Christ is king. Does the Secretary's office or the Pentagon in General Department have a message for Senator Wicker who as a Republican has now backed this inquiry into Secretary Hegseth again accusing him of war crimes. It seemed strange to see a Republican going after one of President Trump's own cabinet members.
Department of War Official
So I can confirm that the Secretary of War spoke with Senator Wicker and they had a good conversation where he was able to explain to him, a lot of the rationale behind these strikes. And we work closely with all of our partners on the Hill, whether Republican or Democrat, to keep them up to date on what this department is doing in regards to the strikes. So we will continue to do that and we'll continue to brief members of PASC and sasc and we look forward to continuing those relationships.
Jack Posobic
Quick follow up. You mentioned working with partners on the Hill. Another senator on the Hill, the Democrat side, is Senator Mark Kelly. Now we heard some reporting about a possible investigation into him regarding his status as a retired retired member of the United States Navy, still in pension and therefore still under the jurisdiction of the Uniform Code of Military justice and as such, his membership. You mentioned the seditious 6. Would that be grounds for possibly bringing him back to active service for an investigation for NJP or even a full court martial?
Department of War Official
So you're correct. The Department of War received serious allegations of misconduct against Senator Mark Kelly. And in accordance with the Uniform Code of Military justice and other applicable recommendations and regulations, we're doing a thorough review, review of all of these allegations. And the Secretary of War has tasked the Secretary of the Navy, John Phelan, with doing a thorough review looking into all of these allegations and providing him an update on December 10th. So we will have more information to.
Jack Posobic
Come on that if Secretary Phelan were to recommend court martial, that could be an option on the table.
Department of War Official
All options are on the table at this moment in time and we look forward to getting the Secretary of the Navy's review. And the Secretary of War has been very clear in his statements as well that he takes this extremely seriously and it is unacceptable.
Jack Posobic
Well, ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily. We are live from the Pentagon, the five sided puzzle palace here on the banks of the Potomac, Arlington, Virginia. Today is December 2, 2025 Anno Domini. And we're very honored not only to be here in the Pentagon's facilities, we're also joined by the Department of War press Secretary right now, Kingsley Wilson. Kingsley, how are you?
Kingsley Wilson
I'm doing well, thanks for me on the show.
Jack Posobic
Well, I appreciate you having us here and I appreciate you setting up the, the, the briefing today. This was the first briefing of the sort of the new, you know, Pentagon press corps. How do you think it went?
Kingsley Wilson
I think it was fantastic. You all asked much harder questions than the fake news journalists we used to have here in the Pentagon. So it was a lot of fun. I think it was great for the American people to hear from outlets and journalists that they actually follow and read and watch. And it was an opportunity for the Pentagon, I think, to really revisit that promise of transparency that the admin has been talking about since the beginning. We want to be committed to that and we're going to continue these engagements so that the American public, through all of you, can be informed.
Jack Posobic
Well, I just want to let everyone know that Kingsley handed me my question on a script.
Kingsley Wilson
Kidding, kidding style.
Jack Posobic
There were no, it was not Biden style at all. This was, this was very much, you know, I was not given any, you know, any parameters or any, you know, you know, oh, you should ask about this or don't ask about that. And in fact, I think someone asked me at one point. There was staff who asked me what I was planning to ask and then I didn't even ask that question anyway. So, no, there's, there was and I saw people making accusations of that and it just, just wasn't true. Just wasn't true at all.
Kingsley Wilson
Yeah, definitely not true. We want to make sure that all of the questions that we are getting are authentic. And I think the benefit of having the new media that we've got here in the Pentagon press corps are they ask the real questions that Americans want to the answers to. So we're able as a department to think on our feet and make sure that we get you guys all the relevant information. But there was absolutely no planned questions today. I was surprised by all of your amazing questions and, you know, some we can't answer due to operational security reasons. Some we can, but we're committed to providing as much information as possible.
Jack Posobic
Well, I think we broke a little news today with particularly, by the way, not only on, you know, what you said about Kelly and the Senator and potential investigation, what the status of that is, but also about this phone call between Secretary Hegseth and Senator Wicker.
Kingsley Wilson
Yes, I can confirm that they spoke. I know you asked about that in the briefing and it was a good conversation. The secretary felt good about it. We've been really trying to keep all of the members of Congress informed about these strikes as much as we are able. We want to make sure that that's a good working relationship on both sides of the House with Republicans and Democrats. So we'll continue to do that. We've briefed Congress now, department led briefing wise, 18 times since these strikes have begun and there's been 21 strikes. So we have regularly been briefing Congress on what's going and we want to make sure that we're keeping them up to date. So that they know everything that's going on is in the best interest of their constituents, the American people.
Jack Posobic
Now can you tell us, was that, you know, roundabout when that call was that last night? Was that prior?
Kingsley Wilson
It was the evening before Caroline's briefing.
Jack Posobic
Okay, so right about when the story broke, correct?
Kingsley Wilson
Yes.
Jack Posobic
And then, and you said it was generally well received. But that being said, is it your understanding that they are continuing forward with their inquiry?
Kingsley Wilson
That I don't know. That would probably be a better question for Wicker. But what, what I can tell you is that we're making sure that from our purview, all of our Congress members who have questions about these strikes, who need additional briefing about these strikes, that we're able to provide that information to them and to the American public. That's why it's so important to do briefings like we did today and release the strike videos like we've been doing. I think, you know, it's really historic, these strikes and the fact that we're declassifying so much and releasing these videos, I think it really speaks to the transparency that we're trying to pursue here at the department to make sure that, you know, the American people can feel confident our success in the, in the southcom region is true.
Jack Posobic
Well, and, and you know, I would, I, you know, I'd recommend to the mainstream media that they could just watch Human Events Daily because you've been coming on here, providing us the video and answering questions about them really since the start of these operations. So you know, when I read some of these videos or some of these articles, I said we talked about that weeks ago. And you guys are just now catching up to where we are. Jack was soic. We are here in the Department of War, the Pentagon, the five sided puzzle palace, Events daily.
Kingsley Wilson
Right back.

Now it's time for everyone to understand what America first truly means. Welcome to the second American Revolution. All right, Jack Boic. We are back here live, the Department of War, the Pentagon, the five sided puzzle palace here on the banks of the Potomac. Very honored to be sitting down with the Department of War, Press secretary Kingsley Wilson. Very quickly though, folks, I want to tell you that somewhere along the way in our nation. And Kingsley, I don't know if you know about this, but I don't know if the military has a, a, a a take on this, but did you know that at some point this nation traded real flavor for seed oils and processed milk? This is how food should taste. Bring tradition and taste back to your table with Steak and Shake Beef Tallow. Order now@steakandshake.com that steak and shake with the letter N. Of course, I do also have to say, though, coming from the Navy side, you know, we always knew that when the stakes and lobster came out, that meant. All right, boys, we're going on deployment, right?
Kingsley Wilson
Right. It's not an exciting deal.
Jack Posobic
Like to ask, I have to ask, do you guys check the Pentagon Pizza Tracker?
Kingsley Wilson
Yes, we have laughed about that account so many times, it's actually sometimes accurate, which is very funny.
Jack Posobic
Oh, oh, not all the time.
Kingsley Wilson
Not all the time. Sometimes. Sometimes it just means we're here working late for no special reason at all.
Jack Posobic
Something about President Trump's Oval Office schedule, which, you know, of course, it's, you know, somewhat public in terms of his hours, and they said that most days he's there about 12 hours.
Kingsley Wilson
I saw that. Yeah. That's crazy. There are definitely a lot of people working crazy long hours in this building as well. So sometimes they need some pizza.
Co-host/Guest Commentator
Right.
Jack Posobic
So it's just accurate to the fact that people are working.
Kingsley Wilson
Yes, 100%. This building never shuts down, even over, you know, Thanksgiving, Christmas. There are always people here. Our enemies don't get to go on holiday break. Right. So we're always here, always protecting the American people. The mission never stops.
Jack Posobic
Oh, and they have, they have separate holidays to begin with. So, you know, no, no Thanksgiving. We have, we have some guys who work on the show that are from Canada. So I always say how you guys don't get Thursday off. But so, so a lot of questions, of course, today about Venezuela as well. Were you expecting that from this? Because we were told going in and I, you know, I read the Washington Post or read the legacy media, they say, oh, this is going to be. Lap dogs are going to be sycophants. There's going to be no serious questions. But you did get a lot of serious questions, I think, on, on the Venezuela question. This is something where, you know, when I reach out to our audience and I see, by the way, guys, send in 1776 at human events.com 1776@human events.com. what do you think the US should do in Venezuela? And it's, the audience is very split. Maduro, narco, trafficking and, you know, other people say get out of it completely. From, from the Pentagon's perspective, though, and you mentioned it's really more about providing optionality to the decision makers, 100%.
Kingsley Wilson
So our job here at the Department of War is to make sure the President has every single option available to him so he can make an informed decision. So when we get down there, we assess the environment, we make sure that we can provide best military advice and recommendations to him. But ultimately he's going to be the one who's going to make a decision about what we do in regards to Venezuela or any ongoing part of our operations in the Western Hemisphere. So we'll Continue to provide him options. And I think that's been a big part of moving our assets into the region. Right. We brought the Ford carrier, the carrier strike group down to the Caribbean. It's there now. It's the first time in recent memory that that's happened. And what that does is provide the President a lot of options and it provides us opportunities to execute if called upon. Right. If the President wants us to do something at a moment's notice, we're going to be able to follow through on that order very, very quickly. So that's important for this department to always be ready. The Secretary likes to say nobody waits on the Department of War. So that's really our approach in the southcom region for sure. And to your earlier point, I was really impressed by all of the very tough, very detailed questions that the new Pentagon press corps asked. They were impressive. The lamestream media was honestly very lazy and they were just asked a lot of regurgitated questions that they maybe saw on Morning Joe that morning about, you know, why are you racist? Why do you hate dei? Just stupid questions the American public doesn't care about anymore. This was the real nitty gritty hard facts that the Pentagon press corps today asked about. And that was very impressive.
Jack Posobic
Well, I mean, I think it's just, you know, coming from my background as a Navy officer, you know, I know that, you know, carrier strike group, you had 5,000 sailors just, just on the carrier itself, not to mention the entire complement of supporting destroyers, cruisers, the air wing, the submarines, etc. And all the supply ships and all the rest that you would need. One thing that actually, and, and you know, I was. One of my sort of pocket questions that I was thinking about asking a guy who's worked in naval warfare is we saw these, and you know, I'm sure it's something you're tracking. We saw these strikes on oil tankers in the Black Sea that were conducted by Ukraine using UVS recently. Is that something, a new threat vector that the department is tracking? This, this use of drone warfare against, and by the way, not just the aircraft carrier, but even, even these supply ships, tankers, etc. Everything else?
Kingsley Wilson
Yeah, absolutely. We're tracking everything. That's our job too, in terms of being prepared, is that emerging technologies, we have the best and that we're watching how warfare is, is happening today. I think we've learned a lot from just watching the Ukraine, Russia war, especially in terms of drones. And that's really informed a lot of our focus going forward. We've launched a Lot of initiatives and a lot of investment. We've poured into drone manufacturing. We really want to get fantastic at it and be the best of all of the countries so that we can protect the American people. So we're learning so much from watching that engagement, and we'll continue to make sure that, that all across the world we're taking notes, we're learning, and we're helping our war fighters get the most lethal weapons they can possibly have into their hands and quickly. That's something we've really been pushing for as well. The Secretary gave a great acquisition speech recently talking about reforming that acquisitions process. There's so much red tape.
Liz Collin
I know.
Kingsley Wilson
I don't have to tell you. You're in the military.
Jack Posobic
No, no, I know. Well, that was the other one is the shipbuilding.
Liz Collin
Yes.
Jack Posobic
Because, you know, we look at it in terms of, of our Navy and, and, you know, the lack of ships that we have. I think we're less than half where we were during Reagan's Navy, during that buildup. And yet we have a larger force posture around the world and more missions that we're, you know, either taking on or at least different parts of the sea that were, whether it be Somalia, whether it be East China or East China Sea, you know, where the Navy's involved, and yet we don't have the ships, the icebreakers, et cetera.
Kingsley Wilson
Yeah. And we've even seen, you know, the army launch its Army Transformation Initiative and really just cut a lot of red tape, cut a lot of bloat. And I think that's a recognition that, that we're going to have to be putting a lot more funding in the future towards the Navy, towards shipbuilding.
Co-host/Guest Commentator
Right.
Kingsley Wilson
We're going to have threats in the Indo Pacific, potentially that we need to counter. We obviously have a ton of Navy assets. I think 20% of our naval assets right now are in the Southcom region in the Caribbean. That's very historic. So we recognize that this is going to become a lot of sea warfare in the future, and we want to be prepared for that.
Jack Posobic
And it's certainly always been America's this preeminent domain. I mean, and in addition to, you know, air and army, but the, our ability to project force on the sea. It's why I joined the Navy.
Kingsley Wilson
Yes.
Jack Posobic
Quite frankly, it's, you know, no, no offense, the other branches.
Kingsley Wilson
President always says that, doesn't he? I would have joined the Navy. I would have been an admiral.
Jack Posobic
Yeah, that's right. I, I, I, I don't always bring that up because I want to rub it in anyone's faces. But I have heard him say that a few times. Yeah, Just kind of think in the back of my head that, no, no, if you're, if you're looking at what the United States, it's because the United States is, you know, we have our. We're on an island, basically connect. Disconnected from the rest of the world. And that's why, you know, whether it be the Panama Canal, whether it be the Giuk Gap up by Greenland, whether it be our, of course, our, our naval borders and what is part and parcel of that, you have the Gulf of America and then the entire Caribbean. That's why it's so important to secure this, because that is our actual best defense as a nation.
Kingsley Wilson
100%. 100%. And I know people like to talk about too, how in the fake news media, they like to talk about how we're putting the homeland before China. That's absolutely not true. We're doing both at the same time. The China is all over the Western Hemisphere. They're all over the Panama Canal. The secretary, when he went down to the Panama Canal, talked about that threat and talked about no longer will China control this canal. We are going to make sure that American ships, military vessels, have first and free navigation.
Jack Posobic
All the elite elites across the entire Caribbean are learning, are learning Mandarin right now. Whether you look at Trinidad, we look at, go off of, right, right off the coast of Venezuela. If you go ever, the Chinese are in every single spot. And I remember going and trying to brief this to, you know, a variety of entities in Washington, D.C. and I said, and I said, I wonder if it will take the People's Liberation Army Navy building a, a military base in the Caribbean, either off the coast of Cuba or somewhere else for people to actually wake up and start taking this earth.
Kingsley Wilson
Yeah, it's definitely something that President Trump has always taken seriously and something that this department will continue to take seriously. And I think the biggest thing we can do to protect the American people from all the threats we face, like you said, is to make sure our homeland is secure. That's really where it all starts. If we don't have a nation, what are we even defending? So securing our border has been a huge part of that. There's nobody crossing the southern border. We've got a lot of border patrol down there working with our troops. We've got almost 10,000 troops down there, I think now, so it's fantastic. And now we're going even further, right, to make sure that narco terrorists in the Gulf of America across our shores can no longer threaten our people. So Homeland defense is really how we make sure that America is kept safe.
Jack Posobic
Yeah. And while we're going towards break and I suppose I'll, I suppose I'll have to ask you a little bit more about that narco terrorist threat. We have one more segment, right?
Kingsley Wilson
Yeah, that's what, that works.
Jack Posobic
Yeah. And we'll hit that because let's just say that in a previous life, I know a little bit about the drone warfare program and even Admiral Bradley, believe it or not.
Kingsley Wilson
Oh, okay.
Co-host/Guest Commentator
Oh, yeah.
Jack Posobic
Oh, yeah, yeah. Navy. Right.
Kingsley Wilson
So, yeah, there you go.
Jack Posobic
You know, so I, I, I'll just say I read that Washington Post piece a little bit differently than I think most people in media, because I actually have tiny bit of a background in that. And for once, I, I, I have to say I agreed a little bit more with the New York Times. So did I. Jack Boic, the Department of War episodes.

Jack Posobic
Jack?
Co-host/Guest Commentator
He's got a great guy.
Jack Posobic
All right, Jack Posobic. Here we are. Live Human Events Daily, the Pentagon episodes. We're here with Department of War Press Secretary Kingsley Wilson, by the way. Thank you, I should say, for letting us occupy. We've occupied the Pentagon. We've occupied your studio to use our show today.
Kingsley Wilson
So we're happy to have you. Yeah, no, anytime.
Jack Posobic
Oh, I really appreciate that. All right, you might not appreciate my next question because, so, you know, look, I asked you about the Senator Waker question, but, but you know this situation regarding these strikes that took place off the shore of Venezuela this question about, you know, the order to strike survivors, questions about legality. Was this something that you were expecting coming from, you know, starting these operations? I know you and I have been on the show talking about them in the past, but really, what's been the department's thought process in terms of responding to this specific allegation?
Liz Collin
Yeah.
Kingsley Wilson
So from the beginning, we've been expecting that the mainstream media would attack the operations in some sense. Right. We saw this with Operation Midnight Hammer. They said, oh, actually, you may not have obliterated Iran's nuclear facilities. Of course we did. Completely without a shadow of a doubt. And the President said as much multiple times. The secretary and the chairman said as much multiple times. But the fake news has such bad tdf.
Capitas Advertiser
Yes.
Kingsley Wilson
That they would rather root against the success of a military operation than admit that President Trump had a resounding victory as commander in chief. So we anticipated that there would be some mainstream media attacks about these strikes, and I think that early on took the form of questioning the legality of the strikes. And it was really interesting for me, especially to see the mainstream media just carry so much water for these narco terrorists and really defend the. And cartel members who are trafficking illegal narcotics to our country to kill Americans, instead of our brave warriors who are out there doing the tough work, our intel analysts who are out there doing the tough work, making sure that the American people are kept safe from these threats. So this is something that we anticipated at the department.
Jack Posobic
To your point, the last time I had you on the show, I specifically asked you this question, and regarding actual VBSS operations and sending troops onto those boats, potentially for capture, potentially. Et cetera, et cetera. And I'll make the same point I made that back then, where I said, you know, as an intelligence officer, I always want to detain and interrogate. You know, That's.
Kingsley Wilson
That's right. Yeah.
Jack Posobic
My mind goes. Because that's been. Having spent time at Gitmo, that's, you know, that's where we get great sources of information for the rest of the narco network. That being said, I also understand, and as anyone should, that those are incredibly more dangerous for our, you know, for our special operations forces, obviously, is what they train for the best of the world, no question. But it's far more dangerous to ask someone to do that. And it seems like they're being very glib by just demanding, oh, well, you should just go in and send sailors on those boats.
Kingsley Wilson
Right. Yeah. It's ridiculous. And the President was talking about this a little bit with The Secretary of War in the Cabinet meeting, I was watching just before I came in here, and the Secretary was making the point that thanks to President Trump designating these groups as designated terrorist organizations, the kid gloves have come all off. Biden let narco terrorists into our country through our southern border, gave them free health care, free phones, free housing. Now we're sinking their boats and that they're at the bottom of the ocean. So that sends a message, right, to all across the region that if you are a narco trafficker who wants to bring poison into our country to kill Americans, we are going to come after you and we're going to kill you. That is on the table. So these lethal kinetic strikes, I think, have been incredibly effective, too, in terms of sending a message to the cartels that we're here. This is not the previous administration. We mean business.
Jack Posobic
You know, I, I forget if I mentioned this to you or not, but I was in a debate with the Libertarian presidential candidates last year, and Ryan Grim from. From Job Site News, I was not a fan of drone strikes whatsoever. I kind of like him, though, and because he's consistent. I'll give him that.
Kingsley Wilson
He's consistent.
Jack Posobic
He's always been against them. And he was the moderator. And I had said, you know, well, what would be a better policy of the war on, you know, the war on drugs? And I said, well, if we actually wage war on the cartels and we just, just, just bomb them and, you know, it's, it's very interesting that it seems like these, therefore, a certain, certain range of people, they can't even quite wrap their heads around actually using the military to directly defend the interests of the American people.
Kingsley Wilson
Well, that's what's so interesting. When I would talk with journalists from the former Pentagon press corps, they, exactly what you said, had a really hard time wrapping their head around the fact that these individuals are terrorists. And it's funny, because the same people for decades cheered on 20 years of war in the Middle east, right? They had no problem going after those terrorists. But now that we're going after people in our own hemisphere and protecting our own borders and our own shores, they're suddenly very concerned about it. And I'm not sure where these concerns are coming from.
Jack Posobic
Your point? There's, There's a viral clip I, I retweeted earlier today. We didn't pull it up for the show where it's. Senator. Senator Mark Kelly himself is talking about the strikes that were conducted. It was this retaliatory strike to the Abbey Gate bombing. But it ended up being completely wrong. And, you know, they hit a family. It was horrible. It was civilians. And yet he doesn't seem to have any real problem whatsoever, you know, with this. And, wow, you did what you had to do. And you're like, wait, is that the same guy who's, you know, freaking out just because Pete Hegseth is doing it?
Kingsley Wilson
Right.
Jack Posobic
But not just that. It's not just that. As secretary. Hey, I think it has something to do with the theater of operations.
Kingsley Wilson
Yes. I think 100%. I think, you know, there was a lot of. Of neoconservative mainstream media, big business interest in, you know, endless war in the Middle East. And we really focused on that to the detriment of our own country and our own borders. And President Trump was really the first to come and say, no, we're gonna reprioritize the homeland. We're gonna put America first. And that has been a total shift of approach for this department and for, I think, the administration writ large. So it's definitely been an adjustment for some of those folks on the Hill, like Mark Kelly, that you mentioned a little bit.
Jack Posobic
You know, it's. The unit party does not like actually having to act in the interests of the American people. Kingsley Wilson. I know. I'm not going to. I'm not going to try to book you for another live segment while we're here. I know you have places to go, things to do, people to see, and I just want to say I appreciate it very much, the opportunity to be here, obviously, to use the facilities and just the opportunity to ask questions and get that kind of transparency back and forth.
Kingsley Wilson
Yeah. Well, we look forward to more questions from you and we're excited that you're here. Don't worry, we know they are.
Jack Posobic
I will not tell you in advance either.
Kingsley Wilson
No, I would not want you to be.
Jack Posobic
I will not be the president tweeting out clear the airspace above Venezuela before. Well, nothing. I do. Oh, wait. Actually, one final question while I'm here. Do you have a favorite Franklin the Turtle book?
Kingsley Wilson
That's a good question. I can't remember any of the different ones, but I do remember the General Franklin the Turtle from when I was a kid. But I hear there's new ones that are coming out. Narco Terrace.
Jack Posobic
New ones that are very good.

I.
Jack Posobic
By the way, I was looking into that book. They're super woke. They're.
Kingsley Wilson
Oh, did you see the publisher's statement?
Jack Posobic
But go look at the books they've been publishing. Just the Queer History for Children. Oh, my Goodness, I'm dead serious. That's. That's the type of people that have been about. Kingsley Wilson. Absolutely.
Kingsley Wilson
Thank you so much. I appreciate it.

President Trump, so many statements regarding Tim Waltz, the Somalians. What's going on? Massive fraud in Minneapolis was someone who really broke the story on all of this and has been reporting on to intrepidly and doggedly for quite some time is Liz Collin of Alpha News. Liz joins us now. Liz, how are you doing?
Liz Collin
Well Jack, thanks for having me back on.
Jack Posobic
Well, I appreciate it. Liz, what do you make of the president and I believe the DOJ now all announcing that they are going to launch an investigation into this fraud.
Liz Collin
Yeah. Wow, what a whirlwind. And it has been Minnesota making national news yet again, Jack, just as you said, basically for days at this point for all the wrong reasons I should say as well. But you have originally the New York Times finally acknowledging this rampant extent of fraud in Minnesota over the weekend. Again we're talking multi billions of dollars in fraud through multiple social programs in the state at this point. We also interestingly enough have had this, this X account that's that's been public for years now but it consists of hundreds of state employees. And this weekend they solely placed the blame on Governor Tim Walls very publicly posting that these Department of Human Services employees, it's about 400 of them that make up this X account that they went to Governor Walz years ago hoping for some sort of partnership in stopping this fraud that they were seeing. You know, a lot of these people are actually writing the checks and doing the checks and balances or trying to do so. And they saw so many pro, so many problems, I should say, brought this forward. And it sounds like their concerns were ignored according to what they're posting on this X account. Then you have have this account deactivated for several hours Monday after calling out the governor specifically that post being seen tens of millions of times. And then, yeah, of course, you have President Trump weighing in with some choice words about the governor over the weekend, Elon Musk weighing in on things here in Minnesota. I think that you kind of see a bit of a sense of relief. I guess we're going to see if something is actually done. I think many, many Minnesota taxpayers are just thankful that some more people here are willing to actually take a look at this. You know, our reporting does date back years. In fact, we have an entire page dedicated to Fraud over@alphanews.org, you'll see stories there. They've been stacking up for years. But finally, is someone willing to listen? Will something be done? That is the question many Minnesota taxpayers, I think, have at this point. Jack.
Jack Posobic
Well, Liz, this is amazing too, because, because we've also seen just in the last few days, the New York Times, of all places, is coming out and reporting a headline that heretofore you would only find at Alpha News how Fraud Swamped Minnesota's social services System on Tim Waltz's watch. And what's so interesting about this is, gosh, it just seems the New York Times wasn't able to find out any of this information, you know, during the election, which we just held, where this guy was the vice presidential candidate. How strange.
Liz Collin
Yeah, I remember being on your show, Jack, and talking about fraud. That was one of the many frauds, you know, I think, perpetuated on this, this governor's watch. I put out a book three years ago now. It's been, it's called They're Lying, the Media, the Left and the Death of George Floyd again, who is one of the big they's here in Minnesota. Well, that would be Governor Tim Walls we've talked about before. It's the 78th defendant charged just last week. 78th in the feeding Our Future Fake meal scheme that's gone down as the largest Covid scheme in the country. The New York Times does some extensive reporting about that. But you're right that the timing is very interesting. Here you have Governor Walz running again now for a third term in Minnesota. Some have publicly called for him to resign in the wake of a lot of this reporting. So I think we're gonna have to see how this all plays out politically. You have a very crowded Republican field. Nice to see, actually a lot of people willing to jump in to try to do something about this, but certainly a lot of frustration. And you see it on so many levels. But interestingly enough, and I think this is part of the problem here in Minnesota, Jack, that I know I've spoke to you about this before, but you have the mainstream media still in Minnesota. They have not even reported on this X account at all in these last few days. And instead you have these national publications picking up what these state employees in Minnesota are saying and have been saying since October of 2022. But again, you have that the Star Tribune, Minnesota's largest newspaper, is run by a former Walls commissioner. You truly cannot make up some of these connections here in Minnesota, but we are seeing that this group specifically on X, they're saying they will not be silenced. And, you know, thankful to programs like yours for being willing to talk about this and keep it in the spotlight until something changes.
Jack Posobic
Well, Liz, and correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't there part of the feeding the fruit future investigation? Because I know there have been multiple cases and trials now in terms of this, there was a jury bribing, jury tampering, scandal as part of this. Do I have that correct?
Liz Collin
Yeah, that's right. You had $120,000 cash, Jack, left on a juror's doorstep in that trial, left in like a Hallmark bag. And that woman, interestingly enough, we actually just profiled a little, a little piece, just an update on that bribe. The woman who left that bribe was convicted and she's awaiting sentencing, has not been imprisoned as a result of that bribe. Not only that, but she worked for an insurance agency in Minnesota where she went ahead and fraudulently wrote herself a $30,000 check from that agency. She went on to commit then this feeding our future bribe. She had a DWI where she left the scene of an accident and some terrible things happened in that. And she was just, she was picked up finally, I think after it was a couple of years, kept in jail for just a few weeks on all of this. And now she's out again. And many people are just saying, you know, this is enough. What has happened to the state that used to take, you know, law and order seriously. And just how, you know, these radical changes made under Governor Walz's watch has have. Seem. It seems to finally have. Have caught up to him.
Jack Posobic
And the juror in that case, the one they attempted to bribe was where was that the person that actually reported.
Liz Collin
It, she reported it right away. Yep. And was taken off that. That case, you know, and everybody return. Everybody has returned guilty verdicts on these cases over and over again. But isn't that wild that somebody who can leave a bribe like this, and basically this woman then has taken the stand in her trial to say, this is our culture. Those were her words, actually, in her case. This is our culture. This is what we do. As if some way to excuse this bribe. And it's really made a mockery, I think, of the Minnesota justice system as well.
Jack Posobic
And I think that when you look at this, it really begs the question and it gets to the heart of what President Trump is talking about in terms of. Of the mass importation of this completely separate group from a different part of the world into Minneapolis. And quite frankly, it is absolutely wreaked havoc among, not just from a legal perspective, but just every real system in the entire state. And the entire city has just felt a huge downward pressure from this immigration program.
Liz Collin
Absolutely. And I think the George Floyd riots helped to silence, in a way, much of the population. How dare you appear to be racist. We actually heard an assistant U.S. attorney speak to that, how race was weaponized in the Feeding Our Future case. That people wanted to bring this forward earlier, but they would see again and again how it would be Somalia perpetuating this fraud and that it would be tamped down. You don't want to appear to be racist as the person that is bringing these concerns forward. Thankfully, I think we've pushed back. You know, the facts kind of speak for themselves, I think, in these cases that have been tried at this point. But you do have the president saying that he's going to terminate temporary protected status for Somalis in Minnesota. And actually, interestingly enough, at this hour, we're streaming a press conference that's objecting to Trump's reported crackdown on illegal Somalis in Minnesota. So that's happening. I believe it's happening in Minneapolis City hall right now. So, again, rather than.
Jack Posobic
We will be. Liz Collins will be right back. Hold that thought. Quick break. Humid Events Daily. We are live from the Pentagon.

Jack is a great guy. He's written a fantastic book. Everybody's talking about it. Go get it. And he spit, my friend, right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event. And we're going to turn it around and make our country great.
Liz Collin
Amen. Welcome back. Before the break, we were discussing what's happening here in Minnesota as far as the, the fraud concerns. And I just wanted to pick up on the conversation I was having with Jack earlier. Actually. It's a press conference happening right now in Minneapolis as it seems city leaders have come out in full force to fight President Donald Trump as he is trying to basically zero in on some of these fraud problems in the state. But just reading from a press conference happening now, Democratic Minneapolis City Council member Jamal Osman calling President Trump at this press conference again happening at the moment now calling President Trump racist, xenophobic, Islamophobic. This press conference is being held on Trump's Somali immigration crackdown that he has announced. But what's interesting, in October 2020, 2020, Osman himself handed over control of a nonprofit he founded to a group of new owners who then used it in Minnesota's $250 million Feeding Our Future fraud scandal. So you can certainly see that this is a tangled web in Minnesota and many leaders, so called leaders in these left leaning cities like Minneapolis doing everything they can to try to fight President Trump at every turn. Jack?
Jack Posobic
Liz Collins, this is, it really represents, I think and we are back here from the Department of War studio and we do see that Minneapolis, Minnesota Department of Human Service employees X account, the Minnesota DHS and looking at has been suspended but potentially coming back. So hopefully, hopefully X can fix that. But I do of course, see and I'm just pulling it up. I, I do have to make a slight correction. It's the Department of Treasury that has launched this investigation and we see now that Secretary Scott Besant says that at my direction, U.S. treasury is investigating allegations that under the feckless mismanagement of the Biden administration and Governor Tim Walsh calls hardworking Minnesotans tax dollars have been diverted to the terrorist organization Al Shabaab. This came up behalf of a Chris Ruffo investigation with City Journal that some of the funds were actually used to fund Al Shabaab, an actual designated terrorist organization, which interestingly enough, gets us back to the drone strikes that we were talking about earlier in the program here and says that they're acting based on the potential of the use for terrorist financing here, which is very important, by the way, because that gives the government extreme measures to be able to use to go after these operations. Liz, had you ever in your reporting come across the any, any potential connections to these Somalian terrorist groups?
Liz Collin
You know, I think that that was something also that didn't come as much of a surprise. And I say that Jack, I don't mean to be, you know, say that offhandedly, but we've heard before and reported before how this money has been funneled to Somalia, has been funneled to Kenya. And, you know, it's long gone by the time that some of these investigators have caught up to the fraud. And actually, my sources have said that in many cases, some of these folks are willing to actually just go to prison for five or 10 years, serve their time. And they've, you know, the money's out of the country at this point and they have a pretty good system set up for when they, you know, do get out. It may sound crazy to the rest of us, but even, you know, as a young man who was the 78th defendant sent sentenced last week, you know, his sentence was about 10 years, which probably won't serve all of those years. And he had a long life ahead. And it was about $47 million or so that he was ordered to pay in restitution. I have a feeling that, you know, that that money will not be seen. So I don't think that that came as much of a surprise as just how disturbing obviously that is. But also, Minneapolis has been many stories have been been in the national news over the years about how this has been, you know, a breeding ground for terrorism. Many people actually charged with trying to join these terrorist networks and groups, young Somali men. That has happened many, many times and made the news over the over the years. So sadly, again, I think a storyline that we've seen here in Minnesota in the past.
Jack Posobic
Well, I know, and it's certainly something where of course, the federal government and the Department of Treasury are going to get involved because now they're able to look at these foreign transfers and say, wait a minute, you know, this isn't just people sending money back to their families. If they're sending money that's potentially going towards the funding of a designated foreign terrorist organization, then there are extremely large powers and capabilities at the Department of Treasury that they have to actually go after this. But Liz, on another point though, I mean, it seems as though this, this corruption is so rampant that the fraud is so widespread. Why is it that Tim Walls either doesn't see it or he looks the other way? Is he benefiting from it or is he just sort of trying to act like it's not actually happening?
Liz Collin
Actually, you heard in some comments this weekend, Jack, he was talking about how he did so much to put these people in jail. It's well documented that it was the U.S. attorney's office that has led the prosecution from the very beginning and the Defeating Our Future case and many other cases of fraud in Minnesota. So people were quick to correct him on that front. He's been asked that question. In fact, he had the power in the legislature to go ahead and create sort of this separate position, but it was clear that he did not want that someone to take a look at that, somebody that he would not control, if you will, a legislative auditor position, something he did not back. But then he went ahead and it was shortly after that he came up with his own way of fighting fraud and launched his own office. But we've heard very little about anything that they've actually accomplished in these many months. So I think you're asking very good questions. I'm probably not giving you good answers, but I think a lot of us here in Minnesota have been scratching our heads going, are these people in on it? That's why this has gone on as long as it has. But I think as the days go by, you see more and more people finally getting the moral courage to come forward and demand answers.
Jack Posobic
And I think that's exactly right. So Liz, for your own reporting, are you able to tell us where you're going to be working with? And by the way, I should also ask, have any members of the federal government reached out to Alpha News?
Liz Collin
You know, we have a few sources here. We'd be happy to pass along all of our information. We have a whole heck of a lot. And Jack, I'll be honest, there is not a day that goes by that we do not receive a tip at Alpha News about some sort of suspected fraud going on in Minnesota. I've actually never seen anything like it as a 20 plus year reporter at this point in Minnesota, people are, I think I've told you before, but they're setting up surveillance cameras themselves. They're taking pictures themselves of, you know, these suspect properties. You can pull these records quite easily online. But it's all AlphaNews.org, right at the top. You'll see fraud in Minnesota. And you can follow all of our reporting from past years. It's all right. There's there on that page. And I think we many, I speak for many people that we welcome the federal government to come in and take a look at this, and we'd be happy to help any way we possibly can. The citizens certainly deserve better here.
Jack Posobic
They certainly do. Liz Collin, where can people go to follow you directly?
Liz Collin
Izcollin on X and Alpha News also on X as well. You can follow along with all things going on here in Minnesota. Soda.
Jack Posobic
Liz, thank you so much for joining us.
Liz Collin
Thank you, Jack.
Jack Posobic
Folks, you have to understand what's going on here. When you import a group of people from a part of the world where scamming and cheating and fraud are part of the culture, then that is the culture that you are going to import. This is Third World culture. All of the things that Liz is describing that Alpha News is describing, all of the things that all of them are describing are basics of Third World culture. This is why the Third World is the Third World. These are cultural deficiencies. This is why the First World, the United States of America, was able to be made the way that it is. We have something called honor. We have Christian values. We have Greek philosophy. We have Roman. All right, folks, President Trump now about to make his announcement and we are going to be cutting directly over to that. Ladies and gentlemen, as always, you have.
Co-host/Guest Commentator
My permission to lay ashore NB co founder Joe Gabbia. I want to thank you all for being here. It's a great group. And I guess a potential Fed chair is here, too. I don't know. Are we allowed to say that? Potential? He's a respected person, that I can tell you. Thank you, Kevin. Today is Giving Tuesday. I don't know if anybody has heard that one before, but it is indeed Giving Tuesday, one of the biggest days of the year for philanthropy and charitable giving. And this afternoon, Michael and Susan Dell are committing to one of the largest private donations in American history, which will directly benefit the next generation of American children through the new Trump Accounts program that we created in our one big beautiful Bill. Michael and Susan came to see me along with Brad, and they said, you know, this is an idea. And I said, I think, you know, it sounded so good and so unique, but that's why he's been so successful and they've been so successful in life and in business because they're unique. Trump accounts will be the first, I guess you could say, real trust funds for every American child, allowing family members, employers, corporations, generous donors to contribute money that will be invested and grow over the course of a child's life to be used for their benefit after they turn 18. So in other words, these are children that are going to, a, an investment's going to be made, that investment is going to continue to grow. We hope. Right? We hope. And, but it will. And they'll be, they'll feel like, they'll feel like Michael Dell someday, but at 18, they'll have a lot of money, a lot more money than they would have had and potentially a lot of money. But these accounts will track the overall stock market and will be 100% private property consumer controlled by the child's guardians. In honor of America's 250th anniversary, the Dells are announcing today that they are giving 25 million American children $250 each to save and to invest in their personal Trump account. Now, that's the equivalent of 6.25 billion. In other words, to put it succinctly, Michael and Susan are giving six.

The conversation is direct, irreverent, and sometimes combative toward mainstream narratives and the political establishment. There is a mix of serious national security discussion and more casual, relatable banter that’s characteristic of Jack Posobiec’s style. The focus is on asserting patriotism, calling out media or political actors deemed insufficiently transparent or accountable, and giving platform to whistleblower reporters like Liz Collin.
