He certainly denies any criminal wrongdoing, but nonetheless is being accused of several different varieties of sexual misconduct, even going as severe as a criminal investigation in New York that has been opened by the district attorney there from an incident in 2024, an alleged incident.

That's the mark of the devil, you know, your parents, sir, your driver's license, whatever your personal health information. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily. We're here live in real America's voice. Washington D.C. today's 4-13-2026 Anno Domini just had the opportunity, very honored, to be able to attend an impromptu event at the White House just outside the Oval Office. And people have seen videos of this going around of a doordash grandma getting to deliver some McDonald's to the Oval Office to President Trump and talk about her refund that she's going to be receiving this year. Much bigger refund because of no tax on tips, as well as others. Wanted to also play. President Trump also got to ask about his recent spat with Pope Leo. Let's play that now, guys. That's one.
Interviewer / Questioner
Did you post that picture of yourself depicted as Jesus Christ?
Donald Trump
Well, it wasn't depicted. It was me. I did post it and I thought it was me as a doctor. Doctor and had to do with Red Cross, as a Red Cross worker there, which we support. And I said, how did they come up with that? It's supposed to be me as a doctor making people better. And I do make people better in
Martha Stewart
support to you and your policies.
Interviewer / Questioner
She now says you owe Pope Leo an apology. Will you apologize?
Donald Trump
No, I don't. Because Pope Leo said things that are wrong. He was very much against what I'm doing with, with regard to Iran. And you cannot have a nuclear Iran. Pope Leo would not be happy with the end result. You have hundreds of millions of people dead, and it's not going to happen. So I can't. I think he's very weak on crime and other things. So I'm not. I mean, he, he went public. I'm just responding to Pope Leo. And, you know, his brother is a big MAGA person and he's a great guy, Louis. And I said, I like Louis better than I like the Pope. Now you have to have law and order in our country, and that's what we have now. We have the lowest crime numbers we've had in a long time, despite the fact that many criminals were allowed into our country. But we've gotten a lot of them out. We've done a great job on crime. So we have the lowest murder rate in 125 years, since 1900, the lowest murder rate. So we believe strongly in law and order. And he, he seemed to have a problem with that. So there's nothing to apologize for. He's wrong. The other thing is he didn't like what we're doing with respect to Iran. But Iran is a. Wants to be a nuclear nation so they can exterminate the world. Not going to happen.
Jack Posobiec
All right, so we are back on human events. So there you have it. President Trump responding to the situation. Number of bishops were on the 60 Minutes program last night and they of course were quite critical of the president. President explained he was responding to Pope Leo was responding to the rest of that, and that was his response to the entire situation. That was what it came down to. And you know, this is something where I did actually have an opportunity to try to get a question to the President regarding meeting the Pope. And we're going to play that clip for here in a minute. And I don't think he was able to get an answer to us, but I'd love to see that. I'd love to see President Trump and Pope Leo sit down together either at the White House or the Vatican, whichever one. President Trump, of course, I believe he was there for Pope Francis funeral, even though he and Pope Francis got into it quite a bit over the issue of the border. So just for me, as a Catholic, I would love to see that. I'd love to see President Trump and Pope Leo sitting down. Maybe Pope Leo could come make his first visit for America's 250th right back here at Human Events Daily.
Donald Trump

This is Human Events with Jack pos. Now it's time for everyone to understand what America first truly means. Welcome to the second American Revolution. All right, guys, we're back here. Humid events daily. Real America's voice. Folks, let me tell you something. Fluoride. The government has been medicating your water with it for over 80 years. Not because you asked for it, not because you voted for it, because they decided you needed it. Well, that's a decision I want someone else making for my family. Which is why I filter every drop of water in my home with COVID pure. Over 209 million Americans are on fluoride water right now. And here is what the science actually shows. In September 2024, a federal judge ruled that adding fluoride to water poses, and I'm quoting the court directly, an unreasonable risk to neurological health. Not a fringe study. A federal court ordering the EPA to act. Then in January 2025, a study published in JAMA Pediatrics, one of the most respected medical journals in the world, confirmed a link between fluoride exposure and child IQ scores. The higher the exposure, the higher the iq. Sure, some states moving on this, Utah and Florida have banned it. But that process takes years. Your kids, your family, they're drinking this water today. You need something that works now. And that's exactly what covp Pure is its clearwave Reverse osmosis technology is certified to remove up to 99.9% of contaminants, fluoride, PFAS, lead, pharmaceuticals, heavy metals. Anything that isn't water gets filtered out. So don't wait for the government to catch up. Go get yourself a cove pure. If you use my link covpure.com poso you'll get $250 off. That's C-O-V-E-P-U-R-E.com poso. All right, well, we're working on getting that clip from. So we just finished up. I'll walk you through, guys, a little bit of the logistics here. We just finished up a previously recorded segment with President Trump over at the Oval Office. It just. Just finished moments ago. So we're in the process of getting that into the system. I got to ask the president regarding China, regarding the Strait of Hormuz, but as that situation is getting uploaded, and you saw that on the livestream, but we've got our own footage as well that we want to make sure you can see as that's going. We've also got live on the ground, on the streets of Dublin itself, our field correspondent Kevin Posobec is once again in Ireland talking to the local Irish patriots and nationalists who are out protesting for their country. He flew over on the red eye last night, and he is on the mean streets of Dublin today, where they've been protesting against Brussels, against the globalists, and against the takeover of their island. Kevin, can you hear me?
Kevin Posobiec
Yes, I can hear you loud and clear, Jack.
Jack Posobiec
All right, Kevin. What?
Kevin Posobiec
Dublin?
Irish Protester
Yep.
Jack Posobiec
What's. What's the scene? Paint the picture for us.
Kevin Posobiec
Well, what's the scene? Just behind me here is the o' Connell statue. We're on the famous o' Connell Bridge. And earlier today, we had dozens of tricolor patriots coming down here off the weekend rallies. Okay, and we're here. We're downtown all week. We're gonna.
Jack Posobiec
That's great. Tell me, who are you with? Kev, who are you with? Who are you with there?
Kevin Posobiec
So I'm here. I'm here with the independent politician. His name's John. And I'm here with some Donegal fishermen. You know, we talk about the American workers back home. These are Irish workers here. Say. Say hello, Matthew.
O
Hello. How's it going?
Kevin Posobiec
That's right. That's right. And John here. Right.
Irish Protester
How are you keeping, Kevin? Good to have you.
Kevin Posobiec
Yes, sir. So these guys are here. They came all the way from across. Across the coast here, Donegal. Their church trying to get by right. You, you're you, you fish for brown. Brown crab, right?
O
Brown crab. And we've been lobster and what, what
Jack Posobiec
are they there protesting Kevin? What are they there protesting?
O
We can't get by at the minute. We're, we're just going. It's going on in one hand and it's going out twice as quick but as I say twice we're fight now is the, the cost is costing us to get the fish. We're just breaking even but we can't stop. Like people are saying like if you're not making money but our boat has to keep going, our gear has to keep going, our man has to keep going. So we have no other choice. We're just going to try and struggle through and try and pull out and hope for a wee bit of highlight of the government will recognize shortly that things will have to.
Kevin Posobiec
And it's been, it's been peaceful us this whole time, this whole weekend.
O
Very, very, very surprised and I have to give my utter respect to the Irishman that has been down here all week in them tractors and lorries and cars etc blind not to be able to have a meal. These are hard working men and the respect that they've shown and the way they were treated and pulled out of tractors and cars and pushed along with the peppers played whales and women like it's. There was no call for that. Like the, the Irishman never looked for that but unfortunately listen we don't want to go down that road. We're here peaceful but if it comes. But we'll push when push comes to
Kevin Posobiec
shove they're getting taxed 60% on every leader. Okay so they're paying, you pay $20, you only get $8 of gas. It's getting crazy. And John want to bring in. You're talking about coming in here in the frame here. So tomorrow they're going to vote on a perhaps a no confidence vote in the government but also to have perhaps Brussels and everyone lower the excise cost to save what 10, 10 cents on the leader?
Irish Protester
Yeah, 10 cents is what they're saying currently and this week we're hoping tomorrow there will be a motion of no confidence put to the government. There's been multiple politicians around the country calling for this. Most notably he right here in Dublin, Gavin Pepper. Ken o' Flynn is another one as well. So a very very large outcry for this government to go like you said there on excise tax. Carbon tax is another huge one currently for every €2 of petrol, gas that we purchase here in Ireland, €1 and 10 cents, that is going straight to tax, straight to the government's pocket. It's ridiculous. It can't continue to happen. You know, lots of people have been saying that it's, you know, the farmers are really only in it for themselves. That's completely untrue. Right now if you're a farmer, you're producing food for everyone else in this country. If your bills go up, the food you're buying, the price of that's going to go up as well. So it's a, that's an incredible situation. And look, the government can't stop a war from happening in the Middle East. No one's saying the Irish government can do that. But what they can do is if the price of fuel, because we do rely on importing fuel, if price of fuel we're importing goes up, the government has a responsibility to lower unnecessary, ridiculous ideological taxes such as the carbon tax.
Jack Posobiec
Now, Kevin, what about what, can you ask him, can you ask him at all about the impact of migration and what impact that's had on them both from a cultural perspective as well as an economic perspective?
Kevin Posobiec
Right, so did you hear that? That comes all on top.
Irish Protester
Yeah, yeah, no, of course, of course, like, I mean, a big argument around eliminating the carbon tax. Fuel is where are we going to get the money from to fund other vital social services, Other services such as, you know, public transport, the military, the guardi, the police, law enforcement.
Kevin Posobiec
Well, it's a whole supply chain.
Irish Protester
It's a whole supply chain. Yes, but currently there are billions of euro being spent on iPass, accommodation and immigration services going completely to waste by this government. So there you go, that's the bank you pick from. We have the money in this country, we're just wasting it.
Kevin Posobiec
Yeah, there you have it. There you have it.
Jack Posobiec
And, and the fact that. Well, the fact, I was saying. Well, the fact of the matter is when you've got so many of these third worlders coming in, you see the crimes that have been committed. That all adds to the burden. That and the pressure that the Irish people are feeling.
O
Absolutely.
Kevin Posobiec
The Irish people are definitely feeling the burden of these immigrants. I mean, they're, these are the Irish workers of the country, just like Americans. You got a fisherman here, a carpenter here, this guy lost his finger, this guy lost his finger working. And they want to work. They want to work. You see the migrants coming here and they just want to get put up in apartments. They, you know, the same old song and dance that we see In America we want to see them get into the fields, I guess.
Irish Protester
What, what else is, I mean just on the social impact right on that street over there. Only a week or two ago there were two 18 year old girls followed by a Somali non national who, this immigrant was making advances towards these two young girls and ended up stabbing them or attacking them with a knife because they weren't obviously, you know, going along with his advances. And so it does show that for example, there are countries that this government has put warnings out for Irish citizens not to travel to. Yet we're bringing people in from these countries to come here. How does that make sense? If a country is on a red no fly do not travel zone by the Irish government, why are we allowing people from those countries to come here? It makes no sense. So it's having a severe social impact as well as economically. It's just about even at this stage.
Kevin Posobiec
They're paying, they're paying for their own decline. It's the same, it's the same pattern that we're seeing in America and it's, it's disastrous.
Jack Posobiec
And talk about, talk about the size and scope of the protest that we saw this weekend.
Kevin Posobiec
The size and the scope of the protests this weekend. You guys were there over this weekend from Donegal. Yeah.
O
Thousands of men, women, children and it's
Kevin Posobiec
still, and by the way, it's still going on today like around all the highways getting here.
Jack Posobiec
Is that what these tractors are doing? We're seeing these image, we're seeing the images of these tractors. What are the tractors doing?
O
Try and hold off as long as we can to try and see. Can we resolve it peacefully like before it comes to unnecessary things. And nobody wants to see that detractor.
Kevin Posobiec
So they're doing the slow roll thing, right?
Donald Trump
Yeah.
Kevin Posobiec
So they're going.
Jack Posobiec
What is that?
O
Just, I don't know, it's just. I hope the government does wake up and just realize yeah it, so what they're say everybody's here. Nobody's looking for anything for nothing. We're not looking for handouts. We're not looking for, to get a heap of money and lie at the house. Like we, all we want to do is be able to buy diesel and just go to work. That's, that's that, that is it. Like we're not looking for anything. We just want to be able to go to go to fish, go to farm, go to work.
Kevin Posobiec
Yeah, the slow, the slow rolls are going through the highways. It's not a dead stop. But, but yeah, that they're, they're they're taking the tractors down and they're also I'm getting sources tell me they're they're looking for help strategizing because a lot of these guys, it's not unionized. These are small, independent grassroots people and this is largely one of the first times that they're actually protest and so they're they're reaching out to amongst each other. It's great to see, honestly. It's like how do we do this continually, peacefully and in an organized way
Jack Posobiec
to get the same all right Kevin, will you keep up the great work down there on the mean street streets of Dublin? Stay safe. We'll bring you on later in the week. God bless. Give him a follow folks. Kevin Posobic down there in the field in Dublin.

Talk about influencers. These are influencers and they're friends of mine. Jack. Where's Jack?
Irish Protester
Jack?
Donald Trump
He's got a great job.
Jack Posobiec
All right, Jack Pasovic, we're back live here, Human Events Daily. And as I said, I was able to be with the President earlier today. And we now have the footage that I want to play for you. So it starts out with the President answering a question on Iran and the Strait of Hormuz. Let's play that now.
Interviewer / Questioner
Mr. President, are another round of talks planned with Iran?
Jack Posobiec
And if so, will you send Vice President J.D.
Donald Trump
vance with. Well, he's done a good job at Steve and Jared. They've all done a very good job. Good job. And I can tell you that we've been called by the other side. They'd like to make a deal very badly. Very badly.
Interviewer / Questioner
What was the sticking point over?
Jack Posobiec
You said it was over nuclear.
Donald Trump
It was over nuclear. Very similar. Yeah, Very good. I guess you're listening. It's over the fact that they will never have a nuclear weapon. Iran, you marking it down? Iran will not have a nuclear weapon. And we agreed to. To a lot of things, but they didn't agree to that. And I think they will agree to it. I'm almost sure of it. In fact, I am sure of it. If they don't agree, there's no deal. They'll never be a deal. Iran will not have a nuclear weapon. And we're going to get the dust back.
Irish Protester
Mr. President.
Donald Trump
We'll get it back. Either we'll get it back from them or we'll take it.
Jack Posobiec
Mr. President, as far as the naval blockade is concerned, what's the end game? Is it to force Iran back to the negotiating people? Is it to open up the straits so the gas prices ultimately come down?
Donald Trump
Maybe everything. I mean, both of those things, certainly. And more. We can't let a country blackmail or extort the world because that's what they're doing. They're really blackmailing the world. We're not going to let that happen. And you know, the amazing thing is we don't. Can you believe this? We don't use this trade. We don't need this trade. We have our own oil and gas, much more than we need. We have more oil and gas than Saudi Arabia. Think of this. We produce more Saudi Arabia and add Russia to it, substantially more. And by next year we'll have double that amount. So we don't need it, but the world needs it.
Jack Posobiec
Okay, so you're the president on that. And then following that question, I had the opportunity to ask a question of my own regarding China. The huge upcoming meeting, the showdown between the US And China and Washington and Beijing, which will take place in Beijing, China. Mr. President, those votes were. Those votes were coming from predominantly going to China. Mr. President, have. Has Xi Jinping reached out.
Eric Swalwell
I know you're going to be meeting.
Donald Trump
We have a very good relationship with Xi. We would like to see this ended.
Jack Posobiec
He certainly wants it ended.
Donald Trump
I want to see it ended, too. But we can't give a nuclear weapon to a group of people that have caused nothing but havoc for 47 years. Look, I'm the president that's done something about it. This should have been. And many other presidents regret that they did.
Jack Posobiec
So there you have it. The President of the United States confirming to me here on Human Events Daily that this is part of the grand strategy that he's working on. This meeting that's coming to a head. May 14, Beijing, China. That is what it's all about. And I wanted to, by the way, notice something as well mentioned something. So I said, you're all paying attention. What I say all last week, you're paying attention. Wrong street. You're looking at the wrong street. Everyone is looking at the wrong street. What did the US Announce earlier today, just a few moments before we Came live on the show today. Well, thank you so much for anticipating the graphic, by the way, guys. Excellent. So this map is exactly what I'm talking about. You see the Strait of Taiwan there, but what do you also see? Indonesia. And Indonesia and Malaysia form what? Where Singapore is located? The Strait of Malacca. Well, the United States and Indonesia just announced a defense treaty earlier today. Now, people might be scratching their heads. US and Indonesia? Why does that matter? Who cares? What does that have to do with anything? Malaysia has always been closer to China when it comes to the South China Sea. Now, Singapore has always been a good ally, the United States, but they also maintain a relationship with China as well. But now the US Has a military treaty with Indonesia. What is that all about? It's all about the Strait of Malacca. So you walk your way around the Horn, the Panama Canal in the Western Hemisphere, direct control over that for hemispheric defense. Then what do you see? Oh, that's right, the Strait of Hormuz, the strait where the mouth for the global oil supply comes through. Then you work your way to what? The Strait of Malacca. That is the key strait for entering the South China Sea. And then eventually the final piece is the Taiwan Strait. So understand this is Mahanian Sea power strategy that the President is giving a master class on. Now, I asked him the question on that. Of course, he's not going to reveal it, but we understand what's going on here. This is about freedom of navigation on the high seas. And when President Trump sat down and he sent J.D. vance over to Pakistan, remember you heard about that here first sent J.D. vance, the Vice President, on down to Pakistan for those Islamabad talks. The point wasn't the talks. The point was the ceasefire. The cease fire takes place. And what was the very first thing the President did? He sent two United States Navy destroyers through the Strait of Hormuz. Why? Why? Number one, mine clearing operations. But number two, because what? Because those destroyers were showing that the Strait of Hormuz can be open for business. And when those Arleigh Burke class destroyers headed on through the irgc, Navy came out and said, hey, we didn't give you permission for that. Well, guess what? The United States Navy didn't ask your permission. The United States Navy does not ask for permission, does not need permission. United States Navy doesn't ask permission for anyone other than the Commander in Chief and the Lord above. That's it. This is called freedom of navigation. It is called an international transit passage. And the United States Navy, one of its core missions is maintaining the freedom of navigation in international waters and transit passages like this. So guess what? If they don't like it, if they don't like the situation, if they're going to continue to try their toll scheme, well, President Trump announced that he's going to start a toll scheme, but only for Iranian ships. Only for ships coming from Iranian ports. This is something you go back a month ago that I was talking about right here on this program that the President could submit to be able it's because remember Carg island, we didn't need boots on the ground. What we needed was a way to control the oil flow for leverage on Iran. Because ultimately, what is it all about? The oil from Iran goes to China. You put pressure on that, you're cutting off one of the arteries of the dragon. And now China is coming into the mix. That's why I asked the President about it earlier today. Stay tuned right back. Where's Jack? Where is he? Jack, I want to see you. Great job, Jack. Thank you. What a job you do. You know, we have an incredible thing. We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys and these are the guys who've been getting publicist.
Jack Posobiec
All right, Jack Bercellic back live here Human Events Daily, Real Americas Voice. Folks, if you're a homeowner in America, you need to listen up. The FBI has been warning about a new type of real estate fraud on the rise called title theft. And your equity is the target. Here's how it works. Criminals. For your signature on a single document, they use a fake notary stamp and file it with the county. And just like that, on record, they own your home. Using your ownership. They can take out loans against your equity or even sell your property. And you won't know about it until foreclosure or collection notices show up in the mail. That's why I've partnered with Home Title Lock. So you can protect your equity. And find out today, if you're already a victim, use my promo code posoometitlelock.com and you'll get a free title history report and a free trial of their million dollar triple lock protection. That's 24,7 monitoring of your title records, urgent alerts to any charges. And if fraud occurs or changes, by the way, fraud changes anything, their US based restoration team will spend up to $1 million to fix it. Don't be a victim. Protect your Equity today. That's hometitlelock.com promo code POSO so, folks, you have to understand when people are looking at this in one dimension, and I can understand when they look at it, they say, one dimension, say, I understand what's going on. Why is Trump doing this? What does this have to do with anything? What does it, what does it have to be? What does it have to, you know, what does it have to do with anything? And it's really clear. It's really for those, as they say, for those with eyes to see, it is clear. What's clear is the President understands, clearly understands, that it is China that is America's biggest geopolitical adversary. And it's the economic relationship with China that requires the biggest recalibration. For far too long, the middle of this country, the United States of America, has been gutted because of a relationship with China. What do I mean by this? It's really simple. The special interest in this country, particularly over at the U.S. chamber of Commerce, Wall Street Journal, they love this stuff, they said, wait a minute, why are we building things in America? Why are we doing that? You pay $20 an hour for a guy in America. Talking about 80s 90s, you could pay $2 for a guy in China. But that only works because the United States Navy provides for the freedom of shipping on the high seas, the freedom of navigation, because of the globalist system that is underpinned by the United States Navy. And yes, something called the US Based rules based order or US Backed Rules based order, US Lead rules backed order. All right, that's the system of globalism. And there are a lot of people who got very, very rich off of globalism. George Soros is one of them. You could ask him about it, he'll tell you. Probably not, though. They got rich by screwing over the little guy by getting in bed with the Chinese Communist Party. We've talked about it here on this program many times. It goes back to Tiananmen Square, the scene of the crime, June 4, 1989, when instead of pushing to isolate and cut off the Chinese Communist Party in 1989, you notice they did it with Russia. They were more than happy to do it with Russia, but with China, they had a more sinister plan afoot. What was that plan? I'm talking about the globalists here. The plan was, let's get in bed with China, let's make China the world's factory, and then we'll pump everything out to the consumers of the planet. Who cares if their living standards go down in our own countries, we, the ruling class, will be able to make off with billions, trillions of dollars. There are trillions of dollars at stake in all of this. This is a trillion dollar chess match that President Trump is in trillions of dollars power over the entire globe. And so General Scowcroft went on over there to China and cut a secret deal with Deng Xiaoping and the Chinese leaders. Then Clinton did it in the 90s, and George W. Bush, and George H.W. bush before him worked to continue this deal, grease the skids, until China was given most Favored Nation status and trade, and then allowed ascension to the World trade organization, the WTO, from 1999 to 2001. And that's why after 2001, China has exploded. Foreign direct investment has gone way up. Everybody's throwing money at them. They've gotten filthy rich, while the people, the Lao Beijing, stay filthy poor in both China and the U.S. what does this do? What it does is it diminishes your standard of living. It's what turns the Steel Belt into the Rust Belt. How many people know that the Rust Belt wasn't always called the Rust Belt? The Great Northeast, the Great Lakes region, this was America's industrial base. And it was Detroit, Chicago, Philly. And it was handed off brick by brick, girder by girder, to the Chinese Communists. And they did it while they told you how patriotic they were. And they did it. And they say, don't worry about losing your jobs. Don't worry about losing your economic driver. You can get a bigger screen TV you can consume. You can watch some CGI slop movie, some guys flying around in tight, tight tights and capes. Well, all around you, your standard of living goes lower and lower and sinks deeper and deeper. And then along comes 2015, and along comes a man named Donald John Trump. And he says, you know what? To hell with all this. You are screwing over the people of this country. You've been doing it through energy policy, you've been doing it through financial policy, and you're doing it through trade policy. And you are getting filthy rich off of it. And it's time to change that. It's time to change it all around. So that's what I'm trying to do here today, is go big picture with all this to explain to everyone why all of this matters. Why does it matter so much? Why are you spurging out about China so much? Poso? Why are you doing this? Iran, the Strait of this and that, the Strait Malacca, the Hormuz Babel Mandeb, Suez Canal, Panama Canal. Why are you talking about this? Because that is the system of world power. That is the system of geopolitics. Today. Power flows through the oceans. Power has always flown through the oceans. And where does power meet its pressure points? Where are the key pressure points of power or the choke points of power, if you will, the key maritime choke points of the world, the ones I just outlined. We are in a global energy crisis right now. Understand? That is because of the pressure on the Strait of Hormuz. That pressure is being felt everywhere. The government of. You heard Kevin just there. My brother's on the ground right now in Dublin talking about how the government of Ireland might fall because of the Strait of Hormuz crisis, because of the Iran war, because of the horror. Call it the Hormuz crisis. The government of Ireland might fall because of this. You got farmers, you got fishermen that have lost fingers that are up there saying, we just want to go to work. We just want to feed the people of our island. And we are sick and tired of you throwing Third world migrants at us from countries that have completely fallen apart under mismanagement and us being told that we have to take them in and accept them in. And then you come on top and you're going to put a fuel tax on us and you're going to come in and say, and this is what they're doing in Ireland, by the way. They have quotas because of the fuel shortages. Because the idiots in Brussels who rule most of Europe, including Hungary now, thought it would be a great idea to not diversify, but instead to put everything into, oh, what's it called? Renewables. Clean renewables. No, the world runs on petroleum. Cherchez le petrol. Look for the oil. Cherchez le petrol. You should have gone all in on nuclear. That's another story. Gen 4. Nuclear is a time, a technology whose time has come. We should have gone on that. You don't want to do that. Okay, so you got to have oil or we'll get it from Russia for cheap. Oh, wait. No, we can't because we blew up NORD Stream. All right, we'll get it from the Middle east, we'll get it from Qatar. We'll get the lng. Oh, wait, we can't because it's closed. And then China. Oh, wait, wait. Now what are we going to do? The leaders of Europe have no one to blame for their situation but themselves. Why did you sit there and listen to Greta Thunberg? Why? It's ridiculous. It's quite remarkable. And every single one of them deserve to be thrown out of office. Every single one. And I hope to God that the government of Ireland falls. I hope to God that the government of the UK falls. I hope to God that the government of France falls. Germany, all of them. All of Western Europe, because of the crimes of what you've done to your people by allowing these third world rape hordes to come into your country and rape your daughters and kill your children. And the fact that you say that, if you say anything about it, you're a racist and we're going to lock you up. Like Tommy Robinson. The industrial rape gangs are brought through him. Let's have a word about that. Keir Starmer, who was the crown prosecutor for that. Oh, that's right, you were. You were. These people should be in jail, not Tommy Robinson. We'll be right back.

I can say confidently, I believe, I think Josh Shapiro would be the vice presidential nominee if it wasn't for Jack Posobic. And that, that is, I'm being honest.
Jack Posobiec
All right, folks, Jack Pasobic back live here, Human Events Daily, Real America's Voice. We're Live in Washington, D.C. where again had the honor to see the president today, not in the Oval Office, but just next to the Oval Office. He was meeting with doordash grandma. He got an Order of McDonald's. She said she hadn't been to deliver at the Oval Office before. And there's one funny moment where they asked the driver, doordash driver, they said, do you, you know, are you a good, is the White House a good tipper? And the president said, hold on, I forgot. And he reaches into his pocket and just pulled out, you know, a couple of hundreds and hands them to her. And it was just a, just a great moment and really reminding people, if you go back to 2024 with the no tax on tips and the fact that the refunds are now actually starting to see. So if that went in the big, beautiful bill, remember that was 2025. So now we're here in 2026. And in 2026, when people finally get their refunds, that's when this promise, this piece of the puzzle that he's been working on, remember in 2024, we did the receipt thing and Charlie Kirk was telling people to do it. He said, right on your receipt, vote Trump. No tax on ticks. It was tips. It was this great idea that Charlie had. We were all pushing it and, and you know, we were getting it out everywhere. I remember Charlie would go and he would be in the back of an Uber and talking to his Uber driver about it, etc. Etc. No tax on tips. No tax on tips. Tell your friends, tell all the other Uber drivers. And I was like, charlie, I don't know if these guys are illegal to vote. He goes, well, some of them might be Jack, you know, and so it was a great moment and I think a reminder of a promise that was made in 2024 and a promise that was kept by the president and the fact that people are going to finally be starting to see those tax returns come in. And so that's what, again, what this is all about. It's always been, and MAGA has always been about this populist uprising, this idea that government should work for the people. And on the domestic side, there should be domestic wins. And certainly I've been talking about that quite a bit. You know, people have said, well, you know, there's too much focus on foreign policy. We need to. We need to work in more of the domestic policy. And so when. And look, I can sit here and explain how China and all this does tie into the domestic policy and work in the world geopolitics situation. So that's better for America. But at the end of the day, that's Donald Trump put money in people's pockets. All right? That's what he's doing, and you got to give him credit for that. Now, I did have a bit of a side quest this weekend. I know people have been waiting for this. Congressman Eric Swalwell has been a bad, bad boy, it turns out. And I want to go in. So last week, he found himself in some hot water, and he released a video addressing, addressing some of these allegations last week. So let's play that.
Eric Swalwell
A lot has been said about me today through anonymous allegations, and I thought it was important that you see and hear from me directly. These allegations of sexual assault are flat false. They are absolutely false. They did not happen. They have never happened. And I will fight them with everything that I have. They also come on the eve of an election where I have been the frontrunner candidate for governor in California. I do not suggest to you in any way that I am perfect or that I am a saint. I have certainly made mistakes in judgment and my past, but those mistakes are between me and my wife. And to her, I apologize deeply for putting her in this position. I also apologize to you if in any way you have doubted your support for me. But I think you know who I am. For over 20 years, I have served the public as a city councilman, as a member of Congress, and as a prosecutor who went to court on behalf of victims, particularly on behalf of sexual assault victims. That's who I am and have always been. This weekend, I'm going to spend time with my family and friends, and I appreciate those who have reached out to me to show support. And I look forward to updating you very soon.
Jack Posobiec
So that was Congressman Swalwell last week responding, saying, oh, no, it's all false. It's all fake. It's phony baloney. It's phony baloney. Joe saw it was phony baloney. Okay? Phony baloney. Not dropping out of the race. Phony baloney. Well, then I decided to team up with my, my old buddy farmer bro, Martin Shkreli, and he released part one of a video and I released part two of a video as well as a forensic report that I received obtained over the weekend, attesting to the authenticity of these videos that show Congressman Eric Swalwell and certainly appears to be him in a bit of a compromising position. And no, I don't mean a political position. And so, folks, if you don't like this type of content, I would say this is the part where you want to turn away because these are the videos that we received, Martin and myself, and released this weekend regarding Congressman Alex Waldwell. And was told that these women, you know, and you can see one on the bed and another one that's sort of in the, in the hallway there were paid for women, paid companions for the evening, paid fun party favors, if you will. And that's the married congressman there with this woman. And there's more to the story and there's more to come, depending on whether or not it comes out. This is to be clear, all the video that I've received I have released. But I've also been told that the whole night is on footage. The whole night. And Karishman knows what happened that night. He knows already. And was this blackmail, was this dirt? Was this an attempt to control a congressman? I don't know.
Kevin Posobiec
Right.
Jack Posobiec
I just don't know. But I do know that it's not what he said in that video. And we have Congressman Swalwell posted, I guess at some point, it was yesterday afternoon, he did in fact drop out of the, of the gubernatorial race in California. Now, of course, we've been covering that race extensively, went out to California, interviewed Steve Hilton. We had him here on this program for an hour. We've had, we had the sheriff on Lo Bianco. We've also had independents running in this race. And little did we know that because of this guy we'd be playing a bit of a different role in the race where he has now resigned from the race. He stepped out to suspend his campaign. However, he's still in Congress. That's interesting. So he's not resigned from his congressional seat. Well, can only say to the good congressman that we'll see what else is out there, Congressman Swalwell. We will see what else is on tape. We will see what other shoes to drop. There are. He has suspended his campaign for governor. And there are questions. Does this help the Democrats? Does this help the Republicans? Does it help the Democrats consolidate the field? And I said the Democrats more than likely would consolidate the field, and they want to because they had so many Democrats running. But I do have another question. Do have another question. Just a little bit of a question, and perhaps it's an informed question. You can. You can take it however you like. You can take it or leave it. You can leave it or take it, as they say. Do we think that Eric Swalwell would go to a party by himself? Does he seem like the kind of guy that would go to a party all by himself, or does he seem like the kind of guy that might want to, I don't know, bring a friend? And who might that friend be? Could it be, oh, I don't know, staffer, maybe a lobbyist, maybe a buddy from back home, or maybe just maybe, you know, just asking questions here. Could that friend be perhaps a fellow elected Democrat? Hmm. Could it be that there were more than one elected.
Irish Protester
Hmm.
Jack Posobiec
Wait, hold on. More than one elected Democrat at the sex party? Wow. Madison Cawthorn vindicated. Huh? Interesting. So many questions, so little time. But this is a reminder to all of you out there. Human events will always bring the receipts on. All of you, ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission to lay ashore.

This Human Events episode weaves together global geopolitics, breaking domestic scandals, and deeply nationalistic, anti-globalist commentary. Posobiec champions Trump’s “America First” agenda both on the world stage (via blockades, alliances, and resource leverage) and at home (tax relief, public scandals, and populist engagement). The real-time reporting from Dublin brings a grassroots, global-populist flavor, underscoring the show’s belief in a brewing international backlash against establishment politics and globalism.
For listeners looking for a populist, anti-globalist perspective with exclusive interviews and ground-level reporting, this episode is a comprehensive snapshot of the current American right-wing narrative.
