Christ is King Last minute deal tonight between the US and Iran to stop the fighting, at least temporarily, after 38 days of joint US Israeli military operations against Iran. Known as Operation Epic Fury. That agreement announced this evening by President Trump. Iran will reopen the Strait of Hormuz, that crucial oil shipping lane that has been choked off for weeks, and the US Will stop its attacks for at least two weeks. The double sided cease fire, as the President calls it, was brokered by Pakistan after multiple delays. The President had given Iran's leaders until 8pm Eastern to reopen the Strait or else threatening attacks on power plants, bridges and more.

big day for World Peace. Iran wants it to happen. They've had enough.
Jack Posobiec
Operation Epic Fury was a historic and overwhelming victory on the battlefield, a Capital V military victory. You've seen the attacks going across the region, multiple barrages here in Israel, including cluster warheads. And then all the reporting about the counter strikes carried out by Israel that is common, in which we see Israel trying to knock out any ballistic missile launch sites that might be in Iran. Now, that said, just moments ago, we got the first public acknowledgment from the Israeli prime Minister's office. I want to read for you part of this statement here saying this is from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu saying that Israel supports President Trump's decision to suspend strikes against Iran for two weeks. Also says that Israel also supports the US Effort to ensure that Iran no longer poses a nuclear missile and terror threat to America, Israel or Iran's Arab neighbors in the world. Reports indicate that at least two vessels have passed through the Strait of Hormuz today. The first ships to make this journey since the cease fire went into an effect. Now, this really was an 11th hour agreement down to the wire and announced by President Trump on Truth Social shortly after the Iranians released a statement. And then in the hours later, we're launching ballistic missiles at Israel. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily. We're here live on Real America's voice. Today is April 8, 2026, Anno Domini day one of the ceasefire, day one of the ceasefire between the United States, Iran and Israel. And I've been saying all across media, I've said it here on the program, guys, you're looking at the wrong straight. Everyone thinks this is about the straight of Hormuz. Everyone says, oh, it's the straight Hormuz. We have to open it. Is it open? Is it closed? Is the traffic, is it flowing? What's really going on here? We need to look at it. You are lost in the forest. You're not even seeing the forest because you are stuck on the trees. You're looking at the wrong straight. The real strait to be looking at right now is the Taiwan Strait. And what is going on right now with the Taiwan Strait is inextricably linked to what we see happening vis a vis the Strait of Hormuz, the global rules based order. Well, that was the rules based order. The United States, the uk, the west, NATO, Israel, that was the Western allies. And what do we see in opposition to that? China, Russia, India, the BRICS nations. When Iran set up its tolls to be paid for those ships that were going through this trade of Hormuz, how are they paid? Were they paid in US Dollars? No, they were paid in Chinese yuan, the renminbi currency of the people. That's how they were paid. Understand what this means for the petrodollar. Understand what this means for the global system. All right? That's what this is all about. And where is the Taiwanese opposition leader right now, the head of the Kuomintang Party? She is not in Taiwan. She's in China. Who's she going to be meeting with? Xi Jinping. The same Xi Jinping that President Trump is going to be meeting with on May 14th in the forbidden City up there, Zhongnanhai in Beijing with the Chinese leadership of the Chinese Communist Party. And the same Beijing, the same Xi Jinping that worked with Pakistan to set up the negotiations that ended this thing. Understand what's really going on here. That's what Human Events Daily is here for. We are here to explain all this to you. This is about who controls the money. Okay? And yes, of course the spice must flow, but where does the petroleum from Iran flow? Wasn't going to Europe. It wasn't going to the United States. No, it flows to China. And so China is looking at that and they're looking at this imperial artery, the imperial artery of the Strait of Hormuz, the same way the Suez Canal was the imperial artery of the British Empire. President Trump has been the one to see this through. President Trump, the dealmaker in chief. He's putting together a grand deal right now. It's behind the scenes. But I'll tell you something. Right now, the deal isn't about the deal that we make with Iran or with Pakistan or Israel or Lebanon, any of this. The deal is all about what President Trump is working on. The grand deal with China coming up on May 14th. Mark my words, it is going to change the world. Right back here. Human Events Daily.

Matt Boyle
Well, Jack, how are you, sir?
Jack Posobiec
Well, I've got to ask, you know, so I'm, I'm sitting here and I'm, I'm going out to, you know, on a limb. Everyone says, oh, it's the straight of Hormuz. Straight a Hormuz. How much traffic? And is there a toll? Is there this or that? And I said, guys, you're all looking at the, at the wrong straight. You are focused on the wrong straight. Straight. The straight to look at right now is the balance of power in the Taiwan Strait. Because that is actually the leading indicator of everything that's going on here. Because this is not about Iran, it's not about Pakistan, it's actually about China. What say you?
Matt Boyle
Yeah, yeah, no, you're 100% right. That's the defining civilizational struggle of the 21st century here. This is, we're 40 years into the second Cold War. The second, we won the first Cold War. We defeated the Soviet Union. We broke them up. You know. Yes. The Russians are still out there and they're not the greatest actors on the planet. Nobody's defending them. But the point is that they're not the Soviet Union. Ever since the fall of the Soviet Union, the collapse of that and the victory in the Cold War of the Wall came down in the early 90s. What we've seen is the rise of the Chinese Communist Party. The Chinese Communist Party has become the new global communist power. And there's a major challenge between, look, the leaders of both countries, the United States and China see the center of the world as their capital. The Chinese see the center of the world as Beijing. The Americans see the center of the world as Washington. The rest of the world faces a choice. Which one do you want to, to be the world superpower. You want America or do you want China? I think the vast majority of the planet sides with America, even if they do so kicking and screaming along the way. Some of our Western European partners I would point to about that, NATO and so on and so forth. And Trump's not wrong to call them out. But the fact is, is that you're 100% right, by the way. All of this has to do with energy. China needs significant levels of energy to keep continue its explosive growth that we've seen over the last several years. They need to import oil from. They've been doing it from Venezuela and from Iran, and they've been doing it at a significant discount, by the way. And they engage in, as you point out, their currency shenanigans and whatnot to be able to get it on the cheap as well. But the fact is that ever since Trump took out Nicolas Maduro and we have a new regime down in Venezuela, the Chinese can still buy Venezuelan oil, but they have to buy it at full price. They don't get a discount anymore. We'll see. As the Iranian situation comes to a close here, the war appears to be over in this ceasefire. I mean, I get it. Ceasefires are bumpy as they begin, and there's all sorts of questions about Lebanon and there's questions about, you know, you've got the Israeli Prime Minister out there saying, the war is not over, the campaign's not over. I think the war is over. Right. Like. And based off of what we're hearing from the White House and from the President. So ultimately, the big question moving forward here is what does a deal with Iran look like, and what does that mean for Iranian oil exports? I don't think that, by the way, the US doesn't buy any of the Iranian oil. Most of it goes where go. Coast of China, Right. Like, you know, right through the Taiwan Strait. And so the fact is, is that there's a reason why the Chinese stepped in and actually helped negotiate the end of this war in Iran, which all reports are indicating to that, because the Chinese need that oil more than we do. Right. Like, we don't really. We don't use it. Right. Like, we don't. It doesn't make it to America, Iranian oil. It goes to China mostly, and to other bad actors around the world. But the fact is, is that the big question here moving forward? And again, we're gonna see the big meeting between Trump and Xi in Beijing, and then apparently Xi and Xi is gonna be coming to the United States at some point. Later in the year. That's what President Trump has said. So we'll see how that develops. But I mean, the biggest, you know, everything that President Trump has been doing for the last 18 months here, right, since he's 15 months, whatever it's been since he's come back in the second term, has been all about cornering and out chess playing China. And it's a big chessboard the whole world. And the president's been, frankly, kicking China's butt up and down the court on every level worldwide. I would point people back to, though, you know, to your point, though, about the Iran situation being all about China. I would point people back to we did a big Breitbart event a little over a week ago here in Washington, D.C. in the nation's capital with Senator Tom Cotton and Senator Jim Banks and Senator Cotton and I spoke exactly about this exact topic, about how it has everything to do with China. And I would point people to go back and watch that interview that I did with the senator. He's the chairman of the Senate Republican Conference. He's been on this stuff about China and Iran for many, many years. And I would encourage people to watch what the senator had to say, because I think that you're spot on about this. People that are in the know know that that's what this is all about. And the, the fact of the matter is, is that the one civilization will win and the other one won't. It's that simple. Is the center of the world in Washington or is it in Beijing? And that's the question of the 21st century that will be answered by the moves of these world leaders, particularly Trump in particularly Xi, but also others as well.
Jack Posobiec
Look, it's entirely clear that it's about can China be put back in a box? And there's so many people who say the rise of China is inevitable. The that it's just going to happen. It's the way of the world. And I completely disagree with that. I reject that premise, and I always have, and I think that's always been sort of the inherent pledge of maga, is that, no, we don't have to be subservient little consumers of the global economy, backstopped by the Chinese Communist Party and the elites of the U.S. chamber of Commerce. No, it's about unleashing American economic dominance yet again through our heartland, revitalizing the Rust Belt, doing everything that we can to make sure that we go out and become players once again in the world economy. From an export perspective, which we have not done by our own choice for so many years. And, and the other piece of this, Matt, and I'm just going to say it's very clear to me, and I said this CPAC Tokyo a couple of years ago when I spoke there. I'm going to say it again. It is time for the United States to look to Japan as the regional partner that we should be building up and encouraging their remilitarization as a country, to be our partner there in that and be the bulwark of the Pacific of the three island chains to box them in. Look, the Japanese navy needs to be restored to the level where it could go toe to toe with, with the Chinese navy. And the fact that we haven't done that, the fact that we have been holding them back for so long is something that I think it needs to change. And I think we need to look at that from another perspective because Japan absolutely is going to be the key player here.
Matt Boyle
Yeah, no doubt at all about that. I think. Yeah, I think Japan, the US Japanese alliance is, is going to be a defining alliance for the 21st century, maybe the defining alliance. And also US India relations are really important and frankly, the Europeans are part of this as well. But look, when we have all these questions about NATO and whatnot, what was NATO built for, right? It's the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Unlike what the New York Times called it. The, they called it the North American Treaty Organization. It's not. It's the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. NATO was built to win the Cold War, okay. It's in the sense that it's important because it's encourages all of its partners to ramp up defense spending and help the free world, et cetera. But the fact is that the purpose of NATO is. I'm probably going to get in trouble for saying this, but it's kind of obsolete, right? Like we won the Cold War 40 years ago, right. What we need is a 21st century NATO. And at the forefront of that would be Japan and the United States and our other partners in, in the Indo Pacific, like the Indians, like the Australians, like the New Zealanders. Right. Like and whatnot. Even though they're very, very left wing down there in Australia and New Zealand. But the fact is, is that. And yes, the Europeans are part of this. But the really the most important alliance, I think, is between the United States and Japan, to your point. And I think that President Trump's relationship with Shinzo Abe, the former prime minister who was assassinated later, was critically important in his first term. And his relationship now with Shania Takeichi is similarly equally important. Look at the two of them. They're extremely warm, right? Like they both get exactly what we're talking about here. I would love to talk to Prime Minister Takeuchi about this. I've reached out to the Japanese. We've had several conversations about it. We have been able to schedule it yet, but I'm hoping that at some point we'll be able to make that work. But I know that the President deeply understands this. It is critical. And by the way, also equally important in this whole thing is what happens with Taiwan. Back to our original questions there.
Jack Posobiec
Well, that's and that's Matt, let's get to that in one second because we're coming up on a hard break. But you're exactly right. That's where I'm going with all of this. It's about the Taiwan ship. Straight. Your guys are all focused on the wrong straight right back here in the Events Daily.

Jack Posobiec
All right, Jack Wisobic here. Back Live Human events daily. And I'm not gonna let this go, folks. I totally support it. The United States should totally support it. The full remilitarization of Japan, including the Japanese navy. And by the way, Japan, it's not just about China, so it's about China. But you've also look at the neighborhood that they're in. They've got North Korea, North Korea, which has the nuke, has nuclear weapons. North Korea, which fires their nuclear ballistic missiles, you know, nuclear capable ballistic missiles over Japan every single time they're tested. President Trump, of course, was able to work with them. But what I'm talking about is a broader strategic picture. And the broader strategic picture is that China, for so many reasons, when you're talking politically, when you're talking, and we've got a interesting map of China here, slightly different than, than the current map, but that's, you know, that's, you know, we'll see about that. And we, we need to understand that it's come down to our key allies in the region. Australia, we're talking about the Philippines, we're talking about South Korea, and we're talking about Japan. And, and who also is on that list? Taiwan. That's how, if you, if you're worried about the Strait of Taiwan, that's how you create that strategic defense for Taiwan. You build up the allies in the region. Matt Boyle's on here. That's exactly where we left it. The last segment. Matt, you know, a lot of people talking about this, of course, the opposition leader of Taiwan now on the ground in China, planning to meet very shortly with Xi Jinping. I think this is the strait that the world should actually be looking at. The chattering class, if you will.
Matt Boyle
Yeah, well, look, by the way, the KMT and Taiwan, I went to Taiwan in 2019. I want to say back in Trump's first term. And I learned a lot when I was there. I think it was the 25th anniversary of the Taiwan Relations act. And the fact of the matter is that the 40th anniversary. Sorry. Of the Taiwan Relations Act. The fact of the matter is that Taiwan is, is ex. It is the, the. If you control the Taiwan straight in the South China Sea, if you're China, right. Like, they, they then have like, global geopolitical shipping dominance, right? So we're talking about, you know, all, all the goods that move around the world, navies that move around the world. You know, if you go back to World War II and when the Japanese were trying to, in World War II, when they were our enemy, they were trying to, you know, gobble up all these islands, right? Like, if China controlled Taiwan and the Taiwan Strait in the South China Sea, they would be able to expand beyond that and essentially geopolitically take over the world with their navy and with their trade dominance in, in ways that are just like, as of right now, people aren't even thinking about. But you're worried about like, you know, the, this product or that product or whatever. They could, for whatever reason, just shut down exports of this product or that product. Literally everything comes down to the South China Sea in the Taiwan Strait. I remember sitting there with an Air Force general back in President Trump's first term. He pulled out a map similar to the one you have up on the screen right now and started drawing lines across it for me and explaining everything that they're doing through the Belt and Road Initiative and how they've been using that as a strategic Hundred Year plan to essentially create a global hegemony, take over the world. And they were very, very, very close at the beginning of Trump's first term. Trump started turning it around a little bit in the first term. Here in the second term, he's blowing them out of the water. One of the things that's working too, in the United States favor is that any countries that have, especially in the west, that have joined up with China or made deals with China, that we see this with European nations like Italy, like Greece, etc, that have, that have made close relations with them, they learn to regret it. And so, and they are turning back to the United States, the Greeks and the Italians in particular. I've been to Greece a couple times over the last year. I'm going against again in a couple weeks. The, the. That's really like almost the front line. And by the way, it's worth noting that 25% of the world's LNG moves on Greek ships, right? So the Greeks are a huge shipping country. They, they make, they move a lot of these ships. And when we're talking about shipping stuff around the world that, you know, the Greeks, the Japanese, etc. They're a huge part of this and you know, a big part of what the President's doing, whether it's the Panama Canal, whether it's Greenland, whether it's what's happening in Iran, whether it's the trade deals and the peace deals, what he's doing in Africa, right. Like frankly with Congo and Rwanda, you know, a lot of this stuff has to do. A lot of these African nations that made deals with China, you know, where China that just comes in and steals everything from them. Learn to regret it. By the way, Pakistan, right? Like we're talking about Pakistan right now because they're a big intermediary here between the US and Iran. They're helping, hosting, they may be hosting the negotiations in Islamabad, but the Japanese made, sorry, the Chinese made a whole bunch of ports in Pakistan. I think the Pakistanis maybe not so much on board with that. Indonesia is a major partner, right. You see the Indonesia Islands there as well. So. But the Taiwan is the first one and it's the most important one. It's also the one that the communist government really, you know, they view it as a thorn in their side because the reason why they, they, they despise. It's the old government that, so the old government during the Chinese civil war fell back. The, the, it was, it was called the kmt. Right. Like not the opposition party came, but the Kuomintang, it was a military dictatorship that fell back to Taiwan when the communists took over the mainland. They ruled it as a military dictatorship for like 30, 40 years on Taiwan. And then they opened it up and made it a democracy in the late 1980s. And the fact is that since then it's been a major democracy. And now the governing party in Taiwan, which continues, continues to win elections, is very pro west, but as you mentioned, the opposition party is very pro China. The opposition party is called the kmt, the Kuomintang. And they're very much trying to make cross strait relations their focus rather than relations with the West. So it is a very, very. By the way, also we talk about semiconductors. Most of the world semiconductors right now are made in Taiwan. Now we're trying to make them here in America, but a lot of them are made in Taiwan right now, like 90 something percent of them if the CCP got control of Taiwan, that could decimate every American industry.
Jack Posobiec

I'm doing pretty good, Jack, honestly. You know, we got Ceasefire, which may or may not be over. You know, Schrodinger, cease fire going on right now. So it's given us a little bit of reason. We can sort of look around. So, you know, that's, that's good. But, you know, now it's like no time to rest, guys. You know, we kind of got to look at the pieces of this Lego tower that we just smashed and see, all right, where do we start building from next? Or, you know, what's, what's coming up next? And. Yeah, well.
Jack Posobiec
And so let me, let me throw my hypothesis past you because, like, a lot of people have been spreading this out in the, you know, in the ether over the last couple of weeks, are saying, this is America's soldier Suez moment, the American Suez. That in the same way that the Suez crisis of the 1950s, which was led by Israel, by the way, and then the British and French came in, you know, the British's failure to, to achieve freedom of navigation there in the Suez Canal, led to what is perceived as the, really the end of the British Empire. It just led to the end of the British run system. And this, of course, is done in the context of post World War II. And it led to the rise of the Americans being the new power. That's the situation we're currently in. People are saying, oh, we'll see. Just in that same way you look at the parallels, Egypt did it back then, now it's Iran. Now we have this situation. They poked a bear, they stood up to the United States. The global rules back order. NATO didn't come. You know, NATO didn't join the fight the same way Eisenhower didn't get into the American didn't bring the Americans into the Suez. Crazy. So I could see that. I could see the parallels. Right? I can see the parallels. However, what I can also see are ways that the United States doesn't fall into that trap. And so that's why I've submitted, and this has been my thesis since day one of this conflict, that the strait that we need to be focused on is not the Strait of Hormuz. It's the Taiwan Strait and it's all about superpower politics between the United States and China. So I wanted to get you on, talk about this, talk about the Taiwan Strait, the importance there, importance of Taiwan. And I know by the way, Boyle was just talking about the semiconductors. That's something that you've written about extensively.
Malcolm Flex
Yes, yes, it is, it is. You know, everything that we see, you know, from the iPhones, the new iPhone fold is coming out, guys, the iPhone 18 Pro Max in case you're going to needlessly upgrade. All of that hangs in the balance right now because of the semiconductors. And we're not the only ones that recognize it. Actually, you know, again, Taiwan's got a couple of different forces pulling in different directions. You know, you've got the Kwame Tang and you've got the Democratic Progressive Party of Taiwan. The DPP is the ones that, that we see as the more Western aligned, Western friendly, anti China front. But you have the Kwame Tang who currently have their leader. I believe it's Chinley and Ching Lee one. I hope I'm pronouncing that right. I'm not a skilled.
Jack Posobiec
It's pretty good actually. Yeah, that's actually not bad.
Malcolm Flex
Yeah, I read a lot of wuxia. So yeah, there you go. I've gotten a little practice. But yeah, you know, she's the head of the KMT and she's actually trying to meet with China. The X factor here though is this is going to be before Trump meets with G I believe, May 14th through 15th. And so depending on what happens there as well as what happens in Iran, is going to shake up the landscape of this future conflict. And the reason why I say what's happening in Iran, remember I called it Schrodinger Ceasefire because we don't know if that's actually going to hold. And there's this joint plan apparently. You know, I've, I've seen things from Iran is closed straight. Iran has control, is straight. No, Iran is charging a toll. And you know what people forget was Iran was having people pay in the Chinese, in Chinese currency to actually pass their oil tankers through that damages the petrodollar. If this meeting, this six day meeting with Ching Li Woon goes good and Huaming Tang somehow secures what appears to be sort of a peaceful or amicable relation with China that on the surface looks good enough for the progressives in Taiwan to essentially stomach. It might reframe that meeting because again, now you've got a cooperative Taiwan one that was staring down the barrel of not only an energy crisis but also a potential naval invasion. And people love the harp on the fact that, oh, China's navy, you know, they've got all these ships that are gonna sink. Well, that's true. But they also have the number two rated navy in the world. Now that goes back to what you said though, with Japan, because Japan has the number six rated navy in the world, only number six because China outnumbers them Japanese people. And the Japanese navy is basically, you know, it's, it's their bread and butter. They've always been on naval expeditions, naval battles, it's what they do. So if you want to be able to balance and have a buttress against Chinese influence in the area, you need the cooperation of Japan. And that buttress provides more guarantees to Taiwan to prevent them from essentially doing what a lot of people are going to say is capitulating to the whims of Beijing and Nanjing. So we're really in a situation where these next couple of weeks, whatever happens, which again, it could be that ceasefire doesn't hold. I pray it does, but you know, there's a lot of forces working against it holding, number one, being a party that we've essentially excluded from a ceasefire in Israel, essentially now using what is a deal breaker in Lebanon to, you know, basically jeopardize it. And you know, ceasefire doesn't work in Israel's long term plans because they want the elimination or at least the very crippling of Iran as well as its proxy group. So a pause on warfare just means all the prior actions that the United States may have taken either at their behest or, you know, in sort of a preemptive form of defense, mean nothing. And then that all plays back into where is our positioning when it comes to being able to actually leverage our military power as well as our political goodwill around the world to defend Taiwan. So it's a big circular picture right here. And then it always.
Jack Posobiec
Exactly.
Malcolm Flex
And the consumer.
Jack Posobiec
No, it certainly does. And this is something where, look what you talk about, the semiconductors, the fact that they're in every iPhone that ships, you're talking about the world smartphone market, the entire market of smartphones, of technology, everything that ships, AI, all of it, the data processing centers, they need the semiconductors. And whether or not, you know, you like that situation and do I want them to be, you know, that's why Silicon Valley is called Silicon Valley, right, Because that's where they invented the chips. I want that industry back in the United States. It should be. But it's currently in Taiwan. That's just the reality. It's also about the shipping lane. So, look, the US can do this through trade, we can do this through tariffs, and we certainly can do it for, for. From revitalizing the. And reinterpreting our military alliance with Japan. Build the alliance with Japan. That's huge. Make sure. So again, we remilitarize Japan. We restore the Japanese honor. And you saw the president doing that where. And I saw. And Twitter was all, all behind this because, by the way, X for people don't know the largest country in terms of active daily users in. Or daily active users. The daos is Japan. And so this is a place where you find a ton of Japanese users. They have so much affinity for the United States. President Trump, you know, makes a, you know, makes a joke. He makes a joke about Pearl harbor there with the Prime Minister and he's able to sort of say, you know what, it's in the past. We have the situation that we had. Let's move forward now. And the best way that you can do that, for my money, it's restore the Japanese Navy, restored the ability of Japan to be able to project power throughout the Pacific. And I understand. Okay, though. But they have the constitution. All right, well, we wrote their constitution. We can help them reinterpret it. We could do whatever we need to do there. And then, by the way, now the United States doesn't have to sit there and do everything for them. Right? We don't. We're not talking about that. I'm talking about a system of alliances that. That's in everyone's benefit. That's what President Trump wants. And you know what? That's what Shinzo Abe wanted.
Malcolm Flex
Yes, yes. It all goes back to the samurais and cowboys. We've got to revitalize the samurai spirit.
Jack Posobiec
Exactly.
Malcolm Flex
That's it. Give them the dice show, the long guns, the. The sub guns and the pistols. The dice show. I know, I know, but that, I mean, it's true. And you said one thing, and this is going to be a big pivot point. A lot of people don't know how much the United States economy rests on this new forming AI bubble slash phenomenon, whatever you want to call it. Have those semiconductors come under Chinese control, that large bubble of which our economy is leveraged under, of which several big companies that have almost nothing to do with AI have essentially taken out loans that rest on the future of AI. Have all of that come into the control of the Chinese, you will see economic hard times of which you've never seen. World War III will be a financial war.
Jack Posobiec
That's exactly right. Malcolm Flex I could talk forever about this stuff. Where can people go to follow you brother?

We're going to call this the Jack Posobic Appreciation Hour. I can say confidently, I believe, I think Josh Shapiro would be the vice presidential nominee if it wasn't for Jack Posobic. And that is be honest. An early morning FBI fraud takedown. Across LA county, federal agents and police storm a North Hollywood home zeroing in on a man they say is tied to a sprawling mortgage fraud scheme.
Jack Posobiec
It's a complex fraud scheme in which

people are using private citizens homes to leverage that to steal money. Moments later the suspect walks up out barefoot and in pajamas, placed in handcuffs, parked outside high end cars, a Range Rover and Lexus. The home itself appearing freshly remodeled. This arrest related to about 10 others happening simultaneously across LA county and as far away as Florida and Canada.
Jack Posobiec
This organized crime network has their minions,

so to speak, on the, on the lending side and the theft side of it. According to charging documents, the suspects stole identities, often from elderly victims, then use those identities to access property records. From there they convinced private lenders to hand over millions falsely claiming those homes as collateral. Total losses around $17 million in fraudulent loans.
Jack Posobiec
All right, Tech Pacific back. Live human events daily. I mean this massive story out of Los Angeles right there in California. I want to go through some of the details again. 11 people arrested. This was a fraud ring. $17 million, very complex. To understand all of it, I wanted to bring in Natalie Dominguez from hometitleoc.com Because Natalie, this is a story that of course you have warned about. There's a situation you've warned about and it's a story that you're all too unfortunately familiar with because this is exactly what home title lock was set up to fight against.
Natalie Dominguez
Absolutely. Thanks so much for the introduction, Jack. The cold open scares the heck out of me. This is in my own backyard. I'm from California. And the scary part is we this crime itself, this report hits the three main topics that we talk about all the time. Elderly, targeting public records and people using this publicly available information to and insider knowledge. People that are in the real estate umbrella using their, their knowledge to commit these crimes.
Jack Posobiec
And we're looking through some of this. We're talking about elderly homeowners. Again it's Santa Monica, Hollywood, the Hollywood Hills, Westwood, Chinatown. I mean some areas with you know, again, pretty high, pretty high value homes, people who have a ton of equity into them. Multiple foreign nationals were involved in this. And really though, you know, when I look through the details, it seems to be the scale of this was extremely large, but it really followed the same kind of formula that you always talk about. Where they file the fraudulent details. The fraudulent details with these, these home loan services and they have fake notaries and they are able to take out the loans and people's names.
Natalie Dominguez
Yep, absolutely. And what's really interesting about this is, I mean you saw, you saw the footage from Fox, they said this is a very complex scheme. It actually isn't complex at all. The way that it's complex in this situation is the fact that they were hitting so many houses, there were so many people involved and they were creating fraudulent documents in so many different ways. But the reality is this is an easy crime to commit and that's why they had so many people, you know, getting away with this and getting this money extracted because of how easy it is to get the information and how easy it is to forge these documents. Now they were going above and beyond and doing a bunch of extra, I mean, from what I understand they were, you know, forging death certificates and taking over people's identities and, and stuff like that. But the reality is all you have to do as a, as a criminal in this situation is go and file one fraudulent document at the county to be able to on paper transfer ownership of someone's home into your name. And you can do the exact same thing that this ring was doing. They were just doing it on a much more massive scale.
Jack Posobiec
And we look at this, the fact that there are foreign nationals, you know, 11 that were taken down entirely. This is something you get. J.D. vance is talking about fraud that he's fighting, at least on the government side, fraud in so many of these systems. But at the same time, but at the same time this sets them up as eligible for, being able to apply for variety. I would, I would guess of government backed programs for housing because the government is going to come in the same way that these folks would. They're going to do the same type of testing and until they're caught, they're able to rack up huge amounts of money. In this case, $17 million. So talk to us a little bit. How are these guys caught? Do we know how they were actually, you know, which, which layer of government came in? I see there's the DOJ announcing Operation Hard Money is what they're calling it. And I'm so glad they were caught. But do we know exactly how they were, how they were found out?
Natalie Dominguez
So based on the press release, that information hasn't come out yet because this is very recent. They're still under investigation in a lot of areas. But what we do know is that on the homeowner side of things, these people that were defrauded and these people who are getting their, their paperwork changed, their information, change, their ownership change, this, this FBI operation isn't really doing much for the homeowner because there's still so much that the homeowner is going to have to unwind in the long run. Their cloud, their titles are being clouded, their information is being stolen. It's essentially, you know, title fraud, deed fraud, identity theft. It's all these things kind of wrapped into one. So when we're talking about an investigation of this size, there's really two parts to it. There's the, the criminal side, where a bunch of these people are getting arrested and hopefully are going to go to jail. And it's California, so who even knows anymore? But then there's. There's the side of the homeowner having to clean up the mess. And that's really what we do. And what we focus on is we want to make sure that if you are a victim of a crime like this, maybe not on a scale of this proportion, but maybe it's a neighbor, maybe it's a caretaker for your elderly parent, maybe it's a random stranger that decides they want to start doing this on a small scale for, for things where the FBI isn't the one cracking the case, you need to have someone that's going to fight for you because the government isn't going to do it for you. The FBI is not going to do it for you. This is happening probably every day and right under everyone's nose, and no one knows about it until it's too late most of the time. So that's what we do here at home title lock.
Jack Posobiec
So walk us through. I mean, my gosh, I'm reading some of this. And they had to raid a mansion as they were going through few, you know, the investigation even went into Calgary, Canada. See another, you know, another example of international ties here. But they ran this for almost three years, from 2021 through 2023. Falsified bank statements, rental agreements, doctor's notes, even death certificates. So with home title lock, how could a home title lock come in and start to push back in any of these situations before it gets to the point where someone eventually goes to the FBI?
Natalie Dominguez
Absolutely. So you hit the nail on the head, right? Three years for all of this going down and no one caught. We don't know for sure how they Caught something, but very likely it was because someone was getting a for our foreclosure notice on their doorstep, which is generally how people find out in the first place. So what we do at home title lock is we are 24. 7 monitoring urgent alerts and restoration. So the 24. 7 monitoring is extremely important. We monitor the property and not the person so that if any title records or anything regarding the ownership of your home are being filed at the county level where you can't stop, no one can stop this crime from happening. It's a county problem. If it's filled out properly, they have to accept it. So basically, if you're a victim, you have no choice but to be a victim. But what we do do is we jump in immediately to get everything reversed and the process stopped and the police involved in order to make sure that they don't get away with your money and disappear into the abyss. And you're left with all of these loans that you now have to prove beyond reasonable doubt over multiple years of trying and paying all these lawyer fees and doing all these things just to prove that you were taken advantage of by a scammer. So 2424. Seven monitoring urgent alerts. And then we spend up to a million dollars to restore your property and your ownership and make sure that everything's taken care of. So we cover your legal. The legal fees. We have a network of legal experts around the US to make sure that we are able to jump in and fight for you as soon as we can.
Jack Posobiec
I mean, this is just. There's. There's so much here. And by the way, so I want to let people know. Hometitle lock.com promo code post. So boom. Free trial. Free title history report on your properties. It's also something you could. You could get for somebody as a service. This is an incredible offer. I want to thank you, Natalie, for coming in because yet again, and this is another story that happened between the last time I had you on and now.
Natalie Dominguez
Yep, absolutely. I'm always glad to be here. Always glad to be sharing stuff with you guys.
Jack Posobiec
Amen. We have to continue to fight this because, folks, these. These fraudsters, elder abusers, they continue to be out there. It's home title lock.com promo code POSO. Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have my permission. Lay ashore.

Podcast: Real America’s Voice
Host: Jack Posobiec
Release Date: April 8, 2026
This episode of Human Events with Jack Posobiec centers on the immediate aftermath of "Operation Epic Fury," a joint US-Israeli military campaign against Iran that has resulted in a fragile, last-minute ceasefire. The discussion rapidly expands from Middle East developments—specifically the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz—to the broader implications for the global order, focusing particularly on US-China competition, the strategic importance of the Taiwan Strait, and the future of American alliances in the Pacific. Jack is joined by Matt Boyle (Washington bureau chief, Breitbart News) and Malcolm Flex (commentator, “Flex's Warrior Way”) for in-depth analysis.
Jack Posobiec frames this moment as pivotal—America's 250th year coincides with a reordering of global power. Whether through military alliances, trade, or technological independence (especially in semiconductors), the choices made around Iran, China, and the Pacific will define the coming decades. The episode concludes with a call for vigilance—both geopolitical and domestic in countering fraud and external threats.
