Guaranteed Human. I'm Kiana, and I leveled up my business with Shopify. Once I figured out that Shopify was a thing, I never turned back. I can create a site with my eyes closed. Shopify thinks ahead of us, you know, and it thinks about the customer more than anything. Every day, I'm thinking about some other new business, but Shopify is doing it to me because it's so easy to use. It's like, I can't stop. I'm addicted.

Cameron Kinsey
Does the White House believe that these votes coming up in Congress are a moot point then?
Marco Rubio
Look, guys, I love talking about this top. He's about the War Powers act, okay? I love it. I was hoping somebody would ask. All right, hold on, hold on. No, no, you don't. Let me answer. I got to answer the question, okay? And I love it. I'll tell you why I love it. Because even as a senator, I said something. The War Powers act is unconstitutional 100%. Now, this is not the position of me, not the position of the president, United States. Now, this is the position of every single president that has occupied this position since the day that law passed. It's completely unconstitutional. Now, we comply with it in terms of, like, notification because we want to preserve good relations with Congress. Right? And we do that. But even as a senator, I would say that the War powers Act is 100% unconstitutional. And look, I know some of you, whatever you want to say, but this is not this president's position. That has been the position of every single presidential administration since the day that law passes. An infringement on the president's constitutional powers. We don't acknowledge the law as constitutional. Nonetheless, we comply with elements of it for purposes of maintaining, you know, good relations with Congress. And we want them to be involved, and we want them to be informed. I have gone on Capitol Hill, I don't know, four times this year for all senators and all House members and Intel Committee and Gang of Eight. We want him to be involved in this. But. But I want to be clear on the point of the War Powers Act. It's unconstitutional. And every president and every administration has taken that position. All right, guys, I gave you 50 minutes.
Sunny Hostin
Thank you.
Marco Rubio
Thank you, guys.
Eric Bolling
Well, there's Secretary of State Marco Rubio. He's also the press secretary and he takes out the White House garbage occasionally.
Alex Jones
Just kidding.
Eric Bolling
Real quick, Bitcoin. We've been talking about this for a long time. 81500 already right now moving, making this move up it based out and starting to make the move up again. We'll get to all that stuff maybe tomorrow. But for now, let's talk a little bit. April 15th has just PAX passed that tack. Tax day has passed. Did you get your taxes in on time? Do you owe more money than you thought you would? Are you looking for answers on how to pay that debt? My first guest says Tax Network USA can help you. Here to offer insight is Tax Network USA spokesperson Cameron Kinsey. Cameron, that we start this off right off the bat because people are just tuning in, realizing that they may have not even filed. But talk to us a little about if you don't have the money to pay, you still should file, right? And maybe get some advice from Tax Network usa. Is that help?
Cameron Kinsey
Yes, it does. Thanks for having me on, Eric. It's good to see you. Yes, you should definitely talk to professionals at Tax Network USA. We have have enrolled agents, licensed attorneys, CPAs, even former IRS agents that know the tax code inside and out and know exactly how to help you because there are resources available. Some people get too embarrassed. They don't know how to act. They put those letters in a drawer hoping that this problem goes away. And the truth is there is a lot of resources available, but the IRS isn't going to do free advertisement for, for those options for you. So get ahead of it. Don't wait any longer. Obviously the deadline has passed, so. So that interest in everything can keep compounding daily. So again, get ahead of it, see what your options are and just consult a tax professional.
Eric Bolling
So if you do file, don't have the money, what's the process? I think it's called you file for an extension. But how many extensions can you do and, and you guys can figure out if you can do more than one, is that right?
Cameron Kinsey
Yeah, I'll go over that. I think the worst thing people do is when they call, they panic completely. The IRS does have programs in place for people who genuinely cannot afford to pay full balance that can look like installment agreements where you pay over time, currently not collectible status where those collections are temporarily paused or in some cases offers in compromise where that debt can be reduced. But the key is, is that none of these are automatic. So they're based on your full financial picture, how your situation is presented to them. So that's why having professionals in Your corner matters because one misstep, one missing document can potentially cost you thousands in this situation.
Eric Bolling
Well, if you owe, let's just say you owe five grand and we only have 1500 in your account, I guess it would be the best place to put that 1500 versus some other places because your interest will rack up faster with the IRS and anywhere else in the words only place in the world where they can charge you more interest. That's legally allowed in the free market. But does it make sense to pay part of it if you can't pay the full amount?
Cameron Kinsey
Yeah. And don't just set up the first payment plan that the IRS offers you without understanding it completely, because there are structured resolution options available. But you want to approach this as strategically as possible before that those penalties and interests start compounding. So acting swiftly really just gives you that leverage and keeps that balance from spiraling. Because what may have felt manageable in April and now will continue to have that snowball effect.
Eric Bolling
Cameron, there are tens of thousands of small businesses in America. It's like the, literally the largest employer in the world. Small businesses can, can call you too, if they need help. A lot of small business can't afford a professional accountant. They're good clients for you. They'll get some results.
Cameron Kinsey
Yes, we, we have so many of our RAV listeners, especially who are small business owners who have called us. And honestly, right now, it's so extremely serious to get ahead of it because this is where it can spiral the fastest for small business owners because those payroll taxes are not treated like normal tax debt. If those aren't paid, the IRS can hit small business owners with what's called the trust fund recovery penalty, which is 100% of the unpaid payroll taxes. And what a lot of people don't realize, Eric, is that that doesn't just stay with the business. It then becomes personal. Personal. So that means that the IRS can go after your personal bank accounts, your, your personal assets, even your future income. So it's not just a business anymore. It becomes a personal financial risk very quickly. And that's why I say with urgency, it's so, so important just to see what your options are with these tax professionals. Arrive listeners, we're still upholding that free discovery call for you guys because you guys have been so good for us. We dig into your financial picture a little bit more. We see if an agent's been assigned. We can go over all of that. We still uphold the free consultation for you guys just to go over your full financial picture and see what options are available for you as well.
Eric Bolling
Well, that number is 800-905-8000 or tnusa.com make sure you either call or, or submit a request. Just meet with someone. They can, they can probably help you out. Cameron Kinsey, thank you so much.
Cameron Kinsey
Thanks, Eric.
Eric Bolling
Now we'll see you again soon. So the Supreme Court issues a ruling on racial gerrymandering. And within minutes, the reaction from the left is somewhere between a national tragedy and an Al Gore speech on the end of the world as we know it. There is a 75% chance that the entire north polar ice cap during summer, during some of the summer months could be completely ice free within the next
Alex Jones
five to seven years.
Eric Bolling
Mind you, old Al Gore, mind you, that was 17 years ago and they gave that guy the Nobel Peace Prize. Think about that for a second. But I digress. The left are visibly shaken, visibly emotional. For example, here's Sunny hosting from the View, her predictable take on it.
Sunny Hostin
And I have been discriminated against. And now I have to tell my children that they have less civil rights than I did when I was born. That's true. That is disgusting, despicable. And I am devastated by this particular Supreme Court decision, even though, Whoopi, we did know this was coming. Wait a second. What about Clarence Thomas? Didn't he stick up for his own. No, no, he did not know. Part of the majority here.
Cameron Kinsey
This has reparations.
Eric Bolling
Sunny Host and always making it about herself. And by the way, Sonny, it's fewer. Fewer civil rights. Not less. Fewer rights. Now she's near tears right there over the ruling that says the government shouldn't sort voters primarily by race. Just sit there for a second. Whoopi Goldberg's take. Well, you wondered. Here it is.
Sunny Hostin
You know, this, this decision. We were, we knew this was common because they've been chipping away at this for a long time. The court said, you know, there's no problem with race anymore. And yet we're fighting every day talking about Project 2025. We are seeing, we know what's happening and it's happening, it's going to start happening to women as well, because all these changes in voting where they're saying you can't use your married name, you got to go get your birth certificate, you know, so this is, this is going to affect a lot of people. Right now it sounds like it's just affecting people of color. We know better. We knew this was coming. So this is meant to discourage you from voting.
Eric Bolling
Leave it up. The ladies of the View to completely screw up the meaning of everything. Making about race, making about themselves. Actually, it's not meant to do what she said at all. But what you mean to do, Whoopi, is to fear Monger and spread the lies to the American people stupid enough to watch your show. So let's break this down for a minute like normal people, shall we? What did the high court actually do? Well, they said you can draw congressional districts where race is the main deciding factor. That's called racial gerrymandering. And yes, for years, that's been happening. So maps drawn in these bizarre, twisted shapes. Sometimes there's a piece of real estate over here and one over here, and just one. One little tiny line, one street connects them because the race that they're trying to capture is divided that way. Twisting shapes not because of geography and not because of communities, but because of race. The idea being we're helping with representation. Well, the court answer to that was, you're still sorting people by race. And that's a constitutional problem. Now, here's the contradiction, and it's a big one. Because on one hand, we've been told for years not to treat people differently because of race, not to absolutely fair. Everyone agrees with that. But now suddenly it's, wait, you're not allowed to treat people differently based on race? Well, that's racist. And then because no Democrats is without a meltdown at some point and completely without political escalations, we get Dollar Store Obama, Hakeem Jeffries coming through with even more nonsense and threats in the new Congress.
Alex Jones
We're going to have to do something about this Supreme Court. And let me be very clear. Everything is on the table, everything to deal with this corrupt MAGA majority that is issuing political opinions that are designed to bolster the prospects of the Republican Party. And we will not allow them to succeed.
Eric Bolling
Court packing, structural changes. We'll do something about that. We'll do something about the Court threats against extreme maga.
Alex Jones
Did you hear him?
Eric Bolling
Translation. We didn't like the outcome on the ruling, so we're going to change the system completely now. Threatening to pack the Supreme Court because a ruling didn't go your way. How very Democrat of you. A message to Hakeem and all of his America hating constitutional comrades. Defying constitutional comrades. By the way, the Supreme Court is not supposed to deliver your side's wins. It's supposed to interpret the Constitution institution, not change it, not shred it, not make it racial, not add to it, don't distract from it. Interpret what the Founding Fathers meant when they put those words to paper, not feelings, not polls, not panel discussions on daytime television with five people who don't know what the hell they're talking about. Their first instinct is to pack the court, impeach the justices, slander them as corrupt. Sorry, but that's just not how a constitutional system works. But they use lies and race baiting to make their case for doing just that. Like other more clearance shelf dollar store Obama, this guy Cory Booker says.
Alex Jones
And what the Supreme Court has now done is eviscerate that act. And what you see Southern states openly talking about doing now is eliminating black representation, disenfranchising African American voters by drawing creative districts that completely take away any kind of representation. And so when you ask about the history, we all stand. I am here as a United States Senator because of Americans of all backgrounds who joined together in a movement to end this kind of discrimination. And the Supreme Court, with the aid and abetting of Donald Trump, are now
Eric Bolling
eviscerating those rights, Aiding and abetting. I see. These people are absolutely out of their minds, out of control. But they're going to use this level of fear mongering to try to justify flushing the Constitution down the toilet, shredding it through a shredder, talking about impeaching justices. They've collectively lost their minds, truly. But here's a fact that everyone should check. You don't impeach a justice because you disagree with a decision and court packing. Well, it's not just some harmless reform that's fundamentally changing the structure of the court to guarantee political outcomes. That's not balance, that's control. And just to come back to what Sunny Hoston said on the View, this
Sunny Hostin
is important and I have been discriminated against and now I have to tell my children that they have less civil rights than I did when I was born.
Eric Bolling
That's true. Well, let's unpack that for a second. The court said that government can't organize political power based primarily on race. And somehow that's being framed as less civil rights. That's a pretty wild definition of rights. Because if equality under the law is the goal here, and it is, should race be used to determine political representation or not? You don't get to have it both ways, Sonny. You don't get to say that race should never matter except when it helps your side electorally. And look, this ruling definitely have consequences. Districts will change, elections may shift, political advantages could disappear. That's real. But that's also what happens when courts enforce constitutional limits. They don't guarantee outcomes, they enforce rules. The Supreme Court doesn't sit there and ask whether or not a decision will make everyone on mainstream happy, mainstream media happy or not. If that were the case, if that was their job, we wouldn't have a Constitution, we'd have a comments section. Yes, the outrage loud and clear. The reactions are dramatic. The Democrat Party's talking points are flying around like copy paste homework assignments. But the reality is much simpler. The court said the government shouldn't classify voters primarily by race. And instead of debating that on constitutional grounds, we're getting threats to dismantle the very institution that made the rulings. And that tells you everything you need to know about Democrats. The threats to change the rules, expand the court, take control. That's not about justice. That's only about power and control and nothing else. If your commitment to the system only lasts as long as it agrees with what you're selling, then you don't actually support the system. You just demand winning. That's not what the founding fathers intended. We'll be back. Two and a half minutes.
Cameron Kinsey
Who says renting can't feel like home?
Eric Bolling
Make your rental feel like yours.
Cameron Kinsey
It all starts with one scroll.
Eric Bolling
Download TikTok to discover easy home decor ideas. So when there are supply constraints on commodities, prices surge. I did that for 15 years of my life, almost 20 years of my life. Never stopped trading really. We saw it with fuel prices when the Strait of Horu was blockaded. And you know what else is in a limited, very limited commodity? It's gold. Gold and silver. They mine it out of the ground. And when it's done, it's done. It's gone. It's gone. Governments can't just print more of it. And that's why everyone from central banks around the world to savvy savers are diversified with gold. If you've been thinking about it for years but have still never moved some of your savings into physical goal, what are you waiting for? Birch Gold Group is who I trust myself and I trust them to help you as well. Now through May 29, Birch Gold is giving a first time gold buyers a rebate of up to $10,000. Alex Jones
That we're able to do this. They keep asking, why are they doing this? Why do they keep fighting? Who's the deep state? Who's the deep money? It's you. You are the deep money. You are the reason. And here's the great part. Our new owners, our new people at full control. As news director, everything I want, host, everything, they're ready. And I will sit there and live in a modest house with a modest car, which I love. And they think, oh, we'll take your money, Joe, shut up. I'm ready to die for this. You think taking money from me does something? It makes me want to strangle you spiritually. It's a joke. It empowers me.
Eric Bolling
First guest signed off on his final broadcast of Infowars last Thursday after 27. 7 years. At midnight, Infowars would turn over to the Onion. Some would say that as a defeat, but my next guest says he sees it as a challenge. And on Friday morning, he and his crew were already working on a new venture. Here to give us the details, the one, the only, Mr. Alex Jones. Alex, really good to have you. I watched that final broadcast. I mean, I've been on your show a bunch of times. It was, it was, it was sad for me. It was sad for me. You weren't sad and your crew wasn't sad. There. You're flanked by your whole crew. Tell us what the emotion of signing off first. We'll start with that and then we'll get into some of the other stuff.
Alex Jones
Sure, I've been on there 32 years, but Infowars around about 27. And if you remember a year and a half ago, the Onion claimed that they won infowars at an auction. The judge found it to be a fraud, so it didn't happen. And Michael Bloomberg, the Democrats are openly. Every town gun control group is funding him. So about a month ago, the Texas receiver that was in control of the estate and bankruptcy said, not paying the bills anymore. You need to get out on April 30th. And I thought, okay, they're going to shut us down for Mayday. And then we learned about three weeks ago, the Onion announces we own it. We've got control. But they never been to court. They never did it. So the Onion didn't get it. Even though they've announced everywhere. It was just the Texas receiver ordered us out of the building. But with a new company, promoters, we'd already built the Alex Shows network. This podcasting studio, I'm in the bigger studios, we got a full huge studio that rivals Fox News. It's almost Done better than my last studios. So we've had years of them fighting us to get all this stuff set up. So none of my crew was laid off. These have new employers. I'm no longer the owner. I'm just the news director at the Alex Jones Network, which is Alex Jones live dot com. And so, yeah, we didn't miss a beat. We were back the next day for my show and the other shows we do, we're add more shows, bring more shows on. That's our goal. We always wanted to go about 20 hours a day live. But with all the Democrat lawsuits and things that it turned out were wrong with the CIA and DOJ has been declassified, you know, they basically crush us down to nothing. So we've been through this whole process of lawfare and the attacks and the rest of it, but the Onion doesn't care. They've hired the former head censor at msnbc, kind of Brian Stelter's counterpart at cnn, Ben Collins. They hired this washed up comedian who's obsessed with the most sickening stuff I can't even mention on air. Just imagine, kind of Epstein apology stuff. And they're still announcing that they're the owners. They're still announcing that they're me. They're saying they're in the building. They're not. The building's just sealed because last Thursday, the day we were shut down, the Texas Court of Appeals, this Democrat, by the way, shut down the onions attempts. That's the second time in a year and a half. First federal and state court. And so now it's in limbo. And they fired. They filed an emergency motion on Friday with Texas Supreme Court claiming I sabotaged InfoWars by leaving and that I wasn't ordered out of the building, even though we have the quarters from the receiver and everything. So they're in a lot of trouble for line of the court. We filed counter motions to that today at the Texas Supreme Court. But look, I fought for Infowars so long, it's just. It's a URL. It's a studio. The average equipment's like 10 years old. You know, I fought and I fought and I fought and I. And I never backed down. I never pulled my punches. I never took a dive. But we survived so many attempts to shut us down, they had. The Justice Department can assign itself to a bankruptcy, as you know, you're a businessman. Most people don't know this. They ordered us shut down three separate times the last two years. And then courts would order us reopened. So Listers started To go, what is this? Chicken Little or Boy who cried Wolf? Even though it's all on record, it was real. But finally this time they refuse to even pay the bills. So you have year long Internet contracts, rent, satellite stuff that is all turned off. So just even restart Infowars now is not something we can even really do because they fried the credit of it. My credit was perfect until they forced me into bankruptcy with their billionaire half dollar judgment. So now my credit's fried, InfoWars credit's fried. There's no way for us to restart that. But that's okay because I have new backers, I work for a new company who are patriots. And so we're going to explode by the end of the year. We intend to be live from like 4am to midnight and we're gonna add all these powerful shows. So. And the Democrats have said our mission is to get you off the air. But then they switch and go, oh, he won't give us the money. They've never wanted to settle. They never wanted money. Three years ago after the show trial, we offered them $75 million more money than I ever personally made to settle. And they said no, we're not gonna settle, we want you off the air.
Eric Bolling
Then they run around the house, Alex, brother, I watched the whole court drama going on. Look, I mean folks need to understand this about you and I, we, we've been doing this for years and there are things that I disagree with you. I disagree with 9 11. I disagree with what your original comments were and you fixed them. And for me you fixed them. And I'm fine with it. For the Democrats and for the legal system, the lawfare system against specifically conservatives. It doesn't matter if you fix it. For example, they call Trump Nazi, they call them Hitler, they call ultra maga. Anyone who's maga. I'm original gangster Maga. I'm a bigot, I'm a white nationalist and they never get held accountable. But it seems time after time if you're conservative, so like it, what some of the things you've said or not, I believe you have a right to still earn a living in this country.
Alex Jones
Well, Exactly. There's a 13th amendment against the district servitude, but they got non dischargeable judgments where I'm literally a slave to this and no amount of money is ever good because it's a billion and a half dollars. The interest is now 300 million. So I'm like 1.8 billion now. And again I we did the math of what I made in 30 years. I made about $70 million, and I paid half that in taxes, and most of it went to lawyers. So I've been living nice. I'm not into fanciness, but I've lived nice. House, car, you know, great, everything. I've lived off $20 million, which is fine. I'm certainly not poor for 30 years, so I'm not like Mr. Daddy Warbucks. I never had one.
Eric Bolling
That didn't matter. That doesn't matter. That. That's bs. That doesn't matter. You're an American. The Constitution protects.
Alex Jones
No, no, I know they lied and
Eric Bolling
said liberty, but if you made up $400 million, it doesn't matter because they're penalizing you for what you said. They. They stifled Alex Jones, at least temporarily. Not.
Alex Jones
No, I agree.
Eric Bolling
Yeah, go ahead.
Alex Jones
But the show trials in Texas and Connecticut with Democrat judges. The judges found me guilty. Death penalty sanctions that had show trials on the merits and told the juries that I was worth $360 million, but wouldn't let us put on a defense. The reason I raised that is they got the juries to do that, saying I made hundreds of millions of dollars off something I barely ever talked about. The Internet didn't believe Sandy Hook happened. They had 22 minutes of evidence they entered. I barely ever even talked about it. You know, even when Elon came on my show a couple times, when he brought back to X, he was told by folks, hey, you need to look this up. Google search Alex Jones. You can still do this. Sandy Hook. Until Hillary attacked me for Sandy Hook during the campaign late 2016, there was no mention in Google of me and Sandy Hook. I was deplatformed in 2017 for a bunch of other stuff. They never said Sandy Hook. They just took that, hyped it up, said I did all this stuff. And then their charities raised $300 million off my name. So, yeah, it's great to make money in America. It's wonderful. I'm not ashamed of that. My point was they lied and said I made all this money off them. Then they raised money with their charities off of me, saying I was peeing on graves, coming to their houses, harassing their kids. No one ever did that, much less me. But I couldn't put on evidence because I was already found guilty of the trial. Remember Mike Lindell? Just last year, a Minnesota federal judge said, I default you. He said, no proof. Voting machines can be hacked, even though they can all be hacked. And now you see where he's at. They basically defaulted. Trump in New York in one trial, this defaulting. And you're right, defaulting is if you're sued and then you don't show up for court or you run to the Bahamas, they still have to have a trial on what the proof is. I was defaulted when I gave them everything they asked for. So my point was, I didn't get a real trial. You can look this up. If you type in judges find Alex Jones liable for Sandy Hook, and then they had a jury trial on how guilty I was. So you asked how I feel. I actually feel great. Because.
Eric Bolling
Hold that thought, because we're gonna hold you over. If you got a minute for us, we'd like to do a second. We'll do it. We're gonna do a quick break and we'll come back with Alex Jones, folks, two and a half minutes.
Alex Jones
If you knew what we had, the whistleblowers, the documents. We have royal flushes. They are screwed to the moon. And all glory goes to Jesus Christ and our heavenly Father. That leads guys and directors, we are committing ourselves to God in this holy fight, and we are committed. And if God stands with us, who can stand against us? And that's how I close out. So I salute you all. What a crew. The hell we've been through has only made us stronger. Let me ask you, would you have any other way? Are you not stronger now, this fight?
Sunny Hostin
Yeah.
Alex Jones
I salute this crew and all the viewers and listeners to this fight. And I commit myself to Jesus Christ's hands.
Mallory McMorrow
Amen.
Eric Bolling
God bless the Infowars. We are back with that man, former Infowars CEO and host, Alex Jones. Alex, I asked Trish and the crew to pull that sound bite after I watched. Watched it live. You, sir, I was thinking when I was listening, you would be the. The most incredible evangelistic preacher I've ever heard. Had. Maybe there's another chapter in your life in that direction. What if. What are your thoughts of that?
Alex Jones
Well, I appreciate you saying that. I did have some ancestors that founded Texas who were Protestant preachers that actually did that, but. But listen, I don't mean to give you ancient history, and you've been, you know, really great guy. Just. People don't understand. It came out in the last few years in court and in our lawsuits against them that the DOJ under Obama and then under. When Trump was in the first time, he wasn't running things, they funded the lawsuits against me. The CIA was involved. They even testified to this. And then Ed Martin was investigating it on his own accord. And then remember Todd Blanche, six months ago, Killed it when he was deputy AG and now he's the ag. I don't attack Todd Blanche. I didn't even attack Trump for that. I'm telling you, this was literally organized and run and synthetic. I didn't do anything they said I did. I didn't make any money on these people. 22 minutes of evidence of me talking about it. I did like five shows when the Internet didn't believe it. I wasn't the guy that created the idea that it didn't happen four years before they sued me. I said, I'm done with this. I think it actually happened. Okay, so that's where I'm at. But I appreciate you just recognizing that the Paul Weiss law firm that settled with Trump for $40 million in admitted illegal lawfare against him, they settled last year with Trump. They're the ones still running all this. They promised to stop the lawfare and it hasn't stopped. So that's the bigger issue is that all this stuff set up by the Democrats to attack Trump supporters was beta tested on me. And so that's the big story. But the great news is they want us to fail. The new network, alshowslive.com everything is just exploding. This is the Streisand effect of Streisand effects. And then after all our fights, we won again. People thought it was Chicken Little or boy who cried wolf. How they actually see how real this is. So it's backfired. If they think a URL or a studio is me or my guest, it's
Eric Bolling
folks are tuning in for Alex Jones. I mean, Alex, we used to hang out in D.C. together. I mean, you are, you're a draw. You have a magnetism that, that translates. And I'm not blowing smoke up Alex Jones's dress. I'm telling you folks, he and I agree on a lot of things. We disagree on a couple of very important things. 9, 11 again. And the original comment, I'm over it. We got over it. We, we. But I just think it's unfair with the First Amendment as strong as it must be, that it's, it's, it's applied differently to conservatives and 100%, the Democrats can say from.
Alex Jones
Called the KKK very fine people. He said the KKK are not very fine people. They can say that ICE are Nazis and murderers with no evidence. They can get people killed. And that's okay. I mean, they had oxycontin settled that killed tens of thousands of people for less money than they have on me. And so that's all I'M saying is that it's all a big lie. And again, my concern is what are we gonna do if we lose the midterms? My criticisms of Trump have been picked up by neocons and rhinos that I'm attacking Trump. It's the opposite. I am trying to get Trump to do the right thing so that he succeeds when we win the midterms. And then I get attacked by some
Eric Bolling
of these people saying that's not true. They love to hit Alex Jones, as they do Eric Bolling when I was at Fox a little bit less so right now. Alex, you mentioned this a couple of times in that final broadcast. They're going to see we have whistleblowers. We have proof. Would you elaborate on that?
Alex Jones
My lawyers don't want to bring it out, but we have federal whistleblowers and people inside with the whole lawfare they ran, and let's just leave it at that. And then we have people that have been inside the Onion when they tried to take us over a year and a half ago that have come forward. But we're waiting with all of that. And I've been on air all day, so I haven't seen our filing. The Texas Supreme Court, when the third Court of Appeals, Democrat court, by the way, blocked the Onion second tip of takeover last week, they filed seven lies. Seven lies saying that we stole the equipment out of the building. It's all there. They said we lied. We weren't ordered by the court, the state court, to leave. We have the order by the trustee. They said just a whole bunch of other crazy stuff that's verifiably false. So we have all of that and they're in a lot of trouble. Just like they had a fake auction a year and a half ago. The judge said it looked like it was illegal and killed it. They did it again. Because you're supposed to have an auction, federal or state, when you have a bankruptcy, it's supposedly about money. We had people ready to pay $45 million for Infowars. And then I said, watch, they're not going to put in a real bid. Don't do that. And so the first auction that our group offered 4 million, they offered no money, just 2 million of my future earnings. You can't do that. So the judge found out he'd ordered a cash auction. They said no. They said they had the auction, told the judge that he fired the US Trustee, fired the people, brought in a new group. Then the second group basically tried to pull the same thing. Then it went to State court and the same judge around the show. Trial against me appointed a receiver a year ago. His wife leaves him, he kills himself. I never met the guy. Felt sorry for them. They pointed a new one. And because they knew they were under DOJ investigation with Ed Martin, they just were frozen for six months. As soon as that investigation was over, they said, we're not paying the Internet bills, the rent, even though there's plenty of money in the company. 4 million extra on top of the regular bills each month. They said, get out on the 30th, gave us letters and orders. So I announced a month ago, 33 days ago, for 34 days ago, I said, we're being shut down on the 30th, our last show. Then we learned the Onion was sort of bragging, weeks later, we're taking over. Well, they didn't have a contract, and they said, we're going to own your identity. We're going to make fun of you. We're discredit you. I said, well, you're not allowed to do that. So I'm going to. I'm going to sue you over that. So I blocked it. They flipped out this weekend and filed seven lies. And we've already sent in third parties, videotaped everything. All has stickers, bankruptcy stickers on it. The whole studio is there. Everything's there. You know, crew took like, their own personal pictures.
Eric Bolling
Alex, you stay with us. We. We're up against another hard break. You let me do this. We have to. We have to go. But I want to bring you back as this thing progresses. I really want to hear about Alex Jones Live. Give us that website one more time.
Alex Jones
Alex Jones live.com what they tried to silence is blow up their face. Alex Jones live.com realloc shows on X Rumble at AJN Live. It's exploding. It's beautiful. And thank you, Eric, for standing up for the First Amendment, America. I really appreciate you and I. And I hope Trump wakes up.
Eric Bolling
Yep, there we go. Alex, really good talking to you. All right, folks, we'll be back. Two and a half minutes. All right, so you like that. I know you like to hate him, but you also like the fact that he is a victim of the bias that the left wing and the lawfare that the judicial system perpetrates on conservatives. Like him or not. He was fined a billion dollars for having an opinion. I hate his opinion. It was disgusting. It was gross. And I told him, but it's just not the way they treat. They treat conservatives differently. And that was the point of that. And by the way, the chat was lighting up and I. The one takeaway from the chat is that you like the interview but you really wanted to talk about different ways of eating an onion. Onion rings, chopped onions. And I heard about the onion. Caramel, caramel, onion. Caramel, onion. That's where they. Instead of an apple, there's an onion and put caramel. I think it's a, an April fool's joke or something. Anyway, all right. A groundbreaking new study shows that there is a safe and inexpensive potential cancer treatment. And it's a drug that many of us have heard about many, many times. Ivermectin. This new study shows individuals who took ivermectin, the parasite fighting medication that gained fame during the COVID pandemic along with the drug mebendazole saw remarkable results in their battles with cancer. This incredibly promising results have many americans wondering where they can obtain u. S made ivermectin and mebendazole. And that's where the wellness company comes in. You see in here from the. The wellness company doctors all the time on rav and also on this show, bowling. And you know that their products and their doctors are the gold standard for keeping you and your family healthy and safe. The wellness company is making 100% American made ivermectin and mendazole available to RAV viewers at an incredibly affordable price. Say no to big pharma's greed and no to big pharma's poisons and say yes to a company that, that you can trust to bring you safe, affordable and effective treatments. If you or someone you love is interested in trying ivermectin and mendazole, then I urge you to go to www. TWC health voice today and order that's TWC health voice and use that promo code voice to save 10%. You know, it seems like every time the government steps into protect protect the market, it usually ends up distorting it, for example, making it much worse. There was nothing neutral about the biden administration blocking a deal between jetblue and spirit airlines. That was the swamp. Picking winners and losers instead of letting the market play out, letting companies compete and letting companies decide. Democrats did what democrats do. They created problems they pretended they wanted to solve. Elizabeth pocahontas Warren was key in blocking the JetBlue Spirit Airlines merger to protect consumers. The result, spirit liquidates after 34 years in business. 16,000 employees lost their jobs and bigger airlines can now raise prices even more because the demand is still there. Other people are picking up the 34 years of spirit demand. Democrats are always wrong, never in doubt. Now Elizabeth Warren and Pete Buttigieg are being slammed for destroying lower airfares and thousands of jobs by annihilating Spirit Airlines. A little flashback to Mayor Pete as Biden's Transportation Secretary. By the way, with no transportation expertise at all, making the case against the merger.
Alex Jones
You're taking up more competition to the four there are now.
Mallory McMorrow
My point is taking two airlines and turning them into one could mean less competition.
Alex Jones
We're talking about a smaller. How can they compete with the policies you're now looking at? How will you allow them to compete in this market in which four right now control it?
Mallory McMorrow
Well, part of what we're doing to support them is steps like this that. That police the trend toward consolidation so that we don't end up with. By the end of this, we could be down to Coke and Pepsi. If all of the airlines merge, you could wind up with just two. It's hard to picture that being a positive outcome for competition.
Eric Bolling
You know, remember too big to fail where they bailed out the banks. They were too big to fail. Think about that for a second. Government. Keep your dirty, grimy hands out of American free. Free enterprise, free markets and our businesses. Speaking of Mayor Pete, he's out there doing town halls again. Remember, this great mind already ran for president once, and clearly he's got the Oval Office on his mind once again. But I think he found we found someone a little less bright than Kamala Harris. Looks like maybe, just maybe, the breastfeeding got to Pete's head.
Mallory McMorrow
But one thing that would make a huge difference is if we selected our president by letting the person who got the most votes actually take the office instead of the national Electoral College. It would be a really good idea because then any Democrat wanting to be president would have to campaign in Oklahoma. By the way, any Republican would have to campaign in Brooklyn. That would be good for our democracy.
Eric Bolling
Huh? Huh? Right. Exactly. Like how President Trump won't won both the Electoral College and the popular vote, so he would win the White House either way. Stay with us, Pete. So it's obvious that Democrats certainly aren't running winners in this election throughout the country. That much is clear. They're also not interested in veering away from the leftist extremist policies, the very thing that lost them the 2024 election. Case in point, get this. This guy, Michigan Senator, the Democrat Senator of Michigan, not U.S. senator, Michigan Senator and Senate. Senate. Overall Senate candidate. Now, Abdul El Sayed. Listen to this guy.
Steve Bannon
I'M the only one for Medicare for all.
Alex Jones
I'm the only one.
Eric Bolling
So there's a picture floating around of Bernie Sanders on his no Oligarchs tour where he flies around his private jets. And this picture is him. Hold this Al Sayed guy who. Who, by the way, has a Nazi tattoo on his chest. Al Sayad in one hand and Zoran Mamdani on the other. These people are dangerous, and we're electing them anyway. Here we have yet another Democrat winner in Michigan, Democrat Mallory McMorrow. McMorrow continues her party's tradition of hating the very America she is trying so hard to represent in. Since deleted tweets from just 10 years ago. Mallory called middle Americans backwards and has no problem defending those tweets to this day.
Mallory McMorrow
Okay, so there were tweets of words where you seem to take a jab at rural America in 2016. A user posted quote, I'm from the rural Midwest. All this talk about coastal elites needing to understand more of America has it backwards. You wrote in response to that user, this thread, I'm from rural New Jersey. This rings 100%.
Sunny Hostin
So do you stand by that sentiment,
Mallory McMorrow
that rural parts of America can learn from coastal elites?
Sunny Hostin
I think we all need to understand each other better. Trump has succeeded in weaponizing us against each other, convincing us that we are each other's enemies. I've lived all over the country. I've met a lot of different people, and I stand by that. Was it the most eloquent tweet I've ever tweeted?
Alex Jones
No.
Sunny Hostin
I've tweeted thousands of times.
Eric Bolling
Real winners. Real winners. The left parading out winner after winner like Graham Platner. Oh, you want to know something? I was wrong. Graham Platner is the Democrat Senate candidate with the Nazi tattoo. Democrats have come out in full support of Bernie. Sanders is all about him. Clearly doesn't care who knows it.
Mallory McMorrow
I like Graham Platinum. You like Graham Platinum.
Eric Bolling
The big money in Trespass do not like Graham Nazi tattoo on his chest. Bernie likes Graham Platner. Damn it. Bernie likes the guy who has a Nazi tattoo, praised Hamas and said women should act like an adult to avoid rape. I said it right. Women should act like an adult to avoid rape. That's the guy that Bernie loves. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the new New American left. They love Nazis misogynist, racist, while calling the other side Nazis misogynists and racists. And throwing a little jihadist too. They just love it. I hear we're gonna jump out of here because we got Mr. Stephen K. Bannon on the back side of two and a half minute break. My favorite part of the show, if it's not voicemails, it's bringing this guy in the true. My. You know, I call him my true. Bring the Steve band. There's a shot. My band in my. My true north. My original gangster, the dawn of the Maga movement. The first guy that's. In fact, there were days where I would meet Steve Bannon and Andrew Breitbart at Del Frisco's across the street. And we. We drank, we talked, and we. And that's where. That's where Bannon and Breitbart develop America First. You can deny it, Steve, but I know better. The reason why I'm telling you this is because we've been. Steven and I get along really well, and we've been having a little bit of a. I don't know, call it a boxing match a little bit last couple of days about whether or not an American company should be allowed to export oil or not, given that we still import 7 million barrels. We're exporting a lot right now because of the price. And I said, free market. Steve said, yeah, but Trump should stop that. So I put a little something together for Steve, which I think he may get.
Steve Bannon
Okay, what we're doing here. Okay.
Mallory McMorrow
When you can snatch the pebble from my hand, it will be time for you to leave.
Eric Bolling
But you just did it. I am ready. So I am ready. Mr. Miyagi, please explain to me how Mr. Stephen K. Bannon, Mr. America, Mr. Constitutionalist, thinks that government should have a bigger role in our. Our businesses. What they can sell, how much they can sell it for and where they can ship it.
Steve Bannon
Because. Because this is. Hang on. This is extraordinary. First off, we don't live in a world of free markets. You know that the reason that free trade failed so spectacularly and, you know, the neoliberal Republican Party, that was basically a controlled opposition, failed so miserably, is that we live in a world of mercantilist. Mercantilist system, particularly one driven by the Chinese Communist Party and their ally in the Middle East, Iran, Persia, of course, that's also the heart of opec, which is also not free market. So we deal in a whole world of no free markets whatsoever. We're in a crisis right now. We're in a war. In fact, they informed us today, I guess we're in a war, in a sub war. Because the Project Freedom to keep open the Strait of Hormuz in the Persian Gulf for Other countries is not really part of. It's a side project, a side hustle off the main war, which you can tell President Trump's getting more and more frustrated every day. So while why we are in the. During the time we're in this crisis and burning, We've already burned $25 billion already in cost in this war in the Persian Gulf. No, I don't think it's appropriate for the oil companies being taken advantage of. And listen, they may not have the capacity, the refining capacity to take the types of oil they have. That's beyond my professional ability and you would know better. But it seems to me, while we're in this crisis, that things should be focused towards America first, focused towards American citizens. Focus on the oil companies ought to be the active partner, not sitting there whining and sucking their thumb every day about, oh, woe is me, how bad it is. They should be the lead to help us get diesel down below six bucks and gasoline below four. If these guys are going to get every benefit from the American government, and trust me, the infrastructure we provide, the safety we provide, the security we provide makes their job a lot easier. So it's time now. Big oils are acting like big boil. Big boys stop shipping 14 million barrels overseas to cut their costs. Let's see how much of that can come to the United States to cut our costs.
Eric Bolling
And I think you're right, but I think they should do it on their own. Okay? I think they should. Trump should bring him to the East Room, embarrass the living daylights out of them. And they would, they would not embarrass. They don't want the negative. One minute, one point. Because when we allow government to get involved in things like that, when it's, when we have the ball, when we have the White House, the Senate in the House, it feels okay. But when there's a Democrat, God forbid, there's a Democrat across the board, Democrats across the board, and they start playing games with, you know what? We don't like fossil fuels. We like green energy. And guess what? You're not going to be allowed to sell or produce. We're going to pull all your permits and all you.
Steve Bannon
Eric.
Eric Bolling
Solar and wind and hydropower plants, we're going to give you subsidies. We'll go crazy. Steve, you and I will be having the same conversation. Terrible. Eric.
Steve Bannon
It's because we don't tell the oil companies today that you have to look at domestic needs first before you go international is not going to change what the radical left's going to do. They're going to do it just like they did in the Biden regime. And they're not going to sit there, go, okay, because you guys didn't do it. We understand you support free markets. We'll go ahead and take a turn at it. That's just not going to happen. Also, these CEOs, the Darwinian environment of a Fortune 50, you know, major oil integrated international oil company that happens to be domiciled in the United States. These guys are the toughest hombres around. There's.
Eric Bolling
I'm not that you can come in
Steve Bannon
and ask them, ask them politely.
Eric Bolling
I, I wholeheartedly disagree with government.
Alex Jones
Are you getting.
Eric Bolling
Are you getting.
Steve Bannon
Are you get. Are you getting weak on me? Are you getting weak?
Eric Bolling
No, no, I'm getting. No, I'm not getting weak. I mean, I'm gonna give you the card that you can use to, to trump me. Okay.
Steve Bannon
Okay.
Eric Bolling
The card is this.
Steve Bannon
Okay, give it to me.
Eric Bolling
Keep government out of our industries, businesses, except for a couple, a handful of extremely important. And I would put energy in the extremely important. I would say AI energy and maybe food, where they may want to have a little bit of say in where things are sold or, or to whom they're sold to. I'll agree with that. But it's just a slippery slope. And when they get bigger and bigger and they want more control, they're going to control everything. If there aren't limits, guardrails on.
Alex Jones
On government.
Steve Bannon
I had, I'm ordering you right now. The. We had Arthur Herman in for two hours about a week ago. The great historian, conservative historian. He wrote a book called the Forge of Democracy, I think it's called about Detroit in the automotive industry during World War II. So I'm going to send that to you and see what we did with industry in World War II to basically become the arsenal of democracy and to win said war and can kick ass throughout the world. We basically had not have free market.
Eric Bolling
You could take a, a, a, a a situation, an argument, a debate and completely get like getting roped up, getting beat senseless and come out and just throw everything off and say here's why I'm right and here's why I win. You're.
Mallory McMorrow
You're.
Eric Bolling
Are you President Bannon?
