This is what happens when the fourth turning meets fifth generation warfare. A commentator, international social media sensation and former Navy intelligence veteran, this is Human Events with your host Jack Posobec. Christ is King. President Trump has unveiled a new 20 point peace plan for Gaza after his White House meeting yesterday with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The proposal calls for an immediate cease fire, the return of all hostages within 72 hours and a phased Israeli withdrawal from Gaza.

Would be granted amnesty or safe passage, according to this deal. A new Board of Peace led by Trump and former British Prime Minister Tony Blair would oversee Gaza's transition, backed by an international force to provide security. With just hours until the midnight deadline. Congress barreling toward a government shutdown, Congressional leaders leaving the White House without a deal. It was a frank and direct discussion with the president of the United States and Republican leaders, but significant and meaningful differences remain. Democrats refusing to back down, saying they will not vote to fund the government unless Republicans reverse cuts to Medicaid and keep health care premiums from rising for some 20 million Americans. Vice President JD Vance with this warning, I think we're headed to a shutdown because The Democrats won't do the right thing. If the Secretary of War can do.

We're bringing back a focus on fitness, ability, character and strength. That's because the purpose of American military is not to protect anyone's feelings. It's to protect our republic. And it's the republic that we dearly love. It's to protect our country will not be politically correct when it comes to defending American freedom. And we will be a fighting and winning machine. We want to fight. We want to win, and we want to fight as little as possible. You have to count on people like me to keep you out of wars.

You want to drink alcohol, that's fine. If you want to do that, that's fine. But if you want to be a high performer. Donald Trump doesn't drink alcohol. Tucker Carlson doesn't drink alcohol. I don't drink alcohol. It will set you back. Mornings will be a little bit more sluggish. You'll forget stuff. You'll. Nothing good happens after midnight while both parties are drunk. So if you want to, if you want to have a life of ease, go, go keep drinking. But if you want to go do heroic and great stuff, maybe it's time for you to battle your flesh and not just always get drunk every single night. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome aboard today's edition of Human Events Daily. I'm here in the Charlie Kirk studio, Phoenix, Arizona. Today is September 30, 2025, and as of today, I am 20 years sober. So it was 20 years ago today that I took my very last drink and I never once looked back. And a lot of people ask me, they say, you know, what's the deal with that? Why did you do that? Why have it? And look, today's not about me. Today isn't have anything to do with that. There's so much news that we're going to get into, but a lot of people said, hey, take a moment and talk about it. Tell your story. So I will. And it's really true. People say, how do you do it for 20 years? I said, I didn't think I would do it for 20 years. I even think about doing it for one year. I said, I'm not going to drink today. And then the next day I said, I'm not going to drink today. And instead I'm going to go to the gym, I'm going to pray, I'm going to do something else. Just whatever it is, I'm going to do something else. And I'm going to use that to fill whatever, you know, whatever it was that I was trying to cover up or get into. And, you know, I knew my 20 year anniversary was coming up, and I. What I didn't know is that it would be coming just 20 days after Charlie's murder. And so in light of that, I do want to say something and I want to say this gently to everyone out there. Do not try to numb the grief of Charlie's death by overindulging in alcohol. You're not going to make the pain go away. You're going to think you are. You're just numbing the effects. It's going to go deeper and it's going to get worse. That road is a bottomless pit, and that is not what Charlie wanted. Charlie knew there was more to life than what's found in a bottle. And he'd been talking about it recently and he'd been out there listening to Andrew Huberman podcast a lot. Charlie was a huge Huberman guy. All the Maha stuff, talked about how it makes you more productive, how it makes you have more get up and go, how it makes you have that ability to get up on a Saturday, on a Sunday, seven days a week, and just go, go, go the way that Charlie did. And look, I get it, folks. I totally get it. And I'm not telling you what to do, but I am telling you that I think Charlie made the right call. I think you feel better, I think you live better. You'd be a better businessman, a better father, a better husband, a better wife, a better mother. You don't need it. I'm gonna tell you right now, you don't need it. You might think you do, but it's a crutch. And we were not meant to live on crutches. We were meant to stand on our own two feet. And that's what Charlie Kirk was all about. And even when he didn't know how short and few his days were numbered, he was still living that way over and over. So look, you know, I'm just here to share my story. I'm here to be a witness on that. Not here to judge anybody, not about it. It's to all the people who are thinking they are interested in it. You can do it, too. I'm living proof because I have not had a sip of alcohol in 20 years of my life. And on September 30, 2005 I don't know that I would have believed you if he told me. But with God, all things are possible. Be right back. Jack the Soba Kune Events Daily Stop settling for weak sound. It's time to level up your game and bring the boom. This is Human Events with Jack Posoba. Now it's time for everyone to understand what America first truly. Welcome to the second American Revolution. All right folks, we're back here. Human Events Daily. We're in the Charlie Kirk studio. Phoenix, Arizona. But you know, maybe not in so much in Phoenix, but in the rest of the country. Cold weather will be here before you know it. You know what I realized the other day? The power goes out when it's really cold. I've got no way to keep myself and my family warm. Isn't that crazy? We could actually freeze. It's true. And where we're at is not like Arizona. We're in the D.C. area. But then I heard about the Vesta off grid space heater from our friends at my Patriot Supply. Now Vesta is a space heater that doesn't Use electricity. It uses something called canned heat, which is totally indoor safe fuel. So you keep a Vesta stashed in my closet. And I know that we can keep warm no matter what. What. And it doubles as a stove. You can boil water, you can cook food. It's pretty cool, actually. So the best part is you can get a Vesta too, and a bunch of other free gifts when you order the winter prep special from my Patriot supply. So here's how you get it. You go to my patriotsupply.com jack to see everything included. Now, this offer will not last long and of course, neither will the nice fall weather. So go to my patriotsupply.com jack today. That's my patriotsupply.com Jack. Very excited. I want to bring on now the host of Dear America, my good friend and also a military veteran, Graham Allen. And, and Graham, you know, you, you and I, as it turns out, have something else in common, don't we?
E
Yeah, we were just talking about it. First of all, congratulations. 20 years, 20 years of anything is something. You retire out of the military 20 years. But, but, but, but no alcohol for 20 years. Congratulations. And as we were talking about it, tomorrow, October 1st is my two year anniversary of no alcohol. So it's, it's, it's kind of funny.
A
The not planned, not planned, not planned, not planned.
E
That wasn't planned. I had no idea. And Jack had no idea either. It's kind of funny the last time I was in that studio you're in and Charlie was there, it was when I was about to hit one year. And I'll never forget that, that, that's what Charlie was more interested in talking about than anything else was, was me not drinking alcohol anymore.
A
So what, so, so when you had that conversation now, you know, I talked about it. I said, you know what? I'm sick and tired of waking up like this in the times that I would do it. And, and, and I wanted to change Charlie. I mentioned, I know he was big on Huberman and sort of the physical effects, the mental effects, he's like, look, if I got to be on campus here, back, going back and forth with these kids, I got to be sharp and I got to keep my senses sharp. I got to have my wits sharp. I can't be, I can't be doing that. What was it for you two years ago? What, what brought you to it, man?
E
I think, you know, in the military, it's easy to stay in shape. I mean, you, at least it's supposed to be because you got no Choice, Right?
A
They pay you to, they literally pay you to work out.
E
Correct. And so when I got out and we started doing this Dear America thing and everything, a very common tale that you hear entrepreneurs and things, they start off here and then work starts to go and, and then they start to like, like just go. And less and less working out, less and less. This, more and more drinking from stress and things like that. I want to be clear because I don't want to take away from anyone who has an addiction or anything like this. I stopped for health reasons. I had gotten up to. I, I'm 5:10, I'm short. And, and I had gotten up to almost 240. I mean, I just got completely out of shape. You know, I've got asthma from the burn pits in Iraq. Couldn't breathe, like, just miserable all the time. And I, one day I was just like, man, I can't do what I know God wants me to do unless I take care of the body that he's given me first. And. And so that was it, man. I kind of cold turkey it and radically changed my diet. No more drinking, no more nothing. Sixty pounds later, I mean, you know, here we are two, you know, two years later.
A
I love that. You know, it's, it's interesting too, because I've noticed it started to become more of a trend, you know, so Tucker doesn't drink. Trump, of course, has never had alcohol. But I'm telling you, when I started this 20 years ago, there was so much prejudice against you when you, you were like the one. You're like the odd man out, you know, and everybody knows those sayings. Like, oh, you know, you can't trust a guy who doesn't take a drink or must be something wrong with you or are you going to judge me? And then people would, would. And I'd even ask you this. Do you. Have you ever faced like, like little, like subtle ostracism from like, friends or something? They say, hey man, let's. We're all going out tonight. You want to come? And you're like, well, yeah, I'll have a soda, I'll have a coffee. And. And then suddenly they don't text you back. Like, there's so much of this just deeply ingrained into our culture. But I do feel like from 20 years to today that there's been a change.
E
Yeah, I, you know, I, I put it to kind of like the pastor effect. You know, a priest, it's pretty easy to identify a priest, but not everybody knows someone's a pastor. And a pastor told me once, it's like once they find out I'm a pastor, they, like, you know, they change how they, you know, they act.
A
Yeah, exactly. Exactly.
E
Yeah. Kind of the same thing.
A
I didn't say anything, like, I've never said anything to any of, like, anybody's in the Navy or just like, whatever. Like, I do you. Do you. Right. Like, this is just what I'm doing.
E
Yeah, exactly. And so for me, everybody. Everybody assumes it's a religious thing for me and. Or that I was, you know, an alcoholic. And again, I don't want to take away from anyone who struggles with addiction. My hat is off to any person that is fighting that battle any day. I want to be clear about that.
A
Amen.
E
But it's not a religious thing or anything. It was. It was simply that, like, you. And, you know, we all were trying to keep up with Charlie. We have to operate on such this high tempo all the time that I just. I got no. No place in my life for it. And now that I've been off of it for two years, it never benefited me at all. And. And it's made me have to learn how to engage and relax and have a good time without a sedative to, To. To put me in that mindset.
A
I used to. I used to have to tell. Because, you know, depending on the situation, especially just like you say, being in the military, you never know where you're at. You're overseas and you might be visiting some other country, and then you're in this country. I remember, I'm not going to name the country, but I was overseas and I was visiting. We were doing a liaison mission with another country's military, and suddenly they were saying, okay, well, we're all going to go drink now because the mission's done and we're going to celebrate. And I said, well, actually, I don't drink. And they're like, every head turns like, what's this guy's problem? What's this guy's deal? So there were times where, you know, I. I don't. I don't know if I'm like, confessing or whatever, but I would just say, look, I have an allergy. And to kind of like get past that moment because, like, there are times where every. People know what it's like. You know, it's like, hey, I have an allergy. Like, actually, you know, I can. It makes me really sick, and it. And it just gets you through that because it's something where it's so deeply ingrained into not just our culture, but other cultures around the world that, you know, it's. It's like an insult if you won't, if you won't share a drink with somebody. And look, I get it, like, alcohol's obviously been part of the world for millennia at this point, and nothing's ever going to change that. But what I, what I have control over, and it sounds like this is what you're saying as well, is if I can't control the world and can't change the world, I mean, I try a little bit every day, I guess, but the way Charlie, of course, tried, but I know I can control myself 100%. And if I can control myself, then that's one thing that I can choose. And, And I'm going to choose to do that for me. And it sounds like that's what you're saying, too.
E
Yeah, I think it's a very biblical principle, too. Not, not that anything's wrong with drinking or. I think it's anti biblical or anything. What I'm getting at is it says drunkenness.
A
Bible says drunkenness.
E
Correct, Correct. But the ability to, you know, abstain from something, the ability to have control over yourself, to be able to just. You correct. To say no to something. Andy Frisella, he's a good friend of mine, he owns first form, he has a podcast, and I'll never. He had something where he said along the lines of, you know, everybody wants to say that they're in control. You're in control. I've got it. It's under control. You know, look in the mirror. Are you under control? Like, do you have your life under control? Because if you, if you can't take care of the body that God has given you, how can you take care of anything else? And I'll never forget that. That really stuck with me. And so again, for me, you know, I'm not saying that I will never, ever, ever, under any circumstances, ever have a beer or something again. What I'm saying is after two years, I haven't missed it. It's done nothing but benefit me and my health. And I don't really see a reason to go back to it.
A
No, no, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's like that. You know what's funny too, man? And I know you got to run, but what's, what's amazing is I don't miss it even one second. But I will say that when I drank, I would smoke. And every once in a while, just randomly out of nowhere, I'LL be like, you have a good meal or something. And then I'll be like, man, I could go for a cigarette. And I'm like, whoa, where did that come from? It just kind of like pops in there. And that's. That's that chemical dependency. That's what that is.
E
Yeah, yeah, absolutely. And I think a lot of people attached, like, a light, like a. Like an emotion to things, you know, like in the south, like, eating is, like, a huge deal in the south, whereas up north, eating is just something you got to get on the go as you're going. I think drinking.
A
So true.
E
Yeah, yeah. But. But, you know, in the south, it's like a big deal. Everybody's got to stop. It's like two hours long to have a meal together. But, but, but, but drinking, you know, especially in army military culture in general. I was Army.
A
I.
E
It's just so ingrained in the culture that that's just what you do and how you do it. But our metabolism and our. Everything doesn't stay the same for forever, and then. And then we have to adjust. I think. I think there's many a married man, you know, the dad bod and all this stuff. I think there's many married men that every man has had to make a choice at some point in his life. Am I going to embrace the dad bod life, or am I going to try to be as healthy as I can be to provide for my family and to carry out the mission that God has for me to do?
A
Oh, amen to that. Amen. I hope everybody chooses. I know, I know you gotta run. We're coming up on our break. Tell people where and. And kudos to you, by the way. Congrats on your two years. Tell people where they can go to get dear America, and follow your stuff every day as if they didn't already know.
E
Yeah. So, you know, just. Graham Allen, Dear America, and actually, Jack, I'm gonna break something early on your show tomorrow. Technically, at midnight tonight, we launch Never Woke Apparel. It launches. It's worldwide starting at midnight tonight. Everybody can check out Never Woke Apparel. That's our new thing that we're launching, and you are the first show to break it on, so it just worked out that way.
A
All right. You got. You got to send me some good stuff, Graham. Now you gotta send me. And don't forget the kids stuff, too. We're gonna need kids stuff, too.
E
Absolutely.
A
They always want it. Thanks so much. Go give him a follow, folks. Graham Allen, he's a good man, and he's a good father. And that's the most important of all. I'll be right back. I have the right to film.
A
You have DHS watching you right there lasered on you. You have a sniper lasered on you right now. I don't give a. Stop it. Stop sticking your camera in people's face. I didn't do anything wrong. You have a sniper now. All right, Jack, we're back. Live Human Events Daily. We're here in Phoenix, Arizona. But you just saw Nick Shirley last night. And hats off to Nick. Nick, please, please, please be safe out there. These people want to kill us. These people already did kill one of us. Man used to sit right next to me here in the studio. And I should say I should sit next to him because this is his studio. Charlie's not with us anymore because of these people. Matt was up in Portland and I'm glad that all he did was yell and push, but you never know, man. It only takes one of these nut jobs with a gun. And so my question is, I would suppose is, you know, we need troops on the streets and there's some great footage out of Chicago. There's great footage everywhere. But when it's Portland, when it's Portland, we know that Portland is one of the target sites. Portland Antifa, okay? Portland Antifa has been one of the most well known groups, Rose City Antifa, since all the way in 2027, since 2007. And back in 2016, Rose City Antifa, which is the Portland group, joined the Torch Network. And the Torch Network Coalition is a broad, they would call it, you know, affinity group, coalition of antifa groups around the country. They're also affiliated with anti racist action and they've been up there for a very, very long time. And I suppose the question is, this is by the way, this is by the way, where a Trump supporter was murdered in cold blood. Michael Reinhold, in 2020, after attending a prayer service, was killed by an antifa for just walking down the street in a MAGA hat. And my question is, why are they, why is it that they're just allowed to accost people on the street like that? Nick Shirley is a journalist. Nick Shirley is someone who does things the right way. He does not provoke people. He is not a provocateur. He is not someone who is interested in, you know, causing a scene and then trying to film that. He's just. I've watched all of his stuff. I watched his stuff in Chicago, I watched his stuff in Ohio. Other places that he's gone, dangerous places. He's not about that. He's about going in and getting the real story. So when it comes to the crackdown, it's got to happen. And the laser pointer. Okay, got it. Doing the predator thing, sure, fine. But why are they allowed to roam the streets with impunity? Accosting people, accosting journalists oh, and I'm sure, by the way, that the, you know, the Journalists association, the National Press Club is going to come out and say they totally condemn Antifa for what they did to Nick Shirley, right? Yeah. It's not going to happen. Look, the time for having a serious conversation about this ended around 3pm on September 10th at Utah Valley University. Okay? That was the time for the conversation. The dialogue was ended and we know which side ended it. We know now is the time for full government action. And we've seen the deployments. I love the deployments. I love seeing Border patrol out there doing what they're doing every single night. But we need to get proactive. We need to absolutely get proactive about this. And what better place to do that than Portland? All right, we know that Portland is one of the hot spots, probably the biggest hotspot. It's the only place, right, is the only place in the whole country where the left has no leg to stand on whatsoever. When they say Antifa doesn't exist because the Portland chapter of Antifa has existed for 20 years. So for 20 years they've been up there and you get the mayor walking around saying, oh, it's fine, Portland's fine. Don't worry about port. Yeah, because they're on your side. These are your shock troops. Well, my shock troops aren't bothering me. Yes, because they're bothering your enemies. Because you're not one of the targets. But here's the dirty little secret. If you ever go off the reservation, if you ever take a few steps in a direction they don't like, they will be after you too. Because Antifa, left wing domestic terrorists, these left wing violence, they are the scum of society. They are the criminals. They are the degenerates of society. The ones who can't fit in anywhere else. So what will they do? They will turn violent on you. They will turn violent on police. They will turn violent on conservatives. They will turn violent on judges and journalists. They don't care. They don't care about niceties. They don't care about laws. They don't care about any of that. You sit there and you say, I have a right to be here. Because the First Amendment, they don't care about that. Go ask them what they thought about Charlie Kirk's First Amendment right. Go ask them what they thought about Charlie Kirk's right to peaceably assemble. Go ask him what they thought about Charlie Kirk's ability for freedom of religion. No, they stand for the oppression of rights. They do not. They do not accept your right to exist. And if someone does not accept your right to exist, then that puts them in. And you know, I don't like to quote John Locke, but what Locke would call a state of war puts you in a state of war. It takes you out of the state of nature and puts you in a state of war. Now, Hobbes, on the other hand, who I find myself a little bit more simpatico with, Hobbes would say that is human nature. Warfare, tribalism, nasty, brutish and short life. Well, here's the thing we all try to rise above. That's what America is all about, understanding human nature, trying to do better, trying to better ourselves, trying to turn this country into a more perfect union. But when you have these poisonous, sick, cancerous elements in it, they must be treated like a disease and the disease must be fought. The cancer must be cut out. It must be eradicated. It must be wiped clean. And that's what we're going to do, folks. We're going to wipe them clean. So, Nick, Shirley, be safe, man. Hope you got some security out there the next time you go out. Be in touch. Jack Posobic right back. Human events daily. Stop settling for weak sound. It's time to level up your game and bring the boom. Where is he? Jack, I want to see you. Great job. Thank you. What a job you do. You know, we have an incredible thing. We're always talking about the fake news and the bad, but we have guys and these are the guys should be getting policies. All right, Jack Posobic, here we are back, Human Events Daily. We're in Phoenix, Arizona, the Charlie Kirk studio. So talked about antifa, the last segment. Talked about how today. Yes. And by the way, send sending your email. By the way, if you have a sobriety story or you're interested in getting involved with sobriety, send us an email 1776 human events.com 1776 human events.com and we can either direct you to resources or maybe we'll read it or something. But just putting it out there, putting it out there that if you want to reach out, this is a place you can reach out to. 1776 human events.com but there's some people in this country that don't want us to reach out and have conversation and have dialogue and make connections. There's some people who want to shut down all of that. One of those groups is the ADL and has been for quite some time. Kenny Cody is the opinion editor over@humanvents.com and Kenny has written a story all about it. What's up, Kenny?
D
What's going on? Jack brothers, good to see you.
A
Good to see you as well. So Elon Musk, I think, really got the ball rolling on this a couple of days ago where I guess yesterday now where he put up on Twitter that the ADL is a hate organization and actually came over the top and pointed out that the ADL has listed Turning Point USA as a hate organization. And then you've got the headline, ADL still smears TP USA with, quote, hate, extremism and terrorism labels even after our founder Charlie Kirk was murdered on campus. Kenny, you were looking into this. Elon's been putting pressure on it. He responded to me yesterday, yesterday on Twitter about it. What did you find when you dug into this?
D
Well, the ADL has something called a glossary, a glossary of extremism and hate where they blatantly ambiguously describe all these groups as either having members associated with extremism, members associated with hate, with bigotry, and doesn't really give a lot of an explanation.
A
Now.
D
I think when I actually looked up the term Turning Point USA on the website, they just said that there have been some comments, some perceived actions that can be interpreted as extremists so they're not even outright listing actual examples of any member of Turning Point USA doing anything that's extremist or hateful, yet are listing them in a glossary and a dictionary full of terms that can be associated with neo Nazis, with fascists, with all of these blatant terms that have been used to incite violence against conservatives, used to inside violence against Christians, and they've refused to take it down. They have not apologized for it, and they still label Antifa in comparison as well. They can sometimes be violent and they can sometimes be hateful, but usually they're not. So comparing these two groups, they are labeling Christian conservatives that are going up and holding voter registration drives and speakers on college campuses to host debates with college students to counteract the indoctrination going on in college campuses, but yet they're labeling a group in Antifa that literally have murdered people, that have literally protested streets and destroyed businesses and cities from the inside, inside out as well. They're mostly peaceful and they mostly do not participate in violence. It is a direct incitement. They have blood on their hands and the ADL should be ashamed in using the tropes they have had for peace and defamation in order to incite violence. And this rhetoric that have led to things like Charlie Kirk's death have led to things like Charlie Kirk's assassination and incited violence against Christian conservatives in this country.
A
Well, and Kenny, I can pull this up. And libs at TikTok, she had a piece that went really big on it as well and she's got the actual glossary. So Here's a the ADL's entry on Antifa. Antifa is a decentralized, leaderless movement composed of loose collections of groups, networks and individuals who are vigorously opposed to fascism and focused on countering right wing extremists both online and on the ground. While some Antifa adherents have engaged in violence or vandalism at rallies and events, this is not the norm despite disinformation campaigns that suggest otherwise. So Antifa is great. And they, you know, they may have, they may have gotten into a little tomfoolery, but you know, that's really disinformation that Antifa is violent. Okay, all right, now let's compare that to Turning Point usa. Turning Point usa. Turning Point USA is an Illinois based right wing student organization founded by Charlie Kirk in 2012. The Ms. Organization stated mission is to identify, educate, train and organize students to promote the principles of freedom, freedom and liberty. Turning Point USA was connected to many controversial incidents including problematic Comments by TPOSA founder Charlie Kirk. The glossary of extremism and hate. So, so you look at the two, and the Antifa one includes this strange statement saying that they're not involved in violence. But the Turning Point example is just completely written as if Turning Point USA is some kind of extremist statement. It's. It's bizarre to me. It's completely bizarre.
D
It's blatant and it's intentional is what it is. It is literally trying to divide the country into the things they see on television. They have seen Antifa ride in the streets, they've seen Antifa assault police officers, and they've seen Antifa indoctrinate young youth minds to convince them that people like Charlie Kirk was a fascist and a Nazi and that's what led to his assassination. It's what leads to violence against conservatives. And they should be absolutely ashamed of the way that they have conducted themselves and drew a line between the youth in this country have drew a line between the political ideologies in this country. They've seen how Antifa is portrayed on mainstream media, how it's been covered in the riots in 2020 and throughout the last 10 years, and that they want to try to convince us that Turning Point USA is the extremist group, but they are the, the extremists, Nazis, neo fascists, and yet they have still not taken this down after the assassination of Charlie Kirk is actually disgusting.
A
Guys, I am, I'm looking at it right now just as we're talking and I'm going to ask the producers real quick. Can you pull this up? Because I'm not finding the Turning Point page in there. I'm thinking they, it's possible they, they may have hidden it or archived it or made it, you know, unsearchable or something. Because I'm, I've got the link to it, but when I go to the link, it just takes me back to. It just takes me back to the ADL's main site. Yeah, I can't find, you know, a direct link to it. Okay, so you know what? I found the page now, now the page is up. So, Kenny, this is what they're doing. They're playing games, right? They're playing games where if you go to the main link for Turning Point, you can't find that, but you can still find the article if you search the website itself. I just found that. That's what they do. Oh, look at this. Updated 9292025 Gotta love that. You gotta love that. And I don't see any. Yeah, I don't see any update about what happened or. Charlie Kirk has promoted conspiracy theories. He's made comments, bigoted comments about the black community, the LGBT community, minority groups. TPOSA leaders claim they reject white supremacy, but white nationalists have openly attended their events. And wow. So, yeah, look at that, Kenny. It says they've updated something on 9 29, but I can't even find. Okay, here's what it is. Is that Charlie Kirk's murder, it's right at the top. Now, after Charlie Kirk's death, a number of anti Semitic and anti Israel conspiracies related to the murder gained traction. And so look at this. So, Kenny, even in their update, all they're doing is still attacking people for what they claim is anti Semitic conspiracy theories. There's nothing in there about saying, oh, you know, maybe we shouldn't have done this to Charlie Kirk. So they still find a way to turn that to attack. Because here's the key. This is a business model for them. They've turned hate smears and censorship into a business model. That's what the ADL does. So you're never going to see them apologize. You're never going to see them back down. Because if they were to do so, then they wouldn't be able to keep raking in all the money they do. And by the way, this is a group which, last time I checked and certainly during the Obama administration, built very close relationships with the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security and local police forces all over the country. Kenny, why are we doing that?
D
Because they. We have been convinced that tolerance is such a virtue for conservatives and for progressives and it shouldn't be for things like this. Just because somebody has said something that is ambiguously interpreted as the ADL wants to interpret as hateful does not mean they need to work with directly with the State Department. They don't need to look. Work with any types of the federal government to target conservatives, to target activists, to target people who want to have a conversation. And that's exactly what they did. And let's not forget this is a tax exempt organization. This is somebody who gets federal funding and gets taxpayer money. If anybody in Congress. And Jack, you say it all the time. We are tired of strongly worded letters. We are tired of simple just tweets and press conferences. I want to see action. I want to see our federal government take action against the adl. They deserve to lose their tax exempt status. They deserve to lose any type of federal or state funding that they get from any type of state government or federal government in this country because things like the ADL has done has led to the assassination of Charlie Kirk. They said murder of Charlie Kirk and they said death of Charlie Kirk in their entry into this glossary. I noticed that as well. They're not willing to call it a political assassination because they know the political terms that they use in the glossary have led to the assassination. They are complicit in blood libel. They are complicit in the assessment assassination of Charlie Kirk and they should be held accountable for it.

Jack is a great guy. He's written a fantastic book. Everybody's talking about it. Go get it. And he's been my friend right from the beginning of this whole beautiful event. And we're going to turn it around and make our country. Amen. Jack Back live here Human Events Daily Phoenix, Arizona and so I just wanted to kind of take a second and step back a little bit and you know, I was in D.C. for the weekend, spent some time, spent the weekend with the family, got to go in and do that, and then flew back to Phoenix last night here to, you know, to kind of just, just do what I can to help out and be here in Phoenix, be here at Turning Point. And there's something that I, I feel like there's a disconnect between Washington D.C. and the rest of the country right now. And, and certainly I feel, I feel it and I sense it on the right and I sense it in the MAGA movement and I see it online and I see it in the comments and I see it in the emails that we receive. Is, and, and this, this pertains to so much of what's going on right now. You know, you look at the potential shutdown that might be coming later today, the budget showdown and the, you know, just a number of other initiatives that are being pushed out of D.C. and I don't see a lot of them gaining a lot of traction. I really don't. And it's not because, you know, I think people are, you know, blaming Trump or, or even blame the Democrats in a sense. And I'll tell you why. It's because of what happened 20 days ago. And it seems like there's a lot of people. And I get it, the world keeps spinning, world keeps turning. But you know what, you know what happened 20 days ago, I saw a leftist murder. Charlie Kirk and I saw them celebrate it. 20 days ago I saw a leftist murder. Charlie Kirk and I saw them celebrate it. You really expect us to just move on from that? You really expect us to just be like, oh, well, you know, is what it is. Let's go check out what's going on with the budget over here. Oh, yeah, I got it. I got a new bill on this thing. No, no, no, we don't move on from something like that. We don't just sit down and say, wow, that was a crazy news cycle, huh? Gosh, boy, do you remember that one? Not good enough. Not good enough. They are killing us. Let me be blunt. We are under attack. Churches are being shot up and bombed on a regular basis. This has been bloody September. And I pray that we don't also get bloody October. But who knows? We just might. We just might. The month of September started with this horrific church shooting, Minneapolis, right there at the beginning of it, End of August, beginning of September. Then we get Charlie's assassination, his cold blooded murder, the video of which sprayed across all of social media. Shooting in an ICE facility, attempted bombings, another church attacked. We Need a full federal response. The Joint Task Force. Excellent. Joint Terrorism Task Force. The JTTF Border Patrol. Going and doing what they're doing. But how is it that Nick Shirley. I'm very confused. How is it that Nick Shirley is out there doing his job, getting footage, and Antifa could just walk up and accost him in the middle of the street 20 days after Charlie Kirk was murdered. And that Antifa. Look at him. Look at him. He's saying he's sending a message. This is my street. That's the message he's sending. This is my street. And that's Portland. This is unacceptable. This is unsat. It's unsat. We as a country, we as a nation, we as a government, the way violence works is that violence begets violence. And so the downward spiral on these things can go very quickly. And I don't want that to happen in my country or in my lifetime. I really don't. I don't want to happen for my family. I don't want to happen for my kids. And believe it or not, I don't want it to happen for others. Even people on the other side of the aisle. I don't. But I see it. And I see one side of the aisle or one group that keeps pushing and pushing and pushing. And what happens when nobody pushes back? What happens when they don't get arrested? What happens when they don't get locked up? What happens when they don't get nighttime raids and knocked on the door? They do more. They do more. It enables the behavior. They say, oh, I got away with it. I'm going to do it again. I got away with it. I'm going to do it again, and I'm going to go bigger. I did away. I got away with it. So I can do this as many times as I want. You get an inflated sense of ego and go out there and you commit worse and worse and more violent crimes. You go full Red army faction, you go full weather underground sds. This has happened before in the United States of America. Okay? 60s, 70s, look it up. It's not even that long ago. And if these networks are not dealt with, if they're not dealt with, and by the way, if we're not going to do it now, what better chance are you waiting for? Really? What better chance do you think we're going to have? I don't. I don't know. I don't see one. Never going to see one. No. You got to go fast and you got to go hard. Fast and hard and clear them all. Up. Just sweep them up off the streets, get them off the streets. Intimidating, obviously. Intimidating. Harassment. Go look at all the crimes that are committed to Nick Shirley on that camera. Go look at them all. You could see them all. Anyone could see him. Anyone could watch them. Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. Disturbing the peace, public intimidation, assault, by the way, threatens him. He says, I'm going to smoke you, okay? That is a threat of violence, a direct threat of violence. So go and look at all of this. And the guy just keeps going, he just keeps coming. That's the left right now. And Nick, great guy, great guy. He doesn't take a swing, he doesn't fight back. And he shouldn't have to. Nobody should have to be threatened like this when they walk down the street in America. And the fact that we haven't seen reprisal style crackdowns just yet, right? It's still reactive. It's still in a reactive mode, waiting for them to get, come, get around the facility, waiting for them to come up. And then even when they do show up, it takes hours for an arrest to even happen. No, no, the problem is, is it gives them a taste for action. And when they have that taste for action, they were going to want more. They are going to feel emboldened and they are going to continue it. President Trump said earlier today that we are facing a threat from within. And he's 100% right on that. Not just the threat of left wing violence. You got cartels, you got the regular street violence that's going on out there. A hundred percent. A hundred percent. And Turning point's going to be in Utah, not at the same university. This is Utah State tonight. And I'm sitting there and I'm worried for my friends who are going to be on that stage. My friend Alex Clark is going to be on that stage. And you've got government officials that are going to be on that stage. And I applaud them. I do. My brother was out there. Benny Johnson was out there at Penn State over the weekend. All right, through every storm, every moment of uncertainty, uncertainty. Everybody needs to pray for Charlie Kirk right now.

Podcast: Real America’s Voice
Host: Jack Posobiec
Date: September 30, 2025
This episode of Human Events with Jack Posobiec centers on three primary themes:
Notably, throughout the episode, Posobiec weaves personal testimony, cultural commentary, and political analysis. Several guests—most prominently veteran and podcast host Graham Allen, and Human Events contributor Kenny Cody—offer additional perspective on sobriety, public safety, and institutional bias.
| Timestamp | Speaker | Quote | |-----------|---------------|-------| | 04:15 | Jack Posobiec | "As of today, I am 20 years sober. So, it was 20 years ago today that I took my very last drink and I never once looked back." | | 05:16 | Jack Posobiec | "Do not try to numb the grief of Charlie’s death by overindulging in alcohol. You’re not going to make the pain go away...that road is a bottomless pit." | | 13:29 | Graham Allen | "I had gotten up to almost 240...I just got completely out of shape...I can't do what I know God wants me to do unless I take care of the body that he's given me first." | | 14:40 | Jack Posobiec | "When I started this 20 years ago, there was so much prejudice against you when you...didn’t take a drink. You're like the odd man out." | | 18:36 | Graham Allen | "If you can't take care of the body that God has given you, how can you take care of anything else?" | | 26:51 | Jack Posobiec | "These left-wing domestic terrorists...they are the scum of society, they are the criminals, they are the degenerates of society." | | 27:59 | Jack Posobiec | "You sit there and you say, I have a right to be here. Because the First Amendment...they don’t care about that." | | 36:15 | Kenny Cody | "They're labeling Christian conservatives...to host debates with college students...yet they're labeling a group in Antifa that literally have murdered people...as mostly peaceful." | | 41:07 | Jack Posobiec | "All they’re doing is still attacking people for what they claim is anti-Semitic conspiracy theories. There’s nothing in there about saying, 'Oh, maybe we shouldn’t have done this to Charlie Kirk.'" | | 43:45 | Kenny Cody | "They are complicit in the assessment assassination of Charlie Kirk and they should be held accountable for it." | | 46:38 | Jack Posobiec | "We are under attack. Churches are being shot up and bombed on a regular basis. This has been bloody September." |
Jack Posobiec’s tone throughout is personal, direct, and urgent with a mix of testimonial sincerity and activist fervor. The episode interlaces raw accounts of sobriety, testimonies of cultural friction, and calls for institutional accountability—especially after the shocking murder of Charlie Kirk, which colors every major segment.
Listeners are drawn into a community that is mourning, resolutely anti-addiction, and fiercely critical of perceived government and media shortcomings—particularly regarding violence and partisanship. Posobiec and guests argue for personal responsibility, strong conservative unity, and a more aggressive government response to what they frame as leftist threats.
If you haven't listened:
This episode provides deep insight into the mood of the pro-Trump/conservative grassroots in late 2025, particularly around themes of sacrifice, public safety, internal discipline, and culture war rhetoric. It’s especially valuable for understanding ongoing anger over Charlie Kirk’s assassination and how it is shaping right-wing activism, media criticism, and demands for government action.
