tell you guys this. Yes, viruses are real. Yes, you can get sick. And yes, if you have a bunch of comorbidities, the likelihood of getting a serious virus and dying is obviously exponentially higher. But if you are a healthy individual, if you're a young individual, the likelihood of you getting any virus, whether it's sars, mers, hiv, believe it or not, hiv, you can actually take a bunch of medicine and get your, you know, blood count, white blood cells to a normal ratio. My point is this. You're probably going to be okay. If you are a morbidly obese lesbian that is on a bunch of different SSRIs and you're already taking poor care of yourself, then the likelihood of you getting the hantavirus and dying is much higher. So remember, do not let the people in charge scare you into taking some sort of hantavirus vaccine without long term testing. Because that's what they do. They have to use fear. It's called problem reaction solution. The solution is always a vaccine that happens to be free. And not only is it free, if you get the vaccine, you get a free hamburger, you get a free hot dog. And if you think I'm kidding, let's play this clip of Mayor de Blasio in New York City saying, if you get the vaccine, you get some free fries. Gonna help us out. And did you say free fries when you get vaccinated? I got vaccinated. You're saying I could get this, eat delicious fries. Wait a minute.
After Hours Host/Announcer
But there's also a burger element to this. Let me check with Bill Nedart.
Alex Stein
Is it too early in the day to eat a burger? This could be breakfast. Okay, now obviously that clip is very comical out of context. Or even with context. But remember, that is how much they value your life. They will give you an experimental vaccine and you are the guinea pig to see if it works, to see what the side effects are, to see if it's even, you know, culturally appropriate, See if the vibes are good. Because that's part of this, too, is that they're just doing these hantavirus, you know, vaccines to see, oh, will they take the next COVID virus vaccine? Will they take Corona 2.0 vaccine? They're always adding a new vaccine and it's always some sort of social experiment to see who will play ball. So let me tell you this. This is how much they value your life. They know that if they give a million people a vaccine that there is going to be a percentage that has side effects. But they feel like if they offer you a cheeseburger and french fries that are valued at $12.74 from your average steak and shake or shake shack, that is what they value. Your Life less than $13. They think you'll just take anything. Here's a hamburger. Take it. Shove this needle in your arm and shut up and eat your hamburger. Let me tell you something. You're better than the free hamburger. You're better than the experimental vaccine. Do not fall for the propaganda. This is going to be some sort of social experiment, and I do not want you to be the guinea pig. So I'm begging you. I am. I'm just begging you. Not on my knees. I'm sitting down for this. Do not fall for their trap. This is what they do. They always need another crisis to exploit us. And Hillary Clinton said it best. Never let a disaster go to waste. And this is another disaster. Then they're not going to go let wasted on a bunch of nonsense. They're going to test the vaccine. They're going to make you feel scared, and you're probably going to get the vaccine that's going to turn you into a homosexual. So allegedly, speculatively, I'm not a doctor, so, you know, I don't. I'm not giving you medical advice, but I know a lot of people that got the antivirus vaccine. The next thing you know, they were stripping at a gay strip club. So that's all I know from my experience. Yeah, that's true. All right, guys, coming up next, we got my attorney, John Gross, who is representing a guy that is being criminally. The. He's on trial criminally because he sent a mean email.
Darnell (College Campus Debate Participant)
I don't even know how to describe it. It's insane.
Alex Stein
Reality Stranger than Fiction. That's coming up after the break.

After Hours Host/Announcer
Welcome back to After HOURS on Real America's Voice.
Alex Stein
Thank you so much for joining us on Real America's Voice. You're watching After Hours with Alex Stein. Now, my next guest is my personal attorney. Him and I have fought some serious legal battles. We've sued Dallas county, we've sued Las Vegas, we've sued New York City, we've sued Plano, Texas. We've won about four out of five lawsuits. And we have some more coming down the pipe that we can't even talk about right this minute. But I wanted to bring John on because he has a court case in Michigan that should scare all of us. There is a guy by the name of Mark Asen who just wrote a strongly worded email to his town council. And because of that email, because the councilman felt like they were threatened that now Mark has been held in jail for almost two years before his trial. And I have John right here to talk about this horrible court case. And he was actually trying the case today. So, John, can you give us a little backstory on what's going on and why you're in Michigan? And thank you for joining us.
John Gross (Attorney)
I'll tell you that the judge threatened to throw me in jail today because I'm not surprised.
Alex Stein
I'm not surprised. Is it because you're Jewish? Was it a Muslim judge? Is that why? Was it a Taliban judge? No comment.
John Gross (Attorney)
But, but she.
Darnell (College Campus Debate Participant)
You're in Michigan.
Alex Stein
Wait, wait, wait. Time out, John. Is that what you said? No comment. Because you are in Michigan where there probably are a bunch of Muslim judges. Wait, was I right? Did I sniff that out?
John Gross (Attorney)
Alex, I'm not saying this with exaggeration. I'm saying this with total seriousness. And, and everybody should be terrified. I advise you not to go to Michigan because you can be arrested for your speech in Michigan. It is illegal if in the state of Michigan to, to criticize a public official, to do what you do at the town council meetings, you could be locked up because the Michigan law says that it's not about the objective nature of your comments. It's about the subjective feeling of the public official. So if they feel frightened, harassed, molested, terrorized, or one more word, I forget which one it is, then if they feel any of those things, then the cops can arrest you. And in the case of Mark Azen, he sent the email from Massachusetts. He doesn't even live in Michigan. He hasn't lived in Michigan for years and years. But he sent it to his hometown. And they arrested him in Massachusetts, extradited him and held him two and a half years before trial.
Alex Stein
And so you tried the case today. What was the argument from the prosecution? What were they saying? And then what was your rebuttal to them?
John Gross (Attorney)
So the case was tried today and. Right. I literally just came back from the courthouse because the jury went out to deliberate and basically jury was instructed and tomorrow they're going to come back to deliberate. And it's going to be one of two things. Either thank God, he's going to be let go because they're going to say this is ridiculous, or the alternative, we don't have a country and we're done. So basically what happened was Mark Asen is a Jewish guy who lives in Massachusetts who feels very strongly about LGBT issues. He thinks that Big Brother, Big Sister programs that put young children with gay people or whatever, he thinks we should be suspect of that. And he speaks out about that. That's his political belie. So he wrote very strongly worded email to a public official and the public official said basically he felt scared and terrorized. And he didn't just send it to that official, he didn't put it on Twitter or anything that would have been. He would get the death penalty for that. Apparently. He just sent an email and he cc'd the entire town council and a whole bunch of like media organizations. And now the guy's. Another guy's still in jail. He's in jail right now and we're waiting for a verdict.
Alex Stein
And what is he looking if he gets found guilty, what kind of sentence is he looking at?
John Gross (Attorney)
So how crazy is this? It's a two year felony, but every time you do this, there's an enhancer that. In Michigan, they have another law that says if you used a computer to commit a crime, and a computer is anything, it's like anything that has electronics or algorithm or you can use a phone. Even if you're acquitted of the underlying crime, as long as you use the computer, you can get four years and the judge can give it consecutively. So he faces six years in jail,
Alex Stein
all because he sent a strongly worded email saying that he doesn't like this Big brother, big sister club that prioritizes LGBTQ AI mentors, which I think used the word F word.
John Gross (Attorney)
He used the F word. I want to read just so people don't think I'm kidding, because, well, maybe he was threatening. He was very clear at the end of this because he's an intelligent guy and he knows what the First Amendment is. So he wrote that this politician who's ratting him, I'm going to say his name because he made himself public. His name is Michael Shostak. He's in Bloomfield Township, Michigan. And he's the one who's behind all this. And he's the victim, quote, unquote. And so this guy wrote Michael Showstack. So then Michael Shostak, he sent the guy a cease and desist letter from his official. From his official email. And I'll read that in a minute. You'll see how terrifying that is. But he says Michael Shostak is now threatening people as the township treasurer. He has gone too far and has to be stopped. Oh, so that might be a threat. He has to be stopped. So he writes the way to stop him is to remove him from office so he can no longer use it as a cudgel. So that's how he ends it. He says that, I just want this guy to be out of office. So they say there were two phrases that he used. At one point he says, if this doesn't stop, there will be hell to pay. And then he said, if they don't stop this, they will have no peace. So he said, no justice, no peace. Essentially, those were the two phrases that they said that the jury can construe as true threats. Physical harm.
Alex Stein
Wow. You think the threshold for actually getting arrested for some sort of felony threat would actually be, I'm going to blank you. Blank you. Blank you. You know, I'm talking about an actual threat, not just saying, oh, you need to stop. This needs to be the end. So, John, what happens if he gets found guilty? Does this set a precedent in Michigan that they're gonna start going back and retroactively going after people that might have reported email?
John Gross (Attorney)
No, the precedent is set because they can arrest you. It doesn't matter if the jury acquits him tomorrow. They took two and a half years away from his life. I mean, that's. That's done. So he walks away tomorrow, he's acquitted then. Whoops, sorry.
Alex Stein
Well, we're gonna have you give us an update tomorrow. Now, I want to talk a little bit about our relationship. John, you have helped me out so much. We've sued countless jurisdictions, and, you know, we've had a lot of victories. Plano, New York City. But one thing I do want to say is that I am worried about the First Amendment. I do feel like it's under attack, and I'm happy that you were able to find me because you were crazy and Guys, let me tell you something. John is one of the best attorneys. He happens to be Jewish, which is great. That's what you need. If you're gonna hire an attorney, you want to hire a Jewish one. So, John, are there other people that you've helped out besides me? I know Cassidy Campbell. But I guess, tell us, if somebody's out there, they're looking for an attorney, they've gotten in trouble. How can they find you? And how can you help them like you helped me?
John Gross (Attorney)
I mean, the best way to find me probably is on X at Jon Gross. I also have a law firm website, Jonathan GrossLaw.com
Alex Stein
and John actually used to be in the. It was in the Department of Justice. Now, we don't need to get too deep into that. You're going to come on and give us an expose on that. I don't know how much you want to trash the Department of Justice, but I know that your time there was not great, to say the least. Right. Because it seems like the DOJ doesn't want to investigate the doj.
John Gross (Attorney)
I'm gonna tell you right now, and I'll say this. Go to my X page. The country needs to be outraged. And now's the chance to make sure that we get a good attorney general. And it's not Todd Blanche. Todd Blanche was a lifelong Democrat who was an Obama era prosecutor. And he was in the Southern District of New York, 2016. He was a Democrat in 2020. He became a Republican magically, after Trump paid him millions of dollars for a stunning loss on all 34 counts in New York. And he's an institutional guy, establishment. He wants to protect the system. We need an outsider for attorney general. And if we get one, then we could have great change in this country. If we don't get one, then it's gonna be more of the same.
Alex Stein
Well, that's what I was hoping. I was hoping Trump was gonna appoint the Attorney general from Texas, Ken Paxton, as the country's Attorney general. And I know he is a guy that's actually based in reality. He's definitely, you know, conservative. But it doesn't seem like that's an actual possibility because he's in a very tight race with John Cornyn for Senator of Texas or in a primary race for it. And I just, I don't know who else is potentially going to do a better job than Todd Blanche. I mean, who else is harmeet? I mean, who else would you rec. You could pick anybody to be the Attorney general.
John Gross (Attorney)
Somebody we've never heard of, somebody who is Not a podcaster, Somebody who doesn't care. Somebody preferably older and already done with their career. And somebody who hates the system and hates all the people in the system. All the people that you mentioned are people who've been in the system for a long time. They maybe have, like, an issue here or there with the system, but ultimately they like it because their life's work has been the system, and they, they love it. We need somebody who understands that our criminal justice system is so broken in this country, it needs to be really audited and people need to be freed. There are people who are in prison right now. People are under indictment right now. People are paying endless restitution for their whole lives right now. They're Brandon Felds for life right now. And it's because of these evil prosecutors who use these tactics to destroy people's lives that are completely unfair. So we need a attorney general who is going to turn the guns inward and really go after the system itself.
Alex Stein
It sounds good. I hope Donald Trump appoints somebody that's willing to do that. Now, I know Pam Bondi did a horrible job, especially with all the Epstein files. So I guess this is my question to you, John. America, it seems like we're in a really tough time. If the midterms don't go very well, how do you foresee 2028 going? Do you see it going to the Democrats, or do you think that it'll stay conservative after everything that's happened over the, the past two to four years?
John Gross (Attorney)
Todd Blanch, that you just brought it up is that if you didn't like Pam Bondi, then you don't like Todd Blanche because he was running the show as the deputy while she was there. But in terms of 2028, President Trump was an anomaly. He was once in a thousand years. We're never going to have something like that ever again where we have somebody who was the, the victim of weaponization that could understand what regular Americans are going through. So if President Trump doesn't do it, then whether it's a Republican or Democrat in 2028, I don't think that there's going to be another opportunity to make these sweeping reforms, these historic reforms that only President Trump can make.
Alex Stein
Well, we got to put the pressure on Trump because we need all of these legal reforms to happen. Now. John, before you go, we got a big court case you and I are involved in coming up. We can't, you can't tell anybody, but just guys, be on the lookout. Everybody go follow John on X. And how else. Can they support you, John?
John Gross (Attorney)
They can support me just by giving the American people the presumption of innocence and being skeptical of the government and the criminal justice system. And if they do that, then we have a chance.
Alex Stein
Well, thank you, John. We're going to talk to you very soon and we'll get a update on how the court case ends up going tomorrow. I hope you guys win. And if not, that is a serious attack on our First Amendment and free speech and just, you know, the whole entire system overall.
John Gross (Attorney)
I agree. I agree.
Alex Stein
All right. All right, guys. Coming up next, we got to talk about this guy, Chud the Builder. He's going viral for just basically antagonizing African Americans by calling them the N word. I don't love it. I don't like it. But it is kind of interesting. I mean, it is very viral. We're going to get into it. That's coming up next after the break.

You're watching After Hours with Alex Stein right here on Real America's Voice. And guys, we gotta talk about this young man named Dalton Etherly, or the public knows him, Chud the Builder. Now, you might ask yourself, who is Chud the Builder? I don't know who that is. I've never heard of that guy. Well, this young man is going viral for antagonizing African Americans on the streets for calling them the N word. That's right. He uses racial slurs to antagonize African Americans to get them to react and basically crash out. And the entire thing is filmed and he posted online and believe it or not, he's starting to gain a lot of traction because people like to see this sort of content. Now, personally, I don't agree with the message that he's saying, and I don't think that he should be saying that message to strangers on the street just trying to antagonize them for no reason. But the media person in me is going to find this story very interesting because I know that it's going to have a tragic ending. Now, I don't want Dalton, AKA Chud the Builder to ever get hurt. But if you're going to go around black communities and use the N word, the likelihood of you getting hurt is high and I don't want that to happen. So I feel like I'm an investor at the ground level and I want to know who this guy is. I want to see his villain arc to see where things actually end up. Now, Dalton was arrested in Nashville, Tennessee this weekend after going live at a restaurant called Bob's Steak and Chop House. Which is actually originally started here in Dallas, but now it's a very established steakhouse that has locations all across America. And Chud went into this restaurant and decided to go live after ordering $400 of food. And then this is a classy steakhouse that said you can't go live. And because of that, he decided to walk out on his tab, causing the Nashville police department to search for him and find him. Now, I want to give a little context of who Chud is and what happened at this restaurant. So let's play SOT6. This is Chud at Bob Steak and Chop House getting kicked out for live streaming.
Chud the Builder

Yeah, but you made a comment about.
Alex Stein
About you can't turn off the server until you're home.
Chud the Builder
Yeah.
VRBO Sponsor
So you're gonna have to go ahead and do that.
Alex Stein
I mean, we can't continue to offend everybody else.
Chud the Builder
Who are we offending?
Alex Stein
I'm sorry?
Chud the Builder
Who are we offending?
VRBO Sponsor
The people that are watching your.
Brian Kemp (Governor of Georgia)
Your stuff.
Alex Stein
Apparently, some people are.
Chud the Builder
So because they're offended by my stream,
VRBO Sponsor
we can't eat here Staring while you're here?
Brian Kemp (Governor of Georgia)
Yeah.
Alex Stein
Doesn't that make sense? No, that does make sense.
Chud the Builder
Yeah.
Alex Stein
Yeah.
Donald Trump Interviewer/Interjector
We're not going to ask.
Alex Stein
Hold on.
Chud the Builder
Why are you adrenaline. Your hand shaking?
Alex Stein
Oh, my hand's fine.
Public Podcast Sponsor
I'm good.
Alex Stein
Of course, this is a classy establishment. The average steak is about 100 bucks. And the other patrons don't want you to go live while they're trying to have a nice dinner. So now I want to play this clip. This is him actually getting physically removed from the steakhouse.
Chud the Builder
You seem kind of upset. We can leave. Hey, calm down. Why don't you go in the street? Why don't you go poop in the street? Hey, man, don't. Don't get aggressive. I mean, we'll get up and leave. Thanks for the free food.
Alex Stein
Hey, Bob's Steakhouse.
Chud the Builder
Oh, no, we're not paying. Y' all are kicking me out or are we staying?
VRBO Sponsor
No, you're paying.
Alex Stein
Are you leaving?
Chud the Builder
Oh, you think for what you got?
Alex Stein
Yeah, buddy.
Chud the Builder
I didn't get to enjoy my meal. You're kicking me out? I'm not paying for.
Alex Stein
I mean, Chud, let's just be honest. You're a little bit retarded. You're in a high class fine dining establishment, and because they asked you to leave, because you're live streaming, you're still responsible for your bill. At least the food that they served you and the drinks that you may have drank in. So for me watching this, it seems like this is a larp. He's live action role playing. He wants to act like he's Mr. Big Shot. He's going to walk in places, get kicked out, and he's not going to have to face any ramifications for his actions. Well, that's not what happened. This clip of him actually leaving the store, he finds some fans and he tells them not to eat in this restaurant. Just making the situation much worse and encouraging the manager of the steakhouse to actually get the authorities involved. Let's play it. Well, I would not eat here if
Chud the Builder
I were you, because they just kicked us out because apparently my content. I wouldn't eat there if I were
VRBO Sponsor
to leave my guests.
Chud the Builder
This guy knows me, just wanted to shake my hand because he respects America, unlike you.
Alex Stein
So he's a Nazi, a racist, and chud is a height supremacist, apparently, by calling that manager a midget. Now, this is where I'm frustrated with all of this. I believe in the first amendment. I am a free speech absolutist, and I don't think chud should be arrested for saying repugnant things. But I do think if chud is going to go to a nice restaurant and eat a bunch of food and then basically just walk out because he got kicked out, that to me is very similar to the people that dine and dash. And I think that's low class. I think that that should not be socially acceptable. And chud did the same exact thing that he likes to call out. He likes to go after people's personality defects. And I think you have a big personality defect. If you cannot pay for your tab at a nice restaurant like that and you're on a live stream, you don't want to look like a broke joke. You got to pay the bill. Now, chud has been wanted by people all across the country. African Americans have been searching for him to, try to, quote, unquote, take him out. Now, I don't encourage violence at all. And chud has become somewhat of a local legend in the Tennessee area because he lives outside of Nashville. And there are people that support him, Believe it or not, there's a lot of black people that support him, which is kind of surprising. But there's also a lot of black people that hate his guts and that want him to get the street justice that they've probably been victim to their whole life.
Woman Threatening Trump (Viral Video)
Life.
Alex Stein
But luckily for those people that want Chud to, you know, they want to see Judd's demise, they Got what they wanted because the National Police Department actually arrested Chud not for any of his racial slurs, but for dining and dashing. So a lot of people were celebrating this arrest. Let's play the clip.
Chud the Builder
There's two of them. There's another green one just like it.
Alex Stein
Right here. Yeah, they normally park right here.
Chud the Builder
This same one. What did I do? Okay, can you lock it.
Alex Stein
Now? Should the builder getting arrested for dining and dashing as well as resisting arrest without physical threat. This is just an indication of when you mess with fire, you're going to get burned. Learned when you're constantly doing low vibrational content, that low vibrational energy is going to attract you to other low vibrational situations and that is going to put you in the crosshairs of the police. And I don't think Chud has learned much from this whatsoever. He's been on Twitter kind of laughing about the situation. But I'm telling you, Chud, as a person that doesn't hate you, I don't think that you're an evil person. I don't think what you're doing is necessarily great for society. But I do find some of it, I guess, a little bit, bit entertaining. I'm just telling you that every single time that you go out there and you say something racist to a random person, you're playing with fire. And you don't know which one of those people are going to be having a horrible day and they're going to have a gun and they're going to potentially shoot you and you're going to die and it's going to cause some sort of race war in this country. All for nothing. All for clicks on the Internet. You seem like you're a nice guy, seems like you're well spoken. I think there is a way that you could antagonize people by being a little more clever instead of being so tacky and by calling people the N word, you're always going to lose that argument. Like I said earlier, I don't think that your speech should be limited at all. I'm not going to sit here and be a grammar cop and be like, you can't say that. You can't say that, but just know that words have power. And the more that you say something, you're going to potentially say it to the wrong person and you're going to catch a stray that you did not expect to catch. And Chud at all times is strapped with a gun and bear mace. So you might feel like you're protected, but there's going to be somebody that's strung out on fentanyl, that's strung out on crystal methamphetamine, that has nothing to lose. And you're going to say something to them that they're going to take very offensive and they're going to potentially injure life. And I really hope that does not happen. But you can just see the energy from everybody in America talking about this. Right now you're on cloud nine. You're getting a lot of super chats, you're getting thousands of viewers on your live stream. But all of that doesn't matter if you're in a casket six feet under the ground. So I'm begging you, please, use your brain, pick and choose your battles. And because you're going and you're trying to be as edgy as possible, you're not thinking, you're leaving high class restaurants and not paying your bill. And because of that, it's causing you legal ramifications that you're probably not just going to be able to hand wave and act like it's not deal. A big, big deal. You're gonna have to go back to Nashville, you're gonna have to go back to court, you're gonna have to hire an attorney, you're gonna have to post a bond, all because you want to call random black people the N word. To me, it seems stupid. It seems dumb. I think there is a better way that you can prioritize your content that still has a strong first Amendment free speech message while also not putting yourself in an incredibly dangerous situation that will likely end up getting you killed. So, chud, this is not, this is not me trying to, you know, rain on your parade. I know you're on a little parade right now, your white power hour parade. I'm just telling you from a person that has been assaulted at a lot of protests, from a person that has said a lot of crazy things at a lot of city council meetings and to people at all across the world, Sometimes I can go too far. And chud, it seems like you might be going too far. So just pump the brakes, check yourself before you wreck yourself. And I think you can get this train back on the tracks. All right, guys, coming up next, we got a lot to talk about. Donald Trump was threatened to be killed by a crazy lady that has no teeth. It's an insane video. And that's coming up after the break.

Thank you guys so much much for staying up late. You're watching after hours on Real America's Voice. And I know you always ask this every episode. Alex, how do you have so much energy? It's late at night. I'm about to go to bed. Well guess what guys, this is my secret. It's called Soldier Fuel. It is a five calorie zero sugar energy drink that will keep you going all night long. If you guys want to support Rav, you Want to support me? You want to support Soldier Fuel? Go to buy soldier fuel.com it's also available on Amazon.com and if you order some, you film yourself chugging it and making a cool video, and you upload it to soldierfuel.com challenge. We're going to play the best videos on the show, and we'll send you a free case of Soldier Fuel. So you can't beat that deal. So, guys, go support Soldier Fuel. And part of the proceeds goes to actually help our military veterans. So it's a good company that's actually helping Americans not just on the battlefield, but off the battlefield. Love that. All right, guys, now we got to talk about Primetime 99. You know, I had a great, great semester speaking to a lot of young individuals on college campuses all across the United States for Turning Point usa. I'm actually kind of sad that the semester is over because this is. It's one of my favorite things to do. And you're like, alec, why do you like to do that? So much yelling and screaming with college kids. Doesn't that get tiring? Well, it is tiring, but it's cool to see the college campuses and it's cool to actually talk to young people and see what's on their mind because they are the best litmus test to kind of understand what's going on in the world. Because college kids can tune out or tune in to what is actually popular, not just amongst their peers, but what is really cool. What's hip. That sounds kind of weird, but I mean, let's just be real. I'm starting to be the unk in the room, so I need to go to these college campuses so I know what the kids are interested in. But oftentimes I go on these campuses and sometimes the kids are very triggered that I'm on campus. They can't even have a conversation with me whatsoever. And I feel like that's the opposite of what I'm do trying to trying to do. I'm trying to go on these campuses and I'm trying to have a spirited debate or dialogue so that we can find some sort of middle ground. Now this clip is starting to go viral on Instagram and Twitter all because this guy doesn't want to find any middle ground. All he wants to do is name call and just go after me and a bunch of ad hominem attacks and there are quote unquote debate. But the reason that I want to play this clip is because I think the ending is the most important, important part. You'll see at the end of this very contentious quote unquote debate, you'll see that we dap each other up and we say, hey, we're friends. So for the people that might be triggered by some of the language that we're using with each other, remember, this is all in fun and games and sometimes with different cultures, you have to speak to them different to kind of get on their level. So I know that this clip might be shocking for some, but I think it's important that we all see that even if we can't communicate with somebody, even if we can't understand the words that they're saying, we can all find some middle ground in the end. Even after saying some of the most heinous and disgusting and rude things you can say to another person. Let's play the clip. I don't even want to debate with your way. I just want to check your ass on God. Like, what's up my retired airplane driver looking at mine Dumpster juice cologne. Wearing that.
Darnell (College Campus Debate Participant)
I'm check your ass.
Alex Stein
You're trying to check me, dude, look how ratchet you look.
Darnell (College Campus Debate Participant)
You came to grow those. Dude, you're the most rash here. Dude, you're the most rashy guy here. Your looks nappy as hell. I know you're ashy as hell too. I know you're ashy. I know you're ashy. I know you got a bigger nose than me. Look at your nose. You got Michael Irving nose.
Alex Stein
I know. Potter knows Michael Irving Potter.
Darnell (College Campus Debate Participant)
My daddy look nice, dude, you got the biggest nose in this whole place. You can. And I like cheeseburgers. You like cheeseburgers too?
Donald Trump Interviewer/Interjector
Hamburgers for all.
Darnell (College Campus Debate Participant)
Maybe if we could understand what you're
Alex Stein
saying, they would laugh more. But
Darnell (College Campus Debate Participant)
I would be the sexiest men
Alex Stein
on this campus right now.
Darnell (College Campus Debate Participant)
Look at you. Look at your money. You got that?
Alex Stein
Where'd you get that?
Darnell (College Campus Debate Participant)
Which food bank did they give you guys where? Say potato face.
Alex Stein
Say.
Darnell (College Campus Debate Participant)
Oh, God.
Alex Stein
And what. And what do you look like?
Darnell (College Campus Debate Participant)
Call me ugly. You know I'm a sexy man.
Alex Stein
I'm considered one of the sexiest men in conservative politics.
Darnell (College Campus Debate Participant)
See, this is what black. This is what a black guy does.
Alex Stein
He can't have an.
Darnell (College Campus Debate Participant)
You gotta come here. I know. I'm just saying you said way more racist stuff than me, but you're just crashing out.
Alex Stein
I don't.
Darnell (College Campus Debate Participant)
Now you're making fun of black people. You're the racist. It's not racist. Ugly. Okay, you keep calling me ugly. You got stains on your shirt. You got those criminal air force. Those are probably, yeah. You even play football? Dude, quit talking about people's noses, dude. I mean your nose. Listen, I love it.
Alex Stein
I just wish I could understand anything you're saying. I wish you could speak English.
Darnell (College Campus Debate Participant)
You can check me. It's all love.
Alex Stein
It's all love. It's all good. It's all good. You notice how we finished that whole interaction? We're dapping each other up. We're friends. But I couldn't understand one of his insults, except for, I think, potato face. And you know what? That's a pretty good insult because I like a lot of french fries. I do have a head that's shaped similar to Mr. Potato. So I think that was actually a pretty good dig. But the reason that I want to also play that clip is that we have. Oh, look at my. Mr. Potato Head activated. Let's see if we can activate Mr. Potato Head. Look at this Mr.
Darnell (College Campus Debate Participant)
Potato Head.
Alex Stein
He's right about that. So, Darnell, I just want to say I'm so excited that you actually came up to the mic. I know that I couldn't understand one word that you said, but if you guys enjoyed that spirited debate, we're going to have that episode for you guys this Friday. The entire hour long debate uncensored, right here on Real America's Voice. And you can actually see some other people get really mad. They even get get more mad at the potato brain. So trust me, you guys do not want to miss that. Now we got to talk about something that is definitely related to what we just showed. Political violence is at an all time high right now. Not just with the assassination of Charlie Kirk, but you saw Savannah Hernandez was brutally assaulted at a protest. I've been assaulted at a protest. Not trying to make it about myself, but I'm just saying from my personal experience, the left always seems to want to be violent because they don't want to actually have any dialogue. They don't want to have a conversation. And when they run out of words, they use their fists. Now, this is a very scary, deranged, mentally ill woman calling for the assassination of Donald Trump. And not only does she want to kill Donald Trump, she also wants to take out Donald Trump's immediate family. His son Baron, specifically. Let's play this clip.
Woman Threatening Trump (Viral Video)
Children of the Rose, I have ordered you to speak the truth. It is time for the whistlebill blowers to start whistling and screaming the truth. Mr. Trump. I will assassinate you. Wear a piece. Get ready, Mr. Trump. Every day you play this game, I will eliminate one of your family members that will be A proven fact. Last warning. Trump Baron will be executed. For every day you play the scam, I will eliminate one of your family. And that is the truth.
Alex Stein
FBI, open up. I mean, the FBI better be on there. Cash Patel better be knocking on her door tonight. And that woman looks like a wicked wicked witch and she's probably using Santeria and cursing us. So I know that we all want to laugh and be like, oh, that's just some toothless crackhead. Could be more than that. She could be an actual witch and is using some sort of supernatural power to take out the president. So it seems like it's all fun and games, but to me is pretty nasty. Now, guys, I'm Primetime 99. Alex. I'm. I love to go to the club. I love to go to music festivals. But this clip is going viral because this person is one of the biggest losers I've ever seen. At the Rolling Loud Festival this weekend, a guy is going viral for throwing a trash can into a crowd of people. Let's play the clip. This is why we definitely need stronger immigration laws. Because when kids are on fentanyl, they think it's a good idea to throw a 30lb plastic trash can into a group of people. Now, luckily, nobody was seriously injured. I think one person did have to go to the hospital, but it was because they were overdosing on Molly. So it was the ecstasy, it wasn't the trash can. Thankfully, the guy that threw it is not in any legal trouble, but he should be socially shamed for that sort of immature behavior. And if you're at the festival, I'm there to vibe, not get hit with a trash can. All right, guys, we got a great event coming up. This Memorial Day, Primetime 99, Alex Stein and the rest of the RAV crew will be in Dallas, Texas for the Celebrate Freedom event right here at Marty B's in the Metroplex. Let's play the promo.

Alex’s Take on the “Next Pandemic”
Officials’ Statements on Hantavirus
Political Skepticism & Vaccine Commentary
On Public Response and Social Manipulation
"Remember, do not let the people in charge scare you into taking some sort of hantavirus vaccine without long term testing... The solution is always a vaccine that happens to be free. And not only is it free, if you get the vaccine, you get a free hamburger, you get a free hot dog."
— Alex Stein [11:34]
[17:18–29:36]
The Case Overview
Attorney’s Perspective
Details of the Alleged Threat
Legal and Free Speech Concerns
Systemic Warnings
"If President Trump doesn't do it, then whether it's a Republican or Democrat in 2028... we're never going to have something like that ever again... to make these sweeping reforms."
— John Gross [28:30]
“You want to hire a Jewish one. So, John, are there other people that you've helped out besides me?”

Dangerous Rhetoric: Threats Against Trump
Rolling Loud Festival Incident
On Pandemic Panic:
“Never let a disaster go to waste. And this is another disaster.” — Alex Stein [13:29]
On First Amendment Danger:
“Everybody should be terrified. I advise you not to go to Michigan because you can be arrested for your speech in Michigan.” — John Gross [18:46]
On Viral Racism:
“He’s a Nazi, a racist, and chud is a height supremacist, apparently, by calling that manager a midget.” — Alex Stein [37:32]
On Debate Culture:
“Even after saying some of the most heinous and disgusting and rude things you can say to another person, you’ll see that we dap each other up and we say, hey, we’re friends.” — Alex Stein [51:34]
Throughout, Alex Stein employs a sarcastic, confrontational, and often irreverent tone—balancing satire, pop culture references, and socio-political commentary. The dialogue jumps from serious warnings about institutional overreach and free speech to crass humor and internet meme culture.
This episode offers a cross-section of current American political anxiety and viral culture—from warnings about media-driven health panics and First Amendment jurisprudence, to commentary on the rise of provocative internet “villains.” The consistent throughline is free speech—its defense, its limits, and its social consequences, both legal and cultural.
Listeners are left with strong cautions about government overreach, institutional rot, and the perils of living (and streaming) on the social-media edge.
